Garden
The Philbrook Museum of Art is housed in a stunning Italian Renaissance-style mansion surrounded by 25 acres of beautiful gardens, making it a unique and picturesque destination in Oklahoma. The museum boasts an extensive collection of over 16,000 American, Native American, and European art and objects. In addition to its main location, the museum also has a satellite facility called Philbrook Downtown, which opened in 2013 and focuses on Modern and contemporary art as well as Native American art.
Come to visit as I had been very intrigued in the art pieces. I had to come and take a look for myself. I was not disappointed from the inside the atmosphere was very inviting and everything was very well organized. The ambiance and timeless pieces were picturesque. I absolutely enjoyed looking at all the modern pieces. And let’s not talk about the outdoors wow. Absolutely magical. The scenery and the tranquility that exudes in this whimsical garden is something worth coming for. The lush and perfectly manicured gardens with the peaceful sound of the fountains I almost didn’t want to leave. The Gardens were a special treat to walk around and enjoy some peace and tranquility. I absolutely recommend visiting Phil brook art museum if you’re in the area.

This is a grand mansion art museum in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The grounds are inspiring! My favorite is the swing under the giant oak tree. The sun streaming in my face through the leaves was memorable. The art is interesting to view while having a relaxed visit. We bought some goodies in the gift shop. We ate before arriving, but there is a cute little cafe for lunch.
Roxann H — Google review
This was an absolutely beautiful museum and garden. I spent about 4 hours wandering around looking at all the paintings and gardens. There are many areas you can have a picnic or relax and there’s something for everyone.
Johannah C — Google review
The art and temporary exhibits are great. My favorites are the mansion and the amazing gardens. The gardens are beautiful in spring and summer, but are great in fall and winter too. The staff plants over 22,000 bulbs every year.
Lisa O — Google review
This is a beautiful museum in a beautiful location. We especially enjoyed the grounds. Some of the art on top floor were by favorite artists of ours. Still lovely. The grounds are perfect. The hardscaping, fountains, statues, landscaping were all art in themselves. We were anticipating a quiet, peaceful time. However, we visited during a big children's event and would have visited a different day had we known. (We didn't see any mention when we were looking at hours/prices.) It was much more crowded than we anticipated for a Wednesday morning and not as peaceful in views or sound, but still lovely. The photographer's garden (?) was closed so we were sad to miss that; however, the other side with the summer house, fountain and ascent to the house was lovely with the large swing and bench alcoves along the ascent. The back of the house gardens sweep down, accented by descending water steps, fountains, koi pond and culminating in a lovely rotunda perched among the surrounding trees.

This place was so beautiful! From the art to the garden. They have something for all ages. Definitely will be coming back! It would be a great place to take wedding photos’

Gathering Place is a sprawling 66-acre riverfront park located along the Arkansas River in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Opened in 2018, it offers a wide range of attractions for both locals and tourists. The park features sports courts, a skate park, pedestrian and bicycle paths, various gardens, a beach area, and a pond where visitors can rent paddleboats, kayaks or canoes.
Can we talk about a PARK?! I have NEVER been to such a well-planned, beautiful, extensive, interactive park. There is so much to do for families, from water play, to sand, to engineering play, but it is not only done well from an experience level, but it is beautiful. The paths, the textures, the different levels, and the variations in the plants all show the time and dedication that was put into making this space so amazing. Restrooms are clean, many water fountains in each of the different spaces, and multiple opportunities for children to climb, slide, and run. Parking is ample, and close to the different spaces. Definitely would suggest bringing water bottles and quarters for the fish food dispensers, and sunblock. The splash pad suggests water shoes, we didn't have them, but if we went back I would bring them. Love this park!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nastassja W — Google review
Probably one of the best parks i have had the pleasure of going to. My husband and I have been meaning to go here for a while and decided to go this weekend. There was so many people but honestly the park is huge enough that it was still beautifully peaceful and you can find quiet areas to enjoy and see nature. There is so much to see and do at the gathering place and I love that you can kayak or paddleboat as well. I love the attention to detail in the seating areas and that you are encouraged to feed the fish with feed sites. We will absolutely be going again. Thank you for such a beautiful park I highly recommend it.
Bunnay B — Google review
We drove 5 hours to come spend some time with our kids at this amazing park and we loved it! The heat is brutal during the summer but they have a cooling area so you can continue your journey throughout the park. I recommend bringing lots of water and some snacks. There's so much to discover!
Nely R — Google review
I heard lots about this park when visiting the city, so I finally stopped by and wow, this place beat all expectations. By far one of the most impressive city parks with amazing design and tons recreation options. Definitely worth a visit, something for everyone here!
Tony I — Google review
This place is fantastic. The fact that it us men made blows my mind. You can easily spent 4 hours here, kids will have a blast exploring, lots of space for picnic or walk your dog. They have a little cafe, kayak and boat rides. If this place is on your way- do yourself a favor and stop by.
Maria S — Google review
We visited Gathering Place for the first time this past weekend and it was fantastic! The grounds are beautiful, the playground was exciting and unique, and everyone was really friendly. We were there on a Monday, so it wasn’t too busy, but a Saturday might be a little bit overwhelming. It’s clearly a popular place.
Christina B — Google review
The Gathering Place is a well-maintained and welcoming park. I enjoy bringing my niece here, as well as going for runs along the river and around the Zinc Pond. The staff does an excellent job keeping the park clean and safe, making it a comfortable environment for both families and solo visitors. It’s a beautiful and peaceful place to spend time outdoors.
Mallory F — Google review
The Gathering Place is truly a gem — an incredible park designed with all ages and abilities in mind. From sandy playgrounds to unique swings and towering slides, every inch of this space is thoughtfully created to spark joy, imagination, and adventure. It’s the kind of place where you can easily spend an entire day and still not see everything. We brought a toddler, a wagon, plenty of snacks, and drinks — and we’re so glad we did! The park is massive and full of surprises around every corner. It was incredibly hot when we visited, so we’re already planning to come back in the fall to explore the areas we didn’t get to this time. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, make sure the Gathering Place is on your list. It’s a must-see destination for families, nature lovers, and anyone who enjoys beautiful outdoor spaces.

Gilcrease Museum, located just 10 minutes from downtown Tulsa, is a renowned institution showcasing an extensive collection of art and artifacts from the American West and Native American cultures. The museum boasts over 10,000 works of art, including 18 original bronze sculptures by Frederic Remington. Visitors can explore large-scale masterpieces depicting the American landscape and delve into an unparalleled anthropology collection. Additionally, the museum features interactive exhibits that offer insight into the history of the Americas.
Absolutely incredible museum! I can’t wait for it to open soon.
Cayman S — Google review
We visited in late April 2024 and walked around the grounds. The museum was closed, and the northern part of the grounds are closed off for construction. But we were able to walk around the southeastern part of the gardens. It looks a bit neglected now since they aren't expecting many visitors, but they may be prettier when everything is open again.
K O — Google review
Definitely worth a visit at least once. The museum is great, but the gardens and park don't get their due. A must see, the pictures do them no justice. The only disappointment in the gardens are the pre-columbian and Pioneer gardens, they need some attention. As for the museum, they've got several play corners for kids and an entire kid-focused exhibit down stairs. The masterwork and permanent collection of western and Native American art was stunning and interesting. It was great to see the bronze sculptures and the gigantic paintings. Recommended.
Brian F — Google review
Some of the gardens were fantastic. It was so Peaceful there. The museum was great it had a large variety of paintings, photographs and sculpture. It's the best place to go to learn about art. Your kids will love it there. They have some activities today we made time capsule and it was soooooo fun. I would highly recommend this place.
Durgga M — Google review
Great museum filled with Native American relics. We spent about 2 hours inside and wandering around the gardens. My boyfriend actually learned quite a bit about his ancestors. I loved the landscaping and the different themed gardens from all the ages. Definitely a must see if you’re in Tulsa.
Kaylin B — Google review
Very nice museum and worth a visit. Artifact room on lower level has more artifacts than you could look at in a day with a wonderful interactive e-guided tour via a tablet you can carry with you as you go through this section. Upstairs has visiting exhibits and some wonderful bronze work by artists such as Remington. There are wonderful paintings and the gardens are beautiful and peaceful. Great place to spend a morning or afternoon. The current Pulitzer prize exihbit is very intense, you might not want to take small children through it. But do see it. It will move you.

Loved this little museum. Was lucky to have visited when they had free admission and an outdoor concert. Definitely a must on any Tulsa visit bucket list
Mark T — Google review
The Gilcrease has a jewel of a collection I try to bring to the attention of non-Oklahomans. The Remington and Russell sculptures are a great set. There's a lot more range to the art, as a whole, than one expects. Many of the American West paintings are great postcards of the period, forerunners of the action art/illustration of modern times. Visit the awesome landscapes. Stand in front of Moran's massive Shoshone Falls, just close enough for it to fill your sight, and feel the vertigo and splendour. There's a good interactive exhibit downstairs, a great glass-walled hall, and lots of things going on.

The Golden Driller Statue is a towering 75-foot tribute to the oil industry, proudly standing in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This iconic monument was originally created for the 1953 International Petroleum Exposition and has since become a symbol of the city’s rich oil heritage. Constructed from steel and concrete, it weighs an impressive 43,500 pounds and showcases an oil worker resting his hand on an oil derrick. The statue was permanently installed in 1966 after its popularity soared during earlier exhibitions.
Gotta stop in and take a picture. Super easy in-and-out for a quick photo opportunity. Plenty of good restaurants around too if you are passing through and looking to stretch your legs and grab a bite to eat.

I’m easily pleased so it was pretty cool seeing the ginormous golden miner statue. I didn’t realize just how big it is until I sat on its boot for a picture and then saw the picture!

Went to the State Fair for the first time in a long time. I loved the Josiah Queen concert. He was so interactive with the crowd. It was phenomenal!! The food is crazy, and if course this girl can't say no to a funnel cake!

I had a very fun time at Tulsa. I have all of the pictures and videos of the trip and even a picture of Tulsa. Tulsa has been a wonderful experience both in and out, and now that I’ve left Tulsa it just makes me sad. I definitely would go back here and see this statue in addition to the trip that I had. Check out the videos and pictures of the trip below, enjoy!

Tulsa State Fair.... 2 stars because I understand it's public venue and I try to enjoy the environment but tired of juveniles fighting, gangs, underage vaping... where are the parents? It isn't a drop your juvenile off daycare just so they can run a muck! After dark on weekends it isn't catered for family's by any means...

It was really cool and amazed how big it was. I am 6'5 and took pictures with it to make me look like a bug.

The Tulsa Driller has been an Icon statue built in the 1950s I believe! Story has it my Grandpa painted it just in the Nick of Time! No pun intended or maybe there was! We were there going to the Tulsa State Fair to get some good fair food which was good but pricey like everything is these days! I hope you enjoy my photos and make my dream come true and give them all a like please!!!! Thank You for looking!

At the Tulsa Air and Space Museum & Planetarium, visitors can embark on an immersive journey through Oklahoma's aerospace history. The museum showcases vintage aircraft, interactive exhibits, and a cutting-edge planetarium that offers captivating 3D experiences. From exploring the evolution of flight to simulating space missions, there are activities for all ages. Guests can sit in a F-14A Tomcat fighter jet cockpit, test their piloting skills with realistic simulators, and even operate robotic arms like astronauts.
Great experience here! Jack was sweet, all employees were incredibly kind and signs were very detailed and some repetitive in a helpful way. I do believe the planetarium needs to have a rule about removing people who are being overly loud, however. I chose to walk out of my time there because of a family who couldn’t keep their kiddos from disturbing the experience. I think if they had been told to take a second out in the lobby to gather their bearings it would’ve been fine, but they talked the whole time, kicked my seat, and even yelled repeatedly. Couldn’t hear the presenter, so I went back through the museum and got more pictures!
Amelia C — Google review
The website is user friendly, easy to purchase tickets. Small museum with a big punch, lots of hands on activities for all ages. Outside playground and great exhibits where you can get up close. Highly recommend
Allison N — Google review
Went for the first time, and it was pretty cool. There are so many cool different things to see and facts to read about. 2 stories in the museum itself. They have planes, helicopters, interactive setups, and games for kids. There is also a playground and an airplane you can board. The planetarium show was awesome, and I would love to see all of the shows. Definitely recommend it, and it's pretty cheap admission.
Deborah L — Google review
Place is great!! Our visit was very nice and fun, the entire place is super cool and interesting!! You can buy tickets online and they will find them at the time of arrival, no delay and very easy. Our visit was ruined at the end though, the gift shop has a lot of items and some are mismarked. Unfortunately while checking out, end price was way higher than marked so we asked about some item costs and explained that the tag said differently, Rita then became very unpleasant, a bit too aggressive and raising her voice. maybe only towards Hispanics? Since other customers there were just treated differently, No idea. Very sad to experience such attitude and getting yelled at by the exit door for no reason really.
Anibal L — Google review
Small air and space museum but an awesome place to visit. Lots of amazing aircrafts to see. The Planetarium was enjoyable. Well worth visiting while in Tulsa
Nikki B — Google review
They lock the doors as soon as the show starts even when no one is in there. We came for nothing. The guy that let us know seems very condescending saying awwww. We enjoyed the Oklahoma aquarium though
Eva — Google review
This place is awesome! I would consider it a mini version of the Dayton International Air Museum. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A nice gift shop. Great fighter jet, NASA, and Tuskegee airmen displays. Also features commercial airliner, jet you can it in, playground, and a Planetarium. Definitely worth a visit if in the Tulsa area.
Joshua S — Google review
We spent the day at the Tulsa Air and Space Museum, and it was truly out of this world! From the moment we arrived, Taylor greeted us warmly and let us know about all the amazing things we could experience — from the indoor and outdoor exhibits to the planetarium shows. Of course, we said “yes” to everything! One of the highlights was meeting Larry, a passionate volunteer who showed us an impressive 18-cylinder engine. He took the time to explain how it works, which was fascinating and really brought the history of aviation to life. The museum also has plenty of interactive exhibits and flight simulators, making it a hands-on experience where you actually feel like you’re learning something new. We capped off our visit with the noon planetarium show, and it was incredible! Jack guided us through the stars visible in the night sky and explained how they formed, turning complex science into an awe-inspiring experience. It was one of our favorite parts of the day. If you’re looking for an engaging, educational, and fun adventure for all ages, this museum is a must-visit!

The Cave House in Tulsa is a fascinating roadside attraction with a rich history. Originally built as a restaurant in the 1920s, it now serves as a residence and offers private tours led by the owners. The house's unique architecture, including curving stucco walls and underground tunnels, gives it an intriguing cave-like appearance. Visitors can explore its maze of rooms filled with collections and artifacts while learning about its captivating stories and historical significance.
Touring at The Cave House in Tulsa was an enchanting experience. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for something special. The host, Linda, is not only full of fascinating historical knowledge, but also has a great sense of humor that makes the tour even more enjoyable. There's so much to explore inside the cave, and I’m sure even after spending an entire night there, I still wouldn’t be able to take in all the quirky details or ask all the questions I had. Every corner of the house has a story, but I’ll leave it to Linda to share those captivating tales. This truly is a must-see experience—something unique that you won't find anywhere.
Kelly R — Google review
I had the pleasure of taking a tour of the Cave House which was hosted by the property owner, Linda. Therapy structure, with all of its oddity and quirkiness, was a delight to discover. Linda added much value to the experience through her story telling. Linda’s stories took us back many decades, as early as the establishment of the building in 1924. This space is much more than a uniquely shaped structure and much more than a collection of items: it’s a shared human experience of warmth. From sitting underneath a key tree to sliding down a yellow children’s slide, to being provided many photographs that documented the history of this building, those were My favorite moments of this tour. Linda, thank you for your devotion to Tulsa and continue to help keep The Cave House an obscure, unforgettable experience!
Jordan B — Google review
So fun and unique. Amazing story teller and loved that she made sure we all got pictures together!!! Would love to spend a day hanging out here! Happy 16th anniversary to us, great stop!
Amy W — Google review
Oh my gosh. The best tour ever! Linda is the best storyteller and historian I have ever had the privilege of seeing. Cave House is so so #1 to see from everywhere.
Valerie R — Google review
Great attraction we found listed on Atlas Obscura! Interesting tales of local folklore from the owner, in a most unique structure. We texted the owner, whose number is on the official webpage, and were able to schedule a tour for the following day. Just send her a nice pleasant text, and she will answer as soon as she's able (she does have a life outside of giving these tours!). So glad we made this stop on our quick first visit to Tulsa. Don't miss it!
Christy K — Google review
Ms. Linda was an amazing host! She has done incredible research to bring The Cave House back to life. The place has amazing charm and a ton of great stories, which she tells in a fun and engaging way. We highly recommend visiting this house in Tulsa. You need to call her and make an appointment to ensure the house is open.
Ana M — Google review
Loved it. Linda is a delightful tour guide, and gifted storyteller. Don’t do too much research before going. The fun is in the surprises that the house contains. We took an afternoon tour. We will return for a morning visit when the season changes, to see the house with different ambient lighting and the current holiday decorations. Not ideal for those with mobility issues, as there are some steep stairs.
Tammi M — Google review
The Tulsa Cave House is a truly one of a kind architectural marvel and piece of local history, but the real five-star appeal is the owner, Linda! Her phenomenal storytelling brings the speakeasy's history and ghostly tales to life, making the entire tour a truly unforgettable experience.

Nature & Parks
Woodward Park and Gardens is a 45-acre horticultural paradise located just three miles from downtown Tulsa. Established in the 1930s, it boasts immaculate botanical gardens featuring tea roses, colorful azaleas, and fresh herbs. The park offers a serene retreat with paved walking paths leading to tranquil gardens, lagoons, and rock gardens. Nestled in the Swan Lake area southeast of downtown, it provides a peaceful escape with its carefully sculpted landscapes and large trees.
Went inside the mansion (Open 9-4) and upstairs to a kind receptionist who directed us to a map of the grounds and encouraged us to visit the teaching center. Wonderful ideas at the teaching center for your own gardens and a place for small children to create, rest, learn. The staff is welcoming and the gardens are beautiful! This is truly a gem in Tulsa and a refreshing place to take a walk and see 🐿, 🐇, and 🐦. Spent 2 hours enjoying the koi pond, lilies, hydrangeas and various roses, trees and shrubs.

Absolutely loved this park. It's an awesome little gem tucked into the busy city. The gardens are stunning and I couldn't count the amount of rabbits we saw. 100's! Beautiful place! Perfect spot to just take a stroll. Love it.

One of my all time favorite places to go too!!! I always go there when I'm down. Because, I know I will feel better as soon I see all the flowers in bloom. And this place never fails me.
Marie L — Google review
It might be because of the very wet season, as we enter Summer but the Gardens are a bit on the underwhelming side. They have obviously lost a lot of their roses which is extremely sad. The magnolia tree is pretty spectacular this year but otherwise not a good season so far.
Joseph K — Google review
What an amazing park and garden free and quiet. Definitely a grate place to relax
Jennifer Q — Google review
Enjoyed the hour unwinding at the park. I took a bunch of pictures and met some people. Dennis, the rose gardener, gave me some backstory on how things used to be around there, and how he wished that there were volunteers to come out and help.
Harold S — Google review
The flowers and park itself while not in bloom much, we're very nice and cool to explore. The reason for the 4 stars was the buildings and covered areas were disgusting and looked like a dumping area or a homeless camp. We went here for a picnic and it was too disgusting to set our food down.

Just got the annual pass. It is very beautiful and fun to wander around with my kids. It is a magical experience for sure! Love it so far, and we have only gone twice! Can't wait to see it through spring and summer!! Pictures are from March, and it is already pretty with just the daffodils!

What a beautiful place. I am so glad I came here. Its not like a regular botanical garden. Its really spaced out and thr displays are absolutely beautiful. There is so much to see and plenty of places to sit and enjoy the scenery. You have to see this place!

Tagged along with my mom last night because she recently purchased a membership. What a beautiful hidden gem of Tulsa. Definitely worth the drive. The band was very enjoyable, too. We plan to visit again soon.

I love this place so much! I highly recommend getting a membership if you live in the area. It is amazing to see the changes through the seasons. They always have great seasonal events and art installations throughout the garden. If you are feeling inspired by the beauty of the garden, stop by the gift shop to take home some seeds or plants of your own! Oh, and if you are lucky, you might spot the garden cat! 🐈‍⬛️

If I could leave a 4 1/2, I would. I really like this venue; it isn’t downtown, they have enough parking for larger events (Christmas), there is room to grow, and they have awesome things for kids (botanically speaking). I’d line more signage. They have a great interactive site but I come here to get away from the technology!

We visited during Florigami in the Garden. It was beautiful seeing all the pollinators, different flowers, and sculptures. They even had a fun scavenger hunt for the kids.

The highlight is the 4-mile Turkey Mountain Yellow Trail that offers a moderately challenging yet rewarding experience along the Arkansas River. Very nice park. Well maintained. This park has separate trails for hikers, bikers, and horses. I did 3.83 miles 1.38 hrs. It was pretty humid. I did a loop on 2 different trails. Didn't see much wildlife, but it was pretty busy with people.

It's a beautiful park with lots of walking trails and places for fun weather or not it's just yourself or you bring a fur-baby or kids/whole family. There's a picnic area, playground spots (climbing rock zone) and trails to walk/bike/hike. There are always lots of dogs and fellow outdoors people when I visit but everyone is very friendly. I love the flowers out here and we even found some cool seed pods.

Gobble gobble to get to Turkey mountain you'll love it.

Loved walking there, the parking lot was full when I got there around 9 AM on a Sunday. People were very friendly, dogs were on leashes and the park is clean and no trash. They have trail signs everywhere you walk so you can keep track on where you at. They also have signs for the bike trails and enforcement signs to keep people from walking in those. I had the chance to take pictures of beautiful bugs there!

Nestled in the vibrant heart of downtown Tulsa, the Tulsa Performing Arts Center (TPAC) stands as a beacon of cultural richness and artistic expression. Since its inception in 1977, this remarkable venue has become a hub for creativity, featuring an impressive array of performances that span dance, theater, music, and more. With four distinct theaters and an art gallery within its walls, TPAC is dedicated to showcasing both local talent and renowned visiting artists.
Last night I went to see Back To The Future the Musical . This is a beautiful venue for a concert / show. Staff are so friendly , and exit signs are everywhere. With a 2,396 capacity, the atmosphere is electric , with excellent seating in all areas and plenty of room between seats. Sound was outstanding , with two banks of speakers , with 8 speakers a side coupled with two bass bins . Crisp and clear all night. The only downside in an excellent show was the infiltration of liberalism and wokeness into a classic story that certainly didn’t need it at all. There was a whole song dedicated to the “ dreamers” , with reference to illegal immigration, a reference to President Trump for 2020, and most aggravating of all, a reference to white trash , which , strangely , the audience laughed at. I’m surprised the production company didn’t bring LGB into it. Still , most touring companies are gay and from NY or LA , so no real surprise to hear it , but it put a big dent in what could have been a 5 star performance. Band was excellent for a 5 piece , and the visuals were out of this world , particularly near the end. I recommend the PAC as one of the best venues in Oklahoma , if not the South. Tulsa should be proud of it , in a good way .

Tulsa Performing Arts Center 🤍🤍🤍🤍👑 Our family has a wonderful time at the Pac center. We got our faces painted and balloon characters made. We listened to music and enjoyed all the entertainment. What a blessing!!!
Daughter K — Google review
Fantastic shows, with nice comfortable seats. My only complaints are the lack of restrooms (especially for women) that makes it impossible not to miss some of the show. 15 minutes intermission is not enough time for the limited facilities. The sound system is adequate but really needs an upgrade for full enjoyment of the performances.
Marlon M — Google review
Beautiful facility, easy to travel with easy parking. Had excellent entertainment listening to the orchestra do the live Harry Potter music event this evening! Would recommend.
Jeremy G — Google review
Had a great time! I’ve been here a few years ago for Hamilton and came back for Wicked. I will definitely be coming back again if there’s another musical I’m interested in! Be careful of the themed drinks though, there were no prices on these sign for these and you have to buy the $6 souvenir cup to bring it into the theater. Got expensive very quickly. Also, if you are someone with GI or bladder issues, make sure to account for that as intermission is short and there are VERY few bathrooms and the line to the women’s bathroom gets long FAST.
Jeri — Google review
I only give the pac a 3 because it is old and is going to be remodeled. When it is redone, I'm sure it will be a 5. The staff, concessions and quality of the shows are definitely a 5. The acoustics are good and the ability to have a good view of the performance is also good. In the meantime we have to suffer through not enough restrooms and the poorly designed seating
Renee H — Google review
Great venue. Always enjoy shows at the PAC. I’ve sat in all areas of the orchestra section and never had a bad seat. The only thing that keeps me from giving them 5stars is their ridiculous ticketing system. It’s a challenge and the city deserves better from the TPAC.
Kenneth J — Google review
We came here for the Ragtime play, and what a hit! The whole family loved it and the tickets were reasonably priced. The parking lot was a nice option and the seats were relatively comfortable. It was a little disappointing that there were no inexpensive water options.

Beautiful hiking trails. So many trails, it has taken me months to check out all of them. Lots of varying degrees of difficulty, but plenty of easier ones that still have amazing views.
Marie S — Google review
Nice urban park! I go for the hiking but there are also mnt biking trails. It’s pretty neat that there is a park like this right in Tulsa. The first time I went, luckily I was with a friend as we encountered a severely cracked out woman wandering around on the trail. She was so drugged out of her mind it was kind of scary. Especially with the news of the rapes and murders that have been happening in the park over the summer. If you are hiking alone is definitely have something with me- pepper spray or a knife or an electric hiking stick (the kind you can shock someone with.) Oh we saw a coyote run through on our hike as well- that was neat! Otherwise it’s mostly squirrels. There are some mushrooms to forage if that’s your thing. There are multiple paths and ways to go, so you can go several times and experience it in a new way. One way has a great big stone stairway that eventually leads you to an overlook of the city. There are restrooms that are clean and a nice big parking lot that’s oddly pretty. I’d say go, just remember safety- this is in Tulsa after all.
Michelle D — Google review
Went for some trail running on a Sunday afternoon in May. Easy to find the trailhead and there's lots of parking spots. Also have a restroom and some nice animal statues for photo ops. There's a lot of trails in the area, all intersecting each other multiple times, so I didn't follow the route I'd set on my watch. Just went around, and once I was getting tired, started moving in the direction of the parking lot. You get views of the river from the UHF and Hochee trails.
Vipul S — Google review
Short and long hikes. Quite a few different trails. Cross country style walking trails and very cool biking trails in the middle of the woods. Some trails are only walking or biking and some trails share right away for both. We liked the trails and would recommend to avid hikers and bikers!

Absolutely gorgeous place to hike or picnic or do your homeschool studies...or ask of the above! It's clean, safe, family friendly, but also plenty of secluded and off the main track areas for solo time or romantic moments. Plenty of indigenous growth to identify with your Seek app or birds to observe with binoculars or your Merlin app. It's one of our favorite local places that just always feels like magic!

My wife and I went to Turkey Mountain today. We summited it in about thirty minutes. It was very nice to be out in nature. The walk was interesting. We will go again. Plenty of parking. Bathrooms, plenty of trails. They even have mountain bike trails for people who enjoy excitement and pain.

Just moved to the Tulsa area and had my first excursion to the park this afternoon. I have not hiked like this In thirty years! Wow it was so uplifting and beautiful to be in total nature. Trail had smooth areas, steep areas abs very rocky areas. Bring water and get a walking stick perhaps. Nice and shady all the way in mid day heat. Only saw about a dozen other hikers in the 1.5 hour hike. Also I was able to photograph the beauty and not have to worry about paranoid stupid parents assuming you are filming their children like the night before at the gathering place-no thanks I’ve found a much better urban oasis called Turkey Mountain!

The views and cool limestone bluffs and cliffs make for a great hiking trip! Nice and clean community center with an awesome splash pad! However, there are a few downsides. Some areas have graffiti on the rocks, couple places have litter, and in one area deeper in the trails there was a homeless man sleeping. Also a lot of the trails aren’t marked well and are overgrown.
Aidan B — Google review
Trails are lackluster. Lots of graffiti, poorly marked, lots of trash, and no trail is longer than 1 mile. Cool rock formations, but this is just a place to hangout and get high rather than walk or "hike".

Tucked away in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the Center of the Universe is a peculiar attraction that baffles visitors with its mysterious acoustic phenomenon. Located at 1 S Boston Ave, this unassuming concrete circle on a pedestrian walkway creates an unusual echo effect when you speak or make noises while standing on it. The sounds bounce off the encircling benches and return much louder to the person standing within the circle, while those outside hear nothing.
Interesting, but Not a Must-See While the Center of the Universe and the Artificial Cloud in Tulsa might not be essential stops for every visitor, they’re definitely worth checking out if you have the time. The spot itself is intriguing, especially with the theory behind the Artificial Cloud. When we visited, a local artist was creating a piece nearby and shared some additional insights about it, which added a cool, personal touch to the experience. Overall, it's a neat and quirky attraction if you're into unique, offbeat spots.
Kelly R — Google review
Under Construction but you can get to the Center of the Universe. Not completely blocked. The sound of your voice echoes. Anyone standing in the circle can hear the echo. I was unprepared for the sound. It was GREAT.
Charlotte T — Google review
Unfortunately it was under construction, and not a construction person in site. However there were no extreme dangers here in my option. Circle was gone, and Parking was $6 dollars for 20minutes. However it still was an experience. Found where the circle was/is. Hearing the echos of our own voice was crazy.
T W — Google review
I think this is a a very cool place with lots of potential to be a fun tourist attraction, but now its all torn up! The circle of brick pavers that was around it is now gone and its like standing in gravel. Its definitely not pretty. But the echo is still there. I hope it gets redone or fixed.
Mandy W — Google review
I didn’t go up to the center all the way to hear my echo because there were a few parties waiting, but I didn’t really care to once I saw it either. A lot of hype about this “attraction” but it was uneventful and not interesting in the slightest. I will say the area it was located at was really cool. Just down the street was the Tulsa Arts District which had really great restaurants and an awesome museum (Woody Guthrie Center).
Kelli M — Google review
When you stand in the circle, turn around slowly as your talking and your voice's sound waves will shift. Very interesting 🤔
Rhonda S — Google review
If you came just to stand in the circle to speak and hear your own echo, it's nice and it works. Other than that, it's not clearly marked for its uniqueness. We had to ask others who were there to explain what to do. I hope they put some signage on there to help visitors. Or maybe I simply missed it. There is a tall statue nearby and free parking is available, but with limited spaces. You may have to drive around a bit to find an open space.
Francisco L — Google review
It must be under repair, as all the bricks were pulled out and construction is all over the area. Still hear the echo, though.

Great place to golf. Awsome par 3 course, 2 putting greens, 2 chipping greens, and driving range. The course was well taken care of when we were there and was rather fun to play. The shops are clean, have a variety of items, and the prices are very reasonable.

I really enjoy coming out to this place and just getting out. Plenty of options for the kids, jogging trail, and good walking the dogs. Located by lots of shopping and dining. If you are lucky you will be able to catch the ducks at the pond and feed them. The golf course is another added bonus for you golfers out there. Definitely a park to check out.
Jay W — Google review
Went to go play with our grandson and feed the ducks on Saturday, 23 August 10:00 AM… There are two people sleeping and camped out with their gear on a concrete picnic table where we were going to sit. I know every tax paying citizen has a right to enjoy the park. This was a temporary homeless camp. I called the office to report it, spoke with a young lady that told me that “nobody was working today” not about the time a guy was driving up on a gator four wheeler that worked there… I told her there is somebody working because he’s pulling up right now I we’ll just speak with him… He tried to pass the buck and say he needed to talk to a supervisor and I said well you’re gonna pass right by that table one if you just politely ask them to move on, this is not a homeless camp… Really getting tired of people passing the buck and seeing the homeless population grow and encroach on everybody that’s trying to live peacefully…

La Fortune is fine as a park. There are essentially two playgrounds and a creek, a couple of swing areas and specific places for toddlers. Bathrooms are sufficient. There is an extensive walking/jogging trail around the park. Also a library on the northeast corner. It's a classic park and nice to visit from time to time but I wish they'd clean up a bit.

I was there hunting pokemon. The first hour was really cool. After that it was a pigiotos everywhere and it was late afternoonSo the shade was sparse on the west side. The par 3 course I've played a lot and it's always been very nice although I haven't played in a couple of years. It's a good park unless it's a holiday and then it's very crowded. But it doesn't compare to Woodward Park. If you're looking for a good spot to take the kids I would say go to the fortune if you're an adult just looking for some nice views for Flora and fauna I would say go to Woodward park.

Oxley Nature Center is an 800-acre park featuring diverse landscapes such as lowlands, wetlands, wooded lakes with islands, and oak woodland. Bird Creek borders the park and freshwater marshes are found within. The center is a hotspot for birdwatching with 270 species including Limpkin, woodpeckers, flycatchers, herons, egrets and warblers. It offers broad flat trails suitable for families to explore different terrains like grassy plains and forests.
When we pulled up, the parking lot was full. We saw one person across the pond going the other way. It was very clean, easy for beginner hiking like me. Saw lots of wildlife, found a gazebo for a quick lunch. We’ve been back a few times and always a fun time.

Great place for an easy hike. Tucked away in Mohawk Park past the Tulsa Zoo. I didn't go into the building so I could not speak about experience there. Some of the trails have poems along the path. Nice location to see a variety of birds. There are also a few places along the trail to relax and enjoy your surroundings. I highly recommend this trail. Be sure you use bug spray.

It is always fun to go with the kids and experience the nice trails in the different seasons! I've gone with my kids since they were little, they have really easy walking paths. The nature center is really fun and informative and everyone is always friendly. They have activities like scavenger hunts you can do when you hike too!

Such a wonderful nature center and place to walk around. Lots of different trails to take. You can see a pond, different plants and animals, fields - nice variety. We had a surprise tour! We learned in the summer there are free discovery walks Fridays 11am and 2pm and Sundays 2pm. Our guide was a lovely volunteer who was super knowledgeable about everything. (I forget her name unfortunately but she was fantastic!) The center even has walking sticks, first aid backpacks, and kids scavenger hunts to check out for free for your walk. The center has a nice bird watch station, and a few areas to learn about the native plants and animals. The terrain is pretty flat so easy to walk through with people of all ages - probably wheel chair accessible? I wasn’t paying a lot of attention for that but definitely not very rocky or treacherous

This was my first visit to the Oxley Nature Center and I have to say, wow it’s amazing. If you enjoy the outdoors and walking/hiking trails this is your place to be when in Tulsa. It’s located within Mohawk Park nearby to the Zoo and Lake Yahola. Near the ramp which leads to the visitor center you can get a trail map, grab one of these because you might need it, there is so many trails. All the trails are well traveled and easy to stay on, at the beginning of a trail there was wooden signs telling the name of that particular one. We did the Bird Creek trail, coal creek trail and a few others while here. Everywhere was so beautiful. I recommend the bird creek trail because there is great views of the creek and a cool wooden bridge to walk across. There is also several small ponds here that some of the other trails pass by. There is a trail here for everybody. We saw so many butterflies while walking around but also many mosquitoes too. Most of the trails were wide enough you could avoid the grass but some were narrow and we brushed up against the grass. I only found one small tick on me after hiking but if you touch any grass or go off trail for some reason then be sure to check yourself for them. I recommend coming in the early morning to avoid the heat of the day and so you have lots of time to explore the visitor center if you want. We came in the late afternoon so the visitor center was closing soon unfortunately and we only got to spend maybe 20 minutes in there after we were done hiking. The visitor center is a must see in my opinion because the lady we met in there was a wealth of knowledge and kindness too. There is also many animal pelts on display and information about all kinds of animals and insects that are native to Oklahoma. There is public bathrooms available in the visitor center as well as water fountains. Overall, if you like the outdoors this place will not disappoint you. It truly is an urban oasis. My only complaint is you will hear aircraft from the nearby airport at times but I enjoy aircraft so that didn’t bother me. Just keep that in mind, it’s located next to a large city so you can’t completely escape those sounds. Have fun and don’t forget to grab one of those trail maps!

Love this Nature Center and all the trails. Everything is marked clearly, with little notes along the trail as needed. There is an area with a tall drop off into the creek, as well as an observation deck over the pond. Very tranquil and the building has a lot to offer as well! The gift shop, learning center, and bees they keep there are the coolest!

When Covid hit my wife and abandoned the virus laden gym. We found a much better alternative, the trails at Oxley Nature Center. Well at least when the weather is cool enough, and the humidity low enough, that you can stand to be outside. Mostly October through April. There is a closed, isolated section of Mohawk Blvd. that lies within the boundaries of the preserve. It makes for a beautiful hard surfaced walking trail. In addition to the scenery, there is usually some wildlife. The area is great if you are into birding. There is a small lake that always has water fowl and it is not uncommon to see deer or hear an owl. This year’s drought has taken it toll. The lake and pond levels are lower and the trees have been punished. Noticeably quite a few trees didn’t survive. A great peaceful place to walk.

Immerse yourself in the rich history of music at the Bob Dylan Center, located in Tulsa. Acquired by GKFF and The University of Tulsa, this archive is a treasure trove for fans of Bob Dylan, showcasing over 6,000 items spanning nearly 60 years of his career. From handwritten manuscripts and unreleased recordings to personal effects and artwork, the center offers an exclusive look into the iconic artist's life.
Amazing place. If you're a fan of Bob Dylan, you will have no problem spending all day here. Your ticket is good for the day. You can go have some lunch and then come back inside. Wonderful stories about the legend of this man.

An incredibly thoughtful, insightful, and inspiring space. Many windows into a legend's creative process along with interesting memorabilia and historical information. Does a great job of integrating both the person and the music of Bob Dylan while illustrating his massive cultural impact and creative legacy.

Unlike the less comprehensive Guthrie Center, the Bob Dylan Center is a wonderful museum to America’s greatest songwriter. There is so much here. You will need hours and hours to do it justice but also can learn so much in a little time. Also please hookup with Sam, a great manager who cares so much and is so helpful, friendly and loved this material! That’s Sam, pictured.

This museum and archive has a lot to offer both the devoted Dylanologist and neophyte alike. The main exhibition gives a helpful introduction to his background, influences and the many phases of his career as a musician and cultural icon. My wife and I were also able to check out the new temporary exhibit that focuses on his Newport Folk Fest performance in 1965, which I felt did an excellent job of communicating through curated artifacts and accompanying text the significance of that event not only in the context of Dylan’s burgeoning career and mythos, but also as it contributed to the now widespread perception of rock and roll as a serious art form (which of course it always was). Bravo to Bob and all those who work hard to bring this great programming to Tulsa and the entire region!

This was an absolutely incredible experience for someone who loves Bob Dylan. I was there for 7 1/2 hours and could have stayed longer. I do know so much about him already, so I wasn’t looking for new facts and information. What I got was a beautiful experience of being completely immersed in his music, photos, videos and memorabilia. The headsets are an awesome addition, beautifully working with each exhibit. I honestly was glad to visit solo because it is the kind of place to just lose yourself and not worry about whether other members of your party are getting ready to move on. I traveled from Buffalo just to visit this center and I am so happy that I did, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Highly recommended to anyone, but especially t my fellow Dylan lovers.

Wasn’t a massive Bob Dylan fan when I went. Went the day after the Paul McCartney concert on October 22nd. Was very impressed with the museum as a whole. Very well put together and loved all the Beatles and Jimi Hendrix references and exhibits. I am a guitar player and was floored seeing how many of his actual guitars he had. The going electric exhibit was really cool. Also loved how they took his hand written song lyrics and showed you his writing process on multiple great songs of his.

The Outsiders House Museum is a modest white house in Tulsa that served as the Curtis Brothers' home in the 1983 movie 'The Outsiders.' Danny Boy O'Connor, co-founder of House of Pain, purchased and restored the house to create a museum dedicated to the film. The museum features costumes, posters, furniture, and other memorabilia from the movie.
We literally drove to Oklahoma just for The Outsider's House. My daughter is obsessed! I grew up in the 80's, so I was also excited to see the original house & filming locations. Everything exceeded our expectations & I have to say that all of the employees who gave us a tour & in the gift shop...were amazing! They were friendly & treated us so special! Thank you Donnie, Walter, and everyone we met! We will definitely return! ❤️❤️❤️

Absolutely loved the house/ museum! The entrance is in the back. You purchase tickets in the gift shop / the old garage. Each room has memorabilia from the film. One wall is covered in the cast's autographs. Totally recommend if you're a fan of the movie. Also drop by the old movie theater for a selfie.

If The Outsiders book or movie is of interest, the many movie scene locations will be of interest, especially the movie house museum at 731 N. St. Lewis Ave. Tulsa Oklahoma. It is loaded with movie photos, props, and still looks as if Darry, Soda pop or Pony boy could walk in the front door any moment. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the gift shop is well stocked with many great movie trinkets and clothing items. The museum brings the movie to life. Well worth the time to see this interesting location from the movie.

Very cool displays of movie memorabilia inside the house. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and super friendly. Museum store offers everything. The park (rumble scene) was only a couple blocks away. I got excited as we turned the corner and I saw the actual house! It took me back to the movie and so many scenes rushed through my head. Heads up: $10 admission per person. Pay in the Gift Shop Bucket list item #604 ✓

I looked up things to do in Tulsa and this showed up. I watched the movie not to long ago but have not read the book. The entrance fee was $10, which was pretty reasonable. They kept the rooms used in the movie exactly as it was, the living room, the kitchen, Ponyboy's room, and possibly the bathroom. They had the chocokate cake and beer Emilio Estevez' character had for breakfast. There were 3 items worn by the cast: Tommy Howell's purplish sleeveless shirt, Emilio Estevez' Micky mouse shirt, and Tom Cruise's rumble denim outfit. Interesting facts: 1) Tom Cruise, Patrick Swayze, Emilio Estevez and Diane Lane of the main casts had not been back to this place. 2)The green towel hanging in the bathroom is signed by Rob Lowe for some fund raising the museum did. He signed several and the museum kept one. It's similar to the towel he used in the movie. and 3) Tommy Howell is active in helping the museum and the community. Definitely not a waste of $10 (plus whatever souvenir you pick up). #staygold

The Outsiders is one of my favorite books...EVER. So when we were in Tulsa for a few days to see a show, I told my husband we had to stop by the Outsiders House Museum. It's the very home the movie was filmed at and the park that quite a few scenes were also filmed at is just down the way from it. The house is filled with memorabilia from the cast and crew. They even bring in local artists or folks who used to live in the area when the movie was being filmed to talk about the whole process of them filming on location, etc. The home sits in a very old neighborhood but there's quite a bit of street parking for the museum so we didn't have any issues. Highly recommend stopping by here if you're a fan of the story. It's super cool to actually walk around the home/property that was an actual movie set!

Outstanding decor and an all around chill environment. Great service from Dominic. Their nugs are honestly the best chicken nuggets I've ever had. They're quite large so we only had a few. The fries were great too. While a small menu, I'd consider it hall of fame in terms of the quality of their chicken nuggets. They're insanely good. Fun board games too!

Solid brewery. Unusually high ABV Mexican-style lager. Like 8.0%. Don't care what they say, it's super tasty, and yeah, kinda boozy. All the other beers felt modest and tame compared to that Siesta Cerveza. Oh, the chicken nuggies are legit, as are the sweet potato fries.

The perfect place for anything from a romantic date to a family night out! How many people can say they’ve eaten chicken nuggets on a rooftop inside an igloo?! The atmosphere is set up for you to create memories, enjoy tasty drinks, and eat good food. We had the half size Nuggcuterie so we could sample a little of everything. It was very good! I enjoyed tasting all of the sauces. The sweet potato fries and doughnuts were my favorite. I cannot wait to come back in the springtime!

We hosted our Friendsgiving here and the spectacular views of the city added a magical touch, making the evening even more special. Welltown Brewing Igloo’s was a fun experience with easy accessible parking. Bring your own entertainment and you’ll be set! Our servers Dom and Lindsay were absolutely amazing, I commend and appreciate their service! However, the cons to our visit was the nearly hour long wait for our food out of the two hour time allotment. In addition, the food was unfortunately burnt and arrived cold. Overall, our time there was great and the company even better.

We have been here several times, and usually, there is only one or two things out of order. During this visit, I lost count of the number of times I saw a "temporarily out of order" sign, so I started taking pictures. I was disappointed by the BMX bike addition, as it was pretty boring and some of the things were out of order. They removed one of my daughter's favorite things (the interactive sand exhibit) for a counter with bike parts on it, and you can pretend to repair a bike. She looked at the bike stuff for a couple of seconds, then moved on, wheras the sand exhibit kept her entertained for 10 minutes or more. I don't mean to only point out the negative things, there certainly was still enough to keep my child entertained. All the climbing stuff was in order. The tape slide is always a winner. Some of the little balls area was out of order but the parts still working were fun. I just feel disappointed that a lot was out of order, but we are, of course, still paying full price to get in ($14 per person). I feel like if this much is broken, buyers should get a discount. (Not that any place would ever do that) As the buyer we are just expected to get over it. That being said, our child still had a good time and was entertained for several hours, and we will be coming back again I just hope there are fewer "out of order" signs next time.

We had a great time! There was a bunch of kids from tps there but it wasn't an issue. My son loved seeing all the kids and they also have an area just for little kids. Amazing place! Fun for everyone from babies through adults! I love that they change exhibits from time to time. The employees were disinfecting toys and handles and even the balls while we were there which was very reassuring. Love a clean and well maintained place! Easy to keep track of kids and lots of fun things to do for hours. Just joined as a member!!
Caroline W — Google review
This museum is one of the most interactive my family and I have been to! Every section is HANDS ON! The sections are themed, and my only suggestion is to have the instructions/ explanations read to the little ones. My 6 year old loved the ball space, and sorting the colored balls (shout out for using color-blind-friendly colors!!), and my 11 year old enjoyed the makers spaces where we could build and test different things, like a parachute and paper air planes. As a formed elementary educator, I really appreciated the cause and effect theme of most of the exhibits. Restrooms are clean, exhibits are clean, and there are a ton of different spaces, which helps to break up the busyness. At only 14$ a person, I really appreciated the cost and different opportunities.

I came in alone to escape the herds of people from Mayfest. I was seated by the bar and was given phenomenal service. The sushi was delicious. It's expensive but the atmosphere and flavors make it worthwhile. The patio overlooks Elgin park and downtown Tulsa. I can't wait to go back!! I ordered a Lucy Rose to drink, Fried calamari, and the Keaton Roll. The bill was a little over $40.

I stopped by In the Raw Vu around 5:30 pm. It was already pretty busy, and I grabbed a seat at the sushi bar. It took a little while for the waitress to come over, but once I ordered, the service moved along fine. I tried the Chicken Teriyaki rice bowl and the Nirvana sushi roll. The bowl was just okay—nothing special. The Nirvana roll was good, though not amazing. For dessert, I had the cheesecake, and that was definitely the highlight—really delicious. The environment itself was cool, and the view was outstanding, which made the atmosphere enjoyable. Overall, though, the food felt more “good” than “great,” and I don’t think I’d go back.

We went out for our 19th anniversary and they gave us this amazing dessert to celebrate. My husband had made our reservation and let them know the occasion. The view is so pretty, we love going just for that reason but the food is amazing!! They also have one of my favorite cocktails in all of Tulsa the Lucy Rose. It is soooo good! If you love sushi, good cocktails and a beautiful view you have to go! We went on a Monday night so a reservation wasn't really needed but on the weekends it is, keep that in mind. The staff is super friendly with multiple people checking on us.

We came here to celebrate our anniversary, and from start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. To kick off the evening, we ordered the yellowtail sashimi, lump crab cakes, and Diablo shrimp—all of which were absolutely fantastic. Each appetizer was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. For our main course, we chose the High Roller Sushi Combo, which included the ID Roll, Volcano Roll, and Nirvana Roll. Every bite was packed with flavor and creativity—we were so eager to dig in, we forgot to take a picture first (always a good sign)! We ended the meal on a sweet note with the chocolate gateau, which was rich, decadent, and the perfect finish to an already outstanding meal. We were seated right away with our reservation, the service was prompt and attentive, and the evening views of downtown added a special touch to the whole experience. Highly recommend for a romantic date night or even a casual night out—you won’t be disappointed!

Stayed for 3 nights while visiting Tulsa. First, the location was perfect. We had two events at the BOK and we could walk each time. Coffee shops and restaurants were close by as well. The valet parking charge was pretty high, with the daily fee plus tip we spent an extra $50/day which felt like too much. The valet drivers were nice and took care of our vehicle though which I appreciate! The luxury king room was pretty standard. Nothing special besides the walls being thick and allowing for a good nights sleep. There was a serious mold/mildew issue in our bathroom which we didn’t love. It was growing in the grout, and on the ceilings in multiple spots. Showers have crazy water issues though so I’m not shocked but as an allergy sufferer I can’t say I loved that part of our stay. We did go to the restaurant inside the hotel one evening which was a solid 5/5. The food was perfect and one of our favorite meals in Tulsa. All in all it was a good stay and mostly worth the price.

This hotel is perfectly located for walking to events at BOK center and downtown events. It's is beautiful inside lobby and old school type bar. The rooms look really nice with big bathroom and shower. The beds are very creaky and not super comfortable. Also didn't like the construction starting at 7:30am outside our window. Wine bottle openers and good coffee in room. Fridge and microwave. Not enough outlet options for multiple people.

Beautiful place. Rooms need a bit more attention to details. No place in the bathroom to hang towels. The shower floods the floor, a safety problem. Shower had a lot of heads for water, too much. Nothing in the kitchen, I mean nothing. No glasses, silverware or plates. Not even a pot. No place in the bedroom for clothes, except on the couch or chair. Loved the pillows, just perfect. Room 306

I was excited to stay at The Mayo with my dad on our cross-country trip. My great-grandparents stayed there, so this was meant to be special. I called 5 hours ahead to confirm a 2-bed room, but we arrived in the pouring rain at 2:30 AM to no 2-bed rooms and were pushed into paying much more for a suite with a pull-out couch. The room was beautiful, but the service was shockingly poor. The bedding was dropped off without the pull-out being made, and when I asked the staff member where I could get a drink of water from a vending machine or if there was a convenience store nearby, he just looked at me said “I don’t know.” and walked out. That interaction was unacceptable and left a really negative impression. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless they train their employees how to be appropriate.

Sent my office manger to Tulsa. Confirmed with front desk that it was ok she checks in and uses my card for purchases. She gets there to check in and they treated her terribly and would not give her the room. Called me about some form I need to fill out after paying for room online. Been staying there on the suites for 7 years when I come up for my businesses and will never go back. When the front desk English was as broken as the situation please understand you don’t treat your returning customers with such disrespect

Beautiful facilities and incredible service! We hosted a wedding reception in the ballroom for a friend, and one of the engineers, Carlos Sanchez, went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Guest services are not typically the role of an engineer, so we were all incredibly impressed with his dedication and support. Thank you, Carlos, for making things run so smoothly!

Ugh, honestly for the price I paid... I won't stay here again. The room was beautiful but packed a few basic things that all hotel rooms need. Like a shelf in the shower to hold the soap and shampoo, or hooks to hang the towels, and some kind of streaming service on the TV so I am able to watch anything other than just basic cable. The staff was fantastic. But I wasn't told there were three weddings being held there the night I was staying there. The wedding guests were kind of rowdy and loud in the hallway. Also half of the rooftop bar wasn't accessible because of said weddings. It wouldn't have been hard to warn me about the weddings during my stay and for such a high end room and price to lack some basic things I was honestly really left disappointed. There are cheaper options in town that would have met my needs better.

2 dog parks that are amazing, plenty of room, the people and dogs are great. A fishing pond with, perch, bass, crappie. A Frisby disc golf course, paved walking trail. Creek with water. Kids playground, BBQ covered clean area 2 grills that Were nice. Small bathroom actually clean. Decent parking area. There's only 3 handicap parking neer the dog park entrance. Basketball court. Like this is a park that offers something for everyone in the family. The people were friendly as well as the dogs in the park.

The wooded frisbee golf course and trails are a major highlight. Good for kids, dogs, and their parents too. Extensive dog park area with play features and picnic spots. Also a lovely pond area with multiple fishing piers.

This was beautiful park to visit. I saw so many people enjoying it. A couple curled up sharing a blanket, a toddler stretching his legs and getting away from his dad, people fishing in the on-site pond, people eating down by the creek area, a woman getting her hair prepped for a photo shoot, a group of guys playing frisbee and a well hidden and very large on-site dog park. I simply came for a stroll and to hit my step count for my relaxing day, haha. A gem. Will be returning for sure. Oh and it’s a paved concrete path, not gravel. Additionally, I saw a basketball court, and many benches along the pathway.

My son and I took our pup to the park today. We had a great time. It was beautiful outside and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their space. We couldn't enter the gated dog portion because my pup isn't neutered yet but it looked like an amazing space and so large. We will be back

One of our favorite playgrounds in Tulsa, fun equipment for little kids (toddlers/preschoolers) and somewhat bigger kids (ages 6-8). 1 baby swing and a few normal swings. Center pavilion with benches (no picnic tables) is very close to all play areas and the splash pad. Side pavilion with picnic tables is closest to the little kid play area. The big netted sphere spins and has 2 levels for kids to climb, very fun. Park also includes a lot of exercise equipment for adults (weights, elliptical, pull up bar, etc) and even 2 wheelchair accessible weights stations. Disc golf course. Huge nice dog park, fenced with double gates, several separately fenced areas, lots of shaded benches inside.

hope it was just a bad week - judging from all the great reviews- but did something happen to Hunter Park? this place used to be a nice park where we spent half a day walking around and doing picnics. watching the geese the birds with our kids was lots of fun. the dog park has seen better days. lately, its appearance has gone down, the grass is not mowed, ball courts are poorly kept and need repair. sun bleached signage all over and no birds or squirrels, looks like run down and needs TLC. our family had great memories here, so hopefully it gets better ♡

Love to watch all the people at the frisbee golf course... My friend lives across the street and it was nice to sit out in the morning and drink some coffee and watch them.. very safe environment and not crowded at all.. also if you have dogs it's a great place to walk them very safe..

The cinema aims to educate and entertain its audience by featuring mainstream movies, indie productions, and classic films. Additionally, it collaborates with local filmmakers through lectures, special events, and a walk of fame honoring Oklahoma's prominent figures in the film industry.
Loved our trip to this cinema! We had the whole screen to ourselves, which was amazing but I hope more people will come and utilise this absolute gem! Brilliant films on offer as well as tasty snacks and fun merchandise. The staff were so delightful too. It was a lovely way to spend an evening on our way through town.

Literally the best movie in Tulsa! As a film aficionado, I've been to EVERY theater in this county and it ranks at #1. Circle Cinema is the only venue that maintains dignity and respect towards a theater-going experience, and...they actually start the films on their scheduled times.

I love Circle Cinema! Don’t go expecting the modern theater seating experience but go for the vintage, cool movie vibe where you can see Indy movies, iconic cult classics, and silent movies with a real organ (!) and it’s a non-profit arts experience.

I have gone to the circle cinema personally for movie nights with the family. Here recently I got to work with them directly to plan and host an event. Their team is so wonderful to work with! They have many options available to fit the needs and vibe of your event. David, Maddox, and Sarah made our event such a success and really treated our group so well! Can't recommend them enough!

We love this theater that brings a range a movies you won't see anywhere else in Tulsa. The people who work there are always friendly and very laid back. Truly the best popcorn in town!
Chris C — Google review
cute, clean, smaller theater with very friendly staff. A few dollars cheaper than the bigger theaters. The only con is that the seats are not elevated and they do not permanently recline so you do have to physically look up during the entire movie.

Circle Cinema is a gem in Tulsa. It is the best place to watch classics like White Christmas Sing-a-longs, or Rockie Horror Picture Show with funny hacklers in the audience, or films that won awards that are not shown in regular theaters. They sponsor artists' paintings to sell, bring in speakers to promote worthy causes, and even have movies filmed. Buying a membership is the best way to get deals, hear about special events, and get free popcorn. It's always a pleasure to go.

Ray Harral Nature Park & Center is a 40-acre park in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, offering a peaceful atmosphere and various amenities such as an on-site nature center, picnic facilities, and fishing opportunities. The park features nearly 3 miles of walking trails for dogs and visitors to enjoy. It is a popular spot for family outings and photo sessions due to its rustic setting, arboretum, and charming suspension bridge.
Beautiful, secluded walking trails tucked conveniently behind two schools and a neighborhood. That sounds like sarcasm, but it’s not. When you enter the nature park, all of the surrounding suburban landscape virtually disappears and you feel like you’re miles from town. There are paths that will give you a mild to moderate workout, but everyone goes at their own pace. The nature center itself is very friendly and informative, with helpful staff and displays about the animals you might see on your trek.

Decopolis in Tulsa is a must-visit gem nestled in the Deco District, offering an extraordinary shopping experience that captures the essence of Oklahoma. This vibrant store features an impressive array of Route 66 memorabilia and Art Deco souvenirs, making it a perfect stop for those seeking unique gifts. As you wander through its enchanting nooks, you'll discover everything from books and candies to local treasures that celebrate the spirit of the region.
All I can say is this is a must visit in Tulsa. It’s a newer place but fits in so well with the rest of what Route 66 has to offer. If you’re a nerd, have kids, love oddities or anything fun and interesting this is the place for you. They have entire sections dedicated to Star Wars, Harry Potter, Dinosaurs etc. They have cool stickers and magnets, beautiful rocks, unique candy and sodas, some art of display, T-shirts, Stuffed animals, Tulsa themed items, Route 66 items and so much more. I would plan to spend atleast an hour in this store because although it’s not massive, it has many things to see. Your kids will love it no doubt at all. I’m an adult and it made me feel like a kid again. There truly is something here for anyone to enjoy. I have visited this place twice now and plan to come back every time I’m in Tulsa because it’s just that cool. It’s also across the street from the equally awesome Buck Atom’s and Bucks Vintage stores. So park in the area and enjoy all 3 stores if you like really cool and unique places. It really is a must visit while in T-Town and or traveling Route 66! I hope this place is here for many years for the all generations to enjoy. You won’t regret coming here, trust me.

I love this store, they have the most amazing puzzles and its a great alternative to try to keep childrens away from techbology and socialmedia. Every parent in Tulsa should know about this store its just so amazing. Prices are fair and its got a great viriety of games, toys decoration etc I just did not really like the attitude of the guy at the front desk, he was almost like a zombie bothered by anyone comjng into the store. I dont expect fireworks and confetti when I come in to any store but the man was seriously annoyed by having customers come in.

If you need a gift for somebody just go there. Especially if it's somebody that has everything. Love the Taffy really yummy. My friend and I spent about 30 minutes in there. So much to look at, so many different items.I really appreciated the decor on the walls.Really cool. The smells in there are divine.😁

I wandered into this shop while being in the area and fell in love with it immediately upon entering. No exaggeration but we could have spent hours looking around at all the cool stuff! My kids loved all the toys and things to see, they have so many things to see, I didn’t want to leave. I felt like a kid again in this magical store.

Best little attraction in Tulsa! We were beyond happy to have wandered inside. It was like walking into multiple little magical worlds inside every nook throughout the shop/museum. There is so much to see and learn for people of all ages who are attracted to all things fantasy and wonder. Had a quick chat with the owner/artist. He clearly loves what he does and has a real talent for making his passion and ideas come to life. This place is perfect for any fun gift you can think of. I myself bought a beautiful elvish inspired crystal necklace. There is a very interesting art deco museum inside that tells you lots about Tulsa history and design. You have to pay this place a visit if in town!

The Church Studio, originally established by the late Leon Russell in 1972, has been meticulously restored and reopened by Tulsa native Teresa Knox after a five-and-a-half-year effort. While primarily functioning as a recording studio, it also houses an extensive collection of artifacts related to Leon Russell, Shelter Records, and the Tulsa Sound. Knox aims to make the space accessible to the public, referring to it as an "analog museum" that offers a glimpse into music history through tangible exhibits.
Really beautiful space with so much Tulsa and music history. It's been there since 1914 I think they said, and the original building is still part of it. They host Tunes at Noon, and a guided tour is included after. There's a great bar and gift shop so it's a fun place to spend time.
Angie B — Google review
I can’t say enough about this place! What a cool & historic venue. So many layers to the studio as well. Even the owner acquired a Neve 8068 from Daniel Lanois. I’ve been listening to him lately & it’s because of this tour & my extremely knowledgeable docent, Laura. Highly recommend to tour or just to browse their archives. Excellent studio all around.
Angela C — Google review
We had a surprisingly wonderful time at this nice museum/studio. Didn’t know a whole lot about Leon Russell when we went, but our guide, Kevin, was fantastic. Fortunately we weren’t there while the studio was in use as we were able to check out studios, the green room, and the bell tower. What a wonderful piece of not only Tulsa history, but of music and rock ‘n roll history! The ownership has done an amazing job both restoring this historic venue and bringing it into the modern age with some tasteful upgrades. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our visit and would recommend this as a stop for any music lover!

What a great tribute to such a talented musician. I hadn’t realized the scope of influence Leon Russell and Tulsa had in music history. But thanks to our amazing and highly knowledgable docent, Willis, I learned a lot. His expertise about Leon and development of Church Studio as well as the other musicians who recorded there in the past and present was great! Wonderful experience!

Brut Hotel is a new and stunning accommodation in downtown Tulsa. The hotel features minimalist-modern design with spacious rooms, although some guests found the beds to be on the firm side. The front desk staff are highly accommodating, ensuring a quick and pleasant check-in experience. Guests were impressed by the clean and modern feel of the rooms, as well as the unexpected mini kitchenette.
This was our first trip exploring Tulsa. We stayed there j the middle of the week in the summer. Upon booking, the staff were above par with communications and even helped me navigate one of our activities. Text response for early check in was nice. Entering the hotel, you are greeted with a beautiful hotel scent and a plethora of life plants. I happened to be there when the staff was trimming them and was given my choice of cuttings! ❤️ The option of adding a rolling cart vinyl station is a neat add on. Our room was better than we anticipated! Phenomenal job design team! The beds were so comfortable! Everything was clean. We had happy hour appetizers at Soma, the rooftop restaurant. Beautiful views and ambiance! We did not utilize the pool. It was 100 degrees and would have been nice, but it was a little too crowded for us. Really nice set up though. Being new to touring Tulsa, we found that all the things we wanted to do were within close proximity. The Brut does have a free shuttle that will take you to areas within a 3 miles radius. Nice service addition!

We stayed here recently after doing the resort pass a couple months ago. The location is perfect and the view from our eighth floor room at sunset and in the morning watching storms was well worth the price. Staff- Casey and Sydney really assisted our trip- Casey helping us get an early check in so we could enjoy the pool and Sydney at the pool bar. Sydney served us last visit and was the same friendly person although she was busy she took time to ensure we had all our ordered items. Please make sure the staff knows our appreciation My suggestion would be on the pet fee- if the room is left with no pet issues- return the pet fee. Seems steep to charge a $75 fee and there was absolutely no way to know a pooch had been in the room.

The Brut hotel was not on my radar, but I'm so glad that it is now. We had a group of 20 last night and the food and drinks are as wonderful as the view. Order the Mezza. It's a beautiful little charcuterie to share. The waitstaff was amazing as was the management. I can't wait to come to live music. This is a win for Tulsa.

What a wonderful treat was to stay at The Brut Hotel in Tulsa! We really appreciated all the effort put into maintaining the architectural design elements yet delivering a modern experience to its guests. Service was very friendly and attentive and the food was excellent! Loved the views of the city from the roof top! Gem: the spa is absolutely amazing! We had a couples massage that was fantastic. The director Julie and Kim really outdid themselves and we feel completely rejuvenated. Check out all the organic and sustainable products they have at the spa too.

Great stay! The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed. We loved the aesthetic. Having kitchenettes in the standard rooms was also such a nice surprise and not something you see often. We were in and out for a wedding, so unfortunately didn’t get a chance to check out the spa or rooftop, but the service was excellent. Special shoutout to Taylor, Ta, and the housekeeping team. Every traveler's worst nightmare but I left a few items behind, and they were quick to locate, retrieve, and ship them back! Such a relief. Thank you so much!

My stay at Brut Hotel was pleasant overall — the property itself is stylish, comfortable, and cozy, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The interior design and general ambiance reflect a clear attention to detail, and it’s evident that the hotel aims to provide a boutique experience. However, my experience was affected by noise issues during the night. Despite requesting a quiet room away from high-traffic areas when booking two weeks in advance, I was assigned a room directly across from the elevator. Unfortunately, the noise from guests talking and laughing in the hallway made it difficult to rest. When I brought this to the attention of the staff the following day, I was informed that the hotel was fully booked and that no alternative accommodations could be provided. While I appreciated the overall comfort and aesthetic of the property, I was disappointed by the lack of responsiveness to my room request and the limited effort to address the noise concern. With improved attention to guest preferences and noise management, Brut Hotel has the potential to offer a truly exceptional stay.

Nestled away from the urban rush, the Osage Prairie Trail South Trailhead offers a serene escape into nature. This picturesque trail begins at the Riverparks pedestrian bridge and stretches approximately 1.49 miles, winding through a blend of open fields and shaded woodlands. It's particularly favored by seniors from nearby communities for its gentle inclines and ample resting spots to soak in the surrounding beauty.
This is a wonderful pedestrian trail that travels from Tulsa to Skiatook. I have ridden this trail a great many times and it is a very nice bicycle ride. The bridge over Flat Rock Creek is currently closed but if you have a bike capable of doing some off pavement riding then there are ways to get around the bridge. The bridge is an old wooden railroad bridge that the Tulsa Fire Department shut down after someone set fire to it. Hopefully the City Of Tulsa will have that repaired soon. This trail is mostly flat so if you're on a bike you won't have to struggle up any big hills and a lot of it is covered with shade trees. There are some absolutely stunning views of the Oklahoma outdoors to be seen on this trail.
Brian C — Google review
Let's be clear...the trail runs for miles through Tulsa. Yes, you are going to ride past some things you don't want to see and through neighborhoods you don't want to hang out. Just peddle on because those items are few and far between. I would recommend the buddy system if you are not familiar with the area you are riding. Be safe and enjoy.
James P — Google review
Very long paved trail going from Tulsa all the way up to Skiatook. Lovely views and great scenic walk.
Azoth G — Google review
I rode the entire length of the trail from the trailhead to Skiatook. There was still plenty of broken glass on parts of the trail while riding out of North Tulsa. I was also chased down my dogs twice. The first was a dog that duh it's way out of a fence and chased me after I stopped at a crossing. The second time, I came up on three junk yards dogs laying right on the trail at the crossing. I had to wait several minutes until they got distracted and went back inside before I sped past the crossing. They must've of heard me because they immediately started chasing and kept it up for a good distance too. The crossings where I encountered the dogs are: E 33rd St N E 71st St N The trail is a lot better once you reach Sperry. This trail would be nice for a family ride if it werent for the presence of loose dogs along the trail. I most likely will not ride this again. For those that do, just take caution.
Vue L — Google review
Trail is nice and flat and much of it is shaded. It's well maintained as far as vegetation, but there is frequently trash and debris on the trail. Riding alone is never a great idea, but especially on this trail.
Allison R — Google review
The Osage County portion is awesome! Well maintained, clean and lighted. The Tulsa county portion is in disrepair. There are a couple of homeless camps and lots of litter on the trail. The bridge is out and there is no warning sign. It is a beautiful trail, it's just a shame it isn't better cared for on the Tulsa side.
Kendall S — Google review
The Tulsa County portion gets zero stars. Poorly maintained, low hanging branches, trash on the trail, and uneven pavement are everywhere. About 5 miles in, there is a bridge that is closed. No warning sign, no detour, just closed... I would not recommend riding this trail at all, but especially not alone. At one point I was chased by a homeless man. That being said, the Osage county portion of the trail is 5 stars! Beautifully maintained, lighted, and smooth pavement. Several bridges that are not closed, and only 1 road crossing. It is a beautiful trail! Drive to the Skiatook Central Park and ride out to the county line and back.
Kendall S — Google review
The trail itself is pretty nice. A nice quiet ride through the country once you get past North Tulsa. It is a very straight and flat trail. There has been some broken glass on the trail several times. Beware of stray dogs. We have had several dogs "come after" us while riding through North Tulsa. Carrying pepper spray and/or a gun is recommended and I wouldn't ride alone on this trail.
