Asian fusion restaurant
SOI Fusion, located in Zagreb, offers a small but delectable menu of Asian fusion street food. The restaurant is known for its flavorful dishes like Tonkotsu ramen with pork broth and glazed char siu, as well as Tuna poke with sushi rice and raw tuna. The establishment has gained popularity for being one of the first to introduce ramen in the area.
Delicious food, beautiful building. I would recommend this place! Saturdays are busy and I’d recommend making reservations for weekends. Prices were okay! First time in Croatia so maybe things are fine differently but the glass of wine seemed stingy. When asked, the bartender said it’s a normal pour. Staff was okay.

I was super stuffed after the lunch at this place. Everything seemed delicious that I ended up over-ordering. Only now days later finally I remember to give my review for this place. One of the best Asian food restaurants in Zagreb. Although they might have been altered to suit the taste of the locals, it’s understandable as they placed themselves as a “fusion” restaurant.
Marga P — Google review
Delicious Ramen. The tonkatsu Ramen broth is really tasty, ingredients are top quality, definitely one of the best ramens I had (and I had a lot). Cooking of the egg could be improved (slightly overcooked), but not a big deal. Highly recommend 👍🏻.

So glad we found this place! After a long day, this was just what we needed. Absolutely amazing food, everything we had was delicious. The chicken gyoza and karaage chicken bun was moist and tasty. Then the noodles and the pork belly donburi was just incredible. So tasty with tender pork. It was all perfect! I would definitely recommend. Staff were great too and it was busy for a Tuesday evening.

I love all kinds of Asian food and this was a hit! You won't get overwhelmed by the menu because it's carefully selected. Pork belly bao was amazing, as was tuna poke bowl. Tuna was well marinated, rice well seasoned and I loved the choice of toppings. My boyfriend had gyozas and karaage chicken donburi - he enjoyed both. I highly recommend reserving a table. We came on Monday evening and I don't think we'd have a place to sit if we hadn't reserved a table. The atmosphere is vibrant and international, after all the restaurant is situated in the courtyard of a hostel and beneath Swankey's terrace. We spoke English with the waitress which was honestly no problem for us. We were also served quickly even tho the place was full. The only downside of our experience were the drinks! I'm not a wine snob but I like to have a good glass of wine, this one unfortunately wasn't it (Dobra berba "Biello") 😬 And ice cubes in my boyfriend's drink had an unpleasant smell/taste. So all in all, we'll definitely come back and try different drinks 😄

Everything was delicious, but my favorite was the green curry. The banana dessert was to die for — absolutely delicious! I’m definitely coming back for more. The staff were super polite and nice. ✨️🌸
Maja D — Google review
We ordered the Khao Soi Ramen — it was delicious and quite unusual, I tried this kind of ramen for the first time! The interior was interesting, and the friendly service was also a nice surprise — at our request, we were moved to another table (since one of the rooms was a bit stuffy). We’ll definitely be coming back to try more dishes! 😊

LOCATION & ATMOSPHERE Great location, one tram stop from the main square, atmosphere is pleasant and cozy. SERVICE Professional, friendly, everything was very smooth. PRICE Actually very good prices regarding the location, 12-15€ per dish on average. FOOD Chicken katsu is what I took, decent portion, great flavours, I was very satisfied. OVERALL One of those places where you feel that no matter what you take, it will be good because they hold a certain standard. Come and enjoy, this restaurant has my recommendation.

Japanese restaurant
Located in Zagreb, Croatia, Takenoko is a renowned Japanese restaurant that has been serving the best Japanese and Asian fusion cuisine since 2002. The restaurant offers an elegant ambiance with chic interiors and a fantastic location near the main square. Known for its exciting sushi, Asian fusion dishes, fine wines, champagnes, signature cocktails, and an extensive whiskey library, Takenoko is popular among young professionals and food enthusiasts alike.
Very good service and atmosphere. Wide selection of sushi also has few different options instead sushi. I’d tried sushi plate. It was delicious and fish was fresh.

All good here…location, ambiance, music ( upbeat but in the background). , clean, modern, chic. Food was authentic, as fresh as is possible, and delicious. Service was friendly and fast. Near everything you want to do in Zagreb that is fun! Enjoy this place!
Wayne B — Google review
They must have changed their Chef and fish supplier, because they got better! I must admit, that I stopped visiting this restaurant a year ago since I became bored with their menu... Finally, they have added a few more dishes and all of those new dishes are fabulous. Now, I am looking forward to go for lunch or dinner again soon!
Felyn Z — Google review
Excellent food. The staff is super courteous and very helpful. The food quality was really good and fresh. The taste was just amazing. The food in Zagreb is much better than the other cities as there is a lot of variety. The restaurant is very clean and not that expensive. It looks fancy but I believe it is value for money for the service and food it offers. I loved the Salmon, the meat was so tender and fresh. The flavours were just right. They accept cards as well. I hear the desserts are also excellent but I haven’t tried them personally. The gyoza was juicy. It also has veg options for vegetarians. Overall we had a great lunch.
Palkan B — Google review
A year ago, this locale was excellent. Last week, for a 115€ and a very generous tip, I expected better. Our waiter was good and prompt. The food has declined in quality. Cold starters - there is nothing more disappointing than lukewarm gyōza. How long had it been sitting? The yuzu cocktail is a pale imitation of what it was. Clearly, they lost replaced, or didn't feel like paying for, their excellent bartender and chef. It's a shame. ----- As far as food, drink, and service goes, it's simply the best Asian fusion I've had in Croatia so far. Our server was polished, polite, knowledgeable, and encouraging. Easily offered suggestions, and was clearly knowledgeable with all food related Japanese terminology. Cheers to the bartender, their excellent yuzu gimlet was a refreshing, creative delight. The gyoza, and I hesitate to use so bold a word, were perfect. I can still recall the crunch, followed by the perfect chew of steamed dough and filling. The spring roll, excellent. I enviously eyed a neighboring tables tempura shrimp and vegetables. Something to come back for. Each piece of sushi was excellent. Carefully crafted, beautifully presented, and a treat to savor. The tuna is of notable quality. Desert, a recent addition to the menu, was playfully delicious. To be fair, there were a few technical issues which weren't agregious, however should be mentioned. The cutlery needs a closer eye, as does the general table settings. I did notice the restaurant does allow babies, but to be fair, the tourists behind us were far louder. Technicalities aside, I found the food, drink, and service to be excellent.
Gato R — Google review
Takenoko has been known for years as a great sushi restaurant in Zagreb. We spent our anniversary there and although the food was good I was not that impressed. The service was not on the level that I expected it to be, on the bill I saw that we got the wrong wine, and just the overall experience was not excellent. I think at this price point it should be better, especially the service.
Amalia S — Google review
Our favorite Japanese restaurant in Croatia. Their tempura and ever changing menu are amazing and delicious. Feel of luxury, minimalism and all placed in the heart of Zagreb historical.
Minja B — Google review
Having read the reviews I hoped for more. The sushi rolls were average, wouldn't go back for them. There was a stain on the sake jar, menus were also stained. The interior is nice at first glance, but if you look closer, it's made quite cheaply. The waiter was nice and polite. The set of three rolls in the picture + a bottle of water + 0.18ml of sake costed 300 kunas (€40).

Indian restaurant
Asian fusion restaurant
Restaurant
Royal India, located on Tkalc ceva Street in Zagreb, is a popular Indian restaurant known for its rich warm decor and extensive menu featuring traditional tandoor-cooked dishes. The restaurant offers a variety of options for vegetarians and also serves Croatian wines to complement the spicy Indian cuisine. Over the years, Zagreb's restaurant scene has seen a renaissance with the addition of various international cuisines, including Indian.
In the very center of Zagreb, on Tkalciceva Street, there is this Indian restaurant that I accidentally entered and was delighted with. The selection of food is very large and everything is extremely delicious. You could write a whole novel about spices because everything is so rich in flavors and really delicious if you like them. The restaurant staff is very polite and unobtrusive, which is very important to me. If you ask them, they will be happy to help you with instructions and advice on what is best for you.
Damir — Google review
The atmosphere was cozy and beautifully decorated, gives you an instant desi feeling. Food was good, spicy as required but for me was somewhat less salted, so taste could be better I think. Hopefully next time! We tried their Samusa, Vegetable biriyani with Chicken vindaloo. Service was fast. Recommended! 👌
Avinanda C — Google review
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Simply the best Indian food I ever had in my entire Europe-stay duration (4 years!). Authentic Indian taste. Must definitely visit. Good quantity as well.
Shivani B — Google review
One of the best biryanis I’ve ever had, perfectly spiced, with a good balance of flavors. The waitress was friendly, and the food was truly delicious.
Zoheir T — Google review
Unfortunately our second time here and a bit disappointed the food wasn’t as tasty as 2 years ago and my son said the meat tasted fishy and it did. I feel sad as we were really looking forward to the meal and it just wasn’t up to scratch and don’t think we’ll be returning, sadly. The worst Indian food my family & myself have ever had! I don’t recommend it at all & a place to avoid in the future! A waste of time and money! My son never complains about his food but sadly he did about the food served here.
Jennifa H — Google review
You are roaming Zagreb and the aroma of yumminess hits you. You have to have this food. You must. We were quickly seated. A friendly server suggested portions and what’s good (hint everything). We have been traveling for a bit and craving desi food. And boy are we glad we found this restaurant. We had samosas for appetizers. This was a big serving and tasted awesome. The butter chicken tasted excellent. The tikka fresh and served on a hot plate. Most importantly not with the red dye which is not common in the US. I loved the biryani, especially how it was cooked in a dough cover like it’s supposed to be. We really enjoyed our experience here. The staff from the host to the servers is friendly and made our experience special. Really loved the place and hope to be back.
Ali R — Google review
Was hoping for a bit better experience here. On a Sunday evening 8.30 the restaurant was full and almost unbearably noisy - including families with children playing loud games on their phones and couriers entering and leaving all the time. I wish the restaurant would do something to limit the noise i.e. acoustics, asking people to limit the noise and better interior design. It was a very stressful evening. Had chicken tikka grill and butter chicken. Food portions are the smallest we have ever had in an Indian restaurant. The grill was good cooked well but did not taste of much compared to other Indian food. The butter chicken was well spiced but a little undercooked. Prices are only okay, considering that you have to add naan and rice to the main dish. The service was okay, not the often humble Indian service but also not rude. Would only eat here again if it is not so busy.
Ali K — Google review
Really nice food! The lamb was really exquisite. The rice and garlic bread were great extras. The chicken tandoori was a bit dry for my taste but good. Shout out to the Indian Typical Lemonade which is sweet and salty at the same time. Perfect to wash the spicy out of the mouth

Chinese takeaway
Fast food restaurant
Wok and Walk is a Chinese restaurant with a simple interior that serves richly flavored dishes. They specialize in authentic Chinese recipes, offering the option to either dine in or take away. Customers can enjoy a variety of dishes such as vegetable noodles, rice with squid fish, and even fried ice-cream. While halal options may not be available, the vegetarian flavors are highly enjoyable. The comfortable ambience inside, aided by air conditioning, provides respite from the heat outside.
I got the noodles with Mongolian noodles and they were delicious! The portion size was large enough to share with my husband even though we were both very hungry. The woman who took our orders was very kind and helpful. The spring rolls were also very good.
Asia W — Google review
Ordered a vegetarian dish, it came with pieces of meat inside. This wasn’t a mix-up — it was not a wrong meal, there was just meat in vegetarian dish. I wouldn't write a bad review for a genuine mistake, but this raises serious concerns about their kitchen hygiene and respect for customers.
Laura S — Google review
We googled Asian food and found this place, guess what we weren't disappointed!!! We ordered vegetable noodles and rice with squid fish, also we ordered fried ice-cream. We couldn't get halal but thoroughly enjoyed the vegetarian flavours. It was too hot outside so felt relaxed inside with Ac's on. Staff was very helpful throughout our stay.
Sahar K — Google review
I ordered take out, the food was terrible. Absolutely terrible. Ordered one portion of veggie rice and rice with chicken, sweet and sour sauce. It had no taste at all, and it had a few pieces of something gross like uncooked jelly or yucky pieces of something. The 2 portions were 22 EUR. Absolutely terrible. Never eating here again.
Tikica — Google review
The food was okay and nothing spectacular here. The price is affordable considering the location, however they serve the dishes in the paper box, not on the plate with that price... We ordered chicken Szechuan with noodles, sweet and sour chicken with noodles and spring rolls. Szechuan chicken is not spicy at all and it was just okay.
Anna — Google review
Tasty, but nothing spectacular! We've had noodles with three types of meat (great noodles, but lacking any particular taste/sauce), szechwan rice with chicken (plenty meat and crunchy veggies) and meat spring roles, which were the best!
Sanja C — Google review
Service was friendly and the restaurant was tidy with a relaxed atmosphere. However the food is quite expensive, soggy noodles with a ton of MSG. I ordered food eat-in but it was served in a cardboard box with disposable utensils!
Elias — Google review
The positive! - place is pretty cool, chairs look modern.. etc. - girl behind the counter Outstandingly nice! The un-expected - brócoli and stake is just .... brócoli and stake with noodles NOTHING special, pretty tasteless - nothing is served in plate (all in to go boxes) not sure why photos are different. - there was a gentlemen seating across us (like the manager or chain supervisor), now he was rude .. did not great, looked like he was rude to his employees, stared at clients with out asking, greeting et. - prices are fair, if it would have some flavor! Conclusión I’d never come back!

Asian restaurant
Located on Tkalciceva street in downtown Zagreb, Curry Bowl is a newly opened restaurant run by two Sri Lankan brothers. Despite some negative feedback about service and uncertainty about the meat served, the preparation of traditional Sri Lankan dishes like Kotthu Chicken, Deviled Beef, and Curry Chicken is said to be authentic and worth trying.
OMG! What an amazing top class restaurant. Our lunch at Curry Bowl Restaurant at Zagreb without a doubt one of the finest meals I ever had. The food was Journey each course ( Starter plate, Black pork kottu, Kiri Malu Curry, Home Made Ginger Beer& unique ice Tee and amazing delicious dessert) showcase the chef‘s mastery of flavors and techniques. All came with a big good explanation through „Lahiru‘ made through out with a nice hospitality. Hats off to him! We proudly recommended to you all have big look there! Enjoy! And good luck!

Outstanding food and ambience. Vegetarian and vegan options too, very clearly marked. Huge portion size. Don't miss the add on pineapple chutney it's sweet but it's amazing.
Ravi A — Google review
We had read some good reviews on TripAdvisor so we decided to come here for dinner. Another reason was availability of veg food which is little difficult in Zagreb. we were not disappointed. It was a small place in a pedestrian lane which was full of bar and restaurants with lively ambience. We had veg curry with rice and deviled vegetables which was quite good. The tables and chairs could have been better. The service was fast and efficient...
Balkrishna S — Google review
Visited here on our first night based on previous reviews as we had booked an authentic meal for our second night and fancied something a little different. The menu is limited but still plenty to choose from. The mixed stater was fine but nothing special, however the slow cooked pork curry was very, very good. The service was not overly attentive and lacked interest.
J C — Google review
Found this really cool place on a busy road in Zagreb with seating outside and a really good atmosphere. The have some nice vegan options. I Had a really good sri lanka stir fry made with vegetables and soya chunks in a blend of spices and a sauce. Served with rice and Pol sambol, which is a mix of spices and grated coconut.
Lukasser — Google review
It was our first time trying Srilankan cuisine and we loved it. The ingredients were fresh and the dishes were flavourful. Infact, the portions were large. I would definitely recommend the Kaha Bath, the turmeric rice. We tried Chicken curry, Pork curry and Fish curry, all three with Kaha rice and perfectly spiced to our taste. Prabhan(i hope it’s spelled correctly) was so polite and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He even gave us the special Srilankan curry powder. Can’t wait to try them in my dishes. Highly recommended for those who want a quality meal with very friendly folks!
Sulakshana K — Google review
The flavors of each dish are an exquisite combination of fresh ingredients. The concept of customizing the spice level is a brilliant idea that caters to all tastes. The fried rice with beef and mixer appetizer platter were so amazing, without a doubt, the culinary experience at this place is highly recommended. I hope to return soon to try other delicacies on the menu.
Daniel V — Google review
As a Malaysian being in Croatia for 11 days, I was already craving for spice. curry bowl had so many on their menu and even provides, spicy, level options, which is great. It had enough taste, and the spice was really effective🥵 Some of my friends think that they are ginger. Beer is a tattoo too sweet, but it’s OK for me. You may want to adjust the sugar level according to your preference.M Would strongly recommend. Not to mention that their Service was also super great and friendly.

Japanese restaurant
Tekka, a Japanese restaurant located in Zagreb's business district, has been setting high standards for years. The modern and elegant establishment offers a delectable array of dishes, from hot soups like Tom Yam Kung to mini ramen with chicken, spring rolls, gyoza, sashimi, sushi variations such as nigiri, uramaki and hosomaki.
Crazy good! I can’t say enough positive things about this restaurant. We’re Japan-afficionados who have been to Japan numerous times, but here at Tekka we had the best sashimi ever! Service was absolutely impeccable, food is so fabulous. I’m so sorry we can’t stay longer in Zagreb, otherwise we would eat here more often. Great cocktails too btw.

Food is really good Staff are friendly and kind even though I haven’t dress up and they didn’t feel hesitate to provide me a services 🙏🏻❤️ Also star of the night I can’t miss is Matcha ice-cream taste so authentic ✅ it’s really good combination with sesame mousse ❤️😍

If you're into Asian and Japanese flavors, this place is a good option to try. They offer a variety of dishes, including sushi, although I found the menu to be a bit limited. The food was tasty, and the service was fast. Prices are reasonable for the quality. It's kid-friendly during the day, and in the evening, it even has a romantic atmosphere. Parking is easy to find, but I’d recommend making a reservation, especially for dinner.

What a wonder Japanese restaurant. We’ve travelled the world eating great sushi but never expected to find such a nice experience in Zagreb. The restaurant is well appointed and we love the glassed in kitchen. The service was tops, friendly, informative and never rushed. The menu was… extensive. As for the food… fish was super fresh and very importantly, the rice, often overlooked, be it in nigiri form or in a bowl, was perfectly made. And we had the green tea sesame mousse dessert that was just fantastic. When you’re in Zagreb and looking for Japanese food, this is it. Oh…. We enjoyed it so much, we went back again the second day of our stay in Zagreb.
W S — Google review
Wonderful service and great food. Our waiter offered to choose a selection of sushi to go with beautiful fresh salads and a superb monkfish stir fry. All of it was delicious and combined much better than if we had chosen ourselves. Given the quality of the decor, the food & the service, the price was reasonable too.

Asian restaurant
Fusion restaurant
Umami Branimir Centar is a restaurant in Zagreb that offers a unique Asian dining experience. The chefs prepare classic dishes with harmonized flavors and seasonings, creating beautiful aromas and textures. The menu includes a solid selection of beer and features Thai fusion cuisine with options like soups, noodles, curries, and vegan dishes such as falafel.
LOCATION & ATMOSPHERE In the middle of a center with stores, cinema etc. so quite busy. SERVICE Very pleasant and professional. PRICE Medium prices, I would say decent value. FOOD I took fried rice beef and it was delicious, satiating and well prepared. Amount was also big enough and it was 9.90€ OVERALL Recommendation, nice place to eat asian food, good portions, decent prices. 3/5 for the atmosphere because everything around you is in a bit of a rush but this is eat&go type of place.

Right after our arrival in Zagreb we felt hungry and found this place called Umami. We had some fried seafood, a fried rice with beef, an indy, a morokan soup and some fried noodles with chicken and vegetables. The soup was not spectacular since I know different versions of lentil soups. But the indy with curry chicken and rice was delicious. Also my family was happy with what they ordered. The portions are big so beware when ordering. The prices are acceptable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great find at the mall. Good prices and amazing people - the cashier/manager/all-in-one was not overwhelmed even though orders were constantly flowing in ☺️ Food was good and the chefs are awesome ^^ Will be coming back if I get the chance! 😍

Super tasty asian food, their beef or shrimp noodles are super delicious. I travel a lot but such testy Asians food never tasted before for sure! Highly recommended!

I had high hopes for pork bao buns, but they were not quite there. The buns were falling apart, a bit overcooked perhaps. The flavours were tasty.
Narcoleptic_moose 6 — Google review
I had Indy dish. I couldn’t feel the coconut flavour at all. The sauce should be more creamy. Chicken breast meat would be better then tights. Also, meat could be braised better. I could cook it better and I’m not a chef. Also, some naan would be nice 🙂
Mate — Google review
The vegan veggie noodle was not very good. The tofu was raw and there was too much brown sauce, you couldn't taste the other ingredients. The mushroom soup was alright. The service was very friendly and curious.
Mala M — Google review
This place has probably the best Asian Fusion food you can get in Zagreb at a reasonable price. While the variety of food is limited and there is a lack of seafood dishes, what is available is delicious and refreshing. The main issue is the seating is part of the mall and that can make it extra loud and busy at certain times.

Nestled in the heart of Zagreb on Ilica, Evergreen Sushi Bar is a delightful destination for sushi lovers seeking quality at reasonable prices. Recently, we explored their latest offerings and were thoroughly impressed. While their sushi selection shines with classic options like hosomaki and uramaki, don't miss out on the crispy kadaif shrimp that adds a unique twist to your meal. The modern yet cozy interior makes it an inviting spot, though it's wise to book ahead due to limited seating.
A beautiful restaurant with great sushi. Prefect presentation, fresh, delicious. There is nothing to say except, if you like sushi, nagiri etc, Try this restaurant.
Patrick C — Google review
This is a small but nice place to taste different types of sushi. They have modern touch. You can find non-raw sushi for children and pregnant ladies ( you can ask them to make your own choice) and all kinds of others. Place is in the centre, reservation is must. Service was fast and food portions was enough.
Tuğçe K — Google review
Some of the best sushi we have ever eaten. We ordered the Evergreen 2.0 and everything was very flavorful and delicious. The restaurant has a nice ambience and the staff was very professional and friendly. We did not have reservations, but did notice that it was getting very busy after 7:30 pm on a Friday. If you enjoy sushi you’ll like Evergreen.

Always great experience and good food. Full tables, vibrant and helfpul staff. Prices of wine maybe a bit high, even through we had it;). See u again
Klara P — Google review
Honestly, the place looks good and the sushi is not bad but the service is not really good. You always feel rushed and I just didn't like the atmosphere and couldn't wait to get out. The sushi for the price is honestly not worth it and I wouldn't recommend this place out of the other places in Zagreb.
Petra S — Google review
This place is one of the best places to visit in Zagreb if you're craving for some good quality sushi. Modern interior, excellent food and friendly polite staff. Definitely worth recommending! To make sure, make a reservation in advance.

Great sushi place in city center! Make sure you book ahead as place is mostly full, unless you come at some odd non-eating time. Selection of sushi and rolls is great, and so is selection of wines. Including even wine from New Zealand. Prices are normal and food is worth it. Staff was very nice and fast.

Great sushi bar experience in Zagreb! Satisfied by quality and price! Only small detail to adjust, the staff was using facial mask but chefs were not covering properly their mouth/nose while preparing sushi.

Wok by Matija is truly a hidden gem that offers an incredible dining experience in Zagreb. The atmosphere is inviting, and the food is nothing short of delightful, featuring dishes served in traditional Balkan pots that beautifully blend various cultural influences. The homemade noodles are a standout, with options for both tofu and chicken, catering to different dietary preferences including gluten-free rice choices. Although the menu may not be available in English, the friendly staff are more than willing to assist you through your culinary journey.
The atmosphere is amazing, truly a hidden gem. The food was amazing and delicious, our dishes were served in traditional Balkan pots which was a nice touch in combining the different cultures. The people working there were so kind and generous I really recommend giving them a try if you're ever in town

Worst takeaway wok I've ever had. Had the veggie wok which contained almost no veggies. A bit of corn and very few pieces of mushroom. Peanuts were included. The food was burned - even some of the noodles - and I ended up throwing half of it away despite not wanting to waste food. I would be ashamed if I served this to my guests at home, let alone sell it.
Maurits P — Google review
Food is excellent and value for money. However, charging for not more than 15 PCs of cashew nuts 6.7€ that’s really too much. I advise you as well to change the menu folders as steel pins are harmful and looks really poor.
Raed A — Google review
Delicious noodles! Omg this was so good and really hit the spot. Must have if you want Asian food in Zagreb. Not greasy either. Pretty healthy. They have Tofu and chicken options available (and rice options for gluten free folks) 😛plus might try the burgers next time
Adriana G — Google review
After coming here for a long time now i think i had enough. They changed seating and with already small space bigger benches make it harder to walk through, i couldn't comfortably sit with no leg room. I ate hamburgers on many occasions there, they were great until now, it was just horrible, meat was completely raw on one part, bun was dry and hard. Which makes it sad because i had to wait for 30 or so minutes to get it. Wok is still ok i guess but stay away from hamburgers.

Homemade noodle was great!! There was no english menu but the lady was nice and helped! Hard to find from Ilica, need to concentrate.

Food was great. Service not so good. We ordered rice and got noodles. Asked for cola zero and got sky zero. It wouldnt be an issue if we were told upfront they’re out of stock. Also, we were told card payment isn’t possible because of POS issue which the waitress knew about when we sat down but decided not to tell us until it was time to pay. Very unprofessional.

Cocktail bar
Time Restaurant & Bar is a trendy and sophisticated spot located just off the main square in Zagreb. The menu offers an extensive selection of Asian-inspired fusion dishes, blending fresh Adriatic ingredients with traditional eastern flavors. The restaurant sources many of its ingredients from nearby markets and coastal areas, ensuring high-quality and flavorful meals. In the evening, the bar transforms into a late-night club with a refined atmosphere, offering a variety of spirits, beers, and wines.
Arguably the best sushi in Zagreb with extremely fresh fish and perfectly cooked rice. Amazing Japanese style dumplings and great desserts. The prices are on the higher end of the scale, but overall it's worth it. I can't seem to stop coming back. :) P.S. Go for the fatty tuna variant. It's so much better.

It is lunch time and we are the only ones having lunch. The place looks nice. The food looks good but it was so incredibly salty that it destroyed the whole tasting experience. It is quite expensive too. The time is a good bar but a restaurant to avoid.
Nicolas G — Google review
I had a vegetarian curry, which is quite good and surprisingly innovative in terms of curry. I also had a order of avocado roll. Somehow I don’t like them although I think they taste good. The only thing I’d criticize about this restaurant is that it smells like smoke too much, it affected my dining experience.

Good restaurant for celebratory gatherings. They’ve got any type of best sellers for the fans of American style sushi. The ambience of this place is extremely nice and cozy, so you can visit it even only for a drink or two.

Asian food in Zagreb centar! Great place for lunch or dinner. Amazing sushi! Awesome waiters and great ambient. Food is prepared as you order it, nothing is done upfront. You have to make reservation since they are always crowded but ita worth it! If you come early or want to stay later you have bar there and you can party there. Staff is great and everything is perfect. I definitly recommend this restoran and bar to who ever loves great sushi or asian food and wants to experience great ambient. Prices are on the higher scale but it is worth it.

I absolutely love this place. One of my favorite places in the city, coffee place, wine place, sushi place..depends what you need at the moment, but it has great energy, staff is very polite, place is cozy, elegant and very stylish. Sometimes I go there just to drink glass of wine and relax from busy day, but definitely try what they offer. My usual choice is sushi but also other fusion what they offer is very good. Try their famous ice cream frozen with nitro (Cheese cake icecream, omg delicious❤️). Wine list is more then good. Also, place is good in autumn and winter for night out. Try it, it is just glance away from the main square. You will always find time for time😎
Marjeta K — Google review
Went there for new year's Eve. Got a bit excited because it was Michelin recommended with Asian Fusion food. Food was average at best. The ramen they had on the menu was made from spaghetti. The fish curry was very average and the maki was also sub par. I'm Asian, so most probably I was expecting something more different, but I can tell that the fusion part was the restaurant trying to suit the local taste. Waiter was kind. But service was extremely slow. Won't recommend.

TIME 4 WINE BAR is a charming establishment nestled between upper and lower town in Zagreb. It boasts an impressive selection of Croatian wines, complemented by offerings from beyond Croatia. The cheese plate is particularly noteworthy for its variety and generous portions. Visitors appreciate the amiable service, with staff taking the time to engage in friendly conversation. Guests have also enjoyed delightful regional wines recommended by the owner, paired with delicious local fare.
We had a great meal here later in the evening (~10pm). The service was impeccable; our waiter was attentive, kind, and welcoming. We had a wine tasting featuring six wines from different regions in Croatia. Our waiter described the wines in such a friendly and engaging way. My boyfriend got the lamb platter, which he raved about. I highly recommend this place!

We've been in Zagreb for 4 nights and every night we came for dinner at Time4Wine. The food is excellent. We had the grilled squid, the black risotto, the soups, the chicken schnitzel, the pancakes, everything perfect. !Of course this is all mixed with terrific servise! (: And... very good wine

I genuinely and wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. During my short visit to this city, I came here every single day. On my second day, something happened that truly took me by surprise. For dinner, I ordered my usual dish along with a portion of spinach dumplings. It was my first time trying Croatian dumplings, and I didn’t know how they were made. The restaurant was extremely busy at the time, so I didn’t ask in detail about the ingredients. When the dish arrived, I saw cheese on top of the dumplings — something I personally can’t eat — so I decided not to have them and only ate the other dish I ordered. I thought to myself, since it was my own decision to order the dish, I should pay for the full cost — after all, it was my own lack of understanding of the local cooking style. But then the staff did something completely unexpected: they took the dumplings off my bill and kindly told me, “Your feelings matter more.” I’m not exaggerating when I say this was one of the most surprising and touching experiences I’ve had in my travels to over 100 countries. I truly love this restaurant — not because of the money, but because in my conversations with the staff, I felt that they saw me not just as a customer, but as a friend whose feelings they genuinely cared about.

Food: Great for its price, quality, and serving size. The tuna and beef steak was a bit too salty but very soft/easy to slice. Service: Friendly and attentive staff. Food was served timely. Amenities: Resto has a very homely cozy vibe! There is a toilet inside. Can pay with cash or card.

Great dining experience. Waiter made an excellent recommendation for the veal ribs, which he said were very fresh. Delicious! Also had the black risotto which was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Enjoyed some Croatian wine as well. Wish we had been hungrier to try more dishes

A Hidden Gem in Zagreb – Time4Wine is Pure Magic! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment we stepped into Time4Wine, we knew we were in for something special. Tucked away in a charming corner of Zagreb, this wine-focused restaurant offers much more than just a great glass of vino — it’s an experience that blends elegance, warmth, and unforgettable flavor. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about both wine and food. They took the time to guide us through their carefully curated wine list, recommending local Croatian gems that paired perfectly with each course. Every glass told a story, and every recommendation felt personal. The food was a revelation — beautifully presented, rich in flavor, and clearly made with love. The seasonal menu featured locally sourced ingredients with a modern twist on traditional Croatian cuisine. The truffle pasta and slow-cooked lamb melted in our mouths, and the dessert (a heavenly dark chocolate tart with a plum wine reduction) was the perfect finish. What really sets Time4Wine apart is the atmosphere. Intimate yet lively, sophisticated yet unpretentious — it’s the kind of place where you lose track of time, sipping wine and sharing stories late into the evening. Whether you’re a wine connoisseur or just looking for a memorable night out, this place delivers on every level. Time4Wine is an absolute must-visit in Zagreb. We can’t wait to return. Bravo to the entire team for creating such a special experience!

Food was super delicious, we asked the for a traditional food of Croatia and the waiter said ”I will bring you everything just TRUST ME” and well, he was right we found it very delicious and unique food… we had also the “6 wine taste” with explanation about each kind of wine and it was amazing… we paid 190 euros for three persons. Definitely Recommending to visit.

Right in front of the Stone Gate, I savored a plate of štrukle, a comforting fish soup, and a fresh salad — all paired with a lovely €6 glass of red wine, perfectly chosen by the staff. Sitting by the window, gazing at the historic gate as the city quietly passed by, I thought — what else could you call this, if not pure bliss? A truly unforgettable moment of my trip.

Lovely Spot for a Refreshing Break in Zagreb! Arrived in Zagreb today on a very hot day, and the first thing we wanted was some refreshment—so we stopped at this beautiful establishment. I ordered a Gin and Tonic. They didn’t have my favorite gin, but the staff recommended a great substitute, and I was not disappointed. The drink was served in an amazing glass, which added a nice touch. Our table was a bit wobbly at first, but the waitress immediately offered to fix it—and she did, with a smile. Great service! My kids also had their drinks and brought sushi with them, which the staff kindly allowed. That kind of flexibility is rare and definitely worth mentioning. We had a great experience overall and will definitely be coming back!
Nensi M — Google review
Overall a great place with a great menu, tasty food, decent service, and a great atmosphere. Very well shaded outdoor section and stylish interior. Food was good, but the Soba noodles with duck, while very tasty, was a bit too salty. They should significantly reduce the sodium content, perhaps by cutting the amount of soy sauce they use by 75% and allow the customer to add soy sauce as they like, since it is already on the table. It was very salty, but still good. The chicken salad was very good. The chicken spring rolls were much more like chicken croquettes with minced meat and breadcrumbs, not with the usual crispy / crunchy spring roll dough you might find at a more traditional Asian restaurant. They tasted ok, but they really aren’t “spring rolls”. I would suggest renaming this dish as “Asian chicken croquettes”. The crispy tuna roll was good, but rather small (4 pieces) and also not very crispy. The atmosphere and music was really great and our waiter was kind. A bit expensive compared with other nearby restaurants, but overall a nice experience. I would definitely go back, but I would order differently.

We enjoyed the dinner. Reservation needed. We ate sushi it was tasty. Parking is problem, better to come with taxi. For parents, important to know it is not child friendly at night. Inside is a night club at night after one point with club music. It is easy to continue your night inside at the bar after your dinner. It is located in the heart of the city so you can explore the city earlier and continue dining and clubbing there.

I've never sat here, so I don't know what drinks or food they have, or if the staff is capable, but it looks nice and expensive. Also, during summer it's super crowded. No parking, not accessible with public transportation, lots of people that think that they have money, lots of women with 5 layers of makeup, if that's your schtick, then feel free to visit 🙂

I had crispy tuna roll and it was delish. Walked through here several times over the week that I was in Zagreb so finally got to try. The music was always really good, chill ‘house’ type vibes with a DJ when I walked past… now that I’m here just pop music which makes me want to move on (hence the single dish). Really beautiful outdoor dining. Good beer, yummy food.

Restoran Izakaya is a popular Asian restaurant located just outside the city center of Zagreb. It's a great spot for after-work cocktails, private dinners, or romantic dates. The menu features ten signature dishes created by their sushi masters, along with a variety of exotic bites like gyoza, tartar, tataki, and tempura spring rolls. The restaurant offers a beautifully decorated space perfect for relaxed gatherings and has received praise for its cozy ambiance and attentive staff.
This restaurant has been repeatedly awarded a Michelin star year after year — and it truly deserves it. Its reputation in Zagreb is well-earned and widely recognized. Upon arrival, we were greeted with smiles, and the atmosphere is somewhat dark and mysterious, adding to the experience. Once the food arrived, it was immediately clear that this is top-tier Japanese cuisine, with flavors that perfectly matched the impeccable presentation. My favorite dish was the pork belly bun, and I will definitely return multiple times. The only minor critique is the music, which currently plays pop from the radio rather than matching the Japanese theme — I hope this is adjusted before my next visit.

Delivery Restaurant
Kineski restoran Peking is an enchanting establishment offering a delightful ambience and an abundance of delectable cuisine. The menu boasts an impressive array of options, all thoroughly explained to cater to even the most inexperienced diner in Chinese fare. The multilingual owner effortlessly converses in Chinese, Croatian, and English with patrons. Upon arrival, guests are promptly seated in a rustic yet immaculately clean setting adorned with traditional Chinese porcelain.
Peking Chinese Restaurant is hands down the best restaurant in all of Zagreb. I've explored countless restaurants across the city, from Croatian cuisine to Lebanese, and nothing compares to the quality and experience here. The food is exceptional, and I've never once had a bad meal. The portion sizes are generous, and the taste is impeccable every single time. The fried chicken—whether Sichuan-style or with sweet and sour sauce—is my absolute favorite, especially paired with a side of rice. The hake fish appetizer with cabbage salad is also fantastic and not to be missed. What truly sets Peking Chinese apart is the service. The owners are incredibly welcoming and fluent in English, Chinese, and Croatian. The customer service is consistently top-notch. I come here regularly, sometimes multiple times a week, and I’m always impressed. This is the go-to spot for anyone looking for the best dining experience in Zagreb.

Cozy place, good portions. There was a male server who was taking care of everything but after we walked in, greeted in english and got us a table, he served one of his tables, then went to someone who came in after us, then went to the bar and didn't seem busy, so after lile a minute or two i finally got up and went and got us some menus. The fried rice was good, the szechuan was also good and a generous portion, but my chicken noodles soup was pretty bland or had a weird taste. The server had misunderstood the szechuan order of my partner but he was quick to explain stuff and offer to make it quick, which was nice. I found the guy a bit uncomfortable because it felt he was too intense, couldn't smile and when he was at our table he didn't make much eye contact with me but more with my partner. Bro has potential if he learns to relax and smile more.

We had P2 menu. 😊 Very nice ambient, but food is just ok and based on sriracha ( or something similar ) sauce. Almost everything on the menu has it!😀 I do not think that Croatian people are used to this texture of soup or sauces ( viscose, slimy and shiny ). Maybe that is the reason food was just ok to me. The menu is way too big. Also I did not liked cold chicken salad. It reminds me on my student days when I did not have the microwave 🤣

I don’t usually complain or leave bad reviews, but wow, I left feeling unpleasant & after this. I wanted to snack on something in the park, got a few spring rolls with meat. When I ate in the park, I couldn’t taste any meat, just cabbage & carrot. When I looked, were literally a few tiny crumbs of meat that I couldn’t even physically taste. I thought it was a mistake. I went back, asked if this may have been an accident & got the veggie rolls instead of meat ones. I spoke to who seems to be the owner, he cut the ones I didn’t eat and pointed out the (crumbs of) meat, he seemed offended, like I’m inconveniencing them & like I’m being a Karen. I’m not a Karen, nor did I behave like one; I came with a non-combative attitude and asked if they can make me new ones with more meat since tbh, the amount they put felt like the restaurant was trying to save as much as possible on meat while still considering it spring rolls with meat. He pretty much said no he won’t put more meat, and “that’s how they make them”. He re-made me 2 new ones, when I ate them in the park they expectedly had the same amount of meat (barely nothing). I felt I was treated like I’m being overly fussy, I swear that if you were to eat these without looking you’d think they’re veggie spring rolls cuz the meat is so nonexistent that your taste buds would not pick up on them. I felt this could’ve been handled better instead of trying to gaslight me, and telling me the restaurant has been present for years & they never got such complaints etc. it’s not a tragedy that an small, inexpensive amount of food was unsuccessful, but since I went out of my way to the uncomfortable situation of going back & asking for resolution, I felt I could’ve been treated with more empathy & willingness to resolve it. For example, I don’t think y’all would’ve gone out of business if you put a little bit more meat on this occasion. Im sure your other food is tasty but there’s ways to accept feedback without getting pissed. Thanks

Let me make this easy for you. If you're not Asian, don't plan on traveling to China or countries with numerous Chinese restaurant options, but want a taste of Chinese cuisine, this place might suffice. However, if you're Asian or have experienced good Chinese food elsewhere and are seeking authentic, flavorful Chinese cuisine, avoid this restaurant—you will be deeply disappointed. The sweet and sour pork was dry and bland, the Mongolian beef sauce lacked authenticity, the shrimp fried rice had almost no shrimp and was tasteless with undercooked green peas, and the Peking duck was dry with non-crispy skin. The accompanying pancake was too thick, and it lacked the traditional cucumber. The only acceptable dish was the pan-fried dumplings. While the service was kind and friendly, the food was a significant letdown. Regrettably, this was one of the worst Chinese meals I've had in a long time. Additionally, the food took a long time to arrive, despite the restaurant not being busy.

Unfortunately it wasn't good. Food looked as uninviting as the decor. There's a sadness around the place which is reflected in the food that looked tired and just simply didn't taste good. Yet the waiter was affable and friendly, but that wasn't enough to make up for a disappointing fare. Luckily it was a one off experience which we won't repeat.

Kungfu Express is a restaurant situated in the heart of Zagreb's old town that offers a variety of asian dishes adapted to western tastes. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious.
The wife felt like something with rice for lunch and we found Kunfu Express. I was a little bit dubious at first, but after ordering the Chicken Katsu and Gyozas, we were pleasantly surprised by the freshness and flavour. The Katsu Chicken was crispy and moist. The meat gyozas the same, tastes fresh and delicious. Paired with a Pale Ale from a local brewery, we both enjoyed a great lunch. The service was also very friendly. Definitely recommended if you're in the area. 👍

We had the tonkotsu ramen, Singaporean noodles and orange chicken. 🇸🇬 Singaporean noodles 6-10 - quite good! You can hear the stove roaring and wok clanging in the kitchen which is a good sign fried noodles and rice dishes might have a nice wok taste. 🍊 Orange chicken 5/10 - batter was okay, but could be crispier (not sure why Asian restaurants in Zagreb keep getting the batter wrong! Some even use breadcrumbs wtf!! Cornstarch!!!! Use cornstarch or potato starch pls!!). Unfortunately sauce was too tart (and I love sour food!). Defo needs more sugar or syrup to balance it nicely. I liked the zesty orange flavour! 🍜 Tonkotsu 4/10 - not quite there with the broth (should be richer and thicker. It tasted a little like the flavour from packaged ramen). Noodles were okay. Not too fond of chopped crab sticks in place of narutomaki 🍥. Pork was lean but dry and plain. Overall not too bad! Costed us €41. Might go again to try something different. (😮‍💨 I have really lowered my expectations for Asian food in Zagreb. Yes, I used to work in my family owned Asian food kitchen).

The staff are absolutely wonderful people - very polite and smiling. The food is delicious. We tried 5-6 different meals and all of them were very tasty. The kimchi is great, the ramen - 🤤👌🏼
Monica G — Google review
We liked the food and atmosphere here. We got the Tonkotsu Ramen and the Tokyo Yakisoba. I loved the Yakisoba! It was delicious. She got the ramen. It was good but the meet was a bit dry. However we still enjoyed it. Coke products in a glass bottle and other bottled options available. Great service and the atmosphere was cool. Indoor and outdoor seating. Normal portions for the price. Prices are reasonable.
Steven L — Google review
Wow the food was amazing. I've had a Saigon Fried Rice (Veg version) and simply wow! It was absolutely delicious. The price was also incredible! A full blown delicious meal for only €8.99?

Tasty and fresh asian dishes in heart of Zagreb❤️Really nice and funny server made our lunch very nice and we will definitely come back
Elena A — Google review
We ordered hot and sour soup and kimchi fried rice. Please do not order hot and sour soup from here because it tastes like fish gravy. But the kimchi was good. We told him to take the hot and sour back since it was nothing like hot and sour. Despite returning an almost full bowl of soup, he charged 2.99euro and did not offer to take down the price. Was not in a mood to negotiate so ended up paying the full price. For us, its not about the money we paid as its a small amount but we were disappointed with a terribly tasting item given as “hot and sour” soup and the customer service experience. Hence 1 star rating
Nicol M — Google review
Waiter claimed the food was spicy and that I'd need a drink (it wasn't). When I refused, he brought me a small glass of ice water anyway (no charge). The Beijing Chow Mein was good, but not as spicy as I would have hoped.

Ramen restaurant
Located in the heart of Zagreb, Torikaya Ramen Bar is the city's first ramen bar, offering a variety of traditional Japanese soups and other popular Asian dishes. The menu features four types of ramen, including Tantanmen, Miso chicken, Tempura shrimp, and Vegan curry soup. In addition to their signature ramen bowls, Torikaya also serves Beef udon, Beef mazemen, and Japanese gyoza with chicken and pork.
If you're looking for an authentic taste of Asia right in the heart of the city, this restaurant is a must-visit. Located in the city center Zagreb, the terrace offers stunning views of the main landmarks, making it a perfect spot for both sightseeing and dining. The terrace itself is spacious, with comfortable chairs and airy seating that lets in plenty of natural light. On busier days, the indoor area feels a bit cozier, but it still provides a welcoming atmosphere. What makes this place truly special is the immersive experience of Asian cuisine. The food is prepared and served by Asian who speak English and are happy to guide you in choosing dishes, ensuring an authentic and personalized experience. The menu is not extensive, but that’s precisely the point—they focus on authentic, high-quality dishes rather than quantity. I also found the service to be relatively fast, which adds to the overall enjoyable dining experience. In short, whether you’re a local or a visitor, this restaurant gives you a little slice of Asia in the heart of the city. Highly recommended!

I was seriously craving ramen and ended up here—and I’m so glad I did! The food absolutely hit the spot—rich broth, perfect noodles, and everything was full of flavor. On top of that, our server Kris was incredibly kind and attentive, which made the experience even better. Great food and great service! Definitely coming back!

Went for lunch. The Korean style noodles were very good. It’s best to really mix up everything in the bowl to get the peanut flavours and. Bulgogi stock onto the noodles. Service is efficient.

In the middle of the city I found this place. During the summer nice seating outside. The menu is very compact, but offers everything. Service is very friendly and professional. I had the Ramen with Tempura shrimps and fried chicken as a starter. It was delicious.
Henryk F — Google review
We chose outdoor seating and had about a 15-minute wait. The ramen was pretty average and the place didn’t have many locals. Prices felt high for the quality. Conveniently walkable from the square.

Visited twice within a fortnight. Delighted in the cuisine, particularly the delectable wok dishes which showcased simplicity and quality. The burger proved to be a noteworthy delight as well. However, the fries left something to be desired as they appeared to be ordinary frozen ones; nevertheless, considering its price and location, it was deemed acceptable. Initially, the service was satisfactory on the first visit but significantly improved during the subsequent visit with quickness and friendliness displayed by the staff.
We visited this restaurant at a quiet time. I ordered three mixed wok and my friend ordered chicken wok. Service was very fast and food is delicious. The atmosphere is calm, all staff is polite and smiling, thank you.
Halime A — Google review
Not worth it. We waited an hour for our food. The chicken katsu was cold and the wok was a little warm, it tasted bland. On the menu the wok is €9.30, the waitress charged us €10.50. When we asked her why it was less on the menu, she told us that they had increased the prices.
Nina Z — Google review
Very nice place. You can eat a good burger or bowl here. Additionally, you can buy good beer. The atmosphere is pleasant. The service is nice and helpful. The prices are affordable considering the taste of the dishes. I highly recommend it!
Szymon W — Google review
Went for lunch and it was a hot day. The music was nice and they have water fans to help you cool off during the summer. I had the strawberry lemonade recommended by Auntun (our server) and my partner had the aperol 2.0 (hands down the best thing we tired) both great for the summer heat. I had the chicken salad which was very basic nothing to write home about and my partner had the star of 57 Wok that was delicious but just a little too greasy and lacking the mushrooms in the description. Price wise expect to spend about $15-20 USD per person with drinks. The server was great and fast. Excuse the half eaten food and drinks we were hungry and thirsty.
Alejandro G — Google review
I totally would NOT advice this place; we have been there for lunch and, first of all, we waited for a very long time and the music around us was really really loud. The food was okay but the prices were way too high for the quality; at the end we also had to pay more than was written in the menu because they told us that they still need to renew the prices on the menu and the waitress just told us at the end, and she didn’t even say sorry for the inconvenience. I think there are a lot more better places in that street.
Angela M — Google review
Best noodles I’ve ever had. So good! I highly recommend this restaurant
Lisa B — Google review
We asked for a plain cheeseburger but they still came out with the Aurora sauce. We asked for the lady to give us new ones, as we wanted plain burgers but they simply smeared off the sauce, still leaving the flavor behind. The hostess also said the water was 2,5€ but the price was actually 40 cents more.

The menu features innovative dishes like Mulli soup with chicken and bao buns with pulled duck meat. Guests can enjoy the cozy ambiance while indulging in generous portions of Asian cuisine, such as poke bowls with tuna and chicken.
It was amazing. The ambiance the food the staff. Everything was just great. The food was so flavourful in delicious. You can see and feel that they enjoy making food and know what they're doing. I could eat this food for the rest of my life. The staff was friendly and funny! Our waitress made us laugh and we felt very welcome! At the end you can play a game to reduce the price of your meal by rolling the dice! I recommend the mango margarita, It's spicy and refreshing. Mateja and Antonio are the best and they made our experience even better❤️

this was a great spot for lunch! i was craving a poke bowl and was so happy to see this place had a variety of options, along with several other dishes including bao, noodles, gyoza and more. we had the salmon and tuna poke bowls and both were wonderful, with the latter having a better sauce in my opinion. we also tried the yuzu and mango fresh drinks (sort of like mocktails), which were also tasty. i recommend the mango one! we sat outside and it was an enjoyable experience. id love to go back and try more menu options.

Everything from cozy beautiful space, delicious food, best toilet ever (you hear bird sounds), and very nice concept of dice game for winning special discounts.
Lea B — Google review
We went on a Saturday at 7, so we were able to the dice roll and get 50% off the total price, which was amazing!!! The poke boll was very filling for a main and the bao buns were nice too. Maybe a little expensive for a single mochi at €2.50 but the sesame desert was very good. The service was a little slow but once ordered it came within minutes. I would recommend going on any day between 17:00 and 20:00 for a chance to roll the dice!

I don't know why people sometimes mention this restaurant in a negative way... The food was delicious, especially the soup! The prices are affordable. Katsu chicken was nicely done and the panko crust was great! Highly recommend the mulli soup.

Just arrived in Zagreb and were looking for something to eat quite late in the evening. We were the only customers left because the kitchen was closing in 15 minutes. Sooooo happy they let us sit and order our food, ‘cause this was AMAZING! The flavour of the mango Karaage was *chef’s kiss*, the bao’s were soooo fresh and full of flavour, the salmon pokebowl was PACKED with salmon. Couldn’t have wished for a better first dinner in lovely Zagreb. Thank you purple Monkey Place! We can only recommend!!!

This eatery offers an enticing menu featuring dishes like spring rolls, katsu chicken, green curry, gyoza, and their signature ramen. Open daily from 1 PM, Kokumi promises a casual yet flavorful dining experience. Guests have praised the attentive service and delicious food that keeps them coming back for more.
We ordered from what I assume was the lunch menu. It was limited but very delicious. Although the fries were just plain steak fries and did not look like the picture. Our server happily brought us sauce to dip them in though. Our server was fantastic btw, there were 17 people in our group and he did a fabulous job!

Had to wait so long to finally make an order. (They took orders from other tables who went in later than us..) Waited very long for food just to find that they got one of our orders wrong. Food was good but the temperature was uneven, some parts hot and cold. Some seafood smelled a bit too strong.
Vinky F — Google review
Went here for breakfast and if their service and quality of food is anything to go by I would not be going here for dinner. Undercooked eggs, smallest amount of bacon for their 'bacon and eggs' and the little bit that was there was burnt. I asked for some more milk for my tea and they gave me a teaspoons worth and they said no that is all you get. There are plenty of other restaurants which hopefully are much better so go there!

Incredible pasta... great service!!
Kevin F — Google review
There was almost no bacon in the Bacon pizza :) and, in general it was not well prepared either. A barman wasn't sure if they have a wifi, and a waitress forgot to bring forks and knives. Finaly, the waitress was really unhappy when we wanted to divide a bill and pay separately.

I think they renamed this place to Boabap or something like that. Anyway, I had some very nice shrimp bapao and lovely fries, would recommend!

Nestled on Radnicka cesta 43, Binimoto Sushi is a delightful spot for sushi lovers looking to enjoy their favorite rolls either on the go or in a cozy setting. Restaurant Voncimer is a charming spot that promises an unforgettable dining experience with its delightful cuisine. Having visited on multiple occasions for both family gatherings and business lunches, I can confidently recommend their vitello tonnate speciale as a must-try appetizer. For the main course, you can't go wrong with options like tuna, pork, or duck breast. And don't skip dessert—indulge in the chocolate fondant paired with refreshing basil ice cream!
Extremely lovely place and delicious food. Have been twice there (family dinner and business lunch). My recommendation - vitello tonnate speciale for appetizer, tuna, pork or duck breast for a main dish and chocolate fondant with basil ice-cream for dessert. Big portions and reasonable prices.
