Market
Carmel Market, the largest shuk in Tel Aviv, is an open-air market offering a wide array of local produce, spices, grocery items, and home goods. The market also features dining options where visitors can enjoy gourmet wine and tapas at Basta or savor Israeli meat dishes at M25. Additionally, there's a French-style patisserie that offers classic desserts and Levantine fried dough during Hanukkah.
I love to come back when I am in Tel Aviv. This is definitely must see place! Even simple walk throughout the market is an experience. You do not have to buy something… but you will.
Pavel K — Google review
Nice market in the heart of Tel Aviv. Very lively and crowded and plenty of choices to eat local food or to have a drink. There is also a good variety of cloth section. A must see place if you go to Tel Aviv.
Pau E — Google review
So I had some time to kill in the morning before my flight home so I joined friends for a walk through this area and had a great time seeing all the stands from candy to house hold items. You can do all your shopping here. The sights, sounds and smell of bread and cooking is wonderful.
Tranton — Google review
A market is marked all over the world. Fresh on the spot juice from a variety of fruits. Market with sellers trying to get you to pay overprice for copy products like Nike, puma, Hugo Boss etc. Lots of cheap souvenirs from Israel. Some sellers can be very invasive Most prices can be dropped with a little bit of bargaining, Most shops sell the same at all different prices. Plenty of Mediterranean food which is delicious.
Zamir M — Google review
A very lively loud and very crowded market where one can find nearly anything, esp, food, spices, clothes, leather goods (incl. well made fake luxury brands). Fresh meat and fish are sold too, sometimes connected to a small eatery (seated or standing). Eateries are very crowded, loud and ventilators are blowing you away or provide fresh air (depending on how one can appreciate such kind of air blowing). If one appreciates a little less noise and crowd I can advise to take a side street and find a cosy place to eat or drink.
Boris G — Google review
A must see in Tel Aviv. The atmosphere is amazing and it nearly gives you a time traveler experience. You will find authentic stuff but as well some usual.. stuff. The food stand will let have a bite of everything. But no words can describe the experience, just go there!!!
Florian S — Google review
Carmel Market, one of the most colorful and exciting places in Tel Aviv. Not only fruits, vegetables and meats, but also clothes, children's clothes, shoes, glasses, accessories, toys etc.. Full of small restaurants, food stalls, everything is bustling, colorful and fun. Do not miss a visit to it.
Tamar K — Google review
Different great 👍🏻 sellers who wants to sell you something but still professional. Some of them not really. Definitely if you are a girl, guys would like to speak with you. Don’t hesitate to try everything and if you like you buy. To negotiate is Normal. Also kids negotiate

Tel Aviv's White City is a vibrant hub for nightlife, offering an array of cocktail bars and clubs where visitors can dance to the tunes of Israel's hottest DJs. The city boasts a collection of 4,000 white buildings built by German-Jewish architects in the 1930s, showcasing the largest number of Bauhaus-style architecture in the world. This UNESCO World Heritage site offers professional walking tours to explore its striking modernist design.
The White City of Tel Aviv is a worldwide unique and fantastic ensemble of about 4.000 Bauhaus-Buildings, a few renovated, but the most in a unrenovated state. Most of them are used as appartment-houses. The WCTA spreads from Rothschild-Boulevard to upper Dizengoff-Street. You can find a Museum-Shop at the Bauhaus-Center at 77, Dizengoff-Street.

Jaffa Port, located at the southern end of the Tel Aviv coastline, is one of the oldest ports in the world with a rich history dating back to ancient times. It has been a strategic hub for trade and military activities for centuries. After falling into disrepair, it has undergone significant renovation in recent years and has become a popular destination for visitors. The area offers stunning views, restaurants, and opportunities for boat tours.
The oldest part of Tel Aviv. Clean and well kept. There are parks and shops and galleries. Great place to take a stroll .
Harry Z — Google review
We visited during a cloudy day. Port area is with a beautiful view and many restaurants. We went for a small cruise trip. They took us from jaffa Port and dropped us back after half an hour. They charged 30 nis per person. Amazing, calm and beautiful ride. Recommended, if you are visiting the Port. Evening is best.
Santhosh M — Google review
Such a beautiful place to visit in Yaffo, Israel. New container park is buying built with shops and restaurants. The port has fishing boats and fresh fish vendors. Great seas food restaurant and great entertainment on Saturdays. You can also take a boat tour.
Rena I — Google review
One of the oldest ports in the world. Lots of historic events took place somewhere in here. Port is full of restaurants. It is very busy at the weekends. You can see different boats, but also old Jaffa. Walking around the promenade is a must.
Kamila Ś — Google review
This historical port is the southern end of the Tel Aviv promenade/coastline. It's one of the oldest ports in the world, dating as far back to the Egyptian empire. Reputedly, it was the site of the story Jonah and the Whale mentioned in the Book of Jonah in the Old Testament. Jaffa served as the port of entry of merchants such as those during David's and Solomon's time. It was also used by the succession of armies of powers that ruled the Levant Region of the Mediterranean. It was last used/occupied by the British in the early 1900's prior to the establishment of the State of Israel in 1948. Today, Jaffa Port serves as fishing and recreational port. It is a draw for locals and visitors to the warm beach and entertainment establishments on it.

Historical and Biblical site! It offers a lot things, art galleries, good bars and restaurants! 🍺🍻🍲 Don’t miss out the Fish 🦑 and chips 🍟 then have a cup of coffee☕️. You can also buy freshly caught seafoods 🐟 🦀 🦑

BEAUTIFUL. Loved the views, loved the streets, a great place to go for a walk or run (especially during sunrise/sunset). If you got some parkour skills you can go all the way out to where the old city walls used to be, great for fishing or just enjoying the view!

Museums
Tel Aviv Museum of Art is a renowned museum featuring an international collection of modern and contemporary art, along with a captivating sculpture garden. Situated on the eastern edge of Tel Aviv, it is part of the new central business district in Sarona Market. The museum was established in 1932 and has grown to become one of Israel's largest and most significant art institutions. Visitors can explore various departments showcasing Israeli art, modern art, photography, design, architecture, and more.
Tel Aviv Museum art was great, it has many of the modern impressionists and European (Artist) Jew's in the collection which was wonderful to see. There was plenty on offer to see and I would recommend a visit here if you enjoy the visual arts.
Toby E — Google review
I love this place. The building itself is original and the atmosphere is welcoming. I come at least once a month to see the new temporary exhibitions and to participate a guided tours. There is a caffeteria and restaurant on site. All the time there are activities for the families and kids.
Katy H — Google review
Normally I am not very affine to arts but this museum caught me. Due to the hot weather we were looking for a place to go. We had our children (age of 8 and 10) with us and we really had fun. It's amazing what children are able to see in paintings. I was really impressed by the artists which are shown there: Renoir, Monet, Klimt, Picasso.... But also the contemporary part was great. I can really recommend it (also with children).
Janine Z — Google review
Great museum of Modern Art in Tel Aviv. Spacious with a lot of temporary installations as well, impressionism, pop-art, a garden with sculptures and a lot more. We spent 75ILS for an adult and a senior
Kiariladyboss — Google review
One of the highlights of my visit was the stunning collection of Israeli art, which provides a unique perspective on the country's rich cultural heritage and history. The museum's collection includes works by renowned Israeli artists such as Reuven Rubin, Nahum Gutman, and Yigal Tumarkin, among others. These artworks offer a fascinating insight into the Israeli art scene and its evolution over the years. The museum's architecture is also noteworthy, with its modern and sleek design that seamlessly blends with the surrounding urban landscape.
Andrei P — Google review
Highly recommend! Had the best time with my 5 yo daughter. She mostly enjoyed the Helena Rubinstein’s Miniature Rooms, the birds and the NFT exhibitions. The museum is very well maintained, clean and not crowded. Kids under 18 get a free ticket. Personally I prefer to get the tickets online, but there was no line waiting to buy tickets in the museum itself when we got there. The museum is closed on Sundays. Opens at 10 am each other day of the week. Check the website about the closing hours which change every day. And of course opening hours change on holidays.
Anna F — Google review
The Tel Aviv Museum of Art is worth a visit to see some of the permanent collections. A reasonable collection of Impressionists and Contemporary artists. Cannot be compared to the collection say at the Kunsthaus in Zurich which is on another level but that said, it will satisfy those that enjoy art and culture. A must for all art lovers. Wonderful collection displaying works from loads of famous painters such as Chagall, Renoir, Picasso and so many more. Beautifully curated, amazing temporary exhibitions as well. Unique architecture. The collection is top-top level. The best works of the World’s Greats are here. The most impressive Chagalls,Pollocks and Picassos I’ve ever seen.
Alex D — Google review
Amazing museum with an endless amount of exhibitions and artifacts that span many eras but more focused towards modern art and local artists. A beautiful plaza out front and an easy walk in the downtown area makes this a convenient getaway when visiting the city. Audio guides and maps are available as part of the standard admission ticket. Some time limited special exhibitions are well worth checking out.

Tel Aviv Port, also known as Namal, is a vibrant entertainment district featuring trendy shops, restaurants, and clubs along a scenic seafront promenade. The area is easily accessible from centrally located hotels like Dan Tel Aviv and Dan Panorama Tel Aviv. Nearby attractions include Dizengoff Street, Jaffa's charming old town, the renowned Carmel Market, and Neve Tzedek neighborhood.
Magnificent, especially for its unforgettable sunsets. The area is full of restaurants, cafes, bars, and eateries of all kinds. It also regularly hosts exhibitions, such as illuminated sculptures or works of art illuminated at night. The walk is definitely worth the detour. Just take a look at the photos.

Overpriced, overcrowded on shore mall. After 20:00 one can find parking at flat price 30NIS. Until 5:00. It's really worth it, because nearby parking lots expensive as hell. Fighting for spot can be long-time waiting and not quite politing. Be advised. Both on entrance and exit line of desperately seeking drivers.

I mostly visit for running on weekends but it’s a wonderful place for shopping, eating or having a good time with family and friends. A lot of parking and the weekend market is highly recommended

Nice large waterfront area with "bumps" that are fun to bike/scoot around, a carousel, smooth rocks for playing around or sitting on. There is a kid's sandpit but it also seems to be used as a dog's bathroom. Great view of the sea. There's a very large kid's playground and an exercise area and restrooms.
Donella H — Google review
Very nice place to hang out with the family. A lot of places to eat, there are playgrounds for the kids, many ice cream places and other food. The promenade is great and allows uninterrupted view of the sea. There is also a breakwater that can be traveled for better view. There are 2 playgrounds- for toddlers and bigger kids and another place with fountains. The only issues are lack of shade and parking.
Shy S — Google review
There are restaurants, bars, shops and activities for the children. Ideal place to chill. Unfortunatelly no public toilets.

The Clock Tower in Jaffa, Tel Aviv is a limestone structure built in 1903 to honor one of the last sultans of the Ottoman Empire. It serves as a central point surrounded by historical buildings, a beautiful beach, and various shops, galleries, and restaurants. The tower was constructed by Sultan Abed-el-Hamid the 2nd and has been renovated over the years with new clocks and stained glass windows depicting Jaffa's history.
It’s really a great place tells the history.. compared to other area this is a unique surroundings with lot of shops and bar , Jaffa flea market is very close Very Long Beach 🏖️ side.. started walking from there till Hilton beach side, view is amazing You will find gift shops and Jerusalem named product shops. Built by the turks in the middle of the main road in old Jaffa and impressive clock tower. Still working and on time. Many shops and restaurants are around the tower if you walk north of there you will be in the older part of The port city of Jaffa, a park on top of the hill will give you the best views of not just Jaffa, but great views of Tel-Avia and the Mediterranean sea if you walk north you will soon be on the beach one of the oldest ports in the world. Part of Tel-Avia but worlds apart, kinda like a miniature Jerusalem archeological sites and artists Colony churches and Mosque and Jewish temple reopen after 1948 fine restaurants and outdoor dining.

A bustling area but a great spot to visit and admire. The whole area is clean and well kept and there’s so many coffee shops and cafes nearby to sit and watch the world go by. This church takes you back in history to the days when Jesus Christ carried the cross down the road of pain to the location of his crucifixion. A very powerful spiritual journey. Located in the historical part of Jaffa old city. Restaurants and shops nearby. Close to the Jaffa port and promenade. Worth a visit day and night. A melting pot for all nations, here tourists mix with us locals. A major tourist attraction point in Tel Aviv. I love the food aroma, especially on a Friday morning.
Alex D — Google review
Yafo (Jaffa) is steeped in history. The oldest operating port in history.. But one needs to go on a tour or do some research online to access that information.
Antony W — Google review
It is one of seven clock towers in Ottoman Palestine. This one in Jaffa was constructed in 1900-1903 from outpouring of support from the diverse community of the city: Jews, Arabs, Maronites, and Armenians. The clock mechanism was made by a Jewish clock maker. The structure was a commemoration of the reigning Ottoman sultan at the time. Both the Torah and the Sultan's seal are engraved on the second floor. The tower is distinctly an Ottoman architecture. Since its construction, the clock tower has been the focal point of the city that has undergone modernization/changes over the years. Today, it is the most recognizable landmark along with the Old Citadel. Surrounding the clock tower are remarkable modern additions. There's an attractive alley housing several lovely urban murals.
A ( — Google review
A must see landmark. Jaffa is an Arab town within an Israeli/jewish town. Together they make the City of Tel Aviv. The Clock tower is very old and is at the heart of the older town. I suggest starting there are is it the "gate" to Jaffa and you can experience the devide between one style and the other.

HaBima Square, named after Israel's National Theatre, is a vibrant public space in Tel Aviv surrounded by cultural institutions like the Habima Theater and a sunken garden. It serves as a focal point in the city and hosts various activities and performances during Hanukkah celebrations. The square's design combines minimalism with functionality, offering visitors a place to relax amidst its modern surroundings.
Habima Square (also known as The Orchestra Plaza) is a public major space in the center of Tel Aviv which is home to a number of cultural institutions such as the Habima Theatre, the Culture Palace, and the Helena Rubinstein Pavilion for Contemporary Art. One of the beautiful places in Tel Aviv. Lots of space to run and play and it looks beautiful at night. The buildings are set in a square surrounded by several upmarket cafes and restaurants but the real gem is the landscaped gardens where classical music is piped and enjoyed via built in speakers. Amazing on Saturday when all locals gather here for a nice walk, talk and drinks🍹 highly recommended

Habima square is public major space in the Tel Aviv. You can find here space to walk with all family, coffee shops and Habima theater (closed nowadays because of covid 19). Close to Rothschild boulevard. Beautiful place to visit, recommend. Culture place must visit. Hard to find a place for car only in canyon.

Located at the end of Rothschild Blvd, Charles Bronfman Theater and the Tel Aviv Cultural Center are here, as well as cafés and restaurants. It's very scenic and a great place to sit and enjoy the location.

Took the Bus From Bat Yam, just to come here. What a Beautifully Landscaped and Attractive Garden; Well Pruned and Flourishing Trees; Shallow Reflection Waterscape; The Flowers were in Bloom; Raised Boardwalks and the Artwork/Sculptures are Magnificent to look at. And, many Bus Stops Nearby. Great Location to Stop for a Rest; Drink some cold water and Take a Breath.

Wonderful place. In the middle of stressful city, this green garden is very relaxing area. When you sit on the woody benches you can hear wonderful music and to relax. This music is not loud and you won't hear it outside, so come inside closer to the wooden area and flowers. The feeling is really unusual, the view is amazing with flowers and trees. Highly recommend this place for relaxation :)

Metzitzim Beach, located at the northern end of the coast in Tel Aviv, offers a laid-back atmosphere with its enclosed bay and well-equipped beach bar. It features a small seafront playground and a beach restaurant, making it an ideal spot for families. Visitors can also enjoy lounge chair rentals and various water sports activities such as kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding at nearby Hilton Beach. The area is bustling with activity, including Gordon Beach which boasts a swimming pool overlooking the Tel Aviv Marina.
Best beach. And best service. Food at the restaurant on the beach is great and they serve food all the way down to the water. The staff is really nice and the beach is very clean. Beautiful white sand and very close to the boardwalk and other great location like Gordon beach! Highly recommended

One thing only is excellent in this place - the sea. They call it a Chef restaurant but no creativity was shown on the breakfast dishes. The breakfast is super expensive and super simple, missing the Chef's touch. The music is so noisy, that I couldn't hear the friend sitting next to me. The service was lame. There are much better beach restaurants in Tel Aviv

Nice beach for morning walk, to enjoy the nature and beauty of sea. Even good place to hang out in the evening. Neat and clean beach where you can enjoy the sea water, have facilities to take bath and change too.

Cleaner than most beaches in Tel-Aviv. Also, there’s so much more room for swimming due to no boundaries set

A really great beach to hang in. Come with your kids if you have any :) Sit down at the beach restaurant- medium food but great vibe. Order a beer and enjoy the view and wind:) No problem with parking around as you have the harbor parking place and the near by parking lot- just be ready to pay a lot for it if its a Saturday

Located on the beach, Etzel Museum offers a quick history lesson about the battle over Jaffa between 1947 and 1948. The museum is a preservation project designed by Amnon Niv in collaboration with the IDF museum unit and the Israel Antiquities Authority. It is built on ruins reflecting the history of Russian Zionism and Jewish immigrants during the 1948 war.
This is a small but informative museum right by the beach in a beautiful building that has won architecture awards. I do recommend brushing up on the history of British Mandate Palestine before visiting, as the museum doesn't offer much beyond history specific to the one underground group.

Interesting place close to the beach, you can see it while walking down the promenade. Nice views of the sea. Of course it was closed at night.
Kamila Ś — Google review
Nice little spot at the end of the beach to brush up on some history of the area. It’s an addition to context you already have or are seeking - I wouldn’t say it’s totally a standalone experience. For the price, worth a walk through.

Excellent location, very educational. For this price well worth a visit. (It's actually free.)
I P — Google review
As a tourist looking for some more information about the war of independence I felt a bit disappointed. We were missing a lot of context on what exactly the Etzel is. I think we came out of the museum with more questions than when we came in. Half of the Hebrew texts were not translated, making it hard to follow the exhibition.
Maarten B — Google review
Small but very historical. If you would like to get more information on this amazing fighting force before and after the war of independence plan to spend approximately one hour at this enchanting Museum. Built into the ruins of an old Turkish Mansion right on the beach.

Tel Aviv Beach is a major attraction in the seaside city, stretching from the Clock Tower at Jaffa to Tel Aviv Port. The coastline is lined with international hotel skyscrapers offering stunning views of the beaches. Visitors and locals frequent the beach for various activities such as volleyball, outdoor workouts, sunbathing, and swimming in the Mediterranean Sea. With favorable weather almost year-round, Tel Aviv boasts gorgeous sandy beaches along its coastline.
Great beach in the center of the city. It's definitely worth to walk across the coast line and enjoy the beautiful weather. You can also rent a small scooter as there are bicycle roads everywhere. Swimming most of the time is prohibited as it's allowed only when safeguards are there. Apart from that you should definitely see the sunset from the beach.
Petros K — Google review
Tel Aviv Beach is an incredible place to spend time, whether day or night. It stretches along a long promenade where you can walk right by the sea, enjoying the fresh breeze and stunning views. Along the way, you’ll find plenty of restaurants, bars, ice cream stands, and spots to stop for a cold beer or refreshing drink. It’s perfect for sports lovers, with areas for jogging, cycling, volleyball, and water activities. Or, if you prefer, you can simply relax and enjoy a pleasant evening with friends while watching the sunset. The combination of vibrant atmosphere, great food and drinks, and endless sea views makes Tel Aviv Beach one of the city’s most beautiful and lively spots.

Wonderful beach, long in length (about 10 km), clean and well maintained! Despite being visited by a lot of people. Especially during the season and holidays. We visited the beach on independence day and the people had a decent amount. People mass arranged picnics, sunbathed, bathed, communicated, simply walked, engaged in sports and re.. Yet there was no debris anywhere and everyone behaves extremely neatly. Wide sand strip (split for children), excellent embankment equipped with sports grounds, simulators, etc. Israeli supporters of a healthy lifestyle, which cannot but be respected. The entrance to the sea is shallow, the bottom is sandy, on the sea wonderful waves!) This gives you the opportunity to surf, and simply swim in the sea, swinging on waves - more fun)) On the holiday of independence there was a spectacular air show. In the evenings you can admire the most beautiful sunsets. Definitely one of the best beaches I ve visited.

Beautiful and clean beach. Well maintained. The place is so cooling and soothing. One can relax in the beach and watch the waves flow. This beach is very good in so many ways, its a best place for morning excercise and there are so many people come for work out, beach sports, surfing etc

If you are first time tourist visiting this place, you will feel how very affluent or wealthy Tel Aviv is just by walking along the entire beach promenade. Unbelievably well-designed and beautiful! Plus the gorgeous Bauhaus-inspired high-rise buildings (in front of the beach avenue and the promenade) makes it a delightful eye candy for those people who appreciate great urban planning! Even at night time, walking the entire stretch of the beach was a very delightful experience, and I did not even get tired after walking the entire beach promenade stretch which is about 5 kilometers! And due to the pedestrian friendly and sport-centric design, you will see a lot of people jogging and exercising - and I must say the number of attractive Israelis doing sports at the beach had my heart pounding :)

The ANU Museum of the Jewish People is a heritage museum tracing the history of the Jewish people from antiquity to the present day. The museum is situated in Ramat Aviv, a northern Tel Aviv suburb and is popular with Jews from all over the world. Permanent displays take visitors through history, introducing them to important Jewish figures. The museum also conducts educational programs to teach about Judaism.
I highly recommend going to this well-invested museum. Also suitable for children but aged 10+. There are many interactive displays to connect visitors to Jewish history. Includes original items from history. You can spend a good few hours in the museum. There is parking nearby.
Josh — Google review
The museum is modern, interactive, and really fun to explore. It makes the Jewish story come alive in a way that’s interesting for both Jews and non-Jews. The exhibitions show the history, culture, and traditions of Jewish life in a clear and engaging way. They also explain the struggles Jews have faced over time while showing how they managed to keep their unique identity and traditions. What I loved most was how interactive everything is. You don’t just look at displays, you actually feel part of the journey. It’s educational without ever feeling heavy, and it leaves you with a deeper understanding of the Jewish people and their story. I highly recommend the ANU Museum to anyone visiting Tel Aviv. Don’t miss the guided tour! It’s inspiring, eye-opening, and a place you won’t forget.

A Wonderful and Meaningful Family Day Out As a family living in Israel, we have fond memories of visiting the old Beit Hatfutsot over the years. This October, we finally took our four children to experience the newly reimagined ANU Museum, and we were so glad we did. The day was made truly exceptional by our guide, the wonderful Henya. Navigating any museum with a crew of four kids can be a challenge, but Henya was simply magical. She has an incredible gift for storytelling, bringing history to life in a way that captivated everyone, from our youngest to our oldest. She didn't just recite facts; she wove a vibrant and personal narrative of the Jewish people, expertly guiding us to the exhibits she knew would spark their curiosity. Her passion was infectious, and she connected with each of our children, making them feel like they were on a grand adventure through time. The new museum is undeniably impressive—a state-of-the-art institution perfectly tailored for today's generation. The interactive displays and modern technology are fantastic and kept the kids completely engaged. And yet, for those of us who grew up wandering the halls of the former Beit Hatfutsot, there's a faint whisper of nostalgia for what was. While the sleek screens are brilliant, a small part of me missed the quiet, handcrafted magic of the old dioramas that sparked the imagination in a different way. However, this is a minor reflection, not a criticism. The ANU Museum has brilliantly succeeded in its mission to evolve, telling our collective story with a vital and global perspective. We left feeling reconnected and deeply proud of our shared heritage, and it sparked so many important conversations on the car ride home. For a meaningful family experience, I highly recommend a visit. If you can, ask for Henya—she will make your day truly unforgettable.
David Z — Google review
This museum tells about the history and partly the culture of the Jews, and from different angles (music, cinema, theater, religion) and from different times. We can say that here you can see and read everything you would like to know about the Jews. Very interesting exhibits and their descriptions. Some look like full-fledged small rooms filled with "what the museum wants to show you." It was an interesting experience. P.S.: The museum is located on the territory of the "university campus", to get into it, you need to go through the checkpoint, and not look on the map for a direct entrance to the museum from the street.
Alexandr O — Google review
Pretty great museum. I'd suggest starting from the top floor, and then gradually enjoy exhibition while going down. The museum is interactive, so will be great of you plan visiting with kids. The exhibition is built like in clasters, so, it'll be ideal for guided tours.

Warning: This museum is a rabbit hole - once you are in, you won‘t leave! A very good museum that presents Jewish history, cultural life and religion in a modern way. With interesting short movies, good explanations and historic artefacts. Must-see if you have the time and you are interested in Jewish culture.
Mark N — Google review
I have been to the previous Diaspora Museum a few times and this is my first visit to the renovated and modernized new museum. It’s almost a brand new experience with so many interactive, hi-tech items that kids can play with. It’s so much fun and educational at the same time. The whole atmosphere is different: diverse, colorful, bright, modern, and optimistic. I love the new museum a lot more than the previous one.
Peggy M — Google review
A very impresive and comprehensive museum for the jewish history since the bible until today. The exhibition shows its contents in a modern and interesting way, for adults and children alike. We spent 6.5 hours as a family and could even stay longer... Exceptional Dining Experience! We had a fantastic dinner with four delicious starters and two amazing meat mains—steak and filet medallions, both cooked to perfection. They place is well put together, the atmosphere is great and the service is good. However we were left unsatisfied with the food. We expected more at this price point. We had a decent time, but unfortunately I don't see us coming back.

We got a very bad table, in the aisle next to toilet or some kind of service room. We had to listen to all the talks of the staff going in and out. Also it was very close to there people sitting at the bar, when they started leaving they almost brushed the food from our table. I believe there shouldn't be such tables in places like this. Really spoiled the impression. Besides it the food and the service were very good. But we won't come back.

So I haven’t got any chance to take many photos of the food itself cuz each time some plate put on the table it was finished quickly! No need to say that food was sooo delicious! We went for lunch, the service was terrible! But the food was compensation for sure. Some sneak peek at the desserts that also was super great 😋 After all nice place, maybe it’s better not to come at lunch rush hour 😉

Frishman Beach is a bustling urban beach in Tel Aviv, offering white sand, workout stations, showers, and a lively promenade. It's part of the action alongside Gordon Beach and Hilton Beach, providing ample space for visitors to relax and enjoy various water sports like kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding. Families often frequent this beach due to its convenient location near restaurants and amenities.
The beach has a nice promenade (that leads all the way to Jaffa). It has l9ng stone benches with wooden seats overlooking the water. In season, one can rent beach chairs and umbrellas. They have clean and well maintained public washrooms as well as changerooms. Further down, they have volleyball nets, and cafes right on the beach. The enclosed photos were taken in March.

A nice beach BUT an awful service! A guy who is working there came to demand a payment for the chairs even before me and my family put our stuff down and continued speaking really brazenly as if we were thieves. Eretz Israel Museum in Tel Aviv is a vast indoor and outdoor museum showcasing the rich history and culture of Israel. The museum features diverse exhibits on Israeli society, including archaeology, ethnography, applied art, and photography. Spanning 20 acres with about 15 buildings and installations, it offers a contemporary perspective on various cultural aspects. Additionally, the museum houses a planetarium where visitors can stargaze like Galileo did through his telescope.
The Museum consists of open-air and indoor parts (pavilions). The Eretz Israel Museum in Tel Aviv is a fascinating museum that tells the story of the land of Israel from its earliest days to the present. There are so many exciting pavilions: Kadman Numismatic Pavilion, Alexander Museum of Postal history and Philately, Ceramics Pavilion, Glass Pavilion, Man and his work Pavilion, and more and more. No words are enough to express unforgettable impressions. Start with the glass pavilion, which doesn’t look like much from the outside but is beautifully renovated inside. Then head to the ceramic pavilion, the fascinating (if you’re into history) coins pavilion, and the new exhibit on Baron Rothschild. Museum contains historical exhibitions mixed with contemporary art. Historical exhibitions are pretty old, was renovated a long time ago. A very impressive collection of contemporary art and design, exploring personal and social impact of modern life and consumerism on ourselves and on our environment.highly recommended to visit.

A huge area out side. The museum is good. There is absolutely no service, we went to a cafe on the territory. They refused to put us in a cafe, while people came after us and sat down at this place without questions. The museum is not only an exhibition, but also an additional service. I still didn't understand what their museum store is the best. This information is on the website. A very small book department. Most souvenirs are not about the museum at all, they can be bought in a regular store.

This is my first time and it was wow! It is a must visit if you want to know what Israel look like before the great building. You could also check some biblical truths there like the story of Samson in the Bible.

Loved it! The kids workshops are the best look for them during festivals. Make sure you register in advance! Parking likely to be an issue try to arrive in public transport if you can. Some exhibitions could be a little more interesting and interactive.

Start with the glass pavilion, which doesn’t look like much from the outside but is beautifully renovated inside. Then head to the ceramic pavilion, the fascinating (if you’re into history) coins pavilion, and the new exhibit on Baron Rothschild. Not all the pavilions are open (a sign that they’re doing necessary renovations) but still definitely worthwhile. The amount of artifacts and texts can be overwhelming, but those who are claiming there’s nothing to see here are way off. Finally, the cafe beside the ancient mosaics is lovely. You can order takeaway and bring it to the tables on the grass...

For Archeology lovers I can't think about any other place where you can understand the name of the city Tel Aviv. Coming to the museum you may follow the instructions if the map you receive. Like that you will not get lost, or miss some of the buildings. I did the first time, trying to get first to the Tel Qasile. Fürst settled by the Philistines in the 12 cent. Which brings us to the story if the Exodus and the Hebrew Bible (OT) but it was only the beginning of a line if settlements. Four shrines, public buildings...It is hard to understand what belonged to what, and when. But is it really important. For me it is more that I walk through history. Biblical Archeology and... People lived here, build here and still building. The contrast can't be more amazing, looking over the ruins towards the New City Tel Aviv. The name comes from the book Old Land-New Land. Well here it is the old tell and the new City. Aviv in hebrew spring. A symbol for fresh, young, new. Wine press, olive press, flour mill, traditional work tools...all this we see all over the country on different places. But it is most not complete. So nice to see it in working condition to be able to understand archeological sites. Coins, postal service, some modern art. Enough information but not overwhelmed by to much. I like the place. Also that there is a need to step out of the building to reach the next place. If you have enough time, I think it is nice to visit the museum. Easy to reach with the public bus.

Ben-Gurion House, located on Ben Gurion Avenue in central Tel Aviv, was the former work residence of David Ben Gurion, an influential figure in the founding of Israel. The house served as the residence for Ben Gurion and his family from 1931 to 1968 before being given to the State of Israel. Built in 1930-31 by engineer David Tuvia, it is situated in Tel Aviv's first neighborhood established by the Jewish National Fund.
Must see place . You are being guided by audio from room to room . The Library is amazing . You get to see aspects of Ben Gurion’s daily life while in Tel Aviv.

What a great insight into the life of Ben Gurion! The guide was so so good and able to share many facts of how Ben Gurion would learn language for conversation and also because he wanted to read the book in its original writing! Such a remarkable park, completely isolated from the noisy city. If you haven't visited yet, you definitely should! Once you get there - you can, of course, enjoy a picnic, or dine in one of the great coffee places scattered around the pond. Ps- free parking for Ramat Gan residents

Ramat Gan National Park ... It is a beautiful city park with an artificial lake and surrounded by many trees, plants and flowers. The park has so much to offer. Green spaces, a lake with wildlife such as geese and ducks, several on site restaurants, ice cream shop, several playgrounds and an amazing new splash park, that turns into a audio-visual sensation, in a beautiful show of lights and water. It is surrounding an artificial lake scattered with trees and banchs to relax on. There is a ship-like building in the lake that stands empty for many years, they really should open a restaurant there.. There is a waterfall that works in the afternoon and evening that has lights on it to color the water.Highly recommended to visit once’s a month 🫰🏻🫰🏻

Did the self-tour (90mins video+walking) and just loved it. Whether you are an architect expert or not (I'm not) this is a secret jewel in your visit to Tel Aviv, as you will see with different eyes from then on. The city historic background and it's beautiful buildings are not a coincidence. Very nice people in the center too. Definitely 10/10!

What a great place. Built in the 1970's. Still modern. Must have been amazing when it first opened. Fresh airy spaces with curves and a maze of little interesting shops and boutiques. Coffee shops to eat in on every floor. Book shops, clothes, tattoo parlour, electronic HiFi and ordinary electric home appliances. Fresh fruit and vegetables, cosmetics and mobile phones. On the lowest floor is a large sand pit and children play area surrounded by 2 easy coffee shops. We are in Greg coffee shop where dogs are also welcome. Amazing shopping mall unlike any other I have been to. Starting to show it's are but well worth a visit. Allow enough time to explore. I was told that all the plants on the balconies are hydroponic and that the grow vegetables to eat on the roof along with a resident bee hive.

The Itzhak Rabin Memorial in Tel Aviv commemorates the tragic assassination of Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin in 1995. Have to left a bad review about this one ! The place look like a cemetery , there’s a lot of boat who looks abandoned , or dead boats 🙈🥹 the only move that you belong to the sailing school and the clubs .. who have a lote of teenagers and you g people smoking all over , it’s very dirty ,… look like nobody life in there !! In all the world Marina have people living in their place … so it’s nice clean … also in all the Marina there’s o my 2 bathrooms , only 2 restaurants … they’re are nice , the security it’s good … but you can feel that something it’s mising I think it’s an very unusual Marina … it’s a pity that the actual manager doesn’t agree with the real feelings of a Marina and people who love sailing ⛵️ also want to talk to the manager and never was at the office maybe that’s the reason why the Marina look like that …

The Peres Center for Peace and Innovation, situated in Yafo, was established by Shimon Peres, Israel's 9th president. It is a hub for meaningful programs that aim to promote peace and innovation in Israel and its neighboring regions. The center offers an interactive 90-minute presentation showcasing the story of Israel as the Start-Up Nation. Visitors can embark on a guided tour through various rooms featuring displays related to innovation and Shimon Peres' life.

TL;DR really worth a visit! Went there with my 2 small kids and they had a really good timeIt's located next to Jaffa shore in a new huge building. You have to order a tour that is ~1 hour and when it ends you have ~1 hour to solve an escape box which is also very nice. The tour has several rooms each with a different display that relates to innovation or to Shimon peres life. they are all very interesting I think that it should be longer since in almost all rooms it felt that it ended in the middle. Toilets (too few) and water are available inside. Parking is available in the adjacent public parking lot.
Dani S — Google review
During my last holiday break, I visited the Peres Center for Peace and Innovation. The visit is part of a guided tour of up to 25 participants only after purchasing tickets in advance on the center's website. The tour is recommended for ages 10 and up and is available in 4 languages to choose from Hebrew, Arabic, English and Chinese. The center offers full accessibility for the disabled, a storage service and even a cold water bar. A nice surprise is that there is free parking, right next to the center, an amazing benefit in Tel Aviv. Unlike visiting any other state site in Israel or the world, the place is neatly designed and full of personal charm. The architecture of the building is very special, which sends the visitor a clear message and invites him to be part of an interesting world that holds a fascinating future for the benefit of all mankind. The visit is a 90 min guided interactive tour that goes through different stations in the building. Immediately upon entering, we were greeted by a welcoming guide. After a brief and exhaustive explanation in "The Hall of Inspiration", we moved to the other part of the main hall for an impressive space where several human-sized screens were set up for personal experience in an impressive virtual meeting with Israel's leading entrepreneurs, who each presented in turn by our personal choice the innovation secrets they personally led. From there we climbed the steps of the building in an impressive space to the first floor for the "Nation of Innovation" for the Israeli innovation story of the most promising startups and developments exist today. Immediately after we were led into President Shimon Peres's original workroom impressively restored, where he has worked in his last years soaking up his inspiration and translating his dreams into reality. From the workroom we proceeded to the second floor to the "capsule", a surprisingly interactive and impressive 3D design that conveys the visitor to a futuristic world. The futuristic virtual meeting is well-crafted and presents a timely journey through the spectacles along with cameras that scan visitors' movements to empower the interactive experience and give a taste of the future challenges of humanity and tomorrow's technologies. It was a sweeping experience and the proof of this can be obtained from the cries of pleasure and happiness of the children and their parents who fill the hall throughout the performance. The last is "Contemporary Innovation Gallery" exhibit, where Israeli`s startups and promising development companies are present. One of the most surprising things during the tour, in my opinion, was the stand in which an Israeli startup raising grasshoppers for human consumption was introduced. The problem of securing food supplies in the future becomes very topical, by 2050 the global demand for food will double, and no one has any idea how the world will be able to supply it. The Israeli startup managed to reduce grasshopper growing time from nine weeks to two weeks ... amazing. The surprising part of the story is that we were given the opportunity to taste the grasshoppers... And for those who care about the kosher thing… grasshoppers are kosher 😀 Of Course some of the visitors were as enthusiastic as I was to taste the grasshoppers and there were those who were only frightened at the idea of putting an insect in their mouths. Finally, we were led into a wide room for an escape room-style experience to try and discover with the help of various clues to open a locked box with a number of locks. My impression of the children and their parents who chose to stay and experiment that everyone were greatly enjoyed. It was amazing. My guest was delighted and thrilled by the impressive visit and I, too. Initially I was skeptical in the end I very much enjoyed and even learned a thing or two 😀

The Rubin Museum, located in the heart of Tel Aviv near the Carmel Market, is a museum dedicated to showcasing the life and art of Reuben Rubin, a pioneering Israeli artist. The museum is housed in Rubin's former residence and features his artworks that reflect the Eretz Yisrael artistic style. Reuben Rubin was a Romanian-born painter who became one of Israel's most famous early artists and played a significant role in shaping Israeli art.
Small and cute museum. Rubin has a very unique style of painting and to be able to view his art in his very own house was a nice experience. You can go through all in an hour so i suggest to come and see if you interested in Zionism art. 30₪ for entrance.

Surrounded by shops and markets, this is a little oasis from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was a nice place to sit down and enjoy the trees, while also people watching. Its a nice breath of fresh air in the busy city, with lots of park benches.

Big dog Park with all the necessary facilities, very friendly people who love their dogs, with an area for them to play in the sand or concrete. Usually clean and full of great dogs. My favorite dog park that I've experienced in Israel.
Roy P — Google review
Big park ideal for kids because of the playgrounds and the fountain full of fishes (which definetely could be taken care of because is dirty) , also to take your dog for a walk they can have a closed space just for them. It's the center for the LGBT meetings. The grass is not in perfect conditions so is not good if you are planning on laying and relaxing in a nice area.

Quite and peaceful, great facilities for parents with children. There is coffee pace right in the park. Also a famous dog garden. Overall one of the best gardens around for people with children

Nice urban park commemorating (as Israeli PM Ben Gurion once put it "the only true man in my government") minister and first female PM of Israel Golda Meir. Lots of greenery surrounding a little lake filled with carps. Children playground makes it an ideal place for locals to have a picnic. Since a lot of people walk their dogs here and not all of them collect, mind your step on the grass ;-) Lovely place to take a breath after appreciating the UNESCO-protected bauhaus neighborhood.

Love this place. Quintessential Tel Aviv. Playground for kids, park for dog owners too. Fun space for bike riding, an open space gym like many public spaces in Tel Aviv and a sweet cafe so that you could enjoy your time while your kids are running around. The Tell Aviv LGBTQ center is housed there too and that's where you would go to the bathroom if such a need arose (it always does). Great place for meeting friends and hanging out

Great dance bar, one of the oldest in Tel Aviv, located in Riding port on the beach. It contain up to 1000 visitors ( covid 19 days). Very clean toilet , there are 2 mens, 2 womens and 2 accessible toilet rooms in different sizes of the hall. There is no free parking, a lot if resturants and stores in the area. Great sound, big bar inside that can serve a lot of celebrants. If you need some fresh air, you can go outside and than return to the party.

This is a very good place in terms of music sound, lights, and ventilation. It has a bar with prices a bit higher than regular bars (e.g. bottle of water will cost you 12 NIS), which I think is OK for such places. WCs are available for the visitors.

Situated near Hilton and Metzitzim beaches as well as Park Hayarkon, this upmarket market is a magnet for food enthusiasts. The beautiful building overlooks the port and offers an array of local and international products.

Great place to visit in Tel Aviv. The old port transformed into a great shopping and dining area. On Fridays there is a fantastic market with fresh produce and ready to eat food. Lots of coffee shops and sitting areas in the old port area as well with activities for kids.

Great vibe on Fridays. Farmers come and sell their produce. Prices are slightly higher than regular but everything looks nice and fresh. Some of the places offer little tastes to sell their items. Also there’s a good variety of cafes and restaurants around to hang out after shopping. The worst thing here is the car park, you need to spend at least 15 minutes to find a parking spot for your car, so better to go by bike/scooter or bus.

Rabin Square, also known as Kikar Rabin, is a prominent public square in Tel Aviv that holds great historical and cultural significance. It features a memorial to the late Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin and the Holocaust and Revival Memorial, both of which are notable works of art. The square is often used for major events, ceremonies, rallies, and celebrations.
Rabin Square (previously called Israel's Kings Square) was named after late Israeli PM Yitzhak Rabin, who was assassinated near that square. Hovering above it, is the Tel Aviv municipality building. I guess this Square is the parallel of Venice's St. Mark's Square or London's Trafalgar Square, only far less impressive. From the square go for a shady walk down Gordon Street towards the Beach and you will find that the Trees have an artistic language all of their own. Big square in central Tel Aviv in front of the City Hall building that is a place for celebrations and protests. Beautiful both during the day and during the night, many great restaurants, cafés, bakeries and bars around.

At first glance this square doesn't seem like much, but the beauty of it is how it blends political significance with everyday life. You can grab a coffee at any of the coffee shops surrounding the square and in good weather you can grab a chair and sit by the pool, and if you happen to catch a political rally taking place there, all the better.

Visitors have praised their free walking tour as a perfect way to start exploring the old city, providing valuable insights and helping them get their bearings before further exploration. The guides are highly knowledgeable and passionate about history, making for an informative and enjoyable experience.
Had a wonderful 2 day Petra Tour. The organization was spot on with useful information prior to the tour and updates throughout. We had enough time at each stop. The tour guide was very knowledgeable. Food on this tour was better then most and accommodations were just right for this trip with options working for everyone. Lucky to have a great group of people on the tour as well. Petra is simply wonderful and not to be missed, definitely book and enjoy the tour!

We really enjoyed our day trip with Ariel to Masada, Ein Gedi and the Dead Sea. The tour was super smooth, well organized and timed. Everything just flowed. Ariel was kind, interesting and informative and shared wonderful anecdotes of history at each location. The group was nice, the price was fair, the transportation comfortable. We couldn't have expected a better experience!

We joined the Gaza Envelope and Nova Festival Memorial Tour with Amit Musaei Tour Guide , and it truly exceeded every expectation we had. I knew it would be emotional, but we were not prepared for how meaningful and powerful the experience would be. Our guide Amit, a survivor of the Nova Music Festival, shared his story with honesty, sensitivity and remarkable strength. Hearing what he went through, right there on the very ground where it happened was both heartbreaking and inspiring. It added an incredibly human layer to everything we saw. It gave us all a chance to witness, reflect and understand. Although it felt heavy at times, it was balanced out with humanity and hope. It is a journey of remembrance and connection-I can't recommend this tour highly enough. Maria Toronto

Had a great experience. Our tour master guide was Orna, and she is incredible. She brings a lot of extra material to help get a better understanding of history and knowledge of this amazing place. Be ready for a lot of walking around the whole city and all its important highlights. Luckily we were allowed a lunch break which was great to rest a bit and reload our energy! There is so much history taking place here that by the end of it, its really hard to remember so many details, but it is definitely worth a visit and taking a guide to help understand how things were and why things are how they are. Important. Make sure to make this tour when there are no public holidays for ANY religion or state, this way you have a greater chance to entering some of the more forbidden areas as they are closed on holidays.

I've done the Jerusalem day trip from Tel Aviv with Abraham tours and it was very well organized. But overall I have to thank Dror for being one of the best tour guides I've ever had. His passion can be seen in his tour and stories. Jerusalem is one of the places you have to visit once in your life. I just found the time at the market in the morning was a bit too long and would have preferred a few extra minutes to get souvenirs in the old city, but it was good to relax before doing lots and lots of walking - be careful it can be slippery. Update with tour 2: I also did the masadi, ein Gedi and dead sea trip with them the following day. And again, 5*! The tour was self guided but with the app totally enjoyable. The timetable was fantastic, especially in Masada as there was barely anyone up there and we've got to the dead sea before the big crowd. I wasn't too impressed with Ein Gedi but it was still beautiful (but it was also pretty hot, so that might have been it). Thank you Abraham's for making this trip so enjoyable.

Historical place museum
Independence Hall, also known as Dizengoff House, is a museum in Shalom Tower where the declaration of the State of Israel took place in 1948. Despite its unassuming appearance, it holds great historical significance. Visitors can learn about this pivotal event and the history of Tel Aviv-Jaffa through informative exhibits. The site offers a moving experience as visitors can sit in the hall where Hatikva was sung for the first time as Israel's national anthem.
I'm probably not objective, but this experience loved me to tears. It's actually a temporary location while the municipality is fixing the actual historical location where the signing of the declaration took place. The exhibit is pretty well done and it's a short cultural experience that's accompanied by an 11 minute movie that can then be coupled by a visit to shuk hacarmel or a walk in the neve tzedek neighborhood famous for it's boutique cafes and artisan shops.
Galit D — Google review
Definitely a great start to learning about Tel Aviv! The name Tel Aviv in Hebrew means "Hill ( tel) of Spring (aviv)". This is the title given by Nahum Sokolow to his Hebrew translation of Theodor Herzl's book Altneuland (German: " The Old New Land"). Fascinating to learn about how the first settlers of 64 family started by buying sand dunes and from there building this city that we are in today! What a momentous place to hear how Israel was declared as a state from this very place - located on the historic Rothschild Boulevard in Tel Aviv, Israel. From 1932 to 1971 housing the Tel Aviv Museum of Art, it is currently a museum dedicated to the signing of the Israeli Declaration of Independence and the history of Tel Aviv. The Tel Aviv Museum was established in 1932, at the instigation of the city’s first mayor, Meir Dizengoff. He envisioned the growth of Tel Aviv into a vibrant modern metropolis with all its cultural institutions, including a museum of art. As part of his vigorous efforts to make this vision a reality, Dizengoff appealed to members of the arts and culture community in the city, enlisted his personal connections around the world, and ultimately even donated his own private residence as the new museum’s first abode. On Friday, May 14, 1948, the state of Israel’s Declaration of Independence was proclaimed at the Museum building at 16 Rothschild Boulevard in Tel Aviv. This historic event also marked the start of a new chapter in the Museum’s history.

We spent the morning learning about how Ben Gurion and other Israeli leaders declared independence in 1948. It is an amazing story. I highly recommend visiting here when you are in Tel Aviv.

The space is dedicated to a single event with a 24 NIS entry fee. There is a movie room, with a version available in English, that provides the historic context of the Israeli statehood movement. There is some art, photos, and a declaration, but it was difficult to determine which pieces were authentic or replications. The room itself has been recreated for the scene of the independence declaration, where tours are available in English.

Train station
Tel Aviv Ha'Hagana is a convenient transportation hub with quick access to the airport and Jerusalem. The railway station offers easy travel, although navigating it may be challenging for non-Hebrew speakers. Overall, it's considered a pleasant and efficient train station in Israel.
Railway station, might be a bit difficult to navigate if you're not familiar with Hebrew
Pavel K — Google review
There is a security check before you enter the station. When you get here you can go to the Ben Gurion airport, to the Jerusalem. A lot connections from here.Tickects can be bought at the counter or at the ticket machines. You can try to use your Rev Kav, but this option is better for buses. There is a lot of confusion here, all stations in Hebrew, no word in English. When we asked at information counter regarding platform to Jerusalem we were told only "3" and that's all. Ticket you get doesn't tell you anything. It has some barcode and information in Hebrew. Of course we got lost. Most people ask other passengers on the station. We also needed to buy local Sim card and only then we found good connections on app online. Otherwise we were mislead a lot.
Kamila Ś — Google review
Everyone working here hates people and life. So it seems. Service is not Israels strength and it shows here as well. Not really clear which train actually goes to the airport...man, I don't want to ask people, but the all Hebrew displays don't give another choice.
Felix F — Google review
Busy train station. The entrance is located on a big road which is not convenient. The place is polluted and unappealing. The station needs renovation. There’s access for wheelchair to the track, which is always a good point. The staff can be more helpful especially for tourist. From there you can travel easily to the airport.
Hillel C — Google review
If you want to save on taxi by going to Ben Gurion airport by train, this station is very convenient. You won't get lost, just use good markings or ask really helpful staff. One stop and you are at the airport for a dozen shekels. But to get here take a bus or ... a taxi! Or choose another station. Walking around this area may be a specific experience (on the other hand, nothing bad happened to us, we only experienced another Tel Aviv). Either way, I would not walk in this district at night alone. Come by some means of transport directly to the station if observing the darker side of life disturbs you.

This place is one of a kind. It reminds Bacon painting, but a lot creepier than that. If you want to experience both a slum and a dystopian sci fi movie, then this place is for you. Don’t miss out the lower floors, this is where it becomes art. For real.
Hillel C — Google review
The worst bus station I've ever seen, and I grew up in Eastern Europe and visited some 3rd world countries. Dirty, broken glass, abandoned floors. Some weird shops selling knock off luggage and clothing. The area around the station doesn't look much better either. How is it even possible for a central bus station to look like this???
Robert C — Google review
This was a great concept, but... Over half the departure signs indicating what bus is where and what time etc. were out of service. Bathrooms were quite dirty and out of paper (always bring your own). Most eateries do not have a reliable hechsher (only important to some). You can however find all sorts of cool shopping deals throughout the mall areas. Great prices on clothes, shoes and stuff you never knew you needed. Do not wander too far off the beaten path, be safe and have fun.
Michal — Google review
Great place for anyone looking for a thrill of their lives. Huge and ugly concrete building, full of countless labyrinths of corridors, with no stores, stares smelling of piss, filth, crime and all of that kind. If you can avoid being there - do it. This place is a disgrace to city of Tel-Aviv.
Nir4a — Google review
one of the worst bus stations I've been at. At first I thought having a selection of porn located right next to the cucumber stand was a bit odd, but then I realized that this was relatively funny compared to the other things that are utterly wrong at this bus station. Apart from the structure of the floors being confusing and totally random, the hygenic conditions of the washrooms are absolutely disgusting. One washroom had cockroaches crawling all over the walls and floor, while the other one (one that you have to pay to use!!) had no soap, no toilet paper, and a malfunctioning dryer in addition to dirty floors covered with paper. The signage of the whole place is abysmal making it unnecessarily difficult to navigate the bus platforms. I can't understand how a city's central bus station can be such a dumpster.
Inga C — Google review
The second largest bus station in the world (it was the largest for almost 20 years), this incredible, despicable building is a maze of opposites, with bus stops to anywhere in the country, clothes and shopping, tons of fast food, kiosks, tattoo parlours, a closed movie theatre, terrifying closed off lower floors, corridors of empty stores, (rumored) drug addicts, a lingering smell of urine... But it also has a shuk (flea market), a grocery store,  a pharmacy, a McDonald's, a club round back... I even once went to a breakdancing competition there in the middle of the station. Also I believe there's a protected colony of bats living in the lower floors. The seventh floor is definitely worth a visit, very beautiful graffiti (sanctioned) covers the walls.
Daniel M — Google review
Confusing layout, dirty, rough crowd. But one of the best connected and most conviniently bus stations in the country. Keep your eyes open and be on your way. Be wary of the stores, most salespeople here are predatory. Some of the food is legit
