We had a really lovely experience at the Ace Hotel Palm Springs! We loved our room and the hotel's facilities. The gym was much nicer than most hotel gyms I've used in the past, and there are multiple pools, so we were able to escape the crowds. The food and drinks were also really great, and the staff was friendly and helpful! My only issue was with billing. I ended up getting double charged for something, when I called to have the hotel correct it they said they would, but I ended up having to call again because the correction hadn't worked. It was relatively easy to call and explain what had happened and get it fixed (even though I had to call twice) however I'd recommend double checking all your credit card statements after checking out! Clearly there's something wrong with their system. Hoping they can get it fixed soon, we definitely want to come back!

Terrible, terrible hotel. Looks nice, but is truly awful. Firstly, the staff, grumpy on the front desk, unwilling to help with basic requests. Firstly saying I checked in on the wrong day. I hadn't, they couldn't read their own bookings. Secondly, the frankly terrible music by the pool, a "DJ" playing dreadful house music all day, not only is it dated, this place is not Ibiza, turn it down or even better OFF. Thirdly, on arriving a group of adults were drinking whiskey from a bottle in reception. Really sets the tone, hotel didn't care. Room wasn't ready past check in time either, so we were moved into a suite with no bed for our daughter. She had to sleeping on a knackered old roll bed with a mattress less than an inch thick. To add insult to injury, these fools charged me TWICE for the same room, I've emailed with a vein hope they might refund me, but realistically I am doing a charge back as they were so rude when I was there. And let me finish on the front desk, there were no towels by the pool. I called 3 times, then eventually walked to the front desk to ask for some. The lady on the desk took GREAT offence to me asking for towels 3 times over TWO HOURS and told me it wasn't her problem. Well, I guess it is, here's my review of you. They also accused me of smoking in the room! i've never smoked in my life and there was a three year old in the room. UNACCEPTABLE Truly terrible hotel. There are better options within 500 yards on the same street. Avoid.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ace Hotel & Swim Club. It’s a thoughtfully designed and beautifully located property. We especially loved that it’s pet friendly (our travel crates even fit perfectly under the desk), the dog park, and our cozy room with a patio and fireplace. Highlights: the lovely pool and hot tub, stark desert views, EV-friendly outlets, floaties in the pool, coconut water in the minibar, and that stylish commune blanket I wish I’d bought. The King’s Highway café was another highlight. The espresso drinks were excellent, and Sunny deserves a standing ovation for her warmth and enthusiasm. The Amigo Room’s refreshed look and liquor selection were fantastic too—chips, guac, and fries all hit the spot. A few things kept this from being a full five stars: nighttime safety concerns at the back of the property, weak shower pressure, stained coasters, and limited vegan options. There was also some confusion around drink ingredients (honey vs. simple syrup) that left us uneasy. Overall, though, the vibe, design, and setting are exceptional. With a few refinements in hospitality and vegan offerings, this could easily become an unforgettable stay. 🌴💫

We came to the Ace for a quick, romantic weekend getaway and despite the summer heat, we had such a great time! Stayed at the hotel for most of the weekend. Loved spending the day by the pool in our cabana (totally worth it), and the service throughout was excellent. We had great meals at the diner, and check-in and check-out with Marty was especially lovely...he was so friendly and welcoming! He even checked on us at the cabana, which was such a sweet touch. We will definitely be back!

The pool scene is amazing, the music is always on point, and the whole property has this cool desert charm that makes you feel instantly relaxed. We loved our 2 night stay at the Ace Hotel this past weekend. Staff was friendly and the pool + food + drinks were great. The music at the pool can be on the louder side (and stays loud until around 10pm), so if you're looking for quiet relaxation this might not be it, but we didn't mind. Would definitely return!

It completely took our breath away from the moment we arrived, and somehow, it still managed to exceed every expectation we had. We hosted our celebration across all three of the property’s stunning lawns, and each space felt like it was pulled from the pages of a magazine. The gardens are meticulously maintained, the atmosphere is romantic and timeless, and every corner of the property offers something uniquely beautiful. The flow between the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception felt seamless, and the natural beauty of the grounds created a setting that was both intimate and unforgettable. But what truly made our wedding weekend extraordinary were the people. Randy and Samantha were nothing short of incredible. They were warm, accommodating, professional, and completely dedicated to making our dream day a reality. We had the most incredible experience hosting our wedding weekend at Parker Palm Springs! From the very beginning, Randy and Samantha were an absolute dream to work with—professional, responsive, and so thoughtful every step of the way. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from our first venue walk-through to the tasting and the big weekend itself. Every detail felt intentional, and they always found ways to surprise us with little touches that made us feel extra special. The Parker’s unique atmosphere and impeccable service created the perfect backdrop for our celebration, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about the experience. We’re so grateful to Randy, Samantha, and the entire team for helping us create a weekend we’ll never forget.

Stayed here for a weekend — beautiful hotel with exceptionally friendly and attentive staff. The grounds and landscaping truly felt like a desert oasis, and the pools were perfect for lounging. The only small hiccup was a missed birthday accommodation I had requested for my girlfriend. The front desk was kind in acknowledging it, but unfortunately it never made it to the room. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning so it can be improved for future guests.

I cannot say enough about the Parker Palm Springs. It had me at the incredible images online of the mid-century vibe of the refurbished original holiday Inn of California and the Gene Autry estate . The fact that they have the concierge extraordinaire : Chris Morano Who carefully curated our itinerary was over the top above average made me stay. The well crafted design, attention to detail, impeccable personal service and an incredibly beautiful poolside room were anll exceptional. I rarely go back to the same destination, but I will be back at the park someday. Oh, and did I mention the spa?

The property is magnificent as well as the staff (the pictures do not do the property justice!) Tatiana went above and beyond to ensure our bachelorette weekend was perfect, down to the smallest details. She is extremely knowledgeable about wine, food and the full history of the truly unique hotel. She made our weekend unforgettable and magical!

On October 6th, 2025 my experience with this spa ended before it even began, solely based on the unacceptable presentation and sanitation standards at the front desk. If I got their name right, Alyccia. The first impression is everything in a service focused on wellness and cleanliness, and this was truly disturbing. The front desk attendant's appearance was unprofessional and concerning. Their long hair was visibly messy, no uniform and more critically, they had an uncovered, visible sores on both lips. In any setting- but especially in a spa environment- seeing a staff member with an exposed, visible sign of illness or irritation who is handling guest intake and appointments is alarming and immediately raises major concerns about cross-contamination and health standards. The fact that the individual was not wearing any form of protective covering or mask compounded this concern significantly. Furthermore, I was highly uneasy and wanted to wash my hands immediately after the interaction, yet there was no hand sanitizer or visible sanitization station available for guests. This omission, combined with the alarming lack of basic personal hygiene from the greeter, speaks to a fundamental failure in management and operational ethics. The general lack of professional conduct and presentation was evident. This experience was frankly disgusting and made me feel concerned about the cleanliness of the entire facility. I certainly will not be returning, and I strongly urge owners to immediately review their staff training on personal hygiene, especially to Alyccia at PSYC, presentation standards, and required sanitation protocols for customer-facing roles.

Every detail was spot-on—the atmosphere, the service, the timing—flawless. But what really stood out was her heart. When she learned we wanted to show a surprise video to our guests, she didn’t just “make it work”—she literally brought her own kids’ TV from home so we could share it. Who does that? That kind of thoughtfulness and commitment to her guests is rare. Missly didn’t just manage an event—she made it personal, memorable, and absolutely perfect. If you’re planning an event at the Parker, ask for Missly. You’ll be in the best hands imaginable.

I spent this past weekend at the Avalon for a quick getaway. The location could not be better and was 2 blocks from Downtown Palm Springs. I had a regular hotel room and it was fine and had everything I needed. However, the fridge was not turned on and we had to have maintenance come to check it out because it seemed broken at first. The pools were my favorite part of the property and were the best way to spend our time. I did not know there was construction until I checked in, so it was a bit annoying to have to leave the property and walk outside on the sidewalk in order to access 2 of the 3 pools that were open. We started our first morning at the family friendly pool and we had to leave to head to the main pool because there were no waiters to take our order. We waited over 20 minutes and when we arrived to the main pool, there were no waiters there either, so we had to walk to the restaurant and place our order there. However, once the waiters did appear, they were very attentive and friendly. The food, while expensive, was completely worth the price and my favorite part of the trip. The issues I experienced were minor, and I would stay here again, possibly in a bungalow, which is more accessible to the pools.

I was able to check in early. The front desk staff was friendly. The room was cute and clean. Parking was close to my room which is convenient. I went to the pool and a server greeted me promptly. He was very attentive and polite. The happy hour prices were amazing! The $5 waffle fries were still a full portion. The seasoning on them is amazing. They were cooked perfectly. My drink was delicious and very balanced. Each pool had a full ice water station nearby. The music was pleasant and at a great volume. The vibes were so peaceful! I definitely will be returning!

A Fantastic Getaway at Hotel Avalon My recent stay at the Hotel Avalon was nothing short of wonderful. The highlight for us was definitely the multiple pools. We spent most of our days relaxing poolside and enjoying the fantastic service (I recommend the adult only pool with the view of the San Jacinto peaks). The entire staff was incredibly hospitable, but a special shout-out goes to Elroy, Bryan, and Christina, who we got to know by name. Their service made our time even more enjoyable. And let's talk about the food and drinks! The smash burger, which also came in slider form, was packed with flavor and was the best thing on the menu. I also highly recommend the garden cooler, a refreshing cucumber gin mix perfect for a hot day. The hotel's location is another huge plus. It's just a short walk to the main strip, which made it easy to explore the area. We also loved that it's located near the Historical Tennis Club neighborhood, where we admired the beautiful mid-century architecture that Palm Springs is famous for. The Architecture Museum is also close by, and I highly recommend visiting on a Thursday when admission is free. With so much to see and do both at the hotel and in the surrounding area, we'd come back again in a heartbeat. It was the perfect place for a relaxing and fun vacation. Clean rooms, great food & location.

The difference between an asylum and the room I had might be a window. Other than that, I truly don't understand the positive reviews. Our hot water wasn't working but fortunately it wasn't ice cold so I just dealt with it because it was hot. The walls were extremely thin and the doors poorly sealed, which meant there was no peace or quiet during the day. All I could hear were nonstop cicadas, and it drove me crazy. The staff were polite and the service was fine, but they would not change my room after my complaints. For that reason, I am giving 3 stars. I would not stay here again and recommend looking elsewhere.

First, I want to share that the staff was incredible. My review has nothing to do with the staff. That said, this is not at all what the pictures reflect on their website. I was so disappointed when we arrived at this hotel. The room was dirty, it smelled and it was very old. They put newer furniture in there to try and modernized it, but they just put lipstick on a pig...at the end of the day it was still a pig. The walls and ceilings were very thin...we heard the people upstairs from us as if they were in the room with us, the staff walked outside pushing laundry and garbage carts at all hours...we did not once get a good night sleep the entire 3 days. I kept finding bugs walking across the floor...it was just gross. The parking is horrendous and the hotel itself is not clearly marked so finding it at night proved to be quite difficult. They fitness center lacked luster and again isn't was is presented on the website. Please beware before booking here...and if you do, please don't have high expectations based on what you see online...if you don't expect too much, you'll be fine.

We WERE going to stay here in two weeks for our annual family trip. Got a text that one of their pools is closed for construction which immediately set off alarms. I called and the front desk confirmed that there will be active construction during our stay, noise and all. They did say we can walk over to the sister property but how is that relaxing with construction noise right next door? Had to cancel, such a bummer that this hotel decided to do this in summer and not in winter.

This would have been a five star until my last hour on the property. I’ve stay so many times in the past when it was the Vicroy and Avalon. I was relaxing at the pool and was asked to leave the property by 4PM. Honestly, very disturbed by this as I was truly enjoying quiet relaxing my time. Not even sure what to say. Really deeply disturbed is the only way I will be feeling when I return home.

I’ve been in love with The Colony Palms for years. They are consistent for sure. Over the years not much has changed. They serve champagne while checking you in. The lobby always smells amazing. They walk you to your bungalow. The pool and poolside along with restaurant and bar is Palm Springs contemporary / chic. Yes, it’s still a tad bit pricey and they charge for everything. Yes, this includes the parking. Why do I keep coming back? It’s an adult only property. This for me is the best part. No minors allowed. The cocktails are always on point. Limited beer selection. Small food menu, they stop serving poolside at 3PM and they DO NOT HAVE ROOM SERVICE. (Bummer) You’ve been warned. - LOL - Enjoy your summer…..

We wanted to go on a short weekend trip and chose this hotel. The room was good and the window faced the street. We were missing the second layer of our curtain and asked for a thin sheet. Instead we came back to it pinene to the wall. The grounds are pretty. The pool is smaller than others but good service. It was good. Not sure if go back to this exact hotel though.

Just got back from a birthday weekend (Sunday-Tuesday) stay through Amex's fine hotel program. The common areas of the hotel are absolutely beautifully decorated. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The property is in a perfect location with easy access to downtown. Our first night, we were getting into bed when we found dried blood spots on the sheets, we called the front desk and they came to take pictures and brought new bedding, he was apologetic and i understand these things happen. I was most looking forward to our afternoon massage. I love spas and have been to quite a few over the years.. The spa was extremely disappointing, there were no amenities (no steam, no sauna in the spa) the robes were thin and very small, with only one size of slippers. Unfortunately neither of these fit my husband. In the waiting room, there was only room temp water bottles, no tea, no snacks. I booked a 60 minute deep tissue arnica massage. During the treatment my masseuse kept moving around, and like would rub for a minute or two then pause to fiddle around with something, it was distracting. I booked an add on (15 minutes) to have a longer foot massage but she thought it was a scalp treatment, so when it came to that part of the massage, she poured oil on my scalp, I reminded her that I booked an extra foot massage, she said I was wrong, only to admit a couple minutes later that she confused me with another client.. she then went to get supplies, then gave me a foot scrub instead of a longer foot massage, all these mishaps and we still ended exactly on time (75 minutes), I wasn't really sure what to say, straight after the massage you sign the receipt for the charge of service plus 20% tip. I don't believe that the spa or the service was worth the $500 I paid. If you're a spa person this one is a big skip for me.

Everything was picture perfect. From the views, to the service, to the atmosphere. I could've stayed there forever. The food and drinks at the restaurant were all delicious. Love their emphasis on healthier choices/farm to table. Every view from the property was just gorgeous, couldn't help but feel relaxed and at a peace.

I must say!! This place is amazing. I truly appreciate the great service I experienced with the staff. I have celebrated my birthday here twice and will continue to stay here. Deanna was the absolute so best!!! Made sure me and all my guest felt comfortable and made special accommodations for us. Bianca from the Restaurant- she was amazing. There was 16 of us and made sure we were all taking care of. Made sure we all had drinks and made sure we were all good. With her bubbly personality made us feel so welcomed and special. Extremely Disappointed - Overcharged and Lack of Proper Service. We had high hopes for our stay, especially since this was meant to be our honeymoon. We even called and emailed ahead to let the hotel know, hoping for a special touch or at the very least a warm acknowledgment. Unfortunately, when we arrived, there were no notes on file—our call/email had clearly been disregarded. Things only got worse from there. We were overcharged multiple times during and after our stay, and when we brought it to the staff’s attention, we were assured it would be corrected. Instead of seeing a refund, we were charged even more. Each attempt to resolve the issue seemed to result in a new billing error. It felt like no one really knew what was going on, and we were constantly chasing answers. The Colony Palm stated it was a "staffing error". Yet the staffing error continued to occur. Again, the trip was pre-paid, so we were confused by the multiple room rate charges. Receiving a refund has been difficult, we are currently three weeks post our stay and no solution. We will note that the restaurant and pool staff were great. The Front Office service and staff are the problems. If you stay here, please keep an eye out for your hotel invoice/balance.

We were excited to try this hotel based on the reviews. Tl;dr - it was okay but we likely won't go back. For the price, there are nicer options - perhaps with a trade-off on walkability. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel and I'm shocked that AMEX classified this as a Fine Hotel and Resort. Rooms - 2/5 - The bed was comfortable enough and I liked the Le Labo products - The furniture was cheap and the room was not in good condition - there were scuff marks on the walls, scratches on the door etc. - The bathroom was not great - the walls were not skim coated before the wallpaper was applied so the wallpaper was uneven and the seams were showing. The sconces were hung entirely too high. The shower had really dirty grout and some cracks in the tile. - As others have noted, the rooms are quite dark Pool - 4/5 - The pool was nice and calm since it's adults only - Pool itself was nice enough - hot tub was a little dingy. Location - 5/5 - Very close to DT Palm Springs and walkable to plenty of restaurants Parking - 3/5 - They require valet only. I get if it's in a congested city and / or it's a 5 star hotel - neither of which is the case here. - I will say they brought the car around very quickly when we called for it. Food - 2/5 - Brunch - was decent. I got the crab cake benedict one day and found a crab claw shell in my crab cake. Also - the brunch menu does not have many lighter options on it and it's the only menu available up to 3PM on weekends. Would be great to be able to get a sandwich or a salad on a hot day by the pool instead of chicken and waffles or crab cakes. - Lunch - we had the club and the shrimp tacos. The club and the fries were great. The shrimp in the tacos were undercooked and really off-putting - I couldn't eat much of it. - Dinner - the menu looked great. The appetizers we had all missed the mark - caesar salad was all anchovy and barely any parmesan or dressing, beef tartare tasted like French's yellow mustard and the focaccia was okay. The entrees were better - we had the lamb and the beef wellington which were good but they came with tiny little garnishes as sides. For the price, I was expecting better.

Our room was clearly a bit older, but was a “surface-level” amount of clean. There were some spots on the carpet, but we generally felt comfortable with the amount of care put into cleaning the linens. The staff members were all very friendly and attentive. We also enjoyed the bikes provided to guests. The view from the room was great, even if it was facing a parking lot. We had an amazing view of some palm trees and mountains in the distance. While this hotel may not be fresh and updated, it’s very charming and it’s in a very good location for tourists who may want to run over to the grocery store or walk to a restaurant for dinner, no car necessary!

I booked a day pass through the Resort Pass app. The confirmation stated that check-in for day guests would be at the pool area (Friday–Sunday), so when I arrived, I went straight there. However, there was no check-in desk, the gate was unlocked, and no one asked for ID. Honestly, it seemed like anyone could walk in without paying, which already gave me “3-star hotel” vibes. The lobby looked well-kept, but I can’t comment on the rooms since I only visited for the day. Pool & Atmosphere: The pool area was lively, with a DJ playing from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Initially, I was excited about the idea of a “pool party,” but it wasn’t what I had expected. No one was dancing, the music wasn’t great, and it disrupted the relaxing Palm Springs vibe (felt more like a Vegas pool scene, but without the energy). Crowd & Staff: The overall vibe felt casual and rough around the edges. If you’re not comfortable around lots of tattoos, piercings, or a bachelor-party type of crowd, this may not be the place for you. For a more polished, upscale pool experience, I’d recommend Paseo Hotel in Palm Desert—I’ve been there before, and the atmosphere was much nicer. Parking: Plenty of complimentary self-parking. Bathrooms: Could use more attention—paper on the floor and the sink wasn’t very clean. Pool: Large, but not the cleanest. Service: Unless you book a daybed, don’t expect servers to approach you. You’ll need to line up at the bar yourself. Towels: Although Resort Pass says towels aren’t provided, there were actually plenty available. Overall, it’s an average spot if you want a lively pool scene and don’t mind the drawbacks, but it definitely doesn’t deliver the classic Palm Springs experience.

We couldn't have asked for a better venue than The Saguaro for our destination wedding! This unique, colorful hotel perfectly captures the charm of old school Palm Springs while offering everything modern couples need. Planning our wedding remotely could have been stressful, but The Saguaro made it effortless. Our contact Mark was absolutely phenomenal to work with—he answered every question quickly, was incredibly accommodating with our budget, and went above and beyond to throw in special touches that made our day and entire stay even more memorable. He was present throughout the entire event to ensure everything ran smoothly, which gave us complete peace of mind. The food was outstanding! After our tasting, we provided some feedback, and the culinary team implemented every single change flawlessly. Our guests are still raving about the meal. We also can’t say enough about the margaritas, easily some of the best in the area! Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely excited to help make our celebration special. The resort amenities kept our guests entertained throughout the entire weekend, making it feel like a true destination experience. From a budget perspective, The Saguaro was incredibly reasonable compared to other Palm Springs venues—low space rental costs and no minimum room block requirement made it accessible without sacrificing quality or beauty. If you're looking for a vibrant, charming, and affordable Palm Springs wedding venue with an exceptional team, The Saguaro is the perfect choice!

Overall 5 stars in my book. Great atmosphere and really fun, hip hotel. I love the copious amounts of hand sanitizer and sunscreen scattered around the pool. The vibe and colors are on another level. 100% would stay here again!

We did not stay here, which I why I have not reviewed the rooms. Instead, we went to the Drag Brunch yesterday (we're senior citizen tourists from Chicago). The show was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! We loved, loved, loved it. The queens were all gorgeous, funny, and oh-so- talented. The music was great - caused us to get up and dance. You did not have to be fabulous yourself (we were there for my 71st birthday and my husband is pushing 80). They were fabulous! The crowd was mixed - quite a few bridal parties. Also some people out for birthdays - both groups and couples. Some were gay. Others, like us, were straight. Everyone had a great time. I highly recommend going to the Queen Brunch at the Saguaro Palm Springs! So much fun and laughter!

This place was fantastic, it was clean, comfortable and inviting. There were 8 rooms booked for our group, we all had a great time. The staff were great - but especially after we checked out and were no longer paying customers. From storing our bags and being flexible with us going shopping and adding to our stored luggage, to going above and beyond and calling multiple people/ companies when our transport did not show up and 5 of us were stuck in a situation where we had no way from Palm Springs to LAX. We were stressed - she made us calm and she also found a reasonable solution in a reasonable time

This place has taken a steep dive for the worse over the last 5 years. Hotel is dirty compared to any other property. Overall maintence of the property has declined and it’s obvious no money is put back into property. Even the parties are hosted at other nicer hotels. Hopeful for new owners before property dies completely. Staff is friendly but the property is run down and falling apart. Look at the other reviews and you will see a common topic of the lack of maintaining the property. Place has turned into a dump and needs new management ASAP.

Over all the one day stay was nice. The front staff and Check-in were quick, easy, and enjoyable. This is a vintage building that has been beautifully remodeled. The parking is kind of wonky- you may have to walk kinda far if parking is full near your room. It had an awful smell of musty and old stale air to the room which did not get better with the doors open and the bathroom does not have an exhaust fan so they have the upper window open, which was strange with a 115° days. The air conditioning unit in our room was exceptionally louder than any other that I've encountered. I would highly suggest paying a little more for a poolside room with a private patio. The pool was nice and had misters. Many outdoor games for the kids like connect 4 and cornhole. Multiple fire pits and sitting areas. We encounter some wildlife upon arrival which was fun.

This hotel is centrally located within walking distance to most shops, restaurants, and the little casino. It's very retro and quaint and we loved the décor. You can tell they put a lot of thought into the remodel. We had a poolside room with a little patio area but the vines along the pool fence prevented a view of the pool. Parking is okay. There were 12 of us in 7 rooms in celebration of the marriage of my brother who had married in the courthouse earlier that day. Our only complaint was that most rooms had no hot water and we ended up taking cold showers. It was 4am when I took mine and it wasn't a pleasant way to start my day. Staff and management are very accommodating and will do everything within their power to make your stay an enjoyable one. The bed was VERY comfortable and once they fix the shower issue we will definitely stay again. I will say, through no fault of the hotel, a known biker "club" was having their annual gathering in Palm Springs that weekend and our hotel was full of their members. Palm Springs had close to 1000 members staying all over town. Although they were all very polite and friendly, they were there to party and have a good time and a few of us didn't get much sleep but management did compensate those that were affected but we did cut our weekend short because of it.

Stayed here for one night in August. Very warm, though had AC which was very loud! May have been working overtime due to how hot it was. Location was great and staff were very helpful when checking in. The pool could have been a bit cleaner as seemed pretty cloudy and not the most appealing. Would stay again though if passing through.

This review should be a five star rating. I have supported this property by writing positive comments on their Instagram account. I have been here five or six times. The stays were very good except this recent visit this past week. I always stay in a particular room. The room is simple but the view of the property and mountains are amazing, so it makes me happy. I called ahead of time to request the room. While checking in, I was informed that another guest had the room, despite my request. The request was marked on my file. Howerver, the one manager told me they never read requests only at the time of check in. I requested that they waive the early check in fee since they did not honor my request. The manager replied in a 'particular' tone, "I'm not gonna waive the fee since you're comin in at 10:30!" Working in hospitality myself all my life left me in a very dissapointing manner, and I didn't even check in yet. Thank goodness for Jane, the front desk team memeber, who was very sincere and accommodating throughout my stay. I told her of the situation which she was sympathetic. I requested that she add the room number to my name so that they know I want that room. When I rebook next year, I will call every day for a week leading up to checkin date. Otherwise, their won't be a repeated visit. As far as Jane, I think other staff members need to learn from this great employee.

I stayed here during a stopover. The hotel is easy to find and check-in was quick. The room was simple but clean, and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was small, but everything functioned well. There wasn’t much noise from the street, which was a plus. Breakfast had basic options — toast, cheese, fruit, and cereal. Staff were professional. Good for travelers who need rest before continuing their journey.

Had a great time over the Labor Day Weekend. Rooms are clean and spacious! Have Microwave, mini fridge and safe. Pool is great and a few steps from all the restaurants and bars. Coming back again. Want to say hi to el Sapito.

The designated available parking for this location is very small. Depending on when you visit there’s a good chance you won’t find a place near your room to park. The access from parking location and access to room location are difficult. The soaps smell great! The citrus trees and minimalist design are nice. If you need to call the front desk for anything - you can expect a 15-30 minute hold…even for a quick question. There’s a resort fee regardless of if you plan to use their pool. Reservations are often non-refundable, but they can alter the date of the stay instead. It’s a great location to downtown and the Cactus to Clouds Trailhead. Would probably try somewhere else next time.

We stayed here for the first time this past weekend and will definitely be returning! The property was immaculate and the service was so good. Shout out to Sarah! She was working the restaurant and bar and was so incredibly sweet and attentive. The room was very cozy and intimate. I also loved that it was 21+. Definitely book here if you are looking for a romantic and relaxing getaway.

Hands down the best service one could receive. My wife and I come here at least once a year just because we love it so much. We travel a lot and stay at high end places and nothing beats this place. I would choose this over any other place in Palm Springs and we have stayed at them all. L'Horizon always deliver. Rooms, food, drinks, pool, service all top notch.

Beautiful hotel, especially the Hermann Bungalows. The attention to detail in the rooms is spectacular. We will absolutely stay during our next visit to Palm Springs. Only drawback to mention is the distance to the downtown Palm Springs which is a decent walk but still well worth it.

I really wanted to love this hotel given how nice the property grounds are but had a terrible experience, so bad that I checked out early. I stayed in a pool facing room and didn’t realize that I couldn’t open the curtains bc the room gets so hot and everyone can see right in. The rooms are already poorly lit and being unable to open the curtains really ruined the room. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work. They had a power outage and while that was out of their control how they handled it was poor. We waited nearly two hours to get our breakfast, when we called front desk (3 times) to inquire about status, the manager was clearly annoyed and had an attitude!! We checked out early and all they did was comp breakfast which was already included in our stay. While the pool was lovely, I do not recommend. The value for the price is not worth it.

5 star building with a 3 star service. If the hotel is less than 25% full, you can expect no service at the pool bar for 45 mins at 5pm. For what we paid, we were not expecting to have to ring reception to prompt a staff member to attend the bar. No one picked up, but they did call me back right away apologising for missing my call. 35 dollars for a car valet when the car park is 10 feet away is a laughable insult. If we had paid $200/night then this criticism/feedback would be inapplicable. But for the $750 a night paid, the service was not up to scratch. The surprise free upgrade of the room when we checked in did not make up for the inadequate service. Other than service, the rooms and property is simply wonderful. The pool is perfect. Note to staff: Bow ties are nice but attentive service is more important.

The perfect stay. Attentive staff. Great service. Absolutely beautiful grounds and stunning rooms. We stayed in both the L'Horizon and Herman sides and both were amazing but the Herman side definitely has nicer finishes like furniture, lighting, size, and even toilet paper. We probably used everything the resort has to offer from the breakfast, bar food, jacuzzi, pool, shallow Herman side pool, bocci court, spa, valet parking, complementary bikes, hammocks, and even rooms on both sides. Things to keep in mind: 1) The l'horizon side is less maintained and we had some issues like a faulty bathroom door knob (almost got stuck in the bathroom), greening on the brass finishes, and some cracked paint. (In the images). 2) The restaurant, So•Pa, is only open for dinner. We didn't dine there as it seemed pricey. 3) Breakfast is great! Do yourself a favour and get their pancakes. Their market fruit is the best deal as well. 4) Parking is valet only. A bit pricey at $35/night. 5) The bikes are very casual with no gears or handbrakes. Use for leisure not for getting around. 6) In late April, the patios are not a great deal. It was swarming with flies and mosquitos at most hours of the day. 7) The bathrooms in the L'Horizon side are quite open and you can see outside onto the paths. On the pool facing rooms, it may throw you off. 8) Our room in the Herman side had many mosquitos inside it and I got quite a few bites. I wasn't expecting that from a resort of this quality. Being reasonable there's not much to be done. Just be aware of this. This is the main reason rooms get 4/5.

I’m very overdue leaving this review, but after staying at a similarly marketed boutique resort & spa I must say L’Horizon is by far THE BEST place I’ve ever stayed at — so much so that we make a point to visit every year since we discovered it. The experience, customer service, design, ambiance, rooms, amenities, food & drinks, etc. are unmatched. If you’re reading this, do yourself a favor and stay here but be prepared to be disappointed staying anywhere else. L’Horizon sets the bar so high, bravo to everyone involved making this place what it is — a true gem.

My first time staying at a Hilton and first impression wasn't good. Went with a group of 40 friends and the consensus was that all of the rooms had a musty smell and are dated with the exception of the bathrooms having been updated. However there appears to be mold on the bathroom vent and painted over previously but I could be wrong, just doesn't give a good appearance. The sheets, bed cover, and curtains all had stains. The shower drain immediately backed up and had to be cleared out by maintenance the first morning we were there. The very limited TV channels (14 or so channels?) kept losing service, no free music or movie options, everything has a cost to it (an old revenue generator that you don't often come across at other hotels these days). We had prepaid for breakfast but they failed to remind us and provide the tickets when we checked in at the front desk so we had forgotten breakfast was already paid for so missed the first morning breakfast. Good reminder to make sure you get your tickets. The service was nice and breakfast was excellent. The pool was a good size and in good shape. Good location though, just needs more attention from Hilton to bring it up to Hilton standards otherwise I'd assume it'll bring their brand down. Hoping this isn't a typical Hilton experience.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights while attending a conference. The location was practical, close to public transport and several restaurants. The room was basic but clean, with standard amenities like a small desk, a closet, and a TV. The bathroom had decent water pressure and was well maintained. The staff were polite but didn’t go out of their way to interact. Breakfast was included but fairly repetitive. Overall, a functional hotel that met my needs without any major positives or negatives.

Stayed here for a convention. It was very easy to go back and forth. The hotel rooms were clean, but the shower wouldn't quite switch from the showerhead to the tub. The water would run from both ends. Have to give a shout out to Paula! I left some jewelry behind, and she was super helpful to get it returned. Please give her a raise! Thank you Paula for being the hero!

Happen to stay here for a work trip and Im so glad I did. Samora at the bar made my night. Her enthusiastic energy, caring attitude and just simply joyful personality was a pleasure to be around. Ive never seen anyone work so hard to make me a michelada haha. Amazing service, will definitely come back.

This is my favorite hotel in downtown Palm Springs and for events at the Convention Center. Each room I've stayed in is very nice and all amenities are very comfortable. They only thing I don't care for here are the bath towels.

This is the best hotel where I’ve been in my whole life. It’s an absolute oasis in the desert of Palm Springs. We came to celebrate my wifes 43rd birthday. It is a great experience. -adult pool is great. -family pool is perfect -the rooms are immaculate. -the grounds are an art piece. So well groomed and designed. -check in was easy, loved the complimentery drink! -valets are seamless - the onsite restauraunt is delicious. The service is so perfect, the staff knows what I need before I do. This is exactly what my wife wanted for her birthday, she is even sleeping better at night here. Completely relaxed.

Wow. This place is stunning. The location is gorgeous. The grounds are well kept, interesting and have a stunning view. Service is top notch as you would expect from a ritz Carlton. Everything here is high quality and over the top nice, down to the high thread count paper towels used in the bathrooms. If you can afford to stay here. You won’t be disappointed.

We stayed here for a short family trip and booked two rooms for the weekend. The property itself is beautiful, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were super comfortable — I got some of the best sleep I’ve had in a while. That said, I was a little disappointed by the lack of things to do on the property. Besides relaxing by the pool and enjoying the view, there weren’t many activities or entertainment options, which made the stay feel a bit limited. For a Ritz-Carlton, I expected a bit more to keep guests engaged throughout the day. Overall, it’s a beautiful and peaceful place to relax, but if you’re looking for more to do beyond the room and pool, it might feel a little too quiet.

Distinctly mediocre. Great service in every restaurant, club lounge and pool side (adult pool). Reception, we felt, were quite supercilious. Room was ok. A king, desert view with club access was so small, only one sink, horrible Diptique products, broken remote, broken candle on balcony, not enough towels, cleaning wasn’t great (used towels not removed) and no hooks in bathroom (apart from in the shower/tub stall). We wanted to pay to upgrade but the difference ‘apparently’ was $2000 a night?! But on our Bonvoy app was half that, when asked we were told it wasn’t available?!! Couldn’t be bothered to argue and again the supercilious attitude made us feel like ‘oh you can’t afford $3000 a night? I’m sorry’ The Spa was also possibly one of the most dismal spas we’ve ever visited. The showers were dirty with clumps of hair left in showers,, the coed area had an ant infestation and the general atmosphere was not calming or warm. This short 5 day stay was to kick off our 30th wedding anniversary, thank goodness we get the chance to go to our next adventure. This hotel can improve so much!

Obsoletely authentic interior and exterior. Amazing landscaping. Not a topical place for Palm Springs because it is built I. Two historic original houses. One Mediterranean and another Moroccan style houses. What was weird for me the staff were nice but there was not enthusiastic at all. Just performing their job. Please save that beautiful setting hire more staff and make that space active

There are so many mosquitoes in the hotel! But there was no anti-mosquito measures, and there was no in the room. There was only a bottle of spray at the front desk. I was bitten dozens of bags all over my body. I was very angry! The price is expensive but there is no hot spring. The room has a odor and it smells bad. We can't stay at all, which eventually led to us being forced to change the hotel temporarily. However, there is no refund. I understand that the hotel has relevant cancellation and refund policies, but in such a bad environment, at least the hotel should do something for the guests, but they did nothing! Very not recommended here, it is expensive and the environment is very poor!

We have been fortunate enough to experience a lot of higher end hotels and resorts around the world, but nothing has come close to our experience at the Korakia. The place felt original, historic, relaxing, and modern all in one. Every detail was well thought out with the guest experience in mind. I picked up a book in our room to read during our stay (how cool) called, "unreasonable hospitality" and every piece of wisdom I read in that book was already meticulously applied to this place. We have visited Palm Springs numerous times and our stay here gave us a whole new perspective of the desert. We left feeling refreshed and inspired. Whoever made this place should be very proud, we were blown away. Also, if you haven't already, check out their sister property, hotel joaquin, if you're looking for beach vibes—another favorite of ours. We can't wait to come back.

Spanish- and Moroccan-inspired property with charming clusters of bungalows, ranging from simple bedrooms with private baths to larger houses like the Orchard House, complete with its own orchard. The grounds are thoughtfully designed with two inviting pools and plenty of cozy nooks for lounging, reading, or quiet time. It’s the perfect place to relax, practice yoga, and escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff are warm, friendly, and accommodating, making the experience even more special.

I arrived at the hotel after a three-hour drive from LA. I was so tired I wanted to sleep, but the room was so horrible I couldn't sleep. There were so many bugs. Even my bag, which I briefly left on the desk, had bugs in it, and there were all kinds of bugs on the floor. Our honeymoon night was truly horrible. I dragged myself back to LA, exhausted. I completely wasted my time and money on gas. They said we’ll refund. Agoda sent a cancellation request to hotel, but the hotel hasn't responded.

I’ve never been in a more romantic, sexy, secluded, and well run property. Perfect for wedding, anniversaries, etc. we rented out one whole side for our anniversary. Best time ever. The staff makes it special every time.

This place is great if you appreciate the vintage vibe. If you're looking for a modern hotel this is not it. Room was comfortable, the stone fireplace was awesome. The bedding was nice.

First of all, the water is the reason to escape to this beautiful place. I loved chilling out in the salt pool, and soaking in hot tubs and hanging out in the grotto that is open 24 hrs. I prefer the spring rooms. Thank you to front desk for your hospitality and gesture. Clean, comfortable and convenient. I hope the investors of this property take care of it!

We first came to Two bunch about 25 years ago. We have just returned to stay here after a 10 year hiatus in Northern California. The original vibe here was all about the water, the treatments, and the desert get away. Times pass and things change. A few changes I didn’t care for. But all in all some things remain as they were. The hot spring pools, especially at the grotto, are still as they were. Very relaxing and meditative. There have been changes in the pathways that I found were not as good as before. For example, if you’re walking from a room in the southern part of the property, the path to the restaurant was a bit of a roundabout way. In our years coming here, I really didn’t consider it a five star resort. It wasn’t about having the plush room. It was a little funky, and that was the draw for the place with me and also celebrities. Most of the time spent was in the water soaking. We didn’t come here to watch 50 channels of television. So the rooms being a bit sparse was not a real concern. But in the time since we first began coming here prices have tripled. For the price of the room, they could have put a chair to sit in. The reservation process for the new pools seems not very efficient or formalized. They are also so close together that there’s not much privacy. We didn’t try them as we spent almost all our time in the grotto. The restaurant used to have a hideaway feel with pictures of Bogart and Bacall and a huge real wood burning fireplace. It also had outdoor seating facing mount Jacinto. The menu is limited but the food was good and very pricey. There was a “Wellness” charge on our bill. We didn’t get a good explanation of the reason for the charge. It would have been great to be informed of that by management rather than learning through a server. We asked to have it removed and they did. Two Bunch Palms is still a good place to go. The staff are friendly and willing to help even in a not so smooth sailing operation. I’m sure it takes a lot of money to run this property. So increases in prices are to be expected. We heard there are other places similar in the area, but we aren’t aware because we always went to Two bunch. I think we may explore more of the area, but I doubt that original experience of a secluded desert hot spring Hideaway is gone.

I had such a relaxing and peaceful stay at this cozy hot spring hotel. The atmosphere was quiet and serene—perfect for a getaway. The hot spring itself was clean, calming, and just the right temperature, with beautiful surroundings that made it even more special. The hotel was charming and well-kept, with comfortable rooms and thoughtful touches throughout. If you’re looking for a restful escape with natural beauty and a true sense of calm, I highly recommend this place.

I love Two Bunch Palms. It’s pretty, the food at the restaurant is phenomenal, and the hot springs pools are wonderful. BUT- after a few years of visiting here, we finally decided to try some spa treatments as we were there for my birthday weekend. Huge mistake! My lymphatic massage was a huge waste of time and money. Felt like an hour of light tapping, literally, and for well over $200 with tip, was so angering to have to pay. My husband got the same treatment and had a better experience than me but came out saying that he’d never pay more than $50 at most at a day spa for his treatment. When checking out you’re sent a text message to request a review of your experience. I went into depth in the review with how we felt about our treatments. I asked at checkout who reads the reviews and was told that management reads them and would reach out if necessary. It has been almost 3 weeks and I haven’t heard from a single staff member.

I wish I could give 10/5! Absolutely LOVED It here! So relaxing, such great service, attentiveness and care! Whether we were poolside, at the turtle/duck pond or doing fun activities, it was delightful! A special thank you to Anita for her help as well. 10/10, highly recommend.

We had a wonderful girl’s getaway at the Kimpton Palm Springs. I had emailed management about getting adjoining rooms and they were impressively quick to respond and accommodate. They also surprised my friend with champagne for her birthday! All in all, would highly recommend. The location was perfect and within walking distance to restaurants and shops

Pet-Friendly Luxury Done Right! We couldn’t have been more delighted with our stay at the Kimpton Rowan during a recent Palm Springs staycation! From the very start, the service exceeded expectations. I had emailed ahead to confirm the pet policy (which seemed almost too good to be true), and Ahmed responded right away with a warm welcome, a complimentary room upgrade, and the reassurance that our IHG membership perks were linked to our stay. Even before we arrived, we knew we were in for a fabulous weekend. Upon check-in, Brian confirmed our upgraded room—complete with a balcony for our pup and a luxurious spa-style bath for us. The thoughtful pet amenities, including a palm tree squeaky toy that our puppy still adores, made the experience extra special. The room itself was immaculate and stylish, with fresh mid-century modern finishes, high ceilings, and an airy, spacious feel. The bathroom was truly spa-like, and the bed was so comfortable it felt like sleeping on a cloud. While we didn’t need housekeeping, every staff member we encountered was friendly and attentive. We carved out time to enjoy the rooftop pool, where the relaxed vibe, plentiful seating, and sweeping mountain views made it a highlight of our trip. Sipping cocktails from the High Bar only added to the magic—our server was fantastic, even if we regret not catching her name. The lobby struck a perfect balance of calm and energy, with a lively downtown buzz just outside the doors and plenty of thoughtful touches throughout the day. Valet and bell services were equally prompt and professional. As our stay came to an end, Ling helped us extend for a late checkout so we could savor one more brunch before hitting the road. She even updated our key cards proactively, saving us a trip back to the desk—a small gesture that spoke volumes about the care and efficiency of the team. A heartfelt thank you to Ahmed and the entire Kimpton Rowan staff for making this such a memorable getaway. We left feeling refreshed, welcomed, and already excited to plan our return!

We had the best, most comfortable stay while visiting Palm Springs for a NICU nursing conference! The rooms were amazing with the most comfortable beds and the best view! The rooftop pool and overall vibe was one we’ll never forget! Special shout out to the valet team for their kindness and being so helpful getting us to and from places! They were the crew that stood out the most specially Allen, Robert and Jessie!

This place is my go-to whenever I'm in Palm Springs. You really can't beat the combination of clean, well maintained rooms with great views, the central location where anything you want is within walking distance, the excellent amenities (the roof top pool and bar are the best in town) and of course the staff. From valet to check out, the staff here is just nothing but smiles and aiming to exceed expectations. If I'm in Palm Springs, I'll only ever always stay here. Thank you Rowan!

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unprofessional Staff and Poor Management I recently stayed at The Kimpton and had one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. I called the front desk from my room to ask a simple question about my car, which was parked by the valet. After several attempts, each call was picked up and immediately disconnected. When someone finally answered, the employee (named Ben) spoke in an agitated tone and hung up on me mid-conversation. Surprised, I went down to the lobby to clarify in person. When I politely mentioned that he might have hung up on me by accident, he responded aggressively — both in tone and body language — which was completely uncalled for. I then asked for the manager, Cesar Lopez, who showed no concern at all. Instead of addressing the situation or offering an apology, he kept repeating, “What’s the problem?” as if nothing had happened. Meanwhile, the front desk employee became even more confrontational and visibly angry to the point that it felt threatening. The manager had to tell him multiple times to stop talking. My wife and I were both uncomfortable with how unprofessional and tense the interaction became. As someone who travels often for business and leisure, I’ve stayed at many hotels and have never experienced this kind of rude, aggressive behavior—especially from staff in a hospitality setting. It’s clear there’s a serious lack of professionalism and accountability at this property. I hope upper management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue, because this level of customer service is completely unacceptable for a brand like Kimpton.

Consistently Great Customer Service: from check in, pool area, bartenders, restaurants, the atmosphere in general, quietness in rooms, VIP treatment to me and everyone. Valet attendants were great too with warm greetings. Thank you for the wonderful time.

My bridesmaids and I had the absolute best time dining at La Serena Villas during my bachelorette weekend! The property itself is stunning, but what truly made the night unforgettable was the incredible, attentive staff who went above and beyond to create such a joyful and lively atmosphere. From start to finish, our waiters delivered impeccable service and genuinely made the experience feel special and fun. When they found out we were celebrating a bachelorette, they surprised us by moving our group to their gorgeous rooftop area- talk about a perfect touch! The team even offered to take group photos, and honestly, some of the pictures they captured are my absolute favorites from the entire trip. If you’re planning a bachelorette party or any special occasion, I can’t recommend La Serena Villas enough. It was definitely one of the highlights of my bachelorette weekend and a memory I’ll cherish forever!

La Serena Villas was an incredible experience- I felt like I was in a different country. The rooms were a perfect oasis from the heat. We loved the baths and private patio. The pool was nice. Location was ideal and central. Continental breakfast was provided daily and was tasty with friendly staff. Only small complaint was the restaurant bar- our drinks were really not very tasty. No garnish and no attempt to make them look nice. Bartender not super friendly. We would have rather just drank something store bought in the room. Besides that… incredible experience. I will always recommend La Serena Villas to anyone coming to visit!

We come to Palm Springs about twice a year and try to stay at a different hotel each time. We stayed at La Serena for 4 nights to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday and it did NOT disappoint! The location was perfect for nightly strolls down Palm Canyon. The staff was so friendly and kind. Patricia and Rodney were wonderful in the restaurant making sure our bellies were full and that we had the perfect drinks! The management staff was present each day making sure everything was perfect on the property… Each room is like your own little resort….the beds were so comfortable and we slept amazing! I can’t wait to come back!! Make sure you try the watermelon and tamarind margarita….best margarita I’ve ever had!!

Room was really large and beautiful. Staff was really nice. The pool is good. Only thing is the speakers around the pool need fixing, they were crackling a lot and sounded bad. The drinks were very sour, we think we’re missing simple sirup.

We love coming to stay at La Serena Villas. We just celebrated our 10 year anniversary here this weekend and it was FABULOUS! The service is top notch and Jose is the absolute BEST!!! He and his staff ensures you feel like VIP the entire duration of your stay. The rooms are amazing, super clean, the decor is beautiful and very spacious. The food and drinks at Azucar are soo delicious. We cannot wait to Come back again soon

Our first stay at La Serena Villas has been nothing short of amazing. This small, stylish property has a modern Spanish charm and top-notch service. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming—we were even greeted with a delicious signature drink in their chic lobby. We stayed in Villa 9, a very spacious King Deluxe near the pool, beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches like a private patio, fire pit, outdoor tub, cute front porch swing and a living room space with a couch and chair. Extra touches like refillable glass water bottles, plush robes, refrigerator and a kitchenette made our stay even better. The included continental breakfast was fresh and tasty, with fruit, yogurt, pastries, coffee, and juice. The pool area is peaceful and inviting, with great music and poolside food and drinks. We’re looking forward to checking out Sugar High, the rooftop bar, and Azúcar, the on-site restaurant. The location is ideal—just a block from downtown Palm Springs and if you need drinks steps away is a BevMo. Special shoutout to Jose, the manager of Azucar the hotel restaurant—his warmth, attention to detail, and pride in the property truly stood out. He made us feel so welcome. Also to Aaron who greeted upon arrival was very welcoming and super nice. La Serena is classy, relaxing, and beautifully run. A solid 10/10—we’ll definitely be back!

The Restaurant : We made a reservation for a special celebration dinner during our visit to Palm Springs. Unfortunately, our experience was far from special. We were not acknowledged for over 10 minutes upon being seated, to the point we had to ask the hostess for our sever to come to our table . Even upon being greeted by our server , our basic expectations were not met (empty plates being left stacked on the table for over 20 minutes, we asked multiple times for water that we did not receive despite our glasses being empty, we as guests were left to adjust the space heater while staff watched us as did not offer to assist, our server did not check on us once until after we completed our mediocre meals, we were never given the opportunity to order additional cocktails). Our Final concern was the situation of the ladies restroom. It was extremely poorly, attended. The restroom in the hotel lobby was out of order, leaving us with no clean restrooms on premise. I am embarrassed for this establishment.

This resort was exactly what I needed — a true escape from the stress of everyday life. From the moment I arrived, everything felt calm, peaceful, and easy. The atmosphere was so comfortable and inviting, it immediately felt like a home away from home… but better. The setting was beautiful, the pace was relaxed, and every detail seemed designed to help you unwind. Whether I was lounging by the pool, enjoying a quiet meal, or just taking in the view, I felt completely at peace. The staff was kind and attentive without being overbearing, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. It was one of those rare places where you can actually breathe and just enjoy the moment. If you’re looking for a place to recharge, reset, and feel like you’ve truly gotten away — this is it.

Decent spot to be close to downtown and other attractions. The bed was one of the worst ones I've slept in a while. The carpet has stains everywhere, the tile grout is super dirty. The halls and rooms seem a little outdated and past their prime. The place needs some renovating for sure. Maybe IHG will help out with that as the new owners. The pool chairs at the smaller pool need some updating. You sit right on a metal bar on many of them the fabric is so sunken down. The hot tub had hairs floating in it and grime on the walls. The larger pool area was much nicer but further from our room. The breakfast joint had super good food so that was nice. The staff were great and very polite.

We had a nice time at the Riviera Resort. The room was very spacious and generally comfortable. The barn door for the bathroom kept sliding open and the couch cushion was crappy so you could feel the pullout bed underneath but otherwise, the room was nice. Bathroom was really spacious. Multiple options for pools. Convenient access to food. Good location. The staff at check in were super nice and accommodating. We were there for a convention I'd stay there again.

Probably the worst hotel stay and experience i’ve ever had. To say this hotel was a disappointment is an understatement. I have stayed at the Riviera many times years ago when it was the original Riviera but sadly it is nothing like it was. Upon arriving and checking in I immediately got a bad feeling. The hotel staff at the front desk were unprofessional, unwelcoming and clueless and obviously never heard of the word “hospitality”. I was charged for the weekend stay, resort fees, taxes, and a hefty “incidentals” deposit which was never disclosed when booking. It was a special birthday weekend so i booked a room well over a month in advance and specifically asked for a mountain view. We were given a run down room with a view of the parking lot. The room was located down a dingy, smelly hallway with stained and dirty carpeting. The room itself was completely understocked with no bottled waters (we used our own), no coffee for the Keurig, not enough towels for two people, and a bathroom with a half a roll of toilet paper! I had to call the front desk and ask for more towels and was lucky enough to see a housekeeping cart by our door and asked if they could spare an extra roll of tp for our room. Unbelievable i know. The bathroom had an automatic light that was broken and kept turning on & off every five minutes which was super annoying and disturbing when we were trying to get to sleep. Housekeeping never came once to clean or restock our room during our stay. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Palm Springs has too many nicer, cleaner hotels to choose from.

Had an awesome time at this resort with my family—definitely kid-friendly! I really appreciated how affordable the rooms were and how great the service was. The staff was super welcoming from check-in all the way to check-out—everyone was so friendly and helpful. There are two different pool areas, a pool bar, three restaurants, and a spa. We had breakfast at Palmetto (so good!) and got deep tissue massages at the spa,highly recommend both! We’ll definitely be coming back soon. Big thanks to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable! Don’t let the negative review keep you from coming. It almost made us not book but honestly I’m glad we did. We had a blast. Some things do need a little TLC and improvements but definitely still worth the trip

We had a great 2 night stay for a girls weekend. The rooms were definitely better in pictures but we enjoyed most of our stay outside of course. Christian at the main pool provided the most amazing service to us and was friendly since we walked through the gate. He checked on us frequently and made sure we were always satisfied and sometimes that can really change the whole impression of the stay which it did for us

Just stayed one night but it was great. My room was spacious and very clean. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows just how I like them. We ate both dinner and breakfast in Circa 59 and Palmetto and both were superb. The valet attendants and the front desk staff were also friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back!!

This Westin Resort & Spa is a great location that is very family friendly. Great staff, lovely location. The rooms are a bit "dated" but roomy and very clean. My only reservations are that as a person with mobility issues, the rooms we were assigned required a lot of walking which I cannot do, we had to request (and got lucky) finding a ground-floor room because they have no elevators on the grounds and also, the beds are about 3 feet off the ground so I had great difficulty getting in and out of bed. But for folks with no physical limitations this place is great, and reasonably price because if you include breakfast (versus earning points) you save money -- and they offer a very generous and nice buffet brunch spread.

2/5 – Disappointed by the Condition. We recently stayed at the Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa, and while the staff was friendly when we actually interacted, the overall experience fell short of expectations. I used to come here when I was younger and loved it so I was excited to change from our normal hotel of choice to this with our kids. The room itself was noticeably rundown. Attached are a few photos showing mold in the bathroom, including around the shower bar, air vent, and floor seams. This wasn’t just cosmetic wear, it pointed to a lack of proper upkeep. One of the balcony chairs was so worn it felt unsafe to sit on and looked like it was warped and about to fall through. We used a towel on the stucco ledge to sit on instead. We also had an issue with service. We requested silverware three separate times, and no one ever delivered it. Eventually, we had to walk up and get it ourselves. Thatwas minor but still, it was frustrating. To be fair, the staff we interacted with were all very polite, and the property grounds were lovely. However the rooms seriously need renovation, and maintenance appears to be lacking. Overall, it was just okay—we expected more from a Westin and I was seriously hopeful for a better experience.

Beautiful setting, big hotel surrounded by a manicured golf course. Room was spacious, the pools are big and heated, especially the main one by the slides. The adult pools were not as cleaned as expected, we also noticed the landscaping around the pools needed some work. Service wasn’t the best, it was hard to find food within the hotel. The main restaurant is overpriced and the Fire Lounge offered a small bites/menu only. Fortunately we found the Chef’s secret window and had good burritos even tho we had to wait 20 min as the server was delivering room service. Also disappointed that they only have breakfast buffet on weekends! For such a big resort I was expecting more staff and more dining options.

Our first impression when we got there was pretty terrible. It was Father's day and the pool was filled with people that appeared not to be resort guests. They had brought in large personal coolers, radios, food, and threw beer cans all over the pool area. The gates were left open so people could freely walk in and out. The staff didn't seem to mind. The deck and cloudy water looked so filthy that we decided not to swim and went to the adult pool where there were at least less beer cans in the skimmer and on the deck than in the family pool. The next day however, it was clean, quiet, and appeared to be back to resort guests only at the pools. The rec room had some issues with broken machines and the slides opened late, but overall the rest of the stay was pretty pleasant so I was glad I didn't have the urge to demand a refund at the front desk for false advertisement anymore. Day 1 of our stay I would've given this resort -3 stars and Day 2&3 I would give it 4. The rooms were nice and the resort ground were well-maintained. Staff was courteous and friendly.

The westin was beautiful 😍 Staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and felt very cozy with the linen, pillows and fluffy down comforter. I went for my birthday and my two daughters. The only thing nice can say is that the slide connectors may need to be sanded down a little bit as they sort of hurt going down every time you hit where they connect each piece. Not sure if that is routine maintenance or not, but that is my feedback for the hotel management.

First of all, the resort building and grounds are beautiful — truly stunning. However, that’s where the positives end. The room was dirty, and the sheets had visible stains. The next day, housekeeping never came, and we had to request service ourselves. The pool area was disappointing as well — the cabanas were filthy, and there was no bar open at all. If you book through Expedia or similar platforms, be aware that the hotel will still charge you an additional $50 per day for pool service and a resort fee. The restaurant was another letdown — the food was poor, and the staff seemed underqualified. To top it off, the adult pool was closed for a private event without any notice to guests. Aren’t we guests too? Such a disappointing and frustrating experience.

Thank you to Lorina and Elba for accommodating my last minute stay during a holiday weekend. Check in was busy, but the wait time wasn’t long. Jay at the front desk was friendly and efficient. He took the time to explain the amenities was even apologetic about the busy lobby. This is our second time staying at the property and the views never fail. The whole place was clean and quiet. I love that this hotel is dog-friendly, we were able to bring our pup with us. Our room was clean and spacious with an amazing view of the golf course. We had enough towels and even had all toiletries just in case you forgot some items. We can’t wait to go back. The Westin in Rancho Mirage will be our go-to hotel whenever we are in town.

It’s an impressive party palace with loud music that my baby could hear from the room. I strongly recommend for 18+ only. Valet-only option was complimentary. My accessible room had a broken toilet upon arrival. The hotel staff quickly fixed all the issues I had with my room.

I came to this hotel for a conference, so I wasn’t expecting too much, but since it’s Palm Springs, maybe my expectations were a little high going in. The front desk staff was fair not overly friendly, but not rude either. The process was quick and straightforward, which I appreciated. My room was on the first floor, just around the corner from the lobby. At first, I thought it was unusual, but it did become a small issue at night when events or the bar could be heard pretty clearly. Not a dealbreaker, but worth noting if you’re a light sleeper. The setup also made me a little uneasy about security. You can walk straight from the entrance to the first-floor rooms, and the elevators don’t require key access anyone can go to any level. I even ended up on a staff-only floor by accident after visiting the gym, which probably shouldn’t have been possible. The room itself was nice. We had a great mountain view, the AC worked well, and everything in the room functioned properly. The space felt comfortable. The patio was a bit odd—my light was tiny, and it seemed like someone could potentially jump across into the area if they wanted to, but since I was only there for one night, it didn’t bother me too much. The room came with a mini fridge (great for keeping leftovers fresh), but there was no microwave. The front desk did offer to heat food in the back office, which felt a little unusual, but at least it was an option. no complimentary breakfast. For Palm Springs, and given the hotel’s level, I expected at least something basic. Room service is available, but it’s pricey think avocado toast prices. Luckily, being downtown means you have plenty of food options within walking distance. If you’re just looking for a place to stay for the night, Hotel Zoso gets the job done. The rooms are clean, the location is central, and the views are great. But if you’re planning a vacation getaway and want amenities and value, there may be better options in Palm Springs. Not bad, not great somewhere in between.

I stopped in Palm Springs for work and found a good deal on Travelocity. I choose this hotel because of its location. My wife and I walked to the strip on 30 seconds and it was so convenient to able to go somewhere without driving. The hotel itself is clean and modern. It has a bar inside, a pool table, 24/7 gym, a coffee shop which opens at 6 am, pool and jacuzzi (when I was there jacuzzi was closed), a lot of places to sit and chill inside the hotel which is great if you want to get some work done or hang out with some people. The lobby is huge. It was great that the valet was free! I liked the overall atmosphere and vibe. It was nice to see modern design and furniture. They also have a nightclub and a banquet hall as well. Overall i like this place , I recommend it and I’d come back.

We chose this hotel in Palm Springs based on the reviews. Unfortunately, the reality didn’t meet our expectations. The pool is surrounded by concrete and fencing, creating a closed-off, almost prison-like feeling — definitely not what you’d expect from a relaxing getaway. There’s barely any greenery, except for some fake palm trees that only add to the overall artificial vibe. The pool water was murky, swimming pool is tiny, and with the extreme heat, there was no cooling system — no misting or water sprays like you’d find at most restaurants or resorts. The so-called “party” runs from 12 PM to 5 PM — which is honestly laughable. The DJ stood under an inflatable octopus, which made the whole thing feel more like a kids’ birthday party than a poolside event. It looked like the owner had simply forgotten they’re running a hospitality business. That being said, the staff was friendly and always helpful, which we really appreciated. The room and the hotel overall were clean, and the location is great — close to everything in the city.

Only thing I didn’t like about the hotel is how much concrete the pool area has. Little no landscape. The U shape towers and lobby structure surround the pool area and one side has a concrete awning that finishes the side facing the very popular club district. Palm Springs gets hot so the bright sun and heat gets trapped and reflects on all the concrete making for a bit If uncomfortable situation. Of course it is a great place to have huge party events. The hotel used to be the Hard Rock hotel

Hotel Zoso should be renamed Hotel Soso. First the positive... Location ***** The Hotel shuttle on time and clean, Driver very personable. The Beds were very comfortable. Rooms are kept clean. Not so positive... This Hotel is VERY tired and needs a facelift. Everything looks worn. Security doors which should be locked, broken. First room Air condition was not working. Escalators not working. Restaurant closed. Pool closed at 9 pm yet outside music went on for hours. I guess what I'm saying look elsewhere.

My first choice to stay at when I visit Palm 🌴 Springs California. Close by downtown Palm 🌴 Springs. Plenty of great museums and hiking 🥾 trails nearby. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Also great mountain views from my room where I could see the amazing sunset as well as the sunrise in the morning. Great place to stay at.

The Andreas is a unique, adults-only boutique hotel that we love to stay at when in Palm Springs. A wonderful little pool open 24 hours in the courtyard with Sinatra and swing music playing all day, a bar located just steps away from the chairs, and beautifully child-free silence (although there is the occasional adult acting like a child, but that's fairly rare). The staff is very friendly and helpful. And we love the breakfast boxes in the morning and the Candy Bar in the lobby where you can grab your own little bag of candy to enjoy. Can't wait to return!

The location is great for downtown Palm Springs. The downside is you can’t take your own alcohol to the pool and you have to purchase it which isn’t expensive. The hot tub was broken during our stay, bummed out even though it was hot to the touch, and caution tape was placed around it, so not sure what the real issue was. The room was great except for the bathroom, it smelled like someone did their perm , so we had to spray some cologne to rid that chemical smell, but it wasn’t not a deal breaker. The complimentary breakfast was okay if you’re into bagels and snacks. It is a quiet place which is a huge plus if you’re trying to get away and relax.

Exceptional Experience ! I honestly had no idea as to what I was booking prior to my visit to the area ! I hit the Jackpot ! Quaint, Quiet, Clean, & The staff ... esp ... Krystal & Benjamin were incredibly friendly & helpful ! I could NOT have made a better choice for me personally ! I plan to come back and stay again. I didn't make use of The Spa, but it looked very nice. I loved everything about my stay here. I've raved to both friends in P.S. and those back at my home in Missouri. Wonderful People ! Wonderful Stay !

The location is convenient it is walking distance to shops and restaurants, also its a nice, clean and quiet hotel, safe coz you can't enter the compound without your card keys, the staffs service is excellent thanks to the front desk lady she is sweet and attentive to your needs, the only thing I didnt like about this hotel is the breakfast, they serve the same cold and ready to eat breakfast boxes everyday, that includes packed bagels , bread, granola bars, pack cheese,butter and bottled juice, I am expecting a hot breakfast like eggs, sausages,potatos etc. If I didnt booked a 3 days hotel stay with them I would probably back to IHG Hilton Palm Dessert coz they serve a good breakfast buffet there. Also rooms does'nt have a coffee chairs and table so if you eat in your room you will be eating on your foot or on your bed. But still this hotel is highly recommended if a good breakfast and eating in your hotel room is not an issue for you.

On May 17, 2025, my friend and I had a massage appointment at Andreas Hotel & Spa in Palm Springs, but we encountered severe traffic due to a nearby bombing. I called ahead, and the staff assured us they would wait. Upon arrival, it was chaotic. I received a robe that didn’t fit properly, and the shoes were a men's size 12, while I wear a size 6.5, forcing me to walk barefoot. The spa manager, Liliana Hermosillo, had us fill out an intake form that we had already completed, reducing our massage time from 50 minutes to just 25 minutes while still charging us the full $99. My therapist was rude and unprofessional, refusing to engage in conversation and giving a “no-pressure” massage that felt more like applying lotion than a Swedish massage. Afterward, I expressed my disappointment to Liliana, but she became defensive and offered no solutions. When I went to pay, she claimed our session was shortened due to our tardiness, despite the availability of other therapists. I called later to inquire about the complaint process, only to find out the spa had closed for the day. Liliana claimed she was the only manager and that complaints would go directly to her. This was our second visit; our first experience was also unsatisfactory, with my friend’s therapist falling asleep during her massage. After addressing my concerns with the general manager, Gina Campbell, my feedback was dismissed. I later discovered I had been overcharged and only received a refund after threatening to file a police report. In summary, Andreas Hotel & Spa lacks professionalism and accountability and provides subpar services. Prospective customers should carefully consider past reviews before scheduling, as they appear to prioritize profits over customer satisfaction. Be forewarned, the response to this review will likely be defensive, as is often the case with responses to negative reviews.

Casa Cody is one of the best small hotels I’ve ever experienced! The elegant rooms are beautifully and tastefully decorated. Luxurious linens, Aesop products, and thoughtful furnishings add to the luxury feel. But, it’s the staff that makes everything special. They are all attentive, smiling, and always eager to please. The location is walking distance to downtown PS. I’ll definitely stay there again.

My wife and I really enjoyed Casa Cody. We were looking for somewhere to relax and unwind, but that was walking distance to restaurants and things to do. Casa Cody hit the mark perfectly. The hotel is really quiet and serene, it was very easy to just sit by the pool for a few hours and not be disturbed.

We had such a fabulous time staying at Casa Cody. So serene and delightful. We stayed about 3 days and were thrilled to be accommodated at a half day rate for the last day as our train left later in the evening! Antonio, Edwin, and the entire staff were amazing and we enjoyed everything about the cottage we stayed in. Can’t wait to come back!!

Absolute gem! Charm galore with history to enchant you. Mackenzie the pool attendant was just outstanding and always had a smile on her face. She made me a coke float at my request which was a testament to serving the guests. Seriously, put root beer and coke floats on your menu. As a former hotel manager, the ROI is so worth it. We will be back!

Boo and I come to the desert a couple times of year, recently it's been Airbnbs in Landers but we've had a couple good low season stays in Palm Springs proper since the pandemic and thought we'd keep it going at Casa Cody, another redone pool/motel/casita combo a la Sparrows and Villa Royale. You can't argue with the location which is so central they have a part of the original whitewater irrigation ditch running through the grounds. We stayed in a single casita, it was small but the period detail was very well maintained and there was a small enclosed back patio with a ceramic tub. The pool vibes were great, no complaints from my hard to please other half though the food is just ok not amazing. The individual workers ranged from outstanding to indifferent, a familiar palm springs blend. But again, few complaints from my partner so well done there. They have parking but it's not guaranteed. I had to park around the corner after getting back at 10 pm on a Saturday then had to schlep my bags half a block during the morning check out. It was a great off season stay, not sure I'd pay what it costs during the season. Oh also they allow kids here, just a heads up because similar spots in this area do not. We brought our dog, so, who are we to talk.

We had an awful experience here with the service and the room at this hotel. We came while they were having an event and despite having quiet hours starting at 10PM, they let 3rd party contractors scream and construct event setups until 2am. We called the front that they’re yelling and running power tools with spot lights right outside our hotel window next to our bed and the staff told us there was nothing they could do and we’d need to endure it. But isn’t it your property? Don’t you control what happens on your property? Once the contractors left at 2am we had to go outside and unplug their work lights they left on. The hotel staff were no where to be seen. Absolutely unacceptable

My birthday weekend at Sec-he Spa was an absolute dream come true! From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were enveloped in a serene and luxurious atmosphere. The spa’s stunning design, featuring beautiful natural elements, immediately set the tone for a truly relaxing experience. We had booked a group, and the staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, making us feel right at home from the start. The entire experience was meticulously designed to prioritize relaxation and well-being. We left feeling completely rejuvenated, with our minds and bodies at peace. Sec-he Spa provided the perfect setting for celebrating my birthday, and we all agreed it was the best, most relaxing experience we’ve ever had. Sec-he is hands down one of the most beautiful and relaxing places I’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk through the doors, the energy of the space and the care the staff takes to maintain it is clear. The design is stunning, the grounds are immaculate, and the experience feels curated with both luxury and intention. After a short intake form, we were greeted by our host Jamie, who gave us a full tour of the space. She was kind, knowledgeable, and made us feel instantly at home. The locker room area is incredibly clean and beautifully designed with marble, granite, and high-end details. There’s a steam room, dry sauna, and cold plunge just steps away - an ideal way to ease into the day! The multiple pools and water elements throughout the property are something special. There’s a peaceful soaking pool outdoors surrounded by desert landscape and sunshine. Around the corner, a larger pool area offers both shade and sun with plush loungers, all nestled in beautifully maintained desert gardens with a waterfall. Several whirlpools and Jacuzzis are tucked around the grounds, creating spaces for both solitude and connection. Every pool felt pristine and thoughtfully placed. You’re never far from a relaxing water moment, and there’s always cold water nearby to stay hydrated. One of the most memorable parts of my visit was my facial with Josie. She is an absolute master - deeply skilled, intuitive, and incredibly kind. Her hands have a way of working magic without being harsh or clinical. I loved that she customized the facial to my skin, explained things without overwhelming, and created an environment that felt like both a treatment and a meditation. Her presence is calm, nurturing, and genuine. The headphones with music and nature sounds during the facial were such a unique touch and helped me fully decompress. I left with glowing, hydrated, blackhead-free skin and so much gratitude for the care she gave. Also had a 90-minute massage with Venus, and I can say without hesitation that she is in a league of her own. Her ability to blend deep tissue with relaxation is unlike any massage I’ve ever had. Venus brings a grounding energy into the room and works with clear purpose. I left feeling lighter and more in tune with my body. Beyond the treatments, we spent hours enjoying the grounding rooms - which I still think about. The sound therapy chairs and zero-gravity loungers were my personal favorites, and I truly could’ve stayed all day. There’s also a salt cave for deep relaxation, beautiful co-ed areas for reconnecting after treatments, and several cafes on site with healthy, fresh mediterranean inspired food. Everything was top-tier. The space was spotless, the amenities were high-quality, and the team was clearly intentional about guest experience. The only thing that took me out of the magic a bit was the heavy use of single-use plastics. At a spa this beautiful, I’d love to see a shift toward more sustainable service items and will be reaching out to share that feedback. All in all, this is a must-visit experience in Palm Springs. Whether you’re there for a solo day of self-care or a full experience with friends, I highly recommend it and hope to return again soon.

I made reservations for my mother and sister, and we had a fantastic experience. The place was clean, the service was excellent, and all the staff were very helpful. The amenities exceeded our expectations. Overall, yesterday was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we are definitely planning to come back. Make sure to book the massage, cryotherapy, and float sessions.

First time visiting. 10 out of 10 I would recommend the spa when were my girlfriends and we had the one-day pass and it was absolutely amazing. Our chaperone Ms. Kimberly was fantastic and funny after the day was over we felt relaxed, rejuvenated and ready to take on the week. I speak all day about how amazing this spa is enough. I absolutely recommend.

So glad i decided to go to this spa instead of the other spas in the inland empire. The staff was amazing they made you feel very welcomed. The spa is very clean and the staff is always walking around replacing towels and cleaning up after someone leaves. The food is really good as well and the water does not taste like tap.

This was my second visit to the Spa at Séc-he and truly felt like coming home. We were greeted by Destiny who provided a warm and easy check in. We had mineral baths and massage treatments before enjoying the day at the pool. The highlight was undoubtedly our interactions with Lisa who gave us a tour and checked in on us throughout the day, she was a ray of light and brought such a positive energy to our experience. The facilities are clean, well equipped, and you are never far from anything you may need, from an extra towel to sunscreen by the pool. Already counting down until my next visit. Thank you!

Total heaven! Never in my life have I been in complete relaxation. The mineral bath is amazing. I'ts not a cure for aches and pains but it certainly relieves muscle tension and the knotts of stress in my body. The cold bath shocks the body but when you immediately enter the sauna you feel relaxed and your skin cleansing. I wish it would melt fat, but one can only wish. All kidding aside, I love this place. The robes and towels are plush clean. The showers are very clean and the shower head is adjustable to the desired temperature. The taff is attentive and helpful, they are all 5 stars in my bookI 🥰 Thank you for you kind and friendly service. The only thing I had reservations about was the lack of respect and disregard of a young lady not following rules by keeping her bathing suits on or at least wrap a towel while sitting in the sauna. That was just not sanitary and someone should have brought that to her attention.

The Sparrows Lodge has a calming, earthy vibe from the boho bedding to the rock and tile shower. The exterior featured lush plants, charming seating areas, and water fountains. The eclectic art collection in The Barn and around the property made for a fun visual experience.

Photos don’t do this place justice! This hotel felt way more luxe than I expected, leaning more towards the mid century Palm Springs vibe vs. the kitschy. Some highlights: welcome drinks, pool and jacuzzi open late, views of the mountains from the pool, s’mores kits to use by the fire at night, comfortable bed, delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant with great ambiance, simple breakfast with all the essentials (English muffins, fruit, yogurt + granola), close to main part of town. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it.

Sparrows Lodge has become my favorite place to stay in Palm Springs. The people that work there especially Josie are one of the things that make Sparrows Lodge so special and the food is amazing. It can be completely booked up yet it never feels crowded. I can’t say enough about this place. You will not be disappointed.

Food was great, although we did not fully explore the menu offerings (just appetizers and desserts, both of which were fantastic). It's easy to see why Sparrow's Lodge has been awarded a MICHELIN. Outstanding is the best description for our stay at Sparrows Lodge. The location, the pool, the barn, our room - we loved it. We stayed for 2 nights in a garden room. It had a king bed, a walk-in-shower and a little patio in the back. With temperatures over 110 degrees we were especially thankful for the AC. One if the two nights we ate at the Barn - delicious! We loved the smores at the open fire afterwards(our first time!). And the breakfast had a great variety(fresh fruit, yoghurt, bagels). But the highlight was the pool. Because it was so hot, the staff brought cold towels and a refreshing drink in the afternoon. Overall it was the perfect stay for us. Thank you!

A tranquil, romantic setting, gorgeous pool, firepits, lovely outdoor seating - this visit was a joy. The staff is terrific - attentive and friendly (no, not overly so!). Mornings outside with a delicious continental breakfast - a great start to the day. Our dinner - seafood for both of us under the trees - just great. Highly recommend Sparrow's.

My partner and I had exceptional massages from Sarah and Richard. It was a beautiful setting and while we did not stay at the property, we plan to in the future.

I've never left a bad review... ever... but for the cost of the stay, this place was a total rip off. Completely misrepresented online. We get there to check in and they were rude as hell at the front desk, and then put us in some side house Completely off hotel property. I'm guessing this is some kind of duplex they purchased as an extension of the hotel, but to get to the pool you have to walk through a neighborhood past an abandoned lot and a burnt down couch in the crazy wind in a bathing suit past the drunk neighbors partying and cat calling. There's a breakfast that they serve that they hype up that is actually just warm activa and stale bread. We got massages while we were there. My guy was awesome (older polish guy) but my friend who had a massage at the same time was being talked at and insulted by her massage lady the whole time. The final straw with this place and the reason for this review was that they double charged us for the massages 540 extra dollars that we had to argue with the front desk to refund AND also the bank to reverse charges. This place looks cool and the jacuzzi situation is nice, but it absolutely wasn't worth dropping over a grand to be sent down the street and treated rudely and finally overcharged.

My boyfriend and I were referred here by a waiter we had in Palm Springs. I’m so glad we listened to him and chose this amazing place to spend the day. We bought day passes and used the pool and both spas. It’s relaxing and the mineral water felt incredible. Employees were very helpful and kind. We will definitely be back.

Genuinely the best get away spa and resort we have ever been to. It was immaculate in the amenities, cleanliness, and service. Truly a beautiful resort. As well the rooms, the pools, and private soaking tub were the perfect temperature and size. Highly recommend. ☺️🌸

When we arrived, we were given a tour around the property by the owner himself. The property was absolutely stunning and we were greeted with robes and slipper's and enjoyed the swimming pool, mineral pools & saunas. We received a complimentary glass of champagne 🍾 and some fresh fruit 🍓. My 50 minute relaxation massage had me feeling like I was floating. The mud scrub tingled my back spine while she literally rubbed every inch of stress out of my body 🫶🤍 left feeling brand new 🥰 Oh and best part, super affordable!

This place is a hidden gem. For my birthday, I chose this place because it provided overnight stay that included mineral water spas, saunas, massage, and yoga. Boy, this was one of the best decisions, I made so far. It was amazing.I am definitely coming back here.

Bed bug infestation! The more movement on the bed the more bugs. I got bit several times it was gross. I loved this place, but it needs to upgrade its rooms with all new carpet and furniture after fumigation.

Avoid at all costs -- one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had! My partner and I stayed here last week, and it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we've ever had. Room condition: The room felt dated and poorly maintained. The hanging lamp shade was crooked, the floor felt dirty, and the bathroom was dingy. We even found used dental floss left behind in the shower, which made it clear cleanliness was not a priority. Towels were stained, the toilet barely worked, and the air purifier in our so-called "hypoallergenic room" didn't even function. Amenities: The toiletries provided were low quality and left our skin irritated. Overall, nothing about the room or bathroom lived up to the standard advertised on Marriott's site. Service: The bar was overpriced with slow, dismissive service. Staff across the property seemed uninterested in helping guests or making things right. Predatory Charges: The most alarming issue was being billed nearly $600 for "smoking or vaping detection" in our room -- something we absolutely did not do. We don't smoke, we don't vape, and we specifically booked a hypoallergenic room because we both have allergies and asthma. We can barely use the dry shampoo spray we brought without using an inhaler. When we challenged the charge, we were brushed off and told that "a sensor went off," yet they could not provide any proof, data, or even explain what type of device was monitoring us. No smoke detector ever activated. This felt less like a legitimate policy and more like a predatory practice -- and looking at other reviews, we are not the only guests who've experienced this. Overall: We left feeling uncomfortable, unvalued, and frankly concerned about our privacy while staying at Marriott properties from now on. Nothing about this stay reflected the quality Marriott claims to uphold. This hotel needs a complete overhaul in both operations and accountability. Until then, I strongly urge all travelers and locals to avoid this property -- there are far better options in Palm Springs that won't leave you feeling scammed and disregarded.

We chose this hotel based on good reviews and the pool area looked very inviting. The location is very central and perfect if you want walking distance to downtown Palm Springs. The lobby area is nice, but as soon as you enter the rooms you can see that it is pretty worn down. The furniture had marks and dents. The paint was chipped, and the amenities were not that great. Loved the balcony though! We had a pool view and it was perfect. The pool area is nice, but again - the sun loungers were not in pristine shape. Most of them seemed to be broken or damaged in some way. Pool service was great, but closed way too early (17:00 - the pool closed 21:00). Liked the free (ice cold) water dispenser and the pool toys. Did not try the breakfast as it was quite expensive. The gym was okay, some broken machines - but most of it was functioning. If you want a central hotel in walking distance to downtown Palm Springs with a good pool area - this is the one for you!

Pros: this hotel is connected to the convention center, so it's nice to not go outside in Palm Springs. The pool area is good. The exercise room is fairly large for a hotel. The lobby is actually pretty neat with colorful lights on the floor, walls, etc. Breakfast buffet was decent and not too expensive. Update: The hotel paid for my two breakfasts as recompense for my shower issues. That was kind. Cons: The hallways for the rooms are unusual in shape. There are two hallways that both can go left, so that was odd. The room was quite a walk. The room has art in the living room area that looks like a child drew on the walls. It really wasn't that good looking. Biggest annoyance was the shower handle didn't work, came off, got fixed and broke again.

For my stay here in Palm Springs, I didn’t really have much bad memories here. Served its purpose as a hotel but with an extra bonus that the receptionist practically had infinite connections just so we could book a reservation at Pomme Frites. Rooms were nothing too out of the ordinary, above average at least. Pool was good and had some fun roasting marshmallows at night.

I have always enjoyed staying at the Renaissance, and it has consistently been one of my preferred destinations when visiting Palm Springs. Typically, I visit once a year, and each time I am reminded why I return. The property itself is both beautiful and welcoming, with incredible surrounding views that immediately set a relaxing tone for any stay. The amenities are excellent. The food served in the main lobby restaurant is outstanding, offering a variety of options that are both flavorful and well-prepared. In the mornings, the coffee service is equally impressive, particularly since they use Starbucks brand coffee, which was a welcome touch. Check-in was smooth, efficient, and professional. Additionally, the pools were crystal clear, perfectly maintained, and kept at an ideal temperature for the hot, humid Palm Springs weather. My only concern, unfortunately, stems from my most recent experience with management. Upon checkout, I discovered an unexpected $500 charge added to my bill. I was informed that this was due to alleged vaping in the room, despite the fact that I suffer from an autoimmune disease and debilitating asthma—conditions that make such an accusation not only inaccurate but implausible. Management explained that “sensors” had detected a change in air quality. When I requested a physical inspection of the room, I was told this was not possible. While the manager did reduce the fine to $250, I remain confident that there were never any air quality issues. In my view, there was no proper oversight or due diligence conducted to confirm the sensor reading. That being said, I will not allow this incident to overshadow the many positive aspects of my stay. The Renaissance remains a property I deeply appreciate, and I hope future management decisions reflect the same excellence shown throughout the rest of the hotel experience.

Poorly maintained property. First night, the AC didn't work, and we had roaches, which are allegedly called "water bugs" in our room. Either way, it was not expected. There is an actual picture of one of them in my photos. I used the Bonvoy message app to advise them. Allegedly they had no other rooms to swap for us. I am Ambassador level with Bonvoy, the highest level available. I call the Ambassador desk in the morning, and somehow they find a new room. In the mean time, they come to spray the bathroom with pesticides, and the room completely smells like actual roach spray. The AC produced cold air, but didn't blow it. So we do get a new room. As you can see, the light switch is broken. Easy fix, but they leave it. Also the drain has no plug. Easy, but they choose to leave it. The rooms are just poorly maintained, as is the hallway on the guest floors. The pool deck chairs have 2/3rds terrible, and 1/3rd new. Outdoor area by the pool is nice and clean. The restaurant is very nice. Lexi was one of the best wait staff for sure. Real professional! The bartender, I forgot his name. Maybe Jeff? Good guy, and a professional. I also liked the Concierge, who seemed to also double as a bellman. I forgot his name. Good guy. Most of the front desk was ok. I am pretty sure if I didn't call the Ambassador desk I would have had to keep the hot roach room. I wouldn't ever return, or recommend it to stay. I would go to the bar for wings, and the waffle fries. Those were legit. They did give me a $100 F&B credit, which was nice, but the facilities are pretty rundown. The location is great though. I should have stayed at the Rowan.

Had a great stay at Hotel Arrive in Palm Springs. The place was clean, the pool was perfect, and the food options were solid. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. Paul, Jesse, and the bartender (she was amazing) were all incredibly welcoming and kind. Felt taken care of the whole time. Easy 5 stars.

I chose this hotel to stay and enjoy the pool and swim, so I appreciated that it is advertised as adults only. I did enjoy the pool, and they even had a few floaties for guests to use (free). There is also a large jacuzzi, which I used later as it got cooler. The room was just ok. It was cute and spacious, however, the small refrigerator in the room was already full of drinks, that I didn't want. There was also a big basket of candy that I didn't want on top of the refrigerator. I put it on the floor, so I wouldn't have to look at it. Room 106, where I stayed, was right by the parking lot. The only windows in the room were up high, so you can't really see out, except out of the glass door. I didn't really feel very safe with a glass door, especially on the ground floor, right next to the parking lot. A couple of other negatives about the room were, there is no closet, no full length mirror, and no iron. There was a nice flat screen tv on the wall, but when I tried to turn it on, either it didn't work or the remote didn't work, but at 10:00 at night, I wasn't going to start calling around to try to figure it out. Good thing I brought my tablet. Overall, ok place. I don't know if I would stay there again.

Arrive Palm Springs is undeniably beautiful. The pool is absolutely stunning and a wonderful place to lounge, and the rooms are very nicely designed with great attention to detail. However, there are some significant drawbacks. The rooms are a little small, and there's no coffee maker in the room—the only option for coffee required us to walk outside onto the street to visit the coffee shop next door, which was inconvenient. Unfortunately, the service really let this property down. Check-in at the bar was one of the least welcoming experiences we've had at a hotel—the bartender seemed genuinely annoyed that he had to help us. This wasn't an isolated incident; throughout our stay, staff members seemed bothered whenever we asked for anything. It's such a shame because the hotel itself is gorgeous. The design and aesthetics are top-notch, but the lackluster service really detracted from what could have been a wonderful experience. We wanted to love this place, but the staff's attitude made it difficult to enjoy our stay to the fullest.

Everything was great—except the service. There was one staff member who really made our trip disappointing. While we were at the pool all day, he made a clear effort not to check on our group, even though he was attentive to others around us. He was dismissive and acted like every request was a huge inconvenience. I get that service work can be exhausting—but if you’re unhappy in your role, maybe it’s time to consider something else. For the amount of money we spent, I expected much better treatment. To top it off, at the end of our stay we discovered someone had gone through our car. When we politely asked about the security cameras, this same staff member acted like we were causing a major scene just for asking. The whole interaction was bizarre and disappointing. I didn’t catch his name, but he wore a backwards hat, had salt-and-pepper scruff, and a lot of attitude. I hope management is able to either support him in improving—or find someone more suited for the role. Sincerely, Tan(from the sun)—but disappointed.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stylish, fun, and a little irresistible. Sleek rooms, lively pool vibes, and cozy fire pits—perfect for a romantic getaway with my honey. The Aloe margaritas were fantastic with chareau and the wedge salad with the thick cut bacon chunks were delicious. Attached next door was the Cartel coffee shop, a local favorite in Arizona.

We had a wonderful stay last week and will absolutely coming back. Rooms are very stylish and look new, staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is excellent. It was ideal for a restful and relaxing vacation in the pool to recharge - always peaceful and chill. 10/10

This place was adorably decorated and clean. The staff was kind, and I received an unexpected upgrade due to clearly being injured with a leg brace, so I did not have to walk up stairs with that beast on. Pleasantly surprised. The food was okay, seemed overpriced for what it was, but that is the cost of convenience. Food did come out quickly, though. The room was quiet and comfortable. The only thing I saw that needed some TLC was the shower, there are zero shelves or space for anything you might want to bring in there. The shower head looked dirty, but surface-level. Walking distance to many places.

We had a wonderful time at Dive Palm Springs. Room #1 was fantastic. The service was exceptional, and the pool/common area is a dream. The staff was so pleasant. The only thing I'd warn about is that Room #1 had many mosquitoes throughout our stay. Not sure if anything can be done about that, but just FYI! Dive is an excellent boutique hotel. Great trip.

We found ourselves at the best hotel to enjoy our first trip to Palm Springs. Dive is a small quaint adult only- yet full of life place to spend our time. The Team of Robert; Michelle and Carlos made us feel welcome; helped in anyway and every way they could with our room; breakfast and happy hour. Not having a TV in the Room was Fantastic and we truly relaxed poolside on the wonderful lounge chairs. Beds and pillows were both top notch and we loved the colorful rooms. Truly a throw back in time which is what Palm Springs was to be to us. We can not wait to come back to visit and have told many friends back home about our experience. Love it:)

We love it here—such a cozy spot with great vibes! We've stayed at a bunch of dog-friendly places, but Dive Palm Springs totally raised the bar. The little garden behind the pool is perfect—big enough for our pup to chill and enjoy. It's quiet, clean, and the service is super quick and easy. Can’t wait to come back again soon!

My husband and I stayed at The Dive during our Palm Springs vacation last weekend. We found this boutique hotel on Booking.com and it surpassed all expectations. The location is amazing. The property and its courtyard is filled with greenery. The rooms are thoughtfully designed and well stocked with snacks, booze, robes, French skincare, etc. The free breakfast delivered to your doorstep in the morning was lavish. The pool setup was just wonderful. We loved our romantic getaway and will absolutely be back. Only recommendations: - Room 9's bathroom floors do not slope towards the shower drain so water tended to pool on the bathroom floor. - The music at the pool was quite loud, banal, and repetitive. I would highly recommend no music during the afternoon or alternatively acoustic music.

3 quick things then the main part. 1 - loved the location being tucked away on the side street, felt very private 2 - Rooms felt great, loved there was no TVs and the space was nice including the pool at night 3 - Room attendant was polite abd prompt to the room even though I embarrassingly forgot to lock the door. Main part, whoever was working the reception today, you need a raise. I have been in hospitality for over 20 years and you cant teach what you have. If this place doesn't already give you points then they are messing up, and if you or your family owns this location tip of the hat. I havent seen genuine hospitality like that in a while in SoCal. This place is incredible! So clean, so beautiful and the staff is next level. We received a glass of chilled wine at check in, walked ro ohtlr room and was shown the grounds. The pool was so refreshing and the complimentary breakfast was fresh and delicious. Thank you to everyone there!!!

A perfectly reasonable holiday was interrupted by racial profiling. Our stay at Villa Royale was marred, but not ruined, by the front desk assuming the three Black and Brown women returning to the hotel were not guests there, rushing out of the lobby, confronting us at the pool in the center of a busy courtyard, and asking if they could "assist us". We were, of course, the only Black and Brown people at the pool, and it was very uncomfortable when all the guests turned to stare at us, further enforcing the idea that we did not belong there. I told her, "We checked in days ago." And when further questioned, I was told by Great Value Security Guard Karen as an excuse that she had been off the last few days. Now I have never been at a resort where it was the job of the employees to recognize every single guest, or otherwise question why they were at the hotel. Perhaps this is a requirement of Villa Royale, but it seems odd. I assured the front desk that if they needed to "assist" us, they should be just as helpful to all the other guests, offering "assistance" in equal measure. And since she had now seen us, to remember that we were the only Black and Brown people currently staying there, and if she needed to remember THAT, remembering the guests should be easy. As a black woman, I'm used to dealing with impromptu racism, so I returned to my holiday and enjoyed the rest of my vacation. But I would suggest that the hotel review their policies so EVERYONE can feel comfortable at the hotel they paid to relax in.

Would def stay again! Best place we stayed at in PS. We couldn’t decide between here and Colony Palms so we did both. Next time we will just stay at the Villa Royale. Place has such good vibes. We stayed in the back left corner of the property and there was a friendly cat that hangs around. Complimentary breakfast was solid. The TV in the room had all the streaming options that made it so easy to use. Stayed at three other hotels on on vacay in Cali and all three had a much worse TV option. We loved our stay, the cat, the Del Rey. Literally no complaints at all.

Saw this old property was redone by the Sparrow people. Used to come here back in the day to the old Villa Royale restaurant which was cooky but never considered staying here. The whole space was very lovingly redone and modernized without losing the charm. The rooms are all pretty different, ranging from a whole apartment set up to little motel style rooms. We stayed at a bigger room in the back with a patio. My recommendation is to get the more expensive room if the price difference is reasonable. It's very obvious that they take customer happiness seriously and bend over backward to accommodate high-maintenance guests. The free continental breakfast was very respectable and you can walk to Koffi or Elmer's. The common spaces were all very thoughtful and well maintained. Room service was really good, we ate two meals pool side and they were both yummy and not overly expensive. I guess the last thing to note is that they promote calm and quiet (and don't allow kids which is amazing!) But there is still a social element because of the lay out. Like, our next door neighbors sat in the lounge chairs directly in front of our room and chit chatted the night away and we were like "?" but what can you do but roll with it.

This was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at for a while. We loved the room it had a fire place and separate living room. It had old architecture and vintage furnishings. It’s a small place and 21yrs and older which is great for couples or adults traveling without children. The only con we found was a mosquito issue in the room. We saw several while there.

We had bed bugs in the bed. Then there were ants in the bathroom. Took hours to get into a different room and we should have gotten some type of refund. Only if I would have known this would be the last trip I would take with my mom I definitely would have made a BIG FUSS. It's unfortunate because going on this trip is what got her out of the hospital. Something to look forward too. We got zero perks or discounts

Perfect weekend getaway from the kids! The sun was hot, the pools refreshing, the music chill, and the drinks were cold, strong, and delicious. The rooms were nice and spacious. You could communicate with the friendly staff via texting, including ordering food/drinks to be delivered to your lounge chair! If you're looking for a great spot to get away, want a cool vibe, delicious cocktails, and to just chill by a pool with a beach-read for a few days - this is a great place for it.

Love the remodel, really brings the place to present time. Room was smaller than one in pictures but I guess anyone would choose pics that look best to display in any situation. Despite the smaller room, really enjoyed time here. The decor is tasteful, feels contemporary and modern yet nostalgic at the same time. The bathroom was very nice and spacious. Love the grounds, pools, bar, and landscaping all nice. Definitely wanna spend more time here in the near future.

In desperate need of renovations. Very old (and not in a cool way) carpet smelled stale, anything tiled had been there since the early 60’s with cracks and chips. Air conditioner in the room only put out icy air - I now have an upper respiratory infection. The morning of check out (stayed 3 nights) one of the dryers in the housekeeping area caught fire with all the sheets and towels - they didn’t even call the fire department! The maintenance guys put it out with extinguishers, but the fumes were toxic and none of the staff said a word about it. My friend and I stayed there to treat ourselves to the spa treatments. The spa staff didn’t say anything, but you could tell they had no support from the hotel owners. Lots of old supplies, showers only had scalding or not as scalding water. Sheets, towels old. Generic lotions and oils. (Although the spa gift shop had a lovely assortment of products for sale that came directly from the local Dollar Tree - no joke!!) Hotel restaurant food was just okay. Nothing healthy or quality. One hot tub was out of service and anyone could have easily fallen into the dry pit. I called the front desk to ask for more packs of coffee and they just said “we have plenty down here at the front desk”. If you want to be treated like you saved up and spent hard earned money for the room and amenities, this is NOT the spa resort for you! We tipped all staff very well - it was not their fault the hotel was in such bad shape. Having worked in nicer hotels, I felt really bad for them. Not a good work environment. But you can make up your own mind about it all.

We have been here twice and we were looking forward to the second time. The restaurant food has gone down compared to last time we were here and the rooms are very dated and we had a unique smell of possible urine. We've enjoyed this place but this will be the last time we stay at this resort. The service in the restaurant was really good. It just was the food was not up to our standards.

Love the hot water and location, a few of the pools seemed like too much chlorine was added. The shower in the room was either too hot or scalding and the employees were grouchy! Nevertheless had a nice time. The food there is pretty good and not overpriced. I'm sure I will return.

The hallway needs new carpet, but the room was good. The staff was friendly except an older maintenance worker who I suspect is hard of hearing as his coworker spoke to him loudly. I enjoyed the hot pools and the cool pool. I did see two rats around the pool around dusk but what you gonna do. It’s an older property and could use some upkeep but I don’t want the crowds like the new trendy places. Good for family or those who don’t want loudness on vacation.

So dated. Must've been gorgeous in 1979. Carpet, especially in hallways, is threadbare and dirty. Everything needs a renovation. Restaurant tables were worn and warped. Pools were clean but other guests smoking weed and cigarettes in the pool was gross. Staff were fine (though one of them spilled an entire tray of ice water on my 10yo while we were dining outside). One guest was bumping music really late. 24-hour pool access was not a perk while traveling with kids. Wouldn't stay again.

I have been going to Miracle for over 35 years, it's usually very consistent and does exactly what you want from it. The staff is always kind and helpful. Shana at the spa desk always has a friendly smile and is so very informative. We also love the affordable restaurant, good service and good food! Thanks, Irene!

I have been coming to this resort for a few years already and recommended to my family in Friends . They love it too, but in my recent stay, I noticed that there was no cold water!! and the water coming out was just too hot for anyone to take a shower. this is around 3 PM(we decided to stay for a late check out). I hope they fix the plumbing issue. Other than that it’s just great.

Amazing experience! Great service from all the staff including the friendly lifeguards at the pool. Tons of fun for my family including three young kids of mine and a toddler niece. Comfortable, clean rooms, quiet evenings, but easy access to all kinds of fun activities and events. Special shout out to Enrique and the front desk for going the extra mile to find my daughter's lost precious!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay in our refurbished 2 bedroom 2 bath room. Our beds were so comfy. The Splash Grill fish tacos, hamburgers, and drinks were delicious. The pools and slides were fun for the adults and kids alike. However, what really stood out was the staff and service. EVERYONE went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, from the front desk and housekeeping staff to the lifeguards and Splash Grill staff (special shout out to Carlos!). I look forward to our next stay.

Enjoyed our stay & would stay at Palm Canyon again as it had clean rooms (a bit out dated… especially the bathrooms) but loved that the rooms had outdoor balconies. Went to the pool area which was very nice, 2 hot tubs and fun slides for kids. The bar restaurant has limited hours (we were there in September) & serves breakfast, lunch & dinner.

Very nice Hotel even with the remodeling going on. Easy layout to get around the resort. Pool area is very nice and has a bar with food and drinks. Rooms provided Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Very spacious rooms. Note, vending machines are ridiculously over priced..

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel last week, but what really stood out was the excellent customer service I received from Emily at the front desk. I arrived well before the regular check-in time and asked her what would be the earliest I could check in. Without hesitation, she kindly told me that a room was already available and even gave me a room facing the pool. She was absolutely amazing—helpful, professional, and genuinely caring. Even though I am only writing this review now, I saved her card because I knew I had to share how great she was. Emily truly deserves recognition for making my stay unforgettable!

I've gone here for three years for summer vacation. Its very nice. Its been great. The pool is the perfect temperature, rooms are clean, staff are mildly friendly. The bar staff is amazing though, as well as the food. Only complaint is that during my last stay the hot water broke. We couldn't take showers even after the pool which sucked. It was out for hours.

Absolutely amazing , stayed august 3-5 … the rooms were nice … the fitness center was small but had everything needed to get a good little work out . Basketball court . Friendly staff .. the pool was amazing the kids loved it loved the water slide . The bar was great wish they took Apple Pay though . Little bit of a distance of downtown but we didn’t even need to leave . We had an amazing time and plan to come back again

Fernando was extremely friendly, professional, and went out of his way to help with everything I needed. He made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, and his kind and positive attitude truly stood out. Excellent customer service like this makes all the difference—thank you!

Took my family here last night for the first time and we absolutely loved it. The property is beautiful and well kept, and the hotel staff were amazing, super friendly and welcoming. I had accidentally booked a smaller room, but they were kind enough to switch us to a larger one with no problem. They even gave my kids the cutest little cookies and snacks, which was such a sweet touch. The only reason I’m giving 4 out of 5 stars is because of the noise at night. We could hear people in the room next to us and footsteps from upstairs, which made it a bit hard to fully relax. Other than that, everything else was great. Definitely planning to come back and would still recommend this place.

A gem of a hotel! I was traveling alone and felt completely safe and comfortable here. The reception staff gave me a warm welcome and a city map with great tips. The room was bright and clean, with large windows and modern touches. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were just perfect—not too hard, not too soft. There was a kettle with complimentary tea and coffee, and even a small welcome snack. The bathroom was spotless with excellent water pressure. Location-wise, everything I needed was within walking distance. Great value for money!

i would rate my stay at DoubleTree a 3 out of 5 overall, the staff was very friendly upon arrival and upgraded us to a room with a beautiful view, which I really appreciated! the pool was a good size, clean, and not too crowded however, the room itself could have been better, the nightstands were noticeably worn, the sheets had a stain, the chair was torn, and the bathroom wasn’t as clean as expected. the AC was loud, but at least it kept the room cool. while i might stay here again if I had to it wouldn’t be my first choice if there were other nearby options, on a positive note, the location is good, and the free parking was a big plus.

It’s a good hotel and in a decent location from things around like downtown. - If you’re in the right room - the view of the lake is really nice. Some front office people are snobbier and less polite than others. The bar staff is nice and efficient - There’s no service out at the pool but the convenience of the bar makes it work somehow. - The shower had an incredible pressure.. as if the filth needs to exit your entire existence- that was great! - The warm chocolate chip walnut cookie is probably my favorite part 😁 - Family friendly and the property was more on the quiet side for the duration of our stay -

This property is so beautiful and the service was amazing! Lizette brought up our room service and was so sweet. She made sure to bring us extra utensils, waters and cookies which was very thoughtful. Carlos and Maritza were fantastic bartenders and made our experience one of a kind!

Room had a few issues but management was very responsive and helpful. Fridge on arrival wasn’t cold engineering changed it out. A/C never really got the room cold. Not sure if needs to be serviced but it was tolerable. The rooms on the first floor make it really easy for someone with a dog to let out I really appreciated that feature. Location is next to restaurants and a Starbucks for convenience. In room coffee is pretty bad every hotel just needs to put in a Nespresso machine or something compatible at this point. Warm cookies were great. Carpeting looked old in the rooms and some of the outlets didn’t work. Rooms definitely need an update.

Honestly the biggest reason for the one star rating is the bait and switch feeling we got. My first indicator that this was going to be a problem was when we pulled in and the sign was falling apart. There is a Limo parked in the front which looks as though they've never moved it. It is sun baked and it honestly looks abandoned. If you are going to use a prop like this it has to look nice otherwise it has the opposite effect. The lobby was terribly dirty, the management desk(?) was staked high with papers and folders and the overall feel of the lobby was not good. Yes it is on the bottom end of the price point but when you see the photos of outdated rooms that's a given. What isn't a given is that none of the rooms we stayed in looked as though they were even older than the photos online. Maybe they just didn't get around to renovating this room yet? We were assigned to 106 however it wasn't ready so they put is in 107 I peaked in both of them and they both looked like the last time the carpet had been changed was in the 80's, they were worn and gross. The bed sheet that they had just cleaned was dirty and the room had a foul smell of mildew. On top of all of this one of the pools was empty. It was kind of the point in selecting this hotel so that simply not ok. The staff was VERY kind and understanding when we asked to cancel and refund the room. Unfortunately little did we know the only thing the were able to refund was the deposit and "resort fee". I'm currently working with them to resolve this issue and will provide updates. They need to be honest about what the rooms look like, maintain the pools in a much better way, and spend some money on general maintenance.

We've been coming here off & on for about 25 yrs. We expected a remodel of this place since it needed it at least 10 yrs ago. Too bad because it was a favorite place. Also, some of the posted rules are not followed & no enforcement that we saw. Cafe had great food. We will go back to cafe when in town but not the hotel. Very disappointed management/owners don't feel the need to update the hotel.

I would just like to share my very first experience coming here about a week ago. And, so far all I can say is the service from my waitress Shiloh was absolutely impeccable and I will most definitely be coming back here very soon. She went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed and than some. And, not only that but she was very sweet and courteous as well!

Its a beautiful place. It has been there for many decades and it is obviously seen better days, but the way those swimming pools and spas are located in between palm trees is amazing. Thus place is worth visiting even for a day as they also sell day passes.

The waitress named Shillo at the restaurant has very bad service. First day We said hello and she didn't answer. Not even out of courtesy. On the second day we only came for drinks and every time we ordered a drink at the bar he came to serve us with a very bad attitude. The people at the reception were friendly. They gave us the appropriate information for a good stay at the hotel. Room pretty basic. First night AC was not working. Rough night for summer time.

I mean location is where it's been since the 50s..so.. irrelevant. Nadine, Yvonne, Van, Shiloh, and Jessica are all absolutely amazing humans who actually give a damn about their job!! They should all get huge raises!! Above and beyond what customer service is!!! Thank you!! Now the rooms.. rm #126..the bed is like laying on the sidewalk, The AC barely worked..I asked for assistance with it 2x.Amd the maintenance guy said "Well the room reads at 72°, so it must be you." Uh.. yeah it is..and it is hot as sitting on the surface of the sun!! One side is the outside exposed to the 113° all day.. The pillows are lumpy and old, the toilet barely flushed.Then there was someone dragging furniture next door all night.. I finally had to complain since I paid for a full week. I did get moved to a better room, where the AC works and the bed didn't feel like the highway. The alcohol at the bar is wayyyyy to expensive. But the food at the restaurant is amazing and I tried many many different items. Huge portions and delicious!! Had a very unsafe uncomfortable experience with a patron the 2md to last night.. he flipped out like a psychopath and I was told to go to my room. Then 10 minutes later the maintenance pool guy tells me to move my 4runner and trailer from the locked Gated area either way to the back or out front not protected... I moved it out front, and was up half the night checking it...so ce there was no security that night, the fileo t girl did t know how to access the security cameras..and there were multiple people in the parking lot that weren't even guest there at all. And there's one receptionist or what ever her title is that should not work with the public what so ever.. she's rude and condescending, and wouldn't make it a day in a real city working the front desk.. the pools are clean!

The staff are genuine and amazing, close your eyes and you would think you're in Missouri, not Californication. Prices in the restaurant and bar are from the 1990's and it's all delicious. The rooms are a bit dated, but comfortable, and they all have views, even if it's just of the pretty gal in the purple bathing suit. Administration is cool, they'll bend over backwards to accommodate you or your special needs.

I am torn about this hotel! The staff were absolutely wonderful. The bartenders at the bar were super friendly and went above and beyond! Shoutout to Don and Manu (I definitely didn’t spell that right lol.) They let us stay to watch a super long baseball game while they closed up! … but the cons are that the rooms need a serious remodeling! The burnt orange, glitter stained furniture and wood cabinets that have begun to peel just really dated the room. Even though it was clean it just felt icky from how old everything was. The carpets were super old and the bath was peeling as well. The walls are super thin (and also peeling,) I could hear everything in the rooms beside mine. Not the working staffs fault but please owners please put some love into this place!

ываFrom check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and pleasant. The staff were exceptionally courteous and multilingual, which made communication easy. The lobby smelled amazing, and the fresh flowers gave the hotel a luxurious touch. My room had a comfortable work desk, which was important for my business trip. It also had blackout curtains, which ensured I slept well despite the time zone change. I tried room service twice and both times the food arrived hot and delicious. The housekeeping was prompt and didn’t miss a spot. I would highly recommend this hotel to solo travelers or professionals.

Overall, the experience was just okay. The staff was super friendly and helpful, which we really appreciated. But the rooms felt pretty old and a bit run down they were somewhat clean, but not great. The AC didn’t work that well either. If you’re just looking for a budget-friendly spot close to downtown, it might do the trick. It just wasn’t the right fit for us, unfortunately.

Location is prime but the rooms and hotel have room for improvement. Rooms and hotel were likely a-tier circa 1990 but are in need of a refresh to include pink bidet removals. Close to most everything in PS via a small walk with free bike rentals as well. Pics from West facing balconies. Stuff was friendly and bar decent.

Loved everything about this place. Front staff was friendly and accommodating. I love our room. Very clean with comfortable beds. Cool patio with view of downtown palm springs. Perk they offer free bike rentals for guests. Food at bar was yummy. Pool area was nice and relaxing. It's definitely in a prime spot. No need to drive anywhere. All shops and restaurants are waking distance. Thank you all for a lovely stay. Will be back!

If leaving zero stars was an option I would. I was here for work and as I pulled into this hotel the first thing I noticed was the smell of a sewage back up in their parking garage. It is PERMEATING through their upstairs lobby, The one positive I’ll give this hotel was the front desk receptionist was kind. I was given a double bed room and she moved me to a king. That being said the king room she moved me to was next to the exit farthest from the elevator and smelled like weed. I walked into the room and it was absolutely filthy. Toilet was running constantly, and the shower never fully shut off. Pipes looked corroded and cleaning service looked nonexistent. Night two I was moved to a different room closer to the elevator because when I got out of my car in the parking garage their was a man loitering who was riding up and down the elevator making not only myself but another guest also uncomfortable. This room was DEPLORABLE. AC barely working, the room was hot all night long. A broken TV remote which looked like it had never been disinfected, a toilet that was FILTHY upon arriving and a shower with the absolute worst water pressure, corrosion on the pipes and scum all over the floor. I would also venture to guess there is a bad mold problem here as I was coughing all night long and felt congested from the fan that was blowing from the AC unit. DISGUSTING. This hotel needs to undergo new ownership or be condemned. What an embarrassment to be a part of the Hyatt Group and to also be in such a prime location.

Perfect for a teenage birthday trip! The sitting room and bedroom are separated by a long hallway so the kids got to hang out all night and I went to bed early. Some have commented that the hotel needs an upgrade but the room was clean and well-designed and I loved it! The pool was pretty big and there was a small cool-off room with some games and chilled water available on one end. Plenty of covered loungers all around. Pedal bikes for use, included in the reservation. We're right on the bike route and despite the summer heat, we were able to take advantage of a ride around downtown. Location is great, with Tesla Superchargers right underneath the hotel in a non-hotel parking garage with a certain number of hours of free parking. Lots of food options. We were woken at 9am and had to evacuate down the stairs to a false alarm. False alarms continued for about an hour in other parts of the hotel. Though beyond their control, Manager Erin Sammons kindly credited our overnight parking fee, which is another example of why I'm a Hyatt Discoverist and stay at Hyatt as much as possible when I travel.

I want to start by saying the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing and the outside is very nice and has a fun vibrant feel. The food and drinks were decent. Our room however was bad!! It had not been updated in over 20 years I'm guessing.Very outdated and run down! Dirty stained carpet, wallpaper bubbled and ripped, bed was hard, bathroom door had been kicked or punched in, floor lamp had at some point been knocked over the lamp shade was bent and the switch did not work, While using the sink the faucet handle broke off.Maintenance replaced it after several hours. Leaving the carpet underneath the sink all wet. The toilet handle had to be jiggled every time you used it or it would keep running water. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower were empty, Nothing else left in the room other than one tiny bar of hand soap. Shower head was very old and plugged up with hard water deposits. Caliente Tropics could be something really great with some updates to the rooms. Definitely more of a party place than a place to go and relax. Loud guests that were drunk and obnoxious.

I will choose this hotel again and again and again. The staff is warm and wonderful. The pool area is fantastic! The Reef is Tiki heaven. The rooms are a little dated but who is spending time in the rooms it was clean and the bed was comfortable. I loved every minute we spent here.

In May 2019, I booked my weekend birthday package getaway in advanced not really looking too much into surrounding resorts in the area. I wanted something nice and noteworthy, but inexpensive. However, with Caliente Tropics Resort, I essentially got what I paid for. When my mom and I arrived to check in, we were not impressed or greeted. The male guest service employee was not very customer friendly to me and I had partially paid for a birthday package room deal on my Birthday, for the deposit. I was ready for a refund because of guest service worker’s behavior. He had a very nasty/sassy attitude towards me perhaps because he was used to catering to a specific customer demographic and I was not the norm round those parts. I immediately requested to speak to the manager regarding my check in experience & I was just about ready for a refund of the birthday package reservation. We had driven a long way from LA for this getaway. The clerk spoke rudely in front of my mother who had accompanied me. He would not humble himself. He wanted to argue with me & didn’t seem to care if I stayed especially since I had already paid for half of the booking/birthday package up front. I was appalled at how combative he was towards me, a petite female and he appeared to be younger than me in age. The manager pretty much explained that the deposit was non refundable, but she handled herself much more professionally than front desk clerk who acted like he could not care any less whether I stayed or not. He did not change his aggressive demeanor or tone towards me and that was out of line. I am confused and It concerns me that he felt so comfortable speaking down to me when I they had already secured have of my deposit. I guess he was hoping to make some money off of keeping my non refundable deposit and booking my room to guest that he preferred to respect and service. The manager gave me the option to leave with no deposit refund or anything owed on the remaining balance of my weekend reservation, but apologize for the inconvenience & gave me a complimentary bottle of wine. So, I decided to stay and keep my reservation. I truly appreciate and commend her professionalism, tact, emotional intelligence, and most of all for caring enough to treat me like she wanted us to stay. I didn’t feel like checking in anywhere else at the last minute. I just wanted to relax and have a fun birthday getaway. The room was a small double queen. I wasn’t impressed with the quality and condition of the room. After we stepped out and came back to settle in our room, I noticed that my bed covering had a noticeably large filthy dirty mess on it. I just removed it from the bed and tossed it on the floor, to the side in a corner. All I could do was hope that it was not done vindictively. I really hoped that it was an honest mistake & oversight on their behalf. The birthday cake with white icing and balloons were already there when we first went to the room. It was really simple, kind of low budget. Something that I really could’ve done myself. To my surprise, the cake was really delicious. It tasted like it came from a fresh bakery although it looked like it was bought from the local supermarket. The swimming pool, Reef bar area, and native figurines displayed throughout resort were nice. We ate at the upscale restaurant adjacent to the resort. I was disappointed & unimpressed with the rack of lamb entree that we ordered. I always look forward to eating lamb. The rack of lamb at this particular restaurant tasted bland, lacking seasoning and flavor. I don’t remember what else came with the lamb entree because there was nothing special, unique, or significant about the rest of the meal. I do remember that it was way too expensive for a rack of lamb entree that I didn’t even finish because it just didn’t taste good. I did manage to get some good photos to capture some of the positive aspects of staying at Caliente Tropical Resort in Palm Springs. My brother and I stayed there a few years back. It was the last night of a 12 day camping trip through the southwest pulling an Airstream.. We were beat and decided to find a hotel. We both love Hawaiian kitsch. This place delivered. The cocktail lounge playing the original Hawaii 5-0. Was like a cherry on top. Next day was breakfast at Elmers which is within walking distance. And on the way back checked out a few boutique motels for the future. We had a fantastic stay and such a fun night with others staying at the hotel. Would definitely recommend. It's not perfect but it's a great place!

Rooms are super gross. Old gross carpet, gross old curtains, peeling wallpaper and holes in walls, bathrooms are old and gross. I get that it's a vintage style but they don't need to actually keep the same bathrooms and carpet from 40+ years ago to achieve that. We got a suite hoping it would be nicer but it was way worse than the regular rooms. The tiki bar was pretty good but the food there is horrible. Mex food out front is good. Crazy pool rules kinda ruin the pool with a Karen scolding you. Also there's no outside food or drinks yet they offer no healthy food. Also there's no vegan, vegetarian, or GF options. Slimy eggplant is not an option.

I reserved 2 nights through Hotwire for lower price. Total of $300 for 2 nights. First night, we found the shower room drain was clogged so bad so we were unable to take shower. called the front desk and they sent a plumber tried to unclogged but no luck. So we asked a front desk we need to transfer to another room. They said all rooms were sold out, no room were available. I complained and asked for refund to the front desk lady, she said I need to talked to 3rd party because I reserved a room thru Hotwire. It was room #144. Other than that everything was ok.

The pool, restaurant and front desk are all 5 stars. I took one away because the shower was formidable and the WiFi disappeared completely. If the resort spent a little money replacing the shower heads and soap dispensers and towels, it would be five stars. Also extremely pet friendly with a large lawn that is savior on hot pavement days, which I super appreciated.

Beautiful landscape and pool! Room itself felt like motel and needs some renovation but the exterior of the hotel was gorgeous! Complimentary breakfast had lots of choices and I enjoyed at the outdoor seating. Pool was nice and mist they spray cooled down while seating in pool lounger. You can walk to town and many restaurants. Good location and beautiful hotel ground made our stay a special one.

The hotel is a in a great location. Outward appearances the hotel looks great. The lobby is updated as well as the surroundings. From there though it starts going down relatively quickly. The rooms while updated, the room we had during our stay has some kind of weird dip in the middle of it. While normally I doubt that this would be a factor to comment on, here at this hotel it’s different. The entire console where the tv, desk, mini fridge, dresser drawers are is attached to the wall. Again, not a big deal until you factor in the dip in the floor. The console is literally hanging off the wall and has such a slope to it the dresser drawers don’t stay closed. This is dangerous to say the least. In the middle of the night you might have went to bed with them shut but then they slide open on their own. Ended up having to get up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and about killed myself on the drawer that popped open in the middle of the night. Ultimately, I had to fix it with putting some cardboard under the legs of the console to lift it back up enough to stop the drawers from sliding out. It was evident that other guests have had the same issue and someone tried to fix it the same way but did not get it high enough up to stop it. This is a simple and quick maintenance fix with a couple shims. One would think the liability of someone severely injuring themselves on tripping on a drawer at night would out weigh the expense of a $2 shim. The other notable thing is they “offer” a gym on site, however, it’s not functional. They have several treadmills, but opted for a high end Eschelon $6000 weight machine, but it requires a subscription. Because of a long standing back injury and needing to do physical therapy exercises daily we always use a hotel that has a gym. When I asked the front desk how can we actually use a gym when it requires a subscription, they were not super helpful. All they said was oh the treadmills will work as a guest. When I specifically said I needed the resistance machine I did not get much of an answer other than “oh our subscription expired.” If you are going to offer a gym in house, but then make it require a subscription service to use it, you might want to let people know ahead of time so if they need to make other arrangements they can; or better yet don’t buy equipment that requires a subscription in the first place, or ensure that if you do your corporate office keeps those valid so guests can actually use the offered gym facilities. Also due to the dip in the floor the door has about an inch + gap. In the photo below you can see one side it starts flush, then the floor drops about an inch or more down, which coincides with the console drawers not staying closed.

I had a conference in Palm Springs and stayed there. This entire town is expensive, this hotel is at the lower end of the price, although it’s still more expensive than an average hotel we used to stay. But my experience was really good! Cute hotel, free breakfast that’s very nice, the room was big and clean. Their pool was fancy, there are many flowers and I keep seeing a hummingbird hopping around. The only problem is they are fixing some floor tile thing outside and has been pretty noisy during the day time. I’m not sure I’ll go to Palm spring again but if I do, this hotel will still be the option.

Cute hotel with lush landscaping and grounds. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean. I was especially pleased that it was not carpeted. Breakfast was quite good. It was a little noisy at night due to its close proximity to a block of bars but the noise didn't keep me awake.

Wonderful hotel for the price and location. Just a few minor shortcomings but still 5 stars. My first time visiting Palm Springs and I chose this hotel for the affordability and location. I was also looking at the Zoso hotel next door but they charge a ridiculous resort fee so I went with this one instead. Room: I got 2 queen beds which was perfect for 2 couples. Rooms aren't huge but that wasn't a big deal since we were just there to change, shower, and sleep. Bathroom was clean but the body wash was empty. The fridge worked and the room included a huge TV. There are also a bunch of seating areas on each floor so if you need more space or just want to be outside, you can. Pool: relatively clean. Yes there are leaves but there are trees everywhere, so that is expected. Hot tub also clean and not overly treated with chemicals. Only downside is that the pool is surrounded by the hotel, trees, and a mountain, so the sun may only be showing in the morning/early afternoon only. Breakfast: I stopped by for a coffee and snack but each day they had eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffles, cereal, yogurt, muffins, fruit, etc. Its a pretty decent offering considering it is included in the price. Bar: probably best to skip it for mixed drinks. The bartender literally measured everything with a cup which takes forever when making drinks for multiple customers. Gym: this is probably the only downside of my stay. The equipment itself is newer and high end (Echelon and Peloton machines). However, none of the machines were able to connect to the internet so you could not actually use them or their programs. The treadmill, elliptical, and cycle won't actually work unless you are connected. The gym is also fairly small, only 3-4 people at a time max. Some other important things to remember. When I booked, I chose the non-pool room view and I am glad I did. None of the rooms actually have a true "pool view" since there is a walkway in between the room and outer wall. I was given a pool view room anyway but could barely see the pool outside of the window. Location is great. It is only a few minutes walk from all the bars and restaurants. But the downside of this is that there are about 3 nightclubs surrounding it so you will hear loud music on weekends going until 1-2AM. Its not super loud but if you are a light sleeper, you may notice it more. Lastly, I asked the hotel for late check out and they gave me an hour at no additional cost, which I thought was nice. They will also hold your bags for you so you can pick them back up when you are ready to leave. Overall, I loved my stay here and will definitely stay again.

Nice staff but beware of the noise! Many of the rooms (24 out of the 90) face onto a super noisy bar/disco North of the hotel. After 10:30pm it’s a bit better but still pretty noisy. Avoid rooms: A 105 108 209 212 311 312 B all odd numbered rooms C 109 110 209 210 309 310

Eureka!!! I've looked at staying here 2 times before and didn't. Honestly I don't think I'll stay elsewhere in the future. Grounds are beautiful. Plants and manicured landscape, Spanish style patios are so pretty. Room was huge with an incredible jacuzzi tub. Bed feels sooo good. It feels like a featherbed. Shutters make for a dark room with cold ac 🙌🏽. No carpet in room which I can appreciate and it had these large plank faux wood that felt good on the feet. HUGE tv. Greeted with huge smiles and personality upon check-in. Tara was great?! Maintenance staff very friendly as well. Their continental breakfast was actually good 🤣. It's an older building but updated. Very clean bathrooms are very modern and we'll kept. Pool area was perfection with a full bar. Not too crowded. I'm trying to convince the hubby for one more night!! (Edit)I got one more night 😁 Thought we would you get to the gym but haven't. Great equipment! Next time!

Major shout out to Kathy and Astrid, whose impeccable service made our stay much better. Both ladies tended to our needs promptly and effectively, and went the distance to make sure we got the most out of our stay. The resort itself is decent, but the amount of large families with young kids in the pool from early morning to late evening is frustrating. We expected a more relaxing, serene spa vibe based on the amenities listed and the title of the resort itself. The property is visually charming, and the rooms have strong AC (albeit very loud).

It was nice we got the “pool” room but when we got there it was the spa. I’m assuming it doesn’t matter if it’s pool or spa but the spa was really hot couldn’t really enjoy it till the next day. We had the bubbles off all night until Next day the pool water was tolerable. They have. A outside pool/spa too. We did mentioned to the staff multiple times that the spa was too hot and they just said it was a maintaince issue. They were suppose to come Check on it but they never did. We stood for one night only.

Location is nice but the rooms are not as nice as they look to be in pictures . I stayed here for a week and the service was acceptable although there was no breakfast served which really actually made me want to stay somewhere else seeing as I booked for a whole week and being out of town thats just another meal that we had to budget into expenses . We had the Soleil suite , which if I'm not wrong , is the best suite they offer . The in room jacuzzi was cracked and it was nice to have a tv by it , however the tv would not stay connected to the internet so I couldn't use any streaming services . The bedroom also only offered a handful of canle channels and isnt a smart tv so I couldnt even cast my own shows . originally, I had booked a Mountain View suite and a week before my arrival they called me and randomly upgraded my room to the Soleil suite Free of charge ! Which was nice until I found out the reason why was because the hotel was having plumbing issues and the roof was leaking so some of that style of rooms were unavailable due to renovations . They didn't have any ice machines throughout the property so I had to go to the front desk every time I wanted ice Which was kind of inconvenient, especially at night in pajamas lol . I seen a cockroach in the bathroom the night before I checked out so I didnt bring it to their attention however , They should be doing an annual pest inspections and treatments . I'm usually not wanting to complain about hospitality service although I work in hospitality myself and I had a lot higher standards coming into the place than I did leaving personally wouldn't recommend this hotel over a Hilton but maybe I'm just biased seeing as I work at the Hilton and know their standards . for the price I paid to stay here for a week. I would've much rather just booked an Airbnb. The Mountain View suite that I did book seemed to have a full kitchenette with a microwave and a kitchen area for preparation of food however, the room they upgraded us to only had a mini fridge and a microwave And with us staying for a week, I requested an additional mini fridge and they denied that request . Overall the stay was just uncomfortable and seemed restricted . Do yourself the favor of just staying at a chained hotel that has corporate standards cause it didnt seem that this one does . in addition, I requested housekeeping come to vacuum my floor as we were doing lots of hiking, and there was dried up dirt all over the place as well as cactus thorns, and they came into the room and only changed the garbage and left all of that dirt on the floor, I had to make a separate request for them to come back and vacuum our floors ...

We had a nice stay here. Ours was a standard room with a king bed, and while the room was not very big, it was clean, had some nice renovations, and the bed was comfortable. The pool area was relaxing, clean, and had a water cooler, which was appreciated. The hotel is a little rough around the edges in some ways, but all in all good value. Venturing out at night on foot was not encouraged due to potential safety issues (homeless population in the area), but daytime was fine and there is a shopping center and fast food within walking distance, which we found convenient.

I was able to go out for a night. The place is nice everything is clean and friendly. But I recommend going when is not on a holiday weekend. If you want to relax and enjoy the pool comfortable. I went by myself that why I'm saying this lol. Overall I like it and great price for what your getting for.

They committed fraud against me. They took a deposit and I cancelled 5 minutes later because of a hotel policy. They told me on my recorded line that my money would be refunded. It wasn't, they have pushed my credit card Ally Bank to keep the money. Months later I have not got the refund. I may have to file in small claims. This is fraud. My recommendation is to stay away and do not give them your card number.

I booked for a Swedish massage. The masseuse talked the whole 50 minutes session while I was there. It was not relaxing at all. For $155, I could've paid $90 for an hour & the lady doesn't speak English & would've been quiet. I tried to give her hints that I want peace & quiet, but she just would keep talking. She totally killed my tranquility. I want my money back.

Spent five days for a girls getaway. Property well Maintained with clean pools and quiet. Close proximity to airport and downtown and 1 block from Ralph’s grocery store. Close to Tarquiz Canyon and hiking trails. The spa at Sec-he was amazing and very close by. The unit was ready upon check in and they let us check in a little early. We enjoyed our stay. The front office gave us great recommendations for places to eat.

This is a great location and the customer service at the front desk is outstanding! I did have a late check in problem with no security or anyone there to get a room key. It was a bit of a scavenger hunt. Management was so nice and called to apologize for the mix up. They addressed the problem and quickly found a solution for anyone needing after hours help. The 2 bedroom suites are very roomy and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Beyond expectations.Booked this place last minute frantically for Coachella, honestly didn’t do much research. When i arrived there was one reception and they were kinda rude and ready to cancel me because the didn’t check our listed ID properly to confirm. Thankfully we told them to look at the id cause they didn’t check properly and all worked out . They were probably stressed out the crowd and more people were lining up behind us. Anyways once we got our place it was located by the Pool which is awesome. Once we entered the place ,it was a pleasant surprise. We had a 2 two bedroom and 2 bath with 1 en-suite and 1 1/2 patios. This was perfect because of our group member is a sensitive to sleep so we can hang out in the other patio when we wanted private outdoor space. The layout of the kitchen was ideal as well like and open concept kitchen so we all can interact with everyone and ample space there. It truly felt like a resort and we had moments to spare at the place. Also the walk in closets were huge in the en-suite. I would recommend better body length mirrors. The one they had i tried to clean it but it was paint sprays from painting the walls. I really wanted to capture my outfits.Also wished they had a few pop of colors of decour or something the colors at the resort were muted or painting of Palm trees to make it feel like you are at palm springs.Other than that grateful to have my celebration here.Great location 5 minutes from airport and downtown like 10.great tennis court too. Thank you Vista Mirage for such a great experience.

We are a family of 4 from San Diego and have been to Palm Springs several times. I always struggle a little bit finding a place to stay that is somewhat affordable for us, family friendly and close to downtown. Vista Mirage checked all the boxes! The unit was very clean, spacious and the layout was nice and efficient. Beds and showers were comfortable, kitchen had all the basics we needed for a quick breakfast/snacks. We have a pool at home so we rarely use pools at hotels, but we ended up using the pool there every day! The pools/hot tubs were clean and pleasant. The only thing that was not optimal was the street noise. Our unit was close to the street and sound insulation was not that great. That didn’t bother me or my family, but if you are sensitive to noise it may be an issue. I was asked about my preferences at check in, so I believe you may request an unit on the quieter side. We had a great stay and will definitely stay at Vista Mirage again next time we are in Palm Springs!

We had a wonderful stay at Vista Mirage Resort. The location was close to downtown Palm Springs as well as vicinity to the airport. Our two-room suite was enormous for our family of four. We have two young children and it helps to have a little extra space, as well as a full kitchen and two full bathrooms. The rooms were a little "dated" in terms of look but everything about it was comfortable, very clean, and met our needs. The pool was used daily by our family, often many times. For all of this, the affordable cost meant everything to us to be able to stay a little longer. The "nicer" resorts meant smaller rooms and nearly double the price. Go for Vista Mirage and you get space, a gorgeous pool and easy access to the city with money to spare for more fun. In-unit laundry would be a dream addition to the rooms if I were to request anything, but we did fine with the on-site laundry at the resort lobby.

Visa Mirage is dated. The price and location is good although it's not walkable to the Main Street. Half the power points in the place didn't work so I had to straighten my hair in the kitchen. Pros are the place was big and roomy which was great with kids. Had everything you needed. The second bedroom had a sliding door to the front porch area and the oak was broken so I was pretty concerned with the lack of security. I wouldn't stay again. I would find somewhere a little more updated and closer to the main strip in town. Palm Springs is great though!

Great value for money for larger groups. We had a family of 6 adults and the rooms were very spacious, equipped with full kitchen.

I was very disappointed by the dated room and furniture including the beds .The room had an odor of age that with air got better but was off putting Front desk were doing their best . I felt embarrassed to bring my friends here as so dated in the rooms and my expectations were not met . We’ve been here for a few days now and I can say the pool area is very nice with lovely fire pits, the staff are all lovely and maintenance was on every request quickly . When I arrived and saw our room it was off putting and I strongly posted my thoughts that night . I was shocked the owner responded so quickly and made me think I should just wait and update as our week goes . Today I am not feeling a 1 as we see the fabulous location we are in . Yes the furniture and carpet needs updating but I would come back when that’s done but honestly because of the staff , location and pool and other amenities my rating is a 3 .

Our unit was adequate, nice pool, easy checkin. Our balcony facing Palm Canyon was large with grill and seating, but noisy. The primary had no luggage stand, the bathrooms had no cabinetry for storage, the Murphy bed was comfy but the entire living room had to be totally moved around to pull out the bed. We love the location, parking was adequate, pool towels available at the friendly front desk.

I have been an owner of World Mark since 1994. I used to be proud to be an owner and stay in these units. They keep upping our dues. However, the condition of the properties is going into disrepair. I stayed in unit two at this Palm Springs Resort. It does not have anything quality about it. Motel 6 would have been nicer and a lot less expensive. The backing was coming off the mirror in the bathroom, so it was all spotted looking very old and past its prime. There was not an oven or a washer and dryer in the unit. The furniture was very old and cheap, worn and dirty. You could put it out on the street for free, and I doubt if anyone would take it. Some of the cupboards had not been cleaned out in years in the kitchen, and we're disgusting. The swimming pool was cold. When I joined, it was to stay in nicer quality places. They certainly are not like that anymore.

This is a decent place. The rooms are seriously dated. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the room but the washer must've been dirty or the laundry detergent they give doesn't work well because are clothes came out with spots on them. We bought different laundry detergent from the store to rewash everything. The only complaint we had was the fact that you couldn't even smoke on your balcony and the designated area for smoking was a trek to get to and at night it was dark, making walking unsafe and through dirt, so your shoes were always dusty. The customer service from everyone we dealt with was stellar. All were friendly and helpful. We would stay again.

Great location...close to tons of great restaurants & shops. Our 2 bedroom is spacious, cute Palm Springs decor, clean & our patio opens right out to the pool with a beautiful mountain view! Very friendly staff! Highly recommend 🩷

Great location with views up to the San Jacinto Mountains & Palm Springs Aerial Tram. Pleasant “Old Las Palmas” neighbourhood great for walking & recommend Ernest Coffee around the corner. Great location close to downtown Palm Springs & airport.

Please stop vacuuming outside the guest rooms at 6:50am every day. We go on vacation to sleep in! Even when politely asking the desk if the housekeepers might be able to delay their hallway vacuuming a bit, it continued every single day during our 5 day stay. Otherwise, the hotel is overall nice and relaxing. Food & drinks from the cafe were good and service was friendly. Weekdays were better than the weekend, when so many day pass guests arrive and the feel is more chaotic. It’s tough to find a quiet spot but if you do, it’s excellent. This resort is in a gorgeous location and could be pure perfection with a few minor tweaks such as enforcing the quiet voices rule.

Our stay at Azure Palm Hot Springs was absolutely wonderful! The property is serene, beautiful, and the perfect place to relax and recharge. We stayed overnight and enjoyed the amenities throughout the day and evening — everything felt calm and rejuvenating. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure guests were comfortable and happy. The on-site café was a highlight — every meal and drink we had was delicious! Azure exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend this peaceful desert retreat and can’t wait to return!

Azure Palm Hot Springs Resort and Day Spa did not disappoint. I was visiting here from Texas for a wedding, and I did not expect the restful and rejuvenating experience of this resort. It’s quiet and peaceful, the service is impeccable. There is a café, and the menu is top notch, with delicious and healthy food. Every employee was helpful and friendly and professional. There’s a small gift shop, operated by Taryn, with eclectic merchandise. I purchased a lovely linen duster to pull my wedding outfit together. Taryn’s shop is a resource for nearly guest. I swam and soaked in the mineral pools and the Himalayan salt room, and I walked the reflexology trail. There are multiple outside seating areas with views of the mountains. I highly recommend enjoying this lovely resort.

I stayed here for the weekend and was very pleasantly surprised. Felt like modest luxury, at a budget friendly price. Food in the café was delicious, pools were always crystal clean, rooms were stylish and comfortable. When it comes to getting a good value for your money, this resort gets the highest praise.

Everything you need to relax! Mountains views. ADULTS ONLY RESORT, so no kids running around! Natural Hot Springs/Mineral pools. Spa treatments available. Large outdoor swimming pool and 2 outdoor hot tubs open 24 hours. Wonderful seating areas, some with fire pits. A café and boutique store. 30 minutes outside Palm Springs. We stayed here to celebrate my wife's Birthday. I made a special request months in advance for side by side rooms for us and the two people we were traveling with. I was pleasantly surprised they had taken note and fulfilled our request. I highly recommend 2nd floor Balcony View King and Balcony View King/Queen. These rooms have a small sitting room just outside your door for relaxing conversations or to read a book. The balcony is nice sized and the room did not feel cramped. Beautiful views of the montains. This was well worth the money spent. No TV's in our room meant quiet and tranquility. No kids at the facility made it extra special. We will be back!

I was there this past week for the Guided Fasting Retreat with Jan. I have gone to Jan many times at Lido and Her Retreat is always spot on and worth the trip as I come all the way from New York but her doing it at Azure has taken it to the next level. The Hotel was very well kept, service was wonderful, treatments were wonderful, bath, outside property and all were fabulous. Then the icing on the cake was Jan doing what she does best! I would follow Jan wherever she goes but so happy she has chosen Azure. I'll be back!

Our group had an excellent spa day experience for our friends’s 40th birthday here! Get the day pass and a massage—the perfect way to unwind and unplug. My massage with Asia was everything I could’ve asked for and so relaxing!

Location is great, staff are friendly (when you find them) but this is probably the worst quality Marriott I have ever stayed at. The place has so much potential but it has really been let go and in desperate need of updating. Dead plants all over, Pool and spa were full of dirt (not just dirty but actually a bunch of black dirt) and not cleaned once during our stay. Toilets in the rooms sometimes flush but require multiple attempts. Hotel is really understaffed with it being hard to track down someone for the front desk or bar. Autograph collection it is not. Much closer to motel 6

I love this hotel! So much history and beautiful architecture! The rooms are look recently remodeled and suites have full kitchens with full size refrigerators! It is conveniently located walking distance from everything! The staff was so friendly and Gilbert at the bar is wonderful! Scott at the valet/bellman was great with suggestions and directions! Absolutely love this property!

This hotel is in a great location to downtown Palm Springs. Totally unique place. Walked I. Think g the rooms would be super small because it was an older property revamped. Not the case. The staff were super nice and helpful. They each had their main job but they seemed to lend a hand out to the other staff members who might have been a little busier. The valet guy, super great, would help out the front desk. Ricky the bar tender also made the food. It almost seemed understaffed first but the teamwork made it flow. Well done staff. The hotel had both an old and new feeling to it. It has two smaller pools. One is a little warmer than the other. The rooms and property were very clean. It was missing some of the cool art a lot of other Autograph hotels have. I do wish it had some more art. The room was really nice with full size refrigerator, stove top, and sink. The bed was very comfortable. If you want to stay away from the bigger hotel crowds this is a good choice. Also, dog fees are maybe the cheapest around.

We recently stayed at Triada Palm Springs and, while the hotel itself is undeniably beautiful with charming decor and a lovely atmosphere, the service was unfortunately far from what we expected. Upon arrival, we were exhausted from traveling and looking forward to a smooth check-in. Instead, we were met with an uncomfortable and inappropriate line of questioning from a blonde woman at the front desk. Rather than welcoming us, she seemed to interrogate us about why we were there and what we were doing — which felt invasive and unnecessary. When we politely asked if she could simply proceed with the check-in, her tone turned noticeably aggressive. She repeatedly referred to my husband as “my friend” in a dismissive and condescending way, which felt very unprofessional. For the remainder of our stay, she ignored us completely, making us feel unwelcome. Unfortunately, the negative experience didn’t end there. During breakfast, Miss B. at the restaurant treated us with open rudeness. We felt like an inconvenience rather than valued guests, which really soured the start of our mornings. It’s such a shame because the property itself is lovely, and it has so much potential. But unless there are serious improvements in the staff’s professionalism and hospitality, we would not consider returning or recommending Triada to others. Update: Your response is just as rude and dismissive as the customer service we experienced during our stay. Rather than acknowledging our concerns with any sincerity, you chose to defend your staff’s behavior and paint a skewed version of events. It’s disappointing, but not surprising that you’ve responded in a way that prioritizes appearances over accountability. This reply only reinforces why we left the review in the first place.

Excellent location, walkable to restaurants without being too close to the noise/ nightlife. The front desk staff is kind and helpful! Our only complaint was the loud air conditioning unit in our room, seemed outdated. Thanks for a lovely stay! PS the music playing in the background is so charming! Thank you!

Gem of a hotel. Staff is personally invested- it does not feel like a chain, but has all the advantages and perks of a Marriott hotel! Miss B and Cara at the front were awesome and it was so cool seeing the same couple staff people throughout the entire stay. It felt super personal, kinda like you’re in a guest in their home! Should be a training ground for other hotels.

The location is very accessible to food & drink - as well as shopping. The hotel staff is incredible. We feel like we are home. Thank you Kevin, Ricki, and Cara for always making our stay amazing!

Best place to stay in Palm Springs if you like quiet and serenity. It is over 21 only and it is quiet during the day around the pool. The staff is fantastic and friendly. The free breakfast with the room is really good. Just an FYI, no TVs in the room. There is no partying at night and you will sleep soundly on the great mattress. You can still drink as they have a full bar, just don’t make a lot of noise. The pool area is top notch and the pool is cooled for the hot season months. It was 105 F, but we were able to cool down all day in the pool. In 2018 it was named one of the 100 best hotels in the world by a leading travel magazine. A+++++++

We absolutely loved the decor and the hospitality. Everybody was so nice and welcoming. Every encounter and interaction was pleasurable even with the room service people. There is such a attention to detail at this hotel. You can tell the owners really want to have a welcoming beautiful environment. And they have fully succeeded. We loved the pool side service so we didn't have to get up and get our cocktails. We will return thank you holiday house.

My wife and I stayed on a Sunday & Monday. It was a great little break for us. When we checked in we were greeted by Israel who was so friendly and charming. He made us complimentary drinks and we started our stay. The entire team at H/H were all very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay we highly recommend Holiday House.

Our stay at Holiday House was a truly amazing getaway. The moment we arrived, we were met with exceptional service, starting with Tom who was wonderfully accommodating. Our room, number 7, was a plush, art-filled sanctuary, complete with a cloud-like bed and a well-stocked bar cart. Beyond the room, the thoughtful amenities—including an ice cream cart, outdoor shower, and cruiser bikes—made the experience extra special. The food was a standout, from the stunning breakfast spread to the best-fried chicken dinner we've ever had. We also loved socializing with other guests at the bar. The entire team, led by the professional and fun GM, Christopher (a Level 3 Sommelier!), along with Scott, Amanda, Izzy, and Andy, made our stay unforgettable. With a perfect pool area and beautiful grounds, this is a destination in itself.

This was a surprise. I was booked at a nearby chain hotel for a conference and ended up having an issue with that reservation, so I found Holiday House simply by searching for something nearby. I am so glad that I ended up here - what a great experience with a terrific staff. Quaint hotel with chic rooms and amazing amenities. I enjoyed my quiet time in the room, on the wonderful balcony overlooking the pool and the nearby mountains, and spending time around the pool and pantry area. Just a wonderful stay and I will absolutely book here again on my next trip to Palm Springs. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful long weekend at Holiday House. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the chilled pool was the highlight of our stay. The staff was warm, friendly, and accommodating, and we enjoyed exploring the neighborhood on the complimentary bikes. The staff comes around frequently with cold towels and fruit, which was a lovely poolside treat. What stood out most was the tranquil environment—it was refreshing to see guests quietly reading or enjoying the pool. As a dog owner, I also appreciated how easy and welcoming the property was. The location is ideal and very walkable. My husband enjoyed it so much that we are already planning a return visit. Highly recommend!

Stayed here for my birthday. Location is great. The food and drinks were awesome. We had "the Big room" and it was indeed big. The bed was nice and comfy and I enjoyed using the tub. The AC was cold and the pool was nice. It is a no kids hotel and it was great. Definitely recommend.

My son and I stayed here, king bed and we brought some of our things to make it more comfortable... throw blankets, pillows and roku (and my Ring camera)... Harry was at the front desk, very nice and helpful. Room was clean, though I also cleaned before we unpacked. Not an upscale hotel but far better than Motel 6 & other locally-owned hotels in Palm Springs.

I am dead serious, this is “hotel nightmares” material! For starters, I requested a “non-smoking” room. Sure enough, it smells like an old, dirty bowling alley. Anyways, I pulled the bed apart wanting to be sure of what I am laying on. Needless to say, I feel like I need a Hep C shot. Definitely do it stay here Not only will you smell like an old pool hall when you leave, again, here’s what I found in 10 mins looking at the room. For some reason, zip cannot Post my recording, it’s GNARLY!

Place its really dirty and in bad condition, fridge does not work, AC is full of dust, both of my beds were badly stain of something brown, ice machine does not work with posible meldew. a non smoking room smells like cigarettes everywhere, in my whole weekend i didnt get the room clean a single time, no clean towel and toilet got clog. To make this worse place charge me extra to day I check in just for getting double twin bed instead of a king bed.

I had to pay $150 for this. What is this ? STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. This is the worst place in town the owner will jack up the price on you. I tried to get half the money back he was trying to give me 30% back I stayed for an hour he said I should of told him to switch my room but he was sleeping and after talking to him on the phone about the problem he tells me all rooms were sold out so where was he gonna put me. I didn’t ask for full price back I asked for half and he wouldn’t be fair. I am starting to feel sick I have no idea what happened to the sink but this is just wrong STAY AWAY spend alittle more money and go to a better place the place is a dump I stayed there 2 yrs ago and he said he was fixing up the place he is a liar and a crook.

Since 2024, I've been a guest qt Desert Lodge a number of times for extended periods of time. Harry & Desert Lodge staff have been consistently friendly, patient, & helpful. The location is repaxing & inspiring to me seeing the mountains so close by. There's opportunity for walking around the area as well as some basic hiking. The area is currently being revitalized with new housing construction & recreational opportunities. The exterior was the most deceiving aspect for me. I've mostly had a challenge with their ice machine rarely operational requiring me to buy bags of ice cubes whenever I ordered groceries to be delivered from the local stores.

Absolutely the WORST place my partner and I have EVER checked into. We actually deemed it uninhabitable & checked out within 15 minutes of being in the room. Tha latch on the front door was pretty much nonexistent, making it unlockable, which was a major safety issue for us. The sheets were not even fully clean & you can see all the past yellow stains on the sheets & the padding. The frame itself looked as if termites had eaten more than enough from it, & there was tagging on the head of the bed. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly for a very long time, & there was a random door on the other side of the room that had a space on the bottom that looked like you could see another room on the other side. I tried to get my money refunded for the 15 minute stay there but was refused that request. Shady hotel & I recommend staying away from here at all costs.

The first time I visited was with my best friend, and this time I came with my wife and both experiences were incredibly relaxing, comfortable, peaceful, and full of those perfect Palm Springs vibes that make you never want to leave. What sets Les Cactus apart is the attention and love put into every single detail. From the beautifully designed rooms to the dreamy common spaces, everything feels thoughtfully curated to create a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. You can truly feel the care that goes into every corner of this hotel. The staff is exceptional: warm, kind, and genuinely helpful. Richard and the ENTIRE team go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Their hospitality is impeccable and adds that special touch that turns a great stay into an unforgettable one. Les Cactus is a quiet and peaceful gem in the desert, and without a doubt, my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I’m already looking forward to coming back—again and again.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Les Cactus for my birthday, and it was truly the most amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, the hotel went **above and beyond** to make me feel celebrated and special. The attention to detail and the warm welcome we received made my birthday unforgettable. The entire staff is so sweet and thoughtful, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Andy, the manager— he’s truly the best! He’s incredibly kind, accommodating, and friendly. You can tell he genuinely cares about every guest’s experience, and it shows in everything he does. We originally planned to stay just three nights, but we were having such an incredible time that we extended our trip to a full week — we honestly never wanted to leave! The atmosphere, the service, and the overall vibe of Les Cactus are unmatched.

Hospitality at its finest! Staff are so kind and genuine. Cute and eclectic decor with large spacious rooms. The amenities are simple and useful, don’t expect the Four Seasons, but you’ll have everything you need for a great stay. Loved the robes, yoga mat and block, snacks on arrival and delicious pool side beverages. The grounds are well maintained, comfy beds and great pool. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere and garden oasis vibes.

This place was hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! It’s so incredibly cute, clean, well kept, quaint and intimate. Everyone who works there makes you feel special and truly makes your experience one of a kind. While everyone was amazing, I do want to spotlight Daniella! We loved our stay at Les Cactus! The property is so stunning and decorated so incredibly! The beds and pillows are so comfy and I’m sad I have to leave them! The staff were lovely, the breakfast 10/10 and the location was so close to everything! By far the best part of the stay was Daniela! She is incredible and I really hope they know what a gem she is and deserves every bit of raise she can get! She made the stay so amazing as she was very attentively, accommodating, and overall the most thoughtful and kind person we encountered on the trip.

I loved celebrating my low-key bachelorette here! The property is secluded, private, and stunning, perfect for a special getaway. The staff went above and beyond, the breakfast was spot on, and the pool (with those dreamy misters!) was bliss. Room 25 is spacious and beautiful, definitely request it if you can. We loved the view from the hidden little rooftop. We also really appreciated the smooth, stress-free late-night check-in. Le Cactus has officially become our favorite spot in Palm Springs.

This gorgeous place is truly perfect in every way. I am so grateful to have found it. I had not been to Palm Springs in 30 years! I realize how subjective any lodging experience can be, so I will share some highlights that would instantly help me make the decision to stay here, were I the one reading this. The standard of cleanliness is very high, which is a BIG deal for me. Details are important at Les Cactus. The rooms are pristine. I was able to be shoes-free and my feet stayed as clean as they do at home. The bedding and towels are cotton, and the detergent is either fragrance-free, or rinses away so well that it might as well be. No fragrances are used in the rooms (THANK YOU!). There is no carpet in the rooms, apart from one rug (under the bed) that is well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, open, bright, well-lit, absolutely lovely, and as air-conditioned as you desire them to be, which is adjustable via remote (in my room the remote was hand-held, but I think the one in my friend’s room was located on the wall). You can also turn off the A/C, or merely use it in fan mode if it gets too chilly. The grounds are immaculate. The aesthetic is inviting, delightful, and impeccable. You will find a large pool, hot tub (the jets feel fantastic; you may ask for them to be turned on), a few hammocks, numerous green plants, colorful flowers, trees, cacti, hummingbirds, butterflies, and heart-opening views from the sweet little deck upstairs. Whether rain or shine, I loved every moment. If you are looking for a stay wherein meditative states are possible without even trying, this is one such place. The people who work here are warm, kind, and wonderful: Daniela, Richard, and Andy are all spectacular. I cannot say enough good things about Les Cactus. Everything about this treasure of a place made me want to remain there and never leave. Every day, I extended my stay, “Just one more day.” I wish I could have stayed for a month (or a year!). If I move to Palm Springs, it will be largely thanks to the experience of staying here. Thank you so very much for everything. I felt such a natural sense of peace, ease, happiness, and joy, and also got very good rest. I cannot wait to return. What a gift. Thank you, thank you, thank you. 🙏🏻⭐️💫 * * * ADDITIONAL NOTES * * * There are only two or three items I would change or improve if I could. Given the overwhelmingly (((POSITIVE))) experience I had here (for five nights, split into one and four-night stays), these do NOT warrant a decrease in my overall rating. 1. The water pressure in the shower, which in my room was very low, could be better. This is not uncommon at even the best hotels and Airbnbs. Luckily, I currently have a shaved head, so it was doable. 2. I did at times wish the pool and jacuzzi were open until 10pm. However, 7am to 9pm is not bad, and you can still be outside enjoying the evening after hours. The extra hour or pool and hot tub use at night would be welcome. 3. My friend also stayed here (in another unit), and has back trouble. For her, the bed was much too soft, so she tried to sleep on the floor using the provided yoga mat (another added in-room bonus, by the way), but for her, this one detail was sub-optimal. I, too, at times, find soft mattresses/bedding painful. At home, for the last decade, I have slept on a four-inch trifold pad, placed directly on the floor, and it is the perfect balance between soft and firm (zero pain). For whatever reason, the bed at Les Cactus did NOT cause a problem for me (while the Airbnb I lived in for 31 days prior to arriving there definitely DID, and it was a miserable experience at times). I certainly would not mind a bit more firmness for the mattresses at Les Cactus, but as of August 2025, I had no issue in terms of comfort: my sleep and rest were not disturbed, and I had no pain upon rising.

Amazing service and a beautiful atmosphere. Bri was so welcoming and helpful when we arrived. She let us know about all the amenities available to us, and was so accommodating with request and questions. The pool area was gorgeous, clean, and relaxing. They have a wonderful selections of wine and rose on the drink menu, and the complimentary snack bar open all day was really convenient for our busy travel schedule. Truly cannot recommend this place enough, we will definitely be making this a regular stop when in palm desert.

We enjoyed a wonderful long girl’s weekend stay at Fleur Noir Hotel and we definitely plan to stay again! The room was nice and large and included a little kitchenette area with a coffee maker and mini fridge. The beds, pillows and bedding were very comfy! The rooms temp was perfect for sleeping. The pool temp is perfect and the hotel provided pool noodles to enjoy a very relaxing time in the pool + cute flamingo floats for your glass of rose. The pool area was never too busy - there was ample seating and access to umbrellas. The hotel provides enough amenities to make the stay pleasant - little breakfast items, coffee, juice, bubble water, etc. The bar features rose all day plus other canned cocktails and hard seltzers. The ambiance of the hotel is great too! Cute design touches, outdoor fireplace, games, and soft French music playing. They also offer free bike rental for guests and we had a great time biking in Old Las Palmas. The location is great - near tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance and a short Lyft ride from everything we wanted to do. As other reviewers shared, the most exceptional part of our stay was the staff. Bri was so helpful and kind. We will definitely be back!

Just spent a weekend here. I cannot express enough how relaxing and perfect it was. The rooms are adorable, there is wonderful food within walking distance, the prices are great. We spent all day every day by the pool basically and it was exactly what we needed. And the most important thing, the employees and the service, absolutely stellar here. Brie and Dee especially, the two employees we had the most interactions with during our stay.

Had a fantastic experience here and will definitely be back,‘and referring friends. Total downtown Palm Springs hidden gem. Such a cool vibe here, and the staff is fantastic; what a nice, friendly group of employees we met..special shout out to Bri for making our experience so warm and welcoming. It's a clean and lovely hotel, feels well maintained and staff if friendly, but... maybe too clean? There were smells of cleaning products and "bleach" smells right when I entered the room, lasted all day, even if I left the A/C & fan on all day and left the room, came back that night and the smell is still there which was really uncomfortable. Honestly I think a bigger sized boutique hotel would be better, wifi is also really crappy as of September 2025

The good: This place has so much potential. I've stayed in at least 10 boutique hotels in Palm Springs over the years and this one ranks at the top in overall esthetic. The rooms are cool and match the rest of the property. The pool area isn't big but it wasn't crowded so it was fine. There is a kitchen next to the lobby that has complimentary snacks and sparkling water. The location is decent and short driving distance to downtown. They also let us check out at 12pm which gave us some extra time at the pool. The not-so-good: When I arrive I couldn't get in the gate because I never got a text message with all the info I needed that I was supposed to get. I called the front desk for the code to get in. Once I got in the gate I had no idea where to go to check in. The girl working the desk seemed annoyed and acted like it was my fault for not getting the text with the info I needed. She warmed up after a little bit and was kind helpful after getting checked in. The bed was terrible. It made awful noises every time we moved. We didn't sleep really at all. All this to find out the next morning that the supports under the bed were broken causing all the noise. The employees seem lazy and aren't concerned with much. Most other hotels in Palm Springs have people walking around constantly making sure you are comfortable and that you have what you need Conclusion: I really want to like this place because it is really cool. They just need to do a better job in the customer experience areas. There are so many neat boutique hotels in PS that customer experience is what has to set you apart.

This place is great. The grounds are small but very beautiful. Tons of greenery and flowers make it feel like a secret garden. The pool is large and there is plenty of seating around it. There are two fire tables, bbqs and even a popcorn machine and pizza oven. This place has a kitchen for all the guests to use with water bottles, sparkling water coffee and an ice machine. In the morning, they have a continental breakfast that has pastrys and bagels made fresh by somebody very good. The coffee they offer in the morning is from a local coffee shop called Koffie its super delicious. They offered breakfast till 10:30 although they left it out later than that which was great. We had a blast just hanging out at the hotel because it felt like home. I booked this place at the last minute and didn't realize I had booked the biggest room, which wasn't a room at all. When we got it, I was super happy and surprised because it was a mini apartment. It had a full kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, two full closets, a vanity area to get ready in, and its own little patio with furniture. The bathroom had everything we needed and also a bathtub. This mini apartment had two tvs and DVD players, which we did use. They have movies in the office that you can borrow. The staff is super helpful and super nice. The only thing I would say is that the jacuzzi needs a little updating, but other than that, everything was pretty perfect. We loved the place and would definitely recommend it to anyone. Price wise it wasn't much more than a standard hotel room and we got a lot more. It was like staying at an airbnb without the extra fees. They even had snacks for us in the room at the dining table.

I loved everything about this small, yet big-hearted hotel. Mid century decor, a large window with garden and pool view, a kitchenette, lots of closet room, lights, AC, fan, etc....would have never guessed that beyond the tall bushed fencing, there is a life. Despite the rain that we encountered on our first day, it did not stop us from enjoying the garden, the pool, its beautiful flowers throughout the hotel and humming birds all over to keep you at awe. Friendly hummingbirds, I must say. Wait til you meet George (purple chest), the approachable one. One of my best friends had chosen this hotel for our birthday trip. A trip we've planned for about a year. She and her husband have frequent this hotel in the past decade and have raved about how wonderful this place was. The pictures she had originally sent us didn't quite describe that only 10 rooms were available at this hotel. Maybe I wasn't paying attention, but I was immediately captivated. The hotel was private, adults only, serene, calm, and peaceful. Usually the opposite of what I frequent with my choice of hotels/resorts. All staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating! Big thanks to Linda and her coworker (sorry forgot name)! I had a great experience at this hotel. It was actually enlightening. I plan to return 👍🏼

Stayed here for two nights the weekend after Thanksgiving and we absolutely loved it and have zero complaints. Will definitely come back! Thank you to Maria and Steven at the front desk who were extremely friendly and available for all our needs. The room was clean, pool was relaxing, and fire pit was firing;) Downtown was close by. All in all, the perfect lil romantic getaway. Highly recommend!

This is the BEST hotel we’ve ever stayed at! No words would ever describe what you feel while staying there. As soon as you open the front gate you escape into an absolutely different world: secure and isolated paradise island with lots of lush vegetation, birds singing, and quietness! The first thing you notice is the smell of flowers! It knocks you down, like you never smelled real flowers before. You come to your room and you’re knocked down the second time! It’s sooo beautiful, so cozy and sooo clean! I have OCD and I would notice even the tiniest hair on the ceiling lol But this room exceeded my expectations, I felt like home there. Then you come to the swimming pool and it’s CLEAN (we’ve stayed in more than a hundred hotels) and I’ve never seen the pool being so clean. Moreover, the water temperature is so amazing, you can stay inside the water day and night even when it’s cold outside. Now, for the main thing that makes this place so incredible: PEOPLE. Linda and Steven are so nice, so friendly and so caring that you feel like you’re visiting your dear grandparents who make sure that you’re hydrated, stomach full and you’re having the time of your life. They go above and beyond to make you feel special welcomed and valued. Moreover, this hotel attracts the best people, you feel like you’re in a tiny community of the friendliest people ever, everyone respects everyone: if you feel like socializing - you’d get it, if you need privacy and quietness - nobody would distract you. At night you’ll be mesmerized! They actually put tiny candles everywhere and light them up one by one! Even one this small detail shows the greatness of this hotel and how they actually care about their guests and how they love what they do, wholeheartedly! It was incredibly sad to leave knowing that you might never get back there again because they’re booked months and months ahead. While being there, we wanted to come back again in a month and it’s booked, then we checked June, July and it’s booked, then we searched August and it’s booked🥲 We only hope they would be able to have us again in this paradise, because these 4 days were unforgettable, and never have I ever made photos and videos of every inch of the hotel in my entire life lol

My wife and I stayed this weekend at the Desert Riviera Hotel, to celebrate her birthday and I must say that we were extremely satisfied with our experience. From the moment we were on our way to the hotel we got some traffic, so I called to let the front desk know we were getting in a little bit later than expected. I spoke with Garrett and he was so friendly and helpful, assured our room was ready for us when we arrived(thank you Garrett you were awesome). As we walked in, we were greeted by the beautiful view of the green landscaping around the pool. They have bikes, grills, pizza oven, daily popcorn, fire pits, sunscreen, bug spray, etc. all available for guest use. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed. My wife and I appreciated the attention to detail and the comfortable amenities that made our stay so enjoyable. What truly set this hotel apart, was the exceptional staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were friendly, helpful, and always available to answer any questions or provide any assistance that we needed(Gracias Adriana, Sara, Leo, Corbin,Tracy and Monica) Overall, I highly recommend the Desert Riviera Hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel to relax, enjoy or just to get away from the crowded atmosphere in Palm Springs California. After being severely let down by our Airbnb and VRBO that cancelled on us the day before Coachella, Desert Riviera Hotel was an absolute god send and gave us a place to stay. The staff is so so kind (especially Sebastian) and it was a great experience! Would stay again!

The Desert Riviera Hotel is truly a gem! Its grounds exude an intimate, tranquil, and inviting atmosphere. Steve, our host, goes above and beyond, embodying warmth and helpfulness. The camaraderie among guests adds to the sense of intimacy. The heated pool and jacuzzi are delightful amenities, and the availability of bikes for town exploration is a plus. Its proximity to downtown and the Indian Canyons makes it an ideal location. The property impeccably preserves Palm Springs' iconic mid-century vibe. I look forward to my next stay at the Desert Riviera Hotel!

We stayed 2 nights at The Good House, the first night on the main property and the 2nd night at their villa. It was a wonderful experience. The staff are incredibly warm and inviting. They added to the so much to the already wonderful stay. The whole property just invites a relaxing atmosphere - from the mineral pool to the various sitting areas throughout. We had a small issue with the room (nothing to the fault of the owner) and they rectified it immediately. It truly shows they want their guests to have the best experience. The breakfast and coffee were delicious and started the day off right. Now, the villa. Its a whole other property next door to the main house, with its own mineral pool and hot tub. The design is beautifully done. Loved the airbnb type private experience while still having the luxuries of the hotel (food, drink and housekeeping). We cannot wait to book the villa next time with friends. Only regret is not booking a spa service. Next time!

This place is an absolute gem! The hot spring pools in the shade of 70 year old trees are super cozy and the rooms are freshly renovated and comfortable. But what makes this place really stand out is the hospitality of the manager Van! He was super accommodating, a great chef and anticipated all our needs. 100% recommended and I hope we will be able to come back!

If you are looking for a quiet, tranquil place do not look elsewhere. Amazing hot tub and pool under the shadows of beautiful trees, sun passes thru the leafs and branches of the trees and gives you this amazing poetic feeling, amazing food by the very nice chef. Great stuff with genuine smile and kind energy. We had the couple massage which was out of this world. Very nice stay over all

The Good House is a special place that I’m so lucky to have stumbled upon during my search for event spaces. The Good House is a secluded tropical oasis tucked away in Desert Hot Springs. This is a perfect place to connect with self, nature and healing waters. The culinary experience here is the cherry on top to an already amazing spa! Chef Ban served up some of the best food I’ve had in the area. He is a master of his craft. Each drink, plate and treat was creative and thoughtfully crafted. My partner and I are avid spa goers and this has become one of our favorites, we can not wait to return. I highly recommend booking a stay here. This is a magical place that will feel like home!

We did a day pass here. Next time would probably stay in the hotel too. It was so relaxing. The hosts were very welcoming and lovely. Had some food and drinks at the pool, freshest ingredients and chill vibes. There was a hot pool at 103-105 and another at 90-something. Both were great. No sulfur smell.

Loved my stay here over a weekend in April, a charming oasis in the desert. Van is a great host, morning coffee is great, the grounds are beautiful. I felt completely relaxed. I met a few other guests but it was overall quiet enough to listen to all the beautiful sounds of nature. I would love to come back.

Hands-down, the best place I’ve ever stayed at the pool is super warm. The Jacuzzi is super hot and the girl at the front desk Emily is the best she is very sweet and attending and very quick to answer any questions we might have had and chef Vance cooks the best barbecue pizza if you haven’t been to The Good House you definitely need to go if I could rate it 100 stars I would.

We had a reservation at Terra for 5 nights. The entire stay was completely relaxing, beautiful and exactly as the online pictures promised. The beds and pillows are so comfortable - probably the best I’ve slept on in a hotel. Rooms are clean, modern and have beautiful views of the mountains. There is a pool, hot tub, sauna, rain shower and cold plunge tub that anyone can use. All were wonderful. The staff is what really makes this place. Kurt, Blake and Austin are so attentive, friendly and “on point” with everything. We could not have asked for better service. Also worth mentioning - the housekeeping staff is a 10/10. Our room was immaculately cleaned every day. Absolutely wonderful. Lunches are provided by Workshop Kitchen - a top restaurant here in Palm Springs. And the meals did not disappoint. If you are looking for a small boutique experience this is it. Cannot recommend enough.

Everything about Terra is just perfect! The rooms are very nicely furnished, comfy and modern. The bed and towels are so plush! Amenities are amazing: the pool, jacuzzi, Himalayan salt sauna and cold plunge. The staff is super friendly and there’s free parking. Oh and breakfast is included, offering simple but yummy toasts, fruits and yogurts. Close to downtown, you can actually walk there. We’ll definitely be back.

I stayed at Terra this past weekend for my anniversary, and it was an excellent experience. Management went above and beyond to help me with a last-minute schedule change (completely my fault), and I really appreciated their flexibility. The room was well put together with high-quality finishes and products, and I slept incredibly well all night. The on-site bar was great for relaxing by the pool, and I liked that they partnered with a nearby restaurant for a solid lunch menu. The amenities were impressive — the rain room was visually striking and very relaxing, and the salt room sauna was a unique and refreshing feature. I also booked a massage during my stay, and it was exactly what I needed — very relaxing and well done. Overall, Terra made our anniversary feel special, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, high-quality stay.

This hotel is fantastic! Clean, quiet, ideally located and with modern rooms. The pool, sauna and rain room were open 24/7 which was really cool, definitely not the typical “sorry our pool is closing at 6pm and you need to get on a waitlist to use the sauna” thing! More importantly, the team was super sweet and trying hard to make everyone’s stay enjoyable. Austin also makes great drinks including a spicy margarita!

My wife and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary in Palm Springs and after a rough start with a terrible Airbnb we stumbled on Terra and it turned out to be the best decision of the entire trip. From the street the hotel is easy to miss except for its beautiful sign but once inside it feels like a secluded little luxury retreat. Blake and Kurt treated us like absolute royalty. They went above and beyond for every request, from extra water and food recommendations to directions and even a complimentary room upgrade since we had our dog with us. Their kindness and attention to detail made the weekend unforgettable. The location is perfect, right on the main strip and just a few minutes’ drive from everything. The property itself is stunning with a beautiful pool, a great hot tub, and thoughtful extras like bikes for guests, a rain room infused with essential oils, a pink Himalayan salt sauna, and even an ice bath for recovery. There are plenty of cabanas and umbrellas and a convenient bathroom and bar near the pool so it feels like every detail has been thought through. Our room was gorgeous with a super comfortable bed, stylish design, a spacious shower, and excellent AC. Breakfast in the morning was a nice touch and added to the relaxed vibe. I honestly cannot believe this place is not booked solid every weekend. Terra is a hidden gem and we will absolutely stay here again. A huge thank you to Blake and Kurt for making our anniversary so memorable and to the entire Terra team for creating such a perfect getaway.

Wonderful experience from Beginning to end. You walk in and are greeted by friendly staff who care and you’d think they own it by how much they care. Beautiful rooms and the beds and bedding are so soft and Comfy. Better than home. Sauna and rain shower are so wonderful to have. The Cold Plunge and pool were clean and excellent. Great location to downtown. I love the outside tub and private space.

We were only in town for a day and a half and booked Terra Palms last minute through a booking app. WHAT A PLEASANT SURPRISE! They even left me a precious note and offered a refreshing and delicious hibiscus cold tea upon arrival. Terra Palms, with its great location, is a super cute boutique hotel with many relaxing amenities: pool, salt rock sauna, rain room, cabanas, and more. Our room had an outdoor concrete soaking tub that was the Belle of the ball for me! I will absolutely stay here again!
