Are you looking for the best camping in Corsica? You’re not alone! Many of us love traveling on the Wanderlog team, so naturally we’re always on the hunt to find the most popular spots anytime we travel somewhere new. We’ve looked through different sources to find the best options, including favorites like Les Aiguilles De Bavella, Camping Rondinara, and Camping Vigna Maggiore.
Why trust us
We scoured through the internet and read through 9 reputable sites and blogs like Camping Marina d'Erba Rossa and Camping Arinella Bianca. Les Aiguilles De Bavella is a majestic and grandiose location nestled in the mountains of Bavella. It offers breathtaking views of the towering needles and is best visited early to avoid crowds. The area provides opportunities for a 5-hour round trip hike from Col de Bavella to explore its natural wonders, including the famous 'trou de la bombe.'
Delicious traditional Corsican food, efficient service and fantastic views from the terrace. The ideal place to enjoy lunch after a hike in the mountains!

Very friendly staff and a great view. After a long hike we very much enjoyed the wild boar stew and veal in tomato sauce. The food was good and the service was quick

Amazing location and landscape. We were simply amazed by the delicious food and very good service. Not to mention the affordable prices. We returned after 2 days for another delicious meal. Definitely deserves coming back!

Fantastic food, service and view! There’s nothing not to like about this place, it’s the perfect mountain stop. The crepes were amazing, and the people were incredibly welcoming and friendly. I’d love to drop by again at some point!

Payment by card only from 50 euros. Only sandwiches on the menu. We do not recommend!

Restaurant with excellent view! All food we ordered was delivered fast and was delicious 👌
Elena L — Google review
At 11am, we’ve ordered 2 cappuccinos at an almost empty restaurant. We were served two cups of warm milk with barely dissolved instant coffee or similar substance floating on top although they have an espresso machine. Upon politely asking whether our order was misunderstood, we were informed in no uncertain terms that “chez nous le cappuccino est comme ça”. Best avoided.

Discover the various trails available in the vicinity of Camping Rondinara, such as those found in Lavezzu Island, Pertusato, Campo Romanilu, Strada Vecia, and Trinite. Additionally, you can explore the surrounding area of Bonifacio through different means of transportation like roads, cross-country tracks with a 4x4 vehicle or quad bike, and even by air using helicopters or tourist planes.
The campsite was fantastic. Just a 10-minute walk to a stunning beach. Peaceful location. The on-site shop offers fresh bread in the morning (no pre-order needed), and the restaurant provides everything you need for a few days’ stay.
Benjamin F — Google review
Nice and heated pool. Spots are small but with acceptable shading. Sanitary facilities are only 2 stars: out-dated; tiles are coming off the walls, shower head is straying crazy with mach 4. The playground is good and our kids made many friends. I think this campsite is closer to 3 stars.
Jor S — Google review
Terrible experience – avoid this campsite This campsite, like many others, has the most idiotic system and equally clueless reception staff. When you arrive, you’re told to leave your car behind, walk around the entire site (which takes at least 30 minutes), pick a spot, remember the number, and then walk back to reception. Of course, by the time you return, you may find that the spot you chose has already been taken or “reserved.” The place is overcrowded, packed like sardines, with hardly any free spots left. Reception can’t (or won’t) tell you which places are actually free, and they don’t even bother to mention that the campsite is nearly full. We arrived around 8 p.m. with a small child, asked if there was space, and were told yes with five spots marked on the map. After an hour of walking back and forth, they suddenly said, “Sorry, it’s full.” Completely incompetent and frustrating. If they insist on this ridiculous “pick a spot first” system, then at least reception should be able to tell you which numbers are still available. Instead, you waste time and energy only to be told there’s nothing left. On top of that, the walk to the beach is a sweaty half-hour uphill climb. In 2018 this place was great – now it’s just a nightmare. If you try to go to the beach by car, expect to sit in traffic for an hour unless you get up at the crack of dawn. Not worth it anymore. Avoid.
VR P — Google review
For 24€ the night we stayed with one large camper and two persons. Very nice pitches in a beautiful location. Clean toilets and showers. Would recommend. Only negative things: no toiletpaper, no toilet seats and no soap in the restrooms.
Lukas T — Google review
Very nice camping, ten minutes walk to the Rondinara beach. The staff was nice and kind. The store inside the camping had fresh bread. Nice services, cleaned showers and bathrooms. Unfortunately we chose a camping pitch which was not optimal for parking the van. We had a tough time parking and we were too far to connect to the electricity, but that was our fault because we chose the pitch. Highly recommended! Perfect price-quality ratio.
Martina F — Google review
This campsite operates with a frustratingly impractical system, made worse by the clueless and unfriendly staff at reception. Upon arrival, guests are asked to leave their car behind, walk around the entire site (which takes at least 45 minutes), pick a spot, memorize its number, and then return to reception. Of course, by the time you get back, the chosen pitch may already be taken or “reserved.” The site itself is overcrowded and tightly packed, with very few shaded areas. To top it off, the beach is a long and tiring walk away—downhill and uphill again. Frankly, it just wasn’t worth the hassle, especially given that there are plenty of far better alternatives within a 20 km radius.
Tinker B — Google review
Very nice camping, 10 min walk to beautiful beach. Higher prices in market. A pool should be cleaner. Bathrooms very clean.
Anja A — Google review
The camping site is quite fine if you want to camp in your own tent. You have a lot of additional costs for cooling barbecue and so on but the site is quite nice. If you have a fixed tent like we booked things start to look different. We paid over 100 euros per night and had to additionally pay for sheets. To the sometimes working wlan we had access for two devices. Towels, table football, billiard worn down and the above mentioned we would have had to pay extra. The on site supermarket is quite expensive compared to regular markets in the region. Additionally we had to pay a deposit of 150 euro and were told that we had to pay 50 euros if something is not clean at the end. Additionally these fixed tents are way to hot for the summertime there is no real ac so during the day unbearable and during the night a lot of sweating. Together with a every day fight against legions of ants, summarised we had better hotels before and after for less money.

Camping Vigna Maggiore is a serene lodge nestled in 15 acres of olive, pine, and eucalyptus trees in southern Corsica. The campsite offers simple yet comfortable cabins with outdoor pool access and stunning sea views. With 120 spacious touring pitches on terraces, the site provides an excellent value for money. Guests can enjoy a restaurant, spa, and bar overlooking the Gulf of Propriano.
Fantastic campground, the best of Corsica! We travelled through this island for three weeks and this was the best of all. Super clean, spacious sites, lovely stuff from the chalets are also taking care of the campers. It is common that you have to bring your own soap, paper and towel to the facilities on entire Corsica. The pool is the best we have seen and the only one I went into. This is my top recommendation for Corsica!
Micha H — Google review
Best campsite we found in Corsica. Went in motorhome and pitches were great - water and electric points nearby. Would have given 5 stars but rubbish has to be disposed of at very bottom of campsite behind and below pool area (long walk) and evening food choice at restaurant very limited, no snacks served lunchtime. Having stayed twice during our trip to Corsica it's a fabulous place and not expensive. If you want to visit Propriano and don't have transport, use Taxi Mariani - details at reception.
Tracey F — Google review
Very nice camping, however there was a very loud wedding party on Saturday night, which lasted until 4am in the morning. It was clear that the campsite authorized it since it was a large and organized party. During check out we asked for compensation, we were offered use of the spa swimming pool, which we kindly declined because we had a long drive ahead of us. They refused to provide us with any other option because we had booked with the ACSI camping card. My advise: before you visit this campsite, check with them if they are planning to have a party during your stay.

Convenient location, relatively affordable, communal wifi, pool, spa, refrigerator for campers, electric hookups available, on site shop... Caravans, chalets, camping... The list goes on. Flat ground, relatively easy to put tent pegs in for those camping. A great place to have a vacation. Safe, quiet and great for young families. Enjoy!
MR D — Google review
Campsite with excellent value for money, perfectly shaded, restaurant and spa where you can pamper yourself, bar with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Propriano (with so many nice beaches and hikes to go nearby!), friendly reception staff, super comfortable rental fridge. But ... consider especially in high season that the pitches are not delimited, that makes the search for a space a nightmare. Eventually you find a good space, but you risk to be very far from the bathrooms and electricity. Personally I enjoyed the camping but I really hated: too few bathrooms and not cleaned often plus not cleaned well, seriously: it is a great problem and not only in Covid times and the manager should take care of it as soon as possible; pizza service at the bar not a choice (you have to "take away" from the restaurant even if you are advertise like you could order the pizza from the bar at first, uncomfortable and expensive, too bad because the bar is so cute and the pizza is good), bar closed before 9 AM and no croissants available without reservation.
Agnese B — Google review
Nice but there are some deficits...WiFi doesn't work that we'll and only available in some areas as pool and reception. No basics on the chalets such as sponge, toilet paper. No direct access to the beach (long walk) and you have lots of traffic which is a little annoying. BUT: nice view, nice and clean pools and chalets...
Mirja W — Google review
Amazing experience, large camping with comfy and spacious bungalows, nice pool with great view to the sea & the mountains, all services available. The only inconveniencies would be the narrow opening hours of the shops on the stop & the bar. One thing that bothered us was the lawn mower which went on right when we were chilling on the terrace a couple of times.
Alexandra M — Google review
I can recommend, I stayed here 2 nights, first night had pizza what was one of the best pizza I have ever had, second night veal chop what was beautifully done, after few drinks in the bar where the girls are very welcoming. Great prices and the view is just something! Definitely I’ll be back!

Camping & Village Vacances Bagheera is a 4-star naturist resort perfect for families seeking a peaceful retreat. The shared lounge provides a great space for guests to relax, while the kids club and playground offer children their own area to enjoy. The campsite offers top-notch sanitary facilities and a beautiful beach, making it an ideal destination for campervan travelers. Although there are no on-site supermarket or restaurant, visitors can find dining options nearby.
This year the WiFi was improved but we feel it ought to cover the site as a whole to be more efficient and allow people access to work and family etc. This year, we found the Paillotte providing excellent food and convivial atmosphere. Congratulations to Sarah and team! We hope to return to J002 next year!

Mixed experience. Some of the reception staff give an attitude that they can't be bothered with you. However a couple of staff were really kind which really helped turn the experience around for us and the restaurant staff were really nice too. Perhaps because it was end of the season some of the staff were tired. I was there as a single mother with a 3 year old and so a little kindness goes a long way. A staff member did kindly upgrade us, and so the upgraded bungalow we had was nice, however if you are in one of the basic bungalows 'mini villas' (which I had initially booked), these are quite old in comparison with the newer ones, so it depends which bungalow you get to the experience you have. The other thing to be aware of is that if you have no car, everywhere involves being transferred somewhere and this costs at least 40-60 euros return. The shop had no food in it. Again probably because of end of season, but given this I feel you should be made aware when making your booking. Given the costs to get a transfer to the local supermarket and back. Saying all this, the beach and the forest are beautiful and if you are looking for an easy going naturist experience , lazing your days on the beach, this place certainly will offer that. My daughter and I really enjoyed this aspect.
Nathalie K — Google review
Great place if you are looking for quit and freedom. Beach is great (sand, water is very undeep so great with little children). There is a lot of forest to walk in and a fitness route through the forest. Snackbar (pizzeria would be a better fit imo) and restaurant offer good food and a great view on the sea. Prices for a house we think are too high for what you are getting. Around the location is not so much to see or do, mainly beaches and the long road from north to south Corsica on the east coast. What we think that really should be changed is umbrella's (just 7 of them, the rest is broken) and if you want a sunbed, you have to pay for it. That doesn't feel right with more than 250 euro per night for a very simple house.

Mid-late October visit in our campervan: FANTASTIC sanitary facilities! By far the best of any campsite we’ve ever been on, on par with one in Switzerland. Great ambiance & a beautiful beach & site. No supermarket nor restaurant on site nor on the beach (walking)open, but we had a nice meal out on the main road. I was able to do my fitness routines on the (closed) restaurant patios. Will definitely return—although the mosquitoes were a real problem night and day on the campsite, when not on the beach. Our interactions with all the staff were lovely, & we appreciated the boulangerie service and late checkout. Merci!!

Visited at the end of May. Very peaceful and quiet. Direct access to the beach. Lots of trees, but also some sunny spots. Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. There's a little shop for the basics, restaurant and beach bar as well. Lovely beach and a surf school just around the corner. I can definitely recommend this campground!

Nestled on the western coast of Piana, along the stunning plage d'Arone, known for its pristine white sands and turquoise waters, is Le Café de la Plage. This beachfront restaurant exudes a relaxed atmosphere and offers upscale Mediterranean cuisine with local Corsican flavors. The rustic driftwood-style decking and furniture perfectly complement the beachside setting. Guests can unwind in warm couches or canopy beds facing the sea, making it an ideal spot for relaxation.
We had here a great lunch of fish and seafood, all fresh and tasty. Excellent wine too. The waiter was extremely nice and helpful and the view was stunning.
Vered B — Google review
The place is nicely located on the beach. However, although the place was completely empty and no „reserved“ signs were to be seen, we got (despite asking) a table not in the front row… very disappointing…The waitress was extremely unfriendly so eventually we left. The next guests were greeted with a smile and bows and that left a very unpleasant impression on us. So think twice before going there!
Inna W — Google review
The food is very pleasant to the eye. The starters were really good (crab and artichoke, and beef tataki). The main dishes were really massive (Rossini beef and mi-cuit tuna). The beef was good but the tuna was too salty and thus slightly disappointing. The food is quite pricey, 50+€ for a starter and a main. The atmosphere is great and service is fine and pleasant.
Jeremie H — Google review
Great Ambiance on Plage d’Arone. Beautiful location to stop for a drink. We had mojitos (one virgin, one not) lots of ice, not so much drink. While it was a bit pricey we still found it worth it for the view and ambiance.

Fabulous dining experience! We had the catch of the day it the fish was prepared beautifully with a plating that I had not seen before. Delicious and the view is unbeatable.
Seychelle T — Google review
We were here in July 2024. Nice place on the beach. HOWEVER; be aware that the burgers are frozen and we got meat that was still frozen. The waffles were still just raw dough covered with lots of chocolate. No ice was served with the Pastis and no steak knife was provided for the stake. The worse: we did complain, the lady ignored us and pretended she spoke no other language but French. The worse: we all got the WORST food poisoning in our lives and we have been to places like Mexico and Asia... The goal of writing this review my hoping of giving the management food for thought: serve all your customers well because the daily tourists may deliver more revenue if you have happy customers than the tourists coming by boat on a package "luxury tour"

Very good restaurant on the sea border. Food is absolutely amazing and refine. A little bit expansive but absolutely understandable considering it’s fresh fishing from the day and the service is also perfect.

Nestled in the picturesque hills, Funtana a l'ora - Camping - Location - Porto is a delightful campground that offers an inviting escape surrounded by lush greenery. Just 3 km from the stunning Plage de Porto and about 82 km north of Ajaccio, this site features spacious pitches and mobile homes, perfect for families or solo travelers alike. Guests can enjoy a refreshing dip in the heated pool or savor delicious pizza at the on-site restaurant.
This is an excellent alternative to a campground near the sea, featuring a lovely river. The sites are mostly shaded, and the reception team is exceptional, guiding you to your pitch with great care. If you arrive without a reservation, the owner might amuse you with his long-standing joke about not getting a shady spot—he's been making it for 30 years! According to his colleague, the beach is within walking distance, but good shoes are recommended. You'll also find a pleasant spot by the river. Just be cautious in bad weather, as high water or floods can occur. Always check the weather or ask for updates.

Great little campsite, a couple kilometers from Porto. Pretty good for tents since there are plenty of small individual areas. The pizzas were really good.

I really liked this campsite. Great staff and a beautiful location. For me the best camping in Corsica till now. The swimming pool is nice and the view is stunning. From this camping you can do it all. Hiking, cycling, beach or little town visit. There is als a river to hang out and you can jump from the bridge or rocks😉

A very cozy and beautiful campsite! The mobile homes are nice and clean, with all the equipment we could need! We really enjoyed our stay here, it's a wonderful neighborhood and the campsite was a hit! The rooms are quite small, but this was to be expected in a mobile home and we counted on it!

Great camping very close to Porto. We had the wooden cottage, very nice place to stay with the family. Plenty of shade avaliable, which is nice. Camping has terraces on different levels, nicely reflecting the mountain landscape.
Jasper V — Google review
A large, yet pleasant and quiet campsite with plenty of places for tents, where you will have plenty of privacy thanks to the cascades and stone walls between the individual pitches. There is a small swimming pool, a restaurant with excellent pizza, a small shop where you can buy fresh pastries and other small things. An excellent starting point for beaches around Porto, trips to the mountains, or scenic drives at sunset. Sometimes concerts of local music are held in the restaurant, which is nice to listen to with a glass of wine.

Lovely campsite with a great atmosphere. However, the sanitary facilities could have been cleaner, and the stray cat was a bit of a nuisance (it snuck into our tent twice!).

Nestled in the picturesque region of Bonifacio, Camping Campo Di Liccia offers a delightful escape just 4.6 km from the bustling Bonifacio Port. This charming campground features well-appointed accommodations, including air-conditioned rooms with private bathrooms and a shared lounge for socializing. Guests can take advantage of the inviting infinity pool or engage in fun activities like table tennis and cycling amidst stunning surroundings.
5*! Luckily in mid October not a lot of campers around so everyone got plenty of space. I imagine it gets crowded at least in the "general camping area" in summer. Lots of toilets and showers. Always clean. Shower was hot but you have to push the button every five seconds (I understand that water should be saved but it could run a lie ten or 15 seconds). Pool and little shop available. It's a bit outside of Boniface, but a double bike ride. Lady at the reception spoke perfectly English. Price for one person in a Van outside the season: 11,50€ (pl. 2*70€ for electricity (6a) if needed. Bread can be ordered for the next day. Would stay there again! FYI: they close on the 3rd November this (2024) year. Please leave a like if this review was of any help!

Mostly everything would be okay but there is one unacceptable problem here. They expect you to get drinking water for your campavan from a faucet literally 30 cm away from a toilet dump. I went to ask at the reception whether there is any other place where I could get drinking water. I was told no. I ended up using a small faucet designed to fill up bottles. However I was immediately confronted by facilities manager, who kept insisting I have to use the faucet right next to the toilet emptying facility. Even after I told him that I have a 5-month-old baby in the camper and that the faucet is literally in the splash zone. He kept insisting that I have to use that. At the times he was getting aggressive trying to make me leave, even though there are eight more small faucets in the close vicinity. REPLY TO THE OWNER: Please everyone be your own judge whether you're ok filling up drinking water from a toilet dump splash zone, and whether "quick rinse" is all it takes to make it safe. I believe it is unacceptable. Since the campsite owner seems to be completely set in not fixing the situation, I might want to report this to proper authorities to perform sanitization check.

Unfortunately, our stay at this camping site did not meet our expectations. On the very first evening, we discovered an ant infestation in one of the unused rooms of our cabin. Although the staff responded quickly and disinfected the room, it could not be used that night due to the strong chemical smell and the ongoing treatment. We expected some form of compensation for the inconvenience—after all, we paid for a full cabin, not just two usable rooms. What’s worse, even more ants appeared later that night, although they were dead, indicating the product was still active. Nevertheless, the situation was unpleasant and affected our comfort during the stay. Additionally, the space in front of our cabin was extremely limited, making it very difficult to park our car properly. This made coming and going inconvenient, especially compared to other cabins that had much more room. The swimming pool was a nice feature, but its location right next to a busy road took away from the relaxing atmosphere we were hoping for. Overall, we were disappointed and expected better standards for the price we paid.
Bartosz B — Google review
We have stayed with a tent for a week. The places are very well separated and there are many trees which provides enough shadow. The toilets and showers are cleaned each morning (too bad that many tourists are not respecting the common area). In the night (last two nights) there was a karaoke “show” which was very annoying and kept going until 12:00 AM, even if the silence hour has started at 11PM. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
Pintea L — Google review
Beautiful campsite, excellent service. Very beautiful campingspaces with enough shadow. Public Transport in front of camping, but beware. In september the mini busses drive 4 times per day to Bonifacio and back. The last one returns to the campsite at 18.05hrs. Big chance that the minibus is full when it comes in front of the campsite or when its goig back. There is no second bus. If there is a taxi available (we tried calling 4 companies) it costs 40 euros to the top of the ciutadella. 30 euros to the marina. Parking in the marina costs 17,50 euro. A busticket 2 euros. You can pay on the bus.

We arrived at the gate and had to wait til the reception opened at 16:00 (fair enough). There was only one camper at the campsite and lots of space. We were not given access with the camper and first had to walk to the camper park to select our preferred place and come back for checking in. We were informed that the wifi was free but it was not working due to a thunderstorm yesterday (it had only been blue sky for the past week). Fed up with micromanaging style and incorrect information, we decided to find a better place elsewhere; and we did!

NOT an option if you don’t travel with your own sheets Be warned: if you don’t bring your own sheets, this place simply isn’t an option. What they provide are so-called “bamboo fiber sheets”, which in reality feel like plastic. Sleeping on them is like sleeping on a tarp — uncomfortable and unacceptable. On top of that, they charged us €60 for sheets and towels for just two nights. And not even full towels — some were only hand towels. That’s €30 per night for the “privilege” of renting the basics. Their only excuse for everything is that you must request it a week in advance — but even then, those €60 are charged no matter what. The pricing model is basically freemium exploitation: the base price looks low, but they give you the bare minimum (insufficient on purpose) and then inflate the bill with unavoidable extras. Example: four people, two nights, and less than one roll of toilet paper. Want more? Pay extra. The air conditioning is limited to certain hours, which makes no sense in summer. And the reception staff are downright unpleasant, with a rude, unhelpful attitude. Bottom line: between the hidden costs, the poor service, and the plastic bedding, this ends up costing more than a regular hotel with far better service. They rely on non-transparent practices to overcharge for basics.

I´ve been here for two nights with a roof tent, great service, multilingual speakers and good location. Ideal camping to stay when visiting Bonifacio, the distance is less than 5km. The WC and showers are quite modern and in a good condition. Pricing in the after season was excellent for a car with roof tent.

Camping Sole e Vista Porto Corse is a fantastic destination for those seeking a blend of nature and comfort. Nestled just a minute away from the SPAR market and within walking distance to the city center, this campsite offers well-spaced tent sites that ensure privacy amidst lush shady trees. Guests can enjoy stunning views of Porto and Les Calanques while relaxing by the inviting swimming pool, although it can get crowded during peak hours in the afternoon.
Tent with bathroom and best view, are simple amazing. The pizza (Napoli style) was amazing and the view from the terrace is a must for all sun down lovers. Will come back for sure <3

Good camping grounds, friendly staff, evened out campsites with nice views, very very steep in parts. Sanitary blocks were clean, however there was no soap and no toiletpaper, definitely bring your own.

We spent a week in a lodge tent at the end of August. We liked it very much. There are lots of shady trees and you don't have to sit so close together as on other campsites. Reception was friendly and professional. The toilet block next to the tent (it was the lowest one) was very modern and always clean. The tent itself was very comfortable. The cleanliness was OK, don't be afraid of cobwebs etc, it's still a tent. A torch is also useful. The proximity to the Spar supermarket is great, where you can buy everything you need at any time. The only criticism is the garden chairs, some of which were quite broken, but there were two new and very comfortable deck chairs. Some of the other things on the campsite could be kept in better condition. It was a bit noisy in the lower part of the campsite due to the nearby road, but it is certainly quieter further up. We would recommend this campsite!

My stay in this camp was good except for a few things. It is very expensive for just 3 nights. The road in the camp ground is one way but people go the other way. That creates jams on that road. The bathroom smells and it is very crowded. Some of the staff are not pleasant. The walking situation is a little weird if you need to get to your tent. But other than that, the pool is nice and the view is amazing.😃

Great location, large spaces and beautiful surroundings. However a lot to improve for the management. The inventory was incomplete and the lodge tent wasn’t really clean. We ordered bed sheets and got paper sheets in stead of cotton or linen. Half way through the week we filed a complaint about a urine odor coming from the personnel tent next to our spot. We received no feedback from the management about our complaint and it continued to smell like urine. As a guest you feel like they don’t care about you. If the management had higher standards this could be a five star review.

It's objectively a great campsite. Clean showers, fantastic views and well designed plots with privacy. However on Thursday night they were blaring loud shi**y music until the AM which penetrated my 33 decibel ear plugs. The last thing one wants to experience when camping and trying to get sleep after a long day cycling.

Most beautiful camping ever for our small Nugget camper, best sunsets and great swimming pool / restaurant with excellent waiter, we extended our stay with three more days!
Jaap R — Google review
Camping is really well located, 1 minute from SPAR marche (the most expensive we found in our trip) and 15 minutes by foot to the city center. The tent places are well divided one with the other and you can have your privacy. The swimming pool is very nice with a view on the sea and Porto but it is not manageable during the crowded hours (from 4pm to 7pm). Toilets are cleaned and you can park your car close to the tent but not next to it. Lot of places to get electricity. You have to pay to use shared refrigerators.

Camping L'Esplanade is a coastal camping area located in Olmeto, near Propriano, offering stunning views of the Gulf of Valinco. The campsite features cottage rentals, a pizzeria, and an infinity pool with breathtaking sea views. It provides direct access to Campitellu Beach and is praised for its atypical layout on different levels. Visitors appreciate the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities and the peaceful atmosphere.
Great view. Friendly staff and owners, especially at the restaurant. Amazing swimming pool. Plot size ok. Some shade. Restaurant is very cheap for good quality. Not easy to access beach as path is long and steep but that's the price to pay for the view.

I wouldn’t recommend with very small children and don't take bikes for kids. The hill is so steep that you need competition breaks to get down it. Pushchairs are not authorized by the pool so if you have a newborn you can’t swim and the kids pool is very small. Upside, the mobile home is modern and clean, the restaurant does good food, the staff are all very friendly, the pool is beautiful as is the view. I would come back when the kids are all over 5.

We booked here for 5 nights, when we arrived the office was closed so we sat outside the gate for over an hour in the heat, once the office reopened we walked around the campsite, it is very nice, the oil area is amazing, everything very well maintained - UNFORTUNATELY the website clearly states the following - “This is a campsite directly by the sea with breathtaking views for lovers of unique landscapes. You will also enjoy direct access to the beach so you don't waste time with the journey and the time to find a place to park” This is completely untrue for Motorhomes and campers alike, this campsite is on the side and at the top of a small mountain, from Motorhome pitches this require at least a 500 meter walk to the beach that is incredibly steep, down not so bad, but coming back you need to be part mountain goat. We cancelled at that point and received a full refund, staff were friendly and if you don’t want to use the beach and sit around your Motorhome all day everyday or next to the beautiful pool then the site is beautiful. Just falsely advertised as being on the beach.

We camped with our van in late september. The staff was very friendly and the sight from the pool and restaurant was astonishing, especially at dawn! If you like long sand beaches and crystal clear and calm sea that's the place to go... One star missing in this review because the food wasn't the quality expected for the high price and they slightly burned our fishes too. But all in all I would recommend this place!

ALTA ROCCA is a serene mountainous area located in the heart of the Corsican Regional Natural Park. It boasts preserved natural resources and stunning peaks such as Bavella and Incudine. The region is adorned with lush chestnut forests, holm oaks, beech woods, and Lariccio pines, creating a picturesque green landscape.
We (3) were there at dinner time and the restaurant was full of guests. They gave us a table right away and we had a very nice dinner with salad as starter, a lot of fish 🐟 and creme brûlée. We had a nice wine recommendation too. It’s a real good experience to dine there.

We went to this restaurant by chance. The food was good overall and the prices were cheaper compared to the island in general. We preferred to try traditional plates and they both were so delicious. One was Cannelloni and other was meatballs with some pasta. I liked it but it was not that special for me. So I would recommend if you are around but I would not go back when I have a chance:)

We had high hopes when going to this restaurant. The staff is very friendly and helped us with the menu since don't speak french. The food was mediocre to boring, the prices are high and the high rating not understandable. When sitting outside you are always disturbed by the noice the kitchen makes since the door is open and you can hear every single thing.

Tried two dishes. Tuna Tartare from the menu and pasta with gambas. Both great but the pasta is amazingly done. The menu (21€) is enough for you to get quite full and the desserts amazing! Go for a crème brullee. This place is around 20-25€/pax. The food was great, Ambient too we even got a bit of music and the staff very Friendly and carefull. Better than the mainstream turistics l around in my opinion. You'll feel cosy.

Camping Sandaya Cap Sud is a 5-star holiday village located by the sea, surrounded by eucalyptus and juniper trees. The site offers excellent facilities including a pool area with a lazy river, fountains, and slides. The staff are friendly and helpful, although some guests have experienced delays in receiving services such as baby kits. Despite this, the camping itself is great with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
I love this campsite - visited 2023 and 2024. It is newly developed and they have created a really wonderful environment, right on the beach. I don't think I would like it in July and August but September/early October was wonderful. The pool area is great and the staff friendly. The downsides for me were: 1. The cleaning of the accomodation was not good. The toilet brush was disgusting. 2. The beach is nice but not the best in Corsica - those are down in the South. 3. They advertise the campsite as having WiFi - it does have it, but it doesn't work very well. There is very poor 4G signal. I brought my Starlink with me, which worked well.
Chris S — Google review
We recently stayed at Sandaya Camping Cap Sud and had a mixed experience. While there are some positive aspects, several issues made our stay less enjoyable, particularly during the night. Firstly, the noise level was a significant problem. Techno and house music were played from the rooftop bar and could be heard across the entire campsite until 2 AM, which made it impossible to have a peaceful night’s sleep. Even with earplugs! Additionally, golf carts driven by youngsters roamed the grounds on the campsite and parking until late into the night, further disturbing the peace. Another major concern was security. After 11 PM, the campsite’s bar attracted young people who did not reside there, and they loitered around until the early hours on both the campsite and parking. The security staff seemed indifferent to these issues and even engaged in casual conversations with the young visitors instead of enforcing rules. A stricter security policy is definitely needed. The campsite itself is generally clean, and the infrastructure is excellent. We enjoyed the restaurant and found the pool to be pleasant for both children and adults. However, the beach could be cleaner, and there was very little shade, which was challenging since we were traveling with a baby. The location of the campsite is not ideal, as there is little to do in the surrounding area. However, the car-free environment and the ease of using golf carts for luggage transport around the site were convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the WiFi reception was good. Despite these positive aspects, the nighttime disturbances (!!!) and the feeling of insecurity were major drawbacks, and for these reasons, we will not be returning to Sandaya Camping Cap Sud.

Mixed feelings.. the camping itself is great and has everything you need. Staff is super friendly, but the only thing is that they don’t understand the urgency of some issues. We ordered a baby kit but received it the 2nd day!? Which means that there was no seat and bed available for the baby during the first day/ night. And we were not the only one having this issue.. I really don’t get this.. We didn’t have warm water from day 2 onwards. This was solved after waiting for 3 days.. Our first experience with Sandaya gave us mixed feelings. We see the great potential of the concept, but please act accordingly when needed.
Pieter V — Google review
Similar to other reviewers, I have mixed feelings. This was our first holiday as a family in the 4 years we have been one, as we both own a hospitality business and it's tricky to get away. We came with two older children and our two year old. We were very excited, as my partner had been to a Sandaya on mainland France before and thought it was brilliant. I'll start with the good things: - The waterpark is brilliant for all ages, despite being a little busy. The children not following the rules of the slides should be watched more by the lifeguards, as it can be quite dangerous. - The cabin amenities are good (although, no oven, and quite tight on space, but we liked the Nespresso machine and kitchen utensils provided) - Access to the clean and beautiful beach is great - The staff generally were polite and professional - The shop has a good stock of things, but there is a LeClerc a 10 minute drive away The negatives: - We had ants pretty much everywhere in our cabin, we complained and they said a cleaner would come while we were out. We arrived back from the shop to the cleaner saying she wouldn't access while we were out (fair enough), but all she did was come and run a quick mop over only ONE of the rooms. We expected a full clean and a scan of where ants were coming in. Another woman came with a spray but just said it's normal to have them and didn't do very much else. In the end I blocked up the gaps with toilet roll. - We were in a cabin under a tree, which had shed all over our dining patio before we arrived. No one had ensured this was brushed off for our arrival so it wasn't welcoming. - The noise from the entertainment is horrific. On the last night (we actually checked out and moved hotel a day early because we were so unhappy) they were doing kareoke and it was horrendous. Each night (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) the noise is until 11pm. - The bars are cash only, which is ridiculous in these current times. This is not a relaxing place to go. We aren't a family that keep our children up super late, perhaps it's more suitable if you are engaged with the activities and the entertainment, but we came away for a nice time together and it was just a huge disappointment. I explained to two different senior members of staff that we were unhappy but wasn't offered any sort of reimbursement. I understand this camp is smaller than others, and perhaps in the larger camps you are situated away from the entertainment, but I would never visit a Sandaya again following this experience.
Claudia C — Google review
Very nice experience in this sort of new concept of camping for us. Overall nice and friendly. Clean and new. Lot of dust due to the road and the fast ride of the golfcarts. We found the people at the restaurant and at the bar less friendly and cooperative than in the supermarket and at the reception. Animation was not involving enough the guests and shame that most of the people only spoke French. For international guests was difficult to integrate or let us get understood.
Maurizio M — Google review
very nice camping, super bungalow, direct access to the sea with a beautiful and not so crowded beach, 3 comfortable pools in the center, good shop, professional staff. Only down points were poor WiFi, bees almost everywhere (although not aggressive, but disturbing) and a dusty parking space, which makes the car completely dirty.

The campground Camping Arutoli has pitches and bungalows with free private parking, a swimming pool and a sundeck. It is 2.7 km from Reserve Naturelle des Iles Cerbicales and 1.8 km from Church of St. Jean Baptiste.
Friendly staff, good location, decent prices. We stayed in the POD, which is a quite new type of accommodation in the camping. It is a small bungalow for 2/3 people, but well equiped and with a table outside for eating. We asked them to add a fridge for +5 eur/day, and everything together was so great! Really appreciated our stay.

Nice campsite, close-ish to the city, walking is possible but quite a bit in the end if you walk back as well. Location is ok, next to a traffic road but not hearable at night on the site. Generally this part of Porto Vecchio is not very attractive as its a mix of industrial and suburban developments, no properly maintained sidewalks to walk into the city. The pitch is quite uneven, so finding the right even spot is a bit challenging. Also the pitch could be a bit more looked after, its quite overgrown by old trees, at the same time quite dusty and gives you a forest like feel. We were there in the early season so we could choose from different spots. Toilets are older but clean, no toilette paper and soap. Didn’t try the restaurant and the pool as we left the next day already. Staff was very friendly!
Christian H — Google review
Camping with a very very nice swimming pool, well kept sanitary block, friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately for pedestrian guests no tables or benches; with some picnic tables in the tent area I would have given 5 stars!! Unfortunately lots of ants. A bit further from town but with the free Citadina busses that is not a disadvantage. Supermarket nearby. Highly recommended.

I had a good time overall. The girl a the reception really helped me out and went the extra mile with an issue. Very close to the centre, it s quite strategic and surrounded by shops. Toilets and shower are well kept, modern and clean. Only 4 stars because the road inside the camping is a mess, and they should really trim and clean among the trees.. being into the wild is nice, but from a **** camping i would expect something more. Swimming pool is lush!

Accommodation options include well-equipped bungalows and mini villas, all featuring comfortable amenities and cleanliness.
Riva Bella is a beautiful naturist resort with a 5 kilometer private beach. We fell in love with it many years ago and return every year because nothing else ever beats it. There is a campsite and there are bungalows and mini villa's. All very well equipped with comfortable beds, kitchen and bathrooms. Everything is super clean. The nature and beach all around make it special including the domestic lama's, donkeys and pigs. Waking up in the morning with the sound of the waves and birdsong. Each accommodation has own sun loungers at the beach. Parasols can be obtained for free. There is a small shop with the very basics but very nice fresh bread every morning. There is a restaurant on the site and several within 10 kilometer. The activity program is comprehensive, I enjoyed the yoga class each morning and did Nordic walking en fitness in the sea. All free. SUP boards can be rented. The Thalasso is great. The staff super friendly. Paradise on earth.

The site was meticulously cared for, with clean washrooms, convenient amenities, and ample space for outdoor activities. Whether it was pitching a tent or parking an RV, the campground provided a comfortable and serene setting for all types of campers. One of the standout features of this camping paradise was undoubtedly the restaurant. The culinary experience surpassed all expectations, offering a diverse menu filled with delectable dishes made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The chefs showcased their expertise in creating flavors that satisfied even the most discerning palate. From hearty breakfasts to exquisite dinners, each meal was a true delight, leaving me eager to return for more. What truly made this camping experience exceptional was the staff. The team went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt welcomed and cared for. Their friendly and helpful nature added a personal touch to the overall ambiance, creating an atmosphere of genuine hospitality. Whether it was assisting with campsite setups, offering recommendations for nearby hiking trails, or simply engaging in friendly conversations, the staff's dedication made me feel like part of an extended family. The campground's location was also worth noting, as it provided easy access to stunning natural attractions. The surrounding area boasted breathtaking landscapes, offering opportunities for hiking, fishing, and exploring nearby trails. After a day filled with outdoor adventures, it was a pleasure to return to the campground and unwind amidst the tranquility of nature. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this camping site enough. The combination of an outstanding restaurant, well-maintained facilities, and a genuinely friendly staff creates an unforgettable experience for campers of all ages. Whether you're a seasoned outdoor enthusiast or a first-time camper, this remarkable campground will leave you with lasting memories and a desire to return time and time again.

DOG OWNERS WATCH OUT!!!! Even though this campsite has in their own rules, that you have to keep your own dog on a leash at all times, they themselves do not comply with the rule! The white dog on the picture was running freely in the camp, everyday. He attacked my dog 3 times, once even with a bite! I also saw him chasing other dogs in the campsite. I have informed the receptionist the first time, she claimed the dog is probably from some guests. The 3rd time I took a picture of a dog and of a maintenance guy who was always with the dog. So then they admitted that the dog is of their neighbor (or the maintenance guy, who knows the truth) and they cannot do anything about it. And if the dog bothers me, I should call a police 🤷🏼‍♀️ That ruined our stay at the camp, as I had to walk with the stick or stone in my hand all the time, to protect myself and my dog. Yeah, let’s call it a 4 star campsite experience. Never again.

Well situated camp ground next to Bonifazio. Ideal place to start day trips to Bonifazio or Ile L'Avuzzi by boat. The village consist of a camp ground which start right after the reception an is mostly hard sand, with some little rocks and pitches are rather narrow. Anyhow the enclosed bungalow village have to trespass the campground anywhay which causes frequent car or motorbike passers by. The sanitary stations are well maintained and in good shape and standard. So you'll find all Main Services in short distance. The pool area with some slides is located in the middle of the village which is good. Unlikely the water temp. was on the lower side. Beside this a little bistro is present, also the small playground, Minigolf and the theater for entertainment event in the evening. All in all a fairly good camp ground next to Bonifazio and some of the famous east coast beaches (e.g. Rondinara Beach or Santa Giulia Beach).

I love this place. Came with my family here with 3 small kids (6y, 4y, 2y). The playground is perfect with very nice facilities for kids including different water slides for all of the ages and some very fast once for the older kids or adults. The swimming pool is very nice and there is a very stylish playground with water fontaines and shooting water guns that is fabulous for the little ones. The only thing I did not like is that you need to clean your room before you leave which is a lot of hassle with 3 small kids and not much of equipment. The restaurant is closed during the day which means you need to prepare your own food or to go somewhere else and the supermarket was closed but might be that in the high season all is open. However it wont stop me to come again. If you are coming, make sure to buy some essential things from the supermarket like toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, cleaning materials, hand soap etc. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

We were planning to visit in July 2020. Due to the Swiss government advising against travel we enquired to either postpone or cancel. Pertamina customer service refused to offer any solution, showed zero understanding, compassion or consideration towards us in the Corona situation through arrogant and blunt emails. Eventually they still made us pay the full amount of our holiday >€3400, even though we cancelled. They also provided no information on their website regarding corona measures at the camping nor in the region during the Corona outbreak. For reference I checked other camping sites in France who all offered their customers solutions and important Corona information. Safe to say we will never book this camping ever again when this is the way they treat their customers and keep customers money for absolutely nothing. Disgraceful.

Well runned camping site with incredible pools, gymn, a restaurant and a small shop. The only disadvantage is the mainly unfriendly stuff.

Camping U Casone is a year-round campsite located on Corsica's east coast in the Costa Serena region. The site offers pitches and rentals, along with two outdoor pools, a cafe, and bike/kayak rentals. It is an ideal destination for water enthusiasts as it features a swimming pool on-site and is conveniently close to a river, lake, and beach. The Mediterranean Sea beach is just a short walk away.
Wonderful place , clean with attentive personal. Bar is in 1min by foot with restaurant . Camping spot adorable , all numbered of course with electricity and water columns for every line of the camping spots, bathrooms are very clean and tidy thats very important for familys with kids. There are also play ground and small stadium to play football. The price was reasonable for 3pax we paid 45euros per night for camping spot . I reccomemd the place and will be glad to be back

Visited in mid June 2018. It's a quite, clean, well maintained area, helpful and nice staff. We stayed in a chalet for two nights consists of two tiny bedrooms, the kitchen well equipped, the bathroom and the separate toilet. A great part is a roofed terrace. A lot of trees and shades all around. The smaller pool is just a few metres from the chalets. Simple, clean, quite.

Huge disappointment, we paid the night and after a couple of hours we spent there, we left. It was end of the season and the very almost no one accommodated. Good facilities, plenty of mosquitoes. Old, ruined volley and football pitches. Swimming pools not in a good condition. Wrecks of caravans. It looked like a place for shooting a thriller. We rather left.

We spent the night in one of the big tents of the camping and despite the showering rain it was wonderful. Lots of facilities and very friendly and helpful reception. Near to the sea and a horse ranch which our son loved. We will go back there again.

Good location (sea nearby at 10 min walk). Camping is looking a bit old though and not well maintained. Decent restaurant but long waiting times.

(Translated by Google) Dated campsite. Many permanent houses, some of which are also rented out. We were at the campsite at the end of April. There was one other camper. The plumbing works but there was not always hot water. Since the water is heated with solar collectors, this will be better in the summer. Friendly welcome. Direct access to a beautiful beach. No rocks in the sea. (Original) Gedateerde camping. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Directe toegang tot een mooi strand. Geen rotsen in zee.

(Translated by Google) Superb family campsite, very friendly welcome, pitches well demarcated by hedges and well shaded by cork oaks and eucalyptus. Well-maintained sanitary facilities. Very good bar restaurant by the sea and direct access to the beach. I'm a motorhome driver, I haven't tested the bungalows but they look very good too. (Original) Superbe camping familial, accueil très sympathique, emplacements bien délimités par des haies et bien ombragés de chênes lièges et d'eucalyptus. Sanitaires bien entretenus. (Translated by Google) My boyfriend and his family have a permanent camper there, which obviously doesn't factor into the review, but the place is REALLY NICE! A new masseuse named Chaimaen is truly worth her weight in gold! She's a trained physiotherapist, but she loves massages! That's what she said, and I can only agree—I love her massages too :D Absolutely recommend it :) (Original) Mein Freund und seine Familie besitzen dort einen Dauercamper, welcher natürlich nicht in die Bewertung einfließt, allerdings ist der Platz WIRKLICH SCHÖN!

Camping U Turracconu, located in Sierra di Ferro, south of Ajaccio, offers a serene camping experience with picturesque views and friendly owners. Despite an outdated sanitary building, the campsite provides ample shade and a beautiful pool area. Guests can enjoy ordering fresh bread for the morning and savoring drinks at the bar. The site is surrounded by lush greenery and towering trees, creating a tranquil atmosphere.
Fantastic camping site. The owner is very friendly . The pitch was with a fabulous view over the bay. The sanitary area was clean. There is a mixture of mobile homes and pitches and there plenty of space for everyone . Our dog was welcome too. There is lovely big swimming pool that you can use anytime. That was refreshing ! There is a bistro/ bar area where you can order drinks and snacks. You can order bread and croissants for the morning. We had some lovely chats with the owner and some of the long standing guests who return each year. The village is very cute and there a at least two restaurants there. We went for a yummy pizza. If you drive five minutes by car you get to a nice not overcrowded beach! We loved the open space of the site and the owner and his dog! We will definitely come back.

Quiet camping with an outdated sanitary building but lots of shade and beautiful views and very friendly owners. You can order bread for the next morning (contrary to what other reviews state) and the bar serves all kinds of drinks. The pool area is very nice and clean and because there were not many campers (we were here during peak season in summer) we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. If you can look past the sanitary building and enjoy the rest, it is very nice place to visit.

The most beautiful view I have ever seen, the staff is very nice , the campsite is quiet, simple, green and natural, with many big trees. There's also a nice swimming pool. you can walk to 2 magnificent beaches (30 min) We'll come back soon !

Attention criminals!!! We were there in high season August 2025 and wanted to stay two nights. The owner was friendly at first. We were told to choose a pitch and were surprised that it was empty here in high season. We felt very uncomfortable on the pitch. The showers only had cold water and it was dirty. When we then said that we didn't want to stay, the owner didn't return my ID card, even though we only walked around the campsite for 10 minutes to find a suitable pitch. So we had NOT spent the night here. He then demanded €84.50 from us. (2 adults 3 children with a tent). In the end we had to call the police, who then handed us the passport without us having to pay anything. From the moment we had a problem with this guy, he stopped speaking English as if by magic, even though we had been able to talk before. He then became impertinent and asked what we were doing in Corsica if we couldn't speak French. We have been travelling to Corsica for 15 years and have never experienced anything like this. It cost us a few hours of our holiday. We can only strongly advise against this campground.

Rafal W — Google review
We stopped here on our last night and it was a great finish to the holiday. It wasn’t overcrowded. The view to the ocean is spectacular and the pool was very refreshing. The pitches are spread out with plenty of space between campers. The owner is a very interesting guy and I am grateful that he’s keeping this site open. Russo the dog was great too. Amazingly he got on well with our brown dog who is normally really unfriendly towards other dogs. It is situated on the edge of Serra-di-Ferro. The town has had a lot of investment rebuilding the school and an outdoor theatre. There are 2 popular restaurants which you should book a table at if you want to eat out. I felt well rested after just one night we will stay longer next year. Thanks

(Translated by Google) Superb, shaded, and very well-maintained campsite with a breathtaking view of the bay. A warm welcome and entirely dedicated to his business from the campsite concierge. The studio with terrace that we rented was very pleasant. Good value for money. The swimming pool near the reception bar allows you to end or start the day peacefully. The campsite's location allows for multiple activities: hiking, archaeological site, boat trips from Porto Pollo or Proprianno, discovery of the villages perched above Propriano, visit of Bonnifacio and not to be missed Cupabia beach. A truly very, very pleasant week.

(Translated by Google) Hello, Very good campsite a few kilometers from the coast. Friendly welcome. Spacious and shaded pitch with a beautiful view of Propriano Bay. There's even a swimming pool that's pleasant for hot days. In short, good amenities for a 1-star campsite. But the problem remains the price: €72 for a 4-person van with a tent. The most expensive campsite in Corsica out of 8 visited. Too bad. (Original) Bonjour, Très bon camping a quelques km du littoral. Accueil sympathique. Dommage.
