Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! This hotel is absolutely nice! The service was excellent! the staff were friendly, helpful, and always made us feel welcome. The location is stunning, and the swim-up pool was definitely a highlight. One of the best parts of our stay was the yoga sessions. They were well-guided, relaxing, and truly added to the experience. Whether you're there to unwind, explore, or simply enjoy some peace, this hotel has it all.

A dreamy escape at Olea All Suites Hotel. The entire experience was pure relaxation and refined luxury. The hotel is set in a peaceful, calm environment that immediately helps you unwind. Its modern, minimal design blends beautifully with the surroundings, creating a serene and elegant atmosphere. We booked a suite with a private pool, which was absolutely perfect spacious, beautifully designed, and very private. We also saw the swim-up and water suites overlooking the Cocoon restaurant, and they looked absolutely majestic. You really can't go wrong with any room category here. The food was excellent throughout our stay, with fresh, flavorful dishes and great variety. The spa was another highlight, offering a relaxing and rejuvenating experience in a beautiful setting. What really stood out was the customer service. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, and attentive, always making us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. If you're looking for a place to relax, recharge, and enjoy understated luxury, Olea All Suites is the perfect choice. We left feeling completely refreshed and already looking forward to returning.

A wonderful stay at the Olea All Hotel, one we will never forget… First of all, a huge thank you to Maria, who made our stay absolutely amazing. She is a remarkable person : very professional, so kind, always smiling, attentive, and ready to help at any moment.. She gave us excellent advice to explore the island and was an invaluable help throughout our stay. She truly reflects the quality of the hotel: amazing. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite upon arrival, which was a fantastic surprise. We appreciated every detail of the hotel; everything is meticulously designed. The staff are very friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. I honestly don’t know what else to say except that I highly recommend staying here. You won’t regret spending the money — it will be memories of an incredible experience. Thank you to the entire hotel team, and especially to Maria. We will never forget you and we are already looking forward to coming back. Mr and Mrs Martinez

In photos, the property looks aesthetically stunning, with beautiful architecture and interior design. The views from the rooms are stunning, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. That said, a few noticeable drawbacks point to the poor build quality of the property. Much of the furniture appears designed with ergonomics in mind but lacks comfort. The shower taps feel flimsy, and for the price being charged, you’d expect them to be spotless and free of limescale. The layout choice of having the sink visible from the bed is unusual and not very practical. The sink area itself also offers limited space to place toiletries, which makes it less functional than expected at this level. Check-in took more than 10 minutes, though management responded quickly and followed up on the issue. Aside from these aspects, everything else was excellent—the staff were attentive, the breakfast and food were delicious, and the cocktails were fantastic. Overall: While the service, dining, views, and tranquil atmosphere were all outstanding, the issues with build quality and design choices do not fully reflect the level of luxury expected at this price point.
Andrew — Google review
Olea All Suite is set in a beautiful location with breathtaking views and an incredible outdoor area — that’s without a doubt its best feature. The scenery is stunning, and the design concept has potential, but the actual experience fell far below expectations. The rooms were disappointing and poorly maintained. The bathroom walls were made of cheap-looking gypsum board, and several areas were dirty — nothing like the polished photos shown online. For a property that advertises itself as 5-star, the quality and upkeep were simply not there. I’ve stayed in many 5-star hotels before, and I’ve never seen this level of neglect or inconsistency. Service was also a major letdown. The staff at breakfast were surprisingly rude and at times completely ignored us, which really affected the overall experience. The one person who stood out in a positive way was Mariah at the reception — she was lovely, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making a good impression. Despite the amazing view and outdoor setting, I wouldn’t go back. The stay didn’t feel like 5-star service at all, and it honestly isn’t worth the price — not for the room, and not for the service.

We recently stayed for 6 nights at this wonderful hotel. The rooms, decor, ambiance, and the food was excellent on all levels. Thank you especially to the wonderful staff for their friendliness and hospitality. We particularly enjoyed our daily conversations at reception or at breakfast and dinner with Georgia, Maria Sofia, Irene, and Stavros. Thank you also to Michael who created some fantastic drinks and cocktails. The staff really make this a gem of a hotel!

Our stay at Olea Suites in Zakynthos was absolutely exceptional. From the very beginning we felt truly taken care of - we were warmly welcomed by Mrs. Maria, who made sure that the check-in process was smooth and comfortable. The staff even surprised us with non-alcoholic champagne, which was a wonderful and thoughtful gesture for my pregnant partner. The standard of the rooms is without a doubt five-star - spacious, modern, and beautifully designed. Choosing a room with direct access to the shared pool was also an excellent option that we highly recommend. Breakfasts were another highlight - delicious, varied, and always fresh. This is definitely a place worth recommending, where comfort and guest care are clearly the top priority.
Konrad F — Google review
We had a fantastic stay at Olea. Great food, lovely staff and location / views were stunning. Swim up suite is a great choice. Some things to consider however: - Construction style is great, but the quality isn’t. We had some humidity issues in our bathroom and spotted quite some defects as well outside. - The app they use is up for improvements, but it was good to have! - Olea is a great choice - but I’m certain there are better ones price/value wise imo in the same category. You need to be willing to pay extra for the views, location etc. The premium location, chill vibes, boho style, service and unique pools are what it really sets apart for me. Still a 5* though.

Hotel Palatino is a charming property located in a serene area near the city center of Zakynthos. The rooms and suites are elegantly decorated, offering views of the Ionian Sea or the surrounding mountains from their balconies. Guests can enjoy amenities such as air conditioning, cable TV, and Wi-Fi. The hotel's cafe/bar serves American breakfast in the mornings and Mediterranean specialties made with fresh ingredients in the evenings.
Very happy we stayed here, good location only a few minutes from town. All staff very friendly and professional. The best breakfast we had in our 2 week trip. Just over the road from a pebbly beach but there are two points on the way into town where you can access the sea for those that like a swim. A good choice
Tony P — Google review
An excellent hotel, not too close to the city center but allowing an easy walk to its main attractions. Very positive is the existence of sufficient parking lots for hotel guests, and the breakfast was appropriate. When we come next time to Zakynthos we will come again to the Palatino.
Nicolas M — Google review
stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a great experience. First of all, it’s located in the city center, which is very convenient. The price is very reasonable for Zakynthos Island. Additionally, the rooms are clean and spacious. We booked a sea view room, and the view was fantastic. The hotel’s breakfast was also quite good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They quickly assisted us with things like booking a car. If you’re visiting Zakynthos, I highly recommend staying here.”

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Palatino. It was very clean, great location and walking distance from most places. The reception staff were my favourite. They were soo friendly and let me help them look after their hotel kitten 🥹
Leah H — Google review
To me everything was 5 stars. From the staff to the rooms the cleaning the food in the morning. As far as the hotel goes even the elevator was spacious and smooth didnt have to wait long. The only small problems was with the salted water at the bathroom but that is not in the control of the hotel. Also the cars outside that pollute the air but also not in the hotels control. The staff was even nice to give us 1 free breakfast and hooked us up with private transport. The location is good close to the center and to the beach which is ah not so great but ok. So i have nothing to say negatively to the hotel not even in the slighest which in some other hotels in greece there was always one minus. Ah and the rooms are very very spacious having everything you need even a bathtub. Its not a cheap hotel but worth every penny in my eyes. Ah and the balcony? Spacious as well. The hotel doesnt have a swimming pool but for us it doesnt matter.
Alex N — Google review
All 5 star to the Hotel Palatino in Zakynthos for taking care of the Jewish people and saving them all during holocaust times. Hope they continue to do even better and control the island by themselves. Zakynthos ( Zante) is a very important place as one of the islands and places in the Mediterranean where Romaniote Jews lived. The biggest Greek flag in the world is there too. People are very helpful and the Greek taverna food and the fresh fish are very tasty. View around the island ( as far as we travelled mainly on the east and south coast) is absolutely pure green and blue. 😁 Beautiful. We loved the island. Thanks to everybody we met.😁

This is my last day in Hotel Palatino. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and it is so central to everything. My accommodation is lovely and I have enjoyed looking at the sea, the sunrises and the moon each day from my balcony. The staff in the hotel are the backbone of every business and this hotel has really lovely staff. I would like to thank Aggelos (bar) Spiros and Alina reception, the breakfast ladies and the housekeeping staff for everything that they did to make my stay here in Zakinthos such a wonderful experience.

Porto Zante Villas & Spa is a luxurious beachfront hotel offering chic dining and spa treatments. Guests can relax on the private golden sand beach or take part in activities like fitness classes, sightseeing tours, and cookery classes. The villas feature private pools with views of Kefalonia island and the Peloponnese peninsula, as well as marble-lined bathrooms with whirlpool tubs.
A tranquil and Luxurious Retreat. The setting is incredibly serene. A peaceful and relaxing experience. An ultimate escape from everyday life. Staff was attentive and courteous.
Dharmesh P — Google review
Just back from Porto Zante and honestly… wow. Eden on Earth. We totally disappeared from the world for a week. It’s a truly hidden, confidential place, and we’re so glad we found it! The villas are the most private I’ve seen in Greece : huge, uniquely designed, fitted with designer pieces and furniture, infinity pools, lush gardens… every detail thought through. We felt like in our own estate. The service is unreal, discreet but always there the second you need something, almost like they can read your mind. The food? Out of this world. Fresh seafood, elevated Greek dishes, and an incredible Japanese fusion dinner right by the sea. It has so much personality. The design and character are like no other, stunning, with patches of colors that look like art, the stonework.. You’re in Greece, so expect Mediterranean vibes, but there you get a tropical twist from the gardens and sea views. It’s the kind of ultra-luxury that’s hard to put into words. Pure magic. See you next summer !!
Jane T — Google review
We are blown away by the level of service. The only do they go above and beyond while on the island and on the property but they make you feel like you are truly at home. We feel so blessed to be in such a beautiful place surrounded by genuine people. On top of it all the and the massages were incredible. Absolutely, everyone in this resort is here to make your stay incredible. They have managed to find an incredible balance between a privacy and hospitality! Hope to come back soon!

Horrible hotel with bad vibe. Weird, sneaking up on you. All they want is for you to spend money. We left early it was so bad

From the moment we arrived, we felt as though we’d been welcomed into a private sanctuary. The discreet arrival, through gated entry and softly lit paths, set the tone for our entire stay—it was intimate, exclusive, and utterly serene. Our villa was an oasis of elegance—an airy expanse filled with tasteful decor, including Armani interiors, paired with Bulgari toiletries that added a touch of indulgence. Stepping into our private garden and pool overlooking the Ionian Sea, we instantly understood why this place is famed for its seclusion and beauty. What truly elevated our holiday, however, was the impeccable service from the Porto Zante team. Every single member of staff went above and beyond, combining warmth, professionalism, and genuine care in a way we have rarely experienced elsewhere. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the seamless attention to detail made us feel not just pampered, but truly at home. Dining was an absolute highlight. The quality of the food in both restaurants was divine—whether enjoying refined Mediterranean dishes at the Club House or indulging in exquisite Asian-fusion creations. Each meal was a fantastic experience, beautifully presented and bursting with flavour, accompanied by attentive service that made dining a joy in itself. The Spa is wonderfully intimate and enjoys a gorgeous view of the sea. It was fantastic to relax there with the sound of the waves gently making their way onto the beach, adding a natural rhythm to every treatment. It offered a sense of tranquillity and wellbeing that was truly unforgettable. We also deeply appreciated the eco-conscious efforts—from reducing plastic use to sourcing local produce. In short, Porto Zante is a rare blend of luxury, discretion, divine gastronomy, and heartfelt hospitality—perfect for family holidays, romantic escapes, or anyone seeking something extraordinary. Our August stay was nothing short of outstanding, and we look forward to returning.

This is an amazing little resort hidden on a beautiful beach area of Zakintos island. The staff is extremely kind, the service is great and the cuisine unforgettable. Well renovated. Great staff. Managed my group of 28 very professionally. Rented rooms for a birthday and had many day trips based from their lobby haha. Planned a 40 person dinner on their beautiful terrace in the Solomon’s square. Was super nice with good service.

My recent stay at the Nikon Boutique Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to assist, setting the tone for a wonderful visit. The lobby was elegantly appointed, blending modern aesthetics with classic comforts. It was clear that every detail was meticulously curated to create an inviting atmosphere. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which I appreciated after a long day of travel. My room was a delightful surprise. Spacious and impeccably clean, it boasted a comfortable bed.
Rena B — Google review
The room is a little bit small but it’s really well located and you will find a lot of lovely restaurants and shops next to you!! The cleaning service is not great as they just do the bed and they don’t even hover the room! The breakfast is good but there is not a lot of variety as a lot of the hot food is pork based!! But I recommend this hotel if you are visiting zante for the first time!! The location is perfect to go everywhere!!
Alexia C — Google review
The central location drew us to this hotel and it really was in the middle of all the action. Staff is friendly and helped as needed. Rooms are adequate and extremely clean. The breakfast buffet (included with our room) offered lots of variety. There is limited parking for hotel guests; however, parking is available within the surrounding area. Great access to restaurants and cafes as well as the waterfront. Would highly recommend a sea-view room to really enjoy the location of this hotel.
George K — Google review
Awful service. We trusted this venue for a family wedding and they massively let us down. Promised they would be accommodating and on the wedding day wouldn’t allow drinks to the room. DO NOT BOOK! Promises are always broken. Even when staying in the hotel they still charge €25 for sun loungers!

The Diana Hotel Zakynthos is a well-maintained establishment located near the beach, featuring a rooftop pool and bar, as well as a breakfast buffet. Situated just north of the main square, this hotel caters to business travelers and has recently added a rooftop garden with a swimming pool and bar. Accommodation ranges from modest rooms to luxurious balcony suites with modern bathrooms. Additionally, it offers stylish contemporary rooms in central Zante Town with a pool and small balconies overlooking the village.
We visited the Hotel with our kids and friends. Very impressed! Everyone working at the hotel was so welcoming. The staff made our stay feel really personal. For what we paid, it was a great value--good quality without being overpriced. We really enjoyed breakfast every morning--fresh, tasty, and a good variety. The rooms were recently renovated and had a stylish, local feel to them. Simple, but very comfortable and nicely done.

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were absolutely amazing , super clean, spacious, and very comfortable, even with the kids. It was such a relief to have enough room for everyone to move around and sleep comfortably. The beds were a dream! One of the biggest highlights for us was the food ! So much variety every single day and everything we tried was delicious. Breakfast, lunch, dinner — it was all spot on. Definitely a place we’d come back to!

We have visited many Greek islands but Zakynthos is one of the best! Diana Hotel is a great hotel with even greater people! Mornings were something we looked forward to! The breakfast had great variety and everything tasted fresh. The staff were always smiling and helped us with anything we needed. Felt really at home.

Lovely hotel in brilliant location with super friendly staff. Rooftop bar and pool excellent - shout out to Takis, good bloke. Excellent and wide ranging breakfast choices. Cleaning staff and reception also great. My room faced inward so balcony rather irrelevant. The extract fans for five or six air con units pumped into the space so inadvisable to have the window open. Otherwise a great stay.

What an amazing Hotel! Our room had that charming local Zakynthian style, but everything was modern and newly renovated. The highlight, though, was the rooftop pool—amazing views and a super relaxing vibe. What stood out most was how clean everything was—our room, the lobby, even the pool area. And you can’t beat the location—walking distance to everything in Zakynthos Town. Super convenient!
Georgia C — Google review
Get what you pay for kind of hotel: budget friendly hotel - Friendly, welcoming staff - Location is great - in the centre of Zante Town with walking access to local buses, taxi ranks, restaurants and bars. - Breakfast OKAY - usually enough options but can be hit & miss with hot food options - Small pool area with no sunbeds - only 3 upright style hammock chairs due to small area, but nice small pool with a nice view over the city - can get easily crowded. Pool towels offered at no extra cost. - Room was a decent enough size with balcony - had a strange smell and shower was quite leaky - shower gel and shampoo conditioner provided. Overall satisfactory for 4 night stay.
Faith N — Google review
The hotel was amazing! The rooms very clean and comfy and staff very professional and friendly. The roof garden was our favorite place to hang ou--gorgeous views, a lovely pool, and chill music. The cocktails and snacks were suprisingly great too! A prefect way to relax after a day exploring the island. A special mention to Ian who helped us to book our trips and Irini who is an amazing person!

Breakfast offered plenty of choice, and you could also order extra dishes from the menu. We took the half-board option, and it was a great decision – the dinner menu changed daily, and everything we tried was fresh, tasty, and beautifully prepared.

We had a fantastic week here. The breakfast buffet has everything you need and more. The coffee tasted great (we've been to Greece many times and this hotel has the best coffee we have ever had in Greece). The members of staff serving breakfast food and coffee are all very professional, service minded and friendly. The cleaning staff were all very kind and thorough as well. Maria, the friendly guest hostess, was very helpful as well as everyone working in the reception. Thanks again to Emilia for lovely tips on what to do during our stay. I forgot something in the room (after we checked out), and we were contacted by the reception. After discussing different options, the hotel driver brought the forgotten item to the airport. Very professional! We can strongly recommend this hotel, it is calm, clean, posh and perfect for a romantic getaway. Both of us appreciated it a lot and we are already talking about going back next year.

Fantastic resort with amazing service! We stayed in the private pool suite….would highly recommend this room. So spacious and great to have your own pool, as the resort pool can get busy during the day. We especially loved the front office staff, nothing was ever a problem and they were so helpful. Very impressed that they genuinely wanted to know how they could improve anything about the resort. We loved that it was a more boutique resort and adults only. Perfect location to walk to lots of cafes, shops & beach. We will miss being there🥰

Exceptional Stay - Wonderful Staff, Service, Food, and a Beautiful Hotel! (Highly Recommended) From the moment we arrived, we knew it was going to be a very nice day. The hotel itself is modern and spotlessly clean throughout. Our room was very nice and clean too, but what truly set this place apart was the staff—they were absolutely exceptional. Outstanding Service and Cuisine The hotel team was very helpful and accommodating, making us feel looked after without ever being intrusive. They weren't "in your face," but they were always just there if you ever needed them. The restaurant staff deserves special mention. Asid, Nikoleta, Alex (aka John😉), Amos, and the others were absolutely brilliant! The Chef was also absolutely amazing, and the smells coming from the meals were out of this world. We thoroughly enjoyed our à la carte experience in the evenings. We could not thank the restaurant staff and the reception staff enough for their kindness. It was really nice to be waited on when we were sitting around the pool, as the staff would thoughtfully bring us some fruit and drinks. The Only Downfall: The External Spa The only downfall was the spa, which is run by an external company. First, despite being told we could have a free swim in the indoor pool and a sauna session once a day (which we booked only once through the hotel reception to be fair to other guests), it was very disappointing when we arrived to find they had not honoured our booking and had booked someone else in our place. We were then told we should book directly with them if we wanted to use the indoor pool and sauna as they would overwrite any bookings made by the reception. You'd think they would honour bookings made by the hotel that provides the facilities for them to run their business! Second, we found the spa's marketing tactics over the top and disruptive. They were ringing around each room several times a day trying to get bookings. While we sat by the main pool, you could hear the ringtone coming from each room one by one—even other guests laughed at it at one point. We know people are trying to find business, but we found it not very considerate and definitely not allowing you to relax, especially if someone was unwell or trying to have a nap on their room. Despite the frustrating spa experience, we would definitely recommend the hotel—it was brilliant! The hotel is a fantastic, clean, and modern property. We could not thank the rest of the hotel team enough for such a wonderful stay.

We had the most amazing week at Contessina Suites & Spa and can't fault a single thing about the service. From the moment the driver picked us up at the airport, everything was perfect! We did the half board option and it was great value, so we barely needed to leave the hotel while we were on the island. Breakfast is a buffet but a la carte is available too if you prefer. Dinners were 4 courses and we liked that you could see the weekly menu on the hotel app. We also dined at Nobile while we were there - the food and service were exceptional. Watching the sunset from the rooftop was stunning. Recommend doing the wine pairing! Our room was very spacious and clean. We were glad we didn't end up booking a room with a private pool as those only had about 2hrs of sun each day. Although it can be tough to get a bed at the main pool between 10.45 and 2pm - even though there are signs telling guests not to reserve pool beds it still happens. The spa was also amazing and was worth every euro. Thank you to all the staff at Contessina! It was the small details that made such a difference, like remembering my coffee order when I came down for breakfast every morning. We are already planning to come back and will stay here again

Thank you to everyone at Contessina Suites & Spa for creating a memorable experience for us. Truly exceptional hotel with amazing service, very friendly staff and very helpful, couldn't fault this wonderful hotel, from the start of our holiday to the end of our holiday was amazing, excellent breakfast to the exceptional lobster menu to the apocalypse menu, these two menus were out of this world. The facilities were excellent, the spa was excellent. A big thank you to all the staff who made our stay welcoming, comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommended and would definitely be back in the future. Keep up the work. (Paul and Sarah, room 215)

An Unforgettable Dream Vacation – Simply Sensational! We had the pleasure of spending two unforgettable weeks at this wonderful hotel and we absolutely have to share our enthusiasm! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed – the entire staff was consistently friendly, attentive, and incredibly service-oriented. We were especially impressed that the team even remembered our favorite drinks – a small but thoughtful detail that truly showcased their outstanding hospitality and made our stay feel very personal. Our room with a private pool was an absolute dream! It was modern, beautifully furnished, and spotlessly cleaned every single day. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority here. The combination of comfort, privacy, and direct pool access was perfect – we can highly recommend this room category to any couple looking for something special! One of the true highlights of our stay was the Kamara Spa. A huge thank you to Paulina and Skaiste, whose massages were absolutely amazing. Their warmth, professionalism, and the relaxing atmosphere of the spa made every visit a special experience. We felt completely at ease and pampered. We were also thoroughly impressed by the food – it was varied, freshly prepared, and absolutely delicious. Every meal was a treat! Another big plus was the hotel’s own app, which made organizing everything during our stay incredibly easy. The app is very user-friendly and allows you to manage almost everything digitally – from booking spa appointments and making dining reservations to communicating with the hotel team. It’s a smart, modern feature that truly enhanced our experience. In conclusion, we want to send a heartfelt thank you to the entire hotel team – you made our vacation something truly special. We will definitely be back! A clear recommendation – 10 out of 10!

The Poseidon Beach Hotel in Laganas is a family-friendly beachfront resort with modest rooms and a laid-back atmosphere. The hotel features two outdoor pools, including a hot tub, and offers all-inclusive options. Guests can enjoy buffet dining, poolside snack bars, and a cocktail bar on site. The rooms are equipped with private bathrooms, air conditioning, and flat-screen TVs with sea views.
Some rooms are very small 417, being one of them, and have an inside balcony which you can't sit on or open curtains as it is directly opposite the lift. Staff extremely helpful and friendly Hotel clean and food what you would expect from a 3 star hotel. Love staying at this hotel and have done for a number of years.

All inclusive food choices were very bland. The sweets were excellent. The alcoholic drinks were not alcoholic. 17 beers from the bar at the pool in one afternoon left me stone cold sober. ( I was proving a point ) The location could not be better.
David M — Google review
When we arrived here it looked good. But when we got to our room we were stunned, as just the absolute bare minimum was there. No drawers. Sink was in the bedroom. No kettle. No pictures on the wall just basic. Well, the food was awful. Nothing was tasty it was all very bland. It was only just warm although their was a microwave! The staff, one or two were nice jolly but all others were so miserable especially the lady doing the fresh omelettes. Outside around the pool we had to have all thin plastic cups and I mean thin. The alcohol was rubbish talk about watered down. Honestly you had to pay extra for kettle, aircon, safe and internet🫤. Shocking I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only good thing was it was on the beach. Entertainment was zero. Rubbish. I understand it’s coming to the end of the season on the resort but it felt like we had the worst of everything. Bad rooms, bad staff, bad food, beer you even had to pay for your beds on their own private beach. You couldn’t even get a hot drink after 11 o’clock!

An amazing hotel and staff in an absolutely fantastic location. Out of party season so no noise. We had booked 5 rooms as there was 10 of us and on arrival at the hotel they upgraded 3 rooms to a villa which was brilliant as it meant that all 10 of us were able to spend quality time together. The resort is amazing, the food is great with enough to choose from to suit all and any picky eater, there was entertainment in the evening if you wanted it. All in all I would 100% recommend this hotel, thanks to everyone for a fantastic and relaxing holiday. Michelle from Norwich, UK

To start with the good. The hotel sits in an excellent location, quite literally taking under a minute to reach the beach. Also there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, that’s where the good ends. The food offered by the hotel could only be described as dull and miserable. Grey meats and stale bread. Tasteless dessert and unseasoned sides. The lunch and breakfast buffet, were by my impression almost the exact same every day. Not that the dinner had much variety either. The drinks and beers offered by the bar were insults. Drinks were made with cheap knock-off spirits, and mixed with bad sodas. The beer tasted watered down, and was like the drinks served in small 0,25L plastic cups. Moreover the staff seemed irritated, which I would find understandable having to serve the crap they did. It also seemed like the staff were working the whole day, without many breaks. We were unable to get the two rooms we had ordered from the start, since the toilets were broken. The one we got was old and crammed. For staying there 3 nights we got a measly 45€ discount. The actual rooms we had ordered were poorly cleaned, had barely working showers. Missed simple things like a toilet paper stand, or a working AC. Returning to the staff. They were helpful enough, but nothing more than that. Not to their fault, as I can imagine the poor treatment they must get, if this is how guests are treated. In conclusion: stay away

The hotel is beautiful. The staff are very helpful and kind. I can not fault the hotel at all. The food was great my girls are very picky and they did not go hungry. You can get food from 8am till 9pm as there is a snack bar that runs from 10am-6pm and the restaurant is Breakfast 8-10 Lunch 12.30-2.30 Dinner 7pm-9pm The entertainment on a night is ok. The cocktails list is good for an all inclusive.

Amazing stay at Poseidon Hotel! The all-inclusive service was excellent with plenty of delicious food and drinks. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was relaxing, and the location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach and close to everything in Laganas. Highly recommended for a stress free holiday!
Konstantina F — Google review
I recently stayed at this hotel and, while the location is truly exceptional—with easy access to the beach and attractions (10/10 for that!)—the overall experience left much to be desired. Unfortunately, the rooms are noticeably outdated and do not meet the standards you’d expect for the price. There was no kettle provided, which was disappointing given how basic an amenity it is these days. The air conditioning is available only at an extra charge, which adds up quickly. To make matters worse, the WiFi is not free and was practically unusable during my stay. The food was one of the most underwhelming aspects. It was repetitive and lacked taste, with limited options such as chicken nuggets, pasta in various forms, and meats (pork, fish, beef) all doused in generic sauces. Drinks labeled as alcoholic barely had any alcohol in them, and the instant coffee was honestly undrinkable. Sunbed situation was frustrating: the free ones by the pool are all snatched up before dawn (people claim them as early as 5-6 AM). If you want sunbeds on the beach, expect to pay €20 for the privilege—and that doesn’t even include any drinks or amenities. Alternatively, a bit further down towards the marina, you can use beach beds for free if you commit to spending at least €30 on drinks and food. Service didn’t help redeem our stay. When I requested an ashtray, I was handed a paper cup, which felt dismissive and a bit unprofessional. To top it off, we booked a taxi to Zante Water Park via the reception and were quoted €30. Ten minutes later, the receptionist told us the new price was €45, but at the destination, the driver demanded €50! On the way back, we hailed a taxi directly at the water park and paid just €30—the original rate, without any hassle. Overall, aside from the superb location, I can’t recommend this hotel. With outdated rooms, underwhelming facilities, sub-par food, unreliable service, and lots of hidden or extra charges, it doesn’t offer good value for money. There are better options in the area if you’re seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Cape Skinari, located on the north coast of Agios Nikolaos in Greece, is a small but charming working port that sees regular freight traffic and ferries from neighboring Kefalonia. While it may not be as popular with tourists as other nearby resorts, its spectacular scenery and old-style Greek villages make it an attractive destination for families and older couples seeking a more authentic cultural experience away from the typical tourist areas.
Worth a trip to the top of the island. Boat trips are available, 15 minute boat trip to the shipwreck according to the map by the carpark. Small artisan stall also for other bits to buy. Free parking.

Wonderful place to visit. If you are by car, you can park your car nearby. I went here early in the morning to avoid the crowds. It worked. I was the only person there. You can walk down the stairs and make wonderful photos of the cape, the sea an, if you are lucky you can also photograph the next island. Don't forget to visit the little ruin nearby, with the beautiful nature surrounding it. All in all a visite worth your time.

Very nice experience! They organize the blu cave tour and the shipwreck tour every day from 9am to 5 pm. The blu cave it’s always available and it’s an experience of 1 hour-45min and it costs 15€. Depending on the weather conditions the organize also the shipwreck tour by adding only 10€, so together you pay 25€. But the last departure for the shipwreck it before 3pm. Each experience has a swimming stop. The first time we went we weren’t so lucky so the shipwreck wasn’t available due to strong wind so we paid only for the blu cave tour and the lady was so nice to give us her number for checking the weather conditions each day and we came back showing our payment receipt of the first day so we paid only the remaining 10 euros. The ship for the shipwreck tour it’s bigger and when you stop for swimming you can jump from the top! They bring you very close to the shipwreck for photos and then stop to a close bay for swimming. While in the cave the ship it’s smaller so they bring you inside them, depending on the day you can do the experience in very few people.

Beautiful views of the cliffs, there are also two windmills (of which one serves as a hotel room incl. tiny but stylish balcony). It's only a 10mins drive from the port of Agios Nikolaos from where the ferries to Kefolania leave twice a day.

Very pretty place. I wouldn’t pay €2 to walk the stairs because it isn’t worth it. I definitely recommend to either rent a motorboat or go on the motorboat trip. If you only choose to see the blue caves you will get a smaller boat than the one that goes to navagio which is way better in my opinion.

Yria Hotel is a low-key accommodation option in the heart of Zakynthos Town, just 70 meters from the beach. The hotel offers modest rooms with air conditioning, balconies, minibars, and satellite TV. Guests can enjoy bike rentals, a relaxed restaurant/bar, and complimentary breakfast. The friendly staff provides excellent service and assistance with booking changes.
The outside of the Hotel was beautiful with the flowers hanging off the balcony. The receptionists were all really nice and helpful. There is an elevator in the hotel which makes it really easy to move your luggage or get to your room quickly. The rooms (not deluxe) were pretty basic, but they served as a base perfectly, where you go only to sleep and shower. The breakfast was delicious and most importantly varied, consisting of several types of bread, jams, butter, meat, cheese, egg, sauces, even baked beans and watermelon and melon slices, and cereal. We always left the dining area stuffed and feeling satisfied. Breakfast by the way is from 7:30 until 10:30, for which you have to pay extra. The Hotel is not far from the city center, where there are several restaurants and bars, and some mini markets, and a stony beach is also a few minutes walk away. The bathroom (or at least ours) include both hand towels and shower towels, a package of hand soap, and a tube of shampoo/shower gel. The amount of these things varies based on how many people will stay in the room (if you go in pairs, it doubles). It also has a very old and kinda broken, but still working hairdryer. Be aware that you cannot throw used toilet paper in the toilet, it has to be thrown in the bin. The towels, soap, and the shampoo/gel gets frequently replaced (for us, it was done daily). The bedroom had a small wall-mounted TV, a small fridge, two bedside tables with lamps, and air conditioning, wich made the room very comfortable to arrive to. The room gets cleaned almost every day, so don't be scared when some personal stuff gets moved around. Overall, the time spent at the Hotel was really relaxing and pleasant, full of friendly faces. Every night it was like arriving home from a long and hot day.

Really impressed with this hotel, it offers excellent value for money. Arguably, the bathrooms could do with a bit of a refresh, but other than that, I can’t really fault anything else. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was fantastic. Within a few minute walk you are right amongst all of the bars and restaurants, and the harbour. Overall if you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel close to all of the amenities, then I would definitely recommend Yria Hotel and if I come back this is where I’ll be looking to stay.

The staff are very friendly and nice especially the lady with short hair. The cleaning staff are awesome they do a very good job cleaning. The AC works very well, the rooms are always clean everyday with fresh towels, the hotel is very strategically located so you can walk around old town. They also helped me change my booking when i made a mistake. Only thing I didn’t like as much was the shower curtain because the floor would get wet just be careful

A good hotel to sleep and near the city center to visit by foot. We had a relly good matress. Our room had a balcony with Sea View. Maybe the rooms need a fresh-up in renovation, but it's not that bad. The bathroom of our room was really small to keep in mind if you are a big person. After all it was a nice Center of City Zakynthos experience.

Negative side: bad wifi, bad spot for network connection as well. If you need network connection than better choose other hotel. If not, then the hotel might be fine. It was quite, cleaning service everyday. Breakfast was good but without vegetables and/or fruits.

Cielo Luxury Villas is a stunning property located in Zakynthos, offering spacious and modern villas with bright decor and marble floors. The villas feature air conditioning and can accommodate up to eight people, making them perfect for families or groups of friends. Set in a centuries-old olive grove, the complex seamlessly blends contemporary design with its natural surroundings. Guests can enjoy the outdoor pool, garden, and terrace while taking in breathtaking views of the sea.
Nestled in a gorgeous olive grove with views of the Ionian Sea, we stayed in the Villa Marietta at Cielo Villas last October for a week. Nikos and Irini were wonderful hosts and truly made the experience unforgettable. They were on hand to warmly welcome us, provide recommendations (restaurants, excursions, supermarkets, beaches etc) and help us sort out bookings. The villa has every amenity you could possibly need, a daily maid service to keep the place fresh and beautiful outdoor space with a private pool. We rented a car which I would recommend to easily explore the island. The boat excursion was definitely a standout day, exploring the coves and swimming with the fish! The local taverna, upon Nikos’ recommendation, was a lovely evening - my favourite meal of the week! Also, the local cafe less than a 5 minute drive was a daily stop for frappes and tiropitas! ευχαριστώ, Nikos and Irini for a wonderful stay - we hope to return!

I would say our stay at Cielo Villas was one of the best holiday stays we've had. The villa ticks every box for a couple of families (9 in total in our case). Very comfortable, great facilities, excellent pool. The location is perfect - just a short drive to the town. Having Nikos on hand 24/7 was the icing on the cake. He helped arrange special treatment at bars and restaurants, boat hire, exclusive sun loungers at the beach and more. Can't recommend this enough.

Nikos and Irini embody the very essence of Greek hospitality. From the moment we arrived, their warmth, attentiveness, and thoughtfulness made us feel entirely at home. The house itself was beautifully furnished - elegant, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the level of care and local insight they offered. From arranging dinner reservations and beach club access to providing tailored recommendations, they always seemed to know exactly what we were looking for, often before we did. Their passion for ensuring their guests have an unforgettable stay is evident in every detail. Our week in Zakynthos was nothing short of exceptional, and this holiday home played a huge part in that. I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here, and I’m already looking forward to returning with friends.

Loved our 5 day stay in Cielo Villas. The villa was immaculate and beautifully furnished. Nikos and Irini are great hosts who live in the complex. Breakfast was spectacular...set up on the verandah table by Irini. Nikos recommended a number of restaurants and taverna's all of which were great. He also arrange the bookings on our behalf. Had an issue with one of the aircon unit but this was attended to immediately. Great location from which we visited most of the island sights with our hired car. (Nikos can also arrange a car delivered to and collected from the villa.) Highly recommended and we'd definitely stay there again.

This is the most perfect vacation spot for people of all ages. It is spotless inside and out, the staff is super professional and kind, the food is excellent and the kitchen/dining is extremely well organized. I would also like to highlight some people, like Sandra the reservations manager, who was beyond helpful and quick to assist us. Also Harry in reception who is exceptionally kind, friendly, always going out of his way to make the guests welcome. Then there's Aggelos, who seems to always be around, working tirelessly, while remaining super friendly and attentive. He seems to remember everyone and is very kind and courteous. Last, but not least, there's Lakis. OMG, he must be a mind reader, because he has a tendency to serve us what we want before having to ask. He is also quite funny and has the nicest smile. I most sincerely recommend this place to everyone, you will feel like a million dollars due to being treated so great here. 😊

i was here with my family this weekend, eevrything is very nicesnd modern, i would jave given 5 stars if it wagner for one thing. We stayed in a room at first floor and everyday we found big and massive cockroaches everywhere. We told the reception but they said"it's nature". For 900€ having a room full of big cockroaches it's not nice. I can't sleep in this hotel because i see monsters everynight, feels like a horror movie. I'm sorry to say this because it's a beautiful hotel but i had to day this. I reali don't reccomend.

Hotel
Nestled on the beautiful Greek island of Zakynthos, also known as Zante, Lesante Classic Luxury Hotel & Spa offers a luxurious retreat with refined accommodations and stunning sea views. This upscale hotel boasts an array of amenities including pools, a spa, dining options, and bars. The elegantly designed rooms provide modern comforts while the spa offers a range of rejuvenating treatments such as massages and facials.
We had such an amazing 6 day stay at Lesante Classic Hotel & Spa, it absolutely lives up to its 5-star rating. The facilities are spotless, modern, and luxurious, and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Special mention to Maria and Ilia at the front desk, who were incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay! The hotel is in a peaceful spot, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and around 10 minutes to the local town, which was super convenient for short strolls. That said, the location itself isn’t central as most things are about 30+ minutes away, so taxis can get really pricey. But if you’re planning to relax by the pool, enjoy the spa, and spend time at the beach, this place is absolutely perfect. The only small downside was the breakfast selection, which could be improved with a bit more variety. But the young man cooking the eggs fresh every morning was so friendly and accommodating to my halal needs which was a lovely start to each day. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. The hotel and staff made the trip for us. If you’re looking for a calm, luxury retreat where everything you need is right on-site, this is the one. A perfect stay in a perfect hotel.

A lovely hotel with fabulous food and wonderful staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We really felt welcome. The rooms are generous and comfortable with lovely shower room. Bed and pillows really comfy. Two nice pools, although the sunbeds and pool area is a bit too open for me but many people enjoyed this space. The restaurant staff operated like a well oiled machine. At the busiest times, it was amazing to see how well they coped and still made time to smile and be helpful.

What a lovely place to stay! We would highly recommend this hotel. The staff are absolutely wonderful here, very attentive and helpful. The whole place is child friendly, however there is a really nice adults only pool and sun lounger on the other side. The food is delicious and one of my favourite foods I’ve ever eaten. The location is perfect, 3 minutes to a local beach, approximately 8 minute walk to the town/shops/restaurants/bars. We would happily stay here again

Nice but small hotel which is a little walk away from the beach. While the rooms were nice and freshly renovated in 2025, the hotel is nice but quite overpriced. Service was great, except for one of the front desk ladies which is still to master the customer centered mindset - however, we had too much interaction with her. The pool is nice, so is the bar and the food at the restaurant. But then again - too overpriced for the quality offered. Overall a nice small hotel with no views and a little - not very scenic walk away from the beach - a four star classification I would say.

This hotel was thoroughly amazing in so many ways!!! I have never seen spaces so clean, been around staff so friendly and helpful (thanks Aida, among others!), and enjoyed such ease throughout my vacation. I would 100% come back. The space is gorgeous. The spa is fabulous and the workers are both sweet and talented. A few notes that warranted that 4 star rating: 1) the pool is fully closed at 7 om, which is really early, 2) the gym is small and poorly ventilated, and 3) the extraneous charges felt rather excessive. For example, having every drop of drinking water be charged at such a premium, when drinking from the tap is not recommended on the island (and you already pay handsomely for everything else) felt like a step too far. Eating at the hotel was also quite expensive (one night, we ran into a fresh fish for almost 70 euro for one person!). Again, would still return and had the time of my life. Just be mindful and take some steps to help yourself along :)

We stayed for 7 Days, 7 Nights in a Suite – Mixed Experience. 🛏️ Room Quality: The suite itself had clearly been recently renovated—modern, spacious, and clean. The room offered a comfortable, relaxing space to unwind. 🌟 Room Service: The food served via room service was significantly better—both in taste and presentation—than what was offered at the breakfast buffet and dinner menu (half-board booking). The room service staff were also noticeably more friendly and attentive. 👎 Breakfast: While we appreciated the staff's efficiency, it lacked finesse. Tables were cleared abruptly—even mid-conversation—with arms reaching across our faces, disrupting the atmosphere. The loud clatter of plates and cutlery being stacked nearby made it difficult to enjoy a peaceful meal. In fact, it gave us headaches and led us to cut our breakfasts short. We often saw staff scraping leftover food onto a pile near us, which felt inappropriate for a supposed 5-star setting. ⏰ Check-Out Experience: Check-out time was listed as 11:00, but: At 10:30, a cleaning staff member knocked on our door. At 10:50, we received a call from the receptionist, which felt like a nudge to hurry up and vacate the room. 🚗 Other Notes: There was no valet service to help with parking or manoeuvring the car. The concierge was not consistently available at the hotel entrance. 🏁 Conclusion: While parts of our stay were enjoyable, especially the in-room service, the overall experience didn’t match 5-star standards. Based on our global travel experiences, this hotel aligns more closely with a 3-star rating.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Lesante Classic Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and relaxed. The rooms were immaculate, elegantly furnished, and very comfortable, a perfect retreat after a day in the sun. The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The pool area was stunning, and the service was top-notch Everything felt luxurious. If I had one (small) gripe, it would be the all-too-common issue of guests reserving sun loungers with towels early in the morning. It didn’t ruin our experience at all, but it would be great to see this managed a bit more actively by the hotel. Overall, Lesante Classic exceeded our expectations, a truly memorable experience and a place we’d return to in a heartbeat!
Alexander — Google review
Staff at reception are excellent and will go over and beyond for you, Maria was a great example and that is why I rate it 4 instead of 3 stars. But this hotel is clearly a 4 star hotel, not close to 5 star. If you have any experience at 5 star hotels, anywhere globally, then it is no question that this is not close. The pool, location and all the little details are moderate at best, especially breakfast food and service is sub par (relative to 5 star). The beach is walking distance, but it is not elegant, especially compared to what you can access on the island. The sister hotel Lesante Cape is a 5 star hotel. The cheap price of Lesante classic is a reflection of the description above so perhaps I should have known better when booking - I take the blame, but I just don’t understand why they claim it is a 5 star hotel on Google maps. But just to clarify, the staff at reception are fantastic.

Hotel
Strada Marina is a waterfront hotel located conveniently across from the marina and a short distance from the ferry port in Zakynthos. The hotel offers unpretentious accommodation with rooms and suites that can accommodate up to four people, many of which boast stunning sea views. Guests can enjoy a daily breakfast buffet and, during the summer months, access to a rooftop terrace featuring a Greek/Mediterranean restaurant, bar, and swimming pool.
I live on the island and visited the roof top bar with my parents who were on holiday. I've previously had cocktails here which were amazing but this time we had food and wow I'm really impressed. Five star food for three star prices. The service was attentive and helpful. Not to be missed.
Victoria H — Google review
Strada Marina has one of the best views. If you get the ocean view it has view of the bay and boats. At night you can see the wharf and its lights as well as the boats. The rooms are clean but not the most luxurious. Overall it’s a decent hotel with decent price. Walking distance from most of tourist attractions and stores.
DR0N3_ — Google review
The hotel is perfectly located right in Zante’s harbour, offering stunning views from the rooms that face the water—especially at sunrise and sunset. While the surrounding area gets quite noisy during those times, the balcony doors do a surprisingly good job of keeping most of the noise out. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but the bathrooms are clearly outdated. The small, oddly shaped bathtub serves little purpose and makes the bathroom layout awkward—the door can't even open fully, which is quite inconvenient. Housekeeping was adequate, and the air conditioning worked reliably throughout our stay. Check-in wasn’t ideal; we were initially met by an unhelpful and unfriendly staff member who failed to provide the necessary information. Fortunately, another receptionist stepped in and quickly resolved everything, ensuring we received the service we had paid for. Breakfast was acceptable, though underwhelming for a four-star hotel. The coffee was watered down and lacked flavor, and the selection remained the same every morning, with little variety. The rooftop is a definite highlight, featuring a small pool, bar, and restaurant with a breathtaking view over the city. The food served at the restaurant was a pleasant surprise—easily some of the best we had in town. Kudos to the chef! However, if you're staying on the top floor, be prepared for a lot of noise coming from the rooftop area above. It’s not loud music, but the constant scraping and dragging of metal chairs and tables across the floor can be quite disruptive.
Sorin T — Google review
Excellent location and friendly staff only. The rooms omg! They haven't been renovated since the day they built the hotel. Probably around the 1800 BC! The rooms are not comfortable because they are so old. Even the towels are very very old and they smell old too. Breakfast is very poor. Not recommend this place. Maybe you should think twice before booking up.
My I — Google review
I stayed at Strada Marina in September 2025. Unfortunately, I discovered bed bugs in my bed during the night. I immediately reported this to the staff. The staff initially told me I could check out early and would receive a refund for the unused nights, but no refund was ever processed. Instead, the responsibility was pushed back and forth between the hotel and Booking.com, leaving me without compensation. The location is nice, but due to this serious hygiene issue and the lack of accountability from management, I cannot recommend this hotel.
Assya C — Google review
Top quality /price experience. Gorgeous pool and rooftop amenities with stunning views of the harbour. Reception desk amazing to recommend real traditional Greek cuisine (not the usual souvlaki places), and anything else we needed. Tour offices right next door.. At the last minute they arranged to get us to a distant port on time, special mention to Spiro the taxi driver knows the winding streets, excellent driver got us there safely with 2 minutes to spare! Highly recommend one stop Zakynthos experience do not hesitate!
Domna D — Google review
Terrible, stay checked out, the booking pictures was nothing like the room we book, air-conditioner was Old bathroom very small, it stated balcony with city views but you were looking into other apartments, very noisy at night with the traffic, the marina was the best part across the road from the hotel, we didn’t stay for breakfast. The next morning very disappointing would not recommend worst hotel I have stayed through my Europe trip. And they would not even refund me for the two nights in which we didn’t even stay. Also sent them a message prior to arriving that it was for three guest and requested a bigger double bed and when we arrived they were rude. I thought they weren’t friendly. You couldn’t even sit on the toilet and every time you opened up the balcony. The old air-conditioner will turn off . Wouldn’t call it a balcony with city views definitely needs updating and the bathroom toiletries with 3/ quarters full no rating -Australia🇦🇺
Karen W — Google review
Unfortunately, a disappointing experience. Although we had booked a room through a partner travel agency, we were initially given a room in terrible condition, old, dirty, no balcony, no view, and completely unsuitable for hosting guests. After complaining, we were told there were no other rooms available and that we had to stay there at least for one night. The next day, we were upgraded to a much better room, but even then we faced issues because the air-conditioner filters were filthy, which triggered an allergic reaction. The photos speak for themselves. (August 2024)

Aqua Bay Hotel is a relaxed accommodation in the Planos area, close to Tsilivi. The hotel offers various pools for an exclusive experience and features a water park, two restaurants, and two bars as part of its all-inclusive package. Guests can enjoy clean rooms with pool access, attentive staff, and daily towel service. The on-site water park is well-maintained with considerate staff who respect the local wildlife.
We’ve just returned from a 2 week stay at Aqua Bay with 3 children (under 6) and we honestly can’t recommend Aqua Bay enough and we will definitely be visiting again in the future. The staff at the hotel are absolutely incredible and so accommodating for every need, no matter how big or small… The food was fantastic with so much choice at the buffet, and having access to the snack bar at the water park throughout the day was a bonus too. The BBQ buffet was great too, as well as the Elia restaurant, so there was always plenty of choice to suit all! Of course, having 3 young children, the water park was just perfect, alongside multiple swimming pools at the hotel, we were spoilt for choice and it was impossible to get bored. Thank you for such a wonderful holiday!!

A great place for families with children. The food is excellent, and picky eaters will also find something to enjoy. It's a quiet place with several pools, which is exactly what we were looking for. Friendly service. Fair drinks. The room was spacious, but unfortunately, the bathroom was below our expectations

We stayed at Aqua Bay and had an amazing experience from start to finish! The accommodation was modern, clean, and very comfortable. Spacious rooms with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The grounds are well maintained with several pools, so there’s always a quiet spot to unwind. The food was excellent – varied, fresh, and always plentiful. From fresh fruit and salads to local dishes and international favorites, there was something for everyone. Even the kids had plenty of tasty options. The staff truly made the difference: friendly, helpful, and always smiling. You feel genuinely welcomed and well looked after throughout your stay. Aqua Bay is a perfect choice for anyone looking for a stress-free, all-inclusive holiday with top service. We’ll definitely be coming back! 🌴☀️🍹

We spent a week in Aqua Bay in late August and it was a great holiday. Hotel is very clean, sunbeds at the pool very comfortable. Rooms bit small and tight for the family of 4 but we only slept there so all right. All inclusive to the highest standard. Really recommend for the stay in Zakynthos!!

Excellent hotel and ideal for families. Recommend ground floor rooms as a pool is just outside your door. Access to waterpark next door is a bonus. Good food and decent AI drink selection.

Holidayed at this hotel. It was nice, we were told it was 5 star, no chance, maybe 4 star at a push, but closer to 3 star. Staff were nice. Pools were ok. Access to watermark next door was good, but the Waterpark is not the greatest. Food was good overall. Staff were slow to bring items like drinks, as you couldn't really get your own, there was a couple of machines, but the hot drink one didn't really work often. Staff were friendly, if a little too quick to clear the table. Entertainment was pretty average. Room was ok, cleaned everyday, no TV remote, took reporting to reception 4 time to get one. Fridge in room was good, and useful. Also a kettle. Overall a nice enough place, any staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed our time there.

No entertainment at night!! Great hotel with Waterpark. Good for kids up to 10, 12 yrs. I came with my 15yr old and she's just a bit to old for this. Staff is really friendly. Rooms are good. Food is bad and goes from bad to worst. Example: Prawns smelled bad and were not properly cleaned. Waffles were made with milk that had gone sour. The drinks in the all in formula hardly contain any alcohol. The ones that do are very high priced! This is outrageous since I already paid 6200eur just to get here! Hotel pools are cleaned everyday! But:Breakfast is only 8 until 10. So not much time! It is supposed to be about 400m from the beach, but if you follow the signs you end up at a construction yard. With some effort you can reach the water but it is a wall with a few meters of rocks, hardly a beach. I don't get that. A car is highly recommended on this island. I'm not coming back here.
Nr1from1978 — Google review
ISSUE: this is an issue with random people coming in to the hotel and getting free food and drinks when they visit the waterpark there is no security or any gates stopping anyone who has not paid coming in this needs to be fixed ASAP I can spot this quite easily when I see people without a wristband. Many people have paid well over £7000. Rooms = okay but small Service = At the bar you need to pay for a lot of drinks even tho you paid 6,500+ for this Location = Not Pinterest 20 minutes to the big beach and the big beach is just full of Sunbeds. town is about 25 minutes away

Cactus Hotel is a family-run apartment hotel located near Laganas' vibrant nightlife. The hotel offers unfussy units with kitchenettes, an outdoor pool, and a cocktail bar. Guests can enjoy continental breakfast, billiards, and table tennis on-site. Additionally, the hotel provides services such as laptop and tablet rental, laundry facilities, and car rental to facilitate island exploration.
Here is my experience wit h them: 1. Laganas is a noisy location (3/5), however they managed to create an island of silence (5/5), so average is 4/5. 2. Rooms: excellent (5/5). Spacious, clean, well furbished. 3. Team: excellent at all levels, I've never received a negative answer. 4. Service: excellent. Very clean rooms, linen and towels changed completely every day (be sincere, how many 4* hotels do you remember having done this ?), great selection of food for breakfast, bar well garnished for all tastes, large, nice and clean pools (they are 2), free private parking. 4* to 5 * services for 3* prices. Unbeatable! Thank you Dennis and team!

Like an oasis in the busy Laganas area. We were looking for a hotel from where we could explore the island. We found that the staff went out of their way to help us and handled our every request kindly and promptly. Arranging dinner reservations, making it possible to charge an electric car, and other small things. We felt welcome and at home. The hotel offers a decent sized pool with a pool bar (and some excellent cocktails). The newly renovated room felt modern and cosy. Private parking (behind a gate) is available.

The location of the hotel is very good. The rooms are nice and clean, but we had a very, very bad smell in the bathroom sometimes and this was very bothering. The pool is clean and the water was perfect. Personal of the hotel is very nice and they help you everytime that you ask anything. The breakfast is very poor. The parking place is okay, for 20 cars

Staff was amazing, fulfilled all wishes. Received a map which was full of awesome recommendations! Breakfast was very good. They were able to provide gluten-free options as well! Pool never too crowded, comfortable sunbeds. Location very good. Close to the strip and beach, but in calmer street. Fitness room well equipped. Beds were very comfy, balcony was spacious, very good aircon, hangers for clothes, easy to use safe deposit box.

Amazing hotel. Had one slight issue with the air conditioning in my room on the first night and they could not quickly fix it so they moved me to another much nicer room in the morning, and they were very helpful, kind and apologetic through the whole ordeal. Extremely friendly, always smiling faces on every worker, they provided lots of good recommendations at check in and really took their time to help a first time visitor feel at home. The room was comfortable and quiet even though the hotel is in a busy area. Common areas were very nice. Breakfast was good with a variety of different foods. Incredible value for the money, I will definitely stay again if back in Zakynthos

Zante Maris Suites is an adults-only hotel in Zakynthos, offering minimalist suites with options like sea views and access to communal or private pools. It's a great choice for those seeking luxury without breaking the bank. The property provides a fashionable dining experience and is located near various restaurants, making it convenient for guests to explore local cuisine. Whether you prefer privacy or mingling with other vacationers, this hotel caters to different preferences while providing a taste of luxury in Zakynthos.
An amazing place to stay in! The hotel is located almost at the top of a hill with a beautiful view of the Tsilivi town and beach. This place is very calm and peaceful with plenty of olive trees around. A parking lot is available to park your car. The suite we had was on the first floor with a heated swimming pool accessible from the room. The staff are very welcoming, very kind and very thoughtful about small details. The food is just unbelievably delicious and well served. I definitely recommend this place !

Any issues we had were promptly resolved by the great staff there. It’s removed from the village up a hill, but with a buggy service to those who need/want it. You can be at great restaurants within 5 minutes Staff were great, food (breakfast and lunch) was always great. Dinner looked good too but we didn’t partake. A few niggles with the room, but rapidly resolved.

My mother and I had an unforgettable trip to Zakynthos, thanks in large part to our stay at the Zante Maris Hotel. Special thanks to Maria for staying for us after her shift finished to discuss the room's characteristics💛 We like the hotel's design, rich greenery, and views over breakfast, which provided a refreshing atmosphere. We even got a little gift when we checked out, a olive oil from Zakynthos 😇 // Room 324

An incredible hotel but maybe experience should be the right word to use. From the first moment you enter the wooden fence you are greeted with friendly faces all eager to make your stay as welcome as possible. I was expecting a lot after reviewing the other comments but it more than lived up to the hype. A special shoutout must go to the staff, from Jenni, to Esteban, Isabella and Giannis to the other tireless workers. They do a fantastic job making sure you have everything you need. The trip wouldn’t be the same with them all. There are a lot of events throughout the week to keep you busy and best of all if you just want to unwind and relax by the pool there is always ample space. You never feel the venue is overly packed. Location wise the hotel is quite central to Planos but you can easily commute around. You may hear about the hill and stairs upwards back to the hotel but you can actually book a buggy to go up and down this if you aren’t the hiker. The only tiny criticism is the wasps, but this is not the hotels doing. They have various techniques to help alleviate the pesky ones who may come to you by your private pools and sometimes at dinner and it seems to have done the trick. If you are looking for a perfect trip to Zakynthos then look no further than Zante Maris Suites.

Nestled on the stunning Akrotiri peninsula, Lesante Cape - The Leading Hotels of the World offers a unique hospitality experience that combines luxury with tranquility. Guests can unwind in beautifully appointed suites and villas, each featuring either a spacious balcony or a private pool. The resort boasts diverse dining options, from casual lunches at Novita to exquisite fine dining at Fiore. With its manicured lawns and breathtaking infinity pools overlooking the serene blue waters, this elegant spa retreat is perfect for relaxation.
Our stay at Lesante Cape was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and stunning views. The resort beautifully blends modern luxury with traditional Greek architecture ,it really feels like a small, elegant village rather than just a hotel. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a private pool and sea view that made it hard to leave! The food was another highlight — fresh, local, and full of flavor, especially the breakfast and the traditional Greek dinners. What really stood out was the service. Every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of, always with a smile. Whether we were relaxing by the pool, enjoying the spa, or exploring the little local touches around the resort, everything was thoughtfully done. Perfect for couples or families looking for a peaceful, luxurious getaway with a real sense of place. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

The staff are outstanding: warm, attentive, and always one step ahead. The hotel is perfect for couples or anyone looking for a quiet luxury getaway. It’s certainly a premium experience, but worth every cent. If you’re looking to treat yourself and are willing to invest in that premium experience, you will be thrilled with your stay here. I can’t wait to come back – this place is truly unforgettable.

It is much better what you see from the pictures. The view, the sea the beach all faboulos. Romantic and exotic. You feel like you are in a travel video and you are the star. The hotel. is like a small village but even from the top is just 2 minutes to walk to the pools. Breakfast is perfect and the rooms are beautiful. The only problem is that the food in the main restaurant is not too good. They tried to make it international but the local style is much better.

An unforgettable stay at a truly world-class resort. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional — warm, attentive, and always professional. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed with stunning views that made every morning feel like paradise. The service team went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect — peaceful, private, and with breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea. The kids absolutely loved it, especially the pools and exploring the safe, scenic grounds. The pool areas were immaculate and never overcrowded, and the overall attention to detail across the resort was clear. This was a holiday to remember, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

A Truly Memorable Stay at Lesante Cape – Worth Every Moment I rarely write reviews, but after our wonderful experience at Lesante Cape, I felt it deserved a few words of appreciation. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and attentive — the staff went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible, always with a smile and a willingness to help. The rooms were modern, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean — offering both comfort and style. We dined at several of the on-site restaurants and were consistently impressed by the quality of the food. Each meal felt thoughtfully prepared, with fresh ingredients and local touches that made every bite special. The pool area was a particular highlight — serene, well-maintained, and never overcrowded. Although the beach access is relatively small, the snorkeling right off the shore was fantastic. We were lucky enough to spot a large turtle just 50 meters from the beach — a magical moment we won’t soon forget. We also took one of the yacht tours organized by the hotel — an absolute must. The views, the experience, and the overall service on board were simply stunning and added an extra layer of magic to our holiday. It’s worth mentioning that the hotel is very child-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable as a family. The only downside — and it’s a notable one — is the price. It is indeed a high-end, premium experience, and the cost reflects that. But if budget isn’t your main concern, Lesante Cape offers an exceptional and luxurious escape that’s hard to match. Highly recommended for anyone looking to treat themselves to something truly special.

We had such a fantastic stay at Lesante Cape. To find a hotel that caters for children but maintains a standard and quality that you usually only find at adult only hotels or in the adult only areas is rare. Everything from the food, services and staff was excellent. Thank you to El and Ellie in the kids club - you guys are amazing. Thank you for a fantastic holiday.

We loved this property! A highlight is definitely the incredible staff and beautiful views! We were 3 adults so it was great for us that there was a separate pool area for adults only. Even though the property was crowded with kids at times, we admired the atmosphere and design that resembled a „Greek village”. I highly recommend to book the cooking class!

The restaurants were also excellent with good diversity of choices and the breakfast was absolutely incredible. Our room with a plunge pool was perfect for a family of four although maybe some families might prefer connecting rooms or a suite. The multiple shared pools and the private beach are both stunning and add to the variety.

Bitzaro Boutique Hotel is a luxurious four-star hotel located in the heart of Zakynthos Town, offering guests a prime location for exploring the island. The hotel boasts a 24-hour front desk, sun terrace, and an on-site bar, ensuring that guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of its highlights is the stunning view of the Ionian Sea, making it an ideal choice for those seeking both city center convenience and beautiful sea vistas.
My partner and I recently returned from an 8 night stay at the Bitzaro. The hotel is beautifully styled, modern, clean, and well located in a peaceful area just a stones throw from the centre of town and directly across from a small (but nice) pebble beach. The room was compact but very well designed and fitted out to a very high standard. Note: I would recommend only taking carry on luggage if you stay here because of the economical amount of space available to put belongings. Our booking came with a breakfast. Being a smaller boutique hotel I thought it would just be a few continental options, but the friendly staff offer you a choice of options cooked fresh, which was a nice touch. The cleaning staff were very good, and our room was always done to a high standard, as were the immaculately clean public areas of the hotel. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel benefits from having a 24hr reception service. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Kind staff, clean rooms and great breakfast! Not taking away a star for this but the tv was completely useless. Internet option disabled so no streaming from phone to tv. Only a few greek channels available. Flipside is the wifi on our phones worked great.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience to help other travelers who are looking for a good place to stay – just like I did when planning this trip. Our stay at Bitzaro Hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and kindness. The hotel has a cozy and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is truly unbeatable – just a 2-minute walk from the center of Zante Town, with great restaurants, shops, and the harbor nearby. Everything was spotless, breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the staff made us feel truly welcome. A heartfelt thank you to Vasiliki at the reception – her warm smile and kindness made a real difference. We will definitely come back!

Cannot say enough good things about Bitzaro. This is the second time my husband and I have stayed here and they are nothing short of amazing. Unfortunately on this trip, we had to leave early due to a family emergency. When we told Vasiliki with the concierge what happened, she was so sweet and offered us a full refund on the nights we were unable to stay. She absolutely did not have to do this and this just speaks to how kind the people of Greece are. If you’re looking for a great place to stay, great breakfast and walking distance to everything in the port town. Book it!!!

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We would have preffered if the bathroom had a door. There is only a door for the toilet, and showering is inconvenient as you spill water everywhere

King Jason Zante – Designed for Adults is a luxurious hotel located in Zakynthos, just a short drive away from Tsilivi Beach and Zakynthos Ferry Terminal. The hotel offers onsite massages, body treatments, and facials for guests to indulge in relaxation. It's also conveniently close to Alykanas Beach and Kalamaki Beach for those looking to explore the beautiful coastline of the island.
I had an unforgettable vacation at The King Jason! The hotel is brand new, with a modern design and attention to every detail. Breakfast is rich and of the highest quality, and the option to have lunch and dinner at the various on-site restaurants makes the stay even more convenient. The room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything needed for total relaxation. The staff was exceptional—kind, helpful, and always ready to meet any request. I felt truly pampered from start to finish. The perfect place to unwind and fully enjoy your vacation.

We had the very best time at King Jason. All the staff were friendly and happy. Special thanks to Anna and George who made daily rounds to ensure everything was just perfect. We were upgraded to a swim out pool suite which was so amazing. All the extra touches were very much appreciated and the quality of everything was luxurious from the sunbeds to the amazing food. We really do not have a negative word to utter about The King Jason and thank you all for the most memorable and comfortable holiday.
Karen R — Google review
I recently stayed at the King Jason Hotel, and while the property offers a serene and peaceful atmosphere, several aspects fell short of the five-star experience I was expecting. The rooms are comfortable, modern, and quiet, with nice views, a well-equipped gym, and a breakfast buffet with plenty of variety. These features made the stay relaxing and enjoyable. However, service and attention to detail could be improved. Communication was inconsistent at times, and there was a noticeable lack of the personal touch that usually defines a luxury property. Dining options, especially late at night, were limited, and service response was sometimes slow. Transport arrangements were another concern. On more than one occasion, transfers booked through the hotel arrived late. Even at checkout, I requested a car for 11:30 to catch a flight, but it arrived about 10 minutes late - an unnecessary stress at the end of an otherwise calm stay. That said, I must commend the concierge team, who were attentive and proactive. They arranged a rental car for me last minute with an excellent company that was very friendly, and also organized a private boat tour to both the north and south of the island, which was a fantastic experience and a highlight of the trip. Overall, the King Jason is a calm and comfortable hotel with good facilities, but it misses the consistent service, efficiency, and refined luxury touches that would truly justify its five-star rating.

Lovely chilled hotel, staff are very friendly, George is always around to make sure everyone is okay and loves his job clearly which is nice to see! We have had a great 10 days stay, weather has been fantastic, food amazing can’t fault it everything we have tried has been super. Pilates in the morning was harder than I thought but very enjoyable followed by breakfast, swim and chill by pool! Once the works are all complete to the final few villas it will be very tranquil. Dogs in the local community can be noisy at times but doesn’t bother us. Evening entertainment is always very appropriate and nice to listen to. We organised a boat trip around the south of the island with the hotel who arranged it all for us, it was fantastic, saw turtles and numerous caves to swim through that you just wouldn’t dare to if you didn’t know…. Very thrilling and fun. Overall a very pleasant relaxing holiday and would do it again.

What an incredible stay. The rooms were of fantastic quality and the service was unlike anything I have ever experienced. The staff are so friendly and ensure that you never forget that you’re staying in a 5 star resort. It was our anniversary and Anna (guest relations) organised an amazing cake which we arrived to in our room. This was by far the most enjoyable stay in any hotel that I have had, and will definitely be returning.
Tom C — Google review
We’ve just returned from 8 incredible nights at The King Jason, and honestly, I hope this review does it justice. We stayed in Room 211, a beautifully appointed first-floor room with a balcony. Everything felt high quality – from the lovely bedding to the efficient air conditioning and the luxurious rainfall shower. It was a perfect retreat after relaxing days by the pool. The food is next level, freshly cooked, high quality, and with something to suit every palate. The restaurant staff made the experience even more special – a huge thank you to Anna, who genuinely cared about every guest, and to Jason, whose management kept everything running seamlessly. The Haroub restaurant is an absolute must – elegant, delicious, and well worth a visit during your stay. We also spoke with the bar manager, who was clearly passionate about what he does. The drinks are outstanding – branded spirits, cocktails made with fresh ingredients and homemade syrups – you can truly taste the difference. One of the standout features is the sunbed situation – or lack thereof! There’s always a spot available, and the sunbeds are honestly the most comfortable we’ve ever used. Add in the stunning infinity pools (1.4m deep) and you’ve got a recipe for total relaxation. As others have noted, you might occasionally hear a dog or a cockerel, but it’s minimal and didn’t impact our stay at all. We didn’t see a single mosquito – though wasps can be a little bothersome outdoors, but that’s nature for you! While The King Jason is officially a 5-star hotel, the service is beyond 5-star. Every single staff member works so hard and is incredibly friendly. A special shout out to Guest Relations, Michelle and Anna, who made us feel truly valued and looked after. If we had to suggest any (very minor) improvements: - A few more drawers in the wardrobe would be helpful – there are currently only two small ones. - A live singer could elevate the evening entertainment. - A mid-morning Pilates/Yoga class would be appreciated, rather than it being so early. - A shuttle service to Zante Town could be a nice addition. None of these points would deter us from returning – in fact, we’re already planning our next trip! Thank you, King Jason team, for an unforgettable holiday. We’ll 100% be back.

I visited Zante with my adult family members for a relaxing week holiday. It’s an absolutely amazing hotel - the service is exceptional, rooms are luxurious, and the food is delicious. I’ve been to Zante three times now to various parts of the island and I can’t think of anywhere better on the island to stay than King Jason. The staff all have a ‘can-do’ attitude and their attentiveness and attention to detail is definitely five star. Book your stay in now before this new gem is fully booked as I’m sure it will be in future! I see a very bright future ahead for them and wish them all the success in the world, they deserve it. Personal thanks to: Victoria who’s smiley and friendly demeanour always brightened our day, Jason for organising a delicious picnic for when we had a day exploring out of the hotel, Anna for her help with any questions we had and organising a little surprise for our anniversary, Migah for his attentive service waiting our table, and many more people (too many to name!) who made our stay very special. Hopefully see you all soon - we can’t wait for our next visit!

Guests can enjoy fresh, delicious food sourced from the hotel's own garden while taking in breathtaking sea views from the restaurant.
The best food we ate during our stay and we tried a lot of restaurants ! The chef is amazing, the servers as well especially Lou, so kind and professional. We recommend this place to everyone, all the products come from their farm, and the view is incredible.

We loved everything! Beautiful, romantic, peaceful and harmonious place. Food in restaurant for dinner was truly the best we had in Greece. It’s not cheap, but so worth it. Their homemade limoncello is really good! Only things that were missing is an area for kids to play with a slide or something and some little things like hooks to hang your towels on in the apartments. Other than that, we loved it!

Leeda's village is such a charming place set in a beautiful olive grove. Everything has been wonderful - from the charming stone villas which were very clean and contemporary furnished to the delicious food served at the pool with a view of the sea. My boyfriend and I came to Leedas with our family and friends because we were getting married on the island and wanted a quiet, romantic and family friendly place to stay. Our stay was beyond perfect and the staff did absolute everything to make our stay special. We stayed at Leeda’s villa, Semili A and Danea A. This is a paradise! Calm with lovely gardens, a lovely swimming pool, very good breakfast/lunch and dinner in their restaurant Zefki. All fresh and local. Very much privacy. We got champagne for free to celebrate our wedding and they helped a lot with arranging things. This is our second stay and we will definelty be back one day!

Upon arrival we received great service and a warm welcome from Effe. Throughout our week long stay we were treated kindly and with exceptional customer service. However I was slightly displeased with the waiting times at the restaurant and grew impatient at times. Apart from this we had an amazing stay and we would definitely visit again.

Effie is amazing! So are all the rest of the staff and the owner. They make you feel like family. Was a wonderful family vacation and cannot recommend enough. The only downside for me was super slow internet (3.5mbps) but for some that might be a saving grace if on a short work leash. Food was amazing and priced fairly. A true hidden gem and we shall be back.

Unfortunately, the beach itself is no longer accessible, but you can still visit it as part of a boat tour. The water has a stunning color and is incredibly clear, making it a truly beautiful place to see and enjoy.
Levente M — Google review
The beach is beautiful with crystal blue waters and white sand, but it's totally overrated. Also, there are minimum 5 boats in the bay at every time. Since 2024, there are regulations from the Greek Government to not let anyone go on the beach or swim nearby because of falling cliffs (and you can see rocks that fell on the beach on the sides). You can only stay on the boat as they will turn for 15 minutes in the bay, then go to another spot if they have swimming spots included.
Ana-Maria A — Google review
Always wanted to see this since I was a kid. Finally nice to have ticked it off. Shipwreck is cool but the amount of tourists is insane. Do prepare yourself for that. Best to hire your own boat for the trip as it will be more enjoyable. I would do that next time.
Tai T — Google review
Lovely viewpoint, very small area open to be able to take a picture. The queue for the viewpoint platform took about 40 mins. They are doing work in the area so may be better next year. Well worth the wait though, probably best to see from a boat tour.
Mary W — Google review
The place is must see. The contrast between the turquoise water, the white cliffs and the iconic shipwreck creates an unforgettable view
Kamila S — Google review
Iconic place, a must see both from the sea and the viewpoint. Closed to public from 2023 due to limestone landslide, no access to it by car, the viewpoint gets a bit busy, it’s a 10 min walk to the furthest point. Views are incredible. Mind the hike back up, it’s a paved but quite steep, can get kinda hard in the heat. Mind the shadow/sun on the beach for good pics. Water photos taken at 11:20am early June. Viewpoint photos taken 2:30pm. There’s also a military base nearby & you can see F16 flying around super low to the water - spectacular sight
Lolita M — Google review
This famous cove can only be reached by boat, and you cannot go ashore because of the shipwreck remains on the beach. Still, the view of the dramatic cliffs and turquoise water is absolutely breathtaking, and swimming in the crystal-clear sea right from the boat is an unforgettable experience. It is definitely a tourist hotspot and can get very crowded, as it’s one of the most iconic places in Zakynthos. Despite that, the scenery is so unique that it’s worth seeing at least once. Floating in the water with the shipwreck and cliffs in the background is something you won’t easily forget. A good tip is to visit during the week rather than weekends, as it tends to be slightly less busy. There are no facilities here, so come prepared — but that’s part of the adventure. Overall, a must-see location in Zakynthos for the incredible views and experience in the water.
Baran Z — Google review
It's definitely a must-see, but it's impossible to reach by land. The stunning color of the sea and the ship create a wonderful blend. However, going to the beach and swimming in this area is dangerous and forbidden because rocks can fall from the mountains. But I definitely recommend visiting by boat to see the scenery.

Tsilivi Beach Hotel is a laid-back beachfront hotel with a prime location on Tsilivi's beach. The hotel features two restaurants, two outdoor pools, bars, and a playground. Guests can enjoy various outdoor activities such as water polo, football, and basketball. The buffet restaurant offers themed nights with cuisine ranging from Mexican to Greek, Italian, and French. Live entertainment is also available during the week.
Beautiful Location with Relaxing Vibes The hotel is located in a truly picturesque spot. Our sea view room offered absolutely stunning and breathtaking views. The pools were sufficient for the number of guests, and there’s easy access to the beach. The hotel has its own beach area, which is lovely — although sunbeds are payable, it felt great to be so close to the shallow, calm waters. It’s especially ideal for families with young kids, as the bay stays shallow for several meters before it gets deep, making it safe and hassle-free. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The only downside for us was the food — while it was okay, the menus lacked variety and creativity. Another small surprise was the lack of evening entertainment. Besides the kids' disco and a bingo night, there wasn't much going on, which is unusual for this type of hotel. That said, we ended up enjoying the peaceful, quiet evenings from our balcony. Highly recommended for a visit!

You get what you see in the pictures. The service was alright. The service was not on point in all parts of the hotel. The rooms Could have been cleaner and the bartender got real mad when my boyfriend accidentally dropped a glass. The bartenders service and politeness varied between those that worked the days.

Fab hotel, just returned back to UK after a wonderful week stay. Room was perfect location, friendly staff from booking in to leaving. Big thankyou to you all. Only disappointment, if you want a sunbed around the pool or terrace, you need to be up very early to beat the once a year visitors who just love to put towels out, leave them till afternoon before using them, 🤔
Dave B — Google review
It’s a pretty good place over all. Sometimes food is hit or miss. All the staff are lovely but melt into the background. Little beige, boring. It could have that over the top service easy but doesn’t. Beach is great but don’t think you’re not gonna get away without paying 20€ a day for 2 lounges and a side table every day on the beach in front of the resort. There is way too few lounges by the pool but are free. Snack bar is very limited. Rooms are nice. Beach bar is closed until 6:00pm and open after the beach is closed. 🤦‍♀️Don’t let the pictures fool you. It’s closed all day but you can get a drink by the pool bar. It’s a little trek to get there. It just feels after spending 1000’s for the holiday, your hand is forced to spend more because of limited openings and choices. Staff nice, rooms nice and food decent.
Tammy A — Google review
Mixed bag. The entertainment was okay but nothing too exciting. Our room was fairly dirty and there were brown stains on the towels when we arrived. The bathroom door handle was nearly falling off and the door itself got stuck whenever we closed it; sometimes it could take five minutes and a lot of bashing the door to get out of the bathroom. Eventually we just left it open. The water to the room is extremely unreliable, temperature wise; turning the shower knob by a couple of degrees changes the water from scalding to icy, and it takes a long while to warm up at first. The electricity card slot was unreliable and electricity would flicker off and on multiple times when first entering the room. The travel cot we were provided was very clearly broken and it took until later the first night to get it changed for one that would be suitable for our 5-month-old baby to sleep in. I tried to call reception to report these things but the phone in our room didn’t work. I asked to be moved and was told there was no availability despite the hotel not seeming overly busy. The drinks selection is relatively poor and the (sometimes quite abrupt) staff don’t seem to know how to make them as sometimes there would be completely incorrect ingredients or you’d end up with half a cup of grenadine. If the beer isn’t watered down then it’s the most tasteless beer I’ve ever tried. Be careful here if you have food allergies. My daughter has a cow’s milk protein allergy and as a result we need to have a dairy-free diet and are also excluding eggs to be safe, but the allergen information here is nonexistent if not outright deceptive. There are signs proudly displaying various allergy icons which imply those icons might be present elsewhere on the food labels but no. Most of the time the food labels are handwritten and feature no icons; other times they’ll be printed and have some icons but clearly be missing icons for containing milk when it’s a dish in a cheese sauce; sometimes food will be unlabelled. On our last day they swapped to new labels for the food which had a checklist of allergens underneath the name of the dish, but at no point were any of the allergens actually ticked so again it’s completely useless. Credit to Angelo who was very helpful and knowledgeable about allergen information for the middle few days of our stay, but the rest of the staff were utterly clueless; I asked the chef at the (extremely limited) snack bar which items contained milk and his response was “I don’t know”. You’re given a form at check-in to tick the allergies you have, but showing this form with the Milk and Eggs boxes ticked just resulted in them asking about whether we can have Gluten and Mustard. 🤷‍♂️ I honestly don’t know if the staff understand that butter is also something we need to avoid or if they very literally just advised me whether things had actual milk in. I guarantee that we have eaten dairy at some point during our stay despite trying our best to avoid it. I won’t say the food itself was limited because it’s mostly our diet that restricted what we could eat. The quality of the food was mostly decent; nothing special but probably better than a lot of all-inclusive places I’ve been. I don’t think there was a single safe dessert during our stay; even the jelly had whipped cream all over it.
Sean J — Google review
Hotel is good and reception staff helpful. The bar is sterile and lacking atmosphere. Had to make a complaint as at 11pm when the bar stops serving, they pulled down the shutters and turned off the lights when people were still drinking at tables. As you can imagine being on the beach front, there isn't much light so could have caused an accident.

Had a great stay , started with a nice warm welcome and shown to our room. Our room was spotless on arrival and kept spotless throughout our stay with cleaning every day , fresh towels and sheets every other day. ALL staff were happy , friendly and pleased too help in anyway with a smile . Great system in place to order food and drink around the pool on the beach and in the restaurant . this was our first time in greece and we had an amazing time. The staff is caring, friendly and they make sure we wouldn’t face any inconveniences. We really felt welcomed and cared for. The beds in the rooms are comfortable and the rooms are clean and get cleaned a lot. You have a little refrigerator which is really handy, also a AC. The hotel is just 3 steps away from a beautiful beach and just walking down the mainroad you have a lot of shops and supermarkets, everything you need. The pool is also nice and its next to the restaurant and you can order food and drinks by pressing a buzzer and they will come to you. The food is great and well priced. All in all we had an amazing stay here and its one to remember. Thanks to the wonderful staff!

We stayed at the hotel for 8 days. The location of the hotel right by the sea is good enough + the area is green and the smell of conifers is wonderful. Clean pool which is included in the price. Large + there is a great team both in the hotel and in the restaurant. Room service and administration is excellent. But I want to address the managers First of all, it is a stale air conditioner that has an unpleasant odor when it works, it is installed in a bad place immediately opposite the bed, which creates inconvenience in its use. And when you turn on it down, it then switches back to you automatically. The bathroom is too small, outdated, and with very little pressure in the shower. It could use a little reconstructionIn general, we liked the hotel and felt at home. The restaurant is located on site and has excellent access directly to the beach. We visited many places in this town, unfortunately this restaurant has the worst food and the highest prices. Having such a great place and such a great team here, you can make such an unsurpassed place that the line will be standing there. And we even ordered an egg for breakfast and it was overcooked. The chicken giros was not very tasty either. Although we had a 10% discount there, of us ate in other places where it was much tastier. You have a lot of regular customers, and if you improve the conditions for them, they will be very grateful. And change the kitchen. You have a very nice place. I work in this field, so I know what a great place you can make there.

This was our first stay at the hotel but our third in Alykanas. We were a 3 generational family. This was definitely our best stay in the village. The hotel had everything we needed; location was perfect. 10 steps to the beach, amazing views, clean, comfortable and most importantly the most friendly and accommodating staff! Pool and communal areas immaculate. Rooms were large and clean; aircon and safe were included and as we booked direct with the hotel, local taxes were too. We loved that it was family run and that it had such quirky touches such as the collection of model ships and paintings! Ok, the rooms were a little dated but they were clean, as were the towels and linens with plenty of hot water and proper shower cubicles. Pool service was amazing; how I miss the bell to call for cocktails and food! We will be back!

Very poor quality room for the cost, and the food was expensive even with the 10% guest discount, and could hardly find the receptionist most of the time when needed something, Disappointing stay. I was on the Ground floor room 11 that only had a half size seated bath , and where the front view of the road obscured by a dying tree is awful, and the shower gel and shampoo was not replaced all week, so I had to go to the shop and buy my own wash and go shower gel. The staff were great, especially the restaurant staff, but the quality of the building and rooms is definitely under par for the prices charged for them, and it shows that profit is valued over customers environmental pleasure and quality, and I felt my holiday over all, and my daughter's enjoyment (although she did enjoy the swimming pool) was somewhat greatly devalued, and to be honest by the end of the week I did wish that I had stayed somewhere else instead of here Me and my family regularly visit Alykanas, and after reading some of the very positive reviews (where even one stated they'd been trying to book here for years), I looked forward to staying at the Valais and was under the impression that my stay would be one of a pleasant quality attentive regal experience, and so I was happy to pay the money, but what I found as my experience was a make do ad hoc type of offering, akin to a cheap brand supermarket quality style effort at an over inflated price.

Our Stay at Valais Hotel was amazing. We were welcomed by such warm and friendly staff. They were always helpful, sweet and genuinely interested. The people working here (no matter if it was the people at the reception, the cleaners or the staff of the restaurant) always tried their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible and we always felt comfortable around either one of them. Our room was clean and its interior and condition was to our fullest satisfaction. We had a double Bedroom with a balcony. The room included free use of Air Conditioning.Everything was clean. The Hotel makes sure that even if your room doesn’t have the Pool or Ocean View, you still get a decent nice view from the balconies on the ground floor by taking good care of a nice little garden part outside of the building. Our room got cleaned every day, we got provided with fresh towels, toilet paper, new coffee and cups and neat sheets every time. When there were any minor issues the Staff at the reception instantly made sure to solve it. There was also a little fridge. The beach is literally 10 steps from the hotelr. You could either rent beach chairs for 25€ a day (which is a fair price for an entire day for 2 peoplel) or bring your own towels and just lay at the beach for free. The hotel also offered a lot of fun beach activities such as boat tours, jetski and speed boat rides. We did a boat tour around half of the island and found that the hotel is not too far from Xigia Sulfur Beach and the Blue Caves which (in my opinion) are worth seeing the most of all things on the island, so the location of the hotel is amazing. We were able to visit a lot of amazing places not too far from Alikanas just by renting a Quad that we were able to park at the hotel for free, to keep it safe from thiefs. As an addition to all that we were able to use the huge hotel pool for free and also lay at the beach chairs by the pool for free, they also provide you with free beach towels if you need them. If you want to order snacks or drinks you just press a button and the restaurant service comes right away to take and deliver your order. There was always enough free chairs to lay on. We were also very happy with the restaurant. The staff is super sweet and they offer a large variety from food, snacks and drinks. As a Hotel guest you receive a 10% discount on everything and after staying a few days we realised that other restaurants around aren’t really any cheaper and the food was often not as good as the food offered in the hotel restaurant, so we came to eat often. We also appreciated the nice breakfast menu which contained a variety of iptions. They don’t offer a breakfast buffet or anything so you have to order breakfast each day individually but the price is fair for the quality and the amount of food you get, it’s all under 10€. The Hotel pool and restaurant was always relatively quiet and not too busy, which was really relaxing. The tourist centre of the city is a 5 minute walk up the road and contains everything you need such as quad and car rental places, super markets, pharmacies, a doctor, bars, restaurants and various souvenir shops. All in all you have more than everything you need at this hotel, we always felt safe and we just want to say thank you to Valais Hotel for giving us such a great time with many beautiful memories. You made mine and my boyfriends first couple vacation amazing. We will be back!

This is a nice place to stay in Athens for low budget person. I think I only paid 90 euros. The room was small but for one night it was fine.
