Didn't see a selection of food but the popped popcorn did draw me in thinking there was some carnival food options (but there were not). Service was okay and the atmosphere, I enjoyed the open doors to people watch. The jukebox had some enjoyable oldies to play. I appreciated the throw back decor, even an old bar scene painting viewed from the stage that was similarly identical. We'll give it another try with the live reggae tonight!

They were celebrating the 31st tradesmen’s day, offering complementary pizza…..the band starts playing at 5:30 every afternoon and the place gets packed, but a great chill atmosphere!!! My wife and I went here most recently on July 18th and 19th, 2025 during a 4-night annual trip to Key West. Before that, we've probably been here 30 or 40 other times during previous annual visits because this ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL BACKSTREET DIVE BAR always seems to have the best live music acts anywhere on the island (even better than Sloppy Joe's and the Hog's Breath Saloon). This time was no exception. It was a small Blues Rock trio from Orlando, and the lead singer/guitarist was super talented. Since this is essentially a live music bar, we never deliberately go here to eat. It's also not really enjoyable to even attempt to eat a meal here when the live music volume goes way up and the crowd starts getting into a foot stomping or dancing mood. If you get the munchies while you are here, they do have free popcorn to tide you over, but I'd also recommend you eat a full dinner somewhere else BEFORE you arrive. As far as arrival times, I'd recommend about 8:30 pm most evening because the featured band usually starts its first set at about 9:00 pm and you might still be able to find an open table or seat at the bar. After the live music starts, this place will usually get packed (standing room only) and the crowd often spills outside onto the sidewalk along Whitehead Street. The bands usually play 2 to 3 hour-long sets each night, but I'd check the Parrot's website to find out who is playing and what time their first set is schedule to kick off, as it might be as early as 7:00 pm. Sometimes, they even have bands that will play afternoon sets, but those are pretty rare, and during those hours, the bar is often almost empty except for the local drunks (professional boozers). The drinks here are also very reasonably priced and run about half of what you'd pay along Duval Street just a block away.

Really happy that our group stopped in this historic establishment. Loved how the bartenders treated each customer. They were QUICK to greet us. Made us feel like we really truly WELCOME. Made Excellent Cocktails. I left a SPECIAL Container of Cuban Coffee. I returned an Hour later. They had put it away for me to keep it safe. Excellent in EVERY WAY.

This is always a stop on our visit to Key West!! We love it here. We met a spectacular bar tender Matty this time. We picked the first drinks; rum punch and blackberry tequila and then went with his suggestion of the Matty Mojitos. They were delicious!!! Also shared a quick key lime cream shot with the folks at the small front bar. Great stop!!! Thanks Sloppy Joe’s!!!

If you're looking for a classic Key West bar, it's hard to beat this one. We were in the Keys during the slow season (end of September) and this place was one of the few that was busy for lunch. Yes, there was a cruise ship in Port, but it makes sense people flocked here. A big stage with live music going, multiple bars to get drinks at, and fast and friendly table service. The tables are packed in tight, but the wait staff was fast with drinks, food, and water. We tried the sloppy joe nachos which were huge and tasty. Added to our bar cup collection as well! Overall, glad we made this an extended lunch stop.

I have been here previously, but my husband has not. By far the best sloppy Joe’s you will ever have hands down. My husband is a vegetarian and was very impressed with his meal. We had unplanned live music playing, and he was phenomenal. Our waitress was very fast and the service was some of the best we have had. I had a beer and my husband had a A specialty drink. The drink was just average, but the atmosphere and food fire made up for this.

Great bar, with a fun and open atmosphere! We loved that they had cameras so we could wave to our loved one's back home. There was live music and the staff were super friendly. I definitely recommend for a cold beer and some reprieve from the Key West sun!

Recently visited while stopping over in Key West. This place is a vibe for sure! Julie was at the bar and it was also her birthday! She is a National Treasure! Easy to talk to and very friendly! My #1 stop in Key West!! My friends and I love this place! I’ll be dreaming about that sloppy Joe sandwich for years to come! When I tell you, their service is nothing but friendly, accommodating, and so helpful - I mean it!! Our server was so lovely and the food was delicious and came out quickly! The live music was the cherry on top! I got the sweet tea and sloppy Joe sandwich after a long day of snorkeling and it HIT THE SPOT 🔥🔥 I could have eaten like 5 of these!! If you are visiting in Key West – Hog’s Breath Saloon should be put in your itinerary of places to visit. I have been here at least a dozen or so more times. It is completely laid back, away from all the craziness on Duval Street. When you walk in it is completely unpretentious but full of personality. Just cold beer , strong drinks and live music. Food Wise, it is what you what expect, Bar Type Food – all good. Hog’s Breath Saloon has a nice outdoor area that is where you will find Local Bands performing. The Gift Shop has all the Fun Touristy Clothing you can purchase. Hog’s Breath isn’t trying to impress anyone, and that’s exactly why it does. It has that authentic, no-frills character that is increasingly rare—and in Key West, it fits right in. This place has been in business since the late 1980’s, and there is a reason for that.

Stopped here after catching the sunset based on the reviews. The service was severely lacking and almost walked out since we sat there for quit some time before the server came. The food was basic dive bar good with pricey drinks. Definitely a one and done for me.

The fish dip was good but the chips were burnt. The ceviche need something more. The drinks were Literally the worst rumrunner I have ever had in my life. But Best live music I have seen. I would go back for the entertainment and try some other food. It's an experience.

2025 Key West Caravan with Central Florida Corvette Association (CFCA) friends - we come every year. Last year the restroom were great so we had to return and share with others. We had a mid-day drink and the returned with the group after the sunset at Mallery Squar and it was great.. Great Food, Great Service, and Great Atmosphere.

Exactly what you need in a Key West bar. Talkative and attentive bartender, good food, and great drinks (no tourist pours). Plenty of outdoor and covered spaces to enjoy the live music.

Hog's Breath Saloon and their staff are amazing! I always make this one of my destination stops when visiting Key West. The food is delicious, especially the pulled pork sandwich. They never disappoint.

This is Key West at its best. Historic building combined with drinking. Dark and historic. The bartender was really nice. People try to flip a quarter facing backwards into the big fish’s mouth that is over the door outside. We were here on 10/17/25.

My visit to Capt Tony's was everything I'd hoped for and more. Hearing the history of the establishment from the staff was absolutely amazing to learn. Highly recommend while in the Keys Capt Tony's is a must see.

Great food, great people awesome music and great atmosphere. We had conch chowder, 12 oysters, key lime pie and virgin rum runners. The best part is they welcomed our Weim Nala with a bowl of ice water and a treat on a very warm day. Thank you everyone! We will definitely be back.

We had a great time at Schooner Wharf Bar in Key West! We ordered a dozen oysters for $26 — they were huge, fresh, meaty, and absolutely delicious. We also tried two soups: the clam chowder and the conch chowder. The conch version had a spicy kick and a rich tomato base — definitely something unique. Although they were out of draft beer during our visit, the lively atmosphere more than made up for it. There was live music with guitars playing, which added a really nice touch. We came on a Sunday, and the place was packed — it’s clearly a popular spot. Service was a bit rushed and not very chatty, especially when we asked questions about the menu, but we understand it was a very busy night. Overall, the vibe was fun and the sea breeze made it even more enjoyable. Definitely recommend — great value for the quality!

The food wasn't great. I ordered the Jerk Chicken. It was pretty dry and nothing special. But my virgin Piña Colada was delicious. Nice and thick. The real highlight was the live music and atmosphere. After a long day in the sun, it felt so good to relax and vibe out. Ross Brown was performing when we were there, and he sounded amazing! I'd definitely come back just for drinks or a small bite, enjoy the music, and hang out with the mix of tourists and locals. For that alone, I'm giving this place 5 stars!​

Both myself and my partner had dinner at Schooner Wharf bar whilst our visit to Key West. I had a burger my partner had mozzarella sticks which was really good. Service was good staff were super friendly. There was plenty to choose from their menu, they had live music which was good too. Location was good right on the marina close to gift shops etc. So if you visiting Key West and feel a hungry i highly recommend Schooner Wharf Bar. This is a staple stop for a Key West visit. The musicians and food are always great! I’ve sat at tables and the bar, both have descent service! It’s a busy place - not a fast food restaurant. Come for the atmosphere and a fresh meal!

Schooner Wharf Bar was recommended to us by a local as an institution. Sure enough, real Key West vibes. Grab a drink, listen to the live band, and all the food we ordered was delicious.

Located on the historic waterfront of downtown, this place boasts a large drink menu and plenty of yummy food options. They have a fun shop attached full of Schooner Wharf gear. We grabbed a table for a late lunch. The tables are first come first serve. If there’s one open, grab it! The service was quick. We ordered their burger with cheese and the blackened mahi sandwich. Both with a side of fries. The food was excellent & plentiful. Highly recommended for lunch/dinner or just drinks. Either way you won’t be disappointed.

This is a nice spot for seafood dinner. The oysters are reasonably priced, and I really enjoyed the combination with black caviar. You can choose to sit either inside or outside, and the place is usually quite busy. I wouldn’t call it a full restaurant, more like a cozy cafe.

We had a good time at Alonzo’s … just into Key West, walking the Key West Bight harbor area, watched the tarpon feeding out front, and viola, it’s happy hour! Cocktails good, oysters good, mussels a bit spicy but good. Staff friendly and great! Fun place to stop for a cocktail, time it for the 4:00pm tarpon feeding! Recommend Alonzo’s!

We stopped in at Alonzo's to take a break from the sun. Nicole was are bartender and made the best key lime pie martinis we've ever had. Bar/restaurant itself is classy, clean & comfortable. Happy to see gluten free options on the menu, we look forward to returning for food and cocktails. Cheers 🍸

Great oysters including the sides. Sean the server is beyond exceptional. But the selling point - the mussels I've never had mussles this good. Perfect spice, tomato base only without wine or overpowering other stuff.. I'm trying to buy the recipe from the waiter

Great location on the water. Our service was great by Deborah. We went for happy hour and tried the conch fritters. Unfortunately they weren’t the greatest with the filling quite mushy.

Good food. Enjoyed the outdoor seating near the water. Staff was quiet but polite. Drinks were decent. Wasnt super loud so it was easy to talk but they did have music playing.

The service here is beyond expectations! Milana made us feel like VIPs. She recommended a few things from the menu and everything she mentioned was 🔥—especially the oysters and coconut grouper. Hot towels in the end of the meal made us feel flying first class. She insisted to try homemade Key lime pie. The best pie we have ever tried. Can’t wait to be back!

The Sunset Pier restaurant is located on the oceanfront with a beautiful view. We ordered shrimp and a lobster roll, which turned out to be a hit, very good. You can enjoy both the view and the excellent food. I highly recommend it.

Great little spot on the waters edge. Awesome views all around..service was good, though they were busier than usual our server did an excellent job staying on top of everything and was polite and friendly. The Lobster Rolls were excellent and fabulous key lime pie (cheesecake esque). Only complaint would be the bizarre location and walk to the bathrooms. But I recommend this spot for drinks, food and live music.

One of the best places to hang on Key West. Incredible views of the water and passing boats, usually live music on the stage, TVs, vibrant colors, fans to keep cool, feels like paradise! We loved sitting at the bar but also walking up and down the pier near the water on the path. It could almost seem like a hidden gem with less of a crowd than Duval! Bartending service was great as were the drinks, snacks, and memories!

So, I was fortunate enough to be in Key West for a few days and stopped by the Sunset Pier while I was there. My lady and I enjoyed our time. There was a band playing some soulful old school music. The food and the service were great. And the view! Watching the sunset while listening to good live music, enjoying good food and drinks with my lady. It'll be hard to find a better way to spend an evening. Hopefully I'll find myself back in Key West before too long and when I do, I'll be looking to revisit.

The view from here is absolutely amazing. It was a bit hot, so I had a cold drink next to a big fan to cool down. It was an awkward time to visit, so I didn't order any food. But it's a great spot to relax and enjoy the lovely sea views in a really chilled-out atmosphere. I'd definitely like to try the food next time I get a chance to visit. Anyway, I'd highly recommend it. It's an absolute must-see.

Meh. The burger was OK. My husband got the tuna poke bowl and the rice was an overcooked glob of mush. Ruined the whole dish. The rest of the poke bowl was bland and flavorless. Not worth the money. The view was great. We went mid-afternoon, no wait.

My wife and I visit the Sunset Pier every year (for the past 20 years) on at least evening during our annual Florida Keys vacation because it's literally the best place to watch the sunset and have a cocktail at the same time. We've occasionally eaten at the bar here (for lunch), but the food is not really the major attraction, because there are so many other places with better food on the island. It's the view and the atmosphere that is the hallmark of this place. It's changed somewhat over the years, and we noted on this visit they'd set up a pretty large band stand for live music acts. On our most recent visit (July 18, 2025) they had a great three piece band that played hits from the 60-80s. A few hits into the start of their sunset show, this older Black man who looked to be in his late 70s or early 80s (who the other band members called "The Soul Man") shows up in electric wheel chair and started singing like he was Ray Charles, Marvin Gaye, Sam Cook, or Otis Redding reincarnated. We weren't even sure if he was a local "amateur" or a full-time member of the traveling band. He had an incredible voice and we stayed for several hours listening to him. During New Years Eve, they usually close the pier off for a gala event that they charge steep prices for, but all other times we've been here its always been open to everyone on a first come first serve basis. If you do plan to dine here, then I'd recommend arriving at least 90 minutes before sunset to ensure you get a rail-side table with an unobstructed view of the harbor. If the weather is sunny, you will probably wear out your camera taking 100s of pictures of the sunset and all of the beautiful old schooners that sail up and down the harbor during this magical time of the day when the color of the sky changes so dramatically in a 90 minute period.

Tried the conch fritters. I never had conch before. I’m not sure if it was the execution. They were nicely fried, but mushy inside. They seemed to lack enough conch. I’d try them again someplace else. The service was great, friendly. They served a non-alcoholic frozen beverage for a great price. Many bars sell them for the same price as with alcohol. There were some pretty chickens roaming around.

We had an amazing time exploring the charming streets of Key West, and one of the best surprises we stumbled upon was this bar/restaurant. From the outside, you’re not quite sure what to expect, but once inside, it turned out to be a fantastic find. The ambiance was absolutely lovely, with lots of greenery, shady spots, and a relaxed, tropical vibe. The music was spot on, and the live musician added a perfect touch to the atmosphere. Now let’s talk about the drinks, specifically, the Painkiller cocktails. Hands down, some of the best we’ve ever had! Perfectly balanced and delicious. If this is one of your go-to drinks, do yourself a favor and check this place out. We also ordered the conch fritters as an appetizer, but unfortunately, they didn’t quite hit the mark. They were a bit too doughy and some still had runny batter inside. Definitely the only letdown of our visit. On the bright side, our bartender was incredibly sweet and attentive, checking on us often and making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a fantastic stop, especially if you're in the mood for great cocktails and a chill, tropical vibe. We’ll definitely be back!

Rating def. 4.5-4.75. Our oldest son didn’t like his tortilla shells only reason we didn’t give it a 5/5. Food otherwise and service excellent and cool vibe. The cocktails are fantastic but slightly over priced. We would eat here again and is family friendly. We recommend.

We tried this place on our visit to Key West. It was storming pretty heavy, but the outdoor area was well covered and the rain added a nice ambiance. There were chickens running around that we really enjoyed, but we're RUDE! 😂 We started with some Conch Fritters, a Watermelon Mojito and a Strawberry Daquari. For our Mains, I ordered the Cuban Sandwich and She ordered the Fish Tacos. This is where the chickens became rude... They hoped on our table shortly after I took our food photos and stole the top of the bread from one of my sandwich halves and a piece of fish right out of her tacos! The waitress was quick to apologize and although we said it wasn't an issue, she brought us out whole new orders! We just chalked it up to our own carelessness in guarding our lunch, but the extra food was much appreciated! We would love to return during a sunny dry day and try some of the other tasty looking items on the menu our next time we're down here!

We came here after having no luck at Blue Heaven, and I'm glad we gave it a try. We enjoyed drinks and wings, and my husband even had two piña coladas. They weren't as thick as he preferred, but they tasted good. We also liked the ambiance, enhanced by the live music. Additionally, we found the appearance of some roosters to be a fun touch.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!! We recommend the veggie burger and shrimp blt rap! The Caesar salad was spectacular!! The price is great for the huge portions!!

TLDR: Dinner amazing, delicious and totally worth it! Breakfast, very average and disappointing. We ate at Café Marquesa twice while staying at the hotel Marquesa. The 1st time was for dinner and we very much enjoyed our experience. Service was friendly, we didn’t have to wait long for our drinks and food, the plating was very pretty, the restaurant setting is intimate and charming but most importantly, everything we ate and drank was delicious. They even accommodated my special request on one of the dishes. Also, they definitely have one of the best key lime pies in Key West. Unfortunately our 2nd meal was not nearly as pleasant. We went for breakfast on our last day, wanting to keep the “best for last” since our expectations coming off our previous dinner was quite high, but we were disappointed. The service was not as welcoming, the food was very average compared to their dinner plates that showed creativity and excellent execution. They also don’t even have fresh pressed orange juice or fruits. Overall the dinner deserves 5* and since I think everyone should eat here I am going to give 5* on Google but the breakfast truly deserves a 3*. That being said, if you are in key west, you must book your dinner here, you will not regret it!

This was our first time at Cafe Marquesa and will be honest was the best meal/experience ive had in key west so far. We started out with the special which was caviar an let me tell you it was delicious. I had the tuna tartar an it was out of this world. The yellowtail snapper and triple tail fish was beyond amazing. The staff and chefs were amazing and 100% recommend coming back again and again. I could go on for days on how amazing this place was.

Every trip to Key West couldn't possibly feel complete without dinner at Cafe Marquesa. We love this restaurant and consider it one of the best on the island. Our server Stephanie was excellent, highly attentive and professional. And of course the cuisine is always expertly crafted and plated delectable. We had dinner here to celebrate my birthday, and everyone took such good care of us, highly recommended! Can't wait to return again,

Stopped in for a quick bite. My wife needs a GF menu and they had some amazing dishes. We got the Non-wings (tofu} and truffle fries. Hit the spot. Great service and fun staff.

Fine Dining That Delivers—Without the Fuss or the Foam If you’re wandering through Key West wondering whether true fine dining exists somewhere between flip-flops and frozen daiquiris; it does, and this is the place. The menu is beautifully balanced, clearly crafted by someone who respects both flavor and Florida’s unrelenting heat. I started with the hot and cold foie gras, and honestly, it was a beautiful surprise. The pear element? Game-changer. Sweet, elegant, and the perfect contrast. Who knew summer heat and foie gras could get along so well? I followed it with the pan-seared potato gnocchi, which had just the right mix of pillowy comfort and crispy edges, and the prime beef carpaccio, thin, tender, and full of flavor. For my main, I chose the swordfish, which was fresh, light, and perfectly cooked, basically, the culinary equivalent of a chilled linen shirt on a 90-degree day. No heaviness, just flavor and finesse. Service was attentive but relaxed (Key West style), and the setting matches the food: elevated, but not trying too hard. You’ll feel fancy, but you won’t need to fake an accent. Highly recommend, especially if you're tired of deep-fried everything and just want a real meal that reminds you why dining out can still feel special.

The best scallops I’ve ever tasted—perfectly prepared and served in a bright citrus beurre blanc sauce infused with rosemary. Highly recommend you check them out!

Our waiter, Wilson, was excellent. His knowledge & description of the food & cocktails was extremely helpful. He was attentive & the spacing between each course was perfect. The food (tuna tartar, craywfish & pasta, the black grouper, swordfish & dessert sampler) was excellent, as were the cocktails. This restaurant is our favorite in Key West; best food on the island. We will definitely eat at this restaurant again when we return & we'll be telling our friends about this place.

Had the Blowin’ smoke up your glass while my boyfriend drank the lonesome dove. Great drinks with decent quality spirits. Think a little more outdoor seating would do this place very well, but totally understand the environment. Quality of the drinks really shines through here.

Phenomenal craft cocktail bar! Best Old Fashioned and Bloody Mary in town — and if you’re a tequila fan, don’t leave without trying the Maria Rita. It brings together my three favourite flavours — citrus, berries, and chili — in the most perfect balance. Hands down, the best cocktail I’ve ever had!! Add to that the extraordinarily warm welcome and the friendly, homely vibe — it’s a must-stop, not to be missed!🥃🔥

Relaxing, cozy atmosphere with great drinks and fantastic service. Always love the fact that they use Stoli Elit vodka for their drinks and their Mules are some of the best we’ve ever had. Enjoyed a cosmo as well, which was delicious. Plenty of seating space and comfortable setting to enjoy a drink. The bartenders were all very welcoming and friendly as always!

Outstanding experience in Key West. This is a legitimate must when you are on the island!

You have to come here for happy hour!! On Saturdays I think it was 12-3pm. This bar has such a cool vibe, very speaks easy type feel and they have an amazing happy hour! You get to roll dice to determine the cost of your drink. 1= $1, 2=$2, 3= half price, 4-5-6=-7 full price. It was so fun and a unique way to draw people in! Every drink was hand crafted and EXCELLENT. So well crafted and high quality in every detail. My favorite was the key lime martini which had toasted homemade meringue on top, sooo good!! Every drink we ordered was top-notch.

Walking in, you’re totally surprised by the relaxed, speakeasy vibe. Dark red colors and rich, brown tones surrounded by well paired design touches. As you look around you’ll start to notice a theme. Missy the bar tender is without a doubt one of the best bar tenders in Key West. Go in and ask for a Woodford Old Fashioned. She smoked my glass and it was the best I haver had nation wide. We’ve been to Key West many times — myself since I was a child coming with my parents and their friends — but I’d never really explored “fan favorite” recommendations until our most recent trip. I did some online research and also spoke to local business owners about their go-to spots, and one name that came up multiple times was General Horseplay. Upon arriving, we were carded outside and immediately welcomed in by a bartender ready to make our drinks. The interior was unlike anywhere else we’ve been in Key West — eclectic, dimly lit, and full of unique artwork and light fixtures. Red satin drapes gave it an upscale cigar lounge feel, almost reminiscent of Berlin with its bold color palette and ambience. Our bartender — whose name I unfortunately forget — looked like Cher in her younger years and made my martini perfectly and my husband’s margarita just as well. We had a high-top table all to ourselves and enjoyed the atmosphere so much we returned a few nights later before leaving town. General Horseplay is now officially one of our favorite stops in Key West, and it will absolutely be the first place we revisit next trip. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a unique, memorable experience in the heart of the island!

We loved this place it was such a great time. So eclectic and cool. The key lime pie was delicious. My husband had the mahi sandwich which was juicy and flaky. I ate the shrimp and grits as well which was tasty. We went as a group and everyone of us enjoyed the food. The service was amazing. It was fun to have the chickens hanging outside while we ate. Super cute gift shop I bought a tile with chickens on it. They also let you bring your catch of the day and cook it for you which is really neat

Really neat and eclectic place to eat! The food was delicious, and albeit very expensive, you could tell they emphasized food quality and prioritized organic, local, and farm to table produce and food. Their key lime pie was also very delicious. There are free range chickens roaming around and live music playing. It’s loud, but definitely a really cool experience. I don’t think I’ve eaten at a place quite like it. It feels like a haven inside key west.

If you’re in Key West, Blue Heaven absolutely lives up to its name — it’s a little slice of paradise on a plate! We went for Sunday lunch while on vacation, and even though the place was super busy (we waited about 1 hour and 20 minutes), it was totally worth the wait. The vibe is pure Key West — open-air, al fresco dining, colorful decor, chickens wandering around, and live music adding to the laid-back island feel. I ordered the Surf and Turf Benedict, which features Filet Mignon and Lobster — and wow, it was phenomenally good. Perfectly cooked, rich, and absolutely unique. My friends’ dishes were just as amazing: the BLT Benedict (where the “L” stands for Lobster) and a Shrimp Omelette that was loaded and flavorful. Of course, we couldn’t leave without trying their famous Key Lime Pie, and it did not disappoint. Tangy, creamy, and just the right amount of sweet — easily one of the best I’ve ever had. Whether you’re a foodie or just want the quintessential Key West experience, Blue Heaven is a must-visit. I’d recommend it to anyone heading to the island — just go early, be patient, and enjoy the tropical atmosphere while you wait.

As always a fun and amazing place! Breakfast was amazing on a Saturday! My crew and I got there nice and early just a little after open and walked right in. Certainly filled shortly after. Still all good because they open the bar across the street to get your vitamin c on. Most of us got the Lobster grits and BLT Benedicts which were delicious! Service was amazing!

Low key but relaxing and cool outdoors setting. Great spot for breakfast and brunch probably for dinner too. Come early before 10am to escape the long wait line. The line gets so long they have a waiting area across the street, the size of a restaurant. The food does not disappoint but doesn’t wow either. The roosters trying to catch a chicken and flying over our table were a bit much for me, but people seemed to enjoy it.

Perfect Brunch Spot!! my friends, and I came here before our snorkeling adventure, we had to wait about 30 minutes before being seated, but it was so worth it! Our server was very nice and told us about all of the specials! The lobster omelette was a big hit at our table as well as the lobster Benedict! The lobster was so fresh and yummy!! let’s not forget the FAMOUS KEY LIME PIE! WOW!! 100/10! I’m usually not a Keylime pie person but the one at Blue Heaven definitely changed my mind!! I highly recommend coming here and checking it out! I can’t wait to bring my family here next time we come to visit!

This place is so cool!!! Live music and a lot of roosters to make you company for breakfast. 😅 We waited in line for 15/20 minutes but Service was so fast! We ordered some blueberry pancakes, egg Benedict’s with lobster was from another world! It was soooo delicious!!! Definitely recommend!! Key lime pie was really creamy and the merengue was good. A place that we you come back, for sure, next time we go to Key west.

Half shell was our first stop in Key west and we had a great time there! The mussels were delicious and the garlic bread, omg. So good! Fish and chips was good. Beer was cold and service was okay. They have non alcoholic drinks! The place has an incredible vibe. You can see it’s a place with great memories and make people happy. Love the decoration! Plus, you can have a beautiful view from the pier. Go for happy our. Prices are great! 😉 Definitely recommend!

Love coming here. I had lobster egg rolls and my husband had batter fish with fries and coleslaw. It’s our third time coming here for lunch…Food is excellent here!!!!Not so crowded at lunch time. We sat next to the marina. I got to see all kinds of tropical fish next to me. This was the highlight of my afternoon!!!! Omg!!!! Even the chicken was closed by…🐓 Go see it for yourself….🐠🐟🍤🦞🍺🍷

Love love this spot. Come for happy hour and sit by the bay. Must get: Gulf oysters. So fresh. Get at least a dozen Clam in a bucket. So fresh and tasty with white wine sauce SOLID: Conch fritters. Worth trying given that it's a big deal in keywest but it's decent. SKIP: Steamed mussels: we sent it back given that it was rubbery. Viognier by the glass was excellent.

We went to the happy hour a little bit early as this is very busy as a locals favorite. This was like a one day celebration of my birthday. Dave our bartender was great as he let us put in our orders for drinks a few minutes early I had dark and stormy rum drink with ginger beer and my husband tried a couple of draft beers. They have a full menu besides the happy hour menu. We have gone here many times. Love it! Fast friendly service. I love the beer steamed pink shrimp and husband loves their oysters. Because there are several restaurant in this location be patient you can get parking be calm and carry on.

I think this is the best happy hour we found in Key West, maybe the best happy hour I’ve ever had. Everything was so good, the blackened snapper was the star for me. Had a nice seat on the water, lovely

10000/10 highly recommend and would come again! This place is absolutely wonderful! Quality food, service, and premium atmosphere! We had a large party of about 25 people with 14lbs of fresh fish to cook. We also had an hour delay due to personal issues… Not only did they have the best spot to sit a large party in a private section of the restaurant, but they were so kind to accommodate our late arrival with zero fuss. They had the best service and were in top of all the orders for such a large group. The waiter Danny was so even keeled through the chaos and had the best customer service I’ve experienced in years. The BYOC (bring your own catch) was reasonably priced and they will fry, blacken, and grill it up for you. It was absolutely delicious!! Also, they have some of the best oysters in town. Definitely get the garlic baked ones!! Can’t wait to come back!

What a great place! So glad we found this gem! Sat at the bar during happy hour was the best! Lobster egg rolls was my favorite although ceviche, conch chowder and buffalo shrimp was great too!

Cool atmosphere with a lot of character and Cuban vibes. The outdoor seating area is spacious and has a nice setup. The food was okay — not the best I’ve had, but decent. The fried whole fish looked impressive, but the flavor was average. Dessert was also just okay. The biggest issue was the service — it took a long time to get our food, which was frustrating. Overall, worth checking out for the ambiance, but be prepared to wait.

What a fun place!! Great place to enjoy live Cuban music and enjoy the vibe while watching the sunset and eating great apetizers! The Scallops are a must as they are seasoned well with a butter sauce. Planting chips are good and add to the atmosphere. The Shrimp were on a another level and some of the best we had in Key west! At first I was skeptical because of the previous ratings BUT we ordered the # 69 and the relleno appetizer with our mojitos and let me tell you it was delicious. The pork was tender and marinated just right. The mojitos were strong and minty. The server was super friendly and helpful! The ambiance was very authentic inside the restaurant and out.

Very busy place! But thankfully, we got seated in no time! Service was fast ...! You get free cuban bread as a starter. Dipping sauce was good. I liked the spicy one better. Entree was of generous servings! The drinks i loved! Not too much alcohol added ... it was just a perfect amount so I have enjoyed both my food and my drink!

The most terrible experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Our server Jose was the most disrespectful server I’ve ever encountered. First he took the order for appetizers and after that took forever to come back and get our order for the meal, by the time he came back he had to tells us that they were out of white rice and arroz Moro which is what we planned to order. We didn’t mind and made our order and actually had to go one by one saying what we wanted and substituting the sides for fries. When the food finally arrived it was completely wrong. Basically all the sides were supposed to be fries and 2 of the orders had yellow rice and black beans, which we never would have ordered together and we mentioned that to our server while he took the order. The worst part is that we ordered 3 churrascos and only got one. The server Jose realized the mistake and started blaming us very rudely, saying we should have been paying more attention while ordering which was extremely disrespectful and rude. He started fighting back and forth on how it was not his fault the order was wrong when it was him who should have realized that we were six at the table and he only had 4 orders. After that he never came back to our table until we went up to him to get the bill because all we wanted was to leave. Everybody saw the way he spoke to us because he was very loud, rude and condescending and no manager or anyone intervened. I included pictures of the state of our table when we left. The plates from the appetizers were never picked up and we ordered multiple mojitos and the empty glasses were all there. Also the food was not good at all the black beans we never ordered were grey and and watery. We thought it was a sauce at first. Overall terrible experience, would not recommend and will not be going ever again.

A nice Carribean restaurant in the middle of Duval street and has a nice ambience. The outdoor seating and indoor seatings provide customers the choice of where they want to be seated. The bar area also has bar seatings. The service is nice and food is good overall. The best was the pineapple salad I love it. But cauliflower tajin was a bit disappointing. The rest of the dishes were up to the mark but nothing outstanding. However, overall it was good overall with quick service and food was value for money.

Great location and decor, I feel like that’s about all the good I can really say. Outdoor seating is really cute especially on the patio and in the back area with all the plants and sculptures. The bad - our food was really lacking. I’ve had a lot of avocado toast on the island and theirs was pretty bland which surprised me for island cuisine. I liked the bread it was on but there wasn’t enough flavor. It needed more olive oil, maybe some garlic, and sea salt flakes or some sort of seasoning. The chicken and waffles my boyfriend got honestly seemed like a joke. The chicken was one thin breast lightly battered… idk maybe we are both expecting Southern fried chicken like big pieces of chicken and that was wrong to think but that was probably the most disappointing chicken and waffles he’s ever had. And then there was the service. Our server, older white woman, acted like she was doing us a favor and never once cracked a smile. We are friendly people, my boyfriend being a server himself… we don’t have super high expectations by any means but we felt ignored and a bother to her. Everyone in Key West is usually super friendly and their hostesses definitely were. Definitely not a restaurant I will plan to return to unfortunately.

Carrion restaurant, beautifully decorated. They were setting up a DJ area when we were leaving. The pineapple salad bowl is the most interesting thing on the menu. We were actually looking at a menu online (from a photo, not the website) that had a lot more options than what we’re actually available when we visited in person. So just a PSA to always check the actual establishment’s website menu, not just photos of the menu that Google reviewers post .

We enjoyed happy gour from 4-6pm with nice food and drinks. The live band was great and interacting with us, the crew tried their best as well but a clear separation between waiter and front desk personell was difficult to understand. We came back the same evening for a drink and the next das for another happy hour. Recommended!

We passed by this island cuisine restaurant during our trip to Key West and I am glad we decided to go for dinner one night. Lively vibe, good service and decent food. We tried the special appetizer Mussels & Clam, it was pretty good. The Pre-Conch Republic Chowder was delicious. Watermelon Salad Toasted Rosemary Focaccia was refreshing for a hot weather meal. Hubby went for the Wagyu Double Smash Burger which was okay. It’s definitely a cool place to grab a bite, drinks and chill.

Great atmosphere with a live band! We had a great time and the skirt steak and jerk chicken were delicious! Definitely one of the better restaurants in downtown Key West.

Everything about mangoes restaurant is absolutely phenomenal except the host was so weird. She didn’t even seat us when we stopped by yesterday. We waited out there forever as she ate her orange. Our waiter was awesome he got us our seat!!!

*** Good Food, Live Music, Friendly Atmosphere *** This was my first time in Key West and at Willie T's. The food and service was great. The environment here is friendly. The locals and tourists all get along like a tight-knit community. The drinks were strong. The clams were delicious, so I was told. Parking can be a challenge, as this is more of a walking area. There is paid street parking available, but you will still have to walk a bit to get here. Check out Willie T's if you get a chance to get to Key West. Highly Recommend - 4 Stars!

I ordered a starter, nachos with beef, and it was large enough for two or three full grown men. It was huge! The waitress that showed us to our table didn’t enjoy her job. She clearly wanted to be somewhere else. The waiter however did an excellent job. It was nice with a live band. However, parking can be as issue of you drive.

An excellent spot for live music and a drink. The food is good but not as good but this place is more about the atmosphere created by the music and cocktails.

We’ve walked by Bagatelle so many times and finally decided to make a reservation, and we’re glad we did. The ambience, service, and food were all incredible. We had the tomahawk steak, crab cake, grilled asparagus, and their creamy mac & cheese, which was one of the better ones I have ever had, easily in my top five of all time. Will be going back and the location right across from Mallory Square makes it easy to catch a sunset.

this is one of the best dining experiences i’ve ever had. service was fast and attentive, but nothing extraordinary. where it was really at, was the food and the atmosphere. we got the mussels, lobster fettuccine, and meringue mile high key lime pie. the mussels were creamy and so good. the lobster fettuccine was exquisite. it doesn’t state it on the menu but i could tell it was homemade pasta. it was the perfect amount of sauce and great to share. the key like pie was paired with a strawberry sauce and it was the perfect way to end the night. also i had the cucumber cooler cocktail and that was great as well. the absolute sweetest cherry on top was the live music across the street from hog’s bar. we sat on the balcony next to the street and it was a perfect view to the bar and the live music really made the night so perfect. if you visit or live in this area, you must visit bagatelle. thank you bagatelle for a great experience !!

It was a very pleasant experience for a late lunch/brunch. The food was good with big portions. So you get value for your buck. Host was welcoming and explained the menu to us. Service was good. The atmosphere and weather were perfect to sit on the patio and people watch. It's worth the time.

What a gem! We stopped by twice and both brunch and happy hour (pm, they have two happy hours!) were excellent. The food is top notch and the cocktails are well made. Eric was our bartender and a lot of fun!

We loved this place! Came for brunch and had the southern eggs Benedict and WOW it may be the best cornbread I have ever had. Moist with a hint of lemon. Out of this world. We will be back before the end of our vacation to try their dinner menu!

Lots of interesting dishes especially if you are vegan. I only had the opportunity to try the vegan key lime pie, as the night we planned to have dinner here it was pouring rain. The key lime was ok - I’ve had better dairy free pie before. It wasn’t creamy enough -very solid. And no gluten free crust which would have made a big difference. The service was wonderful, very friendly. The inside was beautifully decorated. But as in most key west restaurants, no a/c, at least not turned on. It’s often so hot in the key west restaurants. I would recommend though. Wish I could have tried more things!

A gem for vegetarian eats in Key West! The kale caesar is next-level—crisp, flavorful, and totally crave-worthy. Their noodle bowls are just beyond, fresh-pressed juices are pure sunshine, and the ordering process is a breeze with quick, seamless pickup. Every visit feels like a little burst of joy—always fresh, always delightful. We live in the middle keys and it's always on the schedule when we are in KW- My son says "the waffles here are better than lego-land"....that's a big deal! Vegan options! WOW the food is really tasty. They have lots of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options including desserts! We went for lunch. I had the "Chicken" salad sandwich with the bean salad - both were delicious! My husband had the Ceasar Kale salad which was a generous portion. I got the Fresh limeade (also very good). I saw they have breakfast/brunch options too so will definitely be back!

We came by a chance and experience was fantastic. Wand was very kind and also Samantha very attentive to details. Good food and pescatarian and vegetarian food with great flavors. Cocktails were delicious. Highly recommended

This place was a fantastic surprise. Went there as a group. Every single dish was absolutely delicious, fresh and full of flavor. Even the coffee is amazing, haven’t had a good cup of coffee like that in a long time.

Great choice for vegetarians and vegans! Delicious food that was very filling. My entire family was able to eat without having to worry about the ingredients! We had the quesadilla with vegan cheese and sour cream (super rare for restaurants to offer vegan options like that!), the grande burrito, BBQ un-wing dings (super crispy), and more. Amazing service as well, was checked on plenty but not intruded! Would highly recommend!

Great spot! Our waitress was phenomenal - super sweet. She even volunteered to push our 6-month old in the stroller to keep him from crying! We all enjoyed our food. I had the blackened shrimp salad - very fresh and liked the mango, bacon and nuts on it. Our party also had the jambalaya with pasta instead of rice; the conch fritter appetizer; chicken sandwich with plantain; fish sandwich with beans and rice. It’s all outdoor seating, so I recommend coming in the evening to not get so hot. I’d recommend! And they have free parking !

We've stayed here for the last week. We have loved every moment of our time here. The house boats are a must to rent for the week or weekend. Loved the atmosphere, being able to watch the manatees swim and play with each other. And also watching the nurse sharks eat. Next time we come, we will definitely be staying here again.

We went here for a quick bite to eat because it was late and we were tired. I got a side salad with grilled chicken and my husband grabbed a burger and fries. Both were really good. The only downfall is getting bug bites. There was plenty of parking but wasn't sure where to go into the building as it has several entrances. The waiter we had was great and it was quick service. I would return!!

Nice restaurant with great atmosphere! Jambalaya was good, but the Cajun Pasta was top level awesomnes! Regarding the Key Lime Pie, don’t even think about leaving this restaurant without trying it. Nice drink options and very quick and friendly service. While waiting the food, you can watch to the water since there are lot of different fishes etc.

Nice little spot, came here because wifey & son wanted their fresh catch prepared, from the feedback that tasted great, they overall ambience is ok, it's 100% outside and there are lots of flies (at least where we sat) our server was friendly and cool, I don't eat seafood abd while the nachos weren't bad, I was told that the "non seafood" is also prepared in the same fryer(s) as the fish (big no no). But overall if you're a seafood lover you'll likely enjoy this spot.

This place is a hidden gem as it’s a little far from the main areas of Key West. The service was great and we enjoyed the views of the marina. I started with a local Florida beer (thanks to the rec of the server) and it was very good! I chose the blackened catch of the day with roasted brussel sprouts and it appeared with enough food for two! The people that I was with ordered the shrimp basket and it was also a very large portion. You will not leave hungry! My snapper was perfectly cooked and the brussel sprouts were perfect! We were so full that we took out key lime pie to go, but it was worth the wait! It was very creamy and one of the best on the island for sure!

Great food, great service, great atmosphere! I saw this place in a YouTube guide video, and they were spot on. The island hot dog was delicious, as was the Philly cheesecake eggrolls. Will be definitely returning on my next visit.

We came here for drinks and appetizers in the early evening around 6 pm on a Saturday. Definitely try their Key Line Pie Martini. Very good. Their Rum Runner is very good too. We were here for 2 hours and sat outside to enjoy the nice weather. We snacked on the Conch Fritters, the Philly Egg Rolls, and the Buffalo (Key West Pink) Shrimp with the buffalo sauce on the side. All three were excellent. Service was great and we listened to a young lady playing the guitar and singing from inside this place. She was very entertaining and had an amazing voice. We’ll definitely be back to try other menu items and enjoy the atmosphere that we experienced.

My friends and I went to Island dogs this weekend to celebrate a birthday. It was a great atmosphere. A chill and fun vibe for watching football or just some lunch and gossip with friends :) Matt and Ayesha were great to us. Matt made sure we had whatever we needed. The food was delicious. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Ayesha was a great hostess and waitress. We ate at Island Dogs back to back nights! She was there both nights and was fantastic. Atmosphere was casual, laid back, and carefree! The owner stopped by our table to chat and check on us! Most importantly, they donated to our kids’ school’s organizations and for that I am thankful and grateful! A company that gives back to the community should always be supported!

My wife and I went to this establishment. Looking for a good meal and an excellent view on the street. And while our waitress was very friendly in the beginning, she brought our food and never came back to ask how it was. My wife ordered the Fish and Chips and the covering on the fish was very doughy and not to be eaten, and when she finally did come back, we explained to her that if she had been there earlier we would have returned the food but she never apologized.We then ordered another beer and it took at least 10 minutes to get that.So we are very, very dissatisfied with its establishment.Both in the food and the service. This place was busy and for good reason. Got conch fritters and filet mignon kebabs for starters. Got catch of the day and the fish fry combo sampler for mains. And key lime pie for dessert. From start to finish, everything hit the mark. Food is fresh. Delicate balance of flavors and crispiness of the fry and even the vegetable medley was delectable. And plus beautiful view of the harbor during sunset. Highly recommend!

Stopped here for lunch when we first got into town. Such a great place to stop by and enjoy the view! They do have plenty of fans running, so it's not too uncomfortable when dining out in the heat.

Great place for brunch..I had the lox eggs Benedict..the homemade hollandaise was very tasty..the wife had pancakes which she described as the lightest she's had!. And the bottomless mimosas and bloody marys!! Are you kidding me!?!?! Very friendly staff with great service to boot.. Very highly recommended if you visit Key West

Great selection of small plates for Happy Hour 4:20 to 6:30pm It is a great place, just make sure you have less than 5 people in your group, otherwise they will refuse to split up your checks. They say it's policy, but everything was fantastic. Thanks for another great evening at the Boathouse 🙂👍

Take advantage of happy our special. We got an enormous amount of food and three drinks for like a hundred bucks. Lobster bisque, counch chowder, pink shrimp, coconut shrimp, lamb pops, and of corse conch fritters. Got a couple semi sweet wines and a mojitto.

Dante's Pool Bar and Grill is a fantastic spot for both partying and relaxing! On weekends, enjoy a lively atmosphere with a live DJ, great drinks, and tasty food by the large pool. During weekdays, it’s a family-friendly place to chill. The pool area has free lounge chairs for sunbathing, shaded spots, two bars, and plenty of tables for dining. Conveniently, there’s a parking garage right next door on Grinnel St for $5/hour. Highly recommend!

If you're in Key West and looking for a place to get out of the heat and humidity, Dante's is a solid option. We went and there was no cover fee to get in, though locals mentioned that during busier seasons or for events, a charge can sometimes apply. My advice would be to arrive when they first open so you can secure a lounger, as it can get pretty packed out. Dante's features a large pool in the center of the area. There's a sailfish water fountain and a waterfall that goes over rocks in the background. While there is a good amount of seating, much of it with shade, getting there early is key to getting a good spot, especially during busier times. It's a good setup for relaxing and staying cool. The food we ordered was good. We tried the Bang Bang Shrimp, the Ceviche, and the Conch Fritters. Our waitress was Lexi, and she was very busy, running drinks to everyone and keeping up with orders throughout our visit. She clearly worked hard to make sure guests had their food and drinks. They had a DJ playing music, and the restrooms, located upstairs, were clean. If the heat and humidity in Key West are getting to you, Dante's provides a comfortable place to spend some time and stay cool.

Dante’s was incredible! We brought in the fish we caught on the Cora Beth fishing tour and for only $12.50 per person they cooked it up—half fried and half blackened. Hands down the best fish I’ve ever had, and the blackened seasoning was out of this world. Huge compliments to the chef! The poolside atmosphere made it even better—laid back, fun, and perfect for enjoying fresh fish in Key West. We’ll definitely be back soon!

This place was super fun! Waitress was very rude, though. I sat my things down by the pool and instead of “Welcome in! I’ll be your server.” It was immediately “you have to start a tab to sit here”- literally no hello or anything just attitude right off the bat. Decided to give her the benefit of the doubt, maybe she was having a bad day. Will give them another try, but hope the service is better next time.

It's July in Key West, which means its hot, like hot hot. We stayed on Duval so we walked everywhere in the sun, yikes. My daughter is the one who discovered Dante's and suggested we go there and enjoy the pool. Upon walking in to Dante's, it immediately felt like a oasis in the middle of all the surrounding concrete and buildings. There is no cover charge or entry fee to visit Dante's. All you need to do is just enjoy some libations munchies from the bar area. The pool is filled with crystal clear water and is so inviting, and there are cascading waterfalls flowing over a series of cliffs right into the pool, creating a tropical backdrop. The entire oasis is surrounded by Tiki bars, chaise lounges, and lounge dining with umbrellas overhead to keep you cool while eating and drinking. The moment we sat, a very friendly server came over and took our drink orders, there were so many to choose from. The drinks and eats: We went for Key West Lemonade(vodka & pink lemonade) and the Poolside Daydream(mango, coconut, pineapple, guava, rums, mixed with tropical fruit juices). Both of the drinks were delicious and refreshing, but the Poolside Daydream, really hit the spot (several times, lol). For the eats, we had hot pretzel bites, super nachos, and the chicken tenders. Your typical bar fare, but very good and satisfying. We stayed for a few hours, enjoying the pool, floating games, having some drink and eats, and just chilling and relaxing at the oasis we call Dante's.

We took our freshly caught mahi mahi to Dante's and they prepared it for us. The fish was perfect as well as the coleslaw and fries. Our waitress was wonderful and did a great job taking care of us. We had such a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Dante's to everyone.

Beautiful pool and atmosphere. You can walk up or park a boat. There are multiple bars and tables that surround the pool. Menu had a variety of choices. The Cobb salad was very large and had a good amount of everything in it. The key lime marinated chicken sandwich was good but nothing special, fries were a little over cook and soggy. Service was sub par however it was busy. They do check id's and bag on arrival which made it feel safe considering anyone can just park a boat and walk up. They had a dj which made this spot the place to be yesterday afternoon.

Definitely a key west vibe. We sat outside and only had appetizers. It was wonderful atmosphere here and the food was awesome 👌. They serve cucumber mint water when you are seated. We ordered jerk wings, crab cakes, and the best tuna poke stack I ever had. I would definitely come back. ( the place looks small on the outside but it's absolutely huge.)

Seriously the best fish and chips ever! Crunchy outside and tender inside local mahi mahi and a delicious vinegar Cole slaw. Fish not heavy or greasy! Very good juicy Beach Burger. The key lime pie supposedly is the best on the island. Home run on the food. Laid back Island music sets a great vibe to relax out of the heat. Friendly staff served food hot and quickly. Another place not to be overlooked for more popular spots.

We had the BEST experience at Kaya Island Eats! We brought in mahi-mahi we caught earlier on our fishing charter (the captain Sam of cowboy charters recommended this spot) , and they cooked it up for us three different ways!!! every single one plate was incredible. So flavorful, perfectly cooked, and came out so fast! Huge shoutout to John, our waiter!! he was amazing! Ask for him when you go. Super friendly, full of great recommendations for things to do around the Keys, and suggested we try the Mai Tais (thankfully we did because they were delicious here at Kaya’s). Couldn’t have asked for a better meal or service. Highly recommend this place. 10/10 experience all around!

Kaya Island Eats is absolutely amazing! Every dish we tried was bursting with fresh flavors, vibrant presentation, and that perfect island twist. The tacos were loaded with fresh toppings and incredible sauces, the appetizers were beautifully plated, and everything tasted as good as it looked — just check out the photos! Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for delicious island-inspired food and a great atmosphere.

Food is crazy good / delicious. Plus they cook your fresh catch in one of 3 ways. The Bang Bang style and the Asian style were so delicious that my kids who do NOT eat fish decided to eat half my meal. It is that good. Gonna try the 3rd style aka Cajun style asap. Plus the folks are super chill and friendly. Two Thumbs Up. Highly recommend to folks who want a good meal and a chill atmosphere.

We had a really good experience at Kaya Island Eats. The conch fritters were delicious, and our favorite dish was the Veggie Warrior Won Tons (potstickers with super thin carrots/ginger)—super tasty and unique. We also tried the jerk chicken pasta; it was good, but I was hoping for a bit more of that bold jerk flavor to really shine through. The service was wonderful—friendly and attentive—and the atmosphere is laid-back and welcoming. Huge bonus that they’re dog friendly, which made it even better. Overall, a solid spot on Duval Street with great service and some standout appetizers.

We ended up eating here every single day of our trip, it was just that good. The staff are incredibly friendly and kind, making the experience even more enjoyable. While the service isn't always lightning-fast, the laid-back pace fits perfectly with the island vibe. Good food in a great atmosphere is worth the wait. Special shoutout to bartender Ellie, she went above and beyond every day. Her attention to detail and warm personality truly made our visits memorable. Highly recommend this spot, especially if you have food allergies, we’ll be back next time we’re on the island!

We came in around 630pm and there was plenty of seating. We seated ourselves and it took about 10-15 minutes for our server take drink orders. A little slow but service was good in all . Food was amazing. We ordered burgers and fish sandwich one issue with a burger that caused it to come out super late and manager came over to apologize. They took that burger off our bill. Great atmosphere, great good great vibe.

We had an excellent visit to Old Town Tavern & Beer Garden on Duval Street. The Fish & Chips with Smithwick’s Ale-battered grouper were hands down the best I’ve ever had. The batter was perfectly crisp, the fish was fresh and flaky, and the fries were hearty and well seasoned. Absolutely worth ordering!!! We also tried the Grilled Greek Salad with romaine, feta, olives, cucumber, tomato, and citrus vinaigrette. Even though we didn’t really taste or see the “grilled” aspect, it was still a flavorful and refreshing salad that paired nicely with the heartier fish and chips. Another highlight was the Blue Chair Bay Key Lime Colada, served on the rocks. It was smooth, creamy, and delicious. Even though it tasted more like a traditional piña colada than something uniquely “key lime,” it was easily the best one I had during my time in Key West! Darker cherries were a nice touch. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, and it’s also dog friendly as you can see from one of my photos our pup appears in. They kindly brought water for him and made sure he was comfortable (dogs do have to stay leashed on the floor). All in all, Old Town Tavern delivered excellent food, great drinks, excellent service and a welcoming vibe. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal in Key West.

Cute and cozy late night spot on Duval street with decent options. I liked the Ruben egg rolls… they reminded me of the OG Costco chicken bakes and had bacon in them. The hangover burger was decent but the mayo threw me off.. it was good house-made mayo, but it was so much that it was dripping down my plate and hands. The pork and pickle flat bread was definitely interesting unfortunately it was so salty so we didn’t really finish it. Recommend the tavern steak sandwich!! The vibes are very cozy but best if you dine solo or as a pair. Our family of 4 was seated in the way back which was fine.. but they lowkey forgot about us. Bro did not refill our water one time. 😭 Outdoor seating is really cute when it’s open. Close to other lively late night spots, including a bar and a small club so you can enjoy the atmosphere. overall, food was okay…just salty. I was starving but I wasn’t really blown away so it probably would’ve been aight if I wasn’t this hungry 6.5/10

Old Town Tavern & Beer Garden Key West 5-1-25 Stopped by for dinner on a Thursday about 4 pm. They were not that busy and we got a table fast. Out waitress was on the ball with drinks and took our food order quickly. This place has a beautiful garden patio area overlooking Duval St. I ordered the Fish and Chips which came with Smithwick’s Ale Battered Grouper, Thick Cut Fries and Tartar Sauce. My wife ordered the mixed Garden Salad and added the Blackened Grouper to it. She loves their Key Lime Colada drink and orders one as soon as she sat down. The drink was amazing, good and cold. My dad got the Wings with Fries. Our Food came out fast and all looked amazing. My Fish and Chips were very good. The piece of Fish was very large, and I got lots of Fries. My wife loved her Salad with Fish. My dad’s Wings were good. All food as hot and very tasty. The waitress checked on us many times. As we were walking down Duvall St we saw a cute outdoor seating area then walked a little past and found the bar proper. It was so inviting we had to go in for drinks and food. I had a Key Lime Colata and let me tell you it was so flavorful that my guy ordered on also!😊 Jennifer was so helpful when we asked questions. Her recommendations were spot on. We highly recommend!🥰❤️

Great place off the beaten path to cool down and get a nice cold drink! They welcomed our 3 dogs gave them water and served us cold beer. We heard the bacon Mac n cheese and grilled cheese were great so we gave them a try. They both were good and filling. The best thing was the frozen Irish coffee with Oreos on top. If anything just go there for the frozen coffee!!!

We saw Mary Ellen’s featured on a video some folks did of a Key West pub crawl. This place is really awesome. From the minute you walk in you take in all of decor, the wall of beer cans, the lighting on the ceiling and all the eclectic artwork. It’s a really cool little spot. We had a couple of drinks and the grilled cheese is fantastic. We will be back.

This place is off on a side street from Duval. The bartender was friendly and attentive. We split a steak sandwich that was really good. The gave a frozen coffee drink that is a must get. We were here on 10/17/25.

It’s dark in the bar, so these pictures aren’t going to look great but this is a good spot to have some “munchies” food. I thought the wings were great. I eat wings more often than I’d like to admit and these are really good, wasn’t expecting to find that here as I know people talk mostly about the grilled cheese, which I didn’t try.

We stopped here multiple times during our week in the keys - everytime we did the bartenders were super friendly and on point! The grilled cheese was one of the best I’ve ever had, fish tacos were amazing, pickle fries were perfect! Wish we had more time to try more food. We did music trivia (I’m assuming that’s what it would have been) one of the nights and it was pretty fun - it’s all off your phone which makes it very easy to participate when you want. The drinks were strong but that’s what we’re there for! Bloody Mary’s were money! The bad reviews on this place are stupid and I love the responses even more! Totally worth a stop!

If you don't have the Jerk Chicken Quesadilla, you are missing out. The best I've ever had. If you're not paying attention, you'll miss this gem off Duval. The service is fantastic. The food is great. And the prices are reasonable for a tourist island.

Such a great bar, from the outside it doesn't look anything special. We had two great evenings here, there's always something going on. The chicken tenders and quesadillas are to die for. If you don't drop in, you're missing out!

This was such a cute family owned restaurant to have an elegant dinner with my family on our vacation to key west. We did have a bit of a wait for our food but our waitress was very kind and attentive. The drinks were very pretty and strong but some a little to strong flavour wise. From our table I tried the spicy margarita, regular margarita, pineapple mojito, pineapple margarita & the pear martini, The pear martini was by far our favourite drink and reminded me a lot of a lychee martini, highly recommend. The servings were large, and my favourite food items was hands down the grilled octopus and calamari, our table couldn't stop eating it! Wedge salad was tasty and refreshing and the portion of steak was very generous! Only took a star off because we did have to wait until closing for our bill to come and the drinks were a little stronger (taste wise) than I'd prefer, but they will make you feel great! All in all a lovely restaurant & I loved both the waterscape at the hostess desk and the painting of the octopus by the bar, as well as as the aesthetic of the light up bar!

The food here is amazing and the customer service by Julio was phenomenal. My husband and I ordered the chilled jumbo shrimp and French onion soup for an appetizer we give it 10 stars🌟. For our entrees my husband ordered the Filet Mignon with pink shrimp and I ordered the Fettuccine with chicken… let me say our meals were 10 stars🌟. The amount was just perfect. The flavors were just amazing. I definitely recommend this place and will be returning. Ask for Julio, he will not only take great care of you, he will also suggest great dishes for you. We were looking for a place for a quick breakfast before an early flight. Sandy’s Cafe was one of only 2 places we found that were open at 6 am on a Sunday. We walked here from our hotel, it is located inside a laundromat. They have a variety of options on their menu and the prices are reasonable. We tried their egg & cheese breakfast sandwich and their bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich. The sandwiches were good, but nothing extraordinary, just what we needed for a quick breakfast. I would’ve preferred real cheddar cheese than American cheese on my sandwich. You can tell locals come here. Everything was made fresh to order.

We were on the hunt for a great Cuban sandwich and decided to give Sandy’s a try—and we are so glad we did! Hands down, the best Cuban sandwich we’ve ever had—perfectly pressed, flavorful, and satisfying. We also tried the plantains, and they were just as tasty—crispy on the outside, soft and sweet on the inside. If you’re craving authentic Cuban flavors, Sandy’s is a must-visit!

This is the one place I will never skip when in Key West. Hands down the best Cuban and the empanadas are ridiculously good! Even the fries are good. The Cuban breakfast takes a simple meal and adds so much flavor. Stop by Sandy’s, you don’t want to miss it!

It was my first stop when I arrived in Key West. I, along with my family, went there almost every day for breakfast. I returned to NJ with four cuban mix sandwiches and guava pastry. Great food and friendly service!!

Been coming here for years and have watched Hank's evolve to what it is now. We always have a fantastic time here. Music is top notch, food from Garbo's is excellent, and drinks are solid. Quite possibly the best and funnest bar in Key West. A must visit!

Back here after two years, great to see Garbos at the front of house, the change really works, it’s still Hanks, it still has the best food truck in the world, it has the nicest staff and to top it off fantastic live music. Keep up the great work for those doggies🐾

We stopped into Hank’s to listen to some live music and grab a drink—and it ended up being one of our favorite spots in Key West. I had the Golden Retriever (Aperol, pineapple juice, and prosecco) and it was absolutely delicious. My husband had a canned mocktail that he really enjoyed too. Garbo’s Grill is right outside, and we had a great lunch there—super convenient and tasty. One of the best parts of Hank’s is the wall of dog photos inside. We were missing our pups at home, so it was really sweet to see all the pictures of dogs from past visitors. The vibe is chill, friendly, and full of character. We’ll definitely be back next time—and can’t wait to check it out at night. Highly recommend!

Food from garbos is awesome. I got the Cayo bowl with shrimp and my boyfriend had the umami burger. The live music by Charley Ray is the best on Key West in our opinion. Loved hearing some country. Best part of our trip here, highly recommend. The Christmas lights in the trees and the low lighting make it romantic and like you found a little secret gem off of Duval.

Great spot in key west for lobster rolls & dog friendly which is possible the best part! This was the first meal I ate just minutes after arriving off the key west express boat, dropped our bags off in our room and walked down the street to this cute spot recommended by Guy Fieri. This was the best lobster roll I've ever had and I've had quite a few authentic rolls in my lifetime! Perfectly paired with Zapps voodoo chips & a delicious (though not very strong) piña colada & Miami vice! Perfect meal to start off our trip, there was some great music and my family ended up going back a second time before we left. I have been thinking about this lobster roll since I left Key West and that's been two weeks now. Oh what I wouldn't do to have another delicious lobster roll from this spot! Was a bit pricey for 5 people but that was to be expected with lobster & alcohol.

My wife and I found this modern island vibe speak easy bar in the Mallory Square Mall on the 2nd floor, you gotta go !!! Food and drinks were very good, PainKiller was the best!!! they just need more non-seafood selections to complete a foodies palette... Give this a try, highly recommend !!!

Came for the burgers, stayed for the Korean BBQ tacos! 🔥 Those tacos? Flavor bomb. Total scene-stealer. The burgers? Meh… they showed up but didn’t really bring the energy. Still, the vibe at Hank’s is on point, and I’d gladly come back just to reunite with those tacos. Burger who? Cutest little chicks and chickens too!

Magical lunch spot. You order from the food truck and they ding you when it’s ready for pickup. I ate the Korean BBQ tacos and they were very tasty. You get 2 tacos and they don’t allow you to mix in another type, you just get one kind. A bit of kimchi costs extra. We also got the spicy hot dogs and my family loved them. I liked eating outside under the shade trees. As with everything in Key West, lunch with tip was like $65.

We got tacos from the food truck out back. They were good. The wait for the tacos was quite substantial even though there was a lot of seating available. The atmosphere is very unique and funky. E enjoyed the live music.

Garbo's Grill at Hanks Saloon hit the spot! We stopped in for lunch and got some juicy burgers that were cooked to perfection 👌🏼. Overall, the music, chill atmosphere and their surprising love for dogs made us feel like this place is truly a local gem. Next time we are in the neighborhood, we will definitely be stopping back in, and highly recommend this spot for a quick bite or snack.

Stopped here as part our day in Key West. Really cool place that features a food truck with outdoor seating, an inside bar and an outdoor seating area in the back with a stage where bands can play. Had the burger and it didn’t disappoint. We also had a couple drinks. I recommend a stop at Garbo’s if you are in Key West.

This place is an absolute gem! The food is insane, flavor-packed, fresh, and totally lives up to the hype. We tried the Korean BBQ tacos, the Umami Burger, and the Kogi Dog, every bite was better than the last. You can tell everything is made with care, and the fusion of flavors is next-level. The vibe is laid back Key West cool, tucked behind a bar with plenty of outdoor seating. Super friendly staff and fast service, even during the rush. Garbo’s isn’t just a food truck, it’s a destination. 10/10 recommend grabbing a seat, digging in, and getting messy in the best way possible!

The AC might be weak but the food was great! Happy hour deals were worth it. The sliders were juicy and the tacos were seasoned well. Service was a bit slow but they took the time to make everything well.

Service was excellent. Food was good. Live music was there in the evening and the band was entertaining. The pina coladas were fine but in the lower echelon of all the pina coladas I've enjoyed. Location is superb, being within short walking distance to Duvall street. Indoor and patio seating available. We sat indoors. Our server was excellent and I ordered a fish sandwich. Pretty good- especially as I was really hungry- but I have to say that I've had better in the Keys. Certainly not a bad dining experience- it was fine so I believe 4 stars is a fair rating. However, its not an establishment I would go to again in the area.

The better breakfast place. Everything we had was hot fresh and we could tell cooked to order. Definitely more expensive than the other breakfast spots. Expect about $20/per person with beverages for breakfast.

Amazing food! Everything tasted so good. The service was excellent - fast and waiter was knowledgeable about items. Steak was very tender, jambalaya was better than in other places, lobster combo was delicious. Totally recommend this place for nice atmosphere, good food, and fun with karaoke 🥰😁

Happy hour is the best here!! You must try the steamed shrimp. We ordered 1 pound with 1 smoked fish dip and split it among 2 people. The frozen happy hour drinks were yummy too. They come in fun cups too! Highly recommend!

Ok. So Fogarty's is definitely worth the visit but this place outranked them in food and atmosphere. Service here was professional and attentive just not as personalized as Fogarty's. The food was best we had in our six days. The band The Shanty Hounds played wonderfully. And Paulie adorable. Lol. Made our last night, the best one. Just a short walk from Mallory Sq.

We had lunch, here, on our first day in Key West. The food was good our server was pleasant and available, even with it being crowded and very HOT that afternoon. The atmosphere is what one would expect in Key West. Everyone in a good mood and enjoying their meals and drinks. I give them 4 stars only because they keep the tables quite close to one another and they use plastic patio chairs and the table (at least our table) was quite small, even for 2 people and with it being busy, I just felt like we were all just packed in there. They were a little pricey but it was quite good eating (I had shrimp tacos) and I recommend them, just be aware of the seating.

It was a great experience. Desserts were delicious. My only recommendation is the following : we wanted to try a few things, but we didn't realize how rich and large the desserts were. I wished the waitress would have been upfront with us about the size desserts and the give us a little heads up about the amount we ordered. Otherwise no complaints at all. Very fun. The missionary dessert was amazing!!!

A tasteful, exciting and sensuous experience. I was so glad my friend recommended this. The drinks are unique and delicious. I just wish I had more room in my stomach for the desserts or if there was a variety of sampler plates one could have I wanted to try so many more things, but The ample portions of what I did choose tapped me out

So amazing!! The staff was so friendly and helpful with choices. The drink where amazing. The dessert were so good. Cheesecake was creamy. Carrot cake with so good. And the chocolate cake to die for. My husband is not a dessert guy but the caramel on rim he couldn't stop talking about. I highly recommend.

Everything was wonderful from the delicious desserts to our amazing drinks with coated rims or as they will call it “a rim job” but my girlfriend and I had a great time. Great art on the wall! Atmosphere was not my personal style however it was matching the vibe. It just made the restaurant look closed at first because the windows are all blacked out on the exterior. Delicious desserts tho, well worth the price and trip. (Dessert was our dinner that night it was so good)

The original Margaritaville. Great place. Nice aesthetics. We went in around 2pm. Our server was great. He came back checking on us periodically and was friendly. I only had water and my wife had the blackberry margarita. She said it was really good. Highly recommend.

We had an incredible experience at Margaritaville in Key West! From the moment we walked in, the island vibes, upbeat atmosphere, and great music set the perfect tone for a relaxing and fun meal. Our waitress, Mirena, was nothing short of amazing. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel like we were on vacation from the moment she greeted us. Her recommendations were spot on! The 5 O'Clock Somewhere cocktail was the perfect tropical escape in a glass, refreshing and perfectly balanced. We started with the shrimp dip, which was absolutely delicious, creamy, flavorful, and served with just the right amount of kick. The club sandwich was also to die for, stacked high, fresh, and full of flavor. Highly recommend this spot whether you're a Parrothead or just looking for a great time in Key West. We'll definitely be back, and asking for Mirena again!

The restaurant decor is really nice, our cheeseburgers were fantastic. The toasted coconut piña colada was the highlight of my dinner, it was so good! I would eat here again.

I had lunch there once, fish with coconut shrimp platter , delicious 😋 Then I had a dinner on another visit a few days later . I had the garlic pasta with shrimp, spinach and tomatoes, it was fantastic. This dish comes with peppers and onions in it as well, but I had mine made with just spinach & tomatoes .My husband had the club sandwich both times so he really enjoyed it. Service was great on both occasions.

Bartenders were great - rest of the staff seemed a bit... not so much in a great mood. They were VERY crowded/busy. Great margaritas. Pretty much standard conch fritters, coconut shrimp - not bad, but not the best.

The place was awesome! Our waitress suggested the nachos, get the nachos!! There was a guy that was playing Jimmy Buffet and Tom Petty songs. He did an awesome job!

Great vibes, and a must for Buffett fans. The shrimp dip appetizer was great, the coconut shrimp are also pretty perfect. Fins up!

Surprised to find the food here really well presented and delicious, the grill octopus was done just right, the chickpeas was savory and warm. My friend wouldn’t stop raving about the seafood soup! Highly recommend. Excellent service

I had the whole snapper and it was delicious! Spicy margaritas were a great touch. The servers were all amazing and very attentive. My husband had the lobster ravioli, he felt it was a bit salty but we aren't big salt eaters anyway. Everything was prepared beautifully. It began storming and the patio was well equipped with measures to keep us dry while still enjoying the patio. Oh, the zucchini fritters- MUST ORDER!

I love good suggestions, and when she told me I was really going to enjoy this place tonight, she knew she was going to nail it. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the staff made us feel right at home. I started with a jalapeño margarita, which sounded exciting but didn’t quite hit the mark for me, so I switched to a local beer that paired nicely with the food. Speaking of food—the bacon-wrapped dates stole the show at our table. They were such a hit that we ordered a second round. The mussels, beet salad, octopus, and ribs all came out well prepared and flavorful, each one offering something different to enjoy. Everything was satisfying enough that we didn’t even have space left for dessert. Overall, it was a memorable evening with a mix of flavors, great company, and plenty of reasons to come back.

This was a really good spot, we came after the beach and the pastas were all so delicious and light and well portioned. The crab ravioli was yummy, and the paperdelle usually feels heavy but this one was soo good and light somehow. The truffle sauce was so good too and the KEY LIME DESSERT OH MY OH MY. That took the cake literally it was my favorite key lime of this trip. Oh wait the zucchini fritters are also a must.

Out of this world dinner this evening at Nine One Five! Service great, food and beverages amazing, ambiance chic Key West. It’s not a big place, but that’s the key! Found online from reviews, and so glad we found it! Dani was our waitress, 10/10, thank you ma’am! Cocktails (martinis) were great, followed by a great Pinot Noir… solid wine list at this place… best we’ve seen in Key West so far! Appetizers include the mussels, from New Zealand… HUGE and delicious! The ahi tuna carpaccio was equally delightful! Entrees include a full fish yellow tail and the filet with fries… both amazing! Best fries we’ve had in years! Dessert was the key lime bar, different but perhaps the best key lime presentation in Key West! Highly recommend Nine One Five!

3rd time there over the years and did not disappoint. 2nd floor of restaurant is first come first serve and always great people watching and enjoying the balcony. The pink and smoky is always nice for those who like a mezcal cocktail. Ahi tuna gravlax is always delicious to start with. The wife had the bolognese and I had the grouper special. It was amazing. Fish was cooked perfectly hot moist with nice crust. Always a favorite when we are in key west.

This place was awesome! The folks greet you at the door and they exude positivity! The bar is just what you'd expect for being on the beach, but is perfect! The food is delish and portion sizes are healthy. Got the lasagna and the yellow tail snapper. Both were awesome! Parking is plentiful on days when the beach isn't crowded. Highly recommend!

First time trying Salute on the beach and it was great! Nice beach view outdoor seating and atmosphere all around. Mark the Host was so friendly and fun, he’s the best! Jesus was our server and he also took great care of us! Literally everything we tried was soooooo delicious! The fresh bread they bring to the table started off our meal the right way…so fresh and tasty! You can tell the chef put a lot of thought into these menu items. You gotta try the calamari! Might be the best I ever had; it’s sautéed instead of breaded and has a spicy red sauce, we loved it! Make sure you get the key lime pie for dessert! Thanks for an awesome time!

The food was amazing. We ordered the muscles in the white sauce it was to die for! The fresh fish was so yummy and tender the sauces on both of our fish dishes were amazing! The food made me dance. It was so delicious and filling, I had the yellow snapper and my husband had the grouper. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was very relaxing and romantic we sat pretty much on the beach. This is our favorite restaurant in Key West hands down!

This spot was an absolute gem! Tucked away by a peaceful public beach, it offered a welcome escape from the usual tourist bustle. We thoroughly enjoyed both the mussel pasta and the filet mignon; they were delicious! If you're looking for a tranquil beachside meal away from the noise, this place is definitely worth a visit. Just be prepared for the occasional rooster strutting through the dining area; a minor quirk, but not the restaurant's fault.

We had the blackened mahi sandwich and the mahi and shrimp pasta in a shrimp tomato sauce. We definitely recommend. We sat outside with our feet in the sand watching a volleyball game with a beautiful view. This place was recommended to us by a local.

Went in with a reservation on a Saturday evening to a nearly empty restaurant. Not sure why it was empty because our food was absolutely amazing and the service was great as well! Steak was cooked perfectly and literally melted in your mouth. Calm atmosphere and unique decor. Would highly recommend.

Spent some time in Key West over the weekend and stopped in for dinner. Ambience was unique and the food was incredible. Between my wife, my daughter and I, we ordered the chili, bacon wrapped scallops, grouper, Szechuan beef noodles, and fried bananas with ice cream. Every dish was outstanding but what stood out was the managements accommodations. When we arrive we were seated inside with a few other customers enjoying their meals. Unfortunately our 3yr old daughter was being a bit loud/rambunctious leaving me to take her outside a few times to avoid ruining the other patrons meals. While outside, a gentleman who I believe was the owner, asked if an outside table would help us. We agreed it would and he immediately sprung into action rearranging the outdoor furniture for us. He also brought out a few of his “action figure” rubber duckies for my daughter to play with. Above and beyond!! Highly recommend not only for the extraordinarily good food, but the top notch service.

Juan was THE BEST server! The best vibes. The best food. The best service here in Key West. A truly hidden gem in the Keys and will be coming back. The owners and the energy were superior. The wine selection is extremely vast and many choices to pair perfectly with your food.

There are not enough stars in the sky (or on the internet) to give to this restaurant so, sadly, I must award them only five stars. My spouse and I ate at this restaurant 2 years ago on our last trip to KW so when we came back and experienced the same level of hospitality and delicious food to say I was delighted was an understatement. Brian and the rest of the staff are the real gems here. If you want a mix of genuine humanity and humor then please make a reservation for this KW original. The ambiance, decor, and cuisine are not to be missed either. (I strongly recommend the bacon wrapped scallops.) With so many restaurants to choose from on the island I hope you will stop by and experience what the staff works so hard to offer; good food and great atmosphere. Thanks again for another great night and making our anniversary dinner one to remember!

We had dinner here on a weekday night in November. Our server Ryan immediately made us feel right at home. Super friendly and very accommodating. My wife had the spinach salad custom made to her preference, and without our even having to ask, he had the kitchen split the salad that I shared with her brother. The menu is very creative with lots of choices. The grilled shrimp starter came with six grilled shrimp and was enough for a dinner portion. The entree trio was amazing--filet mignon with blue cheese butter, three grilled shrimp, and lobster Mac and cheese, with a heaping portion of mashed potatoes. An absolutely amazing dish. The filet mignon was so tender and tasty. One of the best I've had. While there are no cocktails, the beer and wine selection is extensive. Lots of interesting desserts. We chose spicy quesadillas with chocolate sauce and a dish of vanilla ice cream on the side. Very tasty. All our food was expertly prepared, fresh and delicious. Service was superb, and the ambiance was very nice. The restaurant is relatively small inside. Perfect for a romantic dinner, special occasion or just a relaxing evening. We will definitely return the next time we vacation in the area. If you want a terrific dining experience, this restaurant is the place to go.

Small, quaint, quiet restaurant off Duval Street. Good service and nice wine selection. The food was amazing! We had spinach salad, bacon-wrapped scallops over mashed sweet potatoes and lobster mac and cheese. Décor is a bit eclectic. Wish we lived in Key West, we would go back more than once!

Not sure what all the hype is about or why this place shows up as a 5 star restaurant. The appetizers & dessert were good, but that’s where it stops. The fish was overcooked and the banana/pepper topping tasted like it came out of a can. The worst part: during dinner a lady walks in with a dog & has a seat at the bar. Not just her, the dog too - sitting in a chair at the bar. When we asked our waiter about it, he said well behaved dogs were allowed in the restaurant. I could understand if it was a service dog sitting quietly on the floor, but this dog was actively barking and sitting in a chair! As a restaurant owner this violates so many health code violations and is in no way acceptable.

It's definitely a fun place. Lots of great music in a typical key west eclectic vibe. Great lunch place, too. It's one of the best hamburgers of my vacation.

A great historic bar and restaurant in the heart of old town Key West! Great draft beer, cocktails and food! The bartender was phenomenal and very efficient. Lively atmosphere, live music and all around an enjoyable time! A must stop bar and restaurant when site seeing around Duval Street or bar hopping during the day and night! Plastic souvenir cups are yours to take home with you!

If you are visiting definitely stop by! Music is great! Happy hour is good. When the wings are done right they are the best in town. No hot sauce needed, just eat them the way they are served. Just did Olga’s slow roasted pork tacos. Amazing flavor! Had to be marinated for a long time!!

Spent a stupid amount on dining throughout the keys. This was one of the few places that was a great value and exceptional. Service was excellent, appropriate music level and great vibe. I will return and you should go.

We chose to have dinner here, it is right out of Duval street so we thought it'd be nice to have some quiet from the busy touristic street with live music as well. We chose the Tuna sandwich and the catch of the day, we tried the conch fritters (really good!) and the ceviche (so fresh!). We were overall pleased with our dinner, having little emblematic Roosters roaming free around us. The bill came with an automatic set amount of gratuity which really threw us off. For a party of 4! I would understand if we were a large group, but the waitress cleared marked off the suggested gratuity to add her own amount. It literally ruined our 1st night as we felt scammed.

Best breakfast in Key West. Came back both mornings that we were there. We had the veggie Omelette and the quiche and tried some crepes as well, which were SO good. The cappuccino was on point as well. The vibes are so cute. Friendly staff. I love this place so much and would highly recommend it.

We always stop by this cute spot in Key West. I love the plain crepes, but I tried a savory one this time and wasn't a fan. The plain crepe with maple syrup is still my favorite! My family loves the sweet crepes and they get crazy and ice cream 🔥😂 Service the last two times have been better. So I appreciate that as well.

Traditional French breakfast fare in a classic styled cafe with a jovial atmosphere. Service was quick but with no pressure to keep moving even though they had a constant stream of patrons. Being able to watch the crepes being made in front of you while sitting at the bar was especially helpful in deciding what to have on future visits!

Délicieux! Delicious! We had the savory buckwheat crepe, it had smoked salmon and shrimp with key lime sauce and shared a honey almond croissant it was such a cute place and the service was great! I recommend!

La Crêperie is tucked away in a charming neighborhood just south of Duval Street, giving it a relaxed, local vibe that’s a nice break from the busier parts of Key West. The café has a small, cozy indoor space and some inviting outdoor seating, great for people-watching or enjoying a breezy morning. I tried the Key lime crepe, which was tasty and had a nice balance of flavors, but overall felt overpriced for the portion size. Adding to that, there’s a $2 surcharge on all menu items, which makes the cost feel even steeper. Service was friendly at first, but inconsistent. Our server was pleasant, but disappeared for a long stretch with no drink refills, and we eventually had to flag down another server just to get our check. All in all, La Crêperie has a fun atmosphere and decent food, but the service and value didn’t quite live up to expectations. It’s worth a visit if you’re nearby, but don’t expect a standout experience for the price.

Fantastic breakfast, lunch or brunch spot! We went for brunch one afternoon around 1pm in August and it was busy but we got seats at the bar. Stopped by the next morning around 11am and it was PACKED and lots of people waiting. Amazing food. I had a great crepe with strawberries, banana and chocolate ganache. My boyfriend had a croque and was obsessed! Great and super friendly service. Would definitely return here!

If I could give zero stars, I would. The food is overpriced and not tasty — everything was burnt. The Eggs Benedict was just a plain boiled egg, and the omelet was overcooked and burnt as well. The kids' portion of the omelet was ridiculously small for $11 plus an extra $2. Service was slow and unpleasant; the waiter ignored all our requests. The tables are tiny — there were four of us, but the table was meant for two. Overall, I absolutely do not recommend this place.

We ordered a key lime pie so everyone in our group could try it. The cashiers we're very nice to give us small plates, napkins, and forks. We sat in the store and ate our pie in a cool environment. Key Lime pie isn't for everyone. Its tart and rich and the "lime" comes through. Many of us enjoyed a slice and others tried a bite and that's all they could do. To each his own. This small bakery also has a small attached gift shop with many great options.

I had high expectations for this iconic Key West spot, especially for my first Key Lime Pie experience. Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the hype. The Key Lime Pie was nothing special—I was expecting something fresher and more vibrant. The Coconut Cream Pie was even more disappointing. It was mostly whipped cream, with only a sprinkle of coconut on top. Honestly, I could’ve found a similar slice at a grocery store for half the price. Overall, the food just didn’t deliver. I was hoping for something memorable, but it fell short.

Is this the original? There's some debate. But! It is fantastic. I loved their coconut key lime pie. I will be craving it for years to come. The shop offers all kinds of key lime treats if pie isn’t your thing. I wish there was more seating, but hey, that's a really small complaint.

A must try Keys Lime Pie!!! 🥧 This version is delicious. The best I've tried so far. A balanced amount of sugar and the pleasant sour lime taste. Staff is nice and prices are average. The bakery sells many unthinkable products with Key Lime Pie flavor. 🤔 For the joy of tourists!!! Two tables and a couple of benches are the only options for those who want to enjoy tasting the pie seated on the spot hoping these aren't already busy. 🔝

If you love all things key lime, this is your spot! Their pie was very good, and they had all sorts of other treats and goodies to take home. Great little stop.

We really enjoyed our recent dinner at First Flight while on vacation. We started with their DI PARMA flatbread which was phenomenal. I chose their fish tacos for main dish. They were a little spicy but tasted great. My husband had their swordfish & was very happy with his choice. The atmosphere is so enjoyable & they have a beautiful outdoor seating area. Service was a little slow off the start, but I didn't have to cook or wash dishes! There was a wedding taking place upstairs which was neat to watch. Definitely recommend a visit.

Loved the outdoor seating, Sitting under banyon trees. We opted for appetizers for a light lunch. Smoked fish dip was so good, and was the tuna poke. Great service, not rushed

Great food! Loved the presentation of the corn appetizer! Beer was pretty good. Seating area outside was really nice, but could have used some additional fans. Would eat there again!

The ambiance and open air space was next level and the bar was great. Loved the history and merch, too. The food and service were OK. I’d go back but will probably just stay at the bar.

A very cool brewery in Key West. I was not impressed with any of the beers that we tried but the ambiance was amazing and the staff was super friendly. This place had the perfect Key West vibe we were looking for.

Very refreshing iced cocktails, especially on a hot day and evening. We really enjoyed our drinks and would happily return. Just know a lot of coupons will be valid for this branch rather than the one at the front. The venue is very nice and is clean. Loud music plays in the evenings so do not expect to relax. Overall a good experience.

I saw someone walking along Duval Street with a daiquiri in hand and got all excited. Turned around to see that a Fat Tuesday restaurant was right in front of me! I first discovered FT while in Tempe, AZ a few months ago. ATMOSPHERE: Unfortunately it's open-air so there was no relief from the 100% humidity sans for the misters spraying folks that walked in. Loud music and a mixed age group made it fun. BEVERAGE: Dreamsicle It was a good thing I ordered a small as I had a real nice buzz at the end. Thank you, everclear! I didn't know you could walk around with your alcohol beverage in hand!? Or was I illegal? Tasted like a blended popsicle with booze. SERVICE: Bartender service was fast and friendly. TIP: Try the Alligator Nuggs. Texture is like a fish and chicken had a baby. OVERALL: My new favorite chain restaurant that I wish would open in Hawaii.

If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to mainline gasoline in slushy form, welcome to Fat Tuesday Key West. The 190 Octane (153 proof grain alcohol + orange punch) is basically jet fuel with a citrus twist — I’m 90% sure my rental scooter ran better after I spilled some on it. The flavors here range from “fun beach vacation” (Piña Colada) to “pray for my liver” (Cat 5 Hurricane) to “this is how Florida Man is born” (Mardi Gras Mash with bourbon + triple sec). You can even get a 128oz gallon to go — because nothing says “responsible tourist” like walking down Duval Street with a jug of neon alcohol that could double as antifreeze. I got the Souvenir Squeeze Bottle thinking it was cute. Turns out, it’s basically a lifetime commitment — you’ll be refilling it until your doctor writes you a letter. Also, big respect to the Skinny Watermelon Daiquiri: same 153-proof grain alcohol, just “half the calories.” Because obviously the calories were the dangerous part. By the time I mixed 190 Octane Blue Raspberry with Mango Tango and topped it with Spicy Margarita, I’m pretty sure I accidentally discovered the cure for jet lag — or possibly astral projected into Jimmy Buffett’s backyard. Pro tip: Hydrate, wear sunglasses, and maybe text your mom before your third refill, because after that it’s anybody’s guess what your night (or your Instagram stories) will look like. Absolutely love this place and was so pleasantly surprised so see my all time favorite key west performer John!!! He’s always made our experience down in key west the most fun!!! Savannah also was such a great bartender! Cannot want to come back and check in with them again soon!!!

Fat Tuesday owes us nothing... We enjoyed the drinks and dancing! This is one of our go-to spots!

It’s 20 to Quetion‘s nearby ones bigger with way more choices. The other is like a stop and go for the cruise ship goers the bigger one has better five it has lots of seating parking in the area is atrocious, so good luck with that I had a golf cart and he’ll find parking anywhere. The drinks are good. I wouldn’t say that you’re going to get wasted off of them but if you need to cool down, it’s a great choice.

Been to other Fat Tuesday locations like Las Vegas. They don’t offer the massive drinks like they do out there, but you can still get plenty here though. They hit harder than I expected too, while yet being very flavorful. Solid quality frozen daiquiris from this chain. The area is fun, outdoors, has TVs, and a pool table available to play.

Literally an awesome place. Please bring your swimming trunks and get ready to drink some beer and relax and some crystal clear water. Very nice spot. Also you can rent chairs if you wanna lay out. It looks like they also have some just available for free as well.

Everyone here is so friendly. The staff were helpful, I love the fact that they have the free chairs in addition to the lounge chairs ($15/day). Burger was great, fish tacos were okay. I’d definitely recommend going, and I plan on going back!

Awesome place, the food is ok ngl, the smoked fish dip was the best one. The place itself is amazing, a cozy atmosphere with good vibes. We enjoyed every second of it and can’t wait to go back.

The (small but clean) beach and the scenery here was 5 star by far and we checked out so many spots in Key West! The food selection was minimal so don't come hungry (mostly light breakfast options I believe). I would've appreciated some free water but otherwise, I'll defintely come back and recommend this spot!

The quintessential beach bar located at the end of Simonton St. There's water access, a beach and dock and first come, first serve seating. You can order drinks and food at the window and find a spot. They rental water gear as well. We went to see Jesse Rice perform his song Landsharks at Lagerheads for the first time here and it was magical!

Wow great little spot to grab a bite and get wet. Saw crabs and fish. Beach is small but atmosphere is great. Food is great.

Chill place on a great beach, where you can get a beer, a cocktail and a delightful snack, and generally spend the whole day on the beach, minutes from the North end of Duval Street, without spending much. Lagerheads is an honest deal, highly recommended!

It’s a cool place to watch the sunset with your friends while having a drink and chill. I didn’t try any coctails, but the draft IPA is 👌🏾👌🏾. The service is friendly, you have to order yourself at the bar, and be patient:) The majority around, was elderly people, drinking, chilling on the beach chairs….No one was screaming or clowning around (something you see a lot in KW), very civilized. Oh! And they have live music on a normal volume:))) I had a good time!

Great views, the drinks are good, nothing special. But to be fair we had 2 frozen drinks which shouldn't be a judge of the quality of a bar. The bartender was great.

Just drinks; Paul and Dirty made for a wonderful experience and a beautiful sunset, recommend by our friend Franny and Mariol And boy they were right! Service music atmosphere all 10’s Good chance we close our vacation out with them tomorrow Pop Prost!

I’m not sure how this place has such good reviews. It’s a hotel bar. The bartender is not friendly at all. They “don’t make mojitos” so I got a strawberry daiquiri, which was just the premade syrup and one of those automatic frozen drink machines. $10 and disgustingly sweet. There was a nice breeze, nice view, and some live music, which is the only reason I gave it two stars. There are a billion better places to grab a drink.

If you want to relax with a couple drinks along the water, this is a really great place. But it's not perfect. The frozen cocktails are like dessert, which I'm absolutely here for. They were delicious and well made. I don't remember specifically how much they cost, but I don't remember being outraged, especially for Key West. I do have two complaints though. One, there's no food. I'm of the opinion everywhere that serves alcohol should serve some kind of food, even if it's just french fries or chips or something. Second, there were half a dozen people smoking on and off while we were there. I assume it must be legal... but I'm not a fan and it definitely hampered the experience for me at times.

We asked a local couple on their recommendation of where to go to have a few drinks and relax and watch the water. They said to go to this place as it was laid back and had nice views. Great Bartender with good drinks. We enjoyed the view even though it was raining on and off while we were there. Enjoyed watching the boats going by. We’re definitely coming back here the next time we’re in Key West. Great choice to come here!
