American restaurant
Restaurant
Seneca Harbor Station is a charming American eatery located in an 1876 train station, offering stunning views of Seneca Lake. The restaurant features a mahogany bar and beach patio, creating a perfect setting for lakeside dining with a nautical flair. Visitors can enjoy panoramic views of the lake and Watkins Glens marina while indulging in a diverse menu that includes seafood, steaks, and regional specialties.
Very friendly service stood out, as well as the outdoor seating with a nice view of Seneca Lake. Lunch was good, as we chose a salad and a burger, which was big and juicy. Menu was extensive with something for everyone, and they also had a large drink menu featuring local wines and beers. A little pricey but expected given the location and in a touristy area.

Service was good and we had a lovely lunch at Seneca Harbor Station. It was a nice mild day and we sat outdoor by the track overlooking the lake. I had the Seafood Roll with Sweet Potato Fries while sipping Blood Orange Cosmo, and hubby got the Ruben Sandwich. Both sandwiches were good and we enjoyed it as much as the ambience.

We visited Corning for our anniversary and Seneca Harbor was perfect for our date night dinner. Our server was wonderful and the food was fantastic - definitely the best clam chowder I have ever had. Also the pier was lovely at sunset. We will definitely return when we visit the lakes again.

The clam chowder was to die for. I’ve eaten clam chowder up and down the East coast. This rates in my top 3. The mussels were also excellent. Nick was an awesome waiter. Very attentive and friendly. Thanks for a great dining experience !

I’m not a seafood eater myself, but the chicken rigatoni was the best pasta dish I have ever eaten. My boyfriend had salmon and said it was amazing. Also, the bread is the best bread I’ve gotten at a restaurant. We also had some drinks and they were all great. Victoria was a great waitress as well. Very pleased with our dining experience here.
Olivia H — Google review
We went to Watkins Glen State Oark and after walked around the town, a local suggested this place and it was wonderful!! The food, the views, and the service were all awesome!! Our waiter Nick was very knowledgeable and suggested things for us to try. He did not steer us wrong!! It was a great experience!!
Melissa W — Google review
The seafood bisque was to DIE for. The value can’t be beat especially with the view you get while you’re dining. Plus, the staff is so kind and excited to share the interesting history of the area with you. Christa helped me out today and, as a solo female diner, she went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable.

Glen Mountain Market Bakery & Deli is a cozy and intimate counter-serve cafe located in Watkins Glen, NY. It offers a variety of breakfast pastries, hearty sandwiches, and gourmet coffee. Situated amidst the bustling village, this fully functioning cafe, deli, and bakery provides an array of tasty local eats and drinks to cater to anyone's unique tastes.
Super friendly staff who welcomed us in a warm way. They suggested also what we should eat. The environment was charming. The coffee was amazing and the pastry was delicious too. Definitely worth the coffee and the pastries. The line can bit long but it goes fast. Highly recommend!!!

Just OK. As an out-of-town visitor, I try to support local businesses. The generic interior decor is off-white bland - could use a splash of color plus something that "pops" (even just large plant groupings would help). On the plus side, the large plate glass windows allow lots of light & views of street traffic. And the drip coffee was hot & strong. Pastries were just OK.
Glenn L — Google review
We visited here with high expectations that were quickly dashed. When their web site of a bakery says "With a variety of Gluten free and Vegan sweets always available." We expect fresh baked gluten free pastries, not a prepackaged mass produced brownie. When looking at GF bread for a sandwich, again, mass produced GF white bread. Not what I expect when the web site reads "Any sandwich in our deli can be made Gluten Free." If you are using bagels for breakfast sandwiches, offer something comparable that is GF. I will say that the regular coffee and Latte were very good. The shop does have good wifi.
Greg K — Google review
Great place in the center of town with loads of outdoor seating. Very friendly. Sandwiches are sooooo good. Great coffee too. Didn’t try any baked goods but plenty of vegan options available.
Stephen A — Google review
Extremely friendly workers compared to other places nearby. As a brown person traveling upstate, you never know how people can treat you or react to seeing a person of color up here. The coffee was amazing & the food was so fresh & filling!
V C — Google review
This was a cute small town coffee shop with great fresh bagels and excellent iced coffee. The staff were friendly and the environment was charming. They make their bread from scratch in house. We waited about 10-15 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches to go. It was definitely worth the wait, but if your in a rush I would order ahead of time!
Sydney L — Google review
This place was great. Theg had Covid precautions in place and everyone was following. Even with a line, the staff was polite and helpful. Our breakfast wraps were well made and were pretty filling. We also enjoyed the specialty lattes and cold brew. I would recommend stopping before a day of hiking or wine touring!

Barbecue restaurant
Nickel's Pit BBQ in Watkins Glen is a vibrant outpost housed in a historic building, offering authentic American BBQ with an upstate New York edge. The restaurant features a spacious outdoor patio and partners with local companies for many of their ingredients. Guests can savor BBQ meals while enjoying craft beer, live music, and the option to dine inside or on the patio. It's a great spot to experience peace, love, and delicious BBQ in a unique setting.
Exceptionally delicious food. Great service and overall experience We walked in and put in our names for a table on a Friday 5pm summer evening, and got a table within 10min. server was super polite, patience and even suggested to us a drink (berry sparkler minus the bitter) and it was an amazing drink with dragon fruit We also got the tater tots with burnt ends - amazing, loaded with good food and enough for our family of 3 to share We also shared a brisket combo with beans + Mac n cheese and it was also delicious. Great sauces served at the table, too. We would gladly visit this place again.
J T — Google review
Hubby and I had dinner here one night during our visit in Finger Lakes. Nice vibe, good service and pretty decent BBQ. The weather was nice on a Sunday evening and all outdoor seatings were occupied when we arrived, we were seated indoor with no wait. The drinks and food came out pretty quick. We opted for the combos which come with 2 sides. Hubby had the brisket & rib, and I got the brisket. The meat was flavorful and tender, a very satisfying dinner.
GrAcIE W — Google review
We stopped here while on vacation and we're so glad we did! The place was packed and we didn't have reservations but we were able to get seated within about 20 minutes. All of the staff were super attentive and friendly. The food was amazing and we loved all the BBQ/hot sauces we tried. We will definitely be stopping by whenever we're in the area again!
Rachael K — Google review
I was planning my brother’s bachelor party and wanted to get a catered BBQ dinner for one of the nights. I ordered a catered delivery for about 16 people and the food was a huge hit. The team was great in reaching out to me to confirm the order and the logistics. The food was delivered right on time and the brisket was still perfectly juicy and the tots perfectly crispy (and seasoned) considering it was about a 40min drive from Watkins Glen. Highly recommend if you’re looking to feed a large group a great meal.
Tommy H — Google review
I can't remember ever having better BBQ than I ate at Nickel's! The meat was so incredibly tender and the sauce with molasses was amazing! Drinks were tasty and our bartender Chris was awesome! She was super friendly and added to our experience.
Nicole L — Google review
Food was very good to excellent, but some serving sizes seemed small and poor service. Highly recommend the ribs. Perfect tenderness and no need for sauce. The 1/2 rack seems small. Cornbread muffin and dill pickle potato salad also highlights. "Smoked" wings were really good, but didn't detect any smokiness. Pig wings (fried ribs) were ok. We preferred the regular ribs. Ordered a la carte and $5 for a small side of fries was overpriced. Service was great at the beginning, but after ordering and receiving our food, which came out very quickly, our server didn't come back. We eventually had to wave her down to get the check. Nice outdoor seating, which allows dogs. Also nice indoor atmosphere.
Michelle V — Google review
Best bbq in town. They dont accept reservations, so if you have a large group, be sure the whole party is there or they won't seat you until they all arrive. Friendly staff, and you get generous portions for your sides. We had the whole menu and the pork and brisket combo. The whole menu comes with pulled pork, brisket, half rack of ribs, burnt ends, and the BBQ of the day, which today was half smoked chicken. You also get all 11 sides, which includes the premium sides. The collard greens were a bit salty, and we didn't care for the potato salad, but all the other sides were very good. The corn muffins with cinnamon butter were yummy. The whole menu costs $99 and will easily feed 5-6 people. If you go with the pork and brisket combo for $29, you get a large piece of brisket and a pile of pulled pork along with 2 sides. The combo is enough for 2 people. We added a corn muffin to the pork and brisket combo, and it was plenty for 2. They have a full bar and a nice selection of local craft beers as well as seltzer and other drinks available. Stop in and try it for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

I have been to Watkins Glen Porsche DE track events multiple time and this my first time trying this place. I sat at the bar and the ambience was festive. It was a Friday night and quite busy. I ordered the onion rings and brisket with burnt tips. Both were excellent and almost as good as Terry Black’s BBQ I had in Dallas. I will definitely visit again👍🏼👍🏼

American restaurant
Restaurant
Blue Pointe Grille is an upscale restaurant located within the Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel, offering a polished and elegant ambiance with scenic views of Seneca Lake. The restaurant serves classic American cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, featuring steaks, seafood, pasta, and elevated American fare. Its spacious patio provides a beautiful view of the lake and is dog-friendly. The interior boasts carpeted floors, brick pillars, luxurious seating, and an elaborate wood-paneled bar for a cozy dining experience.
This restaurant has a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of wine trail touring. There is a wide selection of meal offerings and adult beverage selections. After dinner, we stopped into the bar for some enjoyable conversation and fabulous drinks from the superior mixologists.

Blue Pointe Grille is an American restaurant serving up a variety of dishes, such as salad, dessert, and drinks. The staff are friendly, they are able to make many different kinds of drinks and able to suggest a wide range of food that stands out on their menu. The food was good. The salad had a nice range of toppings and they all went well together, though the flavor wasn't as strong as I hoped. For the price the food was good, portions were decent and overall is a decent experience.
Nick S — Google review
I have so much to say about this establishment. First and foremost the atmosphere is wonderful. It’s warm, comfortable and gives that “welcome in” vibe. The wait staff and hostesses were not only friendly but very knowledgeable in regards to the specials, promotions and suggestions in food items. The dining experience was amazing. The Seafood Scampi was absolutely phenomenal. Scallops and Shrimp were cooked perfectly, not too much or too little acidity and the pasta was cooked to perfection. The appetizers were great and served within a timely manner and the wine collection was also quite extravagant. The chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting couple perfectly with a cup of coffee. Overall, we had an absolute amazing experience and we had a wonderful time! Would return 1000%

We stayed at the hotel so this was very convenient for dinner. There was no wait and we were seated right away. There is a beautiful outdoor seating option as well. It does feel like fine dining. I had the calamari app and lobster ravioli. That was all delicious. Also - the bread and butter variety they serve when you’re seated is VERY GOOD. My drink left much to be desired. I ordered an extra dirty vodka martini. It was all vodka and some olives.
Caitlin S — Google review
Blue Point Grill was absolutely amazing. Everything about it—from the food and drinks to the atmosphere and service—was excellent. The restaurant is clean, welcoming, and offers a view that simply can’t be beat. Sitting right on the lake overlooking the marina and yachts creates a perfect backdrop. The outdoor setup is especially impressive, with multiple fire pits and comfortable seating where you can relax with a drink, such as a great spicy margarita and take in the scenery. The menu is fantastic, offering high-quality options for both lunch and dinner, along with a great drink selection. We came here after our hike for drinks, and it was the perfect choice. The atmosphere, friendly service, and relaxing music made it a highlight of our trip. If you’re looking to unwind after a day of hiking in the park, or simply want to enjoy a touch of lakeside luxury with excellent food and drinks, Blue Point Grill is the place to go.

The staff was professional. First time dining here on 10-11-2025 very relaxing and quiet! People were respectful and it was quiet. We loved it! Usually you go out and it’s loud and rowdy but this place is Exceptional! The food was very delicious! I’ve never had strawberry champagne vinaigrette on my salad which went great with the cheese! 😋

Spent the first weekend of October in Watkins Glen. We had dinner at the blue point Grill one night and breakfast one of the mornings. Both times it was good. Service was attentive. The view in the atmosphere is very nice. Enjoyed the bar for a few drinks afterwards. Would recommend it and we will return!

Nestled in the charming town of Watkins Glen, Curly's Family Restaurant is a beloved establishment that has been delighting locals and visitors alike since 1955. This cozy diner exudes a warm, inviting atmosphere with its checkered tablecloths and friendly service, making it the perfect spot for families to gather. Early of April 2025, Excellent. I recommend this place. We went there before noon and ordered from the dinner menu, especially seafood. Both soups and salads are fantastic. We also love their iced tea and fresh, grined-in-house coffee. Will definitely be back. It's way much better than I expected. Added more photo on June 2nd, 2025. Ordered the same thing. 😊

The service was outstanding. The coffee was excellent. We had a late lunch of burgers and fries. The burgers were cooked perfectly but we had two issues with the burger buns. They seemed a bit stale and they were much too fragile for the burgers. After just one bite they were breaking up. The regular and the sweet potato fries were both delicious. We finished with a slice each of cherry and blueberry pie. A great finish with our second cups of coffee.
Paul K — Google review
A nice spot for breakfast and diner food! The food here was bare bones, no frills, very simple. Each dish was prepared well and fair. Although nothing too outstanding, it was quite enjoyable! The service was great.

Very friendly family restaurant. Moderately busy on the day we ordered. Will Definitely recommend the omelette (western omelette - it contains ham but if you don’t want that there are multiple options like turkey and bacon ). Waffles and french toast are not as expected and strawberries are not so fresh. Coffee has a nice taste and can be refilled multiple times. Would recommend a Cappuccino.

Nice little family owned restaurant. They serve lunch and breakfast. Come have a seat in one of their booths or tables and let the servers here pamper you. They are very friendly and efficient. The place and bathrooms are clean. There is a pretty decent sized parking lot. The parking lot and the building are wheelchair and walker friendly. It is within walking distance to several motels and Airbnb's. They take cash, credit or debit cards. Family friendly so bring your kids.

Wine bar
Graft Wine + Cider Bar is a small yet impressive restaurant located in Watkins Glen, offering a fine dining experience with a diverse menu. The bar features an array of local wines and ciders to complement the dishes. While it may be on the pricier side, it stands out as one of the best dining options in town. The establishment serves creatively prepared food items like cheese plates and charcuterie trays using locally sourced ingredients, alongside heartier specials.
Our food was delicious and the service was excellent! I had the 1/2 chicken. It was so fresh and tender. My husband had the trout. It too was perfectly cooked and dressed. We shared the beet salad and we were surprised at the perfect balance of flavors Highly recommend!

Walked in on a Thursday around 7:30p and we able to be seated right away at the bar or countertop. They have a great selection of beer, wine, and cider - all locally sourced. I order the duck special and I thought it was excellent. My partner and I split the tomato salad which was also delightful. We ordered a bottle of Pet-Nat from Atwater which was also delicious. I think this is an excellent date night spot or somewhere to celebrate a special occasion while in Watkins Glen. Would absolutely return.

Our favorite spot for dinner in the finger lakes! No matter what dish we get, we’re always impressed. We always start with the green salad — it’s always so fresh. Other favorites include the mussels and the hanger steak. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly as well.
Caitlin R — Google review
The Best Meal of Our Trip We were looking for a nice spot for lunch, and ChatGPT suggested a list of places — this one was at the top. As usual, my husband didn’t wait for the rest of the list and had already parked in front of Graft Wine + Cider Bar. The exterior was lovely — probably even cozier at night with all the lights. Inside, it was clean, welcoming, and full of charm. We were the first ones after the lunch break, but soon after, a few more tables filled up. We started with green peppers (I don’t recall the exact name from the menu — shishito, maybe?). They were delicious! Then came a big bowl of fresh greens with beets and goat cheese — so good! The trout was also fantastic, served with quinoa and a carrot-ginger slaw. Every bite felt thoughtful and fresh. My husband enjoyed a glass of Riesling from their local selection. I went with a non-alcoholic Cosmopolitan — but ended up spilling the whole thing! The waiter was kind, helped clean up without a fuss, and at the end told us they didn’t charge for the drink. Such a generous and thoughtful gesture. I also want to mention how much I loved the plates and glasses — beautiful and carefully chosen. You could feel the care in every detail. I really appreciate the farm-to-table concept and their support of local wineries and cider houses. On the drive home, we read some of the reviews and were surprised to see a few negative ones. It’s honestly upsetting how unfair they seemed — some people must have walked in with impossible expectations or were just in a bad mood. Our waitress was amazing: warm, attentive, helpful, smiling — and she even recommended a spot for ice cream afterwards. I wish more restaurants were like this one. Thank you! You truly made our day.

Food was good. Tried monkfish for the first time. It was good. Duck was good. We sat at bar.
P D — Google review
Wonderful, wonderful space. The food was top notch (seriously, try the duck, as others have pointed out) and the service was so kind and welcoming. The atmosphere was pretty cozy and laid back, the type of place you could go feeling casual, or maybe get dressed up and make a nice date of it. The seating options lent themselves to this casual feel, being able to sit at a ledge near the bar, for example. Great selection of local wines, too. Highly recommend.
Samuel F — Google review
There is no one at the door to seat you and it is mostly bar seating. The window seating is set for large groups so one must take a seat at the bar. The restaurant is very dark. In this case there was no greeting and while there was staff and only two other sets of customers and a nearly empty restaurant, no one approached me for over ten minutes. It was so long that I began to look for another restaurant on my phone. I wish I had left. When I ordered only a Saratoga Springs sparkling water, the server looked displeased. The bread and salad were set down together so that I had to eat the bread while staring at the salad. While I ate my salad, the main course was set down and I got to eat my salad while staring at the main dish. The salad is a very large bowl of lettuce piled with nuts and some anemic thin slices of beets. It couldn’t have been more boring. I hated the main dish, a piece of trout over gross tasteless, weird purple noodles and tough kale. I watched as a friendly, personable server approached the couple sitting next to me in a timely manner offering to change the set and seafood so I could have chosen the mashed potatoes set with my trout, a much better set that would have been enjoyable. Why is anyone still putting kale on a plate. It is tough and tasteless. Potatoes, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower are all wonderful vegetables. At least the trout was cooked nicely. The dessert was a flavorless coffee cake and a saccharine sweet coffee sauce that didn’t taste like coffee. It was much too sweet. The small dollop of whipped cream cut the sweetness but one had to use it sparingly. When I told the server it was birthday when she checked in with me, she wondered out loud about putting a candle in my half eaten coffee cake. She might have known it was my birthday if she had taken any interest in her guest. Do not recommend this restaurant.

We were glad that we found this modern restaurant in Watkins Glen. Food were excellent using local ingredients and same to the wines. It was busy night but we didn't wait too long for the dishes. Servers were friendly and checking with us to ensure everything were satisfied. We tried the dessert and they were perfect. Stronger recommend this restaurant!

Jerlando's Ristorante & Pizza Co. is a family-run establishment that offers a taste of Italy in the heart of Watkins Glen. The restaurant is styled like an Italian piazza, with countryside murals adorning the walls, creating a charming and authentic atmosphere. Situated near Seneca Lake, it provides a breathtaking lakeside view for diners to enjoy while savoring classic Italian dishes and hand-tossed pizzas.
We were recommended by someone staying in a neighboring camp at Cayuga state park and I am glad we tried this place. Serves very much Italian style delicious pizza, pastas, bread and lot of other items. The ambience is warm, pleasant with welcoming staff. You may find 15-20 min wait time which I feel worth the wait. Must check place if you are at Watkins glen.

Very pleasant experience here at Jerlando’s Ristorante. Wait staff was extremely friendly, sat and served us right away. Our server was very helpful and very consistent with refills, and additional services. The food was absolutely phenomenal. The chicken parmigiana was perfectly cooked and the breading wasn’t too overwhelming. The sauce was fresh and delicious and the pasta was cooked very well. The atmosphere was very warm, contemporary and welcoming. I felt very comfortable and I felt very at ease to dine in. They have a plethora of options for dining and even drinks. Definitely recommend this establishment for the locals, and tourists!

My wife and I have been coming here for the past 7-8 year and it’s become out go-to Italian spot whenever we visit Watkins Glen. Back when we first came with friends, then as a couple dating, later engaged and now married, this place has always been a part of our trips. The food never disappoints. Even with a wait that can stretch close to an hour, it’s always been worth it. The service has been consistently excellent in our experience- friendly, attentive and welcoming. Every meal feels thoughtfully presented and tastes just as good as it looks. My wife is all about their pizzas and garlic knots while I lean toward the pasta dishes and arancini. No matter what we order, it’s clear the kitchen takes pride in their craft. If you’re visiting Watkins Glen, stop in. Whether it’s pizza, pasta or just the warm atmosphere, you won’t regret it. Highly recommend!

Found this old style Italian restaurant after a great hike in Watkins Glen Gorge. Service was great and pleasant. Lots of choices. Veal Marsala was tender and sweet. Chicken Livornese also was liked. Bruschetta was crusty with lots of tomatoes and olive oil. The meals came with garlic bread and salads and fries. Large portions. Wine bottles were reasonably priced and good choices. Tiramisu was one of the best I had.

Jerlando’s Ristorante was a great find. For a restaurant of its size, the service was impressively fast. We started with garlic knots and mozzarella sticks—the garlic knots were excellent, and the marinara sauce was rich and flavorful. I had the ziti with vodka sauce, which was delicious overall, though I felt it could’ve used just a touch more salt. The real standout for me was the garlic bread—it was so good I ended up ordering another one. Perfectly cooked with great texture, just flawless. The side salad that came with my dish was also a nice surprise, especially with the raspberry vinaigrette. It wasn’t overly acidic, and the fruity note balanced things really well. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place.

Jerlando’s is a staple in Watkins Glen. My wife and I have been coming to the area for 8 years and we have never eaten here. That changed (finally!) due to a recommendation from our AirBnB owner. We waited about a half hour for a table at 7:30 on a Thursday night. We walked around the store next to it and our buzzer reached us there which was really nice. We ordered immediately and all of our food came out within 30 mins. The cheesy garlic bread was fantastic and probably the best we have ever had. So flavorful without being heavy. My wife ordered the Penne with Vodka and added chicken. I had the Grilled Chicken Cantonese with a baked potato. Hers was good but mine was better. The chicken was expertly cooked and the sauce was soooo good without being heavy or messy. I could have licked the plate if it were socially acceptable but we saved bread for that very reason. We will be Jerlando regulars from now on!

Visited this classic pizzeria on our way through Watkins Glen and was pleasantly surprised! We were seated almost immediately and ordered right away. The 2 pizzas took about 25 minutes to come. Drinks came right away. The waiter was pleasant and kept us mostly informed on the stage of our food. The music was not too loud. Around 12:45, the place was not super busy. This place is better for small parties, not larger groups, though they can accommodate. There is a bar placed centrally in the main dining, but it was not open for lunch. The food itself was amazing. The pizza was hot and crispy. The crust was not too thick. It was crispy on the outside and soft and tender on the inside. We ordered both the Buffalo Chicken and Bacon Chicken Ranch pizzas. They both had great flavor. The buffalo chicken didn’t have too much spice, but was very flavorful. Definitely going to return when I’m back here again!

First of all, don’t trust the recent negative reviews. I was hesitant to try this restaurant because of them. But I also asked a local and they said that the FOOD IS GOOD here and she was right! Plenty of free street parking and a near by free public lot. We arrived around 6:40pm on a weeknight and there was no wait for a table for four. What We Liked & Recommend: 1) Alfredo Fettuccine (sauce tasted fresh, cheesy & house made) 2)Pasta Ala Vodka (fresh and flavorful) 4) NY strip steak (had a nice char and was cooked to perfection) The entrees came with a side salad. We tried toss salad w/ Italian dressing and Cesar salad. Both were fresh. Both dressings were light and didn’t taste oily. For drinks: The Pina Colada Virgin was on the point. Our waiter offered to refill our Fountain drinks which were complementary. Price/Value: The portion for the two pastas mentioned were huge. Good value for the buck. Service: Our server was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Drinks and Food came quickly. Ambience: Dim yet comfortable lighting. The walls are painted with an exterior of rustic houses. It feels like you’re eating in a little Italian village. The restaurant has one women’s restroom and one men’s restroom. The restroom was clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend and come back the next time we visit. It is only a few minutes drive from the Walkin Glen State Park.

Captain Bill's is a great tour operator for anyone looking to get out and explore the beautiful scenery of North America. Their staff is friendly and attentive, and their food is incredible. They also offer cruises on the lake, which are very relaxing and enjoyable.
My daughter and I did an hour long tour on the Seneca Spirit in the afternoon and LOVED it. Our guide, Dan, was extremely knowledgeable about the local history and geology of Seneca Lake. He made everything interesting and fun! We sat on the upper deck in the fresh and and sunshine. It was beautiful! Very calm, peaceful, and relaxing. We both agreed this tour was worth every penny.

We did an hour sightseeing tour over Labor Day weekend and had a blast! They are very pet friendly and allowed us to bring our two corgis. Very knowledgeable tour guides! Will definitely be back!

We went with a tour group and got a chance to eat lunch on the boat while we sailed around the lake and we had a great time! The view is incredible from the boat and the lake is absolutely beautiful and they tell you about things as you're passing them, which is really cool. The food was very good as well. They started with a salad, then I got the beef which was well seasoned and very tender. The gravy was very good as well. I also really liked the carrots and potatoes. I was particularly impressed by how well they did with one member of our party's dietary restrictions, which we really appreciated. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and attentive the whole time as well. She was outstanding! We definitely recommend this boat tour!

A lovely small vessel right on Seneca Lake. The cruise was affordable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The tour guide was knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions along the way. The views were spectacular — including a quick glimpse of Hector Falls from the lake. I definitely recommend this if you’re looking for a relaxing mix of history and sightseeing.
Nilma Q — Google review
I have been on many boat cruises across the U.S. and around the world from Brazil and Italy to Australia and unfortunately, this was by far the most disappointing experience, especially at $125 per person. The food was the biggest letdown. The Prime Rib of Beef au Jus tasted flavorless, more like it had been boiled or reheated than properly cooked. The “Jambalaya” was nothing more than plain white rice with pieces of hot dog or what seemed like sausage, completely lacking spice or seasoning. The Surf and Turf didn’t include any real seafood or lobster, which made the dish feel misleading and disappointing. Overall, the food was horrific. In fact 3 of us had stomach issues the following morning and even now 3 days after one of us is having issues. The drinks were just as underwhelming; weak cocktails and an overpriced bottle of wine served in plastic cups. For the price point, guests should expect much higher quality. The entertainment didn’t improve things. The live music felt like the standard setlist you’d hear at a wedding, repetitive and uninspired. If there is going to be live entertainment, it should be a good mix of oldies and recognizable modern songs that engage the audience. Otherwise, a proper host to guide the evening and interact with guests would make for a better experience. The only highlight of the evening was the view: the beautiful lakeside homes, natural skyline, and sunset were truly breathtaking. We also felt for the staff, especially our waitress, who was kind and attentive. She asked us how everything was, but we couldn’t bring ourselves to be honest, as it was clear the poor experience was not her fault. Recommendations for Improvement: •Improve the food dramatically: a simple well-seasoned steak, grilled salmon, risotto, or pasta would be far better than what was served. Even a well-made burger would surpass the current menu. •Provide blankets for guests when it gets chilly on the water. •Rethink entertainment: either book quality live musicians who can deliver variety and energy or have a host to keep guests engaged. •Upgrade drink service: real glassware, stronger cocktails, and fairly priced wine are a must. At its core, this cruise has the potential to be a wonderful experience because the setting is truly spectacular. But unless serious improvements are made to food, drinks, and entertainment, it will continue to disappoint guests expecting more for the price.

My husband and I did the sightseeing cruise on the Seneca Spirit! It was a very nice hour experience where you learn and see quite a bit from a different perspective! Obviously it is limited to only an hour so you will not get the whole history of the area or a whole tour of the lake but you get quite a bit in that hour! We also had a very knowledgeable guide on the upper deck who gave us additional information outside of what was being shared by the main tour guide! Definitely a good tourist attraction and a must do for a good general history of the lake and Watkins Glen area!

Restaurant
Located in Watkins Glen, NY, Bleachers Sports Bar and Grill is a great spot for drinks or dinner. They have a full bar with draft beer, and it's a popular spot for fans of American football. They also serve lunch and dinner, as well as brunch on weekends. If you're looking to watch some football games while you eat, this is the place for you!
Nice clean sports bar atmosphere with plenty of viewing options and seating. Great appetizers in the menu. The Buffalo wings were crispy and amazingly good. The homemade blue cheese is worth the trip alone. We had a freshly ground burger patty that was cooked perfect. We will certainly return here again. Waitress was friendly and attentive.
Gregory M — Google review
We had never eaten at Bleacher's before and were initially surprised there wasn't more of a crowd for dinner. We asked to sit outside and the waitress was upfront with us saying she was the only one and we could choose to be out there but she may not check on us as much as normal which we were fine with. She still provided good service and the food was amazingly good. The fries were perfectly crispy and twisted making them a unique offering. I also love the option of tater tots and those were just as good. My burger was delicious and perfectly heated to the desired temperature. My daughter would've liked salt on her soft pretzels and the honey mustard was good but I expected a different flavor- more of a spicy mustard. I do not recommend the water, I traded for a pop instead, it was terrible even with my lemon. I wish it was a little bit of a livelier atmosphere but they can't help that. I also felt like the TV's on the patio should be turned on during business hours, I didn't want to bother the waitress for that, they should just be on to add to the atmosphere and invite others in. Otherwise, this restaurant was a hit, we enjoyed our dinner and the location had convenient parking right on site. Great food. We'd definitely eat there again if we're ever back in the area.

We were going to stop and get wings at Maria's but they only take cash. So I ask what about this place (bleachers). She said it's okay....so we went in to order takeout. After asking for a menu, we ordered....I got an order of wings with hot sauce and she order half wing half fries extra crispy on her wings. The bar tender said about 15 to 20 minutes. She asked if we would like drinks.....both of us said no, but I did ask for some water as we waited. She then tells me you can only get water for free if you order a drink. Confused, I say, I just placed an order for 27.00 bucks and I can't get a water unless in drink? The guy next to me speaks up and said that is crazy that they just order food and can get a glass of water. She says that they can purchase a bottle of water, but the owner will not allow us to give free water unless they order drinks. He agrees that is crazy and say put two bottles on my bill. We thank him and leave once our food came out. Get to here house to find out they don't even give you a dozen wings....not even 10.....you get 9 wings for an order....but her half order of wings she gets 5. To top it off, my wing were cooked extra so they were so dry. Hardly any sauce on them and they had to be the worst wings I have ever had in my life. The flavor of that sauce sucked!!!! I would not recommend this place at all. If I could give a zero for food, I would have. Stop being so cheap with the water and get better quality of wings and sauce.
Van B — Google review
The food was ok. The burger and chicken sandwiches were bland on stale buns with 5 chips. The chicken tenders and fries were great. My draft beer had visible mild in it. The food is cheap. Beer is city priced.

My husband and I came in for dinner with another couple for the first time. We waited forever for our appetizers. Ours came and our friends did not come until we were pretty much finished with our apps. We also specifically asked for the garlic sauce on the side of the calamari but it was on the calamari which was rubbery. My husband ordered fries and my friend ordered tots. When she brought our food, both of our husbands had wrong potato on their plates. They told her and she gave a nervous laugh and just said sorry. Never an offered to fix the problem. We had to get to an event so no one requested to fix the issue. She would run off before we could ask her for stuff numerous times. She never asked if any of the food was ok, ever. She asked the family next to us how everything was and offered them more drink refills but never asked us. We had to get her attention for more drinks. I was not happy. Then to top it off the bill comes and they automatically add a “service charge” for over $10. Then it asks for a tip. Unreal to do that sneaky b.s. and then ask for a tip when the service was not even subpar. Why work for your tip or even give decent service when it is already charged? The bathrooms are not handicapped accessible and the mens room door had a huge hole in the main door leading out into the dining room. Women’s room has no lock on the one door stall and it stays open about three inches. We will never go back again.

First time trying Bleachers. Was surprised at dinner time there were only two other tables ordering food. I ordered the Reuben and my sister ordered the lightly breaded fish sandwich and both did the fries for an additional $2.99. What a disappointment. The Reuben came in grilled marble rye which looked yellow from the grill and had hardly any corned beef or sauerkraut on it. The fish sandwich was anything but fresh and was battered not breaded. It looked like a frozen piece of fish taken out of a box .. the fries were weird, never seen anything like them and didn't have that French fries taste. Everything was unappetizing. The waitress Kim had the personality of a rock. When she took our money never asked if we needed change and didn't even say thank you until my sister said thank you. Needless to say we won't be going back and can understand why the place wasn't busy. It was nasty.
Amy H — Google review
I get it. The sign at the entrance said short on help. But over two hours for lunch for 6 is a little much. Several mistakes when the food was delivered. A few not prepared as requested. My burger special Made me sick later. Didn’t set well 39 minutes after I ate it. The most bizarre policy: if you order water with food, they charge you. If you order a beer with food, you get a free water.

The restaurant offers a variety of fresh and delicious seafood options, as well as local favorites like chophouse burgers, Philly cheesesteaks, and pulled pork sandwiches. Out in wine country and needed a place to stop and watch the Bills game. We were nervous about the reviews but decided to give it a try. We cannot express how much of a great time we had. Had a late lunch here, shrimp poboy with fries. Shrimp wasn't the breaded deep fried type, sub roll had lettuce tomato and spicy garlic aioli. I usually don't like aioli however this one was very good. Prices were a little higher than I would expect. I enjoyed the meal and quick service.

We came for dinner after our proposal on a Saturday night during live music. We didn't have to wait for a table and the restaurant wasn't full. Despite that, the food wait was very long and our server came back to apologize multiple times. We suspect it may not be a very organized kitchen. Our orders came out at different times and was mediocre. $30 prime rib came out cold and was very sad looking; the side of veggies was frankly gross. We watched staff pour soap directly on the floor to clean up a spill, which just created an ice rink. The timber-framed interior of the restaurant was beautiful though. Probably wouldn't go again, we'll try somewhere else.

I saw the Burger King from the Watkins Glen entrance and was headed there for lunch on foot when I noticed this Bar&Grill a little bit down a small street. Wanting something a bit better than fast food, I gave it a try, and I'm glad I did. They have a good variety of burger and sandwich, but the item that caught my eye was fried mushrooms. Most of the places I eat at home in Colorado stopped serving them a few years ago so I was happy to find somewhere that has them on the menu. They were great, and so was the burger & fries. My mom got a fried fish burger that she said was excellent as well. Pricier than Burger King, but worth it. The service and the ambiance was good too with a dining area surrounding a central bar, which opens up to a large outdoor patio.

Service and staff was amazing . Very friendly and out going. Atmosphere very unique. Live band playing when we arrived. Portion size more than adequate. I ordered the Mac & cheese dinner. It was awful! Very bland and no cheese taste whatsoever . We also buffalo wings . Sauce was on the side . Yet the buffalo sauce was undesirable as well .

Another visit on a whim. We wanted a quick bite but ended up a long wait, they were short staffed but honestly the place is amazing. We enjoyed checking out the place as they have an array of things hanging everywhere. By the time our food was served it was well over an hour but the food was delicious and made up for the wait. We were given a few gift certificates and the owner was very accommodating and will surely visit again 😀

We followed our noses to the pizza. It was delicious. The veggie was my favorite.

By far, the worst Calzone I've ever had. The crust - hard to describe. Like a thin crust like layer of bakery bread. The filling? Just a few pieces of meat - no onions, no peppers and this weird cheese "sauce". Tasted like it was a flour & milk sauce with a little mozzarella mixed in. Two thirds of this "thing" went in the trash uneaten. A hot pocket would have been better.

Came in about noon. Ordered 2 slices, a salad, 1 fountain soda and a bottle of water. Price came to 28 and change. The slices must have been sitting for for a while and were soggy. It took over 20 min to get the salad. The salad was good but not worth the price. Wont be back.

Always delicious! From the wings to the Stromboli to the pizza! My favorite way to the order the wings is with their medium sauce and ask for some garlic on them as well. The restaurant is always clean and the employees are kind and helpful. This is always my husband’s favorite stop when we travel up to visit my family. Their outdoor seating area is wonderful in the Summer!

We ordered wings this past Saturday and they messed up our order, no problem, we understand that happens. Instead of them giving us the next wing order, they made us wait another 35 minutes. That was mishandled in my opinion. We won’t be going back as the food was just okay. I will say that the restaurant itself was very clean.

The Scuteri's Cannoli Connection is a small, family-owned bakery in Watkins Glen, NY that specializes in cannolis made with a secret family recipe of creamy ricotta cheese and mini chocolate chips. The shop also offers pizza.
Its a to go place... but if you enjoy sweets the cookies and canolies are out of this world! The canolies are filled on the spot! Large small or chocolate.

Scuteri's Cannoli Connection holds a special place in my heart, primarily for their incredible pizza. If you're craving a truly traditional pizza – the kind with that perfect balance of marvelous dough, classic sauce, and just the right amount of cheese – this is your destination. What makes it truly exceptional is the generous helping of family love that goes into every pie. It's clear that this is a family operation, and they are always there to help. My biggest advice is to call ahead to confirm if it's "pizza day," because you absolutely do not want to miss out. While I'm sure everything else on their menu is wonderful, when I've saved enough for a treat out ... it's hard to choose anything else. This is a must-try for any pizza lover in Watkins Glen!

Neat little bar on the main drag of Watkins Glenn. Definitely a local hangout and place has the race vibe on decor. There is very little table seating and you order at the bar for food and drinks. Couple of reviews complained about lack of service. There are signs stating how to order, so it should not be a surprise. The food quality was very good and drinks were top notch. Some of the best wings around. I will definitely be going back.
Greg M — Google review
Went there for lunch. Chose it based on rating and reviews. There was just a bunch of local men around the bar and the bartender. No one was there for lunch. We didn't feel welcome to stay for lunch AT ALL. The bartender, who made clear to me was the only one working, was obviously that "fake nice". She made us feel like we were being a pain for being there for lunch. So we didn't even sit down, and when we left, she did a chippy "Well have a nice day!". I don't know, it just wasn't a good vibe at all. Maybe she knew we weren't from around there and didn't like that? Maybe her having to deal with lunch customers was just extra for her to do? Honestly, I felt like we were crushing HER vibe, entertaining the men there from behind the bar. I don't know. But I didn't like it and didn't want to stay any longer.

Guests can also enjoy classic bar activities such as pool, darts, and watching sports on one of the eight televisions.
Best wings I’ve had in 10 years! The burgers were big and well cooked and the fries were top notch. Highly recommend stopping here for food and to just relax with a beer. Play some pool or darts or watch some sports!

When I say these are the best wings I’ve ever had! They were crispy, they were tender, they were juicy! The pizza..?! Underrated in appearance then you bite into that thin and moist crust…! Beautiful!

While we were visiting Watkins Glen to walk the gorge, as part of a mini vacation, we decided to try this place. (A recommendation from our friends we met on our trip). They did not steer us wrong!! Just a nice local type of bar. Nothing fancy. We love these types of places. Plenty of seating. Our bartenders couldn’t have been better. They were so fun & friendly. Service was excellent. The beers were great. I had one or two on tap. The wings were outstanding. Nice & crisp outside, and a decent size. Great hot sauce (not too hot). Would definitely revisit if we make our way back in that area again!!! Highly recommend.

We were in town for the Nascar race and hiking watkins Glen state park and stopped into this local spot. Atmosphere was great, they had a live band playing. Our waitress was great. Food came fast even though waitress was swamped with all the crowd. Got the boneless wings they were good, loved the Tsai chili sauce.

Such a sweet spot! We came in for a late togo lunch. Wings and pizza- made to order. SUPER friendly and sweet staff. We love this place and make it a point to come when we’re up for vacation!

Great good, great bar tenders, decent selection of beers/liquors. Place has really changed for the better since Dakota took over, especially the food.

Decent bar, friendly staff, a real late night gathering place for locals. The real star of this place is the pizza! Might be the best in town. They also do a real good Gluten Free pizza too. The cook takes pride in his food, and it shows!

Located by the boat launch near the school, the Oar House lives up to its name by offering a variety of seafood dishes. It is a popular local establishment for those taking their boats out, often bustling with activity. The hardworking staff strive to keep up with the demand and serve authentic homemade meals that are truly delightful. Although some patrons found the bloody Mary too heavy on horseradish, this did not detract from their overall positive experience at this charming restaurant.
We loved this place. The view of the river Marina sitting outside was lovely and peaceful. Umbrella coverage for outdoor and indoor seating available as well. Perfect spot for a burger lunch on the water. Highly recommend the pickle fries!

This is a definite locals place. The girl came out from the bar said you're new. I'm not busy so I'll get your drinks but if you want food or more drinks you have to come to the bar. Cook brought the food out, decent burgers and fries. You do all the running but she expects a tip. It's next to a small marina alot of signs and lawn ornaments. Parking lot looks like some kinda company its basically a garage. Call me weird but I think if you're serving food someone should come to the table.

This may be the greatest place I have ever had lunch. So simple, the staff are so nice, so perfect and the food is SO GOOD! 100% will be eating here again and maybe partying as well. Such a cool vibe.

Very cool place. Owner came by to chat. Cuban and Ruben sandwiches were quite good. Good vibes on a sunny day. Quiet road to bike in on. Ooooh, and the bloody mary was good.

Burger was a little dry, fried cauliflower was good and the place itself is nice with the boat decorations.

Had the cheeseburger and it was very tasty. The veggies on the burger were nice and fresh and the fries were perfectly crispy. Perfect meal after the Watkins Glen hike. Just keep in mind the food might take a little long especially if it’s busy. This place is laid back with a dive bar feel and unique decor. The owner is involved with the food running and so kind. She came up to talk to many tables and checked on our food. I hope to come back soon!

Seasonal bar & restaurant on the water! Went for Sunday brunch. Fun and relaxing atmosphere, brunch menu was small but mighty! Definitely going back, nothing like a cold drink and yummy food on the water at the bar house

“Shack - like” vibes but so cozy and tucked away. Getting there seems a little sketchy but trust it’s worth it. Great food and great service.
