Fresh Agave Mexican Bar & Grill is a vibrant and cozy cantina located in Palm Desert, offering a blend of contemporary and traditional Mexican dishes. The owner, Rigo Garcia, has realized his lifelong dream with this restaurant after 20 years in the Coachella Valley's restaurant industry. The menu features mouthwatering tamales, house margaritas, and an extensive happy hour selection. With colorful walls and a warm ambiance, this spot also boasts a large hidden patio for outdoor dining.
An excellent place for dinner. We sat outside as it was a little quieter and the weather was perfect. The veggie tacos were perfect and the La casa ground beef burrito was fantastic. The chips were super crunchy and the salsa blended delightfully. We are very glad we stopped here for dinner and I highly recommend if you are looking for some amazing Mexican food drop in here.
Dan K — Google review
The establishment features an outdoor patio with misters; the staff were friendly and provided a wide selection of food, including gluten-free options. While my chile relleno was satisfactory, the rice and beef were dry. The beans were flavorful, and the fajita burrito was excellent. Although somewhat pricey, the generous portions of rice and beans compensated. I would consider dining there again.

Amazing experience! Went with my mom and my aunt and we had such a lovely time. Our drinks came out in record time (were quite strong) and our server Arturo was phenomenal. The salsa was spicy but I could not stop!! So fresh and tasty. I had the enchiladas and they were so delicious. Tacos were very well received as well. Rice and beans complimented my meal nicely. Great portions. Can’t wait to be back!!

Our go to every time we are visiting Palm Desert. I always take 2 orders of the poblano soup home with me...it is amazing! The menu has a huge variety and it's always so hard to decide because everything is so good. Margarita's are strong and delicious! Thank you Fresh Agave! We will be back soon!
Koko M — Google review
If you're looking for strong drinks that actually taste amazing 🍹🔥—Fresh Agave is IT! Their cocktails are next level—you feel them, but they go down so smooth. Every time I go, it’s a full experience. My must-haves? 🧀 Queso Fundido – cheesy, melty perfection. 🌶️ Chipotle Chiles Agave – yellow peppers stuffed with sautéed shrimp, tomatoes, cilantro, and onions, all topped with their creamy homemade chipotle sauce... UNREAL. Let’s not forget the chips and salsa 🫶🏽—fresh, flavorful, and honestly addictive. Whether you're just popping in for a drink + chips, or going all out with dinner, this spot never disappoints. I live an hour away and still make the drive—that’s how good it is. Fresh Agave is hands down my go-to for Mexican food 🌮💯 Always worth it, every single time.

First time here. We were shocked at how fast the food and drinks came out even though they were packed for the fights! Nice ambience. Everything was clean and the food was amazing. Our server was nice. Will be coming back when we're in the area
C L — Google review
Got here about 7pm which is late for me and sat at the bar. Place was pretty full and it was a lively crowd. Ordered a shot of tequila and a beer along with the taco trio. Service was quick and efficient. Prices are a little high but I will say that my food was excellent. Alot of times when you order 3 different tacos one meat is either dry or not enough meat or just doesn't taste good. All 3 of my tacos (carne asada, carnitas and pollo) were the bomb. Full of delicious meat with guacamole and cojiho cheese...I didn't know which was the best. If you like tacos this after great place. Highly recommend.

I come here every time I'm in Palm Springs. The food is so good and I like the atmosphere. The margarita is great and you definitely get your bang for your buck!

Nestled in the heart of Palm Desert, Guillermo's Restaurante is a delightful haven for lovers of traditional Mexican cuisine. This family-owned gem has been serving up fresh and flavorful dishes since 2003, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that feels like dining in Mexico itself. With both indoor seating and a charming patio—perfect for enjoying meals with your furry friends—Guillermo's caters to everyone.
First time going to this place totally on a whim and based on quick (one minute) search on internet and google map ratings. BOY were we surprised and in a good way. Apparently they typically close for the summer & they took over an adjacent space recently so they’re doing this semi open summer menu gig to see how it works out. Not a whole lot of seating but don’t be dismayed, Mario behind the bar will take care of you. HE IS AWESOME and his drinks are DA BOMB 💣! Food is pretty spectacular as well,, carnitas fajitas were wicked good (wife who loves steak fajitas felt my carnitas were way better than her steak and she will order carnitas there from now on).. the kids chicken strips order is expensive ($15!!) but you get your moneys worth.. just can’t say enough good things about this place,, it’s awesome.
Derakhsh F — Google review
Guillermo's makes my favorite margaritas and carne asada enchilada with green sauce. I love the beautiful glassware they use for their drinks and their plates are so special. Love Guillermo's! Best make a reservation, I usually go for lunch but dinner gets filled up fast, so I recommend making a reservation for that.
Danielle M — Google review
Service was fantastic as was the food. Sadly I only took 1 picture. I was very much enjoying the company and the food to take more.
Debra J — Google review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Adam Approved ✅ Guillermo’s is the real deal. The fajitas came out sizzling hot — perfectly seasoned chicken with peppers and onions that were just as good as the meat. Big portions, tons of flavor, and their Guillermo’s Margarita is a must-have. Great spot to kick back, enjoy good food, and strong drinks. 100% Adam Approved.

5 Stars! Service is impeccable! My daughter dropped her fork and a new clean one arrived by the staff in about 3 seconds. The Margheritas are delicious! Their house chips and salsa was great. The salsa was warm and I've never had warm salsa but I liked it. I ordered the vegetarian fajitas they were very yummy. Everyone was satisfied with their meal. The service was on top of everything. Honestly, it was an amazing night out with family and we had a wonderful time!
K. T — Google review
I have eaten at Guillermo’s many times and always look forward to returning. The restaurant is comfortable and gives you the feeling that you are in a restaurant somewhere in Mexico. It is a family owned and family run restaurant that prides itself on not only good food, but excellent service. You get both while dining here, sitting there sipping on your favorite beverage enjoying chips and freshly made salsa, waiting for your dinner. Guillermo’s is normally busy, so reservations are recommended. The menu provides you with many difficult choices as to what feast you will enjoy for the evening. No matter what your choice the food will be delicious. So if you are looking for good Mexican food with a comfortable, festive atmosphere, I would highly recommend Guillermo’s.
Rick T — Google review
We've been coming to the area for 15 yrs, sorry we never ran across this place before. It was delicious. We had the Carnitas Plate and a Shrimp Dish, Margaritas were great. Carnitas were on point, tender and full of flavor. Regular Salsa was OK but we like it hot and ask for hotter. Their spicy green salsa was perfect.
Leo G — Google review
Went to Guillermo’s before a work trip wanting some good authentic Mexican food and margs, and WOW did it deliver. The margaritas were perfect and large, the chips and salsa was perfect, and both of our entrees were tender and seasoned to PERFECTION! Also, the glassware and dishes at this place are STUNNING! Will definitely come back.

Restaurant
Flor de Jalisco is a Mexican restaurant in Palm Desert, CA that serves up authentic cuisine made from family recipes. It's a local favorite for enchiladas and is also wheelchair accessible. The establishment also offers takeout and table service.
Excellent food, and Eduardo, the owner, creates such a warm atmosphere. It was pretty busy throughout the night, which is an example of how it's been a neighborhood favorite. I've been here a couple times, and it never disappoints. It has its own unique and delicious take on dishes.
Leighton G — Google review
I come here all the time because I love the food . My favorite is chicken Minerva burrito, I love their red and green sauce. The amount of food is good as well. The only complaint I have about this place is the servers are always busy or ignores side request easily. I go there for food that’s about it. They are very careful with napkins and it is uncomfortable to keep asking while they are busy taking other clients. It is a small restaurant but usually there are 1-2 server at most. Also to note they also charge extra fee if you are using credit card. The price of food have changed over years and it’s getting pricier each time. But I still go there because I just love their burrito and chips and salsa. They have good margaritas too. I wish they have more non alcoholic drinks besides Jamaica and soda. Other than that over the years I have learned to carry cash so I don’t pay extra on my food. I like to leave good tip if they do good service but since most of the times they really are not customer focused I feel like do they deserve it for not attending to customers? But then the cooks are doing their jobs well. And I do go there more than often. So for a quick food and close by other stores , it’s a nice place to have drink and I suggest anyone going there to try Minerva burrito for sure.

I don’t have enough wonderful words to describe our amazing experience at Flor de Jalisco!! The food is cooked to perfection, the flavors are off the chart, no detail is missed in the beautiful presentation, & the service is outstanding (especially the lovely and energetic owner who is always there to greet you with a ginormous smile!!)! This is a favorite dining place in the desert for us and it is very special to us for so many reasons. We will surely be back many times in 2025!!
Florcita V — Google review
The place was packed on a Monday evening. We wanted to sit in the patio but it was full but the staff kept an eye for the next available patio table and later they moved us to the patio. Staff was super busy but they served as an everything that we wanted. The young lady who served us was super sweet. They served us complimentary chips and salsa. We requested the habanero salsa which was a bomb. It was so delicious. The fajitas was flavorful and hot. The gave us extra corn tortillas. I’ll definitely be back.

Hamburger restaurant
Grill-A-Burger in Palm Desert, CA is a casual dining spot with a kitschy island decor that specializes in gourmet burgers, hot dogs, and salads. The menu features over 40 pun-filled burgers, including the famous Buddha Burger. The friendly staff and made-to-order food create a welcoming and family-like atmosphere that keeps patrons coming back for more. Additionally, the outdoor atmosphere allows your dog to join you while you enjoy mouthwatering burgers and fries.
This was easily the best place we ate on the entire trip, and quite possibly the best burger I've ever had in my life. I ordered the Devil's Revenge, and every bite was packed with flavor. The avocado fries were equally delicious, perfectly crispy on the outside and creamy inside. My kids loved their hot dogs, and the root beer brain freeze was as addictive as advertised! If you’re a burger lover, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommend!
Sean H — Google review
How many burgers can a restaurant make? I dare you to ask these guys that question. The menu is pages and pages long and every burger sounds delicious. Way too many to choose from so just pick one and you’ll be happy. One of the best things on the menu is the triple fry basket. A meal in itself and all three are way above average. Onion rings, potato fries, and sweet potato fries in one basket with an “I dare you” attitude. I will be back for sure!
TheDoug801 — Google review
We love ❤️ food network show! There are so many unique variety of hamburger! Definitely great spot for Hollywood names and movies. Fried avocado was good. Love lord of the rings. Fun to see menus!
Masami L — Google review
This is simply the best hamburger you are going to find. Period. End of discussion. It is also the best milk shake and the best fries, and if you've been there you know it is great. Four stars for a hamburger joint is unusual. I have taken the position that it is not possible for a quick service place to be 5 stars and generally that's my rule. But Grill-A-Burger is going to be my exception. The meat is first class and tasty. The dressing generous. And they will dress it in many many versions. The milk shakes are spindled ice cream, generous and tasty. I would rave about them if that's all they sold, but the Fries are just as good. Crispy and salty and hot and generous. And you have a choice of regular or sweet potato. I usually settle for sweet potato, here I crave them. They are just as meaty and crisp as the regular fries. And the portion is generous. I have to tell you, this the kind of place you find yourself making excuses to go to. Close enough is anytime your in the Coachella Valley at lunch time. You'll find yourself there time and time again. Love the place, love the staff. And Guy Fieri likes it to. Did I mention that they have lots of ways to fix the burger? What ever adventure you have in mind, make ti Grill-A-Burger.
Greg S — Google review
I must admit, I didn’t have high hopes for this place at first, initially thinking it was just another run-of-the-mill burger joint. However, I was pleasantly surprised—it’s so much more than that! The ambiance features a unique tiki vibe, complete with vibrant decor and a lively atmosphere that sets the stage for a fun dining experience. We were primarily there for the burgers, and I highly recommend arriving early, as I’ve heard the wait can get quite lengthy, especially during peak hours. We decided to plan our dinner for 5:30 PM, which turned out to be a perfect choice as we managed to avoid the crowds. We shared the "Bacon Me Crazy" burger and the "Tri Fry." The burger was absolutely mouthwatering, loaded with crispy bacon and delicious toppings that complemented the juicy patty perfectly. The "Tri Fry," a generous platter of fries, was definitely enough to satisfy five light eaters—each bite was crispy and flavorful! And let’s not forget the onion rings—they were absolutely to die for! Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, they were the perfect side to our meal. Overall, I would highly recommend this spot if you’re visiting the area. With its delightful atmosphere, delicious food, and friendly service, it’s a hidden gem that you won’t want to miss!
Tawny V — Google review
I have gone to this place before because I saw it on triple D it did not disappoint at all. Last time I had the impossible burger this time I tried something different, which was the Hollywood Brown Derby hamburger this hamburger was very delicious and if you like blue cheese, perfect. if you like french fries and onion rings, my suggestion is to go with a 50-50, which is half fries half onion rings
JEFFERY C — Google review
Wonderful spot in the cut! Had the Bacon mini and wifey tried the mini mushroom. We also got the fish and chips with sweet potato fries!!! Excellent!!! Glad I got a mini because the burgers 🍔 were too big.
Gary R — Google review
The staff is really great, but the burgers were overrated and really dry. French fries came out hot and they were tasty. We wanted it to be over the top, but my mini burger for $9.75 à la carte was dry, hardly any mushroom and no flavor. The BLT burger bun size was too big for the burger and was also dry. I wanted to love this place since it’s 1/2 mile from my house, but it was too expensive for the experience.

Mexican restaurant
Pueblo Viejo Grill, based in the city of Rancho Mirage, is a popular Mexican eatery with traditional dishes and daily happy hour. The restaurant features artfully lined walls and an extensive selection of tequila, making it a great place to enjoy a margarita or several during your visit. The chicken chimichanga was our favorite dish - it was cooked well and had plenty of flavor, but we were disappointed that there wasn't any sauce on it to enhance the flavors.
We stopped for lunch while we were in Palm Desert on Sunday and it was wonderful. The ambiance was positive and when we lived in the area this was one of our regular spots for good Mexican food. Tito was our server and was fantastic. My wife ordered the chicken enchilada entree with green sauce and I had the tropical chicken fajitas. We did not have margaritas as we had a long drive ahead so opted for soft drinks. We sure miss this place and it was wonderful. Highly recommended

Comfy outdoor seating available. Fish tacos were great. Not fishy. Not greasy. Standard included refried beans better than expected. Salsa and chips very standard. Prices are around $20 per entree.

Went to date night with my wife to a local place that we have gone to a few times before. The food is always been amazing there and that is one of the reasons we enjoy it along with the staff which is fantastic. Our server tonight, which I cannot tell you her name, was amazing and gave us a wonderful experience. From having guacamole remade without onions to giving us a hot sauce they normally don’t carry except for the delivery. She went out of her way to make our experience amazing. I highly recommend if you have not gone to this place to try it at least once, and the chances are you go many more times

Came here by just driving by and what a great choice that was! Service was top notch. We sat outside and waiter was kind enough to move the heater to our table since it was a bit chilly. They had good drink specials and also menu was reasonably priced with specials as well. Food was nice and hot when it arrived to our table and I can tell the food was fresh. It was super flavorful. Chips and salsa is extra IF you get a refill. If you have room for dessert, try it! Delicious. Bathrooms were super clean too. Also, party of 5+ gratituity is added to bill (it is on the menu) Will be back when we go back to the valley.
Jessi C — Google review
The food here is good. We ordered the Carnitas, Trio Fajitas, Chile Verde, Crispy Tacos, Sweet Corn TamAle, and Mexican Flan. Carnitas and Tamale stood out for us. Service was also good. Pleasant experience in all.

Great food, and friendly staff! It was our first visit, and we came in on one of their "fajita nights" (Tues/Thurs). Lots of people were ordering, and the restaurant was smelling amazing as all of the sizzling plates were hitting the tables. We decided pretty quickly that we have to come back soon for some too since we wanted to try out a few other things last night. Nice little hidden gem!

El Ranchito Taco Shop is a laid-back establishment that serves traditional Mexican cuisine from morning until night. Customers can enjoy a wide range of delicious dishes, including Cali Burritos and Carnitas Tacos. The salsa bar, which offers carrots, onions, and jalapenos, provides the perfect accompaniment to these flavorful meals. In addition to its excellent food, El Ranchito Taco Shop also boasts affordable prices and the option to purchase beer.
First time at El Ranchito PD. Went for a quick lunch and left very satisfied. Ordered a Cali Burrito and a Al Pastor Torta. Both were delicious and the food was a good portion. For a drink I had the best horchata I've had in a while. Highly recommend, thank you for the excellent experience.

I use to come here a lot but recently the food has been not so good and the price high. 35$ for two people and one drink. Enchiladas tasted like cinnamon and was overpowering the dish. Even the rice was picking up cinnamon taste from it. Strange. My party also tried it said the same thing. These don't taste like what I normally get. Rice and beans just avg. Chicken flautas was ok I guess.

We are from San Diego, and have been coming here for years when in the desert. Super friendly staff, serve generous portions and it's delicious. They have an outstanding variety salsa bar which includes pickled carrots and onions, radishes, lemons n limes, chopped onion and cilantro...and more. BTW, the guy who gave a poor review with pic of roach and comment...has the wrong place! Those pics are from another restaurant. Not cool. Not fair.

Casa Blanca Restaurant is a great place to get Mexican food. The food was fantastic, and the staff was very helpful. They were also short staffed, but the service still met standards. The restaurant has oysters on their menu which are definitely worth trying.
I've been coming here once or twice a week for the last 3 or 4 years, sometimes more often than that post pandemic. The food is good, but the people that work there are truly wonderful. You can tell they genuinely care about each other, which tells you something about the way the restaurant is managed. Valeria runs a happy crew, and happy people give good service. There are other regulars that we see quite often. People know a good thing when they find it. The happy hour margaritas are priced at only $5.50 at this time, and they have other drink specials as well. Monday through Friday from 3-6, and I think Tuesday and Thursday are all day happy hour. Give this place a try, you won't regret it.

Casa Blanca is a chain restaurant here in the valley, I’ve been to 3 of the 4. Consistently good Mexican food and great margaritas across their locations. Popped in for lunch, I had the Carnitas Mucho burrito and hubby tried the shredded beef tamale, both dishes were delicious. We also hade the queso fundido, gooey, yummy! Great happy hour prices on the margarita.

During our trip to Palm Springs, I visited this place with my partner. We were searching for a Mexican restaurant and found this one through Google. As soon as we arrived, we were seated immediately, and the menu had a wide variety of options. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, checking on us periodically. The food was absolutely delicious.

In the beautiful city of Palm Desert. CA on assignment, I stopped by Casa Blanca to feast on their caldo de res( beef vegetable soup). I uploaded a few images of the large serving that I ordered. It was simply devine. It is typically paired up with either corn or flour tortillas but today, I had saltine crackers and washed it down with an iced tea! Give Casa Blanca Restaurant a try next time you are in the so-cal desert area of Palm Springs, Ca!
Tommy B — Google review
3.5 stars in reality. Only two tables outside with the inside hardly packed even during lunch hour. Service was quick initially when being seated and getting menus for us. The waitress was ok, but very nice. I believe over the course of an hour we were generally checked on once besides the normal original drink and food order and "check" visit which is my only large complaint. Very small thing I didn't hold against them was not offering water on the side with drinks at all but just know you should ask for it if you would like some. Tacos were pretty good, and the salsa for both the chips and tacos were very nice in my opinion. Margarita for happy hour was ok, but we only tried blended. Beer comes in an icy mug which doesn't work in favor of beers but I understand it has a large appeal to many people. Decent place overall.
Alex L — Google review
This establishment is great! The food is fantastic and the drinks are definitely the kind that will get someone very happy. Although they were very short staffed, the service and the food was absolutely fantastic. I forgot what our server's name was but she was very kind and helpful since it was our first time visiting. I highly recommend coming here for a good time and good food. Plus, they have great oysters.

If your in the mood for Mexican cuisine then this is the place you want to visit. Located in the beautiful Palm Desert, location is great adjacent to the 111 highway with lots of available parking. When you enter the restaurant you really feel like you are down south, the music, the decor to the friendly staff. Quickly seated, drink order taken and the generous pile of fresh chips and salsa! Now I've visited my share of Mexican restaurants looking for that taste, like grandma's, and this is really close. But of course no one could top Grandma. Fajitas are I must try I had the chicken and steak served sizzling! The chile rellenos I would not pass on if you like them and the Posole is fantastic with this homemade broth and very flavorful served with your choice of tortilla. Food was served timely, refills non stop. Now the only downside.....No flan! They have flan just not on this day, actually its so good they claim that they actually run out of it at times. Guess I'll have to come back for flan and the fajitas too! Excellent place, local favorite drop in and support them. Thank you Casa Blanca!!

I will preface this with, it’s mid July and staffing is reduced most everywhere because its low season We do like the low foot traffic this time of year. We were seated promptly and only two other tables, now 3 & a couple at the bar. First time visit and we were wowed with the cocktail menu and I don’t drink any longer, but if I did this would be my go to bar. Tropical drinks galore, two colorful pages of nothing but amazing cocktails to include some great classics. We were promptly given chips & salsa, and our waitress Karen came along to get our beverage & food order. I was wowed again by the extensive menu, some great traditional classic entrees, every kind of burrito & taco, including beef birria, tostadas, tortas, a variety of soup, seafood, molcajete, salad, appetizers etc. etc. etc. They also serve breakfast, more great options for the a.m. people. The food was very good, I had tacos dorado w shredded beef, and a beef tostada. My son had an el pastor burrito & two bottled beers, Ice tea for me & we shared a deep fried cheese cake for dessert and 2 cups of coffee. $63 WHAT? I had to double check to be certain she didn't forget something. Nope everything accounted for! Let me add, there was a flow of people after 7 pm that did not end. 7 tables all two tops & 1 on patio, then a party of 12 people rolled in. Only one waitress, a hostess, a food runner, a bartender and a lady who seemed to be filling in all the gaps. Karen was waiting tables, in the kitchen, behind the bar and where ever she needed to be. All the while cool calm collected. She had a GREAT team, all great attitudes and very professional behind her and they all moved fast & efficiently. The tv screens featured multiple events, soccer, baseball, and the drag races ❣️ the music with soft great latin music had me tapping my feet & wanting to dance. I loved everything about this place down to the beautifully colorful & festive interior. Can’t wait to return for the molcajete, and fajitas, and some great Mexican soup in the winter!

OMG! This was a fabulous last minute choice while looking for a good margarita. Drinks were perfect and the food was insane! Our waitress (sorry, forgot her name) was amazing and took such great care of us, too. Loved the outdoor deck - sunset was spectacular!

Such an enjoyable location with wonderful service. The menu offerings are a bit larger than the downtown palm springs marlin bar location, but also offer some of the staple/favorites. The service is always friendly. There is generally a bit of a wait, but luckily there is shopping around. I suggest either make a reso, or put your name on the list, shop for a bit, and then wait for your text/table to be ready. I feel it's worth the wait compared to the other food offerings in the area. Thanks for the wonderful food and cheerful service. 😋

Some of the best coconut shrimp I've had. My wife loved her salad. French fries were crispy...ask for extra ketchup. We took advantage of their Happy Hour prices. Cocktails were good.

$126.00 take out order. Hamburger and steak well done not medium. Staff nice and cordial. Goat cheese dip completely embarrassing at any price. This was $18.00 and maybe 4oz of goat cheese. Please see attached photo. Now I know why the place was so empty.

Tommy Bahama never disappoints! Everyone was super friendly from the moment we arrived. We sat on the patio and were served by Bailey — she was so sweet, friendly, and helpful. The food was delicious as always and totally met our expectations. Such a great evening at Tommy Bahama!

This was a delicious lunch! We had chips and guacamole, and the lobster eggrolls for an appetizer both were excellent. We also had the crunchy chicken Benedict. I think it was called. It was fantastic. Mahi-mahi tacos, outstanding and the mango chicken salad also delicious. Fantastic service and it is a beautiful restaurant. We loved our lunch here and can’t wait to go back.

Tommy Bahama is always very consistent from the staff to the food. We love coming here when I’m in town. Our bartender was very nice and super attentive. Food was delicious. Everything was just great!

The food was okay. We went for lunch and had the pork chop and the hamburger. The pork chop was good, but the sides were a bit disappointing. The hamburger was soggy, and the patty was, for some reason, crumbly. The service was questionable, as the wait time for both ordering and getting the check was long.

Nestled in a shopping plaza, Cork Tree restaurant in Palm Desert offers an intimate and romantic dining experience. The menu showcases elevated Californian cuisine crafted with locally sourced ingredients, while the layout provides stunning views of the natural landscape. Guests can savor dishes like mini duck confit tacos and parmesan truffle fries at the bar and lounge or opt for a la carte options.
Quite an amazing restaurant! The food was incredible! The dining area was very modern and appeared to have had some recent updates. It was a little warm for us in the restaurant, but it ended up being fine. Friendly staff!

This place has great food. We have always driven by it and said we want to stop in but never did but very glad we did. They have a good wine selection. Definitely would try the sea bass and the creme brulee trio. Everybody was very nice and they took care of us very good. The bar is a great place to sit down and have a drink because we were waiting for other people. How are waitress was very nice but I could tell she was a little perturbed because we did take a long time because we were there with people we haven't seen in a long time. The chairs were very comfortable which I particularly like. The fillet is also a very good choice. We will definitely have to come back.

Very classy place to take date or just hang out with buddies. Reservation is strongly suggested. I must say that they really pay attention to details. For example, us old farts struggle to read menu in dimly lit surrounding. We were pleasantly surprised with backlit menus (see video). When we visited, there were a guest singer who were doing a great job. The food was exceptional. In fact so good that we dug in right away and forgot to take photos.

Wow, best experience in town as visitors yet. Ray was our server and put on a masterclass in dining professionalism. The escargot with short rin in puff pastry was a fun twist and tasty. The drink choices were wonderful, the Bullet Whiskey Sour and Black Walmut Old fashioned were top notch. My date enjoyed her filet, and my Salmon Dish was out of this world. Maybe, the best Salmon dish I've ever had.

My husband and I were here celebrating our anniversary. The food was amazing and probably the best meal we had in a while. The beet salad was delicious and so were our entrees. Definitely worth the price and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. They were so sweet and even gave us an anniversary dessert! The service was also great and my water glass was never empty.

I have driven by this place for years and I went with my wife tonight for the first time. We have tried many different restaurants throughout the Coachella Valley. We were looking for something light, fresh and tasty. We decided to try some appetizers and a few salads. Let me tell you the food was fresh, and the ingredients meshed very well together to create a tasty meal. The bread to start out was fresh, soft and a great way to start eating. First we had the pork belly, which was tasty and a perfect balance of flavors dancing on your palet. The duck tacos sounded interesting since I hadn't had duck in sometime. It came off as a unique dish that made everything so strong. For the entree we both had a salad and they were fresh and delicious. I can tell you we would definitely be back and cannot wait to try some more food. The service was fantastic and the waiter was marvelous and truly answered all our questions and gave us great recommendations.

The service was excellent, and the food was exquisite. My wife and I shared the cowboy ribeye and the braised Anjou pear salad. I usually don't like fruit in my salad, but this is one of the best salads I've had. We also got a side of the mushroom risotto, and it was very very good. They make a pretty mean martini, as well, very cold, blue cheese stuffed olive. Would absolutely recommend this place!

Every time I come to desert I go here for fine dining. They know how to treat a customer right, know their wines and menu. Never disappointed. I was hungry so didn’t take photos BUT their special surf and turf was outstanding. Best shrimp and filet mignon. Could not be made better. The three crème brûlée dessert is a huge favorite. Also their after dinner drink pour is a fair one so don’t hesitate to order an expensive favorite. One of the only places that does this and is very appreciated!

Located at 49499 Eisenhower Drive in La Quinta, Adobe Grill is a Mexican restaurant known for its Southwestern ambiance and live mariachi music. Situated on the second floor of the La Quinta Resort & Club's main plaza, it offers picturesque patio dining with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. What a beautiful place nestled between mountains and beautiful Palm trees. Celebrated our anniversary and it did not disappoint, great food, great quick service, music was great as well. As soon as the sun started going down it became even more magical with the firepit and the lights. Definitely we will be back
Sahar A — Google review
Great food, beautiful views. Arriving at the Adobe Grill, you walk up beautifully landscaped hilly walkways, and greeted with the sounds of the house band playing on one of the outdoor levels. As we checked-in for our reservation (reservation recommended), we got seated on one of the outdoor balcony tables. The views are perfect, as you get to see the sunsetting on the mountain sides. Chips and salsa were brought to the table right away. This is one of the best chips and salsas I've had in a long time. The chips were thick and crunchy and salsa was made with fire-roasted tomatoes, thick and full of flavor. I ordered the carnitas; comes with rice and beans, tortillas and sides of an avocado lime salsa and a roasted tomato (warmed) salsa. Both were pretty good. The carnitas were mostly tender; with the exception of the harder meat ends. The rice and beans were very tasty. You can't beat the atmosphere here. From the beautiful views, to the authentic modern mexican furnishings. Very upscale. The service was good. The server took our orders right away and the food came fast. But trying the get any one of the many people working there's attention was a little tricky. I know they are all moving so fast to help others. The price was on the high end for Mexican food, but I think you're paying for location, views, and entertainment with the food.

This place is BEAUTIFUL and has great food and service. You should call for reservations ahead of time! Be sure to ask for outdoor dining—the space is gorgeous with fountains, incredible live flowers, evening lighting and a sunset behind the VERY close San Jacinto mountains. You won’t be disappointed!

We live nearby so frequent Adobe. Tonight the service was slow but the food was absolutely delish. The fresh made guac and salad are always good. This time I ordered the roasted cauliflower and it knocked my socks off. Well, it’s the desert so I wasn’t actually wearing socks, but if I had…never mind. The cauliflower is amazing!!!

Overall, our experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The food arrived cold and took over an hour to reach our table. The service was equally poor. We had to repeatedly ask for refills for a single batch of drinks, and the plates kept stacking up, leaving our water empty most of the night. To make matters worse, the sodas for multiple members arrived flat. We had to return a couple of items and were still charged for both. However, there was one saving grace: the atmosphere was fantastic. The beautiful scenery and the live band created a lively atmosphere that left our party on a high note. I must give credit to the band for their choice of music. In conclusion, I will not be returning to this restaurant. It was an opportunity missed, as we all had high hopes for this place. .

Unparalleled atmosphere-just gorgeous! The service was excellent and we had some of the best margaritas I’ve had in quite a while. Highly recommend. The food was tasty but a bit small on the portion sizes for mains considering the price. Overall I highly recommend!

Frozen Raw Sea Bass ! Our $256 dollar meal for two unfortunately included sea bass that was frozen solid in the middle and required a steak knife to cut, I had to send it back. Fortunately I haven’t gotten sick yet, but I was shocked. The atmosphere is great. But I would recommend the chips and salsa only.

We recently teamed up with the Palm Desert Area Chamber for a fun mini putt putt golf event hosted at Sullivan’s Steakhouse — and the experience was top-tier! Amy and Mylisa went above and beyond to accommodate us and made sure everything ran smoothly. Their hospitality was unmatched, and the service was A1. Oh, and the food? Absolutely incredible! Every bite was unforgettable. Highly recommend Sullivan’s for any event or just a great night out.

We came for happy hour. First time here, Amy & David took care of us at the bar, they were so friendly, it was such a great experience. Had the blue cheese chips (I’m not even the biggest fan of blue cheese but oh my gosh these were amazing), and the cheesesteak egg rolls were incredible. I started with a classic lemon drop Martini which was delicious but their knockout Martini is definitely one to try as well!! My boyfriend got their smoked old fashioned which was so crafty and he thoroughly enjoyed it as well. They let us know about their current daily specials which will definitely be bringing us back for dinner. Thank you so much Amy & David! We look forward to coming back.

Had a wonderful dinner for our anniversary yesterday. This restaurant gives our date a nice ending at palm springs. We were thinking to eat at Eddie V's because I long for their crab cake so bad but something came up and my husband can only be in his shorts..lol and their dress code is very strict. We found this place nearby and offered crab cake so we want to give it a try. Great! They let us in but the crab cakes are a bit disappointing may be I expected too much. I understand that even if I eat it from that other restaurant, it may tastes different from last time too. But everything else we ordered here at Sullivan's is good. New York steak is delicious, their sea bass is the best sea bass I ever had. They also have some 'asian fusion' options on the menu that we ordered including the hongkong style sea bass (which they have some bakchoi underneath the seabass with thickened salted soy sauce) and shanghai Calamari flavored with sweet & sour pickled peppers. We should have tried their crab fried rice instead of crab cake because each restaurant has their own unique signature dishes. Anyways, back to LA now and I still miss that sea bass.

My wife and I went out for a celebratory dinner occasion and our server Jackie at Sullivan’s off El Paseo was impeccable! Amazing customer service and she made the entire night smooth and enjoyable. We loved her energy and suggestions for cocktails and dishes. Keep up the great work Jackie, we will be back soon! :)

Great atmosphere. Ordered a ribeye steak and it was very taugh, reordered a different type of steak and it was better. My husband had no complaints about his lamb chops. I personally will not eat here again but overall their service was good. We were suppose to go to Mortons this day but I chose to eat here, wish I never did that.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sullivan’s Steakhouse, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish—thanks in no small part to our server, Jackie. From the moment we were seated, Jackie made us feel welcome and well cared for. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive—she offered spot-on recommendations and made sure every detail of our meal was perfect. What really stood out, though, was Jackie’s attentiveness. She struck the perfect balance between being friendly and professional, checking in just enough without ever feeling intrusive. Her timing was impeccable, and she genuinely seemed to care that we were having a great night. Dining at Sullivan’s was already a treat, but Jackie’s service elevated it to a memorable experience. If you're planning a visit, I highly recommend asking for her section—you won’t be disappointed.
Gelos M — Google review
First the place was an okay atmosphere, the bar was nice. Bartender made good drinks but had zero personality. We ordered a business lunch with the Delmonico steak and garlic mashed potatoes. When the plates arrived we were both stunned. It was a flat, 1/2” piece of meat, kind of what you would see for a chicken fried steak without the breading. My husband looked at it and pushed it away. I tried to eat it but all I could taste was fat. The mashed potatoes were so watery I couldn’t keep them on my fork. We asked for the manager and she came over. Her name was Tara. She told us that was what a Delmonico steak was, thin and fatty. She couldn’t take the criticism, got defensive and walked away. Like she has never had a complaint before. Maybe if you order a regular steak this place would be good but there are better options in the area. Better service, atmosphere and food.

I have been to Ruth’s Chris in Palm Desert three times now. The first time Pinto was our server and he was so outstanding that it prompted me to ask for him again the very next day when I made another reservation. This year I made sure to request him once more and again he delivered incredible service that made the evening unforgettable. I have been to hundreds of restaurants and never experienced the level of care and attention Pinto provides, and while the food is always excellent it is his service that makes the Palm Desert location truly stand out.

Ruth's Chris has never disappointed me anywhere in the country, and neither did this one! I was traveling to Palm Desert/Indian Wells for work on 2/3/25 and this was my first dinner of the trip. I had reservations and was promptly seated upon arrival. Michael was my waiter and took excellent care of me. I started with the Caesar Salad and had the 16 OUNCE Bone-in Filet with a side of the Brussel Sprouts for my vegetable. First off, a 16 ounce filet. I've never seen a bone-in that big. I like my steaks cooked and they got it done perfectly (which is a real feat). Everything I ate was delicious, I only wish I had room for the sweet potato casserole with a scoop of vanilla on top for dessert. Great restaurant and the interior was very nicely decorated, just like all the others I've been to. A very consistent chain, which is why I go to them so frequently.

Always my go to when I need a great steak and want consistency. They will always treat you right on a anniversary, birthday, or just in the mood for some prime steak. They have very accommodating staff.

We had mashed potatoes, lobster Mac and cheese and a tomahawk (incredibly fatty). Had to ask for butter knives, 3 different people for bread, refills on drinks. Not great service and rather have spent the $265 at LG’s where food and service are always impeccable.
Angie L — Google review
I’ve dined in top restaurants across the world, and I also run a restaurant myself — so I know what proper service and food quality should look like. This location failed on both counts. The evening began with the hostess aggressively demanding I remove my hat in a rude and unprofessional manner. There are ways to enforce a dress code respectfully; this was not one of them. The real problem, however, was the food. Every dish we ordered was absolutely drenched in butter — even the grilled sea bass. When I specifically asked for one without butter, the chef literally scraped it off and sent the same plate back. After refusing it, I was told a new one would be made “on the house,” but again it arrived swimming in butter. Any competent steakhouse should know how to prepare a clean, simply grilled fish or steak without relying on cheap butter to cover up flavor. We ended up eating just two chicken dishes and drinking sparkling water. For that, the check was $340. Outrageous. This experience felt more like a tourist trap than a respected steakhouse. If you value quality food, professional service, and honesty, look elsewhere.

Armando's Dakota Bar & Grill is a vibrant destination that perfectly captures the essence of Mexican cuisine. With both indoor and outdoor seating, it offers a lively atmosphere where guests can enjoy classic dishes alongside refreshing cocktails, including their famous extra-large margaritas. The bustling patio is ideal for people-watching while savoring delicious meals like enchiladas suizas and the highly praised chimichangas. The attentive staff ensures a pleasant dining experience, making it an excellent choice for families and friends alike.
While visiting Palm Desert for a golf tournament, my sister and I searched for an authentic Mexican restaurant. After several failed attempts, we found Armando’s right around the corner from our AirBNB. We were extremely impressed how authentic the food was. The salsa was close to perfection. We highly recommended if you’re in the area. You won’t be disappointed. The service was amazing as well. 10/10

Went here due to a close friends recommendation, good food, the tamarind margarita was a lot better than the house (and they replaced it for free Thank You 🙏🏼). The chicken strips and fries were delicious and chicken pieces were HUGE. The carnitas plate was large and delicious. The chips didn’t appear to be home made & could be improved. The prices are high but the portions are huge and service is GREAT .

I used to love this restaurant but had a horrible experience today. Ordered a chicken burrito and added shrimp. The burrito completely fell apart, the beans were watery and there was no meat in the burrito just two small pieces of chicken. Most of the inside was all onions. The server said they wouldn't charge us for the chicken burrito but took nothing off the check She said its because the shrimp burrito is 30$ which makes no sense. Finally they took 5$ off the total. The coke was flat and watery as well. I felt they were rude and are taking advantage of the location on el Paseo. Will not be returning.

If you’re in Palm Springs and craving authentic Mexican food, Armando’s Dakota Bar and Grill is an absolute must-visit! Conveniently located on the main strip, this vibrant restaurant came highly recommended during our stay at the JW Marriott Hotel and Spa while attending a real estate conference—and it did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a lively, friendly atmosphere that instantly made us feel welcome. The outdoor patio dining option was especially enjoyable, offering great views of the bustling street and the beautiful Palm Springs weather. The service was outstanding—attentive, personable, and genuinely eager to make our experience unforgettable. When it came to the food, everything we tried was packed with flavor. If you visit, don’t miss out on the table-side guacamole, which was freshly prepared to perfection, or the margaritas, which were some of the best we’ve ever had. For entrees, the Carne Asada and Chile Rellenos were exceptional and bursting with authentic Mexican flavors. Beyond the food and service, the restaurant offers a great vibe for both casual meals and celebratory dinners. Whether you’re a local or visiting, Armando’s is the perfect spot for amazing food, lively energy, and warm hospitality. We’re already looking forward to returning on our next trip to Palm Springs! Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience.

It was a decent atmosphere for being a bar on the strip of palm desert. Chips and salsa were not worth a dollar. The bartender was great but when I asked him why was the price so high for a margarita with casa amigos he didn’t know what to answer. I looked at the price for me and my wife and it said 30 dollars per drink with casa amigos. It was crazy we are not in Las Vegas for those prices. 30 dollars per drink when at agua caliente casino is 28 in a tall glass for both and with casa amigos? Ive heard a lot of Armando’s but for those type of drinks prices. Koodoos to the bartender though

Amazing experience altogether. I asked for a lobster dish and they recommended me the surf and turf. Absolutely awesome with such tender steak! And for the desert part make sure you try the chocolate cake with ice cream you won’t regret it :)

Wow! What a great Italian restaurant with great food, service and location! From the moment we entered the restaurant, we were treated with kindness and respect until the end. Our waiter attended to us very well, which we truly appreciated. The food is absolutely excellent and perfect! Our table absolutely loved their items, whether it be the steak, grilled chicken or the pasta; everything was perfect! The food was so great that we also ordered desserts, which we never do! I ordered the berry panna cotta, which was delicious. The ice creams were also tasty. Overall, we were impressed, pleased and extremely satisfied with everything. As such, I absolutely recommend this restaurant!!

Right from the beginning, our experience at Il Corso on El Paseo was unforgettable. The service was continuous and attentive throughout the evening. Our waiter, Marcos, was excellent—he gave thoughtful recommendations and introduced the restaurant manager that shared his wine expertise. The food was authentic and delicious—we had the carbonara and fish ravioli for our mains, both outstanding. The carpaccio was another highlight, and we ended with a trio of desserts: tiramisu, cannoli, and a decadent hazelnut chocolate cake. We were also impressed to learn that the chef is from Italy, which really shows in the flavors and authenticity of the dishes. We’d happily return and look forward to bringing friends and family to share this wonderful Italian dining experience.

We cannot say enough about how amazing this spot was!!! Everything was incredible! We started with the calamari...best we've ever had! We both had the lasagna special, which was out of this world! For dessert we had the bread pudding..... OMG!! To die for!! The staff was awesome, and very accommodating for our dog joining us in the outside seating area. You can tell this place is owned and operated by someone who is authentically Sicilian, and it will always be a spot for us when visiting the area from now on!

Unfortunately, our recent visit to Il Corso left much to be desired. Despite the restaurant not being busy, we waited 10 minutes before any staff member acknowledged us, even having to call someone over while the team stood around chatting among themselves. When our pasta finally arrived, it was stuck together and undercooked - clearly not up to the restaurant's usual standards. To their credit, they did take the dishes back and brought us new ones, but the damage to our dining experience was already done. I suspect this might be an end-of-season issue with their regular team possibly being out and less experienced staff handling the kitchen. While the staff were friendly enough, there was a general sense of indifference and fatigue - they seemed tired and uninterested in providing genuine hospitality. Il Corso has potential, but on this visit, the poor service timing, food quality issues, and lackluster attitude from the team made for an unpleasant evening. Hopefully they can get back to their standards with their full team in place. Would I return? Maybe during peak season when their A-team is presumably working, but this experience was disappointing enough to give me pause.

My friend and I came in at around 5:30pm on a Friday, and there was no wait as we were immediately seated. The ambiance of the place was very nice. The bread provided was very good and the oil that went with it was nicely paired. Service was pretty exceptional, and our water was constantly refilled. The food was very delicious and filling as well. I got the Ravioli all’Aurora and my friend got a pizza with extra meat toppings. Both tasted great. We finished it with a chocolate hazelnut cake which was also good. I liked that it wasn't too sweet it was a nice dessert. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to others. We were provided a satisfying experience.

La Spiga Ristorante Italiano offers an elegant dining experience reminiscent of a Tuscan villa, complete with rose gardens, gazebos, and ample outdoor seating. The restaurant prides itself on using the freshest ingredients sourced from a garden located in the chef's own backyard as well as from local partners. Dishes like veal with homegrown porcini mushrooms and house-ground sausage with homemade mustard showcase the chef's commitment to incorporating his own produce into delicious plates.
This restaurant perfectly matches what I imagine when I think of upscale Italian dining. The food is absolutely delicious, there’s a great wine list, and the service is top-notch. Will certainly be back!

Visited for dinner around 9 PM. Our server, Elliot, was absolutely outstanding, friendly, understanding, and highly professional. He consistently apologized for the unprofessional behavior of other staff members, and he made every effort to make us feel welcomed and comfortable despite the situation. Unfortunately, no one informed us when we arrived that the kitchen would close at 9:30 PM. At 9:24 PM, one of the hosts suddenly rushed over to tell us we had six minutes to order before the kitchen closed. While we were placing our order, the manager repeatedly pressured Elliot to rush us, even though we were actively ordering. Elliot handled the situation with grace and professionalism, repeatedly apologizing and trying to protect our dining experience. The food and drinks were great, but the treatment from the management and other staff left a lot to be desired. For a restaurant of this caliber, guests should be informed upfront about kitchen closing times, rather than being rushed midway through their visit. Huge credit to Elliot for his outstanding service, he deserves to be recognized and promoted. Management should seriously reconsider how they handle late-night guests if they want to maintain a true five-star reputation.

This restaurant is absolutely amazing for both adults and especially families with children! They are so accommodating and beyond understanding. We came in as a group of 8 adults and 10 children and they seated us in a private dining area and helped us in every way possible to make sure we had a pleasant dining experience. The food came out quickly and was delicious and the drinks were amazing as well! We met the owner and his wife who are so gracious and understanding ( because let’s face it, it’s not easy dining at a restaurant with 10 tired kids!!) additional shout out to our waiter, Elliott, who served us so patiently and with a smile the entire time. I would definitely recommend this place whether you’re just visiting or you’re local. We will definitely be coming back-thank you La Spiga!

My family's favorite fine dinning place to go for special occasions. Just went again for my anniversary. The focus on an in-house made menu is the icing on the cake. The food is delicious and service wonderful! The environment encourages us to slow down and enjoy each bite. No rush, start with your drink, enjoy your company, and then indulge in a delicious meal. Thank you La Spiga and all the staff for an enjoyable evening. I highly recommend you to try the Lavender Martini and the Polpette Meatball appetizer. Of course anything you have will be wonderful!

If we could leave 10 stars we would. It was our 10th wedding anniversary and a last minute change of fate made a call for a table. Connie graciously answered gave us a secluded booth perfect for a romantic evening. Upon our arrival we were warmly greeted by the owner Brian. Wonderful to enjoy his hospitality and kindness which transcends to the entire staff. Shane was our waiter & you could not ask for a more comfortable, knowledgeable person filled with stories and a perfect amount of attention. Cargo was assisting and told stories of his training in Italy for 2 months just to learn about their wines. The dinner was a perfect and my steak was likely unmatched in its quality and my wife’s rigatoni was as well. A beautiful bottle of Tuscan blend was recommended & was spot on! Finally, the Gelato was house made and superb.. We finished with a brief tour of the expansive patio with grapes and fruits surrounded by an enclave you would feel in Italy itself. We will be back and excited to see La Spiga & our new friends again. Ciao for now 😎

Went for my mom’s Birthday on the 8th. Super nice staff, I reserved a seat for inside but they tried to move us outside on the patio. I would’ve, if it weren’t so hot. They let us sit inside the bar which was nice. The manager (I assume) was super nice and the hostess was very welcoming. Also whoever the bartender who was working on the 8th at 7ish is a super cool dude. Food was out very fast and delicious.

A beautiful venue and excellent highly attentive staff, delicious food! Owners are present and happy to indulge you in conversation, staff are witty yet very professional. Cocktails wine and food were all excellent. Patio dining was lovely however off season therefore not as grand as I can imagine it will be during high season when the area if full to capacity with guests and tables. Elliot and Hunter and two other servers whom I did not get names were a delight to interact with. A beautiful venue for a large party or reception. Feels like you’ve been dropped off in Italy! My only suggestion would be to upgrade the sound system we couldn’t hear the music out in the patio and that would have elevated the experiences another notch.

Cuistot is an elegant restaurant in Palm Desert, known for its French cuisine and carefully selected wine list. The charming establishment, owned by Chef Bernard Dervieux, offers a country-modern ambiance with fireplaces and various dining spaces including quaint rooms, a patio, a bar, and a separate area for tasting menus.
Always a great experience at Cuistot. All of the food is delicious, traditional French cuisine. Enjoyed some of the best mushroom soup I’ve ever tasted. Beautiful interior, excellent service, fantastic cocktails.

By far the worst meal we’ve had in Palm Desert! The bread was old, the food wasn’t good at all and the place was empty! That should have been a sign! I feel bad for the server since he was super nice. Never again!
Lilly R — Google review
Cuistot is pretty good when it comes to food. That Classic Cassoulet Toulousain was everything I wanted – the meat was just how you’d hope, and the whole thing was spot on. And the bread they serve is fantastic. I recommend keeping some on hand if you ordered the Cassoulet as well! Had a Black Manhattan too, and let me tell you, it was strong in the best way. It’s nice to find a spot that doesn’t mess around, many I've had are so light on the alcohol it's almost a waste of time. But, fair warning, the service could use a speed boost. Waiting for our drinks felt like forever, and the food took its sweet time too. The good news is, it's all worth it once you get it. Plus, the place itself is gorgeous, especially if you catch that patio scene at sunset. And as a side note there is a sculpture garden with awesome water features next to the restaurant for an after dinner stroll. So, if you’re down to chill and not in any rush, Cuistot is where it’s at. Just sit back, enjoy the scene, and get ready for some top-notch eats and drinks.

Ambiance fit with the French theme. We both enjoyed our dinner. The quenelles were spectacular. Short rib ravioli was excellent. Spectacular choice of wines.

How could you miss the opportunity to enjoy classic Lyonnaise cooking by someone who worked under the direction of Chef Paul Bocuse in Lyon? In short, you don't. The rustic feel of the dining room is well matched to the authentic Lyonnaise cuisine served at this long running kitchen since 1987. Asked to be seated by the fireplace to enjoy a romantic evening that is hard to match. The Quenelles were fluffy clouds of seafood served baked with gruyere in a buttery and savory lobster sauce and a sign of the chef's more haute cuisine penchant. The rack of lamb is to be savored slowly with a well balanced Coteaux du Rhône. It's prepared with vegetables and a gratin dauphinoise that is delectable and is well matched to the herby cuts of lamb.

For our 20th anniversary, my wife and I made a special trip to Palm Desert from LA to have dinner at Cuistot. The restaurant met our expectations with excellent service and a beautifully prepared meal. We had a starter of Braised Short Rib Ravioli and our entrees were Roasted Rack Of Lamb and Skillet Roasted Veal Chop, The restaurant comped our dessert, a decadent Floating Island, basically a pile of meringue. A bottle of wine, a couple of cocktails and we were good to go. It's a expensive dinner but not outrageous and very, very satisfying.

My partner bought gift certificates for here but passed away before we could use them. After finding the certificates a while later, I took a very good friend to celebrate his birthday. This was our first time here and what a treat it was. The place is located very close to the intersection of Hwy 111 and El Paseo. Valet parking is available as well as sell parking. From the outside, Cuistot has a beautiful, large European / French classic style building. Very elegant entrance that opens to the reception desk. The first thing I noticed was their dress policy - "Desert Business Casual". No t-shirts, tank tops, or short shorts - just nice and classy. The receptionist checked verified our reservation and offered indoor or outdoor seating. Also whether we preferred a table or booth. We chose an indoor booth. He sat us in a large, beautiful, French dining room with a beautiful vaulted ceiling and fireplaces. Gorgeous! The wait person arrived in a few moments, gave us a menu, and took our drink order. He chose hot tea and I chose iced tea. The menu offered a wide variety of French cuisine and a wide range of prices. Their menu is posted on their website so you can see what is offered ahead of time. Shortly, the wait person brought our drinks and took our order. My friend chose the Carpacio and I ordered the Mushroom Soup. For the entre we both ordered the beef filet substituting asparagus for the green beans. The appetizers arrived shortly. The Carpacio was excellent and was served with all the fixings. The Mushroom Soup was excellent. Slightly tangy with the rich unami flavor of the mushrooms. They also served slices of a hot, crusty baguette with butter - delicious and the butter was soft enough to spread unlike a lot of other places. Shortly, the steaks arrived, cooked to perfection. Chopped shallots topped the steak with perfect asparagus, and other items that were delicious but I don't remember their French names. But, everything was excellent! When we finished, they surprised my friend with a puff pastry stuffed with custard and with hot caramel sauce and raspberries. I don't remember the French name but saw it on the online menu. Overall, it was a delicious meal. Pricy but worth it. The food, the service, the ambiance, everything was great. No complaints whatsoever. I have a couple more gift certificates and look forward to coming back soon!

Went to Saturday brunch at this beautifully appointed and furnished restaurant. It was a rather wintery day so the fireplace seemed especially welcoming. On the menu were mushroom soup and creamy spinach soup, both delicious. This was followed by fresh berry compote and croissants. The entrees were a Gruyere and cheddar cheese souffle, very classic, as well as eggs and steak with Bordelaise sauce. This seemed more American and very generous portion size. Next time we will be sure to save more room for dessert!

If you're on the hunt for a relaxed dining experience, look no further than Billy Q's. This charming diner boasts outdoor seating and specializes in hearty pizzas, including gluten-free options that cater to various dietary needs. After a frustrating wait at another spot, we decided to give Billy Q's a shot and were pleasantly surprised by the quick service—our order was taken within minutes! As Chicago natives, we found nostalgia in their thin-crust pizza reminiscent of our favorite hometown pies.
Best cauliflower crust pizza I have ever had. We ordered both a cauliflower crust pizza and a sourdough pizza and both were fantastic. High quality cheese. We tried the wings too and they were outstanding. Generous portions of ranch and hot sauce on the side. We will definitely order from here again.

Nestled in Palm Desert, California, Billy Q’s offers a cozy dining experience with an interior that pays homage to Chicago sports. The walls are adorned with sports memorabilia, creating an inviting atmosphere for fans. For those who prefer dining al fresco, the restaurant features a spacious outdoor covered patio, perfect for enjoying meals in the fresh desert air. Multiple wall-mounted TVs broadcast various sports events, ensuring you won’t miss any action while savoring your meal. Pizza enthusiasts will find themselves at home with Billy Q’s extensive menu. “The Works” pizza, loaded with pepperoni, ham, salami, sausage, and ground beef, is a crowd favorite. For a unique twist, the Thai Chicken pizza combines chicken, shredded carrots, green onions, and cilantro atop a homemade Thai sauce. The commitment to quality is evident, with the restaurant using only whole milk mozzarella and fresh ingredients, and even crafting their salad dressings and sauces from scratch. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, Billy Q’s promises a delightful dining experience that combines great food with a passion for sports.

We were looking for a pizza joint close by to the hotel we are staying at and this place did not disappoint! We were so hungry I forgot to take pictures of the actual food (sorry!), but it was all delicious! We ordered a medium pizza, half cheese and half pepperoni and the pizza was tasty! It’s a really thin crust and you can get sourdough if you ask. Even the pepperoni was super thin and crispy and we really enjoyed it. We also ordered a Chef salad and a classic sub. The classic sub was one of the best I have ever had. The bread was magical, light and crisp on the outside and there was tons of meat, peppercinis, just loads of flavor! It was a big hit with all of us. I think the salad was our least favorite only because there were just way too many toppings and not enough actual lettuce for us to all share and enjoy with our pizza and sandwich. But for the price, we were satisfied customers and would definitely eat there again. Note that it’s pretty loud inside. But there is lots of outdoor seating so not a problem if you aren’t a big sports person or want it a bit quieter. The shopping center also has at least 4 other eating choices so it’s a good option if some in your party want other types of food.

My wife and I were told about this place and decided to stop by to have dinner. We had the pastrami pizza and cheese sticks. We ordered a large pizza, but we should’ve actually ordered a medium, but the leftovers will taste as good as the meal itself.

Billy Q's was a fun place to go eat! We enjoyed watching hockey while eating our pizza. The staff was friendly and the service was great! Chicken Caesar Salad: the salad was great! The serving was large with lots of chicken and croutons. Mac N Cheese-Za: the pizza was delicious! It tasted like it had a garlic sauce which was really good. The Mac N Cheese on top was an interesting twist! It was pretty heavy.

Restaurant
Casuelas Cafe is a vibrant, family-owned Mexican eatery in Palm Desert that has been serving up traditional Mexican cuisine since 1992. The restaurant underwent a redesign in 2018 by architect Juan Carlos Ochoa, adding an outdoor patio and special-event area called El Zochalo. This lively venue offers a spacious patio space where guests can enjoy live music and other events.
This place is just so festive and fun I have to give it five stars across the board! We celebrated my husbands birthday with a group on the patio in February 2025 and four of us just had to go back for dinner and dancing last week (March 2025), on the patio, of course! The Friday night band is awesome. They play such a great variety of dance music and the is such a diverse crowd just looking to have fun. I love that they take reservations, the service is very good, and the margaritas are excellent! Gail was our favorite server.
Kerri R — Google review
My wife and I have been visiting Casuelas Cafe for over 20 years. Their most recent remodel including lots of outdoor seating and a performance stage has only made the location better. Our most recent visit was perfect timing to catch the live music while dining Al fresco. The atmosphere was FUN, our server was excellent and friendly. My only complaint is that the Spanish rice, which we look forward to every time we come was very salty and tasted burnt. This has never happened before so I am assuming it was a, ‘bad batch?’ Anyway, this will not prevent us from returning, as this trip was the most fun we have had there ever - and Harpo the Clown even showed up to say, “Hello.” 9 September, 2024: Great, SHADED parking! Indoor/outdoor seating, live music, the best margaritas. We have been coming here for 26 years. It has Always been one of our favorites. The food is authentic and the staff cheerful. What more could you ask for?
Mr D — Google review
Amazing food, amazing drinks, the enchiladas as amazing and the thing my family always comes back for. The only issue is that they need more Hispanic music and performers. I understand the majority of people in Palm desert are more affluent, but that shouldn’t diminish the authenticity of atmosphere. We need Spanish music here, not The Beach Boys.

Excellent!! The mariachi band was fantastic! The food was excellent! The service was stellar! Wonderful flavors and a great atmosphere! I ordered the Carne Asada burrito and my friend ordered a ground beef burrito. The salsa was freshly made and very flavorful. I loved the beans. The guacamole was fresh with large chunks of avocado. I had a premium margarita with Payton Reposado and it came to $18 which I think was pricey for a small drink.
Onthegoboomer — Google review
The service was upstanding, the staff is friendly and kind. The chips and guacamole are the best 👌. I was thinking it is a Mexican restaurant but it isn't. Is a wanna be Mexican. Its a Taco Bell with a style. I asked for a plate with a 🌮 taco (almost everything has ground meat), a chile relleno, and an enchilada. Accompanied with rice and beans. It was totally covered with canned red salsa Las Palmitas. That salsa is used is restaurants, when they don't want to use regular salsa made with onion, tomatoes, chile pasilla and guajillo. Pluss a lot of American cheese like Taco Bell. My family encouraged me to eat, when l tried to cut the huge chile relleno it was a skinny chile California (instead of a chile para rellenar!!!) Totally covered with a lot of eggs and flour. I started eating when l felt something on my mouth... lt was white flour powder ¡!!!!! O my God!!! Virgencita de Guadalupe... it was too much, my son insisted l ate more and tried 😢 and l did it but...sorry l can't... When the noisy and nice waitress asked me about the dish, l couldn't lie...he offered me a dessert or something else. But l said no. I was in Palm Springs Mexican restaurant, and they had real Mexican food. I had better expectations about Las Cazuelas. In the end, they didn't charge us the good looking plate, with non Mexican food. It is food for non Mexican people. My family enjoyed their plates but admitted it wasn't a real Mexican taste.

Such a great environment with live music. Service was very good. I ordered fajitas. Portion was very large. Steak was nicely cooked. However the rice was a bit mushy and would have been nice to have more than two tortillas. Overall good and would come back.
Ben — Google review
I will say this it started out very good, the courteous and quick staff aim to please. It was very hot outside though and eventually we discovered the patio misters and fans were not very effective. Then comes the food. The menu was typical but rather pricey compared to other mexican restaurants. We decided to savor the enchaladas and tacos. I must say the enchaladas were nearly the best—-if not the BEST —- we have ever had. The tacos were also delightful but not as exceptional as the enchaladas. Unlike the main course, the trimming rice and beans seemed rather dry and tasteless. There was also too much cheese... very thick and just too much. One area of disappointment was a decline in the service quality toward the end of our meal. Apparently they all went on break at the same time. Everyone needs a break, but maybe stagger them so service is maintained. Would we go back? Maybe, but probably not. Dropping $60 on mexican food that is partly delicious and partly average is not same thing that we are likely to do again.

It was my first time at La Casita, and I was seriously impressed. I ordered the avocado chicken salad, and when it came out, I was not ready for how massive the plate was 😅. This thing was loaded! Juicy chicken, perfectly ripe avocado, super fresh veggies—honestly one of the best salads I’ve had in a long time. And can we talk about the vibe? The whole place has this fun, tropical tiki feel—super chill and colorful. It made the experience even better. Huge shoutout to Ana—she was so sweet and welcoming. This place was perfect! The food was delicious and extremely fast! I love that they had multiple vegetarian dishes! I also love that the kids menu had vegetarian dishes too! Some of my kids got the crispy taco with veggie meat, rice and beans. You do receive chips and salsa at no cost and the salsa is fresh and delicious! I would consider the salsa a little more mild than a medium salsa which I thought was perfect. The waitress was fast, thorough, and checked on us. The only downside was parking. While there is a big parking lot, it is shared by a gym and other businesses so since we got there at 5:30, many people were at the gym to work out and we had to park pretty far away, but it was worth it. We didn’t wait at all either. I also appreciate that the prices were reasonable because we have 6 mouths to feed, it was perfect!

We went here on recommendation of our landlord and we loved it. Everything was prepared fresh for us. And the margaritas were delicious! We got the guacamole with chips, veggie enchiladas and cheese enchilada plates. My only want would be for the sauce to have some kick (heat, spice) to it. Perhaps they are playing to the retiree crowd here in Palm Desert. No problem though, because the food was tasty.

They have a nice outdoor patio area with heaters that they have decorated so cute for Christmas. Our server was pleasant but the overall service was poor. Took too long to take our order and never asked how our food was. We had to ask for more chips and salsa, they only brought chips so we had to get up and go find the server to get salsa. In a Mexican restaurant?! Those should never be empty and no, they were not busy. My son was only drinking water and they never refilled his glass. The food was good not great but I would have given them a 4 if the service were better.

What a hidden gem in Palm Desert. I enjoyed a delightful and delicious breakfast here on a Friday morning. I had the egg or breakfast enchiladas, I opted for the red, not spicy sauce. It was so very flavorful, delicious!!! You can choose the green more robust sauce if you like. My husband had steak and eggs. Service was excellent and quick service as well. My partner had the shredded chicken quesadilla and couldn’t stop raving about how good it was. The flavors here are authentic, the ingredients are fresh, and you can truly taste the love and care in every dish. The horchata was also perfection- smooth, sweet, and refreshing. This spot is local, authentic, and a must-visit for anyone who loves Mexican food. We left so happy and satisfied! Definitely one of the best finds around!

We hadn’t been to El Rodeo in a long time, even though it’s been a family favorite for years. Finally made it back after the remodel—and it’s still just as good as we remember. The new old-school diner look actually works. It still feels like El Rodeo. Familiar, unfussy, and welcoming. Their tlacoyos are one of my favorite dishes of all time—like, final-meal level good. And my family swears by the chilaquiles. Honestly, they might be the best in town. Everything we had was solid, and the place still has that same comfort it always had. Really glad we came back. We won’t wait so long next time.

El Rodeo Cafe was great! The food?Delicious. My wife and kids loved it. I got into the al pastor burrito, and it hit the spot perfectly—cooked just right and the ideal size for lunch. Plus, those chips with not one, not two, but three kinds of salsa! The service was top-notch. They got our food fast. And parking was great. Literally parked right out front, no fuss at all. Seriously, if you're on the hunt for some solid Mexican food, you've gotta swing by El Rodeo Cafe. Whether you live around the corner or you're just cruising through town, it's a must-visit.

Absolutely amazing food! Highly suggest the enchiladas, I got a red and green one . If spicy isn’t for you though, don’t get the green - it’s gooooood! The chorizo dip is FIRE! Nomnomnom.
Desiree S — Google review
The chips and Mock Margaritas were great. The restaurant is clean. I was not a fan of the enchiladas. I asked for no onions but they gave them to me anyway. It ruined my dish. The enchiladas had no flavor and were very grainy. I would not ever order them again. Overall, it was a good experience and there was plenty of outside parking and handicapped spaces. —update: the minute I arrived home from this restaurant, I was very ill and sick with diarrhea problems all night long. Please be careful where you eat and what you eat. This is truly unacceptable!

This is one of the best Mexican restaurants we've tried in Palm Desert, and in most of the Coachella Valley, great food, exceptional service, very reasonable prices, cleanliness, and such a convenient location! All the employees are a joy to deal with, they feel like Family!! We've been coming here regularly for the past few years, and it's a jewel of a place!! Thank you!!

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a popular fast-food chain known for its Mexican cuisine, offering customizable burritos, tacos, and bowls. Despite a past food safety incident that garnered media attention, recent visits have shown improved measures and fresh-tasting food. The service is quick and the staff friendly, making it a good value for the money. Customers appreciate the delicious food options such as bowls with guacamole and chips on the side.
Located in a shopping area near Aldi, TJ Maxx, Best buy, Famous footwear and more. I ordered the brisket bowl and it was nice and spicy. The girl who helped us was friendly and patience.

I’ve been to chipotle multiple times the one in Palm Springs will not return to this one in Palm Desert paid 16 dollars for mainly tortilla and barely any rice they barely give you anything I looked at the guy behind the counter and said that was barely anything for what I’m paying. I do appreciate what they do but at least give bit more for what we are paying thank you!
Mystery S — Google review
I had the absolute WORST experience at the Chipotle in Palm Desert. The staff here clearly doesn’t care about customer service, and the manager was beyond rude. My kids and I came in for lunch, and instead of being greeted with kindness, the manager aggressively told my children they needed to leave—for absolutely no reason at all. They weren’t being loud or disruptive; they were just standing by me while I ordered. When I asked the manager why they were being so harsh, they gave me nothing but attitude and treated us like we were a problem instead of paying customers. I’ve never been so disrespected in my life, and my kids left upset and confused. This location needs to seriously retrain their staff on how to treat families and people in general. I will NEVER return to this Chipotle, and I’ll be telling everyone I know to avoid it as well. Disgusting service.

Burrito and bowl both lacking chicken and pork, you had to hunt for the protein, hardly any in there. Teenage staff very inexperienced, could hardly understand English. Wouldn't go back, very expensive for what you actually get!
Judy W — Google review
Mostly inviting as it was clean in the dining room at 10:30 AM the beginning of their day… But when I saw the the Grill very darkened and unappealing… They're display of all cooked and prepared foods waiting to be spooned into your taco or bowl or burrito, was not the most appetizing… But for the most part the food tasted really good and they have a great reputation… This is my first visit to a chipotle
B L — Google review
We had a overall positive experience at this location. The employee helped with the food seemed to be new, a bit of nervous, but he got everything done properly. However, the cashier, made a mistake and overcharged, but she realized quickly and refunded me the overcharged amount in cash. Food tasted great as usual! The dining room was very modern and clean!

Mexican restaurant
La Cocina de Mama Margarita is a small, unassuming Mexican restaurant that doles out familiar eats such as tortas, quesadillas & tacos at reasonable prices. The family-friendly atmosphere with Mexican music playing in the background is appealing and the food is generally quite tasty - especially the flan. Service has been excellent all three times we've visited and it feels like being served by a friendly member of your own family.
Great AUTHENTIC Mexican food. The atmosphere is very nice, the restaurant is CLEAN, the service is great and the food is EXCELLENT. 😊
Sabarria H — Google review
This is no five star Michelin restaurant but the food is AMAZING and the hot salsa is so good and hot! It’s unfortunate to read a review based not on food but rather not being able to use their facilities? This is a place of business not a public restroom, maybe stop at a gas station next time? We had a chorizo and machaca burrito this visit but we’ve had other items in the past and all were 🔥. Total hole in the wall near industrial businesses but if you know anything about good food, the best are hidden away or located in sketchy parts of town. This is good Mexican street vendor or hearty home-cooking food. This is the spot if you’re hungry and just want good food.
P V — Google review
Great carne asada and if you are up for it, the "hot" sauce delivers a great flavor with some heat
Randy K — Google review
Small quaint Mexican restaurant that is reasonably priced and taste good. My family of 6 enjoyed all that was ordered. Chips and salsa are not free but only cost $1 for a basket. Nice atmosphere with Mexican music playing in the background. We liked the food so much, especially the flan, that we ate here once more the for dinner, and had the same experience as we did for lunch. Service was very good and attentive, like being served by a family member.

Came here while on vacation. I was looking for "real" Mexican food. This was the spot! Made ne feel like I was being fed by someone's abuela. The food and atmosphere was great. I had the fried fish which I turned into fish tacos and ny daughter had the birria tacos.

TQLAS Agave Bar and Grill in La Quinta boasts a fusion of authentic Mexican culture and delectable cuisine. With an extensive selection of tequilas, mezcals, and margaritas, it offers one of the largest specialty drink menus in the area. Whether you crave sizzling fajitas or a hearty California Burrito, TQLAS has something for everyone.
Oscar, our server, made our evening very special. We loved what we ordered, tasted so good. Drinks were delicious and came in large goblets!! We enjoyed the outside seating and ambiance. We highly recommend TQLAS!!
Carina F — Google review
I’ve wanted TQLAS to be good for so long. I’ve been coming here for 2 years hoping it would get better and every time Im disappointed that I chose to come again. They went under new management and I was so hopeful things would be different only to be completely disappointed that they were exactly the same. The food is fine. The drinks are good, but the service… it’s embarrassingly bad. Each time I’ve come I’ve seen/heard people complain and leave because they’ve been forgotten by their server (once it’s actually happened to my group). It seems like they’re always understaffed, yet there is zero sense of urgency from any of the staff. It’s like everyone working could care less about being there and doing their job. It really is sad to see a place with such a great location and concept be completely ruined by the people who “work” there. I hope everyone else takes the advice I’ve consistently ignored and avoids wasting their time here.

I would highly recommend this place for anybody looking to have a great experience in a laid-back atmosphere. The food was phenomenal, and the service was exceptional. Oscar took such good care of us, and went above and beyond. Grab a seat on the patio during happy hour for an exceptional margarita. Rim it with Tajiin and you won’t be disappointed!
CC S — Google review
When you think of tequila, you assume it's a Mexican restaurant. But now under new ownership, new Chef, it's menu is a tad more eclectic. It's a mix of ingredients from India and Southwest. You will either love the interesting combinations of ingredients or feel deceived that it's not a true, authentic Mexican restaurant. And you will know right off just by the name of the dishes listed in their menu... Great service for sure. Welcoming atmosphere. Ordered a Chile Relleno entré, different but flavorful. The sides that came with it were rice and beans. Disappointed with the beans. How can anyone mess those up? I guess it happens. But that's how I knew it wasn't authentic Mexican food. Regardless, everyone enjoyed their meals. Parking is bad. Arrive early.
Soni L — Google review
Stopped in while shopping in old town for a quick lunch. Ordered avocado tacos and spicy shrimp tacos. Tacos do not come ala cart, you must get a meal, even for lunch. (Beans/rice) Avocado tacos had one slice of avocado, spicy shrimp tacos, good flavor, but NOT spicy. When ordering, we were told we could not mix-and-match our tacos, fortunately, waiter came back and said he would do us a favor and let us do it this time. No where on the menu does it say that, actually the opposite. Chips and salsa good. Chips appeared to be homemade. Salsa very mild, good flavor. Hibiscus margarita was excellent! Fun and delicious! Restaurant was clean, pleasant atmosphere and staff was nice enough. Good for a quick lunch didn’t feel like hanging out and having more drinks. Maybe just caught them on an off day.

Casual, family-friendly restaurant with a great atmosphere and amazing Mexican food. The dishes are very consistent and flavorful, and there is something for everyone to enjoy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for good Mexican food in Palm Desert!
As a born and raised Mexican, I have very high expectations to give a restaurant five stars. But this is a real thing, I visited on October 2024, I ordered the shrimp enchiladas with poblano cream sauce. They were to die for and presented very nicely with a side of beans and rice. The portion was generous I didn't make it to dessert, so I will have to come back to try either the guava plant or the Mexican corn cake. Service was great and the place was spotless. Highly recommend and I will definitely be coming back. Prices are competitive.

We ate lunch at Casa Luna Mexican & Seafood restaurant on a whim and we really enjoyed everything about it! Roxy was our waitress and she was so friendly and helpful, which we really appreciated. Everyone was so very friendly, which made our visit extra special. The food was amazing! We both ate the Filete Al Ajo, a fish named basa. I had never tried Basa before and so glad I did. The fish was white, light, and flaky and was so delicious, with lots of garlic! I requested veggies instead of rice and they were cooked perfectly (not soggy). All of the food was very fresh and flavorful, including the amazing salsas. We will definitely return.

In mid-August, my husband and I visited Casa Luna for the first time for lunch. The restaurant is beautiful. The colors, pictures, and decorations were so inviting. The service was great! The waiter and waitress were so nice and kept up with our water and chips and salsa needs. My husband ordered the salmon al pistachio, and I had camarones a la diabla. The food was delicious. It's been a couple of weeks, and my husband is still talking about his salmon. Portion sizes were great, I had some leftovers, and my husband almost licked his plate to completion. I hope to return soon.

Excellent service, excellent staff and amazing food. I was getting my laptop fixed at Best Buy and we decided to have some Mexican food and boy did we make a good choice. One of the best chili relleno that I’ve had in years. Worth the stop. Update: while we waited for our car to get a dash cam installed, we stopped over to have a margarita. Of course it was very good and the service was great as always.

My dad and I are from New York road tripping the West Coast and stopped into Casa Luna for dinner tonight. We are both in the restaurant industry in NYC and were absolutely blown away with our experience tonight. I could type endlessly about all of the highlights of the evening, but here are a few to give you an idea of our experience. We ordered pineapple margaritas and watched as fresh pieces of pineapple were chopped and used in the making of our drinks. Unbelievable. The food was excellent, but I have to mention we had the best fish ceviche I’ve had in my entire life. All of the tacos were fantastic and the best part of it all was the service. Our server was nice and attentive, but the manager and bartender, Pepe, was the crown jewel. As someone who has been in the restaurant industry for over 10 years it truly puts a massive smile on my face to see someone like Pepe who has such a passion and joy for his work and cares to make sure every guest in the restaurant is taken care of and enjoying themselves. The next time I am out on the west coast I will go out of my way to return to Casa Luna and anyone reading this should stop searching for other places to eat and come here!!

I planned an out of trip town to PD and had been in touch with PDBnB for a few weeks leading up to my trip. Each time I called with the most basic questions, Marlon was extra patient and professional! When I finally arrived to pick up my rental mountain, I was made to feel very welcome and ate one of the best breakfast burritos ever, the "Marisso chorizo burrito". To be fair, I am from the east coast and all west coast burrito are better than ours! The lady working at the cafe was also super nice and the entire staff made me feel like I was visting with friends!

Food was okay but extremely expensive. Small portions. I'm from Chicago and wish I could find a good, authentic, greasy, hole-in-the-wall Mexican food establishment. That's where the best food is at. It's ironic that you can virtually walk to Mexico from the here and there's zero good Mexican food restaurants. Yet travel 2000 miles and the food is awesome!

Prices are too high for quality of food. At my recent experience the male host seemed upbeat and the only attentative one. The rest of service was minimal and unfriendly. For the same $$$ check out Fresh Agave up the street for a much better experience all around.

We have eaten here a few times and it is usually excellent. The last visit however was disappointing. Our waiter took forever to come over after we were seated and food took almost an hour. When we got it they were out of several things (including rice??) but were not offered substitutions or any compensation. Some of the food was cold and two orders were wrong. Our waters were never refilled and the waiter largely ignored us. It was very busy that night, but in Palm Springs in peak season that should be expected.

Definitely a top quality Mexican restaurant food is excellent. I did notice one comment about price for amount of food you get. Yes I would agree to a point. But with cost of food and labor it is the same in every restaurant now a days. This is not stopping us from going here. When you find a good restaurant you stick to it. I definitely find is going back for great food!!

Dinner with 3 other ladies and waited 45 minutes for food. Meanwhile, we had a few extra tiny dishes of salsa to go with the chips. When the bill came, we were charged for the extra salsa....$3.00. They Should have eaten the cost since we waited so long for food. Salsa at every other mex restaurant has been free and constantly flowing.....not this place. If you eat here, easy on the salsa!

Sottovoce Cafe is a charming coffee and wine bar located in Palm Desert, blending Italian craftsmanship with California flavors. The cafe offers premium Italian espresso and invites guests to savor the taste of Italy. Visitors can enjoy aromatic coffee and linger for a selection of wines. The interior design creates a chill and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for catching up with friends over delicious paninis. While the iced Americano and paninis are recommended, some find the preparation time long and prices high.
I love this little coffee shop! It reminds me of the coffee shops in Ascona Switzerland. Wonderful rich coffees, great bakery, and menu items, and top it off with Italian inspired desserts. Enjoy the Gardens with patio seating.

So cool to have an authentic coffee place in our desert!! It feels like coffee shop straight out of Italy! Workers are so nice! Great customer service! The food is delicious! I recommend any of the paninis! And the coffee is great! Definitely worth a stop when near by and in need of coffee!!

Friendly staff, laidback ambiance, good drinks and pastries. I had the Iced Gingerbread Chai latte. I was very happy with it. Tasted like chai and wasn’t overly sweet. My guest had the Cherry Mocha Latte. She let me taste it and loved it. I could taste the cherry flavor as well as the coffee and it too wasn’t overly sweet. The pasties were equally as good, perfect sweetness and unique. The vanilla raspberry snowflake was my favorite because I enjoyed the crunchy texture. But coconut is tasty too. We will be back! Next time I’m having mimosas and a panini 😊

Coffee was good, servers not so much. Very disappointed with how we were greeted here (or lack thereof) early in the morning. We waited for the servers to come back and were given no apologies for the wait. The wait is not the problem, but their attitude. It seemed like one was training the other and the trainer looks annoyed and has an attitude. I feel bad for the trainee and the business. I hope she doesn’t think it’s ok to give attitude towards customers. It will reflect badly on the business. We still gave the coffee a try because we badly need coffee and it was fantastic! Both the one made by the trainer and the trainee.
