Went for bottomless brunch with friends, was absolutely delightful! Such a good time and I highly recommend. Best bottomless in MK! The food and drinks choices are well thought out and cater to everyone, the staff were so attentive and welcoming, and the atmosphere is always friendly and fun - with live music and live sports on TV. Always a joy to go!

When days get this hot nothing like a cool beer to quench your thirst. This place on top of that offers a good variety of beers on tap and the aesthetics are on par, comics, films, sports. Nice place and nice service.
Rafa L — Google review
Came in to watch a boxing match as advertised by them they were showing it. Sat in their beer garden watching the undercard fight’s buying drinks then just before the main event was told they will be turning it off outside so people don’t come in and watch the fight for free. Even though they have a doorman and could have told us hours beforehand which they absolutely didn’t. They ended up not turning it off but we had already came inside and lost our table. Awful service and staff unnecessarily rude .
Dean B — Google review
Must say very lovely atmosphere. Perfect stop for socialising and the food and drinks were absolutely delicious. Shout out to Chad who had the patience to deal with our group 😁 Will definitely be back!

We stumbled across this place after coming back from a festival, and it was brilliant! The cocktails were spot on 👌🏼 and every staff member — from the bar and DJ to the door staff — was polite, friendly, and full of energy. The atmosphere was fantastic and really made the perfect ending to our night.

Popped into here on a Thursday night after dinner and the staff were lovely! They was so friendly and they made great cocktails.

Staff are caring friendly and kind. I injured myself and all staff were very caring and attentive to make sure I got in the taxi to A&E. The security guard even offered to carry me (knee injury). The bar staff offered me bottles of water to take. Before hand the music was amazing and the show was very kind taking some of my requests. The bar staff were quick to serve and were a very friendly vibe. I have been to this bar before and have always had a great experience with the staff. Thanks once again!

Nice cocktails here most are around £10 to £13 but they are nice. Some are that nice and smooth you can barely taste the alcohol they get it perfect, but they do have strong cocktails also plenty of choice

Had a promo for Easter for a free bottle of prosecco for table where it said quote easter in notes so I did on the booking and we saw other tables getting it but when we asked we was allowed it, which is unfair in itself and a bit rude for you to allow others to have it and not us. Got our food but no Cutlery waited 10 minutes for Cutlery. I ordered mac and cheese with burger it didn't come out and had to ask for it and then we was saying about food now being cold coz had to wait 20 minutes for the mac and cheese to come.but It didn't, staff are rude and not helpful and didn't seem to care that we had been waiting so long or that the food was cold, we booked for 715 and still at 815 have no new food They sent the same food back out just reheated coz I took pictures of the first lot of food and then again of the second lot and the fish and burger was the same

My wife and I visited the Slug & Lettuce in Milton Keynes at around 5pm on a very quiet Tuesday. We were practically the only customers there, which was a pleasant surprise. The venue had recently reopened after some renovations, and the new decor was lovely. The space was well-lit with soft, ambient lighting, and the new interior featured a lot of greenery and flowers, which seems to be the trend at the moment. The wooden centrepiece on the ceiling was a particularly nice touch, with leaves and warm white lights wrapped around it. The customer service was excellent. The two staff members on duty were both very polite and efficient throughout our visit. Their friendliness and professionalism really made us feel welcome. We found the food to be great value for money. Most main dishes were around £12, which was cheaper than I had expected. My wife ordered the bacon cheeseburger, which was well-presented and tasted fresh, not like a frozen patty. The portion of chips was a bit small, but for the price, it was a fair amount. I had the fajita chicken pasta, which was a bit of a mixed bag in terms of presentation. The bright red chillies and spring onion on top made the dish look vibrant and inviting. However, the pasta itself seemed to lack a traditional sauce, and I was worried it would be dry. The sauce, while light and creamy in flavour, was very thin and had pooled at the bottom of the bowl. Despite this, the taste was fantastic. The chicken was very well-seasoned and the chillies gave it a nice kick that was perfectly balanced by the creaminess of the sauce. Had the sauce been a traditional pasta thickness, the dish would have been absolutely amazing. Overall, it was a positive experience. The value was excellent, the service was top-notch, and the new decor is beautiful. While my pasta could have used a thicker sauce, the flavours were spot-on.

Visited slug and lettuce yesterday evening. The atmosphere was very good and busy as always but it was EXTREMELY hot! Especially upstairs & in the girls toilet) However a member of staff called Ethan was very helpful. He was very accommodating and moved a fan near the table me & my friends were sat at just to cool us down! Which we really appreciated. We didn’t even ask, he could just see we was overheating and decided to help:) He is a great member of your team. He is also very polite and friendly. A nice smiley face around the place makes it a much nicer experience:)

Delia gave amazing service… She was very attentive. Music was a bit loud as it meant we couldn’t talk and the food was mediocre, just because it was a bit dry (we had the pad Thai) We would definitely go back again though, because of the service and just choose something different to eat and sit outside for a chat.

Jules W — Google review
This was our third visit to this place and I was very disappointed with the experience. It may have been due to the fact that we visited on a Tuesday and as such the place was deserted. But this does not warrant the fact that the items delivered were not as described on the menu. The cocktails were nice and having a 1 for 1 offer helped. The food was tasty but they were missing elements described on the menu. For e.g the chicken skewer mentioned a pineapple salsa accompaniment which was missing. The positive thing was the waitress Misan. She was attentive, helpful and made us feel welcome.

Pub
The Peartree Bridge Inn Stonehouse is a casual dining pub that offers affordable carvery dishes and children's meals every day of the week. Customers have praised the friendly and attentive staff, with one server receiving particular commendation for her continuous friendliness and helpfulness. While some diners found the meat portions to be small and not well-carved, others were pleased with the perfectly cooked meat, delicious vegetables, and ample seating space in the large establishment.
had a wonderful experience at Stonehouse, enjoying a delicious Sunday roast. The food was cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and truly satisfying. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially Shane, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. His cheerful attitude and excellent service made the experience even better. Overall, Stonehouse is a fantastic place for a Sunday roast, with great food, friendly service, and a happy atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I came in here earlier today for the first time with my mother for the carvery and my goodness the carvery was delicious. We opted for the two course (the carvery was included as a main option) and I decided to pay £2 extra to get extra meat a pork sausage (which was devine) and an extra Yorkshire pudding. We would've took photos of the desserts but ate them quickly as they were so delicious (especially my millionaire ice cream 😍). Drinks we got were lemonade and I myself had a pepsi and of course they went down a treat one of the staff members was really chatty and helpful towards my mother and I and will be revisiting again in the future

On 17th July 2025 my daughter and I had a fantastic and very memorable evening on the pre-opening day of the newly refurbished Stonehouse at Peartree Bridge Inn. On 13th March 2006, the day that I arrived in Britain for the first time, my husband took me to Peartree for a lovely carvery. Since then I've been hooked and have been a regular customer. My daughter visiting from SA and I were pleasantly surprised by the lovely new outside seating area and the fresh, modern, clean and inviting new look of the pub, as well as the rest rooms. We received a warm welcome from the friendly staff. The vibe was happy and relaxed all evening with soft music playing in the background. We took one look at the brand new menu and could hardly decide on which new dish to try. We both opted for beef lasagne with fried onion rings as that was a dish we could easily compare to other venues. We feasted with our eyes, then our mouths. The ums and ahs dit not stop! It was by far the best lasagne that I've ever had in a pub! I couldn't resist taking a picture. The portions were large and, delicious as it was, I had to eventually sit up straight while mopping up the last of the delicious meat sauce. Then the dessert arrived, which we had to share as we were getting really satisfied. That was the cherry on the cake! The warm cookie and ice-cream with chocolate sauce completely hit the spot! We left much later than we anticipated after getting warm hugs from lovely chef Adriana, very helpful Kate, Debbie, Jade and friendly good-byes from manager Ashleigh and other staff. I am spreading the word about the good value for money and the promise of a lovely family meal out. I cannot wait to try more of the exciting new dishes on the menu. After almost 20 years of being a loyal customer I look forward to many more enjoyable meals there. I can proudly take any of my friends along and can highly recommend it. From free parking, to the staff at the bar, the carvery staff and the new ice-cream and pizza bar, I applaud all the staff for your customer care and good value for money! The occasional £6 carvery deals will always be my absolute favourite too!
Charlotte G — Google review
We was really looking forward to a family meal out which is a rare treat for us. Having never been to a carvery before I was really looking forward to it and seeing the reviews. We booked online but when we arrived they couldn’t find our booking even though I had a email confirmation. We was sat in a booth which I don’t think was big enough for a family of 5 and was right next to the cleaning station which wasn’t pleasant as staff constantly coming over to collect cutlery and cleaning products and at one point of the meal a member of staff caught me with the cleaning spray and didn’t even realise what they had done. We used the app to place our order which was quick and straightforward. Our drinks arrived and they asked for ID for my son but unfortunately he left his wallet at home we had his disabled badge and photos of passport and driving licence but they wouldn’t accept it which I understood but the girl was quite rude to us as I said I would have the drink and him to have my coke. After that it felt like we was being watched to ensure he didn’t have the alcoholic drink. Another customer then asked us what our table number was as he believed our starters had gone to his table, which it had but they had already started eating it so we asked for another starter. We was told it would be another 10 mins but then a little while later another member of staff came over and told us our mains were ready by this time we just said bring it all out to us ,but actually it was just my sons pizza that was ready. Nachos were awful and doughballs Roast felt stingy on meat and veg over cooked and just looked very untidy and didn’t look appealing. There seemed to be lots of staff but not appearing to do much. We wasn’t offered any real apology so decided after our main courses to leave

I honestly cannot recommend The Peartree Stonehouse highly enough! From the moment you walk in, the friendly atmosphere makes you feel right at home. The food is truly out of this world each dish is carefully prepared and packed with flavour, making every meal a memorable experience. Kate, one of the team members, stands out for her warm and welcoming nature 😍😍😍. she always goes the extra mile to ensure I feel special. Whether you're popping in for a casual bite or a special occasion, the combination of excellent service and delicious food guarantees a visit worth repeating. Came here looking for a local pub, for an evening meal while on a business trip, weekday so very quiet, we were all impressed with the food and the competitive pricing
Mzazi — Google review
The food seems to be completely ordinary British food, but the flavors and freshness are at a high level. The chips were perfectly crispy and the meat juicy. Only the bbq sauce was a bit too salty and drink too sweet for the hot day but this is a minor drawback. Large portions and fair prices. The service is okay, the customer does not feel trapped. You can talk freely and relax in this bar. Nice and quiet place, I will definitely come back here.

Enjoyed sitting outside for our meal. All the staff are lovely. The food was excellent.
Beverley H — Google review
I recently visited a Greene King pub and ordered the rather large crispy chicken sandwich, and I was blown away by how good it was. The chicken was perfectly cooked – crunchy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside – and it came in a generous portion that definitely filled me up. The bun was fresh, the toppings were full of flavour, and everything worked so well together. It’s the kind of pub classic that feels comforting but still made with care. Paired with the sides, it was a really satisfying meal and great value for the price. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, which made the food taste even better. I’d happily recommend Greene King to anyone looking for hearty, tasty food in a friendly setting – and I’ll definitely be coming back for that chicken sandwich again!

Came here this evening with a group of friends, for a chilled night out. The food was great pub grub, lots of delicious options on the menu and really good value! We found the fact that the pool table allows card such a positive for us who didn’t bring change but fancied a game or two. They had a Darts board which we enjoyed for free, in the same area as well. Drinks were very reasonably priced and the lovely bar staff, Jacob & Abbie, gave us 3 free cocktails to try for potential new menu options - which was a super friendly surprise! We later got to know Jacob & Abbie a bit more and generally felt so welcomed by them both, chit chatting, letting us play our own music towards the end of the night, and our friends have all mutually decided it’s now our new favourite local! Not to mention they have their beautiful puppy Reggie who came out to play, he was beautifully trained & just gorgeous. In line with little Reggie, they welcome doggies with open paws, and have a station of toys, treats and things to purchase for them at a very reasonable price - which we absolutely loved. Absolutely no idea how this place was so quiet on bank holiday Saturday as we had such a positive experience! Can’t wait to go back for another games night and to see Reggie and the lovely staff again! Thank you!

Great pub in Milton Keynes. Just been taken over by Jacob and his girlfriend Abi who also have a super, friendly little dog called Reggie. The pub was welcoming and the food really good. Looking forward to the Sunday roasts being reintroduced in September! Keep up the good work Jacob & Abi!

The girl behind the bar is without a doubt one of the worst bar staff I’ve ever come across. After several encounters, I’ve been made to feel completely unwelcome every single time. The rest of the team are friendly enough, but her sour attitude is enough to put anyone off from returning. What a thunder face — ever thought of smiling, saying hello, or even a simple thank you instead of rolling your eyes and barking out the price as you look straight through people? If you dislike everyone that much, why work front of house or in hospitality at all? She’d be better off washing up in the back — though I suspect even the plates would feel hated...

BrewDog Milton Keynes is a vibrant bar that embodies the spirit of craft beer enthusiasts while also catering to wine lovers. This popular spot features an impressive lineup of 20 taps, showcasing BrewDog's signature brews alongside exciting guest beers from around the globe. The atmosphere is particularly lively on Wednesday evenings, making it a great time to visit and enjoy their diverse selection of IPAs, fruity ales, and sours.
Brewdog beers are lovely and they've created a great location here to enjoy them. Add in a simple but enjoyable menu and friendly staff and you have a winning formula. Great work guys! I highly recommend the Korean BBQ loaded fries. Spicy and filling with a great flavour. We'll be back.

BrewDog Milton Keynes – a shockingly poor experience from start to finish Our visit to BrewDog Milton Keynes yesterday with a larger group was disappointing on every level — from service to food quality, nothing lived up to what you’d expect from a brand that claims to stand for craft beer culture and solid casual dining. Service: Unfriendly, untrained, unprofessional From the moment we walked in, there was no greeting, no sense of welcome. The staff came across as disinterested, overwhelmed, and clearly untrained. No explanation of the concept, no recommendations, no initiative — we had to actively ask for everything. Even then, replies were reluctant, curt, and borderline rude. Guests seem to be treated more as an inconvenience than as valued customers. Organisation: Disorganised and inefficient Despite only moderate occupancy, wait times for both drinks and food were excessively long. Nobody provided explanations or updates, and there was no attempt to make up for the delays through friendly service or goodwill gestures. The entire operation felt sloppy and disjointed. Food: Unacceptable and unsafe The chicken burger was inedible — clearly old meat, rock-hard and bone-dry after frying. The so-called “salad” was a quartered iceberg lettuce with a brown, unappetising core left on the plate. After we complained, the dish was reluctantly taken back, but the dirty plates were left on our table for the rest of the meal. We ordered a cheeseburger instead, which was just as disappointing: cold, unmelted cheese, patties cooked inconsistently (one rare, the other well-done), and meat of dubious quality with an overpowering, off-putting smell. To top it all off, we found bits of plastic or paper in the guacamole — a basic food safety issue that should never happen in any restaurant, let alone one with BrewDog’s brand promise. BrewDog Milton Keynes failed completely: poor food quality, dismal service, organisational chaos, and a concerning disregard for basic food safety. The entire concept and kitchen operation urgently need a serious overhaul. In its current state, this location is not fit for purpose — I strongly advise looking elsewhere if you value good food and professional service.

Me and my boyfriend popped in yesterday (Sunday) for a game of pool and some food, I have not been before and thought I had heard good things. We ordered buffalo dirty fries, lemon herby chicken tenders and onion rings to share between us, it did fill us up however the quality was shocking. The fries came out cold and soggy as if they were made and left on the side for a bit, the chicken tenders were like eating bits of leather, dry, hard and weirdly absolutely tiny. The flavours in these dishes were non-existent. The best things were the frozen onion rings. We spent around £40 for both of us and it was complete waste of money, save your money and go somewhere else for both the food and pool.

We were served by Stu today who was fantastic - helpful, friendly, efficient everything you could want. The beer as always was good with a decent choice. The food is decent but the selection is basically burgers and/or chips. No good vegetarian options (sorry guys, having a veggie burger on the menu isn't really enough nowadays). Our first-choice of food wasn't available on a Saturday for some reason.

We booked in for Wings Wednesday in Milton Keynes. When we got there Stu got us seated……..and that’s where we stayed. Stu asked if we’d ever done WW before and we both said no. He explained how it all worked. When we were ready for our next lot to either come up to bar or get his attention and wave. We didn’t have to do either. As we were finishing Stu came over, “next lot”….”yes please”. New drinks ordered. And this is how our visit went. There was a bit of a wait on the wings but oh my goodness it was worth it. All cooked fresh to order and absolutely delicious. 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 we will be back. The food itself was great enough to get us to go back another time. But Stu’s service, engagement and friendliness with all who came in is definitely a massive factor. Thank you Stu (Not Stew) 🤣🤣🤣

I booked a space in Brewdog for about 25-30 people for some drinks. The drinks are excellent, and there's something for everyone. The options for food is great, with a number of people in the group saying how tasty they found it. The space itself is big and airy, with a few pool tables in one corner. Overall I really enjoyed the event at Brewdog and can highly recommend it!

Poor from the moment we walked into brewdog. First sat us down mentioned nothing about wings show to order went to the bar member of stuff was about to process order other guy said we don’t book for wings I advised don’t see option might be my mistake. He said can do this on this occasion During the night tried to get anyone’s attention people look walked away like we dust exist. Racism and discrimination at its best. This place doesn’t need customers to spend money. I called raised my concerns I’m no contact form anyone that was 2 weeks ago. Only positive they forgot to charge for drinks because guy didn’t know how to add up used his phone and still got it wrong. Discrimination for free served here everyday I guess. A place where not everyone is welcome.

First time here in a while. Took my son for dinner. The food took a long time to arrive. I ordered mayo as a dip for his veggie sticks... they brought ketchup! My chicken burger was massive and one of those ones you could possibly eat as a burger. The chicken part was beyond crunchy to the point of being too hard and actually hurt to eat. We ordered side salad for my son's meal instead of chips, but they brought chips! I had to raise it and they brought a very small tray with some salad topped with gherkins. Beer is good hear and service good. Won't be back for that food though disappointed.

Cocktail bar
Nestled in The Hub of Milton Keynes, the Blossom Room is a vibrant Japanese-inspired bar that has quickly become a hotspot for nightlife enthusiasts and Instagram lovers alike. With its enchanting decor featuring delicate pink blossoms and whimsical angel wings, it offers the perfect backdrop for memorable photos. The atmosphere is lively, enhanced by trendy cocktails and an eclectic menu that showcases Asian favorites like chicken katsu burgers and teriyaki noodles—all affordably priced around ten pounds.
My second time here. I love it. Everything was 10/10. Both times I've had bottomless brunch. They leave the bottle on the table which saves everyone time. The food is fresh and full of flavor. The staff are very hospitable. The decor is lovely. Very unique. The atmosphere is over nice and chilled. I live in London and I will definitely return and also recommend to friends. A big thank you to Sis who went above and beyond to make my experience great. Such a lovely lady
Jen C — Google review
I'm giving The Blossom Room a solid four stars, largely because the aesthetics and value for money were absolutely spot on. The decor is stunning and fully lives up to the restaurant's name, with beautiful floral arrangements adorning the walls which create a lovely atmosphere. The lunchtime special was also fantastic value for money, with three dishes for just £13. The food itself was a bit of a mixed bag. The steamed gyozas were delicious and the Korean chicken was also very tasty, with a great sticky and sweet sauce. However, the udon chicken noodles were a let down; while the portion was generous, the chicken was quite dry and the dish was rather bland. There were a couple of small issues with our large work group lunch. Despite booking a table for around 18 people over a month in advance, the table felt a little cramped, which was evident when we had to ask for at least five additional sets of cutlery. The service was polite and efficient, but the wait time for food was quite long. We had to wait almost 50 minutes from ordering until the first dish arrived, which was a shame given the restaurant wasn't too busy. Overall, it's a beautiful venue with a great value lunch menu, making it a good choice for a meal out.

Absolutely wonderful! Came here for lunch, amazing value for money with their mix and match lunch menu. The atmosphere is beautiful during the day and the staff who served me were very friendly and welcoming. The food I was served was of high quality and the portion sizes were very good. Drinks are more expensive though and can rack in the bill but you can get a good selection of food for very reasonable prices which makes the Blossom Room one of the best establishments in Milton Keynes, I’d say this is a must visit.

I needed a couple of fillings which had come out and my regular dentist kept cancelling on me so from a recommendation from a friend I tried The Hub dental surgery. From the initial call to two new white fillings administered was less than 24 hours , fantastic! The reception staff were exceptional and extremely helpful indeed. Then my dentist 'Sols' and his assistant 'Carpi' explained the treatment very clearly and carried out the procedure quickly and efficiently , plus the quality of the work done is brilliant. Thanks guys , I will be back .

The hub has changed a lot over the years but they've definitely added quite a lot more places to go and it looks really nice there & lively. There's a lot of places to eat, places to drink, and also a bar that seemed to have a live event on which looked good. It was tidy & clean and really busy which is a good thing for MK. Would recommend an evening out here as theres plenty to do.

Cheap and Cheerful without the cheerful and not that cheap considering. I just wanted a bed and a shower for the night stop over. £40 is OK I thought. The sink leaks. Water damage on floors and door. Extractor fan doesn't work. TV needed assembling. Shower leaks in multiple directions. Blackout curtains don't stop light underneath. Plus points... bed perfect. Tea and kettle welcomed. Free parking overnight is a good facility. Staff polite.

The atmosphere is UK meets the Caribbean (decor), the menu samples various dishes from across the Caribbean and the drinks compliment nicely. The staff where very helpful and attended to our needs. The gentleman even made up a signature off menu drink for us, which was a nice touch 👌🏾. During lunch hours 12-2pm it’s pretty quiet so seating availability is great. Thanks again folks ✨🇯🇲🇬🇧

Popworld in Milton Keynes is a dazzling nightlife destination that promises an unforgettable experience. This vibrant club, adorned with bright rainbow colors, features two floors of entertainment, including a lively light-up dance floor and exclusive VIP booths. Whether you're in the mood for dancing to nostalgic pop hits spun by talented DJs or belting out your favorite tunes during karaoke nights, Popworld has something for everyone. The friendly staff creates a welcoming atmosphere where you can enjoy themed events and hassle-free group bookings.
Went here for a friends birthday on a weekend Saturday. We had booked a VIP table in advance and contributed around £10 per person. I thought this was just to book the table but it actually went towards the tabs for drinks. So we were able to get our moneys worth with drinks through that. Great atmosphere, nicely decorated and they had stuff around for Christmas. Because we went there for a birthday, they came with a plaque and also popped some birthday poppers which was so nice, and they gave birthday tequila shots on the house. There is a downstairs and upstairs, as well as a photobooth machine on the top floor. Music is all pop music, hence the name PopWorld. My friends have been many times but that was my first time going and I really enjoyed it. Would recommend.

Located in the Eaglestone area, The Eagle Sports Bar is a popular spot for sports enthusiasts. I can't rate the food, as we didn't have any. The pints couldn't be faulted, they're about as good as you're going to get. As for the atmosphere, we were there during the day, early in the week and it was raining heavily. It was quiet there at that time of the week, being a Tuesday. The bar person working there was friendly, he couldn't have been nicer. As for the pub, it has two pool tables. The cost of a game is only £1 and there is a snooker table in the pub too, which is in superb condition IMO. I'm told it's due a re-cloth soon as of writing. It'd be even better. There is a big screen and dart board too. While being a modern public house, it has the positive nostalgic feel of a pub from the early 90s or even 80s. All it's lacking is some retro video game machine, but realistically, I doubt they are a money maker. Highly recommended.

This place is really brilliant. Friendly people and staff is no 1 but you have darts, 2 x pool tables, 1 x snooker table and everything is nice and refurbished. Lot's of TV's and projectors for live sports. A nice beer "patio" not garden... A brilliant sports bar. The Eagle is not a gastro canal pub and nor does it pretend to be. It's a good old fashioned pub (with a snooker table!) and it's spacious, modern and you can watch the footy or boxing at the same time.
Mark A — Google review
This pub has a reputation as one of the roughest in MK so I thought I should check it out. The staff were friendly and the people weren't too bad. However the location and the decor weren't the best and it's not the sort of place that makes you want to come back a lot.

Water & Amusement Parks
Park
Gulliver's Land Theme Park Resort in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire is a perfect destination for families with young children. The park offers a wide range of rides, shows, and play areas suitable for kids aged 2-13. Additionally, the resort features a farm, dinosaur park, and indoor water park to keep the little ones entertained. Nearby attractions include Campbell Park and Willen Lake, providing ample green space for outdoor activities.
This park is excellent for toddlers and young children. I visited on a weekday during term time, so there were no queues. There are a few rides that the under 90cm toddlers can go on especially the ones who can sit up in a seat on their own. Also some nice attractions like the upside down house, two soft plays and mini villages to play in. It's well looked after and cute. It's not too big and is easy to navigate. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Parking was free too. Great day out!
Amy-Jane — Google review
Mixed reviews for me.. Most of the staff are friendly but some look like they really don't want to be there.. The rides are "good" for kids. My son is 6 and I would say it's ideal for his age group. If I was to return in the future, I would take my own food as the quality of what was available was poor for the price. This theme park needs a overhaul and updated. Most of the rides, the food hall etc is looking all a bit old now. If they are making a good profit then, they need to spend money on updating the park, looks all a bit 90's and been left to rot. Food hall and seating area was a little smelly, no decent lighting, sticky floors and not enough staff cleaning in-between each family using tables. Above all this, I would return more prepared.
Mikey B — Google review
These is an amazing small theme park but really good no queue on all the rides. The staff are really friendly and loved their job. My only complained is the restaurant closed at 2:00 pm.There is a pizza place in the front that is really amazing. But over all very happy with the experience rides are not that extreme. The kids loved the zipwire experience and also the cable car. Would definitely come back soon.

Had a really nice time there. A lovely little park in the heart of MK. Rides are fun and designed for little ones in mind. We went around the river ride more than once! Log flume was great too. Main restaurant was fairly priced for a meal deal and clean. Lighting was atmospheric with fairy lights which was cute. Staff were friendly and we had Bluey there on our visit. The only downside we saw was it needed a bit of TLC to the bathrooms and play centre. The rest of the park was lovely but these both need a bit of money putting towards it to make it a better experience. Fair price for what you get. Would come back again!
Brucey — Google review
Lovely small theme park great for kids i would say upto the age of 10. Loads of rides with no ride closures which makes a change going to a theme park ! Kids will have anything abundance of fun here... parking on 1st glance looked tricky but actually more than enough room and not miles to walk to entrance... food was the same old theme park food but very reasonable
Tim S — Google review
Overall it's ok for it's size and price (if you get discounted tickets). Has one or two cracking rides for older kids and adults. Plenty of fun rides for smaller kids. Some areas are looking a little worn sadly and areas like toilets could use better upkeep. On the plus side you rarely queue longer than 10mins. If you see a deal for discounted entry it's well worth a family day out.
Martyn W — Google review
Get tickets online and in advance as it will be cheaper. Parking is free which is nice. Whilst this theme park is as big as others it offers better value. The queues are not as bad and all rides are suitable for children. A very good family theme park with much to enjoy.

The place is nice for a morning out with a toddler! For a 2yo are not so many activities unfortunately due to safety. They have an upside-down house and a mini town - which was a bonus! Overall the food was amazing, from starters to the mains all a HIT 🤤🖤 But the app was a bit of a scam as it wasn’t so easy to use and even ordered us drinks on its own that we didn’t want. We told the waiter and he was like no you did, you ordered it on the app. But we don’t want it, and he just said yea you already paid for it. *So please double check before you pay* The service wasn’t so great either or may AT ALL The environment was loud like reallly and the music was even louder… it’s like when people got loud they increased the music 🤭… so I’m well fed😊 but with a headache 😫. But hats out to the chef ✨⭐️🌟💫, he or she definitely stole the keys to my tummy 🫶🤭🫶 I would definitely recommend and will be returning for the food.

It was a pleasure to have a lunch there with friends who never been to Lasiguanas and they loved it. We had curries and it was full of flavour and right. Definitely will be looking to come soon as we also got £20 off voucher which was good. Well done guys , keep up the good work. Service was great as our toddler food came so quick and not long our came so pretty impressive.

Came in to las iguanas to kill time so we thought to get some drinks, I choose a a blue lagoon, my partner chosen sex on the beach, when it came O My goodness I don't think I have ever had such a bad cocktail in my life, the blue lagoon supposed to have the popping bobba and in which case was no where to be seen 😂😂 plus it tasted like a energy drink rather than a cocktail. the Sex on the Beach you could say, Sex on the bin instead. I think the managers definitely need to review who is in charge of the cocktails or even try once in a while because if they did I am sure thing would be different well if that care that is!!!! Plus it cost us £26 never going there again

Milton Keynes Theatre is a prominent local venue that offers a diverse range of live entertainment, including dance, drama, musicals, opera, and comedy shows. Since its opening in 1999 after a lengthy campaign for its construction, the theatre has become known for hosting top West End and touring productions. With a 1400-seat auditorium featuring a retractable ceiling for an intimate viewing experience, visitors are treated to memorable performances suitable for all ages.
Very cool theatre great accessibility for Disabled Wheelchair users and for a change! the Wheelchair bays have a very good view, unlike a lot of theatres and venues that mostly just stick wheelchairs at the back. it’s very central so lots of places to eat ,massive shopping centre across the road. train and road links very easy to navigate to. Lots of parking, obviously you pay. So if you going for a show at the theatre, you can make a day of it shopping eating yes a bit of everything.

We went to see death on the Nile and it was a cosy theatre. Good seating arrangement, very good and affordable pricing for seats and drinks- I liked the architecture and that it had good accessibility as well as toilets were clean and well maintained . Extra gold stars for the tampons.

Had an amazing experience at MK Theatre yesterday (16/11) and staff were all friendly and helpful ain't been here in 5 years toilets are clean. Prices for food and drink was expensive and brought 2 drinks and a tub of crisps and ice cream. I sat in Upper Circle and the view was brilliant I watched Now that's what I call a musical and I gotta say it was fantastic lots of laughs too the singing, dancing and acting was spot on and was a 80s themed. I will definitely be back for another musical next year. Thanks so much for

I recently attended a matinee performance of Kinky Boots at Milton Keynes Theatre, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The theatre itself is modern, well-maintained, and provides a great atmosphere for live performances. The seating was comfortable with a good view of the stage, and the acoustics were excellent, allowing every word and song to be heard clearly. The staff were friendly and efficient, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The facilities were also impressive—clean and spacious restrooms, a well-stocked bar with reasonable prices, and a foyer area that was bright and welcoming. As for the show, Kinky Boots was absolutely spectacular! The cast delivered outstanding performances, the choreography was energetic, and the music was uplifting. The production was full of heart, humor, and brilliant storytelling, making it a truly unforgettable experience. Overall, Milton Keynes Theatre is a great venue for theatre lovers. Whether you’re seeing a musical, play, or comedy show, it offers a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I’d highly recommend it and will definitely be returning for future performances!

We have visited the Milton Keynes Theatre several times and have always been so happy with the theatre as a whole. It always appeared clean and well manned, stocked with plenty of drinks and snacks, and staff have always been happy and helpful. Seats are spacious and have plenty of legroom, wherever we have sat. The shows we have watched have included Derren Brown: Showman & Only Human, Lord of the Dance and a few pantomimes. Could do with a few more toilets as queues before, during an interval and after have been especially long. Snacks are also a little overpriced but that seems to be the theme in theatres! Would highly recommend this theatre and will be visiting again very soon.
Alexandra F — Google review
A really lovely theatre, we went to see Calamity Jane which was brilliant! Parking is close by with lots of food and drink options near for before and after the show. The theatre its self is lovely, easy access, there was no cramming or huge queues to get in. We sat row CC on the ground floor in the middle of the row, a perfect view, I feel any closer to the stage could be too close! Only thing to bear in mind is they don’t let you take your own food (which is perfectly fine) we had forgotten to eat our sausage rolls before going in! The staff were super friendly we just had to eat them before going in :) Bottles of water and sweets were allowed.
Connie P — Google review
We really enjoyed the show tonight. I wanted to leave a review today because of the exceptional service from the lovely lady on the upper tier. I stupidly ordered drinks to the wrong seats before the show. Wrote it off as a mistake but she went and found them in the interval and brought them to us. Great service ♥️
Joanna C — Google review
Finding the theatre wasn't too bad, parking wise: arrive at least an hour early to avoid multi storey queues, alternative is on street, which costs almost £9 for 4 hours. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby, theatre has numerous bars, as well as snacks. We went to see Kinky Boots specifically to see JJ (Strictly star), but the theatre didn't indicate in any way that the Understudy was in the Lead Role, which was extremely disappointing!! When we booked tickets, we chose a matinee when JJ should have been performing, the theatre management stated that he was doing alternate afternoons, which was different to the Kinky Boots official information. So when you're coughing up over £70 per ticket, it's not a great look.....! Having said all that, Kinky Boots is a great show, with a strong dynamic cast, just that the big attraction (Johannes) was missing. The Understudy was good, but not the same. When leaving Milton Keynes, unless you know the route (or use satnav), it's easy to get lost as road signs are non existent and endless roundabouts make you dizzy 🤔

TGI Fridays - Milton Keynes Theatre is a lively casual dining spot that captures the essence of American cuisine with a festive atmosphere. Known for its extensive menu, it offers everything from hearty ribs to delicious desserts, making it a great choice for families and friends alike. The attentive staff go above and beyond to ensure guests have an enjoyable experience, even accommodating dietary needs with care. While the service can be a bit slow during peak times due to high demand, the quality of food generally meets expectations.
We were promptly and friendly seated despite not having a booking. Our server Leslie took our drinks order and brought them to our table quickly where he then took our food order. Our mains and sides were brought out and despite a side not being available we were offered an alternative. Our server made sure we were happy, that our food was great and drinks were to our taste. We were also provided a takeaway box for our leftovers so that it didn’t go to waste. Overall a great experience which mainly was down to our server Leslie, Friendly, professional and attentive

We were greeted by Lili who found us a table quickly despite how busy it was on the Saturday evening without us having booked a table. We were then served by Sophie the entire night who was so friendly and chatty, and made our evening. We had Lexie check on us to make sure we had ordered everything that we needed and chased our drinks for us which felt amazing. Scott, you're a legend and make the best cocktails. Love you all, you truly are the dream team xx Edit: Courtney served us for the rest of the evening and gave us our bill, she was also lovely. Will definitely come again 😊🥰 amazing staff

Despite living in MK for years, we had never been to this TGIs before, overall this was better than expected. Food - Cobb salad with steak was a generous portion, the steak cooked nicely (medium rare) with a honey mustard dressing. Sesame chicken strips were tasty, but a little dry. Ribs were very good with plenty of meat. Kids portions were more than enough - the side salad with the fish fingers was huge! We also had some boneless bbq wings to share which were well cooked and flavourful. Service - very friendly from the host at the start to our waiters throughout. It was my son’s 6th birthday so the slice of cake and song was a nice touch. Drinks were refilled promptly and there was almost no wait for another round. There was a bit of confusion between staff sometimes - eg 2 people came to take our dessert order at different times - and sometimes it was hard to get anyone’s attention. Atmosphere - very quiet when we went (although was 6pm on a Thursday). Did feel that some of the decor looked a bit tired. Menus were a bit sticky as well.

My first time at TGI Fridays and I had no idea what to order. Thankfully, Sidonia was amazing! I told her I was craving something sweet, and she kindly recommended the cheesecake. It was the perfect suggestion—so good! I'll absolutely be back for more.

We chose to eat here as staying just over the road on a business trip, Great friendly service, good atmosphere, really enjoyed the burger and ribs here, it was quite busy and quite noisy when we visited on a week night, strawberry mojito was also excellent 2 for £16

Literally the worst service I've had in the last 10 years.... Staff encouraged us to use the app, 20 minutes for two bottles beers.... Apparently the app orders them but doesn't tell them to serve them 😳. Ordered some bar snacks and some further drinks and watched the servers stare at our food for 20+ minutes whilst checking his phone constantly.... The drinks took even longer to come and it's only the bar maid that felt guilty that they'd been there so long that brought them over.... This company went bust for a reason, lazy useless staff.... Never again -4/10

What a great night at the bistro live booking a hen party was so easy and the communication was awsome when we needed to change a few things the night itself was well organised and what a great atmosphere for everyone. It took a while to get drinks sometimes but with how any people were there it's understandable but we did enjoy ourselves so much I will definitely be coming back

Went for a hen do! Considering it’s pretty much a relaxed nightclub, the food was amazing! I had the chicken and gammon pie and it was so lovely! The service is fantastic 🏁 and the staff are all brilliant! A good night filled with fun, singing on the tables and good music!!

Good sturdy tables to dance on. There is a wave your flag system instead of a bar which is a great idea during food service, it's a bit harder to be an one people are up and dancing. The food was ordered on the night and well presented and delicious
LittleVixen9 — Google review
Brilliant food, brilliant atmosphere and the service was spot on. You get a flag to hold up when you wish to be served and all of 5 seconds after putting the flag up there is a server by your side. Surprisingly cheap, we spent £260 for 7 of us. My only issues are that there wasn’t the best choice of drinks, no redbull or other type of energy drinks which I have with vodka. The music could have have been better in the sense of decades. A lot of it was from the 80’s. But besides them, very good night out and I would definitely recommend it.

Absolutely fantastic evening. Food is nothing special but the atmosphere and staff more than make up for it

Entered a competition to win tickets for upto 10 people to attend for £10 each. Notified of the date my friends and I wanted to get together... "sorry nit valid for that date but we can give you £5 off the normal entry fee...." so they turn down 6 peoples money for drink... And at their prices that will be a fair amount for the sake of £160 that we declined as Bistro Live won't honour the dates we want even though there was no mention in the" competition " of only being able to use on certain dates.

Bistro Live Milton Keynes is the kind of place that turns a regular night out into a full-blown celebration. I went with a group of friends for a birthday bash, and it was honestly one of the most fun nights we've had in ages. The evening kicks off with a three-course meal—no need to pre-order, which is a relief. I had the Southern Style Chicken Strips to start, followed by the Chicken Supreme, and ended with their Duo of Desserts. The food was tasty and arrived promptly, allowing us to focus on the entertainment. Speaking of entertainment, the live band was fantastic, playing a mix of classics and current hits that got everyone dancing. The staff were energetic and even joined in on the fun, dancing on tables and encouraging everyone to let loose. The atmosphere is electric, making it perfect for birthdays, hen parties, or just a night out with friends. The staff's enthusiasm and the quality of the entertainment make Bistro Live a standout venue in Milton Keynes. If you're looking for a place to eat, drink, and dance the night away, Bistro Live is the spot. Just be prepared to be on your feet most of the night!

If you're looking for a place to enjoy a Cuban cocktail in central Milton Keynes, look no further than Revolución de Cuba. The restaurant has a relaxed, casual atmosphere, with large windows letting in plenty of natural light. There's also a themed cocktail bar, One of the best friends had her Hen Do celebrations at this establishment yesterday and we can confirm that it was fantastic!
Christmas Party, Friday night and the atmosphere and food here was awesome. We had a huge buffet of tapas laid out for us and the flavours were amazing, the portions generous. Cocktails were a little pricey - but the effort and care that went into them meant they tasted incredible. As the night went on the music got louder and the dancing started. The door was well marshalled and we enjoyed a safe and vibrant atmosphere.

Decided to go here for my Hen Do and I am so glad I did. I picked the cocktail masterclass for 26 hens, which is a lot of ladies to keep entertained but Luke and Aidan did an amazing job of making the night extra special . We also had tapas which was so tasty. There was loads off food and none of us went hungry! If you're looking to have a special party, this is the place I would definitely recommend. HUGE THANK YOU to Luke and Aidan ❤️

We enjoyed Revolution. It was lively and there was live music. They didn't have the music so loud you couldn't hold a conversation, which was nice. The staff were friendly and attentive although our food and drinks took a long time and we're first delivered to the wrong table. Every time a different one! Likewise we kept being offered other peoples' food. It all felt a bit disorganised in that respect. However, it was an enjoyable time. The food was above average. Nothing special but adequate. They ought to reconsider letting the band use dining tables to rest between sets as they were sitting on their phones generally making us feel a bit unwelcome. All this sounds a little negative but overall it was ok, just a little run down and it feels in need of a little attention to detail.

Our appetisers were Mekong Prawns, Calamari, Gyoza and Korean wings. All tasted amazing. For mains we went for Teriyaki Steak Soba, Katsu Curry, The Legendary Beef Rendang, and Chicken Singaporean noodles. We’ve been to Banana Tree MK a few times before and the food and service never disappoint. Highly recommended.

I was craving Asian cuisine yesterday and decided to try for the first time. Unfortunately, the meal was a letdown. The Som Tum (Papaya Salad) didn't quite hit the mark for my taste. More notably, the salad noodles were tough, which really impacted the texture. For the Ramen, the side toppings included were disappointingly cold. It's truly a shame that this dining experience didn't satisfy an Asian food enthusiast. Service and decoration of the restaurant were wonderful, maybe will try another menu next time.

If you're wandering through Milton Keynes and find yourself in need of a delightful pit stop, look no further than Brewhouse & Kitchen. This charming pub brings a slice of American culture to the UK with its southern-inspired menu featuring mouthwatering burgers and an impressive selection of beers. It's not just about the food; you can also enjoy some fantastic drink discounts that make your visit even more enjoyable.
My husband and I held our wedding here two weeks ago, and I'm so glad we did! We initially chose the venue because of the great beers and really funky atmosphere, and the fact that we wanted more of a chilled wedding, instead of a formal one. We got those things in abundance, and a whole lot more!... Jackie and her team went above and beyond to ensure we had a great day and that everything went to plan. We had a number of meetings with Jackie leading up to the event; she asked a lot of very important questions (most of which we hadn't even considered beforehand!) and she also joined us in a meeting with our photographer (Marcus Charter Photography), so that we could all understand his requirements. On the day, Jackie and her team were totally professional throughout, and nothing was too much trouble. Jackie was not only the Events Manager, but she hands-on coordinated the whole day too; overseeing everything and making sure it was all running smoothly. Both the Campbell Room and the Middleton Bar were set up brilliantly for the day, with only minimal turnaround times between each setup. We also had an external company (Heaven Scent Flowers & Events) decorate the venue, and Jackie made sure they had access to the room the evening beforehand and early the next morning, so they would have enough time to set everything up. The food and drinks were top quality and there were plenty of options for our vegan and vegetarian friends and family; the food came out exactly on time throughout the day, and the bar staff were amazingly efficient at keeping up with everyone's drinks orders. All the Brewhouse & Kitchen staff were so professional and friendly to all of our guests. The day was so good that we would do it all again if we could! I've now been here with my wife a few times, mostly to watch some of the 6 Nations games which were begin shown. On each occasion we both had drinks and a variety of food. The place is very clean with plenty of seating. TV screens could be larger, albeit this is a place to enjoy beer more than a sports bar. That said, we had no problem viewing the action. There are plenty of decent beers on tap, some of which are brewed on site. The food was good, not brilliant, however more than acceptable. I don't think I'd ever choose this as somewhere to go for food, but it's definitely top choice for beer and food. It's also better than the majority of restaurants around it. What really stood out was the friendliness of the staff. Each and every member of the team was helpful, courteous and appeared genuinely happy to be there. If you're in Milton Keynes' theatre district (now known as 12th Street) this place should be near the top of your list for a pint and quick bite to eat.

Previously visited (2 year ago) , happy to report they are still keeping up with their previous standards. "Good ales brewed on site plus good selection of other ales and food". Nice to see a separate menu for those wanting lower calorie foods and alcohol free drinks. Recommended Tried the chicken "dirty fries": cold topping on warm chips doesn't work for me, Duvel beer definitely good.

Oh, Milton Keynes. Much maligned Milton Keynes. It's like one of those European cities destroyed in the second world war and rebuilt from concrete and despair. I really can't imagine that anyone would come here unless they had to. But if you do Brewhouse & Kitchen may be your best bet. The town is a relentless shopping centre. Just grey block after grey block of dull chain restaurant. Brewhouse & Kitchen really do offer some great beer. The staff are great and knowledgeable about the beer. Food is ok, you're not going to be dancing in the aisles about it, but the beer really is great.

Rude unprofessional staff Poor, out of date, dirty equipment. The bar is left unattended all of the time so you have to wait to be served by one of the rude members of staff when they eventually show up. Coffee machines are not maintained and are always out of order. All members of staff have an attitude like they don’t want to be there and everything you ask of them is a chore. Zero standards of customer service, staff will shout and argue back at customers or just storm off, which is totally unprofessional. Even the supervisors behind the desks have poor attitudes, eye rolling and huffing if they have to do something. When my card needed renewing I was made to give over personal details including my job title and salary infront of other customers which I’m sure is in breach of data protection. All in all an unpleasant evening out, avoid

Booked an Aces poker package for my stag-do over a year in advance and three days before the event, the casino announces it’s closed due to Aspers ceasing trading. Only the website of the Stratford casino has posted that they were open again from 4pm today. of course, regardless now we cannot cancel accommodation or make alternate plans from the short notice without losing significant money, and I have guests who booked a day off work for this event. Really disappointing. I’d been looking forward to it for so long, and Aspers just have nothing to say but sorry. The second star is because it seems to have been out of the staff at the casinos hands, but at the same time they still sent us out the wrong menus and didn’t realize til all choices were collected and didn’t offer any kind of compensation for their mistake, and then there’s no compensation for this cancellation except a refunded deposit and some apologetic words. I really feel a company as large as Aspers with the reputation they have ought to have been able to deliver something other than total disappointment for such a big life event booked so far in advance. Package options were Aces or King’s, but I must have booked Jokers.

Not a good experience. Despite our visit being on a Saturday afternoon, we experienced long wait times at the bar (only one team member serving) and only 1 Blackjack table open. The large video wall is incredibly dated. Many of the touch screen Roulette terminals fail to respond and are in need of calibration. Drinks service at tables was non-existent. Whilst I did see someone pass through slots, I wasn't able to flag him down for refreshments. Overall, the place had no atmosphere. A serious injection of life required into this place, but given the number of visitors on a Saturday, the writing might already be on the wall. Won't be in any hurry to return.

Amazing food amazing service! Didn't have a few of the starters bit was happy with the massive prawns! Cooked my own stake on the slap of hot metal witch was fun and different! I had ice cream and a cocktail for dessert both spot on happy with my over all visit ! Top Mark's

The dog food was decent but considering the salt was covered in mouthwash I thought it was quite manky and when I tried the pink avocado it tastes like a lot of lemon moisturiser

Planet Ice Milton Keynes is a popular venue in the area, offering various activities for visitors. It's known for hosting semi-professional ice hockey matches and providing opportunities for ice skating sessions. Visitors can enjoy watching games or take part in the fun themselves. The facility also caters to events like birthday parties, with excellent customer service and tasty food options such as Papa John's pizza.
I’ve had a great experience coming to the Planet Ice MK. I booked a 6-week beginner skating course online on their website. Each week on a Saturday, I would attend a 30 min group session with our Coach Gemma. She was lovely, she went through many moves and skills with us and took time to help those that were struggling. She was patient and gave great advice and encouragement, I really appreciate her guidance. This was my first time taking ice skating lessons and going on my own. It is daunting learning something new when you’re older, but I really thoroughly enjoyed the lessons and my experience here. I would encourage others to try also. The ice skating rink is big and there are plenty of spaces to sit on the bleachers if you’re not skating. You can hire the skates and also the penguin/polar bear - if you’re not confident going around - these can be used for adults or children. There are parking spaces outside the ice skating rink - the ones directly outside are £2.40 per hour. Would highly recommend, I loved skating here! All the staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely come again with friends and family next time. Thanks again.

Friendly, clean, staff are good lot. Occasional issues for a busy place. Food issues have got better since the old manager returned. Great night's at the hockey. If you don't like queuing on hockey nights. Eat before you go! But always been good for me!

First time at ice hockey, and what a great night out. The atmosphere builds as go in. Loud music, noisy, friendly crowd. Pitcher of beer, not overpriced. It was an exciting game with a win for the MK Lightning over Swindon. Great experience all round. Will go again.

We came here to watch an ice hockey game. Really enjoyed the game great experience. But you really need to sort your bar service out!! Soooo slow and disorganised! Guy who served us couldn't remember a simple 3 beer order. They all work at snails pace, probably not enough staff either. Half hour wait to get a drink and they're really expensive

Our recent visit to Planet Ice for a birthday party was a cool experience, to say the least! The kids had an absolute blast, and it was great to see their smiles and excitement throughout. The staff at Planet Ice delivered excellent customer service, which made the whole event even more enjoyable. Now, let's talk about the food. They have Papa John's pizza available, which was a hit with both kids and adults alike. It's always a win when you can grab some tasty pizza during a fun outing. However, there was one minor hiccup in our adventure – parking. Finding a spot can be a bit of a challenge, and we ended up paying £4 for 2 hours of parking. Fingers crossed we don't get a ticket! Just a quick update: after paying for parking, we still received a parking penalty. It's odd that they don't offer mobile pay parking; instead, you must receive your ticket from a parking machine or make a phone payment. I saw people use the 3 hour free parking at Morrison.

I went to the Place to Ice skate and the staff was super respectful and the Place was clean and tidy. After a while, i fell and hit my hand against the Blade of the show and my hand was very injured as It stabbed Deep in the flesh Just below my knuckles. The staff came running at me and took eccellenti care of me and First-aid my hand. After they suggested i should go to MK hospital and finally the nurses stitched my hand perfectly and took care of It.

Today we enjoyed family ice skating, and what first thing surprised the level of safety was completely shocking... Paying £65 for time to enjoy and you can't get knees and elbows protection together with security helmet, to avoid injuries and accidents especially for children's. Compare to other EU countries where I been, paid £8 per person with all gear and safety equipment included, also not to many peaople in one group to avoid incidents, 45 min enjoying and 15min ice cleaning. But here is chaos and poor level of safety and management of good entertainment, emotions and time spend on ice. Seen many kids crying in one hour... Sad that bussines like this thinks only about the money, not peaople and best service to enjoy.

I do believe this is the best coffee in MK, and so far possibly everywhere! The flat white is just absolutely perfect! They also do amazing peanut butter overnight oats and stock the most fabulous cinnamon rolls so it really is a win all around!

I really like their coffee and the ambience is quite pleasant. Its a good place to have a cup of coffee and chat. They have some good food and smoothies as well. However, while their coffee is great, the matcha wasn’t the best.

Bogota Coffee serves truly delicious coffee — not too strong, with a delicate taste and beautifully presented. I also tried the matcha latte and mocha, and everything was wonderful. The desserts were fine, though nothing exceptional. The atmosphere is so cozy and inviting that you don’t even want to leave.

I wanted to go to a different independent cafe as I am looking at independent cafes to go to! The service was brilliant and one of the girls welcomed me and cleaned my table for me when I got there and went to sit at it so that was lovely and the service was good too, I was promptly served and didn't take them long to bring my drink over either so that as what I like about it (oh and the neon lightning which is attached to the review) and the tea was lovely! I disliked the fact that it was quite small/tight and when I got there there was nowhere to sit until I got that table after the previous people left people left, it was uncomfortable for me as it was loud and noisy and I expect a coffee shop to be quiet and peaceful and I wasn't relaxed at all! I couldn't wait to leave because the lack of space, I was expecting it to be a bit bigger than it is but least I've been.

Nice coffee, I ordered a chai latte and asked for it to come really hot which it was so thank you! We got toasties for breakfast and it was prepared quickly and prices are reasonable. Fabrice Brasserie, located at The Hub, is a vibrant and modern cafe that promises an exceptional dining experience. It's a great choice for birthday or event bookings, with staff members like Melis and Didem ensuring smooth planning and execution. Visitors rave about the delicious food, extensive menu options, and top-notch service provided by the friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Atmosphere inside is brilliant, but nothing could possibly beat sitting outside during sunny weather overlooking beautiful Hub fountain area. Food is not just amazingly presented but it's even better tasting. One thing letting all those efforts down was our waiter, he is honestly trying his best but so forgetful - yes right away and never coming back unless call for or meeting your already a bit angry eyes... Girls stepped in multiple times to rescue their boy. All in all I definitely recommend this place to everyone and anyone - but try to get served by one of the girls 😉

Went for breakfast late Sunday morning and it was very busy. We were promptly seated inside near the bar area. Service was good and the food was delicious. Would definitely return.i was especially pleased with the juice. There was a lot of food in the breakfast. I always love when a fried egg has the white totally cooked and yolk runny.

Absolutely love Fabrice. Had our second visit today and was as good as the first. The food is amazing and such a large choice for brunch, so we will have to keep going back to try it all. The decor is lovely and everything is clean. The service has been great too at both visits, being lucky enough to have Seyhan serve us on both occasions. She was a fantastic host and we can’t wait to go back again soon.

This place has been on my list for a long time, we finally came for a Sunday morning breakfast. It was fairly busy, staff were friendly and professional. We came with our dog and sat in the outdoor area, without saying anything one of the staff members bought a water bowl for our puppy which was very organised and caring of them. Ordered Caramel Latte and Classic French Toast. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My husband ordered classic full English breakfast. What I noticed about his food, his sausage and bacon was perfectly cooked. - Nothing like the greasy franchise pub breakfasts. Service charge is not included in the bill, which was surprising so we added our tip on top. Highly recommend this place for a girls catch up, cute date spot or if you’re really craving proper breakfast

We stayed in the hub for a few days this week and visited Fabrice on a number of occasions for breakfast and lunch. The food was unbelievable, amazing selection and so beautifully presented. The staff were so warm and welcoming with gorgeous interior. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or nicer food to fuel us for our concert and journey back to Scotland. Thank you so much, hope to visit again in future.

We've been wanting to come for a while and the food did not disappoint! Seyhan was absolutely lovely and made the whole experience very enjoyable. I had the Mediterranean breakfast and it was delicious but next time I will be trying the French toast because it looks amazing!

I visited this place for brunch last Saturday. It was quite busy, and I was told there would be a 5–10 minute wait for a table. Fortunately, a spot opened up in just 4 minutes, and the waitress who seated me was very kind and welcoming. The interior is modern and pleasant — but unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. I ordered a Bueno milkshake and the eggs royale (poached eggs with salmon and hollandaise sauce). The milkshake arrived quickly, within about 5 minutes, but it was very disappointing. It was watery, lacked any real Bueno flavor (other than the small piece of bar placed on top), and after a few sips it actually made me feel unwell, so I stopped drinking it. The food took around 40 minutes to arrive, and when it did, it was another letdown. The sauce was extremely thick and heavy, while the salmon had a strange smell that put me off straight away. I managed only a quarter of the dish before giving up. Honestly, I’m not sure how you can go wrong with eggs on toast, but this was one of the least enjoyable brunches I’ve ever had. I ended up asking for the bill and went home to cook something edible myself. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Very pleasant place! Cheap, fast, and tasty. And when the sun comes out, it feels magical — the large glass panoramic windows fill the whole space with light and warmth. A perfect spot for a delicious breakfast or a morning coffee. Highly recommend!
Кристина Б — Google review
After the last Wetherspoons experience in Bedford I was hoping this one made up for it! It did! You can’t knock the value for money, for £15 I got a large pizza, large chips, large soft drink and a curry sauce. The pizza was good maybe could have had a bit more topping on it, the portion of chips was good and the curry sauce was as good if not better than many chip shops! You can also add an extra chicken breast to meals that has seemed to have disappeared any many other locations, although it is £2 now. The service was good and a good atmosphere, there is also some outside seating.

For a farewell dinner, and it was a wonderful experience! The prices were very affordable, the atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, and the staff made us feel so welcome. The food was delicious, and we left feeling happy and satisfied. Highly recommend for a great dining experience!
CHR L — Google review
The interior is reasonably clean but looks dated. Drinks are well priced, which some people will appreciate, but the food was a major disappointment. The beef madras was the worst dish. The meat was just one long, fatty strip that couldn’t be eaten. The burger wasn’t much better—it was burnt on one side, with the charred side faced down in the bun. Altogether, the meal was poor. Next time we’ll be going to the venue at Xscape, where the food is far better. Service also needs attention. The bartender seemed distracted and even called out to a colleague to cover while they stepped out for a cigarette. It didn’t give the impression that customers were the priority. In short, while the drinks are cheap, the food and service don’t measure up. I wouldn’t recommend it for dining.

Old spoonsy is usually a safe bet for a Sunday morning breakfast, however this time a bit disappointing to be honest, bacon 🥓 stone cold, mushroom missing from a large breakfast etc, if I’d wanted a cold ham breakfast I’d have ordered it! Nice place but a bit of a tense atmosphere when we walked in. Felt like all eyes were on us...I could guess why but... Anyway food was lovely, great prices. Wine was okay, maybe poor choice of Pinot on my part. Service was good, it was convenient to use the app to order at table. Quite a few messy tables needed clearing but it was a busy time. Nothing stood out as 5 stars.

It's also known as a great sports bar with multiple big screen TVs for live sports entertainment. The venue is located in the Xscape Centre and provides excellent customer service, with friendly and helpful staff. Whether you're looking for some lip-smacking wings or to catch live sports, Wing Kingz has got you covered.
Wing Kings really lives up to the name! The wings were packed with flavour crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and coated in seriously tasty sauces. The service was top-notch too friendly, quick, and attentive. Great spot if you’re craving wings done right.
Tanya T — Google review
Quite enjoyed the wings. Tried the Joker (hottest), the Emperor (2nd hottest) and Korean. The Korean were the nicest IMO. I’ve docked a star because we were told booths were reserved for larger groups (there were just two of us), but when we left four of the booths had couples in them, and these had been empty when we came in!
Dave B — Google review
Wing Kings? Don’t flatter yourselves. You’re not kings, you’re court jesters with no talent. Those wings were dryer than a rat on a BBQ — an actual crime against chicken. Whoever thought “just slap chili on it” counts as flavour clearly has no taste buds left. I like heat, but this was just lazy and sad. The mac and cheese? Calling it “food” is generous. Felt like chewing through a rubber tyre dipped in regret. And yeah, I know ordering nachos for delivery was dumb on my part — they arrived like a soggy diaper, which I expected — but even then, you couldn’t manage to put flavour into it. Dead on arrival. Honestly, rename the place Mud Pie Palace and start fresh, because whatever this was… it wasn’t food and it definitely wasn’t royalty.

Fantastic service and even better food - don’t trust the fake 1 star reviews - those frauds clearly haven’t been to the restaurant. Went for lunch on a Wednesday with two work colleagues to see the B & I Lions play the ACT Brumbies. Staff were attentive and very polite throughout our visit. The food was exceptional and arrived in good time. I ordered the buttermilk chicken wrap and fries with a biscoff milkshake - all delicious! Plenty of other couples and groups were there which was good to see. Thanks to the staff for a lovely, affordable meal!
T B — Google review
when they first opened, they were pretty good, but i've given them 3 chances now on orders and 1) it takes forever to arrive, with it always just being pushed back on delivery site. 2) when it does come, the last 3 times the orders haven't been correct, usually missing fries. 3) i've been witness to this as well, the delivery guys are there waiting for bloody ages. 4) if it arrives correct, its usually soggy, luke warm chicken and fries. this suggests they've had it sitting on the side for donkeys. poor service, poor time management. the last time we went to eat in, we were told 5 minute wait to get a table ready, 15 minutes later, none of the "lads" have even acknowledged us again. just walking around chatting nonsense to each other. in all honesty i doubt they will read or even care about mine or all the recent 1 star reviews. but its a warning to potential punters. if you want fast food wings, go to wingstop or popeyes.
Jinzo S — Google review
Avoid. The food is awful. The chicken fillet in the burgers is nothing more than a Birds Eye special. The wings are cheap and soggy and the fries are pale and bland. Don’t be tempted to try the kings lager. Its terrible. Not one of us could finish it. The service is average. Nothing major, but it’s a little on the slow side and when we asked for ketchup, the waiter brought us a bottle that had a teaspoons worth left in it and that was it. Considering the prices they charge, it’s a total rip off. Don’t waste your time, or money,
Frank G — Google review
Fantastic from start to finish. Service was 10/10, super friendly, very accommodating and speedy. The food was absolutely delicious! We had buttermilk wings and boneless wings, as well as a few sides. So many different flavours and dips to choose from, there was something for everyone. The seating is great…high booth style seating, you feel as though you’re enjoying it closely with your friends/family rather than feeling squished on top of other peoples tables where they’re normally placed close together. Just overall great first time. Thank you to our lovely waiter (didn’t get his name 😬) for making our evening great.

A really pleasant atmosphere in the store. The young man who did my haircut was friendly and did a good job of cutting my hair, which had needed cutting badly as it had been a while since I had had it cut. Good atmosphere for working. Clean. Food market wasn't good, but would try the jacket potatoes if went again as they looked like they cared. Cashless aswell which is annoying and restrictive for some people. Should always have the option. Flood lights glaring from all sides as you eat. Some of the spot lights flash (and the mezzane) Tables were clean. Coffee from food market was undrinkable, found a coffee cart as we left and wish we'd tried that. Looked forward to this, definetly work to be done.

I recently visited Unity Workplace in Milton Keynes, and I must say, it's a fantastic place! The ambiance is delightful, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Even though I didn't try the food options this time, there seemed to be plenty to choose from. The “Change coffee”, particularly the Latte, was excellent – a perfect companion to my work. What's impressive is the availability of free Wi-Fi and charger sockets, making it an ideal place for productivity. I spent a good 4 hours there, and it was a great experience overall. My only minor gripe was the background music; it was a bit distracting for my taste. If there was an option to adjust the volume or mute it, that would have been perfect. Despite that, I highly recommend Unity Workplace for a conducive and friendly working environment. I'll definitely be returning for more productive sessions!

I went here for dinner on a Thursday evening, it wasnt busy but neither was it empty. It looked really nice with a good vibe, unfortunately service was slow. In my opinion mango is not a fruit that pairs well with feta, there also seemed like a lot of onion in there. I also had the paneer tikka masala from the grill and it was missing the charred edges and corner, it would appear the paneer barely saw a flame as the spices of the marinade tasted raw. To top it off the kesari dream cocktail I ordered came after my food and tasted like chilli sauce poured over ice with a bit of alcohol chucked in. The chilli in the drink was so overpowering. The food and drink was really disappointing, won't be recommending this place! 1 star is for the vibe of the place and the other is for the waitress who brought me my food she made me feel like a valued customer.

Be careful with this branch! They gave me the key saying that the fuel tank is full. I noticed and made a picture at the beginning of my journey (410 miles of "full tank"). Then when filled up at the petrol station to the full, the dashboard shows 484 miles of petrol! So the tank wasn't full, but of course they expect me to return it full! Called customer service, they said "don't worry, just return with the same amount of fuel which you received". Returned the vehicle with 422 miles of petrol, but they still added a fueling cost to the invoice, saying that I returned the vehicle with no full tank of fuel! This is a Rip-off!!!
Roman D — Google review
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Hired a car from them and was in a rush so didn't have time to take photos of the vehicle. I returned the car the same day, and received an email two days later saying that I had damaged the car and to pay 800GBP for repair costs. Upon checking reviews of this Sixt, I was able to find a review from one month prior from another customer complaining about this damage on the exact same vehicle. Seems that they are trying to get unsuspecting customers to pay for their damaged fleet of vehicles -- avoid this place or take as many photos of the car as you can prior to driving off!

I got a free upgrade and the car was absolutely excellent for my needs. All round pleased with the whole experience. Just one thing: SIXT website says there’s a pick up location at the MK railway station but that is not so. Might want to update that info for travelers!.
Jean G — Google review
DO NOT USE. I hired a car from them, they told me it was new and there was no damage. Upon checking before I left , I found massive damage to side of boot lid. If I had not seen this they would have said I did it, when I returned the vehicle. They haven't checked this car for damage obviously.🤡 When I returned the rental , they pointed out a very small possible stone chip on the paint, and marked this as damage.😡 Waiting to see what happens on this. Zero stars not possible , but that's what level they are. Take my advise and don't use.
Anthony F — Google review
I couldn't have asked for a better service from the guy who served me. He helped me change my car immediately when the first car didn't have a boot cover. When I returned the car, I got a notice about a scratch but I had taken a million photos and videos before and went back to look at the car so he was able to take this off for me. I would say ALWAYS check the car before and after dropping off. Take all the videos to cover yourself. So while I had a few issues, they were quickly fixed.
Lucia S — Google review
Everything is smooth and easy for picking up the car. The staff is nice and helpful, especially SAMI, who provided a free upgrade for a nice and new SUV after heard from my coming trip. I will come back again next time.
Chan C — Google review
Shocking level of service . Will make false damage claims against you . Make sure you request a full inspection when you return the vehicle or they will try to claim you have damaged the car . Then you will spend weeks disputing it with them even with photographic evidence . Modern day con men . Will use someone else in the future .

Tucked away in the vibrant heart of Milton Keynes, The Draft House Midsummer is a delightful spot for those who appreciate craft beer and hearty meals. This venue boasts an impressive array of global brews that will tantalize your taste buds, alongside delicious burgers and crispy fries that might just make you fall in love with your meal. Whether you're visiting during a bustling lunch hour or enjoying a quieter evening, you'll find friendly staff ready to serve you quickly.
Beer so good I can justify paying nine quid for a 500ml bottle. Cheaper options available. Great service, good atmosphere food is pretty good too.
James — Google review
Very enjoyable place with an excellent selection of ales and beers and drinks and that. Steve said he thought it was a very unique take on world beers, he went on to say, I didn't expect that in Milton Keynes. He's wrong. But it's a good bar
Thomas B — Google review
Great place for a good choice of craft beer and some good spirits. Warm welcome knowledgable staff. Lewis (behind the bar) really has a good knowedge of the wide range of beers and spirts. Food good too best burger in MK!
Dene W — Google review
There is a good selection of beers and the location is good. However the beers are very expensive and I'm surprised how little is actually on draft. The food is good but portions are a little light. My biggest issue is the ambience, its like drinking in an oil drum. There is very little soft furnishings so it echoes alot which makes it difficult to have a conversation. Fine if you're out clubbing not so fine if you want to sit and chat.
Paul K — Google review
Very good range of well kept beers. Will try the food next time. Good addition to MK scene.
Christopher F — Google review
I've been here a few times, sometimes on a busy lunch and other times when it's been very quiet. There is a large selection of beers but not many are on draught. Food is nice. I enjoy the burgers in particular. So far they've always been well cooked and service quick. Staff are also very friendly. The only real negative beyond the steep prices is the atmosphere. It's a huge place with noise echoing everywhere.
Sean P — Google review
good place for beers but most of what they serve is not really to my taste. Lots of different craft beer if you are into it. Even the name suggests that they only do beer, they also serve wine and some coctails which are good. Place is usually quiet and right next to another pub. there is an outside area for smokers.
Egemen C — Google review
Friendly staff, decent burgers, and a fantastic selection of craft beers. Daily casks very good value if you're cost conscious, but it's definitely worth splashing out on the more unusual brews available. Good eclectic tunes too.

Electra, the all-electric community narrowboat in Milton Keynes, is a remarkable eco-friendly attraction that showcases sustainable practices while offering unforgettable experiences on the waterways. Operated by passionate volunteers, this 54-foot vessel provides an opportunity for visitors to connect with nature and appreciate scenic views while learning about renewable energy. This year, Electra has introduced a variety of themed cruises departing from Campbell Wharf, including Art Trail Relaxation Cruises and Cream Tea Cruises.
This is my second trip on the Electra Boat. Last Thursday we went on the kids cruise as I loved the grown up one with lunch so much! The boat is wonderful and peaceful, you get to see so much wildlife given how quiet it is! The kids cruise was much shorter and the right amount of time for a 6 year old. He had a great time and enjoyed the sheet provided to spot things along the route! Thanks especially to Mike who was very entertaining and helpful! We’ll be back!
Emma B — Google review
A very calm relaxing and tranquil cruise was enjoyed by some of our families. They spent a couple of hours on the water with volunteers Mike and Tim who were wonderful and the cream tea was a bonus. Thank you so much to Electra
Valerie F — Google review
We had a wonderful and relaxing afternoon on board Electra. We had a lovely cruise along the river and one of the best cream teas I’ve ever had! My daughter is a wheelchair user and there was a ramp and lift so that she could get onto the boat safely - there was also plenty of space inside for her chair and she had great visibility of the water. The volunteers were so wonderful at helping my daughter on the boat and they steered electra perfectly. They were also very knowledgeable of the local history and wildlife. Would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Oh my goodness such a wonderful afternoon. Went as a family for a birthday celebration, for a cruise and afternoon tea. Great host and skipper in Gill and Gurpal. Thank you so much. Will return for another cruise soon
Janeta W — Google review
Had a really lovely afternoon trip on the Electra with a cream tea. The staff were so welcoming and made sure we had drinks if we wanted them. I would definitely recommend a trip on it.

Hot coffee & delicious Lemon cake, 2.5 hours of complete calm, peace & relaxation. Great skipper & cabin host Jeff & Julie. Will be back to try the fish supper or maybe the prosecco 🥂
Roseann O — Google review
As a group of volunteers for local memory clubs who support people living with dementia, we were fortunate enough to be treated to a Sunday morning cream tea return trip from Campbell Wharf to Great Linford, it was delightful, the weather was perfect and we all had a chance to relax, chat and enjoy a cream tea, and observe the beautiful countryside and wildlife along the canal, the Electra volunteer crew were excellent, so a big thank you to all involved. Our visit to The Residence Bar and Kitchen in Milton Keynes was an amazing experience. The venue boasts one of the most stunning interiors for a restaurant and bar, paired with an impressive selection of dishes to choose from. We ordered the Chicken Wings Sharing Board, which was bursting with flavour and accompanied by a variety of sauces to enjoy different tastes. Premier Express Train Station is a convenient store chain that offers a variety of baked, fresh, and packaged goods as well as alcohol sales. Travelers can easily reach Milton Keynes by taking a direct train from London Euston Station to Milton Keynes Central Station, with the journey lasting around 35 minutes. The station provides a clean shopping environment with an extensive selection of items and friendly staff.
Never had an issue here. The owner is incredibly kind, and helpful. They are always restocking and working. They are also one of the main off licences open during the festive season. I don’t understand the low reviews. Most people don’t seem to have patience if they’re busy. I just wish they had more imported American Soda, like the other off license at train station but apart from that, I can’t fault them. Also only place in MK you can get a German TSCHIBO Coffee, which is sublime. There used to be a tschibo shop in MK many years ago, but it sadly closed down. Also for Vapers: Highly recommend the Jucce Vape Juice. Grape Bubblegum slaps!!!

Went to return a parcel via Evri, and was shocked by how rudely I was spoken to. As I tried to scan a simple QR code, the owner immediately became volatile, shouting: “Don’t break my machine! Don’t break my machine!” which was completely uncalled for. I was calmly following the standard process and hadn’t even touched the machine inappropriately. If your equipment is that sensitive, perhaps consider putting up a clear, step-by-step guide for customers to follow instead of lashing out at them. A little professionalism goes a long way.
Fai A — Google review
Been biting my tongue with this shop for a couple of months now. At the first I was treated like human garbage but because I'm a very spiritual person I decided to give these people a chance out of goodwill. Upon request of the sisters owner I even donated some mailing bags to the owners sister as she needed them for her holiday despite her hating me the first time I walked inside the store. Yesterday the owner barked in my face like he wanted to hit me and told me to help the customer with the evri machine again treating me like human garbage. As a women I felt threatened. I think that's your job honey. Honestly I think it's now bordering on discrimination the way I have been mistreated since using this store by the owner. I learnt being nice to people does not always bring out the best in people. Some people just need to seek some mental help. I don't think he's human. He is devoid of customer service and communication skills.I don't think he had any experience prior to the job and thinks he's big shot all over sudden because he owns a store. Will be using the store in Springfield instead. Goodbye! I shouldn't think your store will stay open too long with this unhinged and vile behaviour! GET SOME PSYCHOLOGICAL HELP!

Rude staff kicked me out for having a cat in a pet carrier refused me service tried saying it's a healthy hazard and company policy load of rubbish complaints will be made.

Rude staff member got asked what was in my pockets and asked to empty them because I was looking up the aisle unsure of what snack I wanted... I'm 33 years old with 2 children and a decent job I'm certainly not stealing mars bars won't be returning

Brought food there today, stir fried chicken Noddle. The food was bad and slimy, I called to report the bad food sold at the store, I got a bad customer service. No apology.
Ayobola A — Google review
Rude, aggressive and bad service from the guys behind the counter at PREMIER NEWS MILTON KEYNES. I went 3 times to collect my order from Hugo Boss as this is an UPS collection point, and in a very arrogant and rude way the guys reply that “the UPS system is down and they can’t give the parcel” But it’s a really big piece of lie, because they don’t check the system before refusing to give the orders. I finally had to cancel the order from Hugo Boss. Wasted nearly one day, selecting my clothes carefully and going to that horrible place. Reporting this issue to UK trading standards as well.
Guillermo C — Google review
This shop doesn’t even deserve one star rating. This is the worst customer service ever you can receive. The staff’s here are absolutely rude and very aggressive. Forget about your needs they are not willing to hear as well. I called to the shop about my parcel and the guy kept asking from which company are you calling from i said I’m the customer and would like to speak with the manager of the store and then he rudely hung the line saying that the manager is on holiday for three weeks which is a complete lie coz i called the other day n they said if i call tomorrow i can speak with the manager. He also said i can’t waste my time. Don’t call. Absolutely nonsense. If you can’t help the customers with their parcels then why are you dealing with those companies. They should provide at least the minimum customer service. Shame!!!
