Fast food restaurant
Kincaid’s Hamburgers is a beloved establishment with roots tracing back to 1946, when Charles Kincaids Grocery and Market first opened its doors. Known for crafting old-fashioned, handmade patties using the finest cuts of meat and freshest ingredients, this burger joint has become a staple in Fort Worth. With locations in Arlington Heights, Hulen, and Alliance, it embodies the spirit of community dining. As you approach Kincaid's Hamburgers on Camp Bowie Blvd.
The atmosphere was laid back. I had never been to Kincades before. The customer service was friendly, welcoming and great. The food was the biggest surprise. IBig portions., good flavor. We spent around $30 for a couple of giant burgers and nice size fries. It was worth it.

I have been by here many times yet never stopped in. Today I gave it a shot, even after hearing very mediocre personal reviews. The decor is very old-school and simple. The choice of green for the walls is interesting but bland. Those walls are decorated with ‘vintage’ product advertisements that provide a little something to peruse. The layout is a giant, undivided room with long, long tables covered in picnic red and white checker plastic. The menu is simple and done in an old style as well. Point of note is that absolutely everything is a la carte. One interesting thing is the person taking the oder wrote directly upside down on a paper sack (see pics) with pre-filled menu options. Unique touch. They do have some old faves such as Frito Pie, chili, chicken bowls, hot and corn dogs, BLT, and grilled cheese. I do have to say, you have to respect them for selling my absolute favorite Blue Bell brand ice cream! I went with the Texas Firecracker (includes bacon, jalapeño cream cheese, and habanero honey) and crinkle fries. I was wary of the cream cheese but interested in what kind of kick the habanero brings. My hunger level wasn’t high, so I went with the Jr size (1/4 lb). See the pictures, yep this thing is tiny. The cream cheese is indeed messy and a little overdone and the habanero didn’t really elevate any kind of heat. The crinkle fries, unfortunately were right out of a frozen sack and did not come with any seasoning of any kind. This combo barely satiated my admittedly meager appetite. The music playing is an eclectic blend of classic old country, I mean Bob Wills and Keith Whitley type stuff. While I won’t say that I disliked anything because it was palatable, this place brings nothing of interest and, man is it expensive for what you get. My tiny cheeseburger, crinkle fries, and water was just under $14. I didn’t even add anything to the burger, think about a soda, shake or dessert and it was this much. There are far too many other enticing places to visit for taste and you will probably spend less. Turns out my friends were right.

I ordered the chicken bowl which is pretty much chicken salad. The food was fresh. I'm not a big fan of iceberg lettuce. But it was still feeling and tasty. I ordered a side of fries and chocolate malt. Both were very good. Friendly staff and welcoming environment. Perfect break to enjoy a meal during one of my short weekend pet sits. 👍🏾 Nice of them to offer a cup of water while I waited for my food to be prepared. Good thing I got it because I always forget to get water when I get an ice cream or shake (clear the pallet you know)
CatDogsHarmony P — Google review
Been here about 5 times. It's kinda good burgers and food. It's more hit-and-miss with items. The real problem to me is the cost. It's overpriced for the quality you get. The burgers are pretty good. Tastes like homemade smash style and good seasoning and good toppings, but high priced. The sides are basically all overpriced garbage. The corndog is the only tasty side. The atmosphere is plain and not fun. Just a big room with huge combined tables. Honestly, if the burgers weren't so good, I wouldn't go again.

We had the half pound burgers with fries and onion rings. Everything was delicious and generous portions. It was a good value for the money.

A juicy, chicken grilled hot sandwich. experience a thorough order-taking process that meets every expectation.
Ram K — Google review
Such a classic spot for a juicy burger. Not the best Ive ever had, but god dangit, pretty good for a casual spot. If it had more flavor it may be a 9/10, but for now I give it a 8/10. Maybe a toasted bun would also improve it, but sometimes I do want a soft bun. Fries were soooo good! Crunchy and salty. Average customer service, not bad though. It was clean inside also.

Fred's Texas Cafe - Western Center is a lively, Texas-themed joint that offers sizable burgers and frosted schooners of beer. The family-owned Fort Worth classic burger joint has recently opened at Camp Bowie West in the former Buffalo West space. Known for their specialty in burgers and chicken fried steak, Fred's also hosts happy hour with beer, margaritas, and live music on their new event stage.
Finally decided to try this place thought it was kind of pricey for burgers. It's worth every penny. We loved everything. One of the best burgers and chicken fried steak ever. Don't know why but the pepper and cheese on top seemed kind of weird but I tried it and it was amazing
Jonathan K — Google review
My wife and I decided to try this place yesterday. What a hidden gem! We started with jalapeno poppers. They were wrapped in bacon and filled with cheddar cheese. Very tasty. We decided to order chicken fried steak. This dish came with a salad and two sides! I like that it was a good sized salad and not just lettuce in a bowl. The spicy ranch dressing is great! I had the Texican (topped with chili and cheese) and my wife had the queso and hatch chili version. Batter was extra crispy and the portion was huge! Place was busy but the service was on point. We still have more dishes to try! We will be back.

This place is such a vibe. Everyone was friendly. The staff and the patrons at the bar. I loved the upbeat atmosphere. They were able to sit a table of 15 with ease and they got our food out almost at the same time. Nothing was forgotten. And the waitress began immediately checking us out because she knew we were on our lunch break. The food was also delicious! The chicken fried steak was a MONSTER. I'll definitely be back!

I’m going to give this place 5 out 5 Stars Food was incredible from the calf fries to the Bolo burger. Service was on point! Atmosphere was great despite circumstances from the table next to us yelling. Manager Meg was on it! The team is amazing! Will continue to give this place my business!
Melanie V — Google review
The food was amazing. We went there last night (Saturday night at 5:30) for our family night out. There were 7 adults and 3 children. We had to wait a while for a table. I don’t know if they take reservations or not, but I’ll check next time for sure. They have new twists on chicken fried steaks (I got the Outlaw Chicken Fried with a stuffed poblano pepper). I loved it. Someone at the table ordered candied bacon and it was spicy and delicious! I will definitely be ordering that again. The 3 people at the table who ordered hamburgers said they were great but that the fries were horrible. They looked horrible. Very soggy and bland. If you want good, crispy, fries go somewhere else. If you get a hamburger substitute your side or request that the fries be crisp. The waiter was great. I don’t remember his name, unfortunately but he knew his business. Very efficient. My only really negative thing about Fred’s is the atmosphere. It was so incredibly noisy that we couldn’t even talk to the person sitting next to us. People were yelling all over the restaurant trying to visit. Now, having only been there this one time I can’t say if it’s always that noisy. And to be fair, there was a large, very happy party sitting at the table next to us, which was a hefty chunk of the noise. Bottom line: Fred’s is great if you don’t mind a very noisy meal.
Janice L — Google review
Very juicy burgers, they both came out hot and ready to eat. The onion rings are fantastic, really crispy. Customer service is good.
Dan T — Google review
We had a great experience at Fred's Cafe. We ordered the chili cheese fries as an appetizer, and they were delicious! Honestly, that was enough to be a meal for both of us. I ordered the chicken quesadilla and my fella ordered the Badlands BBQ burger and both were great! The music atmosphere was perfect, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place!

My first time today to eat at Freds. I was pleased all the way around Big chicken fried steak that was cooked to perfection. Top notch staff. I have a new Chicken Fried Steak Home! Thanks Again Jerry Summerlin

Charley's Old Fashioned Hamburgers is a charming, retro-style eatery offering a menu of classic American fare. The small diner-style spot features outdoor seating and serves up delicious quick-service eats such as burgers, hot dogs, fries, malts, and floats. Despite its size, there are two indoor dining areas and an outdoor patio providing ample space for guests. Visitors rave about the juicy burgers and generous portions of onion rings.
I have eaten here before about a year ago and really enjoyed it so I happen to be in the neighborhood and stopped by again today and had the most amazing Burger called Matt’s choice. And enough fries for two. The burger had double meat, Canadian bacon, bacon, cheese, tomatoes, onions, and lettuce. This is a must visit Burger shop. The staff was so friendly and the service was great. Seating indoors and out and the place was packing up quickly around lunchtime. You can tell this is a Favorite spot for the locals.
Hukill's I — Google review
Probably one of the best burgers I've ever had! Came here on a recommendation by a local. Be aware, it's your local "hole in the wall" kind of burger joint. I had the Proper Burger and a diet soda. I chose not to have fries or onion rings this time. The burger was SO good! The bacon was crispy and flavorful. The patties were cooked properly with the right about of charring. Buns were delicious. It also had the right amount of sauce and cheese. I didn’t have to add any additional condiments. I highly recommend this place.
Jerry D — Google review
I gave this place a try because I love a homemade burger and I was in the area. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, onion rings and lg sweet tea. $19.43! Mediocre burger and 4 large OR. The onion rings were BIG but had little to no seasoning and barely warm. Fresh is better for sure but these were not made fresh unfortunately. If you’re in Dallas area try WingField burgers. Now that’s a homemade burger you can barely get your mouth around and I pay less! Y’all doing too much with those prices. 🙄
Kim O — Google review
The reviews here are really good, so maybe it’s just me, but my burger tasted kind of plain and I don’t like mayo on it. I like mayo, just not on a burger. The fries are fresh but they get soggy really fast. Service was friendly and fast, inside was clean and it has a very cute outside seating area. Tea & unsweetened tea are the only drink options.
Darlene R — Google review
Surprisingly good the french fries were very hot and fresh crispy on the outside soft on the inside and the perfect amount of seasonings can you have to love a cheeseburger that's wrapped in paper and dislike the sign says old fashioned burgers very good I would recommend it if you're in the area
Sam M — Google review
My Moms told me that we ate here when we were little, but I don't remember, so to me this is my first time, and it was worth it! We ordered two bacon cheeseburger with fries, two free teas came with those meals as well. Burger was cooked to perfection along with the fries. So grateful that we didn't have to have anything redone or be refunded because of poor customer service. We'll definitely be back, and I love the TCU decor as well. FEAR THE FROG‼️🍔🥓🍔🥓🍟🍟🥤🥤🐸
J. W — Google review
I haven't been here in over 40 years. I don't remember how the food used to taste, but the burgers and fries are good! The onion rings were good as well. However, they could use some seasoning, but if dipped in ketchup they are fine. The batter on them looks like they are chicken fried. They are pretty hefty. We'll be back for sure. Really happy we didn't experience anything bad like some of the other reviews.
Karri W — Google review
Charley's is an absolute gem of FTW. Great food, excellent service. I only eat out every few months these days, but I've eaten here twice in a few weeks, just to try the whole menu! Pictured are a double cheeseburger and the chili cheese dog with tater tots.

Shaw's Patio Bar & Grill is a lively establishment with a cozy wood-lined interior and spacious outdoor patios where you can enjoy live music on weekends. It's a dog-friendly spot, so feel free to bring your furry friend along while you savor their hearty bar fare. The menu features classic bar foods like wings, sandwiches, and burgers made with lean Angus beef served on grilled Brioche buns. You can also opt for black bean or turkey patties at no extra cost.
Great patio space and bar space with seating to dine in also. Live music options. Great tappers and a really good drink selection overall. They have a great menu although I didn't eat this time, but just enjoyed the bar area. Check these guys out for their live music schedule and drink specials

Tried this restaurant on a Friday around 1p with a large group of people, and we were seated in the heated, covered patio. Despite the HUGE group of people, I cannot commend our server enough for being attentive and diligent. I got the Mexican orange Fanta and Trail Boss burger, cooked medium well. It was DELICIOUS and composed of a perfect blend of ingredients: Bison patty, lettuce, tomatoes, Cabernet grilled onions, American cheese and Bleu cheese mayonaise. Would definitely come again to try more burgers and other foods!
C N — Google review
We chose a new place for date night and loved the laid-back vibe that Shaw's Patio and Grill offered. We sat outside on the patio where we ate dinner and enjoyed drinks, while listening to the live band. Patrons are also allowed to bring their fur babies onto the patio, which was super cool! We truly enjoyed this place.

Went for lunch during Spring Break and it was great! Nice patio area and service was great. My kids enjoyed their food too so that’s a plus! Only complaint is the nachos came with lettuce on top but that wasn’t listed on the menu so my daughters had to pick it off…they ordered them with chicken & cheese only and jalapeños on the side.
Tonya H — Google review
Well if you like your money being stolen , being overcharged on a receipt for a tip that you did not leave this is the place for you !!!!! Please be aware I visited this establishment with my grand children and daughter yesterday afternoon . I did not plan to leave a review of the horrible food which was watered down salsa I received . However the manager comped the salsa and I only paid for the soda which was $2.80. I left a $3 top for the waitress to only wake up this morning and see that she added herself an extra tip of $2 more dollars totaling $5. Which in turn brought my tab out to $7.80. I have not ever experienced this before and I have included the receipt which is the customers copy here for your review !
Angie T — Google review
We had a waitress who constantly kept checking on us but, it was a pretty dead night so I do not know how it might be if the place was really busy. I am certain it probably got busier after we left as they do karaoke and there was a crowd starting to build. The food is your usual burger joint type and while it was good overall, it was still just a burger joint. The price was reasonable though I thought kind of high but that could be because of where it was located. I would definitely go there again but not if I was expecting a really great meal
Paul S — Google review
The club sandwich was awesome. Onion Rings are crunchy and delicious. My wife had a bacon burger and said it did not have much flavor. French fries are crinkle cut and hot!
Lauren K — Google review
2 Stars just to be kind… this establishment has gone so far downhill I don’t think we’ll be back. I used to LOVE Shaw’s! The menu is just sad now, the food low quality, and the vibe in here is like an expensive dive bar with the appetizers costing as much as entire entrees. It’s just a shame. $40 for two chicken salad sandwich lunches and one root beer… and it was just gross 😮‍💨 I also had to change my baby in the booth so I wouldn’t have to do it on the bathroom floor…..during lunch

Burgers N Beyond BnB is a casual eatery known for its finger foods, wings, burgers, cheesesteaks, and fried chicken sandwiches. Despite its unassuming appearance and slightly sketchy parking lot, the restaurant offers excellent customer service and a convenient location. The beyond veggie burger was noted to have lacked some toppings but the staff quickly rectified the issue.
This is a great little hole in the wall spot. The sweet chili Wings were good and the fries weren’t overly salty. The Fries and wings had a nice crunch and cooked really well. The service was good with a clean environment. There’s a bit of construction in the area but once you get in to the parking spot you’re good. I’m returning to try the burger next.

JULY 19, 2025 UNDERSTAFFED, DISORGANIZED, AND OVERPRICED WITH AN UNFINISHED FEEL Terrible service defined this visit. There was no manager on-site, and only one employee was handling both the register and cooking—an odd setup for a location directly across from a hospital that should expect consistent foot traffic. We waited 25 minutes, which we initially understood since the employee mentioned she was working alone. However, 4–5 other in-person customers who ordered after us were served first. Her excuse was that her manager called and instructed her to prioritize those orders, which only highlighted poor management and disorganization. The food was disappointing and not worth the price. The burger was bland, reminiscent of a frozen school cafeteria patty where the only flavor came from the cheese, and it lacked the promised house sauce. The Cajun wings were mostly dry and overcooked. The Philly cheesesteak sub was mediocre, and the cheese sticks were very small for the price. The atmosphere didn’t help. The space looked unfinished or poorly maintained, with chairs still on tables and tissue paper used in place of proper napkins. The lack of air conditioning made things worse, with several fans running in an attempt to compensate. Overall, the experience felt like an unprepared soft opening rather than a functioning restaurant.

Hidden Gem in Fort Worth! If you’re craving a burger that actually hits the spot, this place is it. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection — every bite feels like comfort food done right. The buns are fresh, the toppings are just the right balance, and the fries are the perfect sidekick. The atmosphere is cozy, laid-back, and truly gives you that local hidden gem vibe. Definitely worth the stop if you want one of the best burgers in Fort Worth! 🍔✨

Got out late and wanted something that wasn't the usual and saw this place was still open past 12. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Prices are extremely reasonable for what you're getting. I got the bigger sandwich with fries and a side of tenders. But enough about pleasantries. This burger was so good, I ate it in the parking lot. Cooked to perfection, juicy, flavorful, and seasoned deliciously. I thought I would get a bite and hit the road. I thought wrong! Next thing I knew, the burger was gone! I'm still in the parking lot as I stare at the void where this awesome sandwich once was! Best burger I've had in quite a while, and I challenge anyone to find a better one!

If you're craving an epic burger experience, look no further than Burgers Beyond. I recently had the pleasure of trying the BNB meal, and it absolutely blew my taste buds away! From the first bite, it was clear that every ingredient was meticulously chosen to create the perfect flavor profile. The burger itself? Juicy, perfectly seasoned, and packed with layers of deliciousness that had me savoring each mouthful. The bun was soft yet sturdy enough to hold everything together, and the toppings were fresh and vibrant. Honestly, it's not just a meal—it's a masterpiece in burger form. But it doesn’t stop there. The service was outstanding! The staff were attentive, friendly, and made me feel right at home. They knew the menu inside and out and offered some great suggestions, which I appreciated. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, making it a great spot to enjoy good food and good company. I can honestly say that Burgers Beyond takes the burger experience to another level. If you haven’t been yet, do yourself a favor and go—your taste buds will thank you

The food was delicious. The people working were friendly and informative. You can't beat the combo price! I called in my order ahead of time because my boo is impatient when he's hungry and so we ate when we got in. I was so impressed with the flavor I ordered another burger on it's own. The fries were well seasoned and their sauce is a perfect compliment. I think the odd location and construction creates a weird ambiance but it was clean and the extra food we ordered was out promptly!

The burgers were juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. The toppings were fresh, and the bun held everything together without getting soggy. The fries were crispy and well-seasoned, and I appreciated the variety of sides on the menu.

Love Shack is a popular bi-level spot with a vibrant atmosphere and an outdoor patio, offering a variety of inventive hamburgers, fries, beer, shakes, sweet and savory doughnuts, breakfast tacos, and coffee. The restaurant's rustic vibe and friendly character make it a favorite among locals and visitors alike. Chef Tim Love's establishment welcomes four-legged diners on the patio in the Stockyards area.
We were at the Fort Worth Music Festival, and the Love Shack was one of the participating venues that supported live music...so we decided to try some of their food. Sooo glad we did! Burgers, fries...and cold beer! Loved it! They're located just across the bricks from the rodeo arena! Great location, even better food!

We thought it would be fun to try a local place while visiting the stockyards. Sadly we should have read the reviews first. The dirty love burger did us dirty. Flavor was okay but it was undercooked which we didn’t realize til we were halfway through. We both got food poisoning and ended up sick for several days. It ruined our vacation having to spend it in the bathroom.

Went here during lunch hours during the holiday, and it was pretty dead. I was the only one there. The hostess was very sweet though, and recommended a few things. I got a burger, chips, and some chicken tenders. The burger was ok, nothing to write home about, not much flavor, especially for the price. But I did like how the housemade chips came out warm. The tenders weren't that impressive in flavor, but were hot and juicy. I understand the atmosphere was going for a rustic vibe, but the place seemed dirty. Dirty tables, floors, etc. Which was interesting since there didn't seem to be any rush to keep things clean. The layout of the place was odd, but figured they were mostly drink/bar focused, and not so much food based. They have live music which is nice, maybe they're busier more towards the evening? Overall, it's fine to grab a drink or something, but I wouldn't go back just for the food, and a bit disappointed with the cleanliness.

Great burgers and fries!!! The love sauce is sooo yummy!! The burger was really delicious. The fries were fresh cut and perfectly cooked. The buns are thin, which is my favorite. They are set on the grill for a tiny bit and had a little crunch to them.
Johanna B — Google review
Little spot in an alleyway between two buildings on the main drag at the stockyards. Burger was nothing special, French fries were soggy. I was the only person in the restaurant and food order took 20 mins. Lady working in the front counter was nice.
Dave D — Google review
Zach took our order explained everything was very kind and helpful. We ate upto with a live band bellow. Onion rings are definitely something to write home about and my cousin visiting from Ohio couldn't agree more will definitely be back.
J M — Google review
Walk up bar you can get a drink Togo right on the street. Super friendly and fast service. Came back later for some live music and food. Music was great. Should have skipped the food. It took forever to come out, like an extremely long time. Onion rings were like a ball of grease, burgers were cold. They have a mushroom vegetarian burger option. I think it was a fried mushroom, it was just like flat and greasy.

Love Shack is a very laid back unique restaurant with live music. It's nestled between two building and is half covered and half open. There is no AC but it is shaded. Burgers looked good but we did not order any food, we were there for the music and drinks. It's worth the stop.

Willhoite's Restaurant is a unique and historical eatery located in Texas, housed in one of Grapevine's oldest buildings dating back to 1914. Originally a dry goods store and later an automotive garage, the restaurant has preserved its automotive theme from its previous incarnation. The menu features all-you-can-eat and à la carte American cuisine with highlights such as hamburgers and a salad bar.
What a Sunday brunch delight!! Waffle and omelet w/ cinnamon roll station to breakfast and lunch bar to salad bar. EVERYTHING you would expect to find at a fraction the price. $20? Take that pricey Gaylord. We rediscovered this place after coming rather frequently pre-covid. Glad we came back. Service is friendly pre-California invasion style. We will be back. And back and back.
Pamela O — Google review
Our server was amazing and very attentive. She understood that it was our first time there and helped us with any questions. We enjoyed the food. I had the Willhoite club and my husband had the Cajun Chicken breast, both were delicious. We would definitely go back again.

A group of us showed up in Mrs Roper costumes and wanted a drink to cool off inside .Some of us just had iced tea while others ate lunch and drank the special cocktails for the event. Turns out its all good! The waitstaff was super friendly and patient with us all ordering at different times.
Dawn C — Google review
This place is great to meet friends for drinks. Good patio and kind wait staff. Food is meh. We tried their chicken fried steak. I could not eat more than one bite, due to the bad taste. I would go back again and try a burger.
Emily N — Google review
The lunch Buffett and salad bar were excellent! Our waitress was so helpful when we asked about the history of the building. We are from Oklahoma and stopped to eat here because of the reviews.. did not disappoint!

It was pretty good. We went during the lunch buffet and the selection was ok. I enjoyed the pot roast and mashed potatoes. The hush puppies were pretty dry and the dessert was minimal....boxed banana pudding and ice cream.
Kat R — Google review
This is a long time favorite place to go. The buffet is always good. The real nice hang out for the locals. They have a menu but you won't miss on the buffet. I've been going there for years and it's always fun.

Server was good. Management is a joke. Margaritas are too strong. We were confronted by an entitled drunkard who, "has been coming here for 25 years", who can get up in your face, put her hands on you, and have every right to take our table. Which she did. Management failed in this situation. Management even allowed scum like that to be served more alcohol when clearly, she was stumbling around, bumping into our table, and stepping on my dad's foot, completely inebriated; When any decent and respectable manager would have put a stop to the bs behavior. Inappropriate! Never coming back.

Hopdoddy Burger Bar is a well-known Texas-based chain with numerous locations, but the Fort Worth spot stands out. The restaurant boasts unique neon signs and a trendy atmosphere. Customers praise the in-house-made gluten-free buns and friendly staff. While some find the burgers decent but lacking juiciness, others appreciate the quick service and fresh fries. Despite mixed reviews on pricing and food quality, many enjoy the overall ambiance and recommend it for fellow food enthusiasts.
Great specialty hamburger restaurant along Camp Bowie boulevard with free parking lot behind the restaurant. They have a number of specials hamburgers or you can custom build your own. Their specialty fries are the absolute best. The shareable ones come in big stainless steel bowls and are enough for the whole table. Definitely one of my favorite hamburger places. Don't get the El Diablo unless you really like it hot. Highly recommend.
Clyde ( — Google review
Needed a place nearby to grab a good lunch with 3 hungry kids after riding the Forest Park Mini Train in Trinity Park, and Hopdoddy's was right across the street from the park and had a menu that catered to what all 3 kids wanted for their lunch. First time there. I tried the Cadillac Wagyu burger and Nacho Fries. The burger was very good, but honestly didn't notice much of a difference between Wagyu and a regular quality beef burger. The fries were a bit salty, and honestly lacked any nacho flavor and the cheese sauce on them was sparse. I should have tried the Truffle Fries instead. The grandkids had a salad with grilled chicken (my granddaughter was happy with it), kids chicken tenders meal (grand was very happy with it) and a kids cheeseburger meal (grandson very happy with it). The waiter was very attentive, and the kids were so happy and interactive with him that he gave them Oreo cookie milkshakes on the house. Talk about REALLY happy kiddos after that, LOL. The milkshakes were actually sinfully delicious! Atmosphere/ambiance is lackluster and could be a little better to capitalize on the Ft Worth rancher theme. And it's confusing when you come in because you seat yourself and have to order at the counter, then a waiter or waitress brings you your food. Was about $70 with tip for the 4 of us. Overall a good experience despite my disappointment with the Nacho Fries. I would likely go back so I could try different burgers and the Truffle Fries.
Lizabeth B — Google review
Food was good! I love being able to see them make the food. The fries were a bit over seasoned. The customer service was OK from the cashier. The ones walking around were nice and would occasionally check in on us. I would come by again
Alexa — Google review
Came for lunch and tried a few of their items. I tried the fries with the green chili queso and this was surprisingly good. You can taste the chilis in the queso but it’s not hot at all! I also tried the chicken lollipops (which seems to be a seasonal item) and they were good as well - I enjoyed the buffalo flavoring. The burger I ordered was the Classic made with ground chicken + cheese and mushrooms. Typically burger - cooked juicy and enjoyed it! The customer service was amazing as well with plenty of parking in the back of the restaurant.

COME HERE!! Dylan at the bar is amazing. I am so sick of having crappy drinks and Dylan has a serious ART for making a wonderful drink. I wish him the best in his career! I hope I get more free time. I will definitely be back. Food was great and everyone was so nice. Exceptional service! <3
Kelby D — Google review
The staff is unprofessional. They were hanging out in a back booth with customers at the front in line. Eventually with a hand full of fries- the girl walked up to take their order. We ordered sweet potato fries- Fries come out first- so I asked about them. The employee Eventually came back by with a receipt to inform me they weren't rang up. I absolutely had ordered them. The Dallas Cowboys game was on. We sat a table to be able to see the game. The bartender changed the channel to an UNAVAILABLE channel in the middle of the game. I had to go request it be turned back on where she pointed to the other side of the restaurant as the game was playing on that side as if my request to turn the game back on vs. the UNAVAILABLE channel was a ridiculous request. I would give ZERO stars if it were an option.
Amanda B — Google review
Aiden was great. Friendly staff. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options. There's an entire separate menu with vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. I tried the El Diablo and husband had Wagyu Smash. We tried the regular fries and hot honey fries. I prefer the regular but both were good. They have 2 house made drinks, tea and cokes. Bar and patio both available. Ketchup options: regular and Chipotle. Overall great food and we'll return again.
Shell T — Google review
My favorite burger place in fortworth. Their food is top tier and the service is always wonderful. I would give 5 stars BUT they discontinued my favorite item on the menu, their nacho fries. So I had to knock it down to 4 stars. The food is always fresh and delicious and there’s lots of seating. Love this place.

American restaurant
Nestled along the scenic shores of Lake Worth, The Point on Lake Worth is a charming American eatery that perfectly blends comfort food with a laid-back atmosphere. This hidden gem in Fort Worth invites you to enjoy its pet-friendly outdoor seating, where you can soak up stunning waterfront views while savoring classic dishes like handcrafted burgers, crispy fried catfish, and Southern-style favorites. With a full bar offering refreshing cocktails and local beers, it’s an ideal spot for both families and friends looking to unwind.
My food was very good, fish. My husband enjoyed his burger. We really like the atmosphere of this place. This is our 3rd family party here. Our severs Courtney and I think Tish or Tricia (I'm sorry I forgot) were top notch. They were very attentive to our crowd. Thank you as well for coming back down on your prices. We really liked the band too, Justin Hunter??? Thank y'all for a great evening!

This is such a hidden gem! Gorgeous lake views, multiple patios and fun places to hang out. They have the best fried catfish and unmatched fried mushrooms, the great prices are a bonus. I seriously have not had better fried mushrooms anywhere! Our waitress was amazing, friendly, attentive and kind. The location makes you feel like you are in the hill country. It is up on a hill/cliff so the views are expansive, calming and stunning. Trees, wildflowers, trails, full bar, tasty TX tea, lakeside, horse shoes and more, The Point is my favorite restaurant in Fort Worth! *Patios are dog friendly so bring your furry friends, kids, parents and anyone else because I need this place to stay open forever. Love it.

We sat outside and the scene was peaceful and had a sunset lake view. The hamburgers are so delicious! Loved that they came with two smashed patties standard. The fries were really crispy like I love them. We plan to come here frequently now. It's not expensive and had enough variety for everyone. Tuesday is Karaoke night at 7 if you're interested. I believe they have live music inside sometimes too

It's been over a year since I visited last but without further ado..... & a drum roll 🥁.... ✅️✅️✅️IT WAS AWESOME, LIKE ALWAYS✅️✅️✅️. Went on a weekday during the early afternoon so we were the only ones there, fine by me!! We sat outside to enjoy the view 🏖 while eating a great mushroom swiss burger 🍔 & catfish dinner. The service was perfect. The food was quick & correct & delicious. The only part of my late lunch that sucked was leaving. 🫤 Oh yeah, if anyone is wondering, the prices were good too, average. My burger & fries was apx 12$. Can't remember how much catfish was but it was reasonable. After eating, I went wandering around outside & snapped a few pics & skipped a few rocks on the water. (Hey, you only live once) Nice little mini hike/walk. Plenty after a big meal though. 😴🤤 Thanks The Point for another memorable visit !!!

Older bar / restaurant on lake Worth. Restaurant has plenty of parking and two separate dog friendly patio areas which were nice even though it was 95 degrees. Service and burgers were excellent. The dogs had no complaints about the crinkle fries. 😊 Recommend for a nice afternoon with food and drinks by the lake watching F35s.
Clyde ( — Google review
My girlfriend had always wanted to try this place and requested it for her birthday dinner. It's tucked away down some back roads and on the water. When we got there, the parking lot was small and somewhat packed but patronage wise, was maybe 20%. We sat outside with a view of the lake. It was at least 5 minutes before anyone even stopped by to give us menus. It was another 5 to 10 minutes and plenty of time for us to decide our order, before anyone ever showed up to take it. Portions were ok for the prices paid. One of us had substituted okra for fries, but the order came out with fries instead. The server said they were correcting it. My son loved the BLT. The catfish was cooked with a good crispness but was lacking flavor in my opinion. The fries were basic mass produced crinkle cut fries with little salt or flavor. The view was nice and you could walk down to the water or to a bench near the cliff and admire the lake. We may be back, but overall wasn't all that impressed.
Scott R — Google review
The food is fantastic! The catfish is breaded and cooked perfectly; my only note would be it needs just a little salt. The hush puppies threw me off because they're sticks; however, that went out the window one I bit into one! So very tasty. The onion rings are probably my favorite in Fort Worth. And the adult beverages are great and well priced. You can't go wrong if you pick The Point. (My buddy and I split the 5 piece catfish)

First visit to The Point (on the recommendation of a friend), good burger, ample portions for sides, appetizers, etc.. andthe manager talked about new menu coming soon with steaks and other delicious options. Great atmosphere! Just looking out the windows any time of day gives a beautiful view of the lake, there are tables outside and a patio for the bar that put you right out into 'nature' for a relaxing meal and conversation. I look forward to getting back very soon!

Pearl Snap Kolaches is a locally owned bakery that offers a wide variety of delectable kolaches, including traditional flavors like sausage and cheese as well as unique combinations such as bacon, mac and cheese, and cream cheese with jalapeno. The bakery also serves breakfast tacos, coffee, cinnamon rolls, croissants, and even makes kolache burgers. The name "Pearl Snap" comes from the western-style shirts' buttons.
Outstanding!!! No other way to say it. The French toast melts in your mouth...eggs and bacon just the way I like them, cheerful service, 😊, and most importantly (for me), great coffee!!! This is a comfortable place, easy to get to, plenty of parking, both inside and outside seating, and yummy kolaches! An undiscovered treasure this place is. We're going back again and again to try out more things on the diverse menu. Join me; you'll love it!! There's a kid section too.
Richard G — Google review
I went there with the too good to go app, and the food was just mediocre. The app said that I would get kolasches and breakfast tacos and that I would get a value of $12 worth of food, but I only got four old rolls. It was a total waste of my gas, and my time and the food is overpriced and the location is not in a good spot at all. The parking was horrible, and the place and people were not welcoming at all. It was a total letdown. I have tasted better pastries at Albertsons. I was hoping I would get to taste some good food so that I could make it my go-to spot, but that didn't happen. It was a big disappointment. They have better food in the grocery store. Don't waste your time or your money here.
LaTonya T — Google review
Recently stopped in for lunch for myself and a coworker and Holy Smokes this place was incredible!!! The staff were extremely helpful (especially Madi) and also extremely pleasant. There are several tables inside and a few outside under the shade of a large tree. There is also a Kid’s Corner play area with books, toys, and smaller chairs. *But let’s get real, these sandwiches were NEXT LEVEL!!! The smashed potatoes have been in my dreams since that day. The menu has offerings for all different tastes and there is a nice selection of merch and coffee related items as well. We will definitely be back for another lunch outing soon!!

Renown FTW breakfast and lunch spot, famous for their kolaches. I had the biscuits and gravy, They were hand made and plated well. It's semi self serve. Coffee was great also. I didn't get a picture but the French toast was double think with hand whipped cream!

Eaten lunch here twice. The hamburgers are excellent. I enjoyed the Popper Burger immensely. Think of a double cheeseburger with the addition of a jalapeno popper spread and you will get the idea. Super friendly staff and a really funky vibe in the restaurant. Highly recommend!
David S — Google review
The strawberry and cream cheese kolache was absolutely delicious!! The popper burger was also delicious for lunch. I didn't love the sweet potato fries, but only because I don't like sugar on mine. If you're into that it's definitely what you would want.
Crystal P — Google review
Best kolaches in Fort Worth! All of their food is so good! Customer service has always been excellent. Their menu is great for breakfast as well as lunch and dinner. The high quality of their ingredients can be tasted. MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR YOUR KOLACHES TO BE WARMED UP BEFORE EATEN! You want them nice a warm and you want your cheese melted. Its a neat spot for live music as well. I'm a happy customer!
Brianna _ — Google review
EDIT: I’ve since had more standard sweet and savory kolaches from Pearl Snap. I think they are pretty average. My original review follows, which resulted in a 5-star rating… Rounding up from 4.4 stars. 5 stars: my chorizo taco and Lil’ Becky kolache. Commendable. 4 stars: my wife’s sausage & cheese and pecan pie kolaches, both of which were over-cooked.
