Visited Shahi Bhoj on 28 april 2025 for their pure vegetarian thali experience. The restaurant is usually very crowded but has good seating and a clean, simple ambience. They serve only thalis, and the menu changes daily, which is nice. Welcome drink (Jaljeera): Refreshing and tasty (4/5). Sweets: Amras (4/5) and Mohanthal Halwa (3.5/5) were good, but Jalebi was disappointing (2.7/5). Farsan: Dhokla was fresh and soft (4/5), but the Samosa was stale and terrible (0/5). Chat:Dahi wada chat was good(4.5/5] Sabjis: Paneer Makhana was not good and lacked flavor. Tondali Achari Dry (3/5) was average, while Aloo Baingan Chiriya and Ragda Watana were better (4/5). Special Veg: Shev Bhaji (4/5) was tasty, but Veg Kolhapuri was a big letdown (1/5). Rice and Dal: Plain Rice (3.8/5), Moong Dal Khichdi (3/5), and Dal Fry (3.5/5) were okay. Kadhi: Didn’t like the Gujarati Kadhi (2/5). Breads: Phulka, Puri, and Bhakri (served with ghee and jaggery) were quite good (4/5). Extras: Pithla was decent (3.5/5). Complimentary paan at the end was a nice touch. Service: The service deserves special mention, with quick and attentive staff (4.8/5). Pricing : ₹400 per adult and ₹300 for kids (4–8 years). Slightly expensive considering the inconsistent food quality. Parking: Difficult to find, especially on weekends. Overall. 6.5/10 You can definitely try Shahi Bhoj once for a different thali experience, but with the food being hit-or-miss and the pricing on the higher side, taste wise its below average,it’s not something I would visit regularly.

As I am in Aurangabad, I visited Shahi Bhoj Thali in the CIDCO outlet. I heard many things about this place. Thus, I visited it for dinner. Firstly, I have to wait outside for 15 minutes to get a seat. Then I entered the restaurant and told them for thali. There is unlimited thali. As they claim, their thali is Gujarati and Rajasthani, and I was eager to have different cuisine from Maharashtra. The thali was big, and they started serving many things one by one. First they serve water, buttermilk, and jaljeera; then they serve snacks like dhokla, mini samosa, and palak chaat. Then the sabjis, like shevbhaji, aloo matar, chavali, and aloo curry. In breads they served chapati, bhakri with jaggery, and puri. The taste of the snacks and all the sabjis was ok, not so good. I don't find any item from Gujarati or Rajasthani cuisine except dhokla. So I was disappointed by them. They served all Maharashtrian cuisine in there, sabjis also in the rice; they served plain rice and khichdi. Khichadi was totally bland. I found it tasteless, so I took the plain rice. After that, it's time for dessert: jalebi, sheera, and chocolate basundi. I like some of the few items from there; I like palak chaat and chocolate basundi. As it was an unlimited thali, the staff didn't take snack items twice after being told 2 to 3 times; then they took it. I don't find this place affordable because firstly, they don't serve Gujarati thali in the items as they claim, and then the taste of the food was not that good, and most of the items you don't like remain as they are in the thali; thus, it is a waste of food. I would not suggest this place anymore.

Everything is top notch. I would visit this place again. So many varieties and everything tastes perfect. I loved kadhi, chat, paneer sabji, khichdi and at last they serve delicious juicy paan. Great ambiance. Perfect place for families.

This is a fantastic place for lunch... All food is good quality and everything is unlimited including sweets also. Service is also good and polite... They served in very sensible manner. I visited this restaurant because I heard it was popular. There was only one item on the menu, and waiters in cute costumes served the dishes one after another. Each dish was unique and delicious, and I was left feeling full and satisfied. However, it would be a shame if you don't eat a lot. This is one restaurant that you should visit at least once.

No words to describe the food! It was just mind blowing.. Take a south indian to experience the Rajasthani thali over here and I assure you they will be mind blown! It is the best way to introduce your food culture to someone else.. amazing variety.. excellent taste and hospitality.. cleanliness also requires a mention.. loved all their dishes!! The soft fluffy chapati, mouth watering sabzi, kadi dahi vada, chutneys , Aam ras .. gosh the list is never ending. My kids freaked out at the explosion of tastes Authentic Gujrati thali. If I could rate higher would have done that. Service - from the service people to owner, they made you feel so comfortable. Humble and never make you feel uncomfortable. One of the best restaurants to eat excellent vegetarian food. They have thali system so do opt in for that. It costs 360rs per person. Food variety is excellent and I loved it. Stayed in sambhajinagar for 3 days and ate there every day.

Multi cuisine restaurant with multi skilled staff with extremely friendly and hospitable nature. They are good servers and are so glad to assist that it enhances the complete experience. The overall team at Vivanta is a great combination especially Om, Janvi and Rajnish. Rajnish is one person if not available in the breakfast the satisfaction reduces by half. Chef Rathod will be make every dish to your liking. Gajanan makes the best beds. The gym is a little bad experience as it’s too tiny for the place though the critical equipment is all there. The approach to the gym is also an indication that it is s neglected area of the hotel. The greatest beauty of the place is that the senior management of the property is completely accessible. The Director Sales, Mr. Gautam is an asset for the property and he is able to solve all the requirements. He is ably assisted by Om. The property is beautiful and quiet. The pool is clean and well maintained. The lobby is soothing. The security makes you feel safe and secure. The suite has s swing that you can use to relax early in the morning with a cup of coffee. The rooms are well lit and spell luxury. The porch is high and wide. The parking at the same level makes it convenient and saves time if you are moving in and out of the hotel frequently.

One of the most pathetic restaurants in town. They had a food festival going on named nawab e dawat. It took 1.5 hrs for them to get our first dish after our order which almost killed our hunger. The kababs were undercooked & had no flavours. Its took another hour for them to get the main course which was more horrible to taste. The staff had no clue of whats going on in the restaurant even when there was not much crowd. And the amount they charge for all of this is just not justified. They label themselves as a five star hotel & except for the rates nothing was up to the mark. Haven’t tasted such horrible food in ages. We just went there looking at the food festival but just not worth for what they show off.

The buffet spread was good. Tastewise as well the food is delicious. Service is prompt and dishes are replenished timely. Courteous staff will keep asking you if you need anything and are ready to help. Chef himself came up with a cheesecake as a see off token on the day we were checking out. Covid protocols are followed. Overall the experience is pleasant.

The service was extremely lack lustre, food was alright. They didn't serve any fork or spoons for some courses, for some they forgot to replace plates which I had to keep reminding them, everyone seemed to be in such a hurry. One weird and funny incident where they tried to force feed us dal for some reason. I can go on and on but I'll let the one star rating speak for this. I've been to Vivantas around the country, and hands down this has got to be the worst experiences of an otherwise a decent hospitality chain.

I recently visited latitude restaurant in Vivanta Aurangabad and had an amazing experience! The food was delicious and the service was top-notch. I just had to give kudos to the staff for making my visit so enjoyable. In particular, I would like to mention Ninad and Amol, who went above and beyond to attend to our needs. They were both incredibly attentive and friendly, and they made our dining experience all the more memorable. Overall, I highly recommend latitude to anyone looking for a great dining experience. The food is amazing, the service is excellent, and the staff is truly outstanding. I can't wait to visit again!

I went for their restaurant, citrus cafe. Waiter suggested dahi kabab for starter, the filling of curd was utterly sour. It was too bad to eat. We had to return that dish without finishing it. We ordered lababdar chicken and naan. It was highly priced but the taste wasn't worth the price. It was a total put off for us. It took around 30 min for them to serve that starter and after so much of wait it turned out to be one of the worst dahi kabab we ever tasted. Otherwise ambience is good.. I may not visit this place again.

Citrus cafe is the all day restaurant in Lemon Tree Aurangabad. Normally they arrange for buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. The spread is quite impressive and contains plethora of dishes ranging from Maharashtrian, North Indian, south Indian, continental, Oriental, etc. One is spoilt for choices. Special mention for the very cordial and helpful staff.

One of the best fine dine vegetarian restaurants I have been to. They have a wide menu with Chefs favourites, that are mostly good. There are a lot of other good vegetarian restaurants in the town but the one thing that sets this place apart is the hospitality. The staff always greets you with a smile and makes you feel welcome. So if you go out with family or friends they make the effort worthwhile 🙂 The prices are in-line with what they deliver. If you are experimental about food you want to try, this is the place! The Mocktails and seasonal desserts are great! The place offers a cozy ambience and does not feel crowded even if running at full capacity. The view is great since its a top floor restro. All in all a must visit place!

This is one of the best option in town for vegetarians. Menu is huge and food are delicious. You can try different cuisine as Thai or Vietnamese. Only small thing, they are slow for serve but fast for take out the plate…. But it’s still a very very good restaurant and you must try it

The ambiance is nice. They have amazing starters, and even mocktail is really good. Only point is they have limited sitting place and also their main course isn't good at all. Go for starters, may it be veg or non veg, you would like it for sure! Location is lil odd though 😐

Paneer hot plate : it is kind of sizzlers of paneer. I really loved its taste. If you are confused what to choose, hands down go for this dish. Schezwan noodles : they were just ok. I am not much impressed. The quantity is great. Ypu need 3 people to finish it. Overall ambience is soothing. They play melliflous songs. There is a glass instead of wall where you can just sit nearby and enjoy the view of road.. You can visit with your family, suitor and friends too. Service is nice. Mineral bottles are charged extra.

A great restaurant at a great price. You can get intimated by the interior of the restaurant and you might think that it's an expensive restaurant but you can totally get amazed by the prices. The one thing I didn't like yesterday was the reservation system (or the lack of reservation system). We had a reservation at 9 PM for 6 people and we had to wait for half an hour to get our table. Also the thing I didn't like was the serving style. We ordered two masala papads and they served those papads stacked in a single plate. I mean how are we supposed to eat those when they are stacked. Overall, the restaurant is pretty nice and food is of quality.

The place is good with well lit restaurant. The see through part of the restaurant gives you chance to eat food and glance through the road outside. The menu contains limited items and there can be made some additions to it. Further, the food was good but there is always scope for improvement.

Barkat tea house is the one of the old and quality tea place ever in the city. Must try their authentic taste of their special tea which is unique in taste and thick. This place is Near nirala bazaar and serving their tea from many years. Atleast visit once here and taste their tea you'll love it.

I planned for multi family dinner at dhaba on 2nd day of Eid. Our initial choice was blue star dhaba because of great taste and service. But unfortunately that was overcrowded and they ran out of raw materials. They didn't ask Us to wait. Went to all nearby dhaba but same story everywhere. We didn't wanted to go to Hotspot family dhaba as we had bitter experience in the past. As he managing person said he will arrange a table in 30 mins, We opted for Hotspot. It took Us 1 and half hours to get a table that too We arranged empty tables after multiple arguments with managing staff. All the tables sitting in that section were literally fighting for service. After getting tables masala papad arrived after 40 mins. Had to do multiple follow up on the same. Ordered Chicken Crispy, Chicken Maharaja, Tandoori Roti and Rice. All were third class. Chicken Crispy was too saucy, Chicken Maharaja was not upto the mark, Roti was rubbery and Rice were bland. Would not recommend this restaurant to any classy eaters even if you don't have any option. Going back home empty stomach and ordering on Zomato from some nearby restaurant would be better option instead.

Nice place to go with your friends. Chicken Mutton on the menu... Great taste great quantity...and the most amazing thing is the reasonable rates. Only thing I didn't like was...the dessert thing...they had only two desserts on the list ....Kaddu ki kheer and Gulab Jamun out of which only Gulab Jamun was available...we ordered but tbh we didn't like the taste at all.....it wasn't really a gulab jamun but something made out of substitutes.

Don't understand what all the hype around this place is about. I mean the food is pathetic the service is unfavourable. The staff is arrogant. The waiting time is so much more than other dhabas on that road. They have been on a downfall since nazeer bhai (now chef and owner of blue star) who used to work here left. They have the place, the manpower and the hype but it is still a mystery to me...why don't they change their chef and get a better one??

Recently visited Aurangabad for a wedding after years, and I must say the city has developed quite a bit since my childhood visit. While exploring, I stopped by a café and ordered a shake. Unfortunately, the service was super slow despite the place not being crowded, and the shake itself was just okay.. not really worth the wait.

This cafe has a dull and uninspiring ambiance that feels neglected and poorly maintained. The taste of the food is strictly average, offering nothing memorable. Service is slow, and the staff appears indifferent, showing little concern for upkeep or customer experience. Disappointing overall.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. First we ordered a burger, a sandwich and a cheese sauce pasta. They took forever to bring the food, then they first brought burger, and later after some time sandwich, the pasta took forever to arrive and by that time my friend had already finished her food. What’s the point of going together if you won’t get to eat together, I had to stare at her face and she ate and later she stared at mine when I ate. The burger was sloppy and mediocre, the sandwich was fine. But the worst was the pasta. IT WAS FREAKING SWEET!!!!!. Like the cook had added a tonne of sugar in it. I added like four tablespoons full of chilli flakes and yet it was disgusting and disturbingly sweet. They ruined pasta for me, I don’t think I can ever bring myself to have pasta again.

The ambiance is not maintained. Good place for hangout with buddies. Manchurian was hot and yummy but pizza base taste like stale food. I had suprem veg pizza go for another option. I tried peri peri fries and garlic chilly noodles that was really yummy.. Talking about service is the worst they don't care about customers. I re-order food but they are just just like we cant take we are on Lunch time 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️. It shows a bad attitude.

Cafe Woodies has been a nostalgic spot for me since my college days—a budget-friendly cafe with a chill vibe that's perfect for casual hangouts. However, during my recent visit, I noticed that the service and ambiance didn’t quite meet the expectations I had from earlier times. While it’s still a good spot to relax, it might not be the best choice for hosting a party or more formal gatherings.
