Great spot very easy to recommend and the food was good! Easily catered for the group of 8 that I went with and the service was at a good pace! They even offer batch brew from offshoot so you know they take coffee seriously!

Extremely busy place, plenty of wait staff and very efficient. Ordered the scrambled eggs on toast (didn’t like the taste of the toast and only ate couple of bits - had an unusual taste), good crispy bacon and hash browns- these are home made with a spicy sauce. Great coffee.

Sunday afternoon brunch all day breakfast on point! Had a combo scrambled eggs with avocado and chorizo … scrambled eggs top class and good side serve of the avo and chorizo. Winner was the fried chicken butter milk pancakes with maple syrup and peanuts… decadence! Coffee ok.

No Lactose free milk A long time since I've been here and things have changed and not for the better..... It's great that they do table service and the small cake I had was yummy. I also had a coffee as needed a fix however for those that can't have lactose and can't stand the other so called milk substitutes, unfortunately you are out of luck as they are one of the VERY FEW cafes that don't DONT DO lactose free milk. Other disappointment was a guy working there was extremely loud. Good service and attentive but just needs to tone the volume a little. Other disappointment was for those people that pay only cash and don't use debit or credit cards, we'll don't even bother going in as they " do not accept cash" I can understand if we in WA had covid but we don't. I had to use a credit card of mine that has expired as I don't use it. I was surprised it worked unless it gets rerurned/ rejected after I left.. Very disappointing visit. Sadly, this place was one of the worst spots for food & coffee :( Ordered a soft boiled egg dish that consisted of few piece of bread cut out in strips & 2 boiled eggs still in shells lol Then a $28 of an omelette but with an additional pieces of chorizo that were rock hard & rubbery. Most of all, the coffee. It was shocking :( It looked like our coffee was just sitting at the food / coffee pass for a while. It tasted horrible.

Coffees on your day off always taste better for some reason. Capp and almond croissant were on point. Keen to come back again!

The service was very nice and recommended almond croissant, I do not regret, one of the best almond croissants in Perth. The pastry was very chewy and buttery. Will come back for the vanilla eclair, also Hyde park is the perfect location. Long wait on the weekend though.

Chu Bakery is a wildly popular spot, and you'll often find a long queue snaking out the door, but trust me, the food is absolutely worth the wait! My personal favourite is their chicken baguette, which is always fresh and bursting with flavour. And for a sweet treat, you can't go past their Earl Grey dessert – it's a perfect blend of delicate tea notes and just the right amount of sweetness. Plus, their Earl Grey hot chocolate is a fantastic choice if you're looking for something warm and comforting. It's a consistently good experience, and it's easy to see why it's a local favourite and great for a neat picnic with Hyde Park across the road and pre or post yoga workout during season is always a bonus!

Ok I have been working nearby and coming here frequently....way to much haha. The chicken rolls are my fav (however if you have veneers or sore teeth be warned it can be a bit cruchy and dense some days - which i love .x ) and the pastries 🍰 are lovely. Nice fresh and made on site. I will say if you come here on a weekend expect to wait if at peak times as it is a small intimate venue.

A delightful balance of tartness and sweetness. -Mushroom Bechamel Toastie (AUD 9.80) Fragrant and rich in flavor, packed with plenty of mushrooms. The bechamel was creamy and well-seasoned. Best enjoyed fresh, as it can get a little chewy if it sits too long. -Caramel Latte (AUD 5.80) Standard, smooth and balanced, though nothing particularly distinctive. -Lemongrass Ginger Tea (AUD 4.80) Standard, light, refreshing, and clean on the palate, but fairly simple in taste. P.s.: -Enjoy Chu items while relaxing by walking across to Hyde Park. -Tip: Come early, many items were already sold out by 3 PM!

Chu Bakery staff are so relentlessly friendly. Seriously, the variety of yummy, delicious pastries they offer is just unfair. But the real monthly life choice is their special, it’s always dangerously good and deserves its own pedestal. Pair that with their truly spectacular coffee, and you have a dangerous, yet perfect, combination. My wallet weeps, but my taste buds cheer. 10/10, bring stretchy pants.

The place is very popular, it has great food options and the coffee is excellent. Everything is high quality and flavorful. It doesn't have tables and chairs; orders are for takeout only. But that's not a problem because Hyde Park is right across the street, another wonderful place you can go for a meal. You'll probably really enjoy buying a cappuccino and croissant, sitting on a bench in Hyde Park, and enjoying the moment.

Definitely one the best bakery in Perth. Always a queue for coffees and pastries sold out before closing time. They always have something on special days. This time we tried them on father’s day and glad we did!

Going to North Street Store has quickly become a weekend ritual. The contis are hands down the best in Perth. Fresh, packed with flavour, and always spot on. Their specials are also awesome, constantly changing and always delicious. Couldn’t recommend it more!

We got the Iced latte, Cappuccino, Cinnamon Scroll 😍 My mum from korea she absolutely loved it! Amazing customer service and friendly staffs and a lot of options to choose from! I will def be back in future 💚

The most overhyped cinnamon scroll I’ve eaten in Perth. Tasted like a bread roll with a sprinkling of cinnamon. Barely sweet. Young girl that served me looks like she hates her life/job - she shouldn’t be in customer service. No seating anywhere. Have to eat on the street or the car like a hobo.

I got the plain croissant which was huge and not bad! It was buttery and light but would have been even nicer if I heated it up. I also got the strawberry lemonade which was a lil too sweet for my taste but still great (i would prefer a tad bit more lime juice)! Service was great and they offer a mch larger selection than what i choose. Definitely be bk to try more Update: Came back to try the sausage egg muffin and unfortunately it wasnt really great. the egg was burnt, the sausage patty lacked seasoning and just quite greasy. Not sure if that was the muffin but it seemed like just a regular roll. I still like their other bakes but this was thoroughly disappointing.

Overrated cinnamon scrolls. Cinnamon scrolls were actually too sweet for me. They didn’t warm up so the icing on the top was cold and still hard. Also tested like margarine not butter. Cappuccino was watery not milky. Just gave a try and it is enough. 10 percent surcharge for the weekend.

We knew the cinnamon scrolls would sell out quickly, so we placed an order for them, along with other items, before our visit. Overall, everything was delicious 😋 and we enjoyed every single bite. The service was lovely 🙌 keep up the fantastic work! The atmosphere was pleasant 😊 very welcoming, and the display was visually appealing. My only personal comment is that the cinnamon scrolls were a bit too sweet for my taste. Thank you for serving us! 🤗

Very disappointing experience. I came all the way from Sydney, excited to try this place, only to find out they were only serving coffee and leftover stale pastries that day. I was really looking forward to their cinnamon scroll after hearing great things, but they didn’t have any. Instead, the staff offered me a version topped with cookie dough, saying it was the same base as their usual cinnamon scroll. Unfortunately, it was overly sweet, the cookie was dry, and the scroll itself was stale—not freshly baked or warmed up. I do appreciate the creativity behind the concept, especially with the recent trend of cookie hybrids (cookie in a croissant, cookie in a brownie, etc.), but the execution here didn’t work. The only redeeming part of the visit was the coffee, which was actually quite good.

Sugar & Nice: A Sweet Local Gem! Sugar & Nice is an absolute delight and truly a local neighborhood gem! The coffee is great, but what really sets this place apart are the excellent baked goods and the wonderfully friendly, warm staff. My absolute favorites are the plain croissant, the irresistible cinnamon scrolls, and their amazing portokalopita. And for something savory, the ham and cheese croissant with béchamel is simply divine. Don't forget to try their kouign-amann too! Sugar & Nice is a must-visit for anyone in the area. Great to sit outdoors or indoors.

How freaking cute is this shop. The staff are very welcoming and the decor is cheerful and whimsical. I came from freo to get my hands on the ever popular cinny scrolls and they did not disappoint. Also had to get a couple of the best ever choc chip cookies I've ever had the pleasure to enjoy. Definitely a must stop for a nice sweet treat.

I stopped in at sugar and nice to have a brunchy snack. The staff here are always super lovely, engaging patrons with just enough warmth to make the place inviting and pleasant. The Croque Monsieur I ordered was promptly brought to my table and was perfect in its composition of flavours and texture. The cheese was perfectly melty, the ham perfectly hammy. Compared to home brews, it leans richer and more syrupy, with the milk integration amplifying sweetness without muting the coffee’s liveliness. Excellent reference point for future espresso texture calibration.

We found ourselves at Miller + Baker on a busy morning and had to wait in line to get in — always a good sign when people are willing to queue. The café sits in a great spot, but seating is limited: a handful of tables outside and only a few inside, which makes it feel quite tight. The vibe though is buzzing and energetic, definitely adds to the experience. Service was decent, nothing over the top but smooth enough to keep things moving. What we tried: • Rainbow Sandwich – decent, but the focaccia got chewy pretty quickly and overall lacked flavour. 3/5 • Orange & Fennel Bun – again, decent, but nothing that really stood out. 3/5 • Iced Latte – slightly off balance, leaning a bit too bitter. 3/5 • Iced Mocha – fell flat with no sweetness to lift it. 2.5/5 Overall, I’d say Miller + Baker is worth a visit for the energy and atmosphere, but the food and coffee didn’t wow me this time. 3/5

Such a gorgeous community cafe/bakery, I was so impressed with the fact they mill the flour from scratch. The most delicious, fresh pastries and coffee accompanied with the loveliest staff who make you feel so welcome in Perth! I especially loved their signature cardamon bun!

I would say Miller + Baker is one of our perth trip highlights. Woke up early to try this well praised cafe in the cbd and our 30 min walk was so well worth it! Freshly milled flour hits different 👏 I had the poached chicken sandwich (8/10) while my husband had the egg + bacon (11/10). Also bought their choc chip cookie, pistachio rubharb, and pain au chocolat for some munchies during our ferry ride to rottnest. They also have an in house store selling local produce. If only I had the time to try everything 🥲 Definitely going back here 💜

When you’re feeling under the weather, everything can seem a bit off, but the croissant from this bakery is truly a life-saver. Its crispness, delicate flavor, and buttery goodness bring me back to life. Ordering is quick and easy, especially in the early morning when they open up bright and early. We did tried sourdough @ Wildfower. It's very excellent. Thus, we came here for takeaway. There were traditional croissants ($6.5) left and Focaccia ($7) . No much left before 1pm. The Croissant was flaky and crispy outside and airy inside. Come here earlier next time.

We are on holidays from the Uk visiting my daughter . We were recommended by one of her friends to come for a coffee . When we saw the cakes we couldn’t resist them and we had carrot cake . I returned and tried the Portuguese tart a few days later . They were delicious . I also bought some chocolate granola that I enjoyed daily travelling around the south west on my morning fruit . Definitely a lovely bakery that I will remember for a long time . Staff were very helpful . Looking forward to the sandwich I bought for the airport later

My family has been going to Last Crumb for the past 5 years and they have never let us down. I found them because I was searching for the best Cinnamon roll in pert for my mum because she absolutely loves them and Last Crumb had the best. 5 years later they are still the best and they are huge! I'd even say they are better than they were 5 years ago! They have an amazing variety of sweet and savoury foods so you will always find something that either you or your children will love. Their coffees are also amazing and they have some unique flavours too. The customer service is always amazing too. The workers are always so friendly and kind even when the place is full and a massive line out the door. These are just some photos of the food ive had over time. Unfortunately I dont have many photos. The food is just that good that I stuff my face before even thinking of taking a photo. Thanks again Last Crumb for always being a 10/10!!

Home made, high quality, big serves and very decadent. The serves were a bit too big for me but hungry tradies and those with big appetites will be happy. This place is super popular so be prepared for a wait on weekend mornings but the service is fast and efficient so you'll move through at a reasonable rate. The cinnamon scrolls with their cream cheese glaze are a hit with my work colleagues.

Holy, stop reading this and go there yourself. Last Crumb Cake is the BEST bakery I’ve tried in Perth and that is still an understatement. I ordered the Berry Cheesecake Donut and Beef Pie and I could not resist finishing the donut! It was creamy and lush with fresh strawberries and tangy cranberries to balance the richness for a refreshing taste! 200% worth it. I walked 30 mins and I would do it again.

Last Crumb Cake Co.: First impressions We reached here after an hour long drive at around 11:30 am, and were surprisingly met with a queue of people waiting outside, which was a first for us (at least in Perth) The queue, however, moved quickly and we were inside in not more than 10 mins. At the entry, we say a bunch of directions to place the order, which was again, very curious. As we entered inside, we realised why the directions. There is a bit of chaos inside- it is a small space, and you have to be in the line till a server is ready to take your order, you have to quickly pick what you want (because sometimes you don’t have time to see the entire selection and sometimes people are just at the display so it’s difficult to see), and then you have to wait in the same space for your order. So people are always bumping into each other. So for ambience and service, it will be a 3/5 Service was quick but the whole process is a bit all over the place. Now the food: 1. Veg Focaccia Sandwich: The focaccia was nice and crispy, and the sandwich was beautifully made- juicy and flavourful. 5/5 2. Classic beef pie: The wife has deemed it ‘the best beef pie’ she has had so far. I found it quite delicious as well- freshly made, it was just the right amount of flaky and crispy on the outside and gooey and flavourful on the inside. 5/5 3. Coffee: Decent. Balanced 4/5 Overall the food was a knockout. Will definitely go again.

Proper meat pie, this one was a red wine and beef. Big chunks of meat. Amazing flavour and pastry. Everything looked really good. Will be back to try something sweet. So so busy but its set up well and less than 5 mins to get served. Lots of parking out the front. Not many seats but most people were getting takeaway

The pies and sausage rolls are amazing, they have so much filling and are really flavorful. The sweet treats are equally as good, especially the TRIPLE layer cakes! The portion sizes are very generous too so it is good value for money. The service is fast and friendly, they always have several people serving so the queue moves quickly.

​I visited The Last Crumb Cafe with high hopes, and while my experience was a bit of a hit-and-miss, I'm not ready to discount this spot just yet. ​Our coffee order was a perfect example of the inconsistency, one was delicious, but the other unfortunately missed the mark. ​On the savory side, the sausage roll impressed me with its texture and moisture, which was a real testament to its quality. The major letdown, however, was that it was extremely salty on the day I visited. For dessert, the lemon curd meringue tart was absolutely luxurious. Sadly, this was countered by my danish being visibly burnt. ​Given the variety of offerings and the steady stream of customers, I suspect my visit was simply one of those "off days". ​I still believe it is worth another try. I'll be back to see if my next visit is more consistent.

Came here for the baked goods, always opting for their tarts! This place is becoming my go to cafe for solid pastries. Was able to do some solo reading time. Wished they opened later! Appreciated the fans to keep the flies away. Service could also be a bit friendlier, some of the workers don’t seem like they want to be there - we all have rough days!

I bought this bread on Sunday and although the outside looked great, the underside was completely burnt. I feel cheated and very disappointed.

Wholemeal Sourdough Bread from Maylands I recently tried the wholemeal sourdough bread from Maylands and was impressed by the quality of the ingredients and the overall flavour. It’s a hearty, wholesome loaf with a pleasant texture—clearly made with care. However, there’s one significant drawback. The dough is only left to ferment for a maximum of 8 hours, which is quite short for traditional sourdough. Proper fermentation usually requires at least 24 hours to fully break down gluten and other components. Without this extended process, the bread may continue fermenting in the intestines after consumption, leading to bloating and digestive discomfort. If Maylands extended the fermentation time to 24 hours, this bread could go from good to excellent—not just in taste, but in digestibility.

The beef goulash pie was quite good although at $9 it's a bit pricey and I couldn't detect much in the way of paprika action happening. Still, it had chunks of tender beef and not the gristly slop you get in some bakery pies.

Service was terrible. The girl didn’t make any eye contact and seemed like she hated being there. We said we wanted a sausage roll as there was only 3 pork, apple and fennel ones left. She said “yep, a beef sausage roll” which there were none left so I told her. The sausage roll was super dry and gross. Sat on a table outside that has dirty dishes pushed to one side and no cutlery. Not impressed and won’t be back.

The sourdough bread here is absolutely amazing. I don't think I've eaten so much bread in such a short period of time. I have used it to make sandwiches and thick toasts and it pairs really well with either! I also tried the salted caramel pistachio tart which was also beautifully done. Would recommend everyone to try their breads - I promise you'll love it!

I have never had a chiffon cake as light and fluffy as I have had at Teeter (don't tell my mum as her Pandan chiffon was amazing!) Anyways, Teeter is a cosy space in Claisebrook, had lovely staff who loved that I bought my own massive container for the treats. Basque was tasty, and the quiche would be the best I have ever had. Can not recommend this place enough!!! Don't ever change! #life_is _sugary

After hearing so much about Teeter Bakery, I finally had the chance to visit and it was absolutely worth the wait! Located in the corner of Claisebrook, the area might feel a little rough around the edges, but the pastries here are exceptional. I visited at the very end of spring, and with the Jacaranda trees in full bloom, the view outside the shop was absolutely gorgeous. Choosing just one pastry was a real challenge because everything looked irresistible. I ended up trying their savory scroll, which was packed with cheese and incredibly flaky, every bite was so satisfying. I also had their Kouign-Amann, and it was flawless : perfectly laminated with a caramelized top and a sprinkle of flaky salt to balance the sweetness. Such a delightful experience! I’ll definitely be back to try their cakes and explore more of their selection. Highly recommend for pastry lovers :)

Perth’s best bakery, for me the croissant is absolutely delicious; I haven’t tried anything much, but I’m definitely going back!! Love how homey and cosy they are. This is a must for those who haven’t tried it yet. I recommend getting there quite early; otherwise, you're going to get nothing home because they run out quite fast.

I really wanted to like this place — I’ve had a few good pastries here before — but my recent experience was honestly pretty disappointing. I ordered a small hot chocolate for $6 and was told it would take 5–10 minutes to make, which surprised me since it was 12:30 PM and I was the only customer in the store. The two staff members seemed unsure of what they were doing and honestly came across awkward and unprepared, which immediately made me feel a bit uncomfortable and confused. After waiting 14 minutes (again, with no other customers in sight), one of the staff finally brought out my drink… but managed to spill it on himself and the floor. He said “ow” very childishly and walked back inside without saying anything else. At that point, I assumed he was going to remake it — but after 5 minutes, he returned with the same cup, now with a thick layer of cocoa powder dumped on top, and said, “my bad” as he placed it on my table. It genuinely felt like I was being served by a toddler. The presentation was messy, and the whole interaction felt careless. To top it off, the hot chocolate had a really strange taste — almost like Kalamata olives — definitely wasn’t worth the $6 I paid. It’s a real shame, because the pastries here can be nice. Hopefully this was just a one-off, but it left a bad impression. Photo shows exactly what the hot chocolate looked like when it was brought out to me. Super comical to be worth $6.

The bergamot and brown sugar financier was incredible - possibly the best financier I’ve ever had. The peach chiffon cake is a great option if you like to steer clear of extremely sweet cakes. I will be returning asap to try some of their pastries and hopefully another financier.

Didn't want to cook on public holiday so ordered the mixed 6-pack for early morning pick-up yesterday. Added sausage roll and savoury tart at bakery. All gone just after lunch 😋. Went this morning just after 10.30am and only a few items left ☹️. PS. Got there earlier last Sat for the fig danish, plum tart and mango rice pudding.

Great little spot. This was the 3rd bakery I hit today as my Perth bakery crawl. Morning Bun: cheese, butter, and something else on a sesame bun. I could have eaten another one for lunch. Get it if you come here. Honey Cruller: good solid cruller. If you're a cruller person...pick from the options. There were also coffee and cinnamon options. Chocolate Chip Cookie: pick up two of these next time you're in. You will regret just getting one. These little doughs of heavenly goodness. Butter Croissant: this was good but I imagine it lost some of the magic as I ate it the next day while 30K feet in the air. Definitely need to stop by here if you're looking for a great bakery in the city.

The pastries were quite dry and skimpy on filling.The cruller was decent, but not enough to save the experience. Service was terrible and indifferent; the staff(the girl wear dark green jumper) barely engaged with most customers, though one man got noticeably friendlier treatment. Wouldn’t recommend.

Decent coffee, amazing pastries. My wife absolutely loved their Vegemite rolls. They don't have them right now but hopefully they will be back quick. I am a big fan of their rye malted cookie. I try to stay away from sugar but if I am going to treat myself, it is my go to. Their chocolate croissants are really tasty as well. Light and fluffy just like they should be.

Delicious hidden bakery in Subi! Possibly one of the best chocolate croissants I've ever had- so flaky, light and flavoursome 🥐 we also had their eggplant curry pie which was honestly incredible. Rich, deep flavours and a pie top with so many pastry layers!! Can't wait to be back and try more goodies, 10000% recommend a visit here!!

I really enjoy their pastry selection. I tried the parmesan scroll and custard apple crumble, both were delicious and perfectly suited to my taste. I also had a small cappuccino, but personally, I found the coffee a bit too weak for my liking. Overall, definitely worth a visit!

Finally got to Goods Bakery. Picking up some bread for our trip down to Margaret River. Oh, and who can resist an almond croissant? It. Was. Delicious!!!!

If I could add another star, I would. I am going regularly and this constantly delivers. Great coffee and probably one of the best bakeries in Perth. Great option in the morning to grab a Brekky bun or outstanding ham and cheese croissant!

This is my pick of local bakeries in the area - everything has so much flavour and is beautifully made - the sausage rolls, pies, pastries and cakes. Their weekly and seasonal specials give me a great excuse to return. My ultimate indulgence is the seasonal Basque Truffle Cheesecake which happens to always fall around the time of my birthday.

Been coming here regularly. The chicken curry pie never disappoints and is bang on delicious. Tried the weekend special chicken satay pie which was great as well. Lovely bakery and our favourite pie fix! Keep doing what you do Butter Crumbs 💛

Came here after hearing such good things on the internet and the reviews here but it’s clear that some people are too lenient or haven’t actually tried a decent dessert. As a sweet tooth myself I couldn’t help but be excited to try this place especially the chocolate peanut slice, boy was I disappointed. The cake itself was dry and when I say dry I mean dry as cake that has been sitting outside in the heat. The only savour of this cake was the peanuts which frankly speaking contribute a small portion of the cake itself. As much as I love to support small businesses, I would not be visiting this shop again for cake.

Phenomenal pastry! I walked in to pick up an array of desserts for a family birthday and walked away with $90 of beautiful little cakes that were throughly enjoyed. Every single one was phenomenally put together. While waiting for my order to be packed up I sat by their window seating and enjoyed one of the best mushroom pies I’ve had in Perth. Honestly words cannot describe the buttery, flaky, creamy goodness this delight was.

I ordered a beef sausage roll from this place. Albeit I’m not a huge fan of pastries, one bite of this changed my whole perspective. The crispy exterior juxtaposed with the warm, tender interior created an explosion of flavour in my mouth. And all of this came at an outstanding price. This place will forever be on my list of go-to’s when someone asks me where to eat. I doubt I’ll ever find another spot that lives up to the expectations you’ve now set!

Hankering for a snack? Get the sausage roll. Wanting something meatier? Two words, rending pie. Need a birthday cake? The Sprinkle Cake never misses. Trying to impress someone (or yourself)? The Basque cheesecake is it. Butter Crumbs just gets it right, every time. Whether it's a flaky savoury bite or a showstopper dessert, this place is my go-to for all things delicious.

One of the best restaurants in Perth. All of the dishes are presented with vibrant colors, appealing presentation, and freshness from seasonal local produce . We’ve been coming here since it opened & it never fails to deliver.

Lovely dining experience at Bread in Common. The staff were well-trained and very attentive. The food was all exceptional, however, the portions were much smaller than expected and we were all left still feeling hungry despite ordering 10 dishes for 4 adults and 2 kids to share. I was a bit shocked to see a $20 plate of halloumi was a measly single strip and a serve of broccoli was only 4 florets and a serve of roast potatoes came in a bowl the size of baseball. It was a shame because everything tasted delicious, just slightly larger portions would be appreciated or recommendation from the staff to order more than one serve for sides.

Food, drinks and vibes were awesome. A lil pricey but quality is what you get. Love the butter that comes with our bread. We ordered the duck fat potatoes, broccoli, fish and chicken. Everything was delicious.

Food was amazing! The potato hash browns are so addictive, with the curry sauce, wow. The prawns were awesome too. If I could go back in time I’d make sure to save some bread to mop up the sauce!

Relaxed Sunday Lunch. Everything in the menu is tempting. Best oysters I’ve ever had. Amazing beetroot carpaccio, kingfish crudo fresh and delicious. The wine selection is big enough to find something different and inspiring. Really enjoyed every bite

This was the place that made me rethink on what I thought was the best restaurant in Perth. Bread in Common might just take the first place in my heart — we came back twice on this Perth trip and made this stop our last dinner simply for the undeniably outstanding lamb ribs. It was crisp on the outside but so soft on the inside, a perfect juxtaposition we haven’t had in lamb in a while. It was so good we didn’t get the change to take photos — we completely devoured it under 15 minutes with not one thing left on the plate so we promise you would not want to miss this dish. The beef dish set on kale was also extraordinary! Highly recommend that dish too. Overall such a great vibe with friendly and professional service. Will miss this place!

I love honeycake and take pride in making the best honeycake myself. Knowing that, I was still excited to try The Honeycake Shop in Perth during my visit. I’d heard about it while living in Sydney, where we are lucky to have Christina’s Honeycake. Stepping into the Perth shop, I immediately noticed the similarities to Christina’s: the color scheme, display fridge, and layout all felt familiar. I was looking forward to the experience and was pleasantly surprised to see they offer halal options and unique flavors like pandan, although their selection isn’t as extensive as Christina’s. They even had tiramisu cups made with honeycake, which was intriguing. I bought a small slab to share with my husband back at the hotel. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find the cake was several days old. The dryness was evident from the first bite. The layers were dense and felt more like they were held together with glue than the traditional sour cream filling. The cake lacked the softness and moisture I expect in a honeycake, and the flavor didn’t come through. I truly wanted to love this shop, but I can’t ignore the quality issues. I understand they’re a small business, and I hope they take feedback like this as an opportunity to improve. Best of luck to them.

I visited The Honeycake shop in Northbridge today, hoping to try their special roasted black sesame flavor. Unfortunately, it wasn’t available, but the visit was still worthwhile. The shop is tucked away in a small alley across from Kumo Dessert, with a clean and minimalist design that adds to its charm. I ended up getting my all-time favorite, the pandan slice, which never disappoints, and I also tried their honey cheesecake – delicate and delicious! The staff this morning was super friendly and made me feel very welcomed. I’ll definitely be back soon to try the black sesame when they have it in stock! ❤️

Stop by to get a quick takeaway honey for my man. The shop was so nice and cosy. The staff was very helpful. We went there Sunday afternoon and most of the cake was almost gone. We bought a small honey cake slice for $7.5 and it was just enough for one person. Very nice to have with coffee or tea.

The Honeycake is my go to for giving as presents and my take home gift when I travel interstate to visit my family and friends as it is uniquely WA. Besides the delicate and delicious tastes, the presentation is absolutely gorgeous. My absolute favourite is the Pandan and coconut flavour, although the original is just as delicious. I have also gifted these to my friends in Sydney NSW as they deliver via Australia express post. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were the only customers when we got there (weekday, early afternoon). The cakes are good (both the original and the pandan one). Quite expensive at $7.5 each piece, but good :)

The almond croissant was one of the, if not the best almond croissant I have ever eaten. Now that’s a big claim which I don’t make lightly. Coffee was great but I feel 95% of coffee in Perth is. The takeaway cups had cool patterns so that’s a plus.

So delicious! The pastries were fresh, packed with flavor, and just the right amount of sweetness. My favorite was the bee sting—usually not a pastry you’d rave about, but this one was something special! The salted caramel chocolate tart was a total winner too. We chowed down in the car, and when the bearded staff guy walked by, his nod confirmed what we already knew: those pastries were absolute perfection! Can't wait to get back and try some more!

Amazing bakery for a quick breakie on the way to the beach. Surprisingly there were quite a few spots to sit outside. We enjoyed the ham & cheese croissant, hazelnut chocolate croissant and the brownie. Breads looked awesome too. Coffee was only OK but nice to have the option on site to enjoy on the spot with the pastries. Sandwiches, quiche, sausage rolls and all the other pastries all looked proper. Would definitely come back to try more.

Ordered catering for 40 farmers through Wild Bakery and it was amazing, everyone loved it! The service was great picking it all up the day before, everything was organised and ready to go packed on crates for easy transport. Would definitely order again.

Posting this review after visiting the place around 4 times. Discovered this quaint little bakery around 6 months back while looking for a breakfast place in Fremantle. I pride myself on spotting great bakeries, and this was no exception. They have a wide selection of breads, savoury baked goods and desserts. They also have some great selection of thin crust pizzas slices. To complement that, they boast a great coffee menu and some decent lemonades and kombuchas. Let’s get into it in detail. It’s not a huge bakery, so the seating is extremely limited, and it can get difficult to eat here if it’s a sunny day, but it’s bakery food, so we made it work. The ambience is a decent 3.5/5 Now the food. Below are the things we have tried so far: 1. Almond Croissant: Rich, buttery, flaky and delicious. 4.5/5 2. Pain au chocolates: Flaky with a some smooth dark chocolate. Could be a little more fresh though. 4/5 3. Orange cake: Super moist to the last bite. Loved it 5/5 4. Margarita slice: Crust was nice and thin. Not as well done as I like and a bit chewy since it stays in the display and is reheated. Also, a bit on the oily side. Since I am a pizza fanatic, I will rate this a 3/5 5. Fruit pie: Good. Nothing spectacular, but gets the job done. 4/5 6: Coffee: Good 4/5 We have also tried their while wheat bread loaf. It’s quite good. 4/5 All in all, it’s a solid 4/5 for their food. Try their croissants and baked stuff. Pizzas are a bit of a let down. The service was also decent. Nothing standout but nothing to complain about. :) 4/5

Had the pork and fennel roll which I thought tasted really nice, was still quite warm once we got a seat. The roll itself wasn't overcooked or burnt and to my surprise there was cheese mixed in with the meat which added great flavour. There isn't much shade outside so if you do go on a warm day like we did and want to sit outside, stay sun safe.

Sooooo good!! In my mind - this IS a bakery. Breads that are so far removed from the big supermarket fare - simple, healthy and tasty, if you’re after classic sour-dough bread and correctly made croissants etc, this is your destination. Added to this great coffee, great (brilliant) service and a terrific atmosphere the Wild Bakery stores are on point in all aspects…. Highly recommend

World's tiniest shop with an overflow of delicious products and flavours. Our fave is the choc rose raspberry celebration cake -- beautiful to look at and divine to eat! A very close second is the fig and butterscotch (think that's a seasonal cake tho). Coffee and smiles are next level. Well done team x

Bon & Erin and their team are amazing. Their baking is consistently gorgeous, delicious and fresh. Everything they make is outstanding. My ‘usual’ is the pumpkin bagel. I adore the lemon tart, passionfruit tart with Italian meringue, raspberry chocolate cake, friands topped with cheesecake icing.

Fantastic food - especially the baguettes and cheesecake - and amazing service! A great cafe with a cozy atmosphere and wonderful staff.

Just met the great new Barista at Bittersweet - fast and fantastic! And putting the hospitality back into the hospo 👏 I have to say, the staff here always impress! And they have that one rarest quality going around town: a great sense of humour and an honest smile on their face! Good stuff guys!

Came over here for the first time and was blown away by the products and the service. All the cake and bakery options was amazing. I ordered two tarts and couldn't hold myself back before taking a photo. Tastes as amazing as it looks. Serves coffee too, which is above average but not the star of the show. I also ordered cake for a birthday and that too was SPECTACULAR!! Just typing this is making me hungry. I need to go back as soon as I finish this review....

I popped in here the other day, had the ham and cheese croissant and the meat pie, as well as a flat white. The croissant was nice, the meat pie was pretty empty, not really a meat pie and not very filling. Coffee itself was good, first few sips I didnt like the blend at all, but it grew on me. Girl on the counter was nice, guy bringing out the coffee was not too pleasant, bit abrupt. They bought out the wrong order to our table but eventually sorted it out. Overall pricey but not too bad.

First experience review: We were starved when we decided to visit Croff (and it was on our list for a while now), but unfortunately, it was a bit disappointing. Let’s start with the ambience. The bakehouse is located in one of ‘the most prime’ locations in Perth, and we passed over a few bustling places to eat here, but the vibe inside (like the outside on that day) was pretty cold. Just one person sitting with a coffee and my immediate impulse was to find something else. Ambience 2/5 We resisted, however, and ordered two drinks and an everything bagel. 1. Earl grey latte: Tasted fine but was cold from the get go. It didn’t feel like a hot drink at all, and I was hoping for something warm and comforting since it was a cold day. 2/5 2. Purple potato latte: Tasteless. Looked great but tasted of just milk. 1/5 3. Everything bagel: It was not your conventional dense, chewy bagel but it was alright. Light and the everything mix was decent. I got 2. 3.5/5 Overall a bit of a let down. The service was fine. No complaints 3.5/5 Overall 2.5/5 at best.

We really enjoyed the four cheese croissant. The strawberry matcha in a can is a fun and convenient takeaway option. The miso pork belly danish had great flavor, but the meat was a bit too fatty for our taste.

I feel bad about this low review as I love supporting local businesses. We ordered two coffees - I had to leave mine as I couldn’t drink it, and an almond croissant which was not how I like my croissants (I like buttery, flaky and not hard).

First time visiting Croff Bakehouse, tried the chocolate croissant, almond chocolate croissant and the 4 cheeses croissant. A bit disappointed with the chocolate croissant just have a tiny bit of chocolate on the bottom.

I think I just found the best croissants in Perth! Today I had the berry & pistachio and in was so delicious! Crisp, flakey and oozing with deliciousness! Great coffee too 🩷 it’s so good to find decent coffee in the city. Will definitely be a regular 😀

Great experience having breakfast here! Atmosphere was beautiful. The staffs were really friendly. The matcha latte wasn’t the worst but I can’t say it’s one of the best. Pastries were big in size! The chocolate chip cookie was to die for ❤️ we ordered one more cookie after we were done with our breakfast.

Located just near the Luna shopping centre in Scarborough, and a stone’s throw from Scarborough Beach, Knead Bread and Coffee is a funky and modern café-bakery with lots to offer. It’s recognisable by the mural featuring large sunflowers and the words “It’s Gonna be Okay”, as well as the large ‘Knead’ logo in grey and white lettering. I dropped by there one Friday morning after my swim. Open daily from 5.30 am to 2 pm, Knead Bread and Coffee is clearly popular. I say this because when I got there, there was a line of people out the door waiting to order. Always a good sign. The staff are friendly, easy going and efficient, so you won’t have to line up for long – which is great. Along with a variety of sourdough bread loaves and a great selection of coffees, the venue offers an array of cold-pressed juices. They also serve up a host of sweet and savoury treats, including chocolate chip cookies, fruit toast, vegemite scrolls, and a selection of bagels. They do some unique items too, like the jalapeno & smoked cheddar scone. And for those wanting something more traditional, there’s the classic ham and cheese croissant. The décor of the place is very cool, with grey concrete floors and a light wooden façade below the front counter, with walls painted charcoal. These features give the venue a kind of raw, industrial vibe that works like a charm. Add the lightness of the bread loaves and the light-coloured wooden shelves they’re stacked on behind the counter, and you have a nice colour contrast that works well. I also like that their coffee menu is hand-written on a black board. It’s these sorts of features that gives the place so much character - it’s rustic but at the same time modern. Inside, there are easily accessible shelves stocked with coffee making equipment you can purchase, along with Knead Bread and Coffee branded mugs and bags of coffee beans. Add to that a display of books on bread, with titles including ‘Flour Lab’ and ‘The Sourdough School', and you end up with an eclectic and lively, yet chilled atmosphere. Oh, and they play great tunes too. I wasn’t sure what song was playing when I was there, but it matched the vibe of the place perfectly - upbeat and fun. You can also buy cold brew coffee straight from the fridge. On top of that, they sell Reuben sandwiches, ham and cheese toasties, and butter. Oh, and did I mention the icy pole freezer with a wide array of icy poles? 😉 I’m happy to say these icy poles are made in WA and are 100% natural. The toasted coconut and watermelon flavours looked good to me. Definitely a good option for those hot summer days Perth puts on. On my visit, I opted for my go to coffee – an extra hot flat white – and, since I’d been to the pool, an almond croissant. The coffee was fresh, smooth and tasty and the almond croissant was delicious, a good size and perfectly complemented my coffee. I really took time to savour it, and it kept me going until lunchtime! Along with a couple of tables inside, there are plenty of seats outside, with round wooden tables to boot. Plus, you have the option to sit on stools at a bench that overlooks the on-site bakery/kitchen – very cool. There’s even a sign on the bottom of the window that overlooks the bakery that says ‘Please don’t tap the window it scares the Bakers’. I really like this style of humour – it’s unique and helps to distinguish the venue from more conventional places. Knead Bread and Coffee also sells its own branded shirts and hats, which is a nice touch that adds character and makes it more than just a coffee shop-bakery. By chance, I happened to meet the owner, Robbie. He’s easy going and clearly loves what he does, which is so nice to see. Overall, Knead Bread and Coffee is a great venue that has something for everyone. If you’re in Scarborough, make sure to check it out. And if you’re not in Scarborough, head down to check it out anyway. It’s a great spot to sit and watch the world go by.

Lovely little bakery right at the beach. Perfect for grabbing coffee and treats and walking the foreshore to the whale playground. Croissant was crispy and moist, bagels soft and fresh! Yum!

Nice little bread shop in Scarborough, a bit busy when we was there. People line up to order bread and coffee. We ordered fruit loaf, seed loaf, chocolate croissant, bagel with sour cream and they actually make a Pizza of the day (sourdough) All bakery and bread were very nice. We also order soy latte which average. Nothing stand out for coffee. But overall the bread was good. Easy parking and access.

I'm a lover of sourdough and this would have to be hands down my favourite bread place of all time- I rave about their bread to everyone! My partner loves the olive loaf while I'm team Miche (?spelling?) It always has that perfect soft but chewy texture with that distinct sour taste you get with authentic sourdough. Their coffee is pretty good too! Staff are friendly and it's just an overall vibe.

As a part of Sperm Donation Australia Tour, I came here before doing a coastal walk with the intention of grabbing a coffee with a client, but the rasberry crossiant caught my eye, and wow it did not disappoint, the flavour the crunch texture was up there with the best I have had. Possibly better than Lune.

We always order from Layers Bakery for every birthday celebration! Their cakes never disappoint.the one we just had was so delicious, with those amazing crispy layers that we love. And as always, it looked super colourful and beautifully made. No wonder my family is completely obsessed! Layers has definitely become our go-to for birthdays. Highly recommend if you haven’t tried them yet!❤️❤️🙌😍

I ordered the fresh fruit flan as a birthday cake. Absolutely stunning to look at and the fruit was fresh with a lovely cream filling. After a round of happy birthday I tried to cut the fruit flan which proved extremely difficult. It took 3 different knives to cut a piece because the base was borderline burnt, hard as nails and alas unpalatable. Should have been beautifully buttery. Really disappointed as the photo advertising the cake (photo No 1) is a lot different to what I was given (remaining 3 photos). A beautiful fruit flan, absolutely inedible base.

BEST croissants in Perth !!! The name of the bakery is exactly what the croissants have which is LAYERS, sooo crunchy and flaky and they don’t have that buttery aftertaste. Super consistent and always so delicious. They are very similar to Lune in Melbourne. Definitely recommend :)

First impression: Layers Bakery I was quite surprised to find this bakery, especially after seeing the pictures of their baked goods - I couldn’t believe I had not been here yet. Anyway, we travelled a good 1.5 hours to get, here, and this is how it went. As we reached this bakery, placed unassumingly into a shopping square, we were met with a queue of people waiting to get their hands on the baked goods- always a good sign. Just like everyone else there, we waited - patiently. (We were overjoyed that most of the baked goods were still available) There was a good energy to the place, there were enough people to give the place a vibe. 4/5 We ended up ordering a few things: 1. Iced latte: Good. Balanced and delicious. 4/5 2. Mortadella pinsa (a kind of airy flatbread with toppings): the base was light and airy but since it was sitting out, it didn’t retain its freshness or texture. 3/5 3. Bacon and parmesan scroll: Generously stuffed with bacon- buttery and with a hint of crispy. But failed to impress. 3.5/5 4. Mont blanc finger: Looked fabulous. The layers on the finger looked pristine. So beautifully made. But the flavours didn’t blow us away. In fact, the chestnut flavour was so mild, it felt like an overpriced cream roll (unfortunately) 2/5 5. Choquette: Light and airy. 4/5 Overall the food looked way better than it tasted. And the prices were higher than usual. 3/5 The service was decent enough. The coffees arrived quick. Polite and prompt. 4/5 Overall 3.5/5 edging into a 3 because of the food.

The issue with this bakery is a complete lack of common sense. When you visit a bakery for croissants and coffee on a Saturday morning, you rightfully expect to be served fresh croissants, especially from a place with a reputation. Instead, we were given old and cold croissants. We specifically drove here to try this bakery. We grabbed our morning treats before heading to the park to soak in the beautiful weather. Upon opening our bags, it was clear that the croissants were not fresh; they were stale and cold. Not only did the staff neglect to warm them up, but they also failed to recognise what customers expect: fresh items, not something clearly past its prime. We ultimately drove to another bakery that we know and were confident we wouldn’t be disappointed. Our morning was salvaged with authentic, fresh croissants, which we should have received in the first place.

A must visit bakery in Perth! Best croissant, I got to try it fresh out of the oven. It was warm, light and crispy, and so buttery. The canele was decent. Loved the pain suisse as well! I also tried the cube creme brulee, it was a bit too sweet for my liking though. Definitely would come back to try other baked goods!.

The first time I went here I bought an olive sourdough and it was amazing. The second time I went I bought the same again only the bread was overdone and tasted bitter and unpleasant. The third I went I ordered a ham and cheese toasted sandwich, was given a burnt hand and cheese croissant, unfortunately I hadn’t checked the order until I got home. I feel really disappointed that the consistency is so poor as they clearly can make amazing bread when the right staff are working.

This was my first visit to Everyday Bread in Hamilton Hill, based on my family’s recommendation — and I loved it! The mandarin cake was amazing, the coffee was great, and the bread is top quality. Definitely a place I’d come back to!

My partner and I are always on the lookout for great croissants and pastries, and we had planned to visit this place a week before. Finally, Saturday arrived, and we set out for our visit. We enjoyed cinnamon rolls, Pain Suisse, Mozzarella Ciabatta, and coffee. Every single bite and sip was delicious! 🤤

Omg I find my bread spot around Hamilton Hill. It’s a heaven , full of beautiful baked things. Lots of varieties. They do make Sandwich as well that looks pretty tasty though Highly recommended

Best bread in Perth! The pumpkin bread is unreal. Great coffee and the staff are always sweet. I leave in Innaloo but it aways worth to stop by and guarantee delicious bread when I am around Melville. A big hello to Antoine that, when possible, is always attentive when I visit the bakery.

A seriously good bakery. The salami, caponata and stracciatella sandwich was amazing. And their pan au chocolat inspired treat with pecan and caramel was equally incredible. It's so nice to see a bakery doing the traditional things right, and also leaving room for a twist to try something different. Anyone who likes baked goods should come visit. Dare I say it, you may find yourself coming everyday as the name might suggest.

LOVELY sandwich roll. Bread is excellent. I should know, I eat bread like 2-3 times per day. Add that up over a 38 year life and this like, a billion times? Dr Trev loves this joint. That’s coming from a bloke who has opinions about every kind of food like he’s some kinda rat living under a junior chef’s hat or something.

Have only been here a couple of times. Discovered this bakery on my way to work early morning. And have only tried two products from here thus far, a sausage roll, Jalapeńo pepper sausage roll! The normal sausage roll was a great sausage roll, but the jalapeno sausage roll was sooooooooo delicious! And the inspiration for my return visit, and many more to come no doubt! All the food here looks delicious, the sweet pastries look amazing too! I'm sure I'll be able to give a more comprehensive review in time to come. But do yourself a favour and try the Jalapeno sausage roll, amazing flavour, and great texture because of as well! A must have!!!!

Grain Bakery’s in Shenton Park is just as good as their original in Lathlain. The modern ambiance creates a perfect setting to enjoy their excellent selection of breads, sandwiches, turkish bread, and pies. The croissants are great, with buttery flavor that stands out. Their delicate cakes are also a treat, and the coffee is spot on. Whether you’re after a quick bite or a relaxing coffee break, this bakery has something for everyone. Definitely worth a visit!

Love this bakery, been coming here for almost 2 years. The coffee has always been nice but has got better the last 6 months I’d say. Cappuccino is very frothy and delicious (not just a latte with chocolate powder on top like some coffee shops do it). Service has always been great for me.

Grain bakery do a fabulous seeded sourdough bread but what sets this bread apart from some others is it’s like the traditional square loaf ( perfect for lunchboxes) and seeded crust, so kids will eat crust also. This is our families favourite . They also have recently trialled for next few months , the square jalapeño cheese sourdough, also such a treat. Great fresh or toasted. Highly recommend. They have several different breads including pumpkin which we have tried, would love to try others. They also do beautiful and delicious desserts some photos included.

Egg sandwich is very yum on the freshest white bread. Continental sandwich on multigrain was average and a bit soggy by the time I bought it at midday. Crème brûlée donut wasn’t really my style but might try a more plain flavour next time.

All these complaints about service are unwarranted and I think only exist because people in the Western Suburbs are far more entitled and feel like service people have to kiss the floor they walk on. It's honestly fine and I've never had a negative experience here

It's a pity the previous place had to close, BUT Grain Bakery in Shenton Park is the bomb. Yummy pastries, especially the jalapeno croissant and a extremely good coffee.if u work at Charlie's or the surrounds. It's a lovely spot for a quick bite and a visit.

My friend loves Sherbet and has been telling me for years stories of chocolate eclairs and red velvet cake. Today I tried an Eclair while the super sweet mild milk chocolate topper isn't a favourite of mine it was a lovely eclair. The vanilla slice however was dreamy , the snap of pastry that was also soft and buttery and perfectly chewy. The icing was on point and the custard delicious. Worth the detour 😄 and standing in the line that started out the door 🚪

Sherbet is a beautiful vintage style cafe that feels like back in time into a vintage retro diner. The cafe has a blue and white striped front facade and has lots of seating. The cafe has a variety of food available from quiches salads sandwiches through to cupcakes eclairs and tarts and so much more. We love visiting this cafe

Sherbet is an absolute gem of a place! Located across from the train station in Maylands, it serves - quite honestly - the best breakfasts and cakes in Perth! I love the vintage decor (imagine a 50s style diner) - it’s so cosy to curl up in a booth with a pot of tea and a slice of the amazing chocolate banana bread. I also highly recommend the red velvet cake, Turkish orange cake, vanilla slice and the avocado bruschetta is delicious! The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, I genuinely haven’t experienced service like that anywhere else in Perth. And the owner Matt is so lovely, you can tell from talking to him (he does the rounds greeting diners) that he is super focused on good old fashioned customer service and making sure that everyone has a positive experience. I’ve tried many other cafes but none come close to Sherbet, I’d recommend it in a heartbeat! Best cafe in Perth, hands down!

What a great little gem tucked away and deceiving in size inside. Food was great and considering they were flat out busy you would never of noticed based in service. Food was out really fast. Great service and food. Only shame was food/cakes etc were getting packed away over an hour before closing. So didn’t grab a takeaway.

Looks like Herbert Café has new owners! The vibe’s a little different — front counter staff not quite as bubbly as before — but the coffee is still next-level amazing! ☕️ The cakes look delicious (a little tweak in presentation would make them pop even more). Still one of my favourite spots — I’ll definitely be back for that incredible coffee! 🙌🍰

Tried the apple strudel and chocolate cannoli. Both were very good, but not the best I’ve tried. The pastries were baked to a good crisp, and the flavours were well balanced.

The apple strudel is delicious, the puff pastry is very soft and crunchy. The filling is not too sweet, and you can taste the apple in every bite. The cinnamon isn’t too strong, but the price is a bit expensive – a small strudel costs AUD 5.

Mini Heart Apple Strudel priced at AUD 4.70 has a crispy texture and is not too sweet. The cream feels cool in my mouth when I bite into it. Delicious! The Chocolate Profiterole (AUD 3.80) is just as yummy, and the latte is also nice at AUD 4. Unfortunately, there is no dine-in area, but I can sit on the park benches in front of the shop. The service is friendly. Will come back again for sure! ❤️

Arrived at around 16:00 and their fridge was already more than half empty. Staff recommeded the Apple Strudel, Amore and custard Horns. Turned out I also liked their mini blueberry tarts. Would definitely come by again earlier next time to try their other pastries.

First visit and got half box of apple pie $22. It was delicious. However, the customer service was average and staff were not friendly.

I was strongly recommended to try this and it was worth the effort to go all the way there. It is a standalone shop selling the famous apple strudel and other pastries. I got a half size and was pleasantly surprised by its taste. The apples tasted so fresh! It's not sourish like the others that I have tasted. The whole pastry tastes so fluffy-light and it's really delicious. Best eaten fresh. I kept half in the fridge for the next morning; apples still taste good (and I wonder how they don't turn brown?) But the pastry has collapsed and not crispy anymore.

Excellent bakery, fresh and tasty. Service is quick and friendly, coffee is good too. I loved the cherry danish! Custard products are also all top tier. They prefer cash, so pay them with it! Only criticism is that a baby cino for $3.50 is a ripoff. Other than that, the pastries are fantastic.

A delicious selection of perfectly baked pastries. Took my 6 year old and he made some excellent choices for elevenses with his Papa. Plan to head back to try some of the savoury options and give the coffee a whirl. Stand out favourite for us was the lemon meringue. Be sure to treat yourself if you are in the area. It was busy on a Saturday morning but the queue moved quickly.

* Hazelnut ?? Not sure about the name - 1/5. The hazelnut flavour is too weak and light—it kinda tastes like rice pudding. Most importantly: chocolate and hazelnut are the perfect match! Hazelnut cream without chocolate is just a waste for me. *Pistachio Éclair - 2/5. The pistachio flavour isn’t strong at all —it tastes more like green custard. The shell is too soft. * Mini Pistachio Croissant. - 3/5. The croissant layers are excellent—very flaky. The pistachio cream is the same as in the éclair, and it’s still pretty bland. It seems like their croissants are the real strength here."

At first, I was quite skeptical as it’s been more than 5 years since I last saw a rating over 4.5, let alone 4.7! However, I was completely convinced and satisfied with how the taste can go so far at such an amazing cafe. They deserve 5 stars! The quality of the Japanese and French techniques with their pastries are brilliant! I can’t wait to go back and try more of their recipes. I’m so impressed with the taste that it’s almost as if we aren’t allowed to eat it. I ordered a cappuccino, a matcha latte and a salted caramel banana danish. The cappuccino would be a 8.5, very yum! And the matcha latte is sadly not grounded with pure matcha powder as the colour is a darker green but it was still very delicious and mixed fantastically! That would be a 8.5 as well. The star of the show would be the danish. Absolute carnage on how delicious it is. It’s not just normal fresh cream on top, but they go the extra mile to create a new flavour and welcome the blend with the salted caramel and bananas! Consequently, they are able to give decent prices to the working class whilst elevating Michelin quality works! The little cupcakes that are delivered with the coffees are the BEST cupcakes I’ve EVER tasted! They were so moist and soft and a perfect amount of sweetness! Thank you so much and see you soon!!

Good bakery to visit. Very light and crispy pastry. Not overpowering butter or greasy feel that makes you feel heavy afterwards. Would recommend if you are nearby and looking for a light bakery for breakfast

Incredibly popular bakery judging by the queues early Sunday morning but possibly overhyped. The $6 plain croissant was nothing special although the long macciato was good and the accompanying wee cake a nice touch. Contents of the display cases are gorgeous to look at while waiting in line but based on the croissant I'm not sure they would taste as good as they look. Perhaps the patisserie and baguettes are better?

My experience there was okay, I came on a non-peak hour so the service was decent. The latte I ordered was good; the french toast I ordered was really nice, it came out beautifully, the toast was really fluffy and tasted nice.

You could tell that the espresso was a decent pull but the ratio of milk and coffee was off. Barista wasn't very good based on the coffee I got and the latte art I saw for the other customers

Excellent coffee and food - the pies are great as are the burgers. There also have a huge array of baked goods that are baked on site and are delicious. There is indoor and outdoor seating. It can be quite noisy inside. This is hidden down under the print hall and is highly recommended

Funky modern decor, friendly staff and good quality artisan coffee. When I visited I ordered a long macchiato topped up which was pretty good although not very hot (lukewarm at best). It can get pretty busy too and I had to wait 10 minutes for takeaway (mid-morning on a weekday). It's also a bit hard to find. Find Print Hall and head downstairs. It's tucked away underneath on the lower walkway with cafes and restaurants on each side.

This small little cafe is quite hard to find when you first go looking, it is actually down stairs from the court yard area of the print house. Once you find it though the baked goods line the walls tempting you to have one of everything. There is also a regular menu with the standard cafe offerings done quite well. The service is a little confusing as I still wasn't quite sure by the end whether there as table service or not, but either way the staff are still friendly. If your in the city it is a great place for a take away coffee or a quiet bite.

They small print is cash only and they said closest atm was at London court- a customer corrected them and told us there is one upstairs across from the food court. There is no menu until 12 and the muffins tasted like cardboard. The coffee was delightful but that was about it.

Beautiful place! Had the mushroom sourdough and a cinnamon scroll. Spent the whole scroll saying “WOW!” out loud it was so good. Portion size is medium but thats the be expected for the price vs the amount and high quality of the ingredients :))) Thanks team!!!

Asian Australian style breakfast joint. Pretty buzzy vibes. My pulled beef egg Benedict and Acai smoothie are superb! Very happy to find this place near my hotel. Self service cafe. Definitely come back.

First time at Sorganic in Subi. And it was as good as the Cottesloe branch. Excellent strong latté. Top notch. Very good BLT and Salmon Benedict. What about those chips? Recommended.

My friend brought me here because we were in the area, and I'm so happy she did! Probably the best ever bacon eggs benny that I've ever had! They happily serve breakfast items all day (until 3pm when they close) unlike some other cafes that will restrict their bf hours. They also make amazing coffees, and of course they offer a lot of freshly baked sourdough and bakery items. Definitely will return again.

Was asked “as m I not a regular?” This is our dish”. There was nothing authentic about this, 2 sprigs of coriander, 2 pieces of red chilli, some dried onion shavings. It was a plate of iceberg lettuce. No description given on specials board. Was refused swop of dishes, refused a refund. Rude male staff. There is nothing authentic about this place. Save your money they don’t align to the Subiaco community and authenticity of community network and spirit. Rude ! Money grabbers!

Coffee and food delicious, quick service and indoor/outdoor seating options. Had the salmon and avocado stack. Bread was delicious, as to be expected 😊 A good amount of smoked salmon and avocado, accompanied well with ricotta, balsamic dressing and capers. Outdoor seating by the road but screened well with plants. Highly recommend 👍🏼

It was a very unpleasant experience. There are similar breads in Japan and it had the same style as Japanese bakeries. I was excited, but the customer service was very bad. The staff (a woman) was unfriendly and she didn’t even say “Hi, how are you?” She had no smile and seemed grumpy the entire time and even glared at me after the payment. Unbelievable, that’s terrible. That was disappointing. The food wasn’t bad… but I will never come back again.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE&CUSTOMER SERVICE! We ordered the Black Tea Swiss Roll, but the cashier mistakenly gave us the Red Velvet. We realized this when we returned to the hotel. We tried contacting the shop over the phone more than ten times, but there was NO answer. To get the correct order, we had to walk 20 minutes in the heavy rain back to the shop. And there was no apology!

Purchased a slice of matcha cake, it taste like frozen cake and super dry. Not sure how long they kept the cake.

Just for You - The Bread House is a delightful bakery in Perth city! They offer a fantastic selection of freshly baked goods and beautifully crafted cakes. The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Taste wise was not too bad, not overly sweet for breads we bought. Custard bun, matcha red bean mochi, taro mochi, chicken bun. Filling was too little so like we only ate bread. Service was just ok, no smile but also not rude. They use single plastics for bread like another bakery nearby. Hope these bakeries can start using paper bag one day?

Had some really lovely girls serving me. Had almond croissant which was great and this pistachio cronut that was a bit soft inside. However I’m not sure if its meant to be like that. Either way ti was yummy and coffee was good too.

I REALLY wanted to like this place because I am a simple being to please, but personally I think it is overrated. The staff were friendly, however my matcha latte just tasted like warm milk with a slight hint of matcha. I got the Cinny Scroll which had a pretty good flavour but was super dry, the "Bubble Butt" was definitely a better product though, the coffee mousse was quite nice but still pretty disappointing :( I did go in the afternoon though on my way from a job, perhaps they would be better in the morning.

I have always like to buy the croissant from this shop because of the taste and crunchiness. But today my croissant was wet and soggy especially at the bottom. It’s very disappointing. It has become like a soft bread not a crunchy croissant.

Used to love this place. Have always known that their croissants do degrade if you buy them or keep them for the afternoon (which is fairly normal) but today we went at 7:30 hoping for something lovely and freshly baked, but the almond croissant was chewy and tough, as if they had been defrosted or were from overnight. Over the years we have noticed that their formulas have gradually become sweeter and less generous with the other quality ingredients. So sad because their croissants used to be our occasional treat or guilty pleasure, but with no mouthfeel and sugary sweetness, you leave feeling just guilty…

The pastries are exceptionally good, in full contrast to the service. We have been clients for 2 years and the service has gone down drastically. The last 3 times we went in the last two months, we left annoyed. It takes forever to heat up a savory pastry, the coffee takes super long even if there were just two other customers at the venue, and the ladies serving us a very short spoken and way over themselves. We’ve seen them be kind to people they are on first name basis with. 50$ for 3 pastries, 2 (almost lukewarm) coffees, and poor service is not worth it. Plus, their manager (as the lady appears to be) always screams your order. Yet again, exceptional quality and variety of products. Always some new flavours or interpretations to try out. But we would rather go NOR to get some reasonable service.

I visited here for breakfast on Sunday morning. It’s already full and hard to get table. Luckily we got one. Pastry and breakfast was good but coffee is a bit weak. I ordered small flat white but tasty only hint of espresso… I hope coffee will be good.

I recently celebrated a significant birthday, and Maison Saint Honore went above and beyond to create a truly beautiful event. The food was exquisite, the venue was perfect, and the atmosphere captured the genuine French flavour I’d hoped for—both in cuisine and ambiance. With space to comfortably host my crowd of 60, it was the ideal setting for an unforgettable party. The staff were simply wonderful—attentive, gracious, and full of warmth. It was a birthday I’ll always remember, and I’ve received so many messages from friends saying it was a fantastic party.

Butter is the King here! Awesome this place close to the city and the train station. Pan au chocolate, Swiss chocolate and egg & bacon were very close to the Paris taste. They also have crepes, panini and macarons. The only downside is that the place has a strong smell of cooking, and after having breakfast your clothes end up smelling like it too.

The food here is absolutely incredible, every dish was a masterpiece of flavor. The staff were also wonderful so friendly and attentive, they truly made us feel at home. Plus, the location is a major bonus, just a quick walk from the train station. I'll definitely be back soon!😊

Really nice Sunday morning breakfast. We went about 10.30am and wasn't too busy, didn't need to book. The coffee was pretty good, 7/10 for me but the food was outstanding! 10/10. We shared the croque madame, which was epic. So tasty and big portion. I also had the French big breakfast which was perfect and probably one of the healthiest big Breakfasts I've ever had. Well done Maison Saint-honore! Brilliant breakfast, Merci beaucoup!

I really enjoyed the atmosphere, especially the high ceilings and natural light in the industrial setting. The savory crepe with beef brisket was definitely worth trying. We also tried the macarons and pistachio cake, accompanied by a long macchiato and flat white. Overall, it was a great experience and a good way to spend some time.

The Boatshed Market in Perth needs to be seen to be believed. The options available will far exceed your expectations. Fruit and vegetables Galore, deli offerings, salads, fish, cakes & sweets aplenty, dry goods - you name it, they will probably have it. You have to go if you like your food and you are in Perth.

Boatshed Market in Perth is one of the best food markets I’ve ever visited. From the moment you walk in, you can tell it’s a place that values quality and freshness. The layout is beautiful, the produce looks incredible, and everything feels thoughtfully curated. The fruit and vegetables are always fresh and vibrant, and you can really taste the difference compared to regular supermarkets. The deli section is amazing, offering a wide range of gourmet cheeses, cured meats, and freshly prepared meals that make it hard to choose just one thing. The seafood counter is also a highlight, with an impressive selection of fresh fish and shellfish that look like they’ve come straight off the boat that morning. The bakery section smells incredible, and the pastries, breads, and desserts are all top-notch. What really stands out, though, is the atmosphere. The staff are friendly, helpful, and genuinely seem to enjoy what they do. It gives the whole place a warm and welcoming feel. Yes, some items are on the pricier side, but the quality easily makes up for it. Boatshed Market isn’t just a grocery stop — it’s an experience, and one that’s absolutely worth it every time.

Been regularly coming here for the weekly grocery shopping. Although it can be on the expensive side but everything is fresh! There are lots of things that you can't find at Woolies or Coles.

I regret coming here to get my necessities. The cashiers were extremely rude and racist toward non-local customers. There were two young ladies (I assume they’re quite young based on their immature behavior) who kept giving me strange stares, talking behind my back, and thinking I couldn’t hear them, but I did. I even have your photos. I sincerely hope that with this review, the management takes action and ensures their cashiers learn to be polite and stop discriminating against non-locals. We come to your place to buy what we need and then leave, we’re not even staying here. It’s unfortunate because you offer quality groceries, but your cashiers’ racist behavior completely ruins the experience.

A good variety of products, but a lot more expensive than other outlets. As an example, a slice of Basque cheesecake was $12. I purchased the same quality and size slice from Something French for $8.50. Perhaps the prices reflect the area the store is based.

Good for gourmet. Ghastly if on a budget. Great for that special treat, such as their fresh baked breads, their not so healthy but delicious pastries, the salads, the sushi’s/ sashimi’s. Some gluten free and lactose free treats too.

My mate recommend me this place, haha to say very impress. Love their American donut, though the $4/ea was steep. Was it nice? Yes, so moist and dense and yet so hood melt in your mouth. I do like the cinnamon scrolls. For once something healthy does taste good.

This bakery is an absolute lifesaver for us! The allergy free combination means my daughter gets to buy food here that almost nobody else makes! We absolutely love Strange Grains and would recommend it to any wheat or other allergen sufferer.

Food was delicious- we tried cupcakes, scones, eclairs and bought bread for lunches. Just needed a small butter packet serve to make the pumpkin scone Divine!! I would definitely pay extra for that! Hope the owners consider supplying, as we head to the park for picnic.

This place is an unfortunate letdown. There is absolutely no service, the staff are cold, unhelpful, and seem like they couldn’t care less about the customers. The pre-made rolls are bland and forgettable, which is unacceptable for the price. The only redeeming quality was the gluten-free bread itself, which was great. That said, the overall experience was terrible. Frankly, the entire staff needs to be properly trained, because as it stands, this place is running on autopilot with zero regard for customer service.

Super disappointing 😩 We spent $100 in store and it was extremely average to straight up bad. Custard Eclair & Fruit tart - the “custard” was green and tasted awful, holmsey bakery does delicious vegan custard so it’s doable and I have no idea why these were so bad but they both were. Hummingbird cake - dry and overpoweringly sweet icing. Ate about 1/4 and wasn’t worth finishing it. Lamington - ridiculously stale. Took 2 small bites and ditched it. Donut - these were okay. Taste was good but extremely oily. Cherry ripe - this was legitimately enjoyable. Donuts were $4 and the other desserts were all $6ish so we wasted a lot of money on them. GF Peri Peri Pizza - upwards of $25 which was obscene. basically inedible. Ate 2 slices each person and then binned the rest. I don’t know if it was the sauce or the vegan cheese but something was so watery that the whole middle of the pizza was a wet slop but the outsides were almost burnt from trying to cook it longer. Overly spicy for a premade pizza. If it’s got chicken, why use vegan cheese 🤷‍♀️ Salad baguette - okay, nothing to write home about but wasn’t bad. Gluten free loaf - extremely expensive. Tasted good. Overall a super disappointing experience and I definitely won’t be going back.

You will seriously get fat walking past this bakery 😋 Delicious looking food and baked goods. So much to choose from. Great customer service, what a difference a smile can make. Opted for a Breakfast Pie, because it was that time of day.... I will be back, to good not to go back

A neat and bright new cafe in Rockingham. The lady behind the counter indicated it was her first day, however was effective and delightful in her service. Noted the large sausage rolls, and a reasonable selection of other items to eat. I as told they were all prepared in-house. I tried the carrot cake muffin and was pleasantly surprised in how tasty and natural tasting it was - really enjoyed. Coffee was OK. Good use of artwork in and around the building. Worth a look and try - seems early days for this cafe and hope they progress to find their niche.

It's a great little place just of rockingham beach. Excellent coffee and delicious cakes. Their pies at $9 are large and very delicious. The selection of sandwiches and salad rolls is excellent. Fresh bread available. Tables out front are perfect to enjoy the excellent selection of fresh food.

I love Winnie’s bakery, the sweet delicious treats are amazing especially my favourite vanilla slice. Vegan pink donuts are scrummy too. The coffee is also really good 👍🏽

Visited this iconic bakery whilst I was on business in Perth! Was greeted by friendly staff and recommended the most delicious Jalapeno Beef Pie EVER! Also treated myself to a donut, several cakes and slices and even took home some of the freeze dried lollies for the plane trip home! Highly, highly recommend heading here! 🤤

This is a small bakery but they make great sandwiches, rolls, pies, pastries and cakes. Nice coffee and good service. There are a few tables and chairs outside the shop. Outside area is dog friendly.

The best donuts in the world! You can sit here and listen to how excited people are when they get their baked goods from here. It’s such a vibe to sit in the sun with your dog and just watch the world go by

We ordered a roast pork and a traditional chicken Banh mi. Both were very tasty with generous fillings and fresh bread. The chicken Banh mi was served cold — I would have preferred it warm — but the flavours were still great. Portion sizes were excellent for the price. The man who served us was so friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Would happily come back

We went here specifically for the roast Pork banh mi. We were not disappointed. In the filling is plenty of roast Pork and, more importantly, for texture, plenty of crackling. There's some good balance going on between the spice and sweet shredded carrot. We also tried the beef rice paper rolls. These were just as tasty. Everything was made fresh, to order. We'll be back to try out the Pho. The cafe is clean, though the decor is starting to tire. If you can get past this, you'll have an enjoyable meal. Otherwise, takeaway.

The best old school full breakfast in perth, not many of them left. The owners have been there for many years and are so lovely. They do great breaky and lunch on the go or dine in, you won’t be disappointed!

Friendly and accomodating staff and great value for money Generous portions, but more importantly the lunch bar’s food tastes great! Small details but the bean sprouts were really fresh too. Recommend the bunthit noodle salad. But also thoroughly enjoyed the chicken pho and Banh mi. Bahn mi comes with flat bread which I did appreciate.

The man serving was lovely. Unfortunately, the bahn mi was the worst one I've ever eaten, and I've had many. I didn't even finish it which is a first for me. They don't even use the Vietnamese style baguette. Very disappointed, especially as it also was not the usual bahn mi price. I'm not rating too low as this is my only experience here and the customer service was good.

This lunch bar is where I first experienced the joy of Pho many years ago. Glad I succumbed to nostalgia because the Pho Tai is as good as I remember it, maybe even better. A sensational broth. You are my sunshine this Saturday morning and I look forward to coming back soon, not 13 years later!

That ratio of bread and protein…so very generous. The spicy chicken banh mi is a must try 👍 pate was tasty, but not all rolls come with pate, so you have to ask for it (only the traditional banh mi comes with pate). I like how they are cut in half because it’s easier to eat (not the most traditional way of eating it, I presume?). Definitey a new favourite right there.

Very good price for a quick lunch. Lots of taste and the most important, excellent customer service. I recommend for lunch on the go.

A few people at work were ordering from here yesterday so I got a chicken burger. The photo on uber eats shows a fried chicken burger on on a bun which looks like a brioche bun, pretty much looks like a burger you would get at a modern day burger shop. What i received was a chicken schnitzel burger in a big bun, looked nothing like the picture. The burger was just a standard lunch bar chicken schnitzel burger. There was nothing wrong with it, it was nice but If that's what I wanted I could have got one from the lunch bar on my works street with out the premium price of $18. My go to for uber eats or for when I go for a drive. The dutchy Cafe is where the old bakery was and doesn't disappoint. Has plenty of cold quick options with lots of hot food delights also. I love to sit in and get the breakfast roll. It is filling and tasty. Take a baguette home then for lunch.

I've been a customer of this place for years and was concerned when it changed hands as the food and service was FANTASTIC! Well these new (not new anymore as it got taken over a while back) have taken it to the next level (which I didn't think was possible!) from both a food and service perspective. The ready made rolls are truly to die for, especially the Continental (am devouring one now and feel compelled to write this review because of the taste) - I challenge you to find a better tasting, fresh, high quality and jam packed roll in Perth! I haven't ever tried the hot foods but the smell wafting through is incredible - "my compliments to the Chef" as they say (and my guess is is that he/she is exactly that, a proper Chef). As for the customer service, nothing is a problem - even when I always seem to turn up 60 seconds before they close the doors for the day, of which I'm guessing they're appreciative of (NOT) :-) there's always a smile and eager to please demeanour (super rare these days). Keep up the great work guys and for prospective customers, give it a go (there's even a dine-in (including outside) section and plenty of street parking) I'll guarantee you won't regret it. Disclaimer - no this is not a commercial nor am I being bribed with free Continental rolls to say all of these nice things :-) just giving credit where credit is due!

Give this place a go!! You will be pleasantly surprised. I sure was. Last weekend, a friend's group of 12 booked this place for our monthly meet-up. I was so impressed. I had low expectations, but it was so good that my partner and I went back three days later. Their Turkish eggs are amazing! I had it both times. The eggs bennie is very good too. The portion was too big for my wife, so i got some. It's a bit noisy on the weekends as it gets packed and nothing really to dampen the sound, but it was perfect for an early 6am breakfast during the week

Oh good lord ! It has been AGES since I have had a breakfast like this. I will be dreaming about this food for months to come. The chorizo goo ( jam) should be bottled and sold. Thanks be to all the breakfast gods for this delicious offering. Yes I am raving - it was worth it. Also my double espresso was spot on. Winning.! 🥇 lacking aircon is the only downside.

Nice open cafe with plenty of quiet inside seating, in an airy dining area. Good quick service a nice coffee and pastries. Reasonably priced.

Really happy with how accommodating they were when my fried chicken french toast came out with the peanuts and chilli i asked to be removed. They corrected it no problems, and the chicken was beautiful. Great coffee too. My only gripe was the french toast being way too eggy, still very much recommended.

We love businesses that make in store with passion and creativity. A young store, a young team and youn owner that are having a go for their dreams. Amazing range of pies - bolognese, Turkey and cranberry …lots of delightful selections, coffees I recall ? and some sweets on offer. Well priced , I actually bought a pie ! Buttery crust easy to eat- low mess. Good chunky meat in brown sauce. I’ll be heading back for sure. Was a pleasure and encourage you to support local , creative entrepreneurs having a go

This uber cool spot is serving up some ELITE pies! Super tasty pastry and fillings — only criticism is that they’re all on the saltier side and left us feeling very thirsty. We wouldn’t get the prawn and pork sausage roll again and the snapper curry pie was our favourite 😋

We come down from up north almost every week, just for these pies! So so delicious, it’s like a little gourmet dish wrapped in pastry. Yum!

I’ve never been in there without feeling welcome, even when it’s busy. The staff are brilliant. That’s enough already, but strap in. I’ve been going there for a while just for the coffee. It’s a pie shop yeah, but their coffee is epic. Modus beans, always dialled in perfectly, lots of love. I finally got around to trying the pies and hang on a minute, they’re game changing. I’d be shocked if you can find better pies anywhere. Fight me. Fine dining in a pie. Get in there and get a coffee. If you’re hungry get a pie and a coffee. You’re only young once. That’s the upside, but not everything can be perfect. The following points are worth considering, but it’ll be up to your choice of being triggered if you think they’re negative. It’s takeaway so the coffee is in takeaway cups. I’m a dine in person but the coffee is worth it here. The staff are unnecessarily attractive.

Such a hidden gem joint and friendliest service with a smile! Got the weekend special massaman pie and a chunky steak, super flakey and quality ingredients which is elite 🙌 Coffee was so good too. Will definitely head there again :)

If you haven’t tried Angelwood Pies yet, you’re missing out! Everything tastes homemade and delicious — these are the best pies I’ve ever had. Angelwood Pies never disappoint. Every pie I’ve tried has been fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The crust is buttery and crisp, and the fillings taste like something straight out of a family kitchen. Whether it’s beef, lamb or seasonal specials, they’re all incredible. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Breakfast here is brilliant..Saturdays the chefs comes up with specials and they are always a winner.

Ordered the breakfast special, was a nice well balanced meal. The coffee on the other hand was not the best. Bad coffee roast is my guess.

Over my last 5 visits, There is always something that has gone wrong(such as forgetting my coffee, taking 30 min to heat up a muffin) which is"never their fault". Most recently, I ordered three takeaway coffee's - Waited 20 min and was asked twice(by a girl working there) what I was waiting on. I gave her the same response both times and in the end apparently they lost the docket and unfortunately we did not have enough time to continue waiting.The only consistency at New Norcia Bakeries over the last 6-12 months is the poor customer service. I used to be a regular, however, will now avoid the cafe which is a convenient 1min walk form my front door. Its really a shame to see once such a great establishment go so far down hill.

Great coffee, and they'll serve you a ham and cheese toasted sandwich anytime you like. Also, the seats outside are an exceptionally comfortable place to stick your bum. With the angle of the sun in the morning, there's hardly a better place to be. A great example of the little things going an awfully long way.

I had breakfast here and thought the food was delicious (eggs benedict). I also had two coffees and found them really bad! I'm not sure if it was an off day for the barista but I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Always good food using the best baked bread in town. Special chilli con carne on sourdough, though, lacked any chilli whatsoever. Friend's steak sandwich was tasty but the steak didn't even full the size of the bread - disappointing. Another's eggs Benedict without the hollandaise (I know, go figure) had no butter and was very dry.

Walked the street to have breakfast but everything seemed closed until I walked past this pie shop. Had a delicious toasty and will hopefully get to return for a pie soon before I head back home from holidays. Excellent ingredients with full flavours toasted perfectly 👌 No dine in but we ate on the little bench seat outside in the sun 😊

Absolutely delicious! Just tried the chicken satay pie and it was hands-down the best I’ve ever had! Full of flavour, perfectly cooked, and the pastry was spot on. The staff were super friendly and welcoming too. Highly recommend!

Incredible, quaint little hole-in-the-wall store that sells so many delicious flavours it was hard to decide! As this was my first visit, I decided to go simple and chose the mince beef & onion pie. I’m glad I chose this as my first as it was stellar! I will be back for sure.

Outstanding pie and sausage roll I had today. I purchased a Lamb Vindaloo and an Irish Sausage Roll and both were delicious. I will be back to try more flavours! They're a small bakery with very high demand, so plan accordingly and don't blame the owners for customers buying out all their days stock.

The most delicious pies at this wonderful small shop. It is run by what looks like a lovely father and daughter duo who put a lot of pride into what they do. Made with top quality ingredients… absolutely delicious…. Will be back to try more of their goodies soon. Great location also.

Have had a couple of family pies here recently and have been suitably impressed. Great flavour and quality. Not cheap but happy to pay for such a delicious meal. Also brought a sausage roll for the drive home, which was barely warm.

Wow. Excellent quality and craftsmanship. Flaky and delicate. The brownie was great too and somehow gluten free. It was moist and not too sugary, so you could taste other flavors. It also has chocolate chunks in it. The plain croissant is buttery and perfect. The chocolate one is my favorite though. You can tell lots of experience and effort goes into these because the place is owned by a pastry chef and very friendly French woman who care about the pastries.

The BEST and I mean the BEST vegan croissants I have EVER had. I haven’t been able to have a Ham & Cheese croissant in over 10 years, due to allergy and availability of vegan croissants. This Ham & Cheese croissant was incredible. The croissant is perfectly fluffy and slightly salty, the cheese was creamy and the ham was pretty convincing! The almond croissant is the best vegan one I’ve ever had. The butter-y taste of the croissant was so perfect with the almond paste. I made the trip out from central Perth during a very short layover and now this patisserie has me considering a move to Perth.

This is definitely in the top three best vegan pastries I’ve ever had. Such a hidden gem! Even my non-vegan partner said the croissant is tastier than many non-vegan ones. Will definitely come back to try every item. Only thing is the price is a little high, but totally worth it in my opinion! :)

In the energetic Inglewood area of Beaufort st. a modest store houses a selection of exciting, authentic and modern takes on the much loved and revered croissant. Friendly, enthusiastic service and a fantastic pistachio croissant 🥰 not too sweet and just the right amount of filling. I grabbed a coffee around the corner at LOCA and I was set! I’ll be back though, to sample the giant, crusty chocolate croissant next time.

Serving up such buttery, flaky and crispy croissants!! Definitely in my top three spots in Perth to buy a delish pastry. I tried the savoury scrambled tofu croissant today and it was yum! You can tell there is a lot of experience and work that goes into their products and it’s worth every penny. Their choccy croissant is humongous and always a hit!! Highly recommend if you’re a croissant connoisseur ✨

We stumbled upon this hidden gem and ordered the raspberry crumbs and an almond flat white — and wow, they absolutely blew us away! While many cafés tend to burn their coffee on busy weekends, this place nailed it to perfection. The raspberry crumbs were unlike anything I’ve had in Perth: dense, beautifully layered, and bursting with wholesome goodness. We left with happy hearts and have already pinned this spot for many more visits to come!

As someone who doesn't have a sweet tooth, I'm always excited to come across a bakery that has savoury treats that don't involve our girl friday: the overworked spinach. Cheerio's potato galette hit all the right spots, and the coffee was pitch perfect. The staff are very personable, and a pit stop here is the perfect way to start your day.

Love this coffee shop! It has been my go to ever since I moved from Europe to Australia. The coffees are amazing and the people are really nice! Try one of the egg and spinach tarts 😊

Came here at 5.45am this morning & the aroma of the coffee was amazing so I decided to try it & it was perfect but the amazing winner is the the very flakey,soft & tasty filo pastry.I bought both kinds & to me the best in Perth.Thanks to the staff for making my morning a better one 🙂

Grabbed a few coffees and hot chocolate first thing before hitting the road. First visit and I was not disappointed! Attentive service with great tasting coffee, got a short mac and was impressed. Heaps of freshly baked delicious goodies (hurt me to say no!) Glad I dont live too close by 🤑 Less than $20 for 4 hot drinks in this town is a deal in my book, plus they were excellent so highly recommended!

Had the best oat milk Laté with a perfect tasting home-made egg/spinach/cheese quiche: a taste-bud delight- could not have made it that good myself and I’m a pretty good cook 😆 Highly recommend the super friendly service too 👌🏼

The best pies I’ve ever had. I also bought a piece of scotch fillet which cut like butter. Great fruit and vegetables and next time I’m going to try the continental deli at the back of the shop. It’s great to see a place that really does go the extra mile. The people are cheerful and give great service. AWSOME!😎💈

Best Chunky Beef and Pepper pies. Hands Down! THe Chunky Lamb and Rosemary Pie is just as amazing. Delicate crusty pastry that matched the generous, perfectly seasoned and perfect temperature filling. Everything was well presented and on point. Well done Fussy Meats team! We took 5 family pies back to Melbourne to share the love.

I ordered the bacon and cheese steak pie. Was not disappointed, the pie tasted like it should, it tasted like the old days. While eating my mind flashed back to pleasant memories of family holidays and camping trips with the boys. Chunky steak and puffy pastry, yum yum. The only negative point was the $9 price, though that's the way things have gone isn't it.

Had the pies there. Just amazing. The filling the pastry all 100%. Kids loved their too. My 10 year old couldn't finish the whole pie so had half of his. Will definitely be back.

The buns might just be the new 🥇 at our annual Easter Sunday brunch hot cross buns tasting. They were deliciously fruity and chewy. The unglazed ones had the raw burnt crust flavour 😋. Oh, the croissant and egglant parmesan were also 👌.

One of my favourite bakeries in Perth, I make a 30 min drive every weekend to get their olive sourdough and whatever treats they have prepared. Had the best BLT I’ve ever had from here, only issue is that you have to be lucky to get them as they have something different every week. Get in early because they do run out quickly

The quality of artisan bread just seems to improve and improve here in Perth. This bread is just really fantastic and the best there is. Perfect crust and soft and moist with a lovely fresh sour flavour.

One of the best bakeries in Perth easily- most beautiful sourdough, highly recommend the Olive Sourdough. Perfectly soft, not over cultured and the best part is the loaf is still easy to cut the next day (if it can last till then)!. I also dream about their ham and cheese croissants, if you are lucky enough to get one fresh out of the oven it will change your life.

The best ... It's excellent bread the sourdough old style/traditional is so light and crispy , just make sure you have good oil and balsamic in the pantry 😀

Just took a visit this morning. Warm and friendly staff. Amazing fresh sourdough with a beautiful dark crust. The best I've had in a while. I absolutely love Hunter's special wholewheat walnut loaf. Can't get enough!

I got up at 7.30 on my Saturday to go here. Never done that ever, ever. Would eat anything they make. Fish, fruit, bun with sprinkles. Would eat. Yum. Thanks for baking guys.
