Nestled along the exotic south coast of Saint Lucia, Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa is a sprawling 85-acre property that offers two distinct experiences in one. The resort is divided into three sections: Harmony for adults, Splash for families with its own water park, and Serenity for couples seeking luxury.
I just got back yesterday from a week at Coconut Bay resort. I took my three married children and their spouses and four grandchildren ages one to four. I wanted to write this review because the experience I had was so wonderful and for anyone that wants to spend time with your family And have your different ages all find things and places to enjoy at the resort was amazing. we all stayed next to each other on the first floor, and I was greeted in the mornings by my grandchildren knocking on my door. We were so close to all the activities, but never felt that it was overcrowded or noisy. My son is married with no children yet he Had plenty of choices of activities even with staying on the splash side. We did the land and see excursion and that was excellent. When the beach was full of seaweed, they took us to the Caribbean side, which was a 15 minute drive no charge and we snorkel and Enjoyed the calm Waters. The children mostly played in the pools, but did do the activities at the children’s club and had a blast. The two specialty nights were fun, Caribbean night and country night. Every night we would go listen in the lobby to the entertainment and enjoy dancing. The employees were so accommodating. The airport is a five minute drive to the hotel. The place was well cared for and very clean. The specialty restaurants were delicious. The only negative was the unnatural amount of seaweed that has become a phenomenon in the Caribbean..

Me and my significant other stayed at Coconut Bay Harmony for 5 nights and 6 days. We enjoyed every single minute of the hospitality and entertainment that the staff provided. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. The food in any location serving food was fresh and delicious. We tried to visit all parts of the property, even the petting zoo. This resort grounds is massive and impossible to not fit everyone's expectations. We also did the land and sea tour and it was AMAZING. Having a chance to soak up sun in the Caribbean sea and culture in Soufriere. Great experience overall. Thank you to all the staff especially the bartenders Dee and Dillon (you guys showed us a good time).

I recently celebrated my birthday at Coconut Bay Spa and Resort, and it was absolutely unforgettable! The resort was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and offered so many amenities and dining options that there was always something new to enjoy. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly special. They surprised me with a bottle of champagne, a birthday cake, and a special dinner, which made the celebration truly memorable. The service was impeccable—every team member I interacted with went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and personal. A special shoutout to Row at the Italian restaurant, Solange at the Asian restaurant, Dillan and Tari at the bar, Jomiah at the Veranda, Evelyn at breakfast, Star with Housekeeping and Danedra—each one of them made my experience even more delightful with their warmth and professionalism. Suggestion: It would be nice if the resort offered tipping envelopes for the staff, as their service truly deserves recognition. Overall, Coconut Bay exceeded my expectations in every way. I left feeling pampered, appreciated, and already planning my next visit!

I celebrated my birthday at Coconut Bay, and it was an incredible experience! The resort has so much entertainment there’s always something fun happening. The staff were amazing, so warm and attentive, and the food and drinks just kept flowing. Everything exceeded my expectations. Coconut Bay truly made my birthday celebration unforgettable!

Room is adequate and nice. Clean when you come in but have hound someone to get service. The service itself is sub par. I heard they were closing the resort in September and all the employees seemed to have checked out already. It’s unappealing when others are being “squeezed in and accommodated for” yet you feel secondary. The island is gorgeous and the hotel is 5 mins from the airport. My money is better spent elsewhere for the service where others appreciate it more.

We recently went stayed at Coconut Bay for a week. The property was well maintained. The food was very good - Calabash was our favorite reservation night, but we enjoyed all our meals including the buffets and the themed dinners. While on site we used the pools, water park and spa. The pool and water park areas were great. The space was small enough that I felt comfortable letting my 10 year old go off to the slides while I stayed at a near by pool. The spa was excellent, I had a wonderful massage in a beach hut! We also used the resorts activities coordinator for excursions, we enjoyed the snorkeling trip, loved the zip lines in the rainforest and enjoyed the jeep safari tour. The resort offered a number of activities each day to keep busy, but plenty of space to relax if you want a more relaxing trip. The room was good, felt clean, we had an issue with our fridge leaking, but maintenance and house keeping took care of it. The only bummer of the trip was that the beach is pretty washed out in the main area of the hotel and what isn't washed out is covered in piles of seaweed. The resort does have a section of beach they maintain every day and they do shuttle guests to that area, but it is kind of a bummer to not be able to walk the whole beach. Also, if sitting close to the beach you either are smelling gasoline fumes from the tractors trying to keep up with the seaweed piles or you're smelling seaweed. We ended up just sitting on the other side of the pool and keeping off the beach. The snorkeling trip takes you to the Caribbean side of the island that doesn't have much of a seaweed issue which got our beach fix in.

Wonderful resort! My kids had a blast and the food here was not that bad. I have been to other all-inclusive resorts in Mexico and DR and this resort had by far the best food. Jerk tree house food is delicious and so is the food at Calabash! Resort is a 4-minute drive from the airport, TONS of kid's activities both day and night, no issues making restaurant reservations. EVERYONE is super friendly and helpful. Never had an issue with finding a seat at the pool. The resort is on the beach and although there is sargassum (seems to be a big problem in the Caribbean nowadays) they are constantly cleaning it up with the surf rake machine. The room we had could have used some updating, especially the bathroom but the resort manager Emely told us they are working on renovating all the rooms in the resort. My concierge Shirlanda was also wonderful. Would definitely recommend and would return to this resort

Where to start amazing from start to finish. We came to this resort with our 2 children age 3 and 4 and stayed for 10 nights! Firstly extra plus point being a 5 minute drive from the airport which is perfect when you’ve been travelling for 9 hours with two young children. You are welcomed from the transfer with drinks and then checked into the hotel while they bring your luggage to the room. The staff there are incredibly friendly and helpful. They are so good with the children and kids club is great and they even looked after our 3 year old. (Most kids clubs seem to start from 4yrs). We only used it a few times but each time we did we felt our kids were in great hands. We also got married while we were there, the ceremony was stress free and just how we imagined it over looking the beautiful ocean. We finished the ceremony with a private dinner at the wedding gazebo with a delicious beautiful menu. They had champagne and chocolates brought to our room too. The food there was incredible from the buffet, the jerk treehouse and the restaurants. The pools are great and our daughter loved the lazy river. The staff also went above and beyond when our daughter lost her Teddy and they kindly helped find it for her (it had taken a trip to the laundry!) The rooms are a tiny bit dated but that didn’t bother us. They were cleaned regularly and fridge stocked with water. The Caribbean themed night was so much fun. We also hired a beach cabana for a day which I highly recommend: All in all a wonderful holiday!

Resort hotel
Royalton Saint Lucia, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort is a premium seafront destination offering luxury rooms and suites. The resort boasts 7 restaurants, a spa, and modern facilities in a picturesque Caribbean setting. It caters to travelers of all ages with three distinct sections, including family-friendly experiences. Recommended by frequent travelers to St Lucia for its superior quality in food, drinks, beach, and kids' entertainment.
I recently stayed at Royalton Saint Lucia, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The resort is stunning — beautifully maintained grounds, modern rooms, and breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome; every interaction was warm, professional, and genuinely friendly. The food was excellent with plenty of variety, from gourmet à la carte restaurants to casual buffets. I especially appreciated the range of international options alongside authentic Caribbean flavors. Drinks were top-notch as well, with creative cocktails and premium options included. What really stood out was the atmosphere — relaxing and luxurious, yet also family-friendly with plenty of activities. The entertainment team kept the energy high with fun shows and events, while quieter areas of the resort offered peaceful escapes for rest and relaxation. The beach and pools were beautiful, with plenty of loungers and cabanas available. I also loved the spa, which provided a truly rejuvenating experience. Overall, Royalton Saint Lucia exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable Caribbean getaway.

I’ve never been more ready to leave for home in my life! If the option was available to give zero stars, I would. I’m going to give my review based on: cleanliness and hospitality. Hospitality and cleanliness are completely nonexistent. Our group was treated with indifference with every request or question. Room service was over 2 hour wait time. The rooms were disgusting. They smell like mildew upon entering. Dust bunnies everywhere, and you’ll have to beg for fresh towels, toilet paper, or for fresh sheets. The couches are filthy and old. The “bartenders” have no clue what they’re doing. They don’t know how to make a simple cocktail. It’s just yuck all around. If you’re even thinking about booking here, don’t. Spend the extra money to lodge at a cleaner, friendlier resort.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you travel frequently. Cons: • Every meal we had from the buffet to the restaurants weren’t good. The best option was the Asian restaurant and the food truck for lunch. • The service also wasn’t good at all. I’m Caribbean and have traveled to over 10 islands, but this is the first where I experienced extreme “island time”. Every worker took forever to come back to us for utensils, water, anything. • Tipping is the only way you’ll get good service. I started tipping first to guarantee us good service the rest of the trip. (I always tip but usually after the service, but not as a means to “bribe” good service from someone) • The rooms were also a bit outdated with the mattress feeling very old. Pros: • the view. The beach was absolutely beautiful and clean. • Nighttime entertainment is pretty funny as well. • resort is easily walkable • drop off/pick up for airport was seamless Note: The resort is far from the airport but that’s just how St. Lucia is. If you stay closer to the airport, you’ll still travel 45min+ to activities & vice versa, if you stay 1hour+ away.

Review of Hideaway at the Royalton St. Lucia I recently spent four nights at the Hideaway at the Royalton St. Lucia, and I can honestly say it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. For the price and reputation of this property, I expected a higher standard of service, food, and overall guest experience — unfortunately, it fell short in nearly every category. Food & Dining Experience: The dining options were extremely underwhelming. The buffet lacked both flavor and variety, offering the same selection every day with little to no local cuisine or seasoning. Even by all-inclusive standards, the food quality was poor. Service in the buffet hall was also frustrating — requests for basic items like napkins or utensils were often ignored or delayed for 20 minutes or more. The à la carte restaurants were equally disappointing. My experience at the steakhouse was particularly appalling when a roach crawled along the wall next to my table during dinner. The staff’s reaction was disturbingly casual — they simply moved me to another table with no apology or follow-up. Had I not been starving, I would have left immediately. The lack of edible food throughout my stay meant I ate the bare minimum just to get through the trip. Customer Service & Integrity: To make matters worse, I was misled by a staff member, Mauricio, who promised complimentary or discounted experiences (including a Chef’s dinner and a sunset cruise) in exchange for attending what he described as a short, 90-minute breakfast talk. I agreed, as I wanted to make the most of my 40th birthday trip. Not only did those promises go unfulfilled, but I later discovered the entire arrangement was a tactic to secure attendance for what turned out to be a timeshare-style presentation. The “Chef’s experience” was canceled last-minute, and the “complimentary” sunset cruise was never booked. Despite multiple confirmations from Mauricio, every promise he made turned out to be false. This deception wasted both my time and my birthday — an experience I had looked forward to celebrating. Accommodations & Cleanliness: The room quality and housekeeping also left much to be desired. The space was not consistently cleaned, and the resort’s app-based reservation system for restaurants and activities was either malfunctioning or deliberately unhelpful — everything appeared “booked” or “unavailable” for the duration of my stay. Overall Impression: This trip was meant to be a celebration of my 40th birthday, but it became a stressful and disappointing experience due to the poor food quality, lack of service, unfulfilled promises, and questionable business practices. I would strongly advise anyone considering this property to manage expectations carefully or explore other resorts on the island that value honesty, hospitality, and guest satisfaction. Sincerely Jennifer Hartman Booked from 10/26-10/30

An Unforgettable 20-Star Experience at Royalton Saint Lucia! I recently took all 28 of my staff on a well-deserved one-night getaway at Royalton Saint Lucia, and let me just say — it was beyond amazing! We booked 8 rooms to accommodate everyone, and from start to finish, the experience didn’t just meet our expectations — it surpassed every other experience we’ve ever had. From the very beginning, Greta and Sancha in reservations set the tone for excellence. They were kind, polite, and incredibly helpful. Every question, every little query, they handled with grace and professionalism. Their quick responses and dedication made the booking process seamless — truly superb service and an amazing attitude that deserves to be recognized. Then came check-in — and that’s when the magic continued. Steffi, Prosperity, Ron, and Neil — wow. These four truly made our arrival unforgettable. Their smiles were authentic and warm, not forced, not mechanical — and that genuine friendliness immediately set the tone for the rest of our stay. When we entered our rooms — beautiful! Everything was spotless, comfortable, and tastefully designed. The service throughout was excellent, and the bartenders kept the energy high and the drinks flowing perfectly. But the star of the show — the person who truly made this trip extraordinary — was Chef Sylvester. No other chef on the island can even come close to his level of passion, creativity, and attentiveness. He went above and beyond for our group, personally catering to a very important need we had for our dinner. His care and professionalism touched our hearts in a way we’ll never forget. Chef Sylvester deserves a raise and endless recognition! There’s truly a special place for him in our hearts. The dinner service was exceptional errol and jayden who cane to help from the steakhouse. Every single staff member treated us like royalty, and that level of care means everything! The check-out was swift and organized — and I have to laugh because when they said checkout was at 12 noon, they meant it! I got locked out right at 12.01 while grabbing my luggage — but the cleaner kindly helped us, and Steffy again was so gracious during the process, even helping us organize a taxi. If I had to mention one tiny downside, it would be that the steakhouse was closed, and we were really looking forward to that. Also, the other restaurants were fully booked, so definitely make sure to pre-book your dining experiences. Other than that, everything was flawless. The service, the energy, the smiles, the food, the people, it all felt like home, only better. My entire team has already said it: next time, one night isn’t enough. We’re coming back for at least three nights of Royalty! Thank you, Royalton Saint Lucia! Thank you for making our staff getaway a 20-star experience we will never forget. You’ve set the bar higher than ever, and we can’t wait to return! — With gratitude and excitement Seashell Team

My son and I stayed in the Swim up room, which we love. Sitting out by the pool after a long day at the beach or before we started our day is always nice. The room could use some minor repairs, as there were some damage to the screen door, bathroom door, and the dresser was outdated. The room otherwise was comfortable and spacious. I also loved the showers. The pool and the beach was nice. The sand was soft and the water was warm. We did some snorkeling and kayaking which we enjoyed, and the view is stunning. This is a nice resort however, the food selection were bare. They never had anything. It didn't matter what time you came. And if you were late, you barely ate. One day for lunch I was stuck eating 2 drum chicken wings (thumb size) and salad. When you went to the bars for drinks, they were alway out of something. You had to either walk around to different bars to finish making up your drink or come with at least 2 other suggestions. The food truck had specials of the day listed, but they were never able all but 1 out of the 7 days I was there. The staff was friendly, but frustrated with the situation at hand. Lastly, for the 7 days we were there, the kids play ground and pool was closed the whole time. Thank goodness my son is older and can swim well. I've been to several Royalton Resorts and was really happy with my experience. This time I was really disappointed in this location. I while I would return to St. Lucia, I wouldn't stay at this location again. Oh and it was 3 hours trying to get to the hotel from the airport due to some political thing causing a ton of traffic. You can opted to take a helicopter and save some time.
Takeesha T — Google review
while the resort itself is beautiful, the service has been genuinely awful. The staff seem disinterested, unhelpful, and at times downright rude, completely undermining what could be an incredible experience. For example, at the beachside food truck, I’ve repeatedly been told they’re “out” of basic items that were visibly sitting right there. Today, I asked for a simple cheese quesadilla and was told they didn’t have the ingredients, even as the tortillas and cheese were right in front of us. When we pointed that out, the staff member simply shook their head and walked away. Room service has been just as bad, it took over an hour and a half to arrive. My wife was denied an item at the food truck, only for me to be served that exact same item minutes later. We were told they had no fries, only to see them handed to another guest right after. What’s most disappointing is the attitude, the staff barely speak, and when they do, it’s with clear annoyance or hostility. The tall woman at the food truck, in particular, was shockingly rude. The resort itself is beautiful, but the service completely ruins the experience. If management doesn’t address these issues, this will remain one of the most poorly run resorts in the area.

Fun Resort. The location is a 2 hour ride from the airport..twisting turns and stop and go traffic....but once you get to the resort...beautiful Ocean view. Fun atmosphere. Recommend "Butler Service". Butler's were AMAZING!!!...They make all your reservations and cater to every want. A good portion of the food/restaurant staff are not obsevant....and work at their own pace. Didn't pay attention to basic restaurant needs. Butlers...bartenders....OUTSTANDING. Fun entertainment...the Spa..is MAGNIFICENT..( Best Massage ever )...and highly recommend a Cabana for the day. The views are amazing. If you don't get an ocean view...rent a jet ski or kayak. Will be blown away. The food was below average with the exception Hibachi and Italian...so temper expectations...however...Room service is satisfying and prompt. No children..Recommend "Hideaway".... children..."Diamond Club" Rooms are modern..up-to-date. You can NOT connect phone or streaming service to TV..but the weather..views and fun times..make up for that. Will definitely return.

Nestled beneath the majestic Jade Mountain, Anse Chastanet is a historic luxury resort that has maintained its authentic Caribbean charm since opening in 1968. Set on a former sugarcane plantation, the property boasts a laid-back atmosphere with rustic decor and local fabrics. The 49 rooms offer vibrant madras-patterned linens and stunning views of the Piton mountains.
I came to Saint Lucia solo for my birthday, and staying at Anse Chastanet was the best decision I could have made. The property is breathtaking, but what truly makes this resort unforgettable is the staff. During my stay, I had an unexpected incident that could have easily ruined my trip. Instead, the team went above and beyond to make sure I was cared for, safe, and comfortable. Their kindness turned what could have been a difficult trip into one of the most meaningful and memorable experiences of my life. I’ve traveled all over the world, and nowhere compares to the warmth, love, and hospitality I experienced here. Anse Chastanet isn’t just a resort — it feels like home. I will absolutely be back.

the location is amazing and you are well prepared by a one in a life time driving experience :-) the room was exactly as described on the web site. the staff is very welcoming and people are super nice. food is excellent. we took the half board option but I would recommend the all inclusive one. Our son received a lot of attention and sugar cane :-) there are tons of activities around. we really loved our week there. super relaxing. kayaking, SUP, sailing, snorkeling are all available on the beach for free. and beach people are really nice and helpful. Scuba was great too and I will enter a specific review for scuba. there were a couple small glitches that make me say that service is sometimes below (my) expectations. I will happily report these to Andrew, the new hotel director who was extremely courteous too. a place we would love to go back to.

First, let me say, I'm still reminiscing on the amazing trip I took to this fantastic resort 2 weeks ago! My wife and I celebrated our 5th anniversary with a stay in, quite possibly, the best vacation destination I've ever experienced! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Rajesh. He helped us get settled and acquainted with the facility and left us to get comfortable to begin exploring everything Anse Chastanet had to offer. The food was AMAZING! Everything we ate was a step above other resorts we've visited. Absolutely delectable! And a special thanks to Marilyn (I may be misspelling this) for suggesting the Salt Fish at Balawoo. It quickly became a daily staple of my morning meals during my stay. Throughout our stay, our every request was compassionately received and just about any and every accommodation was made to ensure we remained in a state of bliss throughout our stay. For this, I give a special THANK YOU to Monica and Gifter! My man Melvin was the best Mixologist, everything he made was GREAT! The pampered feeling extended to both beaches, as we were waited on by the kindest, most attentive staff while visiting both gorgeous beaches. Brenda and Sunshine Biscuit provided all the amazing gifts we brought home to the family. As far as extras, we took advantage of a private half day cruise (shout-out Tory and Brad!), a water taxi to Soufriere and the Four Hands Anpagal massage, all amazing. If you find yourself in Soufriere, we recommend visiting Felicity's... the Lobster Thermadore was the tastiest thing I've ever eaten! This place is heaven on Earth! I only have two things I should point out to others looking to visit Anse Chastanet: 1.) We stayed in the Superior Hillside Room and... what a gorgeous view!!! The only downside, there was no air conditioning and the nights were really, REALLY hot. The staff provided several fans, but I still found myself uncomfortably hot, preventing me from getting quality sleep. Next time we visit (and there will most certainly be many more next times!) we will likely get a room with air conditioning. 2.) This majestic resort is literally built into a mountain. As such, you can expect quite a bit of walking on a significant incline. If you are unable or unwilling, they provide shuttles to the restaurants and the beach, but if you up for it, you will brave 131 steps from the beach to Balawoo (yes... we counted!) and then a steep walk back to your room. My wife and I didn't mind, as we aim for 10,000 steps every day (and it justified all the gourmet food we ate ;P). All in all I simply cannot WAIT to return to this little slice of heaven over and over and over and over again! Most certainly felt like home away from home!

This is a gorgeous, we'll run resort, where the staff all make sure you are enjoying the best possible stay. We can't wait to come back! The diving is spectacular also, with the dive operation on site doing their best for a perfect experience.

I wanted to share some thoughts with you about the staff. After all, it is the employees that really make things happen. We were so impressed with the quality of the people and will never forget their warmth and caring. More than that though, it appears that the personal commitment they all possessed was indeed a rare thing. From Peter to Daniel, from Ricardo to Michelina, and so many others, it is hard to imagine a more dedicated group of people. You can have all the great food, scenery, and romantic atmosphere, but “nothing” is more important than the employees. Cherish them all, as they are the reason Anse Chastanet is the fabulous place that it is. I guess you can tell we enjoyed ourselves.

My husband and I got married at Anse Chastenet on Anse Mamin beach with a small group of 30 people. W O W! What an incredible experience. The service was amazing, the entire vacation relaxing, the resort beautiful, the staff incredibly kind and attentive, excursions were a blast, food was delicious, drinks adventurous and yummy, the list goes on. The only comment some of our guests had was only a few rooms had air conditioning (which meant the majority do not). This did not bother me, but we did have our own plunge pool to cool off in before bed time, which makes a huge difference. The experience you get at Anse Chastenet is like no other. They went above and beyond to make the entire trip beyond memorable for our whole group. We had a bonfire at our wedding (which we didn’t expect…such a nice touch) and the table was beautifully decorated. We tried literally almost every excursion available including (but not limited to) scuba diving, sailing, catamaran jazzy sunset cruise, zip lining, mud baths, mountain biking, the list goes on. The lion fish dinner on the beach was outstanding. There are staff members that provide you with fruit skewers and cool towels, among other things, while you are on the beach. We cannot say enough about Anse Chastenet. We highly, highly recommend this resort for a special occasion, or just a nice vacation. Shout-out to our wedding planners Jenelle, Britny, and the help of Trisha, as well as our Chef who was vey accommodating to our food allergy requests. Everyone made our special day that much more memorable. The resort is clean, well-maintained, and beautifully nestled in the hills/mountains of Sourfriere. The wildlife is forever singing, the views are gorgeous, and the ability to experience Jade mountain (both resorts share the premises, restaurants, etc.) is awesome. We took the helicopter back to the airport, as this allowed us some extra time to spend at the resort before leaving. This also spared us the adventurous, yet bumpy drive btn the resort and airport (don’t in the back seat if you get car sick). Our only complaint is the reservation process. The resort outsources the making of reservations to a company located in the US. This experience was awful, leaving our guests scrambling to make reservations as the rooms were booked out from under us despite us being told that wouldn’t happen. Upon our arrival, Anse Chastenet immediately made up for this less than desirable experience. They instantly make you feel comfortable and relaxed with lemongrass towels to cool you off and a welcome drink that is refreshing. If you are looking for a more than memorable experience in your life, look no further. Anse Chastenet is a place everyone should experience.

This resort is all about being eco-friendly, and you’ll get stunning views of the famous Petit and Gros Piton mountains. They’ve designed many of the rooms to blend right into the environment, which is pretty cool. Just a heads up, most rooms don’t have air conditioning. The rooms are on a hill, so you’ll need to be ready to climb some stairs. But don’t worry, the food was absolutely delicious and didn’t disappoint! They use a lot of local ingredients, like the cacao for their chocolate desserts. The staff is super friendly and always attentive to your needs. They’re really good at taking care of the little details. And if you’re into snorkeling or scuba diving, this is the perfect place to go. You’ll find a soft, sandy beach with plenty of aquatic activities to keep you entertained.

We stayed at Anse Chastanet for 10 days for our honeymoon and had an amazing experience! The resort is beautiful, tranquil, and never felt overly touristy, which made it the perfect place to truly relax. The beach was clean, the food was absolutely incredible (every meal made fresh and full of flavor), and there were plenty of excursions to choose from. We went snorkeling, jungle biking, and even hiked Gros Piton! The absolute highlight was the service. When my shoes broke the day before our hike, an employee from the gift shop actually took the bus into town to buy me a new pair since the resort didn’t sell them—such a thoughtful and above-and-beyond gesture that we’ll never forget. Our room was beautiful with an amazing view, and we loved the open-air feel of being right in the jungle. The only things to keep in mind are that the rooms don’t have AC, so it can get quite warm, and you do have to get used to the presence of insects since you’re surrounded by nature. Overall, Anse Chastanet was the perfect blend of relaxation, adventure, and incredible service—we couldn’t have picked a better spot for our honeymoon!

East Winds is a posh all-inclusive beachfront resort located on the northwest coast of St. Lucia. Nestled in 12 acres of tropical gardens overlooking Labrelotte Bay, this 4-star retreat offers a tranquil and laid-back vibe, making it perfect for a post-wedding getaway or a relaxing vacation. The resort features 30 boutique-style cottages with tasteful Caribbean-inspired decor, king-sized beds, and mosaic-tiled bathrooms.
Just back from 10days at east winds resort It was the best holiday resort I have stayed at The staff were all so helpful and attentive Jermaine your omelettes were the best I have ever tasted and perfectly prepared. Michal the Wild Sex Cocktails (the recipe I gave you) were the very best and delivered to us at the pool and beach always delivered with a smile. All in all the place is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday good food fine wine and excellent service by wonderful caring people.

My partner and I have recently returned from a week's stay at East Winds - we initially chose to stay here because of the excellent reviews it has already received, which we can only echo having experienced it ourselves. East Winds is a special place, because of how beautiful and serene it is, and how thoughtful, welcoming and friendly every member of staff is. It's set in a tropical garden, with amazing plants, trees and wildlife everywhere - there was a mango tree outside our cottage, and we saw hummingbirds flying around our terrace every day. The rooms are lovely - beautifully decorated with plenty of space, a big comfy bed and a fully-stocked fridge with soft drinks, beers and wines. The resort overall is gorgeous, with great pool and beach spaces - both of them have plenty of sunloungers so you never need to worry about finding a good spot at any time of day. A real highlight was the food and drinks - breakfast and lunch are buffets which were always really varied and delicious (I think I had a chocolate mousse almost every lunchtime, they were so good!). Dinners are a bit more formal, with a 4-course menu every night - the dishes were always really high quality, and we left every meal full and very happy! Drinks were great as well, cocktails were always really tasty and a great range of wines for dinner - the rum tasting session was really fun as well. The best thing by far about the resort was the people - we've never felt so welcomed to a hotel before! Every single member of staff was so lovely, really welcoming and friendly, and our experience would not have been as amazing as it was without them. While it was our first time at East Winds, we met plenty of other guests who had returned multiple times - we look forward to hopefully being among their number and coming back soon.

They give each guest specialized attention. My wife has food allergies, and they took special care to make sure the food that was served was safe for her and still delicious! It was an amazing experience, and we will definitely be going back!!

Just returned from a trip to St Lucia where we stayed at East Winds. A very special place, which is essentially a tropical paradise with incredible service, staff and facilities. We have never felt so welcomed to a hotel and frankly this has been the best hotel by far that my wife, 2 x children and I have stayed at. The setting is a lush tropical garden in which the accommodations are nestled, before seamlessly merging into a tropical beach with beautiful turquoise and emerald waters. The property is relaxing, easy to navigate and all on one level! Having seen Jade Mountain and Sugar Beach resorts, other than a butler service which you simply do not need at east winds because of the ease of the layout, this tops them both. My only concern before going was if it was going to be too exclusive to adults for my 2 children to enjoy. This completely evaporated from the moment we arrived, the staff, the interesting setting and the excursions were very child friendly and you could tell they genuinely loved having our children and a few others stay. The food was delicious and the restaurant was gorgeous. The decor of the place is interesting and individual and reflects the vibrancy and peacefulness of the setting. At the heart of it all were the incredible staff - from the restaurant and bar, the spa, the beach water sports, the ‘good vibes’ excursion organiser, reception, security and the managing director! We were very impressed with the excursions and the organisation of everything - the hotel is clearly well connected with the island! We saw lots of dolphins on one of the trips, which was just awesome. Thanks East Winds, simply the best

I recently stayed at East Winds with my wife and her parents to celebrate her 30th birthday. The hotel was exceptional and I would highly recommend it. First, the garden and grounds in the hotel are wonderful and create an authentic Caribbean experience. The beach is spacious and feels very natural and there was plenty of room to choose and relax on a comfortable sunbed. The restaurant has a lovely view of the sea and to enjoy beautiful food with the sound of the waves was very tranquil. The food options were varied and always felt healthy and fresh. The four course meal each night did not feel stuffy or too much and the excellent waiters went above and beyond to cater for us. From sampling the home made ice cream of the day to fresh mango and beach BBQs, it was all fantastic. I looked forward to breakfast every morning, especially when the chef Germaine would cook up fresh pancakes for me. The drinks menu was extremely varied as well. I haven’t listed the wait staff in this review, because they were all absolutely amazing and friendly. In relation to activities, the programme was interesting and made the most of the grounds but were truly brought to life by the passionate and enthusiastic staff. The head gardener, Sylvanus, was extremely knowledgable and my in-laws really enjoyed the garden tour. The Pilates classes were fantastic; Nikita provided tailored sessions to help out each member of the group and that ensured it was challenging for the variety of levels in the class but very enjoyable. The paid day trip boat tour was also a highlight. It was great value and allowed us to see and explore one side of the island and the glorious Pitons. The watersports guys were also great. Joe and Devon were always ready to take us out on a hobbycat or kit us out with a kayak and it felt very safe and efficiently run. Our rooms, deluxe cottages, were spacious and extremely well kitted out. An extremely comfortable super king bed and interesting interiors made it a great place to chill out. The patio area was a great place to relax and watch hummingbirds thrum around as well. Our suggestions for improvement are minor (and would only elevate an already fantastic hotel to an even more wonderful property) and are as follows. First, a more substantial gym would really elevate the hotel. Even if it’s just a treadmill and bike and some more weights in the yoga area. Also, a mosquito net above the beds in the room would provide an option to help keep bugs out. The hotel does provide sprays and candles but some extra protection would be welcome. Additionally, it would be nice to have a more elevated brand for tea bags than Twinnings, as the rest of the hotel is so sophisticated. Finally, a price list in the boutique for clarity would also be helpful. Overall, East Winds is an elegant and peaceful hotel that creates extremely relaxing ‘good vibes’. This isn’t a ‘party’ resort but has a lovely atmosphere with fantastic live music (including a steel pan band). The friendly staff made us feel welcome from the start and they went above and beyond to make our stay special. The hotel grounds and beach are stunning and it was a fantastic place for a celebration. I would highly recommend!

Wow East Winds is beyond lovely! Every detail is so well thought out: rooms, gardens, food, drinks, beach, pool - everything. It's quiet and relaxing, music at lunch and dinner is never over-loud. The decor throughout is beautiful, airy and bright with lovely fabrics & colours. We stayed in Superior Cottage number 5, in the lush gardens and near the pool, bar, restaurant and beach. It was elegantly furnished, spacious and well-equipped - with gorgeous robes, insect repellent (we never needed), a superb hairdryer (priceless!), tea & coffee, full fridge etc. Each cottage also has a bird feeder, so we had frequent hummingbird visits to enjoy. A lovely touch. Food and drink were excellent - everything high quality. Breakfasts are important and here they were stellar every day, crispiest bacon, perfect eggs, melting pancakes or porridge to order, fresh pastries, fruit, yoghurt, delicious juice and smoothies. Lunches were varied, but always with tasty fresh & light hot & cold options. Dinner menus change daily and everything we ate was delicious from amuse bouche to dessert. Drinks whenever, wherever - including fruit punch, a good choice of wines and limitless rum & cocktail options. The rum tasting session was much enjoyed. Plenty of cushioned loungers on both sides of the beach and by the pool, all under structures or resilient parasols. A relaxing atmosphere everywhere. The gardens are full of variety, colour and birds and are very well maintainted. We enjoyed an informative 2.5 hr(!) tour of the garden one morning. All this is provided by simply superb staff - reception, housekeeping, management, bar, garden, restaurant - everyone was brilliant and always so friendly. This was our first visit, and we felt as welcome as all the many repeat guests. Our whole stay was faultless, and so kind that they are flexible with departure time - with a night flight, we continued to enjoy everything until 5 p.m., it's a hard place to leave!

Small 30 room hotel right on the beach, with lovely gardens. Had a bit of a flooding problem to start with when high seas got into bar, restaurant and beach areas. Not new to them, and the whole team coped seamlessly, from restaurant and bar staff to maintenance, gardeners, management, the lot. Only slight gripe is the intrusion of rock out crops into the beach area, limiting swimming space. Also, sand shelf just offshore makes getting out a frequent barrel roll up and then back down again if sea is a bit rough! Lots of repeaters, some over 30 times.

Fantastic time spending 10 days here with my wife in our 30s. It was my first time but my wife has been many times in her life. Special shout-outs to: Titus, Windel, Sylwia, Septima, Selma, Angel, Linton, Harry and many more I'm missing here! They made it an especially nice time. Resort: Small with <30 suites about 1.5h from airport by car. Mazes of paths with lovely greenery everywhere. Plenty of privacy from palm trees and other shrubs between our semi-detached cottage. Nice pool area always with seats available and umbrellas for shade. A swim up bar too! Restaurant: Four courses offered each night, daily menu changing so you don't really eat food twice unless here for 2+ weeks. Wine too! Live Entertainment included each evening and some lunchtimes. It's trouser/dress at night so I enjoyed the sense of formalness. Very classy. Room: Spacious deluxe cottage with front balcony to enjoy the sunset if not on the beach. It has received some modernisation (per my wife) so no major complaints. AC included. Plenty of storage too! More than you'll use. Champagne in rooms upon checking in and fully stocked mini-fridge refreshed daily Staff: The reason people come back. They are (mostly) all very welcoming and friendly. No request is too difficult including going off menu if there's a specific ice cream you want or cocktail. They always had a smile on their face saying hello and laughing. Minor complaints: I'd encourage installation of ceiling fans on the front balcony and outdoor shower as it gets very hot with little airflow. That's our only grievance that could improve the experience.

Sugar Beach, a Viceroy Resort, is a luxurious beachfront retreat nestled between St. Lucia's iconic Pitons on the site of a former sugar plantation. The resort offers two restaurants, three bars, an outdoor pool, a spa, and a dive center. Its 100-plus acres estate extends to a stunning white sand beach and another quieter beach along the seafront.
We stayed in one of the private villas, complete with its own infinity pool, hot tub, yard, and view of both mountains. The personalized butler service was a standout. Whether it was arranging a sunset dinner on the beach or making sure we had fresh towels by the pool, the attention to detail was flawless. The hiking in and around the Pitons is an absolute. Our guided hike up Gros Piton was challenging but incredibly rewarding. The panoramic views from the summit are unforgettable. We also took part in the chocolate-making experience, which was both fun and educational. The Rainforest Spa was the perfect place to unwind. Set in a serene jungle setting, the spa treatments were out of this world. The natural sounds of the forest added a soothing touch that made the experience even more magical. Dining at Sugar Beach was equally exceptional. Whether you’re seeking relaxation, adventure, romance, or a bit of everything, this place delivers it all with elegance. We left feeling completely rejuvenated. 5 stars – Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The amenities and grounds are stunning, the staff so happy and kind, and the food absolutely delicious! A few highlights… Saltwood Restaurant…to die for! Worth every penny. The staff!! I can’t say enough good things about them. Our butler, Sewame, was our favorite person on the island! He went out of his way to take care of us and made the entire experience feel catered to us. Incredible views and a private beach all in one resort, which is unique to other resorts on the island Only negative…majority of villas require a shuttle to get to / from the main area where the restaurants, beach and pool are located due to the steep terrain. This wasn’t a problem as the shuttles come quickly and the drivers are great, but as someone who likes to walk, I did miss that opportunity here.

This was our second visit to Sugar Beach Viceroy and it never disappoints. St Lucia is an amazing island and Sugar Beach is a stunning location between two Pitons. Our beach front villa was outstanding with uninterrupted views and sounds of the Carribean sea to wake up to every morning was magical. We swam in the sea every morning at 6.30 am and then enjoyed the amazing terrace and sun coming up. What makes this hotel extra special is the staff who are exceptional. Our butler/host Charles was outstanding. Friendly with can do attitude and ease. He made everything run so smoothly and we had the most relaxing week. Beach staff are also amazing and so fun and friendly. Spa, gym and dining staff all very helpful and friendly. The hotel must be doing something right to have such friendly and helpful staff which makes us appreciate this hotel even more. Keep doing the good work smiling and kind. We will be back soon and thank you again

Sugar Beach Viceroy We landed in St Lucia and were greeted at the airport by Solar Tours for an expedited experience through customs. The ride to Sugar Beach Viceroy took about an hour via hilly, curvy roads in a luxury SUV and we were dropped off right at our deluxe villa where we were met by our butler Anna. Check-in couldn’t have been easier because Anna took care of everything right at our room, no visit to the lobby necessary. The villa was the coolest place we’ve ever stayed with our own pool and outdoor shower which we used daily. We were greeted with a bottled of sparkling wine and a box of chocolates. Robes and slippers were provided along with a hair dryer, coffee maker, shampoos, mini fridge and a kicking air conditioner and ceiling fan. The resort is hilly to say the least. We walked to the beach and pool downhill but always took the shuttle back up. Shuttles were available within minutes via a WhatsApp message to our butler which couldn’t have been easier. The resort is immaculate. Huge pool with warm water and the beach was situated between pitons Gros and Petite for the most picturesque setting ever. Clear warm water with water sports like Hobie Cat, paddle boarding and kayaks all included. Pretty yellow and black fish in the water - crushed potato chips will draw them to you! The beachfront restaurant Bonte’ was our favorite and the morning breakfast buffet was spectacular on the terrace. Fresh fruit, made to order omelets, pancakes, waffles and crepes. Buffet was included with our Costco package which costs $50/per person otherwise. Drinks on the beach were around $17 and the service was friendly and quick. Jetty burger at the south pier is a must. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier, every single person we interacted with was smiling and often greeted us by name. I highly recommend Sugar Beach Viceroy for an unforgettable vacation!

My family and I had the pleasure of going to Sugar Beach. We were blown away right from the start. The shuttle driver didn’t keep us waiting and he was lovely. When we arrived at the pool we were taken care of right away, and the staff made sure we were more than comfortable. The pool was crystal clear and extremely clean and inviting. Now, let me get to the food. I have food allergies, and the menu still catered to me; something I find rare on a small island. Not to mention it was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options! We had also gone to the beach, where there was ample space to relax on comfortable loungers and enjoy the stunning golden sunset. We can’t wait to go again (and again)!

Sugar Beach is amazing. The location, the people, and everything else was perfect. It’s worth a honeymoon trip, or a visit if you can afford it. You will get 5 star treatment. Is it pretty expensive. Yeah, but that’s also depend on you. It’s a nice resort. Can you support locals by using local companies - absolutely. Will the resort do everything for you - absolutely. Love sugar beach. They made my week amazing. Every single person. It’s a trip of a lifetime, and something I’ll remember forever. Happy I could spend my time in beautiful st Lucia. Can’t wait to come back. If you’re hesitant don’t be - do your research. Multiple ways to approach this place. Sunset cruise worth it. Volcano baths worth it. Chillen at south beach worth it. Make sure to go off resort to experience food, and other things the town has to offer. Many amazing people live in St. Lucia. Can’t wait to celebrate another life stage here. Keep beautiful sugar beach.

Sandals Grande St. Lucian is a luxurious, all-inclusive resort located on its own picturesque peninsula in St. Lucia. With chic accommodations, including overwater bungalows, guests can enjoy stunning views of volcanic mountains and a mile-long beach. The resort offers an array of amenities such as six pools, five whirlpools, and various land and water sports activities.
We are on the 6th of our 10 day vacation and it has been amazing! There are so many options for activities here without ever leaving. The local excursions have been so much fun and reasonably priced. The Club Sandals crew are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure the needs and wants of every person is being met! Everyone has been amazing but a special shout out to Migel for being WONDERFUL and going able and beyond every single day he is here! The restaurant and bar crews are so warm and welcoming! I love when they sing softly to themselves and don’t even realize they are bringing joy to everyone around them! This was our experience at Tuscanini’s this morning (9/16); they know who they are! Special shout out also to Lisa, Kerlan and Darren for being EXTRA AWESOME! This is my third Sandals vacation and I hate that the next 4 days will fly by! Additional update: Jessie made us the BEST omelettes and was so nice and funny! Cecelia was so kind and kept our room so clean! Kenley was so sweet brought us a fresh cut coconut while they were trimming trees! The Sandals Club manager (I’m sorry I cannot remember her name) was so gracious and helpful with a couple of minor issues we had!

This was the perfect place to have our honeymoon! Nothing got in the way of us relaxing for a full 6 days. The food and drinks were awesome, the views incredible, and the facilities/pool/beach clean and tons of fun! Our room was extremely comfortable and we were never wanting for a clean or refills in the minibar. We were fairly close to the pool where activities were taking place which led to some sound at night if we were trying to call it early, but we hardly ever did! The staff was all courteous, professional, and more often than not funny! Highly recommend this as a honeymoon location or a spot to go with other couples you are friends with!

We loved our entire visit to Sandals Grande St. Lucia. Be prepared for a long ride in but once you arrive, it’s worth it! The food at Gordon’s is immaculate. Those crab cakes were probably some of the best I’ve had and I’ve had them many places. Even the ambiance at Gordon’s was the best for evening dining at the resort. Our first night there was my birthday and I was celebrated from the time we arrived. We were well pleased. You can’t beat the morning views so be sure to get your room facing the beach.

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary there Oct. 25. The staff was wonderful- especially Wendy helping us plan our excursions and Ishtiaq who helped us repeatedly throughout the week decide on the best menus - especially Bombay. The Indian food was awesome! Our room was always clean and fresh. The beach was great and we appreciated the equipment guy taking us out in the sailboat one afternoon! We'd definable recommend the Grande St.Lucian!!

Seafood so fresh Meeting Neville our tour guide our first day was so delightful. He took his time and showed us where everything was and even took time out of his day during our stay to make sure all our needs where meet . Awesome 👍 Meeting Shaniel at our dinner for returning guest was amazing. She told us a lot about the resort and told us about all the exciting changes that are coming. She explained her duties at Sandals and all I can say is wow. Very blessed to have met her. Shaniel remembered that my wife and I where having dinner at Gordon's and meet us on our last night. My husband and I stayed 6 days for our honeymoon October 2025. We had a great experience! The resort grounds were beautiful especially the beach. The food was amazing with several options to choose from, our favorites being Gordon’s, Soy sushi, and the Crepery. The best part of the resort was the staff! They were so kind and welcoming and always a smile on their faces, greeting us every time we encountered them. The only two cons were the resort location, about a 1.5 hour drive from the airport, and long wait times at restaurants (often at the ones where a reservation was required too). Highly recommend the excursion JJ’s speed boat for amazing highlights of St. Lucia! Overall very romantic property and a perfect honeymoon stay, as Sandals does very well with making you feel special for occasions.

We went for our honeymoon. We are in our 50's and had a great time. Met a ton of people of all ages. You can be as social or as quiet as you want. Lots of places to go. Rooms got 4 stars because there are no outlets in the bathroom. Golf was very good and we golfed 4 times. JJ's excursion is a must. Ask for Queen B. We took the helicopter in and the ferry out. I would highly recommend the ferry. Both were great though. Lots of food choices. Some were ok, some were very good. Friends with bulter service said that by the time food got to them it was tough and cold, but we didn't have a butler. Overall we had an amazing time and the island is beautiful.

Wonderful location and views for our honeymoon, however the resort itself could do better on service. Wait times for the bar were longer than expected, no service for food or drinks on the beach, 45 minute wait to sit down for dinners, and another hour wait for dinner to be served. There were a few employees that really stood out to us, but the others seemed to hardly crack a smile. I know these employees work very hard and have to deal with ugly people on the daily but I felt for the price we paid to be there, it would have been a different experience. Forgot to mention the gentleman that seemed to “work” at this resort was at the pub talking to guest inappropriately and feeling on woman and men. We had a wonderful time with the excursions off of the resort, but I was a little sad to say this was my first experience at Sandals.

Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa is a casual beachfront resort located on Reduit Beach in St Lucia. The colorful rooms and suites offer bay views, with some featuring interconnecting rooms joined by a living area. The resort is within walking distance of numerous restaurants and offers beachside dining as well. Guests can enjoy the lagoon-style pool, kids club, spa, fitness center, and complimentary access to the Splash Water Park.
We arrived on October 4 and are staying through the 18th. The property is absolutely beautiful and when I say everyone has been amazing, I mean AMAZING! The shuttle service and the drivers have been a nice addition as well as the chair and umbrella service on the beach. The view from the third floor is lovely! My husband is 82 and 6’7” and although he’s been a good sport about it the two flights to our room are too much. The men at the front lobby have carried everything up for us and would do more if my husband would ask! The resort employees have been very accommodating and are moving us to a lower level on Saturday. I’m going to miss the view, so stay tuned for an update on our move 🤞

First off we had no coffee in the room all week, day before we left the put some instant coffee in there. $5 US for a coffee at the restaurant. That’s crazy. Petty theft was an issue for us. We had luggage stolen off the luggage cart as the guy was bringing the stuff up to our room. I told staff, security, management. Never saw it again. They have cameras and wouldn’t bother to look. That was a huge disappointment. The food at breakfast was great, everything else not so much. Especially for kids, they have so many kids there you would think they could have a kids menu with pizza, chicken fingers, hotdogs. Spinnakers for $10 US you could buy a decent kids meal. Sometimes the booth between the hotel and spinnakers had hot dogs.

This resort is a great place to stay during a visit to St Lucia. The accommodations are very good. The staff is friendly and helpful. The surrounding area is very lively with restaurants and bars. Of course, if you are there on a Friday night, do not miss the jump up partying. The hotel provides transportation to and from the party. Great for experiencing the island vibe.

Good location, however, the service was very lacking. Everything was a very long wait, from initially requesting the bottle of water that was supposed to be in the room on check in, to waiting to be seated at the restaurant. There were no washcloths provided in the room for the duration of my stay, and housekeeping did not add them on subsequent days. There were never any beach towels available although they have instituted a token system for the towels. Additionally, members of my group experienced all different levels of service so it's clear there's no consistency. A bright spot was Alton at the Pebbles bar who did provide excellent service!

The Resort is very clean. The staff is amazingly nice. One of the maintenance guys climbed a palm tree and got me a couple coconuts so I could make "Jack-O-Coconuts" for Halloween 🎃. The food is ok and I wish there was a larger variety of food to eat. All in all it was a wonderful stay. Thank you Bay Gardens Beach Resort for the great time! 🌴 🍹 ✌🏼 ♥️

Beautiful location on the beach! Down falls are there is only one restaurant and one bar, but open daily. There is also a small beach bites shack, but not open daily. The pool is large, with a hot tub (jets but no hot water) but does not have enough chairs and cushions to accommodate the guests. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful which made the trip much more pleasant. Overall a nice place. The dine around package was a nice add on with shuttle service into Rodney Bay.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the staff, they were amazing, great custom service. I want to personally thank christel Augustin, Gail Harris and the beautiful talented Sandra Felix for an exemptional customer service. I felt like I knew those staff for years and I will be coming back all because of them.

The Landings Resort and Spa in St. Lucia is a luxurious retreat located on the northwest coast of the island. The resort offers a private beach, three outdoor pools, tennis courts, and a spa for guests to enjoy. Couples can indulge in shared massages at a beach cabana and savor champagne while taking in breathtaking views.
Our trip was scheduled for The Royalton in St Lucia and we quickly left and went to The Landings. Everyone there was so polite, friendly, and helpful. We have a son with a ton of food allergies and they were so accommodating and even made him a meal to pick up the morning we left so he would have something to eat on our trip back to the US. The beach is beautiful, the wind sailing was one of our favorite (free for guests) activities. The rooms were so clean and if you needed anything they got it for you. The food was good too and not hard to make a reservation at their hotel restaurants at all. Would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a laid back, clean, beautiful, relaxing, family vacation!

I spent a Fabulous 5 nights there. The suite of rooms was spacious and clean with room service every day. The beach was small but really well kept. The staff were friendly and very professional. American style breakfast was included and there was always a good selection but the Caribbean style food was separate and I thought this was bizarre and would have liked to have had a wider selection. After all we were in the Caribbean.

We recently spent five days in St. Lucia. The hotel itself is fantastic, beautifully maintained with spacious rooms that include a Jacuzzi, washer, and dryer. Housekeeping was excellent, provided daily, and the rooms felt very comfortable and relaxing. The property is about two hours from the island’s only international airport. We booked a private taxi, and while the drive down from the airport was long, the steep and winding drive up to the hotel was even more challenging, something to be aware of if you’re prone to motion sickness. It’s advertised as having three restaurants, but during most of our stay only one was open. That said, we asked the chef to prepare a special meal on two nights, and those were truly memorable experiences. Breakfast offered a large spread, though the quality was just average. The resort has two small pools for residents and a private beach with paddleboarding included, though most other activities came at an extra cost. One thing to watch for: the all-inclusive package doesn’t cover everything. For example, Diet Coke was included in the room and restaurant, but surprisingly not at the café. Nightlife is minimal, there’s no regular evening entertainment. During our stay, a musician played at the seaside restaurant one evening, and on another night a private request led to a special live performance, which was a nice touch. Overall, it’s a lovely property with great service and amenities, but limited dining options, extra charges here and there, and a quiet atmosphere in the evenings. The biggest drawback is the location and challenging drive, so plan accordingly.

The Landings was a beautiful place to stay!! The people were so helpful and friendly . . . made it even more fun! The room was clean and nice. We truly enjoyed the whole experience and all of our interactions!! Beautiful beach!!! Our favorite was Kerim! From security guard to water sports! I highly recommend The landings!

Best value with great location! We loved our honeymoon experience at this beautiful resort! The staff were friendly & welcoming! They upgraded us to an amazing suite that had two balconies with cozy views! Sunsets were amazing from this spot & the water was calm & beautiful! I’d definitely recommend if you are looking for a budget friendly fun spot!

Myself and two kids stayed here for 6 days/5 nights in a two bedroom suite. The staff were amazing, very friendly, and the beach was beautiful. The kids loved the various pools and activities. You can easily walk down the beach and explore as well. The value was great, we ate at the restaurant for Breakfast which had a ton of options, and went to local restaurants for dinner. The water sports were easily accessible, and you can rent jet skis from people down the beach as well. There were a lot of fish in the water for snorkeling, but a ton of spots and tours around the island as well. Your family will have a great time.

Had a great week long stay here. Had a beachfront 2 bedroom suite w/plunge pool (hot tub). Beautiful room and view of the bay. Bay is gorgeous, with hills on the left and right. Pigeon island park is within walking distance (15 min), and is a beautiful place to walk and hike. Resort has 3 restaurants, 2 beachfront bar and grills and 1 Asian restaurant which you have to make reservations for. They are all outside seating except for the Asian place which has both indoor and outdoor. A couple of times it got a bit hot, but generally it was ok. If there was one negative I can find it is with the high prices for food - $26 hamburgers and $70 buffets, but since you are already splurging for your dream vacation its just part of the package, I guess :-). Water at the beach is bathtub still, and they have a swimming area roped off. They have several excursions - we took one by Nick's boat charters, great day trip to the Pitons and snorkeling. They also have a pickleball court that we had no trouble making reservations for, played a couple of days at 7pm after the sun went down (6:30pm, since it pretty far south). Gorgeous sunsets visible with a short walk down the beach. They had a butler assigned to us, with a dedicated cell phone, that we could ask with questions or to make reservations, which was helpful.

We arrived on 2nd July and stayed in Room 621, check in was very quick and we were shown to our room. We rented a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath suite with large patios and full kitchen. The whole property is a mix of hotel + owned units that are sometimes rented which we did not know. The rooms are so spacious, we had a couple of issues our ceiling fan in the main bedroom was not working and we mentioned it to reception and they said that are waiting for a spare part. We did not want to keep Aircon on all night. Our fridge was also leaking which a mentioned to room service and reception but nothing was done. One morning woke to a puddle of water so has to leave a bath towel there. Part of the villa does need up dating I feel. We did not use the kitchen we either went out to eat or ate at the 3 restaurant The Landings has. What would be nice if they had a mini supermarket, we had to go out to get some snacks etc. The taxi are very pricy just to go back and forth. On booking this resort we mentioned so many times about the events we have come to celebrate and we even ask them to arrange something but they did not which was disappointing. The beach was stunning and clean and lots of activities to do. Breakfast room felt quite dated and I feel the was not much variety of food especially for vegetarians & service is very laid back. We did not do the all inclusive offer which we are glad about it worked out so much more in cost and was not worth it. Only breakfast was included and other days we went out. We did the Bean to Bar tour which we booked Via the hotel, its was a great day out would recommend it as also you get to do mud baths, snorkeling, volcano, sunset on the boat food and drinks included. Would I come back here and stay at The Landing Resort not sure I would prefer to stay in a hotel owned but the hotel its self.

Sandals Regency La Toc is an adults-only, all-inclusive resort located on the western coast of Saint Lucia. It offers 17 bars and restaurants, a golf course, a beach, and a spa. The resort features upscale luxury suites including Elevated Millionaire Suites with stunning views and private whirlpools. Guests can enjoy various land and water activities as well as access to the on-site golf course.
We stayed at the honeymoon hideaway butler suite with a private pool for our honeymoon. We had Kyle, Trisha, and Den for our butlers. They were very attentive, and we never had to wait long for anything. I personally think our room was in one of the best spots on the resort; some of them were decently far from the main lobby/pool area. We also really liked having a private pool and being able to order room service whenever we wanted. We really enjoyed the beach. We ended up buying snorkeling gear from the resort and snorkeling to the left of the beach near the rocks. Sandals did offer a free snorkeling excursion, and it was fun, but we ended up seeing more just snorkeling right off of the beach at the resort. We did a paid excursion to do the volcanic mud bath, waterfall, and snorkeling at the end. It was very fun, and I highly recommend it. The food at the resort was also really good; our personal favorites were La Toc, The Pitons, and Armando’s. Each restaurant we went to had beautiful views of the ocean. On our last full day we took a taxi to the Sandals Grande resort while we were here and booked a cabana for the day on the beach, then shuttled back to our resort for dinner. It was definitely worth the money, and it was neat to spend a day at one of the other resorts on the island. Overall, we really enjoyed our honeymoon here and hope to come back again someday.

I was SO DISAPPOINTED in my experience at Sandals Regency La Toc. Most of the staff was nice and attentive; however, service is extremely slow, and there are a few restaurants that are not easily accessible. Food was the biggest disappointment. Out of our 6 night stay, we only enjoyed 1 or two of the meals. Most food was extremely bland, and the wait was ridiculous. We were hungry most of the week. Daiquiris were good, but there really needs to be more drink options like Diet Coke (the resort only had Coke Zero), lemonade, tea, etc. The room was also not up to par. Hair in the shower when we arrived, sticky liquor remnants everywhere, old, floors questionable etc. I feel the main issue is the rooms are in desperate need of updating. Our excursions were fun, but a lot of stress getting to and from since we didn't book through the resort. It just was not worth the $5000 we spent on this trip. Especially with limited funds and time off work. We won't be back to a Sandals anytime soon. :(

The moment we got on to the shuttle we were greeted with smiles and excitement. When we arrived in the resort the staff was AMAZING. Shout out to our housekeeper Mary and our shuttle driver Uri- you made us feel so welcome. If we could elect Uri for prime minister of the island we would. The resort was GORGEOUS. Food was top tier. I loved not having to put much thought into anything because the staff would assist you with anything you need. They are friendly. Our room was clean. The beaches were to die for. Views were breathtaking. Just book the trip here- you won’t regret it.

Just went on our honeymoon at Sandals Regency La Toc and had a fantastic time! Stayed in one of the new Rondoval Butler Sky Villas and our room was phenomenal and beautiful. Our butler team, Charles, Kalan, and Garvin were fantastic and attentive from the moment they picked us up at the Rondoval Lobby to the moment they dropped us off for check out. We had an amazing time, and much of that was due to their phenomenal service and friendly demeanors. Great trip and great time! Thanks Charles, Kalan, and Garvin!

As this being my first time staying at an all inclusive I had no idea what we were going to expect. We had a Rondoval Butler Skyvilla room. The room was incredible, it had a perfect roof top set up, an amazing shower and tub and a private pool that we put to use everyday. The service from the butler team (Kalan, Charles and Garvin) was fantastic, very attentive, adjusted service based on our request, ensured we always had a spot at whatever beach or pool we requested. They made our honeymoon very very special. The beach is incredible other than the local beach vendors pushing excursions non stop throughout the day

This was our very first time staying at a Sandals resort, and it has truly set the bar high — all thanks to our incredible butlers, Charles, Kalan, and Garvin, at Sandals La Toc. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond every single day to make our honeymoon as memorable and stress-free as possible. They made everything effortless — from setting up beautiful beach chairs and surprising us with special treats, to arranging our dinners and excursions with care and attention to detail. Every interaction with them felt genuine and personal, and they made us feel so cared for throughout our stay. We’ve stayed at many resorts before, but this level of service and thoughtfulness was truly unmatched. Charles, Kalan, and Garvin turned what would have been a great vacation into an unforgettable experience. Thank you all for making our honeymoon so special — we’ll absolutely be back to Sandals because of you!

The butler villa is the BEST service on vacation that I've ever had. The Butler villa is a must stay. It was my fiancee's birthday and he was impressed everyday and surprised. It was a different birthday theme daily with a bubble bath ran when we returned to the room. They made me feel like it was my birthday as well. Our butlers did all reservations and in room dining. I can't say enough about my service. It's a must do if you visit La Toc.

We stay at Regency La Toc for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it. The butler service was top notch, huge shoutout to Clayma, Elsa, and Kisha for taking care of us during the week. The food options were plentiful and delicious. The resort itself was beautiful and well-maintained. We will definitely be returning to a Sandals resort in the future!

Nestled on a hillside above Anse Chastanet, Jade Mountain Resort offers a luxurious and romantic escape with breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and the Piton Mountains. The resort's 24 sanctuaries are architectural marvels, featuring open-plan living spaces, private indoor-outdoor infinity pools, and stunning vistas with only three walls. Honeymooners are treated to special amenities such as champagne upon arrival and a turndown service.
Absolutely phenomenal experience at Jade Mountain! From the moment we arrived, the service was world-class. Our butler Teddy anticipated our every need, and housekeeping maintained our open-air sanctuary beautifully. The breathtaking Piton views, infinity pool, and connection to nature made every moment magical[1][2]. The helicopter departure was the perfect finale to an epic stay - pure luxury from start to finish! My daughter and I felt completely pampered and this truly exceeded all expectations. We're already planning our return!

Absolutely stunning views! We came for a lunch date. We were treated like royalty. I have to praise the staff members we encountered. From the shuttle driver to our waiter, they all made us feel catered to. The appetizer and main entrée were exceptional. However, both our deserts and drinks lacked flavor in my option. The restaurant has a very relaxing atmosphere. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and would give it another go.
Karla A — Google review
The best part about this place is the rooms/views. Everything else is mediocre. The service was poor with bad communication. Asking for anything on the beach seemed like a bother. No one offered help moving chairs, they would watch us do it ourselves. They would bring you the check on the beach after ordering one thing when we just wanted to keep the tab open and relax. There was no private pool in the sun. They had one covered pool in the middle of the restaurant (?) which seemed more like decoration. The food was decent. The roads were horrendous even between the beaches. You can stay at much nicer resorts with better service, food, beach, amenities for much cheaper than this. The cherry on top was at check out we discovered around $500 in incorrect charges that they did end up removing. Spent around $15,000, took from our savings, just to be let down incredibly. We were robbed. Anyone who thinks this place is worth 5 stars must not be well traveled.
Andrea S — Google review
Gorgeous Views, But “All Inclusive” Is Misleading Jade Mountain is visually stunning and truly unique. The views are unbeatable, and the service at Jade Mountain itself is excellent. We especially loved the snorkeling and jungle biking excursions. That said, if relaxing at the beach is a priority, this may not be the right fit. Their sister property, Anse Chastanet—where the beach and beach bar are located—felt subpar, with service that made us feel more like an inconvenience than guests. Arrival & Check-In: We were warmly greeted at UVF airport, given water, and taken in a private taxi (about an hour, very scenic but extremely curvy). The final 2 miles feel like off-roading on a narrow, bumpy road. Upon arrival, we received cold towels, drinks, and were checked in directly in our sanctuary, with a butler phone and a tablet for room service. However, they never clearly explained how the “all inclusive” package worked, which caused confusion when bills appeared after meals. Sanctuary (JB3 “Star”): Absolutely beautiful. Infinity pool, stunning view, thoughtful touches (bug spray, ear plugs, stocked fridge), and daily service including turndown with bug incense. The fan inside the bed netting made warm nights comfortable. Food: Mixed experience. Dinner at Jade Mountain Club was phenomenal—impeccable service, attentive staff, and elegant touches. However, you can’t eat there every night without paying extra for special wine-pairing dinners ($100+ per person). You’re often sent to Anse Chastanet for meals, where the service was inattentive and curt. Food was decent but nowhere near Jade Mountain Club’s standard. Breakfast was consistently good, lunch was average, and their “famous burger” was forgettable. Excursions: Jungle biking was a highlight—fun, safe, and well-guided. Snorkeling was excellent (wear a UV shirt to avoid seaweed stings). The massage was disappointing: they upsell “deep tissue” separately, and the pressure didn’t match what we selected. The volcano tour was misleading—they implied the mud bath was included, then automatically charged us $95 even though we skipped it. It took multiple calls to remove the charge. A random $5 scuba tax also appeared despite us not scuba diving. All Inclusive? Not Really. This was our biggest frustration. Many activities had surprise fees. Dining rules were unclear, and on the first night we received a $300 bill despite being on a package. Tips (10%) and VAT (10%) are automatically added, and boutique purchases are taxed even higher (12.5%)—none of this was communicated clearly. We spent a lot of time fixing billing errors with our butler and still ended up with an unexpected $500+ bill at checkout. Overall: The scenery, sanctuary, and Jade Mountain Club were extraordinary, and it made for a beautiful honeymoon setting. But the misleading “all inclusive”, subpar sister property, and constant upselling left a sour impression. For the price, there are likely better luxury resorts with more transparent experiences.

The word that immediately came to mind when I walked in our room was "breath taking". Waking up to the sunrise, mountains, ocean, and literal birds singing in your room is an experience like no other. The butler service was A-1. They give you a cell phone so that you can contact your butler's at all times.
Reginald C — Google review
It’s easy to understand why Jade mountain is considered one of the best hotels in the world. The experience of open air living with dramatic views of the pitons is pretty special. The staff is amazing. The food is top tier. I was worried with no fourth wall it would be too hot and buggy but the sea breeze keeps things cool and they do a good job preventing any bugs. Do yourself a favor and research the different sanctuaries to see what you want. The Galaxy rooms are obviously cool and get the most sun but we had JE3 ( a sun sanctuary) and I actually preferred this over any of the galaxies since the view of the pitons was more direct and the location was more private. All of this obviously comes with a price tag but I would 100% do it again, very special travel experience.
Jason K — Google review
Jade Mountain’s location is a world wonder in and of itself, the villas are magical in their uniqueness, the cuisine a delectable delight. Our second stay had a less luxurious vibe than our first in regard to service, but maybe was just a one off. Will return and try again :)
Pink P — Google review
Our room was amazing with an amazing view and pool. If you want a true relaxing vacation this place is for you. We took the helicopter ride from airport there, which was quick and the scenic drive back, long and first 10 minutes are not desirable. The service was impeccable. I wish the bed was softer and not so many bird friends with open walls. All of this comes with the territory and park of the experience. Trip off bucket list for sure.

Ladera Resort is a romantic 32-suite retreat located on a cliffside, offering stunning views of the Piton Mountains and the Caribbean Sea. The suites feature open walls, four-poster beds, and private plunge pools. Guests can enjoy open-air dining at the Bar at Dasheene with live music and rum cocktails. Additionally, there's a gym and a spa for relaxation.
We spent our honeymoon at Ladera and wouldn’t have had it any other way! We spent plenty of time researching other potential destinations and resorts Are so fortunate that we chose Ladera! The entire team was so thoughtful in time. The room was immaculate with the most tremendous views we’ve ever seen from a resort! We enjoyed the shuttle down to Sugar Beach for an afternoon, the nature Trail on site, delicious dinners, and everything else Ladera had to offer. I can’t imagine any other resort that could compare to this and you would be well served if you book a room here!
Michael C — Google review
Ladera was the perfect honeymoon getaway. It started with our transfer from the opposite side of the island that we booked through the resort. Our driver, Clyde, played the best music, had amazing energy, and was so hospitable — I usually don’t do well on long car rides, but with him it was easy, and he set the tone for the whole trip. When we arrived at Ladera, we were greeted with welcome drinks while taking in the most incredible views of the Pitons. We stayed in two different open-wall rooms with private pools, and both were spotless and felt completely private despite being open on a mountainside. The resort has just one restaurant, but it did not disappoint — the food was fresh, ever-changing, and truly five-star. We also loved the hiking trail on the property, where we stumbled upon a fun little jungle gym hideout. Overall, if you’re looking for a truly relaxing and romantic resort, splurge on Ladera. It was worth every penny.

We just celebrated our honeymoon at Ladera. It was absolutely amazing, the place is gorgeous! V and CJ, along with all the staff were so helpful and friendly during our stay! I could not recommend going there enough!

We came to celebrate our honeymoon and checked out immediately the next morning. We couldn’t sleep due to being eaten alive by what we now know were BED BUGS, and the room was 80°, even with all the fans running, plus the room was filled with bugs and lizards. We woke up covered in BED BUG bites, and it was an awful way to begin the honeymoon. It has been a battle for the remainder of our honeymoon to get a refund for that single night; luckily, we refused to leave until they refunded the other 4 days. Absolutely do not go here!!! We changed and moved down to Sugar Beach for a slight price increase and enjoyed a gorgeous villa and all-inclusive experience. Sugar Beach is the best way to visit St. Lucia!!! Even the food at Ladera was terrible. Our shrimp was black and the steak was grey! The only decent part of Ladera was the friendly employees, but that was it. Do not go!!!

The hospitality & service is highly appreciated by me & my wife. The Paradise Ridge Room is such a beautiful and comfortable set up and having a pool in the room makes it so hard to leave as we wake up to paradise everyday. Ladera offers a lot of accessibility in travel to our extensions and is 100% accommodating to our needs. We highly recommend this resort & we can’t believe the views we have. The newly addition spa as well is worth every penny.

Our experience at Ladera was amazing! They have the friendliest staff and go above and beyond for their guests. The property and rooms have breathtaking views. Definitely a very different experience from what we are used to. The rooms are hot but the property provided fans which made for good sleeping conditions. They cleaned our rooms multiple times a day and left surprise chocolates on our bed every night. Very luxury experience and would recommend again!

The location is great as the hotel assists with providing transportation to any excursions. The view is amazing and very hard to beat it! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend for couples.

Ladera Resort is truly as beautiful as they come — a breathtaking paradise with an incredible team that makes every moment feel special! My husband and I celebrated both our honeymoon and birthdays here, and it exceeded every expectation. We did tons of research before booking, and we’re so glad we chose Ladera and the Soufrière area. This part of St. Lucia is stunning, authentic, and less touristy than other regions — everything you’d want for a romantic and relaxing getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the “pinch-me” views, luxurious amenities, and exceptional service. Every staff member we met was warm, genuine, and attentive. Even the General Manager and his wife were present and friendly — something you don’t often see at luxury resorts! We’d love to share a few special shout-outs to the amazing team members who made our stay unforgettable: Rosemarie (Housekeeping): Her energy and kindness brightened our mornings — we looked forward to seeing her every day! Hilarius (Hideaway Rum Bar): Our rum-making class was one of the highlights of our stay, thanks to his knowledge and great sense of humor. Sherin (Reception): She went above and beyond for us, especially after an unexpected excursion mishap. Her patience and professionalism were unmatched. Boniface (Woodworker & Artist): A must-meet! His stories, craftsmanship, and positive spirit added so much to our experience. Chef Nigel: A true talent! We loved chatting with him during dinners — he takes time to connect with guests and ensure everyone’s experience is top-notch. Jermie (Bar & Dasheen Restaurant): Friendly, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. Hans (Butler): So lovely and attentive! Neilbert: Always engaging and full of joy — we looked forward to seeing his smile every day. Every team member we encountered went above and beyond, and we can’t say enough good things about the Ladera staff. Tips for future travelers: Bring mosquito repellent (Deep Woods OFF worked great for us) — you’re surrounded by lush jungle, so it’s part of the experience! Embrace nature — you’ll see lizards, hear the rainforest, and feel open-air living at its finest. Some guests split their stay between Ladera (for the views) and another resort with A/C and enclosed walls for contrast. Always book excursions and travel through trusted guides recommended by the resort. Soufrière is wonderful, but it’s best to follow local advice for a safe and smooth experience. We can’t wait to come back someday. Thank you, Ladera, for the memories of a lifetime!

Nestled in the picturesque Marigot Bay with stunning views of the St. Lucian rainforests, Zoëtry Marigot Bay offers a serene and idyllic retreat. The resort features 124 rooms and suites, each designed to provide a tranquil and relaxing experience, complete with a living room area for ultimate comfort. Zoëtry Saint Lucia is absolutely beautiful — the scenery is stunning, with lush greenery and ocean views that feel like a dream. The pool area is peaceful and perfectly maintained, making it the ideal place to relax. The food was consistently amazing, with fresh, flavorful dishes at every meal. The location is serene and tucked away, but still close enough to explore the island. What truly made our stay exceptional was the service — especially from Richard, our customer service specialist. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. His attentiveness and warmth really stood out and made our trip extra special. 11th wedding anniversary getaway. My husband and I are from Florida. We definitely took a risk to travel to the Caribbean during Hurricane Season, but it was well worth it! We were here for 6 days. One thing we noticed was that some other guests had higher expectations of on-demand service. This isn’t immediately realistic. We went into it knowing that we’d be on island time. No time for rushing. Enjoy the serenity! Take a laid back approach to vacation. This was an incredibly special trip for my husband and me. We made many memories together and can’t wait to make more soon!

After traveling to this resort, I would rate it 9/10. The resort was beautiful, the views were amazing, and the food was excellent. Every dish I had I enjoyed and there was a good variety. The service was excellent and the staff were friendly along with the locals. I would definitely come back in a heartbeat.

Overall, our staff was good, but we felt ignored for the most part, as our requests were not fully met. Sitting at the bar and being bypassed and ignored, as well as ordering food, was disappointing. The hotel rooms are outdated considering the price paid; enhancements and upgrades are necessary. Bugs are prevalent, which is understandable on an island. We had to repeatedly request a universal plug, but Rochel, an amazing and accommodating butler, provided one for us. Check-in host Ella went above and beyond to organize a birthday setup I personally requested the day after our arrival, although it was not ready upon our arrival. We did not receive the typical hotel welcome bag or goodies, but we did receive champagne. One standout bartender was Allison, who was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout. Albert, the cook, personally brought island goodies to us. Mark at the Hurricane restaurant was outstanding—he offered fantastic recommendations and put a lot of love into his drinks, suggesting different places to visit. Hilda at the Man restaurant consistently checked on us whenever she saw us waiting, even while managing her own tables. One morning, we waited over 30 minutes before anyone attended to us, but Hilda continued to check on us despite her busy workload. The management finally approached us on the last day to apologize—just moments before we checked out, after a series of less-than-ideal experiences.

My first experience at this resort was neither enjoyable nor memorable. I came to relax and celebrate my birthday with some fun in the sun, but unfortunately, the staff showed little care and did not address my concerns. For the amount of money I paid to stay for three days, the room accommodations and service were completely unacceptable. This was a horrible experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Wish I could leave a 0 star rating instead.

We have had the most wonderful experience at the Zoetry. The resort is intimate, a great location, and the service makes the experience above and beyond. This review deserves a special shout out to Jayan, who was the absolute best bartender, with impeccable service and the best skills. The resort also boasts Alison, who had impeccable service and exceptional attention to detail, and an amazing butler staff, including Rochel and Gimel, that made our stay perfect. We highly recommend this resort for any other couples, looking for an intimate resort in the perfect location.

I came here for a birthday trip with my boyfriend and our four friends. Zoetry Marigot Bay and St. Lucia genuinely exceeded my expectations. I had booked and afterwards read some concerning reviews, but once I got here, the staff, food, and overall atmosphere put all of those worries to rest. The food at all restaurants, but especially the pool bar, were amazing. The pools felt clean, towels were well stocked, and beach chairs were available. I think it may depend on the time of year you come that determines how busy it is. The beach across the way was a plus. This island is stunning and its people follow. Alison at the swim up bar was amazing. Claudis who checked us in was amazing. Peter on the ATV tour to his plantation was amazing. Do not hesitate. Put your trust in this resort and it will come back to you. #notapaidreview This is coming from someone who cares maybe too much about what other people say! Thank you!

Sandals Halcyon Beach is an enchanting all-inclusive, adults-only resort located in Saint Lucia. Nestled amidst a tropical paradise, the resort offers a serene and intimate sanctuary with pristine beaches, lush palm trees, and picturesque mountain views. It is the smallest and most affordable of the three Sandals resorts on the island, providing a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle.
Just returned from a recent stay at the Halcyon. This is our second stay at a Sandals resort and would return to a Sandals again. The quality and standard of accommodation, the complex itself and the food and drinks, are excellent. Location is beautiful. Rooms are very spacious, beds are reasonably comfortable. Pool areas are absolutely beautiful, it was like getting into a warm bath surrounded by the most beautiful tropical setting! We visited in low season and were unaware of some restaurant limitations due to decreased occupancy. This did make organising evening food a little more difficult than I would’ve liked. But the food itself was absolutely beautiful in all restaurants. I would like to thank Veneczia (sp?) and Junior for making our last evening meal an extra special one. Thank you.

Halcyon is a quiet little garden-like resort with beautiful bay views and excellent staff. However, it is very close to a major road and the traffic can be heard from all pools. It is a long drive to the airport, so take the optional ferry or helicopter. It's worth it. We were here in July for a week and would definitely visit again. Of the 3 Sandals resorts on St. Lucia, this one was the most laid back and that's what we were going for on this trip. Bring your own snorkel gear, though, it's not provided. And bring a noise maker for sleeping or the roosters and night frogs will keep you up! Make sure you get breakfast at Kelly's. Otherwise, very enjoyable experience!

Left the resort just a few days ago. It was wonderful. We were traveling with another couple and we all enjoyed our 7 nights. Staff was excellent, food was decent to excellent (lots depending on your taste) and location was nice. Guys played golf, ladies enjoyed spa (lavender massage) and we took the free shuttle over to Sandals Grand 3 days to check out that resort too. Loved the included free snorkeling each day. For excursions onsite - book the gourmet catamaran cruise. More $ than regular one, but great food and only 20 people max. The swim up bars are fun, beach was decent although Grand was a bit nicer.

My husband I went here to celebrate his birthday. Natalie from the celebration team went above and beyond helping me with surprises for him throughout our stay. They decorated the room with blue rose petals and left champagne. On his birthday the room was decorated again and he had a cake and champagne. We also had a private dinner on the beach which was really nice. The room was a little smaller than I had expected but we were close to the main pool and all the activities. We did participate in some of the activities like a Martini night at the club, jewelry making, steel drum classes, and water workouts. We tried all the restaurants except the French one. We ate breakfast every day at Kelly's Dockside everything was really good. We enjoyed Phil at the Hibachi restaurant he made everything very entertaining. Dinner at Mario's, Kelly's Dockside, and Soy was good. The lunch buffet changes everyday we only went there for the Asian food day and it was good. The other days we enjoyed room service, the Pizza truck, and the Beach Café. There were a lot of talented vendors and we brought home some very unique handmade souvenirs. We did opt to take the helicopter from the Airport to the resort side of the island. It was worth it to get our vacation started faster. There were a lot of complaints from people that took the long bus journey. We also opted to take a private car transfer back to the airport at the end of the journey. That was well worth it, it only took an hour and we enjoyed the views of the island. I did take away 1 star for service because of the housekeeping issues. It rained one day and there was no housekeeping. The rest of the trip it was very inconsistent when they would come. Things were not refilled without us asking for it. We had to go and ask for towels and drinks, and glasses on several occasions. Other than that everyone was very kind and helpful. I did get a happiness vibe from every employee. All of the waitstaff, and bar tenders were very attentive and provided excellent service. It was a wonderful experience and we really did appreciate all the celebrations team did for us.

We had our wedding at Sandals Halcyon Beach, and it was absolutely perfect! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The resort itself is stunning — so peaceful, romantic, and beautifully maintained — but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible staff. A huge thank you to Shandulla, Elizabeth, and the entire wedding team for making our dream day come true. They were organized, kind, and went above and beyond to make every detail flawless. We never had to worry about a thing — they handled everything with such care and professionalism. We also want to give special thanks to Venecia and the amazing hotel team for their exceptional hospitality throughout our stay. Every staff member we met was so friendly and welcoming, and they truly made us feel at home. If you’re thinking about having a destination wedding, Sandals Halcyon Beach is the place to do it. Beautiful resort, wonderful people, and memories we’ll treasure forever! 🌴💍❤️

10/10 recommend. The rooms are rooms, I didn’t spent too much time in mine. The staff is amazing. Dylan & Jenson made my entire trip! My husband was unable to attend our trip last minute but I still had so much fun. Every staff member was kind, helpful, friendly, fun, accommodating & so much more! Make sure you bring cash, USD for local vendors, tours (not sponsored by sandals) & gratuity for outside tours. Attend & participate in all the sandals events. And having fun with the other guests & employees is so couch fun!

Amazing get away! We started with helicopter transfer from UVF airport which gave sweeping views of the island. Upon arrival we were greeted with warm towels to refresh and offered a cold beverage. We had a small mishap with booking (our fault) which was taken care of by Venecia, Director of Operations, quickly and seamlessly. Butler service with Sam, Vito and Shervon made the stay more than exceptional including a special lunch and dinner on our wedding anniversary. Poolside entertainment with Sam was top notch and she made our experience the best it could possibly be with games, music and fun times. Pool bartenders did a great job and had drinks refilled immediately. Try the piña colada with shot of espresso! 5/5 would do again.

A beautiful place with a lovely friendly atmosphere. Not too crowded which meant all facilities were readily available. The choice of restaurants was great and all the staff were extremely helpful especially Berthelina who looked after us at breakfast. The raft trip was great and relaxing and the speed boat trip to the Pitons was fantastic.

Cap Maison Resort & Spa is a chic boutique hotel located in the swanky Cap Estate, just a short drive from Rodney Bay. The resort offers an intimate stay with 50 guest rooms and suites set within lush landscaped gardens on a former sugar plantation. Guests can enjoy top amenities such as a private dining deck, hiking and running club, wind surfing, and even a Champagne zip line. The resort also boasts a private beach, live entertainment, dining options, bars, and an outdoor pool.
What an extraordinary experience! Though my stay was brief, the impact was profound and lasting. From the moment I arrived, I was treated to exceptional hospitality that truly set this hotel apart. The staff was absolutely phenomenal – their attention to detail, genuine warmth, and dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and made me feel like a valued guest throughout my entire stay. The culinary experience was nothing short of spectacular. Every meal was expertly crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients and presented beautifully. The flavors were remarkable, and the dining experience elevated my entire stay. What impressed me most was how this hotel managed to create such a memorable experience in such a short time. The seamless blend of luxury amenities, impeccable service, and attention to the little details that matter most made this stay truly special. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a premium experience, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Thank you for creating such wonderful memories!

We spent our honeymoon at Cap Maison and absolutely loved it. The Junior Suite was perfect—panoramic views, peaceful atmosphere, and a massive porch where we spent hours soaking it all in. The resort is gorgeous with Mediterranean architecture, lush gardens, and a quiet, relaxing pool area. The private beach and The Naked Fisherman bar were highlights, as was the small but excellent spa (my wife went three times!). Service was mostly great, though a few staff interactions felt off. A bigger issue: housekeeping left our door unlocked more than once, which was concerning. Also had a strange experience being asked to stop smoking in a cigar-approved area, which felt inconsistent. Bring strong bug spray—the bugs were intense by week’s end. But the food and wine? Incredible. Every meal impressed, and the staff behind the restaurants were warm, passionate, and top-tier. Despite a few hiccups, Cap Maison made for an unforgettable honeymoon, and we’d happily return.

From beginning to end, this hotel is absolutely magical. Check in: Upon arrival, staff immediately greeted us when we stepped out the vehicle. We were presented with a welcome drink in a comfortable lobby area to go over check in procedures. Credit card I used (Amex) comes with an upgrade upon arrival when available; they didn't have one available, however, the staff was apologetic and worked diligently to find an upgrade for me, which happened one day prior to my departure. The point is, they didn't have to do that but they went above and beyond to upgrade us even if it came later during the stay. Rooms: Ok now the room(s) were very quiet, spacious and peaceful. Our original room was a junior suite with a partial ocean view which had a balcony. That room was very spacious. Our upgraded villa was astonishing to say the least, enormous which had a pool on the rooftop. Now, the property looks immaculate as they do a good job with upkeep and updating it, however, the wear and tear shows in some of the fixtures through the room. Not a huge deal, very minor stuff. Again a beautiful property throughout. Restaurant: The property only has two restaurants, the main one by the main pool overlooking the ocean, The Cliff at Cap, which is where you have breakfast and a formal dinner (have to dress up). We had breakfast here which was pretty decent and didn't get to have dinner as they were closed on Tuesday (the day we planned on going there). The Naked Fisherman, a casual beach vibe type of restaurant, is located on the beach. Beware the Naked Fisherman you have do go down/climb up about 91 stairs to get to and from. Food there is pretty decent from burgers to lobster. Staff at both restaurants were amazing, they took the time to remember our names, ask about our day and crafted a personalized experience for us. Pool/grounds: The main pool is rather small but this is more of a posh hotel and focuses on quality over quantity. Main pool has two levels with the pool at the top level being as deep as 14 feet where as pool below was about 4 feet deep. Main pool area was very quiet and relaxing. Now there is another pool in the courtyard area that's simply for quiet, relaxation. Good to have those options. Oh they do have a wine cellar where they do tastings and experiences. Staff: Every staff member greets you with a smile. From the groundskeepers, housekeepers, maintenance, random people you pass were all pleasant and approachable. Fantastic staff! No major issues/challenges, nothing to really complain about directly related to us (my wife and I). Very very minor stuff that was fixed on the spot. If issues arose they went out of their way to make it right (we traveled with family that had some pretty big issues in their room, but manager made them whole). Overall: I would definitely stay here again. We went early Oct because we love traveling off peak where there are very minimal crowds, I literally felt like I had the resort to myself. The resort did start to get busy when we were about to leave. I believe low season is from Aug-Oct. Now also beware of low season, a great amount of the restaurants in nearby town of Gros Islet/Rodney Bay are closed.

We first stayed at Cap Maison Resort & Spa in St. Lucia 15 years ago as a couple and loved it. Returning now with our 8-year-old daughter, it somehow exceeded every memory. The food, service, and ocean-view villas with pool are outstanding, but it’s the warm, genuine staff that make Cap Maison truly unforgettable. They treat you like family, anticipate every need, and create an atmosphere that’s both luxurious and deeply personal. Easily one of the most special places to stay in St. Lucia—perfect for couples, families, and anyone who loves boutique Caribbean resorts that get it right every time.

4-night stay here in late May with the 'Cap it all' package and we couldn't have asked for more. Food: The Cliff was just exceptional. Lunch and supper were excellent, with a new menu for supper daily. Watching the sunset in the bar before supper was a highlight, strongly recommend doing this! Naked Fisherman. We ate here less as we loved the Cliff so much, but it was still great. The short Rib Burrito was especially nice! You couldn't ask for more from a beach bar/restaurant. There was slightly inconsistent service when it came to drinks service on the sun loungers, but ultimately it took 2-mins to visit the bar yourself and be served. Rooms: We'd booked a Spanish courtyard suite, but were upgraded to a Sea view villa I think it was called, which was a nice surprise. The balconies overlooking the sea and gardens were huge. Inside was equally huge, complete with amazing showers, comfy sofas, and a lovely bed. Cap it all: We couldn't recommend this enough, almost all of the menu items included. Only the odd item at the Fisherman was excluded... Our main concern was the wine by the glass, this turned out to be fine, as the choice of wine was excellent and service was so swift, no we were never left with an empty glass. I really hope we can visit again, as everything at Cap Maison was done so well. It's almost certainly the best hotel we've ever visited. Thank you also to the staff, who were all lovely too.

Cap Maison shifted how I viewed and appreciated St. Lucia. From touchdown to takeoff, Ross, Tricia, and their team made everything effortless and warm. As we marked a few personal milestones, they elevated every detail, making each moment our own and making us feel at home, all while caring beautifully for our crew we traveled with as well. 11 out of ten. They deepened our love for the island’s beauty, quiet intrigue, and graceful hospitality. We will definitely plan to return and share the experience with friends and family. Thank you, Ross, Tricia, and the entire Cap Maison Family!

Thank you all at the Cap Maison! We had an amazing stay at your Resort in June. The professionalism, kindness and genuine friendliness of all the staff was really commendable. The whole ethos of the Resort is spot on! The food was absolutely delicious! Our compliments to the Chef and all the restaurant staff. Hope to visit again!

Just finished a 4 night stay here. Let me start off by saying the rooms, grounds, and amenities were incredible. The landscape design and chirping tree frogs at night were magical. The food at the restaurants was some of the best I’ve had anywhere in the world. The only complaint I had is the staff. We stayed in the rooftop villa suite #50. Every morning and night we walked past the front desk staff and they wouldn’t even look up from their computers. If we said hi we’d get a hello out of them. Otherwise we were ignored. For a 5 star resort with these prices it was disappointing.

Nestled on the northwest coast of St. Lucia, Windjammer Landing Villa Beach Resort offers a relaxed and upscale all-inclusive experience. The Mediterranean-style complex features stylish accommodations, including top-end villas with luxurious amenities. With six swimming pools, a water sports center, tennis courts, and a well-appointed spa, there's no shortage of activities for guests to enjoy. The resort caters to couples seeking romantic getaways as well as families looking for unforgettable vacations with kids.
What an incredible holiday! The service at Windjammer was truly outstanding unlike anything I’ve experienced before. From the shuttle drivers to the reception team, the wait staff and the kids club crew everyone went above and beyond with a genuine smile. Kienan at the beach was fantastic always ready with a drink or a bite to eat just when you needed it. Cristina and her team at the kids club were amazing our children loved it so much they never wanted to leave. We also enjoyed a romantic and relaxing couples spa treatment that was simply perfect and Mikada at Dragonfly absolutely exceptional! Honestly I can’t fault a single thing about the service. I’ve stayed at other five-star resorts and had started to think true five-star service was a thing of the past, but this place has completely restored my faith. Windjammer is a real gem that deserves every bit of praise. The beach was stunning and the views from the hilltop were breathtaking. A truly memorable experience from start to finish. We never go to the same place twice but this is most definitely a place to add to the list to come again too.

We stayed in a three-bedroom, three-bath cabana at Windjammer, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The cabana was very spacious, with each bedroom on a different floor, giving everyone their own sense of privacy. Having our own private pool overlooking the stunning views made the stay feel extra special. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. One memorable touch was finding a slice of chocolate cake in the fridge to celebrate my daughter’s birthday—it was such a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot. The location of the resort was also excellent. It’s close to town, which made getting around very convenient, and it was easy to head out for excursions. The beach on property was beautiful, and I really enjoyed the variety and quality of the restaurants. That said, the cabana itself could use some upkeep. The rooms were clean, but the exterior walls definitely showed wear with flaking paint and areas needing repair. Also, while most of the restaurants offered great service, one bar/restaurant in particular seemed understaffed and it was difficult to get help there compared to the rest of the resort. Despite those minor drawbacks, the positives far outweighed them. Between the spacious cabana, the breathtaking views, the friendly staff, and the perfect location, I would definitely recommend Windjammer Resort and look forward to staying there again.

5 stars for a gorgeous room, relaxing resort atmosphere, great excursion, good food, and amazing staff! Overall, Windjammer is a great resort for anyone seeking to relax. It is a quiet and picturesque escape not terribly far from the airport, with a great location on the beach (and also on a mountain). Had a perfect experience at the Windjammer resort from the moment we were picked up by Zion at the airport. He was immediately friendly, gave us some history about the island, and navigated us through the winding streets quickly during a beautiful sunset. The staff in the beautiful lobby are professional and go out of their way to be kind - Thaddeus especially (spelling might be wrong, so sorry!) always greeted us by name and with an excited wave when we walked through. Dee, one of the Ambassadors, was super helpful in booking us reservations at the delicious restaurants, and escorting us to where we needed to be (especially when we got lost on the property). Kizzie convinced us to book the day-long boat tour excursion and it wound up being one of the best days of our trip, she was very knowledgeable about all the options on the resort and other fun things to do outside of the resort. Wendy at the Jammers restaurant made our first meal extra special with laughter and good food. And lastly, the housekeeping and maintenance staff were very attentive and responsive as well. Made a point to try and remember everyone who made our trip so special. I've never felt so at peace on a vacation, and I would recommend Windjammer to anyone seeking to go to St. Lucia or anywhere in the Caribbean!

Our stay at Windjammer was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, every member of the team made us feel valued, welcomed, and completely cared for. Housekeeping, especially Mrs. Pearl, ensured our villa was always beautiful and comfortable. Room Service, with warm and attentive service from Travis, was wonderful. The Butler team, including Kurnisha, Dustan, Marcus, and Ian, went above and beyond, anticipating every need and making our stay effortless. The Serene Spa staff created such a peaceful and rejuvenating atmosphere. Luciyann was incredibly kind and helpful, and our massage therapist, Herbert, provided incredible care. His massages were phenomenal, and he made sure both myself and my guest felt relaxed, refreshed, and truly pampered during each treatment. Our villa made our stay absolutely perfect. Villa 616 was breathtaking, with sweeping ocean views and unforgettable sunrises and sunsets. The recent resort upgrades are stunning, and the attention to detail throughout the property reflects a true luxury experience. Windjammer feels every bit like a five star resort, and more importantly, it retains the warmth, heart, and personalized care that make it truly special. We were very sad to leave, and we are already counting down the days until we return in 2026. Thank you again for another magical and memorable stay. We are deeply grateful.

If I could give 20 stars I would. Not only did we hear from previous and current visitors that Windjammer Landing was the best, but we saw it for ourselves. The service is bar none! The location is fantastic! The food and drinks are delicious and its just such a gorgeous resort. When you take an excursion (highly recommend the boat excursion with Louis) you will see just how fantastic the Windjammer is. The service - everyone and I mean everyone is exceptional. I have to call out a few favorites though: Anifa (a waitress at the Dragonfly) is phenomenal! She treated us like family any time we saw her, even if she wasn't waiting on our table. Terence (probably spelled that incorrectly) is the manager and he was so thoughtful and great. Keenan and Brandon (the beach drink runners) were so so soooo sweet and helpful! And finally John, our ambassador, was wonderful. I'm missing so many names and friendly faces but I tell you they were all wonderful and I will absolutely be staying there again! Cheers from the Mallory Girls (aka Campbell). We loved it and will be back.

This is my first time ever leaving a review but I just had to let everyone know how amazing this place is! The location is stunning, the food tastes amazing but the service is what put it over the top for me! From check-in to check-out we were treated like royalty. Anifa took such good care of us at our meals that we wanted to bring her home. She was so professional passionate about her job! Keenan was our cabana server on the beach and he was also amazing! We never wanted for anything the entire week. If you visit you must take the boat excursion with Louis to the volcano mud baths, waterfall and snorkeling. It was the highlight of my trip. We will definitely be returning to Windjammer St. Lucia!

Shermarrah, Crestal, Jonathan, Yohana, Zinzani, Mimose & Lessar. My breakfast crew Lawrence, Katasha & Bentley always with a smile and attentiveness. This hotel it’s the perfect accommodation for families, couples or solo travelers like myself.

The most wonderful experience! My boyfriend’s grandparents have a timeshare here and they brought me on the yearly trip. They have been going here for 30 years if that says anything about how amazing it is. We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa with private plunge pool. I included pictures and videos below. This resort is so beautiful. The staff is incredibly friendly. There are restaurants on the resort with some of the tastiest foods! Some of my favorite highlights are the private beach, hammocks in the water, walk up bars, pool area, massage spa, yoga room and gym, and Jammers bar. This is the place to stay if you’re traveling to Saint Lucia.

Ti Kaye Resort & Spa is a secluded and romantic adults-only retreat perched on a cliff overlooking the stunning Anse Cochon cove in Saint Lucia. The resort features 33 oceanview cottages with private gardens, outdoor showers, and spacious balconies offering panoramic sea views. Guests can enjoy amenities such as two restaurants, a bar, an outdoor pool, a spa, and yoga classes.
This was the perfect resort for our honeymoon. Slightly secluded, the location offers peace and a lot of natural beauty. We loved the water hammocks in the sea and outdoor shower in our room. We also loved the spa and felt like the therapists were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful and helped us book extra excursions. The food was amazing and my gluten free husband was able to enjoy healthy and flavorful food. The road right before the resort is a bit rough, but going slow was fine. I would recommend this resort!

We had the best time at Ti Kaye for our honeymoon. The resort is absolutely beautiful. You will wake up and eat your meals looking out on a stunning cove. Its a smaller resort so it never really feels crowded. The snorkeling in the bay is fantastic as were all of our meals at the resort. Land excursions can be a bit long as Ti Kaye is more secluded but the trade off is a wonderful bay to snorkel in and what feels like your private beach. The staff was fantastic, friendly and become your friends (especially after the rum tasting). We can't wait to come back!
Payton B — Google review
We had a great stay here. The property is beautiful and by the beach. The staff was helpful and friendly. They also offer many activities (at a price) like diving, snorkelling and Kayaking. Only thing is the resort is a bit far from the nearest town, so if you need to go to town or a grocery store, it is 30-40 mins away. The food was okay, they have two restaurants but only one is open all week for all meals, so you have no option but to eat there. The food itself was not that great, I do believe the food taste can be improved and more diversity can be added to the menu. But the food has gluten free options.

We stayed at Ti Kaye for our anniversary and it was a beautiful trip! The resort arranged round trip airport transportation for us and communicated well through email prior to our arrival. Service was great and the food was wonderful. We booked a room with the private plunge pool and it was so worth it! The resort is well maintained and rooms were very clean. There were multiple excursions available to book and access to the beach was easy. The resort is small and quiet, with limited amount of guests and onsite activities but exactly what we were looking for on our relaxing trip. I would definitely recommend this resort if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation!

Couldn't have asked for anything more for our Honeymoon! Great resort with excellent staff, food, drinks, and beach. My wife and I came here for our honeymoon and loved every second of our stay. The staff was friendly and truly made us feel special every second of our stay. This resort was very low key and only holds approximately 33 cottages which allowed for a very intimate experience. We knew a lot of staff by name, and they were very friendly. With the all inclusive package we ate like royalty every day, almost to a fault. The beach was spectacular and snorkeling was included with our all inclusive package. The water was crystal clear! The wine tasting was very fun, and you will end up tipsy at least. I will say if you are looking to party this is not the place for you. All bars close by 10:30pm, which allows you to get to bed early to enjoy the next day, but not stay up late and drink. If I had to say one negative, that would be the drive in and out. The resort is about an hour and a half from the airport and the island roads are rough and curvy. Overall we could not complain, we loved every second of our 5 night trip and will definitely be back!
Jordan K — Google review
We visited using their day passes, which are a great way to visit the best beach in all of St Lucia. The day pass is $10US per person and includes parking, beach chairs and is credited towards food and drinks at the bar on the beach (which are great). One of the best spots on the island to snorkel, but beware of boats bringing cruise passengers in the afternoon. Best time to visit is in the morning or late afternoon.
Ilya B — Google review
This place is great for a relaxing couples get away. It is adults only so it was very quiet. We spent our honeymoon here and it was wonderful. The food was beyond delicious. Be prepared for a lot of steps since it's on the cliffs. It was great to be able to order from the beach, pool or our room. The app is a little wonky so make sure to check with the front desk when booking/requesting anything. The best part though was Vincia! She is the wonderful bartender at the cliffside bar. She makes fantastic drinks and is so fun to talk to. My husband and I were there after dinner every night.
Brooke C — Google review
We split our honeymoon between two resorts in St Lucia. The villa we stayed in here had incredible views and the resort felt mostly very quiet and secluded which was exactly what we wanted. However, the excursions listed on the website are completely out of date and the prices are not accurate. In addition, the resort app during our stay would show things on the schedule (e.g. special seafood dinner/roast, live entertainment) that wasn’t actually happening, so that was a major letdown every time. I felt that communication regarding resort activities was severely lacking. They were doing construction on the resort beach hut which disturbed the peacefulness of the beach as well - this was not communicated to us in advance. Overall, incredible resort but quality of communication was lacking.

Nestled in Rodney Bay Village, the Coco Palm Resort offers a luxurious experience with its French Creole decor and top-notch amenities. The resort provides various unique room options, including poolside access and garden-facing rooms for added privacy. Guests can savor local flavors at the Ti Banane fine dining restaurant or opt for a more laid-back experience at the Creole Grill & Brown Sugar Bar.
We’ve just done 5 nights through BA holidays at Coco Palm - we had a superb time. In the heart of Rodney Bay with the beach a 5 minute walk away and the Marina 25 minutes walk, the mall / shops literally a stones throw. We had a swim up room which was huge, really comfortable, well maintained and clean. What really stood out here was the friendliness of the staff and the food. We were all inclusive and said from the start that we’d go out maybe 2/3 of the evenings. There was no point as the food was so good, varied menu and decent service. Decent breakfast too. The pool area is a decent size - we had no issues finding beds both in the sun / shade. All in all a very positive stay and we will return again. Big shout out to Rakeem and Bryan at the bar.

For the second year in a row, The Misfits Rugby Team had the pleasure of staying at Coco Palm, and once again, it was an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The pool was always clean and inviting, and even though there were small renovations happening, they never interfered with our stay. The bar kept the drinks flowing, and the atmosphere was always lively. One of the highlights for us has always been the breakfast menu , fresh fruits and hearty meals that kept our team energized for tournament play. Coco Palm truly took care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. We also had the chance to go on the Carnival Sunset Cruise, which was absolutely unforgettable. The staff onboard were incredibly accommodating, the views were stunning, and the dancing was nonstop fun. Our tip: do the sunset cruise before dinner — it’s the perfect way to spend an evening. Thanks to the warmth and care from the Coco Palm staff, we were able to focus on our games and bring home the title once again — now 4x champions! We’re grateful for the hospitality and look forward to our next visit. — The Misfits Rugby Team

I had a brilliant stay at Coco Palm. I was welcomed with a rum punch and my room was ready early which I really appreciated. The room was spacious and clean, with a very comfy bed. The air conditioning was perfect and the room was quiet. The pool area was very relaxing, and the sunbeds were the comfiest I’ve ever used! Very thick padding with long towels provided which cover the entire bed - a nice touch which I’ve not seen before. The food was of a high quality with generous portions, and the cocktail menu was extensive, with happy hour 4-6. Finally, and most importantly, the team were very friendly and helpful. Simone, the manager, was lovely and the rest of her team were brilliant. I’ll definitely be choosing Coco Palm next time I’m in Saint Lucia.

We had an amazing stay at Coco Palm in Rodney Bay. The convenience of the location was Amazing. The mall, just a 2 minute walk. The Friday night Party, just a 5 minute car ride. Just perfect! The best part was the hospitality we recieved while here. It was 5 Star! They made us feel like family. Newly renovated and super clean. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a stay in the middle of Rodney!

I recently returned to Coco for another brilliant stay, this time while attending a wedding. Having stayed here three times now, I can confidently say I’ll be back again. The staff always make me feel welcome, and it’s lovely to see familiar faces who have been part of the team for years. Special thanks to Garnet, who went above and beyond as a waitress—she made sure my vegan breakfast was prepared on my last day, even when the kitchen thought I’d already checked out. Malika, who is currently training behind the bar, was also outstanding and very attentive. The rooms have recently been renovated and I hear the bathrooms are scheduled for refurbishment next year. Coco keeps getting better and is a wonderful place to stay.

The hotel is small and not located on the beach. When we arrived, we were greeted kindly. The rooms are comfortable, although a bit lacking in renovation. The breakfast is okay, but unremarkable and unchanging. The service isn't the best. Customer service for foreigners needs to be improved. I had to be begging the servers to serve me some coffee. When they finally did, I had finished my breakfast.

I had a wonderful experience at this resort. Absolutely beautiful and charming. It was right in the middle of local shops, restaurants and a shopping center. I was able to branch out of the resort, I felt super safe. The beach is also like a 5 minute walk, there are locals that sell fruits and drinks on the beach which is super convenient. My room was clean and comfortable. I had a swim up room which I loved. They cleaned the pool everyday which was nice. Overall I loved my stay here.

Thank you so much, Coco Palm! This was the Misfits Rugby team’s second time staying with you, and once again, it was nothing short of amazing. From the delicious buffet breakfasts to the warm and welcoming staff, and the one-of-a-kind cocktails at the bar — everything was exceptional and we were safe. Coco Palm is always our first choice when visiting St. Lucia, and we’re so grateful for how well you accommodated our team. Thank you for the unforgettable memories — we truly appreciate it!

Nestled on the shores of Bonaire Bay, Calabash Cove Resort & Spa is a luxurious boutique hotel offering 26 suites with private plunge pools and outdoor rain showers. The Balinese-inspired Waters Edge cottages provide stunning sunset views and tranquility. Guests can enjoy the panoramic Windsong Restaurant, two waterfront bars, an infinity pool, and a spa offering in-room treatments using local ingredients.
Reply:: I just wanted to reply back to the comment from the resort. I’m not sure what you mean by us having the do not disturb sign up for long periods of time because that’s absolutely untrue. We received service every single day that we were there, they came in cleaned the room every single day & restocked the refrigerator. But that doesn’t have anything to do with the AC leaking in the room or the tiles falling off in the pool, but I’m glad to hear that y’all have fixed the problem since we stayed two weeks ago We receive five star service absolutely no complaints. Everybody was so kind and welcoming. We would most definitely stay here again. The food and drinks daily was delicious. We had the all exclusive and stayed in the cottage with private pool & outdoor shower , that was definitely a huge bonus and very much recommend recommended everyone was exceptional. Sophia and Teddy just happened to stand out the most, and we love them!! The only thing I would suggest is there should definitely be a few upgrades made. We stayed in cottage three which is directly aligned with the gazebo so there’s absolutely no privacy if they’re having a private dinner or someone’s out there taking pictures or having a massage, that happened three of the times we were there so that was a little uncomfortable and then the small blue tiles inside the pool were falling off, also the AC in the room leaked pretty much the whole time we were there.

Wonderful resort!! We spent 5 days at Calabash Cove for our honeymoon. We stayed in a pool walk-out room and it was so quiet and wonderful to be able to just walk out to the pool. The staff was wonderful and helpful, and gave great suggestions of things to do around the island! The front desk was able to schedule transportation for us; you can't walk anywhere from the resort so you'll always be at least a 15 minute drive from things. However, the resort has a lot to do! Kayaks, paddle boards, anchored floating things in the ocean to relax on, pool, spa, boat rides, etc. the food was also delicious. it felt like most of the guests at the resort we're also recently married couples like us! They even have a library full of books to borrow! Can't recommend calabash cove enough for a nice, relaxing week!

Had the most wonderful honeymoon experience here in May 2025. The beachside cabin was an unbelievable experience and we would highly recommend. It came with it's own plunge pool and the room itself had A/C, which was much needed after being outside in the St. Lucian sun. Also, the outdoor shower was a nice touch and from our cabin we had a beautiful view of the beach. We loved all of the food from the Windsong restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We had the Breakfast Only plan but definitely didn't feel the need to get the All Inclusive despite having drinks with most meals - we ended up saving a lot of money but up to you if want the peace of mind and eat/drink a fair share. Also, the view from the top of the lobby/restaurant cannot be beat. The amenities along the beach, the spa, the gym (while limited, it definitely gets the job done) are all great perks. We had a private dinner scheduled for the pier one night but since it rained, they put us under a covered patio on the beach (which was just as great!). The one thing that put this hotel over the top and beyond 5 stars is THE STAFF. We knew going in we wanted a boutique experience that was personalized to us for our honeymoon. Not only did we get that, but we got the most friendly, personable waiters, bartenders, and front desk staff you can imagine. Everyone was amazing but special shout outs to Christian, Shanelle, Michael, Travis, Sandy, Teddy, Rohan, and many more I'm missing since it's been several months. You all truly made our stay here amazing! We hope to make it back here sometime again in the future.

We loved visiting Calabash Cove. It's in a more busy area of the island, but once you turn off the highway, it's like you're on your own little island. The beach was perfect, the pool view was amazing, and the food was great. Get a spa treatment while you're there- the spa sampler was beyond worth every penny.

Our stay at Calabash Cove Resort has been nothing short of amazing! 🌴 From the breathtaking views from our cottage to the delicious food and fabulous spa treatments, every detail is top notch. What truly sets this resort apart is the incredible staff. Christian, Donna, Joaquin, Milan, and Michael made us feel so welcome, and the management team—Rohan, Keir, Cools and Konrad—went above and beyond to ensure our experience was amazing. We truly appreciated the Mgmt cocktail hour. This is truly a 5-star resort, and we can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking for a relaxing, romantic, and luxurious getaway!

While planning for our anniversary getaway, Calabash Cove stood out for its great reviews, so our expectations were high coming in - and our expectations were met or exceeded in every way. It is the ideal resort for people who are looking for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We really liked having the bed and breakfast package as a more budget-friendly option instead of all-inclusive. If you don't plan to drink a lot of booze, or if you want to eat off-resort, it's a great choice. But there's no need to eat anywhere else, because the restaurant was outstanding. Every meal was delicious, and there was plenty of variety with the daily specials. The live music every night was fun and added to the experience. The restaurant would benefit from some ceiling fans to make dining a little more comfortable in the evening when the wind dies down. We stayed in Cottage 1, which is at the northern end of the property and provides total privacy, surrounded by lush vegetation and away from walking paths. The plunge pool and outdoor shower were highlights. The cottage's lounge area, where the TV is located, is not air conditioned. There is a ceiling fan, but it's really too small for the space - I recommend that they upgrade to larger fans. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful - particularly Travis, who made our anniversary dinner in the gazebo very special. The little touches impressed us, like the glasses of rum punch at our arrival, and the complimentary bottle of champagne and special decorations in our room for our anniversary. The couple's massage at our cottage was wonderful. The landscaping was gorgeous, and the beach area was well maintained with plenty of seating and hammocks. We enjoyed using the kayaks and snorkeling gear - there's a good snorkeling area on the north end of the beach area that is more rocky than right in front of the beach where we saw a variety of colorful fish and sea urchins. If we ever return to St. Lucia, we would absolutely stay at Calabash Cove again.

I spent my 40th birthday here on Sep 11, and I couldn’t have chosen a more magical place to mark a milestone. It was everything I had dreamed of and so much more. Quiet, intimate, serene, and breathtakingly beautiful. The staff were warm and welcoming, the service was outstanding, and the concierge went above and beyond to make my stay seamless. I stayed in Cottage 1, and unlike the cliche modern resort vibe, it felt like a cozy cabin home but in front of a beach! Absolutely WOW! I felt so much joy reconnecting with nature, reading my book while sipping multiple fruit punch smoothies a day, surrounded by peace and beauty. This was an unforgettable experience, and God willing, I’ll be back next year to share it with my mother. 🌸✨ I stayed for 5 nights and I had an all inclusive package.

We had arrived from a LONG day of traveling and we were greeted with a smile and a wet towel. When checking in Karen heard us talking about how hungry we were and they grabbed us some plaintain chips and beer, very sweet. She walked us to our room down quite a few stairs which is completely fine (I only mention stairs if you prefer elevators and no stairs). I’m a travel agent and had mentioned it was our anniversary so when we got in the room they had decorated with balloons and a bottle of champagne. Again, very sweet. Our view was amazing and this place has very many great views. We were able to splurge on a swim up suite which was well worth it. We had room 101 one which as someone else had mentioned that sometimes in the morning it can be loud because it must be below the kitchen. Dinner was disappointing, bland, but my banana flambé for dessert made up for it. One of the best desserts I’ve ever had! First night much like the rest we slept like babies. It’s a very quiet resort. We went in late June so not their busiest time anyway. My husband loved how quiet and peaceful it was. We met a few younger couples there on their honeymoon not just older couples. Breakfast took a while the first day but not the rest of the stay. Not uncommon as we learned eating other places. We had the pleasure of meeting Kevin at the front desk/concierge who has a big smile and personality. Most of the time the staff can make or break you, they’re making it for this place! Jachiome (pronounced Jaoquin) at the bar is easy on the eyes and great to talk to! Ladies he’s single haha Small private beach was heavenly and no need to fight for a cabana! There are 3 down there. There’s also kayaks, paddle boards and these little floaters you can hang out in. They keep the beach clean. Only negatives was the toilet would run constantly so we flushed it taking the back cover off lol The bathroom floor was always wet too but not sure where the water was coming from, it wasn’t the toilet. The loud kitchen banging in the morning and the food was mediocre. For us, these are small things because nothing is perfect. We had a great time and thank you again to the staff!

St. James's Club Morgan Bay in St. Lucia is a laid-back, all-inclusive resort with a family-friendly vibe and good food selection. The resort offers various amenities including six restaurants, six bars, four outdoor pools, and four tennis courts. It provides easy access to facilities with good paths for pushchairs and has decent watersports options available.
My recent stay at St. James's Club Morgan Bay in the breathtaking island of St. Lucia was an experience beyond my wildest dreams. From the moment I set foot on the resort, I was greeted with warm smiles and a sense of tranquility that stayed with me throughout the journey. One of the standout features of this remarkable resort was the continuous entertainment offered throughout the day. Furthermore, the availability of free water sports activities added a thrilling dimension to my stay. The rooms at St. James's Club Morgan Bay were a haven of comfort and elegance. With stunning views of the ocean and meticulously designed interiors, each room felt like a luxurious retreat. The attention to detail, coupled with modern amenities, made for a truly unforgettable stay. The level of service provided by the staff was exceptional. Every interaction was marked by genuine warmth and a willingness to go the extra mile. From the attentive servers at the restaurants to the concierge who helped plan my activities, I felt truly pampered throughout my stay. As for the location, words can hardly do justice to the beauty of St. Lucia. The resort's setting against the backdrop of the Caribbean Sea created a picturesque panorama that was nothing short of awe-inspiring. The pristine beach, soft sand, and inviting waters were a paradise for relaxation and rejuvenation. In conclusion, my time at St. James's Club Morgan Bay was an absolute delight.

Although it was one of the smaller resorts I’ve ever vacationed at, it was full of life, lovely people, delicious food, excellent entertainment and a clean and clear beach. The spa was lovely, but don’t forget to book it in advance.

Overall it was good. The staff were lovely and the food was tasty. The only issues we had was the hotel was taken over by another company a few weeks before arrived. We booked on the basis that the watersports were all free to use. They weren't. Everything had a cost which was really annoying. We also got the feeling that the hotel was always trying to sell to you. If you pay for an all inclusive, you expect most things within the package. Good location with some amazing views but not sure I would go to this resort again.

My husband and I had the best time. The staff is absolutely wonderful , kind , thoughtful, friendly and went out of their way to help you if you needed it. I was sad to hear they were closing down for renovations , that makes it hard for the staff for jobs , but, with all that going on , they still looked after the people with a smile on their faces. I hope the new owners will hire them back and make it worth there while. The resort is wonderful, but your staff is everything and that's what brings the people back. Just want to say thanks to all the staff for making this a holiday to remember.

Truly enjoyed my stay here. The food was delicious, from breakfast, to lunch, to dinner definitely 10/10 (you must have dinner at Morgan's Pier restaurant on the hotel compound). The staff was friendly and polite (especially Ezekiel I think his name was). The karaoke nights were really fun and the lady leading the karaoke definitely knows how to keep it fun. The hotel IMO is beautiful and well kept but the rooms could do with some updating. I love the main pool area and the pool bar the bartenders were friendly and made great drinks. I definitely would stay at this resort again.

We stayed her and the place is dreadful!!! Dirty a/c caused breathing problems for us . Food reheated and reused . Not suitable for vegetarian. Staff unhappy but understandable if you had to listen to as many complaints as they do . Lots of people getting sick from food poorly prepared and cooked. The cook was the cleaner and then the helper on the front desk . No chefs here !!! Lots of other resorts on island . All these poor reviews aren’t here for no reason !!!

Comfortable stay in a good, kid friendly resort. The property is lovely and has a lot of free water activities and excursions that are offered at a price. The pools and beach are also well kept and are a wonderful way to spend a couple of days at the property. Rooms are clean, but not particularly upgraded. The breakfast is fantastic. Lunch and dinner options are good, not great, especially for vegetarians. However the bars offer alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, coffee shop has snacks through the day and is open till late, which was nice. Kids club offer activities intermittently through the day and there is also a paid onsite hair braiding service (D's hair braiding), which is a fun thing to do, should you want. The local gift shop offers some essentials too. Highly recommended for families with young kids.

I should've done my due diligence and researched this location prior to booking. My complaints are very similar to someone else that gave them 1 star. This is not a 5 star resort. Cons... Outdated rooms No mini bar or snacks in the room Food was 2.5 out of 5 Served undercooked chicken After restaurants close, no snacks or any food available. We were asked to $20US and someone would go and get us snacks. We arrived on Friday evening and were told that the buffet was the only restaurant available as the others require a reservation. We would need to book reservations from 8am-1pm the next day. Next day, I went to make reservations and was told that there was nothing available until Tuesday. This was Saturday and we were there only till Monday. This was unacceptable. After pleading our case we were booked for 9pm reservations on Saturday and Sunday. Pros... Our driver to and from the resort was fabulous. (Not a resort employee) Alcohol flowed all day until 1am The bartender staff were very friendly and attentive. The "top shelf" alcohol was found in another bar and some were at a price. We were told that the resort is scheduled for an upgrade. They didn't know how soon but no worries, we will not be back.

Stonefield Villa Resort is an upscale retreat located on St. Lucia's west coast, offering a secluded and intimate experience within a sprawling 26-acre estate. The resort features 17 French colonial-style villas with private pools and outdoor showers, providing breathtaking views of the Caribbean ocean. Guests can enjoy world-class dining, a full-service spa, and a variety of activities in the beautiful rainforest surroundings.
My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon here and this place did not disappoint! It’s quiet, romantic and the view is amazing! In this place, you’re one with the nature so if this is something that you love, this place is for you! For me, the only thing that I didn’t like is how loud the frogs are at night and the mosquitos outside. But aside from that, everything was amazing! The mango tree restaurant is the best! Gibson, Tekla and the bar staff are the most hospitable people ever. They greet you with a smile and are always attentive to your needs. I would also like to thank Poncho for giving us the best nature walk in the resort! Everyone here genuinely wants you to have the best time and it shows how much they care about their guests. I would come back to this place in a heartbeat! Just remember to bring off lotion or bring mosquito repellant!

Best birthday trip ever. Our stay at Stonefield was nothing short of great customer service and great food (@The Mango Tree)! The location of the Resort was great for everything we wanted to do on the West side of the island. Literally 10 min drive from every activity to explore nature (even though the beauty of nature was in our resort as well). I highly recommend anyone wanting to escape it all and want some peace and quiet in nature at its fullest to stay here. Beautiful place matched with beautiful staff! Thank you Stonefield!
Toni T — Google review
Let me start by stressing that this is a review of the Mango Tree restaurant ONLY and not the hotel. I was invited to Sunday lunch here by a group of friends and I must say that the location and views especially in the later afternoon are absolutely breathtaking. The photos barely do it justice. That said, the same cannot be said about the food. The burger with overcooked egg was a thick slab of almost square shaped mince and the sweet potato fries were in places skins on and others peeled 🤔. The chicken curry with lentils had good flavour but six small cubes of chicken and almost no sauce. Really ? The roti bread was fine. The catch if the day was a dry rectangular cube of overcooked white fish that had clearly come from the deep freezer and hadn't seen the ocean in many months. The waitress was unable to identify what it actually was. So 5* for location and views. 3* for service (which has a mandatory additional charge added to the bill) and 1* for the food which really was pretty poor. My advice, stay at the hotel but eat elsewhere. If you are visiting have a drink, enjoy the beautiful location and move on to eat....such a shame but oh those views😎

My husband & I visited back in January of 2022 and still think about this place. Every time we look to plan a trip, St.Lucia & this resort are on the top of our list. We can’t wait to return one day (hopefully soon!). The food was outstanding and the drinks were great. We discovered the mango margarita on our last day and still talk about it - best margarita we have ever had! The views were incredible and staff was so friendly. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

An unbelievable honeymoon stay ! The private villa is exactly what you need. The view of the piton and ocean was beautiful along with our own private pool. The mango tree restaurant is super delicious as well and changes the dinner menu every night. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Just know that since you’re high up in the mountains you have to take shuttles everywhere, which is no problem because the hotel will help you to schedule those for a fee. Highly recommend staying here !

We stayed at the stonefield last November for my birthday in a piton ocean view room. The resort and the view from the room was outstanding. We spent almost all our time there. All the staff were very friendly and the food was delicious . We are already planning when we can come back :)

Our only regret was not staying here longer. The team is amazing, first upgrading our room since it was our honeymoon to a piton and ocean view. Incredible. They take care of every need you could have, and we loved getting to know the staff. You will be central to all the excursions on the island. My husband and I are foodies, and the food at the restaurant was fantastic. Fresh, local ingredients - get the lamb during chocolate night! The AC in the room was great for sleeping and the breeze kept us surprisingly cool outside the bedroom. You should come to stonefield if you want to slow down, relax, and enjoy island life. 7 days in paradise and we can’t wait to come back.

Secrets St. Lucia Resort & Spa is a luxurious 4.5-star property that offers deluxe accommodations, extensive amenities, and comprehensive guest services. The resort prides itself on attention to detail and a warm, hospitable staff dedicated to catering to your needs, ensuring a truly refined getaway with excellent service.
We just returned from our second stay at Secrets St. Lucia and it was even better than the first! The beach is stunning, but what makes this resort truly special is the incredible staff—warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. St. Lucia is such a safe and friendly island, and you feel it from the moment you arrive. The service everywhere was outstanding, especially from Germaine at Portofino (she set us up with a quiet, exclusive table), Trish at the Preferred Concierge, Odessa at the Barracuda Bar, and Keeshel on the beach and at the pool. Each of them went above and beyond, and the personal touches really made our stay memorable. We stayed in a Preferred Club Oceanview room, and the sunset views from our balcony were unforgettable. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and the turn-down service was excellent. If you go, don’t miss Oceana’s avocado toast for breakfast, Portofino’s amazing dinners, and the Friday Night Street Party in Rodney Bay for local food, Piton beer, and music. In conclusion, I would highly recommend Secrets St. Lucia for couples. The service is beyond anything we’ve ever experienced (better than Sandals, by far). Even the general manager took time to have coffee with us! We can’t wait to return for our third visit.

My husband and I had a great time. We rented a car, which I don't recommend unless you are a seasoned driver and don't mind you partner breathing heavy the whole hour and a half drive. We were greeted quickly, and except for the sales pitch you get, everything else was smooth. We enjoyed the weather especially for September, the drinks were always flowing and everyone was nice from the gate guards to the housekeeping to the servers. Especially the girls at breakfast, they sand happy Birthday to someone and their voices your beautiful, I asked if the took requests. The only con, is entertainment could be better, there was a country singer one night, he was amazing. The fire show was okay, and they had movies set up but I don't think I ever saw anyone watching. The some of the restaurants could be better, but I think they are working on it.

Beautiful Oceanfront Stay with Exceptional Staff I stayed in an oceanfront room at Secrets St. Lucia and had a wonderful experience overall. The view from the room was absolutely stunning — waking up to the sound of the waves and having a private view of the ocean every morning was a highlight of the trip. What really stood out to me was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. From the front desk to the beach service, they went out of their way to make sure we felt taken care of. The resort itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and the beach is calm and great for swimming. The food was good, with several options to choose from, and we never went hungry. Would definitely recommend for couples looking for a relaxing, adults-only getaway. I’d happily return!

I’m actually writing this while I’m still here. I am well traveled and love to try new places. This was a last minute booking and from the time we arrived it was down hill. The reception was in informative. Our arrival time was later in the afternoon and thus a weird time for eating. We were sent to a buffet which was horrible. Everything was horrible. Morgan’s Pier was a decent spot, I’ll give them a 6.7. Room service is trash and that’s if it even shows up. The pool scene is cool, no top shelf drinks unless you’re a preferred club guest but then the only bar they have is so far it might as well be back in the states. We are at the Japanese restaurant which has good reviews but honestly I hope it’s really good because it took them 50 minutes to seat us with a reservation into a seat that’s in the front and was visibly available the whole time. Right now it’s my last day and I do not recommend. Do not waste your money.

This adults only, all inclusive resort is completely remodeled from the Old Saint James. It takes about an hour and 15 minutes to get to but the location is great! The beach is beautiful and so are the resort grounds. There are multiple restaurants with no reservations needed except for the hibachi restaurant. The staff are so nice and genuine. They have daily activities and entertainment each night. The rooms are gorgeous especially the preferred club master suites and stunning views as well.

Spent the evening at Secrets St. Lucia and had an amazing time! We kicked things off with drinks at the Barracuda Bar - the cocktails were really good, and the bartender was friendly and fun. The whole place had such a great vibe. Dinner was delicious, and our hibachi chef made it even more enjoyable with his jokes and interaction. We ended the night with some entertainment, which was the perfect way to wrap things up

We came here on our honeymoon in early October. The food was good, but nothing to drive home about. The buffet everyday was limited. I was expecting options like cheeseburgers, pizza, etc. The bartenders are kind of slow. I've been to all inclusive for half of this price in Mexico, which had quicker service and better food. I personally wouldn't stay here again. They did just open a few months ago, so they may be trying to work out some issues.

My sister and I just got back from Secrets. It's a beautiful resort located on the side of a mountain with a private beach. All of the staff were friendly and the food was really good. A meal took a minimum of an hour and sometimes came out lukewarm as a result. The crepes were amazing. Shout out to Lourdes who gave us great service there. Coffe shop had great croissants. Drop coffee wasn't ready most morning but we just had americanos instead. We did the preferred with a swim out which we loved as we were in building 9 close to the preferred lounge and our pool was surrounded by lush vegetation so it was nice and private. I'm not sure I'd say Preferred was worth the money. The preferred section of the beach still requires you to go out at 630am to reserve a bali bed and you get access to the Oceana al la carte for breakfast. Our room was clean but we had to get the drain in the shower fixed and our blackout curtain was broken. The tree frogs are really loud at night lol. Some of the staff I would shout out are Michel, Samuel and Haig at the Oceana preferred restaurant. Des and Tariq our preferred concierges. Max our Gardner and Thomas our pool guy. I will warn people that there are a lot of hills and stairs and no elevators so you will get your cardio. The spa is expensive so we went to the Blue Lotus spa in town. One of the best massages for a great price and worth the trip into town. They even recognized our birthday which the resort did not. Overall it's a nice resort but I wouldnt recommend the preferred being worth it.

Oasis Marigot in St. Lucia has been a top-rated resort for over 25 years, offering an authentic Caribbean experience with a focus on hospitality and family-friendly atmosphere. Nestled into a mountainside overlooking Marigot Bay, the vacation community consists of 12 private sea houses with direct access to the Caribbean Sea, palm-lined beach, and marina. The Greathouse offers breathtaking views of Marigot Bay and is fully equipped for a comfortable stay.
Villa was surreal it was so amazing. Service is slow, but it’s island time - just relax and enjoy it. Would 100% recommend if you’re looking to avoid the business of all inclusive resorts. Staff are extremely friendly. Views from the villa are unbelievable.

Oasis Marigot is truly paradise! We stayed in one of the vacation club villas and it was better than we could have ever expected. A two level villa, two balconies, the most incredible view in Marigot Bay, all for an extremely reasonable price. I was worried it would not feel private enough but that was no problem at all. There is a beautiful pool with lush gardens surrounding it, a beach just a short walk away (guests have free access to lounge chairs), many nearby restaurants to choose from - to me this is a better experience than hiding away at a chain resort for a week. The staff were so friendly and the manager made us immediately feel at home and at ease, they will help you with anything you need. The villa itself was immaculate, you can feel the love and care that goes into the maintenance and upkeep of the units and grounds. I wish we had stayed here for the entire duration of our trip to St. Lucia. Oasis Marigot is a magical, peaceful place, we hope to come back again. Thank you for being the highlight of our trip and for truly caring about your guests. Robyn and Jonathan

Oasis Marigot, St Lucia was wonderful! From the ride waiting for us at the airport (Sharvon is the Best), to the help with our bags to the Villa, our arrival was very nice. Sharvon even stopped by a food store so we could pick up a few things to make breakfast. The Villas are located on a lush green hill overlooking Merigot Bay. They were very clean and the kitchen had everything needed to cook small or big meals. The small stretch of beach, bar, and several restaurants all a steps away. Charles and Cindy were very helpful, suggesting places to dine, booking a private day/sunset cruise to the Pitons (Captain Cuthbert was awesome!), and making sure we had everything needed to enjoy our Honeymoon! We can't wait to go back to stay at these Beautiful Villas Again!!

Pitiful road to reach the beautiful Marigot Bay; nice quiet location (with occasional nighttime music from Doolittle's Restaurant). Free public parking is across from Zoetry in a pitiful rocky/muddy parking lot, if you can find space that is. You have to take the ferry from across the bay by the Marigot Police Department to get to the hotel. The porter/ferry operator will meet you at the designated time to take you across and show you to your room. At some point you will pay about 9 USD/pp for a week long ferry pass (that no one every asked to see). The villas, depending on your villa are on a very steep hillside and you may need to take a funicular, especially on the way up with bags. The porter will assist you. Our villa was a 2 floor unit with a split main landing (bedroom downstairs, kitchen and sofabed upstairs, with the bathroom on the main landing area). Pros: the second floor deck was large, and had lounger chairs, and a dining table with chairs. The hot water was actually hot and plentiful. There is a large closet with a safe, and a kitchen with a full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, stovetop/oven, most essential kitchenwares. They provide a dish sponge and soap. There is liquid soap provided in the bathroom. Plenty of towels are provided too. Cold AC on the bottom (bedroom) floor. Very friendly service by Rick (porter/ferry operator), Alex (boat operator), and especially Irwin (property manager). Shutout to Claudius for the help with the bags on our departure. Cons: no AC on the top floor and there is high humidity. Confoundingly, there are insect screens on the windows which have shutters that do not close all the way, but there is no glass, so the cold air is mostly escaping. The second floor (kitchen/sofabed) will not get cold, but the fans make it more bearable. If you have more than 2 people in your party, I don't recommend them sleeping on the uncomfortable poor quality sofabed mattress. Find larger accommodations with actual beds instead. The view from our unit was okay, not much of a view of the bay as I anticipated. They did state the the view depends on the tree-canopy, but still I expected more of a view. Mixed feelings on this place.

We stayed at Oasis for 5 days in February 2020. The view of Margot Bay is stunning! We spent many hours watching sunrises, sunsets, cloud patterns, rain showers, rainbows and boats cruising in the bay from the balcony. The accommodations were impeccably clean and comfortable. We appreciated the air conditioning in the lower level bedroom. I would highly recommend to pre-ordered food. It was nice to have everything delivered and stocked in the kitchen upon our arrival. The landscaping, plants, and flowers are beautifully maintained as well as the pool area. The staff at Oasis was very attentive to our needs. We were able to do an early check in and late departure. Transportation arranged was prompt, professional and efficient. My husband and I will definitely plan a return visit!

We had a wonderful time while staying at the Caribbean Blue Villa above Marigot Bay in St Lucia. Our host Alice was very attentive upon our arrival to be sure everything was as we needed. The housekeeper Christina was friendly and very efficient. Everything was kept very neat and clean. And the villa itself was stunning! Sparkling clean pool overlooking the Caribbean, a small but fully equipped kitchen, the patio where we enjoyed our breakfast every morning, comfortable bed and nice bathroom - I could go on and on. It was really spectacular. Our taxi driver/tour guide Albert knew his way around the entire island and was an excellent representative of his homeland - make sure you ask for him as your taxi driver. He was very prompt - even for last minute calls for a ride. We've only been home a week and we're already planning another trip!

This house is perfect for young couples traveling together! It had many beautiful (and well air-conditioned!) rooms with stunning views of the bay. I went with my boyfriend and it was the perfect get away from the real world. The view was completely unforgettable and took my breath away every day. The pool was also so perfect for relaxing without traveling down to the beach. It allowed us to keep the party going throughout the night! If the house wasn’t good enough, the staff was incredibly helpful, reliable, and kind. They helped us make the best of our trip by recommending the best beaches, restaurants, and shops. You should definitely take advantage of the staff's deep knowledge of the island. I definitely recommend this house for a big family or a multi-couple vacation!

My husband and I spent a full week at Oasis Marigot and had the perfect Villa selected for us by the highly competent staff. Miranda was amazing. Our every need was met and the Villa was meticulously clean and in great condition. Sitting out on our balcony at night overlooking the bay - just chillin’ with some cocktails was one of our fav parts of the stay. Heads up: There are many stairs so if you have an impairment Pls make note of this.... but there’s a small trolley that will take you to the top of the property. Doolittle‘s restaurant at the bottom of the resort is delicious and the staff is also wonderful. The views from our Villa of Marigot bay we’re simply beautiful. we were so relaxed and so very happy with our stay. The staff set up with a driver to see the sights for a day and they even accommodated a impromptu boat trip to go see the Pitones. Other than those 2 excursions, we were perfectly content to stay on the resort. We were so happy with our stay would absolutely come again. Relaxation at its finest. Thank you Oasis Marigot. See you soon.

Mystique St. Lucia by Royalton is an upscale resort located on the picturesque Reduit Beach, offering contemporary suites with stunning views of the palm-lined ocean and distant mountains. The property features a spa, gym, outdoor pool, and four restaurants catering to diverse culinary preferences. With its beachfront location and easy access to water activities, this resort is ideal for those seeking a premier beach vacation experience. Additionally, guests can enjoy panoramic ocean views and convenient access to nearby attractions such as Fort Rodney.
I honestly am so happy I didn’t listen to all the negative reviews. We are on day 3. It’s great! Absolutely love it. Sure some things are a bit dated and worn. But who cares. I didn’t come to St Lucia to sit in my room or worry about whether there’s a broken tile or some chipped paint. Overall it’s very nice and grounds are beautiful. Food is good. Location is great. Staff has been nothing but friendly. And yes. We have hot water. The tap to shower needed repair when we got here. So I fixed it. Easy. The room is clean and very large. I’m not taking away from anyone else’s bad experience but I tend to think some people are far too picky. Come. Enjoy where you are. If you are that picky about a few dated things then keep saving and go to sandals. Although we just spoke to people today from sandals on a tour that had nothing but complaints. We have been all over Caribbean. And this resort is absolutely fine! We quite like it here.

The nastiest resort I have ever been to in my life. Not worth the money. So disappointed in how nasty this place is. I stayed in a Royalton in December is Grenada, this is NO WHERE close to Royalton standards. AC doesn’t work in the rooms, I asked 3 times to get it looked at. WiFi is poor and inconsistent, doesn’t work from your room. Plugs in the room won’t fit your phone, an adapter is needed! The staff service is poor! No room service. The phones in the room don’t work! Good luck in an emergency. Spa is closed. Sliding door very difficult to open and close. Not many options to eat. They run out of food at breakfast everyday. No resort activities. No resort entertainment. Leaking sink in bathroom. Hot water in shower runs out. You can hear the people in the room next door. Only 1 bar is open!

We travelled to Mystique as a family of three with a 2 year old. We had a great time. The staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and spacious. The terrace was very private and had a great view of the beach. TV selection was great for our toddler. Wifi network was great. We were concerned about arriving at the resort after reading reviews about the lack of hot water and the shortage of food/coffee but our stay was great. The buffet had different offerings every day so we didn't get bored of eating the same foods everyday. The resort wasn't crowded, there were walkable restaurants and shops nearby. Definitely walk down the beach and visit Marie's Fish Shack! If you want to secure an umbrella and beach chairs make sure to get to the beach by 9am. Have fun!

This was a great hotel, the rooms were well laid out and comfortable. We had a small issue initially which was resolved quickly and easily by the staff. The pool was great and the bar staff attentive and fun. The location and beach were fantastic and included everything you could possibly need. The food was OK, breakfast was fantastic and the snack bar on the beach was quick and easy. Lunch and dinner had plenty of quality food and choice but it was a little limited for my kids who dont have the most varied diet, this would have been solved by the inclusion of a simple potato dish (chips, roast, mash) with each meal. Loved this hotel.

Stayed here for the first week of May 24. We were due to stay at Starfish but it has been closed down. The rooms were lovely and big as were the bathrooms could do with update in decor but I believe it is to be closed at the end of July so can understand why not. The grounds were fantastic and maintained daily. Location well its right on the beach and uou couldn't ask for better, nit too far from the shops and restaurants of Rodney Bay either. The service was good on the whole especially the entertainment staff, Chantal was brilliant so warm and fun, the bar staff Huston, Jonathan and and Ava were brilliant. The food was hit and miss first two days was good the rest of the time it wasn't great to be honest
Nichola S — Google review
Fantastic location and a beautiful beach. The rooms have ocean views and ours was set up nicely with the sitting area separated from the sleeping area . The staff has been very helpful and hard working. The shuttle ride from the airport was rather long, but we had been informed about that prior to leaving. All in all a good choice to relax on a beautiful island. The entertainment in the evening has also been very good!

Staff was extremely friendly as well as most people on the island. Mystic must have been a sight back in the day but now not so much we weren't told it was closing and you can tell by the food quality not very good especially coming from the two of us with over 75 years combined experience in the industry. Staff did the best they could do under the circumstances. We continually ate out to get decent food. Water pressure is low and we were without two of seven days

We had a lovely stay at the Mystique hotel right on the beach of Rodney bay, with lots of watersports to do during the day. we enjoyed the food/drink more thank enough. Only thing was the entertainment finished early for us around 11pm so we took a walk up the road where the bars where open until at least 2am. Which was great for us. Duncan donuts was a lovely bar which did karaoke during the week and on Sundays.

Castries Market is a vibrant hub of activity, open from Monday to Saturday. It's the perfect place to immerse yourself in Lucian culture and stock up on groceries while browsing through an array of local produce and handmade crafts. Established in 1894, this market offers an authentic experience where you can interact with locals and find unique souvenirs such as spices, seasonings, indigenous art, and fresh fruits and vegetables.
Lively place. Restroom costs a dollar! Possibly bring your own T.P. nice vendors, not overly aggressive, but of course they invite you to look at their stock. . Lots of souvenir options. Local fruit selection is fantastic.

Market sits on waterfront, nice view of the ship, good selection of local fruit for fair price. They sell in dollars and in cash so it's easier for us when we only have small change. Nice friendly merchants, market not too busy, food stalls opens every other door with small menus, mainly for locals, not for tourists, bathrooms is clean, no cost, we bought some fruits to taste and a few souvenir items for very little price. You just gotta know how to bargain.

Lovely local market, with several stalls where the locals sell their products. My favourite is the fruit stalls with diverse types. Ideal place to find local and traditional products. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed stopping here. Lots of locals selling and had a great atmosphere. Went when there were quite a few cruise ships in but didn’t feel too crowded. Went at 11:00 and was still going strong. Lots of repeated produce and touristy things, but loved the food stuff. Look around as different prices on every stall. Great stimulus for a toddler!

Strolled around here for breakfast and shopping. Got some bake and fish and it was delicious. Just for 5 Caribbean dollars for 3 of us. Had a good time. For shopping prices were way inflated. Got some nice bracelets, hot sauce and local spices.

Great place to interact with the locals. Guavas, mangoes, Coconuts, bananas etc. fresh and just off the farm. Enjoyed the most delicious fruit breakfast and only £2! I am visiting Creole Kitchen again to taste their delicious food! A bottle of pure fresh natural Guava juice for Rs: 100

Enjoyed checking out the market, clean place organized and everyone was friendly and not pushy to buy their goods. The locally grown food looked amazing must be the fertile soil. I tried some Black Pudding (blood sausage) from a sweet gentleman named Julius which was so good, best I’ve had in a long time I ended up buying more struck up a convo and just chatted with him for a while. Got some beautiful things for myself and a few friends and look forward to coming back the next time I’m in St Lucia. It definitely worth a trip when you’re in Castries.

Harbor Club St. Lucia, Curio Collection by Hilton is a chic waterfront hotel located in Rodney Bay Marina, offering modern accommodations with marina views. The hotel features contemporary bars and restaurants, including the casual Dockside Pizzeria and the international buffet restaurant Julia's. With a multi-level swimming pool facing the water and private cabanas available, guests can enjoy a relaxed tropical atmosphere.
Absolutely lovely hotel in a great location, the perfect base for exploring Saint Lucia. Special shout outs: Aliyel on front desk, John on the 6th floor, Calvin in the restaurant, and especially Shane, whose energy, positivity and service were honestly the best we’ve had in any Hilton stay. A true benchmark for hospitality 👏. Food was good quality (yes, hotel prices but portions are generous). Highlights: pizzas (one each after a long UK flight was way too much), tacos, and the Saturday night BBQ/fire dance — fresh, fun and worth doing. Tip: the $7 continental breakfast is a steal, plenty of cereals, salads, yoghurt, fruit, pastries and banana loaf a plenty! Look out for the speciality hot drinks and local teas. Rooms were clean, modern and big enough for a family of four. Pools (technically four) gave us plenty of space to relax — main pool a little cloudy at times but clean overall. Lots of sunbeds, no stress. Join Hilton Rewards for the 5–6pm 6th floor happy hour, trust me, just do it. 🍹

My wife and I stayed at the Harbor Club (Hilton Curio Collection) in Saint Lucia for our 20th wedding anniversary, and I can confidently say this was the pinnacle of all our Hilton experiences—even surpassing our stays at high-end Conrads and other premium Hilton properties. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. Every aspect of the stay—from the exquisite food, serene pools, luxurious spa, efficient transportation, to the immaculate housekeeping—was world-class. A special thank you to the phenomenal staff who made our stay unforgettable: Donna Lansiquot at the spa – a true professional who set the tone for relaxation. Candia in housekeeping – kept everything pristine and always greeted us warmly. MacGarvey & Kwasi – who took care of us poolside with great food and drinks. Seriux, Jewell, and Aliyah from concierge – always helpful and thoughtful in planning our experiences. Givane – our amazing waitress at the rooftop restaurant. Darwain, our driver – courteous, punctual, and friendly. We left with full hearts and lasting memories. I highly recommend Harbor Club to anyone looking for an unforgettable, luxurious Caribbean experience. Five stars aren't enough!

Our stay was phenomenal!!!! Sure the hotel was great but what made our stay were the employees! Chris, Tia, and Aliyel are EVERYTHING!!!! From the moment we arrived with our toddler and baby tired and cranky from the long trip, they jumped into action to make life easier on us. Our rooms were upgraded (based on our Hilton status) and we were informed about every offering the hotel had in store for us. Chris was amazing with our children, they couldn't wait to see him everyday! It was a beautifully appointed room that was quiet and secure. The detractor is this area of the island is pretty far from the tourist attractions, we were okay with that because we had a car and do island driving often, but for those that don't, consider hiring a driver or contracting with a tourist company to get to see the sights. The area was within walking distance of food and entertainment so you don't really need to leave for stays under a week. It was lovely. Should we ever grace the island again on our family travels, this is our landing spot :-) Thank you all!

The staff members at this hotel were incredible - so friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived for our wedding. The pool and swim-up bar were amazing, and the staff member who took care of us while we rented out all the cabanas was outstanding. They made sure we had everything we needed to make our special day perfect. Beyond the great service and amenities, the overall beauty of the hotel and the whole country is truly 5-star worthy. We feel so lucky to have celebrated our wedding here and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Harbor Club Hotel in St. Lucia, and I was highly impressed. From the moment we arrived, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the property was. Every space from the lobby to the rooms was spotless, creating a truly relaxing and comfortable environment. The customer service was outstanding across the board. Every member of the staff I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. A special shoutout goes to Chris, who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. He helped us to our room and made sure we were aware of all amenities and much more, his warm attitude, and dedication to ensuring we had a great experience truly stood out. I’m already looking forward to my next stay at the Harbor Club. Highly recommended for anyone visiting St. Lucia!

Nice hotel and friendly staff and good location. However I would recommend getting your own transfer separate from the one they offer. Paid for a private taxi from the airport to the hotel however even though I paid in full this is not the service I received. I feel as though the taxi driver tries to make money on the side by adding random people. Other than that I loved St Lucia and the staff was very kind to me.
M J — Google review
This hotel is in a fantastic location and the staff are very helpful. Directly across the road there is the bus stop and an area to buy food to takeaway with an area to sit. There's also an ice cream parlour. A few minutes down the road is the Rodney Bay Marina where there is a bank, restaurant and cafe. In the other direction, there is a large Massey supermarket, more restaurants and the Rodney Bay Mall. The walk is about 15 minutes. Reduit beach is about a 35-40 minute walk which is straightforward once you make a coupe of trips (or you can take a taxi from the hotel and it's about a fifteen minute drive). There were a couple of occasions where the drivers were late to pick me up and there was no acknowledgment or apology about this. I understand there is traffic etc, but it just wasn't noted. The gym is decent and very clean. The only criticism is the breakfast could be improved - the choices aren't great. If you do have breakfast and charged for it, make sure to confirm the currency. I was charged in USD and not asked or given the option to pay in EC. It was only after I was given my receipt I noticed this. The manager should have asked how I wanted to pay. Overall, I would stay here if visiting Saint Lucia again.

Fond Doux Eco Resort is a serene and romantic 19th-century cocoa plantation turned into an eco-friendly getaway. With only 17 cottages, the resort offers a secluded and intimate vacation experience, perfect for those seeking privacy. The preserved colonial relics provide a unique stay, some featuring private plunge pools. Set within a working plantation on 135 acres of land, guests can enjoy the lush tropical gardens and fruit trees surrounding the property.
Warm and friendly staff. Cool jungle air, beautiful (100m elevation) hike right on the property. Gorgeous garden everywhere—better than the botanical garden nearby. So many birds and lizards. If you love nature, this place is paradise. An extra plus it is locally owned and operated. We have come here multiple times and adore our time here.

What a lovely place to visit. Beautiful grounds surround this small resort with rooms located in timber chalets around pathways that meander through the tropical landscape. Food was very tasty and staff lovely. The only downside is that the resort is a little isolated so you need a car or taxi to get anywhere else. There is a daily shuttle to Sugar beach though. We stayed at Fond Doux for 4 days, which was ideal.

Be very very careful booking here if you are not 100% sure of your plans. I made a fully refundable reservation and after reading more reviews, cancelled it the following day. It then took precisely a month to get my deposit refunded and that only because I filed a claim with my credit card company. As other folks have reported, the hotel said "your paper work will be sent to our accounts team who will start the process of your refund" and despite multiple additional messages to them, there was no indication of action on their end. The property and staff may perfectly well be lovely (though do read reviews to draw your own conclusions) but this is not the behavior of a well-run and ethical business.

Sorry for the long post…It’s our first trip to St Lucia and we chose to spend 2 of our 4 nights here because we were intrigued by the website, the cost was decent and the location was not in a highly congested area or too far from UVF. We rented a car and there’s ample room for parking. We chose a room with the plunge pool. The walk to our room was pretty as the grounds make you feel like you’re in the middle of a jungle. The room was quaint with an outdoor shower which was fun. It’s not an understatement that you will find yourself in the middle of nature…critters and sounds ALL night long. My husband couldn’t sleep until the early morning when the sounds finally died down. It didn’t help that the AC didn’t work well. We requested service on it and they sent someone but the problem didn’t get fixed. It was more like a fan. There are supposed to be 2 pool areas but the triple basin pool near our room was out of commissioned and being worked on during our stay. There’s a free breakfast that offers an American, Continental, or Local option. I chose the American and hubs picked Local. Both options were good. The Fried Bake was my favorite which tasted like a donut. There’s a hotel shuttle that takes you to sugar beach for the day, 11am-3pm. We could’ve driven ourselves but I asked if the shuttle takes you all the way down to the beach. I had read reviews that if you drove, you could park at the gate and walk but it was a bit of a trek down and even worse coming back up. I was told that their shuttle would take us all the way down to the beach. It did not but rather stopped at the gate so we walked. We had a great time down at the beach. Not wanting to miss our shuttle, we got back to the gate at 2:40…after 3 phone calls to the hotel and still no shuttle at 3:40, a nice gentleman from sugar beach resort was headed home and offered to drive us back to Fond Deux. I believed there was an emergency with the shuttle driver but the hotel should have promptly provided an alternative rather than not resolve the issue. All in all, it was not a horrible experience but we don’t plan on returning or recommending unless folks prefer the “middle of nature” experience and no AC.

This place is perfect for those who would prefer to get away from all of the tourists. Small and quaint, beautiful property with many pools and a complementary shuttle that takes you to sugar beach daily. Staff is friendly and food was good.

Book with caution and low expectations. We did the $758 staycation deal and on the website said with lunch and dinner you get a cocktail which I confirmed when booking but upon sitting for our meals we were told that drinks were not included and that the information on their page wasn't accurate. The food was a bit repetitive, and most things were not available even if the options were already limited. The waitresses couldn't answer basic questions about the menu. The room was ok although the mosquitoes kept you up all night, the shower handle wasn't working and there were endless cobwebs. A day after lunch upon return to the room we found the housekeeper on her phone talking loudly. Also the pools are not maintained on the second day we couldn't use the pool in our room as it was so dirty from the leaves and insects.

This ECO hotel is in a ovely setting in an ideal location and lots of rainforest grounds to explore. If you don't like insects and wildlife, don't come here. If you can appreciate all of God's good work in one place, come, relax and enjoy all this Estate has to offer. You can eat, walk and swim at your leisure and it is very close to lots of good sights two local towns in Choisel and Soufriere and of course the amazing Pitons. Strongly recommended for those who wish to enjoy St Lucia and appreciate it in all its glory.

Papillon By Rex Resorts is an all-inclusive beachfront hotel with laid-back rooms and an outdoor pool. Guests have described the spacious rooms as a bit dark but comfortable, with strong water pressure in the bathrooms. The resort offers tasty food, varied entertainment, and helpful staff. Its convenient location allows for easy exploration of the beach, shopping, and local bars. Despite being quiet, it's close to lively clubs and amenities like grocery stores and pharmacies within a 5-minute walk.
My spouse and I had an amazing time staying at this all-inclusive hotel. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The best part of this hotel is the meals, especially the pastries. The hotel has a wonderful view of the ocean. It also contains two pools and plenty of space to lounge around. We are definitely coming back.

Excellent service, beautiful landscaping, friendly staff and a wonderful place to simply relax. The location is convenient for exploring the beach as well as shopping and enjoying some of the local bars. It is easy to get transportation into Castries and Gros Islet for cheap as it is in 5 minutes walking distance. It's a lovely place to stay. We were treated like honoured guests.

Customer service was excellent and the staff were very helpful. The property is clean and the rooms are well equipped. The only thing that was not up to the overall high standard we experienced was the food. It was good but not great. I will recommend this resort to anyone who wants to experience a great vacation in St. Lucia

The hotel is dated and in dire need of renovations. There are 3 restaurants, 1 buffet and the other 2 specialty. Men must wear pants or will not be allowed to eat there. The website makes no mention of this rule while the dress code is very specific on the site. There was mold on the ceiling in my room. There are very few activities and the service is the worst I've ever experienced. There are only 3 bars with 1 bartender each. They are not all open at the same time and are all closed by midnight. All beverages ordered while dining come from 1 of the 2 open bars. The bartenders must fill all dining orders while attending to all guests at the actual bar. With 1 bartender this is a time consuming and unpleasant experience both while dining and at the bar. There is nowhere to get food after 9:45pm and nowhere to get a drink of any kind alcoholic or non alcoholic after 12am - 7:15am . Most all inclusive resorts have food available until 2am if not all night and beverages available until 2am and water available always. The staff was unfriendly and not enough to attend to the guest properly.. The beach was beautiful as was the country. There were plenty of things to do outside of the resort in walking distance. I had my family with me and we made the best of it, however I would NEVER recommend this resort to anyone. It is a 4 star resort and I can't imagine how. If this is 4 star resort I would hate to see the rest of the lesser resorts. The hostess at the Italian restaurant was the 1 bright spot. She was pleasant, attentive and all around classy individual. She was the only person who made me and the other 7 members of my family feel welcome. It is my belief that Americans were given worse treatment than all other nationalities. Once again St Lucia is beautiful but my experience at Papillon has insured that I will NEVER stay at a Rex Resort again.

Great resort, great beach, amazing people! The resort itself is quiet, but is only steps away from a few clubs, so it can be quite loud in the evenings. Lots of amenities near by with grocery, pharmacy, clothing, liquor stores no more than a 5 min walk away. Food was good, lots of options at every meal, and two a la carte restaurants that were delicious (Italian was amazing).

A few things that would push this up to 5 stars. Open the pool earlier and close it later. More food selections. The ability to order food after 9:30 even if it was at a price. More umbrellas on the beach and pool. Other than those things we really enjoyed the resort. Its on the best beach in the world!

Came back from an amazing vacation at the Papillon by Rex Resorts, the room was spacious, a bit dark, but it was not an issue, the bathroom was small also, but I did enjoy a nice bath, water pressure was strong and both hot and cold worked great. The food was very tasty and a nice variety entertainment was awesome could never be bored at this resort, staff was very helpful and welcoming. Stayed with my daughter in room 226 with a lovely garden view other reviews talked about the noise from the various bars close by but it was a non issue for me where our room was located, the king size bed was comfortable slept like a baby... The island of St. Lucia is beautiful with lots of sightseeing and things to do. The beach on the resort is really nice, clear water but be careful as there are no lifeguard and it clearly states so. All in all I had a wonderful vacation, thanks to everyone who made it memorable and will definitely be back. Thanks again.

Good food. Very small resort. Staff was great. Not much for late night entertainment. There is a bar across the road that blasted music all night which was bothersome to some. Beach is beautiful and the mountains behind the resort were a gorgeous sight. Only a 5 minute walk into town where there is a mall and grocery store. Felt very safe walking around even after the sun went down.

Têt Rouge Resort is an intimate boutique retreat located in the rural hills behind Gros Piton, offering a romantic and secluded getaway for adults. The resort features six airy studios surrounded by lush gardens and stunning ocean views. Guests can enjoy the infinity pool, on-site restaurant Ti Coco, and all-inclusive packages. The highlight of the rooms is the large balcony with a dining area and hammock, as well as outdoor showers.
We had a wonderful stay at Tet Rouge, a beautiful petit resort in St. Lucia! The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The service was phenomenal, from the delicious food to the unforgettable private sunset cruise. They also went above and beyond to accommodate my vegetarian requests for every meal, which I truly appreciated. One of the best things about Tet Rouge is its location—it’s very close to the Pitons, Sulphur Baths, Tet Paul Nature Trail, and the cacao estates, making it ideal for both relaxation and exploration. Highly recommend!

Tet Rouge was fantastic! The hotel itself was beautiful and the food was great. The manager, Garvin, was a great guy and helped us figure out our plan each day. Very small intimate vibe as well, not your typical resort which was great. We would absolutely stay here again!

My husband and I just travelled to Tet Rouge for our honeymoon this June -- and we truly had a remarkable experience. The views from our private villa were truly incredible-- we could see the ocean and the Gros Piton (and plenty of rainbows!). I cannot say enough about the staff at Tet Rouge-- Gavin and his team took care of us for our entire stay, and were so generous! Gavin organized all of our taxi rides, lunch and dinner reservations, activity recommendations and bookings, and was genuinely so good at what he does! All of the hotel and restaurant staff were accommodating and so thoughtful. Gregory was awesome too! I am so thankful we chose to stay here, and cannot wait to come back for our anniversary.

I’m not sure why this is called a “resort” — there’s really nothing resort-like about it. Security was a major concern. There’s no closed gate, so anyone can walk in — and they did. At night, a man came right up to our patio and asked, “Is anyone else here with you?” He also added, “I’m not an intruder or a bad guy,” which somehow made the situation even more uncomfortable. We were startled, and there was no way to contact security. Calling the main number only gave us a “not in service” message, and I’m not convinced there was any real security presence that night. The dining situation was also odd — you’re told what times you can and can’t eat, which felt restrictive. The food itself was just okay, nothing memorable. On the positive side, the pool was nice, the room was cool and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive, doing their best to make our stay enjoyable. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell short. With so few guests (just one other couple during our stay) and the lack of amenities, it felt more like an Airbnb than a resort. I would not stay here again.

Very cute place, spacious room, and peaceful location. Breakfast is included and is very nice. You get a kitchen and two showers, one inside and one outside under the open sky, which creates a fun vacation environment. Everyone who works there is super nice, and the views from the room and patio are amazing. Restaurant on site serves really good food.

I picked Tet Rouge almost solely based on their outdoor showers lol - and they did not disappoint! We stayed in the end unit furthest from the restaurant and I could hear goats from my shower- a very unique experience indeed! We stayed here as part of our 25th anniversary trip and combined it with another resort stay on the island. This is not a place if you want tons of activities or nightlife but if you want to be surrounded by beauty, have gorgeous views of the ocean, watch the sunset as you eat dinner, see stars from your balcony that you feel like you can reach out and touch, and have the most personalized genuine service, then book Tet Rouge immediately. We went during slow season so the first night we had the entire place to ourselves. Even after a few other couples checked in we were the only ones in the pool - it felt like we had our own private paradise. The food is amazing and utilizes fresh, local ingredients - the burger was the only non-seafood I ordered and it was probably the best I've ever had. Gavin the manager will arrange any outings you want- we had Mario as our driver and continued to use him during the rest of our trip. We did a day trip to the Tet Paul nature trail, the mud baths and the Toraille waterfall followed by lunch in Soufriere which are all a fairly short distance from the resort - we were back poolside by 3:00. The warm, personalized service is something you will not find at the big resorts and made Tet Rouge a truly special experience. I am already trying to figure out our next milestone to celebrate there!

If you are looking for a hotel that combines authenticity and friendliness, wild nature and magnificent landscapes, warm welcome and a place where life is good, then Tet Rouge is the place to be for you. During the journey from the airport, you will be surprised by the winding paths leading to this hotel. Upon arrival, the garden will enchant you, and the simple and authentic structure of the apartments will immediately place you in the family home atmosphere intended by the owners. You will also be captivated by the kindness of the staff, which perfectly reflates those of the local population. We stayed at Tet Rouge for 9 days, frequently enjoying walks and marveling at the wild beauty of the nature and the few untouched beaches, preserved from any urbanization. We also enjoyed Sugar Beach, an artificial and yet perfect image of those magazine-worthy Caribbean beaches. But what seduced us the most was the human connection with the hotel staff, simple and delicious food cooked with local products by a passionate chef, bartenders specializing in cocktails that introduce you to local specialties while sharing their culture. And then there's the infinity pool, where you can contemplate the surrounding canopy while observing the distant passage of dolphin pods as well as the island of Saint Vincent. Additionally, the hotel manager can arrange various excursions for you. We would especialy thank Garvin for his advice and organization of excursions, Melissa for her smile and kindness, Mike for his support, Mario, the taxi driver and part-time guide, the entire team of gardeners for their tireless work on plants and explanation on their benefits, George for his inimitable cocktails, and especially Gregory for his enthusiasm and infectious joy that made this stay forever etched in our memories and hearts. All the staff were very friendly. Beautiful spot located close to local beaches and the Pitons. Gregory was by far our favourite. Loves his job, goes above and beyond.
