The Iberostar Selection Lanzarote Park offers spacious rooms and suites with balconies, providing stunning sea views. The hotel's layout is inspired by the protective walls of Lanzarote's vineyards, offering sheltered swimming pools and a splash park. With direct beach access, guests can enjoy poolside dining from a food truck serving hot dogs and waffles.
Just had a spectacular week at the Lanzarote Park and it's been fabulous. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, the staff go out of their way to help you. The rooms are very clean and spacious and house keeping is excellent. The reception smells absolutely divine, is very clean and inviting. Bar and waiting staff work incredibly hard and you are NEVER without a drink in Yr hand. The food is great with good choices and lots of them. The steak is cooked freshly and to yr liking and is delicious. This was our first visit to this hotel and we will definitely be returning for another stay. Thank you to each and every member of staff for such a fabulous holiday.

Overall Fantastic. Room we were in was a little tired, needs some TLC. We were B & B with Star Prestige. Restaurant for breakfast was enjoyable with a wide choice of food. The holiday was made by the Pool Bar staff. Jan and Edwardo and his team were outstanding. Never experienced any like it. Warm and Friendly and could whip up a fantastic atmosphere. They were a credit to the Iberostar corporation. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back.
Biffo1987 — Google review
Lovely atmosphere, very friendly staff, service is great, they come to your table at the pool bar whenever you have finished a drink to ask if you would like another one. Peaceful around the pool and rooms cleaned daily to a good standard. Food is great and there is lots of options I stayed in star prestige.
Millie D — Google review
Brilliant hotel, have stayed twice now and recommended it others who have stayed and loved it. Star Prestige is the adult only area of the hotel and it’s such a perfect place for relaxation and you’re so well taken care of by the amazing bar staff- honestly they couldn’t do more to help you have a perfect holiday! It’s right by the beach too, and you have little restaurants, shops and bars close by, with more in the marina area too a bit further afield. The food at the hotel is very varied and good quality, and they are good at catering for gluten free/ vegan too. Rooms are spotless and super comfortable. All the staff are friendly and greet you with a smile. Would absolutely return again!
Suzi D — Google review
This is a great hotel in a peaceful location but in easy walking distance to PB resort. The family room we stayed in was perhaps not up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel, but it was still very comfortable, clean and spacious. The balcony was enormous! The pool areas were well maintained with sufficient loungers and parasols for everyone at most times of day (early July). We stayed on AI basis and the food was amazing. Great variety and fantastic quality ingredients. Something for everyone. I really didn't miss going out for meals at all, which is testament to the quality of the hotel restaurant offering. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. We did have a couple of issues with our bathroom, but these were dealt with straight away, and very efficiently. The bar and restaurant personnel were superb, nothing too much trouble. Many thanks to Carlos who brought a special flourish to our evening meals. This is a great hotel offering a really relaxing holiday experience. I would heartily recommend it and can't wait to go back.
Alex K — Google review
Simply the best of the best. Magnificent location, stunning room overlooking the sea, first class food and best of all the most fantastic staff you will ever encounter. Special mention to the crew that run the Star Prestige pool bar. They are nothing short of superb. We are regular customers and every time we come it is like coming home.
Andy H — Google review
I had a fantastic time at this hotel. One of the absolute highlights was the incredibly friendly and attentive staff at the Star Prestige bar they truly made our stay special. The quality of the food and drinks throughout the hotel was excellent, and the overall layout of the hotel is well thought out. The Star Prestige area is a real plus. It offers a more relaxed and exclusive atmosphere, which we really appreciated. The live music shows in the evening were also a great touch and added a lot to the experience. The only downside was that the bathroom in the room didn’t have doors, which can be a bit inconvenient if you value privacy. However, this was just a small issue in an otherwise great stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back.
Oben O — Google review
Had a great holiday, the bar staff in Star prestige and in the main area are great, always with a smile and very welcoming, they can’t do enough for you and go above and beyond for guests. The restaurant and reception staff are exactly the same always with a smile. There is plenty of choice for breakfast, I love their porridge and poached eggs which I had most mornings. I just did B&B this time and had a lovely Junior Suite on the ground level, lovely easy access to the SP pool area and the cleaner always kept the room clean. The entertainment team are fabulous and work very hard and put on great shows in the evening, even through a power cut they carried on. The pool in Star Prestige re the temperature is up and down one day it’s like getting into a bath the next it’s freezing cold and you can tell the heating isn’t working as the white spots on the pool floor is where the heat comes out. Was annoyed to see guest who weren’t Star Prestige being able to use the Star Prestige pool area and take up sunbeds that are meant to be for Star Prestige guests. This happened on 5 occasions on my last 2 days. As there is nothing stopping guest who aren’t star Prestige to walk in, as you can easily walk through the corridors or the gate, plus there really isn’t any large signs anywhere that signify “Star Prestige Area Guests Only”. Maybe they should do what other 5 star hotels do in the area and have 2 different sorts of towels for each side, this way the Lifeguard can easily tell if they are Star Prestige or not. The lifeguard would have to keep walking around the sunbathing but I know they do this in the other 5 star hotels that have 2 separate areas. The AI bands have also changed in the main area from red to blue which is nearly the same blue at AI in Star Prestige, so you really can’t tell the difference unless you look closely. I will be back again as I do love the hotel, it’s just a few miner issues, which I’ve never had before but it’s the Bar Staff, restaurant Staff, Entertainment Staff that make your holiday as you see them all the time and they work dam hard to make your holiday enjoyable. See you next time in what I call my second home.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to assist with anything I needed. A special mention goes to Magdalena, the animator, who was an absolute gem. She is such a kind and helpful person, always making sure everyone had a great time. Whether it was organizing activities or just offering a friendly smile, she made my stay even more enjoyable. I truly appreciated her warmth and dedication. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and unforgettable experience!

My partner and I have stayed at this hotel every year since 2017 and love it. We stay B&B in a club room. The rooms a lovely and clean and the breakfast has plenty on offer and food quality excellent. We go to the beach each day so its location is fantastic as its a 5 minute walk. Also a short walk to either the town or the marina in the evening when going out for our meals. At the end of the days, we drop i to the hotel pools for a swim and a drink and always find the staff friendly and helpful. Back again this September and really looking forward to it.

We stayed for 5 nights for my birthday trip in the dreams hotel and it had everything we needed it was perfect for us. From champagne/water on arrival to help with our bags to the room, We was very impressed already, we wish we booked a longer trip by the end holiday. The hotel is very nice, big and clean - lots to explore. The preferred club option was great and I would recommend to book a preferred club room that entitles you to a few extras on the holiday (separate optional pools, different breakfast area option, snack suites, mini bar in room restocked daily) The room was clean and spacious with our bed made daily and fresh towels&flannels. Great size balcony. The air con worked fine no problems, the bed was very comfy and the gown and slippers was good for the spa. We had a hour free for the spa and I had booked myself birthday massage which I must say was AMAZING and very relaxing. When we got back to the room I had a little birthday chocolate treat which was also a lovely touch thank you! We ate breakfast in the preferred club every morning and it was great with so much option. The QR code app that you scan upon check in is also great with everything you need to know about the hotel from spa reservations to dinner reservations/opening times, pool opening times, maps, entertainment times. Overall favourites from the hotel : Mini bar Preferred club breakfast Good few different restaurants Swim up pool bar Cleanliness of the hotel Activities to offer great location to walk out on the front each way 2 mins from the beach Fresh towels/flannels Spa

Wonderful stay and the best coffee! I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The staff were super friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The place felt cozy and welcoming from the moment I arrived. A special shout-out to Aleх for making the most delicious and perfectly presented coffee — absolutely amazing! Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and a warm atmosphere!

We've been coming to the same hotel for years, and this is the third Halloween we've had the pleasure of meet the animator Saray. She's always kind and has a smile for our children. We don't know what it is, but her way of connecting with kids is truly special. We hope to see her again on our next visit. This year we also met Pablo and Valentina, who were very kind to us. Thanks to the rest of the entertainment team Tim, Laszlo and Nora for their kindness and willingness to make our vacation unforgettable. Once again, we want to express our gratitude to the hotel and all the staff. We will definitely be back.

Cleanest hotel ever. Staff are outstanding! (in every department) Food is plentiful and delicious. (plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Would recommend going as a preferred member! Perfect location. All my requests prior to arriving, were catered for. Questions, requests or issues are dealt with immediately. No bed wars here... Plenty around!

We had a brilliant time, the rooms, pools and Buffett (and bars) were brilliant. Weather was so good! A particular thank you to Pablo, Valentina, Tim and Saray for looking after our children in the kids club, they had such a brilliant time and the kids wanted to go more than we wanted them to go! Thank you.

Elba Lanzarote Royal Village Resort is a relaxed and laid-back resort in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote, designed as a typical Lanzarote town. The resort offers premium amenities such as bathrobe, slippers, VIP toiletries, and free minibar replenished daily. Guests can enjoy unlimited access to the spa (for guests aged 16 and over), high-speed WiFi, and free safe.
The hotel is fabulous, very spacious, plenty of sun beds. The entertainment staff are all very friendly and enthusiastic as well as the restaurant staff. It’s a lovely complex which has family areas and adult only areas, which are lovely and quiet. We joined in a few of the activities, which was great fun. The rooms are cleaned every day, fresh towels provided every three days unless you leave your towels on the bathroom floor then they can be changed more frequently. I have food allergies and the restaurant staff were great, I completed a form with reception and a lovely lady from the kitchen helped me with the food I could eat. Would like to give a special shout out to Roberto and Danny in the entertainment team, really good at all the activities they do with the guests. Had a great time doing archery, rifle shooting and darts with them.

Just returned from a stay at Elba Lanzarote Royal Village and overall, I’ve been impressed. The resort is well laid out, making it easy to navigate and giving it a relaxed, spacious feel. One of the standout features is the pool area – a great mix of saltwater and chlorine pools, which are well maintained and perfect for both relaxing and swimming. The food options so far have been very good, with a decent variety and quality across the meals. The bars, although not heavily staffed, are surprisingly efficient – drinks are served quickly and the staff are friendly and helpful. Another plus is the location. It’s just a short 10-minute walk to the beach, which is ideal for a quick dip or an evening stroll. The only downside worth mentioning is the lack of air conditioning in the eat and drink area, including the showroom where the evening entertainment takes place. It can get quite stuffy, especially during warmer evenings, and having proper ventilation or air con would make a big difference to the comfort level. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and I’d definitely consider coming back – especially if they sort out the air circulation in the shared indoor areas.

We recently stayed at this hotel as a couple for a last minute relaxed getaway. We had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it to other travellers - but probably more families than couples. The reason for not giving a 5* review is our feeling around the adults only areas of the hotel. Although we did not book the Premium Suites, we did not realise this prohibits two adults from using any of the adults only areas. I have not come across this before and it felt unnecessarily strict. As a result, we were restricted to using the main restaurant, lounge bar and pool area. These areas are great for families with kids, but we were desperate to get away for some peace and quiet, something which was hard to find at times without staying in the garden of our suite. It is worth noting, for those with young kids, the Animation team is superb. We went along to a few of the evening shows in the theatre, which were very enjoyable for both kids and adults. The food in the all inclusive range is also very decent and is changed for each meal daily. Drinks are also good, with the standard range of all inclusive beverages on offer (including Cruzcampo on tap 👀) Overall, this is a very pleasant hotel, with great facilities for families, alongside a well equipped spa (although sauna was broken during our stay), gym and tennis courts etc. For those who want a quiet adult only hotel, be prepared to pay quite a bit more for the Premium Suites (identical to Comfort/Junior suites - just behind a keycarded gate), which will give you access to the adults only pool and bar area, plus the upstairs bar/restaurant.
Josh B — Google review
Well there’s a lot of good things about this place form the detailed check in to then a nice spacious room. However as we got to the main buffet hall the cleanliness of different dishes utensils and cups was pretty atrocious, which let the hotel down a little bit but food was good. Pools were good however there is only 1 chlorine pool which get full quickly as all the others of salt water and can affect younger children’s skin. Entertainment throughout the day was good including a dance with Pepe at 1pm to water polo and different activities in Pepe land for children. Entertainment at night was good and every Monday they have a different colour party eg. White Party, pink party. Other days included magic and a comedy circus. All in all hotel was good just cleanliness across different areas lets it down.
Lucas C — Google review
The entertainment team are the best, you can tell how much effort they put into what they do. Every single one of them do their job perfect. This is our second time coming and we are happy to be here and come back again year after year. It’s perfect for families. Dani is amazing with the kids and even the adults he’s so funny and brings lots of laughs and smiles to peoples faces when he’s on stage, he’s a credit and what makes a holiday even better. Thank you Elba for the best holiday we could ask for.
Scotto1021 — Google review
This is a 4 star place that's delivery is 2 star. While the staff are friendly and try their best, there's simply not enough of them. Service is slow, longer queues for drinks and wait for food services. Meal times and evening drinks, plates are left uncleared and glass uncollected. Ended up having to do most clearance ourselves. Even worse often run out of glasses in evening arriving in cracked plastic or paper cups. Premium dining experience was hit and miss, first night at the Italian was amazing second night disappointed. Drinks orders forgotten as staff are run off their feet, or simply not taken. Certainly not for vegetarian or vegan. Rooms are good, but please employ more staff.

Brilliant hotel, great fun! Amazing kids club remembering my daughters name even when not in the club x. My daughters love pepe so much! The guys in the kids club And animation team are so good and a real laugh x food has good variety, pool is lovely. Its a little bit of a walk to the beach but a free bus ride or less than 5 euro taxi and your at the harbour of beach in no time. We would 💯 return x

We have just came back from Lanzarote. What a lovely place. Elba is a fantastic hotel. Very grand feeling. Clean and tidy with a small shop, gym, restaurant, a number of pools and a bar. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food is great of you like a lot of seafood. Not many options for vegetarians but you get used to it. 10 minute walk to the beach & shops.

H10 Lanzarote Princess is a high-end hotel with sleek rooms, dining options, outdoor pools, and a spa. It's perfect for families as it offers a splash pool with a pirate ship and entertainment for kids. The hotel also features mini-golf, sports courts, and palm-shaded lounging spots. With its central location and family-friendly facilities, this 4-star hotel is popular among families visiting Lanzarote.
First day at H10 Lanzarote Princess. Arrived on late flight, bit of a mix up with the room booking but reception team sorted it out without fuss and we have a beautiful twin pool view room. Lovely quiet room 1088 and hot shower in the morning. Breakfast was simply amazing - something for everyone from fresh fruit and smoothies to freshly made omelettes, croissants, pancakes or full English if you prefer. Staff worked hard to clear tables and keep everything topped up. Just enjoyed a fabulous Aquastretch work out with Claudia. Feel refreshed and revived after yesterday's long day of travelling. So far the hotel has exceeded expectations. Just enjoying a cool glass of Estrella from the AI package whilst writing this. Looking forward to more activities from the animation team later in the week.

Had some issues first few nights with overall service. Bar didn’t have bottles of water when we arrived late at night so couldn’t get water until the next morning. Had to swap key cards at reception 4 times as they would stop working which was pretty frustrating. Overall food could be better quality, but the selection was okay. We really enjoyed the outdoor experience at the hotel. The staff running the activities and entertainment were doing a good job and were friendly and passionate. The bar staff outside were also great providing fantastic service. Our hotel room was satisfactory and was maintained well by the cleaners every day. Only issue with the room was the glass door in the bathroom which didn’t lock and wasn’t very private. Additionally, there was a lack of water pressure with the shower. Overall we’d rate this hotel 3/5 stars. Was an enjoyable time but definitely some areas for improvement
Daniel H — Google review
A little tired in places but nothing you wouldn't expect from an all inc hotel. First impressions could have been better as when we arrived, there was no mention/acknowledgement of our anniversary, which was very disappointing. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived as we were on an early flight, which was fine, but when we got the key cards after waiting for 3-4 hours, there was no mini bar. This was quickly resolved after a call to reception, and the fridge was stocked within 30 mins. However, it was stocked with warm drinks. It would have been fine if they had brought cold ones as we had gone looking in the fridge in search of a refreshing drink! The evening buffet is pretty standard but could be improved. I still found something to eat - It's just a bit chaotic with everyone racing to fill their plates and the queueing for food. Half of your plate is already cold by the time you get back to your seat. It felt a little understaffed, but they coped well with replenishing things - If they miss something, you just need to ask, and they'll get a fresh dish. Obviously, it's not the same dining experience compared to eating out at a restaurant and feels a little bit like a school/staff canteen. Breakfast was good, and the cactus bar was convenient for getting 'grab and go' food at lunchtime if you didn't fancy dining in. We visited Mike's coffee a couple of times. Some of the products here (like the cakes) aren't all inclusive, so you have to buy them, which is okay. They aren't priced badly. The only thing I wished that they offered was a 'take away' option as you had to sit and eat/drink your coffee and cake at a table. We asked, and there was no option to take back to the sunbed, which was a bit annoying! Rooms are well decorated, and we stayed in a Junior suite. I was on the ground floor and was worried about ants after reading other reviews, but we didn't see one in the room all week. Air con is to be desired, we couldn't get it as cold as we liked so resorted to turning the ceiling fan up to 6 (full blast) to get the air moving.. But it still could have been cooler. It looks like an old system. Rooms were cleaned daily and to a good standard. The pool area was good . We always found a sunbed, but the later you arrive at the pool, the less chance you have of getting a sunbed with an umbrella. There is music around the pool in the day which I liked. The pool itself was great - Lots of areas at different depths, so you can choose to sit, lie, stand, or swim. The temperature changed depending on how much sun there had been. On the cloudier days, it was freezing, but "it's okay once you're in!" Entertainment was... there. The acts weren't to our tastes, so we usually gave up after the first 15 mins. Some people said they enjoyed it, others thought it was dire. It very much depends on your expectations! E.g. The Opera Act is definitely not Opera! The location was one of the main reasons why we booked this hotel, and this can't be faulted apart from some unsightly building work as you walk down from the hotel to the beach but this didn't really bother us. The supermarket is less than 2 mins away, the beach is less than 5 mins away, the bus stop is outside the hotel gate and both marinas (ferry port one way and market the other) were less than a 20 min stroll. Taxi to the hotel was around €50-€55 each way to/from the airport, and they turned up pretty quickly (around 10-15 mins). All in all, we both agreed that it was standard. Would we go back? No - It wasn't special. There was nothing really that blew us away or overly impressed us, and the things that disappointed us were more like niggles - It didn't ruin our holiday, but first impressions count. But, the holiday gave us what we wanted, which was a break in the sun at a decent price.
Lucy — Google review
More like a 3 star Hotel overall. We had a suite Room, which was meant to be one of the best. Had ant problems, required maintenance, no extractor fan in bathroom, no trap pipe in hand basin, so you would get bad smells from waste pipe. Also, room would be cleaned daily, however, some days they would not clean/replenish the mugs and Sugar. Terrace was not cleaned some days. Not enough lifts for the hotel, have to walk alot. Food was mediocre, not bad, but nothing amazing. Sometimes cold, and food would not be replenished for a while. Dinner is stated to be from 6:30pm and turned up on time as our toddler was very hungry, and was told that it was not ready and asked us to wait outside. Asked if dinner was at 6:30, and the head chef stated yes, but not ready. Asked if we could just sit down at a table and was told no. Waited outside for 10 mins. Great swimming pools, especially for our toddler. Is cold, but this was not a problem for us. The covered heated pool is good if you fancy a swim and a break from the sun. Great location, playa dorada is a great beach, and the rubicon marina is lovely, with good shops and restaurants. With a nice market every Sunday and Wednesday. Service was not excellent, nor poor, just not the service you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Overall stay was ok, and the location made up for the negatives, however, the front entrance looks like a 4 star, but overall is more like a 3 star, and is expensive for what you get. If we was to return to the area, we would be looking at a different hotel to stay.

Hotel has everything you would want for a stay. Great location, kept very clean and tidy and the food is decent. Lot's of activities through the day for kids and adults alike. Our wee boy loved the foam party. Only slight criticism would be more seating for the later shows but other than that can't fault the place. Paula from the animation team was especially great but the whole team were. Thanks for a great stay.

Stayed for a week in September. Room was a decent size but was showing its age, most surfaces were stained and it really could do with updating. The outside pool areas were amazing and a big plus for this hotel. The food was a real let down though, there was plenty of choice but the quality was pretty poor on the whole, lots of cheap fried or bland food. Stayed in much cheaper / lower rated hotels with significantly better food. Ultimately I wouldn’t recommend, I think you can get better for less elsewhere

We were extremely satisfied with everything!I especially want to highlight the animation team, who were absolutely fantastic! Their creativity and enthusiasm truly impressed us. Every activity was conducted in an incredibly entertaining and professional manner, ensuring that guests of all ages enjoyed the show. The team members were incredibly friendly and helpful, which further contributed to the success of the event. The animators brought the event to life with their colorful characters and interactive games, leaving everyone with smiles on their faces as they departed. A big thank you to them for the unforgettable experiences! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for something special!

The hotel is lovely and clean, all members of staff are welcoming and have answered any of our questions. Service at bars and cafe’s is all a reasonable amount of time. Amazing that there is a coffee shop WITH CAKE available on all inclusive! The location of our hotel is everything we could have asked for. Left and right to the hotel is a good amount of shops (inc. tourist souvenirs), restaurants, bars - inc. a sports bar for watching the football etc. All in all, a hotel that we cannot fault and would recommend to friends and family.

Located near Playa Dorada in Playa Blanca, Hotel THB Tropical Island is an all-inclusive resort offering a range of amenities. The resort features a restaurant and four bars, as well as outdoor pools and a spa. Guests can enjoy cozy and welcoming accommodations in some of the best apartments in Playa Blanca. Additionally, the hotel provides access to facilities such as a fitness room and multiple pools.
Fantastic hotel, we had interconnecting apartments rooms 120 and 121 island side. Lovely sunny balcony with pool view. Pools at apartments was lovely and warm, cleaners came every morning except Sundays. Staff very friendly, often phoned taxis for us. Great place for kids. Shop on site is good, we bought all our inflatables from there and shop keeper pumps them up. Beach towel hire is handy, and definitely get a key card for back gate, the just a short walk to beach. Aldi is just 5 minute walk from back gate.

The staff are really nice. The food seemed to be repetitive and tasteless. For kids the food was perfect great selection again just tasteless. Our room was upgraded which was great however we had an ant infestation so couldn't leave food out. We did ask someone to come and have a look but no one would come. The location is great easy to get to places, however none of or excursions would pick up from the resort so we had to walk to near by resorts. The resort did offer a free shuttle service to the closest beach which is a good bonus. The resort entertainment could have been better, it was aimed at kids aged 2-4.

We had a fantastic long stay here. We were concerned about negative reviews about the food, but its been hands down the best selection and best cooked all inclusive we've had the pleasure to enjoy to date. Pools, gardens and all areas were well kept and maintained. The staff were all very friendly, especially at the buffet. Our kids had a great time in the pools, spent loads of time going down the slides and at the pool activities. We only could manage one evening of the entertainment, which was the acrobat trio which was a great show, mix of comedy and awesome feats of strength and balance!

Great base for a self catering trip! We booked this hotel for a last minute spring getaway so we paid more than the standard rate (£600 for the week) for a premium apartment. With only a few days left of our stay, I’d definitely say it was worth it! We requested to be placed in the adults only area, and we were given an apartment with the adults only pool right on our doorstep! Cooking facilities are very basic, but we made do. There are 2 hob rings, crockery & cutlery, a microwave and a fridge (no freezer but if you turn the dial on the fridge to 7 most of the stuff freezes!!) toaster, kettle and coffee machine too. The supermarket on site sells practically everything you need, and there is an Aldi a 3 minute walk away from the back gate. Creep van, snack bar and sports bar all reasonably priced! Town & beach a 10-15 minute walk away, and a free shuttle bus twice a day if you don’t fancy walking. The only downside is the apartment was definitely in need of a deep clean. I understand housekeeping have limited time to turn rooms around. But there were visible splatters of dirt & dust on all of the door frames, chairs, skirting boards etc. this didn’t bother us too much as we always have a whip round with disinfectant upon arriving on holiday anyway! Overall a very comfortable & value for money stay. Would definitely return!

Stayed here 10 nights all inclusive break with my family over half term. Hotel is big, loads of sunbeds so none of this waking up at the crack of dawn nonsense. Rooms are clean and good a good standard. Food was excellent, varied and the pool bar is so good we only went to lunch buffet once and spent the rest of the time eating from the pool bar. The main pool is not heated but it’s fine in May/June. The slides are a nice touch and a lot of fun. My kids loved the splash park as well which has two sections one aimed at toddlers/younger children and another suitable for older kids. Entertainment was okay, in the evenings it was the usual blend of singers, magicians etc. the Animations team did a good job of putting things on during the day. Staff mainly friendly and helpful, a couple of them were a bit grumpy but hey ho. The location is not great, it’s a 10-15 min walk to Dorada beach and there’s nothing nearby really. Overall though we had a lovely time.

Massive complex with very adequate amenities on site. Rooms although spacious are a little tired but are cleaned every day. The grounds are kept very clean and tidy. Came self catering which was a good send as I tried the All Inclusive breakfast and it was absolutely shocking. Probably one of the worst I've eaten in my years of holidays abroad. Has a bar and a good little shop on site. Plenty of pools to chose from although the main pool is quite busy at times. Close ISH to other bars and restaurants but it is a good 15 minute walk to anything of note. Also worth noting they cater more towards the French. Most of the entertainment has been bang average but then again that's the same with most hotels abroad in this price range.

Pools were nice. It was always very windy, and once you were wet, the wind turned you shivering cold. Buffet had good selection at each meal, but similar foods served every day. Dishes were chipped though. No air conditioning in the dining area. Rooms were air-conditioned and spacious with a full kitchen. Nice sized balcony with drying racks. The bedroom had 2 twin beds pushed together instead of 1 queen bed. Resort was about 90 minutes from airport. Only a 15 minute walk to shopping, beaches, and the market.

We had a great time in THB. The whole resort is well designed. The environment is nicely decorated with a lot of plants. Only negative is that we didn't have nice weather, so we couldn't use pools, and once we have to wait 10 minutes to get a dinner table. Special thanks goes to hotel stuf who are doing excellent job.

Hotel
H10 White Suites Boutique Hotel is an adults-only retreat offering sleek suites, outdoor pools, and a spa with a tearoom. While some guests have praised the hotel as an "overall excellent" and "perfect" destination, others have expressed disappointment in certain aspects. Some visitors experienced issues with the quality of food, describing it as subpar for a 5-star establishment.
Seriously a 5-star stay. Came here to celebrate my 30th birthday with 17 friends and were greeted by the warmest, most friendliest staff and a glass of bubbles on arrival. Our rooms were kept spotless, and the staff continuously made sure my birthday was celebrated with little treats and shout-outs from the evening performers (who were also absolutely fab!). The staff bent over backwards to ensure we had the most comfortable and enjoyable stay - truly above and beyond. The drinks were strong, there were heaps of food options, and staff were always smiling and laughing. And if the staff weren’t special enough to give this a 5 star review, the guests were so kind and wanted to chat and wish me a happy birthday. A real credit to the wonderful atmosphere at this lovely resort. Highly recommend!

We stayed here in December for 4 nights. It was a much needed chill out. The staff were lovely. We had a ground floor suite which opened directly onto the pool. Breakfast was great, evening meal was lovely plenty of choice. Entertainment was ok not for me but I put my ear plugs in and it was fine. Location is spot on. Over the rd was a great supermarket where you could get snacks beers and wines. Definitely returning

This was our 3rd stay at this lovely hotel. I often see negative reviews for this hotel & appreciate that everyone's expectations are different, but for us it is ideal. The location is perfect - equidistant to the Rubicon Marina & the centre of Playa Blanca, plus only a 5 minute walk to the Playa Dorada Beach. The H10 white suites staff are all friendly, hard working & very professional in their efforts to ensure guests have the best holiday. The rooms were immaculately cleaned on a daily basis; with regular top ups of tea bags, milk & coffee pods as required. The beds were very comfortable. We stayed on an all inclusive package - all meals are served on a buffet basis. Breakfast offered a good varied choice of the usual fayre, including eggs, bacon & omelettes cooked to order, although at busy times queues would form due to there only being one member of staff doing this (on a couple of days there were 2 staff doing this, which was much better). Lunch can be taken at either the buffet restaurant or the poolside bar, both offered a varied choice of food. We preferred the poolside bar as the food was cooked to order rather than sitting under heat lamps, that said, there was a good choice of salads & starters for lunch in the buffet restaurant at lunchtime, just that some of the mains were a little cool for our liking. Dinner is again in the buffet restaurant, again with a varied choice of starters mains & desserts. Criticisms would again be that some dishes were cold (although a microwave is available to reheat them!) & some of the popular dishes would run out; with guests having to wait around for some time before they were replenished. This is not a criticism of the staff, they all appeared run off their feet, I think they could just use more staff. We enjoyed one dinner at the separate Italian restaurant (guests are allowed one visit per week) & it was excellent - I would consider paying a supplement for an extra visit! Entertainment during our stay was of a very good standard, arguably better than some 5 star hotels we've stayed at in Playa Blanca. Poolside - absolutely no problems getting a sunbed, although during our previous stay (August '24) it was a nightmare with guests placing towels on sunbeds as early as 06:00!

Have been in a few times and we are returning again in June. Fantastic hotel, amazing staff. Myself and My daughter love it there. Can't wait to return. The beds are comfortable and we always request a room with easy access as I'm not well. A Great hotel
Amanda H — Google review
Small hotel service is excellent, great food although the dining room food section can be very busy. There are sufficient sun beds but of course there are people who reserve beds with towels pre 8am but don't appear until after 11am - the hotel has a policy on this but doesn't enforce so I would rip that up - the sunbeds do have the most comfortable padded cushions. Rooms are comfortable and clean, although the fridge was never restocked so it must be a 1 fill only. The reception bar area seating could do with an upgrade to more comfortable seating. Only issue encountered was at checkout, drinks to pay for which was an error but the female receptionist on duty couldn't bring herself to say the word - sorry!! just 'it's an error'. Staff apart from above are excellent, the Italian man with longer hair (apologies didn't get your name) was excellent along with Bilal who was exceedingly kind and polite on our first day.

Rooms beautiful and cleaned daily. Location 5min walk to prom and 10 minutes to rubicon marina or 10 mins walk to shopping street. Service. Excellent from all staff at bar, reception, and SOS at pool.

This is a delightful place to stay with tasteful architecture and with very comfortable, well-equipped suites. The staff are very professional, helpful and friendly. They certainly go the extra mile to add enjoyment to the holiday. The hotel is not located near any local bars or restaurants, so it's a bit of a walk if you want to visit any other than the on-site facilities. The only negative point that I have with this hotel is that the buffet dinners and lunches in the restaurant were often cool.
Tony G — Google review
The hotel is fabulous, with staff who just can't do enough for you. Pool area and bar is excellent, with some excellent laid back music acts on the pool stage throughout the day. The only problem is the food - nothing is hot enough and a lot of meat and fish is undercooked. Its not even possible to get a hot cup of coffee at breakfast. It's a shame because the food used to be so good here.

Elba Premium Suites is a sophisticated hotel nestled within the Elba Lanzarote Royal Village Resort in Playa Blanca. Exclusively for adults, this elegant hotel boasts unique Lanzarote decor and lush subtropical gardens with pools and fountains. The guest suites are exquisitely designed, offering amenities such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, LED satellite TV, Nespresso coffee machine, and a private bathroom with luxurious essentials.
We stayed in premium rooms for my daughters 30th birthday. Delighted that we were all placed in rooms together. Rooms were nicely decorated. Adults only pool was a lovely and had a great lunchtime menu at snack bar beside. Staff were attentive and entertainment staff organised different activities daily such as aqua gym, wine tasting and cocktail making. A saxophone player one afternoon creating an amazing holiday vive. I went to the daily fitness classes in the spa area. These classes were very professionally carried out and normally well attended. On one occasion I was the only person in class and Danny ran the class so encouragingly that I felt I had my own personal trainer. We would definitely stay again. My only downside was the food in the evening buffet was not warm enough.

We are just finishing our holiday at this hotel so let’s start with the positives. The hotel is lovely, our room in the adults part was a junior suite which was a lovely of not a little dated as you could see patch’s of paint to cover up bits, the patio door handle looked like it was going to break at any moment. The a la carte meal was steak for us and although the main course was good never got my starter. Never got to sit by the adults only pool as it was always to full. However the other pool always had spaces which we were happy with. The adults only area was next to the courts etc which people brought children to play in…so not what I would call adult only! The staff are very friendly and overall we did have a lovely time at this hotel.

Excellent wine and cheese tasting with plenty of fascinating history and cultural information. Recommend for a midday break from the sun The site is conveniently situated for a short walk to Flamingo beach or the marina. Unfortunately some of the staff feel they are only there for the payslip and overlook needing to provide customer satisfaction. Things have deteriorated since last year but hopefully another year can see an improvement

Can't fault it. Very relaxing just what we needed. Stayed in the Premium Elba Suite, very quiet. Plenty of variety at the buffet. The hotel staff very helpful nothing to much trouble. Would come back with no hesitation.
Thea M — Google review
The resort is advertised as adults only which is extremely deceptive as it is an adults only section within a child-friendly resort. The adults only section consists of one small pool and bar/snack area. You do dine for dinner in a separate area but lunch is with the madness. Although the hotel looks beautiful, it feels less than a 4* as it lacks the services you would expect. They don’t walk you to your room, carry luggage or provide a tour. There is no waiting service at the bars or pools. For all inclusive, there is barely any cocktails included. If you are having dinner, you can’t order drinks on the bar menu, only wine and beer, unless you want to go up to the bar and wait while in the middle of dining. There are no activities organised to see local attractions. The pools are freezing cold, even the heated one. The main stage entertainment is absolutely embarrassing. Even for late hours the room is full of kids with their drunk parents. I witnessed a man hitting his child and throwing him on a chair. However, the service from all the staff was phenomenal. The musicians in the adults only bar were really lovely. The spa was great. The pillow menu was a great extra. The food was really good and they have a wide variety of choices including many vegetarian options at the buffet. They did also cook up a fresh vegetarian dish each mealtime upon request. This can be done for vegans too. I would skip the La Nonna a la carte restaurant though as it was worse than the buffet food. If you are simple and like to lay in the sun all day in a nice place, this would be good for you. But if you like more luxury with more things to do then you should look somewhere else.

Ramon and Costa from the cocktails experience was bar far the best experience. Great mojitos and effort to explain the history. Service could be top notch by focusing on the little extra details, such as water in rooms upon arrivals, just for the first night, especially after a long day travelling. Could be 5 stars, but it’s a four from me

Relaxia Lanzasur Club is a family-friendly all-inclusive resort located in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. The bungalow-style units offer a comfortable stay with kitchen facilities and garden views. The highlight of the resort is the Aqualava Water Park, which is free for guests. With a poolside bar, spa, playground, and mini disco, it's an ideal destination for families with young children.
We love this place! First of all, it has to be mentioned that the staff here do a great job. We felt very well looked after because there was always someone there to make sure we were comfortable. The nice young lady and the gentleman who walked around the pool area checked on our well-being. The animation team surprised us with the rich program, there is an activity for everyone. The complex is very clean and the location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the island! The food was also fine. We want to thank you for everything !!

Me and my family recently spent 10 nights at this hotel and overall had a good experience with a few highlights worth noting. The location was fantastic—just a two-minute walk to the charming Flamingo Beach, which made our mornings and evenings truly delightful. The entertainment, especially Charlie are really impressive; they genuinely tried to include everyone and even offered a fantastic pool mat experience that was a hit with both my kids, me and my husband. The presence of two heated pools was a definite bonus, making for perfect relaxation spots throughout our stay. In terms of dining, the food quality varied: on some days it was delicious, while at other times the meals seemed undercooked. This inconsistency was the only drawback from a culinary perspective. One area that could use improvement was the bungalow in which we stayed. It felt a bit below the expected standard for a three-star accommodation, even though I understand that renovations are underway in some of the bungalows. With some upgrades, this could be much more in line with the rest of the hotel’s quality. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its superb location, engaging entertainment, and excellent pool facilities. A few tweaks in the food and bungalow accommodations could make it an even better experience.

We stayed recently with our 3 year old and had a great time. The water park entry was fab as broke up days around the pool. We’re pescatarian and always found something to eat (there aren’t any specific veggie alternatives and food isn’t labelled - which would be my only criticism but staff answer questions you have about it). Good to have choice of restaurant/pool bar/water park for lunch. Always fresh salad available. Desserts abit lacking. The sangria/wine/beer was drinkable & the paid for cocktails lovely! The rooms are dated & walls are thin.. but realistically how much time do you spend in the room. Little soft play in the kids club our daughter liked & she loved the mini disco in the evenings. Entertainment wasn’t all that, but didn’t bother us in the slightest. Good location, close to flamingo beach but not a lot around if you like a lively area on your doorstep. Would come again 😊

What an amazing experience. The staff are helpful, friendly and very accommodating. The room was lovely and suited all our needs to what we needed. But we only needed it to sleep in. There is plenty to do in the day and at night, everyone is included and all activities are fun and there is a wide variety of sports. The shows at night are exceptional and enjoyable for both children and adults. We will Be coming back again next year and bringing more of the family. Big thank you to Charlie, Simone and Kate for making the holiday that bit extra special. The fire show was amazing and we never would have expected something like that for a night time entertainment. Truly out done yourselves and hopefully we can see it again next year. Thank you for amazing holiday ❤️☀️

We had a fantastic week. The hotel is great value for money and perfect for families. The unlimited use of the water park is a great bonus. All off the staff are superb, the reception staff, the maids and the animation team. The food superseded expectations for a 3* hotel the food was outstanding. Our only compliant is the dinner timings. Dinner starts at 1830 and for us with a 10 month old was way too late.

We had an amazing 10 night stay at the hotel. The facilities were perfect for me and my family ( 2 children ages 5 & 2 ) the animation team are amazing! Special mention to Simo and Kate, they were absolutely amazing always including everyone and making sure everyone was always having fun! Loved our stay.

Nice location, small beach shops/restaurants in walking distance. The swimming pools are great, the water park was disappointing. There is barely any wifi signal anywhere, but luckily they have an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING entertainment team to keep both kids and grownups busy. Lots of activities throughout the day and lovely evening shows to watch. Sabi, Kate, Simone and Brian are all fantastic! The food wasn’t exactly to my liking but I always found something I enjoyed. The room we stayed in was close to the main road so lots of noise from traffic and by-passers, also we could hear everything from next door, which wasn’t really pleasant early in the morning. Overall it was a lovely stay, and we would visit again.

Nestled in the charming fishing village of Playa Blanca, which has blossomed into a premier tourist hotspot in Lanzarote, Barceló Playa Blanca Royal Level - Adults Only offers an idyllic retreat for those seeking tranquility. This hotel perfectly captures the authentic Canarian spirit while providing easy access to stunning beaches like Papagayo and Playa Dorada, as well as cultural gems such as Jameos del Agua and Fundación César Manrique.
Exceptional Stay at Barcelo Playa Blanca Royal Level I recently stayed at Royal Level, 23.03 - 02.04.2025, and my experience was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the elegant atmosphere and exceptional service. One of the highlights of my stay was the swim up room, which offered direct access to the pool, creating a truly luxurious and relaxing experience. Waking up to the serene view and enjoying a private swim was an unforgettable way to start the day. The restaurant was equally impressive, providing a diverse selection of high-quality dishes that delighted my taste buds. The freshness of the ingredients and the impeccable presentation made every meal a culinary delight. Another standout feature was the heated infinity pool —a true oasis of relaxation. The breathtaking views combined with the warm water created the perfect environment for unwinding and enjoying the surroundings. Overall, my stay at Barceló Playa Blanca Royal Level exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful getaway. I will return!

This was such a disappointment. Had gone to their sister hotel in Tenerife twice (and loved it) and was looking forward to Royal Level Adults Only experience. Instead, the service was sub standard, breakfasts were "OK" and the night we tried the buffet, the food was terrible (thankfully, we weren't on the all-inclusive plan). The Mexican and Japanese restaurants were a tad better, but no one would get excited with the food. The Royal Level was a bunch of rooms down at the end of one of the wings. No better than the rest of the hotel, but for a higher price. The hotel itself looked like a 1950s housing estate in London. Certainly won't return.

Staff amazing, from reception, to bar staff, to restaurant staff, to spa staff, to cleaners - everyone extremely friendly. Food in magical restaurant and koi restaurant fantastic, lots of choice in magical and the food changes every day. Koi restaurant was a real treat - amazing food and location. Choice of drinks - both alcoholic and non alcoholic great in all bars and in the mini bar in the room. Swim up suite amazing, private pool fantastic, great views, very spacious, room cleaned every day and new towels every day. Infinity pool huge with amazing views and even had entertainment poolside which was a nice touch. Spa has great facilities and a great view and the staff could not have been friendlier. Would recommend this hotel to anyone - it was fantastic from the moment we arrived to the moment we left and we already can’t wait to come back! Thank you to all staff for making this amazing holiday!

Just back from a 11 days at the royal level. Fantastic choice of drinks of all brands. Great choice of wines beers and cocktails. Michelle Valentino stand out member of staff. All staff were giving fast and efficient service. Breakfast big choices, but food can be cold. Young manager did address this and got better but did drop in temperature again. Turn up hot plates to maximum. Lunchtime time menu the best. Big choice of tasty dishes. At night you get a choice of 5 cooked meals, plus buffet of prepared dishes. Again can be cold. Hotel need to add at least a choice of six special dishes to the 5 meals so you can get a hot meal. Royal level bar at night could have a bit more effort and use outside and make it lively after you meal. Pool nice and warm. Went outside for a meal downstairs at Indian Namaste. There was someone already complaining about their meal. Soon found out why. Prawn’s were very poor quality, powder tasting and soft. Even pakora they could not get right. Spoke to staff about the quality not interested. Same owner for all the restaurants under hotel. Will I go back to the Barcelo. Definitely it is a new hotel with fantastic potential.
Jim L — Google review
This hotel is approx. 1 year old and hence it’s immaculate, as you might expect. Rooms, restaurants and grounds are pretty much flawless in appearance and cleanliness. That’s a great start. Checkin has a banana skin, if you don’t realise there is a dedicated Royal Level check in desk (and it’s not visible from the entrance) then you could queue for an hour before being told. Turn left after entering to find the Royal Level check in just opposite the lobby bar. I’ll skip all the stuff that’s as you would expect, and let’s get down to what is not. 1. Service. This is the main issue at this hotel. Perhaps there is a shortage of staff, but it seems that everywhere in this hotel you have to wait for service. There is only 1 bar in the Royal Level side and much of the day there is only 1 person serving drinks. The poor guy is rushing around like a crazy person and yet 3 or 4 people often waiting to be served. Simply not enough staff. Ditto in Magical restaurant, where we had to battle for service most nights. The name incidentally is not appropriate. See later. 2. Food is OK but far from good. Buffets are identical every day, small, limited and never seemed to change all week. Labelling was pretty much useless on the buffets, main meat/fish ingredients shown but nothing else. Anyone with allergies or dietary preferences (vegan) will need to ask for every dish, sauce and such. Very boring and tedious for both guests and staff. Frankly idiotic, especially when your napkin states “every little gesture counts to make a huge difference”. Is knowing what I’m eating anything less than a little gesture? 🤷‍♂️ “Magical” restaurant main courses are literally 3 fork fulls. See photos. The grilled vegetables were actually the most boring plate I’ve ever been served in my life. Wine list is pretty much just house wine in all but a few restaurants, and then it’s down to 1 choice, Tempranillo. Nothing else on offer, certainly on AI and even if you pay extra, you’ll struggle to escape the ubiquitous Tempranillo. Location is great, just nestled between the Rubicón marina and the main Playa Blanca resort, lots of bars & restaurants close by (luckily) Sports bar claimed they could not show the man united FA cup match. Every single other bar in town had that match on screen. I suspect the guys in the bar just wanted to show the Barca match. Just a guess. This is a great hotel, plagued by poor service and poor food. Vegan options are also poor. Best consider going b&b and eat elsewhere. UPDATE: Forgot to mention that there is no table service, other than in the Magical restaurant. TIP: bring a water bottle of some kind, because you must collect your own water from their machines. You can buy a bottle here for €3 but contrary to the description in the hotel app, the bottles sold by the hotel are made of plastic, not glass RESPONSE TO HOTEL COMMENT: You surely cannot be unaware of the poor labelling on the buffets. It’s probably the worst we have seen. Many items are completely without labelling and those that are, lack critical information. For example, the paella dish simply labelled as “paella”. We can see that much, perhaps with would help to know if it’s meat or fish? Sprouts labelled as “sprouts” omitting the fact that they contain meat. Many sauces unlabelled. The puzzling thing is that this rather important issue costs nothing to solve. Zero €. Just a little effort. Even that time and effort would be repaid by the fewer questions from guests with dietary preferences. It’s a no brainer.

We have just returned from a wonderful 11-night stay at this hotel. Our stay was the result of the hotel we had booked in Costa Teguise (Melia Paradisus Salina) closing after the flooding just a few weeks ago. As frequent visitors to Lanzarote, we watched with interest the Barcelo being built adjacent to the Rubicon Marina, the most gorgeous area of the island. We marvelled at how expansive it appeared to be. From the moment we arrived, greeted by Borja and subsequently Gina (Guest experience), we felt completely relaxed in a spotlessly clean, warm environment. We chose one of the Ocean View Suites in the Adult-only Royal section and were driven there in a buggy by Paulo. The accommodation was exceptionally spacious, in a word fabulous, with a huge bedroom, luxurious super-king bed and one of the largest and well-equipped balconies we have ever experienced, providing super views of the Ocean, Marina and Rubicon. Aside from that, we had the benefit of a separate large, very well-furnished living area, a rain shower together with two toilets. Although there is an ‘All inclusive’ option, we chose Half-board on this occasion, which suited us perfectly, allowing for breakfast (Excellent) together with either lunch or Dinner in the Magical buffet restaurant. We really could not fault either the range of buffet or à la carte food, nor the overall service, which was efficient, warm and friendly. Most evenings, low-key live entertainment was provided in the restaurant, which was very good indeed. We did explore the much larger separate family area of the hotel, with its massive pool, sports bar, entertainment and additional restaurants, but much preferred the exclusivity of the self-contained Royal level, with its heated infinity pool, ample sun-chairs (No need to reserve), and excellent restaurant and pool bar. As mentioned by other guests, the only aspect that we would suggest for development would be to extend the Royal Level ‘self-contained’ aspect by providing evening live entertainment around the pool bar area, which could be relatively simply achieved by reconfiguring the daytime sun-chair arrangements and introducing some flexible roofing. Although the hotel is officially rated as 4* (Why), our overall experience is most definitely 5*, including the weather, and we can’t recommend it enough. We enjoyed a truly fabulous stay and will be returning soon.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay at the barcelo playa blanca royal level. The staff are very hard working and always smiling and happy to help. We only ate at the magical restaurant and the breeze bar buffet but the food was always hot with a good choice. The magical restaurant buffet was excellent with different foods each day. The breeze bar buffet had things like pizza , burgers , fries and other snacks. I did find myself using the breeze bar more than the royal level pool bar for drinks as there was often a que and wait for drinks. The breeze bar was much faster to be served as they had 6 options of slush cocktails in the machines and multiple staff. The room and all facilities were spotless and kept to a high standard the beds in the rooms are huge although too soft for me. The free mini bar and the free dinner in either the Mexican or Japanese restaurant and the free visit to the spa was a nice touch and we took advantage of them all. The mini bar was stocked well with soft drinks , lager , non alcoholic lager, juice and water. The thermal spa was brilliant and I also booked a deep tissue massage that was superb. We chose the Japanese restaurant and it was so good we went back a second time, the waitress in there is a credit to your hotel. The royal level pool was nice and warm and a sunbed was always available. I was sceptical to book this holiday after reading some of the reviews but I can safely say im glad I did and I would definitely return. All in all myself and my fiancee had an excellent stay and have recommended it to all our friends and family. I would just like to add 2 minor things that did irritate me slightly, 1 was being told what time I could go for my dinner. In the end we ended up going when we wanted but it was such a hassle as we were on the late sitting and I hate eating too late (I could understand this if the hotel was busy but it wasnt) The second thing is please put an alcoholic cocktail slush machine on the royal level pool bar and also a soft drinks dispenser. The poor lad was swamped with orders and I think this could speed things up (granted some people would want fresh made cocktails) but many people as well as myself walked over to the breeze bar for a slush rather than waiting. Finally thank you to all the staff in royal level for making our stay a memorable one

Currently, I have not stayed at this hotel. I have, however, visited the property on a day trip and it was very kindly arranged for me to be guided around the Royal Level facilities in order to be best prepared for when my trip commences, this coming weekend. I have found that the service from both the Royal Level Reception, particularly Marina, and from the Guest Experiences Managers, to be exemplary. They are informative, kind, courtious, and friendly, yet professional at the same time. When I visited the hotel on the 8th March, I was very kindly shown the RL areas and informed what to expect; and despite the atrocious weather (which obviously the hotel cannot control) I found all areas to be well curated and well maintained. Even with some painting going on around the RL walkways to keep it fresh. Having stayed in some rather attractive and pricey 4* and 5* hotels during my lifetime, it is clear what the intention with the RL is. And with updates to facilities due over the next 12-24 months, I expect that RL will only get better. This of course will no doubt attract a higher rate per night, however I expect there to still be value. Back to the weather, and with guests all making use of the interior facilities because of the torrent of rain falling, staff did not appear over-run, and queues (for the bar) appeared well managed. I am really looking forward to visiting this place for a couple of weeks and cannot wait to make new memories and (hopefully) some new friends. *Review to be updated following visit*

Hotel HL Paradise Island is an all-inclusive resort perfect for families seeking a laid-back vacation. The property boasts a thrilling water park with seven slides and a splash zone for little ones, as well as a go-karting track and soft play area. Guests can enjoy the outdoor pools, tennis courts, and on-site restaurants offering Canarian, Asian, and Italian cuisine. For adults looking to unwind, there's a wellness area and gym while the nearby beach provides relaxation.
We have just come back from 10 nights here. I wouldn’t worry too much about the negative reviews. We found the hotel to offer great value for money. The food was excellent with loads of choice. There was food, snacks and drinks available pretty much all day and night. The rooms were serviced every day. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The entertainment was very good. The on site pools and water park were great. It is also in a good location around 1km from the beach front. The only downside was that some of it needs modernising maybe, but nothing of major concern. The play park also needs a bit of a refurb. But all in all a very good place to go on holiday that I would highly recommend.

Was a bit worried after reading other reviews but we went anyway. We found all staff to be really friendly and couldn't fault them, they work really hard! Our room was nice, basic with a kettle which was what needed. Could of done with an iron but managed without. I asked dor extra pillows, they were delivered promptly. The main pool was a bit lively but we stayed by the water slides all day and was very relaxing, the splash pool was fun for kids too! Food was delicious every day and staff were zooming about cleaning up as fast as they could. Entertainment on an evening was a good variety of different things each night and we enjoyed it. We loved every minute there

The hotels locations is approx 2km from the edge of the strip. Not much close to the hotel. The hotel itself is poorly maintained and filthy. There doesn’t seem to be any pride in the facility. In the rooms round the couches, the floors were filthy. The rooms are poorly cleaned also, dust under couches, bed covers dirty and stained. No microwave or remote so air-con couldn’t be used. Floor covering didn’t fit properly either. Upstairs property had bedbugs and family had to move while we were there, thankfully we didn’t. The outdoor ground tiles in public areas covered in drunk stains and left to become sticky. In the restaurant the plates and cutlery in the restaurant are dirty in the clean pile with sauces and food stuck to them. Children’s high chairs never seen a cloth. The bar area tables were still covered with tables and drinks in the mornings. Paper cups floating round everywhere. There is no environmentally friendly measures, no reusable glasses, all single use cups which are strewn around the hotel. Pools are nice however and kept clean. Plenty of space. The dino park and its slides is great for kids of all ages. There are plenty of arcade games and pool, ping pong tables. Food in the restaurant was not bad either and was typical all inclusive Buffett. Overall costs seem to be cut at every corner.

We came back from our holidays and I need to say we had absolutely amazing time! I was so scared of the hotel because of the reviews. We arrived 11pm and we were asked to go to the restaurant to eat which was a nice surprise. The room was massive and clean. No bugs. The beds weren't the best but also not too bad. Our towels were not changed during the stay and we didn't have shower gel in the bathroom but we got our own. The children entertainment was great, Samantha has an amazing attitude, our little boy loved her. Mini disco is also great. The food was great, everyday something new, we were amazed by the choice. The only issue at the hotel was that people were not throwing their cups to the bins. Bins were everywhere but people were too drunk/lazy to throw their own rubbish, but the staff were trying to clean it as much as they can. The water at the swimming pool was cold but it was May, I am sure during summer months it gets warmer. The hotel had a free bus to the beach, which was a nice surprise. Overall we had an amazing time and we are planning there next holiday.

Can’t fault the staff, they have been great. Especially the receptionists, very helpful and polite. Well aware of the location when booking so can’t fault that either. The hotel it self however is absolutely filthy. Iv never seen a cockroach in my life until I come here. Killed 5 on the first night and at least 2 on the nights after. They must be in the walls in the bedroom somewhere as that’s where they are appearing. Brown smudge marks on pillows, and the bathroom smells vile. This hotel has so much potential if it wasn’t so dirty. We’ve had cleaners in once since we have been here, even with the sign on the door. I’m petrified that I’m going to bring a roach back in my luggage with me. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again purely because of how disgustingly filthy the place is. Food everywhere round the pool, which the seagulls hover about for.

Lovely hotel with great facilities. Very suited for families with a water park and loads of entertainment for kids. The food in the restaurant is top class with a huge variety. Also snacks available at the pool bar include burgers, hot dogs and pizza. The rooms are nice and well kept. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Just returned from here after a weeks stay. Plenty to do for the kids, the dino water park and kids club area is great for them. The big slides are very cool too! Good variety of food, very tasty! The only thing I couldn't get on with was the bed, was quite hard but other than that everything was amazing, good entertainment for kids and adults in the evenings too. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Amazing food and water park , there is multiple different pool types for all ages. It was a fantastic stay but the room was not the best the beds were really uncomfortable and someone in our group that we were travelling with found one alive cockroach and one dead cockroach in there room. There was 4 of us in the room and almost every day there was no towels left for us. The kids club was amazing and the staff was really nice and tried to involve everyone in the activities. There was all ways sun bed no matter what time off day.

11Hotel Cordial Marina Blanca

Resort hotel
Hotel Cordial Marina Blanca in Playa Blanca offers warmly furnished units with a fully equipped kitchen, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom. The outdoor pool area is well-maintained with plenty of sunbeds and a clean pool. While some rooms overlook the pool and are spacious and comfortable, others face the pathway to the marina. The hotel provides a quiet and relaxing atmosphere without on-site entertainment, making it an ideal choice for those seeking tranquility.
The accommodation was excellent. We visited in June on a self-catering basis. Our apartment had a large bedroom and a lounge/kitchen diner and was fine for our needs. There was a large fridge freezer, induction hob and a microwave which took a bit of figuring out. The rooms were cleaned 5 times a week and were always spotless. Towels were changed three times a week. The Hotel is situated at the Marina end of Playa Blanca and it is very quiet and restful there. The nearest yellow beach is about a 10-15 minute walk and the other end of Playa Blanca about 30 minutes. There is live music in the Marina but it's not at all noisy at the Hotel. On three days we opted to pay for breakfast which was very good and the staff were very helpful given a difficulty with a gluten, poultry, dairy and egg free diet (shout out to Hector)! The pool area was very nice with a large pool patrolled by a life-guard. There were plenty of sunbeds (I counted 188) and reserving them wasn't a thing as there was never a shortage. There's a secured back gate which allows access to the Marina area which has plenty of restaurants. There a HiperDino Supermarket very close for your self-catering needs. We would happily come back here again and thoroughly recommend it. Things to note: 1) There's no oven in the apartment. 2) All the balconies are built so they are sunny for as much of the day as possible and consequently not many have a view of the pool area. The rest have a view of the Marina. 3) There's nothing wrong with the room towels, they are good quality and big enough for people with more generous proportions. 4) We found a small problem with the breakfast labels as the nutritional information wasn't particularly good (eggs apparently don't contain eggs). We were told the labels were wrong and by the end of the week they were much better. The staff were always ready to help with nutritional information.

Stayed here for a week mid June and it was very quiet and extremely peaceful, pool area was nice and kind of liked the artificial grass sunbed areas but did find the pool very cold even though very large and clean. The pool bar does a good menu until mid afternoon and I've got to say the chicken nuggets were really nice as i nicked a couple off my toddler. Unfortunately the hotel has building work behind it, but saying that you couldn't hear it in the hotel or pool area as they were only putting in concrete building foundations and doing it quietly. The rooms are very nice, we had an issue with having an upstairs room with no lift access only stairs which was a problem having a toddler with a pram, however we were moved rooms and didn't cause us any problems after that. The hotel does feel very quiet and chilled so if you want a relaxing holiday I'd recommend this place as there's no music or activities on here day or night. The is a small arcade and also a gym. You can access the hotel via the front or the pool area from the marina which is the best option, via the front of the hotel though you have to walk over a very rusty bridge to get to the shopping centre and to the marina/promenade which could do with an update, but that's got nothing to do with the hotel so only a comment. Maybe they could complain to the local authorities though whoever is responsible. Overall a very pleasant stay and a great location next to the Rubicon Marina where you'll find some great restaurants like the Jungle Vibes at the Marina, just wish the pool was warmer as it was too cold for us to use and maybe others as was always very empty. Unfortunately we were that chilled we forgot to take any images of room or hotel but I've added the little I had.

What a lovely quiet and relaxing place to stay. Not far from any of the bars and restaurants by the Marina harbour and close by where they can be reached down at the front gate and onto the Ave Maritime footway and much more of a pleasant walk than around the back and down over the steps which leads to the Supermarket. Rooms are very spacious and towels replaced every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Although there are signs saying it's forbidden to reserve sunbeds with towels there are some offenders who pop down, put their towels on dozens of beds and disappear for a few hours. It's a shame really but we're all different and some more selfish than others. Perhaps the management should look at this problem and focus on it as it does make a difference to those looking for someone to stay and will deter some from booking again. There's more than enough beds for everyone. I'd still recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a quiet place close to harbour. Plenty of room in the apartment. Plenty of EURO electric sockets - you won't need an extension. No USB sockets though. Plenty of lights everywhere. A large sliding patio door and shutter opening windows back and front.. Large fridge and large freezer - enough room for lots of wine, beer and food. Lots of kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, bowl, sangria jug, grater, bottle opener, chopping board, spatchelor etc etc. No egg cups though. There's a large toaster, kettle and coffee percolator. An on-top two ring electric halogen glass stove cooker. There's currently building work outside the rear of the hotel next to a few old delapidated shut down clubs but it's no biggee, the noise is minimal. Some building work ongoing by rooms 200+ as they're adding a new walkway. There are 2 large TVs with plenty of channels, one in the bedroom and one in the living room/diner area. The pool is saltwater and can be a bit on the cold side but it's inviting, refreshing and clean. The cafe by the poolside is great for drinks and snacks and a large Tropical beer is €3.95. Food and drink costs vary quite a lot by the harbour and there's so much to choose from. The further up the bay towards the other Playa Blanca harbour ferry end, you'll find food astonishingly good value and lots to do but the staff and owners tend to be outside trying to get you in whereas at the Marina Rubicon end, this doesn't happen at all and there's no pressure when walking past pubs, restaurants and shops. Just a touch of class can change your whole holiday. Whatever you do, we've been back a few times and will continue to do so because we're laid back and like a bit of quality on holiday. We will visit again but next time we'll be taking towels off the sunbeds ourselves if nothing has been done.

Such a beautiful hotel to stay in. This has become our favourite place for family holidays. We will definitely be returning. Staff couldn’t do enough for you, the pool area and gardens were well looked after and it’s in a prime location.

Another fabulous visit. From the welcome in reception and throughout my stay ( solo traveller) was exceptional!! Everything about the hotel is wonderful from the cleanliness of the rooms to the whole hotel environment!’ Location is excellent with the Rubicón marina on your doorstep with a terrific selection of restaurants . Plus the Hypo dino next to the hotel for your essentials. The beach a mere 15 minute walk makes a pleasant change from the pool. Back in May

A beautiful spot, in a good location. We stayed here for a week at the end of June. The staff were friendly, attentive and polite. The apartment was super clean! Included a kettle, iron, large refrigerator and more. It's not too far from the beach with loads of food and drink spots along the way. It's close to bus routes to venture out of Playa Blanca too. The pool was clean and regularly checked. Overall, a great place to stay.

This was our 3rd stay at the Cordial Marina and once again we had a fabulous holiday. The accommodation, all the staff and the onsite services was excellent. The location of the apartments in our view are the best in Playa Blanca being so very close to the marina. Hopefully we will see you next year.
Terry C — Google review
This hotel was excellent, not too crowded or noisy which was perfect for us. The pool area was fabulous and the reception staff, Maria & Rose, were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is located at Marina Rubicon which is quite a way from the main harbour. However there are lots of bars and eating places to distract you as you walk along the seafront.
