Hotel
Ikos Aria is a chic all-inclusive resort located on the southwest coast of an island, offering whitewashed rooms with balconies providing sea or garden views. The resort provides direct access to a Blue Flag beach and offers various activities such as exploring archaeological sites, pilates, yoga, and tennis. Guests can also enjoy the Dine Out experience at nearby restaurants at no extra cost. The airy rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows and terraces overlooking the Aegean Sea.
This is was our second stay at an IKOS resort and we had a wonderful time. The resort itself is beautiful, lovely landscaping, and a nice sand beach. Our room was nice, but unfortunately without an ocean view. The size of the room is adequate. F&B was very good, with a nice wine selection. The food in all restaurants is very good. Service throughout the resort is very friendly and attentive, the staff is always present and always smiling. Pricing is on the high side, it's probably worth it for anybody who is constantly eating and drinking. We were surprised of the large number of small children, but it's possible to "escape" to quieter areas. Renting a car for the day is also a nice feature. Overall, a definite recommendation, especially because of the very high level of service.

We had an amazing 3-week stay at Ikos Aria for a tennis holiday, joined by 12 of our friends. The tennis and sports team were fantastic, booking us courts every morning and looking after us with such warmth. The gym classes were excellent too — energetic and fun! Our Deluxe Villa with private pool was spotless and spacious, and Julia, the Deluxe Manager, made sure both we and our friends (staying outside Deluxe) were well cared for. The WhatsApp concierge service was incredible — every request sorted within minutes. The restaurants were all superb, with great wines and brilliant service everywhere. A special thank you to the Seasons team and bar staff who made every meal and drink memorable. Ikos Aria is outstanding for groups, couples, and families. Truly a five-star experience — we’re already planning our next Ikos holiday!

Our stay at Ikos Aria was truly exceptional! The room was perfect, the beach absolutely beautiful, and the service in every restaurant was outstanding. Their WhatsApp service also works perfectly — super fast and incredibly efficient. Honestly, everything was amazing from start to finish. A wonderful trip in every way — we can’t wait to come back!

From the very first moment we arrived at Ikos Aria, it was clear that this resort represents the absolute pinnacle of Mediterranean hospitality. Every single member of staff — from reception to the restaurants and beach service — radiated genuine warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism. The culinary experience was outstanding: each restaurant offered top-class dishes prepared with fresh ingredients, and the variety was beyond expectations — a perfect blend of Greek authenticity and international finesse. What truly made our stay special, though, was how seamlessly everything was managed so that parents could fully relax and enjoy time with their family. Our kids were constantly engaged, happy, and well cared for, thanks to the wonderful team at the kids’ club! Every detail — from the immaculate rooms and breathtaking views to the perfectly maintained pools and pristine beach — made our week unforgettable. It’s rare to find a place where everything just works so effortlessly, but Ikos Aria achieves exactly that. We will definitely return and recommend this place to anyone — couples, families, or anyone seeking a luxurious yet genuinely warm and personal Greek island experience.

This hotel was a great place to escape to from the busy city life. It is remote but still not far from villages and towns on the island. The food was great, and with hight standards. The beach is stunning and waters are clean. There are enough of pools to chose from, depending if one likes quite or not. There’s area for adults only - which was great choice, although there were very few kids, possibly as the schools have started. But the best thing about this place and what makes it so unique is the staff! So friendly, kind and pleasant. All of them!
Medi J — Google review
Very well looked after resort. Probably located in the best spot of the island. Both beaches are fantastic with sand and great water quality. Food quality is great with plenty of options for breakfast and dinner. A little bit more limited options for lunch. Alex the guest relationship manager was very caring and came to check on us that everything was progressing well which was very appreciated.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 Experience at Ikos Aria Our stay at Ikos Aria was absolutely amazing — truly 10/10 in every way! We would especially like to thank Eleni, Claos, Kalliopi, Pavlos, and Kiriakos for their exceptional service, which made our holiday unforgettable. The room, cleanliness, food, bars, and overall atmosphere were all perfect. Every detail was handled with care, making it a truly lovely stay. We will definitely be back again! Spa
Astir Odysseus Kos Resort & Spa is a luxurious property located just 5 km from the historic center of Kos town and 22 kilometers from the international airport. The resort offers modern design, functional layout, and effortless luxury in its 337 rooms and suites. Guests can enjoy sea views, outdoor pools, eateries, and a spa.
We had a fantastic time at this hotel and were especially impressed by the friendliness of the staff. Everyone was genuinely kind, helpful, and truly committed to making our stay as pleasant as possible. That personal touch made a real difference. The rooms were lovely – decorated in soft, calming tones with tasteful furnishings that created a very relaxing atmosphere. The hotel itself is ideally located: close to Kos town, yet peaceful and beautifully maintained. The highlights for us were definitely the private beach, the charming pathways winding through the grounds, and the lush greenery with vibrant flowers throughout the property. The food was also a big plus – varied, delicious, and clearly prepared with care. 🩷 There were just a couple of points that didn’t quite match the overall quality. The spa staff were quite pushy in promoting their treatments, which felt out of place in such a refined and relaxing environment. Also, while the hotel rules clearly state that reserving sunbeds and hanging towels from balconies is not allowed, we noticed this happening regularly. We feel the hotel could take a stricter stance on enforcing these rules, in order to maintain its high-end feel. ☺️ Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return! 🫶

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Astier Odysseus Coast! The room was spacious, bright, and very clean – with a lovely balcony overlooking the shared pool. It was nice and quiet, perfect for relaxing. The food was excellent: a rich breakfast buffet with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, and in the evening a great selection of fresh, delicious dishes. The entertainment program was enjoyable as well. I can especially recommend the spa area – very clean, with a great atmosphere. I had a massage with Katja and felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. A truly beautiful hotel to relax and unwind – we would love to come back!

Arrived at the Astir Odysseus following a disappointing stay at another 5 star hotel in Kos. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough. The hotel grounds are beautiful, staff are very friendly, the food is some of the best food I've eaten (big shout out to the chefs), and most importantly there is so much to do for children! Every night at 20:00 there's a disco for kids, followed by a show. (Lion King, Mama Mia). The kids also loved the Belly Dancing. You also put put and a bowling for the kids. Everything feels very engaging for the guests and you can tell they put a big emphasis on this. We were in a room with a private pool which was stunning. Nothing in the hotel is too far from each other which is a big plus when you have little kids! Overall, highly recommend this hotel for families with kids!

My stay at Astir Odysseus was absolutely perfect! Everything exceeded my expectations from the beautiful rooms to the excellent service and amazing food. The atmosphere was relaxing and elegant, making it the ideal place for a peaceful vacation. I also had a wonderful experience at the spa. A special mention to Sam for the incredible massage it was truly unforgettable! The whole experience left me feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. I highly recommend both the hotel and the spa to anyone visiting the area.

Due to a recommendation of a friend and colleague, I went here twice (!) within a year, in July and September 2025. It is the most beautiful resort I know and from the very beginning I felt welcome and very cozy. The service is excellent - in particular I like to mention Irena from the Main Restaurant Achilles. She remembered us from our first visit and made us felt very special. Excellent Service, location and food. 20 out of 10. Outstanding resort. We will see each other again.

We arrived from another hotel after extending our holiday for a couple of nights. I wish we had stayed here for the whole holiday. Once we checked in at reception we were taken to our room. We had booked a swim up room which was brilliant. You did not feel too over looked by other rooms and the pool was more than spacious for everyone. We found the food to be good quality and hot! Both my wife and i own businesses in the food industry so its important to us that the food is nice. We found there to be plenty of choice at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Drinks selection had everything you could ever need, From classic cocktails to local wines and beers. Using premium alcohol too which was nice to see. Drinks can be ordered on the hotel app and brought directly to your sun bed by the two main pools which is brilliant when you have a child to attend to. Our 3 year old really enjoyed playing in the park in the centre of the hotel which had abit of everything a child would want in a play area. There is also a crazy golf course and skittles which is free to use when ever you like. The only think that was slightly disappointing was the night time entertainment it was lacking in quality. We went to watch one of the shows and by the end half the guests watching had left. Which was very disappointing to see. Its the only thing negative we have of the hotel and I would certainly not let it put you off from booking as Other entertainment is also on in the main lobby bar on an evening and this seemed more popular than the actual theatre itself We look forward to returning.

Greece is a stunning destination, but it feels like the tourism model could evolve. With weather patterns becoming less predictable, relying so heavily on beaches and “sun-and-sea” tourism leaves the country at a disadvantage compared to some neighbouring destinations that have adapted faster. When storms or heatwaves push visitors away from the beaches, many hotels and resorts seem under-prepared to offer meaningful indoor or cultural alternatives. That’s a shame, because Greece has an incredible depth of history, traditions, gastronomy, music, and art that could truly enrich the visitor experience. If tourism providers leaned more into these unique strengths—integrating cultural workshops, local food and wine, music nights, art, and storytelling—it could transform a rainy or overly hot day into a highlight, and make Greece even more competitive in the long run. Huge thanks to the customer relations team for listening to feedback and being open to new ideas. Greece has everything it needs to keep delighting tourists, whatever the weather!

It was our first trip to Kos and the Astir was amazing in terms of service. All the staff were friendly and great with our 2 kids. You could tell they take their guest experience very seriously. It is also close to the city centre with a regular bus to and from the hotel.

The Diamond Deluxe Hotel is a luxurious 5-star adults-only retreat located on the beach in Kos. This refined hotel offers an array of high-end facilities including two restaurants, three bars, and a top-notch spa with indoor and outdoor pools. Guests can indulge in creative fusion cuisine at the Peruzzi restaurant or enjoy an American-style breakfast buffet at the Emerald Restaurant.
I want to say a massive thank you to all the staff who made our stay amazing from start to finish, especially the receptionists who was always happy to help, the bar waiter legend who was constantly being called for cocktails to our room (cheers for the constant strawberry’s and chocolate). We will be back in no time! Highly recommend the swim up rooms 405,406, we had two next to each other which made the stay even better. Again, thank you!

Our stay at the Diamond Deluxe Hotel was simply fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. Everyone—from reception to housekeeping and restaurant service—was friendly, professional, and always attentive. Their kindness and attention to detail truly made the difference. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and spotless. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The pool area and outdoor spaces were just as impressive, perfect for relaxing in a calm and stylish environment. We also loved the restaurant: excellent food, great atmosphere, and staff who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience. Overall, Diamond Deluxe Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. It combines luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. We left with wonderful memories and will definitely return!

We stayed in September for our Honeymoon and had such a wonderful time we didn't want to leave! We adored the staff, they were beyond helpful and really friendly. Our room was gorgeous, clean and modern and being poolside was absolute bliss (it was so calm and the pool often empty). The breakfast choices were expansive, and while we went to Kos Town most evenings, the evening that we ate at the hotel the food was delicious and really well priced. Travelling in to Kos Town from the hotel was very easy - the lovely Paulina on reception helped us with a bus timetable (easy collection once an hour right outside the hotel) though we surprisingly we did get quite into the Hoppy scooters and used those to go town for a few evenings (great fun!). We treated ourselves to a couples massage at the spa which was the real icing on the cake - I was so relaxed my smart watch thought I was asleep. We really recommend as a place to stay and would come again in a heartbeat - thank you to all the staff for making our honeymoon so wonderful.

Excellent hotel. The rooms are great and the pool area is amazing. Breakfast great. Pool bar very good and all the staff are fantastic. Beach is okay and the hotel is a little isolated but regular bus stops outside the hotel to Kos town We have spent a few days at Tigaki beach which is great but you have to get a taxi to get there Highly recommend the hotel to anyone.

Perfect Adults-Only Luxury Retreat - Our Second Visit! * Adults-only resort * Perfect for those seeking tranquillity * Swim-up rooms available * Private beach * Multiple pools * Excellent food & cocktails * Easy access to Kos town Our second visit to Diamond Deluxe Hotel in September 2025 exceeded even our high expectations from 2023. We had previously stayed in September 2023 and thoroughly enjoyed the calm, serene atmosphere and couldn’t wait to go back. It is located on a coastal road, about 30mins drive from the airport and 10mins drive from Kos town. It is a relatively undeveloped stretch of road, so there isn’t the usual array of shops, bars and restaurants that you might expect to find on your doorstep. The hotel gives a “wow” factor when you first arrive. It is an impressive resort, immaculately clean, well equipped, well maintained, picturesque gardens with fruit and olive trees, and friendly staff with a “can-do” attitude. From the front desk to the servers and the bar staff, nothing was too much trouble. You can tell they take pride in their hotel and their guest experience. Overall, we cannot rate Diamond Deluxe Hotel highly enough for a luxury, 5-star, adults-only getaway! We're already planning our third visit.
Leonard B — Google review
My first adult only hotel experience as a single person. It is a great place to stay to rest your head alone or to come as a couple. Personelle is super nice, guests were so individualistic and barely any communication. Only issue was the beach. It is not fully sandy, if you like stones in the sea it is ok. There is service from hotel but a small bar on the beach could be more convenient for the guests.
Ferhat M — Google review
The hotel is great, but we won't come again. Hotel: The hotel is clean and organized and spacious. Rooms: Clean and modern with nice bathrooms, but small and with thin walls. The solid plastic chairs on everyone's balcony are extremly loud when moved, even when you just sit down or get up, which is extremly annoying. Staff: The staff are all amazing, friendly and work really hard to give you a good time. Our greatest thanks to all of them. Food: The food was amazing, and a lot to choose from. Giant breakfast buffet. Dinner options changing every day: 1 soup, 3 salads, 4 starters, 4 main and 4 deserts. You can skip any course or get two starters and no main, any way you like it, the kitchen makes it possible. Also special requests for allergies or pregnancies. Only thing is they could do some "theme" evenings to spice up the food variety. Every day it's mediteranean/greek/turkish. Lunch menu has burgers/pizza/gyros, that was never for dinner. Drinks: The bar staff is great but the prices are ridiculous. The wine bottles are good and fair priced with about 35-40€. But all other prices are absurd. 5€ for a 3/4L bottle of water and 5€ for a coke which is not even 330mL but only 250mL. So you either get dehydrated or bankrupt. Pool: Looks amazing and are gigantic. Cold with 20 celsius end of september, almost no swimming possible. The sunbed area is a bit cramped. Entertainment: Thankfully there is no entertainment during the day so you can relax. But 5 out of 7 nights there is music from 9 to 11 pm. And especially the DJ (3 nights per week) is extremely loud, you can hear the bass even with earplugs in while lying in bed. So you can't sleep.
Alex — Google review
We have just returned from a stay at this amazing hotel after a short break at its equally lovely sister hotel, The Diamond Boutique. This place takes your breath away when you walk through the lobby, out through the pool bar and you take in all of the vast pools! The outdoor space is really well designed and it never feels busy around the pools, which feature a mixture of Jacuzzi's, waterfalls and plenty of space for either proper swimming or bobbing around on inflatables. Room and sunbed service means that you don't even have to get up and walk anywhere for your morning coffee, afternoon cocktails or lunchtime snacks. There is a range of fabulous accommodation, most of which faces the pool, and we were thrilled to be given a swim up room which got the sun most of the day. Outside on the terrace is a table and chairs, a sun umbrella and a double sunbed. I would thoroughly recommend getting a swim up room, it was amazing! The bedroom was spacious and immaculately clean, and the bed was huge and really comfortable. Food and drink was of an exceptional standard. We were upgraded to half board and this involved a 5 course meal every night which was outstanding. The hotel is in quite a remote location so unless you are going to hire transport, take the bus or get taxis elsewhere you are pretty restricted in terms of choice, but we were more than happy to use the pool bar for lunch snacks. The breakfast is simply stunning and there is a huge selection, both from the buffet and waiter service, so it is entirely possible that you wouldn't need to eat again until the evening after enjoying all of the delights on offer! The cocktails also deserve a mention as they are incredibly tasty and well worth a try ( I recommend the frozen coconut mojito in particular!) Service and cleanliness can't be faulted - nothing was too much trouble and we really did feel completely pampered and relaxed. Even our final day was lovely - we left our room at 11, spent a relaxing day by the pool and then used the showers in the spa before our taxi arrived, so we didn't feel like it was a wasted day. Thnk you to the whole team for a simply delightful holiday!

Kipriotis Maris Suites is a luxurious 5-star hotel situated in Psalidi village, Kos. It's conveniently located just 150 meters from the beach and a short distance from Kos Town. The hotel offers elegant and spacious rooms and suites with balconies, featuring wooden furnishings and soothing earthy tones. Guests can enjoy the pool with a sun terrace, a bar-restaurant, fitness center, children's pool and playground, as well as leisure activities like table tennis and billiards.
Where do I start with this fantastic hotel in Psaldi Kos. At the Kipriotis Maris suites The management team here are second to none. Fotini is an asset to this company, she is charming, professional and a great front of house person. Anything we wanted she would try her best to accommodate. The hotel is spotlessly clean in every department and the food is awesome. A small thing for some but a big one for me is the carved fruit for presentation in the buffet section. I rarely come back to hotels but this one is a definite. Please everyone keep doing you are doing because you are doing it brilliantly.

I dont Even know where to start.. But who ever gave this Hotel 5 stars should be fired. Actually when we booked this Hotel throu "Spies" they showed it as a 4 star Hotel but even that would be in the low end. So when we got there and had to pay Hotel tax for a 5 star Hotel i was pretty surpriced. It was 210 Euro for 14 days. I am a chef. And been working as a chef for 15 years. The only good Thing i have to say about the food was the salat bar. For 14 days we had the same food with minimum variation. So sad for a 5 star Hotel. The lady in the reception could care less about the Hotel guest. She looked and acted like she did not want to be there or if the guest where having a good stay. The only Thing I would day was ok was the size of the room. Other then that I would not recommend anyone to go to this Hotel. You Will be greatly disapointed. We stayed in a actual 5 star Hotel last year on Crete and compared to this place it was like Hevean and Hell. Maris Suites beeing hell ofcourse. Kos is a beautifull island and its worth visiting. Just dont stay at this place.. Reply to their answer: yes I asked the chef how they made some of the food. But not becouse i was interrested in any recipes. I never asked for recipes and i never got any recipes, so thats simply not true.. Anything is got in that buffe i could make better myself.

Just arrived home after a week at Kipriotis Maris Suites. We were impressed with public areas, all kept clean & tidy, food was plentiful, tasty & varied with something being available all day. Our room overlooked the pool with mountain views. The downside of our stay was our bathroom which was horrible. The toilet, bath & washbasin were stained & looked like it had been tiled by an amateur. I know the hotel closes for the season in a couple of weeks, can I suggest you spend alot of money on the bathrooms to bring the hotel closer to the professed 5 stars.
Denise C — Google review
All the air conditioners in the upper rooms did not work well and did not have enough power to cool the room. We had to change rooms after 2 nights of not sleeping. The food was not very good and did not have variety, and it was mostly pork. The cleanliness was not good at all, but only the behavior of the staff was good.
Tannaz N — Google review
Rooms very dated and in need of renovating, far from a 4/5 star hotel, entertainment very basic and very very repetitive, we read the reviews before booking which were the usual good and bad but we had a bad start as the first room we were given we were taken by shuttle bus as it was up hill and a good walk away, mould all around the bath, the taps hanging out of the wall, cracked wall/ floor tiles, no seals on the shower screen so the floor flooded when the shower was on, saggy mattress (no support) we complained and were given a small suite a day later it was a little bit better but still broken tiles an absolutely filthy toilet (stained) we’ve stayed in better 3 star hotels than this but this was our experience and it is our opinion
Paul D — Google review
Unfortunately, there are not many reasons why I could recommend this place. The whole hotel is past its best - the equipment is outdated, which would not have mattered if everything was at least clean and in good condition. We were greeted by ants in the room and a broken door handle. The state of cleaning of the bathroom was also not very good (but sure, you get used to it). Speaking of food, we had the all inclusive program and it was OK in general, however, I don't understand why there are no normal scrambled eggs in the morning, and how strange it is that it is a problem to get clean water or beer during the day (if I don't want to drink only sweet drinks). I appreciate the all-day ice cream. Wifi doesn't work properly, so if you want to work in your room, good luck. Overall, the area is pleasant, it is not too crowded and you can find quiet places, but some are very damaged - f.ex. our child stepped on a cover of a canal and fell there. They really don’t pay enough attention to maintenance. The animators were lovely, but the evening entertainment is very loud and if you have small children, they may have trouble falling asleep (especially if your room is close to the stage). The pool is quite OK, although as other reviews have written, the water stained our swimsuits. The worst thing about the hotel is the beach, which is not maintained at all - the sunbeds are rusty and dangerous - there is a risk of injury! There is garbage on the beach, the snack bar is inadequate and unfortunately this location does not offer very nice swimming. So if you want nice beach holiday, choose other part of the island. The hotel is conveniently located near the capital of Kos (bus, bike, scooter available) - the swimming there is also better and there are fewer waves I would definitely not rate it 5 stars, the fact that the Greeks charge a tourist tax of 15 euros per night for this is simply theft.

On arrival to this hotel from outside looks nice . Once entering the reception you realise there is no air conditioning straight away it’s like a sweat box . Then check in and get 15 euro a night charge ! Was given room allocation my god these rooms miles away from actual hotel il pre warn anyone if you get room 467 or close to that absolute crap holes dirty smell very outdated nowhere near 3 star never mind 5 star . We complained straight away with no immediate resolution until Saturday so had to stay in the crap hole until then . We arrived on Thursday afternoon . The new room was a big improvement but still very outdated and the bathroom had loose tiles and bath was dirty shower was terrible didn’t clasp in properly kept moving about . The two young reception staff on complaining were smirking and were not very helpful . Seen numerous people complaining at this reception . The sunbeds at the pool are awful need replacing very scruffy not comfortable at all . Towels given by hotel are discoloured and stained . Only real positive thing I can say is the bar staff and entertainment staff are friendly but no service is provided like in the hotel which is over the road rated as 4 star which a dam sight better than this one . Oh and one bottle of water in your fridge for your while stay !!!. Food was nice each day but ran out quickly and cold very quickly . Horizon Beach Resort is a casual beachfront retreat located in Kos, offering a variety of amenities for guests to enjoy. The resort boasts multiple pools, sports courts, and a gym for active travelers. Guests can also indulge in dining options including a beach tavern. The resort's entertainment programs led by Eddie and Jethro are highly praised for their engaging and lively nature, catering to both kids and adults.
High quality half board hotel in beautiful grounds, which is popular with German holiday makers. Note that this is a big hotel with large, well appointed grounds. As far as i could tell, it was step-free throughout. The room we had was spacious and luxurious, with good wifi and aircon. We asked for, and were given, a kettle. Food at breakfast and dinner was via self-service buffet and the quality was excellent.

I was considering giving 4 or even 5 stars as overall I am happy with the resort but one important minus is the room cleaning, which is very poor and shallow. There were still hairs from the previous guests on the bath, bathroom floor and various spots, very visible. Mirrors were not wiped for a long time, remote control was very sticky and dusty. Etc etc. Nothing has changed after the room cleaning next day. We have a little baby and put all the used diapers in a plastic bag, tied it up tightly and neatly to be picked up by the cleaning staff. In other hotels the message is clear and they do pick it up but not here. The resort is well maintained and huge but it does not feel overcrowded even during the peak season. There are multiple pools and restaurants, one of them being adult only. I did not get to try that one but I appreciate the concept for people that do not have children with them. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The food did not disappoint either. Coffee at breakfast could be better, especially because the bars where you can buy good coffee are not open till 10. Not a big deal but it is difficult to find an English menu at the beach restaurant for lunch as everything is in German. Maybe time to print dual/triple language menu’s? :) I would consider coming back if the cleaning is improved.

Lovely hotel, staff all friendly especially bar staff. Rooms clean infact all the grounds are kept very clean. A lot of pools all clean, swim up bar which is essential 😁. 3 restaurants and a gyros/pizza by the pools. Plenty of bars throughout complex. Always get a sunbed, towels available. Beach tidy with sunbeds. Great for families teens and children kept busy. ( no children's play area) .White and beach party. No bars or shops within walking distance. Local bus to Kos town €3. We had a really lovely holiday

A wonderful hotel. The employees are very friendly and professional. We enjoyed our stay very much. The beach, the pools, the environment. Very great. You have wifi everywhere on the beach, in the room, at the pool.

The best hotel in my life for now! It was so amazing 🤩 Food is tasty, service are high professional, everyday room cleaning, amazing views! Strongly recommend

Staff is nice. Hotel is nice. The food was not so nice. By the third day we couldn’t stomach it really. The mosquito net in our room was ripped and our baby got mauled. Everything was pretty mediocre. But the staff and hotel itself were nice. Location is also good

We stayed at this beautiful beach resort and overall had a wonderful time. The atmosphere is fantastic, the food is delicious, the staff is very friendly, everything is kept very clean, and both the beach and the pools are excellent. However, there are some downsides: pool towels and the hotel’s own beach loungers are charged extra, which feels unnecessary for a resort of this category. A major negative point was the hotel’s recommended doctor. She spoke very poor English, was extremely unfriendly, charged a horrendous fee, and – worst of all – misdiagnosed my wife’s ear infection and prescribed the wrong medication. Thankfully, we quickly found Dr. Lalla in Kos Town via Google. She treated my wife correctly, was very professional and kind, and truly saved our holiday.

Nestled in a lively seaside resort, Mitsis Ramira offers vibrant and colorful accommodations. The 5-star beach hotel boasts 4 restaurants, 3 bars, and 2 saltwater pools. Situated just 3.5 km from the city of Kos, guests can easily explore the town while enjoying the Blue Flag beach right in front of the hotel.
When we arrived we didnt have our suitcases and corendon was not helping at all. But the reception was so Nice and friendly. They helped us a lot and they did a really Nice job! Our room is beautifull and the food is very tasty. Dina, Ioanna and Migena and Losantos were the best and always smiling

We had a very pleasant stay at Mitsis Ramira in Kos. The hotel is beautiful, with a wide variety of food options. The buffet was consistently good, and we especially enjoyed the à la carte restaurants – the Italian, the steakhouse, and the brunch. Themed nights such as Asian night added a fun touch, and the beach restaurants (gyros and salads) as well as the crêperie (savory and sweet) were a great bonus. The evening entertainment was nice, with the Pop Icons show being the highlight during our stay. The pools are large and beautiful, though we found them quite cold – probably because they are very deep and take longer to warm up in the sun. What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was lovely, friendly, and professional. A special thank you to Giorgios, who went above and beyond to make our stay extra enjoyable – we truly appreciated your kindness and professionalism. Miltiadis, the wonderful guy serving drinks at the pool, always brought smiles with his jokes and friendly attitude – such a joy to be around. Linda (housekeeping manager) was also wonderful to chat with. Alexis from reception was very welcoming and helpful, and Alexandra at the reception of the main restaurant was always so

Thank you for a wonderful stay! It really is an all inclusive hotel. From the 24/7 food and great mini bar that kept refilling. Staff where amazing! Very friendly and helpful, always wanted to help with a huge smile. The only down side are the rooms which are a little dated. We'll definitely come again 💓

The room was very nice with a balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food at the beach was good. Drinks at the beach and pool bar were always fast and good. On the day we arrived there was hair and pieces of glass on the floor. There was no shower gel. We left a note for the cleaning lady and asked at the reception. We received it 2 days later. The luggage room is always open and unsupervised, so be careful.

My best friend and I stay here for about a week. It‘s only 2 days so far and we are really happy with our stay. Especially the food is really delicious and there is a lot of variety as well so everyone can find something. The whole hotel is really nice: many pools, bars, and places to eat so it’s not too crowded at anytime. I also want to emphasize how nice the staff is. Always friendly, open to communicate, read your wishes from your eyes and always ask if everything is fine. I especially appreciated Lara at the main bar! Such a friendly soul

We are halfway through 10 nights at the Ramira. I will make this review very simple. Good points, the staff are exceptional. A big shout out to Militaldis and all the staff. Militaldis you are hilarious and make everyone happy. The rest of the staff are all happy, from the cleaners to the management. The food is tasty and there is a good selection of drinks. Booking the A la carte restaurants is easy. The entertainment has been good. The hotel is easy to negotiate, every area is within a minute walk. The rooms are a bit dated, but are spacious, clean and the beds are comfortable. Nice sea view from our sea view room. The fridge is restocked and the cleaners are excellent. Nice pool areas. Free safety deposit box, good wi fi. I will state again the staff are wonderful and the hotel has a lovely vibe. Bad points - none. Keith & Kim

I am very satisfied with my stay at the Mitsis all-inclusive hotel. The service is excellent, and the food is delicious. I have already booked two stays for next year. The only issue I encountered was the lack of consideration for non-smokers on the terrace. Even when it is marked as non-smoking, the signs are not very noticeable, so some guests still smoke there, and the Mitsis staff do not intervene. I would appreciate it if the hotel could make it clearer that the area is non-smoking.

This was only our 2nd holiday to Greece and the first time in Kos and we couldn't have chosen a more perfect hotel to stay. It has a lovely beach but you really need beach shoes to get in the sea as it is very pebbly. Firstly the staff - we have never experienced such friendly hospitality in a hotel. The staff throughout were so warm and welcoming and made our 10 night stay a holiday to remember. The food - the main buffet restaurant was very busy for sure but the food was always really good with a lot of choice. The Meat a la Carte and the Italian restaurants are really part of the main restaurant at the back but are a little separated from the main buffet area. The food in both restaurants was absolutely amazing as were all the restaurant staff who were extremely efficient and friendly and seated you very quickly. Really enjoyed the evening entertainment and the different bands they had were brilliant. Main Bar - this was our preferred place to be in the evenings as it was next to the entertainment and their cocktail making skills were just great - big shout out to Georgia who looked after us very well along with all the other guys and girls in the bar who work tirelessly to look after everybody but I can't remember all their names. Thankyou also to Miltiades who, apart from being really amusing and entertaining himself, is an absolute gem around the bar area and a credit to the hotel. We would also like to thank our room maid, Enteral, who kept our room really nice and spotless and she was lovely. Hotel is very close to Kos Town and quick and easy to get to. You can book transfers through the hotel or take the bus just outside at just 2 euros each way. Also a cycle path with bike hire, scooters etc from the hotel. To summarise, we had a great time at The Mitsis Ramira but all the staff really made it perfect for us and although we only checked out yesterday, we are already looking to book again! Thankyou to everybody for looking after us so well.

Neptune Luxury Resort is an expansive and luxurious property located in Kos, offering stunning sea views and a range of upscale amenities. The resort boasts 5 swimming pools, 7 bars, and a chic spa set amidst beautifully landscaped gardens adorned with artworks. Guests can indulge in massages, body treatments, and facials at the spa or take advantage of recreational facilities including tennis courts and a complimentary water park.
We spent a wonderful week at the Neptune Resort and were overall satisfied with our stay. The food was fantastic – varied, fresh, and delicious every day. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile, which made us feel truly at home. The resort is located right by a beautiful, clean beach with crystal-clear water – perfect for swimming, relaxing, or just enjoying the view. The entire property is very well maintained, from the immaculate rooms to the spotless public areas. You can tell that cleanliness is taken seriously here. The pool areas are spacious and inviting, with plenty of loungers available, and the gardens are beautifully landscaped, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. Our room was comfortable, quiet, and well-equipped, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The only small downside was that the “double bed” consisted of two single beds pushed together, which created a noticeable gap in the middle. We left with wonderful memories and would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality beach holiday on Kos.

Had a fantastic second stay at this wonderful hotel! The staff are always so friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home. The facilities are top-notch, and I was thrilled to see the new check-out lounge and showers—such a great touch for guests. I even got a lovely room upgrade with stunning sea views, which made the stay even more special. This place is the perfect mix of relaxation and luxury. I’ll definitely be back!

From the moment we arrived at the Neptune Hotel on Kos, we felt like we had stepped into paradise. The warm sea breeze, the perfectly manicured gardens, and the sparkling pools instantly set the tone for a dream holiday. Every detail is thought through – from the stylish, immaculate rooms to the exceptional dining experiences that blend local flavors with international favorites. The beach is breathtaking, with crystal-clear water and plenty of space to relax in peace. But what truly makes this place special is the people – the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, cared for, and completely at ease. We would love to come back, but unfortunately the prices and services have developed too much out of proportion in relation to each other over the past years.

We are writing this review on our last day at the hotel. Beginning from the smallest detail, everything was carefully thought-out. We felt the luxury experience in every aspect of our stay. From the newly-renovated rooms, restaurant layout, quality of the equipment, attentivenese of the staff to the cleanliness of the every inch of the facility including pools, it was the best hotel we have ever stayed. Anastasia at the breakfast hall even brought us sliced ginger for the throat infection we have been battling. Room keeping staff’s attentiveness and professionalism was also remarkable. We appreciate that. If you plan to visit Kos, Neptune is definitely recommended.

We had a truly perfect stay at Neptune Luxury Resort! Everything was outstanding – from the beautiful resort grounds and spotless rooms to the excellent restaurants and the relaxing spa. The entire staff deserves praise: everyone was extremely friendly, attentive, and professional – from the reception and the waiters to the housekeeping team. You can really feel that they work with passion and care. A very special thank you to Tania and Vangelis, who went above and beyond and made our stay unforgettable. We will definitely come back – highly recommended!

Very nice hotel, so clean everywhere in the rooms and amenities. There are so many swimming pools and a nice small beach which was very peaceful. I found the staff particularly friendly. I slipped near the adult-only pool and sprained my toe, the reception gave me an ice pack on the evening and arranged the taxi for me to go to the hospital on the next morning. They also checked on me per phone when I was back from hospital and the days after, I really appreciated it as a solo traveler. I will definitely come back.

Great value for money - a good solid 4.5 star hotel. It’s luxury for Europe but not for say by Middle East or Asian standards. This hotel has everything you really need which is amazing - four pools, its own beach (a little bit rocky but you can swim if it’s low tide) and close to the airport. Loved the fact they had a mini market on site and good selection of restaurants to choose from and the frozen yogurt was our favourite!

Nestled on a gentle hill in Kardamaina, the Atlantica Belvedere Resort is an exquisite adults-only getaway that promises luxury and relaxation. With its stunning architecture featuring stone, wood, and marble accents, this resort boasts 21 infinity pools that create a serene atmosphere. Guests can choose from beautifully designed rooms, suites with spacious living areas and private pools, or expansive bi-level villas for added comfort.
My husband and I stayed here for just over a week and we could not recommend this resort more. The location is perfect -- very close to Kardemena and the Kos airport -- and views are breathtaking -- nearly every spot in the resort has an incredible view of Nisyros (a volcanic island) and Türkiye. Our room was large, comfortable, and modern. The food in the main restaurant is delicious, with rotating themes and many offerings for each meal, including vegetarian and gluten-free options. The only downside is that service at the outside tables could be a bit slow, particularly during breakfast, but we did go rather early in the season, so they may have still been staffing up. The pool and beach are beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained. Additionally, there are plenty of activities and entertainment, and most days there are multiple tours available to Kos Town, Nisyros, Bodrum, and elsewhere. The best part of this hotel, by far, is the staff -- they are the nicest and friendliest hotel staff I have ever interacted with, remembering our names, frequently asking how we are, and teaching us Greek words and phrases. If you're looking to stay on Kos, I highly recommend the Atlantica Belvedere!

We look forward to returning in the near future. Thanks again to all the staff for a great time.

First time I’ve ever reviewed a hotel before the end of my stay, but I’m confident the rest of the week will end as well as it’s started. This place is absolutely beautiful - everything from the pretty gardens and spotlessly clean pool areas, to the deliciously cooked food in the restaurant. The main reason I’ve reviewed early is so I don’t forget her name - Anastasia in the bar is the most diligent and hard working young lady. Every time she’s served us, it’s been with a big smile! Can’t wait to book this hotel again!

This hotel may not be everyone’s kind of perfect but it was perfect for us. We had the best holiday and made some memories to last. The hotel is stunning from the chandeliers to the tiled flooring! Our room was cleaned daily, the service staff were so friendly. The hotel staff are exceptional, they could not do enough for you. Always smiling and pleased to see us. The greeting with drinks at the restaurant during dinner was so lovely and a personal touch! The food was beautiful with plenty of choice. The staff were always there to fill our cups and glasses when we were ready. The beach and pool bar were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble from iced lattes to mojitos. No grumpy faces anywhere! The tui reps were sensational always a presence and always able to help if need be! Hannah and Claire made us laugh and were generally lovely to talk to and get information from. The other two were fab to but forgotten their names! The spa facial I had was so relaxing and such a treat! We will definitely return in the future! We can’t thank you all enough for an unforgettable amazing experience! I am definitely missing my fury friend Maria!

Excited for our stay. The sun is shinning what more could we ask for. We’ve heard good things about this hotel so it will be nice to finally experience it for ourselves

Mixed opinions. Firstly the staff were all amazing, accommodating, friendly. Had a lovely greeting with fresh juice/ cold towels on arrival which was really nice, rooms were cleaned well daily with new towels. The food was really really nice, meat was all soft and juicy that had a carving area ranging from different meats each night/day, there was the a la carte restaurant which we never went to as menu was very limited. Only complaint we have is the drinks, when paying a 5* all inclusive we don’t expect there to be extra charges on the drinks in the bars. A lot of the decent cocktails all had an extra charge to them so there wasn’t that much of a variety to choose from, so everyone in the hotel just lives off tequila sunrises. The charge was also the price of a standard cocktail which paying for all inclusive the very least it should be a lower price, so might be better having separate menus for all inclusive. This wasn’t mentioned when booking online that there would be extra charges, we have stayed in other atlantica hotels in Cyprus which wasn’t the case over there, so this was a bit of a let down. When paying for one of these drinks on my card I was also charged for one of the drinks that were part of the all inclusive which I didn’t realise at the time, not making a big deal over it as happened once. We did go down about 11:20 one day and there was no beds left at the beach or pool so left us wandering around a bit. Overall we had a fab time, would return if they changed drinks as people go for all inclusive mainly for the drinks

From the moment you arrive at Atlantica Belvedere Resort in Kos you know you’re somewhere special. Nestled on a hillside just 4 km from Kardamena, the resort offers stunning views of the Aegean and a serene beachfront perfect for couples or anyone wanting peace and beauty. The design strikes a balance between elegance and comfort. Moroccan-inspired architecture set among lush gardens creates atmosphere without pretension. Spacious rooms with sea view or swim-up access are immaculately kept. Beds are comfortable; the little touches like robes, slippers, and daily replenishment of minibar add polish. Dining here is a highlight. The main restaurant delivers variety: rotating themes, generous buffets, lots of fresh produce. Vegetarians and gluten-free guests report good choices. The à la carte restaurant is a treat—the kind of meal you’ll remember and want to book ahead. Relaxation is built in. A well-maintained private beach, comfortable sunbeds, and excellent pool areas make it easy to unwind. The spa offerings (massages, facials, etc.) are professional and satisfying. Staff are warm, attentive, often remembering names and making guests feel genuinely welcomed. Even the entertainment is well done: live music, themed evenings, small touches like “movie on the beach” make the stay more memorable. Staff go out of their way to help with excursions, transport or suggestions about the island.

We spent a week in room 401 and had the best holiday ever. All the staff are amazing all around - so friendly, welcoming, and helpful always. Our room was cleaned every day and we had no issues with air con or anything. The swim up pool is stunning but the main pool is also amazing so we switched between them a lot. We even tried the aqua aerobics offered. We loved trying the Greek dishes that were available. Seafood and Meat options were great and varied. There were always two pizza and pasta options as well and, of course, lovely salads and fruit. The dining room was never crowded or noisy. Beautiful views and the adorable cats around made every meal just amazing. Shout out to Desi who worked that room like an absolute pro every day for every meal. All in all, a great find of a hotel and an amazing stay. We would recommend to everyone and hope to return as soon as possible.

We spent our vacation at this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful time. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day, and overall the place was very quiet and peaceful — perfect for a relaxing stay. The only downside is that the hotel doesn’t have its own beach. To reach a nice sandy beach, you either need to take a bus for about 15 minutes (though the bus schedule is quite unpredictable and sometimes the bus just doesn’t show up), or walk for around 40 minutes. Despite this, everything else was excellent — the food, the service, and the overall atmosphere were truly top-notch.

We had a wonderful stay at Harmony Crest Resort! From the moment we arrived late at night, the reception staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The whole resort was spotless — everything from the rooms to the pool area was kept incredibly clean and well maintained. The food was absolutely delicious with a great variety every day — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The pool bar and main bar were both excellent, offering refreshing drinks and friendly service that made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. And we have to mention the adorable cats around the hotel!!! They were so friendly and well cared for, adding a lovely, cozy touch to the whole experience. Overall, Harmony Crest Resort is a perfect place to relax, enjoy great food, and feel genuinely taken care of. Special thanks to the attentive hotel manager that took care of everything! We’d love to come back again next year xxx

Overall stay: The view from the hotel terrace is truly beautiful – the hotel is located on a hill, offering a stunning panoramic view. The food was good overall, but the breakfast was repetitive, with no variation in dishes from day to day. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. Most of the hotel staff appeared unfriendly or indifferent, with the exception of one bartender who stood out for being pleasant. The room itself was far from comfortable. Every time we took a shower, water would leak everywhere, leaving the bathroom floor completely flooded – it felt like we had a mini swimming pool. The switch between the ceiling shower and the handheld showerhead was broken. I reported it on the first day, and the administrator said a replacement had been ordered, but it never arrived. The entrance door and bathroom had no sound insulation, so you could hear everything – from people walking by outside to noises from the toilet. Although the room was designed to look upscale, many elements were either damaged or poorly built, suggesting substandard construction work. This was the most expensive hotel we found in Kos in the $1,000 range. While I can’t complain about the beautiful nature and sea – which were amazing – everything else was a major disappointment. The hotel management seems to care more about appearances than providing actual comfort or a quality experience.
Maksym P — Google review
The hotel did not meet our expectations. The price-to-quality ratio was below what we have experienced in other four-star hotels. The biggest drawback was cleanliness. Rooms were not thoroughly cleaned, beds were not properly made, and there was visible wear and limescale in the bathroom. We also noticed some insects in the room. Floors were mopped but left an unpleasant odor, and there was often a smell coming from the drains. Cats were present in the dining area, with food cans and leftovers sometimes visible, which raised concerns about hygiene. The food selection was repetitive and based mostly on average-quality products. Fresh fish and seafood were rarely available. The snack bar was empty. Service was limited to clearing plates; guests had to collect their own drinks, and meals were served without tablecloths. Entertainment was minimal, though some guests may not mind this. On the positive side, the views and bar selection were good. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, mainly due to hygiene and sanitary concerns.

Porto Bello Royal is an upscale resort located in Kardamaina. It boasts a private beach area, as well as multiple pools, dining options, and bars. This luxurious 5-star hotel offers top-notch accommodation that faces the beachfront. Guests can enjoy the seasonal outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, and garden. The hotel also provides a bar where visitors can unwind. In addition to these amenities, guests have access to recreational activities such as table tennis, darts, and tennis.
We have just come back from a week's holiday here and would recommend. Before we arrived I asked for a travel cot in our room and the receptionist kindly informed us the room we had picked had stairs and not suitable for a toddler so they moved us to the Royal Suite which was the same price as our original room. It's essentially two bedroom and two bathrooms so is great for a family. Probably the best thing about the hotel is the size. It never felt crowded, so many pools and no rush to put towels down. The food is good in the buffet, although breakfast could be improved, maybe more live cooking stations (omelette etc). The food changes each day too. Nice fresh fruit and salad. Staff are very friendly. Pool near the new snack bar is toddler friendly too as has a big shallow area. Kids pool is good, although no shaded areas over the pool. Would recommend the hotel for families with kids.

Stayed for a week in a room with a private pool and we really enjoyed it. The room was cleaned meticulously and the buffet food was very good - lots of choice and very fresh. The hotel is on the flight path for landing so beware of aircraft noise (although we got used to this pretty quickly). Location is a bit far out with a couple of neighbouring hotels which we didn't mind, but would have been nice to go into the nearest resort (taxis are hard to come by on the island).

Beautiful looking hotel on the outside. Lot of tiles loose and broken around the property. Food quality good in buffet .restaurant quality not so good .Rooms basic . Pillows flat . No socket beside mirrors to use straighteners etc. Wedding venue and service Beautiful. Would rate it as 3 to 4 star max

An overall good hotel let down by some details that could make it better. The cleanness of the room along with the dated upholstery and rock hard beds let the hotel down. The reception refused to add a mattress topper or change the mattress “it’s not something we do” 6 nights bad sleep it was. We holidayed with another family who stayed in a newly refurbished room, better beds, better AC, better cleaners. The room cleaners are average at best. As much as it rubbish work and doing their job in the heat must be hard, not removing dirty coffee cups and glasses for 4 days, along with not replacing the cups. Food is ok, lots of choice, nice and fresh and well made. Breakfast has a very varied selection. The pool bar is great, the staff are very attentive and the ice cream and milkshakes are very good. Along with the snack bar this is where we spent most of the day. The pools are perfect, you don’t get a crowded feeling around the pool and forget how big the hotel is in until you go to the main restaurant. Overall a nice holiday hotel, but needs to up its room standards, quality of cocktails and beer.

BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE..IF YOUR LOOKING FOR 5 star ⭐️ it’s a real shame to write this as we got married here 3 years ago how it has gone down hill !!! "Absolute nightmare at Porta Bella Hotel – a shocking decline from our magical wedding venue three years ago 😔. This time, the "hospitality" was brutal. Manager Faye and staff, including Stelios, were aggressively rude, especially towards my wife. Threats of police involvement over non-existent loud music (we weren't even playing any!) culminated in stelios getting in her face and "squaring up" – yes, you read that right. We felt intimidated in our own paid-for room. Things went downhill from there. After reporting the treatment to a TUI rep (stationed right there!), we left to avoid escalation, only to return and find our door locked. They demanded payment upfront before late checkout – standard procedure be damned. Threats of police ejection? Classy. The first night we got in to our room we had a cockroach 🪳 in our room and in our pool area and ants 🐜 in our bath room which was not the greatest start to our experience from then we knew the hotel had gone down hill and from speaking to others they thought the same to. The room we upgraded to a pricey private pool suite for? Neglected and not worth the premium. Food? Repetitive, cheap meat dishes daily; we'd rather eat out. Coffee tasted like instant crap and upset our stomachs. Drinks? Watered down and disappointing. Structurally, the hotel's a hazard – broken tiles everywhere, risky for guests, especially with kids. For a place boasting sea views, you'd expect 5-star service. This is far below par, even for 3 stars. Avoid if you value your peace and safety. We've traveled widely and stayed at top hotels; Porta Bella's treatment and facilities are unacceptable. 😡

The hotel is huge almost like a small village, which gives guests a sense of independence 😊 A big plus for the staff in the restaurants hard working people always with smiles, their service is truly five star. 🤩 There are, however, a few areas that could be improved during our 11-day stay, we noticed that some common areas, such as corridors, were not cleaned as expected. While it is true that some guests contribute to the problem by not disposing of rubbish 🤦🏻‍♀️, still details like cobwebs or dust should not be overlooked. Personal note we paid extra for sea view rooms, which reply to our comment was from hotel management “the was classification of such rooms with sea views” well does not fully meet expectations. Hotel’s location, close to the airport, planes pass by every 5–10 minutes, including late at night, which may be inconvenient for some guests. On a positive note deserve the food is very good and everyone can easily find something to enjoy.

DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!! We got married at this hotel 3 years ago and returned for anniversary with our family member and her fiancé as they wanted to also get married here. We got back yesterday and what a disgrace the place has turned into it. Where to start - we paid for a private pool room and the sink was full of ants every morning hundreds of them and during the day a bit less but still there, cracked tiles all over the hotel, rubbish in toilets 🚽 on floor, food was not great at all from when we got married here the standard has completely gone down hill The biggest problem was the management - stelios and Faye are nothing but bullies in this hotel they go around bullying guests we was in our room getting ready to go out for dinner and stelios came and let himself into my room while we was in the pool and was abrupt and rude about music being played I told him the guests that arrived next to us was in fact the ones playing the music he said no and I’m not being nice to you guys. So he left we got out the pool and started getting dressed to go out for dinner when our door started banging again I opened it and was confronted by stelios and his wingman driver both shouting in my face that we was being disrespectful and they was calling the police about the apparent music !!! and was extremely scary for a woman to be faced with this by two men. I got my phone from my pocket to ring my family just as my husband had got out the shower as he heard the noise the two men assumed I was recording them and both came up to my face to grab my phone screaming at me this was terrifying my husband stood in front and said get away from her right now. I tried assuring them I wasn’t recording but they said they had called the police and we needed to go to reception right now. Our family arrived to see what had happened they also got screamed at and we all went to reception to find out the police had not been called it was a scare tactic and in fact what they don’t was got the manager Faye who started the conversation with shouting do not insult my intelligence well the lady does have any to insult !!!! She began shouting at the top of her voice in reception at us that we had recorded them I tried assuring them we had not but she said proceeded to look in our phones which is a violation of our privacy. Stelios is rude and a bully ecspecially to women we got told it’s against the law to film in Greece which is a lie we also got told you can’t play music in Greece at any level between 2 and 5 which is also a lie and we got told police had been called again another lie. We then proceeded with our day the next morning went to speak with the tui rep as this whole experience left me shocked and upset being bullied and intimidated by staff member in an apparent 5 star hotel. After speaking with the tui rep she advised us that she was in shock and was going to speak with them and advised me to make an official complaint when home I was scared the thought of her speaking with them as didn’t know what they would do next. It was our last day we had paid for late checkout we stayed out the hotel for list of the day to avoid the staff when we arrived back at 4pm to check out for 6pm we was confronted with our door key not working we went to reception and yet again was faced with Stelios, Faye and two other workers Faye began shouting her same line do not insult her apparent intelligence and that we had a breakfast in bed to pay for which was meant to be paid at 6pm n checkout this was 4pm and she informed us she had locked our room until we paid it I said fine we can pay it not we just got told we had to pay on checkout but whatever it’s fine as the whole thing was embarrassing and intimidating herself and stelios began shouting why don’t you film us and why don’t you go running to the tui rep as that’s your contact I have never been so intimidated and scared in my life on holiday to say the least it’s a complete disgrace and they should not be allowed to get away with this behaviour this is not a 5 star it’s now more like a 2 star.

Caravia Beach Hotel is a refined all-inclusive property with beach access, offering an outdoor pool, 2 restaurants, and a spa. The hotel features well-presented grounds and gardens, making it ideal for families. Guests can enjoy quick dips in the ocean from the beach bar that offers various inclusive amenities. The kids' waterpark with a pirate ship and slides adds to the family-friendly atmosphere.
Absolutely amazing place to stay. We could not fault it. Facilities, staff, and food. A private beach, pool, with beach side bars and places to eat (and free as all-inclusive). We will return. Thank you.

Great hotel for families with extra kids pool and playground. Kids club is a nice extra also for smaller kids as facilities can be fully used during opening hours It would be great if the playground would be accessible earlier (open from 10am-6pm) as kids are usually awake early also during holidays. Super nice and very clean beach. All hotel employees have been super and offered great service We felt super comfortable also with the other guests, just great when traveling as a family Hotel room (twin room with baby bed) was sufficient for us, modern and very clean The buffet is repetitive and could be improved in quality (less variety but better quality?), chicken nuggets and fish nuggets in the kids buffet are were not the best quality. Big plus however are the dairy free milk options during breakfast and pasta offer during lunch and dinner Overall: clearly recommended and we are considering to come back again!

We had a generally good time at this hotel, though it was a mixed experience overall. Pros: The hotel has some definite strengths. The pools are well-maintained and enjoyable, and the modern rooms make a good first impression with their cleanliness and tasteful decor. The surrounding greenery and landscaping add to a pleasant atmosphere, and the sea access is a big plus. Staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated throughout our stay. Cons: Unfortunately, a few issues brought the experience down. Despite the staff’s efforts, ants were present in our room every day, which was frustrating and unhygienic. The food was mediocre – edible but uninspired, lacking variety and flavor. Noise was another problem; the rooms have poor soundproofing, and we could often hear conversations and movement from neighboring rooms and the hallway.
M H — Google review
There are no available sunbeds on the beach or by the pool. Towels are lying on the sunbeds, but no one is using them. The staff doesn't see the problem. We are a family with two kids and friends. Day by day, we struggle with occupied sunbeds by the pool and on the beach, and we can't use either the pool or the beach because there is nowhere to sit even after swimming.

I am not a guest but I would like to comment on the rude behavior of the security guy outside the hotel. We had the audacity to make a terrible and very dangerous mistake and made a wrong turn on one of the precious roads of the hotel. The security guard followed us and looked at us as if we did something illegal. We explained that we made an innocent mistake because the roads were confusing. We were going very slowly as we didn't know which road led to the beach. He ordered us to turn around and leave asking us how we thought that that particular road was a central public road. I didn't appreciate his tone or attitude at all. Thumbs down to this kind of behavior, if you can't be polite and accommodating then find another job!!!!

We've spent a week here for our daughters 1st proper holiday abroad. And we couldn't have picked a better place. We had a sea view from our room and it was amazing. The buffet style meals mean you will always find something nice and means you can try things you've not had before. The desserts are beautiful. The staff are always on hand and very polite and helpful. There is an on-site shop. The pool areas are kept clean, 2 main pools and a children's paddling pool. All-day pool bar and another area that opens at 12-30 for snacks and drinks. Overall experience was very good and will definitely be returning in the future.

The hotel is great, and the staff very friendly and helpful. Food is pretty good, the beach is nice and clean and the grounds well maintained. Loads of facilities from pools to tennis courts and sports pitches. The only thing is, is that the hotel is a bit isolated and the neighbouring villages are a good 15-20 minute walk away and a touch on the small side. It can also be pretty windy, which can cause the sea to be a bit choppy - we didn’t mind and if you like windsurfing etc, here’s your spot. However, for younger families / kids, it may not be so great, so I would look for a hotel on the southern coast of Kos as the sea is a lot calmer, due to the prevailing winds.

The Mastichari Bay Hotel is located in Kos and offers a variety of amenities such as a pool, beachfront dining, and multiple bars. The hotel was perfect for our stay, with great service and delicious food. The pool bar was especially great - the view of the sea from there was beautiful, and the bartenders were friendly and helpful.
What an amazing hotel, we have just checked out & can guarantee that you will enjoy your stay. The staff; hotel management, massage therapists, animation staff, yoga instructor, cleaners, gardeners, bar & restaurant staff all went above & beyond to make sure that our stay was as comfortable & fun as possible. The location is perfect just 10 mins from the airport, directly on the beach but within walking distance from the town. The pools are perfect & the entertainment staff are great fun but not pushy. The activity schedule & the kids club was excellent. The variety of food is amazing & delicious. The gardens are beautiful so well maintained. We will be back very soon, thank you all for an amazing stay

We loved our stay at the resort, but let me first mention what we didn't like. The cappuccino costs 4.5 euros. The kids' program is in German. Why? I don't get it. I'm not German. German is not the world's number one language. Nobody cares about Germany, except this hotel, as there are many Germans here. The rooms are old; we barely managed to lock the doors, and the mosquito door cover on the balcony was falling off all the time. The bathroom is 20 years old. A bit outdated room for the price of almost 200 euros a night. The breakfast is bad. The eggs and ham are the cheapest possible. Now that you've read what's bad, we can talk about the good things. The view is amazing, especially at night. The beach, the pool, and the resort are lovely. Nice walks, nice sunsets, nice nature. The dinner is pretty good, with plenty of variety. The rooms are very clean, and the room cleaners are doing a great job. The staff is great, and most of them are positive! The resort is quiet at night and pleasant to be in. It's safe. In general, we loved it! A solid 4 out of 5.

A wonderful hotel- clean, stylish, and very beautiful! We stayed in the room with a whirlpool and enjoyed the half-board meals. Although the hotel is a little outside the city center, there are several nice restaurants nearby. The hotel also seems very family-friendly, but if you’re a couple, I recommend booking one of the better rooms- you’ll even get a private pool, which makes the experience extra special. The only downside was the gym, which felt a bit uninviting since it had no windows or fresh air. Other than that, everything was perfect. Great choice for couples- highly recommended! ❤️

We had an unforgettable stay at Mastichari Bay Hotel, and this review comes straight from the heart! The hotel was a true gem for us and our dog. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests, including our four-legged friend. They treated our dog with warmth and care, which meant the world to us. A special shoutout to the manager, Giorgos, who made our trip even more memorable! For my wife’s birthday, he organized a wonderful surprise celebration, thoughtfully planned down to the smallest details, bringing us so much joy. Giorgos was always available, helping with any requests and making us feel like truly valued guests. The hotel itself is cozy, clean, with a fantastic location and excellent service. We will recommend it to everyone, especially those traveling with pets! Thank you for the warm hospitality and unforgettable moments!

Great hotel with great location and affordable price. It is located not far from the airport. 10 min drive only Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Everyone is smiling and in a good mood and you really feel very cozy and comfortable. The territory of hotel is amazing and terrific. All this Greek style white houses among green trees and vivid flowers. It looks like a dream. Walking through small stairs and arches was a pleasure. The territory is very well looked after. Bar. We attended it on everyday basis. The cocktails were quite amazing (especially Piña Colada). The staff were also very friendly. Pools. There were two swimming pools, but we haven’t tried them because of the reason below. Beach and sea. Gorgeous. If you walk a little to the right along the beach, you will find great view and maximally comfortable place for swimming. That beach hasn’t been noticed first day of our stay, but when we found it we spent the rest of vacation only there. Beautiful blue water with sandy beach.

I want to alert other guests to a serious concern. There is an employee whose behavior towards minors seems highly inappropriate. Families with children should exercise caution. Based on my experience, there were situations that I found completely unacceptable. I have documentation and evidence of this incident, and I strongly believe the management should take action.

Nestled just a short stroll from the beach, Platanista Hotel offers a delightful blend of relaxation and entertainment in a serene Mediterranean setting. This charming hotel features spacious rooms with private balconies, perfect for soaking up the sun. Guests can indulge in rejuvenating spa treatments or take a dip in one of the two expansive outdoor pools. With its close proximity to Kos Marina and various dining options, Platanista Hotel is an ideal base for exploring the vibrant local culture while enjoying leisurely days by the sea.
Great hotel with great service. Food has been fabulous as have the staff. Not quite sure what made our room deluxe though, but it was all you need. There are chickens roaming around everywhere which is fine except the poo around the pool.

Pros - clean rooms with great air conditioning, generally a good selection of food for breakfast and dinner. Beach is a delight, lots of sunbeds available, upkeep of a sandbag pathway into the sea (still needed sea shoes) sea was great for snorkeling. Biking into Kos was easiest, Car hire at Safe rental was great. Staff friendly and polite. Cons - Drinks are totally overpriced which puts you off relaxing in the evening. We only watched 2 nights out of 10 for entertainment as it was pretty poor with discos, karaoke and quizzes the most part. Did not use the pool for the whole 10 days as by 9.00am it was pretty hard to get a sunbed!!!!
Suzanne K — Google review
The best thing about Platanista Hotel is the fun and friendly girls from the animation team. Samantha and Chantey are young, full of energy, and make the hotel come alive. They organize daily activities like water dancing, table tennis, darts, boules, and a mini disco for kids in the evening, followed by a show or something fun like bingo or karaoke. You often see them around the pool, and they are always happy to talk or play a game. They speak good English and try to make everyone feel welcome. Just meeting them is already worth coming here. The hotel is exactly like you see online. All the information is correct and the hotel meets the expectations. It definitely lives up to the 5 stars shown online. There are two nice pools, enough sunbeds, good food, and friendly staff. The beach is close (200 meters) and the town of Kos is fun to visit. We stayed as a family with two kids (12 and 16), but this hotel is great for all ages. We had a lovely time!

Just come back from a 2 week holiday here. We really enjoyed ourselves although there were a couple of things that we didn't really like. The food is delicious, really good variety and and really well stocked, always being replenished, although the woman who pushed the trolley through to replenish it was always extremely rude and very unfriendly. The staff in the restaurant are so friendly and always on the go, literally running 🏃‍♀️ around at times to keep the tables clear and guests accommodated. Another thing about the restaurant, in the morning the wait to get a morning coffee was beyond a joke. The machines never worked properly and there was always a long queue. 2 machines broke down over our 2 weeks, we were told new machines are coming soon though. The restaurant is set up for outdoor eating so on the 2 occasions it rained, it was chaos. We had to queue for a ticket number and then wait while our number was called, the first time for evening meal it was an hours wait. The second time was at breakfast and the wait was only about 30 minutes. I must say the staff do try really hard to accommodate the guests so none of this is their fault. The complex is well looked after and enough space for everyone. The gym is looked after although the air-conditioning isn't great. The entertainment wasn't great for us, it started at 9.30 each and every night and went on until 11pm. We were in room 416 and it was very loud for us. We are usually in bed for 10pm and up early each morning so the noise for us was definitely a problem. All in all we enjoyed ourselves and want to thank the staff for their hard work

very classy hotel, cleaned every day, has a real calm feeling to it covered with trees and mountains. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and very kind too. The hotel has its own private beach ⛱️ and also bike/ car hire as well. breakfast buffet and dinner buffet has a lot of choice for all types of tastes.

We had a good time. I have to say the hotel is charging very much for extra things like tennis or drinks. There also were a lot of cockroaches. But besides that it was a beautiful place and the animation team was really good. Chanté, Ben and Joy were really friendly and always made nice contact with us. They really gave life to the hotel. I advise going to this hotel if you want to relax and dont be to far away of the city. And if you like pretty boys you should absolutely look for Ben and Joy.

A really good hotel. The location was fine for us but you definitely need a bicycle and to be fairly fit if wanting to go into Kos town regularly. The staff generally were hard working and really professional. They were serving us morning to night and still full of energy and good natured. The rooms were fairly simple but very clean and well maintained with nice little extras like extra blankets. Big suggestions-bring a clothes steamer or iron everything before you travel at home as there is no iron to be borrowed and bring your own hairdryer as the one in the bathroom was pitifully weak- like a feeble fan. Another tip- hire bikes from Ideal bikes on the main road a little into town on the left- so much newer and better maintained than those provided by the shop next to the hotel. Overall an amazingly relaxing week.

So, An average Hotel 5☆? Not really 3.5 to a 4 at best id say. Food is good but no "wow look at this" its the usual buffet you would have got 10 yrs ago at any hotel, No specials like a carvery once a week etc ( you wouldn't know you were in Greece, could have been anywhere in Spain) but fabulous water melon carvings if thats your thing. Rooms is the usual style, clean, acceptable, and cleaning is very good, Thank you local residents. Breakfast is busy, Queue up to get your coffee from the machine. Evening meal is busy, wait for a table to become available outside, Once again the staff are extremely helpful and friendly and will get you a table as soon as, Im on my sunbed right now, its 09:30 and the pool is still closed with a plastic chain all the way around. Im usually down early to chill in the cool of the morning, (I'm not a swimmer so its an observation) but its relaxing to see the odd person on a solo morning swim 🏊‍♂️ getting there exercise in. (Pool opens at 10am 😳 So basically closer to lunchtime than morning) Summing up. Happy enough staying here. Pleasant, clean, friendly. But not blown away and wouldn't come back. There are a lot better out there for the same price. (4☆ could have been 5☆ because service is the staff, and the staff are very good) But because we arrived at about 1am after a long day a bottle of water in the room would have been nice. Its the little thing's..

It's within walking distance from the beach and the center of Kos. The luxurious five-star hotel provides self-catering accommodation with tastefully furnished rooms opening out to balconies with town views.
I had fantastic time at this hotel during the summer. All the receptionists are friendly and very helpful. I really appreciate their help. The hotel has very nice location, their are not near main street and still quiet, but close enough for city center, just 5 minutes walk to super market and 10mins to the beach. There are so many restaurants nearby. You can also rent a bicycle, make traveling under 38C much faster and nicer. There are much nicer beach but you will need a bicycle. The room are nice and the hotel is kid friendly. I was soloing but will definitely come back with my family next time.

We had a lovely stay here. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious with something for everyone. Best of all, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It would be the perfect hotel for young families. The only slight downside is that it is about a 15 minute walk to the port. This was not a big problem. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Loved our stay here. Staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Peter. The pool area and rooms are clean and drinks and food are not too expensive. Great location for us, not too close to the main hussle of the town but close enough to walk into every night if we wanted to. Short walk to Kos marina and lots of amazing restaurants nearby if we didn't want to go too far. Hired bikes and a beach buggy from a local shop recommended by the hotel. Our only complaint would be that our room faced a very busy road so was noisy at times. Would definitely recommend it.

Pool area and service is 5star. Hotel room was a little dated with a shower that was broken along with a wobbly loo seat. I wouldn't call this a 5 star residence but location and service were excellent. Also it's 5 euros a night for air con.

We stayed here last week. Had a great holiday! Staff are great made us feel very welcome great with our little boy. The food in the restaurant was really nice and not over priced. The room was pretty noisy but this was our own fault as we did not get the air conditioning so couldn't close the door as it was 38 degrees. All in all we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this to any family's and couples we will definitely be returning the in near future.

I don’t even know where to start… the people are sooo nice! The girls at the front desk are always smiling and really kind; the people at the pool are really kind- in the mornings when I was there we played a game really fun and I met a lot of parole; the waiters at the restaurant are good. The pool is really big, there is a playground with a trampoline, minigolf, chess, and a beach volley sand field. The rooms are big, clean comfortable. There isn’t wardrobe, though, and the sheets were like the ones I use for winter… The restaurant is pretty good, had the morning buffet is really big. It’s close to the sea and the center of Kos. I recommend this place! I had a lot of fun!
