The Peninsula was an incredible hotel with exceptional staff, services and amenities. I enjoyed every minute of my stay here. If you are looking for luxury, incredible views of Hong Kong, great views and even better service I can’t recommend this hotel enough. I felt like a princess the whole time!

Stayed in a harbor view room. Interior of the room was mid, but it's neat and comfortable. I like the tablets in the room, you can control the AC, lights, and curtains, order in-room dining and mini bar, access information with it, very convenient, although sometimes hard to operate. It's also very convenient that they have international power outlets, you don't need a travel converter. They have type-C outlets as well. Harbor view was exceptional. Location, perfect, you can go to K11, iSqure and MTR within 5 minutes. There are many nice luxury shops within the building as well. Service is okay. Some of the staff were nice while some weren't (poker faces). The room intro service when checking in was very nice.

The Peninsula is an ironic hotel where everyone in HK knows. As someone who born and grew up here, I take this great opportunity to enjoy the luxurious and well known hospitality of Peninsula HK. Upon arrival at the main entrance, we were greeted immediately with help to escort our luggage and guide us to check in. My hotel booking includes daily breakfast for our 3-night stay. As we have a fairly early flight on the date of check out, the reception offers us an option to order room service breakfast without additional charges. We very much appreciate their thoughts and consideration. The lobby is glamorous with live band music most of the time. In the evening there is a singer to complement the music which offers a very lively and energetic ambiance. Talk about service, we truly appreciate the classical 5-star hotel service. We are truly amazed with the staff to guests ratio. There is always someone around to assist. We were talking about the need of water while exiting our room, one staff at the elevator overheard our conversation and immediately inquired on how she could assist our needs. With respect to the guest rooms, they were renovated in 2013. The decoration is traditional and classic. I found our room a bit dated, especially the green marble bathroom is a bit off putting. However, the great service exceeds and overcompensates the shortfall of the classic decoration. We are able to experience all these within our first day of stay and very much look forward to the remaining days at The Peninsula HK.

The hotel is luxurious, and the rooms are clean and elegant — I highly recommend it! The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety of options. I also enjoyed their lovely afternoon tea at the lounge. When they found out I don’t eat anything containing pork or alcohol, they kindly prepared special dishes just for me — I truly appreciated that thoughtful gesture. I also recommend trying the hotel’s spa — their massage was amazing after a long and tiring trip!

This is a high end hotel, that I usually would not be available to afford. You can tell it's classy when you arrive and see the Rolls in hotel livery parked out front! Everything is designed to make you as comfortable as possible. If I won the lottery, this would be my bolthole, 100%. Thank you Peninsula.

Came here for afternoon tea. Service and environment excellent as expected for a 5 star hotel.Only comment i want to make is that I did not make reservation and was asked to wait in queue at 145pm which was totally fine. Except the queue was right at the dining room where I was staring at diners and I am sure they felt awkward as I can hear or if I sneezed it will get right to their food. For a 5 star restaurant, the arrangement is horrific and embarrassing and resembled more like the 1 star dim sum restaurant. Please put technology in use and uphold your rating and standard. The tea was a great experience otherwise.

I’ve always loved the Mandarin Oriental, and Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is truly a classic. It was the first M.O. I ever stayed at, and it has held a special place in my heart ever since. The hotel’s location is excellent, perfect for those who want to explore and stay around Central. It’s just a short walk back to a peaceful, beautiful little haven. The moment you step inside, you’re greeted by the hotel’s distinctive scent, that signature fragrance has become part of my memory. Every time I smell it, it feels like coming home to somewhere familiar. The service is exceptional, always warm and considerate. I always feel well taken care of. All of this makes the M.O. my own little corner of relaxation and comfort in Hong Kong. #ImAFan

Staying at the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong was a wonderful experience. The location is second to none, right in the heart of Hong Kong, with easy access to just about every part of the city, for example, SoHo is only a 10-minute walk away. The rooms are generously sized, and the beds are incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a busy day of exploring. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout my stay, such as the daily "good night" tea, which was a lovely way to unwind. A special mention must go to the Housekeeping team, who were not only attentive but also very much focused on the little details that make a big difference. The Front Office team also deserve a big thank you for their consistently friendly and accommodating service. It was wonderful to see familiar faces from other Mandarin Oriental properties, including Hyde Park in London and Costa Navarino in Greece, a clear testament to the brand’s exceptional level of service across the globe. The hotel’s food and beverage offerings are extensive, and it was a real pleasure to explore them. The legendary Captain’s Bar is a must-visit, but do bear in mind that it can get quite busy on weekends, so it’s definitely worth booking in advance. The drinks were superb. I also spent some time at The Aubrey, where I had a few meals and drinks. Sitting at the bar and chatting with Chris and Stefano was an absolute highlight, their warmth and professionalism made the experience even more enjoyable. Hong Kong has so much to offer that, despite my best efforts, I was not able to experience all the fantastic dining options within the hotel in just a few days. However, I will most certainly return, and dining at Man Wah will definitely be on my list next time as I was unfortunately unable to get a table during my stay. A big thank you to the team for making my stay so memorable, I will be back!

The Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong is second to none. I stayed here with my family for a week and we had to most amazing time. The hotel itself is perfectly located and the views are amazing. The staff are faultless - they go out of their way to help and make you feel special. We stayed on the 20th floor, with a view over the harbour. I can highly recommend that. The Aubrey cocktail bar and restaurant is also a must visit!

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed out recently. It’s not a new hotel but it doesn’t feel dated having been updated to keep up with modern functions, but still with a nostalgic feel to it having been there since the 60s. There’s a slight smell (like old tobacco?) to the room but otherwise everything was great! There’s dyptique amenities which the replenish every day, lovely TW tea and a nespresso machine. The attention to the detail is great - they tied my usb cables with an MO Velcro tie, left me a bookmark for my book and a microfibre cloth for my kindle. Everyday they leave a little mindfulness note on the pillow at turndown and a little pot of stones and aromatic oil to unwind. A lot of small things but that make the experience feel truly 5 star and that you’re at home. The gym as well is fantastic for an hotel gym - all the equipment you could need, spacious, clean and open 24/7. Besides that the location is very central and super convenient for business and also holidays. I also very much enjoyed all the bars and restaurants the hotel has to offer, in particular the captain’s bar which is a true institution of Hong Kong and a great spot to spend a few hours with a drink people watching or listening to live music.

My First Stay at Mandarin Oriental – A Truly Memorable Experience It was my first time staying at the Mandarin Oriental, and I had high expectations — which were more than met. From the moment I arrived to the time I checked out, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and I truly felt welcomed as a valued guest. I would especially like to commend one of the staff members, Diane Lee. I sincerely hope that the Mandarin Oriental recognizes her exceptional service. As a fellow Korean, she may have been able to understand my needs more intuitively, but beyond that, her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made our entire stay exceptionally comfortable and enjoyable. Thanks to her, my first experience at the Mandarin Oriental became a beautiful memory. I will definitely be recommending the hotel to all my friends and family. Thank you again for giving me such a wonderful stay and unforgettable memories in Hong Kong.

Experience was great. Suite was very comfortable and always cleaned meticulously. Everyone at MO Hong Kong from check-in to check-out including our driver to the airport was excellent. Thanks to all. Special thanks to Concierge Hon who helped me locate a great doctor on short notice when I incurred a painful shoulder injury (completely unrelated to my stay at MO of course). Because of the referral, I was able to get my problem fixed within 24 hrs and enjoy the remainder of my trip.

My wife and I just spent 4 nights here on the 1st leg of our honeymoon and I have to say it was perfect. We had upgraded to the Mandarin Club level in advance and from the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble They took us to our room and there were balloons and cakes to celebrate our honeymoon waiting for us. Several more special messages and gift were left for us during our stay The Mandarin Club was a lovely place to unwind after walking around all day for pre-dinner snacks and champagne/cocktails Although a large corporate chain we were made to feel very special and like individuals. Rosewood Hotel butterfly room is a very well-known afternoon tea spot in Hong Kong. In fact, some reviewers said this is the best HK afternoon tea. We got to try the crossover with Saiko Izawa menu today, a special menu between Mar 12-16. This menu gives a Japanese touch rather than the regular menu. The stand-out items are the cauliflower Panna cotta, cured salmon sandwiches, miso floating island, milk bread, and Hokkaido flan. However, the biggest disappointment is the scone, it is simply not too warm and dry. We also found that there is only one milk bread in the basket, whereas the Google pictures usually show two. It seems a bit odd as there are two scones and only one milk bread. Each person comes with a specialty tea or coffee. Finally, it has the chocolate trolley to finish. We picked a few varieties of chocolate, but it seems like it is just average in terms of taste. The madeleine is also dry and just lightly warm. At $568 per person, I expected a bit more, especially with the full dessert table. The only reason I go back is when they bring back the full dessert table.

The space is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, filled with natural light and cozy touches that make it instantly welcoming. The pastries are elegant and delicious, beautifully presented with rich flavours that pair perfectly with their coffee. A relaxing spot that perfect catch up with friends, or treating yourself to a peaceful afternoon. The afternoon tea set is definitely worth trying, great value and beautifully done. That said, there’s still a bit of room for improvement in the service, but overall it’s a lovely spot that’s absolutely worth visiting if you enjoy beautiful desserts, calm vibes, and a touch of charm. A special mention goes to the hotel’s operator, who was exceptionally professional, courteous, and helpful, their telephone etiquette truly stood out and left a wonderful impression.

The afternoon tea set in butterfly room is worth it. From savoury to sweet, you can see they put effort into the food with quality ingredients. Sandwiches and caviar panna cotta was my favourite. Love how our drinks are unlimited and defiant do recommend matcha latte! The tea set is a Good amount of portion as well. I was already full by the time they served dessert.

I’ve visited many afternoon tea across the world and The Butterfly Room is by far the best I’ve experienced, surpassing The Savoy @ London UK. Really on top of the game. Service, quality, nothing lacked. Never experienced an afternoon tea like this. Really left a great impression from start to finish, I’d visit again next time I’m in HK.

Butterfly Room was amazing, great food, ambience, and an amazing way to spend an afternoon. The sandwiches were unique and beautifully presented, and it was an amazing experience. Eason and Jasmine took their time explain every item and made sure we were well taken care of. We truly felt so special under their care and was lucky that we had them- especially taking their time to translate everything for my partner, who didn't speak Cantonese. We felt like they were truly top notch for such a prestigious hotel and really appreciated their service. Thank you both for a great time!

A truly flawless afternoon tea experience, perhaps the best I’ve ever had (and we live in Britain). Every dish was so inventive and creative, but more importantly, absolutely delicious.

My friend was insistent—we had to come here for afternoon tea, claiming it served the best scones and tea service outside of its UK home. Expectations were high, especially after browsing the beautifully curated store, being sold the experience by enthusiastic staff, and making a booking for the next day. When we arrived (mid-afternoon on a Sunday), the restaurant wasn’t full, so reservations may not always be necessary. That said, the concierge mentioned that 2pm and 4pm tend to be peak hours. A heads-up: not all tables have a sea view—some are disappointingly tucked away. There was a lovely live piano performance though, which added to the ambience. Service was immaculate, very polished. But I found myself wishing for more thoughtful touches—like different teapot designs for the different teas we ordered. All the tableware was quite standard, which felt like a missed opportunity for a place with such heritage. We ordered all three afternoon tea sets (sweet, savoury, and a mix) based on the concierge’s recommendation—and our desire to try everything since Fortnum & Mason doesn’t exist in Singapore. Verdict? The sweet set was the clear winner. The savoury options were okay, though the cucumber sandwiches got consistent praise from our group of picky eaters. Things started to wobble when we asked for a refill of the sandwiches and scones (yes, they’re refillable!). The replacement cucumber sandwiches looked like they were thrown together with leftover bits—uneven and lacklustre. Quite shocking for a place that markets itself as premium and charges accordingly. As for the famous scones: they were enjoyable, but we’ve definitely had better. A crunchier crust, warmer and more aromatic interior would’ve made a world of difference. That said, the clotted cream and lemon curd were delightful—the lemon curd was a standout. The strawberry jam was… average. Cakes were forgettable, and by then we were stuffed anyway. All in all, it’s a “first and final” for us. But if you haven’t tried it yet, it’s still worth popping by once—for the ambience, the service, and to say you’ve been.

Food was actually tasty and well presented, vibe was comfy with the harbour seaview. The only comment would be the only set menu which has nodescription for each course but relying on the explanation from the staff, which made me no idea how would it be cook/presented. That's why we ordered a la carte to avoid misunderstanding. Front manager explained that the set menu is actually changed every day (is it cost effective to do so?) but anyway if this is case, a small backboard with course description would serve the purpose without extra cost of printing. Service was good though

May 2025 UK institutional brand with royal family association. The new installation in the posh K11 Musea Mall serves to an upscale market. The establishment is composed of two areas with the GF serving as a store while the 2nd lvl is the familiar restaurant. One familiar with the brand can expect the same standard of quality and taste in the products as well as the menu which is primarily traditionally British. The afternoon tea is the main draw and this spot provides excellent views of the JK skyline and is a good place for a drink esp during humid May seasons. Service staff is very friendly and prompt The GF store is spacious and artfully set The resto is a bit small but cozy. However noise carries well. There is no mall entrance connection here. Ideal for small groups only

Fortnum & Mason in K11, Hong Kong, is one of our top 5 restaurants in the city. The host was fantastic, ensuring we had the best view of the harbor and seating my wife perfectly for photos. We started with the bone marrow appetizer and burrata cheese plate, both excellent. For dinner, my son and I shared the beef Wellington plate, which came with potatoes and green beans, while my wife enjoyed a fish dish. The presentation of the beef Wellington was outstanding, and it tasted even better. I can't wait to return for the afternoon tea course on our next trip to Hong Kong. Outstanding service, amazing views, and delicious food make this a must-visit!

My first time here! My husband suggested we go for afternoon tea, and it was an absolute delight. There are three main tea sets offered, and we chose two different ones. His came with a lobster omelette and different flavored scones, plus desserts. Mine came with a nice assortment of finger sandwiches, savory scones, and desserts. All were excellent and we ended up getting additional refills on the scones, sandwiches and desserts. Staff also brought a congratulations piece of cheesecake since it was my first trip to Hong Kong this year. The food was excellent, and the tea selection absolutely amazing! Service was too notch as well. While not a place one might wish to afford going to weekly, once or twice a year would certainly feel appropriate.

Spacious and nice view Had a dinner buffet with Sichuan theme Food quality is normal, not many varieties. The desserts are quite nice. The staff for serving sashimi was always not there. It was shocked that the seafood didn’t refill as well. If there is no promotion, I think it is not worth to go for this buffet.

I was staying at the Ritz and booked a high tea experience for two here. I didn’t realize there’s another one at The Lounge & Bar that’s better with a more authentic setup. The food came out in cute boxes but I would have preferred a tea stand. The food itself was so so, nothing too extraordinary. They came from Officina Profumo-Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella, the world’s oldest apothecary, which is the only thing special about the food. The view was decent but not as good as at The Lounge. Service was a bit rushed since we came around 4pm which was their last slot. Overall it was underwhelming and I would have chosen to do high tea experience at The Lounge had I know that was an option.

For us it was a good experience. Naturally the view is breathtaking, the dinner buffet offered enough choices, both fish and meat, and also the dessert selection was interesting. The service is definitely good and adding to the general positivity. I certainly recommend this place for the dinner buffet, maybe some other time I will try the afternoon tea. We also recommend to consider that we booked this place through open rice app and we got 40% discount.

A big thank-you to Nicole and Yoga for their exceptional service. Nicole was incredibly friendly and helped us take beautiful family photos, capturing precious memories of the night. Yoga served us with genuine warmth and care throughout the meal, making us feel right at home. We’re very grateful for the thoughtful hospitality and can’t wait to return. I travel from overseas to visit Hong Kong on a yearly basis and I always visit the 103 Cafe located in the Ritz Carlton and as always the service and food is utmost exceptional. Our primary servers were Aaliyah and Andy — there manner was very kind and helpful and they go above and beyond with always making sure we were comfortable and making sure our refreshments were full and ect. Even though our interactions with the other staff were not as frequent as with Aaliyah and Andy, I can assure that they were also friendly and well mannered also. The food is always exceptional and every visit there is something new to try, it’s all freshly made and plenty to choose from… so thank you to the chef’s and hands who prepare and serve these delicious dishes! The View from Cafe 103 is also always marvellous as you are at great heights to enjoy the scenery of Hong Kong and its Victoria Harbour. I definitely and always do recommend this Cafe as it’s always been never any negatives about it! There is much more I would’ve loved to add but for the love of me I can’t remember what it was but it was all positive stuff anyways — but again, thank you for always accommodating myself and whomever may be with me on my visits with such kind hospitality and service! I review hotel dining experiences for a living, and I rarely walk away from a five-star property feeling short-changed. Yesterday’s Sulwhasoo-collaboration afternoon tea at Café 103, however, left me—and my birthday-guest friend—genuinely underwhelmed. Portion size is noticeably smaller than at comparable sets in Hong Kong’s other luxury hotels (Peninsula, Mandarin Oriental, Rosewood). The three-tier stand felt half-hearted; a single bite of each item barely registered. I left hungry, which should never happen after a HK$700+ tea. Quality of the food was the biggest letdown. Nothing tasted house-made. The blinis were rubbery, store-bought discs topped with a flavorless, transparent jelly dome that added nothing but texture. Even the scones—usually a safe bet—were dry and crumbly. A couple of the miniature snacks were passable but still fell far short of the precision and flavour expected from a Ritz-Carlton kitchen. The hardware undermined the luxury promise entirely. Tea was served in thin, plain white cups and a pot that could have come from a mid-tier motel—definitely not porcelain. The miniature "glass" verrines carried a faint dishwasher odour. The sofa at our window table bore visible stains. Table dressing was barren: no flowers, no milk or sugar presented with the tea, no sense of occasion. Service was polite but amateur. Our young server was kind yet clearly under-trained and under-staffed; for most of the sitting we were the only table in the vast room. Background music was cut midway through, amplifying the emptiness. When we needed anything, we had to trek to the entrance—hardly the seamless hospitality one associates with the brand. No children’s menu or adaptations were offered, either—an odd omission for a hotel that positions itself as family-friendly elsewhere on property. The view remains Café 103’s single redeeming feature: floor-to-ceiling windows framing Victoria Harbour. Everything else felt forgotten. I note that similar criticisms—small portions, low-grade tableware, no children's menu, dead atmosphere—appear in reviews dating back over a year, with management replies promising improvement. Clearly those promises have not materialised, which explains why the lounge sat empty on a beautiful afternoon. Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong, you trade on a legacy of polished excellence. Café 103’s current afternoon tea offering falls embarrassingly short. If you’d like to restore my faith (and give my friend the celebratory experience she deserved), I’d welcome an invitation to return once the tea set has been properly re-engineered—generous, chef-driven, served on fitting tableware, in a lively room, and with thoughtful options for younger guests. Until then, I’ll be steering readers toward Rosewood, Peninsula, or Mandarin Oriental, where the price is matched by genuine quality and warmth.

Had an enjoyable anniversary celebrations with this classic view of Hongkong from the 103th floor. We were given a corner table next to the window to enjoy this stunning view throughout 2 hours afternoon tea session. Shoutout to Alberto for his impeccable service and attention to the detail.

I was recently fortunate to stay at The Murray, Hong Kong, a Niccolo Hotel, and loved every second of it! Check in was extremely smooth. Front Office team member Steven was helpful, fast, efficient, just perfect. I absolutely fell in awe of the room: spacious, elegant, timeless, and luxurious. Breakfast was delicious. Donna looked after me with warm, attentive care. General Manager Dean Dimitriou and his team were wonderfully gracious throughout my stay as I attended events on property. My check out was facilitated by Edward Ma, Director of Rooms, and even during the busy morning rush he made me feel looked after and I was through the doors in no time to catch my flight. I’m already looking forward to returning, love, love, love!

As one of the city’s top luxury hotels — and also one of the most expensive — the experience of refinement begins the moment you step into the lobby. I stayed in the N2 room category, and the space was impressively generous. The layout includes a proper working area, making it ideal for both leisure and business stays. The minibar is fully stocked — something increasingly rare in many hotels — adding a nice touch of convenience and indulgence. The bathroom continues the luxury theme with a large soaking bathtub, high-quality amenities, and a heated toilet seat reminiscent of those found in premium hotels in Japan. Families will also appreciate that the hotel provides a special amenities kit for children — a thoughtful gesture that makes young guests feel welcome and cared for. If there’s one area that could be improved, it would be the gym, which is a bit on the smaller side compared to what you might expect from a hotel of this calibre. It’s adequate for a basic workout but may feel limited during peak times. Overall, The Murray successfully combines heritage charm with modern luxury, offering a standout experience for both adults and children in the heart of Hong Kong.

This hotel is amazing! We felt welcomed even before we checked in. The design is very modern, full of natural light, and made our stay so comfortable. Florence, our guide, was outstanding, she not only made the historical tour engaging and warm through her storytelling, but also went the extra mile to help us with our hotel setup, which made everything seamless. Her hospitality and attention to detail made the whole experience unforgettable. Highly recommended!

The most amazing hotel, with great diverse, polite and humble staff providing great services. They have a wide variety of food which are tasty amazing & top notch for surely. I had a chance to meet and interact with great staff like Dominic, Fayez, Maya and Many others I cannot remember their names. As a foreigner it might be difficult to get your way around due to language barrier but These Human beings work very hard to Ensure every customer has been attended to in the best way possible without fail. It's also amazing to walk around the streets of Hong Kong at Night usually very refreshing, then coming back to a nice this hotel, freshen up and tuck yourself inside their cozy super clean beddings. There's also a US consulate right opposite the hotel.

It was a really luxurious experience in Hong Kong in ex-government building! Location is really great along legendary Cotton Tree Drive within the central business district. Within a short walk you can reach The Peak Tram and Hong Kong Park. The Central MTR subway station is within a 10-minute walk allowing guests easy access to any part of the city. The building was constructed as a modernist office tower designed by Ron Phillips to house government departments in 1969. After serving as a government building for more than four decades, the office tower was transformed into a luxurious hotel in 2015. We stayed at beautiful N3 Grand Deluxe room. The room had a beautiful city view with St John's Cathedral. When you just open the door, you feel it’s so classy and stylish: it’s thoughtfully designed with contemporary interiors and luxurious finishes like plush carpets, rare stones, high quality leather and artisan textiles. I had here one of the best breakfasts in hotels I’ve ever had! You can choose breakfast items from buffet and from the menu (it’s unlimited). And there are a lot of dishes for any diet and preferences. Complimentary shuttle bus service operates on a circular route starting from The Murray, passing several key destinations including Landmark, Hong Kong Station, IFC, HKCEC, and Conrad Hong Kong. We used it once before typhoon, very convenient.

We attended the 7 Paintings immersive experience. Based on 7 famous artists and their work. 7 food courses with interactive activities to make the eating a lot of fun. Projected animations on the table accompanied by an led screen featuring narration by Mona Lisa. It was a great evening with lovely food.

Had a stir fried noodle (炒貴叼). Very tasty and flavourful, with a good spicy kick. Enjoyable lunch, the chair cushion needs replacement though.

The finger sandwiches are so dried out. The Filling did not impress either. Scones are average, cannot compare with the top notch ones like Mandarin Oriental cake shop. Other sweet mini dessert are overly sweet and lack texture, presentation are underwhelming. The mille feulli cake that came mid way and cut at your table was nicely presented, however the pastry was not crunchy enough and taste of custard was so so. Ambience is rather noisy at times with certain type of tourists that liked to speak loud. Service was attentive though, it's about the only thing I can praise about this place

Post-typhoon/Back-to-office lunch at this cute lounge restaurant at the Four Seasons Hong Kong (next to my office building). Love the new menu created by the new Executive Chef, Maxime Luvara! My favourite dishes were Pan Seared Foie Gras Escalope (one of the best I have ever had) and Seafood Cocotte! Their dessert- La Chouquette Profiterole and Glazed Guanaia Chocolate Mousse were so nice toooooo!!

Still…the best and authentic scone in town ◡̈ The napoleon is a great surprise to us too.

Had the vegan gluten free high tea for a birthday celebration. The portions were very small. The scones were more like muffins and oily in texture. The sandwiches were really small, much much smaller than the typical bite-sized portions (and nothing special. Literally some mango/asparagus on gluten vegan free bread) The Panna cotta was more like agar agar. The other items were nothing special. We had high tea at Jim Thompson Tea Room at Cameron Highlands Resort (SLH hotel) and the vegan gluten free scones there tasted like normal scones and they made an effort to serve normal sized delicious sandwiches , unique desserts etc. Overpriced and Underwhelming

Service-wise, superb! The food is a tad expensive for the taste you're getting when it comes to starters and mains. We had the sirloin and at medium-rare it was cooked beautifully but the taste was lacking. Great care was given to the sides like potato gratin and sweet potato fries, though. The best surprise of the meal was the Guanaja Chocolate Crème!!! Absolute decadence and plenty of chocolate to feel guilty about if it were not for the tart mango-passion fruit compote underneath. We also tried the Paneer, Okra and Green Pea curry, but we're a bit disappointed by the mellowed down version of this. Not as flavourful as we'd expect.

The guy who welcomed us at the top of the stairs had me in stitches! I’ve been here before, and even though my last experience was different, the service was just as stellar. The staff really went the extra mile by giving a birthday cake for my mom. I couldn’t help but laugh when the guy suggested swapping the 7 on the plate for a 5, thinking my mom—who’s turning 70—didn’t look the part! I highly recommend this place not only for its breathtaking view of Victoria Harbour but also for its exceptional service!

It's been 20 years since my last stay at the Four Seasons Hong Kong, and yet it still feels iconic. Our suite was really spacious with incredible views of Victoria Harbor and Kowloon, and staff remain genuinely warm and attentive. The Executive Club on the 45th floor was also a highlight, with great food and champagne from morning to night across breakfast, afternoon tea, and an evening supper service.

This is now my favorite hotel in the world and I wish to express how wonderful everyone helped us feel, which all started with Benjamin at reception. He listened to my requests and went above and beyond the typical service I'm used to and met all of them. From wanting a quite room, special meals, pool time and a well needed extended weekend stay - Benjamin epitomizes what this wonderful hotel has to offer. That stands true for anywhere you may go within the Four Seasons Hong Kong - the pool, breakfast buffet, the concierge! Everyone helped make my stay an exceptional experience and I will surely come back again and again! Thank you to everyone at the Four Seasons Hong Kong!

This hotel was beyond wonderful. The service couldn’t be beat, the rooms were beautiful and the location is great! We were celebrating my birthday and they went above and beyond to make us feel special!

The harbor view from the room was absolutely stunning, I could gaze at it for a long, long time. There are sky bridges connecting to many shopping malls, though it takes a bit of walking and it’s easy to get lost until you get familiar with the area. Overall, the view truly left a lasting impression.

Great stay in comfortable rooms with nice bay harbor views. Staff and concierge were extremely helpful and kind. Cannot say enough about their hospitality. Would definitely recommend, easy to get around with kid stroller.

This hotel with the team is amazing! Everything was on point during our stay with fantastic support around organizing transportation, special food requests at the restaurant in the hotel, booking ferry tickets etc.. You need to experience this by yourself to really feel the comfort the team and the hotel gives you! There are great views out of the rooms over the harbour, the quality that the rooms are built is really nice with great interiour design elements and the bed and pillows are crazy, like if you would sleep on a cloud, just fantastic!

It’s a shame because you would expect a place like this (especially in the location where it is) to be a little more popping but when we went (on a weekend, I should add) the vibe was not as expected. It was a bit quiet and empty and not that it affected our experience with the meal but it was something I couldn’t help but notice. Food was good and so was the service. Oysters and steak for us that evening. The server was a very kind man who lived in the UK for many years before returning to HK. If you go, try to get a table by the window so that you can enjoy the stunning harbor views.

I was here because of my friend’s wedding. It’s my first time to join a western style wedding. It’s held in Lunch time so we could see the Victoria Harbour so clearly. And for wedding, it’s so non-traditional in HK but this choice is very nice!!! So memorable experience for me. As I arrived before the ceremony, I can casually look around in the arts museum. I love museum and different exhibition. I love this museum too. So much better than M+! And this is free!! For the food, it surprised me! You may check the comment in the pictures description~ Taking a reservation is recommended. Recording to my observation, some people didn’t see we have wedding here and just came inside. This is the responsibility of the restaurant. They should arrange some staff at the entry. So if you book, you won’t be disappointed when you can’t enjoy this meal.

It’s a weekday dinner, surprisingly there are not a lot of people, but I am afraid the service is pretty slow, as it looks like there are only 2 staff, that should not be the service level in other fine dining restaurants. And the food is just average, with disappointing starter and dessert. Urchin is very little portion given the fact we paid extra, and the profiterole taste nothing while the sauce of meringue is too sour…. The only good one is the stake, which we paid extra as well. I mean the view was worthwhile the money but the food was not.

Gorgeous view, very close to Victoria Harbour, and the service is great. We ordered a 5-course tasting menu and the dishes tasted good. Especially the beef brisket, it is surprisingly delicious. Many choices for red or white wine, old world and new world, and the prices are reasonable.

Second visit: April 2025 We enjoyed the pasta lunch set at Hue Dining. The focaccia was excellent - perfectly crispy outside with a soft interior. The caprese salad was nice, and the creamy corn soup was superb - incredibly rich and flavorful (though not traditionally Italian). For our main, we ordered the seafood pasta which was cooked to perfect al dente texture. The sauce was outstanding with a robust, flavorful seafood profile that really impressed us. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the entire meal and would definitely recommend it. First visit: June 2020 High quality ingredients, every single dish, the combination of different ingredients went so well together. Food presentation was very instagramable. For starters, the deep fried pea ball was so yummy, really soft and creamy inside, burrata with fig and scallop was refreshing, artichoke with some sort dip made of beans, a bit similar to hummus was also refreshing and tasty. Pork belly was very crispy and with the herbs and spices yogurt dressing was divine! Even the butter for the bread was truffle butter! For the main, I ordered a rare flank steak, the steak really had strong beef flavour which I have never had before. Dessert was super good, the presentation was different from what I imagine how it is by reading the menu! This place is totally worth the price. Will definitely visit again!

I especially liked the croquettes served as part of the lunch appetiser and the pie (my main dish) was just superb. 5 shared starters two main courses and two desserts for two people was more than enough to get full (and in my case that's saying something). An interesting dining experience serving unique, high quality specialty Cantonese dishes. Everything was well presented, aromatic, and contained a mixture of flavors that challenge the taste buds. Prices are on the higher end considering the ingredients used for some dishes and sizes of shared plates. As for the atmosphere, it was very grand and comfortable. Not to be fooled however, their decorations change accordingly to festivals etc. so we were surprised to find the interior was no longer pink (we were attracted by the pink decor when searching for places to celebrate a birthday oops). Staff were very kind to keep our cake in the fridge as we weren’t having it. I do have to say we were initially charged for cake cutting fees despite having called to confirm in advance there is no charge, which was immediately amended. Overall decent.

Celebrated a friend’s civil wedding dinner here & it was a lovely & beautiful venue! The food was to die for. Will definitely be coming back. What stood out was the chicken salad dish (i dont know the actual names since everything was preordered), the roasted meat platter (mostly pork dishes and I believe duck too), the peking duck, and the flaming shrimp! (See photos for dishes) The drinks were creative and delicious. There were singers who were very talented, but for the ambiance of the venue, it would have been best if they started their set a little later into the night so that it wasn’t too noisy for such a classy restaurant. Nevertheless, they were amazing singers, food was 10/10, & staff were very attentive and friendly. Be sure to make a reservation!

Such a beautiful spot! The outdoor tables are really nice, and inside the restaurant is absolutely gorgeous; stylish, elegant and full of details and art. The food is Chinese and honestly really good. I was a bit disappointed that the full dim sum selection is only available during the day. They do have a dim sum platter in the evening, which is nice, but it would have been fun to try more different kinds. That said, the food overall was excellent - lots of interesting choices and great flavors. The service was super attentive too. The only thing missing was a bit of vibe inside, but that might just have been because it was a quiet evening. All in all, Madame Foo is a place I’d definitely go back to. Great food, beautiful setting, and a lovely spot in Tai Kwun!

Wow - amazing place!!! So many gluten free and vegetarian options!! They do 3 dumplings per portion for lunch and for dinner only do a dumpling platter of 8 dumplings (gluten free possible). The gluten free ones are mushroom and spinach (so vegetarian). They also have a great vegetarian selection. They even have gluten free deserts. It is on the pricier side but definitely worth it. This was the only place here in Hong Kong where I felt safe.

But most importantly you are surrounded by dear friends and allow yourself to soak up the moments. Tonight was such a night and thanks to Madam Fu it was a stellar experience. My husband and I went to Salisterra for lunch, and the experience was phenomenal. We were greeted warmly to start with. Their menu has a good selection of items and their set lunch is a good deal. It comes with an appetizer, a main course, a dessert, coffee/tea and some lovely delicious chocolate chucks with cured tangerine peels. It was an amazing experience with wonderful ambience. And the customer service was spot on as well. Would definitely return to try dinner next time.

We dropped by spontaneously for cocktails on a Saturday night and were not disappointed. The bar has a spectacular view of Hong Kong with many different seating options. The bartenders are very professional and the cocktails are excellent. Absolutely great. Oh, and the restrooms are spectacular.

It's located on the top floor in The Upper House hotel. The view is superb. The staff is very good service, nice, polite and also friendly. Also, stay around and check the customers. They can speak English well and always have sincere smiles. The food is good taste. Music is good.

Salisterra at The Upper House HK offers a beautiful atmosphere, incredible food, and warm, friendly service — a truly memorable dining experience

We recently stayed at the Rosewood Hong Kong and found the experience to be a mix of highs and lows. The room itself was beautiful—spacious, elegantly designed, and very comfortable. The building's architecture is stunning, and the views from the hotel are truly breathtaking, offering a wonderful perspective over the city. However, the spa area was quite disappointing. The steam room was almost unusable due to the extremely high temperature; you can’t even sit down because the seating area is so overheated that you risk burning yourself the first time you try. This made the experience uncomfortable rather than relaxing. Additionally, the showers in the spa had a noticeable presence of drain flies, which raised concerns about the overall hygiene and maintenance of the area. To make matters worse, the water in the jacuzzi did not feel very clean, which detracted further from the spa experience. Another issue I faced was with personal belongings that were left forgotten in the bathrobe and subsequently discarded. It did not feel like the staff took an active or personal approach in handling the situation. Instead, I was simply comforted with a pre-written letter, which came across as rather impersonal and dismissive. Overall, while the accommodation and views were excellent, the spa facilities and certain aspects of staff service left much to be desired. I hope the management addresses these issues to better align all areas of the hotel with its otherwise high standards.

The Butterfly Room is known as a shop with a luxurious atmosphere. High quality food and especially during the afternoon tea here focuses on delicious pastries. Delicious cakes The comfort that comes is very complete. Personally, I like Rosewood's accommodation chain very much. Another hotel in Hong Kong that is beautiful and very convenient to travel. Or anyone who wants to open a good accommodation experience, I recommend this place.The staff here is very cute. I am impressed with the service. One of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed at in the world! This is my 5th Rosewood branded hotel. I've stayed at the ones in 1)Phnom Pehn,Cambodia, 2) Vancouver, Canada, 3) Kona Village, Big Island, and 4) Rosewood Mandarina, Mexico. This original masterpiece demonstrates the Rosewood brand in every detail. The excellent service begins when you first step out of your taxi and your luggage is taken quickly away to the warm welcome. The rooms are amazing especially the bathrooms. The Victoria Harbour view from your window is a million dollar view and makes it a ultimate must when staying in Hong Kong! Waking up and going to bed with that view and bright lights! I really enjoyed having afternoon tea in the Butterfly room and enjoyed the live music and drinks at Darkside. I'm already looking forward to my next visit here!

I’ve been coming to HK since the 1970’s. During those 50 years I always stayed at the Peninsula. The OG. The Grande Dame. No more. One day I thought it would be fun to try something different. I never went back to the Peninsula. The food, service, views, everything is top notch. They have corner suites that face the Bay. My favorite hotel in Asia.

Rosewood Hong Kong is undoubtedly an exceptional hotel, though there is room for improvement—especially given its status as one of the most expensive hotels in the city. I stayed in a double room priced at approximately **$7,000 HKD per night**. While most staff members were charming, courteous, and provided excellent service (such as delivering my takeout directly to my room), my overall experience fell short of expectations. During my **four-day stay**, Liverpool FC’s team was also lodging at the hotel. Unfortunately, this led to several inconveniences: - **Unpleasant Security Interactions**: Security personnel frequently demanded proof of my reservation, treating me as though I didn’t belong. Their demeanor was often **rude and dismissive**, which made me feel unwelcome. - **Restricted Amenities**: Facilities like the **gym and sauna were locked** for Liverpool’s exclusive use. While I understand prioritizing high-profile guests, this approach made regular guests feel like second-class patrons. Given the **steep price point**, I expected a more **inclusive and seamless experience**. Instead, I felt **embarrassed and alienated**. For **$7000/night**, I believe the service should be impeccable—yet I’ve received comparable (if not better) hospitality at hotels costing **$1,500–$2,000 HKD**. That said, the hotel’s **breathtaking ocean views and abundant natural sunlight** created a truly **serene and uplifting atmosphere**, which I greatly appreciated. **Final Verdict**: Rosewood Hong Kong has **luxury potential**, but inconsistent service and preferential treatment of celebrity guests detract from its value. With refinements in **guest equality and staff professionalism**, it could truly justify its premium pricing.

Review of Rosewood Hong Kong – Experience at XX Bar My experience at the Rosewood Hong Kong on Saturday night was surprisingly disappointing. A few friends and I decided around 10:30 p.m. to stop by for a drink. We first approached XX Bar, hoping to sit outdoors. The host informed us there were no tables available, which was understandable. We mentioned we would check DarkSide and, if no space was available there, return to XX to sit indoors. DarkSide was indeed full, and when we went back up, we decided to see if Bayfare Social’s outdoor area was open. It was already closed but while we were speaking with the Bayfare team, a staff member from XX suddenly came running out to tell us a table had just become available outdoors. In the span of three minutes, a table that supposedly didn’t exist had appeared. If the team knew guests were about to leave, we would have gladly waited, but the lack of communication and coordination was quite frustrating for a property of this level. Once seated, we ordered our drinks and enjoyed the atmosphere. However, the issue came when it was time to pay. We clearly requested for the bill to be split equally among four cards, which is a very common and straightforward practice in Hong Kong and across Asia. Despite this, the host took all four cards and ended up charging only two one for approximately HKD 548 and another for about HKD 160 completely ignoring our request. He later admitted he had taken all four cards but only tapped two of them. We then had to wait an additional 20 minutes while the charges were voided and reprocessed, which, while appreciated, could have been avoided entirely if instructions had been followed. Even after the correction, the final amounts charged to each card were still not equal one guest was charged significantly more than the others. For a property of Rosewood’s calibre, the service felt careless and inconsistent. The experience lacked the attentiveness and precision expected at this level. I hope the management takes note, as guests expect more professionalism and coordination from a team representing such a highly acclaimed hotel.

Incredible stay, we were welcomed with an early check-in on the last day of our honeymoon with a lovely cake and decoration in our room. We managed to have dinner and breakfast at The Lounge and we were amazed by the wide choice and the quality of the food. Service was impeccable 360 degrees. We also managed to spend some time at the fitness center and spa, with the world’s highest Jacuzzi at 490m above sea level. Shame we only had one night in Hong Kong

We had a fantastic experience at the hotel pool, largely thanks to the exceptional service provided by Sunny and Rico. From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming, friendly, and incredibly professional, making sure our kids were safe in the water. Sunny went above and beyond by offering to take our family photos against the stunning backdrop, capturing our special moments perfectly. Rico added to the experience by bringing over a Polaroid camera and snapping a beautiful picture of our family, which we will cherish. When we mentioned it was our first visit to Hong Kong, they surprised us with a lovely plate of delicious desserts, adding a thoughtful touch to our day. Their genuine smiles and attentive service truly made our time at the pool memorable. I can't wait to share our wonderful experience with family and friends. The hotel exceeded all my expectations. The service is so high that it's hard to find a hotel where it's as good. I asked for a cake for my husband, who was celebrating his birthday the next day, and at midnight he arrived with a cake and a gift from the hotel. The breakfasts are so delicious that it's a shame to even leave the rooms in the morning, surrounded by a beautiful view of the city. The rooms are large and spacious, with a huge bathroom and bathtub, and that breathtaking view of the city. Upstairs is the brilliant Ozone Bar, where you can enjoy top-notch drinks and heavenly food. Everything was perfect, even the room cleaning was so thorough that I've never experienced a room so clean. Thank you, and see you next time.

I would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful stay I had at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong. From check-in to departure, everything was smooth, comfortable, and very well taken care of. Dinner at Tin Lung Heen and the breakfast buffet were both excellent. The food was delicious, and the service was thoughtful without being intrusive. It really made my short stay feel special. I don't see how anyone could give this incredible hotel less than five stars across the board. Your room is literally in the clouds, far higher than the top of the Empire State Building. The luxury is superlative, without being decadent or tacky. Best of all, the people treat you like royalty. It was my first time staying at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, and I was deeply touched by the incredible hospitality. My partner and I had to postpone our trip due to a typhoon last month, but since then, a Japanese staff member kindly supported us and made everything smooth. She also prepared beautiful room decorations and even a handmade welcome board with our photos and a heartfelt message — something I’ve never experienced before. I’ve stayed at many luxury hotels, but this was the first time I truly felt moved by such genuine care and warmth. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to share a special stay with their loved one.

This hotel is breathtaking. If you stay here for one night you won’t need to go anywhere else. It’s like a day out but be sure to opt for the club lounge. All thestaff here at the lounge are really attentive. I want to give a special shout out to Ruben he went the extra mile to make out stay more memorable. Stunning view, relaxing atmosphere. However always crowded with mainland chinese tours, scream and shout everywhere, even smoke on the beach, sitting on YOUR mat and scratch YOUR CAR! 😖

It's a good place to step away from the busyness of HK. For a moment, you can forget the pollution, smog, and crowds when you step into the bay. It's clean and quite quaint for a beach. There's paid parking if you drive and also easily accessible by taxi.

Well.. always wanna go after back to HK. Long time haven’t been to this place. Vibe is completely different. Still beautifully decorated like before. However, we were given a table just right next to one which was occupied by 6 guests already. We could hear their talks and laughs as the dining venue is so empty! (Only 2 tables including us) We requested to change to a better one after 15 min. Food is ok. We had crispy chicken and lamb rack as the main course. However sauce is the soul of any dish, hardly providing but just serving a tiny jar of mint sauce without much flavor to go with the lamb. They gave you ready-made mustard when asked. Price you paid is for the location and environment. In the midst of our dinner at 2130, we were asked to pay first as they will close at 2200. This is my first experience at SEVVA. My husband and a friend of ours recommended it, and it doesn't disappoint! The atmosphere feels at once meditative and upscale without being pretentious. Lots of plants, lights, couches and chairs. The tea set for two was absolutely delicious, and contained a variety of tasty items to try; vegetables, small burgers, salmon, and so much more. The dessert tray was also quite decadent, and we were watched over by a staff that made sure our cups were full, the table remained clean, and were at our service if we needed anything. Top notch experience!

Please remember to make booking before you go these days. Yet, we were lucky that we got an outdoor seats yesterday, except it was a bit windy and cool. However, you may ask for turning on the heater and a scarf. We had a tea set for 2. We had a great time and the food was delicious as expected.

Conveniently located above the Central MTR station. Comfortable restaurant setting. Food are delicious. The wagyu beef steak was cooked just right at medium. Great selection of desserts.

The Peninsula is the grand dame of Hong Kong’s hotels. Just a few minutes inside it tells you why. This is old school luxury. We didn’t find it fussy, but we did find it on the formal side with magnificent service and the best food we had during our last trip to Asia. It was worth every penny that we paid, and we still talk about what an enjoyable experience the Pen was. We look forward to visiting this magnificent place again on our next visit, and plan to stay here instead of at its newer, more modern competitors. The elegance here is almost without compare.

The breakfast offers a varieties and western, Japanese and Chinese food. The typical egg station for different kinds of eggs preparation. I ordered poached eggs directly with the server as the egg station only has the frying pan. Various cold cut with smoked salmon. Salads with kale and mixed spring greens. The Japanese station is a bit disappointing as it only has miso soup, cucumber slice with plum and hot spring eggs. I rarely have pastry and was eager to try the apricot danish but it’s quite disappointing as the pastry is not crispy at all. The Chinese station dim sum is overcooked since they are sitting at the warmer for a while. Overall food is okay given it’s within a 5-star hotel. The best part of the breakfast is the exceptional level of service they offer. They all are very attentive and courteous. I thoroughly enjoy the high level of service they offer and very much look forward to breakfast tomorrow again.

As soon as I walked into the restaurant, I was welcomed with warm hospitality and a friendly vibe. The staff was super attentive and nice, making sure I enjoyed every bit of my meal. The buffet spread was absolutely amazing! Every dish looked great and was packed with flavor. I especially loved the abalone, soup, and the curry dishes, they were cooked just right and really showed off the skills of the kitchen team. The variety offered catered to all tastes, making it a delightful experience for everyone at the table.

Though it is a famous view and filming location. Today is Friday, there are lots of people here for lunch, too noisy, the service just standard. Food menu is mainly Mediterranean diet, not quite suitable for child, the dessert is failure, if you like Mediterranean food this restaurant is your best choice. BTW limited parking spaces.

Excellent experience overall with food and service. Food was refilled quickly until very late. Seafood was fresh and with many hot food selection. The dessert selection was amazing and must not be passed on. The quality of food is higher than most hotel buffets and as expected from the Peninsula.

Um....Before sharing the dining experience, would like 'highlight' their greetings. I was walking in asking for a table for nine, which understandably we were a huge group and should be better to make a reservation. We were happy to wait a bit. Staff looked surprised and didn't bother to take our group. Just randomly gave us a ticket telling us to wait for their call via phoning us. I was pretty shocked and asked how do you even call if you didnt ask for my phone number? Just to ask us go for a shop and come back? And what I saw at the entrance, there were plenty of empty seats and some even by combining, it easily made out a table for nine. When rest of us were pretty upset and would like to make a move leaving, the manager came saying they would arrange the table immediately and gave them a minute without leaving. Um.... Anyway, it's one of our group's birthday and if he didn't mind, we kept our decision. Their pomelo salad was alright. Good portion to share. Refreshing and tangy. Love their cashews for a crunch. Funny to serve the whole big dish with one shrimp to share. Soft shell crab rice roll was okay. Not until you bite through, you could even visibly find the soft shell crab. Rice paper was fresh that it wasn't chewy or dry. Mango slice gave a hint of sweetness. Fish sauce gave some saltiness. Whole dish wasn't bland at all. Another funky dish served. The lettuce wrap with Thai stir fry mince. Restaurant served the heart of lettuce. How do you expect heart of lettuce could wrap the mince? It couldnt even tear in pieces but we ate in chunks mixing with the mince. Mince meat itself was delicious with limey and spiciness. Shrimp cake and fish cake were bother the highlight of tonight. Shrimp cake was crispy and bouncy. Strong scent of shrimp flavour. Fish cake was herby and with a slight chewy texture. Very savoury. Perfect size for sharing. Roasted chicken was also a great dish. Chicken was charred with crispy skin. Smoky, moist and juicy. It was served with sticky rice which definitely need to eat instantly. It went cool easily ending up tough and hard. Difficult to digest and bite. Salty fish kale stir fry was my all time favourite. In spite of the saltiness, absolutely loving its fishiness and wok taste. Perfect to serve with rice. Kale was still crunchy and green. Water spinach stir fry was also one of my all time favourite. Love the crunch and chilli for a kick. Water spinach was fresh. Both vegetables were perfect to share. Overall, food was alright. Just that we could not feel the warmth or sense of welcoming from the service.

We came for lunch, chose 2-person lunch set, which can pick 2 appetizers and 2 main courses, coffee and tea were also offered. The fried shrimp cake is my favorite dish, the Thai style roasted chicken is also not bad. I am not that into soft shell crab with yellow curry. The environment is good and quite spacious! And good location if you’re going to visit any exhibitions at M+ right after your meal.

This was my first time returning to Mango Tree, and I was pleasantly surprised by the remarkable improvements in the delicacy and craftsmanship of their Thai cuisine. From the appetizers to the main dishes and desserts, each dish was prepared with exceptional care and a genuine appreciation for quality, providing an unforgettable dining experience for patrons. I was so impressed with the flavors and presentation that I couldn't help but post pictures of our empty plates, not because we were hungry, but because the food was simply that outstanding. It was a delicacy. We also ordered their famous seafood platter. We came after reading good reviews, but the food was pretty average at best. We ordered from the set lunch menu, which had plenty of choices for starters and mains. The pomelo prawn salad, while nicely presented, had only TWO prawns ! The chicken curry was like watery soup with a few strips of chicken. Frankly, the Thai chicken curry we used to buy from Marks & Spencer in London was better. The beef aubergine was so heavily seasoned and salty that it could be anything. The only redeeming dish was the Thai prawn cake, which was very fresh and tasty. Price was commensurable with the location, and service was attentive. However, it is not a place for a return visit given the wide choices of restaurants in the Elements Mall.

Soft shell crab rolls were okay ,nice sauce but I felt that it wasn't freshly made. I had better experience in DB thai restaurants. Salt and pepper squid rings... aren't ring shaped and very gummy plus not hot at all.... not freshly made for sure. Would avoid it next time. Noodles with chicken was the best of all things that we ordered. Hot and seems fresher. But pretty plain tho. Super salty everything is way too salty to eat Mango fresh juice was great! Lychee non alcoholic drink was very refreshing. Ridiculous expensive 658 hk dollars for one appetizer, squid and main... two drinks... never again . Bad food for that price no thank you

Went here for afternoon tea after reading good reviews. Found it to be disappointing and thought the food on offer was bizarre. Watermelon juice, tiny crab sandwich and shrimp salad, a sweet coating covering frois grois. The scones, cream and jam didn't taste very nice. Other desserts served on a plastic box were unappealing.

An elegant cafe located in the lobby of the Langham Hotel. The place is famous for its afternoon tea served in Wedgwood China. Only tea or other drinks also available but recommended to try one of the best afternoon tea in Hong Kong. Scones were very authentic if you like British ones. Sandwiches and cakes were also very nice, each served in small portions so you won’t get too full for tea time. The place can get quite noisy as it’s located in the lobby of the hotel, but nice chilling piano music will help you relax. Casual tourists drop by, but recommended to dress nice to experience the place. Great for friends and businesspeople.

I was there for an afternoon tea. It’s the lobby lounge so very easy to locate. It’s promoting a picnic theme afternoon tea set that served by a picnic basket with all savory snacks inside and two macarons in a pot of grass, looked so cute. Then an addition three tier rank stood beside the table with other snacks, desserts and the scones. All food tasted so good! The pink scones were beetroot with raspberries, looked so girlie and good for photos! The scones were smaller than other places but i prefer this size so wouldn’t be too full after the meal. The rose jam that came with the scones was really nice! However there wasn’t much choices of English tea, only 3 and the others were Asian. Due to the dine-in restriction, there was so much room between the tables which made us feel good and quiet for some private chats.

Spent celebrating my birthday here for their afternoon high tea. Booked through klook for 640HKD for 2 pax. Food wise was absolutely disappointing. I’m not a picky eater but I couldn’t even finish their high tea because the food was way below average. Very disappointing. Quite confused about the other higher rating reviews given to this place. Perhaps they changed their menu? For the atmosphere, it was on ground level, and right next to it was the lobby. There wasn’t any doors to separate the 2 spaces so it was not private and romantic, and quite noisy. Only giving a 2 star rating instead of 1 because the staffs there were polite and we got a small pillow as a gift haha.

It was nice to have a quiet breakfast. Service was great, a la carte or buffet. Reasonable price for a hotel. However the coffee simply made by the old Nespresso machine, I was expected to have a better one more than the daily office coffee. And the normal problem for those lounge design was that table was so low and the sofa was too deep, I didn’t feel comfortable with it.

Had a lovely visit to Pane e Latte in Stanley! The vibe was cozy and staff was inviting 😆 perfect for a relaxing afternoon by the sea. We had the croissant and salmon, both of which were fresh and well-prepared. The croissant was buttery and crisp, and paired beautifully with the delicate, flavourful salmon. Great spot to unwind with good food and charming Italian café ambience. Would definitely come back! 😀

I stopped by with my mom after getting off the hop-on hop-off bus. The space is absolutely charming and the decor is beautiful. It's a great spot for a girls brunch or a casual date. I ordered the tomato and artichoke salad. My mom got the lunch set with a garden salad, avocado toast, and an iced Americano. The iced Americano was strong and well-balanced. The service was very friendly and accommodating. The food itself could have been better. The sourdough toast served with the avocado toast was extremely soggy and wet, possibly from the olive oil. Most of the avocado was unfortunately brown, making it hard to enjoy. The sourdough croutons in the salad were nicely chewy and crunchy. The pastries on display looked amazing—I’d definitely come back to try those.

Second time here. And second time giving the review, LOL. I hardly recommend you this excellent place. If you feel just tired enough about how rude the service in Hongkong, you can not find it in this place. They are very nice eventhough my daughter and her friends are very noisy. They even give the kids extra ice cream and free croissant. Thank you Sujata and team for the excellent service. Anw, you have to try their bread pudding. It's so goood. Honestly that's one of my reason to come here again. I'm craving their bread pudding.

Place is lovely, staff were nice, however it seemed like they were very short, only one guy was run off his feet trying to serve and take orders. He was great! The espresso is fine, no issues. Grabbed a croissant to go, unfortunately it felt like it had been prepared days earlier, very stale. It's a shame because it's a beautiful building with a cool atmosphere, but slow service, average coffee and stale overpriced pastries just ain't worth it.

They have the most amazing and heart-warminng staff Went there on a Sunday without reservation in advance. Knowing that it was our first time there, the waitress (Tina) patiently explained the menu to us. The food are delicious with seasoning that compliments the original taste of the pan fried sea bream, grilled octopus and prawn pasta. The staff caught us by surprise by offering us two extra desserts on the house. It was a once in a blue moon service and we felt so lucky to have spent a wonderful evening with these amazing staff. I have to give it up to them: Sherina who took the order for us and secretly remembered my preference for ice cream, Cherry the lady who brought us the bread and made us feel at home, Marcus and Marlow the gentlemen who attended us patiently, Grace who gave us the Christmas reindeer 🦌 as a gift...and to all the unsung heroes who were working meticulously in the kitchen, but I hadn't have a chance to meet in person, to keep our tummy full and contented for the rest of the night. I can feel the dedication of the people working there. They kept each other posed of the needs of their guests. They didn't hesitate to show their kindness and passion for the profession even to their last table. I'm already anticipating my next visit there and am hoping to meet these lovely people again. Chill cafe-ish restuarant to wind down and have a break for brunch or teabreak perhaps... We came post seeing the hige croissant video! Although that was for march... pain au chocolat's for april.. Nice ambience.. cozy. Good attentive service. We had: 1. Lemonade (less sugar): refreshing. Sufficiently sour.. 2. Rose Earl Grey latte (syrup at the side): earl grey taste not there. Too milky. Overall unique flavour. 3. Pain Au Chocolat: Dark chocolate. Fluffy.. not very sweet. The prettiest.. Like. 4. Tomato Foccacia: the tomatoes are sweet! The staff reccomended it with olive oil+balsamic+chilli flakes. Paired with that heat, superb. 5. Truffle Croissant: savory.. not too truffley.. the bread is fluffy and buttery. Super shiok. Very filling!!! Perhaps.. almost 500 HKD overall..

Often called Hong Kong’s most luxurious “egg tart,” this beauty is really a refined French-style custard tart — elegant, delicate, and deceptively simple. • Topped with a butterfly-shaped sugar dusting — absolutely camera-ready • Golden, flaky puff pastry base with rich buttery aroma (though not my preferred texture) • The highlight for me? The custard 💛 Smooth, silky, made with Hokkaido cream and Tahitian vanilla — beautifully balanced and fragrant. • Slightly molten in the center when fresh — indulgent but heavy. A whole one might be too much for one person. It’s not a typical egg tart, nor should it be compared as one. It’s its own moment — refined, rich, and best savored slowly.

A beautiful patisserie with so many options to choose from! Service is very attentive and the desserts are wonderful. The egg custard tart is perhaps the most famous — and is well worth the hype — but they have plenty of other delicious sweets. Highly recommend the Tahitian vanilla mille-feuille, but you can’t go wrong regardless of your choice.

Only 200 exist per day, and scoring one feels like winning the pastry lottery. I’d sell a kidney, write a sonnet, and fly 24 hours again just to hear that flaky croissant crust crack under my spoon. For a truly Luxurious Patisserie experience. Something out of the ordinary. Located next to the hotel lobby.

Came here 7:30 AM, placed third on queue, got our order on 8:05 AM! Service is lightning fast, we as customers have to keep up with the pace 🤣 Got ourselves some Sourdough Egg Tarts, Seeded Sourdough and Croissants. You can guess which one tastes the best: the egg tarts 🙏😌 Light, crispy puffed pastry, meets a very generous amount of custardy tart filling. Smells AMAZING. Great balance of salty and sweet - never found any egg tart that tasted like this before. Certainly a treasured treat around here as well, proven by the long queue.

There was no queue when I went. Got the egg tarts and a mango sago polo bun. The egg tarts were really good! I’m not usually a huge fan of egg tarts but these were good, no flavor was too overpowering. It was really balanced and not too sweet. You can easily eat multiple. The mango sago polo bun was so creative, never seen anything like this. It was good too! The mango sago filling was nicely flavored, tastes fresh and natural - not artificially flavored. Staffs speaks English! Overall, they serve quality baked and I’ll def be back!

This branch located near by my hotel so went there 4-5 times. You can see if the egg tart is available or not by the long line waiting at the front. If there’s no line means there’s no egg tart. But there’re many other pastries available such as danish, croissants, donuts, etc. but was just so-so to us. The egg tart is truly a star of the shop. The tart tastes fantastic with softness and crispy textures and the butter will remain in your mouth after swallowing. The egg custard part is so creamy with perfect sweetness and no bad smell from eggs. Absolutely a must try. The coffee is ok. Not a wow but get along well with the pastry.

Bakehouse is definitely a must-visit when you’re in Hong Kong 🇭🇰. They have a wide selection of pastries that are both tasty and scrumptious and will surely make your Hong Kong trip more memorable. Their coffee is one of the best in the area, as far as I’m concerned. The service is quick and the atmosphere is great. This is truly one of the best bake shops to visit, and I’m not exaggerating when I say that I now understand why it’s so popular on social media because the buzz is true. We visited this bakehouse location during our time in Hong kong two times. The first time was around 4pm, theres was no queue but the egg tart all ran out. We tried out their other pastry and we absolutely love it. Especially the pecan cinnamon roll. We love the pastry so much that the next day we visited this branch ar around 9.3am and wow, a good 30mins wait. But despite the very long queue, it's still relatively fast. This time around we got the chance to tried the egg tart as well as their other savory pastry. The savory pastry was just so so for us. But the egg tart was delicious and not overly sweet. I’ve eaten a lot of egg tarts… this is the best one I’ve tried by far! Flaky, fresh, and not too sweet (the greatest Asian compliment for desserts 😂). Also tried the apple crumble danish - came back 3x just for this. Cold brew is also to die for. Started lining up at 7:30 and there was already a line. Be sure to come early, it’s worth it!

Great service! clean, modern, and very welcoming. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Our room was comfortable, and we loved the filtered water tap. such a thoughtful and eco-friendly idea to replace bottled water! The breakfast spread was great, offering a wide variety of local and tasty options to suit every preference. From fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes, everything was well-prepared was yummy. The view of the harbour and spacious rooftop pool, made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would happily return.

Loved everything about this hotel and enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The Reception staff are excellent. Our room was upgraded and it came with a nice comfortable bed, separate seating area, huge windows that gave excellent view of Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade at night. Breakfast was quite good. The service of the housekeeping staff was one of the highlights of our stay. Another highlight of the hotel is it's location. Plenty of Restaurants nearby. The Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade is about 10 min walking distance. It was very easy to travel around and take the Star Ferry. Evenings were most pleasant taking long walks and watching the "Symphony of Lights". I would love to stay at this hotel again in future.

Comfortable room with good bed, great shower, and amazing view. Seems quite sustainable with filtered water in the room and limited single use plastics. Stayed on the 27th floor which is noisy at night from the restaurant and bar above. Other than that everything was great.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Icon. The hotel greatly located few steps away from MTR station and close the the skyline. The room is spacious, well appointed, comfortable bed and we have been positvely surprised that the drinks in the minibar are free! The room view was astonishing overlooking the Victoria Harbour allowing us to contemplate the sunset at night. But we would like to emphasize on the service which has been excellent. Special thanks to Zack from Front Desk and his team who has been exceptional and added a great personal touch to our stay. Check-in/out was smooth, concierge provided useful tips for hanging around and facilitate our stay. The buffet at the Market was grandiose with much choices and excellent value for money. Lastly the chinese restaurant Above & Beyond worth the try, enjoying dim sum with a stunning view over the harbour is a must to try. Definitely recommend this hotel, wheter it's for short or prolonged stay it is the place to stay in Hong Kong!

Great hotel! I especially like the entrance, with so many kind and attentive staff that helps you open the doors, which makes you feel like a king! The interior is very clean and sparkly, which gives off a majestic vibe. Also I like the decor, especially the vertical greening, which adds another touch of freshness into the building!

I had 11 nights there and was so sad to check out. The hotel itself is beautiful (the photos don’t do it justice), the beds are ridiculously comfortable, the location is convenient, but the standout is the staff who made the stay perfect, even proactively preempting any needs so I didn’t have to ask. I would happily book again and again. Thank you!

The Sheraton was a great hotel in an excellent location. I had 2 rooms for a family of 5. They were a good size and didn’t feel cramped. Reception suggested an upgrade (at a cost) so that we had interconnected rooms. This was very welcome and price was reasonable. Views from the hotel room were excellent. Buffet breakfast was excellent, great selection and beautiful fruit. Special mention to duty manager Edmund. He helped my son out in a tricky situation and then sent a gift box to him. Really cared for us and in particular my son and made sure he was ok. The rooftop pool and spas were fantastic and a great place for the kids to unwind at the end of the day. Overall excellent hotel.

The location was the best part of this hotel as well as room service staff. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and had to request two comforters to avoid waking with back pain. We stayed in two rooms due to a visit mid trip to Macau. Was very convenient to leave bags behind and only take bagpacks on jet boat. First room was on the 15th floor, partial view of Nathan St, smelled and felt damp. Ran AC and room started feeling and smelling better. Second room was on the 5th floor. No damp smell, better bed and overlooking the air conditioner. A bit expensive for what you get. Should have stayed in Macau 3 nights rather than 2. Londoner Hotel was sheer luxury and they were kind enough to give us a free upgrade which the Sheraton denied twice. Would not stay here again.

Currently spending my last night in this hotel. I have booked a twin room for two nights. Holding Gold status, I have asked for a complimentary upgrade and to my surprise, given the size of the hotel and being shoulder season, I was told the hotel was fully booked and no upgrades available. The hotel is supposed to be a 5 star. The room we were provided was on the 8th floor, small and stuffed with basic and worn out furniture (see pictures from other reviews). The bathroom lacks any space to move around, with the access to the bath tub being particularly difficult for people with a big build. The max height of the shower head is set too low for tall people (in my case at 6 foot it was below my neck). There is no view from the room from the 8th floor. As we were visiting on a special occasion, and having been denied an upgrade, we asked if we could get access to the executive lounge just for one day to celebrate. The front desk came back proposing we paid extra for the access 400 HKD + service charge 10%. As breakfast was not included, we decided to add it at check-in time for 190 HKD per person. The room where breakfast is served has no view, under capacity (massive lines) and tables are crammed next to each other. Overall, between taxes and breakfast for a regular rate double room we were charged over 5900HKD for the two nights. For the price paid, there is much better quality around the area and in HK in general. Even better option - stay in Shenzhen, spend less than half and get much better service and quality while still being close by. I would not recommend and I would not stay in this hotel.

Good location with couple of MTR exits (TST and East TST) however quite a bit of a walk from the control station. Lots of food options nearby. Room type: King (27 sqm) Room facing (if applicable): N.A. Comfort: good, spacious with round table and couch near window. Good powerful AC Cleanliness: good, does not provide turndown service Location: good Hotel amenities (including parking): do note street access to hotel from flight of steps, though there’s supposedly a lift for wheelchair however seems to be out of order/ did not use it use during my 6D5N stay. Room amenities: bathtub, complimentary canned mineral water, bar fridge, wine glasses, regular size ironing board and iron. Water temperature and pressure good. Only downside is toilet does not have bidet. Service: check in (530pm) and check out (express key drop) was a breeze.

We stayed at the Sheraton from October 20-25, 2025 for vacation and visiting family. The rooms were clean and updated and the location was perfect! We could get to the public transportation and local restaurants easily and quickly. The service was good too!

The hotel has been renovated, the rooms are a bit small, but it has an ideal location in the city center. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The reception staff are very friendly.

We were very impressed with this Sheraton hotel. The location is good, the staff is fabulous, and the rooms are very clean and big. The beds are excellent and the view is fantastic. In other words, we’ll be back!

We stayed at the Conrad Hong Kong twice during our recent Asia trip – once for four nights and again for one night. Overall, it is a hotel with the charm of a true “grand old lady” – with all the advantages and disadvantages that come with it. On the one hand, the rooms clearly show their age. The furniture feels dated, and the air-conditioning system is quite noisy, which can be disturbing at night. This is the area where the Conrad could benefit from an update. On the other hand, the hotel excels in the things that truly matter: the location is excellent, and above all, the team is outstanding. Professional, genuinely friendly, and always acting as true hosts, they go out of their way to make every stay as pleasant as possible. This level of service is what makes the Conrad special. The Executive Lounge, however, did not live up to the otherwise high standard of the hotel. Being asked for the room number by three or four different staff members in a single visit felt unnecessary, especially since access to the lounge floor is already restricted. More importantly, the selection of food and beverages was rather limited for a top-tier Asian hotel. In contrast, breakfast in the main restaurant was excellent: beautifully presented, high quality, and perfectly executed. In summary: while the hardware of the hotel could use a refresh, the heart and soul of the Conrad – its team – makes up for it. Thanks to their professionalism and hospitality, both of our stays were enjoyable, and we would gladly return.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Conrad Hong Kong. The hotel offers fantastic city and harbor views, and our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable — even if the style is a little classic. As Hilton Honors Diamond members, we received a wonderful upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The Executive Lounge was excellent, with a great variety of food and drinks throughout the day, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful. We also had dinner in the restaurant — not cheap, but the food was delicious and the cocktails were excellent. The location couldn’t be better: directly connected to a shopping mall and the MTR network, so getting around the city was super easy. Overall, a great city hotel — elegant, comfortable, and with the warm service you expect from Conrad. Highly recommended!

I want to thank Ms. Sujata for her help during the late check-in of my family at 12 am and "Ms. Seyeon," a Korean employee who was so sweet and gave us a lot of help when checking out. I was so touched by the thoughtful consideration for the guests during the busy Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival. Also, it was a comfortable and perfect vacation thanks to the hardworking housekeeping staff. Dinner at Golden Leaf in particular was a truly amazing experience. Also, the location of the hotel was fantastic. Pacific Place where the hotel was located was very convenient. I’ll definitely stay at Conrad for my next trip to Hong Kong.

Exceptionally poor experience. Compared to our hotels of similar rank such as Mandarin Oriental, Shangrila, this is poor value on return. Check in was brief but the reception was cold and unwelcoming. Room was basic for a 5 star hotel. We had read reviews about a line for breakfast after 8:30 am so we went early and was able to be seated right away. However, despite the variety of options, the food was not high quality or appetizing. The spa/gym facilities was bare bones. We did try the outdoor pool which was nice and the staff were extremely professional and helpful. Worst part was as part of a frequent Fine Hotels collection booker from Amex Platinum, we were given $100 experience credit that could basically be used in very limited areas. This was not acknowledged or brought to our attention on check in, and when we tried to buy chocolates at the bakery, were informed by staff that even though the chocolates are a part of the bakery, we may only use it on pastries (croissants) or cake. Who can eat $100 worth of croissants? Staff then asked rudely if this is the first time I'm using these credits. We had just came from the Shangrila and Mandarin Oriental in Shanghai and did not encounter any issues or such incompetence. Previously we stayed at Conrad Tokyo and very much enjoyed our experience there so were excited to see Conrad HK, only to be sorely disappointed. Would not recommend or return.

Absolutely love this hotel, all the staff are so friendly, helpful and polite particularly the chambermaids and the pool boys, Paolo, Kenny, Ben and Jason. We are staying here for our 30th wedding anniversary, the only set back is that the hotel was told by our travel agent it’s our 30th, we have returned 30 years later after our honeymoon to HK the hotel has not done anything to make it special. I also mentioned it to reception when we checked in. As long as that doesn’t disappoint you you would love this hotel. It’s in a great location close to all site, train station a couple of minutes away.

I had such a great time staying at the Conrad Hong Kong. The hotel itself is beautiful, with excellent facilities and everything kept super clean and comfortable. The service was also amazing — everyone was friendly and helpful. I especially want to mention the staff at the reception and the Executive Lounge. The Korean team members, as well as those who spoke Korean really well, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their kindness and attention made my stay extra special. (Many thanks, Jason!) Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hong Kong.

Amazing accommodations. Hotel is next to metro, centrally located, staff is nice and accommodating, views are gorgeous. Breakfast menu provides wide range of choices. Hotel is a bit aging and will require an update but due to solid build does not compromise function. Staff most definitely compensates for natural wear and tear. Overall 5 star experience.

Quite a newly furnished hotel. Very clean and amenities are very new. Rooms are clean and view is great. If you are a airplane fanatic, do get the ocean view as you are able to spot planes take offs / landing out of/into Hong Kong international airport. There is a kids play area that has lots of toys and books. Gym is big with good view. Would definitely recommend! The hotel provides periodic shuttle service to and back the airport and the outlet mall.

What a wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. From the moment you walk through the door to going to your room nothing is to much to ask. Lina and Kevin at check in were attentive and helpful especially with the looming typhoon with an early check in and late check out offered. Vanessa and Anna the room attendants were warm, friendly and ensured I have extra supplies in case we can’t leave the hotel during the storm! Fantastic people and great service!!

We only used this as a 1 night stop, but wow did it impresses us. Staff were brilliant and even upgraded us to an airport/sea view. The facilities for food and drink were plentiful and the place felt luxurious from the second we went into the driveway. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone staying for 1 night or 5. The free shuttle to tung choong also made it easy to move around.

What a delight it was so stay here. We stayed here only one night to be closer to the airport for our flight. The hotel exceeded our expections. Shuttle service is available for both Tung Chung Station which has access to the CityGate Outlet Mall as well as Ngong Ping 360 and access to the HKG Airport as well. Shuttles were timely and quick! Hotel rooms are clean and updated, we loved our view of the water and the airport. A couple of restaurants on property and many located within the same block. The buffet breakfast in the morning is expansive and delicious. Lots of eastern and Western options including halal and vegetarian options as well. The Executive Lounge also had a variety of options available during cocktail hour but throughout the day also had a great selection of nonalcoholic beverages and fruit/dry snacks. As a Platinum Elite member, both the breakfast buffet and the lounge were included with status. Would highly recommend for anybody wanting to stay just to visit Ngong Ping 360, Disneyland HongKong or a stopover before the airport.

We had a pleasant stay at the Sheraton Tung Chung. The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable, with friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious and well-maintained, and overall the experience was enjoyable. However, the breakfast buffet fell a bit short of expectations. The food selection wasn’t as strong as we had hoped, and they consistently ran out of sourdough bread each morning without replenishing it. It became a bit disappointing, especially given the hotel’s otherwise high standards. Still, the stay was enjoyable, and with a few improvements to the buffet, this could easily be a five-star experience.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at the Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung Hotel. From the convenient shuttle service to the excellent amenities and great views, everything exceeded our expectations. The true highlight, however, was the impeccable service, especially the housekeeping. Our room was not just clean; it was meticulously prepared each day, creating a very relaxing and worry-free environment. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Ms. Xiao Xuan from the housekeeping team. Her dedication and attention to detail in ensuring our room was perfect made us feel right at home. Her professionalism and warm service made a significant positive impact on our visit. The entire staff was great, and the facilities (including the pool and breakfast buffet) were top-notch. We look forward to returning to this excellent hotel on our next trip to Hong Kong!

If you’re visiting HK Disneyland but not staying at a Disney resort, this is a great alternative hotel on Lantau Island, just a few minutes away from the park. They offer a free shuttle service with scheduled pick-up and drop-off times, so make sure to reserve your slot in advance. There’s also a 711 right in front of the hotel, and their buffet breakfast offers a very good selection of food. The hotel also provides a shuttle to Citygate Outlets, where you’ll find the Tung Chung train station convenient if you plan to head to Hong Kong Station. Citygate is also home to one of the Bakehouse branches, known for its delicious egg tarts.

The Tai O Heritage Hotel offers a unique cultural experience. The hotel's colonial-style architecture and decor are charming. Staff are friendly and provide good service. The hotel's location in Tai O village offers stunning views and a glimpse into traditional fishing village life. It's a great place to relax and explore the local culture.

There's only 9 rooms in the hotel. Omg. Securing a room can be a challenge during peak seasons. Rather historic place and the location is ay the far end of the coast. The staff are very young, friendly, and knowledgeable about the history of the hotel. Do tey to book a day earlier and join the guided tour to find out more about the hotel.

Nice stay and I like the fact that they have the students to work as the customer service staff. The room has less view than expected but the corridor view is fantastic . The restaurant is very nice (both food and the service) - ordering a package that include the dinner and breakfast may be a better choice($$) than ordering separately.

This place will definitely enlarge your horizons about Hong Kong and Tai O. Great service and very nice environment!

Wonderful heritage hotel at the edge of Hong Kong. It took quite a walk to get there, lugging our luggage, but I tell you it's worth it. The walk from the taxi/bus terminal took around 15-20minutes, as you weave your way through the traditional shops, the famous bridge, and the beautiful little houses dotted along the village and its coast. Past the village, you are greeted by small little fishing village houses as you slowly make your way to the hotel. Fret not, a modern-day elevator will bring you up the scenic architectural hotel, perched beautifully few floors up onto the mountainside. Friendly and polite staff, attentive service, and a beautiful view awaits you as you make your way up to the age-old historical room. You'll know what I mean when you are there. Watch the sunrise, watch the sunset and enjoy your time in the spacious room. It's a luxury. Rooms are limited though - so book early. Perfect space to relax and wind down after your little walk at the village. Taking the boat ride (boat captain boards the ferry at the bridge) will let you see the beautiful architecture of the hotel in full - as the boat winds up along the coast. Greeted by a beautiful sunset, you truly feel blissful. Sorry for the poetic post, but damn, it's memorable. 11/10 recommended when you visit Hong Kong.

The view is OK; but the afternoon tea set quality is below average

I celebrated my couple’s birthday with a night’s stay here and it was fabulous. It was the perfect location for us since we needed a quiet and romantic getaway. Henry from the reception was kind enough to show us the way to our room and introduced its history to us - we were amazed to find out the door has 120 years of history. Our room was beautifully decorated with breathtaking sea views, and it was really relaxing to lie on bed listening to the waves. The experience at the restaurant was excellent and they had a cool piano which plays by itself. We ordered the dinner set and their steak was one of the best we had in Hong Kong. Tammy provided great service throughout our dinner - right after we returned to our room, she even surprised us with a birthday cake. We returned to the restaurant next morning but were slightly disappointed by the Chinese-styled breakfast. It was obvious that the dim-sum they provided were the frozen ones that you can buy in the supermarket! I am sure they could provide much better offerings. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we would love to come back.

The dinner buffet is nice, with ample options for food selection. On the Tuesday I dined, it was a seafood night, including cold dishes (from sushi/sashimi, Thai seafood salad, smoked fish smoked meats, raw New Zealand oysters, selection of crab, craw fish, mussels, cuddlefish/ squid/ octopus, salad bar, cheese, fruit, desserts), and hot dishes (including a custom hot pot noodle bar and mushroom truffle soup, fried/grilled/and sautéed seafood dishes, and non-seafood options including pork tenderloin, beef wellington, and rack of lamb, grilled and steamed vegetables, and a favorite of locals: fried Foie Gras). The beverage selection is varied yet simple and self serve, including wine, beer, soft drinks, coffee, teas, and juices. Over all, an enjoyable dining experience!

What an incredible dining experience at this buffet located in Cordis Hotel, Mong Kok in Hong Kong! The price you’ll pay is very well worth it as it includes drinks! The sushi here was the favourite - absolutely immaculate selection and it is all freshly prepared. So many options to choose from! The roast here was also very fresh and adding the extra chicken salt made it that much more delicious! The durian puffs was the perfect finish to the night. So creamy and dreamy when you take a bite! Only reason I couldn’t give this place 5 stars is there were kids running around dipping their hand in the food and I didn’t see any staff members stopping them or talking to the customers. This serves a hygiene risk and at this level of buffet - I honestly expected much more.

It’s my first time to have all you can eat buffet in Hong Kong. Compared to the US and Taiwan. The Place has its own special dish such as chicken broth with Cordyceps sinensis （蟲草 ）that you could not get anywhere else.👍

I had a lovely experience at The Place in Cordis Hotel with my friends. The service was excellent, particularly from Uncle Ping (平叔) and Michael, who were attentive and friendly. The food was enjoyable overall, but I noticed that the oysters weren't as fresh as they used to be. Some appeared to have been left out for a while, resulting in a slightly fishy taste. I would recommend serving freshly shucked oysters for a better flavor.

Limited food selection especially in its Chinese food section. Depending on your taste, some good eg ginseng soup, roast beef, shrimp tempura…some not so good eg crab legs are thin with little meat, lobster tough texture. No draw butter for sea food. Minimum fresh fruit selection- only cut up water melon, orange, cantelop...Little cooked vegetables. Three hours to eat which is more than sufficient. Desserts are plentiful and good in general but the cakes are not. Consider it a bit overpriced.

We have dinner buffer， $678 per person with 10% service charge.Since we stay at the hotel, we have 20%discount. The cold seafood station offer tiger shrimp, regular shrimp, French crab, mussels and claim- I don't like them because all the texture are tough since they are frozen before. Japanese sushi station - ok la. Hot food station - the prime rib looks good from the but the meat is so so. I guess is the meat grading. I come from Toronto and I usually buy the AAA Angus grade sirloin. The lamb chop is a little bit fat. I cook the lamb chop from New Zealand which taste much better. The rest of the hot station does not appeal to me. BBQ station- tiger shrimp is better. Desert station - lots of variety

The foods are okay. The seafood are not fresh. There are variety choices of dessert. I will not visit again.

We stayed at The Upper House in June and had an exceptional experience. The attention to detail was outstanding, with a beautifully smooth design throughout. Service was flawless, the food was terrific, and the views over the harbour were unforgettable. The bathroom felt like a private spa—huge, elegant, and so well thought out. Every corner of the room had design touches that made the whole stay feel special. Truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had.

Excellent in every way. The GM and her team know hospitality. We had a gorgeous suite with sweeping views of the City and green hills. The design is simple elegance. Hotel is spotless, well kept, and very well run. The breakfast room is very pleasant with a nice menu, the complimentary mini bar is a welcoming touch. The bathroom and amenities - very nice! We would not stay anywhere but here when we return! I did not want to leave. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

Everything about The Upper House is topnotch. Service excellence and beyond, 100% of the time. Very friendly staff, discreet, and swift! Rooms are perfectly organized too, and their room bathrooms are the best in Hong Kong. I've been coming here for over 8 years and they have remained consistent. The Upper House is without a doubt, one of the best (if not the best) hotels I have ever stayed in. I don’t even know where to start with this review but i’ll give it a go…. From the moment you enter the hotel you are captivated by the unique aroma and subtle, yet classy design of the timeless interior. The staff are instantly there to greet you every time you enter or leave the hotel. We were looked after by Paul, who spoilt us with his kindness and professionalism from beginning to end. He took us to our room and did a “one of a kind” (for us anyway) and checked us into our room, whilst we relaxed in our room! This instantly made us feel at home and a very nice way of checking into a hotel. The room itself is faultless in every way. The attention to detail can be seen everywhere, not just in the room itself, but throughout the entire hotel. The room is extremely spacious and we felt like we never wanted to leave the room. The bath had the most incredible view over Hong Kong, my partner never wanted to get out! One thing I would also like to note, the room was constantly being cleaned and topped up with anything we used (coffee, drinks, cosmetics etc) throughout the days of our stay. As well as a daily turndown service. Such a lovely touch! The breakfast menu was exceptional with the most spectacular views over Hong Kong! We were looked after by Jackie each day, who couldn’t have done more for us! The Green Room bar area for sundowners has an extensive drinks menu with fantastic cocktails. Check out the guest toilets too, as they’re as stunning as the rest of the hotel, again - the view is worth seeing! To everyone at The Upper House, a huge thank you for the stay of a lifetime! We already can’t wait to return.

Upper house is the best hotel I always introduce to my friends & business partners who travel to Hong Kong. I went to Salisterra three times this month and it’s always the great place for business lunch and dinner celebration with friends. The restaurant has fantastic view, great food, warm atmosphere and services feel like home.

This is a Fantastic landmark hotel in island, always being the best choice if you want to have a coffee/ lunch with an amazing sea view in HK and one of best service in hotel.

This was a nice spot to stay in Jordan. Clean and modern work no extra "stuff". The lobby is simple without much more than a reception and a few chairs. The room was spacious and the bathroom was very nice bathroom. An overall pleasant stay.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very non intrusive and the room felt very private. I wasn't bothered by any unnecessary questions and check in and out were very simple and smooth. I was able to check in earlier, and able to organize a later check out for a fee. The room was clean, new and very quiet. The perfect escape from the hectic streets of Hong Kong. I would definitely stay here again.

It’s my first time to Hong Kong and I did not know what hotel to choose. I pick hotel Stage by accident and I did not regret one bit. It’s smack a little outside the crowded areas of Jordan but still it’s a few minutes walk to many eateries (eg temple street stuff), bus stops and MTR stations. Service wise, that’s the best. The gave me good recommendations, spend time to help me find my way to locations and even help me to search for info and point to me where to go. When I requested for a harder pillow, they gave it to me the next morning and even help changed a faulty bulb without needing me informing them on it. The channel selections on tv is reasonable. Downside shaver is not included in the room but with all the services at that top level. I’m ok with it. I’m impressed. Thank you for the great service provided. Keep up the good work ❤️

All the staff at the front desk were accommodating and friendly. We were impressed by the efficient check-in and check-out processes, as well as the amiable and warm atmosphere in the Hotel. The housekeeping team consistently upheld high standard throughout our stay. There was no musty smell along the hallway. The housekeeping staff dutifully replenished the consumables as the items ran low. We enjoyed the coffee brewed by the capsule coffee machine in the room. The fridge is just nice for cooling drinks and fruits. Kitchen Savvy staff were cheerful and attentive. The ingredients used for the breakfast at Kitchen Savvy were fresh and blended well to make a wholesome breakfast. We have tried a new option of noodle and congee in the menu. It seemed the congee contained no MSG and was served with prawn /chicken that’s soothing. Perhaps adding a protein option like shredded meat or vegan ingredients to the noodle would elevate the flavor further. We realized that two buttons of the remote lighting control didn’t function during our stay. While it didn’t impact our overall comfort, addressing this minor issue would enhance the guest experience even more. The taxi booking service provided by the staff saved us from the hassle of finding transport to the airport. We especially thank Sandy, Riee and Cherry for their professional customer service. This marked our third stay at Hotel Stage—an easy testament to the consistently pleasant experiences we’ve come to expect and enjoy.

If you are looking for a modern hotel, Hotel Stage should be in your consideration because it is bright, clean with modern design. Located in a quiet corner at Jordan, it is less than 10 mins walk away to the nearest MRT. Though not too many restaurant nearby, but a 10 mins walk you can go to the opposite side of Jordan with many places to eat and shop. The bus stop in front of the hotel also can take you to many places. Strong water pressure with good hot and cold water, I enjoy my shower a lots with the strong water pressure and the shampoo/shower gel provided. Good size for solo traveler, decent for couple. Staff were friendly, particular one short hair lady (with spec) at the receptionist.

My second time staying in this hotel. The location is good with many nice eateries within walkable distance. The room is very clean and they have mirrors every corner of the room and I like how their shower has strong water pressure. They provide good quality slippers too. Last but not least, the staff here are super friendly and helpful!

Take a quiet lunch on Sat afternoon. Pleasant spot in ifc mall. Food was good and the beef cheek was so tender and soft. I requested the source on the side so it looked very dry (not actually not!). Pricey for a lunch set and there could be more options in Central. Excellent service

Today is new year, most of restaurants are closed , while this one opened. It served lunch as well as light meals. I ordered egg Benedict with salmon $188, which is very good! The hollandise sauce is smooth and creamy, with the right amount of acidity which makes up want more, together with pouched egg, smoke salmon and spinaches, it is satisfying! My hubby ordered mini burger which is very good too! He said the burger is juicy and meaty, and the fries are good too! The flat white $65 is way too hot to served, and the coffee taste is a bit too mild.

Been to L’Atelier upstairs a number of times.. their food is almost perfect. So the cakes and pastries you get at De Salon are also going to be top notch. HOWEVER, the price is not quite worth it for the kind of atmosphere you get for similar price points. Plus the fact that they serve using disposable cutlery and cups. If you want to get cravings for cakes satisfied.. then I would say paying that 10% extra for the cakes compared to other places is ok.. but if you are paying 10% more for the atmosphere, then no.

For its price range, you would expect it to have better service, better food, and better cleanliness. Firstly, upon sitting down, the tables were stained with oils and/or sugar marks from the previous meal (see photo). Our waiter also places utensils and napkins with no elegance. The service felt rushed like you would find at a local restaurant. Next, their green tea latte was not mixed properly at the bottom. You can see how clumpy and rushed the product was made. The desserts look stunning however the Jivara orange cake lacks finesse with its sweetest. Overall, looks pretty from the outside but doesn't deliver when you dig a little deeper.

The service and quality of food didn’t match the Brand name . We ordered four drinks and two crispy pockets . One with Foie Gras and beef burger with bell peppers as well as the other with roasted ham and cheese in parisien style . We (4 of us ) told the waiter that we were going to share the two orders of pockets and we stressed the point that two of us didn’t like tuna pockets as suggested you the waiter ! Moreover, we requested to cut the pockets in 4 pieces each and which they did . However they served us with a tuna and ham pocket instead of the Foie Gras and beef burger with bell peppers pocket . We said that two of us didn’t eat tuna . The waiter suggested that those didn’t like tuna should have the ham pockets ! What a “wonderful “ suggestion!!! After we insisted, the dish was changed . But.... Furthermore, the cappuccino and mocha came in with mild warm temperatures but not hot ! It’s summer in Hong Kong ! Do they really even know how to make good coffee ?

But I do enjoy sitting by the high table for a glass of champagne and spend my afternoon with friends at this quiet corner of ifc mall. - The afternoon tea set for two is only $528 including a selection of tea or coffee + 10% - No reservation is accepted. The Sheraton Sky Lounge in Tsim Sha Tsui is a fantastic choice for a casual gathering with friends or a business chat, with an incredible view of Victoria Harbour. The food like the avocado toast is particularly well-prepared and enjoyable, However, the service could be more polished to align with the lounge’s upscale environment, and the restroom cleanliness could use some attention. Despite these small areas for enhancement, the stunning views and pleasant atmosphere make it well worth a visit.

I'd say this is such a good spot for those looking to enjoy a few hours taking in the breathtaking views of the Hong Kong skyline and harbor from a great height. The panoramic vistas offered at this lounge are truly mesmerizing and provide a unique perspective of the city. I was here for their afternoon tea service. While the food was average and didn't particularly stand out, the stunning views more than made up for it. The experience of being surrounded by the beauty of Hong Kong's skyline was truly amazing.

Marriott need to review this. The Valrhona afternoon set looks nice but the pastry were much smaller than expected, most are merely macaron bite size. Nothing wrong with that simply much less fulfilling than any other hotels. Service was shameful. The four of us were the first to arrive for the tea session on a Sunday, but they put us at the far end window, right next to the window under the sun without any shade, and was outside the kitchen where staff gathered and giggled very loudly. While most of all other tables whether window sided or sofa seats were mostly unoccupied, we did not request to relocate as we thought they might be reserved for other customers. Until we finished our meal, we figured majority of the tables were still empty. Treating customers with prejudice is very a typical of Hong Kong service style, and is absolutely unprofessional, no wonder Hong Kong is losing its competitiveness.

Service was polished, though at this level, anything less would’ve been unacceptable. Verdict: Worth a visit for the bragging rights and the panorama, but not compelling enough for a return trip —neither the drinks nor the vibe left a lasting impression. Better to spend that money on something more memorable.

Minimum 500HKD spend per person if you want to sit outside (greenhouse without a roof). No minimum spend if you sit indoors, but not brilliant views. Getting into the place is a nightmare. You need to get into the elements shopping centre and follow the signs to the Ritz Carlton. Viewing deck is currently being refurbished on level 100, and would cost 200HKD, so the extra gets you around 3 drinks and access to level 118. My recent experience at Ozone Bar Ritz Carlton was wow! It has the best view of Hong Kong from the world's highest rooftop bar on level 118. The cocktails and food were amazing. All the staff were great, but Non (from Thailand) was exceptional. He responded to all my needs, helped me with photos, and celebrated my birthday in a fitting manner. He explained that I was lucky to get a night with good weather as the previous two weeks there was rain which restricted bar opening. I would highly recommend Ozone and hope that Non has a great and progressive hospitality career.

One of the highest bars in the world, we had a chance to visit this place on our last trip to Hong Kong. We were staying in the Ritz Carlton, which made things even easier. The hotel was aware of the fact that it was our anniversary, and we got a bit of the VIP treatment with a nice semi private area for the two of us. The hostess, who healed from South America, was nothing short of magnificent and made sure all of our needs are attended to. It was a memorable experience we won’t soon forget.

Popinjays, located inside the Murray Hotel, is well-known for their Disco Brunch, and we went for the Try Higher package. It includes bottomless champagne flow along with unlimited oysters and caviar, which was such a treat! While the caviar is served one box at a time, the concept is still fantastic and indulgent. The food was equally impressive. I particularly loved the grilled scampi, the baked cod, and the roasted beef—each dish was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. The afternoon felt amazing, especially with such a stunning view to enjoy throughout the experience. That said, there were a couple of minor points: the water wasn’t refilled quickly enough, and there were groups of couples occasionally passing by to visit the wedding venue outside. However, it’s understandable considering the location and didn’t take away from the overall experience. A highly enjoyable afternoon, and I’d definitely recommend it for a special occasion!

Enjoyed very much the happy hour time here(3-6 pm daily), offering drinks from $78 and snacks from $108. Starting from around 5pm, there is a DJ to have some live mixing of music. The service standard was a bit different from what I have expected, probably due to the deficiency of manpower. Foods and drinks are all great and the views are very stunning.

I came here to celebrate a friend's birthday and tried their special "dinner brunch" that's only available on the last Friday of each month. There was live band, music was a little loud at times but we were still able to chat. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious! We went for a two-hour-free-flow champagne and there was so much food. Service was great and attentive, view is incredible and if weather is good, the outdoor seating is great. I have been here quite a few times and the quality has been consistent. Highly recommend!

The Mira Hong Kong offers a fantastic overall experience — especially when it comes to food and service. The breakfast and dining options are truly exceptional, with a wide variety to choose from and consistently high quality. The staff are very friendly, attentive, and professional, making you feel genuinely welcomed from check-in to check-out. The gym is well equipped, though it can get a bit crowded at peak hours. The pool area, on the other hand, is absolutely beautiful relaxing, clean, and one of the highlights of the hotel. The only drawback is the condition of the rooms, which are in clear need of renovation. While comfortable, they no longer reflect a true 5-star standard. With an update, this hotel could easily reach its full potential again. Overall, a great stay excellent food, outstanding service, and top facilities, just waiting for refreshed rooms to match the rest of the experience.

The hotel located near Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station at walking distance. Room was great, clean and spacious. Wifi was fast and reliable. Staff were nice. There was shopping mall nearby where you can use the hotel elevator to get there (Level B1 - DONKI mall, and Level 1/2 - mira place). But that means people other than hotel guests may use the elevator so it is very busy during peak hour. There were pocket wifi and traveling adaptor provided for foreigner so you can explore Hong Kong freely without using your own mobile data.

Super good snd friendly service. Very Nice spa area and breakfast is good at 170 HKD. There are issues: We were on the 17th floor, over us the ballroom (free music until Late evening) and Even Disco on a lower floor in the inner court. Playing loud cheering music until midnight and later. And our room finally didn‘t Look Like as shown on the web, the matress was quite used.

Great location, just opposite of Kowloon Park. Only 250 meters from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR and there is 7-11 located just opposite the hotel. The service was good friendly staff for HK standards. You can leave the luggage at the hotel before check in and after check out. The room has a decent size and has good amenities, including a choice of pillows, pocket wifi and even a binoculars for you to do some birds watching at the park. There is a gym and swimming pool on the underground floor. Plenty of good restaurants nearby too.

The hotel is located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, just a block from Kowloon Park. You can access a mall directly through the hotel elevator, and there’s also a Japanese supermarket in the basement—reachable the same way, which is very convenient. The room features a nicely sized TV, though the services froze occasionally. The bed is comfortable, and you can even request specific pillow types if you prefer. Amenities are well-stocked, including toothbrush, toothpaste, shaver, lotion, body wash, and shampoo. Just note that towels and robes shouldn’t be taken, as the hotel will charge for them. An international power plug is also provided in the room. Be sure to open all the drawers—some are hidden and have a few fun surprises. Security is solid as well, since you must tap your room key to use the elevator. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent convenience and location.

Highly recommended by a friend, and we’re so glad we chose to stay here for 3 nights. The staff were friendly and helpful, with fast and easy check-in. There’s always someone ready to assist with the big glass doors! A small touch that really matters when you’ve gone overboard with shopping bags! Location is super convenient as Don Don Donki is just downstairs and open 24/7, which makes late-night snacks and shopping a breeze. We booked a suite and absolutely loved how spacious and comfortable it was. Overall, a fantastic stay. Will definitely be back for our next trip to Hong Kong!

1) Don’t allow them to put you on high floor of you’re here for business, and prefer to be efficient. Elevator system developed by fools. Because they have different two sets of elevators next to each other, people will hit both, and take one, so you stop twice as much as usual along floors as a normal hotel. Management - please invest in proper elevator software. You have four elevators- Should not stop at every floor, and take 3 minutes+ to go down from 17th floor. 2) This is not a real Marriott Bonvoy hotel. No upgrades or executive lounge access for platinum 3) provided “free drink,” but turned away from bar because we didn’t make reservation. 4) breakfast was the same thing every day for 6days, and all self service. 5) understaffed - breakfast items not replenished even in 30 min window. Nobody around to inform. Location is great; decor, rooms and bathroom were nice - feels like a W hotel; but service is way off.

Small and great place to have a brunch ! The service was excellent even though I made a mistake ordering two drinks by accident. They didn’t mind when I took the order back and refunded gladly. The food was also good. If you’re tired of having Chinese congee for breakfast while staying in Hong Kong, I certainly recommend this place. You will enjoy having a healthy snack.

Very very very pricey food but I can't deny that it was reaallly really good. The teas were $50 which is quite pricey but I do believe they are high quality. The scones were not traditional scones but they still tasted really good regardless (earl grey lemon & pineapple honeycomb flavours were both good) and the osmanthus chiffon cake was DELICIOUS. Would like to come and try their brunch one day!

At first glance the pancakes looked like it could use more sauce but it turned out to be really moist and fluffy. The portion size was smaller compared to other places but it was just nice for me. Would definitely order this again.

This is one of my favorite places in Hong Kong. A lovely staff serving delicious teas and scones in a cute little place in the great neighborhood of sheungwan. Have a chai and a ginger scone and you cannot go wrong. They also seem to serve great breakfast but I have not tried it, I always come for tea ☺️

Local store worth supporting, quality homemade cakes and scones. Nice tea options, Masala Chai wasnt accepted by many but I like it. Busy small shop throughout the day. Recently sponge cake with summer berries n cream is on seasonal promotion, usual high standard for he sponge but little rich that I cannot finish the last bites in the end. Add $10 only for a scone of your own choice if u buy any tea (scones are originally $25 each), must try! Really good, they will reheat the scone for u in the oven. Nice outdoor space to spend time with the dog.

Finally visited Teakha and very pleased that I made the trip. Was looking for a no-milk drink so they recommended the brewed tea section on the menu. The Shanlinxi Oolong was described as “taste like green tea” which was pretty realistic 😂. Really enjoyed it nonetheless - you can also top up more hot water if you’d like too! There’s a cake set option where you get $30 off your tea if you buy a cake or two scones so I decided on the matcha chocolate scone and apple longan scone. The staff was helpful on helping heat up the scone and have to say that it was amazingggg. Plenty of longan and apple bits but still able to maintain the perfect texture. Heating up the scone was a right choice as the top came out slightly crispy. Definitely worth a try if you visit! Note that the place is quite small (only 4-5spots indoor and two tables outdoor) so do come during the off-peak hours.

Ranges from 80-120 but the foods are sooooo good! The granola is THE BEST IVE EVER HAD with the sweet banana and the kimchi quiche was surprising. The masala milk tea is really rich as well. Environment is so nice for working, chilling and just hanging out with friends. Would definitely recommend.

Our family's stay at Ocean Park Marriott was fantastic. The rooms' cleanliness was impeccable (a vital aspect for us given our young children), amenities was perfect for the kids, and the MTR was at the door step, connecting us conveniently to Mongkok where we indulged in excellent Hong Kong fare. Being literally right beside Ocean Park allowed us sleepy heads to rest in sufficiently before heading to a day of fun. Of cos, all these were made all the more memorable by the wonderful services provided by the sweet people of Marriott --- special shout out to the front desk Ms Joyce, Ms. Lam and Mr. Ma. The very pleasant and helpful pool team (3 guys, sorry forgot their names) on duty on 14 Oct 2025. And the smiley and kind housekeeper who helped with rooms #1232 and #1238 during the period of 11 to 14 Oct 2025 --- thank you all so very much Looking forward to my next family trip to Hong Kong and Marriott.

The room is very beautiful. However, despite my Elite for life status, the lounge is not free, and the hotel is a huge maze where it's easy to get lost. It loses points for that. On the other hand, the staff is very welcoming, and there is a diver in the aquarium, which is quite fun to watch.

We stayed with our 5-year-old child and had a wonderful time. The kids’ club was excellent — the staff were very friendly and organized several fun activities that kept our child happy and engaged throughout the stay. The only minor downside was at the reception. Despite being elite members and standing in the designated line, no staff acknowledged us — even though two other staff members were available and there were no other guests waiting. We had to wait until a regular check-in was completed before being assisted. A bit more attention to elite members would have made the experience even better.

We are a big family with a baby and 2 toddlers. In order for us to book this hotel, we had to book 2 rooms, which we had no issues with doing. In total, we paided over $2400. Due to the recent typhoon, our family opted out of traveling to Hong Kong for safety reasons. We contacted the hotel to ask for a refund and was told our booking was non refundable. When we asked for a credit as we planned to travel to Hongkong at a later date and when the weather was not so uncertain, They would not provide us with a credit either. I really wanted my children to enjoy Hong Kong and Ocean Park specifically. This was a huge disappointment. For a 5 star hotel, you would think they would be more accommodating especially for a family that booked two rooms. What a shame. I will not be reserving at this hotel in the future.

Nice hotel located near ocean park park. The hotel is themed around the park so it’s very kids friendly. I enjoyed my stay here though the room looked old and outdated. The sofa looked super old. The location is awesome as it’s right next to a metro station.

I am writing this common at 4:06am in the hotel room because I can not sleep properly 1.The room is very stinky and i can not breath clear air… 2. The bed is old and way too soft, I could not imagine how people can layer on it? 3. My skin feels itch not sure this is come from the bedbugs.. 4 the room is thin.. I can hear ppl taking, laughing and playing. Totally disappointed !!!.I won’t come anymore and won’t recommend others to come.

Overall; Remained lots of questions… is this Marriott? Really? 1. Rooms were not bad, but the wall was too thin (?) I can hear even normal conversations over the room/ wall. 2. Keys are not working out of no where!??? 3. People are actually smoking in the room and open the room door wide open… WOW

Most beautiful accomodations I've ever had. Loved our post cruise stay here. We had harbor view room....spectacular view. very modern comfortable gorgeous room. Electric window blinds and at tub area. Every detail and lighting etc so well thought out. Club access food and setting also wonderful. Great view. Staff is very accommodating and helpful. One star off as location did not offer much that is walkable nearby and no shops in the hotel. Ferry convenient. I'd definitely stay again. There are 12 restaurants and a pool.

Loved my stay here — the harbor view alone is worth it. Waking up to boats crossing Victoria Harbour and the skyline under those big clouds is just stunning. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very quiet despite the nearby construction. Staff were warm and professional, and breakfast was excellent with a wide mix of choices. It’s a classic five-star stay done right — elegant, calm, and beautifully maintained. Would definitely return.

Grand Hyatt Hong Kong may be around 35 years old, but it’s incredibly well maintained, and a great choice at its price range. The hotel lobby is rather majestic, which is what a Grand Hyatt should be. The view from the mezzanine level is great for people watching. I had booked a standard suite using a World of Hyatt award, and the hotel upgraded me further to the gorgeous Victoria Harbour Suite. I absolutely loved the room layout and view! The hotel also made special arrangements as we were celebrating a birthday. The gym is sufficiently large with most equipment you’d need. The walkway between the gym and the pool is really pretty; I saw several people just hanging out there. Breakfast at The Grand Cafe is awesome! There was an endless selection of food, with standard breakfast fare, lots of local items, and even daily specials. I also really enjoyed the Grand Club, especially the grand spiral staircase and the spectacular night view. The food selection during evening cocktails was just alright though. The only thing that I didn’t like as much about the hotel is the location. It’s quite a walk to the closest MTR stations, and accessible only via the back entrance to HKCEC, which the hotel closes at night, so you’d have to walk am even further distance to get to the main entrance.

Stayed at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong during a recent trip and enjoyed the experience overall. The hotel’s location is fantastic, offering a stunning harbour view from the room windows which was a highlight each morning and evening. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, although I found the toilet to be quite small with limited ventilation, which made it feel a little stuffy at times. The air conditioning worked efficiently but was noticeably louder than what I’m used to from other international hotels, especially those in Japan. Breakfast at the hotel was impressive — a wide selection of Western and Asian dishes, fresh fruits, and pastries, making it easy to find something satisfying every day. I also appreciated the attentive and friendly staff who were always ready to assist with any requests and made the stay even more enjoyable.

Our room was upgraded and had an amazing view! It was very quiet, and the service was excellent. The only thing I wished for was more privacy between the bedroom and bathroom — the bathtub next to the bed only has a blind, which doesn’t provide quite enough privacy.”

Our stay at the Grand Hyatt HK was exceptionally comfortable and thoughtfully executed, from the smooth check-in to the friendly concierge and the final farewell. The rooms are sufficiently spacious, and the hotel's food and beverage establishments offer very good value. The only drawback is the location: it’s perfect if you are visiting the nearby expo and convention centre, but it’s a 10-minute walk to the MTR for all other city destinations.

We are currently staying at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. Let me start by saying that it is absolutely a 5 star hotel. From the moment we arrived the bell men immediately took our luggage from our taxi and delivered it directly to our room. As we entered we were greeted by welcoming staff and the scent of the beautiful flower arrangements in the grand lobby. The front desk check-in staff is on point. They are extremely courteous and professional. Mesut, the young gentleman who took care of us was exceptional as he went above and beyond to give us the utmost service. When we entered our King Harbour View we were blown away. All I can say is, WOW! The view is breathtaking. It is comfortable and spacious with lovely amenities. The room has Club Access which is worth every penny as you are entitled to an amazing Continental Breakfast, Afternoon Tea and Evening Cocktails during your stay. We have walked easily to various locations, restaurants and shopping. So far, we are loving everything about this outstanding hotel and the city of Hong Kong! Now that it is my final evening at this amazing hotel, I need to elaborate on my stay. The staff is the most accommodating and genuinely kind team that I have ever encountered in my travel journeys. I feel the need to give credit to the employees that have made us feel welcomed, comfortable and pretty much like royalty during our time in this luxurious home away from home. Marvin, the Assistant Manager of Concierge spent time helping us find our way around the city and guiding us to local restaurants that met our dietary needs. Kylie, the Lead Host of Guest Experiences answered our many questions and helped us with providing an effortless checkout and transportation to the airport. I can’t express enough how beautifully the staff of the Grand Club Lounge handled each and every guest upon arrival and during the breakfast, tea and the cocktail hour. Annie always greeted us with a warm smile and engaging personality. Andy and Mason could not do enough to make our dining experience at the Grand Club Lounge feel like we were the only people there and clearly, they did that for everyone there! The Club Lounge is absolutely the very best we have ever experienced! If I could only give this hotel 10 stars……
