Marisquería Los Marinos Jose is a renowned family-owned restaurant located on the Paseo Maritimo of Carvajal, offering an extensive selection of Mediterranean treasures. With a reputation for serving the best quality and variety of fresh fish along the Costa del Sol, it has become a must-visit destination for seafood enthusiasts. The restaurant also boasts an impressive in-house bodega with over 250 varieties of wines from around the world.
Amazing experience! Great food! The service is World Class! One of my best dinner experiences ever! The service matches three star quality. A must visit!

You get the freshest and widest range of seafood here, also a very attentive and friendly service. However, when you pay 50-60 euros for dinner, i would expect a better presentation, a bit more vibrant and appetising look. But unfortunately my dinner plate came with a sad looking lonely sole with no real marination other than salt, no dressings, or any souce 😕 . Same story with the octopus starter dish.

Great food. Good service. Over priced. We ate in same dishes in top end restaurants in Malaga city for 40% less. If money isn't an issue go for it. Most of our bills on the trip were 250 to 280. This was 450. Same amount of food and wine.

Agreed to be the top 50 restaurants. Anything to change? Nothing… 🌟 Top service and wine selected by the manager, It was a pleasant meal and very professional, fresh seafood (menu changes every day), they adapted some of the seafood based on our requests

We had a wonderful evening with fresh local dishes and high end service. Never tried a sea urchin before, but it tasted lovely. The prices are a bit on the higher scale, but definitely worth it. Can only recommend this place.

So unassuming from the exterior but really excellent and exciting atmosphere inside !! Lively, buzzing and fun ambiance yet five star professionalism ! The menu is exciting and the food is fun and delicious. We enjoyed several bottles of this excellent Chardonnay too!

This place nails the vibe – cozy, with friendly staff and a menu full of ocean delicacies. The only downside for this type of restaurant is that you have to remove the bones from the fish. Still worth a visit for seafood lovers, just watch out for those sneaky bones!

Nestled in the picturesque neighborhood of Los Boliches, Los Enebros Restaurant in Fuengirola stands out as a culinary treasure since its establishment in 2004. This elegant eatery is renowned for its exquisite decor and inviting ambiance, making it an ideal spot for those seeking traditional Spanish cuisine. With a focus on tapas and Andalusian specialties, dining at Los Enebros promises an authentic experience that delights the senses.
Outstanding food and service. The 3 course menu for €36 was fantastic value. Partner chose the lobster bisque and rack of lamb from the al a carte, so impressed.
Alan I — Google review
Went here on white day, atmosphere great, the service was superb! We had amazing and fresh beef carpacio, delish and creamy salmon pasta, beef tartare that we had to make reservation for, however disapointingly the panko crusted prawns was bitter burnt and too tough. Otherwise, a 4.5 experience, all of the service staff are a delight and professional!
Yola S — Google review
My friends live in Fuengirola and took us to this restaurant as it had such a fantastic reputation. When we arrived, the whole place was very busy - a great sign. We ordered food from the set menu, and each dish was beautifully cooked, presented, and had excellent flavour. It was clear the staff took great care and pride in their work. The food was reasonably priced and excellent value for the quality and portions. My son can be a very picky eater and he managed every course without issue. I also want to say the waiting staff were brilliant with my son and went out of their way to make him feel welcome and laugh when near the table - an added bonus. I would definitely return to this restaurant without hesitation, and it is definitely one of the best restaurants in the local area.
Sean M — Google review
The food was fantastic! The atmosphere is a little stuffy. The staff do work to impress, but let them breathe a bit! The view is ok. The food, wow!!! The quantity is enormous!! The entrées were better than the mains. Incredible. We had to take stuff to go, so do not order with your stomach. I would easily recommend this place

Accidentally came across this restaurant walking through Los Boliches. The menu looked varied and inviting so we returned a few evenings later to try it. The restaurant was exceptional. Even the menu presented at the table by the attentive server highlighted the quality of what was to come. The dining experience was excellent, with tasty well cooked food . The lobster bisque was a highlight although we could not fault a thing. We will return and highly recommend it you are looking for somewhere special.

An Unforgettable Dining Experience at Los Enebros From the moment we walked into Los Enebros in Fuengirola, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness by both the owners and the entire staff. The atmosphere is incredibly inviting, and you can feel the genuine hospitality in every interaction. Everyone here is not only professional but also truly passionate about what they do, making you feel at home from the first moment. And then, the food… simply extraordinary! We started with the red tuna tartare, which was unbelievably fresh and full of flavor. Every ingredient was of the highest quality, and you could taste the care put into every dish. Then came the beef tartare—honestly, the best I have ever had in my life. Coming from Switzerland, where tartare is a specialty, I was absolutely blown away by the depth of flavor and perfect seasoning. But the real highlight? The palettilla, the milk-fed lamb shoulder. My God! This dish alone is worth the trip. It was so tender, so flavorful, that I could wake up in the middle of the night just thinking about it. Everything was flawless, from the service to the ambiance and, of course, the food. Los Enebros is truly a gem, and I can only say: perfect in every way. If you're in Fuengirola, do yourself a favor and experience this incredible restaurant.
Shehrazade B — Google review
I had walked past this place a couple of times this week and decided to visit. A little off the main thoroughfare and was quiet but in saying that it picked up as I was leaving. Excellent service and food. Wine excellent and waiter/waitress very attentive. I had, pate to start followed by slow cooked lamb and Passionfruit mousse and all very delicious. Would highly recommended. 👍I would say medium price range. €33 per head for 3 course set menu.

We stumbled on Los Enebros tonight by accident and were so pleased that we did! Lovely welcome, even though we hadn’t made a reservation, fabulous food and top class service. We look forward to going back when we are in Los Boliches next year.

Seafood restaurant
Restaurante la Langosta, a Mediterranean eatery, specializes in delicious seafood and fresh fish meals. The ambiance is warm and unpretentious, adorned with colorful stained glass dating back to the 1960s and a majestic palm tree at the heart of the dining area. The standout dishes include Lobster Thermidor, rice infused with succulent lobster, and an appetizing fried fish platter.
A rare find in Fuengirola, atmosphere, fantastic service and exquisite food. The interior is intriguing and bigger than it looks in the photos, warm light from copper mirrors and stained glass artworks. The music was perfect, 60s classic playing softly in the background setting the scene from when they first opened. The menu is well balanced, each dish the perfect size (enough to enjoy but not too much that you can’t finish the five courses) and every mouthful savoured. We particularly loved the saffron sauce, although everything was delicious and also very reasonable for such a special experience. We will be back the next time we visit!

La Langosta in Fuengirola is a true gem. From the moment you walk in, you feel that classic charm that transports you directly to the golden age of the Costa del Sol. Elegant yet unpretentious, with a cozy atmosphere and warm, attentive service that makes you feel right at home. The food is simply spectacular. The lobster was incredible: fresh and cooked to perfection. Everything was full of flavor and had that traditional touch that's hard to find these days. A must-visit if you're in Fuengirola; you'll want to come back again and again.
Dayana A — Google review
Amazing restaurant! Cosy, romantic, fancy... We enjoyed the music and the service. Our server was especially good, very proper. We had the Shrimp with Garlic for a starter and the Grilled Lobster with Hot Butter for our main course; it was absolutely fantastic. Price was around €45 for a lobster (as in the picture) and our total was around €133, for a wine bottle, lobster, and prawns. It was the first time having lobster for one of us, so we asked how we were supposed to cut it and so on - we got great help. The wine was delicious with the lobster. You really can't get away from the fantastic smell of the shrimp and lobster. This restaurant really knows their sea food! Thank you for the excellent service and food!

This was absolutely the best meal we have had in our 3 week holiday, wish we’d come sooner so we could visit again! I had the lobster bisque, which was divine, and the pork fillet in Pedro Jimenez sauce, also divine, the pork was melt in the mouth and SO tasty. Hubbie had scallops gratin, and John Dory with lobster which he very much enjoyed (I tasted a scallop and it was delicious!) As someone else pointed out, the food service is slow, which I think is down to the fact they do not have a large kitchen, but, who’s in a hurry on holiday? This is cooking as it should be done, and it’s definitely worth a little wait😋 We can’t wait to return In fact, we couldn’t resist booking again for tonight, as it’s our last night and the food was SO good I will update review again tomorrow 😊

What a find ... beautiful small restaurant .. Great lobster and service .About 45 Euro for full lobster .. so ££££ but worth the treat .. Also provide an economy set menu under 20 euro which looked great value .. Booking essential ... We will return.

Restaurante Palangreros is a top dining spot in Fuengirola, offering traditional Mediterranean cuisine with a history of over 30 years. The cozy and rustic space serves refined dishes and tasting menus, focusing on Andalusian flavors. The short menu features essentials like pil-pil prawns, stew croquettes, and Angus beef rib-eye steak.
Had a fantastic meal at Restaurante Palangreros. 6 of us had so much tapas! Best tapas I have had. The staff were so friendly, very accommodating. You just eat here!!!!

Great evening. Lovely food, very well presented. Welcoming atmosphere and great service.
Mieke V — Google review
We waited outside with two other couples for the doors to open at 7pm, which it did very promptly. During the evening several without a booking were turned away. We'd been here before and on this occasion, decided to go for their tasting menu. It's extremely good value and the food is superb. The problem was matching the sequence of dishes and wine. We'd already ordered a glass of Cava each and the waiter suggested a white wine for most of the courses, then a glass of red with the beef. The white was inoffensive and somewhat bland. The red was very disappointing and lost against excellent beef. Our expressions of disappointment were not welcomed. With tasting menus we've had in the UK, they usually offer a "wine flight" - a different wine with each course. To be fair, with only about ten tables, they may have too few customers who would want that. So if we ever return, and it is IF, we won't chose the tasting menu.
Brian J — Google review
Oh.....my.....word. This is a FANTASTIC gem of Fuengirola! Where to start, the food; absolutely. freaking.delicous. We had the chicken cordon bleu and the Sea Bass with Lobster sauce,it was phenomenal ! Not only was the meal delicious, and drinks fantastic; The staff were absolutely lovely, welcoming and very very helpful. I can't rate it any higher. I'm fact, we met a couple in the restaurant who book I'm advance to make sure they have a table for every visit, we can see why! Best bit, there are SOOO many gluten free options, I mean absolutely LOADS of them and they were really really knowledgeable about cross contamination. Please please give this a go when you're in town as it's absolutely worth it, especially price-wise!
Daniel C — Google review
you have to make a table reservation if you have time to eat here! we enjoyed the tasting menu. The food was good and tasty and the portion was elegant. The service is really friendly and considerate 😍. Why didn't I give 5 stars? In my opinion, the portions came too quickly in succession, I didn't have time to properly forget the flavors of the previous portion when the next one was already ahead. With these menus, it would be worthwhile to consider and think about the wine package, in which case a small glass of wine suitable for the dish would crown the food. Thank you for the evening 🥰
Riitta-Liisa Y — Google review
Whenever we are in the area of Fuengirola we book a table. Weeks in advance they are fully booked, so book in time. We take the 5 course tasting menu, delicious, 32.50 almost star whorthy. You can also order from the menu, but try the tasting menu. We will be back.
Hans B — Google review
Small and lovely restaurant hidden away a bit from the busy streets. This place is a hidden gem with a simple but tasty menu of Mediterranean food and a good assortment of wines and bubbly. The service is great and the waiters attentive to our needs. Once we even had a small 2 man guitar band visiting for a couple of quick songs. Make sure you book as its impossible to just walk in.
Edvin B — Google review
Definitely need to book ahead to get into this marvellous restaurant. The tasting menu is a wonder to behold. Very reasonably priced, the courses certainly tickle your taste buds. The staff are very helpful and friendly and explain exactly what each plate contains. One of the best restaurants in Fuengirola without a doubt.

This place is amazing. My partner and myself had the beef tenderloin steak and it was the best steak we have ever had in our lives. The service was great, so polite and quick. Honestly, just try it. You won’t regret it. Don’t listen to the sad people complaining about the portion sizes and the price, you are paying for 5 star food and service. Amazing experience from start to end! We visited in early October with a reservation which I recommend as it was busy. From the moment we walked in we were met with incredible service, warm and friendly staff made the experience a class above the rest. The food was delicious, every plate had incredible balanced flavours and the presentation was beautiful. The atmosphere and decor were perfect for a romantic evening. We would highly recommend and cant wait to come back! Thank you

We’ve been visiting Fuengirola for over 15 years now, and somehow we’d never come across this place before. Honestly, I’m not sure how Arte y Cocina isn’t already in the Michelin guide. It really deserves to be. From the moment we walked in, everything just felt right. The team was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was relaxed but still felt special. To start, we shared the burrata and the tuna tartare. Both dishes were packed with flavour, but still delicate. The tuna tartare was a real standout, served with charred avocado and pomegranate. It was hands down the best I’ve ever had. Just an incredible mix of freshness, depth, and balance. For our mains, we went with two pastas: one with summer truffle, and the other with red prawn and squid ink. We’d been to the Amalfi Coast last year and had some amazing pasta there, so expectations were high - but somehow, this was even better. The squid ink pasta was super light, the sauce had a deep seafood richness to it, and the prawn tartare on top added a fresh, sweet kick that brought it all together beautifully. After that, we tried the Koji beef fillet. Honestly, it just melted in the mouth. So tender and full of flavour. Every bite was a treat. I couldn’t help myself and ended up ordering one more plate as everthing was so tasty, another starter - the steak tartare. It came with an egg yolk custard that was rich and creamy and just worked perfectly with the meat. Every dish we tried felt really well thought out and clearly made with care. We finished with a Baileys tiramisu that was light, boozy, and had great texture from the biscuit layers. The perfect end to the meal. We drank a rosé Prosecco with dinner, and the service throughout was spot on. It honestly felt like we were being looked after by our own private chef and host. This was one of the best meals my wife and I have ever had. If you’re into food and visiting Fuengirola, do yourself a favour and book a table here. I’ll be thinking about that squid ink pasta until we’re back. Thanks again for a fantastic evening

Would highly recommend for a memorable meal. The ambiance of the restaurant is lovely, light and airy with beautiful art around. Service was attentive and friendly. The pacing of the meal was great and we enjoyed every dish we had. The artichoke flower was a highlight. They were incredibly generous with the portion of truffle on their pasta. The composition of all the dishes were both visually beautiful and well balanced in flavour. We got the miso cheesecake for dessert paired with some of the local dessert wines which were new to us and we throughly enjoyed. If you want a really quality meal and to avoid the tourist traps, this is the place to go. Great value for a wonderful meal.

This place should be Michelin stared for sure, everything thing about this place is Brilliant. We had the scallops to start then the tagliatelle followed by the beef. The beef was the best I've ever had, outstanding. Great service, best of luck going forward, highly recommended.

Golf club
Restaurante Casa Roberto is a long-standing favorite among golfers, with a unique feature of displaying a collection of golf clubs hanging from the dining room's rafters. The restaurant, now managed by Roberto junior, a former European Tour player, offers an excellent dining experience. Located on Spain Street in Fuengirola, it is known for its friendly service and cozy atmosphere. The restaurant's decor includes numerous golf clubs adorning the ceiling.
Absolutely amazing. The decor is really coll and quirky with the worlds largest collection of golf clubs hanging from the ceiling. The staff are really nice and the food was fantastic. Can't recommend enough. The portions are really big too. I would highly recommend the oriental sticky rib taco's. Anything you order you cannot go wrong though.

We discovered the wonderful quirky restaurant while exploring the side streets just off the beach in Fuengirola. Before I get on to the food and service, a few words about the decor, golf, golf golf and more golf with the walls covered in wax crayon graffiti done by children. Literally 1000's of golf clubs hanging from the ceiling, with an array of golfing paraphernalia crammed in every nook and cranny they can find. The food, where to begin, the food is amazing, food from around the world, cooked to perfection. My advice is go with an elasticated waistband, especially if you have a starter, as some of the starters could easily have been a main course. The main courses were amazing, superb value for money in every way. The service was superb, nothing too much trouble, and really on point. Although we didn't book, as it was a random Tuesday evening, I would recommend booking, as by the time we left, the restaurant was full. In short, amazing restaurant, sublime food, cracking service and great value for money

We had dinner last night at Casa Roberto. We saw the place last week but we did not have reservation and the place was fulle booked. Yesterday we booked a table and we had one of the best food in Fuengirola. We are here from the beginning of May and the food was surprinsgly bad around here. But last night, we can say it was delicious. We had goat cheese salad, pil pil prawns and rib tacos as starters -10/10. For main we chose rib eye, which again was tasty.

This is our second visit to this restaurant and both times it has been Excellent 👌 The ambience and decor is very quirky the music is chilled. The service we received was first class from all the staff. We both chose the Crispy Prawns starter followed by a Fillet steak, the flavour of everything was just wonderful. I finished off with a cheese cake, it was also lovely. Thanks again all at Roberto's S&D

Possibly one of my favorite restaurants in Fuengirola. The service is great. Everyone working here is so friendly (specially the young blonde girl who served us) and quick to assist. The atmosphere- it appears that this restaurant holds the restaurant with the most gold clubs hanging from the ceiling. Small place but very cozy and very well decorated. Live music with a trio playing anything you request (that they know 😉) The food - all of it delicious ! Nothing to complain about. Will definitely come Back !

Food was ok, except for the Entrecot that was nothing special, and in that sense overpriced. Not a fit to the other dishes They offer a creative Spanish kitchen, but prices are too high, compared with similar concepts in the área. The Olive Oil that you get with bread is rather a simple one, enhanced with Kala Namak Salt (Fried Egg Taste) You can order the croquetas Mixed, we tasted 3 of the 4 available, they were all good The Concept of the Delicatess plates is very nice but overpriced when when you see the Portions Size Service is good and very Professional
Adis V — Google review
The octopus was good, as were the starters. The place felt a bit cold and uninviting, and I wouldn’t order the pasta — it seemed like it had been made the day before. The service was good and they were attentive to the children.

A very good restaurant next to Carvajal beach. Chef David Rey singlehandedly produces amazing dishes - both, the presentation and the taste are very good Russian salad and Kumato tomatoes were exceptional and so was the chefs special cod. Impeccable service. Highly recommended
Alexei M — Google review
Really nice place to have a good piece of meat! We had the mignon and sirloin and they were so good. But order some salad or vegetables as side dish since it can be a bit dry with only potatoes served and some sauce. We also had the Bravas to start with, and they were good. The second time we went, the service was really bad and it took almost an hour to get our dishes!

After 20 years of coming to the Costa Del Sol I can honestly say that the meal at Las Tablas del Rey was the best we have had on the Costa Del Sol. The restaurant was wonderful, the staff friendly, informative and attentive and the food was amazing. Even common dishes such as croquettes and Russian Salad were lifted to another level and were not only extremely tasty but different and as a result memorable in the best way. The highlight of the meal was the Tuna Sashimi which came with Wasabi ice cream which complemented the tuna in a very special way. We have definately found sonething special in Las Tablas del Rey and it was a pleasure to meet the very talented chef at the end of the meal and thank him for a fantastic gastronomic experience. We will definately be returning to this amazing place and I cannot recommend enough. For a special meal you can't go wrong with this restaurant.

Nestled in a charming corner of a narrow street close to the main church square, Restaurante Bodega La Solera is a delightful culinary haven that showcases the best of local cuisine. With dishes like braised artichokes with ham and shrimp, cured sausage tartare, and eggplant drizzled with sugar cane syrup, it promises an authentic taste experience. The restaurant offers an enticing three-course daily menu paired with half a bottle of wine at an attractive price point.
I am almost speechless! I had high expectations for the place, but they were still exceeded 🥰💪🙏. Really super friendly and expert service. The food was really tasty and the portions were big! Even the tapas portions are big and really good! A strong recommendation to come here to enjoy a party or everyday life!

Great typical Spanish restaurant, mainly visited by local people which is a very good sign. Excellent food and the service is out of this world. Nothing is too much trouble and they take their time to explain the dishes or any questions you may have. Thank you for this wonderful experience.
Mieke V — Google review
Don't go here if you have kids, they're not welcome. We booked for four plus a baby, walked in and they gave us the most ridiculous stool with nothing to keep the baby secure. We had to leave and they were smiling and waving as we were leaving like "good riddance". Disappointing to be made to feel so unwelcome after seeking this place out and booking it based on reviews.
Lisa M — Google review
We enjoyed a delightful evening with a high-quality meal and a warm welcome from the restaurant. I strongly recommend it.

Hidden gem. Far away from the restaurant district, but definitely worth to visit. Very wide selection of Spanish wines. Good food for reasonable prices. Service was polite and professional with a blink of humor. Definitely place where to visit again in near future.

Tucked away behind the noisy , crowded Fish alley this is a haven of peace. Great service, great food and really good prices. Very Spanish but guess what! You're in Spain. Don't ever change.
Mike P — Google review
Scam restaurant! They brought us bread and butter at the beginning of the meal even though we didn’t ask for it. Then they tried to charge us for it. Never had that happen at a restaurant. The manager was very rude. The sangria was not good at all and the tapas were just ok. Definitely recommend you go to another restaurant. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby with better service and food!!!
Lovinmamma — Google review
Pleasant experience in this typical Spanish restaurant. It's slightly far from the touristic road and mostly frequented by locals. Great service, food is fresh and the sangria is amazing.

Restaurante Mesón El Torillo in Fuengirola is a must-visit for meat lovers, offering expertly grilled meats and a diverse menu crafted from the finest national ingredients. The charming establishment has received praise for its excellent service and delicious food, with patrons recommending the steaks, leg of lamb, swordfish, stuffed aubergine, and Iberian meat platter.
Great experience all around. Amazing friendly service. Most delicious steaks cooked to perfection. We went twice and considering going again as we had a disappointing steak experience at another steakhouse.

We have ordered paella with duck and seasonal mushrooms. We were a bit confused when we got delivered this "soup." We could not find any mushrooms, only a small slice of it. Duck wasn't really good, I think it will be better soking in some marinate before cooking. You could smell of a duck. We were a bit disappointed really especially when I had a tommy ache after. It's not worth the price. We were given 2 small baguettes which we didn't intend to eat but after being served "paella soup" we decided to eat them. We knew we would have to pay for them, but they cost €1.75 for both. They were delicious, crispy inside, and soft inside. Before paying, they gave us a small bottle of alcohol about 150ml (it was something like limonchello), which we didn't have to pay for. The big minus is that if you want to eat paella, you have to order at least 2 portions.

Delicious 😋 and very welcoming. Dropped in ... and will certainly make a return. Two years later. It's different. Didn't grab us like it did back then. Both the food and the service were not ad we remembered. Would we return? 🤔 I think so .. based on multiple previous positive experiences.

The appetizer, javelin pate with blueberry sauce was great. Service was attentive and answered all my questions. My main course was Fabada and was enjoyed. As for dessert I ordered the Crema Catalana, (original Creme Brûlée). It was exquisite. All with a free digestif.
John I — Google review
Yesterday we had dinner with the whole family in this restaurant. We ordered 4 main courses and some starters. The duck was unpleasant to taste and tough. The mushroom risotto was oversalted. We also had some fresh bread left, for which we paid 7 euros and we asked for it to take away, and imagine our surprise, instead of fresh bread we were given bread stubs. How is that even possible?
Nadia M — Google review
Staff are great, food and wine to die for. I will be back before the week out, that's how good it is. Steaks are fab... Back again after 7 days.... Leg of lamb, sword fish, stuffed aubergine and Iberia meat platter... Only recommendation is to order a selection of veg or salad with mains.
Paul — Google review
Nice paella, lovely staff, make sure to ask your waiter about the ingredients of the dishes you order though as the menu is not as descriptive. We ordered a tomato salad which came swimming in vinegar (I can't stand vinegar) so wish it was mentioned on the menu. Also the tomatoes were completely tasteless which is a shame as they do have nice varieties and we got to taste really nice salads in other places we dined.
IF 1 — Google review
The experience was great, the servis was excellent, all the staff tried to find the table (instead the first they said they don’t have), the waiter was very pleasure and recommended us all the dishes. We tried 4 kinds of dishes (meat) - all was the great! Absolutely delicious and we van just recommend.

Ferrum is an Argentine restaurant known for its exceptional seafood, particularly the renowned Paellas. The welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff make for a pleasant dining experience. Guests praise the delectable paella and other menu offerings, noting the good value for money. The restaurant's English-speaking staff adds to the overall positive experience.
The best food I've had in a long time. The wee aperitif was great , the Rabo croquettes were great , the pig cheek was just amazing , lovely smooth mashed potatoes, some grilled vegetables and really well cooked pig cheek in a lovely sauce/gravy . Great service from the waiting staff .

Spaghetti bolognese, prawn pil pil, chicken in pepper sauce, pork cheeks and baileys cheesecake.. all delicious!! The chicken was so tender and juicy and the sauce so creamy. Highly recommend. Wish we had discovered this sooner on our holiday. Staff so friendly, lovely restaurant

We had an absolutely amazing dinner last night. The service was fantastic! Every waiter was lovely and made us feel so welcome with extra little touches to make the evening special. The food was divine! We had the prawn starter and the paella for main. Both were exceptional. We could t fault our meal at all! We would 100% recommend it.

Right. So. After a full day of flopping about on the beach like a happy seal, we decided we needed something properly good to eat. We wandered into Ferrum in Fuengirola, fully expecting to be turned away because it was only 30 minutes before closing. But no. The lads there welcomed us in as if we’d booked a month in advance. Big smiles, no fuss, no hint of rushing us out the door — just pure, effortless hospitality. We kicked things off with the croquettes. Little golden pillows of joy, crisp on the outside, creamy on the inside — the sort of thing that makes you pause and stare at your plate in admiration. Then came the pork cheek. And honestly, it was magnificent. Meltingly tender, rich, and full of proper depth — the sort of dish that makes you want to stand up and applaud. But the real tear-jerker? The mashed potatoes. Sweet mother of mercy. So silky and buttery they nearly made this Irish man cry right there at the table. You could have given me a bucket of that mash and I’d have called it the meal of the year. Ferrum turned what could have been a quick, late-night bite into one of the best dinners I’ve had in ages. Friendly, relaxed, and absolutely delicious. If you’re anywhere near Fuengirola and don’t go, you’re missing out on something truly special. Brilliant.

Very nice food and friendly staff, but not my favourite in the area. Kids chicken looked like it was from a packet (but they seemed to like it). Wine was nice too.

Amazing food! Prawns, mussels, steak, salmon, everyone of us had a fantastic food experience. The 25 euro menu is a Must! Our waiters were super attentive, especially John ... Travolta 😉.

One of the best prawn pill pills I’ve ever had, and I have tried a lot. Beautiful little restaurant on the corner of a lively food street in fuengirola. We came here just for a quick bite at lunch time, wasn’t very busy, but I can imagine it gets busy later on, so maybe a reservation is smart. It is a little bit more expensive than fuengirola average, but you are paying for that higher quality. I highly recommend your trying here, especially the prawn pill pills 10/10.

My girlfriend and I got there late for lunch and they still accommodated us. All staff is super friendly and 90% of clients are locals. The food they serve is excellent and you can tell they know the product. I'm celiac and they gave me lots of gluten free options right away. We've been two times and definitely coming back before leaving Fuengirola.

Just when it opened at 1300, got a place there. I was served by a very friendly and professional waiter. Food was really delicious, and also a bit of something else from the house. If you are looking for a good meal in the middle of the day, with fast service, you should at least try this one. And you'll get a bit of Spanish language knowledge too, if you're willing to :) see you again soon!
