Lake Malta is a picturesque man-made lake that offers a variety of activities such as running and cycling. Adjacent to the lake, visitors can explore attractions like Jezyce with its street art and vibrant cafe scene, Kornik Castle where the legend of the 'White Lady' lingers, and the charming 'Vine Bridge' restaurant. In June, the Midsummer Night festival illuminates the sky with thousands of lanterns.
Reminds me of Pancharevo ezero in Bulgaria, a very nice walk around, but even better because of the many things to do around. There's a train, two roads - strictly for pedestrians and one for bikers only, ice cream and some restaurants at the far end as well as a whole amusement park and a zoo if you continue a bit further, But it's fine even for just a walk. Takes about 1 - 2 hours depending on your tempo. I loved that they put an honour to the medalists!

A lovely lake. It’s a 5.6km loop we ran around and a great way to see it! There’s a lot going on; mini golf, ski slope, acarde, thermal baths etc. Great visit and would recommend a few hours here
Holly K — Google review
A beautiful lake, especially for taking pict.. hehe the area is quite busy..A suitable area for relaxing, jogging,Read a book Or even just to enjoy the fresh air. There are several restaurants near the lake... so you don't need to worry if you're hungry 😁
Puja K — Google review
It has the wow effect. Lovely man made lake for rowing competition. Lots of activity on either side of the lake. One side, artificial ski slope and the other side- water park/ slide. There are also ‘beach’ type place where you can play beach volleyball and football. Not for swimming or u can swim but at your own peril…….
Kandan L — Google review
Great place for jogging , cycling, walking you pets or just simply outdoor walking . One of the biggest Man made lakes in Poznan. The water sport competitions are kept here. The area of the biggest Malta mall, Ski resort , and The Poznan Zoo. In winter they let it dry out , for cleaning purpose i guess.

A great location to walk. Very long, clean, and maintained path. Road noise is not too loud and is not audible in most.locations. Frequent benches and resting spots. Some eateries close by.

The Croissant Museum, also known as Rogalowe Muzeum Poznania, is a cultural museum located in a Renaissance tenement house. It is dedicated to showcasing the history of baking croissants, particularly the traditional St. Martin's croissant. Visitors can participate in interactive displays and exhibits to learn about the secrets of making this special pastry. The museum offers an experiential opportunity to bake their own unique Poznan specialty, the St.
Nice experience. The lecture about Poznań and the history of croissants is humorously led by young guides and is definitely worth a visit. We also got to taste a croissant. You can also sign up as a volunteer and participate in the production of a croissant. We bought the tickets online.
Marta V — Google review
Very nice and fun activity. The guy doing the show were really lovely and funny so it’s definetly a time you’ll enjoy. They tell about the origins of this tradition and explain how to make yourself a St Martin croissant. At the end, you have. A privileged view to the goats show on the town hill clock. I recommend this experience if you have time to spare in Poznan.
Juliana P — Google review
The Rogalowe croissant museum in Poznan, Poland is a fast paced talk, delivered with humour & lots of information. We found out the history of St. Martin & then how this very special croissant is made. It is interactive but not for the whole audience. They like to have between 6-8 helpers who complete different stages of the process of the croissant making. I have to let you into a secret that I did not enjoy the flavour of the croissant but knowing where it originates from more than made up for it.
Sally D — Google review
The St. Martin's croissant making experience is great fun! Suitable for all ages, very entertaining and well presented, and everyone gets to have a turn if they want to participate. The experience is very sensory friendly and child friendly, as they allow visitors to move around, leave the room for a bit, or take part in the class as they wish. Both hosts were knowledgeable and funny, they presented the history and tradition of these little pastries very well, and at the end of the class everyone got to taste a bit as well. There's also a great view of the town hall goats, if you join the 2pm class. Definitely book ahead though, as it does tend to sell out.
Bianca W — Google review
An entertaining experience and not what I had expected. The two guys running it were fun, made jokes and got the audience involved. From a little bit of history, to local dialect, to how they are made. 14:00 was the English version which was basically most nationalities that do not understand Polish. Worth a visit and definitely a nice way of spending an hour.
Richard A — Google review
We went to the croissant museum and it was so fun! The guys are funny when they’re explaining the history of the croissant. They let us take photos of the town square and it was beautiful. Highly recommend! The croissants were delicious

Did English language show. Very fun, interactive, and funny hosts. Family friendly and good way to get out of rainy weather! Buy tickets in advance online.

A very humorous and interactive experience. You get a sample of the St Martin croissant at the end. Hosts had good English and command. Pricey for the experience but overall enjoyed it.

The Imperial Castle, constructed between 1905 and 1910, is a prominent cultural center with bars, eateries, a museum, and tours. It's a favorite spot for photography enthusiasts due to its picturesque features like the Fountain of the Lions in the garden area. The castle's facade is adorned with intricate bas-reliefs depicting scenes from folklore and symbolic figures. Unlike most European cities that have one imperial castle, Poznan boasts two: the Royal Castle and the Imperial Castle.
A great place to visit in Poznań! You can walk around and explore it yourself. On the first floor, there are often interesting exhibitions. Upstairs, you’ll find a cozy cinema, a charming bookstore, and a lovely café with an amazing atmosphere. Definitely this place is worth stopping by if you’re in the area because of its history and the exhibition on the matter!
Bożena K — Google review
A modern / historic building with an interesting history. Beautiful rooms, but most are empty or display art / photography. This due to the building being converted and restored over the past 100 years. A lot of original furniture has been destroyed during various transitions of power. Lots of toilets and cloak rooms to store outer garments. I found the building to be warm. Very cheap entry tickets, I saw lifts and platform lifts for wheelchairs. Also a small cafe is on site. There is also a cinema situated within the building. Some small gardens outside, which were free to enter. I didn't see any parking. I saw braille maps and signs or description in. braille in every room. You can also pay for an audio tours.
Kerry B — Google review
From the outside, the castle looks nice, and the gardens, though small, are open to the public, which is a great option. However, the interior didn’t impress me. Navigation is unclear even with a map, and there are many doors likely rented out to third parties, which takes away from the castle atmosphere. Overall, it feels quite empty and not very engaging. The terrace with a city view was closed, probably unavailable during winter months.
Mateusz R — Google review
Very nice place to visit. Castle with not the best history. Interiors of the castle is quite empty but we enjoyed walk around and spent some time in back garden. We didn't pay as there was nobody at the entrance and garden or park is free for everyone.
Tereza H — Google review
Very nice castle with mix of old and new. The tickets are well priced and you can get an audio guide. The castle is much bigger than it appears. It took about an hour and a half to walk the entire tour. I highly recommend using the audio guide to give you an idea of the history of the building.
Santos L — Google review
Definitely worth the visit! Great views with a lot to see. Tickets are so cheap for what you gain on this experience

Cafe
Stragan Kawiarnia started as a coffee spot in a shopping mall in Poznan in 2011 and has now evolved into a standalone cafe with a modern interior and top-notch equipment. The cafe features a beautiful Victoria Arduino Black Eagle coffee machine, Mahlkonig and Nuova Simonelli grinders, and a long brew bar where skilled baristas craft drip or AeroPress coffee.
Fantastic café! The staff were attentive and energetic. The specialty coffee was amazing, the Aeropress was prepared perfectly. The standout however was the massive bagels, enough to fill you up for the day. They're made fresh with high-quality ingredients that are packed with flavour. Can't recommend this spot enough as a great way to start your day.

Visited here twice while I was in this city. Lots of sunlight in the cafe made it great place to visit in the morning. I had coffee and bagel, and sandwiches. They were fresh! Always full with people but not too much to interrupt peaceful mornings. vibrant place!
SY J — Google review
A nice little café with good coffee and snacks. The bagels weren’t quite like traditional bagels, but they still tasted good. Overall, they serve tasty food and coffee, making it a pleasant spot to stop.

A great place to start the day! The breakfast is delicious – especially the fresh bagel paired with a really good coffee. The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff are incredibly friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Dima S — Google review
A very nice place. Inside is very quiet and you can't hear noise from the street. I've got matcha and basic bagel + extra bacon and it was all very tasty :>

Their V60 was good, not too sweet but semi-sweet flavors. Comfortable seat. I enjoyed reading there.

I spent a month in Poznan, and the lovely ladies at this cafe kept me caffeinated the whole time. Friendly smiles, beautiful flat whites, and tasty bagels - what more could you ask for?

Popped in early one morning (a lot of places nearer the Old Town Square don’t open until 10am and this opens at 8am) to get a latte to go and it was great. Next time I’d double up on the espresso but the latte was great even without that. Would recommend :)

Brewery
Brovaria, established in 2004 in Poznan, is a unique establishment that combines a brewery, restaurant, and hotel. Situated on the historic Market Square in the Old Town, it boasts elegant interiors preserving traditional decor. The venue offers a sophisticated restaurant and brewery along with complimentary Wi-Fi. Visitors can enjoy house lagers produced in massive copper drums and savor delicious meals while sitting at the bar or in the more typical brew-pub area.
I'm no beer expert, but wow — everything I tried here was amazing! I asked to try something unique, and they gave me a tasting set of three beers they brew themselves. I genuinely loved all of them! I also asked for a little something to go with the beer, and their recommendation was perfect. Super friendly staff, great vibes, and delicious craft beer. Definitely coming back!
Aliaksandr T — Google review
Spent two nights in this beautiful hotel in the Old Market Square. The hotel is fantastic as is the brewery, bar and restaurant. Breakfast and evening meal were first class. Happy hour on the outside terrace is a lovely touch. Staff were very helpful and friendly. A special shout out for the manager Patrick who went out of his way for us. Unfortunately Hibs got beaten at the football you cannot win them all. We highly recommend this hotel. Tam and Laura from Edinburgh
Laura M — Google review
A very nice boutique hotel on the main square with very good prices for what you get. At the hotel there is a restaurant with a bar who brew their own beer (you see a piece in the restaurant upstairs). But the really cherry on the top of it is the receptionist Patryk. Such a nice, warm person with a good humor and a human touch of everything. A BIG thanks to him for everything what he did that our stay in Poznan was perfect...keep that good work and I next time I definitly stay at the hotel again 💪
Peter D — Google review
This review is for the restaurant only. Not th hotel. Food was excellent, both in flavor and presentation. The ribs were tender and the salmon was balanced. Karina, our server, was polite and checked in on us regularly. My only critique with the food is the extra hot sauce I ordered. It was not hot nor spicy in any way -- and I paid extra for it. Other than that, excellent restaurant with a good beer selection and great customer service!
Nabil R — Google review
Great hotel in the best location. Patryk and staff made us very welcome. What a treat to stay in a hotel, that has a brewery and a great restaurant. It's located on the central square, which is drop dead gorgeous and convenient for exploring Poznan.
Joyce P — Google review
Brovaria In October 2025 we stayed in Brovaria for almost one week. We found that the greeting on arrival and ongoing service from the management, Reception and restaurant/bar team was exceptional – pleasant, proactive and informative. No request was too much trouble and there was a ‘Can do’ attitude throughout our stay. It is important to note that, as an older style of building, there is no lift but, again, this wasn’t an issue as our luggage was carried up to our room. The room was large, comfortable and had pretty well everything we needed. The hotel spent a period of time out of service for renovations and this is certainly very apparent – the décor is superb. With several rooms available for dining and/or drinking, we had little problem arranging suitable times to take our meals. We would certainly recommend the bar at the front of the building as well as the cellar bar/restaurant and breakfast/ lunch dining area. The room to aim for, however, especially for dinner, is the beer hall – so called because that is where the brewery is situated. As a restaurant (offering formal or casual dining), an hotel or a bar, Brovaria is to be recommended. Excellent service is on offer throughout the establishment. We look forward to staying there again, the next time we’re in Poznan. Thank you to the entire team.
Ian B — Google review
Beautiful hotel in a great central location in the main square. We were there for a week and had breakfast in the hotel every day, ate in the restaurant and had drinks in the bars. The hotel has it's own brewery so we sampled the beers. The staff were all brilliant, very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. A special thanks to the reception staff who gave us tips on places to visit and how to get around Poznan. A very enjoyable week and would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of visiting Poznan.

Na Winklu is a cozy restaurant located near the cathedral in Poznan, known for its delicious homemade pierogies. The casual eatery also offers a selection of beer, coffee, and desserts. Visitors rave about the friendly service and recommend making reservations to secure a seat at this popular spot. While it's situated a bit further from the city center, many agree that the trip across the Warta river is well worth it for the delectable food served here.
This is a real gem and definitely worth the walk out of the centre of town. We visited after exploring the cathedral island. Service is quick and there are lots of options to choose from. The dumplings themselves were excellent! We tried boiled pork and baked sauerkraut and mushroom - both were great.

We have tried dumplings in different cities of Poland and this is the best we have ever tried Nice dough, juicy fillings, mouthwatering sauces Not to mention the best view watching the church and bridge at the corner Highly recommended

What a wonderful place with tasty food. We ordered 3 types of boiled pierogis and all of them were perfect. Chicken liver, russian and cabbage with mushrooms all of them with fried onion on top what was just perfection. 3 types of sauces to go with that. Amazing, soft dough. If you are in Poznań this is a place to eat! Clean and stylish place with nice and clean toilet. Great atmosphere and reasonable prices! DZIĘKUJĘ!

Great place for lunch, both baked and boiled dumplings were delicious. Baked dumplings cheese potatoes and basil. Boiled chicken liver dumplings and cheese potoes😋. The beer was also smooth. Quite a good lunch crowd. Nice view of the saint Peter n Paul church

Best pierogis we’ve ever had. We ordered the boiled pierogies with chicken livers (rich & delicious), and the baked pierogis with chicken, sun dried tomatoes, & gouda, which gave us calzone vibes, yet crispier. So so good. The garlic sauce was divine - very garlicky and creamy. Cannot wait to return to Poznań so we can eat here again.

Perfect place to Go! It was a recommendation of our tour guide. We had a very good beatroot carpacchio as a starter and mixed baked dumplins as a main course. Local brewed beer from the owners friend made it Perfect. Even if it is a moment to Walk from the city center, it‘s absolutely worth.

Stary Browar is a unique 19th-century brick brewery transformed into a vibrant shopping and cultural center in Poznan. With over 200 stores and restaurants, it offers a diverse range of shopping experiences, from boutique shops to supermarkets. Visitors can explore an array of products, including fashion items, antiques, and rare vodkas at bargain prices. The complex also features the colorful Wielkopolski Square market, offering homemade goods and insights into Polish daily life.
A beautiful location, loads of shops (a variety of different types and price ranges) A selection of cafes, restaurants and fast-food. These can be found spread out around shopping centre. Lifts, escalators and parking available, spread out over multiple floors. I went to the jewellery store W. Kruk, and bought rings for excellent value. It is very warm inside building, I visited in late February and I didn't wear a coat. Toilets are available.

Stary Browar Shopping Mall A Unique Blend of Art, Culture, and Commerce Stary Browar in Poznań is not just a shopping mall it’s a remarkable fusion of history, art, and modern retail. Built on the site of a 19th century brewery, this shopping center offers a one of a kind experience that sets it apart from typical malls. Its name literally means "Old Brewery," and the architectural design preserves many of the original elements, blending them seamlessly with sleek, contemporary structures. The mall features a wide range of stores, from high end fashion boutiques to well known global brands like Levi’s, Sephora, and Guess. It's a great place to shop for clothes, accessories, cosmetics, or unique gifts. Beyond shopping, there’s an impressive selection of cafés, bars, and restaurants, catering to both quick snacks and fine dining experiences. The food court and sit-down venues offer both international and Polish cuisine. What makes Stary Browar truly special is its dedication to art and culture. The mall regularly hosts exhibitions, installations, and cultural events, making a visit feel like a museum experience as much as a shopping trip. There’s also a theater space and an art gallery within the complex. Clean, elegant, and centrally located, Stary Browar is easily accessible by tram or foot from the city center. Its atmosphere is vibrant yet relaxed, attracting both locals and tourists. Whether you're looking to shop, eat, relax, or discover local creativity, Stary Browar is a must-visit in Poznań. Overall, Stary Browar successfully combines commercial appeal with cultural depth, offering something for everyone a destination that truly captures the spirit of the city.

The National Museum of Agriculture in Szreniawa is a cultural gem that offers a fascinating insight into the history of food production and its impact on modern farming. The museum boasts an extensive collection showcasing folk culture, land reclamation, food processing, fertilization, and more. Visitors can explore vintage plows, tractors, bikes, and even interact with farm animals in the petting zoo.
Vast and amazing museum costing just 20 zl covering lots of historical interests and beyond: -agriculture (growing grains, making oil and flour etc) -farm machinery -cars -brewing and distilling -farm animals (you can pet some of them like goats) Really interesting day out. Many, but not all of the exhibits have English translations (would be great to have them for everything as the exhibits are so interesting) . There is an audio guide but we didn’t take this so not sure if it was good. Lots of toilets and a good cafe.

The Merchants' Houses in Poznan, also known as Domki Budnicze, are a collection of colorful and narrow houses located near the Town Hall. These historic buildings are a prime example of early commercial architecture in Poznan, dating back to the 13th century. Originally constructed from wood, they were used by local merchants to sell everyday items such as salt, candles, and torches.
The entire area of Stary Ranek is a beauty tk behold! The restaurants on the side of the roads are well arranged. Despite the teeming number of tourists, the streets are quite clean. Heard the view is even more majestic at night. You should definitely give it a second look at night.

Perched on Przemysl Hill, the Royal Castle is a modern reconstruction of a 13th-century fortress that once served as the seat of Polish King Przemysl II. The castle's thick walls and defense tower reflect its medieval significance. Today, it houses the Museum of Applied Arts and offers an observation deck with breathtaking panoramic views of Poznan.
Pretty art Polish and Flamish. Nice collection of Nederland tales from Rotterdam and Amsterdam. Lovely jewerly collection and unique Hair neclace, Victorian earrings. Go on Tueday when its completly free.

Nice architecture. The museum is quite small but has interesting objects shown. The staff spoke English, however the text is in polish (we used our phones to translate so it didn't change much).

My first visit in Poland was Pozńan. It was closed at 16:00, but I arrived at 15:30 p.m. The observatory was over, but I asked them to let me see it politely, and I could see beautiful old city in Poznań. Finally I came down after watching it before 16:00(relief) There's no need for words. It's so beautiful!!! beautiful!

We went on a Sunday and I don't know why but the staff told us it was free entry that day. Very nice view from the roof and a lot of interesting items throughout the museum. Cloakrooms staff were rude, but everyone else working there was lovely.
Aisling S — Google review
The view was standing and it was cheap as well. It wasnt busy at all which I loved. I went to the roof for the view on a sunday at rougly 4 o clock.
Jesse H — Google review
The museum itself is quite nice however the service was poor. The workers seemed quite angry as if they didn't want to be there, security follows you around literally everywhere aka. Your being stalked, the lift to the tower was broken and toilets on the first floor shut down.
Subertub ! — Google review
The views from the top of the tower are okay. The elevator was not working, so we had to walk. The staff were unapproachable and the exhibits underwhelming. Only worth visiting for the view from the top of the tower. It was not busy, which suggests how underwhelming it is.
James S — Google review
Firstly, to my surprise & delight, entrance is free on a Tuesday. If you go up to the top of the Tower, onto the outside terrace, you get good views of the Old Town and beyond. A lift takes you up 6 floors and then it's just a few steps to the top. The exhibition of artifacts itself is very good and I particularly like the way they've designed the lighting, many glass cabinets of internal lighting or spotlights directed from high above. This really cuts down or eliminates back refection in the glass which often interfers with viewing/photographing items. The collection covers furniture, ceramics, glass & metal, weapons, jewellery etc. Items presented here cover a period from middle ages to modern times. The other thing to mention is that information on the exhibits is also given in English.

Blue Note Jazz Club is a renowned venue located in Poznan, offering live jazz performances by both local and international musicians. Situated in the basement of the Cultural Centre Zamek, it provides a relaxing atmosphere for enjoying various non-commercial music genres. The club also hosts well-known acts from other musical styles, making it a versatile destination for music enthusiasts.
I was pleasantly surprised to find, in contrast to the ticket stating "Standing only", the concert was seated, with seats around tables all facing forward. It was great to get a couple of seats relatively near the front despite arriving only 15 mins before showtime. Staff were friendly and helpful and there was a very good selection of drinks at the bar. I liked the calm relaxed atmosphere and friendly crowd as we watched Braxton Cooke, the audience being very appreciative of the music, and the great show.
Agberolistic — Google review
Iconic watering hole with live band. If you are into Jazz and such classy music, this is a must go-to joint, although there's not necessarily Jazz every night. What needs improvement? The tables and chairs are too packed it's almost a fire hazard. The bartender also takes quite a bit of time to make drinks, even a straight-up whiskey, neat.
Free F — Google review
The Jazz Mecca in Poland. This is one of those places that needs to be put on a bucket list. Famous Jazz musicians swing by and this place is never the same. The atmosphere is electric. Just today I had a pleasure to see and listen to Jan „Ptaszyn” Wróblewski, the legend himself, and his quartet. Blue Note was packed and rightly so. When travelling to Poznań, one needs to stop by the Blue Note for a Jazz venue.

Great atmosphere for live jazz concerts. The only problem is that it's often hard to get seats and you need to stand. Also the concert was supposed to start at 8pm but started 45 minutes too late. When you have to stand - it's really hard. Still - recommended.

Poznan's Town Hall, a 14th-century marvel with a stunning gothic facade and ornate entrance hall, is steeped in history. Inside the Historical Museum of Poznan awaits, offering an immersive journey through the city's past. The nearby City Church of St. Stanislav and Lady boasts beautiful baroque architecture and often serenades passersby with its famous organs. The Imperial Castle also holds intriguing historical significance.
Poznań Town Hall, located in the city’s Old Market Square, is a stunning Renaissance building dating back to the 16th century. Famous for its mechanical goats that emerge from the clock tower at noon, it houses the Poznań Town Hall Museum and is a key architectural landmark in the city. The building is known for its intricate design and historical significance. According to the story, a cook at the Town Hall accidentally burned the dinner he was preparing for the town’s important officials. As punishment, he was thrown out of the building and onto the Market Square. In retaliation, the cook reportedly climbed the tower and installed two goats that would appear each day at noon, butting heads as a humorous reminder of his mishap. The goats have since become an iconic part of Poznań's Town Hall, with the tradition lasting for centuries.

I recently visited Hall Town in Poznań and had a really good time! The place is spacious, clean, and well-organized. I went there for a small local event and was impressed with how professional everything looked. The staff were super friendly and helpful — they answered all my questions with a smile. The building itself is modern and has a nice atmosphere. It’s perfect for events, meetings, or even just hanging out with friends. I liked the lighting inside — it felt cozy but also fresh and bright. The bathrooms were very clean, which is always a big plus. There’s also a little café area where you can grab a coffee or snack. Prices were fair, and the quality was good. The location is great too — not far from the city center, and it’s easy to get there by public transport. Overall, I would definitely recommend Hall Town to anyone looking for a cool place for events or gatherings in Poznań. I’ll be happy to come back in the future!

Ratuszova Restauracja & Apartamenty A.D. 1954 is a refined restaurant located in a Renaissance tenement house in the historical heart of Poznan. The interiors are adorned with magnificent frescos and elaborate murals, creating an atmosphere akin to dining in a palace. The menu features traditional Polish dishes, such as prime sirloin tartare and duck baked with apples.
This was the best restaurant meal we have enjoyed in many years. It truly was exceptional! We had travelled to Poznan for a 4 night break with our friends. As it was their 31st wedding anniversary on our second night we decided that we wanted a special meal. A UK based friend who is originally from Poznan recommended the RATUSZOVA Restaurant. We were not disappointed! The food was interesting, visually stunning, beautifully cooked and so so tasty. Honestly, my steak melted in my mouth. Our waitress was sensitive, attentive and helped to make this an amazing 5 star experience! Our meal cost us 1300 zloty in total: the equivalent of £65/€70 each person! It was truly a bargain at that price! I don’t think Poznan can offer a better dining experience! A huge ‘Thank You’ to the chef and other kitchen and waiting staff at RATUSZOVA. If we come back to Poznan, we will definitely be coming back to you!

Great location and friendly staff. We had the lunch offer for 49 zl pp, which was well composed with a good soup as a starter and to main course we got duck. Heated plates to the main course and an amuse-bouche to start with, shows they care about the guests.

Location was great! Easy check in, but keep in mind that you will be getting your check in at the restaurant, if you get there after hours, you’ll not be able to do so. Also these are historical buildings, meaning no elevator. Comfortable bed, regular in room amenities. Highly recommend.

We stayed in one of the apartments for 2 nights and ate the restaurant twice. Both were superb! Restaurant: elevated Polish dishes, the best sour rye/żurek soup I’ve ever had, and friendly staff. Park Cytadela in Poznan is not just a simple park, but also an open-air gallery with sculptures by various artists and part of the fortifications from the Prussian era. It's a valuable place for nature and biodiversity, making it popular for picnics and leisurely strolls. The park houses the historic Cytadela Fort from the 19th century and remnants of the former military fortress.
Enormous park not too far from the city center. Super great playground So many things for kids plus lots of art all over the park! Poznań Cathedral, located on the historic Ostrow Tumski island in Poznań, Poland, is a grand Roman Catholic place of worship with a mix of architectural styles including Gothic and Baroque elements. The cathedral features a monumental double-towered structure and has undergone reconstruction after being damaged in 1945. It houses the crypt where early Polish kings were buried and showcases relics dating back to the 10th century.

The church is beautiful and truly impressive, absolutely worth visiting and admiring inside and outside. However, I do NOT recommend paying the 7 zloty to see the crypt: there is hardly anything to look at, you walk through it in a minute, and it doesn’t really add much value.

The cathedral in Poznań, together with a visit to Cathedral Island and the museum, is an absolute must-see in Poland. It holds the utmost importance for anyone interested in Polish history, reaching back to the year 966 – the time of the first ruler and the beginning of Polish Christianity. For me, it also explains why Polish society remains so deeply connected with the Christian tradition.

he Sint-Petrus-en-Paulusbasiliek in Poznań is one of the most interesting churches I've ever seen. The contrast between the deep, dark tones and the lavish gold detailing creates an atmosphere that feels almost otherworldly. It has a dramatic, almost mystical presence that sets it apart from many other churches. Walking inside, you’re immediately struck by the richness of the interior. The golden accents shine beautifully against the darker surroundings, giving the whole place a sense of grandeur and mystery. It’s definitely a must-visit for anyone who appreciates unique and atmospheric church architecture. Also the red bridge outside combines well with it I think.

A must-see in Poznań! This museum is best experienced together with a visit to Cathedral Island, as the two complement each other perfectly. The audio tour is also interactive as it gives you many things to do and exhibits to see. It is not too hard to navigate between the different exhibits since the audio tour walks you through the museum in a step-by-step manner and is easy to follow. The restaurant there is a but small and doesn't provide many options so you are better off eating somewhere else. Also, make sure that you go on a sunny day since you can take pictures on a terrace and the rain may not make you picture pretty!

delicious place! we spent 2 hours there on an interactive tour with an audio guide. there are few historical exhibits, but there are film modules in each room. I learned much more about King Przemysław - who was actually as important as the other great kings of Poland. I highly recommend it, even to those who are not interested in history, to understand what the beginnings of the Polish Country were like.

The Brama Poznania Museum in Poznań offers a delightful experience for visitors. Its exhibits provide a fascinating glimpse into the city's history, while the interactive displays add an engaging element to the visit. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable, enhancing the overall experience. It's definitely worth a visit if you're in Poznań!

Really excellent high tech multimedia exhibition taking you through the history of Cathedral Island and beyond. I would actually recommend coming here before visiting the Archdiocesan Museum or Cathedral as you'll pick up information from the audio guide and videos about both these places. The smart audio guide knows where you are and automatically plays a commentary for that area. Additionally if you more information about any exhibit you can point audio guide at the headphones symbol and press play. Good views from the terrace on the roof of the building and after you've completed your tour, head across the glass sides bridge to the Cathedral Lock.

Great museum! Got the tram from hotel here and walked about 5 mins to get to the museum. Can't remember cost of entrance but it was cheap and included audio guide and an audio guide for the cathedral also. Spent maybe 2 hrs here and really enjoyed it ! Very informative, interactive and fun! Nice observation deck near the end of self guided tour also. don't have kids, but it's great for kids with lots of kids educational play areas also! If in Poznan I wouldn't miss this one!

Chocolate lover's paradise - Cacao Republika is the place to go for a delicious hot chocolate. The small cafe has an intimate and charming atmosphere, making it perfect for dates or with friends. There are also delicious hot chocolates available every day.
This is the place to come and feel cozy. Do you miss that time from childhood where your mom decided you needed to be pampered and feel like royalty? This place will bring that back. There are warm blankets on the chairs, and the hot chocolate is thick like syrup, the way you probably would have made it yourself as a kid if left to your own devices. There’s cake! There’s soft padded benches! There’s an upstairs that you can probably reserve for a party! Come and try out Cacao Republika!

A cosy and nice cafe serves one of the best hot chocolate in the city. There are 2 floors, and it is better to make a reservation in advance if you would like to have a window seat. Quite full when arrive there around 5pm. People keep coming. Hot chocolate is very good, creamy and rich. There are classic hot chocolate or special ones with chilli powder. Also they provides hot chocolate with liquior.

It was okay, nothing much is super. Price is quite high expensive for the ice cream!

The hot chocolate here is to die for !! I had the Amerykanski which was delicious, my friend had the Aztecka which in my opinion was a little too spicy but the additional desert that we ordered balanced it out. We were lucky to come here early, the place gets packed very fast so reservations are necessary if big groups plan to come here 😉.

Quick chocolate fantasy satisfaction. We ordered: Poznan Choco Muffin Cossack's Coffee Pros : 1. Good service. 2. Epic seating arrangement on the upper floor. 3. Great chocolate muffin. 4. Coffee with alcohol. Unique. Cons : 1. Ice cream with Choco could have been more. 2. Coffee quality could be better.

Outdoor Activities
New Zoo is a sprawling 120-hectare zoological garden, making it the second largest in the country. The zoo is renowned for its modern naturalistic habitats and diverse array of animals, including African elephants, giraffes, zebras, Siberian tigers, and European bison. One of its highlights is the aviaries housing a variety of owls and participating in breeding programs for golden eagles.
Super cheap and lots of animals. For 15zl (£3) in winter you get to see elephants, lions, tigers, giraffes, rhinos and many more. The animals also have lots of room and seem well looked after. However, it is quite a long walk all the way around the zoo as the enclosures are big and spaced out and i don’t think the train runs in winter. Overall a good day out. There is a bus stop outside the zoo with buses every half an hour or you can walk 20 minutes to the tram.
Grace S — Google review
There are many exotic animals: loons, tigers, giraffes, zebras, camels, elephants, wolves, red pandas, rhinos etc. The zoo is very big; it feels like taking a walk in the jungle. The animals are in an imitation of their natural environment so they can decide not to show up.
Golden O — Google review
Gorgeous vast space for animals. Loved the elephants, bears, giraffes, camels and bisons. It's so peaceful and quiet there. It's was not overcrowded. It's all in the forest and very natural. We liked the resemblance of natural habitats.
Julia J — Google review
Big zoo with lots of animals. There are also restaurants and snack cars. There is a small train as well. I recommend to not sit in it the whole round but go for a stop or two as you miss a lot when you just sit in it. We went especially for the Manuls, which one likes to sit on the rocks like a model, and the other one liked to hide in a tree. Finally we saw them and were very excited!
Fiona W — Google review
I went there yesterday with my friend and spent a few hours walking around and appreciating the beauty of nature. Only four stars because there were some attractions that closed quickly/weren't available such as elephants or the train around the zoo. I honestly didn't expect the zoo to be a literal park but I didn't mind it, it added to the atmosphere especially since it's Autumn and all those leafs had its charm. We didn't experience any queues since our visit was on a weekday (Thursday). My friend took all of those beautiful photos.

Additionally, it provides services such as the Concierge or Hands Free Shopping for stress-free shopping. The center's architecture features designer furniture and installations by European artists.
One of the best shopping malls in Poznan. There's everything you need, from supermarkets, brand stores, cinema, and bowling. For those interested in such brands, here is where you can find the flagships store of Primark and LEGO. Shopping mall that was designed by fools. On the 2nd floor, there is no simple way down. There is an escalator, but only moving up. You go 100m forward, another escalator, again, only up. You go another 100m forward - the end of the floor, and no way down again.

Nice place to do all your shopping. It's easy to find staff that speaks English. It's very big, full of options to eat and stores to buy. Saturdays are usually very crowded, and the stores suffer to handle that many people.

You guys better plan a whole day or two bc that mall is very big and has many great stores that you wont find in every country in europe. I will go again if I have the time and opportunity to go bc Poznań is far but it is super worth it. Love love love ❤️ (and the people who work there are just as great. When i was there it was very hygienic and clean as well so there is nothing I can complain about besides the awkward position of the bathrooms and the escalators but thats rlly not that big of a deal)

It's an interesting man made lake that was a bit difficult to get to. I took a bus to the outskirts and then headed through the woods following Google maps. Not a good idea as it's easy to get lost that way following the supposed footpaths on the map. It is a bit eerie too so a bit creepy to walk through alone.

One of the nicer places close to Poznań. The lakes really nice though the water weeds often fill the lake so immensely that you can barely swim or fish in it. Loved the low key, no frils jazz vibe. Really cheap for the drinks we ordered but sadly the red wine they gave us was undrinkable as it was such poor quality and we didn't have time to try something else afterwards. Would still recommend however.

We were invited to a wedding in the area, and my husband found this bar with a quick online search. The atmosphere felt cosy, with top cocktails and decent music in the background. I do not recommend this place if you want to smoke regular cigarettes. Lady at the ticket counter doesn't seems to be customer friendly. They don't have a smoking zone and they suggests you to go outside for a smoke, but when you return after smoke, they will ask for entry fees again, even if you show them a valid ticket. On the other hand, many other likely people are allowed to go out and come back without interruption. Felt it sort of a racism. Could hardly witness any foreigner there. If you carry E-cigarette, then you might call it your day. Good luck.

The only decent club in Poznan, been there for 3 nights in a row after being disappointed by Pacha and Cuba libre. Mostly young people - 18-24 max. It has two dance floors, the first one is mainly Polish hip hop with the occasional English song. The 2nd one is more internationally themed, a quite a lot of techno and some nice other songs. The entrance fee seems to change every night, and so does the price of the drinks? Overall, a pretty good experience.

Discriminatory, insulting, and unprofessional entrance. Attended and went to get fresh air from outside, return was denied entrance for reasons that were blatantly false. I do not recommend hosting parties/events at this location. Some people from one's party group may just get turned down by the entrance workers for literally no reason. Located in the picturesque Old Town of Beirut, Shisha Beirut Bar & Restaurant is one of the best places to go if you're into shisha smoking. The bar has over 60 varieties and flavors of shisha to choose from, as well as an opportunity to try ice, rum, wine, or champagne with your water pipe.
Hi there! 😊 We think the most recent review might have been about our group, since we were celebrating a birthday that night. Just to clear things up: Yes, we did play some music – but it wasn’t only Polish rap. We actually mixed it up with Arabic, Latin, Afro, and Polish music, because we wanted everyone to feel included. After all, we’re in Poland 🇵🇱, so of course Polish music has a place too. One of our friends who was with us is Arab, and even she enjoyed the mix – so it definitely wasn’t about taking away from the atmosphere. We kept the volume at a normal level, and from what we saw, people around us were also having a good time. Honestly, it feels like you took it a bit too personal, almost as if you know us, when in reality we were just a group of friends celebrating our friends birthday and spreading positive vibes. Making people dance, even offering them to pick any song they like. We chose this place because we respect the Arabic vibe (the belly dance show was amazing 💃, the food and shisha were great too!) and we knew it would be perfect for a special night. Maybe our styles of fun are different, and that’s okay – but we definitely didn’t come to ruin anything. For us, it was an unforgettable night, and we’ll happily come back again! 🎉
Marta “ — Google review
The waiters are extremely nice and helpful. But in lunchtime the place was too dark to joyfully eat with friends, and - what is worse - the food did not satisfy the expectations in a lebanese restaurant: two typical meals from the Levant of the West Asia such as baba galoush and falafel were quite disappointing, specifically the latter, which had less sauce than necessary (both the couscous and the salad were dry).
Alfons G — Google review
I was there few times. Good shishamen, they know their card and could easily recommend what you tell them you expect. Many flavors. Inside - local is very climatic, clean. There is an air conditioning.
Ania J — Google review
Shisha and drink were ok but the food is very disappointing to disgusting at some point. Hummus is not hummus its Tahini. Labne is not Labne it taste more cheese. The kafta taste like cheap meat . Chicken dry without garlic dip which is the basic. Fattouch is not fattouch its some kind of a salad mixture but eatable. Bread is old. Cheese manouche is horrible with the smelly salty cheese. Food has nothing to do with Lebanon!!! 👎
Laurene B — Google review
The restaurant looks good, but the problem is that you go to an Arabic bar to experience the Arabic atmosphere and you hear polish rap. For me, it was too much. Some girls changed the music to terrible. We left in disgust. The food was good, but we also had to wait an hour. If you want to create an Arabic restaurant, don't ruin it like this and don't give these girls access to music:) +for belly dance, the girls were wonderful🥰

Great. And interesting place to have fun after a stressful week. Definitely switching over to Saturday party which looks more cooler than Fridays. On weekends, Dancing is far more better approach to de-stress than getting drunk

It’s not the guests who are aggressive it’s the security. Untrained, over-muscled, and clearly lacking education or basic empathy. Instead of ensuring safety and offering support, they treat people like threats, with arrogance and no understanding of the situation. They act like machines with no emotional intelligence. It’s a shame, because everything else about the place has real potential. The rest of the team bartenders, club staff, and the people coming to enjoy the night absolutely top-notch. 5 stars for the atmosphere, service, and positive energy. If only the security could match that level, it would be a perfect experience.

Poor service and staff, we went in as a group for student night and lady at reception desk was unpleasant and unwelcoming. In addition, the club was empty and undertaffed at drink bars. The staff previous to my visit was better. The current workers at Cuba Libre are not worth a night of fun. Im sorry to say but I rather party elsewhere at Rynek like Pacha or Czeko. Save your time, money and fun for another club.

Everything is modest, usually, but the picture that impressed me the most was when two guards literally dragged a guy who was drunk and falling asleep, grabbed him and throwing him over chairs and dragging him along the floor. The guy did not rowdy, but simply fell asleep while sitting. From a legal point of view, this is considered excessive or inappropriate use of force, or violence. Even the police have no right to allow themselves this, so judge for yourself whether it is worth spending time in such a place.

Cannot fault the experience I had here and would recommend Weranda whole heartedly! Very pretty and quaint cafe. Loved the design and interior. The staff were all incredibly friendly and attentive so we felt well taken care of. The food was delicious with a brimming menu with so many options of polish dishes and more cafe style bits. Also very reasonably priced given the quality of the meals.

Such a charming little café! The interior was absolutely lovely — cozy, calm, and full of thoughtful details that made us feel instantly at home. We shared a few plates and were blown away by the delicious cheese selection, paired with fresh, quality bread. The generous amount of greens on the side was a beautiful touch fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor. And the cake? Simply divine! A truly delightful spot that we’ll definitely come back to.

Pyra Bar Poznań is a restaurant located in the Old Town of Poznań, where potato enthusiasts have created a menu focused on the versatile tuber. The establishment offers a variety of potato-based dishes such as fries, jacket potatoes, pancakes, and potato cakes. One can savor regional specialties like pyry s bzikiem (baked potato with cottage cheese) and stamppotjes with bacon and sauerkraut.
Great please if you want to take someone for a local food! Reasonable prices and huge portions. Delicious! You ordered at the bar and the staff is very friendly and helpful with recommendations.

We went here hoping to experience the Polish cuisine. The food was tasty, but it all felt more like a snack bar. You have to order your food at the bar and pay immediately. We wanted to have a starter first and then mains but the menu doesn’t really take starters into account. So we opted for a kids soup (which is half a portion) and as mains we went for jacked potato. I ordered and payed and before I even was back at the table the soup was already served. And halfway the soup the waiter brought our mains. It all felt so rushed, 20 minutes in and we were done with our food. It was tasty and good, but if I you want a restaurant setting I’d recommend going somewhere else. This is more functional food.

My favorite place to eat in Poznań! The staff was super friendly and easy to talk to, the food was amazing, and even the lemonade was great. I had the potatoes with herrings and was really satisfied. The prices are great too, very cheap for the quality. If I ever come back to Poznań, I’ll definitely return to Pyra Bar!

Employees very friendly and helpful, they speak English. The place is very nice decorated, one has to order in the bar and then they take the food to your table, the place has 2 floors, a lot of space inside and a lovely space outside for sunny days. Food was ready in 10 min or less, We payed 26€ for one soup of the day, one (small) Wegenerator casserole, one Szare ale jarskie, one cola and 1 beer. Pretty reasonable price. More than 10 vegetarian options available. The bathroom is clean and nice, the music is not too loud, and the portions are very full filling. I recommend trying this place. I attach image of the English menu.

Nestled within the historic Poznan Citadel, the Old Zoo, also affectionately known as the Zoo on the Citadel, is a charming destination that beautifully marries nature with history. This quaint zoo has roots dating back to 1874 and offers visitors a peaceful retreat filled with well-kept paths and lush greenery.
The entrance is for free. It’s not really a proper zoo anymore but there are still a lot of animals there to see. Animals are well fed. Good for kid but I also enjoyed it as an adult :)
Techhong L — Google review
It’s not a zoo anymore. I would call it like an animal park. They can change it to a pet animal or domestic animal park. It’s a definite place for family and kids. A Green lung to the city. It’s open for everyone. My kids enjoyed and I could let them run around because it is safe.
Lijoys 1 — Google review
Not much to do on Sunday when shops are all closed and free admission so why not? Not many "real" animals but it's clean and nice to walk around and again, it's free so can't complain :) They at least tried to showcase some animals even though the real animals probably had day off
Angel S — Google review
Cute zoo, well worth the visit! It had so many different animals to see. The llamas were adorable. And so many turtles hanging around the pond. Loved it. Good activity to pass a few hours with friends, family, or even solo!
Pam K — Google review
Quaint and lovely, a very peaceful place with not only animals but beautiful plants. There's free entry. Some parts are being renovated so it may not be possible to access everything. But definitely worth a visit.

I love EVERYTHING about the Old Zoo, I honestly just love this place. You can watch amazing, exotic animals for free ❤️ there is also a pavilion (payed 6 zlotych/person) where you can see incredible fishes, frogs, snakes and other animals (except for mammals and birds - they are outside the pavilion). Being there is always amazing experience. You can sit on a bench, read book, watch animals and just enjoy the peace and calmness there 😊🍀
Felix F — Google review
Look, it's free and there are some nice animals to see, a couple of playgrounds and a lot of shade. It's more like a nice park for a picnic than an actual zoo.
Mike — Google review
Quite cool! Learning about the history through plaques placed around was great (just have Google Translate ready if you're a tourist and don't speak Polish) and it was a nice way to burn an hour or so, especially considering entry was completely free. Me and my friend did feel that it would be a place better enjoyed by families with children, however it filled up a slot in our itinerary and was definitely worth our short visit!

The interior of the building is stunningly decorated with colorful paintings and intricate carved woodwork, and features a magnificent neo-Gothic clock tower.

Ptasie Radio is a charming country-chic restaurant located near the Imperial Castle, set inside an old Art Nouveau tenement house. The decor is inspired by the famous Polish poet Julian Tuwim and features three bird-themed rooms. Despite its bold design, the restaurant is considered one of the prettiest places to dine. It offers traditional dishes, breakfast, homemade cakes, and wine at pocket-friendly prices.

"Pierogarnia Stary Młyn" is a must-visit in Poznan for those craving authentic Polish cuisine. The restaurant offers a variety of delicious pierogi, salads, and desserts. The portions are generous, and the grilled chicken salad comes highly recommended. Don't miss out on the warm Szarlotka Cake served with vanilla ice cream. Additionally, their traditional Polish Borsch soup is a delightful option to accompany your meal.
A nice stop in Poznan who wants to try traditional Polish dishes. Actually we ordered 10 different type of dumplings. I found and tried seven type of it. To me, the most delicious ones are with wild boar and seafood (It has a black layer because of I believe cuttlefish). I think Polish people likes potato. They use this product perfect. Service was so friendly, knowledgable and smiling. Prices could be a bit less than expected but menu variety is very nice.
Tunç K — Google review
Good service, Michal was really friendly and patient. All of the staff I spoke to could speak English. Food was just okay, nothing that blew me away but also nothing that was bad. I tried all of the meat pierogis and some vegetarian ones; the chicken ones were a little bland compared to the seafood, pork and beef ones. The baked ones look pretty different to the photos in the menu, with significantly less filling than advertised. The apricot and peach ice tea was not nice, and made me wish that I had just ordered water instead, but the honey beer was tasty. Restaurant looks pretty cute inside, however the seating by the bar close to the entrance was pretty tight and not too comfortable. I had to climb in and out of my chair as the tables are very close to each other. The large lamps were hung in an inconvenient position, which made it difficult to see the person across from you. It would be nice if it could be hung higher. The cute honeycomb station by the entrance was a nice touch. Customers can use a wooden stick to sample some honey or honeycomb. Most, if not all, of the guests I saw/heard were non-Polish-speaking. It is definitely popular among tourists. It also seems to be pretty family-friendly. All in all, I would probably not recommend going out of your way to visit this restaurant if you are a foodie. It was an okay experience with its main selling points being its good location, cute interiors, good service, and the ability to mix ‘n’ match pierogis.
E K — Google review
Pierogi was ok - had better ones at other places in Poznan. Service was good besides the fact that they mixed up the order and have us potato pierogi instead of the chicken one. But, to their credit, they quickly exchanged ours for the correct one when flagged. The drinks were weak. The restaurant is located in a nice old building with cozy seating options which made the dinner nicer than it was.

I visited on my last night in Poland, following a recommendation from someone who lives in Poznań. I was not disappointed and I enjoyed some amazing food, the staff were warm and friendly and the restaurant is a lovely environment to enjoy a meal. I was a solo diner, but there were lots of people in groups of different sizes. They were busy (Saturday evening), so I had to wait, just under 10 minutes, but that was no issue and well worth the wait. After being shown to my seat I was served by Mikołaj who was extremely pleasant and helped me with some of my Polish too (as I am nowhere close to being able to speak Polish well at all). I dined here on a recommendation, I now recommend the restaurant to everyone reading this review... you will not be disappointed and I am sure to be back next time I visit Poznań. Dziękuję bardzo 🙏🏻🤗❤️

If you are looking for an interesting, relaxed and comfortable place to have a meal, MO.BAR / Poznań is definitely worth trying out. The burgers are especially delicious and the prices very reasonable. Plus, the service is excellent - always friendly and helpful.
If you ever happen to be in Poznan, Poland do not miss a chance to visit "Mo.Bar" - a real hidden gem, located 5 minutes away from the bustling Poznań - Stary Rynek on a quiet, little road. The ambience is nice and subtle, making the place interesting for all kinds of meetings - whether it is with family, friends or colleagues. It also is a great chance to either enjoy a cocktail in the evening or have a light lunch or brunch or visit them for coffee and dessert. The interior is beautiful and nicely decorated. The tables, even though located next to one another, still create an image that you are to yourself. You can take lots of nice photos inside ;) The service is hospitable and welcoming and the prices are absolutely affordable and reasonable for the quality you get. The portions are quite big and beautifully served. Whenever one is in Poland, trying the duck is a must, especially bearing in mind that the Polish are excellent at preparing it. So it was no wonder that the duck leg I ordered at "Mo.Bar" was tender and melting in my mouth. The duck leg came with homemade dumplings, cabbage with pistachios and ratatouille jam. Everything was just in its place and there was a nice hint of various tastes and textures. The cabbage was excellent, bearing in mind, that cabbage can be easily overcooked and this one was exactly as it should have been. The crunchiness of Pistachios was a very nice little touch and the edible flowers and micro-herbs united the whole dish. But what surprised me most was "Sticky Toffee Pudding" which is my personal favourite among the desserts and I can proudly say that the Sticky Toffee Pudding they serve at "Mo.Bar" is one of the best I have ever tried. The gorgeous, rich and delightful sticky toffee pudding with homemade sticky toffee sauce and served with ice cream is an ultimate delight, but the ideally caramelised banana which came with this one added another level to this dessert. The vanilla ice-cream was neutralise the sweetness of the sponge cake and the toffee and the banana and it is one of the desserts for which I will definitely go back to Poznan ! Thus, if you ever happen to be in this beautiful city and want to spend a quite evening and taste delicious food - "Mo.Bar" is the place 💞 Highly Recommend!

If you’re looking for a place in Poznań that combines great food, a cozy yet stylish interior, and well-crafted drinks, MO. Bar is definitely worth checking out. From the moment you step in, the warm atmosphere and aesthetically pleasing design make you feel right at home. Comfortable chairs, thoughtfully arranged tables, and a welcoming staff - all contribute to a great dining experience. I started with French fries with prawns and aioli sauce, and honestly, they were amazing! Perfectly crispy, golden, and reminding me of the best Belgian fries. A must-try combo! Then came the burger with beef, which was just on point - juicy, flavorful, and exactly what you want from a proper burger. And, of course, I couldn’t leave without trying their Sticky Toffee Pudding - a dessert that fully lives up to its reputation. Rich, warm, and indulgent, the perfect sweet ending. For drinks, I went for a *star Martini, and it did not disappoint - fruity, well-balanced, and really enjoyable. To top it off, I had a latte (big size!), which was smooth, creamy, and just what I needed. MO. Bar nails it with both the vibe and the menu. Whether you’re in for drinks, a casual dinner, or just a coffee break, this place is a solid choice. Highly recommend!

I was honestly surprised—in the best way! MO Bar offers a really nice lunch option with a full course of meals included. We had tartare and chicken, and both were amazing. The tartare isn’t something I usually go for, but it was really impressive. The chicken came with sausages and beans—like a comforting homemade dish, but with a refined restaurant twist. Overall, the food was great and the price was very reasonable. The only surprise? The zero-alcohol beer I ordered cost almost as much as the whole meal. Still worth it, but unexpected!

We were really impressed with what we got for our money. Very reasonable prices and the food portions are exceptional! The pulled pork burgers are amazing and the fries with various toppings were delicious. We liked their asparagus menu too which were something unique here. We will definitely return. They also had one dessert choice which was my favourite and probably the best sticky toffee I have ever tasted! The atmosphere was great too.

Pierozak Pierogarnia Wrocławska is a budget-friendly, family-owned pierogi spot that offers a variety of traditional Polish dumplings. The open kitchen allows customers to watch the handmade process, and they offer options for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free pierogies. In addition to classic flavors, seasonal varieties like pumpkin or poppy seeds with dried fruit are available. Customers can enjoy these warm treats on-site or take them away.
I ordered every item on their menu, making sure to try two of each pierogi and two extra of the meat ones. For a sweet finish, I got one of each of their sweet pierogi. In total, I ate 26 pierogis, and allowed me to try the variety and discover my favorites. Each pierogi is handmade and freshly prepared on the spot, adding that extra touch of authenticity to the flavors. I will come back here for sure.

Better than what we had at a traditional milk bar…at least they offer dumplings with a variety of fillings instead of just cheese. We got a type that we didn’t order…but it actually tasted good, so fine…The soup, however, is quite plain and doesn’t worth the price…

My first time trying pierogi and I was reliably informed by a local that this was the best place to try them. They are freshly made and you can watch staff make them through the window. 10 pieces for 15zlt is a good size snack and a cheap dinner! Choose from many different fillings - you can mix and match if you want to try a few flavours. The dumplings can be served with onions and bacon which gave them more flavour. Can be very filling so take a hungry belly!

We visited there around 5pm on Saturday without a reservation and it was very busy. But the staff was very accommodating and let us in. The foods were amazing! The price isn't that bad for the quality and volume either. I highly recommend!

We went on a busy Thursday evening around 6:30. Waited around 10 minutes and got a table. Giant pork chop. Amazing. Pickle soup. Incredible. Lemonades. Fantastic. It’s a warm casual place with delicious foods. Order at the counter, and they deliver the food to the numbered pick on your table. Took me a while to understand the numbered puck. It’s got a sports theme. The menu isn’t very big but they do what they have very well. The portions are pretty big - they will warm you. Look at the photos before you order too much. It’s the first pickle soup I’ve found around here and it is done right!

We were able to purchase four Gluten Free meals!!! They were all excellent. The servings were huge. Honestly you could share one plate for two people. We would eat here again.

Absolutely brilliant place. No wonder it was packed! The food was delicious. Don't get put off by the Buddha/ Salad Bowl being the vegan option. It was phenomenal and nothing like you've tasted before. Definitely the best vegan bowl I have had like ever. Each ingredient was bursting with flavour - the roasted ginger carrots were brilliant (so gingery I loved it!), pickled radishes are a new flavour phenomenon for me and will definitely try to recreate them at home. But the absolute star was battered oyster mushrooms - perfectly crunchy and with a lovely bite. There was also roasted crunchy chickpeas, mixed seeds and roasted tumeric cauliflower and of course loads of mixed lettuce leaves and sprouts. Very generous portion! My mum had the polish gnocchi (kopytka) - that came with chicken in creamy sauce and a massive portion of the most colourful side salad I've ever seen. She absolutely adored it too. Overall 10 starts. And shout out to absolutely lovely staff!

The big pork chop was absolutely delicious—so juicy and huge! Portions are generous, and the prices are very fair. The waitresses are super friendly and speak English, which makes everything even easier. I would definitely return!

Great traditional Polish food. Amazing soft drinks and cocktails. 🍹 Pretty busy so reservations are most welcomed. Kind and smiley staff 🥰 we had a nice lunch there!

unfortunately i forgot to take a photo of my main meal but it was genuinely great! If you are a fan of polish good with a small, modern twist - you’ll love their stuff. I had a seasonal pork tenderloin with chanterelles and it was really good and filling. Also tried their seasonal iced pistachio latte and it was phenomenal too. Highly recommended place with great English service and interesting vintage sports vibe!

Table at 7pm, 1 hour waiting for 4 dishes. We tried to order desserts but the waiter says they have closed. It’s 9pm o’clock, we’ve been waiting 30 minutes to remove dishes… nobody appeared. Nice food, Awfull service.

I had a great experience at Poznan Nifty Restaurant. I tried the chicken salad, and its flavor truly impressed me. It was prepared with fresh ingredients, making it both satisfying and healthy. Great restaurant with a very skilled chef creating excellent food! Green beans soup was delicious, same as chicken breast accompanied by greens and juice with little beats of meat. If you are unsure what to choose, ask the excellent staff who is always happy to advise.

E. Wedel chocolate cafe offers a delightful experience with its traditional chocolate. We sampled four hot chocolates, with the dark chocolate being the standout. The three pralines were delicious, and the filled cannelloni was a sweet treat. After all that indulgence, we were on a sugar high. Highly recommended for chocolate lovers!

Avenida Poznań is a bustling shopping center located in the heart of Wielkopolska's capital. Spanning three floors with a total area of 60,000 square meters, it houses over 200 stores and 30 dining options. The center offers convenient parking with 1,500 spaces for motorists and free parking for cyclists. Additionally, it provides direct access to the Poznań railway and bus stations. Visitors praise its cleanliness and diverse shopping and dining choices.
A good shopping mall with the convenience of having the Poznan Main Station located basically underneath. The shops you can find cover the majority of needs, there's also a big hall where you can sit and eat from many of the most known fast foods. The mall can be reached with both busses or trams and it's not that distant from the city center.
Andrea M — Google review
Beautiful mall, three levels, very clean. Just like any mall, it gets busy and very packed, specially on the weekends. There’s a bus 🚌 and train 🚊 station connected to it, so you will have to pay for to use the bathroom.

The shopping center is conveniently located with a train station directly on the other side of the building, making it highly accessible. However, it’s disappointing that all toilets require payment, which feels outdated and inconvenient for visitors.

Great location, close to the bus/train station, large with a huge variety of shops. You need to pay for toilets which doesn't make sense. As of October 2025, 3zł

I don't understand why there's a MALL here that charges for the toilet and closes before 20:00 😳 Ridiculous. Better take away the bus station from it. This is the first mall I've been to that shuts out clients with black stripes. Why the hussle. Let the mall be mall and the station - separate. This is the only place I didn't like in Poznan - the bus station.

Nice café to spend the afternoon with friends. We tried pink latte white chocolate, rose lemonade, and cappuccino. All drinks were great. Great place to relax and eat some homemade, delicious cakes. They offer a big variety of tarts and cakes, some of which are gluten free and vegan. They also have decaf coffee and lots of cute merchandise.
Izabela B — Google review
We had a lovely afternoon here having coffee and cakes. All cakes are homemade and they’re all amazing, with a big selection to choose from. Only downside is that there’s no menu in English (although the staff speak it) and that the wifi and/or network connection is really poor, bit that’s also good if you just want to disconnect from all that. I’d definitely go back again.

A stunning park with lots of small walking trails, mobile cafes and ice cream vendors. Plenty of benches and seating space on the grass. Definitely worth a trip whether you're walking, cycling dog-walking or just in search of a drink by the lake. It's not the biggest park but there is plenty to do and can be incorporated into nearby walks and parks around you.
Gabriel C — Google review
Sołacki Park is a truly beautiful spot – like a piece of forest and river tucked into the city. It’s peaceful, green, and offers a nice playground for children that is actually quite varied. However, one major downside is the lack of toilets and baby changing facilities near the playground. Because of this, many people end up using the bushes, which unfortunately leaves behind unpleasant traces like toilet paper scattered around. Adding proper restrooms would really make this park much more family-friendly and enjoyable.

Visitors can enjoy a variety of delicious treats, including croissants and cookies, along with unique coffee options.
To be honest, we arrived at this bakery in November. Coffee was not bad on ordinary milk, but I think that bakery, especially cookie 🍪 cost a too much for his flavour.
