The atmosphere is so good. Nice view. I had chocolate lava cake and Tiramisu Latte, loved it. Could taste each and every bite. The staff especially Rose, is good and helpful with all smiles.

the arabic coffee is good and we would have loved if it came with traditional sweets on the sides like dates and biscuits, however the ice flat white is a must try very well done. the price is right and vibes are nice. we were served and seated by “rosel” god bless her she saw that I have two elderly parents and she helped seating them in air conditioned area, helped pulling their chairs and bringing my mom a small chair for her handbag without even asking. she is a professional hostess definitely will come again because of her🩷

All items tasted amazing as if you ignite a taste explosion in your mouth right from the first bite. The ambiance is so lovely with different shades; cozy to romantic. The atmosphere was so lively. Once you step inside you don't feel like in Mughlina any more. Outdoor seating also available. The staff was very efficient and helpful. Wonderful dining experience.

I visited for Ramadan Menu and we had a blast. The food was delicious (as always); classic Italian dishes with some Arabic touches. We weren't expecting so much food, it was really outstanding. Last week I spent a very pleasant evening at this nice restaurant The Paper Moon. I was very impressed with the original Italian food that was served. I had the Calzone which was very nice and well presented. The service was fast, It was earlier in the evening so the place was not busy and it was a week day. None the less a great little find. We tried dining at Lo Spaghetto and ordered two pastas and a pizza. I was really looking forward to trying their seafood pizza, but after placing the order, the waitress came back to inform me it wasn’t available, which was quite disappointing. The pasta we had was okay, though a bit on the salty side. On a positive note, the ambience was amazing, which made the experience more enjoyable overall.

Perhaps one of the few overwhelmingly disappointing dining experiences I’ve had. The complimentary bruschetta — supposedly grilled bread — was wet, suggesting that the diced tomatoes had been sitting on it for quite some time. Unfortunately, in addition to being soggy, it was also completely tasteless. We ordered the Margherita pizza, which was alright. However, the ravioli di pollo con funghi was just awful. It tasted as if someone had boiled a chicken without cleaning it, without any seasoning or herbs, and then poured that water onto a plate. It had a raw, unpleasant chicken flavor. The funghi were equally bland. I think if you steer clear of the ravioli, you might enjoy the food here, but I won’t be coming back.

Overall the experience wasn’t pleasing, the staff weren’t that welcoming, I noticed the attention and treatment differs from 1 table to the other which was quite bad as you need to treat all of your guests the same. There was a delay in service, only 2 staff members and they were rushing to cover all tables, for 1 cappuccino and 1 milkshake, we waited over 20 minutes, good thing we had a nice view to enjoy while waiting. The drinks were good, they made up for the delay. The cheesecake was disappointing, it lacked taste, it would’ve been better if it’s served with chocolate sauce. The view is very nice, the place is nice if you need a time for relaxation with the low lighting and the nice view.

A perfect sundowner spot 🌅 — the tea garden on the 21st floor of the elegant Torch building didn’t disappoint. Whether you’re into afternoon tea or just looking for a cozy sip and a bite, there’s something for everyone. I highly recommend the refreshing hibiscus tea and the soothing lemongrass blend. The views were spectacular and our server Grace made the experience extra special 🌸.

If you’re chasing sunsets in Doha, there are a few spots that promise a view but Torch Tea Garden at Aspire Zone offers one of the most beautiful panoramas I’ve experienced in the city. Perched high up with a wide, open view of the skyline and Aspire Park below, the setting alone makes this place feel special. I recently went for a late afternoon visit, hoping for a relaxing high tea with friends, and while the atmosphere was lovely, the overall experience had a few misses. Let’s start with the good: the view is absolutely gorgeous Time it around golden hour and you’re in for a real treat. The terrace faces just the right angle to catch the sunset as it spills over the city, casting a warm, golden light across the entire tea garden. With the Aspire Tower glowing in the background and soft music playing, it’s easy to just sit back and lose track of time. The ambiance is calm, elegant, and undeniably picturesque. This spot is clearly designed for lingering and Instagram. The interior is also beautifully designed. It’s modern, chic, and minimal without feeling cold. But of course, most people (ourselves included) were out on the terrace for that view. We came specifically for the high tea experience which visually looked promising when it arrived served on a tiered stand with a selection of sweet and savory bites, and a pot of tea of your choice. But unfortunately, the taste didn’t quite match the presentation. The sandwiches were fresh but basic think cucumber, smoked salmon, egg mayo but they lacked any real flavor punch or creativity. A couple of them felt a bit dry, as though they’d been prepared too early. The pastries and mini desserts were decent, with the scones being the best part served warm with clotted cream and jam, they had that buttery, crumbly texture you'd expect. However, the rest of the sweets were more style than substance. They looked great on camera but didn’t stand out in flavor. The tea selection was decent, and the rose tea I ordered was fragrant and calming, but again, nothing particularly memorable. someone’s attention when we first arrived, and even longer to have our order taken. We had to follow up twice to get extra cutlery, and the tea took surprisingly long to arrive considering the place wasn’t overly busy. There’s a sense that the staff is trying to maintain a certain luxury standard, but the execution just didn’t quite meet the mark. A bit more attentiveness and smoother coordination would go a long way in elevating the overall experience especially at a venue with such a premium location and concept. That said, if you’re looking for a quiet place to relax with a view, Torch Tea Garden delivers. It’s peaceful, the music is soft and elegant, and the crowd is generally quiet and well-mannered. It’s the kind of spot where you can bring out-of-town guests for the view alone, or enjoy a solo unwind moment with a book and a pot of tea. It’s also worth noting that the location inside The Torch makes it feel a bit like a hidden gem not something you’d stumble upon unless you knew it was there, which adds a touch of exclusivity. Would I come back? Yes but more for the view and the ambiance than the high tea itself. It’s the kind of place you visit when you want to slow down and take in the skyline, not necessarily when you’re craving a next-level culinary experience. If they can improve the food offerings and step up the service just a notch, Torch Tea Garden has all the potential to become one of the top high tea spots in Doha. For now, it’s a great place to catch the sunset, sip some tea, and enjoy the serenity but don’t go in expecting a flawless fine dining experience.

We had afternoon tea at the Tea Garden restaurant, located on the 21st floor, with my colleagues. The reservation process was smooth and straightforward; just one call, and they will reserve a spot for you with an excellent view. The place was spacious and beautifully decorated, perfect for enjoying the scenery, including the Villaggio Mall and Aspire Park. It is recommended to visit before sunset to capture stunning pictures of the setting sun. The food was delicious, and we used a My Book voucher for the main course, which you can try as well. The welcome drinks were also very good. I would like to thank Christina for her excellent customer service; she was very kind. Mark also appreciated their hospitality.

Amazing atmosphere! The food was also great with large portion given its price. It just took time for our order to arrive. Nevertheless, the servers were accommodating and even took into consideration any food allergy. However, the couch was not that comfortable and quite low and I felt quite uneasy while eating.

Our experience with La Parisienne was exceptional!! We ordered cakes and mini sandwiches for 2 days before our company event and they prepared our order very well handled, into details and on time. In addition to their outstanding service, the items we ordered i.e. cakes and sandwiches were very delicious, fresh, well packaged, food texture were made exceptional and authentically French. As soon as I walked in, Mr.Sanjaya greeted me with a big smile and showed me to my seat. I’ve been to this cafe in Katara a few times before but this time the atmosphere felt calmer and more relaxed than before. I was in the mood for tea so I asked Mr.Sanjaya for a recommendation. He suggested the Dilmah mint tea and it was spot on, no surprise since he’s from Sri Lanka! The pot came with fresh mint inside which made it really soothing. The pot was quite large, perfect for sharing between two people. With his years of experience working in airports and hotels, it’s no wonder his service felt so special. If you check the Google reviews, it’s clear that a lot of people appreciate the way he takes care of his guests. I’m sure even more Sanjaya fans will keep growing from here!

Chac’Late at Doha Airport is a gem! I loved the way the staff received me – warm, friendly, and attentive. For breakfast, I had the fried eggs with avocado tartine, which was fresh and delicious. They suggested I try the Arabian coffee, and the aroma was simply amazing, making the whole experience even more special. A perfect stop at the airport for a tasty and relaxing start to the day.

We went here very spontaneous. The food we had (Roasted Turkey Sandwich, Toffee Nut Ellba and Macaroons) were amazing! Together with a nice piano background music, there is no better place in the Katara Culture Village to cool down and refresh!

Service by Edward was excellent. He smiled and was very accommodating. The rest of the female staff need more training in good customer service.

I don't understand why the customer service is poor in the afternoon. There were only three tables occupied and two tables needing to be cleaned. I arrived around 3:30 PM for a coffee and cheesecake, but both servers were too busy to take my order. Instead of attending to the tables, they were preoccupied with looking at printed receipts and checking totals.king totals.

Tasty foods made with choclates and ice creams. No dedicated parking place. Better to visit on weekend. It's near to fat burger so you have two choice if you go to near the place. They not only accept cash payments but also accept card payments. Different type of chairs and seating arrangements available. Do not know whether they have table reservation facility.

It seems unbelievable that the Gourmet House used to have the best bakery in doha. Sadly now it’s a story of poor choice, slow service, terrible coffee and microwaved pastries. Why Alfardan/Kempinsky can’t do a better job of managing this and other Kempinsky outlets is beyond me. The W Cafe across the road is far better.

Review for 42 Coffee Shop – Al Emadi Hospital Branch I have been a loyal customer of 42 Coffee Shop since their opening, visiting almost daily. I’ve always appreciated their service, quality, and welcoming atmosphere. Today, as I had some errands before Iftar, I decided to stop by their Al Emadi Hospital branch for a quick meal and coffee, as it was conveniently on my way. I also took a moment to pray before ordering. However, my experience today was disappointing. There was a loud and unpleasant noise playing through the speakers—it sounded like kitchen utensils clanking. Since I was the only customer in the shop, I politely asked if they could lower the volume as it was very disturbing. The response I received from Mary Joe Lauro was cold and dismissive. She simply said, “Sorry, this is our Ramadan policy, and I can’t lower the volume.” I later understood that since playing music is not allowed during Ramadan, they were using this clanking sound instead. While I completely respect the policy, I was the only customer there, and it would have been a simple and reasonable request to lower the volume out of courtesy. The lack of flexibility and consideration was disappointing. A more understanding and customer-friendly approach would have made a huge difference. This experience has honestly made me reconsider future visits unless the management ensures better staff training in customer service and hospitality. A great café experience is about more than just food and drinks—it’s about making customers feel welcome and valued. I truly hope 42 Coffee Shop maintains the high standards of service that made it such a favorite place for so many of us.

One of the best places to have coffees in Doha! The coffee is really good and they have a great variety of sandwiches/dessert options. Their staff are great and the place vibe is very nice.

42 Café is an amazing spot for coffee and light bites. They serve the best iced Spanish latte and their cookie brownie is absolutely delicious. The Croque Monsieur Tomato is also a must-try — simple, fresh, and full of flavor. The seating atmosphere is nice and calm, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy great quality treats.

Love this cafe for its brew of coffee and its atmosphere and vibe. Staff are friendly and their cakes are delicious. Parking can be an issue at times but my tip for parking is go straight into the underground parking area which is often over looked by other visitors.

The pizza and the tiramisu here may be the best ones I’ve had in Doha!! The appetizers are also incredible. I always recommend this place to my friends. The waiters are so friendly and the service is amazing!!!

It’s a casual restaurant. The staff uniforms in white and blue looked fresh and clean but the staff seemed a bit tired. The pasta was spicy and chewy with super stretchy cheese totally addictive! Next time, I want to try pizza.

Absolutely loved The Summer Club by JUNO! The vibes were perfect, the food was fresh and flavorful, and the drinks were so refreshing. Everything from the decor to the service felt like summer in a cup. Can’t wait to come back!

The staff are very sweet and welcoming, sliders tasted really good. The kale salad was excellent. I loved the green fries which are peas. They tasted really, really good. Pizza was OK as well and The Tiramisu is a must try.

All the furniture and decor inside the cafe are white, giving it a very clean and cohesive look. When you think of a “white cafe”Piccolo definitely comes to mind. It feels like they’ve built a strong brand around that. Since West Walk has outdoor air conditioning, the terrace was full of Qatari customers. I’ve also been to their West Bay branch which is inside an office building so it had more of a business crowd. There weren’t that many staff but they were all friendly, quick and worked well together while smiling and chatting with customers. The live baking area is behind glass so you can watch everything being made which is really fun. A variety of pastries are beautifully displayed in the window a real treat for anyone with a sweet tooth. The Earl Grey tea was rich and fresh in flavor. They were playing Arabic music which added a nice Middle Eastern vibe to the whole experience.

Piccolo is a very nice place to gather with family for quick breakfast or cup of joy”coffee” the atmosphere and the coffee makes it a better experience. John the waiter was very nice, friendly and he remembers us every time we come to piccolo. Also he has so much knowledge about the discounts where he helped us get the loyalty card. I had high hopes for the Ethiopia Haru Sake V60, but my experience was disappointing. It took 30 minutes to arrive in a plastic cup full of ice, despite the restaurant being quiet. I'm unsure if this qualifies as specialty coffee, and it certainly didn't feel worth the trip. I hope they can improve!

The iced spanish latte was amazing, one of the best coffee spots in doha. I was at the DFC branch and was served by the sweetest person cherry 🤍 She was very kind and helpful during my visit to flow, would definitely come again. The barista was also amazing Jhonny great coffee made with love!

I had a wonderful experience at Flow! The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing — perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee and unwinding. I pride myself on being honest and transparent when leaving reviews. We visited Morimoto Doha at the Mondrian Hotel and ordered the yakisoba with chicken, chicken ramen, chicken gyoza, a side of sushi, shishito peppers, edamame, and vegetable tempura. Everything was good, but nothing truly stood out at the level we were expecting for the price. It may be that the restaurant’s strengths lie more in their fish or beef options, which we did not try this time. Still, for us, nothing felt particularly memorable or worth returning for. On the positive side, the service was excellent and the dining room itself is stunning and creates a wonderful atmosphere.

The staff are great! Very welcoming, and courteous! I’ve been coming here 3 years, very frequently. It’s quite expensive for everything however it’s a good location so up to you. The coffee has recently changed, they could import high quality coffee, to establish a solid menu with options so the menu isnt always changing, different origins of coffee bean for espresso have changed 3 times in 3 days… The food menu is decent but doesn’t have much in variety. They could expand the menu but when I brought it up they said no…. I brought back examples of menu’s at other prominent coffee shops like saddle house in UAE and it was still not a consideration… I think if they expanded the menu, to include exotic healthy options, like dragonfruit yogurt etc from places like Bali and more traditional options, biscuits and gravy perhaps, western seasonal items too and advertised this, they would double their buisness. The atmosphere is great. They should replace all the cheap chairs with the same leather chairs they have.

It’s like an oasis inside the Gate Mall. All the plants inside are real, not fake! I’ve been here a few times and the staff Mr. Mustafa is always super friendly and smiling. Chill music is playing so I always end up staying longer than I planned. It’s an eco-friendly café — definitely a must-visit if you’re vegan!

Went here for breakfast. Food, service and atmosphere was great. We ordered the fig toast and buckwheat pancakes. All ingredients were of top quality and explained well by Amin. Would definitely visit again to try other vegan breakfast options.

I really enjoyed my meal here. What a charming restaurant, with lots of knooks and crannies to hide away in. There's lots of private spaces, and plants everywhere. If you fancy a healthy salad and fresh juice, this is definitely the place. All food is vegan. Also, they don't use any plastic.

Al Aker is known for its Kunafa, and honestly I dont recommend ordering anything else from it. I tried ordering Ghuraibeh and Barazek boxes for my work and frankly I was very disappointed. It tastes nothing like ghuraibeh and barazek. Very stale taste, and taste old like they have been stored for a while.

Excellent location. Heritage centre in Al Wakrah City, close to Doha , the capital of Qatar. Spent an evening here, on the way to Dhaka from London, when my flight delayed, with my friend who lives in Doha. It will remain as a memorable evening for a long time. Al Aker crispy kunafa is one of the best, especially with a cup of sulaimani tea.

I tried the V60 Ethiopia coffee beans. It’s really great. You can taste the fruity notes with subtle floral notes on my end. Accompanied by the brownies, you can cleanse your palate with a soft but not that sweet taste of the brownies. It’s a good place to stop by for refreshing drinks and passing time

The service by Paul was immaculate, and the matcha latte he served tasted exquisite. Atmosphere is very neat and aesthetic, matcha of ceremonial grade (can choose no sugar or else the level of sweetness).

Compared to Bateel in Pearl, this bateel is not good. Pastries are really bad. Very hard in texture and tastes really bad like a normal pastry. Many items in menus are not available here (iced tea, mojitos,snacks etc)

We went here @ 4;15 for a quick aperitif before heading to mall of Qatar. The place was empty so we went upstairs after ordering only to be told by Filipino male that they're closed!! What a strange way to do business! We had a pleasant time elsewhere but I thought management should be aware of this as it affects their business. If the workers were on 'break time' we would've been understanding & taken the food to go! Better inform customers before taking a order

One of the best bakery in Qatar. They are well known for their cakes and pastries. Amazingly set interiors with huge dining space gives a premium atmosphere. They also serve breakfast and other dishes apart from bakery stuff. We tried their honey cake ,tiramisu and cold coffee. We absolutely loved honeycake. Prices are on the higher scale but its worth trying. Staffs are very polite and friendly. Honeycake : 4/5 Tiramisu: 3/5 Cold coffee: 3/5 Ambiance: 4.5/5 Highly recommended!

Bateel is a really good place to get your birthday cakes quick. All their cakes are really good. Their best is their Mango Cake! It’s the best!!! The cream and the cake is so fresh and tasty. I was never a fruity person for cakes but this cake is so yum! #bateelbakerydoha Edited (4th March) - I used to always vouch for their Mango cakes which were fresh, soft and yum. But recently I had a not so great experience with my birthday order for Mango cake. Inspite of calling them and ordering specifically for a freshly baked one, it was so evident that they send me their old stock. The cake was a bit hard and did not have a fresh taste. I was disappointed.

Superb taste..Their cakes are most impressive in Qatar in terms of taste, looks, materials..all our family members ensure to visit here occasionally to ensure we never let go off the taste..worth a visit and a good sit down.. peaceful indoors and ambiance make it more soothing..

We had Mango Mousse cake from here which was superb taste and Main highlight was fresh mango pieces, kids enjoyed it.

The carrot cake was absolutely delightful, and the chocolate cookies were just as irresistible. JP and Randy were exceptionally warm and accommodating, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable.💙

I really love the Coconut Matcha Foam, It’s not too sweet, just the perfect balance of the freshness of coconut water with actual bits of coconut, mixed with the rich taste of matcha. It feels super refreshing and light. The place itself also has a cozy vibe, which makes the whole experience even better. Excellent presentation, great treat for the kids and enjoyable by the whole family. We had the pancakes, waffle and fondue plate which was after quite a long time especially in the pandemic. The place had a sitting area of it's own and it was not at all crowded due to not being a weekend. The kids were very happy that they finally got the fondue after a very long time. The staff as well was very courteous. Great experience..must visit foe choclate lovers..

I tried Japanese pancakes in Toronto and loved them. Its 70% similar in Doha but the size of pancakes was small and they were a bit dry. They were light on stomach which was a plus. Tried the classic and tiramisu which was yum. However, I am sure the nutella ones would be amazing! Oh, didn’t get to try the cheesecake but heard it’s worth it.

The souffle they have is pretty average. A bit too soft and raw for my taste and taste was pretty mild. Also tried their bubble tea and bubble tea ice cream but didn't really it.
