Probably, this is specific to Armenia but men are not required to have a swimming cap, so please be ready for hair in the water.
The pool itself was decent and enjoyable, and the bar staff were friendly and helpful. However, the experience was significantly let down by the front desk personnel, who came across as rude and condescending. There was no sense of friendliness or enthusiasm, which made for an unwelcoming start.
The changing rooms were also far from ideal — there was no air conditioning, making them uncomfortably warm, and the shower doors couldn’t even close properly.
To make matters worse, when it came time to check out, we were charged a completely different amount than expected through the wristband system. The receipt included items we had never ordered, which was both confusing and frustrating.
This place presents itself as a wellness center, but unfortunately, it doesn’t live up to that label. There’s a lot of room for improvement — especially in customer service, transparency, and basic facility maintenance.
Had a very unpleasant incident with the open pool staff. They were rude and discriminatory. I asked to speak to the manager and the open pool manager was even more unprofessional than the staff. However, later on I asked at the front desk to talk to the customer service manager, and I was pleasantly surprised. He was very polite and accommodating. Honestly he didn’t just satisfy my request for compensation about the specific incident ( where I was discriminated, because as one of the pool staff said I am a new customer as opposed to a regular one ), he went above and beyond. That’s still kinda rare in Armenia. So, there’s hope that customer service there will be improved. Giving more stars to the place just because of the head manager.
I honestly can't understand how a wellness center can cost more than a hospital — 15,000 AMD per day? For what? It’s just a gym and a swimming pool . That’s almost $40 per visit! Who in Armenia is earning that kind of money to afford this regularly and still live a healthy life? And even worse — no strategic pricing or benefits for long-term clients. Imagine paying that when you’ve been a member for a year! It’s pure greed. These companies act like they care about wellness, but it’s all about profit. Wellness has become a luxury instead of a right. Ridiculous.
Absolutely garbage service, the worst gym in Yerevan in this regards. Most of the staff including “managers” are picked straight from the street and hired without any training. No customer-orientated attitude, no desire to help with anything and they don’t hide their ignorance, they just don’t care if you have any problem as long as you were stupid enough to purchase annual membership and now are stuck with them. They treat customers with no respect. I’m saying this based on not one but several cases of very bad service. The coaches and some front desk employees are good nevertheless, but overall attitude of the management is that they don’t care about customers.
This place has 0 customer service. If you're from abroad, the fees are different than if you're from Armenia. $90/month gets you the gym and the pool inside. You cant chose the pool outside, and if you want the pool outside it's about $70 more. Bathroom stinks, most often than not, no soaps in the dispensers. You forget you wristband more than once it's $6 to get in.
Absolutely overpriced for old boring pool. The children pool is absolutely not for children. It is way to slippery. The prices are insane. It is like the infinity pool prices in Dubai, just not an infinity pool. Would never go again there

We visited Jellyfish on a Wednesday with our family, including two kids (6 and 9), and had an amazing time, so we won’t focus on price like some negative reviews or comment on weekends since we weren’t there. The service was exceptional (thank you, Arshak!), the venue was spotlessly clean, and the amenities were top-notch. The kids’ animation was a highlight, keeping our children entertained and happy. The food was crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients and cooked to perfection, though a few dishes weren’t to our taste. We’d absolutely return, but we’ll stick to weekdays to avoid crowded pools, as we imagine weekends might feel different.
Clean, accommodating and cool! Wasn't very busy during weekday but we had a large group so we had a blast. Music was predominately house. Bonus: maybe the best octopus (tacos) ever?
Extremely overpriced venue. Went there with family and shall I say that I regret the experience?! The place is full of hustlers and pimps , needless to say that it was embarrassing to face, because I was with family members. The restaurant was empty, but we had to wait for the order for 50 minutes , the worst service and the most disgusting sushi we ever tried. Obviously you pay more than at London's Soho 😆 Never again. Only for local wannabies.

Perfect service, great atmosphere and delicious kitchen. Can’t rate pool yet as was there in February, but the view was fascinating. Also I liked music there, as it was good for dancing and chilling.

We read terrible reviews about this place but it has not been our experience at all. Staff have been helpful. Our kids enjoyed the sides even if they look a bit old. The water was clean and a good temperature.
Food at the shops by the pool is reasonably priced, but just ok. There is only one slide you have to pay for. Some slides open from 12 and others opened at 1 and 2 pm. We paid 30,000AMD for two adults and two children including VIP covered seating area with lounge chairs and a sofa.
The place is great and fun, we spent great time there, but they really need to followup the maintaince of the pools, the slides are well maintained, the pools flooring requires attention. the employees where fun as well.

Quite pricy for what they actually offer. Safety wise I would say not very safe, a young girl had a iron barrier post falling unto her head as it wasn't securely fixed to the ground.
The pools are great, but not in optimal conditions, the pools must be repainted soon) Moreover the place is really cool and is nice to be there, the staff if very kind and they speak English and Russian as well
We were waiting In line at the slides where you have to get the floatie then go on the slide and he was letting everybody go again and again and again and I understand that the yellow ones are bout by and you can go as much as you want but the blue ones are for every dog and he let every dog though and we waited 2 hours just to go one time and he had the audacity to say one time per person and then you have to wait in line again so I told him that he is not doing his job correctly and we would be giving one star and letting the manager know but I still recommend going here but this is just a random thing that happens at random times we still over it here but he is the only reason that this is getting one star so if you are waiting in line and he’s letting all the blue ones go again and again just leave the line and do the other slides that don’t require a floatie

I have visited this restaurant multiple times, and the food has always been good. I particularly enjoy their beef cheeks and beef ribs; those dishes are amazing. However, the service is inconsistent, as at times we have to remind the waiters to bring our drinks.
I had breakfast here, enjoying a croissant and coffee on the terrace during the summer. The food was nothing special, but the interior is cool. The prices are the same as everywhere in Yerevan, but still, it’s a bit overpriced. The staff seemed to be giving side-eye the whole time, and honestly, the place wasn’t that comfortable.
We visited this restaurant with friends, expecting good service, especially as we were celebrating New Year's here in Yerevan. While they gave us a table promptly, it took a long time just to receive the menu. We had to follow up multiple times for both the food and drinks menus.
After placing our order, we waited tfor over an hour and a half, but the food was still not ready. To make matters worse, two other tables that arrived after us were served first. It was incredibly frustrating, and we eventually decided to leave because we were completely fed up.
This review is meant to raise awareness for potential customers and to urge the restaurant's management to improve their service. Unfortunately, the service we experienced was extremely POOR!!
Great food in spite of mixed and diverse kitchen. The chef will make you moan by anything you want, from rolls to risotto or a stake. The cocktails in the menu are nice, but if you want something off the list that fits your mood more, the bartender will bring you just exactly that. Splendid experience
Ordered seabass fillet, thinking it would be a full-size fish, but no, it was the size of 1/3 of an avocado with spinach and celery puree on the bottom for the price of ֏ 7800. This dish was for a small child. Had to order sweet potato with spinach for ֏ 3600. Bear in mind I am a small eater. I admit the food was tasty but way too expensive.
After deciding one evening to come here i was excited. Quickly after ordering i realized the waiters were incompetent. They forgot half of what we ordered and they just look extremely unprofessional. I didn't have a problem until i found hair in my salad. It quickly ruined my appetite, after 5 or so minutes of trying to find the waiter, i had asked for assistance from another waiter. His response to the hair in my food was “its the risk of sitting outside”. The hair was intertwined in the salad which made things worse. No way that can happen and get tangled in vegetables. The service staff did nothing to assist us. Ruined my evening we paid and left the food like it is and no one even bothered to apologize.

We ordered only cocktails, fruits and some shisha. The cocktail was nothing special just a standard straweberry lemonade. The fruits were fresh and the shisha (I haven't tried it) was great too.

1. 15 y.o. can’t go to the gym alone without coach hired from this place. You have your own coach a you can’t go in.
2. I’m first time here, one time entry is 15k dram, how should I understand if I like the place? A good place invites in without putting blockers up front.
3. Today, personnel was not friendly at all. They seem to know their own rules. I’m asked to sit and wait until they “ask” somebody if a 15 y.o. is allowed in with an adult (myself) supervising.
If you’re looking for a glamorous spot for photos, this isn’t it. The place doesn’t have a luxury look, but it’s clean, well-maintained, and feels very secure. The staff are genuinely kind and helpful. The pool was perfectly clean, and we even found a kids’ basketball setup — something we had been searching for for a while. Overall, it’s a really good place to go, and I would definitely recommend it.

The trainer to student ratio is unreasonable though, with number of students on one line exceeding 15 at busy times. If you are looking for your child to have an instructed lesson, don't rely on the trainer managing to approach and teach them properly.

The worst experience ever!!!
For my daughter's swimming classes, we paid AMD 50,000 for the initial registration and AMD 25,000 for the following month. Unfortunately, my daughter could not attend even one class for the next month due to long-run flu.
When I called them to request to transfer the credits to someone else, they said it was the management's decision, and they couldn't transfer the credits for the whole month to anyone else.
I feel shame for my country. I feel shame as this company is considered one of the most reputable gyms in Armenia, and here are their policies/procedures and approach to the customers.
THAT EXTRA MONEY YOU CHARGED ME WITHOUT DELIVERING ANY SERVICES WOULDN'T CHANGE A LOT IN MY LIFE, BUT I HOPE IT WILL HELP YOU AT LEAST BECOME BETTER...

Our family had an excellent two-week stay at this hotel. The staff were consistently welcoming, attentive, and accommodating throughout our visit. Breakfast offered a wide selection of fresh and delicious options each morning. The view from the property was exceptional, adding to the overall experience. Every aspect of our stay was well taken care of, making it a truly memorable holiday. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to others. We also enjoyed the pool, Bar, and other facilities immensely!
The place is nice, the employees for the most part are good, but their room pricing is high. Off season the daily rate is 43,000, but you add a baby and 3 year old, the price goes up to 65,000. The kids are going to eat anything? Use anything besides the pool? They sleep in the beds of parents. Also it is unprofessional and misleading to say the least to NOT tell all your guests before they book or arrive that there is MAJOR construction going on 360 around the building and you are basically seating at the pool swallowing ounces of dust and listening to construction all day long. Also what is the utter logic in NOT having black out blinds in a hotel? That is the first thing every hotel has. Guests are vacation and want to sleep in, the sun comes int the room at 5am. That is beyond hysterical, get rid of you cheap blinds or at least add some blackout drapes, for the prices you are charging maybe you can afford it?
This was an experience to remember!
We were a group of eight and stayed here for about two weeks. The highlight of our stay was the kindness and hospitality we received. The manager, Rosie Ghazaryan, coordinated everything with great care, which made our long stay seamless and problem free.
The building itself is fairly new and offers a spectacular view of Yerevan. The food was very good, and the breakfast stood out for its organization and variety. Over the course of two weeks, the hot breakfast selection never repeated itself, which we really appreciated.
The pool was acceptable, although it did not appear to be heated. The bar by the pool offered a more domestic selection, with only a few well known Scotches and vodkas available.
One note: the property is located in a developing area with several active construction sites around it. While we did not hear any noise, the access road does pass through those sites.
As for the rooms, do not expect five star luxury furniture, but for a long stay they were more than adequate. The only drawback was the TVs, which were around 40 inches, quite small by today’s standards, and they were not smart TVs, so streaming services like Netflix or Amazon Prime were not available.
Overall, this is a well managed, comfortable place with excellent hospitality, perfect for longer stays if you value warmth and care over luxury extras.

The hotel is located bit far from city but the service and cleaniless was soo good we loved our stay.all the staffs were really amazing..the receptionist Rosie deserves a special mention because she was really kind and friendly. It's the best place that I've visited during my tour in Armenia . Try it even for one time !!!
Equipments are super old, sometimes broken. Showers are super old. In terms of hygienic it is really bad, people can shave in the middle of the fitting room and that will be ok for the workers, or clean shoes with the towels provided by the club, or put the towel on the floor and step on it. All these scenarios are acceptable by the workers as no one will pay attention on it. The personal trainers are the ones who will use the equipments and will not put them back on their places. The pool is ok, so why I am giving 2 stars and not a 1.

I don’t know why are people hating that much on this pool and leaving a 1 star review just because it was expensive like no one even forces to come there its your choice to go there and when talking about the price its almost 50 USD and its pretty normal for what they offer with everything at the top

The changing rooms were PERFECTLY clean and modern so was The Pool and also when it comes to that the music is so loud, firstly its not that disturbing, because this pool is not being used as a relaxing heavenly place where you come and sit with silence its mostly used as some pool club with music and entertainment and the music is only loud when there is an ongoing show and the music shuts down at 7 pm because the pool closes at that time 99% of the reviews were lying and overreacted. Recommend it.

I'm really surprised to see so many negative comments, and I'm the one who likes to rate businesses and services quite judgmental, which is not the case with this pool.
1. First of all consider that this is an average check pool, where you pay 10K for full day entry and a towel. Which sounds like a great deal considering that all "glamours" pools of Yerevan start with 20K.
2. For that price you get a bracelet and a locker too. I went 3 times already and all was quite tidy and clean. Showers are fresh and new, same as the locker room.
3. The most beautiful service comes from reception girls. So sweet and kind even to my not very pleasant questions regarding music
4. Yes, the music on weekends is loud. It's an invited DJ and if you're looking for a quiet place maybe you'd search for another pool. It's loud it's fun on weekends. On weekdays they play music , not that loud but still something I am not fond of
5. Haven't tried the kitchen, but I wouldn't expect Michelin level reception and dishes. It's a pool FFS.
6. People are quite adequate as well. I was able to sunbathe in my sexy swimsuit 🩲 without eyes being rolled , which is soooo rate in Armenia.
7. Obviously it's not close to the city center, so you have that in mind too.
