I took doner with yufka and it tasted very nice. The staff is very friendly and they are fast. It’s very near to the center so if you want to grab food and sit on the grass ,it’s perfect. Inside of the place is small and not very nice to eat. There are tables outside but they are not enough so it could be little tough to find somewhere to eat nearby the restaurant.
Best doner place in town. Atleast the most famous one. There is always a line and on busy periods finding a place to sir can be problem. You can always get take aways though
Coming from Berlin where we have a Kebap at every corner, I was curious to try something else.
The Kebabrolle Yufka was amazing. The meat was well seasoned and well made and not only it melted in my mouth, but also the taste was rich and tasty.
The wrap(and the Kebap bread as well) are home made and you can immediately see the difference from the others you are normally used to, being fresh, crunchy. Simply put, you feel that fresh taste. And it makes the difference.
The vegetables inside were very fresh and tasty.
Another big plus : the sauce which was Jogurt Sauce. Not the classic Dürum/Kebap sauce we are used to, which sometimes is too much or too heavy to eat along that much meat. This Jogurt Sauce on the other hand was amazing: simple, but effective. Like taking a sip of Ayran while eating.
Great experience and totally recommend to everyone.
Please don't compare this to something else and appreciate it as if it were something new and review it accordingly.

The best one I’ve ever tried in Germany! The meat is so juicy, fresh vegetables in a good amount. Some shop put too much. The portion is perfect for me but a bit small for my boyfriend. The price is good for the location and quality. The shop is quite busy, you might need to wait a bit but it’s worth it! Highly recommended:)

You should try the green cold beverage (there are three colors: yellow, green, purple), I think it’s made by herbs 🌿, but not sure. There also sells Coca-Cola and this staff. You can eat in some tables that are outside. Enjoy it! 🤗

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place at All Costs!
We went to Gul Kebab Stuttgart hoping for a decent meal, but it turned out to be a nightmare. They charged us extra for no reason, and when we politely questioned it, the staff became aggressive and rude. The service was completely unprofessional, and it felt like they were trying to take advantage of us.
To make things worse, the food was subpar—nothing special and definitely not worth the price, let alone the unjustified extra charges. If you’re looking for good food and respectful treatment, steer clear of this place. There are far better options in Stuttgart!
One of the worst doner places I’ve ever visited. The service is terrible, and the woman working there has an awful attitude. She only spoke in German and didn’t care at all that I don’t speak fluent German. She didn’t even bother to explain that paying for just one doner (8 euros) with a card would include an extra charge, which is not common in other doner places. Instead, she just added the charge without informing me.
At the end of the day, it’s all about her behavior. If you’re not Turkish or German, don’t go there—you’ll face some of the worst treatment imaginable.
Maybe not the most exquisite but definitely one of the meatiest kebabs around. Never fails to save a late night by soaking up the alcohol in the system.
For that price in Germany, they are selling the best Turkish döner. Workers are friendly, their döner is 100% beef and it tasted amazing. Definitely coming here again.
Excellent Kebap! Best in Stuttgart I’ve had so far and the service is phenomenal. I didn’t have euros but they fed my friends while I went and pulled cash. They also accommodated us when we realized we wanted pommes with the wrap my friend ordered. Very kind people and amazing kebap!
Lovely service. We came in after a night out and they were willing to serve us despite almost closing. They let us eat inside and didn't throw us out. My Durum tasted very good too.

Yesterday, after a long day on the road, we got to this restaurant as we noticed it’s big terrace outside whilst driving into Stuttgart. As one of our friends wanted to have halal meat, we decided to try it ; what a wonderful surprise ! A large variety of delicious food, kebab beef and chicken platters, fresk vegetables, french fries with spices, vegetarian and vegan dishes and everything very reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly and tried helping us in english as we speak no german. I am sorry that we are leaving Stuttgart again today and can not return to try out more dishes. Next time for sure !

I've been on vacation in Europe for about a month. I came from the USA. I have eaten Doner Kebap in different places in Germany, so many times on this trip. This is the best restaurant that I’ve been to in Germany. So a tasty, clean, and very comfortable place. Very very affordable prices list, as well. I don't much go for this kind of food, but since it is close to my place and I always saw a lot of people there, I decided to try it and it was a good decision. Preparation goes fast. Quality of the food is good, especially considering it is still fast food. Prices are very decent. What is important for me - the place seems really clean and being taken care of. It is quite nice inside - you can have your food either as a take-away or you can enjoy it in the restsurant, there is enough space there.

If you want to eat a very authentic Döner with freshly prepared ingredients including an extra hot chili sauce then Alaturka is the right place. Lahmacun spezial mit Döner Fleisch is my personal favorite. Staff is very friendly and welcoming.
On our final night in Germany, I was craving Döner and found Alaturka not far from our hotel. The restaurant is an intimate storefront with maybe 30 chairs and countertop ordering. The staff were very welcoming and the food was delicious. Felt like eating at a friend's home rather than a restaurant. Highly recommend.

Been there on a Wednesday evening because we were nearby and hundry. Surprisingly, it was better than I anticipated.
They serve above average doner for German standards. It's not one of those plastic looking doners made out of some magical meaty dough. The doner is made out of real pieces of meat.
The falafel was also quite good. Crispy outside, soft inside, good spices. I really liked it.
The rice was too mushy. Not the best but still ate it all. The salad and the dressing is ok. Nothing to complain about. The portion was also big. I had some hard time finishing it all 💀

It’s in the center of the city and it was very cosy dining here. We enjoyed the great portions for even a greater price! Most restaurants have thrown their prices up due to inflation but here the prices are very reasonable.
We ordered all a grill platter with all sorts of meat, it was slightly salty and a some meat was a bit over-grilled. But overall very tasty and the chicken was perfect! Fries were fresh and perfectly salted.
We also enjoyed the salad that was served beforehand.
The atmosphere was nice, it wasn’t too busy because we were dining before 18:00.
If you’re looking for something nice, middle eastern and for a reasonable price. Then this is the place!
Everything was good from start to end 😃Starting from salad then to main course and coffee. We took lamb Koteletts and Hänchen spieß. The portion was good and satisfying. Service was also good.
The food was delicious, place is beautiful but the price in menu on Google is different than price inside restaurants like 5 euro more on each and when I asked the waiter he told me that this place is named kabana different place with different prices although it is the same picture on maps!!!

The staff did not greet when we entered, and I almost felt sorry to ask for food, on top forgot our order despite a very slow night. Food was mediocre.

Okay, so being from Middle East (UAE), I craved the Shawarma since 2021 as I moved to Stuttgart, Germany.
Finally this year, my friends (influencers) they took me to this special place and they bet on the food. I was skeptical because I have tried many places for food and I could never find a good shawarma.
Ya Ghali Restaurant is the best spot if you are looking for SHAWARMA. My heart was fulfilled with the juicy, succulent bites of Chicken Shawarma (Shawarma Arabic).
The taste was super fresh, very original. The platter came with Shawarma, fries, salad and garlic sauce.
The prices are very very economical and it does the justice with the taste.
I recommend this place 100% if you are looking for a great Syrian Cuisine in Stuttgart, Germany. All the food menu is 100% Halal.

Apart from that the staff is super friendly and very respectful. They were great at service and there was no moment that did not make me excited about this place.
The restaurant is very cultural. It has a lot of paintings and over all the architecture is very interesting as every part depicts the Syrian culture. The decorations of camels, lamps and syrian sculptures is a great addition to the ambience.

Tasty fast food. They have the real Arabian shawarma. Food was a bit oily. Comes with coleslaw and garlic sauce, which were not that good. Halal.

Ya Ghali restaurant is a hidden gem for Syrian Shawarma lovers. The tender, perfectly seasoned meat and fresh vegetables combine for an amazing flavor experience. The cozy ambiance and friendly service make it a must-visit spot. Highly recommended!

The best shawarma! I’ve ever tried… (also a delicious hummus)… friendly personnel with nice atmosphere… I recommend the behind room, you will feel like holidays outside Germany … you can try some oriental tea as you wish … nice nice…
We've been searching for 20 years to find an authentic Syrian shawarma in Germany, as we used to know it in Romania ... but we could only find the usual German döner. Finally found at Ya Ghali. They make the real thing! Excellent meat, proper pickles, garlic sauce which actually has a garlic taste, all perfect. They have two new happy clients. Strongly recommended!
