Been going to this location for a while and have always have good food and service. A mistake was made and the staff fixed it immediately. They were so kind and apologetic, genuinely. The ppl that work there deserve praise for their patience, kindness, and good food. Thanks guys!

AVOID THIS LOCATION. Trust me it’s worth the drive to Upper Paradise or Queenston and I live 2 min away from this location. Food was cold Didn’t call out my name when it was ready So who knows how long it sat there for. When I finally asked after 45 min it was magically ready right at that moment. I was definitely forgotten about. While I waited 45 min I watched a guy get his order and come back to complain about something they forgot. Then I had to go back. They forgot A WHOLE RACK OF RIBS When I arrived another guy was at the cash bringing his food back for a refund. He was there while I was earlier for 45 min so I recognized him. I couldn’t believe how many orders were wrong in such a short time. It was a horrible experience waste of $92. Had to re heat everything. Except the rack of ribs I drove back for

I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service at this location. I was called back by Maria today and she helped me with an issue that I had. Going above and beyond without me asking for a favour. Maria is a true asset to this location. Thank you again.

So I placed an order for a family bundle of wings. They tell me it will take 1 hour for delivery. I wait hour and 20 minutes and call to see what was going on with our order. Put on hold for 5 minutes then ask me what can we do. I tell them just seeing where my order is. Put on hold. Comes back on the phone to tell me their manager said they misplaced my order. Didn't offer anything in return and then ask me what I want. I told them to forget it and hung up. What a joke of a restaurant.

The Upper Ottawa location has gotten worse and worse from our last few visits. The staff members were very rude when I called them out for over charging me. We were then served what looked to be chickadee wings, dry, cold and the smallest I’ve ever seen served. Would I go there again, probably not. It’s a shame because this used to be our goto for wings. Save yourself the disappointment and try some of the other wings spots in the area. Bon Appetit!

Rookie mistake - didn’t ask for preference re blue cheese and ranch and then missed including any veggies or wipes in the order. They gave a sauce but who knows what that is. Decent amount of meat for 1lbs which was nice and they nailed the crispness level - really nice. The Cajun is really bland - need to kick it up a couple notches. The flats were a little too moist and the wings has too much cartilage for the amount other are charging. I’d certainly give them another 2-3 tries to see how the adjust. A true wing place is hard to find and run well. 15 min wait for take out wings was not bad.

Great chicken wings dusted and mildly salted, excellent size nicely fried. Glad we got sauce on the side because they frankly are awful. We only recommend Franks as it’s not tampered with. The other traditional flavours are overly influenced by Indian cuisine. Even mango habanero although hot as expected tasted influenced by turmeric. Honey garlic is gloppy sugar little flavour. Buffalo sauce should not be sweet and blue cheese dip is very vinegary and thin. I do plan to try a pizza. 🤞🏼Expensive so I suggest sauce improvements or I’m gone.

How is only 12 wings in a 20 wing combo ever okay? What was it $47 to get 12 wings and a small pizza delivered? The crust was like some premade crust like you can buy in the frozen section. Yikes!

The owner is awesome, the wings were big, we asked for non breaded but got breaded, no biggy. BUT, when sauced the breading got super soggy and we even ate them in the parking lot. Next time no breading. He also comped us a snack, which was awesome. Terribly mushy the next day even in the air fryer but we will still be back.

Very solid food and service experience. Ordered the 3lb wings with fries and mozzarella sticks. Was not expecting anything amazing but as soon as I grabbed the order, let me tell you it smelled amazzzzing. Wings were flavourful and the mozzarella sticks were way better than anticipated. Only downside was the fries weren’t the best, plus no ketchup served with it but this is a pizza/wings place so not going to knock them for it. It’s good to have as an option and they were fine, nothing that amazing. Bonus: they have Dr.Pepper

The absolute best pizza and wings around. The mango habanero wings are crazy spicy and delicious. The jerk wings are always out of this world. Pizza is alway done perfect. I am only disappointed that I cannot give a higher rating. The owner is such a great guy and the staff is consistently great. Keep up the great work , you’ll always have a customer here. Not clean, ceiling vent - black, floors sticky, atmosphere very dark. I guess so you can't see things. Hostess- snotty, not interested in helping Food - overpriced and not good. Didn't eat entire meal because it did not taste good. Chicken Caesar wrap made with a couple Frozen breaded chicken fingers with a peice of romaine with Caesar dressing wrapped in a Small tortilla with some kind of I don't know what seasoning on the half I couldn't eat with Frozen fries. Very limited menu because there was a show that night and the kitchen gets overwhelmed! Poor guys. It's a RESTAURANT!! We were sat at a table but requested to be moved to a booth which was denied. Only two of their booths were occupied the whole time we were there.

We stayed at the Sheraton next door for our wedding in Dundas, and asked this bar if we could reserve some space for a big group for drinks and dinner the night before. They graciously offered us the whole rooftop patio and allowed us to stay until close with about 30 of our friends and family. The service was great for such a big group and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good and the atmosphere was super cute!! Thank you very much for your help and for a great night! :)

Very poor experience I was looking for a good establishment to eat wings and decided upon the anchor bar in Jackson Square to be my location of choice, I've heard good things about their wings, so coming up to the restaurant, I waited about 5 minutes while you're staff pondered to assist me with seating to not only watch the Toronto Blue Jays game but to enjoy some wings, I was approached by one of your staff, to be brought to a area in the front of the restaurant and, she looked me up and down like, their was something wrong, I asked us everything ok. She then proceeded to tell me that the spot I was going to be sitting at was already reserved for a party, " I asked what time is the" party " she stated. ' at some point today ' again looking at me in my wheelchair, up in down. With disgust, under my breath I said' oh, I see' where this is going. I said to your waitress at the time is very rude, and very discrimination driven against people who are in wheelchairs, and left your establishment abruptly without hesitation. My point of this is, " I'm going to eat in your establishment and treated with disrespect by any of your staff, is rude, nowhere in your restaurant stated, ' wheelchairs not allowed" so please speak with your staff about discrimination against people in wheelchairs is against the law. I'm a paying customer. Complete disrespect there and quite possibly if this kind of treatment of anyone is not changed. I'll tell everyone I know NOT to come eat at your restaurant again. The food was ok. The fries and gravy were very good, I felt the salads were over priced for what you get. The burger was disappointing. It was like cheap frozen patties, I'd pay more for a good fresh ground meat style. They had a pizza oven so I feel the pizza would have been a good choice. Although it didn't look like the oven was running. Fun place, they do themed nights like karaoke. The waitress was friendly but clearly rushed and did her best not to show impatient.

I really used to love coming here on Thursday nights for their trivia. It was always a fun time and the host was amazing but then it got cancelled 🤷‍♀️ I have no reason to go there anymore, the service can be slow (depending who's working) the food is okay but nothing to write home about. Drink prices were decent but the draw in for me was the trivia so without it I'll take my business elsewhere.

Terrible bar to go to for a couple. Wife and I went on a getaway to Hamilton and we stopped in here however, the experience was terrible. The waiter was “okay” in terms of friendliness and service however the food was terrible. We ordered a spin dip and the chips were like Doritos that nobody shut the bag on in two days and the pita was undercooked and limp. We paid and left the place.,returned several minutes later for my vape that I left but it disappeared. Such a shame I even left the waiter a tip. Please do not go here.. you will regret it

Always come here before a movie. Nice place to eat in the same mall. Today came my usual 9pm sign says 10pm close. Figured 1 hour is plenty of time to get some wings and chat while waiting for movie. Nope staff wanted to close early. Saw them sitting down inside with the doors locked. Was very sad. Girlfriend mad at me. Movie sucked. Ruined night. Fix your hours.

Honestly the largest nachos I have ever been served, and well layered with toppings throughout and the sides! Fed an entire table of 6 adults. Good service and good prices. You get a good meal

If you're looking for great prices, generous portion size and a pub atmosphere then this is the place. Jade our server was amazing, she was very pleasant and friendly. She was very informative. The food was great and the portions were generous. We will definitely come back and recommend.

Best pub food in Ancaster and Hamilton. My go to spot for a crisp beer, great food and somewhere to catch the game. The owner is involved in the community and someone who has created a very welcoming space for all people. The servers are very friendly and hard working. Post soccer ritual for my friends and I are to go down and get the wings every Tues. They're phenomenal.

I almost always take a picture of my meal and today I forgot, but I just have to say that the brassie burger was amazing! The best burger I have ever had! You have to go and try this! Also love the sweet potato fries! Super huge serving!

I normally do not do reviews but I have to say that Jade was absolutely terrific last night with myself and my sisters. She asked the right questions when serving us, asking us when we wanted her to place our orders with the kitchen staff which made our experience relaxed and not rushed. We will definitely be back.

Would recommend for a fun pub atmosphere. I had the strawberry pecan salad. Really good if a bit on the sweet side. If you prefer a savory salad, get the candied pecans on the side and skip the balsamic glaze. I thought it was a perfect mix of flavors, tho. I had a red sangria with cranberry juice instead of pineapple (allergies) and it was delicious. I told the server I can't have gluten (celiac) and she was familiar with cross contamination advising the steak is cooked on a shared grill. I really appreciate when the serving staff is knowledgeable with things like that. 5 stars. Would recommend.

Best Nachos in Hamilton!! I will, their food quality got a little lower since when they opened but recently it seems like they have been getting a lot better! Brassie is an Ancaster staple filled with tons of locals and travellers. Great Food, Great drinks, Great Atmosphere.

The Pheasant Plucker proves to be a traditional pub with decent pub fare and selection of beer, but it's likely a place for casual gathering as opposed to a place to celebrate a special occasion. Came here with my partner one Sunday in the late afternoon, which appeared to be a slow period for the restaurant. The decor looked somewhat tired and likely not a huge priority for management. Our server was very friendly and welcoming. She provided a number of recommendations when I asked about the menu, and let me sample some beer before ordering. The pub has Guinness on tap (which is something I think a pub needs to have). We were told that the majority of the menu is made in-house from scratch. I ordered the Phez Burger while my partner had the Sunday special Roast Beef Dinner. The Roast Beef Dinner was decent, but didn't stand out as exceptional. The Phez Burger was more impressive. The beef was cooked well (juicy) and the toppings had a good balance of the flavours. The Burger held together and did not fall apart. The fresh cut fries were quite exceptional and crispy - I ate every single fry. I would go back just for the fries 😂 I think I'd recommend the Pheasant Plucker if you're looking to hang out with friends for beers and decent grub, but it might not be the place you'd go for the ultimate culinary experience.

I used to order from this restaurant for many years. I moved out of the area for two years and ordered today, excited to have their wings. WOW it has gone DOWN hill!!!! They were not the same wings I remember. They are maybe half the size they used to be and they charge almost $20 for a “pound.” They were also very dry! How do wings go dry?? I also ordered their calamari….. they maybe give you one tube of calamari and again almost $20. The fries, you can tell they are homemade but half the container was the little crispy burnt parts that just didn’t taste good and made it very hard to eat. I feel ripped off and hungry.

We ordered (for takeout) the fish & chips as well as the calamari. The fish was tender, fresh tasting, and flavourful. The chips were tasty too, my husband who isn’t usually a fan of British style chips devoured them. The coleslaw was flavourless, but we could let that go. What we couldn’t let go was the lemon pepper calamari. It was absolutely inedible. I have never had something more disgusting. They must have made a mistake in the kitchen, because it was incredibly sour as well as salty. I was very disappointed to pay almost $19 for something we could not have more than a bite of. As you can see from the photo, it is not a generous portion to begin with. There are only two rings missing from this picture and unlike the photos on their website, in person the calamari looked bright yellow.

Bar is nice and street is accessible. I was nervous about ordering non-alcoholic beer in front of people for the first time, sounds dumb I know, because I'm an alcoholic. I choked on really saying anything besides water. I received an eye roll when they asked again what I wanted and I again asked for water. It was a weekend evening so I know they had a lot of customers and were busy. Later in the night they aggressively, didn't know it was possible, pulled the empty cup of water off the table and offered me nothing else all night. I could have asked for another one but the staff weren't even looking me in the eye. I'm not sure if they've ever been an alcoholic embracing that life for the first time among friends who still drink heavily but how they treated me was actually kind of off putting. Nice place but I won't be coming back.

Typical pub vibe and the food was pretty decent. Only complaint was our server was hammered. Like concerningly drunk to the point where we were sure he’d forget things or mess up our order. Surprisingly he didn’t, but the dude was slurring his words. Edit after the owner responded: Your server was 100% intoxicated. I was with 8 other people and they all saw it too. If you took these claims as seriously as you're claiming, you wouldn't dismiss what a large group of people saw, and instead talk to your server about drinking on the job.

If you are looking for an British pub in Hamilton this place is your ticket! With its real brick walls and original hardwood floors, this pub has that type moody yet cozy atmosphere that is distinctively British. Their menu is grand ranging from bangers and mash to goat cheese salad to a Scottish take on the Canadian poutine. I will definitely be coming back here to watch football and have some British grub.

Stopped in at the pheasant after an appointment at the hospital, I ordered the cottage pie and it was the best I’ve ever had!!! My server Bailey was so sweet and attentive! I will be back!

We went here while in Hamilton for a hockey tournament. The atmosphere was fun and our waitress was awesome. The food was pretty good. But we had to wait a long time for our food, they didn’t seem equipped to prepare all the delivery orders they had.

From the very first bite, it was clear that this place takes food quality seriously. Every dish was a masterpiece—fresh, flavorful and exotic. Whether it was the tenders, juicy meats, the crisp everything was cooked to perfection. You can tell the chef and server puts love and care into every plate serving. Not only the food was tasty but the margarita cocktail was just fabolous. The bartender modified the classic cocktail into his signature one. I left the table full, happy, and already planning my next visit. If you're someone who values high-quality food, this spot is an absolute must-try.

Walking in the atmosphere is awesome. I recommend sitting at the top, because you get to watch the chef work. They had some different take on food dishes and I like that. The fried deviled eggs where not my cup of tea but my buddy liked them. Our server Sanjana was awesome. She was very friendly and very attentive to our needs. I recommend stopping by and giving them a try.

Unfortunately, our experience here was extremely disappointing. It seems like it is under new owners or new management because I have been here before and it tastes vastly different. From the moment our food arrived, it was clear that attention to basic service standards was lacking — we had to ask for plates, cutlery, and napkins after both our appetizers and entrees had already been served. Our soft drinks didn’t come with much ice. The food quality was just as concerning. The chicken wings were undercooked and the chicken tenders had a strange flavor, likely due to old or poorly maintained cooking oil. The nachos were missing cheese entirely, and the deviled eggs had an unpleasant taste that suggested they weren’t fresh. Overall, between the poor service and terrible food, it was not an enjoyable dining experience. Also very pricey and we were not offered any discounts on our bill although we complained about the food and returned plates back. As someone who typically doesn’t complain about places, there were too many disappointments for the price we paid. I hope the restaurant takes these issues seriously, as there’s definitely room for improvement.

The Coop was awesome!!! The chicken and waffles were excellent and Sanjana, our server was the best! Great food, great service and great atmosphere!! You gotta get to the Coop.

They did not have items on the menu, which was not indicated a priori and only after we had made up our minds. We returned our pop drinks as these tasted strongly of chlorine. I would recommend only bottled drinks. The burger and sandwich we ordered were great.

Endzone Bar & Grill is a sprawling, echoey joint where the TVs outnumber the bartenders, and the scent of fryer oil clings to the air like a second skin. We hauled the kids along, which meant the obligatory safe bets: penne drowned in red sauce that tasted like someone waved a basil leaf over a can of tomato paste, and a pair of sliders with fries that screamed “we’re just here so you don’t complain.” The kids were pacified with fizzy drinks and a scoop of ice cream that melted before the spoon hit it. The grown-ups? A half rack of ribs that clung too tightly to the bone—as if they were scared of leaving—and a pound of Buffalo wings, gloriously unapologetic, greasy enough to stain your soul and your shirt. Two boozy drinks to wash it all down. The bill? A cool hundred bucks. Felt about right in today’s world, where a hot dog at a ball game costs more than your dignity. Would I go back? Maybe—for the specials. Just not on a Saturday, when the deals dry up. But sometimes, in places like this, you’re not looking for perfect—you’re just looking for easy. And that’s exactly what you get.

I have to say that tonight's experience was horrendous. There was no A/C and it was completely uncomfortable in terms of atmosphere.... ruined everything in my honest opinion. The drink I ordered was not made how I've had it in the past...I ordered a mud slide There was no mud and no slide and I couldn't find any traces of alcohol. The server was sweet and came back with " that's how we make those here" ... The food...wings decent but my "fries supreme" was sub par. They were passing out samples of Coors slushie flavoured Seltzers...this was the redeemable portion. Did enjoy the Cherry 🍒 one. Honestly, I had a great time with the company I kept and found the server to be sweet 💜 however, I'll never go back here. My guy said he'd never go back again either.

My boyfriend and I came for a few drinks and to watch the jays game. We ordered the Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich which was absolutely delicious and the beer was nice and crisp! 100% would recommend! Will definitely be coming back !

Food Review – Needs Work, But Great Atmosphere and Perks Stopped in for a bite before a Tiger-Cats game, and while the surroundings were great, the food left a lot to be desired. Let’s start with the good: the place has a solid atmosphere — live music playing, TVs everywhere for sports fans, and an awesome feature if you’re heading to the game. You can buy your Ticats tickets right there and hop on a free bus to and from the stadium. That’s a huge plus and honestly one of the highlights.Very long what times for even drinks. Now the food… that’s where things took a dive. I ordered a burger and Caesar salad, and I really expected more given the price point. The burger looked like meatloaf, broken in three spots with a slice of processed cheese thrown on top — who still does that? The bacon was thin and lifeless, and the whole plate looked like it had been pulled from someone else’s table. The Caesar salad? It had clearly been sitting under a heat lamp for too long — wilted and sad. I even took photos, and believe me, that’s how it looked fresh from the kitchen. Service was just okay — not rude, but not overly attentive either. I’ll give them another shot down the line because the location and vibe are solid, especially if you’re a sports fan. But the kitchen really needs to step it up. Food should match the experience, and right now, it just doesn’t. Pls tell me it was a bad day to eat and wanna spend money, I want the owners and management to look at the attached photos and tell me if they want to serve this? Truth be told, the server should not even brought that food out.

Well we went again for the 99 cent wing night. Our server Sydney was amazing. She took such good care of us and explained some of the wing flavours as well as made some recommendations. She went over and above to make our experience enjoyable. The wings were amazing as usual. We also had fries. They have quite a good selection of draft beers as well. We came in for a birthday party (party of 15) made reservations. Table wasnt set up, we had to move the tables ourselves. We also requested the Forge FC vs Montreal game be on. The server had no clue how to put the game on and then advised us the owner had to work on it. We missed the first half of the game. Food took forever to come out 2 hours from when we arrived. Fries were disgusting overcooked to the point the potatoe was dried out inside. Mozzarella sticks were burnt. These things should never leave the kitchen to then be returned to the kitchen. For a place that had maybe 6 other people in the restaurant this is completely unacceptable. We wiĺl never return. Shoeless Joes will be our next stop to watch the game.

It has been a few years since we have had Carlo’s Pizza, so we decided to give it a try this weekend. Service was great, greeted with a smile and the order was definitely on time. The toppings were plenty, as was the amount of cheese. The sauce was a good amount as well and had some nice flavour to it. The crust was good, cooked very well, wasn’t too heavy or dry and had a nice chew to it. It could however, use a bit more flavour, it was kind of bland. Overall a good pizza and the prices were fairly reasonable. Would definitely recommend you try out Carlos if you are in the area, or looking to try a new pizza option.

The customer service is non existent. The pizza and shawarma are decent, the wings aren’t good. Last time I ordered wings they were tiny and broken up. The price is a bit high when considering the portion sizes and lack of customer service.

Carlos and his team pride themselves in delivering a beautiful (feels like a) home cooked meal to your table order by order! We ordered for my nieces 7th birthday and everyone at the party had thirds! The food was well cooked, well flavored, and cost effective. We ordered for 10 people and that food was enough for 20!!! The chicken was honestly my favorite, but I love me some well seasoned chicken. The customer service is like family and the pizza is finger licking good to the crust!!! The bread, and all the ingredients they use on their pizza is high standards. I honestly read some poor comment about customer service, but I can tell you we 100% disagree!!! If you want to enjoy your dinner our family highly recommends Carlo’s Pizza!!!! Oh ya their spicy chicken wings…yummmmmyyyy! Thinking about it now makes me want more! They don’t ever disappoint and their place of work is always soooo clean and looks well maintained!!!

The food is good. Unfortunately, the lady who serves your food is extremely rude. Apparently because of her culture, the management conveyed that there is nothing they can do. She glares at you and purposely won’t make your order properly... pretending to not understand you. Everyone has a bad day once in a while; however this lady is horrible on a continuous basis.

The old lady making the shwarma plates literally puts almost no chicken on your large plate... now on my way to grab a pizza slice because I just paid 15 dollars for a BOX OF RICE. Huge box of rice though, I must say. Never again.

Been going to Carlos Pizza for close to 10 years now, first time trying the new location yesterday. The food was just as delicious! The beef wrap was to die for, as usual, and the poutine was also really good. The new location is very clean and the staff was friendly.

It was a fantastic experience! The pies were delicious, and I absolutely loved the ‘Dou You Wanna’ – such a unique treat. Our server, Brooke, was incredible. She was friendly, attentive, and made our time there even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

MaiPai Hamilton is hands down one of my favorite pizza spots! The pizzas are perfectly cooked with a crisp, golden crust, fresh toppings, and flavorful sauce. Each slice is loaded with quality ingredients, and the combinations are creative without being over the top. The staff are friendly and welcoming, making every visit a great experience. The atmosphere is casual and fun, perfect for dinner with friends, or a night out. If you love pizza that’s both delicious and thoughtfully made, MaiPai is a must-visit in Hamilton!

Stopped by for the first time today and had a great experience. I got the pickle pizza and parm fries to share with my boyfriend and both were delicious, highly recommend. Menu says most people are full after 2 slices, and that’s definitely true! Servers are friendly and attentive, drinks are strong! 10/10

Right when we walked in, we were blown away by the atmosphere and setup. We love the tiki bar theme, especially mixed with the current Halloween décor — there’s so much to look at and the vibe is just awesome. The staff are lovely and our server was excellent! MaiPai is known for its Detroit-style pizzas, and wow… they are absolutely incredible. It’s easy to see why this place books up FAST — we reserved a couple weeks in advance and still snagged the last 9:00 PM spot. Totally worth it though! The tiki cocktails are fantastic and served in fun themed mugs. I really enjoyed my Blue Hawaii (mixed perfectly), while my wife’s Painkiller was good but very strong. The Hurricane was another hit! For an appetizer, we ordered the Parm Fries — and they were so worth it. Crispy waffle fries drenched in gochujang butter (sweet with just a tiny kick), topped with fluffy Parmesan and fresh green onions. Delicious! For mains, I went with the Pepperoni Pile Up, easily one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. Perfectly cooked, loaded with incredible sauce, stacked cheese, fluffy ricotta, and the star of the show — scotch bonnet honey drizzled on top. My wife ordered the Secret Pickle Pizza, which was cheesy, garlicky, and super dill-y — so unique and so good! We ordered larges so we’d have leftovers, and even though it’s 8 slices, they’re hearty enough that we only managed about two and a half each before calling it. Definitely worth the price — and we loved it so much we even bought a couple tiki mugs to take home! Highly, highly recommend.

We had the most amazing first visit at Maipai! We sat at the bar and Josh was our server. He was fun, helpful and a blast to hang out with. The food. Oh my god, the pizza. We had the chicken bacon ranch and the pepperoni pile-on. The most delicious pizza I’ve ever had. We had delicious drinks - the blue Hawaii and the Mai Tai. I can’t wait to go back and try more of the menu.

My husband is a former resident in Hamilton. He has been raving about the pizza here since we met. Although we drive to Hamilton every other weekend, we have not had the chance to try this place together until today. And to quote our 4 year old, "MmmMmMMmmm!". Outstanding quality in terms of both food and service. The extra love in the pizza crust did not go unnoticed. The sauce was flavorful, unlike some places that use what I am sure is just barely seasoned passata. There was no skimping on the toppings either. Ingredients used were of high quality, and both pizzas were made with care. We had to take our pizzas to a park nearby as the store was going through some renovations and did not have a dine in option at this time. And although it was not until about 15 minutes later that we could take a bite, the pizzas held up great and tasted just as good as if they had just left the oven. Places like this is what makes supporting local businesses a joy. We can't wait to be back. Thank you for the lovely service and the care that was put into our food.

First off, there are no words to describe the atmosphere when you go into the store to get your food. They make you feel welcomed and like family!! Second, the owner is beyond amazing. He took the time out of his busy Friday night to personally deliver the pizza to my house because I was not in his delivery range. That pizza came hotter and fresher than when I pick it up myself. On top of that he also gave me an amazing deal when he also got to my house because he felt like he took to long. HE MOST DEFINITELY DIDNT!! Thank you so much! That pizza was much needed and delicious. Can’t wait to have my next cheat day!

I ordered pizza that arrived burnt, with a strong unpleasant smell and a distinctly rotten taste. It was completely inedible. We sent our son back to the restaurant to complain and request a replacement or refund, but they refused to take the pizza back or offer any solution. Frustrated, I called their customer service hoping for some resolution, but the experience was just as bad. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and showed zero willingness to address the issue.

Have ordered from here many times, it's our go-to for takeout pizza in the area. Great taste, loads of toppings.

Ordered a combo online Wednesday of this week. Go to pick up my order and am greeted by the staff member with “ there’s no bread , want some dipping sauce”. First of all the combo I purchased already comes with 2 dipping sauces. I ask the cocky gentleman to just discount the price of the garlic bread from the combo since they were out .Then to be told “ no way, the garlic bread if free. “. So if I walk in off the street my garlic bread is free? I proceeded to call the store this evening and a greeted by cockiness on the phone when asking for a manager . You just lost a loyal customer. Teach your staff some customer service etiquette. It will serve your business well. I also work in this industry , so I know. Famo Pizza is my go-to spot whenever I'm craving high-quality, delicious, fresh made pizzas.... the crust is perfectly crisp, the sauce is packed with flavor, and the toppings are always generous and fresh. You can tell they put real care into every order. my personal opinion... and what really sets them apart is the amazing variety they offer... The staff are super friendly, the place is always clean, and the service is fast and reliable. If you’re looking for great pizza in Hamilton, this is the place to go. This pizza store is a hidden gem! The crust is just right, crispy on the edges and soft in the middle. You can really taste the freshness in the ingredients, from the rich tomato sauce to the gooey, perfectly melted cheese. They don’t skimp on toppings either, and everything is well balanced and flavorful. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and service is quick whether you’re dining in or taking out. We’ve heard a lot about this place, especially the pizza skulls we gotta try that next time! But we ordered the heart shaped pizza for Valentine’s Day and it was really good, wished they had more pepperoni cups on them like advertised. We also got the mini donuts and they were okay, for $6 i probably wouldn’t order them again. I loved the garlic dip they had, good consistency with the pizza! I would say this pizza was average but might try one of the specialty pizzas listed on the menu already. They are also super hero themed so would be fun to take the kids in

We tried Power Pizza for the first time this afternoon. So happy we did My husband and son are huge pizza fans, I however am not (until our visit to Power Pizza). Our Pizza builder was Catherine, she was super nice. I believe she has real pride in her job, she made the pizza amazing, not too much sauce, beautiful presentation of toppings and the crust cooked too perfection. Catherine took note that her clientele may enjoy different music and changed the vibe with no prompting. She deserves to be recognized as a valuable employee. Look forward to our next

I got a slice of cheese pizza and a half dozen pizza skulls. The staff were incredibly nice and made them without pepperoni inside for me. The wait was very short and my food was hot and delicious. There is seating inside the restaurant and the restaurants decor is very fun and enjoyable. I'd definitely go back the next time I'm in ottowa!

The Big Apple definitely didn't disappoint. Normally I don't like cheese and pepperoni pizza as it doesn't have a lot of flavor and the pepperoni's usually low quality, but the cup 'n char pepperoni was the star of the pizza. The vampire slayer house garlic sauce is bursting with flavor. You can easily see all the yummy garlic bits in there.

Have been wanted to try Power Pizza for some time now after hearing great things. Went for the Meat Eater pizza, and I have to say, it was great. The crust/dough is always a show stopper for me, but I think Power Pizza hit the nail right on the head, just the right amount of crisp and chew to the crust, and tasted awesome. The sauce was on point and the right amount. The cheese and topping were fresh and seemed to be plenty. Overall a great pie and totally held its own. Also tried the house garlic dipping sauce, really good. Service was fast, friendly and on time. Prices were reasonable but slightly higher than some other local places. A quality pizza is always worth a little extra. Overall great first experience and will definitely be back. Give Power Pizza a try for your next pizza night.

Delicious pizza, friendly service, was our first time there and the lady that served us was so patient and answered all of our questions and gave recommendations on what sauces go best with each pizza. Will definitely return. The super Mac is so good!!

Did an order for pick up and it was ready on time and the staff was friendly and quick to serve me. I had the gluten free/cauliflower crust and it was a little blacker around the edges than I would like but it was okay. The crust alone tasted okay but there was a lot of toppings (and well spread) which helped. My family had the regular crust and said it was good. Especially the pickle pizza (not too pickle forward).

We ordered a few plates of fish. We also ordered onion rings & nachos. Let me just start by saying the fish, fries, onion rings were all really good! The nachos was a huge disappointment. There was no taco meat, the cheese was seriously lacking, but it was loaded with chips and lettuce.. my son, who supposed to eat it, wasn't expected so much lettuce. While pulling all the lettuce off, we noticed no meat and barely any cheese, for 18 dollar nachos.. I guess we expected more. We expressed our concern to the server, who brought out plain, stringy ground beef and some grated cheese.. Like I wanted taco seasoned beef and melted cheese on it. We didn't even bother with it. Even more disappointed, the server said we would have it removed from our bill. After leaving, checking the bill.. guess what they didn't remove from the bill? The kareoke was really good though, I recommend that. (atmosphere)

If you're looking for a pub that reminds you of the T.V show cheers than this place is for you. I thoroughly enjoy the fact that I can go into this pub and people will literally know my name and acknowledge me and say hi as soon as I walk in the door. They play great music but if there's something that you're looking for specifically they do have a jukebox, and if you're someone who likes to play pool there's a big pool table right in the middle of the pub. The food is good and well priced with new specials listed daily, Julie one of the waitresses is fantastic, she treats you like family. There is a special that is listed each day of the week, Wednesday is wing nite, $ 8.50 for a lb, and there are many sauces to choose from.

Food took a little while. But was very good! Service was great. Friendly staff. Good prices. Regulars at bar swore a lot. Lots of F’ bombs. … We would have said something if needed. Overall. Was a nice dinner.

Was nervous about coming here because my friend Corey always said the place is full of drunk fools, but we stopped in for a couple pints and some wings and we're pleasantly surprised. Food was great, server was courteous, no complaints here. Seems like my friend Corey is the fool.

Just went for the first time since moving in down the street I got the 2 piece chicken combo with a side and a drink and in all honesty this food brought me back to my trip to Jamaica eating real authentic jerk! - chicken was cooked to perfection, macaroni salad was wonderful! Jamaican patty was one of a kind as well! I'd recommend this place to everyone !!!!!! Thank you for the great food experience 🙏

I came here for the good reviews but I wouldn't recommend it considering the price. 10 wings and onion rings combo cost me $25 and the wings are tiny. The hot buffalo sauce is also really sweet. It tasted like eating a spicy jolly rancher.

I’ve ordered before and wings are amazing. Today they pulled some shady shit. I ordered on door dash for combo 2. It says the store is open. The order was CONFIRMED, and it said store is preparing order. 7 minutes later the order is cancelled after I paid. Like what the heck, that’s going to happen to more people as it still Shows the store as open. If I knew that I wouldn’t have bother to pay. Door dash will issue a refund but that is besides the point, now I have to find somewhere else and spend more money and wait 4 days for a refund . Please post as close if your not open or willing to make orders.

I had recently moved to Hamilton, and my old favourite wing place in Stony Creek shut down a few years ago. After a series of stressful days, on this particular day I had to drive my mom to the hospital. I was craving some comfort food in the form of delicious Chicken Wings. I was on Main between Sanford and Wentworth St S, when I googled to see the highest rated wing place near my current location. Based on the reviews, Miss Lyn's was my choice and I'm glad I went there. Their breaded wings were nice sized and had the texture and flavours that I was hoping for. I ordered the Medium, with a side of the hottest sauce they had available in a separate container for dipping. It was a perfect way to control the heat, and the sauce was amazing because it was extremely spicy, but lacked the usual "long and sometimes unpleasant afterburn that many "super-hot pepper based sauces" have. Meaning I could enjoy the extreme heat and eat 10 of the wings without it affecting me for 15 mins later. I bought 15 wings, so I had a few left over for a nice snack the next day (where they also tasted delicious). So take that into account for the price category I selected. I had found my new wing place!! Their staff was kind, atmosphere nice and prices are decent (Chicken wing prices have skyrocketed in all restaurants overthe past 15 years, but these wings were the kind where the flavour and quality made it worthwhile.) If you are looking for awesome breaded (or not-breaded) chicken wings with a variety of flavour options, this is a great place to try. I didn't have any sides, but according to the other reviews, it seems like they would also be worth trying, as they reccomened several of them.

Amazing wings! I was always a red rockets wing lover and today I decided to try something different. The wings were HUGE! The sauce was great. I will be back next time I’m craving wings. The awesome guy who served us gave us some Jamaican patties as well it was close to closing time and he just gave them to us! Great first experience!

This is a great place for good quality wings. Amazing flavour and chicken! I reccomend the suicide buffalo. Also, the spicy beef jamaican patties were so fresh and flavourful. Definitely a new favourite Hamilton spot.

One of the best wing spots in Hamilton great prices and quality/quantity very polite owners aswell I feel like they're red rocket wings on steroids lots of variety of flavors 😂 keep up the awesome work (best patie spot in town aswell !)
