Hotel
The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa is a luxurious beachfront property offering elegant rooms and suites, four restaurants, a spa, and a large pool with ocean views. The resort caters to various guests including business travelers, couples on honeymoon, and families. Guests can indulge in beach activities, relax at the spa or fitness club, enjoy dining at the upscale Beach House restaurant, and unwind in the stylish piano lounge.
Absolutely perfect birthday stay in paradise!!! The Westin Grand Cayman never disappoints and the staff is nothing less than exceptional. The beaches are well maintained and chairs are always clean and umbrellas welcome you to take a quick afternoon snooze. Every meal was great with no compromise on quality. The front desk attendants were amazing and got us to our rooms with no delay. The concierge connected us to a wonderful horseback excursion that was truly a one of a kind experience(highly recommend). While relaxing on the beach, we had 2 amazing attendants Georgie and Tinnika. Even though we kept them running back and forth, every time they came by, they were the shining example of exemplary Marriot service we've become spoiled with. By the way, this was our 5 stay here and thank you again Westin Grand Cayman staff for nothing short of an amazing visit to paradise.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at Westin. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from all the main attractions, and the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our trip. The public areas are beautifully maintained and feel very welcoming. However, our enjoyment was significantly hampered by the state of our room. While the bed was comfortable, the room was not as clean as we would have expected for a hotel of this caliber. We noticed dust on surfaces and the bathroom wasn't as pristine as it should have been. It's a shame because with a little more attention to detail in housekeeping, this would be a five-star review. We hope this issue can be addressed, as we would love to return.
Alecia T — Google review
Our family recently stayed at the Westin and it was our second time visiting. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, the property was clean, and the service was great. The pool and beach were just steps away. I have two boys who are 9 and they loved participating in the kids club activities. Shirlando who works in the kids club and always wearing the biggest smile, made sure the boys were having fun and knew about all the fun activities that were happening each day. This made the experience even better and so many fun new memories were made!

Our trip in the Grand Cayman was incredible! The island is stunning and the seven mile beach is as beautiful as everyone says. The staff at the Westin was warm and welcoming, and the food either in the hotel or outside the hotel was fresh and delicious. Everything felt safe, clean, and easy to get around. We recommend the restaurant Seven at the Ritz as it is within walking distance from the Westin and the food and service is top notch. We left with full hearts and can't wait to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for sun, relaxation, and clear blue water.
Karen K — Google review
Amazing stay here! Our room opened up to the pool area which was super convenient. Great service and amenities but the beach was perfection!! I can’t recommend this more strongly as a relaxing vacation- it’s been wonderful. Great food, drinks, service, and the location makes it easy to walk to other dining and shopping options nearby.
JD W — Google review
Overpriced for what it offers. The room was nice but nothing spectacular, roosters wake you up every morning so be prepared. The nickel and dime you for everything. We needed to warm up some leftovers and they suggested we rent a microwave for $25/night. But it’s Grand Cayman, the beach is beautiful, the water is clear. Service from the staff is impeccable though I must say
Stanley G — Google review
Beautiful hotel on an amazing stretch of beach. The hotel amenities are fantastic and too many to list. The rooms themselves are large with beautiful views. The beds are extremely comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. The many onsite restaurants and bars provide great service and delicious options. A great property to spend at during your time on Grand Cayman.
Douglas G — Google review
Great spot. Shoutout to Georgie working on the beach who made our stay extra special with his outstanding service. Overall excellent beach location, rooms are nice and clean and all staff are very friendly. Pool with swim-up bar is a nice touch.

The Grand Cayman Marriott Resort offers stylish rooms and suites with balconies in a prime beachfront location. Guests can indulge in spa treatments, take a dip in the pool, and savor delicious meals at two on-site restaurants. The resort's experienced team is dedicated to ensuring that all guests, from beginners to seasoned snorkelers, have a fantastic time exploring the beautiful snorkeling sites around Grand Cayman.
Absolutely Perfect Stay – Exceeded All Expectations! 🌴✨ We had an incredible experience at the Grand Cayman Marriott Resort – everything from start to finish was perfect! The cleanliness of the entire property was outstanding, with every area maintained to the highest standard. Our room was spotless and refreshed daily with great attention to detail. The staff were a true highlight – always warm, welcoming, and willing to help. A special shout-out to the porters and front desk team, who were exceptionally kind, professional, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location couldn’t be better – close to everything, with a shuttle service that conveniently takes you to beautiful public beaches. This made exploring the island easy and stress-free. We loved the complimentary access to kayaks, paddle boards, and other fun water sports equipment – a great bonus for guests wanting to enjoy the ocean without extra costs. Plus, free drinking water was available throughout the hotel, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated touch. Every part of our stay was memorable, and we couldn’t have asked for more. If you're looking for a mix of luxury, convenience, and genuine hospitality, this resort is a fantastic choice. Can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I spent 5 days there in the beginning of October. I don't even know where to begin with my review. The front desk staff was very welcoming and accommodating, our room was very nice and most importantly.. clean! Also, have to shout out the incredible concierge, pool and wait staff, they all go above and beyond for their guests. I went for a solo massage while my husband went on a fishing trip, it was the absolute best I've ever had! From the time we walked through the door, every employee we came across was super friendly and always smiling. We're already planning our next trip back and we won't stay anywhere else. Thank you everyone for making our trip unforgettable! ❤️

This is an excellent hotel. The lobby and interior is very tastefully done, and the rooms are nice and updated as well. The service here is phenomenal. All of the staff were so wonderful and nice. Special shout out to Amanda at the front desk and Omar the shuttle driver. While it is true there is not a beach in front of the hotel, the hotel has hourly shuttles to Governor's beach and Public beach, which is about a 7 and 10 minute shuttle ride away, hardly a big deal at all. And the Governor's beach is absolutely gorgeous. There are also restaurants directly across from where they drop you off. We didn't go to the Public beach but the shuttle stopped to pick up other hotel guests there on our way back from the Governor's beach, and it looks like there's more activities and vendors in that area, but also a lot more people. Furthermore, we had no issues with getting 2 chairs by the pool each day (Easter week) and the longest we had to wait was 5 minutes. The hotel also has several great restaurants within walking distance and you can also easily walk to Camana Bay for shopping. I highly recommend this property. We stayed at the Ritz last year, and would not hesitate to stay at the Marriott Resort again.

We had a blast here a couple months ago. We loved the room view and were treated very special for my birthday. Will definitely be back soon!
Rycole55 — Google review
Had a great stay at Marriott Cayman Islands. All the Guys at the Front Door were always super friendly and cheerful, some of the ladies at the front desk could smile a bit more though. Our room was cleaned everyday, Pool and pool area was clean everyday, Sid served us at the pool area and he was very friendly. I liked the stepped down into the water without touching sand and the ocean water was crystal clear and warm. The Lobster night was amazing, loved every dish I had on my 4 course meal. We are Platinum members which usually gets us free breakfast at Marriott hotels however, here you get a 15$ coupon which lead to aloft of confusion daily with the restaurant staff, one example was that on one day we were told the cold buffet section is included for the $15 so we can help our selves to any cold items then the next day we were told by another waiter that the we can only order A la carte for the cold buffet…super confusing so that’ll be the one thing I will say that should look into especially with loyal guests 🙂
Adrian A — Google review
Paradise! The staff was amazing. There is a $50 a day resort fee, but it comes with a ton of complimentary amenities. Bikes, snorkeling, ocean anchored floats, paddle boards, and afternoon snacks, just to name a few. Can't wait to go back!
Heather H — Google review
This is a good hotel for families with tons of free activities, events, workshops and culinary classes. A solid 4 star option and great value, especially for Bonvoy Platinum level members due to upgrades to ocean front rooms when booking a standard room (note for Elite level members or higher this hotel does not have an Executive Lounge). For room selection try to book 228 through 236 as they are ocean front on the second level with.a short staircase right by your door to take you directly to the pool. 128 to 136 would be good for famiilies that want pool access for little ones right out your front door. Included at no charge are tons of classes such as: guided snorkeling tours on reef out front of hotel (tons of fish but not many corals), ceviche making class, hobie cat sailing, yoga, stand up paddle boards, kayaking, Caribbean mixology cocktail class, free shuttles hourly to nearby fantastic beaches, ice cream or snow cones pool side, lip scrub making, just too muchy to list. Food is solid. Highlights are the Friday night rocking ramen with a DJ was super fun at around $20 CD per bowl and the Sunday brunch is incredible at $75 food only or $95 with all you can drink cocktails. This is not a five star resort however as the property is a little dated but rooms were recently renovated and great, but.a super solid four star option.

The Marriott Resort Grand Cayman is a quality place to spend your vacation. I highly recommend it. From the moment we stepped in, it was clear this place knows how to make you feel right at home. The resort's got something for everyone. We loved all the little touches, like grabbing snow cones and ice cream by the pool. If you're feeling a bit more adventurous, they even offer beginner snorkeling, which was a blast. One of the highlights was definitely the Summer Solstice party – it was such a fun and creative event that really added to the vibe of our vacation. There were afternoon and evening DJs and live guitar players and singers. There were always cool activities going on, whether it was afternoon or evening. For those who like to stay active, the gym is a good size with everything you need. And if you like to unwind with a good book, they have a book rental service too. We also noticed they had on-site bike rentals, which would be perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings on the Grand Cayman Island Food-wise, you won't be disappointed. They have loads of tasty options across their different on-site spots, so there's always something delicious to try. But what really made our trip special was the people. Jaydon and Jhaenel were amazing from the moment we checked in until we sadly had to leave. And a huge shout-out to Sofia, who kept our room absolutely spotless every single day. Honestly, every single employee we met was incredibly kind and helpful, which just made the whole experience even better. The resort's got direct beach access. Just a heads-up, the beachfront is experiencing a bit of natural erosion so be mindful that you will take stairs from the edge of the pool area to the beach. The pool was always clean and refreshing, a perfect spot to cool off. Plus, the location is super convenient – we were within walking distance of so many great restaurants! All in all, our time at the Marriott Resort Grand Cayman was simply wonderful. We made some great memories, and we can't wait for our next visit!

Situated on Seven Mile Beach, The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman is a luxurious beachfront hotel offering upscale amenities and a modern tropical ambiance. With 365 rooms recently refreshed, the property caters to both leisure and business travelers. From generously-sized guest rooms to the expansive 20,000-square-foot Seven South suite, there are accommodation options for various preferences.
This is the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I’m not even half way through my stay on our honeymoon and I’ve never experienced accommodations quite like this. Every staff member ensures you are comfortable and have everything you need. From concierge booking reservations on your behalf, to valet making sure you have a safe ride available at any time, all the way down to the beach/bar/servers constantly checking in on you to make sure you are enjoying your time. This residence is top tier and upholds the prestige it deserves. Well done. I will be back again and I will promote this chain of hotels every time I can. I cannot stress enough how much you feel valued and respected at this property. I’m absolutely shocked. Kudos to the Ritz.

This is our fourth time visiting this property. There is a reason we have come here for four years. The rooms are amazing regardless if you have booked in the Ocean Tower or Resort Tower. This resort is incredibly accommodating for families with young children. The rooms are amazing and well appointed. Truly a five star hotel in every sense of the term. Our family has stayed in Ritz Carlton hotels at least 15 times in multiple continents (Asia, North America, South America) and this has been the best property and by far our favorite location in the Caribbean. The best part of the hotel is not the property itself. Sure the rooms are nice (from Garden to Oceanfront). The food is world class. But the people are what makes this a truly special experience. They are the best part of our experience and the reason we will come back in the future.

We had a very nice stay here for a week. We booked the oceanfront view 1 king which was pretty nice. Given our Ambassador status, we were prioritized for their highest floor. Unfortunately club lounge was booked up so we didn't get to experience it. Service was phenomenal and we had genuine connections with many of the staff during our stay. Their warm hospitality enhanced our experience. Notable staff members to highlight are Anil (near lobby/Taikun/Silver), David (Manager), Michelle, Irene (both at Seven breakfast area), Lokesh, Daniel, Munna (all at reception), Nick (Sailboat instructor), Pandey (at beachside) and Godfrey (concierge). They were all wonderful to talk to and were professional and courteous. Will hope to see them again when we return. A big thanks to all the cleaning/maintenance staff (Jay, Dianne, Suriti, Christine, Larry) who tended to every need and addressed any concerns. I should add that the hotel has many services included in their resort fee and has a big gym and games center for use as well. Multiple restaurants in and around the hotel to choose from. You can book many tours via the concierge as well. Overall, this was a wonderful stay and we hope to return again soon! Highly recommend to stay here while visiting the Grand Cayman!

My wife and I stayed at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman the last weekend of August to celebrate our 10th anniversary, and it was nothing short of unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail and the way we were cared for made us feel truly special. At check-in, Munna welcomed us warmly, offered us drinks, and even arranged a special dessert in our room to celebrate our anniversary — such a thoughtful touch that set the tone for our stay. On the beach, Bellow went above and beyond to make sure our anniversary day was perfect. He made us feel looked after every moment, anticipating our needs and surprising us with extra touches that made the day memorable. We had an incredible dinner at Blue, where Valerio and Ayiona ensured every detail was flawless. Their service made the evening so special. A big shoutout also to Adriana, who made the best espresso martini I’ve ever had! Our room was always impeccable thanks to Rose, who kept everything perfect and welcoming. The team at Taikun also made us feel celebrated and cared for — every meal, every interaction, every smile made us feel like we were in the best hands. Rooms and Hotel feels overall outdated, hence the 3 stars rating. In every way, the Ritz-Carlton team exceeded our expectations. They made our anniversary trip a beautiful memory we’ll cherish forever. Highly recommended!

My husband and I had vacation with our 3 kids at Ritz Carlton Grand Cayman last week, and it was an amazing experience. All the staff from front desk, valet, and room service are super nice and friendly and helped us right away with everything we needed. They made our vacation stress free and very convenient. I highly recommended Saint June for dinner because the food is great and the service is wonderful. Overall, I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
Jemima B — Google review
Thoroughly enjoyed this resort and would 100% visit again!! Rooms were beautifully designed and comfortable, the beach is perfect, and the service was seriously the best. We dined at all the property locations and the food everywhere was great. We enjoyed playing a round of golf, getting a spa treatment, and doing one of the nature tours with the resident biologists (highly recommend taking advantage of the activities.) The staff at this hotel are truly some of the friendliest people I’ve encountered traveling anywhere. Felt like they were just as happy to be there as I was!!! The attention to detail was special - I complemented a dessert and the next thing I knew, I had the recipe in my inbox from the chef!! If you just need a relaxing vacation by the beach where everything feels easy - this is the place.

THE place to be! especially with kids or family :) The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. 7 mile beach!!! so clean! heaven! spectacular service from literally every single person ! If I had to write each name there would be over 20 people !!! but you know who you are ! Thank you Ritz!

By far the greatest resort in the Caribbean! My wife and I stayed here a week for our honeymoon and we seriously cannot think of even 1 thing that was wrong or off! Every single thing was top tier, 5/5! We are already planning when to come back, this is our favorite destination and we absolutely love all of the staff! Godfrey, OD, Cebo, Lester, everyone… the best!

The Wyndham Reef Resort Grand Cayman is a spa resort offering all-suite accommodations with beach access, three pools, and a poolside bar. Located on the less-developed East End of the island, it provides a more relaxed atmosphere compared to the bustling Seven Mile Beach area. The powdery soft sand and clear waters make for an idyllic setting, with great snorkeling opportunities on nearby reefs and a full dive program available onsite.
Great option for those looking for a quiet side vacation. (Good change of pace from the west side) Very nice condo options. Great views and price is right. Special call out to Arturo Casquio who arranged our snorkel tour and made sure it happened!

Nice hotel on the sleepy side of the island. Beach has a LOT of seaweed. Could hear the neighboring room quite clearly. The gym was nice, stocked, and clean. Restaurants on site are fine, not phenomenal but good in a pinch. Older crowd

This resort used to be amazing. But In my opinion is in rapid decline. Bar food is limited, restaurant is not advertised and the chef isn’t the greatest. Rooms are good but dated. There is a security presence but spends hours on the phone with family members. Truly, securing very little. The reef is great for off the grid. On a positive note, Dorris is fantastic and anyone should get to say hi. She’s the Activity director.
Protein R — Google review
We stayed at the resort in early November on a ground floor room. The views were breath-taking, the food from the on-premises restaurants was fantastic and service from the staff was phenomenal. We had a great time, highly recommended! We'll definitely be back!
Felicia H — Google review
We had a really bad experience. Hotel needs maintenance. Not sure why it has status of a resort. No pool service, pool is far from bar and towel service. Small uncovered lounge area by the pool. Seaweed was everywhere, and smelled awful outside at all times. It was impossible to swim on the sea. Chairs by the beach also had no maintenance and no service. Had to drive 50min to get anywhere from the hotel!!
Fabia D — Google review
We bought a timeshare here a few years back when we fell in love with the hotel and area. The new wall they’ve built in the sea is a massive mistake. It’s ugly and all it’s done is to trap the water inside and become stagnant. The smell is awful. Not one person went in the sea the few days we were there. It’s not the hotels fault with the sargassum but the wall should be removed. It would be better to end up on the beach and be cleared up like before. I honestly think that we will not return.

We had a fantastic time and really enjoyed the Cayman Islands to the fullest extent. My wife and her business partner came 20 years ago and wanted to return and bring their husbands to celebrate the 20th anniversary of their business. The island was great but the resort made it. The food was absolutely amazing. The presentation and flavor and the way it was cooked to perfection was a delight. The rooms were clean. The AC system was excellent. I wanted to compliment the staff in particular. For me the staff is what made the stay absolutely top-notch. We did not encounter a single individual who was not friendly and cheerful. It really seemed genuine. I feel like we made relationships with the staff. In particular, I would like to mention Shaun, the Bellman, who was a constant comedic presence as well as helpful and friendly. The bartenders, including Alexander, Russell, Tony and David all were super personable and super attentive. We took a weekend excursion with David and we’re very impressed. The crew on the boat were knowledgeable and it couldn’t have been a better experience. To me the staff is what makes this resort and we will definitely be back next year with our families. I cannot recommend this resort more. You will not be disappointed.

Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa is a stylish beachfront retreat on Grand Cayman, offering a vibrant blend of bohemian-meets-mid-century decor and a laid-back atmosphere. The resort boasts 266 rooms with balconies and ocean views, as well as oversized soaking tubs. Guests can enjoy a full schedule of wellness activities including SUP yoga, outdoor boot camp, and pilates.
Highly Recommend – We’ll Definitely Be Back This was our family’s second stay at Kimpton Seafire, and once again it exceeded our expectations. Our first visit a few years ago was just as memorable, and this time was no different. The resort is spotless, never feels overcrowded, and offers plenty of activities such as kayaking, paddle boarding, and yoga. The complimentary coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings are such thoughtful touches that make the stay even more enjoyable. The staff are warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. We highly recommend Kimpton Seafire and look forward to returning again.

This hotel was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I loved the aesthetic. The rooms are spacious and had really amazing views of the ocean. This was basically a beachfront hotel with many activities. We ate at the different restaurants and I enjoyed almost everything. There are so many things to do and the spa was amazing! The almond croissant was DELICIOUS! The hotel was in a great location, close to everything.

We had such a wonderful stay at Kimpton Seafire Resort. From the moment we checked in, Kavita at the reception desk made us feel so welcome, greeting us with a glass of refreshing rosé cava — such a thoughtful touch. Our room had stunning views, which made the stay even more special. Room service was top-notch, and a special shout-out goes to the one and only OG Daisy, who truly made the experience memorable with her warm service and attention to detail. I also loved the little things that make the resort stand out — from the small design touches around the property to the daily happy hour between 5–6 PM with complimentary wine and snacks. Those details really add to the charm. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would highly recommend Kimpton Seafire to anyone visiting Grand Cayman.

Beautiful beach front resort From the moment we arrived staff make you feel special. Because it was during low season they kindly upgraded us to a one bedroom suite which was really nice. It had a lot of space, amazing walk in closet, a large bathroom suite. Very comfortable and perfect for a couple get away. Also the resort is very kid/family friendly. They have 2 restaurants. The main dining restaurant is great. The restaurant by the beach is good too. The concierge made several restaurant recommendations that were very perfect. They were exactly as the concierge described. They actually had afternoon social hour with wine and a special appetizer for that day. It was a good way of meeting others and enjoying a glass of wine with the beautiful sunsets.

Everything is amazing! Love the happy hour drink and snacks. And all the complimentary activities are wonderful. Lovely and beautiful beach! Also they are very good at managing food allergies. We are travelling with food allergies kid. All the staff asked us if we have any food allergies when we order food. Food menus have very clearly allergen information. Such a peace of mind for us!

My husband booked my 40th birthday for December 4-7th coming up. They already made an error on the beach dinner reservation saying it is my husband's reservation (instead of mine). I asked them to correct it. Then they sent the birthday options again to me instead of my husband to book for me. For the 5 star rating and rave reviews I have heard, this seems amateur. How do they not pay attention to details? That is what sets hotels apart these days. The service. We have stayed at many high end establishments. I hope this does not disappoint in December..a little nervous.

We just returned from our 2nd stay at the Seafire. The first time we visited 3 years ago was as an anniversary trip - we brought our kids along for a 4 night stay this time around. Overall, the resort is wonderful - hence the reason we returned. The housekeeping staff and rooms are perfection, however there's room for improvement. There seemed to be more ocean front daybeds than the last time we visited. It's a bit silly to look at a row of empty daybeds while not getting an ocean view. The cafe area could also be better staffed. On a few occasions there was one person working (making all the drinks and ringing customers) which added to a lengthy wait. The grab and go could have more options for families who don't want to do a sit down breakfast. While we did opt for a sit down breakfast 2 of our 4 mornings, we found the service to be lacking and slow. We ordered a continental breakfast including fruits and a pastry basket which took over 20 mins to come out. When it did come, it came with all the other hot food at once. We also paid for a pool-side cabana. We were assigned one that did not have a view of the main pool at all. We asked to switch to a closer one so we could keep a watch on our kids, but were told it was already booked. We had to insist (since you can't reserve a specific one anyway and the other party had not yet arrived) which required some deep sighs and a phone call. Overall, we had a fantastic time and my kids loved the pool and the beach, but we will likely explore other Caribbean stays next time.

We just returned from celebrating my birthday at the amazing Kimpton Seafire GC. The short of it: It is a gorgeous resort, a lovely beach and property with excellent service. The beach has sugary sand and crystal clear turquoise water, very well maintained and nice chairs, umbrellas and cabanas at the beach and pool.. While it is pricey, we felt that our 5 star experience there was worth it. That being said there are a few things to consider, depending on what you are looking for in a resort, with details below. I should mention up front that we went in September, the lowest of the low season as we were told by several staff, and the experience would likely be quite different if the resort had been full. We didn’t need to make reservations at any restaurants or be strategic about when we went down to the pool, beach or gym. I’m sure in the high season that planning would be necessary. First the rooms: The location on Seven Mile Beach can’t be beat, the property is impeccably designed and maintained. The rooms are nice, designed to emphasize the main attraction, which is the amazing beach and sea views. We had an oceanfront suite with an adjoining room for our kids, which was very nice. Food at the Seafire: The food options we used at the Seafire Resort were the Ave for breakfast/brunch and dinner, Cocoloba for lunch and drinks, room service for dinner, poolside service, and the Seafire Pantry. Breakfast at the Ave was very good, I loved the protein bowl and my husband and son enjoyed the chicken burrito. The Ave dinner menu was not great, the food was just good. Cocoloba, the beachfront on-site restaurant, was ok. Nice for beachfront lunch but menu was not great, drinks were just so-so, and decor was meh. The lighting was terrible, with harsh, bright lights on even at night. I understand it is to be renovated next year. Seafire Room service was not great, the salad was very basic, the pizza was bland and the pasta was not good. My husband liked his chicken sandwich and his fries. The service delivering it was good though, and you can call to have the cart picked up quickly when you finish. The poolside service was great for drinks and smoothies for the kids. We loved the pina coladas there, they were quite sweet but very strong! Lots of people ordered food from the poolside so it can’t be too bad, we just never stayed still long enough to order food from the pool or beach. Lastly on food, the Seafire Pantry is a gem. One complaint I have about the stay, was the way the hotel handled a couple of families staying there with 5 children around ages 2-4y. Many families were at the Seafire with children and babies, and it’s nice to watch people spending quality time together and enjoying their children—we are not looking for an adults-only resort. Most of the parents were attentive to their little ones and considerate of the other guests. But two families staying at the resort together seemed to be less watchful of their kids the entire week, parked at the middle of the pool all day, letting them roam around the restaurants and climb on the stools and handrails at dinner, screaming and yelling at times, and the parents did little to manage it. Two of the parents would wander off and leave all 5 young kids with the other couple. On any given day was no place the other guests could escape where the wild kids would not be (the adults only pool is tiny and not nice and right next to the regular pool). At happy hour in the lobby each day as we were trying to enjoy a pre-dinner glass of wine, these two families would bring their kids and let them roam around the lobby and play with the pool table, climbing on the sofas and throwing pillows on the floor while their parents chatted together. We have 3 children of our own and love traveling with our kids, we understand kids are active and sometimes loud. This was beyond that—many guests and staff saw their behaviors each day and exchanged glances and comments amongst ourselves when we saw them coming. Hope the manager can handle this kind of thing better in the future.

Nestled in a serene beachfront setting, Cobalt Coast Grand Cayman Resort is a vibrant and intimate lodging option perfect for diving enthusiasts. With just 21 air-conditioned rooms and three cottages, the resort offers a relaxed atmosphere and easy access to the island's north and west dive sites. The on-site Divetech center is highly regarded, providing attentive service and access to superb shore diving spots.
We had a fantastic stay at Cobalt Coast Resort in Grand Cayman! Our room was extremely clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the ceiling fans added that extra touch of comfort — especially after a day in the sun. The view from our room was absolutely stunning — waking up to the ocean each morning was a dream. The on-site restaurant was another highlight, serving consistently excellent food with great variety and flavor. This is also a great place to scuba dive with Dive Tech, whose shop is right on site. The shore diving from the resort is amazing — easy access, vibrant reef life, and some really memorable underwater scenery. It couldn’t have been more convenient or enjoyable. A special thank you to Poppy in the office, who went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. Her kindness and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend Cobalt Coast Resort for anyone looking for a relaxing, oceanfront escape with world-class diving right at your doorstep!

We came for one night and had a great stay. The ocean deluxe room was really modern, comfortable, clean, stylish and the air con kept the room super cool. The balcony was a really nice place to chill with a great view. Really helpful virtual check in with staff easily contactable on what’s app. They had the availability to kindly let us check in early and out late. The pool area with hot tub is great. Whole hotel over all is super peaceful and serene we loved it!

Wonderful experience! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets with even better company! The staff at Nova Restaurant, as well as, Dive Tech are awesome sauce! Right along the coast and great for divers and diners alike 🙌🏽 Off the beaten path, so have your transportation plan in place ahead of time as well as your meals planned out 😉

Absolutely gorgeous! Beautiful and tranquil. If you are looking for a loud party place, this is not for you. If, however, you are looking for a place that fits into the tranquil environment with gorgeous room, ocean views, friendly staff, wonderful food and an excellent dive shop attached (dive tech) this is your place. Every staff person was extremely helpful and warm. I watched the sunset from my personal balcony every night. I ate dinner at their Japanese fusion restaurant (nova) most nights. (Hello! Reggie! You were amazing!) Truly, there is no reason to go anywhere else on the island. I did travel elsewhere because I wanted to go to more dive sights around the island; however, Divetech does have plenty of dive sights to explore. If you want to snorkel, you just walk out of your room and walk out to the end of the pier and go down the ladder. So many fish. The last morning I was there there was a whole school of squid the I hovered above for about 30 minutes. Exquisite visibility.
Sylvia S — Google review
We had a group doing a dive day here. They did the discover scuba and our certified divers went with them. Those who didn't diver enjoyed the bar and its offerings. Raggy was excellent and our group had a fabulous experience.

Tucked away in West Bay, I would say it’s a hidden gem well worth checking out. Dine at Nova Restaurant on the property, hang out on the beach or dock then fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing against the rocky shore. Very warm, responsive and welcoming staff. It has been one of my better experiences at a resort.
Cleon G — Google review
Satisfactory stay, my highlight was the sea view and watching sunset, I think improvement can be made in the maintenance and ambience of the resort, specifically the rooms. Just more attention to details. But the stay was 3/5.
Lashanie S — Google review
We celebrated our honeymoon at Cobalt Coast & were extremely impressed with our experience! Poppy (office administrator) was very helpful & communicative. We enjoyed several meals & drinks at their onsite restaurant, NOVA. Gregor & Marciel were attentive & hospitable. The hotel is located off of the beaten path (which is actually a plus in our eyes) so we rented a car which we would highly recommend- you will want a car to get around & see other parts of the island. Cobalt Coast is an excellent choice if you’re looking for a romantic, quiet & restful vacation as opposed to what you would experience staying at a tourist-concentrated resort on Seven Mile Beach.

Caribbean Club is a boutique-style luxury beach resort located on Seven Mile Beach in Grand Cayman. It offers 37 polished suites and villas with spacious one-to-three-bedroom options, full kitchens, and ocean views. The property features an Italian restaurant called Luca, known for its gluten-free options and Sunday brunch. Guests can enjoy seafront cabanas, an outdoor pool, a 24-hour fitness center, concierge services, and complimentary wireless internet access.
Unbelievable experience!! From the first interaction with the staff to inquire about a reservation to the check-in experience to the actual stay, everything exceeded expectations! The property is gorgeous, clean, and the best location on Seven Mile beach. The resort is also the perfect size so you aren’t fighting for beach chairs. This was our first visit to the Caymans and as a group of all females, we felt completely safe everywhere! Truly one of the best vacations and I cannot imagine staying anywhere else than Caribbean Club!

Just returned from our 3 day vacation at Caribbean Club. Perfect location ! The property is beautiful the rooms are decorated tastefully and housing staff keep the rooms very clean and inviting. The resturant Luca was fun to go with a welcoming friendly staff and great vegetarian menu. What disappointed us was the gal at the front desk, don't know if had a bad day or what , as we sat down to check in tired after our early morning flight and airport rental, she did not utter one word of welcome. No water or drinks were offered as other Caribbean resort of this stature. She lead us to our condo room and stood at the doorstep ready to turn around and leave. Certainly not the brightest way to begin a vacation .

The best condo / hotel on 7 Mile. We never had to worry about getting chairs on the beach. There were never huge crowds like some of the other places to the north or south of us. The Hotel staff brings out padded lounge chairs covers and towels to you on the beach. The restaurant onsite delivers food / drinks to you on your chairs, but you can also bring your own coolers down from the rooms. The staff was wonderful inside the condo with cleaning and turn down service. The views from the higher level balconies are unbelievable. I highly recommend this condo / hotel and will definitely return.

Had an excellent time at Caribbean Club on 7 mile beach! The location is perfect, within walking distance of other resorts and restaurants. The beach was in great shape and not too crowded. Rooms were super clean and top notch. Our room 701 had a wonderful view and huge balcony. Great trip!

Spacious, beautiful, luxurious accommodations & the best place to enjoy the beach on seven mile island! The beach was quiet and relaxing, unlike some of the other spots we observed. Not to mention, the restaurant/bar service to the beach from Luca was excellent! It was really a plus to have such a great restaurant right where we were staying. We also enjoyed an amazing Thanksgiving at Luca. We could not believe our luck that we found this place! Classic boutique hotel feel providing your own home away from home. The accommodations are beyond roomy, with three huge bedrooms each with their own bath. Our family of five adults had room to spare. There’s also a spacious, well equipped kitchen with a beautiful dining area and humongous living room, that attaches to a balcony with a view that will take your breath away. Many early mornings and evenings were spent on our private balcony comfortably appointed with a dining table and lounging chairs. The staff is beyond helpful, so caring! They helped arrange activities, restaurant reservations, groceries, cabs, always with a smile. Shorty did a great job on the beach setting up our beach chairs and umbrellas every day, even anticipating our favorite spot. What a fantastic vacation! No better way to spend a holiday!

Well, it is the Caribbean Club and truly lives up to its reputation for outstanding quality and service. All employees go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The beach here is beautiful and the water is clear and blue. Love this place. We've been everywhere and this is our number one place we absolutely love! The luxury accommodations here on-site are just fabulous! Number one restaurant on whole island, and best views! The restaurant Luca sits on bottom floor right on the beach so only a few steps between your room and the beach even if you are in the tower. The view from the restaurant is so peaceful, and the sun begins to set during this time (peak sunset is 6:30-6:45pm) so the water glimmers warmth and showers the restaurant - really beautiful. The Staff, they greatly exceeded my expectations for a vacation in the Caribbean. The Staff were warm, friendly, attentive, and treated us so very well. We stayed in a beachfront villa and it was spectacular. We felt like we had our own private home with our chairs and palapas just steps from our beautiful plantation wrap-around porch with direct beach access. Lunches on our outdoor dining table. We could walk 30 steps to the restaurant/bar for a drink/food. 20 steps to the pool (felt like our own private pool). A glass of wine each night on the porch looking at the stars. The interior was beautiful, very large and every amenity. The beach was perfect, and we even had a reef (out by the second orange buoy to snorkel (quite a swim out, but worth it). Daily housekeeping service allowed for a care free vacation, we loved our lay down service. This is a great place for families or anyone who just likes to have a full kitchen. The rooms are incredibly spacious. We had a 3 bedroom - 2,700 square feet. Just Beautiful! We admired the extraordinary Art work through out the Caribbean Club! The Caribbean Club goes beyond the call of duty. Danielle, the manager is so wonderful, accommodating and helpful, words are not enough to describe how wonderful she is, I feel like I made a beautiful new friendship and we will be back many more visits to come! I should also mention, I'm in Kentucky, I had a layover in Atlanta but we left at 7am and we're on the beach by 12:30pm relaxing and being served a fabulous time! So, if you're worried about a connecting flight? Don't, and Delta is the best, you won't have to worry about a thing on your flight! Other than which swim suit to wear and if you want a fruity pretty drink to match it for that selfie you're about to take!!!! Caribbean Club......we love you!

Wonderful, pleasant, hard-working staff! I love the daily rotated flavored water and the Kung coffee/tea pod station. Such a relaxing, beautiful place and you don't have to be in a sea of beach chairs on top of eachother. Villa 9 was spectacular with the best location and view.

Caribbean Club is a small, incredible resort situated on a quieter part of Seven Mile Beach. They offer very spacious condominiums with huge ocean front patios. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant, Luca is one of the best on the island and has an amazing wine selection. The service, cleanliness and attention to detail are excellent. I highly recommend staying at the Caribbean Club!

Sunshine Suites Resort in Seven Mile Beach offers warm suites with kitchenettes, complimentary breakfast, and a poolside restaurant called The Sunshine Grill. The resort features an outdoor pool, private beach access, concierge services, wedding facilities, and recreational amenities. Guests can also enjoy world-class snorkeling/scuba excursions, beach yoga, spa treatments, and fitness facilities.
The rooms are slightly outdated but very clean. The air conditioning in the room was wonderful. I was very comfortable. They allow you to utilize the amenities at Westin which is across the street. Safe deposit is at main office but don't lose the key (fee $$). The front desk extremely helpful and hopefully I have his name right ..Gil was so professional and extremely helpful. Would come again.

Very kind staff. Rooms are perfectly standard and were clean upon arrival. We got there before check in, so we headed to the grill onsite. When our room was ready, the staff moved our bags directly into the room which was so kind! The whole place is getting renovated through 2025 so we look forward to seeing all the changes they make to the rooms, pool and grill. The fridge in our room actually broke with 2 nights left in our stay and within an hour they swapped it for a new one. Pretty impressive! We loved our time there and will absolutely stay there again.
Laura S — Google review
I loved almost everything about this property. It was renovated, the AC worked very well and they had ceiling fans in both the living area and bedroom. I was upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite upon arrival. It was updated and very modern. The restaurant and the pool were closed upon arrival but we were allowed to use the pool and beach chairs at the Westin across the street -- less than a 10 minute walk depending on what side of the resort you stayed on. The first room we were given on the 1st floor did not have hot water so we were moved to the 2nd floor where the water was the perfect temperature. The beds were the only downside, they were so HARD, not firm, just hard. Luckily I was tired enough to fall asleep. Again the beach is right across the street and The Eats Cafe/Legendz Bar is also within a short walking distance. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Overall, if I ever come back, I'll be staying here.

Very nice, off the beach option. Newly remodeled. Friendly staff. Easy five minute walk to enjoy the Westin amenities. Highly recommend - the kitchen makes it so convenient!

I have stayed at Sunshine Suites many times over the past 20 years, and have continuously came back. The location is perfect - right beside the beach, close drive essentially everywhere and food is around the corner. The rooms are spacious and have kitchens in them. Almost everyone that works there is very very friendly. It is a solid hotel, and a reliable choice.

We definitely liked the charm of this place, this is our 1st time here in Grand Cayman and we really enjoyed it, we'll be back. Easy access to the beach, and to many amenities. We will definitely stay here again at our next visit and enjoy the renovated suites. Thank you 🥰

Hotel is being renovated. It is close. Opening sometime in 2025. I go there only to the restaurant! They make a killer 1/2 pound blue cheese burger ! A must to try !
Alcibiades P — Google review
Arrangements were made by our dive operator and instructor, and no complaints other than they could step up on the maintenance. Paint, broken walkway light fixtures, etc. Nothing major - but the Owners are clearly not wanting to spend the proper amounts to keep it up. Big rooms, kitchenette, great value. Also, housekeeping is not very good. The women at the reception desk were amazing. They are more motivated than the men, who leave a mess after fixing something, and don't clean up. I guess its a cultural "women's" work ethic. Which is too bad, because if the men worked as hard as the women, they would polish this place and it would shine. All the reception desk associates were friendly, so kind and nice, courteous but also down to earth playful making for great conversations. I used the business center often, so I had many chances to interact with them. They were so nice that I purchased all my water and snacks from them while I could have walked half a block to pay less. The reception staff is first rate!

The Grand Caymanian Resort offers bright and airy rooms and suites in an oceanfront setting. Guests can enjoy the convenience of a complimentary shuttle service to explore popular attractions such as Stingray City or Rum Point. The resort is situated on the North Sound, providing stunning sunrise views. For those looking to escape the crowds of Seven Mile Beach, this resort offers a peaceful retreat with access to amenities like snorkeling gear, kayaks, and jet skis.
The room was very clean and the bathroom was spotless. It did not feel luxurious, but not at all cheap. They really towed the line between the two. If you can get the breakfast deal package with your reservation, get it. It was well worth it. The breakfast choices were top notch. As far as the location it is a bit out there. But they do offer free shuttles to many destinations. Just tip the drivers. The staff was also top notch. Especially the front desk staff. They helped me many times and offered many helpful suggestions. I cannot say a bad word about them. Also as an added bonus my girlfriend is a mosquito magnet and she didn't get bit once. Overall, I would definitely check their availability first before any other over priced hotels. Very pleasant experience with the hotel. Thank you Grand Caymanian!

I stayed here on my second trip to the island. The location is conveniently located to Seven Mile Beach and Georgetown. We booked a package that included breakfast and also ate at the on site restaurant for supper a couple of evenings. The food was good and service very prompt. We took a snorkel trip with the on site vendor and it was excellent. The resort did not feel overly crowded and it was nice to sit on our balcony and read or listen to live music.

Great place and great staff with laid back atmosphere off the overpriced 7 miles beach tourist trap strip. Perfect for a long term stay and expensive but affordable for Cayman. Great pool, bar, view and shuttle

Nice hotel on golf course. I like that it is away from the congested area of 7 Mile Beach hotels/ shops/restaurants. If that's what you're looking for, then find something closer to all of that. It was very relaxing, very nice staff, good food ( wish there were more vegetarian options at buffet) so we skipped it, breakfast was really good though & the grounds were kept very clean Our floor in our room was a little dirty, but I suppose with people walking in with shoes on and sand on them, it's hard to completely clean? No hand soap in bathroom, but staff was quick to bring it. Would stay here again

We ADORE this resort. While we are timeshare owners and do have somewhat of a bias, The Grand Caymanian and its staff are top notch. We come every year (sometimes multiple times) and bring our family. You know a business is good when the workers remain the same year after year and they know you by name without even checking the reservation. Renoir, Julio, Francis and the countless other staff members that we know and love are always super friendly and helpful. Captain Shawn and Ms. Arlene with the water sports cabana are also part of our extended Grand Caymanian family. Overall, it’s quiet, beautiful, scenic, and incredibly welcoming. If you’re wanting a laid back visit that isn’t booming with tourists, but is within distance of such tourist locations, you’ll never go wrong with the Grand Caymanian. Our daughter (affectionately named by Renoir as “vroom vroom”) is the supervisor on staff while we’re on vacation there and they all keep a stack of quarters close by to bribe her with gumballs from the gumball machine. 🥰

If you're looking for service and location, you can't be The Grand Caymanian! This hotel is wonderful. The staff could not be more kind and accommodating to guests. The breakfast buffet was great. The location is great. We took advantage of the free shuttle. We had such a great time that we actually extended our vacation for a few extra days. Thank you to the hotel staff and managers for your kindness and hospitality.

I recently had my first stay at the Hampton Inn in Grand Cayman, and it left a lasting impression. What truly stood out was not just the hotel itself, but the incredible staff who make this place so special. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality. The team went out of their way with a sincere willingness to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. It’s rare to find a place where you feel so welcomed and cared for, and that’s exactly what I experienced here. The staff truly elevate the hotel, creating an atmosphere that makes you want to return. I highly recommend this Hampton Inn—not only for a great stay in Grand Cayman, but for the people who make it such a memorable experience.

Except for the construction noise, my stay was great. Property was walking distance to the beach. They have 8 beach chairs and umbrellas available. Perfect spot to watch sunsets. Shuttle service to a different beach entrance. The beaches are blocked off so you can’t just keep walking along the beach from this property. Pool is also available but no hot tub. Gym is tiny. There’s a few restaurants nearby including one right next door which is really good. Free hot breakfast. Front desk staffs are always helpful and kind

Great value, great staff. Not directly on the beach, but hotel has short pathway to beach and beach chairs. Breakfast very nice, with numerous choices. Hotel has excellent free shuttle, if you give them a little advance notice. Shuttle goes to Fosters supermarket, seven mile Public beach, Camana Bay mall/ferry to Kaibo, and Bonny Beach Club. Hotel has chairs available to take to other beaches. Popular Pipers Resturant on premises. Famous Peppers rest, and Coconut Joes rest walking distance. Most tours pickup at this hotel. Rental car really not needed. Shuttle drivers and staff hard working. Recommend

Amazing weekend stay. Beautiful hotel, rooms were very clean, service was great all around. Free breakfast was simple but tasty. There's a small beach with limited seats and umbrellas. A free shuttle bus is available to transport you to the seven mile beach and take you back (just let the driver know)

This would not be your standard Hampton Inn. It's much better. The best staff around...hands down! Very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is top notch....almost Embassy Suites style. You can use beach chairs and towels and take them down to Governor's Beach and enjoy the day...all perks of the hotel. They have a free shuttle service to local venues and it's always available it seems. The only downfall is that although the rooms are nice and "beachy", the shower is not good. At least the design of the shower. It doesn't have a closing door so water goes all over the floor. The staff is aware and it will take a remodel to fix the issue, but putting a couple towels at the shower threshold handles the water. If that is the only complaint, that should be telling you something. This hotel does the job for a nice island stay!

We had a great experience at the Hampton Inn Grand Cayman! The front desk manager was helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to Jaime at the front desk who was incredibly nice and friendly throughout our stay. Our room was clean. In the room is a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and an in-room safe everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping lady on the 2nd floor was kind and took good care of everything. The free shuttle service was great! Huge thanks to **Roque, the shuttle driver**, who went above and beyond! he not only drove us to the beach but also brought us chairs and umbrellas. So thoughtful and appreciated! The hotel is in a great location close to Camana Bay shopping and restaurants. Peppers and Coconut Joe’s are right across the street, super convenient and tasty options. Breakfast was another highlight, they had a good variety of hot, fresh items and the pastries were excellent. Another bonus: you can borrow a GoPro from the hotel and they’ll send you your pictures and videos after. This hotel offers great value, friendly service, and thoughtful extras.

Nice hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, plenty of parking and delicious breakfast. My only issue were loud rooms, first one i got suffered from lot of noise, even after i switched of ac and refrigerator. after few disturbed nights staff assisted me and got me room on top floor, that was much quieter. Wifi was a bit spotty sometimes, but not that bad. Everything else was great. Note that their beach is pretty small, but they offer free shuttle to get you to the main one, which is much better. Gym is ok.

Palm Heights is an upscale resort featuring two restaurants, two outdoor pools, a fitness center, a spa, and a beach club. Tillies at Palm Heights offers experiential dining with diverse culinary themes and white-table-cloth outdoor seating on the patio or in the sand. The resort stands out with its colorful yet thoughtful decor and understated luxury, providing a refreshing and elegant Caribbean experience.
God is in the details, and this is so evident at Palm Heights. A gorgeous boutique hotel on Grand Cayman’s famous Seven Mile Beach. Service is top notch. Food spectacular, and with three restaurants on the property to choose from. Think of Four Seasons meets the very best version of SoHo House (when it was good). Only complaint is too many babies/kids around. That said, I’ll be back for sure!

We just visited Palm Heights and it was a wonderful experience. It is the best hotel in cayman islands. It’s stylish, very modern, has a great mix of both upbeat young energy but also a sanctuary retreat vibe. The beach is absolutely amazing, the service on the beach is just fantastic. Everyone is so kind, accommodating and happy. We felt very special, welcomed and importantly there is no pretentious behaviors. While the hotel is equipped to accommodate the most picky guests, they make sure everyone feels like a VIP. I highly recommend everyone to visit Palm Heights for at least 4-5 nights. I must mention that food is outstanding in Palm Heights. Everything tastes so delicious and quality of produce is definitely well picked. We stayed for 5 nights and we enjoyed every meal and snack. Everyone MUST try the smoked red snapper toast for breakfast, it is out of this world, the smoothies are outstanding and we truly enjoyed the daily happy hour 5pm-6pm. I also attended a pilates class it was wonderful. The gym and spa facilities have everything you can think of. All high quality trainers and top tier equipment/services. You never have to leave the resort if you don’t want to. They have everything for their guests on the property. 10/10 experience. We can’t wait to return back next year.

From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in for something special—but it still exceeded every expectation. Every single member of the staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was amazing. The warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality created a truly welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for the my solo trip. The food was unforgettable. From fresh smoothies after complimentary yoga sessions, to having sushi by the beach or oven baked pizza after a swim. On my first night, my waiter at Tillies recommended the fish Milanese, and I’m still thinking about it—so light yet so flavorful…and who could forget about the dinner rolls. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, and the “pillow menu” is such a cute addition! The highlight of my stay was the Garden spa. Wow. Just wow. Even if you don’t book a treatment (though you absolutely should), the spa itself is an oasis. I loved soaking in the quiet pool, relaxing in the sauna, and rotating between the cold plunge and magnesium bath—my body felt completely restored. Palm Heights has that rare magic where every moment feels intentional and elevated, yet effortless. It’s the reason I’ll be returning to the Cayman Islands. If you’re looking for the perfect blend of luxury, wellness, and soul, this is it.

As a frequent traveler with very high standards I will start by confirming how extraordinary and exceptional Palm heights is. I have had the pleasure of visiting three times and each year is a gift. Palm heights is not just a hotel but an amazing experience, especially if you are celebrating something special. As a solo traveler, I have always felt safe and comfortable with no incident whatsoever. From the hospitality, food, location, ambiance, interior design, service, amenities, thoughtfulness and care… this is indeed a gem of the Caribbean. I have stayed at several resorts around the world and few if any compare to the level of luxury palm heights provides. Some of the very notable staff include: Brian - who took the time to sit with me and from that moment on ensured my stay was absolutely memorable by going above and beyond. A wonderful and needed addition to Palm heights, I know great things are ahead. A very special thanks you to Okey, Neil, Pamela, Ganga, Victor, Vintra, G, Maria, Katerina, Luz….. thank you so much for making me feel seen and appreciated while staying here for my third year. If you have the opportunity to meet any of these wonderful individuals you will be in very kind and capable hands. Special thanks to the entire coconut club, garden club, Dolores, tillies and maintenance staff. If there are any names I have forgotten, I offer my deepest apologies. BOOK PALM HEIGHTS YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!

Palm Heights is truly a gem on Seven Mile Beach. From the moment you arrive, the customer service is exceptional—every interaction feels personal and tailored to your specific needs, making your stay feel both relaxed and elevated. The rooms are spacious, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, giving you plenty of room to unwind in comfort. The craft cocktails are a highlight on their own—expertly mixed, creative, and perfect for sipping while you take in the stunning ocean views. And of course, the location is unbeatable: Seven Mile Beach is absolutely breathtaking, with its soft white sand and crystal-clear water just steps from your room. Palm Heights strikes the perfect balance between boutique luxury and laid-back island charm. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an unforgettable Caribbean escape.

We had a great stay here last year. The interior design and design in general is great, really beautiful setting inside and out, Coco’s DJ’ng was a vibe, the location on beach is perfect away from the busier hotels. Food was also great. My only knock is service. I feel like they could take it all the way there if they had poolside service, and more detailed service, also maybe a little music by pool (forgive me if they’ve added). We still loved our stay and vibe wise this is an amazing spot. Had style and a feel to it

Great location and very boutique hotel feeling for Seven Mile Beach. Love all the landscaping & private nooks for relaxing & planning activities. Staff was amazing and attended to our needs so quickly. Definitely recommend this cool hotel in a large line up of big properties all around it.

The Holiday Inn Resort Grand Cayman, an IHG Hotel, is located on the stunning Grand Cayman Island and offers a luxurious resort experience with breathtaking sea views and sunsets. The property shares facilities with the Grand Caymanian Resort, including a beautiful pool area and a beach perfect for relaxation. Guests have praised the well-maintained resort grounds and enjoyed the romantic touch of lighted torches at night.
We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Easy access to SMB by car or shuttle, but it does have its own little beach and pier which you can swim and snorkel from if you want to. The staff are all really friendly and helpful and our suite was huge with an unusually well equipped kitchen and large balcony. The barbeque in the garden was very useful, we used it 4 times, and the garden itself is beautifully laid out and maintained. The on-site restaurant has a nice varied menu at a reasonable (for GC) price. We ate there 6 nights without having to repeat a dish and everything except the 'Bangkok Bowl' was excellent! The breakfasts are also great (if you like eggs). Our only suggestion for improvement would be some additional ice machines, we only found one in our half of the hotel and it did run out some days. We were able to get some ice from the restaurant though. But at the end of the day the hotel is just wonderful. If we ever go back to GC I wouldn't even think about staying anywhere else.

Loved this resort!! The staff were EXTREMELY friendly, helpful, and welcoming. My husband and I have traveled frequently and stayed a lot of places and this was definitely our best experience. The room was extremely clean and pleasant smelling. When walking out of the hotel in the mornings and seeing housekeeping work on rooms that we passed, I was heartened to see them actually cleaning and mopping floors and not just emptying the garbage and changing out linens and calling it good. We LOVED the restaurant. The service was wonderful and the food was even better. We tried a lot of the menu over our stay and never had a less than great dish. The servers were fantastic and recognized us and knew our preferences. I was so happy the hotel had outdoor cats -Mango, Kiwi and Raisin-they made missing our own cat better. If you don’t love cats, don’t worry-they mind their own business if you don’t seek them out. Personally the location was great for us. We enjoyed how quiet it was and the beach, pier and pool area was gorgeous and well maintained.

We had an amazing experience at the Holiday Inn Cayman! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Everyone we interacted with was warm, professional, and super friendly. One of the highlights for us was how pet-friendly the hotel is. It was clear they genuinely cared about making sure our fur baby was comfortable too and it was truly appreciated. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, but what really stood out was the incredible staff who made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Hidden Gem with Ocean Views and Great Value! Spacious, clean rooms with ocean views, a private patio, and thoughtful touches like a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The bathroom was larger than expected with a double-sink vanity and oversized tub/shower. The location is ideal—close to the airport and on the more affordable side of the island, but just a quick 10-minute drive to 7 Mile Beach. There’s even a beautiful golf course next door. We loved the uniquely shaped pool—never crowded—and the shaded seating near the beach and dock. The on-site restaurant opens up to the pool area, with great food, fair prices, and consistently friendly service. The grounds are tropical and well-kept, and at night, tiki torches and string lights create a warm, relaxing vibe. Highly recommend for comfort, value, and location!

Stayed here during my first trip to Cayman Islands. I will be truthful and admit that we stayed here, as my girlfriend’s work paid for it. The staff were absolutely wonderful, and all in all, the resort of quite nice. 4 stars for the rooms as the place is a little dated. 3 stars for location as it doesn’t have much of a beach (no sand) and is a little far away from restaurants etc. The sunrises were spectacular though.
John C — Google review
The rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful. The area around the hotel is under construction. I can't wait too see how it looks when we come back. They accommodated our large group of swimmers with no issue. The restaurant is good and reasonably priced. Always something going on at night but we never heard them from our rooms.

We checked in here coming from a long haul flight from London. Takes around 15 mins drive from Georgetown, better to have your own vehicle or at least a rental car to get here conveniently. We got a broken door lock in our comfort room, we cannot lock the door that has access from the living room. View is not that great from our bedroom, There is an ice machine near our unit, and we enjoyed it as we had some drinks that night. Over all, it's still a good deal for its price.

Margaritaville Beach Resort Grand Cayman is a laid-back and fun spot to relax, offering airy rooms and chic condos. The resort features six restaurants and bars, as well as three outdoor pools including one for kids. Opened in 2018, the property boasts a cheerful beach-and-Buffett themed decor that brightens the rooms.
Wonderful stay for my family. Very clean. Staff so friendly and helpful. Beach was nicer than most- never had to wait for any of the gear or an umbrella. Loved the cove. We snorkeled, used the paddle board and kayaked. All easy to obtain. Rooms were spacious and clean. The front desk staff and the bell hop (not sure they are called that) deserve special recognition. Choose a partial ocean view room on on the upper floors. Bring lots of sunscreen and some bug spray for the evenings. Make use of the bus. They are easy to get in front of the resort and it is very cheap. Loved, loved, loved Margaritaville!

The very new all inclusive was very impressive. The staff work so very hard catering to multiple guests and they are always smiling and engaging. The manager Demitri is very approachable and his attention to detail is fantastic. All the eateries were very clean and the food was fantastic. Each restaurant was able to consistently accommodate special dietary requests. The public washrooms were clean and the room's were also well managed and maintained. On the downside the beach space was a bit too small to accommodate the hotel and condo residents. There was some contention between beach goers saving lounge chairs and there was no way to regulate the 2 hr rule if you are not using the chairs. Suggestions have been provided to the hotel on how this could be managed in the future. Overall an amazing trip. I would definitely recommend this place.

It was more of a 4.5 - we enjoyed our stay, the food was amazing, the room was very nice, and the staff was wonderful - always helpful, and friendly. The pool area was well kept, as was the beach. The music was a little loud at night if you head to your room early. The way reservations/seating was done at the Eating House didn't always make sense, so we ate at the bar almost every night, or else would've had a long wait - luckily the food was worth it!

The resort was really great but upon arrival the room I had booked was sold out so I was moved into another room. I wanted 1 king with a partial ocean view and we were put into a room with 2 full size beds. We are both tall large people so trying to share a full was a bit difficult. Also the bathroom's shower floor was soft and weird. Almost like it was rotten under the shower. Also when arriving the fire alarm went off and the elevator was held out of service. They tried to fix it but couldn't so we had to take a different elevator which was much further from our room. The staff was amazing. the drinks and food were beyond our expectations. I loved all of the little pieces of detail throughout the resort. For example the hints of parrots everywhere. It felt very clean and kept up with. (with the exception of the shower)

Staff is excellent, friendly, always accommodating. The pools are very nice, but not enough chairs for the crowd. I think most were taken to the beach. Beach area is very small and not what we expected. Restricted to the area behind resort and crowded. You need to travel up to seven mile beach to be able to take a walk on the beach. The resort lobby area and bar are very nice and there was something going on every night. The room wasn't the best, shower floor was cracked, old hotel that has been renovated. Told we had pool view when checking in, but looking out of the room we had parking lot view, out the door, into the hall was the pool view! Thought about dragging our patio chairs into the hall to view the pool. We expected more of the Buffet vibe but it was very family oriented and not the party atmosphere we expected.

Overall the stay was fantastic, I would definitely return and have no problem paying full price as I stayed with a travel agent perk. I would also recommend this to my clients as well. Positives- friendly hardworking staff always pleasant every single person was kind and helpful I never felt rushed or like a bother to anyone. The housekeeper did an excellent job on my room making sure everything was cleaned daily. The pool was always clean. The show on sunday night and the dancing was absolutely amazing with the fire show and limbo. Room for improvement-My pizza was not good at all. I asked for margherita and they were out of the tomato basil I would have not ordered the pizza at all the basil was the best part. The cheese was very waxy. The room I stayed in was 514 and it needed some paint by the shower base and the shower floor itself is kind of broken. The room smelled like the sea when I first got there but it was an ocean view room (thank you for the free upgrade) The bikes were needing to be tightened on the seat and handle bars We never got to snorkel because the equipment was out. ********************************************************** Even with those little things I would have no problem coming back or recommending your hotel to any client.

Good stay, easy beach access, nice pools, good pizza but expensive drinks if not happy hour. Overall, it was a good stay. One night we had issues where no clean towels were left (but they took the dirties) but after multiple reports we ended up with a bunch of towels that lasted us the stay. The Only other issue we had was New Year Eve night, we made reservations and they said we could order off the menu but when we showed they told us our only option was a very expense all inclusive meal $$$. They would not budge so we left and walked down to a local pub spending a fraction of what we would have spent at the restaurant in the hotel and had a good meal (although it was not what we had planned) Overall a good visit and if the price is right I would go back.
Rob H — Google review
The resort is lovely. The pools, grounds, beach, and all public areas are very well maintained. All of the staff we met were friendly, helpful, and provided fantastic service. Our room was perfectly clean with lots of towels and 2 bottled water every day, except on the day before check out - the used towels were taken but not replaced, no water was left, our beer cans and used water glass not taken, and the floor was not washed. We were also disappointed that the "cooler" didn't cool anything, so every day we carried 2-3 full ice buckets from another floor to fill our sink (my water has to be cold). We also found the air conditioning very annoying as it couldn't be set to a comfortable temperature - it would revert to 65 F, so it was either freeze, or turn it off. The continental breakfast was a joke, only good for a coffee and banana. The only meals we had on the property were snacks, the restaurants seemed overpriced.

Comfort Suites Seven Mile Beach is a modest all-suite hotel located just a short 2-minute walk from the beach. While not a resort, it offers an excellent outdoor pool and a gym for guests to enjoy. The location is convenient, with easy access to the beach and nearby amenities. Guests can also take advantage of the hotel's restaurant and pool bar for dining options. The rooms are well-maintained, clean, and nicely decorated, providing a comfortable stay for families or budget-conscious travelers.
This has been the most amazing vacation ever! The staff was so friendly and very helpful especially Rudolf and the front desk lady (sad I didn’t catch her name.) The front desk helped us plan out many activities including the shuttles to sting ray city and the turtle farm which are both a must see! They have great complimentary towels and AWESOME continental breakfast! I know many other hotels have not so great breakfast, but not this one! The bar down stairs stingers was tastey and the bartender was so sweet. The ambassadors dive shop was very helpful as well and had a great staff. The whole experience has been great! Do not rent a car if you stay here as they have everything within a five min walk! 15 out of 10 would recommend!

Great breakfast selection. Easy access to the beach. Beach is beautiful. Faces West so we saw some great sunsets. Nice on site restaurant and bar. Outdoor pool and jacuzzi were clean. Very helpful staff who arranged some great excursions for us. The room and bathroom were clean. My wife and I would definitely stay here again.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Best stay! The wifi worked great and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. There were a variety of options every morning. Can’t go wrong with the pool and beach access. Chairs on the beach were a plus as well. It’s location was perfect - right on 7 mile beach and had great snorkeling right in front of the hotel. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Neat and clean and very friendly staff. Nice pool with a hot tub plus a poolside bar and restaurant. Not directly on the beach but just a couple hundred feet down a path brings you to a small beach for guests. Good breakfast in the morning, lots of parking and centrally located. I have stayed in a couple of rooms down there and there is a little wear and tear starting to show. Definitely recommend for the value. I would stay there again.

Although the building is not directly on the beach they do have beachfront lounge chairs on the beach right besides the much pricier and crowded high-priced resorts. The included breakfast was a solid 5-star. It was delicious. The room was clean and spacious. This place is the best bargain on 7-mile beach.

Definitely budget friendly. Our room was nice but the AC was in the living area and it was hard to keep a comfortable temp while sleeping. Also the shower temperature was either extremely hot or freezing cold. Nice pool and bar our back and only a few steps from the beach.

Great location close to many places to eat. Although not right on the beach for the price it's well worth it. Everyone at Hotel was extremely nice and always helpful. Continental breakfast was excellent and was much appreciated with 2 kids 8yrs old and a 2 yrs old its had everything you need to start the morning. There is a gas station at the corner across the street that has a convenience store that's open 24hrs great for snacks and drinks. This is our 2nd time to Cayman island and I would definitely stay here again.

Location is awesome. Keep in mind it is a hotel not a resort. It has a tiny but nice pool door right out the back door and then a path off the side that is a 1 minute walk to the beach. Although they only have about 30 beach loungers we never had trouble getting one. They also have umbrellas. Like in front of all the hotels the beach is owned right up to the water line, so chairs are side by side right up to that point. Don't be afraid to take the public bus to see other beaches. The bus system is super cheap and easy. They drive by approximately every 15 minutes and most places are just $2 to ride.

The Seven Mile Beach Resort & Club offers modest condos with balconies or terraces in a casual resort setting. Guests can enjoy amenities such as a pool, dive center, and BBQs. Despite its name, the beach is actually about 6 miles long. Conveniently located just a short drive from Owen Roberts International Airport, the resort provides a pleasant stay for both business and leisure travelers. Nearby attractions include Seven Mile Beach, Crazy Crab - Private Boat Charters, and Ambassador Divers.
We stayed in room #32. Had 2 bed, 2 bath, kitchen area, living room area, and balcony. The entire place was very clean! Had all the amenities that you would need. Also included a washer and dryer. Water pressure in showers was great along with hot temperatures. Pool area was very clean as well with nice seating area. Location of hotel was okay, as you read in previous reviews, the beach is gone. So you do have to walk a little bit to get to a beach area or just catch a bus or taxi. We really enjoyed going to Bonny’s Beach area. It was about half way down 7 mile beach. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time! The staff made us feel like home. The hotel provides complimentary shuttle service to the local market and beaches. The swimming pool is very nice too!
Go R — Google review
Fair warning, the beach is gone. No access to any beach close by, you have to walk either in the water for a while which I do not recommend, or walk several properties on West Bay road to where the now 7 mile beach remains, which is Sovereign, a good 12-15 minute walk. The property was good, pool, grill, ping pong, tennis all were good. Large rooms, very basic but we're as expected. Everything worked. Location is great, 10 minute walk to the mall. The restaurants are very expensive and so do the stores.
Irina T — Google review
If on a budget this is perfect for that. If looking for luxury modern not the place. No elevator, no sand access, small walk way to get to ocean which is ok if you can walk and go down stairs to get into the ocean.
Icicie F — Google review
The rooms were very outdated. The couch was on rollers, every time you sat dow you rolled apart. It was advertized for a five minute walk to seven mile beach, not correct, it was nothing there but a drop off, seven minute drive maybe. No dive shop. Nothing bright and pretty about the rooms. Absolutely nothings to do at that resort. The pool was closed for two days. Totally over advertized. No where to get snacks. They advertized interval customers get special discounts on excursions not true, everyone gets them they are in some book. All the TV are very small. I would not recommend this place to no one and will not go back.
Kim M — Google review
Great value for the price. The unit had everything you could need. Plenty of bath towels and separate pool/beach towels. The washer and dryer were great to have. We made sure to bring some Tide pods and we washed our towels and clothes at the end of the day. We had virtually no dirty laundry to bring home. Walking distance to plenty of places to eat. We rented a car and having free parking was great. We would definitely stay again!

Super family friendly resort and community. We felt very safe and comfortable during our stay. The interior pool area has many shared amenities like BBQs, loungers, music system, ice, games and activities where you can meet fellow vacationers. The rooms are dated but functional and have a good layout. Full kitchen and washer/dryer present. Porch is screened in, and its fairly quiet at night. Great spots to eat nearby, Ms. Pipers, Peppers and Coconut Joes. As mentioned in other reviews the beach has been washed away. However its a very quick jaunt to governor's beach, cemetary beach etc for a soft sand experience.
Rebecca N — Google review
I was pretty disappointed with the resort as a whole despite the rooms being very functional. Very few amenities and they charge for electricity usage on check out?!? The individual units are pretty spacious and well appointed if a bit basic. Would have like to have some thing to dry stuff on the balcony but that's a small complaint. Hot water was more like warm (certainly not cold, just not as hot as I'd prefer). I wish they did something to keep roosters out (or used better windows I guess) every morning we were "greeted" by the lovely sound of roosters. They played pretty loud and bad music from the pool most of the time which would have been nice if it was not done at all, turned down some, or maybe a different station. Location was okay, off the main drag and pretty well centered between the north end and down town George Town. But no views, and the for beach access needed to go Marriott. Not an issue or complaint for us, but no elevators are on site, so if you need them this resort wouldn't work for you (outside of maybe a ground floor unit). If you want a comfortable bare bones base of operations for a trip it would be a good choice. If you are looking for a resort or anything else look elsewhere.

Le Soleil d'Or is a charming Mediterranean-style resort located on the rustic Cayman Brac, offering a break from the typical Grand Cayman experience. The property boasts a cozy ambiance and features the best restaurant on the island, serving seasonal dishes sourced from its own 20-acre farm.
Le Soleil D’Or is a literal paradise! We have been there twice, once on an anniversary trip and next time with our young kids. Both times felt like a dream, not only because of how beautiful the resort and the island is, but also because of how welcoming everyone on the staff is! Some of the amazing perks of staying here are: Transportation to the resort from the airport Water bottles already stocked An amazing Beach Club restaurant that has their own private beach and the most delicious food at the Farm House restaurant The chefs were so willing to cater to our preferences, and for our kids preferences! In the Manor House, there’s a room full of toys to entertain the kids with The Coast House was luxurious with lots of space, its own kitchen, a pool and a beautiful view of the ocean. We also stayed at Cherry Lime and it had an amazing balcony overlooking the ocean as well. Both were amazing! After our second trip to Le Soleil, the staff felt like family and we have been dreaming of going back ever since!

This place is a gem of Cayman Brac. Very unique and charming place. If you are looking for a tranquil spot to explore and feel like you own the island come visit Cayman Brac! plus stay here even give you feel like you own the place for yourself. We stayed 3 nights at Star Apple and 1 night at Cherry lime and both are massive! You have an access to the beach club which is about 2 miles away from the farm house and the beach is quite nice but rocky ( the negative thing we had was too much seaweed in the water) the staffs are very friendly and helpful. We took a farm tour and got to taste some of their produce from the trees ,also you can see very nice scenic views from the top of the farm. Foods were great and my husband loved spicy , he loved the way he can picked out the Thai peppers from the big pot right in front of the restaurant LOL!!! We definitely enjoyed out stay and appreciate how peaceful the place was. No line No traffic!!

We stayed in the Farm House and had a fantastic time at Le Soleil D'Or. This is a unique boutique hotel which also contains a fully-operational farm! I highly recommend taking a tour of the farm if you have time. They also have a farmers market at the hotel once a week where they sell the produce and artisan goods produced at the farm. The Farm restaurant was also great, but had limited selections available on the day that we stayed at the hotel. With that being said, the restaurant prioritizes using farm to table ingredients, so we understood why certain items were unavailable. We loved this hotel. It's truly a one-of-a-kind property.

My wife and I loved every moment of our stay at Le Soleil d’Or. From the warm welcome and thoughtful tour to the stunning, unique room, everything was exceptional. The setting is beautiful and truly one-of-a-kind—a perfect escape. The farm-to-table restaurant was a highlight—we enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all fresh and delicious. The farm tour is a must! Each room offers a unique experience, and we’re already looking forward to returning. Highly recommend this special retreat.

We are really happy we stayed in the main house at Le Soleil d’Or! The staff is amazing - every single person was courteous and friendly. The restaurant staff were like old friends because we saw them at the Beach Club bar too. Anush was awesome! He helped us with airport transport, arranged a rental car to be delivered to the hotel, which made our stay extra enjoyable. Beautiful grounds and we loved the farm fresh food!

The coast house was a beautiful place to stay. The outdoor hammocks under the pergola were a favorite spot for relaxing. The house itself was clean and comfortable. To top it all off, the staff went above and beyond, even decorating our room in honor of my wife's birthday. Le Soleil d’Or is a Cayman Brac gem.

We had our 20th wedding anniversary dinner and they made it very special for us. The Staff were incredible. Our dinner was delicious. Dessert consisted of Chocolate Fondant with homemade vanilla/ ice cream!

A great big all-in-one facility! Their own plenty hectare farm where they grow all organic, real foods including all sorts of vegetables and exotic fruits, raise their own chicken and offer plants and trees as well. It’s possible to purchase their produce or dine in their high class restaurant where they cook and bake with their very own grown ingredients. Can’t find it any fresher than at Le Soleil d’Or! Especially on cayman brac where everything has to be imported. Didn’t check the hotel yet, but I highly recommend doing a farm tour, visiting the market every Monday and especially dining in their restaurant! It’s pricey but worth it. Best place on the Brac!

Morritts Tortuga Club is a beach hotel located in East End, Cayman Islands. The property features 166 rooms spread across three buildings and offers upscale facilities for a comfortable stay. Guests can enjoy the full-service spa, three outdoor swimming pools, an outdoor tennis court, and a fitness center. The hotel's location provides easy access to Grand Cayman Beaches and Colliers Public Beach.
We have been coming here with our timeshare for many years and love the place. It’s has beautiful pools, the rooms are nice, the beach is beautiful. It has lots of things to do and a very good restaurant. If you wanna get away from the hustle and bustle, this is a great place to go even though it’s a little further because it’s over on the east side of the island. There is a small supermarket and shops within walking distance. They also can have great scuba diving that leaves right from the dock in front. You can even get your certification here. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after our experience at Morritts Resort in the Grand Caymans, I feel it’s necessary to warn others. To start, brown water came out of both the bathroom sink and the shower tonight and we really just want to shower from a long travel day and go to bed. When we reported it to the front desk, we were met with a complete lack of urgency or care. The staff basically brushed us off, saying that no rooms were available to switch to. So, we’re now left dealing with this issue for our entire stay. We spoke with the maintenance man, who explained that there’s rust in all of the water heaters on the property. He said the only option was to shower in cold water or flush the water heater every few days if we didn’t want to bathe in the brown water. Cold showers in a hot climate might be bearable if they were the only option, but being forced to choose between cold or brown water is simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, the front desk staff was incredibly dismissive. It felt like we were inconveniencing them just by asking for clean water, and their response was basically "tough luck." We understand that things can go wrong, but the lack of professionalism and empathy here was appalling. Unfortunately, since we have family members staying at the resort, we can’t just pick up and leave, so we’re stuck here for another week. We’ll be doing our best to make the most of it, but it’s hard to ignore how uncomfortable and unsanitary this experience has been. For anyone considering a stay at Morritts Resort, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. A resort in a beautiful location like the Grand Caymans should have clean water, working amenities, and a staff that cares about its guests. Sadly, Morritts missed the mark on all fronts. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the frustration — stay somewhere else!

A wonderful resort located on the secluded, east side of the island with convenient liquor store and mini-grocery stores across the street. Perfect resort for relaxing away from all the hustle-and-bustle of 7 Mile Beach's party area. The staff go above and beyond in making sure you have an enjoyable time. There is also some wonderful snorkeling right on the beach of the resort. Tortuga Divers, the dive shop located on the resort, are also very helpful and accommodating when booking dive and snorkel excursions.

Resort and rooms are great. Also, I would like to acknowledge the workers that were so helpful when our truck got a flat tire. Everyone is very helpful and we totally appreciate that. The location is a bit far from seven mile beach and tents to get a lot of see weed. Not sure if it’s the restaurants we went to but a lot close very early. Otherwise highly recommend resort.

There is a seagrass outbreak that smells like rotten eggs. I was told it was safe and went swimming and snorkeling around the dock. For a few days in a row. They didnt start trying to clear it until 4 days in. My throat started to get sore and then rushed to ER on my birthday. Its was getting hard to swallow. Doc said I was having an allergic reaction to sargassum seaweed. Please be aware its not safe. The staff was super friendly. Food and drinks a little overpriced Rooms very clean.

It would be nice if they honored the times they were open. It’s posted on a sign in front that they close at 9 pm. I went 3 nights in a row I wanted my daughter to try gelato, we’ll forget that because apparently they want to go home early. They are open until 9pm. First night i got there at 8:55, no big deal I understand we were last minute. Second night 8:40 , okay yall are pushing it but fine I’ll let it slide. Last night. 8:15….i mean that’s bull crap and they know it. Ask the front desk about it and you get shrugged shoulders. Just go on the other side of the island if you want to go to Grand Cayman, it’s cheaper for a reason. 1 star across the board.

It was okay. The pools are nice. The rooms had stairs to get to the bedrooms. I had asked for a handicap room and the girl at the front desk said they only have 2 handicap rooms total. Umm?

Nestled on the tranquil East End of Grand Cayman, Compass Point Dive Resort is a charming seaside retreat operated by Ocean Frontiers. The resort boasts powder-blue stilted buildings with modern interiors featuring granite accents and vibrant walls. Guests can choose from one to three-bedroom units equipped with full kitchens, free Wi-Fi, HDTVs, jetted tubs, and washer/dryers.
My husband planned this trip for the diving and enjoyed great dives and a wonderful dive crew. I enjoyed the boutique hotel feel. About 27 rooms, ours faced the ocean and had lovely views. While not particularly fancy it was truly nicely appointed and so clean. Everything about the small condo was nice…well-appointed kitchen, crisp white sheets and a new mattress, warm terry cloth robes, a luggage rack, pool towels. We also enjoyed the onsite restaurant with an included breakfast buffet. I also appreciated the responsive staff. All in all, a great destination for the divers and their non-diving family.

We don’t dive but came here for four nights for a family vacation, and couldn’t be happier. The room we had was ground level opening out onto the pool (across the road from the water). It was never busy in the pool, and both hot-tub and pool were really clean. The room was amazing with separate master bedroom and two single pull-down/Murphy beds for the kids. There is a full kitchen with ice-maker fridge, and dishwasher and washer/dryer with laundry soap. Perfect for our needs. We stocked up at Harley’s and Fosters grocery stores, and made most of our meals in the room. Nicely located in a quiet area of the east end, about half-way between town/7 mile beach, and rum point. From here with our rental car we went back into town a few times, and also to starfish point, and to Rum point to meet a snorkel trip excursion boat at Kaibo marina. Great place!!!!

Compass point is a top notch divers resort. The dive operation is one of the best organized with excellent service that I have ever used. My only complaint was the beach area was really non existent despite the pictures that showed a nice beach. Lots of seagrass and red algae resulted in an unpleasant odor. Really cannot say enough good things about the five staff - extremely well organized, friendly, and provided top notch service. Excellent Dive sites very close to the resort (5-20 minute boat rides).
David J — Google review
This is an ideal place for divers! I was there for an Alex Mustard underwater photography workshop. The Compass Point Diving Resort is about as far away from the hustle and bustle of Georgetown, Seven Mile Beach and the cruise ships. And that’s what makes the best spot for diving on Grand Cayman. You get there with your included rental car from Avis right next to the airport. There is a snack bar/bar open for breakfast, lunch and dinner above the dive shop. But your room isn’t a room, it’s a freaking (big) condo! You’ve got a full kitchen, living room and spacious bedroom. And there are several restaurants and a grocery store within a short drive. They do “valet” diving. You have a crate outside your room— put your dive gear in the crate and then just walk to your boat — it’s a Newton with two tables for your camera gear and dry bag. Your gear is all set up for you. Just double check it and you’re off to your first dive site. Every aspect of the diving is top notch from the boats, dive staff, briefings and emergency procedures. I can’t say enough about this place. I want to go back.

My wife and I stayed at Compass Point for the first time 17 years ago (2008). This year was our 10th visit. We love the location, accommodations and the staff. The diving team is amazing and extremely professional. Amanda that is currently handling the reservations did a great job. We really recommend this place if you are a diving lover.

Everything You Need for the Perfect Dive Trip! Compass Point Dive Resort nailed it. The dive staff? Absolute rockstars—helpful, fun, and totally on top of safety and service. Hotel team was just as solid—friendly, professional, and always smiling. We loved that the room came with a rental car, such a game-changer for exploring the island between dives. Having pools, BBQs, and a legit restaurant right on-site made it feel like our own little scuba paradise. Everything we needed was right there. Already dreaming about our next trip back! Plantation Village is a charming beach resort located in the Cayman Islands, nestled in the heart of Seven Mile Beach. The resort offers motel-style rooms surrounded by lush gardens and picturesque views. It's an ideal destination for water enthusiasts and caters to all types of travelers. Guests appreciate the tranquility despite its proximity to the 6-mile long beach. The spacious condo-style units with 2-3 bedrooms, kitchen, and living room are perfect for families or groups.
Rented a great condominium like the complex. Plenty of parking, our three bedroom, two baths was perfect. It was a great view of the beach, and it was easy to get out on. Just be sure to bring water shoes
Robert L — Google review
This was actually more of a time share unit than a hotel. The person at the “front desk” didn't recognize the address and it took sometime to figure this out. She gave me 2 numbers to rooms and said there should be a keycard under the mat. I tried one of them, which appeared empty and left a message that I had dropped off my bag. It ended up being the wrong room, but he kindly moved my bag to the correct room. It was a very large space, but smaller kitchen. It also had a nice screened patio. The room was more than I needed, but plenty for a family. Grounds had two pools and both were fairly empty, so it was quite. The pool by the ocean was my favorite as you could listen to the ocean. It did have a small beach, but really only big enough for 3 people. It appears that a lot of erosion has occurred based off the appearance of gates and stairs, which is unfortunate. So no beach to walk on. The kayak’s and SUP boards were chained up and honestly didn't look to be in great shape, but I didn't ask to use so the ones I saw could be for different users. You’re a bit from downtown and I walked about 30 minutes to the beach and a coffee shop. However, a few restaurants nearby. I ate at Coconut Joe’s for dinner and thought it was pretty good. Pros: plenty of space for the price, screened in patio, 2 pools, by ocean, nearby restaurants, has kitchen Cons: small beach area, less modern space (i.e. not recently updated), not very close to 7-mile beach, uncertain about ‘extras’ as didn't inquire about there use Overall the room, grounds and pools were nice. Would be good for small family to stay a few days.
Kristien K — Google review
The location of Plantation Village is decent, and I will give credit where it’s due: the snorkeling right off the beach is excellent. Unfortunately, those were the only positives of our stay. The property itself is extremely outdated. We walked into our unit to find blinds that were broken, visible holes in the walls, and a refrigerator that did not work. The beds were among the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on—every movement caused loud squeaking noises that made it difficult to get a proper night’s sleep. In the bathroom, half of the lightbulbs were out, which only added to the neglected feel of the unit. Another major issue is how this property markets itself online. The website paints a picture that is simply not accurate. It presents Plantation Village as a “resort” with expansive beach access to Seven Mile Beach. In reality, there is only about 25 feet of beach frontage, which is quite underwhelming compared to what you are led to expect. Overall, this was not the vacation experience we were hoping for. Between the outdated condition of the unit, the misleading website descriptions, and the lack of basic upkeep, I cannot recommend Plantation Village.

The resort is fabulous. Well maintained and clean. Unfortunately there is only a tiny beach available and it's not as nice as the rest of 7 miles Beach which is a short walk or ride away.

Stayed here though Airbnb. It's central with lots of amenities. Of course everything on the island is pricey but I'd say this was very reasonably priced.

We love having our own kitchen and bring food staples with us when we arrive for the week. That way if planes are delayed and we arrive late at night, we have food and coffee. ❤️ Pools are great and beach area is clean.

Absolutely loved this place! It had daily rentals for bikes, paddle boards and kayaks. The small beach area in the front is not sandy, has large pebbles and is great for snorkeling. They have their own beach chairs near the water and you can pass through a little path in between the wall and the waves to access the rest of the beach. A walk to the beach bar is about 7-10 mins. The houses are spacious and provide you with everything you would need for a nice vacation!

Alongside other popular resorts in the area, Coral Stone Club stands out for its attentive staff and well-appointed condos, providing all the comforts of home including kitchen facilities and laundry amenities.
I have been staying a the Coral Stone Club my entire life. My family and I go to the Cayman Islands every year and have never strayed from staying at the Coral Stone Club. The location is perfect on 7 Mile Beach and the resort is amazing. Growing up as a little kid at the Coral Stone Club there has never been a moment where I did no feel safe. The staff is so kind and there is many activities to indulge in. The beach is also perfect because I is no overly crowded so there is plenty of room to play spaciously in the sand. This is my personal favorite place to stay and my family and I will continue to stay here for years to come.

Our family of five stayed here the second week of November. The reservation staff member was quick to email us back with any questions we had about excursions, etc. Condo #36 had the best balcony views for sunsets. The condo was immaculate and there is so much room! The fitness center was perfect and the swimming pool was the best place to cool off when you didn’t want to be in the ocean. The location on Seven Mile Beach was ideal with many places to walk to for restaurant options. We would definitely recommend this place and we plan to come back soon!

Stayed in unit 17 and it was phenomenal. Recent renovation and the finishes were SO nice. Just small touches like tons of storage, loads of places to hang wet stuff, and seriously soundless doors, even the pocket bathroom door! Our housekeeper, Marie, was an absolutely delight. Pool is super nice, large, and the hot tubs are great, even on a rainy day! And of course, the star of the show, the beach, is perfect. We laughed every day looking to the north at the Ritz beach full of people, and our beach with just a few chilled out families! Also super great to be next to the Ritz if you want to go grab a drink/meal/etc. We can't wait to go back!

We went for Mothers day and my husband Bday, (family of 4) I sent an email with this information they did not give any detail for this (so bad!) The Location and Club is extremely beautiful but they need to improve on the following areas: 1) NO complementary water is provided upon arrival. So you don't have even a bottle before going to the grocery store. Paid $1200 dollars a day no water is unacceptable and annoying. 2)The place does not have restaurant or bar or any service of food. OMG on vacation we don't want to cook every meal! they need a place a.s.a.p 3) coffee, sugar is almost no-existent extremely cheap 1 cup bag coffee and 2 regular sugar! Anyways, go and visit the place is beautiful but keep this on mind!

A real gem. Only downside is they should have some communal beach floats. That is literally the only criticism. Location, rooms, service all perfect. Property is absolutely beautiful. Kept immaculately. Rooms are fantastic. Could not have rented a nicer place for the week. Will definitely return.

The Discovery Point Club is a tranquil beachfront condo complex located at the quiet end of 7 Mile Beach in the Cayman Islands. The older yet upgraded oceanfront suites offer a relaxing getaway with two-bedroom condos featuring ensuite bathrooms, ideal for up to four guests. This complex provides a comfortable home-like atmosphere away from the large hotels, and boasts amenities such as tennis courts, a large pool with hot tub, and spacious screened-in private porches.
I've been coming to Grand Cayman since I was a child, and this is the best rental we've stayed at. We loved the pool and the beach, and especially the screened-in porches in every unit, perfect for when you need more shade in the middle of the day, or when it gets a little buggy. Beach chairs and umbrellas are first come first serve, but we never had a problem finding space -- it is a very laid-back, family-friendly vibe. Our unit was well-equipped and well-furnished, with laundry, beach toys, and a well-stocked kitchen. The real strength of this property is the management and staff. Housekeeping was excellent (they rearranged their schedule based on our baby's nap times and cleaned quietly if he was asleep when they arrived). The maintenance guy was friendly and efficient. The front desk and managers were responsive and helpful. You can tell that this is a place where employees are treated well, and that adds to the feeling here that you are part of a community. We will definitely be back the next time we visit Grand Cayman! This property is truly special.

Enjoyed our stay at Discovery Point in April. This was our first trip to Grand Cayman and researching all the lodging options was overwhelming to say the least. We stayed in a second story 2 bedroom unit #11. The location is north of the more congested areas of Seven Mile beach so was perfect for going north to West Bay restaurants and sites like cayman turtle center. Discovery Point condos are a little older, but very well maintained. The views from our condo were amazing- the complex is very close to the clear waters of the Caribbean. The pool was nice and the pool deck was great for viewing sun sets. We didn’t use the tennis courts but they were nice. Check in was efficient and the office manager was very nice and helpful.

My husband and I stayed in unit #11 which is beautifully decorated with island prints and sea glass collections greeting you throughout the condo with a beautiful view on the second floor overlooking the beach, the kitchen is well stocked for eating in, the bedrooms are very comfortable. The access to the beach is beautifully maintained with palm trees that greet you, a view to dream of. The staff that attends the well managed property have been there for years and welcome everyone as if you are their guests. Great snorkeling right out back, family oriented as well as restful since plenty of beach space.

Absolute paradise ! We have been traveling to Grand Cayman with our family for many years. Have stayed in several places. Our absolute favorite has been Discovery Point Club. The Condos are beautiful, clean and well maintained. The location is perfect. Close enough to restaurants and stores but yet a quiet and peaceful location . The beach and view are amazing. The staff are excellent, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Ann-Rose in the office is such a lovely and sweet lady. Anything you need or inquire about she offers her help. Jerian keeps the grounds looking beautiful. He too is very helpful and always has a smile. The housekeeping too are very friendly and do a great job. The only negative is when we have to leave . Can’t wait for our next visit !

I really wanted to love it here based on others reviews, and mentions of the kind staff, but it just wasn't possible. There were serious problems with the unit making it impossible to stay in, poor communication, and a resolution that was initially offered, then taken away. Sadly a frustrating way to start a vacation in paradise.

Spent the week of June 25th thru July 2nd at Christopher Columbus. Perfect, quiet location. Great family location. Less than 10 mins drive to most restaurants. Snorkeling off the beach was nice. Saw a sea turtle one day. Pool was quiet most of the time. Except when our kids where playing. It felt at times like we had the pool and beach to ourselves.
Zac R — Google review
Just had our 11th stay at the Christopher Columbus Condos. It always feels like our second home. It is my sanctuary. The staff members are extremely friendly, we just came back from our first visit since pre-COVID and the cleaning staff all remembered my son and commented on how much he grew. We walk 7 mile beach extensively and my opinion is CCC is at the ideal spot if you want quieter island vibes. You won't be able to walk across the street to shops and restaurants like further down 7 mile beach, but you'll have quiet and relaxation. You'll be away from the Dart projects and all that related craziness. It is an extremely safe island so we always rent a car and explore, plenty of shops and restaurants within 5-10 minute drive. There is also a public van that runs up and down the strip that I see others use and heard good things about. The ocean in front of CCC has a great mix of completely clear sandy sections for wading and swimming and then if you swim towards the neighboring condos there are rockier sections great for snorkeling in either shallow or deeper waters. Everything is clean and well kept. We have stayed in a variety of rooms, ocean view when it's just the three of us and larger ocean front when we host friends/family. All the rooms are beautiful and fully equipped. We did have a lesson learned this past trip, we will always inquire if there is an owners event and avoid those times. There were many owners this trip as they had a BBQ. I hate to use the word entitled, as it has a much more negative connotation than what I am trying to say, but cannot come up with the appropriate word. However, you sensed some entitlement. One example relates to beach facility etiquette. CCC has several palapas on the beach, each with a certain number of chairs. You cannot reserve the palapas. However, it has always been common courtesy amongst guests that if someone's items are under the palapa, you don't take a chair(s), you wait until they come back from their swim/bathroom break/lunch etc and then ask. Twice during the trip we were in the water snorkeling and came back to find chairs missing. The first time it was no big deal because my son decided he was done with the beach for the day and was going to rest in the condo, whomever had left us two chairs. The second time, similar situation except my husband and I planned to pull the lounge chairs into the sun and try to work on some tans but whomever only left us with one lounge chair and a regular chair that you cannot lay out on. Overall, it was louder than usual. CCC has always been a quiet sanctuary, but the owners tend to mingle and hang out, you'd be laying on the beach attempting to be mindful or read and there was frequently a commotion nearby that was distracting. I hold none of this against CCC. Of course people that know each other and see each other on vacation are going to want to hang out and talk. I only share because if you are like me and are seeking a quiet beach experience, CCC is definitely the place but ask at booking if there are any owner events and avoid those times as there united energy tends to take over ;).

This is my happy place. With more than 10 trips to Cayman we have stayed at Christopher Columbus around 7 times. Every time is a new experience of relaxation and fun. The staff is very nice, the rooms are cozy and all need in a condo style vacation. The reef is gorgeous and not too far away in the crystal blue water, and sometimes we have even seen turtles, stingrays, and octopus just yards away from the shoreline. I can't wait until the next time we can return, and I hope nothing changes.

If you're looking for a spot on 7-Mile Beach but away from all the humdrums - this is the place to be. The proximity to the beach from the pool to the condo unit couldn't be better unless I built a house on the sand of the beach. Our unit was so clean, the staff very helpful from booking the reservation when the Islands were closed due to Covid, to when we arrived and enjoyed 9 nights at their beautiful condo resort. We will be back! Thank you for helping make such a magical vacation for all of us!

We love staying at One Canal Point. We stay there every trip. We have stayed in multiple units and have had great experiences. The pool is so nice and the quiet location with canal views are lovely. We walk to the beach, which is about a 6-minute walk and does require crossing a busy main road but we don't mind as we are two adults traveling. We do have a car, but you could do it by walking and a taxi to some places.

This canal-front condo was a true vacation paradise! Its unbeatable location meant waking up to the serene sound of water, enjoying coffee on the balcony while watching birds over clear canal waters – a truly tranquil escape. The pool was a showstopper: a stunning oasis with crystal-clear water, lush landscaping, and comfortable loungers, feeling like a private resort. We spent countless hours relaxing, swimming, and soaking up the sun, making our vacation even more memorable. Inside, the condo was meticulously maintained and thoughtfully appointed. The well-equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings made it a welcoming space, with tasteful decor complementing the waterfront setting. The surrounding area offered both convenience and charm, with fantastic restaurants, local attractions, and the beautiful 7 Mile Beach just a short walk or drive away. This rental offered an incredible sense of peace and connection to the water, becoming an integral part of our trip. For a waterfront escape combining natural beauty with comfort and convenience, this condo is a must-book. We left refreshed, already dreaming of returning!

We loved everything about staying at One Canal Point. Any questions we had were answered quickly. The condo was beautiful and taken care of. We had a lovely view of the pool. It wasn't crowded and had plenty of comfortable chairs by the pool. The restrooms at the pool were very clean. We had a view of the pool and canal. It was just a short walk to the 7-mile beach which was amazing. There are also plenty of restaurants to choose from on West Bay Road. We walked everywhere and felt very safe. When we come back, we will stay again at One Canal Point

Thoroughly enjoyed my 3-nights stay! The property is beautiful and very well kept. We loved our 1 bedroom apartment style unit; it made us feel right at home. It was equipped with nearly all of the essentials you will need. The location is very private and remote. Be prepared to walk about 5-15 mins to reach tasty restaurants and the Seven Mile Beach. I would definitely recommend this place for your next Grand Cayman visit!

Iron Shore Guest House is a charming one-bedroom bungalow located in the serene Sunrise Landing neighborhood of Newlands, ideal for couples or small families. The unit features an open kitchenette and dining/living area, equipped with beach essentials like towels and chairs. The host is known for offering local treats and homemade drinks while providing valuable insights about the island's food, drinks, and attractions.
We had a great time here in this guest house. Our room was nice and cozy and the whole guest house was located in a vivid area. It has a great connection to the local busses and the host was a kind and welcoming guy. He offered us all sorts of things for example local sweets and homemade drinks that tasted great. He has a great knowledge regarding the island in food, drinks and locations while knowing most of the owners. Overall it's a nice and cheap way to explore the complete island.

We stayed seven nights in Feb. Rooms were clean, grounds tidy, and landscaped with an amazing mixture of food producing plants. A beautiful garden to enjoy morning coffee, evening drinks, and delightful interaction with other guests. We were pleasantly surprised with how well the public bus system worked for all our travels. Thank you Susan and Martin for your gem off the beaten path. Please remember to check out overthetop.fun

Clean, Quiet and Reasonable. Stayed Dec 2019 went scuba diving every day. Short drive to all the West Bay dive pick up spots. Made breakfast and Lunch there saved money for dinner for the fancy restaurants. Worked for me

I paid for 3 nights before flying to Cayman, when we got there they said ther was no booking on my name (they forgot to do it) and had no rooms available. They help to find a new place but charged me the difference between both houses because they said the other place was more expensive (we had no other choice and was not our fault that they were overbooked). Our decision to go to Cayman was taken based on the possibilty to stay in a cheap place, so we had to adjust all our plans to a lower budget because of this unforeseen expense. We also lost more than two hours of our first day in Cayman due to their mistake. Bad experience for a first day on vacation.

Great for a no-frills bed 'n bath. Internet is iffy on this part of the island. Close drive to anywhere you want to be. Susan is an awesome hostess, and the Stingray City is an amazing experience!

My friends and I enjoyed a wonderful vacation at Sunset Cove on Grand Cayman Island. The condo was newly renovated with a great view of the pool and ocean. The owners were beyond amazing and hospitable. A big plus was the master bed - one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in! We would definitely recommend Sunset Cove #219 and would come again!
