Rooms are a little dated but spacious in good repair with good quality fittings and furnishings, pillow menu, ample hot water and good air-conditioning. There is free parking and no plate charge for room sevice. Spa a little dated but better than average with sea and garden view from steam and pool. Al a carte Restaurants and gelaterie very good. Breakfast outstanding whether buffet or al a carte. Location excellent. However, there were some room servicing issues possibly due to language barriers and things like bathmat and face cloth disappearing and not replaced. Pool waiting service was absent at first but improved after raising query. We probably wouldn't stay again as unlike many other hotels in Playa Blanca it doesn't cater well for couples. For example, most nearby hotels in Playa Blanca seat families and couples or adult only groups apart where possible at breakfast or have an adult only pool area. This is puzzling when it has more pools and dining areas than most! Our last few days were ruined by a noisy family next door after occupants changed having been assured it was a quiet wing away from families. The hotel has a vast child and family activity and entertainment programme and kids. It also has a separate day and night programme for adults. Unfortunately, we didn't do anything on the the adults programme as small children were welcome to scream and screech and disrupt these activities too even as late as nearly 10pm on the karaoke. A real shame but what should have been a relaxing wasn't. Other Playa Blanca hotels even at 4 star level manage to get the balance right for all guests at about half the cost of this one...

Another lovely stay at this hotel, beautiful rooms and friendly helpful staff. We find the location midway between the harbour and the marina is excellent. The hotel is kept very clean with well maintained gardens. We enjoy the buffet meals with their enormous choice and freshly cooked fish and meats so haven’t tried the other restaurants on site. We will certainly be returning in the future and would recommend it to others.

Our 7th or 8th visit to the Yaiza. This hotel just ticks all the boxes for us. The staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble, their aim is to give everyone the best holiday experience. The food this year was better than ever with themed meals on many evenings. We had a junior suite which is so spacious with a high level of cleanliness which was obvious throughout the hotel. We look forward to future visits to the Yaiza.

The Spanish guitarist was recommended to us for a relaxing evening of chat and drinks. He didn't disappoint, beautiful versions of recognisable classics that were easy on the ear but not overbearing. The gin and tonic was generous and the surroundings were lavish and not too overstated. It's a beautiful hotel both inside and outside.

This is an amazing hotel, its staff are so friendly and helpful and work really hard to keep the customers happy. 7 days was not enough time to explore and use all the facilities on offer. The suite was large and roomy and very clean, and the pools fantastic. I only have 1 criticism and that is the issue of sun bed hogging. Every day, early in the morning, towels are placed on the sun beds and left unoccupied for the whole day or large part of a day. As a party of 6, it made it extremely difficult to stay together round the pool as we had children in our party that we needed to keep an eye on in the water, we had to keep splitting up. The signs around the pool say not to do this but it is ignored.

Just returned from Princess Yaiza after a lovely 5 day break. This is the 3rd time we have stayed here, cannot fault the hotel, it's staff, the location. The room this time came with a la carte breakfast included. The food was lovely and we ate twice in Don Giovani's on site italian. Highly recommend this hotel. Will be going back next year.

Just back from a 10 day trip as a family of 4 with 2 children aged 4 and 2. The food and comfort of the room and sundowners were excellent. Minor issues were our phone and Hairdryer weren't working in the room but the app made it easy to report these issues. Occasionally our bottled water and coffee wasn't replaced but I'm sure if we had reported this it would have been fixed. The main issue was the lack of free drinking water and some of the waiting and pool staff didn't hold up to the customer service I would expect from a 5 star such has not coming for coffee orders or explaining what was on offer, not helping with a high chair. The entertainment staff were the highlight really, they weren't in your face but made the children feel included. Particular mentions to Pablo, Santos and Elena (apologies if spelling wrong), they were some of the few people who got high fives from my children because of how comfortable they made them feel.

The hotel is simply fantastic in every respect. I’ve stayed there several times already and would return at any time. Every little detail is just right. The service in particular is outstanding. I would especially like to highlight the girls from the pool, Clara and Silvie, as well as Marina from the restaurant. They make the stay a truly special experience. They are warm, friendly, absolutely attentive, and highly professional. Guests receive excellent recommendations, and small details and personal preferences are remembered

Fabulous hotel! Bedrooms are spacious and well designed. Bathroom was smaller than expected with toilet right next to shower. Plenty delicious breakfast options. Gorgeous grounds - it's like a tropical paradise with countless plants and butterflies fluttering around. Staff are mostly friendly although there is a language barrier for some. Great location - hotel sits between two beaches and near lots of places to eat and drink.

Now back from our 5th holiday at Hotel Fariones*. This Hotel is absolutely fantastic and I cannot find the words to describe this beautiful Hotel. It’s peaceful and relaxing…just the place to wind down from hectic life styles. The Junior suite that we stayed in was located in the perfect position with the view of the swimming pool, the stunning and immaculate Hotel grounds and the private beach. The maids cleaned the room every day and replenished the bottles of water in the fridge. We cannot find anything negative to say about this Hotel. We would like to say a BIG thank you to the Reception staff Harriet, Emanuel, Adrian, Mario and everyone else who are too many to name. Thank you to Gaspar for the delicious omelettes, Armindo, Zeenada, Pamela and to all of those whose names are too many to name in the Restaurant and Bar area. We would also like to give a HUGE thank you to Nikki who is always rushing around taking drink orders and serving them by the pool. We regard NIkki as a long distance friend to us and look forward to seeing her and all of the Hotel staff in May next year. Thank you to you all from “The Family” as we are referred to by you all.

An Unforgettable, Exclusive Experience From the moment we made our impromptu booking, we knew we were in for something special. Just two hours before our arrival, we secured a stay, and yet, they had everything prepared as if they'd been expecting us for weeks. Our Ocean Suite was immaculate and thoughtfully appointed with a personal welcome—a selection of fresh fruits, a bottle of fine wine, a stylish tote bag, sun caps, and flip-flops, and even the extra bed was already in place. The attention to detail was simply stunning. The suite itself was an oasis of luxury. It was incredibly spacious, impeccably decorated, and felt brand new. The bathroom was a masterpiece of design, a perfect complement to the serene atmosphere of the entire suite. Every meal was a highlight of our stay. The all-you-can-eat buffet was a culinary journey, easily on par with a Michelin-starred restaurant. Each dish was a work of art, presented with elegance and bursting with incredible freshness and flavor. The breakfast experience was no different, offering a lavish selection of gourmet options that were all exceptional. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. Their warmth and genuine hospitality made us feel like the most important people there. They were always a step ahead, anticipating our needs. When we were looking for the rooftop pool, a staff member didn't just give us directions—they personally escorted us, ensuring we felt cared for every step of the way. This level of personalized service created a sense of exclusivity that elevated our entire stay. This wasn't just a hotel visit; it was an experience in pure, unadulterated luxury. It is, without a doubt, one of the finest stays we have ever had.

Absolutely top class 5* hotel Staff, service, food, location are all absolutely first class. The management team and staff all work extremely hard to not only meet but exceed guests expectations. The grounds team and housekeeping team all work tirelessly to keep everywhere looking fresh and clean, the bed in our ocean view suite was one of the comfiest we've ever slept in. Its obviously not a cheap hotel and thats to be expected as its a 5* in every sense, we will definitely be back Thanks to all staff for a wonderful and memorable stay

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, the room was immaculate with stunning views, and the amenities were truly luxurious. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the on-site dining was exquisite. This hotel exceeded every expectation we had. A truly unforgettable and perfect stay!

A very nice clean hotel on the beach for a short break. Overall it was enjoyable. The rooms are lovely but I would say that a standard room is only big enough to accommodate a single person, if going as a couple a suite would be better, I found it too cramped to share. I’m quite surprised the hotel has a 5 star rating, it’s not got 5 star service or I was not personally provided this level of service. The staff were unable to anticipate the needs of guests. I felt I needed to continually ask for basic things I needed like an iron or ice for the room. Water bottles in room were also limited. I expect a 5 star hotel to anticipate my needs. I don’t feel it’s fair to make guests wait a long time for basic items they have requested that should be provided as standard in the room or nearby. I wasn’t sure if there was a laundry service for guests I would have liked to get some clothes washed and ironed but could not find a laundry bag in the room. Unusual for a 5 star hotel. Quite tricky to get the staffs attention for drinks by the pool. Frozen drink on first and second day arrived melted. I was told the hotel was only 60% full when I arrived the breakfast was always very busy with long queues for omelettes , a 5 start hotel should have table service for egg orders. I’ve had a better or similar standard of buffet breakfast at 4 star hotels in the canaries. Some guests were touching/pressing down on all the pastries before choosing which to take. Much of the breakfast items took too long to be replenished for example limited bacon and pancakes available on some days. The food at lunch was of below average quality - was better available outside the hotel. I was very disappointed with my burger it looked like it came from a kids happy meal and no salad on it. Chicken in both the Japanese and with the salad at lunch was below average quality - better available across the street. On the other hand the hotels sangria and cocktails were outstanding. The pool area and gardens while the aesthetics are very nice felt overcrowded. I would not like to be there when the hotel is at full capacity. Some very unsavoury people staying at this hotel. For example some making their own large batch of sandwiches at breakfast, then eating them for lunch at the pool and left the mess behind. No staff came to clear this up. The smell was horrendous. I’ve never seen anything like it before. Other hotels actively deter people from doing this. People were also taking loud work calls on loud speaker beside me at the pool I had to tell them to be quite - I expect the staff should do this. People putting their towels etc on sun loungers very early in the morning and then going away for breakfast etc. it’s been a very long time since I’ve stayed at a hotel where guests are encouraged to behave like this. Seems rather strange. Another example of why this is not a true 5 star hotel. While I realise this is not an adults only hotel much of the online media advertising the hotel does not seem to show any children. This is definitely a family resort full of children in the pool. I think a hotel of this size could benefit from an additional quiet pool area. There were no children’s activities showed in the hotels media advertising, meaning I was not expecting that so many families would choose to stay here. Limited places to eat in the area that I would consider to be of an acceptable standard maybe 3-4 nice restaurants at most. Beach area very good for swimming, again quite overcrowded and limited places to relax there. I was unable to use the spa. Treatment I requested was only available one day per week.

Beautiful place, very clean. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly especially in reception. In my opinion a couple of issues let it down. One of these issues were the chairs, probably OK for men but not for a woman of 5ft 3. They looked aesthetically pleasing but not at all comfortable. The other main issue was at dinner. I think in a 5 star hotel you shouldn't have to pay to have water at your table. Dinner was a buffet service and there was plenty of choice but not necessarily things that went together. The chef that was cooking on the hot plate needed to be more friendly and cheerful, didn't speak much English and was very sparing with his portions. There was a lovely roof top bar with a great view but was only open on limited days which was a real shame, also no toilet which meant you needed to get in the lift to reception if you needed the loo.

We had a wonderful time - we were here for a brief mini moon and the hotel was gorgeous. Really quiet location, lovely pool, loads of facilities. Also, for an all inclusive, excellent food options. Different each day, felt very high spec, lovely drinks choices. And everyone who worked there was just really lovely, we had a wonderful time and felt very treated. We’ve recommended to all our friends to go if they visit Lanzarote!

This is my third time here and cant wait to return. From the welcome to the farewell, the staff were brilliant. Mohamed and Nirwana are very friendly and attentive, as are all the staff. Great choice of food for all mealtimes. For me, breakfast wouldnt have been complete without the great Chef Inigo flipping my fried eggs. Antonio and Francesco are fantastic barmen who can do no wrong making the cocktails....mine's an Old Fashioned. Brilliant guys. Right on the beach front and yards from a lot of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops, this hotel is just what you need. Book it now.

Although the hotel looks very nice and in a good location when it comes down to services it should have been a -1 star ranking. On our last day we were missing some items from our room. After a good search by ourselves and also the staff of the hotel we left the hotel without these items (e-reader and SIM cards) We also informed the staff and reception we had a very bad feeling about this matter and found it hard to leave with this uncomfortable feeling. Now after 2,5 months we were informed that they found the items in the safe deposit in our room which we and the staff looked in multiple times. We were very happy although we found it strange that only after 2,5 months the items all of a sudden showed up in the safe we checked multiple times just like the staff. This implicates that the room was not used for at least 2,5 months which is very unlikely. On top of this the hotel wants to charge us a fee for retuning the items by post. Now they are also accusing us of accusing them of theft which is not the case. We are only saying the same as the latter in our review.. Very very bad service that is the only thing we are accusing them off.

We’ve just returned home from one of our best holidays, and we couldn’t be happier with our stay. From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel was immaculately clean, with excellent service and wonderfully pleasant staff who made us feel so welcome throughout our visit. The atmosphere was both friendly and relaxing, creating the perfect environment for a stress-free holiday. Our room was spacious and thoughtfully equipped with a mini fridge, coffee machine, with a selection of drinks, and a bathroom that had absolutely everything we needed including hairdryer. The beds were incredibly comfortable—we slept amazing. Entertainment was pleasant ay night for 90 min, if you require more, then there are local bars amd shops in walking distance outside the complex. We honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. Every detail was taken care of, and it truly made our holiday special. A huge thank you to all the team—we will definitely be returning! Please note this is not ideal for children, it is more of a adult setting. The food was plenty and amazing with lots of choice. Both food and drinks were reasonably priced which was nice to see. If there were 6 stars I would be selecting it. Thank you so much. EXCELLENT!!!

Staff were very kind and dedicated during our whole stay and experience at the pool bar, bar in the evening, morning breakfast and Cristina at the reception gave use many tips for our FuerteVentura trip. The hotel also proposed us to leave some of our luggage when we will return for our second stay later in the week. Room was also very clean and everything was working well. Would definitely recommend this hotel !!

The hotel is not worth 5 stars. At first glance, it might seem like it is, and some services are indeed 5-star quality. But the overall feeling is more like 4 stars. Loud music in the evenings until late is allowed, but a child playing in the pool… that’s not! We asked the lifeguard if we could use an inflatable ring and were given permission, only to be told the next day by management that it was not allowed. Maybe that’s still understandable (we can go along with that), but even playing with a small ball wasn’t allowed, and on the last day we were even told that “playing” of any kind was not permitted! The hotel isn’t just not child-friendly — it’s outright child unfriendly! They should position themselves as an adults-only hotel. Then we would have booked something else! Such a shame, because this really put a damper on the joy of our vacation.

Arrecife Gran Hotel & Spa is a three-star hotel masquerading as a five-star hotel. The Bad: The staff is not what you would expect at a five-star hotel. Receptionists talk on the phone, send and receive voice messages while speaking to you, and even get up and leave during check-in. One receptionist literally handed me the keyboard to check myself in - this is not a joke. When I brought up the issue that we paid for a higher-class room but were placed in a lower-class one, the staff's solution was to tell us to pay to be upgraded - essentially asking us to pay again for what we already paid for. There was not even a token apology or acknowledgment. People were partying on our floor at around 2 a.m., and hotel staff seemed to tolerate it. The hotel gym looks okay from afar but is barely functional. The cable machine is broken, bolts on the bench are loose, there's only one barbell, and the clips for the barbell are too loose to be safe. The hotel price does not include access to the spa, which costs around €25 per person for a 90-minute entry. The elevators are not air-conditioned and get hot quickly - especially when more than two people use them. We found what was most likely dried urine on our toilet seat, along with pubic hair. We asked reception to send a cleaner to go over the bathroom again. She sprayed everything with a cleaning solution, but the dried urine was still there - at least now it was disinfected pee :) Walls and doors had various marks: water damage, peeling wallpaper, remnants of masking tape (likely from previous painting), and black or red unidentified stains. The Neutral: Our travel agency mixed up our booking, which resulted in us being placed in a lower-quality room than we paid for. Since this was not the hotel's fault, I don’t hold them responsible for that issue. There seems to be a cockroach problem in Arrecife. It was disgusting to see dead roaches on the hotel floor. While I prefer seeing them dead rather than alive, it would be better if the hotel actually cleaned them up. Parking is available beneath the hotel for €10 per day. The Good: Breakfast is decent, with a wide variety of food. The hotel is literally on the beach - it can't get any closer, which is great. The cleaning staff is non-intrusive, and it's easy to agree on a cleaning time with them. Beds are comfortable, although they are one of those fake double beds (two singles pushed together).

My wife and I recently visited the 17th-floor bar at the Grand Hotel in Arrecife, and we were absolutely blown away by the incredible service from Claudia J. She is a beautiful, kind, and professional woman who made our evening truly special. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and genuine friendliness that made us feel completely at ease. Claudia’s attention to detail and care were second to none — she made sure everything was perfect for us. Her charm and professionalism truly elevated our experience, and it’s safe to say she was the highlight of our visit. We almost decided to come back the very next night just because of her! If you visit the Grand Hotel, don’t miss the 17th-floor bar — and definitely ask for Claudia J. She’s a true five-star gem! 🌟

The room was okay, clean. The floor was a bit damaged. The insulation in the room is very poor — we could hear what others were saying. The worst part was hearing water running from the room above when someone was showering, which disturbed our sleep. Breakfast was okay, but there wasn’t much variety. The location is excellent, but the hotel lacks facilities. The staff is friendly. A downside is that the hotel doesn’t have its own parking — you have to pay €10 per day to park in the garage below the hotel.

Location is perfect, fabulous views 180 degrees from bedroom across the sea as well as the town with white houses. Great food, the buffet menu changes daily and there’s always something delicious to eat. The staff are great, especially in the buffet, each and every one of them has a smile and are always very helpful. Maurice rubs a tight shop but always looking to improve. Thank you for a very memorable eating experience.

The cafe at level 17 is very nice to look out at the sea from, amazing views! Didn't stay in the hotel though. Special thanks to Marti the waiter for being nice, he humoured me practicing my Spanish to order! Nice healthy food options from what I saw of the menu but I didnt end up eating here.

⭐ 2/5 stars This hotel is definitely not a 5-star property — at best, it deserves 4 stars. There is no real beach, and they even ask for a €20 deposit for sunbeds, which guests have to carry and set up themselves on the beach. There is no minibar in the room, and only one bottle of water per person per day is provided. The lifts are also used by maintenance staff, which feels quite unpleasant and unexpected for a hotel of this level. At the pool bar, the service is extremely slow — tables stay uncleared for a long time, and I even had to leave my lunch table to go and order a drink myself. I waited about 10 minutes in line just to get a juice and a bottle of water. The whole service feels poorly organized. Overall, the experience does not match the 5-star rating or the price. The hotel needs serious improvement in service, organization, and guest care.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I went to the Floor 17 Bar at the Gran Hotel in Arrecife with my boyfriend, and we were absolutely amazed by the stunning views and the incredible service. Claudia welcomed us with the warmest smile and took great care of us throughout the entire evening. She was so professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly — she truly made our night special! Thank you, Claudia, for making our experience unforgettable.

I’ve stayed at Seaside Los Jameos several times, and that alone shows how much I enjoy this hotel. It offers a combination of comfort, beautiful surroundings, and services that keep me coming back. Honestly – while the hotel deserves five stars, my repeated visits have also given me the chance to notice a few minor shortcomings that might go unnoticed on a first stay. Let’s start with the positives – and there are many. The food is excellent, the overall atmosphere is very pleasant, the beachfront location is ideal, and the gardens… simply stunning. Every return to this place makes me fall in love all over again. And maybe it’s precisely because I love this hotel that I feel encouraged to be a little more critical – with the intention of offering honest feedback. As of summer 2025, the hotel is undergoing renovations, so some of the points I mention may soon be outdated. I’m really looking forward to coming back and seeing the improvements. Minor downsides: The sauna is only accessible from age 15, which feels like an unnecessary restriction. It’s a minor issue, but one that families might appreciate being reconsidered. All-inclusive guests don’t receive wristbands. Carrying the card around in swimwear isn’t very convenient – a simple wristband would be much more practical. Afternoon snacks are quite limited – I’d appreciate the addition of fresh fruit or light vegetable salads to the selection. Service at the beach bars can be slow, with long queues and extended waiting times. There’s no self-service option for the afternoon snacks, which could help avoid the long wait at the bar. Outdoor table tennis is not ideal – only concrete tables are available, which don’t provide a proper bounce for the ball. In addition, the area is exposed to wind, which often disrupts play. A partially sheltered space with standard indoor tables would make the game far more enjoyable. That said, none of these issues significantly spoil the overall experience. If I could, I’d give the hotel 4.5 stars – for now, I’m giving it four. But I’m hopeful that after the renovations, I’ll gladly raise that to five.

Its a decent hotel. Its not a 5 star hotel. Its not 5 star service. I liked the location. I liked the buffet style set up with chefs manning different stations. Dinner was always great. Breakfast only ok. Omelette the best breakfast option. It lacks atmosphere/buzz.

We went here in 2023 and it was by far the best hotel we have been to, ever! at the time I had a couple of niggles but they were totally petty things compared to the overall holiday experience I've got to say the hotel and food was beautiful the service, excellent and the location is perfect, and I'm would return in a heartbeat. In lanzarote it's a lovely haven.

Terrible experience with your hotel!!! TUI just informed us that your hotel delayed opening, less than 36 hours before our arrival!!! I do not believe that you did not know about delays with opening one week ago, reassuring guests that you will open and welcome guests! Lack of commitment, service, and honesty from your side leads to stress and disappointment 36 hours before the holiday! Never again will I consider booking your hotel!

Just back from a wonderful ten days at Los Jameos Playa, so here's my honest review. Let's do the bad stuff first, although it really isn't that bad. There's a fair bit of building works going on but it's being done with consideration to guests, so unless you really look for it then its easily missed. The odd workman here and there and the odd knock of the hammer, but that's really about all. Probably the worst thing was the kitchen fan extraction system which was missing its baffles and sounded like a jet taking off at times. There are a couple of areas of the hotel still to open at the time of writing, including a children's area, additional bar and shops, but again, nothing that had any impact on our holiday in any way, shape or form. The pool bar is excellent, although we did encounter some queuing for service on several occasions. The drinks menu is large and detailed so if you get stuck behind someone ordering a couple of cocktails then be prepared to wait as everything is made to order. Appreciate that preserves the quality, but it comes at a price of time. A couple of suggestions are to put the hot drinks machine on the counter and let people help themselves, and to install a self-service carbonated drinks dispenser. That way people drinking non-alcoholic drinks won't be delayed. The array of food was astonishing and the quality excellent all round. We preferred the quieter piano bar in the evening for a few drinks and a game of cards. It was good to see the ladies making the effort to dress for the evening; however, gentlemen need to put a bit more effort in. Bermuda shorts, trainers and shirt buttons undone down to navel level is not the done thing. We even had one gentleman (And I'll use the phrase loosely) who wore his hat whilst seated. Etiquette lessons from William Hanson are required I think 😉. I jest of course, but it would be good to see men making a bit more of an effort. Last but absolutely not least, a mention for the staff. It's hard to pick out some names but thank you Carla and Nicole in the pool bar, and Yolande in the restaurant. I'd also like to express thank you for the service from the head waiter in the piano,but forgive me as I never took a note of his name. It was also wonderful to meet the hotel General Manager who was a frequent face around and thank you for taking ten minutes out of your busy day for a chat. I've always maintained that the best hotel managers are the ones who mix with customers and don't hide in a back office. So, will we be back ? Absolutely, just about to book up again for next year.

Located on the seafront at Matagorda this restaurant has been here for years. Great staff fantastic food and a view that cannot be beaten. One of my favourite restaurants when I'm here.

We've been to this hotel 4 times now and its always like a home from home, friendly staff and the food has always been amazing, we have tried other places but always come back here.

We came for a mini moon trip for a few days in tbe sun straight after our wedding. We had a lovely time and overall the staff were amazing. Particular shout out to the staff at the sushi bar who was so very attentive and delivered excellent service. Would recommend all inclusive so you can have access to all the restaurants for dinner food, we did not do premium club as we did not feel it was worth the cost just to have access to a few extra areas of the hotel. We would have to say we tried all hotel restaurants our favourite was Portofino. The Oceana restaurant let the hotel down, staff really did not care or want to serve us and we ended up without food and drink so would not recommend. However on the whole would recommend the hotel.

A excellent hotel choice for the solo traveller or couples. A chilled atmosphere with privacy and seclusion if you should so desire. Staff are well trained and professional, friendly but with boundaries of respect, which you could sense was required both ways which keeps the more extroverted in check. The reception and portete were truly excellent. Food is good, I stuck with the buffet which was good but other restaurants are available which appeared more refined. However, the buffet offered steak and other cuts of meat cooked to preference, and very friendly and pleased to serve. Cocktails and drinks were good and guests were enjoying and savouring their drinks rather than a desire to get drunk. I note that I arrived an hour early and left an hour after checkout but was provided with a all inclusive card so could obtain refreshments which was a lovely touch. Some good runs or walks available from the hotel for sunrise and sunset. Recommended.

We stayed here with my parents for ten nights (bed & breakfast) and we have very mixed feelings about our experience. Starting with the positives, the hotel itself is beautiful and on the whole the customer service we experienced from the staff on site was very good. A special shout out here to the reception team and specifically Airam (I apologise if I've spelt that incorrectly). I can't imagine someone better suited to his role and he gives guests an incredible first impression for the hotel. I'd also like to praise the bartenders and the cocktails were very good. On the negative side of things, the food we had at breakfast was incredibly poor to the point where we couldn't get a boiled egg that was actually cooked. The coffee was also objectively terrible and inconsistently brewed. We would expect far better for a five star resort. I also got the impression that the hotel was massively understaffed in terms of waiters at both breakfast and lunch and my partner said the same about the cafe(she even went to reception to complain about this as she waited 30 minutes to be served). My final negative point is around my parents' room. They paid around €450 to upgrade to a sea view (they were in room 456) and I've attached a photo of their view. I think that is absolutely disgraceful customer service and put a negative on their stay right from their first morning

I want to love this hotel as I can see it has the potential, but sadly feel it’s been a major letdown. We booked all-inclusive plus privilege. Firstly, I actually like the hotel itself. It’s spacious, well spread out, and doesn’t feel cramped or busy. The architecture is simple and not overdone, and the hotel is clean. I loved the privilege pool—it’s heated so not freezing cold, the chairs are well laid out, it’s quiet, and plays soft background music with minimal talking or noise. It’s super chill. There is entertainment in the evenings for an hour, but it’s not a party or raucous hotel, so keep that in mind if you prefer lots of evening entertainment. I initially wanted to say the staff are lovely; however, there were some frustrations and really concerning interactions with staff, which I will explain below. The pool staff are lovely and do come around once they know you want to be checked on. The food is where I feel majorly let down. It’s equivalent to a 3-star in the buffet and a struggling 4-star in the restaurants. Some weird options for dinner, and I agree with other reviewers that the food could be lukewarm or cold at times. Hotel is a 3/4-star dressed up as a 5 star. • I’ve yet to have a good coffee. Our first breakfast resulted in the waiters and me getting frustrated with each other as I asked for a latte (in English and Spanish) and kept being brought filtered coffee and hot milk. We then had to look at the Coco menu, and the closest is a latte macchiato (cappuccino). However, I was then told this morning that it was not available and I would have to go to Coco cafe. • Twice had to wait for a member of staff at Coco and actually had to go looking for someone to get service. She seemed to be running around doing other tasks. • Felt rushed in restaurants—staff wanted starters and mains orders immediately and seemed confused if we didn’t want to order mains straight away or weren’t sure if we wanted one at all. For a relaxing hotel, this felt at odds. Unfortunately, this happened more than once, and the waiter seemed to then say things about us in Spanish to another waiter. This has put us off dealing with that waiter again, and we won’t be back to that restaurant. • They need wristbands or ways to identify the different catering levels, as we saw instances of people trying to use the preferred areas and getting cross with staff for not being allowed to eat somewhere, even though it is clear on the app. • Came back on a cloudy day to find someone doing maintenance and regrouting in our shower/bathroom with no notice or warning. Good that they are doing this, but not while the room is occupied or without notice. It was not comfortable at all. The bathroom still has dirt from this on the floor two days later. • Very long waits to get seated at a table, as only one person is seating, greeting/having conversations, and taking initial drinks. There should be two or three at every restaurant, as waiting over 15 minutes just to say an initial hello is not okay. Tables are not cleaned quickly. • Chipped plates and cups in restaurants. •cockroaches in the salad area. Overall, we chose here because of the Secrets reputation and other reviews but have been very let down. It could have potential, but at the moment it is not worth the money, and I feel like we overpaid significantly, which I am really upset about. We have struggled to find the major positives or wow factors you would expect from a 5-star of this level. We have felt very uncomfortable with some of the staff interactions. I know management will comment on this saying that they are sorry to hear it didn’t meet my expectations, but I actually consider this an extreme failing for trading on the Secrets name and reputation and not meeting those standards.

We spent a week here in October. First impressions were excellent. Welcome feeling at reception and staff that couldn't do enough to make your stay enjoyable. The room was a good size, clean and tidy and provided everything we needed. The pools are lovely, unfortunately as with many hotels there is the morning ritual for some to reserve a sunbed with their towels, then leave them for hours. The food is brilliant, we had one evening meal in the hotel which was lovely, and all our breakfasts here which have plenty of options from fresh fruits, continental options, cooked and extras like pancakes. The marina is 10-15 minute walk along the coast. The marina has plenty of options for food and a shop. There is a car hire and activities such as boat trips and the yellow submarine tour from the harbour. The marina restaurant prices are very competitive and another way to support the local economy. A great holiday and very relaxing!!

We had a lovely two days at The Secrets Lanzarote. Thé rooms were incredibly large, clean and spacious. The layout of the hotel was very typical to that of a Hyatt chain. Friendly start allllll the way through out the hotel but the concept of queuing up in a line for dinner is ridiculous. Whilst being an adults only hotel I did feel some underlying homophobia from guests which did dampen the energy for us as a couple. Otherwise we had a great stay. Thank you.

I will start with the positives. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are very warm and the pools are great. Everything is clean and the app is genuinely easy to use/navigate. Not as important, but worth noting, the TV in the room is massive. Where it all fell flat was the food. With several food options and the hotels 5-star status we were looking forward to having some decent meals. Unfortunately, most of the stuff available was ultra-processed luke-warm food. Despite having different restaurants the menus in each were not coherent and/or were the same. For example, my partner got a chicken caesar salad from the grill restaurant. It was limp lettuce leaves, loads of croutons, sliced up chicken tenders slathered in what seemed to be a supermarket sauce. This is just one example of several meals that sounded good on paper. I think it's worth noting here that when you're signing up for an all-inclusive the food isn't meant to blow your socks off. However, given how many different meals are on offer I feel that it would make more sense to offer fewer things that are better in quality. To not even make a fresh caesar dressing is wild. Also, despite having paid for the 'Unlimited-luxury' and 'Preferred Guest' (unfortunate wording there), there were some days where the food genuinely looked better at the world buffet rather than the restaurants. Reading the other reviews where people are praising the food we have found totally confusing. That being said, the British taste-bud is not the most reliable. If you are looking for a laid-back holiday to swim, tan, chill and have a full belly then this is great. If you're looking for culinary experience then you won't be getting a good one.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Paradisos Salinas! The island is absolutely beautiful, and the hotel impressed us with its excellent service and warm atmosphere. Our room (206) had a fantastic view – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and every wish was taken care of. A special thanks to Jonathan from the Reserve Bar, Veronica from the Concierge Service, emanuel from la graciosa hotelrestaurant and the entire reception and restaurant team – you were all amazing! We’ll definitely be coming back! 🌴☀️

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. Highlights: The property is immaculately maintained, with spotless rooms that are carefully serviced every day. The staff are genuinely kind and attentive, always going the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable. The buffet offers an impressive variety, complemented by several charming restaurants that make dining a pleasure. The pool area is absolutely stunning — a true paradise with a unique architectural and design touch that makes it both relaxing and inspiring. The entertainment team deserves special recognition, especially Erasmo and Alba, whose energy and warmth were unforgettable, as well as Hamza, an exceptional barman who prepared outstanding cocktails with premium brands and great variety. The overall quality of the furniture and facilities is excellent, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel remains calm, serene, and deeply relaxing. Areas for improvement: At times, the ambiance may feel a little too quiet — some soft background music around the pool would enhance the atmosphere. The pool water was unfortunately too cold during our stay, though we understand this is already being addressed. Service at the buffet and restaurants was generally good, but having a few more servers at busy times would make it smoother. Finally, while the surroundings are gorgeous, a small private beach would have been a wonderful addition. Summary: Despite these minor points, our experience was exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, finding it both restful and delightful. The island itself is breathtaking, offering countless sights and experiences to explore. Hotel was lovely and the food and drink were great. Special mention for La Graciosa - great seafood menu at lunch and set menu for dinner. Cocktails at Ginger bar were great, and they’d make you anything you wanted. Top tip- sit at the bar to order so that you get your drinks quickly, otherwise there can be quite a wait. The local area was not the best unless you love Brits Abroad, however the resort itself luckily means you never have to leave. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here making our way through the restaurants and cocktail menu in beautiful surroundings. Would recommend if you want a relaxing holiday, doing very little.

We had a lovely week at this beautiful hotel. The whole hotel, inside and out was very well maintained and spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly, kind and always helpful. We enjoyed the food, drinks, activities and the relaxed ambience. The Activities team were great, especially Barbara, Alba and Carlos. Mayur at the concierge desk was an absolute delight and helped us make the most of our week. The bar and waiting staff worked tirelessly and with good humour even at busy times.

Fantastic Stay at Paradisus Salinas Lanzarote ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at Paradisus Salinas Lanzarote. The hotel is in a perfect location with a beautiful promenade leading to local shops, restaurants, and bars — ideal for an evening stroll. A special mention to the wonderful pool bar team at The Reserve — Hamza and Carolina were always so friendly and welcoming, and Jonathan made some of the best cocktails we’ve ever had! They really made our days by the pool extra special. We also tried the Off-Road Buggy Tour, which was such a fun and memorable experience, and the wine tour organised by the hotel was absolutely worth doing — a great way to explore and taste some fantastic local wines. I highly recommend a 55-minute massage with Penelope — it was incredibly relaxing — and we were warmly welcomed by Amaia at the spa reception, who made the whole experience even better. Overall, everything from the service to the setting was exceptional. We can’t wait to return! David and Sarah

Overall an amazing hotel, staff incredible, food next level. I wanted to point out some things. This hotel is a bit snobby ( not sure why ) but I was told to turn my music off, even though it wasn’t on loud at all. People here are older folk and half dead!!! I wouldn’t recommend if you want some fun as it’s very much a total horizontal experience. We were on the 3rd floor and the noise coming from the dragging of furniture EVERY morning was beginning to annoy me!! Forget the 24 hour food available at the Ginger bar, the food was horrendous old and stale food which wasn’t nice at all. The rooms are stunning ! The reserve section wasn’t a great deal not worth the price u less you want full mini bar. Outside hotel is possibly the tackiest place iv ever been! Advice, provide decent hot/ cold food not some old nosh you got to get rid of! Bars exceptional, breakfast amazing, lunch incredible and dinner stunning. Gym team anazing, Soyria on spin was lovely ! Yoga teacher Barbara was amazing too. The transfer was a nite mare. BA charged sooo much only for us to go and look for our transfer bus ourselves. You ripped us off snd we weren’t pleased. I shouldn’t be looking for my own transfer when we paid £160! For it. I expected someone to have our names on a card waiting for us, not us looking for them!

Our stay at the Paradisus by Meliá in Lanzarote was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Mayur, our concierge, gave us such a warm welcome and went above and beyond to plan our daily activities and dinners. Anika was also wonderful and always ready to help with a smile. A big thank you to Barbara and Eresmo from the entertainment team for their energy and creativity, for always making us feel included. When we needed to extend our stay, Carlos from reception handled everything so smoothly and kindly. At The Ginger Bar, Jonay took exceptional care of us every morning — his service and warmth were outstanding. The entire team of waiters there deserves recognition for their hard work and speed; from morning to evening, they were always attentive, cheerful, and ready to help. We also enjoyed a lovely spa experience with Christina, who treated us to a massage after the aloe vera event. The glass class and art therapy session led by Barbara were also highlights — relaxing, fun, and wholesome. Every person we met contributed to a stay that felt caring, complete, and full of positive energy. Thank you to the whole Paradisus team for making our trip so special!

Wow! I’m so impressed with my experience at this hotel!! I have stayed here only three nights with my family and we had a great, calm time there. With the money you pay comes with great value , the hotel is very quiet and calm and all staff are welcoming and friendly and the variety of food all is delicious and healthy! My family and me have the best time at this hotel!

A lovely hotel ideally situated in the Rubicón port, playa Blanca. We chose this hotel due to the typical styling and landscaped garden areas. The replica church entrance area and the main circular volcano styled atrium, were really impressive particularly at night. Rooms were large and spacious, again with typical style references. All the staff were excellent, most speaking multiple languages. A particular mention to Abraham in the dining areas. If we had the choice again we would make the same decision. Looking forward to returning in the future.

Fantastic holiday , lovely welcome when we arrived with a glass of bubbly . Rooms were great the whole place was very clean. There was a great choice of foods at breakfast and evening meals. Abraham was very helpful and attentive during meal times.Would love to go back when the main pool reopens. It's in a great area for local restaurants and bars. About a 20 minute walk to the beach .

A beautiful hotel with beautiful scenery. On arrival we had a free upgrade, our room was perfect, the food available was plentiful with a varied choice, staff were very friendly. Entertainment was great, its a very peaceful place ideal for relaxing and rejuvenating.

The hotel has a nice location close to the Marina, with a lot of restaurants but it has huge cleaning issues. For the entire trip we did not felt living in a clean room, because we have found a huge cockroach and the bathroom smelled bad. We have complained about this and asked for a better cleaning but the housekeeper continued with a 3-4 min fast cleaning of the room every day. Also, we have paid an extra fee for a room with balcony and sea view, and we were disappointed to receive a room with a pool view. It is a shame and we have felt like being fooled. Another issue was with the room card, which happened not to work one day, when we could not get into our room, and we had to walk to reception 5-6 times because of this issue, which suddenly was working the next day. It is like the receptionist made fool of us.

The Hotel Livvo Volcan is a very impressive hotel, both in terms of its location and views across the Marina Rubicon, but also with its beautiful and charismatic architectural design. Our first impression was excellent. Friendly staff, on reception offered champagne and sweets. Our porter, Phillip, showed us to our room and said - welcome to your new home for the next week. First class! The room was in a fabulous spot, with a comfy twin bed, sofas, seats, dressing table and mirrors, table, unit with cupboards, fridge, wardrobes. In the bathroom - his & her sinks, shower, bath, separate WC and a bidet. The bedroom sported a 65" smart TV, with WiFi (which worked most of the time). There was a great balcony/patio area with a garden, overlooking the marina and main pool area. The quaint and quirky design of the split level resort is full of little quirky nooks and crannies which my wife and I absolutely loved. The vibe of the hotel is Zen-like. This is a hotel where the emphasis is luxury & relaxation, rather than constant hustle & bustle. Entertainment laid on for certain nights ranges from Queen tribute acts to Operatic singers. There was even a 4 piece band one night - they were very good, too! Watching Netflix after a night on the tiles is an option - probably. Basically - when the WiFi works. It had a tendency to drop. Now this didn't bother me too much during our stay, as it generally resolved itself by morning. Out and about, 5g network is generally rather good anyway - if you have mobile data. But: beware when you come to log out your apps on the TV when you finish your holiday - you need WiFi to be able to do this from the smart TV - and one of my apps was logged in with no way of logging it out before we left early the next morning. I explained this to reception whilst checking out, but sadly, there was no indication that their staff were able to resolve this, so on my return home this necessitated my checking on all devices that were logged in and dealing with the matter myself. This was sheer bad luck, but take note! During the first couple of nights, we ate out at the Marina Rubicon - there were plenty of nice restaurants! By our 4th day, we chose an upgrade for €65 per person, for 2 buffets at the Ristorante Florida and 1 A la carte meal at the Ristorante Rubicon. So, we agreed Tuesday, Wednesday at the buffet and Thursday at Ristorante Rubicon. Disappointingly, the A la carte restaurant was closed despite our reservation. No explanation given. In fact, it wasn't open on any of the advertised days. So we expressed our dissatisfaction and suggested that we should have that upgrade deducted from our final invoice. The director, Frederick, happened to be on site at this time and asked to meet with us at the buffet. Frederick apologised (though he too had no explanation for us) and that the upgrade cost would be waived. Additionally, we could have 2 further buffet nights instead - 'come, share with us' he said. So we agreed. Unfortunately, Frederick's kind gesture must have been lost on his staff at the reception, as we were still charged for the upgrade - albeit at €45 per person instead of €65. Frederick had specifically stated 'no charge' and 2 further buffets to make up for the lack of A La Carte. The 2 further buffets on Thursday and Friday were waived though. I opted not to make a fuss over it, as the director's intentions seemed genuine, but perhaps the staff misunderstood? Either way, we didn't allow the glitches to spoil what was otherwise a magical experience at an exceptional hotel. Which brings us onto the elephant in the room - the massive pool - and perhaps the most dominant feature of the hotel. About 6 months after we made the booking, my wife received a phone call from the travel agents explaining that 'one of the pools' wasn't going to be available...no indication that it was in fact the main design feature of the hotel. Nor was there any adjustment made to the price we paid. We would love to return when this fabulous 5 star hotel is firing on all cylinders.

Hotel is easy to find using google maps even at night! Reception and main entrance will blow your mind. So nicely done. Reception staff (Rebecca) was amazing and very helpful. Will explore more of the hotel tomorrow.

We had a truly enjoyable stay. The service was excellent from start to finish – from the airport transfer and check-in, to the restaurant, bar, every staff we met in the hotel and check-out. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and I was pleasantly surprised that the mattress and pillows suited me perfectly. I slept well every night, which is rare for me when staying in hotels. The poolside bar offers panoramic sea views that instantly put me in full holiday mode. We’re very happy we chose this hotel. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would happily return.

We’ve just returned from the most incredible stay at La Isla y el mar and cannot recommend it enough! The staff were amazing and so accommodating from our arrival to departure. We were surprised with a lovely bottle of cava in our room when we checked in, along with a complimentary beach bag and hat which we were told we could take home. We celebrated my partners birthday during our stay and the staff left a lovely surprise for us to return to after our day out. The hotel was stunning and immaculate from the rooms to the pool area. The food was great too! Truly the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in!

This hotel is amazing but the staff are outstanding. From the moment of arrival and the greeting at reception throughout the whole week, the staff were incredible. The rooms are spacious and fabulous. All amenities are provided. My only issue is I didnt want to leave! Most definitely will be back.

This hotel has a lovely reception area and kind and helpful staff . The hotel is a bit out of the way from the beach and other amenities. The pool was nice and sunbeds were comfortable. The rooms were spacious and clean but the bed was terrible the join between the two beds had a big dip which was pretty annoying the mattress was not comfortable either . The terrace wasn't very private very open plan and i paid for a sea view this was only noticeable when standing on the terrace but if sitting on the chair or lying on the sunbed the view was a grey brick wall with no view of anything so this was very disappointing. I have decided to edit this review because in hindsight I was a bit haste in saying I wouldn't return I have reflected and now think differently because it is a beautiful hotel with fabulous staff, the bed was an issue so maybe the mattress topper would resolve this. I can see there are higher rooms with balconies so that would tick that box. So for that reason I would return

It was a very speechless experience. After checking out, I found that I was bitten by bed bugs! First, on the first day of our stay, the hotel air conditioning was broken and it was very hot. On the second day, we coordinated the room. That night, due to the strong wind, the facade of the building outside was damaged, and there was noise for 3 hours. The hot water for showering was also always low temperature. These are already very incomprehensible to the so-called five-star hotel. The worst thing is that before checking out, the whole hotel had a power outage, which made my phone unable to charge. I called the front desk to negotiate whether I could charge it half an hour after the call and then check out. The front desk agreed, and the power was not turned on until 12.10. At 12.30, they came to knock on the door to drive us away, saying that we were out of time and had to leave immediately. Very bad

I just wanted to take a moment to say what an absolutely amazing setup and hotel they have up on the hill, I call it paradise, and that’s exactly how I’ll describe it to friends, family and anybody asking for holiday recommendations. The views, the atmosphere, the warmth… it’s all something special. As someone who is in the customer service industry myself, I was blown away by the kindness, attention to detail, and professionalism shown by every member of staff. A massive thank you to Andrea, a true lifesaver when I needed a travel charger! I’ll never forget that small gesture that made a big difference. He is definitely a credit to the team and if I remember correctly he is usually the gentleman that shows you around and helps with your luggage. A special shoutout to both restaurant managers. Sadly, I didn’t catch one of their names, but let me tell you, that man deserves his own restaurant. His energy, service, and welcome every time I walked in or out was next level. It wasn’t about money, it was about passion, pride, and doing the job properly. Steak night? I was given seconds and it was hands down the best steak I’ve ever had. There were thoughtful touches throughout, from set menus to kind gestures. Yes, the power did cut out briefly and there was a mix-up with room cleaning, but how did they handle it? By sending champagne and premium biscuits to my room after being out for the day. That’s class. To every single member of the team, Muchas Gracias! You’ve created something truly special, and I’ll 100% be returning in my lifetime. I wish the business continued success and all the very best in the future. P.S When you walk into the hotel you will smell the most amazing scent, super fresh and clean. Unfortunately they do gate-keep it but rightly so… I haven’t smelt anything like it before when walking into a building. I need it for my home back in the UK!

The architecture is nice indeed. Rooms are well decorated and very comfortable. Breakfast is beautifully prepared... but too light. The place is understaffed. Room price is abusive to my opinion. Overall, it's not a good value for money.

Words cannot describe how magical this place is, it is so much more than a hotel. This is a beautiful place that fuels your soul and makes you feel right at home at the same time. My husband (then-boyfriend) and I stumbled upon and stayed at this hidden gem 2 years ago when we visited Lanzarote for the first time. It is perfectly situated in the quiet town of Teguise that is full of charm and character. I still remember the first moment we stepped foot in this hotel, the environment instantly brought a sense of calmness and tranquility. The entire hotel from the courtyard to each little detail of the hotel room is thoughtfully designed and curated to enrich each guest's customer experience. Featuring a stellar (one of the best) restaurant on the island, led by chef Victor, who truly presents local food products in the best way. There was even one evening where we were disappointed by the dinner at another restaurant on the island, so we hurried back to Hotel Palacio Ico before the restaurant closed to have a proper meal! We are in shock that they don't have a michelin star yet! This hotel also has THE MOST INCREDIBLE breakfast spread ever! 2 years later, we invited our closest friends and family to fly from Asia and North America to host our intimate wedding at this magical place. All of our family and friends were so impressed by their experience and unanimously told us that it was their best trip ever - from the customer experience, to the ambiance, to the delicious food and wine. We could not believe it but this experience surpassed our previous experience. Our guests were also obsessed with the decor of each space, from the room to the common areas, it is a place filled with unique character! First off, the hotel owners Sonsoles and her husband, they made sure that all of our guests and us feel so welcomed and taken care of. The house keeping team were always on top of everything, making sure that the service was only performed when the guests were out of the room and completed before the guests returned to their rooms (yes, it may seem like a simple thing but the level of execution from this team was impeccable). The Sommelier Ivan is extremely knowledgeable and my husband and father had the best time bonding with him. Now that we are back in Canada, we actually are still purchasing the wines that he recommended during our stay. Although it has been 2 months since our wedding dinner, our guests are still talking about what a wonderful meal they had at our wedding, prepared by chef Victor and his team. It is rare for a restaurant to be able to consistently produce incredible meals, so we are thoroughly impressed that Chef Victor and his team are still creating the most amazing meals ever (2 years after our first meal)! And a very big thank you to Zeneida and Charly for making our stay so memorable! We are so honoured to be able to celebrate our special day here. This is the place that we always want to return to. It delivers an elevated and unforgettable experience for each and every guest without pretentiousness. The passion, warmth and thoughtfulness of the personal touch from the staff is what truly makes this place stands out.

Outstanding stay due to the beautifully historical building and tranquil location that is the village of Teguise. The hotel is an easy drive to any parts of the north of the island. The staff were always friendly and super professional in their prompt service. The daily breakfast was simply delicious and the presentation of the food was impeccable as they use the local gorgeous ceramics! My room was decorated with style, extremely clean and the bed was so comfy I felt sleeping on clouds! I highly recommend the Palacio Ico as a touch of luxury whilst visiting Lanzarote - loved it 🫶

Coming from Madrid, and being aware that the Canary Islands are not well known for their gastronomy, it was an absolute surprise and pleasure to eat at this place. Quality and elaboration of dishes was incredible, and service was that of a Michelin Star place. All of it at absolutely beautiful hotel premises I wish I had stayed at. Lanzarote is a spoiled paradise. Do not miss this oasis. (Thank you girls for the wonderful experience). PS: Do NOT go to Teguise on Sundays.

Food was quite outstanding, fresh and interesting combinations. The service looked somehow inexperienced, they poured the wine without changing the glasses from the previous one and without letting us taste the new bottle. Literally one second after we finished our food they had us finishing the bottle outside to make space for new customers, the whole dinner was very quick. These are negative notes for a pricey restaurant. With few twists this could be one of the best places in the island.

We visited the restaurant for lunch. It was a set menu and the food was very good. The price was 40 euros for 2 courses. The service is very poor unfortunately 😕 We had booked a table but were left standing at the entrance while they wandered about ignoring us. We were eventually seated but the service did not improve. For that reason I would not go back.

We stayed at this lovely hotel recently for 2 weeks and were impressed with several aspects. The hotel itself is very clean, and the pool areas are well maintained, offering a relaxing environment throughout the day. The rooms are large, comfortable, and nicely presented, which added to the overall positive experience. A particular highlight was the Panio Bar, where the cocktails were fantastic — definitely worth a visit during your stay. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for the service in the restaurants. The staff seemed more focused on preparing tables for the next service rather than attending to current guests. On multiple occasions, drinks orders were only taken after we had already finished eating, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, the food in the on-site Italian and Asian restaurants was disappointing. Dishes didn’t taste anything like what they were supposed to, and the overall quality left much to be desired. Overall, while the hotel has great potential with its beautiful facilities and amenities, there’s a real need for improvement in the restaurant service and food quality.

Overall a good stay! It definitely isn't 5 star worthy and I would say more low 4 star. Nice room with a sea view and very clean minus some other people's hair in the shower which was pretty rank and the only real annoyance was the sound of the golf cart reversing to take the rubbish to the bins all hours of the night. Food was okay, nothing special but a good selection at the snack bar. Entertainment was good. Misfits who performed were really good. Pool was nice and clean and we didnt struggle to get a sun bed. Staff, pleasant but service at peak times was slow especially in the disco bar with only one person working behind the bar. Personally wouldnt stay here again especially for the cost but I do think it is a nice hotel, just needs some tlc

Our stay at H10 Rubicón Palace was wonderful! The hotel is beautiful and everything is very well maintained, but what truly stood out was the human touch and quality of service, especially at the spa. The good list: Main hotel / piano bar is modern, clean and nice. The staff are friendly The cleaners are brilliant, don’t even know how they get in and out so quickly. You can hire bikes easily There’s walking trail at the back which goes for about 10km along the coat with a number of beaches you can swim at. You can get any drink you want, whenever & they are with branded spirits. The bad list … Have to start with the buffet food, it’s a long way short of a 5* level, ended up eating out at restaurants 4 times, the only good thing was the bread. The al a cartes (we only bothered with 2) were average. One of the nights we went at 8pm & the kids entertainment was blasting nursery rhymes about 5 meters away that sent vibrations down my spine which helped distract me from the taste of the food. The lifts don’t work & there’s lot of stairs. The sunbed wars (be up by 8am to dump towels if you want a decent spot) Now where to start with the entertainment, probably not aimed at young 30 year old but just generally terrible, if it was on in the garden you’d close the curtains. I’m not sure you can blame the hotel but the pool was freezing, like 5 mins max & you’d be frozen. The coffee at breakfast tasted like rusty water. The pillows in the bedroom like someone stuffed snooker balls in a sock. I do recommend the Italian about 5 mins up the road or Arroz Arte near Playa Blanca for food. Also the dolphin tour with TravelOnWorld was great. Overall im not sure I would come back to the hotel.

Nice stay at this hotel. Only annoying thing is service at dinner , dont like the fact you can't get your own alcohol as its table service , same as piano bar you can wait half an hour for your drink in the evening. Upstairs in the disco area is probably the fastest you will get a drink in the evening . Staff are excellent Bed was very comfy. Overall....happy with our stay

This review does not reflect the hotel's qualities, which are stunning. We visited the hotel to consider it as a potential wedding venue. However, the representative we met was rude, and it was apparent that she didn't not want to be there. Moreover, she was unwilling to compromise on any aspect of the wedding arrangements, insisting on her way or not at all. We were very disappointed. For example only getting married at the bottom of the hotel instead of in the conference . Its stunning in there. And only can have canapés in the boat when the meal is at the pool restaurant

Overall Fantastic. Room we were in was a little tired, needs some TLC. We were B & B with Star Prestige. Restaurant for breakfast was enjoyable with a wide choice of food. The holiday was made by the Pool Bar staff. Jan and Edwardo and his team were outstanding. Never experienced any like it. Warm and Friendly and could whip up a fantastic atmosphere. They were a credit to the Iberostar corporation. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Lovely atmosphere, very friendly staff, service is great, they come to your table at the pool bar whenever you have finished a drink to ask if you would like another one. Peaceful around the pool and rooms cleaned daily to a good standard. Food is great and there is lots of options I stayed in star prestige.

Brilliant hotel, have stayed twice now and recommended it others who have stayed and loved it. Star Prestige is the adult only area of the hotel and it’s such a perfect place for relaxation and you’re so well taken care of by the amazing bar staff- honestly they couldn’t do more to help you have a perfect holiday! It’s right by the beach too, and you have little restaurants, shops and bars close by, with more in the marina area too a bit further afield. The food at the hotel is very varied and good quality, and they are good at catering for gluten free/ vegan too. Rooms are spotless and super comfortable. All the staff are friendly and greet you with a smile. Would absolutely return again!

This is a great hotel in a peaceful location but in easy walking distance to PB resort. The family room we stayed in was perhaps not up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel, but it was still very comfortable, clean and spacious. The balcony was enormous! The pool areas were well maintained with sufficient loungers and parasols for everyone at most times of day (early July). We stayed on AI basis and the food was amazing. Great variety and fantastic quality ingredients. Something for everyone. I really didn't miss going out for meals at all, which is testament to the quality of the hotel restaurant offering. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. We did have a couple of issues with our bathroom, but these were dealt with straight away, and very efficiently. The bar and restaurant personnel were superb, nothing too much trouble. Many thanks to Carlos who brought a special flourish to our evening meals. This is a great hotel offering a really relaxing holiday experience. I would heartily recommend it and can't wait to go back.

Simply the best of the best. Magnificent location, stunning room overlooking the sea, first class food and best of all the most fantastic staff you will ever encounter. Special mention to the crew that run the Star Prestige pool bar. They are nothing short of superb. We are regular customers and every time we come it is like coming home.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel. One of the absolute highlights was the incredibly friendly and attentive staff at the Star Prestige bar they truly made our stay special. The quality of the food and drinks throughout the hotel was excellent, and the overall layout of the hotel is well thought out. The Star Prestige area is a real plus. It offers a more relaxed and exclusive atmosphere, which we really appreciated. The live music shows in the evening were also a great touch and added a lot to the experience. The only downside was that the bathroom in the room didn’t have doors, which can be a bit inconvenient if you value privacy. However, this was just a small issue in an otherwise great stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back.

Had a great holiday, the bar staff in Star prestige and in the main area are great, always with a smile and very welcoming, they can’t do enough for you and go above and beyond for guests. The restaurant and reception staff are exactly the same always with a smile. There is plenty of choice for breakfast, I love their porridge and poached eggs which I had most mornings. I just did B&B this time and had a lovely Junior Suite on the ground level, lovely easy access to the SP pool area and the cleaner always kept the room clean. The entertainment team are fabulous and work very hard and put on great shows in the evening, even through a power cut they carried on. The pool in Star Prestige re the temperature is up and down one day it’s like getting into a bath the next it’s freezing cold and you can tell the heating isn’t working as the white spots on the pool floor is where the heat comes out. Was annoyed to see guest who weren’t Star Prestige being able to use the Star Prestige pool area and take up sunbeds that are meant to be for Star Prestige guests. This happened on 5 occasions on my last 2 days. As there is nothing stopping guest who aren’t star Prestige to walk in, as you can easily walk through the corridors or the gate, plus there really isn’t any large signs anywhere that signify “Star Prestige Area Guests Only”. Maybe they should do what other 5 star hotels do in the area and have 2 different sorts of towels for each side, this way the Lifeguard can easily tell if they are Star Prestige or not. The lifeguard would have to keep walking around the sunbathing but I know they do this in the other 5 star hotels that have 2 separate areas. The AI bands have also changed in the main area from red to blue which is nearly the same blue at AI in Star Prestige, so you really can’t tell the difference unless you look closely. I will be back again as I do love the hotel, it’s just a few miner issues, which I’ve never had before but it’s the Bar Staff, restaurant Staff, Entertainment Staff that make your holiday as you see them all the time and they work dam hard to make your holiday enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at the resort, largely thanks to the wonderfully friendly staff and some great amenities. The quality of the service was top-notch. ​The absolute highlight of our room was the bed – it was incredibly comfortable and a welcome retreat after a long day of exploring. The food service for the all-inclusive breakfast and dinner was also a high point, with a great variety of options available. ​However, there are a few things future guests might want to consider: ​Hot Tub Rooms: We booked a room with a private hot tub but found it wasn't quite for us. At 6'2" (188cm), I could barely fit, and it was not large enough for my partner and me to use together comfortably. ​Ground Floor Privacy: Our ground floor room had two privacy screens on the patio, but a noticeable gap between them left the space feeling a bit exposed to the main path. ​Dining: While the food quality was excellent, the menu catered heavily to a British palate. We would have loved to see more authentic Spanish dishes offered. Also, be aware that the buffet is first-come, first-served, so we'd recommend arriving early. A small note: drinks are included with breakfast, but are an extra charge at dinner. ​Despite these minor points, we had a great experience. We would happily book again, though we would likely choose a standard room and perhaps explore local restaurants for dinner. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Overall another wonderful stay. Staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. Especially considering this time it was clear they where short staffed. Sadly this time it seems the sunbed warriors where in residence, so finding spare sunbeds in the afternoon following excursions was tricky. Balcony with whirlpool was lovely with sea view, but I found the smoke from both neighbours, as its windy, stunk out our room forcing us to close Balcony door while the smoked. I don't normally take part in poolside activities, Antonia was fantastic, and I took part if we where poolside t the time. Aqua aerobic, aqua boxing, pool volleyball, mojo sauce making demonstration, and much more. One or two glitches with room, shower did not have pressure first night on late arrival, informed reception first thing in the morning, plumber was straight out before we evwn went to breakfast and fixed it. Day three, change of linen, noticed hole in pillow case+ bath towel and hand towel. Informed reception (not complaining) as know its not their usual standard, next day everything in room was extra perfect for rest of stay. Buffet dinner for me lacked diversity and had become a bit repetitive, so slightly disappointed, but still plenty to choose from. Would definitely book again, but do need to explore other countries. We now look where there are other Barcelo hotels, and book there.

Incredible hotel. Been several times and always find it amazing. Very helpful staff and the rooms are large and clean. Had one with a hotub in the room which was fantastic Restaurant offers a wide range of food every evening and was always something different to choose from the buffet. Excellent service from those running it. Easy to get too from airport and good location if going out for a few drinks without having to walk far

Lovely hotel, great food and drink. Fantastic staff. Had no issue getting a sun lounger. Aircon in room was very poor despite me reporting it. Had several nights off waking up too hot. Just outside room, the smell was unbearable for the first couple of days until drains were cleared. Take the room issues away and it was a perfect stay.

There were a few negatives to our stay, the location of the hotel is VERY windy, although the pool area is largely shielded from the wind. The pool is lovely but they need a better system for allocating the sun beds, the time old tradition of getting your towel down early is in full force here. The staff were for the most part very helpful and polite, with a few notable exceptions who, when faced with something they don't understand, simply shrugged their shoulders and walked off. The entertainment needs bringing in to the 21st century as well. The spa was very good too, although book your treatments before you go as it gets full up quite quickly. Having said that, the positives far out weigh the negatives. The food is the star of the show (we were all inclusive). There is a huge variety and lots of it, I don't think I had the same meal twice. Likewise the drinks choices, big brands and large measures all round, inducing cocktails. The rooms were lovely, modern and very clean. We had a wonderful (but very windy) view of the sea with a perfect sun rise every morning. Although it's a fairly big place, it gives the feel of being much smaller and quaint. We never bothered with the beach, preferring the pool but the beach is an easy walk if you want that. There's water sports too, especially wind sailing which is very popular here. There's plenty of local shops and bars close by and the Sunday market, a short cab ride away to Teguise, is very worth the trip. We enjoyed our stay very much, I'd give it a solid 8/10.

This hotel and it's staff are amazing. Upon arrival the jacuzzi was in the bedroom and not on the balcony as we'd booked. Not a problem, the next day we were moved into a room with the jacuzzi on the balcony. Our room was spacious and clean with the most comfortable, huge bed. The pool area has plenty of sun loungers around a large pool, no creative photography here! The staff are friendly and helpful. Alba at reception was very helpful, always answering our questions with a smile. The food is exceptional. I'd defy even the pickiest of eaters not to find something great to eat. We're looking forward to a return visit. 🏖

We booked this literally 3 weeks before coming. The hotel is in a great location, and only 20 minutes transfer from airport. Check in was quick and staff on reception very polite and professional. Our room was a Junior Suite with a partial view of sea, very spacious, clean with a very comfortable king size bed. We had two minor problems during the week, firstly the a/c was noisy and for some unknown reason the television mysteriously came on at 0130 hrs. Both problems were sorted out within 10 minutes of me ringing reception. There are two main bars, one for the more relaxed atmosphere and the other for sports and general entertainment. Finally the main restaurant. The food and choice were exceptional as were the staff. Overall. I would put this hotel as amongst the best holiday hotels I have been to. The management and all staff are a credit to the Barcelo Group

Me and my family recently spent 10 nights at this hotel and overall had a good experience with a few highlights worth noting. The location was fantastic—just a two-minute walk to the charming Flamingo Beach, which made our mornings and evenings truly delightful. The entertainment, especially Charlie are really impressive; they genuinely tried to include everyone and even offered a fantastic pool mat experience that was a hit with both my kids, me and my husband. The presence of two heated pools was a definite bonus, making for perfect relaxation spots throughout our stay. In terms of dining, the food quality varied: on some days it was delicious, while at other times the meals seemed undercooked. This inconsistency was the only drawback from a culinary perspective. One area that could use improvement was the bungalow in which we stayed. It felt a bit below the expected standard for a three-star accommodation, even though I understand that renovations are underway in some of the bungalows. With some upgrades, this could be much more in line with the rest of the hotel’s quality. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its superb location, engaging entertainment, and excellent pool facilities. A few tweaks in the food and bungalow accommodations could make it an even better experience.

We stayed recently with our 3 year old and had a great time. The water park entry was fab as broke up days around the pool. We’re pescatarian and always found something to eat (there aren’t any specific veggie alternatives and food isn’t labelled - which would be my only criticism but staff answer questions you have about it). Good to have choice of restaurant/pool bar/water park for lunch. Always fresh salad available. Desserts abit lacking. The sangria/wine/beer was drinkable & the paid for cocktails lovely! The rooms are dated & walls are thin.. but realistically how much time do you spend in the room. Little soft play in the kids club our daughter liked & she loved the mini disco in the evenings. Entertainment wasn’t all that, but didn’t bother us in the slightest. Good location, close to flamingo beach but not a lot around if you like a lively area on your doorstep. Would come again 😊

What an amazing experience. The staff are helpful, friendly and very accommodating. The room was lovely and suited all our needs to what we needed. But we only needed it to sleep in. There is plenty to do in the day and at night, everyone is included and all activities are fun and there is a wide variety of sports. The shows at night are exceptional and enjoyable for both children and adults. We will Be coming back again next year and bringing more of the family. Big thank you to Charlie, Simone and Kate for making the holiday that bit extra special. The fire show was amazing and we never would have expected something like that for a night time entertainment. Truly out done yourselves and hopefully we can see it again next year. Thank you for amazing holiday ❤️☀️

We had a fantastic week. The hotel is great value for money and perfect for families. The unlimited use of the water park is a great bonus. All off the staff are superb, the reception staff, the maids and the animation team. The food superseded expectations for a 3* hotel the food was outstanding. Our only compliant is the dinner timings. Dinner starts at 1830 and for us with a 10 month old was way too late.

We had an amazing 10 night stay at the hotel. The facilities were perfect for me and my family ( 2 children ages 5 & 2 ) the animation team are amazing! Special mention to Simo and Kate, they were absolutely amazing always including everyone and making sure everyone was always having fun! Loved our stay.

Nice location, small beach shops/restaurants in walking distance. The swimming pools are great, the water park was disappointing. There is barely any wifi signal anywhere, but luckily they have an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING entertainment team to keep both kids and grownups busy. Lots of activities throughout the day and lovely evening shows to watch. Sabi, Kate, Simone and Brian are all fantastic! The food wasn’t exactly to my liking but I always found something I enjoyed. The room we stayed in was close to the main road so lots of noise from traffic and by-passers, also we could hear everything from next door, which wasn’t really pleasant early in the morning. Overall it was a lovely stay, and we would visit again.

Had a really nice week at the hotel! The place was clean, the staff friendly, and there was always something going on. A big thank you to Brayan and Julio, Simone, Kate from the animation team, they brought so much good energy and made the days really fun for us. We felt very welcome and relaxed. Hope to come back someday!

Room had ants even though we had no food can’t imagine how bad if would have been if we did. Very poor speaking staff at reception major communication barrier. Room was not cleaned one of the days as it was due to be done. Pool lacks chlorine questionable how clean it is. Food is nice at the bar. Location is great. Safe in room didn’t work. 🐜🐜🐜

Arrived back home from staying at these apartments as a family of 4. When we first arrived there was a calima, it was dull weather then rained, I felt defeated but the next day the weather brightened up, we had a day around the pool, we have throughly enjoyed our stay, the location is a few minutes walk from the strip where you will find hundreds of bars and restaurants. We had a room in the older side of the building, in all honesty even though it was dated, it was very clean and the beds was comfortable. The staff are lovely and friendly, the pool area is very clean and had enough beds for everyone. We didn’t eat at the bar but found the drinks prices a little bit more pricey than bars on the strip so we would go to the spa shop 2 mins walk away and stock up on drinks and food whilst we waited for happy hour 5-6 every day. Overall a great stay and already looking at booking again for next year

Lovely place and very happy with the location. The room I am staying in is a bit dated but spotless and tidy and the pools are also very clean. Only ate twice in the restaurant so far but it was decent and reasonable enough. Heard a few Brits complaining that it was expensive but they always complain. The only gripe I have was some neighbours complaining that I was playing music and talksport too loud (which I wasn’t). I refuse to be told to live like a monk on my holiday which I worked very hard to pay for. Thankfully they moved room and my new neighbours were very nice and friendly. Just cross old biddys with nothing more to do than complain all the time. The location is excellent and so close to the main strip of puerto del carmen. The only negative is that in my 10 days here I only got 3 changes of towels. I would have appreciated it being a little more regular but I won’t let that dampen what was a fantastic and very relaxing stay in this fantastic complex. I will definitely be returning hopefully next year and look forward to seeing the upgrades that are being rolled out.

Nice friendly hotel , close to all bars and restaurants. Stayed in one of the older rooms, but they are fine. Kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, induction hob. Free AC. Wifi good. Only issue really was the beds are a bit firm.

I reserved breakfast at Hotel Emblemático Casa de las Naranjas, but the experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, no one greeted me, and I was directed to a dirty table instead of the clean, prepared ones offered to others. When I asked about missing items on my table, the waiter rudely said, “This is for guests,” despite me being a paying customer. The lack of professionalism and courtesy left a poor impression. I expected better treatment and hope the management improves their service. Wanted to book a room, but will not come back to this horrible place.

Our only regret was not staying longer. The place is so truly authentic that you feel you have been here before. The property carries its history effortlessly, and the village it’s set in is just as genuine. The hospitality, too, is heartfelt and sincere.

A really beautiful hotel, with warm and friendly service. Situated perfectly just a few minutes walk from the town centre and also the Manrique museum. A peaceful and relaxing place to stay for a few days, away from more touristy areas.

Had a wonderful stay with my partner in one of the beautifully restored rooms. The bed was incredibly comfortable and there was an incredible freestanding bathtub. All rooms have air con. The hotel is a real labour of love by Jose Antonio, the owner, who restored the old house into a hotel a few years ago. When we arrived he welcomed us and talked enthusiastically about the places we could visit around Haria, including walking routes (we didn't have a car) and personal recommendations. Breakfast was excellent - I liked the bacon and cheese sandwich so much I ordered it every day, and they provided gluten free versions of everything for my wife. We spent a lot of time on the hotel's sunny terrace, with views of the surrounding mountains. It's a small independent hotel and not a resort so don't expect to spend your visit lounging around a pool being waited on hand and foot (they don't have a pool yet, but it's under construction).

Beautiful historic building that has been transformed in a hotel but kept the essence of the house and the charme. Very friendly staff, we got a lot of information about the history when we checked in by the extremely friendly lady that checked us in. Great breakfast that is served in the beautiful living room with a lot of details like the strawberries from the own garden and the fresh Orange juice from their own Oranges. Breakfast staff was great as well and made us have the best start into the day.

What a disappointment. After all the rave reviews we were expecting somewhere really special. The hotel is an old house that has been converted to a so called “luxury boutique hotel” with 4 stars. Somewhere along the way they must have run out of money to invest. The beds are very comfortable and the shower is excellent. However in our room (4) there was no storage space, so we had to keep most of our clothes in cases on the floor. Most of the furniture is old and what is termed “distressed”. We only had one chair and table in our room, so if we wanted to relax, we had to lie on the bed.There is no garden to sit outside, just a very small internal patio with uncomfortable chairs. The roof terrace has just two very old tables and chairs available. It seems to be designed to discourage anyone from going there, which is a pity as it would be a great place to relax with decent furniture. The car park is an absolute disgrace, surrounded by derelict buildings. On the other hand breakfast (25 euros each) was excellent. Fresh fruit, yogurt and a wide range of freshly cooked dishes were available. We did not eat in the restaurant as it was closed for the first two days we stayed. The staff were all extremely friendly.

My partner and I have stayed at this hotel every year since 2017 and love it. We stay B&B in a club room. The rooms a lovely and clean and the breakfast has plenty on offer and food quality excellent. We go to the beach each day so its location is fantastic as its a 5 minute walk. Also a short walk to either the town or the marina in the evening when going out for our meals. At the end of the days, we drop i to the hotel pools for a swim and a drink and always find the staff friendly and helpful. Back again this September and really looking forward to it.

We stayed for 5 nights for my birthday trip in the dreams hotel and it had everything we needed it was perfect for us. From champagne/water on arrival to help with our bags to the room, We was very impressed already, we wish we booked a longer trip by the end holiday. The hotel is very nice, big and clean - lots to explore. The preferred club option was great and I would recommend to book a preferred club room that entitles you to a few extras on the holiday (separate optional pools, different breakfast area option, snack suites, mini bar in room restocked daily) The room was clean and spacious with our bed made daily and fresh towels&flannels. Great size balcony. The air con worked fine no problems, the bed was very comfy and the gown and slippers was good for the spa. We had a hour free for the spa and I had booked myself birthday massage which I must say was AMAZING and very relaxing. When we got back to the room I had a little birthday chocolate treat which was also a lovely touch thank you! We ate breakfast in the preferred club every morning and it was great with so much option. The QR code app that you scan upon check in is also great with everything you need to know about the hotel from spa reservations to dinner reservations/opening times, pool opening times, maps, entertainment times. Wonderful stay and the best coffee! I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The staff were super friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The place felt cozy and welcoming from the moment I arrived. A special shout-out to Aleх for making the most delicious and perfectly presented coffee — absolutely amazing! Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and a warm atmosphere!

We've been coming to the same hotel for years, and this is the third Halloween we've had the pleasure of meet the animator Saray. She's always kind and has a smile for our children. We don't know what it is, but her way of connecting with kids is truly special. We hope to see her again on our next visit. This year we also met Pablo and Valentina, who were very kind to us. Thanks to the rest of the entertainment team Tim, Laszlo and Nora for their kindness and willingness to make our vacation unforgettable. Once again, we want to express our gratitude to the hotel and all the staff. We will definitely be back.

Cleanest hotel ever. Staff are outstanding! (in every department) Food is plentiful and delicious. (plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Would recommend going as a preferred member! Perfect location. All my requests prior to arriving, were catered for. Questions, requests or issues are dealt with immediately. No bed wars here... Plenty around!

We had a brilliant time, the rooms, pools and Buffett (and bars) were brilliant. Weather was so good! A particular thank you to Pablo, Valentina, Tim and Saray for looking after our children in the kids club, they had such a brilliant time and the kids wanted to go more than we wanted them to go! Hotel is amazing. First time in my life I did my own aromatic candle on workshop that hotel offer, Lorena and Magda showed us everything step by step. Very top 🔝 We spent very nice few days in Dreams Lanzarote. Food, service, cleanliness, hotel location excellent. Thank you everybody for doing our stay special. Fantastic 3 star hotel. Rooms lovely, large and modern. 2 lovely pool areas. Breakfast is fantastic. Good free WiFi. Always sunbeds available. Only missed 5 star as no air con.

We absolutely loved our stay at Galeon Playa. The location is fantastic - everything in Costa Teguise is right on the doorstep, and the two beaches on either side of the hotel are beautiful. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we were lucky that it opened out onto one of the swimming pools which was perfect for us with young kids. The decor in the room was quite basic but that suited us fine. The pools were great - one more heated and with a good shallow section for kids, another cooler (and therefore quieter) and ideal for lengths. Plus two small kids pools, one with a slide. I was impressed that there were lifeguards on duty by the sides of the pools during the day which was reassuring with the kids. The kids club was great (most days 10-12 while we were there). We weren't planning to use it but our children wanted to go and really enjoyed it. The entertainment staff who run the kids clubs and all of the other entertainment at the hotel are just brilliant - we were so impressed with their energy and attention to the kids. We didn't try the buffet restaurant for breakfast/ evening meals, but the pool snack bar was great, and the night time bar was good fun and good value. Everything around the hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff here really make the place - everyone we came across was really helpful and friendly, and clearly put a lot of care and attention into making this a great hotel. I feel really lucky to have found this gem of a hotel and hope we will be back 😊

Friendly staff. Large rooms which I liked. Recycling bins around the site which was nice to see. Especially appreciated how the cleaners, without fail, would clean the rooms every 2 days (and change bed sheets every 4 days. Never had to worry about dirty towels or running out of toilet roll as the staff were very efficient. If I had to be picky, only downside was the drains sometimes smelt a bit like a cesspit, but it didn’t the whole day.

The only thing that upset us was when we couldn't pay for wine with any card at the hotel buffet. We are used to paying for everything with a card, but fortunately we had some cash. It's strange that we tried cards from 3 countries and none of them worked. Although the terminal worked the next day. Otherwise, the hotel is good. Convenient location. The Atlantic Ocean is on three sides. Restaurants, supermarkets, car rental are within walking distance. Cleaning is good, every 2 days. We had half board and we didn't regret it. The food at the buffet is wonderful. Everything is delicious. A variety of different cuisines of the world: Mexican, Italian, Asian... In addition, the room has a kitchen with a stove, where we fried octopus. There is also a kettle in the room, for which we are especially grateful. Since we don't like instant coffee, and the buffet only has that. And finally, if I ever find myself in Lanzarote again, I will choose this hotel.

My first time and totally loved it so clean, food was lovely, cleaners did an amazing job, tania and reception team were great, room was lovely, beds comfy, I tried all 3 of them,, 😂 can't wait to go back.

Couldn’t really fault the hotel. It offers superb value for money. If you’re expecting 5-star, then pay five times as much, but this is a clean, friendly, well-equipped hotel. I have read some bad reviews, especially about ‘poor’ rooms, but that’s very unfair. I was very impressed by the hotel, considering it came up as the cheapest on my Jet2 search which I did about 9 months before travelling. Also it is in a great location, a five minute walk from the main area of bars and restaurants (and therefore quieter).

Visited here in June,on arrival reception staff were lovely.We stayed in a superior room which was not great.The toilet was coming away from wall,in need of an update & good clean.White towels would have been nice,opposed to shabby dark blue & orange ones.In insight we should have requested room change,but hotel was full & prob wouldn't have got one anyway.The corridors leading up to our apartment were filthy,paint all coming off the wall & had not been swept in days.The pool area not the best,lots of broken dirty sun loungers.Somedays the maintenance man was life guard,not great.There was an incident when the pool got taped off,no idea why.We came back later that day & there were 2 loungers,2tables & a bottle floating in there.The entertainment staff worked very hard & were very pleasant.Location of hotel was good 5 minute walk to beaches & near bars. Unfortunately

Absolutely stunning hotel,bit of a walk to the square of costa teguise but you have everything you may need on the resort anyway. The rooms are cleaned everyday and to a great standard. The pools are perfect temperature,as you have one side heated up and the other colder. More than enough sunbeds,but i do recommend coming down ready for 9 o'clock as there is a bit of a queue to get the best ones. A great range of food for kids aswell,and a good range for adults,have the main foods like pizzas chips and pasta everyday and swap around the other food,as we've had steaks,chicken,lovely paellas. The staff are lovely and helpful and say Buenos dias every morning with a bright smile,entertainment at night is excellent for both kids and adults. Overall highly reccomend you stay here,you won't regret it...

What a great place! Great gym, huge class timetable, love the olympic pool and can hire bikes. That being said, lots of loungers for chill time too. All the staff are working incredibly hard here, kitchen, cleaners, reception, gym staff and activities - shout out to Guille, we did 3 of his classes and enjoyed them all. Also Luca by the pool. Beds comfortable, rooms clean and cleaned a lot. Great food options for all meals, loved the salad bar and also that there was always variety. The paelles were my fave. Honestly can't recommend enough, thank you.

We have just come back from a lovely holiday at the Barcelo Active. The room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable, the only issue was it smelt a bit musty. The food was great and there was always something you could find to eat. We appreciated just how hard the catering staff work and the challenges faced in trying to please all cultures and palates. The entertainment team were amazing all very friendly and accommodating, especially Tim he was brilliant, so likeable and talented. The only issues we found where the musty smell in the room and also the subbed, very uncomfortable, they could do with upgrading. On the whole we would 💯 percent recommend this hotel and will hopefully return with my family in the future. A big Thank you to all the staff for a lovely holiday.

This was my fourth stay at the hotel, and once again, I had a fantastic time. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which is one of the reasons I keep returning. The food is consistently good with plenty of choice, so there’s always something enjoyable to eat. A special mention to Tim and Luca from the entertainment team – they are brilliant! There’s always something going on throughout the day and evening, which really makes the atmosphere lively and fun. That being said, there are a couple of minor negatives that could improve the overall experience: • The paper cups for cocktails around the pool aren’t very practical. They fall apart quickly and leave your hands sticky – sturdier cups would make a big difference. • The tables around the Breeze pool are often sticky. I actually brought my own wipes to clean them, which shouldn’t really be necessary. • The queues for pool beds at 9 a.m. are a bit chaotic. I’m not sure how easy this is to resolve, but perhaps allowing staff to remove towels from beds left vacant for too long would help. • I noticed a few dead cockroaches around the pool area. On previous visits, staff seemed to be sweeping and tidying the pool areas more frequently during the day, which kept things looking fresher. Overall, though, this is still a hotel I’d recommend and happily return to. The food, entertainment, and comfortable rooms really make it a great place to stay, and with a few small improvements, it could be even better.

Large resort on the outskirts of Costa Teguise. The rooms are a good size with everything you could need. If you need an accessible room you can arrange one when booking your holiday. The Service is excellent in every part of the Resort from Reception, Housekeeping, Entertainment and Dining the staff are friendly and approachable and will help were they can. There are ample activities during the day & evening entertainment every night. The Resort is the furthest one from the center of Costa Teguise, getting into the town is easy by bus, the 03 runs every 20mins from outside the resort and cost €1.40 and most bus are accessible ♿ The 03 also goes to Arrecife €1.40 and Puerto del Carmen €2.80 (45mins). Both are worth a visit.

We enjoyed a week at this hotel resort on half board - the food was good ( there is a choice of 2 buffet style restaurants but serving the same food) and the staff were friendly, welcoming and responsive. We had a small issue with our room on check in but it was dealt with swiftly and resolved. We made use of the pools/sunbeds and also enjoyed a massage in the wellness centre which was very good. The rooms and resort were clean and grounds well maintained with plenty of options for activities. The location itself is within reasonable walking distance of the Costa Teguise centre and well located to drive around the rest of the Island - added bonus of being a super quick 12 minute transfer from the airport. Be prepared to walk a lot from one side of the hotel to the other - we preferred the Olivina restaurant and main reception side for evening drinks.

Ok so the barcelo lanzarote active hotel. Where do i start. Ok so myself my mrs and our autistic son were not actually booked into this hotel. We were booked into another in playa blanca. But on arrival at the other hotel it was absolutely awful .and itvwas so bad . Our son was inconsolable . So bad that in fact within 2 hours of arrival we had booked into the barcelo hotel.. and literally just walked out of the other hotel. On arrival to the barcelo we went into reception and wow. It was absolutely beautiful. . The place was fresh and smelt pleasant and clean.. and clean it most certainly was. . The staff were very friendly . Offering us welcome drinks as we checked in. . Recieved our wristbands and we're shown to our room. . A junior suite. It was beautiful . Clean fresh. Massive tvs in both rooms. . Lovely bathroom. Excellent balcony and views. . Everything was just nice . The bed was massive and so comfortable. Our son was overwhelmed by how nice it was. But in a good way. He was very happy. The restaurants had lots of food choices and all presented very well.and very tasty . Dining rooms were spotless. Constantly cleaned and the staff were fabulous. . The pool bars had lost of food choices for a pool bar. All presented in a glass cabinet to keep any flies etc out. And foods were all portioned up in containers. . Fantastic. The drinks were very good . Many different choices of alcoholic and no alcoholic drinks. Served with a smile and you could tell the staff were proud of their workplace.. the pool areas were very clean and tidy. And no issues finding a sunbed. . The whole place was fantastic . I cannot praise the barcelo or its staff enough. We are not wealthy people . And that for us was a real treat. Whether you are just a regular person or a wealthy person the service was second to none. . We would recommend this place to anyone who wants a bit of luxury and class at a modest price. . . You can tell its an older hotel . Built in the 90s or even late 80s. Bugbits had a fantastic refurb and is constantly having bits done. . The barcelo group must be so proud of their resorts as it shows in the staff and the actual resort. . Thankyou barcelo. Hopefully one day we will be able to come back. . You made our autistic son very happy.. oh . And he loved the chicken nuggets ha ha

The only reason I have marked the hotel down on rooms is that decor is dated and a bit worn out in places. Once they have a refurbishment this place with be on the top of our list to visit. Location is a bit far out which for us was a bit hit and miss due to having small children.if however you enjoy a walk and being away from the centre of a busy resort then it's great. The hotel has everything you need. But overall needs a refurbishment to really hold its own.

We booked a 5 day stay here for the three of us, 2 adults and 1 baby, all inclusive. Overall we had a pretty terrible time. Firstly, the food is dreadful. For such a big hotel, the options are very small and all very bad. Most of it is stale and has been sitting out for a while. All pretty tasteless. Can't say there was any day we enjoyed the food, we ended up eating out for the majority of meals. They also charge you for "extras" that are pretty standard most places. If you want the safe in the room you have to pay 4 euros a day. You get given pool towels on your arrival but if you want to exchange them for fresh towels, you have to pay. You don't get a kettle with your room and have to pay for that. Even with all inclusive you have to pay extra if you want certain drinks like bottled beer or soft drinks, they have a standard beer on tap. The room itself is very dated, lots of the paintwork is coming off and clearly hasn't been updated in years. We had a nail sticking out of the floor in the bathroom to stop the door from hitting the shower. Pretty dangerous if you don't see it. The Aircon is pretty terrible, you can't really control the temperature and it doesn't feel cool in the day. We had a mini fridge in the room and this wasn't working properly, would take 24 hours to get a drink cold. Reported this to the reception three times but they said mini bars arent meant to keep things cold. No idea what they are meant to do then. They didn't seem to care. The main areas in the hotel don't have Aircon at all. The pool is a good size but lots of tiles are broken and exposed. There is also zero shade around the pool. They have these tiny umbrellas that you can't move and provide shade enough for one person at random positions throughout the day, which made it impossible for us to sit there with our baby. Staff were fine on the whole. Location is okay, short walk from the beach and the little town area. I wouldn't recommend coming here at all and definitely don't go all inclusive if you do as you'll end up eating out anyway.

The hotel feels very dated. The rooms were dirty, and the carpet was covered in stains. We even found a cockroach on the floor. The place definitely needs urgent renovation. The food was acceptable, but almost every dish was too greasy and heavy. On the positive side, the staff were very kind and lovely. Unfortunately, I would neither return nor recommend this hotel.

I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. My first few hours stay was nothing short of appalling. The room is in an unacceptable state upon arrival. The bathroom was dirty and unhygienic, with someone else’s hair scattered all over the floor. The air conditioning is completely useless, blowing out only hot air, making the room extremely uncomfortable. As if that wasn’t enough, the carpets were filthy, stained, and full of wear and tear. I’ve attached photos showing the disgusting state of the flooring – including visible stains and holes. It’s shocking that management thinks this is acceptable for paying guests. This hotel clearly has no standards when it comes to cleanliness or maintenance. For the prices they charge, you expect at least the basics: a clean room, working air conditioning, and facilities that aren’t falling apart. Sadly, none of that was delivered here. I will never stay here again, and I would not recommend this property to anyone. Until serious renovations and proper housekeeping standards are enforced, avoid this place at all costs. This is supposedly a 4 star hotel, I am yet to find a reason it even has 1.

The whole place is very good but a little dated, not enough to put me off coming again. There's plenty of cloud when it comes to food and the all inclusive package is great. Pools are clean and the facilities are well cared for. Costa Teguise is one of the nicer areas and there's plenty within walking distance. Big car park if you have a rental car, which for the cost of them I'd recommend, but there's also a plus car booth in the lobby if you want to rent one while here.

Positives - - Reception staff very helpful. - Easy to get a taxi into town. - Good choice of drinks. Negatives - - No air con in the communal areas, restaurant or entertainment areas, meaning in the height of summer, it is very warm and sometimes unbearable in these areas. - Poor cleanliness around the pool areas. We saw a pile of plates left by guests on a wall for over a week, pool side tables not cleaned, straws/paper cups/tissues/cigarette ends left on the floor for days, with the pool side floors just getting hosed down occasionally. In general, very dirty! - Lots of dangerous/broken tiles and broken pool drainage around the pool areas. - No children’s entertainment - Food often lukewarm - Seating and tables limited for the evening entertainment.

Arrived late and was greeted with a fresh, late arrivals buffet. Great pool. Helpful, friendly staff. Situated a little further out of Costa Teguise but run a free bus to the centre. Needs a lick of paint here and there. Overall a great stay.

The staff are really nice. The food seemed to be repetitive and tasteless. For kids the food was perfect great selection again just tasteless. Our room was upgraded which was great however we had an ant infestation so couldn't leave food out. We did ask someone to come and have a look but no one would come. The location is great easy to get to places, however none of or excursions would pick up from the resort so we had to walk to near by resorts. The resort did offer a free shuttle service to the closest beach which is a good bonus. The resort entertainment could have been better, it was aimed at kids aged 2-4.

We had a fantastic long stay here. We were concerned about negative reviews about the food, but its been hands down the best selection and best cooked all inclusive we've had the pleasure to enjoy to date. Pools, gardens and all areas were well kept and maintained. The staff were all very friendly, especially at the buffet. Our kids had a great time in the pools, spent loads of time going down the slides and at the pool activities. We only could manage one evening of the entertainment, which was the acrobat trio which was a great show, mix of comedy and awesome feats of strength and balance!

Great base for a self catering trip! We booked this hotel for a last minute spring getaway so we paid more than the standard rate (£600 for the week) for a premium apartment. With only a few days left of our stay, I’d definitely say it was worth it! We requested to be placed in the adults only area, and we were given an apartment with the adults only pool right on our doorstep! Cooking facilities are very basic, but we made do. There are 2 hob rings, crockery & cutlery, a microwave and a fridge (no freezer but if you turn the dial on the fridge to 7 most of the stuff freezes!!) toaster, kettle and coffee machine too. The supermarket on site sells practically everything you need, and there is an Aldi a 3 minute walk away from the back gate. Creep van, snack bar and sports bar all reasonably priced! Town & beach a 10-15 minute walk away, and a free shuttle bus twice a day if you don’t fancy walking. The only downside is the apartment was definitely in need of a deep clean. I understand housekeeping have limited time to turn rooms around. But there were visible splatters of dirt & dust on all of the door frames, chairs, skirting boards etc. this didn’t bother us too much as we always have a whip round with disinfectant upon arriving on holiday anyway! Overall a very comfortable & value for money stay. Would definitely return!

Stayed here 10 nights all inclusive break with my family over half term. Hotel is big, loads of sunbeds so none of this waking up at the crack of dawn nonsense. Rooms are clean and good a good standard. Food was excellent, varied and the pool bar is so good we only went to lunch buffet once and spent the rest of the time eating from the pool bar. The main pool is not heated but it’s fine in May/June. The slides are a nice touch and a lot of fun. My kids loved the splash park as well which has two sections one aimed at toddlers/younger children and another suitable for older kids. Entertainment was okay, in the evenings it was the usual blend of singers, magicians etc. the Animations team did a good job of putting things on during the day. Staff mainly friendly and helpful, a couple of them were a bit grumpy but hey ho. The location is not great, it’s a 10-15 min walk to Dorada beach and there’s nothing nearby really. Overall though we had a lovely time.

Massive complex with very adequate amenities on site. Rooms although spacious are a little tired but are cleaned every day. The grounds are kept very clean and tidy. Came self catering which was a good send as I tried the All Inclusive breakfast and it was absolutely shocking. Probably one of the worst I've eaten in my years of holidays abroad. Has a bar and a good little shop on site. Plenty of pools to chose from although the main pool is quite busy at times. Close ISH to other bars and restaurants but it is a good 15 minute walk to anything of note. Also worth noting they cater more towards the French. Most of the entertainment has been bang average but then again that's the same with most hotels abroad in this price range.

Pools were nice. It was always very windy, and once you were wet, the wind turned you shivering cold. Buffet had good selection at each meal, but similar foods served every day. Dishes were chipped though. No air conditioning in the dining area. Rooms were air-conditioned and spacious with a full kitchen. Nice sized balcony with drying racks. The bedroom had 2 twin beds pushed together instead of 1 queen bed. Resort was about 90 minutes from airport. Only a 15 minute walk to shopping, beaches, and the market.

We had a great time in THB. The whole resort is well designed. The environment is nicely decorated with a lot of plants. Only negative is that we didn't have nice weather, so we couldn't use pools, and once we have to wait 10 minutes to get a dinner table. Special thanks goes to hotel stuf who are doing excellent job.

Really amazing holiday, the best one we have had so far! We are a young couple and enjoyed a both relaxing and busy holiday. The animation team are amazing and hardworking, they make everyone feel so included and honestly made our holiday. Solid entertainment a good variety. Great food selection especially the fusion restaurants they were incredible. Great bars and selection (we were not royal elite, maybe would next time if we came in school holidays.) 3 lovely pools which did get busier as half term started but still managed to get sun beds. The biggest thing was our flight wasn’t till 7pm and we weren’t able to get a late checkout. But instead were able to book a free room for half an hour to shower and refresh which made sure we had a full last day and didn’t cost us anything! The bar and restaurant staff were all so lovely even when it was busy, staff on reception were mainly nice a couple people could have been retrained on customer service but nothing major. Overall this holiday was amazing, we loved it from start to end and miss it already!

It was our second time in this beautiful hotel. Absolutely amazing entertainment, very clean ( our towels were changed every day). The food was good too and fresh, also the alcoholic drinks was properly made. Spa was included for people with all inclusive option. Perfect for cloudy days , after long day out. Our favourite bartender, which always welcome us with big smile made our day, he definitely should get a pay rise ! Definitely will recommend this hotel for everyone, either families or couples.

I don't normally leave a review however after spending a week here first week of June I would not recommend this hotel to a family. I don't feel this hotel is suitable for children. To many broken tiles to trip over near pool area. Leftover spills from drinks and ice-cream around the swimming area left there for days infant the whole week we were there. I tried to speak to the manager numerous times and kept been told by reception that the manager was not round today and they were unsure when the manager would be at the hotel. I have been to many hotels and this is definitely not one I would recommend. A very dated hotel and cleanliness not to a satisfactory level. Pool area needs new tiles and a proper clean. Some plates in dinning area had food stains still on them at times so check beforehand. Found bits of rubbish in rooms still from previous guests. Would I stay here again not a chance. Very dated, poor cleanliness, not enough staff in certain areas I.e bar areas as queue for drinks is long unless your happy with the drinks on tap.

Very good , food was really good, drinks where good too and also staff. Having paid for Elite gave you a couple of self-service bars. And also a breakfast and dining room separate from the rest of the guests. Lovely roof top sitting area. Also gave you sea view guarantee, free mini fridge stocked up on arrival, dressing gown and slippers, also an espresso machine. This place does have a lot of commodities, there is definitely something for everyone. From adults only , pools bars , spa. Games room, mini golf, four different pools, snack bar, pool bar, indoor bars , the list goes on. The entertainment was varied and there was something on every evening. Throughout the day they had kids club on, and different activities all day long for adults and teenagers. They also had water sports on where you could rent kayaks and different gear needed. This place is well kept. They have another restaurant that can be booked, we never got a chance to try it out as it was fully booked. The Italian bit wasn't so great for me. The rest of the food was great there was so much choice, there was at least two or three different types of fish, and quite few more choices of meat on every lunch time and dinner time cooked in different ways. There was a free bus service that takes you to beach and brings you back, sunbeds are limited so resorted in buying a parasol from the supermarket for around 10 euros and used the free beach. Also there are a few free beaches abouts 20 minutes walk from the hotel that are virtually unspoilt and beautiful. All in all would definitely recommend this place.

We booked this 4☆ as a family of 5 and it cost £6000 which to us is a lot of money and we really did expect 4☆. It's absolutely not 4 star! We feel it's more a 3. Do not stay if you are a young couple! Boring entertainment and rude reception staff that look down on the younger generation. Me and partner booked this holiday as our anniversary and birthday. We have had a lovely holiday apart from the last day - our flight was not until 7pm the next day so the last day of our stay we decided to get a late check out as we didn’t want to be hanging around for 5 hours waiting for our transfer. When we went to reception the staff was looking for us and then denied us a late check out which I thought was strange. I checked online and seen our hotel has 9 exact same rooms available to be booked for the following morning the morning we wanted late check out. I went back to reception and was served by another member of staff who was disgusting actually- I said there was more rooms online can we book a late check out - she instantly was laughing at me and told me twice she would look later on and to come back later and I said why cannot it be checked now and asked the reason why we cannot book a late check out and she continued to laugh at me and look me up and down and said maybe someone has book that specific room and shrugged her shoulders but would not go and check this. I asked to see a manager but there was no managers around apparently (even though I could see 2 people in the room which had white shirts on and looked like managers but unsure) and this staff member did not have a name badge on so I asked for her name. I went to walk away from reception disappointed with the customer service I just received and quite embarrassed for asking for something simple and made to feel stupid and that I shouldn’t have been asking for this service, when the first original staff member called me back and said something had changed and a late check out would be €30 which I said great! Her attitude was also not the nicest with me, however I paid and got told to come back in the morning to extend the key. I then asked her does she know what time her manager is around are they coming in for a specific time as I planned on making a complaint about the rude customer service I had just received and she said I don’t know probably evening time you will have to come back later. The staff members at reception were unhelpful and acted like they didn’t want the managers knowing what their customer service was really like. We have loved this holiday but unfortunately the reception staff have let our experience down at the last stage, me and my partner are younger and I felt the staff was looking down on us due to our age and refused to accommodate to our needs when asked and was extremely unhelpful and rude about something so simple. We did plan on returning next year but after this customer service we will not bother!

I just stayed at the Sandos Papagayo for 1 week and I'd like to share the good, bad and the shocking of my time there. The Good The hotel is in a great and quiet location with easy access to the promenade I never expect too much from a buffet, but I thought the food was excellent and exceeded my expectations. We were upgraded to a nicer room on check-in, with a balcony and sea view which was a very nice touch. The snack bar was also great, it has a great selection of food and also, beer, wine and soft drinks that you can pour yourself. The pool bar was rarely busy and when there was a queue, it was never too long to wait. Good proximity to some very nice beaches. The bad It would have been nice if at least one of the three pools were heated, obviously only for the cooler months The kids playground was very depressing and definitely needs updating. Some more pool activities for the kids would have also been good. I think the signage could be better, it's a large hotel and I found it difficult in the early days to navigate around the hotel. It was quite difficult to get a sunbed, even around 9am. The shocking I booked the hotel through Tui, I paid for a late check-out about 3 weeks before the holiday. On the day of check-out, I went to lunch around 12:00 and went back to the room at 1pm, my key card wouldn't work so I took the long walk to reception. I explained my card wasn't working and stated my room number, as soon as I finished telling the lady on reception, another lady interrupted (I think she was one of the managers) She said "Your card isn't working because check-out is a 12:00 (looking at me like I'm scum of the earth) I advised that I had paid for late check-out and she replied "oh really, was it yesterday? did you pay the hotel did you" (again, looking at me like I'm scum) I think she was making out I was lying. She went off to check if I had paid for a late check-out and a couple of minutes later another lady came over to me and asked how long I needed the room for. I asked if she had confirmed if I had paid for a late check-out and the lady confirmed that I had actually paid for a late check-out. I asked why the other lady was so rude to me and I said it was totally unnecessary; she apologised to me, I said it wasn't her fault and there's no need for her to apologise and I said the manager should apologise. The manager did apologise but it didn't feel sincere at all and said it was a problem with their system. It's a shame this happened because it was an hour before leaving the hotel and it kind of tarnishes the whole trip. If you'd like to confirm this, I stayed from the 13th - 20th April, Booked under Palmer and room A411. This 'manager' definitely needs some training in basic manners.

Lovely refurbished restaurant Rooms are spacious and with good facilities (no kettle tho!) Lovely sea view from our room but the balcony post spoils it a bit when you’re sat down. Can walk to the marina in about 3 mins but that’s fairly quiet and most shops have now closed down sadly. Service could definitely be more friendly Animation team do a fab job

We have returned to this lovely hotel 7 years in a row now and have already booked again. The location near the harbour is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are lovely and very clean. The staff are wonderful and so friendly and welcoming. We love the Animation Team who keep activities going daily and bring fun and laughter to every visit. They are all very hard working and a real asset to the hotel.

If you are on b and b rooms do not come with tea or coffee as standard, but you can pay to get it. That was the only downside I have with the hotel. WiFi is good all around the hotel, it is a large area with multiple pool dome good for length swimming. Food was good and plentiful. Service was always great.

Tbis is the worst hotel that ive stayed in. We were given a room that is connected to the room next door. Our fellow quests blasting music so loud through the adjoining door. I waa unable to sleep we spoke with reception explaining we would like our room changed. However the staff were extremly uncaring and unwilling to alow us to move the toilet room is tiny impossible to shut the door it makes me claustrophobic no good for people with disabilities. The buffet food is cold and underwhelming. On top of that snacks from the bars are NOT included in the PRESTIGE what a dissaponting ripoff. The attitude of the reception staff was abysmal. This has ruined my holiday i will never come back here again even if it was given to me free. I will be happy to go home i9 nightmare night to go really dissapoinred shame hotel costa Colero next time we will go back to a more professional hotel such aa Paradisus Selinas the staff there really care! ..

Stayed at hotel Costa Calero with my husband and our 8 month old baby on an all inclusive basis . The hotel is absolutely spotless throughout and the food was fabulous with great hygiene and huge selection every day. Our son was made to feel very welcome by all staff who were polite and warm, especially Belcy who we looked forward to seeing every morning at breakfast. Marina is a short walk away which was lovely and very convenient supermarket 2 min from the hotel. Staff were very accommodating to our needs. Would highly recommend

This place is AMAZING! Perfect place for families and fun. There are many activities for adults and kids which are super enjoyable. Special thank you to Mustafa, Lupe and all the animation team (whose shows were fantastic!) Everything here is perfect although if I had to pick up on one thing it would be that my sister and I found a cockroach in our bathroom! We don’t know if it has happened to others but we weren’t a fan. Other than that 100% recommend Hotel Costa Calero!

Honest intended review: The room I stayed in was decent and comfortable enough. I noticed some things that need seeing to include marks on the walls, bedside table had a very noticeable bit broken off and generally the room and certain furniture could do with becoming more modern. No lock on bathroom door which is weird. But overall decent and comfortable. Would be nice if the TVs had more working (English) channels/channels that worked or smart TV apps such as Netflix. Could sometimes hear either music or television sounds from neighbouring rooms or nearby areas of the hotel grounds. Could sometimes smell people's cigarettes from my balcony as well as generally while walking on hotel grounds. 🤢 guests seem to vape or smoke where they shouldn't. Smoking and vaping should be TOTALLY completely banned everywhere! The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and I can be fussy with that. Sounds from outside and outside my rooms door are easily noticeable and seem louder than normal. The sea view is somewhat disappointing, as I can mostly/also see the pools and people flocking them. I'd like just the sea ideally. Most mornings I could hear some random guy from outside repeatedly calling out things like "hey" and "oi" which I believe is an activities staff member of the hotel. Can hear things being moved and cleaned in neighbouring rooms, might seem louder as I have high functioning asperger's/autism which means heightened senses. Soundproofing would be nice. Balcony door doesn't close properly and curtain doesn't either. Blackout option would be nice. Staff are OK and friendly enough, they mean well, in the restaurants and hotel, some communication barriers but that's to be expected although it can be frustrating, especially in the restaurants, I believe more can be done to educate on non-binary/gender neutral identities. Some foods can either be lukewarm or cold, it should not have to require warming up with a microwave. I am a fussy eater, there is usually only one thing I'll eat, two if I'm lucky. But this isn't the hotels fault really. Dressing gown too small, not plus size friendly. All inclusive plus was OK as an option. I'd be willing to visit a second time here, it is OK and decent enough, I don't regret coming here. I'd consider bringing someone with me next time. P.S lifeguard not noticeable by one of the pools despite sign saying lifeguard on duty until 6:00pm. Not a problem for me but a bit bemusing also.

The overall look and feel of the hotel is lovely – the pool areas and rooms are very nice, and there are plenty of sunbeds available for everyone (though they don’t open until 9am, which feels a little late if you like an early swim or to secure a spot). The spa offers some good deals, which is a nice bonus. The food, however, was a bit underwhelming, and the opening and closing times seemed very backwards (especially with children involved). It’s okay, but fairly repetitive – expect lots of fish dishes and limited vegetarian options. A real disappointment was not being able to eat outside unless you paid extra for the “exclusive buffet” service. The food there was essentially the same as the standard buffet, just with the option to dine outdoors in the sun. It felt unreasonable that all-inclusive guests couldn’t even eat lunch on their own balcony or enjoy a meal outdoors without paying more. This was one of the biggest frustrations during the stay, especially since the indoor buffet room often felt crowded. Service was hit and miss. Most evenings were fine, but one night we waited over 20 minutes for drinks, even after asking two different staff members, and eventually gave up and went back to the room. That said, the entertainment during both the day and evening was very good, and the hotel’s location is convenient with some local shops and restaurants nearby. The taxi service is also excellent – every time we booked, one arrived within about 10 minutes. Overall, it’s a good-looking hotel with nice facilities and entertainment, but the dining restrictions (particularly not being able to enjoy lunch outside without paying extra) and the repetitive food let it down. With some improvements in food variety and more flexibility on dining, it could be a great experience.

Lovely hotel, lovely pool, very loud bar/disco on an evening - it’s usually quiet by 10:45pm, apparently you can request a quiet room but the pay off is you don’t get a sea/pool view. Couple of weird little things pull it back from being 5*… glasses and cups in the room were never washed/replaced in the 6 days I was there, kettle and cups provided but no tea/coffee/milk etc. Location is great - straight onto the beach, pool is lovely and sunbeds are comfortable.

Rita, Janett, Joanna - you were beyond wonderful and we can't wait to see you again next time. Our first time in Lanzarote and at Hipotels La Geria. We had a really great time. The room was perfect and the bathrooms especially were great in terms of lighting and the shower. The outdoor pool was great and never too busy to go in for a dip. Typical morning rush to secure a sunbed 😅 The garden exit to the beach was great and there's a ton of restaurants nearby, with souvenir stores and mini markets. Save yourself a 25€ taxi and get a transfer from the airport - it's 2 stops away. Really convenient.

Absolutely perfect stay! We had an amazing time at Hipotels La Geria. Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained — from the rooms to the pool area and gardens. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and smiling. The food was simply outstanding — delicious, varied, and fresh every single day. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach and promenade. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you to the whole team for making our holiday so special. We’ll definitely be back in May! 🌴☀️

Stayed here in early October for 5 nights with my mum for her 60th birthday and it was perfect! The rooms were clean, staff were exceptionally friendly and we had a really lovely time here. They even invited us for a special breakfast for my mums 60th! However, while we had a great stay, getting a pool bed was extremely difficult due to towels being placed down by others and then being left unattended for hours meaning you couldn’t get a spot. We resorted to actually paying for one of the reserved beds to limit the stress of battling early in the morning as we came purely to relax. Overall, would highly recommend and we plan to return in the future.

Excellent hotel. Good location with ocean view opposite the hotel. Very clean and tidy interior. Breakfast was good enough but repetitive, personally don’t mind it at all. Would recommend very much but not for families with small children - there is not much to do for them.

Coming to the end of a week at La Geria, and the hotel is absolutely fantastic. The reception staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are stunning, clean and comfortable. Bathroom is spot on the shower is exceptional. We booked bed and breakfast, the breakfast wasn’t much for us however I didn’t see a whole lot wrong with it other than it’s not really a lot of what we eat. If you like general buffet stuff like cereal, meats, pastries etc then it’s perfect for you as there’s plenty of that. The pool area is really spacious and stylish looking, getting a sunbed can be tricky in the afternoon but not had a problem in the morning. My only “complaint” as such is that during our stay, we have had several contractors entering our room to look at/perform works on the room. I understand works have to go on otherwise the hotel doesn’t function, however the contractors have just been letting themselves in, sometimes without knocking and just expecting to be able to do said works. As a contractor myself, I know this isn’t acceptable, and I’m unsure of if the hotel know this happens which is why it’s not so much of an issue to me. The cleaners also do the same thing, and took our do not disturb sign and then refused to replace it to my girlfriend which I thought was a touch strange. One day I was not feeling well and they were almost pushing my girlfriend out of the way to get in while she was trying to say that I was in the room resting and did not require cleaning that day.. Despite these things, I cannot fault the hotel one bit. We will be looking to return next year and we have throughly enjoyed our stay here.

Lovely hotel, nice modern room and well cleaned, brilliant views from balcony (sea view). The pool area is so nice with all the palm trees, and is so relaxing there with it being adults only and no entertainment music blaring out it is very peaceful. The breakfast was tasty and is still refilling close to it finishing (10-10:30) for all the late risers like me. The staff all really friendly. Would really recommend it. The interior of the hotel is super modern and well designed with a great lobby area. Also to mention there is free games to play like Darts, Table Tennis and Crazy Golf all close to the pool section, which we really enjoyed Didn't eat dinner at the hotel, but was a nice comfortable walk (30-45 mins) to Playa Flamingo or Playa Blanca for restaurants. Taxis are incredibly affordable and cut this down to only 5 minutes journey and only €5 each way. But the seaside walk is worth doing especially at sunset.

Amazing hotel. Just got back from staying there for 10 nights and we both had a fantastic time. Lovely rooms with massive comfortable beds, probably best nights sleep i have had in ages. Bottled water and orange juice left in fridge everyday. Beds made for us and fresh clean towels every day. The highlight is the reception area when you first walk in. It blew us away. Its a huge area with water features inside. The pool is very nice with two good sized pools and the hotel is right on the sea front with fantastic views to Fuerteventura. The only downside is that the hotel is a good way from the centre of playa blanca but the public transport is cheap and reliable. Bus (number 30) is €1.40 and a taxi is roughly €4-5 from town centre.

We booked 3 rooms for the 6 of us and had a pleasant stay here. Breakfast & dinner was delicious, the staff is very kind and helpful, also the interior of the hotel lobby is amazing with a wonderful view. All rooms has a view to the ocean! We also got welcome drinks upon arrival, they had several activities during the days (mini golf, piano concert, singers, etc), which made the experience even better. Absolutely recommend this place. Special thanks for preparing us a picnic package on the last morning as we had to leave very early and couldn't have breakfast at the hotel.

Lovely hotel for adults...has an older clientele....a lot older 😜...very clean...excellent breakfast, probably the best I've ever seen in a hotel. Nice pools (salt water) and large jacuzzi (chlorine water). Directly on the coast line, no real beach but a very small one to the right and flamingo bay 15 min walk. Nice bar opposite, bar arena, to cater for lunch and evening meal plus a couple of other restaurants close by. Montana Roja out front and worth a hike...a little out the way for some and maybe a little quiet. Really relaxing place with friendly staff.

What a beautiful hotel. It was my first time travelling alone and also my first time on the island. The vibe is really quiet and peaceful since it is adults only. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Great and large room with a great view. I was quite surprised when they tell me there’s no room service but you can get drinks and snacks at the souvenir shop next to reception or at the lounge bar. The restaurant is nice with a large selection. As a french guy, I only wish the bread had been of better quality but other than that, all the meals were really tasty. Keep in mind that it closes at 9:30pm so if you plan on visiting the island during the day, be sure to be back in time cause there is not a lot of good local restaurants around the hotel in my opinion. The gym equipment is quite modern as well and since not a lot of clients use them I had the gym for myself almost all the time. Also the spa was a super nice touch to finish my stay with the sauna and a massage. Thank you so much for your great service, I will definitely recommend this hotel

Our first time in Lanzarote staying at this beautiful hotel, staff are very accommodating and hardworking to keep the whole hotel spotless 24/7. Carlos at reception made us feel really welcome and helped us with booking activities and answered all our questions with a smile. The hotel is abit far from flamingo beach, Puerto playa Blanca and marina Rubicon, however it's only about 6 euros in a taxi as opposed to a 30-40 minute walk. We will definitely be coming back to this beautiful hotel thank you to all the staff for making our stay very memorable xx

Well where do I begin, this hotel is just amazing but what makes it so wonderful are the staff who are just so friendly and helpful they work so hard to make it a holiday to remember for every guest, the hotel runs like clock work but this is due to the most amazing manager Sabina and her assistant Caroline thank you for all you do. Let's start with our arrival we arrived quite late but Katazyna was there with an ice cold glass of Cava and check in was done very quickly we always book direct with the hotel and this visit was for 28 nights, Katazyna is so lovely and also very proficient at her job and she always had time for a chat which was so lovely. Once booked in we went to our room to freshen up and then we went to the dining room where a cold buffet was waiting which was lovely and really appreciated. All the reception staff are nice a a big shout out to Carlos who once again did a fantastic job of sorting out our next visit in October he really is a wonderful gentleman who also has a big smile on his face and nothing is too much trouble. We were in room 1023 which had a lovely view and was perfect for David. The bedroom was beautiful and the bed was so comfy, the bathroom was very clean with a wonderful walk in shower with a power shower plus lovely toiletries were in the shower and by the wash area. When you arrive there is always bottled water, orange juice and fresh fruit in your room plus a jar of aloe vera gel, there is also tea, coffee and milk which is replaced once used once again everything re our bedroom was just fantastic. We would like to say a big thank you to the house keeping staff who do a wonderful job our room was immaculate every day if fact the entire hotel is immaculate inside and out it truly is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at we just love it so much. We always stay half board because the food is just incredible breakfast is wonderful so much choice every day and wonderful chefs at cooking stations preparing delicious omelette and eggs bacon along with other things, there are also many other hot dishes plus fresh fruits and yogurts and wonderful pastries there are many drinks from Cava, fresh juices to freshly prepared yogurt smoothies. Fresh coffee and hot milk or tea is brought to your table or you could use the fresh coffee machines which had a variety of coffee's to choose from. Before I start with dinner let me give a big thank you to the wonderful team in the dining room Alba and Jose who run the restaurant are both amazing they make sure everything is perfect. All the other staff in the restaurant work so very hard and they really look after all the guests we would like to mention a few staff who really did give 110 % they are Luis, Santiago, NIco Issac and Lia. Now onto the wonderful food prepared everynight by a team of excellent chefs who prepare dishes for everyone's tastes there was so much choice we were there for 28 days and you could find something different every day. We loved Canarian night on Wednesday but our favourite night was Gala night which was out of this world especially the seafood selection infact every day the food was so amazing. The bar's were really nice too we used the pool bar every day which was so nice sitting and looking over to Futurventura and sipping Sangria the staff once again were so friendly a big shout out to Diego who was so good at leading his team also we would like to say thank you to the pool bar staff who were lovely especially Carlos Fatima and Katia. We also had many visits to Marea Bar which we loved so much we use to sit and look at the beautiful view sipping a nice glass of Rioja. The gardens and pool area were so well kept and the new sun loungers were so comfy we thought the pool lifeguard Reuben was so good he always said Hola and he was so good at his job. To round our review up the Natura Hotel is truly an amazing hotel and we wouldn't stay anywhere else we will continue to return time and time again. We are so looking forward to our next visit in October.

Me and my partner have just came home after a weeks stay at Club Sirocco. From the minute we arrived to leaving, we had an amazing experience. The staff were helpful and very polite. The room was descent and clean. The pools were perfect. There was a variety of food to choose from and was delicious. From the hotel to the shops and beach is around a 5 min walk which was great. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to get away

We went to this hotel for my 50th birthday and stayed in the Serenity area. It was perfect from start to finish. The rooms are spacious with everything you need. Although as we like to eat in on some evenings more cooking facilities would make this easier. The pool area was great. It could do with a few more parasols but it was clean and there were plenty of sun beds available. The bar areas were clean and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. We only had breakfast on 2 occasions but this was also great. We were left a bottle of wine on our arrival to the room and I had a bottle of Prosecco left in the room on my birthday which was a lovely surprise! Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so lovely.

This hotel was lovely and breakfast was superb however there are 2 things that lets it down, 1st is a member of staff on reception. I didn’t get her name but she was the most unhelpful person I have ever had the misfortune to meet. Every question seemed to much trouble and 2nd is the fact that if you have a late night flight they do not offer a room to get changed in your only option is the toilet which isn’t big enough to swing the resident cat in. However I did find another toilet in the bar area on the normal side which is much larger which they tend to keep quite😁

Well run, very professional with knowledgeable staff who are very helpful. A special mention for "Dora" on reception. Lovely personality and very approachable. I seen many mixed reviews for here beforehand. I can certainly recommend the place. Only downside is its on the edge of town. About 4 euros in a taxi to "the Square" 2 minutes away. (Where lots of restaurants and pubs are.) Best meal I had was at a Chinese restaurant called "Wok" near the Square. I'm not a great Chinese fan, but this was special and not over pricey. Quiet adults only hotel. Rooms spacious and bed large and comfortable but the walls are thin so you are at the mercy of your neighbours for a good night's sleep.

Quite good hotel if you're on a budget. Apartments are clean with maid service 3 days a week. NO AIRCON!! Nice pool area. Stayed in budget side & serenity side & not much difference. We have returned a few times but before was in cooler months, this time it was 36c & with no aircon it was uncomfortable for sleeping. Breakfast is very good but I can't recommend other meals as they were very poor when we stayed half board. Staff reasonably friendly except for blonde waitress, very miserable! I asked for some ice in a glass for our room on 1st night, it was after 10.00 p.m when we arrived & just wanted a cold drink- she handed me 1 ice cube!!! Needless to say we didn't tip her!

8 August 2025 - 7 nights …..Thoroughly enjoyed my first solo holiday here … I stayed in the serenity area 1201…tho couldn’t believe what I was seeing at 7.30 the sunbeds were beginning to be reserved… the welcome letter said not before 10 am 🤷🏼‍♀️…. this made me reserve a bed myself….I had breakfast then went down even tho the weather was very cloudy til abt lunch when the sun broke through.. many beds were reserved and not used for 3 hours 🤷🏼‍♀️… Also no lifeguard around saw him once and that was it …. I thought serenity area was for quietness/relaxation yet there were a bunch of young girls with animal lilos if this was ok then fair enough…Also the snack bar wasn’t adventurous… no sausages on the menu!..

Wonderful hotel. From the moment you arrive the views are stunning, the colleagues who greeted us on reception were so friendly and welcoming. The room was lovely, very spacious, large bed, clean, modern. There is plenty of seating and places to find your space to enjoy the facilities. The food was good and enough variety to ensure it didn't feel the same each night. Champs which is the sports bar was brilliant, again lovely colleagues on the bar, drinks were great. I would recommend and will be back

My wife and I stayed here in December for our anniversary. A beautiful hotel! The lobby was amazing. It is a massive complex so it may be a little bit of a walk to your room. My wife got us the ground floor room with the community pool right outside the back door of the room. The water is not heated so it was not possible to use it during this time. The main pool is also massive with a heated and non heated section. The heated section was warm enough to get in for me but not for my wife. So it could have been a few degrees warmer. For food they have a snack bar and the main dining area for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The snack bar was great with several tasty options. The main dining was good but not great. I have had better at another hotel. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend, but if you are staying here for your entire vacation make sure to venture out and try other food because it gets much better that what you will get here.

Currently staying for 4 nights. All staff are so friendly and polite. The Hotel is very big with a large pool to accompany it. Lots of choice with food available. Local to other restaurants, bars shops, beach etc. Massage given was so good...just her gentle touch made a huge difference. Enjoyed the Spa area too. First time to Lanzarote and such a nice Hotel for visiting somewhere first time. Will definitely come again. Thank you. Update: sorry only just saw your reply and we back in England now. We recently stayed as a family of 4 this summer. The hotel is modern and expansive with over 700 rooms in several blocks and a central large pool and dining area. There are also several swim up suits in a separate block courtyard. However we were unable to book these due to restrictions on young children being allowed to stay in these rooms. We had a fantastic balcony and view overlooking the central pool and sea. The building blocks to the left when looking out to sea were quiter as they were away from the loud evening theatre and entertainment (Disco starts at 10.30pm). We stayed half board and dinner could be swapped for lunch. Only the buffet was included. We were confused if there were 1 or 2 buffet restaurants before we arrived. But essentially there is one large buffet food area, with two different seating areas with different decor on either side of the restaurant, the food serving area links the two seating areas and the same food is shared through the entire buffet. The food is variable in quality. The freshly grilled fish and meat and local dishes such as mojo potatoes/croquettes tended to be the best cooked. But other dishes like the freshly cooked pasta station were disappointing. The two specialty restaurants were not included so the food especially if full board would be quite repetitive. The rooms were comfortable modern and well equipped, one of the pros of the hotel. The air conditioning worked well and we had no problem with noise. The TV plays a range of international channels, YouTube and Netflix if you have your own account to sign in with. The mattress and pillows were comfortable and we found the storage sufficient for a family of 4. The cons of the room were that the bed came as two singles essentially pushed together with a thin sheet and no duvet, but we asked housekeeping who provided blankets and a fitted sheet for the entire bed. There is also a motion triggered light for the toilet which can be blinding in the middle of the night. The frosted glass shower is in the middle of the room so might be troublesome for those who need more privacy when showering. One main issue of the hotel is the lack of shade around the pool. There are plenty of loungers but limited parasols, which lead to a comical race for shaded sunbeds when the gates to the fenced off pool area is unlocked at 9am. The pool itself is large and sectioned off to a heated side (although still slightly cool when first getting in) and a larger unheaded side. There is also a shallow and significantly warmer kids pool with several slides next to the kids club. The kids club runs the entire day with the ability to drop off children over 4 at any point without prebooking. Children under 3 are allowed in to use the space but only with their parents. Apart from this there were few planned kids activities a part from a scatter of a few brief pool games. The teen area was also underutilised was a huge mainly empty space near the theater. There is one x box and one ps5 which can used used for 2 hours between 5pm and 7pm but the controllers and tvs are switched off at all other times. If you had a late check out there are also two shower rooms which can be booked in half an hour slots in advance. These were very useful but swelteringly hot. We had no problem with the service, the staff appeared to be professional and helpful. The reception team were also very patient and helpful tracking down a lost bag on the coach transfer.

We stayed at this hotel in mid-June 2025 and our overall impression far exceeded expectations. The rooms are incredibly spacious and stylishly designed with thoughtful color choices and decor. Everything you might need is provided, including an ironing board and a minibar that actually keeps drinks properly cold. The bathroom isn't entirely separated from the rest of the room but is tucked into a corner behind frosted glass. Surprisingly, I really liked this setup, even the shower cabins offer ocean views, not to mention the large private balconies. The food was outstanding, not a single complaint. Coffee and juice in the morning are of excellent quality, and breakfast in general was top-tier. For dinner, each night of the week featured a different themed cuisine, such as Indian, Mediterranean, Canarian, Italian, etc. There was always an abundance of seafood and red meat options, and the desserts and ice creams were excellent as well. The hotel complex is massive, with two huge pools, one of them heated. We didn't spend much time at the pools though, since Playa Dorada, one of the most beautiful beaches on Lanzarote, is just a 5-minute walk away. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I honestly don't understand where the negative reviews come from, I'll definitely choose this place again the next time I visit Lanzarote.

Nice location and new popular new building from Barcelo Group close to Marina Rubicon. Expect from this the hotel needs serious improvements. First thing first the quality control and cleanity is a serious issue, especially when it comes to cleaning and checks. Just to give an example, the cleaning of the room is not acceptable and few times we got dirty sheets in the room, with cushions dirty from other people makeups and once even dirty sheets with something that look like another man e****lation (see picture attached). The overall hotel in terms of services is not atm a the level of other 4 stars hotels and needs serious improvements from the General Management of Barcelo Group. This is all from my experience having 5 times in other Barcelo Group hotels, both in Canary Islands and in Spain. Definitely the worst ATM. Really sorry so this coming from a new impeccable hotel in terms of building, but quality control needs to keep the pace at the same time.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful & in a great location we just have a couple of things we was not happy with… Most importantly 8am in the morning we went to the buffet restaurant for breakfast & my 1 year old (just turned on holiday) son drank OFF milk, I didn’t check it and gave him it & after a few mouthful he refused until I found out why, the next morning I got him a yoghurt & that was like cheese, so was the next one. After that & after paying for all inclusive, we ate breakfast & tea out every day of the holiday. Second complaint is, if you have a late flight & you have a baby, this hotel isn’t the best for you. You have to check out at 12 and they will give you a courtesy room for 45mins to have a shower but won’t let you extend your room. 3 other families with young babies were also mortified by this, it’s definitely something that is complained about every single day in the hotel, so something needs to be done about this. Over all the hotel is beautiful, just a few teething problems, the food being off is a big thing in my opinion..

We stayed here for 9 nights and enjoyed our stay. Very central location, you come out onto the promenade and can go left or right for plenty of restaurants, bars and entertainment! The apartments themselves were ideal, very clean and the rooms have had a redecorating a few years ago which gives them a modern feel. The pool can get busy and there seems to be a bit of a wait for sunbeds but in peak season this is to be expected. There's no entertainment within the complex but as mentioned with being in the heart of the promenade you don't have far to go to find your fix. I'd come back here again no problem!

We stayed here recently for a week for the first time. We had an apartment right at the back which was ok but the noise at night time was very loud so it was hard to sleep as we were right opposite a pub so a but frustrating. The place was full so we couldn't change rooms and when we emailed to request top floor we were told they were full. Apartment was very basic but nice, only thing I'll fault there is the cleaner only cleaned the apartment properly on our last day so a bit frustrating as we has no cleaning products or sweeping brush for the week. The pool area you had the usual crowds up at 6am reserving their seats so we never got a bed by the actual pool and that was February! The location of this hotel is excellent 👌..we have stayed 6 times in Lanzarote and where this is is perfect. Staff and reception all very nice and helpful.

Stayed in room 127. I requested a quiet part of the complex and with this being around the grassed area it seemed fine. The room was a bit dark but clean and the 2 ring hob sufficient for self catering. The area itself is kept immaculate by many staff constantly cleaning around. The reception staff were quite helpful and with having a late flight on the Saturday night they accommodated a courtesy room for a final shower at 4pm nice room by the way room 172. It's an excellent location close to the shops and restaurants and beach and enjoyed it so booked another stay on the 19th June for 2 this time. Hopefully I get a brighter apartment this time in the quiet area. The Ironman was the icing on the cake 🎂

4th time at these apartments. Bright, clean and spacious and jst a short walk to all bars and restaurants. Never a fight for a sunbed. Only thing letting it down is no courtesy room to shower/change this time. Expected to shower in open poolside showers infront of sunbathers!! We have used a courtesy room on precious stay so no idea why they would not provide 1 for booking considering it has ruined last day of holiday 😪 this would put me off had i known this would be the case, totally unacceptable. Sorry end to a lovely week they need to seriously consider this

For the price you can't go wrong, everything you need but don't expect 5 star luxury,it is basic but very very clean, location is perfect especially if you have walking difficulties,only seconds away from the strip and Carmen itself is beautiful, wouldn't entertain Costa teguise again found it to be a dump

Me and my partner Just got back from staying at the playa club 😁 booked direct with the hotel from arriving the staff from reception to the cleaners were wonderful 😁 clean tidy and well kept by the gardener to the maintenance staff stayed in an one bedroom apartment it was plenty big enough for us pool lovely and gardens great pool bar available too 😍

Had a 5 day last minute break here at beginning of December. Must say apartment was excellent and very spacious. Decent beds and wardrobe space with lots of hangers. Good walk in shower constant hot water. Serviced every other day. Room has safety deposit box for hire and large screen tv. Unfortunately no English speaking channels. Nice balcony. Ours overlooked the pool area. No bother getting a lounger during my stay. Pool was heated and was great for a leisurely swim. The reception staff are so friendly and helpful. Great location just off the main strip near to the casino. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous place to enjoy your holidays. Staff are really friendly, rooms are fab with all you need and the whole complex is spotlessly clean. Pool is a great size with plenty ty of sun beds. I can not fault it for one thing.

Bathroom overflowed everytime we tried to use the shower, filling the room with dirty and foul smelling water. Maintenance had to be called more than 7 times during our fortnight stay. It got so bad members of our party started having to wash at the beach! Hotel staff didn't care. For a resort that is focused on disability and access, their behaviour was appalling.

People are lovely at the hotel, but it didn't show much customer care service to us as we are there valves to them apart from the cleaners as friendly service, who always come in and change the beds cover n bath towels almost every day. There is so many Arts everywhere around in the apartment and also inside the room that you can found it. I am not sure about coming back as it didn't make me feel more comfortable to stay many overnights. We didn't choose for the breakfast so can't give any option on what we think of.

I can highly recommend a stay for anyone looking for a quieter complex in beautiful surroundings, particularly if you are less able bodied or use a wheelchair. The hotel has catered tremendously well for those using wheelchairs and less abled, with the whole complex accessible by level or gently sloping pathways, extra wide doorways with many sliding doors, extra wide bathrooms with easy access, grab rails and wheelchair friendly shower spaces and a pool entry chair system that made the pool accessible for wheelchair users, with poolside staff available and willing to assist if necessary. I am not a wheelchair user myself, but speaking to some fellow guests who were, the facility is for them were spot on. Around the hotel there is an abundance of local artworks to view and enjoy. It has a gallery, a studio for artists and they have even supplied art pieces for use in the surrounding park and sea front areas. The complex itself is beautifully laid out and immaculately maintained, indeed almost every visible angle of the complex is an artwork in its own right. See photos. Our apartment was clean and well laid out with everything we needed. We found the walk-in shower area which was wheelchair friendly to be great for us able bodied folk. We paid extra to activate the air conditioning which was a godsend and not begrudged, because it was quite reasonable at 8e50 per day and our holiday costs were already very cheap. The beds were comfortable (our bedroom had twin beds) including the sofa bed that we pulled out for our 15 year old son and our terrace area was level and large enough for three sunbeds a table and chairs with umbrella which was all provided and ready for us, included sunbed cushions. We had a rear enclosed laundry area outside, where we were able to quickly dry swimwear and the kitchen area came with a large fridge freezer, ceramic hob, microwave and combined oven grill. It was open plan and again easily accessible for all. We loved the pool area which again was immaculate. The hotel has no pool bar or indeed any bar, which I think helped ensure that sunbeds were never a problem to obtain at any time of the day and indeed the area did not get overcrowded. There was no 6:00 a.m. staking claims to the sunbed area with towels! and of course every apartment had its own terrace with sunbeds so there was plenty of places to sunbathe freely. The pool area was peaceful and we enjoyed it every day along with lots of other families. We took our own drinks down to the pool in plastic containers along with a coolbag and the freeform pool itself was a dream. Freshwater with a deep end of around 1.4 meters depth and shallow around 0.8m. There was a separate toddler pool which looked to be around six inches deep, poolside showers, steps in as well as the chair lift type entry system (I'm no expert but wheelchair users seemed to find this easy to use and a great benefit) Fixed sun umbrellas were near most loungers and deployed by the poolside life guard when requested. There was a disabled friendly toilet nearby with level access. Many apartments had terraced access poolside although ours was a short distance away but easily reached for us by steps or a wheelchair friendly route. The hotels main entrance, lobby and small breakfast area was really beautifully laid out. There was art everywhere you could look and I thought it was stunning to look at. I think it is classed as 4, star and you can see why. We did not use the breakfast service so cannot comment, but the reception staff were very helpful and friendly, there was a luggage room for anyone late staying or early arriving, along with showers available if needed after the pool if late staying after check out, which was set at noon on day of departure.

Leaving Nautalus today after a fantastic holiday ! Location is great and our two bed apartment is brill near the pool for cooling down and private for evening drinks on our terrace .All the Staff are very helpful and always with a smile we will definately be back … we dont want to leave

A really nice hotel & pool, the staff were friendly & courteous. It's near the beach, bars & restaurants. It's also not too far from the airport runway, where there is great viewing watching the planes landing.

We stayed here in may when we arrived to our apartment it was absolutely horrible the place was filthy cobwebs in the corners pillows on bed were also filthy the dirt was unreal i would give it a 1 star at most never ever stay here again shower was pouring out of shower into kitchen my husband checked it was full of hair just disgusting love holidays were of no help at all we continually rang them and they did absolutely nothing to help wasn't what we booked ive just noticed they have changed all their pics of the apartment s horrible horrible place to stay

Good location for the main strip about 10 min walk, it is uphill on the way back. Apartment has everything you need, I found the beds comfy, no aircon but bearable with windows open although it was very windy when we were there which helped. The pool area is nice & very clean but you need to be up very early if you want a sunbed as despite all the signs saying not to, there were towels on them by 7am.

Apart from the room everything was great, very nice staff in both bars, the entertainment was great and except from the sun lounger wars the pool was good. Although, the room was quite shocking. Starting off there was 3 of us and only 2 single beds and 1 hard “couch” which one of us was expected to sleep on. Beds weren’t changed throughout our 10 night stay as the same dirt stain remained from the first day. All the cleaners done to the rooms was brush the floor and mop it with dirty water. We also requested new towels as they were 5 days old and we were told “no, you got them a few days ago” which is very unsanitary. Also to top our stay off there was a strong, foul smell of cannabis throughout the hotel most of the day, some days it could be smelled around the pool aswell. Wouldn’t recommend this for kids but isn’t too bad if you aren’t fussy about the rooms.

I had the full Irish breakfast at the pool bar. The lovely smell of it being cooked fresh 🤤 and it was delicious. Black pudding was the best I've had over the 2 weeks. 5 star's for the cook 👌🏼

Cant fault this complex. Appartment and the overall complex was spotless, bed comfy, plenty of wardrobe/drawer space. Bathroom had a bath and shower, and always plenty of hot water. Kitchen had plenty of cutlery/dishes, cooking utensils etc, ideal if you did need to cook meals for family. I only used the kettle though as I was up and out all day! Although I did not use the pool area or bar, there seemed to be a great atmosphere as I passed through, plenty of sunbeds for those that use them, and large balcony or terrace for each apartment too! It is situated near the top of a hill, however, its not bad, certainly 'do-able' and it is just over 5 mins to walk down to sea front. Reception staff were helpful, will order cabs if you need one. There is suprmarkets and restaurants very close by on the hill if you dont fancy walking down to the strip. Would I stay there again? Absolutely!

3 of us stayed for a week in May. On arrival there is a set of quite steep stairs into reception with no ramp at all, other than that there are ramps alongside stairs everywhere. No entertainment to speak off other than karaoke on a Saturday night. Pool has little snack kiosk in the sun other than that no proper cafe/snack area. Apartments are basic but kept clean, small but ok for a couple, Id say 2s company 3s a crowd! Quiet pool area, no loud music. Need to pay deposit for tv remote control if you want the telly, but we neber bothered and never missed it. Quite a steep hill up to the hotel, prob about 15 min walk with 4 supermarkets on the way, 2 small and 2 large. I would stay again, but the worlds a big place, so probably wont lol.

Read a few reviews of these apartments, and I was a bit weary. But the Plaza Azul is a beautiful place to stay from the top to the bottom. The pool and surroundings are fabulous. The pool bar and main bar are run by a beautiful couple and will want you never to leave the complex . The reception people are very nice and knowledgeable and the cleaning staff work from morning till night to keep the apartments spotless. I am just home after a brilliant week in the Plaza azul lanzarote, and I have just booked our next holiday to the same beautiful place for all my family. Again, I wish to thank all at the Plaza azul for an absolutely fabulous holiday. This is the most amazing hotel, from the moment we landed at the airport we experienced nothing but 1st class service. I don’t want to spoil all the surprises and treats, as honestly every turn I found a little gift or that added extra to make our stay as luxurious and comfortable as possible. This hotel is the leader in what good customer service looks like. I will never stay anywhere else on the island! Food was absolutely delicious and their live singer was out of this world and the hotel manager even arranged happy birthday song for me, I was extremely honoured! Oh and not to mention the beautiful birthday decorations they put in the room……. We had such an amazing time you really do have to stay here I can guarantee you will not regret it!

Our 3rd visit, this time for our wedding anniversary. What can i say, it just gets better every time. We had a wonderful meal, with excellent device. Our suite was luxurious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had ballons and champagne, flowers on the bed and table. A three day visit, our next visit I hope will be longer. Lovely views of the exquisite outside area, with beautiful plants and model animals. Can't wait to return. Thank you Jonathan, Alexander and all the staff. ♥️

Everything was just perfect from start to finish. We arrived at the airport to the most lovely chauffeur ready to whisk us away. It’s only a short drive from the airport so we arrived within 30 minutes of landing. Jonathan, the manager, and Sabrina were there give us the nicest welcome, our cases were taken away and we were given glasses of cava, little chocolates and wipes to freshen up after the flight. Sabrina then gave us a full tour and explained everything in full to us. The best bit was being upgraded to a ground floor suite for our anniversary, which my parents had arranged for us, but the hotel staff were in on the surprise and kept it a secret right up until entering our suite. The welcome champagne was such a lovely touch and the staff had gone the extra mile with decorations, balloons, chocolates and a little note. The other added extras from the hotel such as hats, sunglasses, little kits for anything you need and many more were just amazing and really show the level of attention to detail. The suite itself was beautiful, extremely clean and it was so nice to have our own terrace to sunbathe with a hot tub whilst still being close to the pool and having the most wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean. The rooms were cleaned to a really high standard every day and having the fully stocked fridge topped up daily during the turn down service on a night just added even more of magical touch. They even leave a little treat on your pillow each evening. Everything in the fridge/ cupboard was complimentary bar the spirits and the cleaning staff were always on hand to top up when needed, I especially loved the sweet jars so they would add extra when asked. It had a really big comfortable bed, extra pillows, dressing gown and slippers, smart TV, rain shower and amazing air con, it really does have everything you need for the most relaxing stay and despite being close to the hustle and bustle of the strip, it’s a haven of peace and tranquility once inside. The hotel itself is stunning too, especially the gardens. The restaurant is right on the sea front where you can enjoy breakfast/ lunch/ dinner and there is a gate which has its own private access leading to the beach. It has a lovely pool, fresh towels whenever you need them, a fridge fully stocked up with complimentary drinks and even books and sun cream for guests to use whenever they want. Having daily cocktails and mini desserts each day, again complimentary, was such a lovely touch. Breakfast itself is fantastic and cooked to order. The owner is there most mornings and makes a point of chatting to guests. We ate at the restaurant on one of the nights and the food was outstanding! They even went the extra mile and cooked us something slightly different to what was on the menu. The staff were just amazing on every level, nothing is too much trouble for them and their aim is to make your stay as special as possible but with a really personal touch. Special mention to Pablo (el gallego) who couldn’t do enough for us and really made our day. We noticed the days when he wasn’t working and we missed his lovely, friendly demeanour and Miriam, who really went out of her way to recommend and book some amazing trips and restaurants for us. We didn’t have one bad meal whilst away and this is mostly due to the recommendations from the hotel. We booked a couples massage for the last day and it was hands down the best massage that either of us have had. The hotel also offer amazing entertainment on certain nights. There was a singer one night, a saxophonist another night and even a DJ on our last night. They also let us keep our suite until 6.30pm on our last day before being collected for the airport, which made such a difference in terms of being able to shower/ pack for the airport without rushing. This was our first time at Lani’s and now I don’t think we’ll be able to stay anywhere other than Lani’s again. It is worth every single Euro and more and we can’t thank all of the staff enough for a truly special and memorable holiday.

There is certainly a theme here with all the historical reviews...and I can finally confirm every wonderful detail is true. This place is truely magical and taking everyone's word for it simply doesn't come close to the reality you experience yourself. We stayed in one of their best suites, looking directly on to the beach. It was definitely an unforgettable lifetime experience which will be etched in my heart forever. Every request is fulfilled and the entire staff seem to take delight in ensuring you want for nothing. There are no forced or fake smiles, each one of them are unconsciously accommodating. Yes, it's expensive but worth every single penny. Gorgeous food, rooms, decor and people. I'm counting the days until I can come back. What are you waiting for?....just go for it.👍

The suites, location, food are without doubt 5 star however it is the staff & attention to detail that take it to 7 star, the staff truly never missed a beat throughout our stay and we can honestly call them friends. The staff are like a family and it shines through. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is superb, the suites are so comfortable, the views are stunning. Such an honour to share our wedding anniversary with the 10 year anniversary of Lanis Suites and such an amazing party. I travel quite a bit and can honestly say that this hotel is one of the best places I have ever stayed. I cannot express enough gratitude to the team at Lanis that were so incredibly accommodating and helpful, more than I have ever seen at any hotel. Fantastic hotel to recommend and to go back again In short: Fantastic hotel, beautiful room, great service and best location in Lanzarote. More in details: our room was fantastic, we had a private jacuzzi in a big terrace, one balcony with ocean view, one sleeping room with a bed where my girlfriend and I have slept always fantastically, one entrance room with a big sofa, nice toilet with modern shower. Included in our room was free washing service, practical free water and one bottle of cavas a day, in addition to the free snacks. Jonathan and the receptionists really helped us in having a fantastic holiday proposing great restaurants, activities and place to visit. Jonathan is a great person and my girlfriend and I really appreciated his efforts and knowledge and network in making our stay as best as possible. The hotel itself is fantastic, very well mantained and managed, with a nice restaurant with fantastic ocean view and delicious breakfast. The pool has a perfect temperature (heated). I really recommend this hotel for people that want a quality or high quality holiday. I definitely enjoyed every aspect of this hotel and I am already looking forward to come back.

My mom and I stayed here for 7 nights, and we really enjoyed it. The location is great, only a few minutes walking distance to the marina and several restaurants. The view from the hotel is beautiful. The rooms were clean and spacious. We loved the breakfast options every morning and the a la carte menu. We also tried some of the food and cocktails at the pool bar, and everything we had was really good. The staff were very friendly and attentive as well. We would 100% stay here again!

The positives: great location (close to the marina) and views, very friendly staff going the extra mile, good breakfast selection, great pool are to relax after a day of sightseeing. The negatives: while the breakfast selection is good some ingredients are not fresh (eg canned mushrooms), the quality of the drinks at the pool bar are low, the bathroom in the room needs upkeep and better cleaning, the spa was a disappointment also needing cleaning and upkeep.

Beautiful hotel. Staff were all very friendly and nothing was ever a bother. Pool and surrounding area stunning. Cleaning was to a very high standard. Was there for two weeks and breakfast was varied every morning and great choice of freshly baked breads. Pool bar opened during the day serving drinks and meals. Very chilled and relaxing atmosphere. Loved that everyone was friendly both staff and guests - a very chilled vibe from this hotel. 🥰🥰

1st class 5 star hotel. Very peaceful only having 40 rooms. No problems getting sun beds by the pool. Only down side, is that the bar is only open 11.00 until 4.00. The reason being is the bar staff left by giving only 24 hours notice. Although they only do bed and breakfast the marina is only 10 minute walk away where all cuisine can be found.

What a beautiful hotel. The breakfast each morning has been delicious with several items new each day. The pool area is super relaxing and quiet, so perfect if you like a peaceful holiday. The pool doesn’t seem to be heated and is quite cold, however that didn’t bother us! The pool bar menu prices are reasonable and there are a few items for lunch. I just wanted to mention Raul, who was always so attentive. We would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday.

Fantastic hotel , great people particularly at the reception. You need to change only one thing to be best hotel of Lanzarote: : increase the swimming pool temperature to 27 …too cold to stay long which is a shame because the pool is just beautiful ! we are looking forward to come back !

One star for its prime location and incredible views. And another star for Raul, the best waiter I've seen on my numerous trips. Otherwise, poor-quality furniture, no restaurant, no shows, poor room cleaning, awful spa, poor amenities, unfriendly receptionists... It certainly doesn't meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. But worst of all: dirty, dirty, dirty. I don't understand the positive reviews. That's why a picture is worth a thousand words. Look at them and judge.

Just returned from a stay at Elba Lanzarote Royal Village and overall, I’ve been impressed. The resort is well laid out, making it easy to navigate and giving it a relaxed, spacious feel. One of the standout features is the pool area – a great mix of saltwater and chlorine pools, which are well maintained and perfect for both relaxing and swimming. The food options so far have been very good, with a decent variety and quality across the meals. The bars, although not heavily staffed, are surprisingly efficient – drinks are served quickly and the staff are friendly and helpful. Another plus is the location. It’s just a short 10-minute walk to the beach, which is ideal for a quick dip or an evening stroll. The only downside worth mentioning is the lack of air conditioning in the eat and drink area, including the showroom where the evening entertainment takes place. It can get quite stuffy, especially during warmer evenings, and having proper ventilation or air con would make a big difference to the comfort level. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and I’d definitely consider coming back – especially if they sort out the air circulation in the shared indoor areas.

We recently stayed at this hotel as a couple for a last minute relaxed getaway. We had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it to other travellers - but probably more families than couples. The reason for not giving a 5* review is our feeling around the adults only areas of the hotel. Although we did not book the Premium Suites, we did not realise this prohibits two adults from using any of the adults only areas. I have not come across this before and it felt unnecessarily strict. As a result, we were restricted to using the main restaurant, lounge bar and pool area. These areas are great for families with kids, but we were desperate to get away for some peace and quiet, something which was hard to find at times without staying in the garden of our suite. It is worth noting, for those with young kids, the Animation team is superb. We went along to a few of the evening shows in the theatre, which were very enjoyable for both kids and adults. The food in the all inclusive range is also very decent and is changed for each meal daily. Drinks are also good, with the standard range of all inclusive beverages on offer (including Cruzcampo on tap 👀) Overall, this is a very pleasant hotel, with great facilities for families, alongside a well equipped spa (although sauna was broken during our stay), gym and tennis courts etc. For those who want a quiet adult only hotel, be prepared to pay quite a bit more for the Premium Suites (identical to Comfort/Junior suites - just behind a keycarded gate), which will give you access to the adults only pool and bar area, plus the upstairs bar/restaurant.

Well there’s a lot of good things about this place form the detailed check in to then a nice spacious room. However as we got to the main buffet hall the cleanliness of different dishes utensils and cups was pretty atrocious, which let the hotel down a little bit but food was good. Pools were good however there is only 1 chlorine pool which get full quickly as all the others of salt water and can affect younger children’s skin. Entertainment throughout the day was good including a dance with Pepe at 1pm to water polo and different activities in Pepe land for children. Entertainment at night was good and every Monday they have a different colour party eg. White Party, pink party. Other days included magic and a comedy circus. All in all hotel was good just cleanliness across different areas lets it down.

The entertainment team are the best, you can tell how much effort they put into what they do. Every single one of them do their job perfect. This is our second time coming and we are happy to be here and come back again year after year. It’s perfect for families. Dani is amazing with the kids and even the adults he’s so funny and brings lots of laughs and smiles to peoples faces when he’s on stage, he’s a credit and what makes a holiday even better. Thank you Elba for the best holiday we could ask for.

This is a 4 star place that's delivery is 2 star. While the staff are friendly and try their best, there's simply not enough of them. Service is slow, longer queues for drinks and wait for food services. Meal times and evening drinks, plates are left uncleared and glass uncollected. Ended up having to do most clearance ourselves. Even worse often run out of glasses in evening arriving in cracked plastic or paper cups. Premium dining experience was hit and miss, first night at the Italian was amazing second night disappointed. Drinks orders forgotten as staff are run off their feet, or simply not taken. Certainly not for vegetarian or vegan. Rooms are good, but please employ more staff.

Brilliant hotel, great fun! Amazing kids club remembering my daughters name even when not in the club x. My daughters love pepe so much! The guys in the kids club And animation team are so good and a real laugh x food has good variety, pool is lovely. Its a little bit of a walk to the beach but a free bus ride or less than 5 euro taxi and your at the harbour of beach in no time. We would 💯 return x

We have just came back from Lanzarote. What a lovely place. Elba is a fantastic hotel. Very grand feeling. Clean and tidy with a small shop, gym, restaurant, a number of pools and a bar. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food is great of you like a lot of seafood. Not many options for vegetarians but you get used to it. 10 minute walk to the beach & shops.

My husband and I stayed here for 7 nights - although we wouldn’t return for a couple of reasons, we thoroughly enjoyed it nonetheless! The room was great size wise for us both - the air conditioning isn’t the best but we managed to get it cooler by night 2. Powerful shower which was great and you can request how often you want housekeeping for your room. The food - although we done All inclusive, we didn’t really test much of the food and what we did have was okay. The drinks were really disappointing though - pre-made cocktails that were lacking in alcohol / overpowered with sugar. The cava tasted of vinegar too which was a shame. The beer was great though! There are numerous areas throughout the hotel with different pools for different vibes. We chose to spend our time by the main pool where the entertainment was. The pools are all quite small in comparison to what we have experienced in hotels in the past but great for a dip. No big inflatables allowed which I’m guessing is due to the size of the pool. Although there aren’t any parasols which I was quite nervous about, the breeze was amazing - my husband and I managed perfectly fine without the need for shade (my husband usually struggles in the heat!) The location of the hotel was exactly what we had hoped for - an easy 2 minute walk to a lovely strip of bars and restaurants which we went to each night and a spar shop right next to the hotel accessible via a gate by the main pool. My biggest nightmare was the ‘shower room’ we used on the last day due to a late flight as we were unable to pay for late check out. The room was like a literal sauna - so getting showered & changed to travel was awful - we were drenched in sweat. And the shower was broken! Along with water going everywhere on the floor. Such an awful and frustrating experience! The staff around the hotel are amazing - so friendly and helpful! And the animation team are the best animation team I have ever came across on a holiday before. They absolutely work their socks off like I’ve never seen, even entertaining on the evening for shows as well as working tirelessly by the pool all day!!! Special mention to Svan on the animation team who truly is someone special - the only person who has ever got me involved in things whilst on a holiday and such a genuine, funny guy who gave my husband and I plenty of laughs during the day around the pool. Also to Moa who was so lovely to chat to - you’re absolutely smashing it girl!

We just wanted to say a huge thank you to Lola & Ocean at the kids club – they were absolutely amazing with both of our children! From the moment we arrived, Lola & Ocean was incredibly welcoming and attentive. They made the kids feel instantly at ease and excited for each day ahead. The activities were so well planned and thoughtfully varied – every day brought something new and fun, and our children had the best time. It was clear that they put a lot of care into making each day special and inclusive for every child. A real highlight was the foam party – both of our kids haven’t stopped talking about it since! It was such a fun and exciting day, and all of the staff went above and beyond to make it truly memorable. Their energy, enthusiasm, and attention to detail made it a fantastic experience for everyone involved. What really stood out was the way Lola & Ocean welcomed the kids each morning with such warmth and positivity, and how Lola also made parents feel so comfortable and involved. Being pregnant, I really appreciated the fact that I was always made to feel welcome to stay when I wanted to – they always ensured I had a seat and was comfortable, which meant a lot. The care, attention, and genuine kindness Lola & Ocean showed to every child (and parent!) was truly impressive. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience – thank you, Lola & Ocean, for making it so memorable!

What can I say about this hotel complex! The hotel is in an excellent location just 5 minutes from the beach and shops. The variety of food is amazing definitely something for everyone. The hotel staff from management to cleaners and maintenance are all very friendly and helpful, but the biggest shout out is definitely for the Entertainment team. They are all amazing but Moa and Alina (Sammie) were very special. They spent time with us, making sure we had the best holiday possible. They deserve all the praise we can give them. We will definitely be returning to Sentido Aequora again .

I had a wonderful stay at Sentido Aequora. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, making the atmosphere welcoming. I especially enjoyed the variety and quality of the food at the buffet, as well as the well-kept pools and relaxing common areas. The location is also excellent, close to the beach and easy to get around. Overall, it’s perfect spot for both relaxation and exploring the area. I would like to thank specifically Emilia and Stephanie. They were wonderful in the mini club, making every day really fun. Thank you!

A really fantastic hotel. We had a great room with lots of space and our own garden to sit in. Lots of car parking space. Entertainment was so good. We competed in the archery and the air rifles. Great Disney films for kids and adults too. We loved them. Took a long evening stroll to the busy strip to do some shopping and took a cab back. Really enjoyed our stay. Thanks to the great staff.

We have been twice before to this hotel (and got another booking in January). It is immaculately clean throughout with work constantly being done to the gardens, grounds, pools, maintenance. The food is fantastic. So much choice at every meal. The staff are an absolute credit to the hotel. Polite, professional, friendly and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. This is throughout at every level. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Wonderful family holiday. The kids club facilitators Stefi and Emelia were just wonderful. They were so inclusive and energetic. Clean rooms and helpful staff. Bonus for water being available practically everywhere in the hotel, great! So much to choose from at night too, from shows, to movies to live music. Would return.

Great area with lots available in the resort. It is old fashioned in rooms but each area has private pool. Housekeeping came everyday and was always good service. It was clean! Good to be able to have fridge etc for your own bits, can have breakfast etc in your apartment. Really nothing to complain about but could do with being a little more up to date!

This is a resort that hasn't changed since it was built in the 80s. The decor is tired and in some cases, desperate need for repair. The accessibility ramps are not exactly within the realms of modern health and safety parameters either, which makes getting a pushchair and luggage up a bit challenging. However, this resort is friendly, amazing for families as the pools are basically outside your room. The rooms get regularly cleaned and the staff are so lovely. There is always a nice breeze, which makes up for the lack of air conditioning. With a beautiful sea view and close access to the beach, I highly recommended this resort despite the desperate need for an upgrade.

Very friendly service. There are plenty of pools around the hotel. Well-equipped kitchenA big plus is that we had a pool right next to our cottage. Unfortunately, the rooms leave much to be desired. They're neglected. The furniture is old, and the cabinets are falling apart. The rooms need renovation. I also don't know why there are showers by the pools, since none of them work. I hope this gets fixed. And the lack of air conditioning is a big drawback. We had a single large fan in one room; it's a shame there wasn't a fan in the other room. One day I thought we'd suffocate; it was so hot. Air conditioning is essential in a place like this. The location is good, right on the beach, so we could stroll by the ocean in the evenings.The hotel also doesn't have any great attractions for children, I don't recommend it for children, nothing happens there. Hotel maximum 3 stars.We expected something better for the price, but overall, I consider our time on this island a complete success!

We spent a number of years on holiday at this resort. Just drummed up certificates for darts, French bowls and quiz night. When we holidayed there my daughter was between 5 and 12. She loved the place as did we. Fabulous staff, accommodation for the price, location and so close to everything but far enough away to allow for family time. They were always so nice and helpful. Thank you for those wonderful memories.

Dated but clean beach front apartments but for the amount of time we spent in the apartment we were very happy and have already booked again for next year. The resort has some lovely restaurants around and a nice bar near reception, also a shop that opens 8am-8pm for essentials. Staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble for them. If you are checking out late they have a bag room to store your cases free of charge and a shower room you can book a slot for also free of charge. Very good for what we paid, so much so we have already booked for next year.

Perfect hotel right on the beach. Recently spent a week here with the family and we all loved it. I only have positive comments to make about the hotel, the rooms, the staff and the service. Rooms are cleaned every by the lovely cleaning staff. The reception staff are really helpful and go over and above to help you with any requests or assistance. The apartments decor is a bit tired but the rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable with everything you need (hairdryer, iron etc). A very small point is that the rooms don’t have air conditioning however the staff gave us two very powerful fans which did the trick! My only complaint is that the onsite supermarket is WAY overpriced - extortionately so, but we didn’t need to use it as there is a Hyperdino just two minutes walk away. All in all we had a fabulous time and would definitely return 👌

We weren't told major construction is happening right next door to the hotel. Guess where our room was? This lead to thick layers of dust covering absolutely everything. I have lung disease & all this dust has caused issues with my breathing. Room has no air conditioning so it's like an oven. We had an issue with the door not locking & the shower had an issue. Both were fixed quickly thankfully. Pools aren't heated so they're ice cold. Everything is very outdated & shabby. Broken items aren't fixed/ replaced around the hotel. Very disappointing after spending £1500 to come here. Location is not bad. If you're able to walk longer distances, there are numerous shops around but for someone with restricted mobility, it'll be harder. Very sour disappointment & we won't come back. Staff were lovely though.

Lovely looking hotel, especially bar/entertainment area and pool. Being able to sit outside during breakfast, lunch and dinner is a nice touch too as there is lots of seating. This is our first time visiting and we are very impressed by the location and overall aesthetic of the hotel. We have stayed in a Club Teguise suite which is beautiful. Lovely free standing bath, living room area, fully stocked mini fridge every day and 2 impressive balcony’s ( one equipped with sun loungers). However, on the second night of our stay, we noticed a few ants which progressively got worse and began to look like an infestation. Disappointed, we reported this to reception. We were told that housekeeping would be informed so they could take care of this. However, I do not believe this communication happened as there were still just as many ants, if not more, later that day. So we had to pop to the shop and get some ant spray. After spraying the room, the ants have died/not come back which was a big relief. The lack of care and huge dismissal of this situation was rather upsetting though, especially as we have paid extra for a suite. A lot of reviews complain about the food, in a way I can see why. Breakfast is okay (pretty standard), lunch, in my opinion, is the best meal of the day as there is usually a good variety of picky bits and it is also well geared for people with allergies or fussy eaters. Dinner, on the other hand, has been rather disappointing. So far we have stayed for 5 nights and only eaten at the hotel twice for dinner due to a lack of food options. My partner is lactose intolerant and at dinner there are not many options to suit this, and the things he can eat often don’t seem appealing. So if you’re a fussy eater, or have any food/dietary requirements, expect to eat out a few times during your stay here. Another small complaint is the people who go and put towels on sunbeds at around 7am. Especially when they put them there then decide to disappear for half the day. It’s just a bit sad and selfish to be honest and I think hotel staff should implement some measures to prevent this from happening. It leaves you wandering around the pool looking for somewhere to sit, even though there’s 20 empty beds they just have towels on them. Overall, a stunning hotel in an amazing location. So close to all the little shops and restaurants and around a 5 minute walk from the square and beach. I would definitely stay here again as we have really enjoyed our time ( minus the few nit-picky things and the ants of course). I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Definitely the most gorgeous looking & biggest hotel in Costa Teguise. Just lovely.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We booked a room with a sea view, and it was absolutely stunning. The room itself was spacious and cozy – while you could spot a few budget-style repairs here and there, it was nothing major. The bathroom was clean and modern, which we really appreciated. The hotel as a whole is simply impressive – it feels almost like stepping into another world. The open space filled with plants and the modern bar in the center created a beautiful atmosphere. We were also pleasantly surprised to find two pool tables in the common area – a brilliant idea for spending the evening in a fun way instead of just sitting at a table with a drink. Housekeeping was excellent. The floors were mopped every single day, which is not always the case in many hotels. It’s clear that the staff work hard and genuinely care about what they do. As for the food: we had the all-inclusive option, so we got to try a wide variety of dishes and drinks. Everything was of very good quality, with the Mexican cuisine being the highlight – we only wish it had been available more often. The only downside was the cleanliness in the restaurant area. Of course, much depends on the guests and how tidy they are, but it would have been great if there had been a staff member dedicated solely to keeping the dining area clean throughout meal times. A couple of times I ended up stepping on bits of food like cheese or ham that had fallen on the floor, which did spoil the experience a little. Overall, though, I would absolutely recommend this hotel and truly hope to come back one day.

A wonderful hotel, beautifully located by the beach and at the same time in the center of the island, making it close to all the attractions. As for the food, everything was always fresh and tasty. We rate the variety and quality of the food very highly. It might be slightly more geared towards British tourists, but that’s understandable given they make up a significant portion of all guests. The service was of a very high standard. Everyone was friendly and smiling. Well done — keep it up!

lovely hotel with all rooms overlooking the the beautiful coastline. Located close to shops and bars although I was all inclusive. Food is not the best, but almost what I would expect from a hotel of this size with a huge number of all inclusive guests. Staff were often very unhelpful and never appeared to smile apart from the people at the pool bar. Evening entertainment was mediocre at best but there was the odd good act. On arrival I was unable to get anything to eat or drink and when I questioned where I could get something, I was simply told there was a shop across the street. Beach access was easy with a gate at the rear of the hotel with a lovely bay for snorkelling. One member of staff , F. Xavier was extremely friendly and polite and is the only one I could call out as being great

Just leaving today after a 10night stay. Room is comfortable has almost everything you need. Our room had a electrical issue which was unresolved, until I found the breaker box and reset the trip, I reported this at 10am and reset the breaker at 1800...so despite assurance that it would be sorted it wasn't and hasn't been mentioned since.. We went all inclusive for the 10 night stay, food got a little boring, it was almost different every day, but I'm fussy due to having a stomach operation, but overall it was good. The best meal we had was in their restaurant that you need to book, this was a 4 course meal and was amazing! Highly recommend booking this restaurant if you stay here. We also ate out once during our stay and had a good experience there too. The evening entertainment was hit and mis. Better in the pool bar than inside we found. Overall it's a nice hotel, in my opinion it could do with a decorative refresh as its starting to look tired. Lots to do in the local area we hired e-bikes and got around on those for the day.

Fantastic hotel, it's really beautiful. Spotless as well. We were in the 5th floor, room was lovely,(510) bed comfy. Daily cleaning. So much choice for eating, everything well prepared and very nice As I can be quite fussy. Pools are great too, nice pool bar, with lots of choice, and even slushes.! No rush for sunbeds as there is plenty, although quite funny to watch people run down with towels at 630am😂 Beautiful sea view. Staff were all welcoming and friendly, especially 'Antonio' who did the restaurant and dining, such a lovely man, He said he was from Cuba, The hotel are lucky to have such a nice man. Really enjoyed our holiday, and would not hesitate to re-book. So, thank you for our stay.

Brilliant hotel, great location for either all inclusive or B&B. Plenty of entertainment and restaurants in the locale or stay in the hotel and enjoy the AI drinks and food. A special bonus is the beach right in front of the hotel where snorkelling is very popular. Lots of fish species to view in just a few feet of water.

We returned, having previously visited 9 years ago, and were delighted to say that the hotel was just as we remembered it - excellent. At this hotel Jose the General Manager delivered a masterclass in customer relations why? because he was present at the welcome meeting and provided some excellent information for the new arrivals. He said that his door is always open for guests to discuss anything. I do wonder if some guests can’t be bothered to attend the welcome meeting because either they have been there before, they think that they know everything or both. Jose has been around the block and runs a very slick operation. The culture of any business cascades down from the top, and this is palpable in the positive attitude of the entire staff. My wife and I were looking for a relaxed 10 days, and that is exactly what we got. There is no loud music round the pool area every day. There is a sunbeds policy to stop guests claiming them and disappearing for hours. Love the dress code for the evening meal. Take a bow Jose, long may the standards be maintained. We shall return.

We've just got back from a 7 day, all inclusive holiday here and had a brilliant time! The rooms were really clean, most of the staff are lovely and friendly and the food tasted good. The buffet restaurant does a different theme each night which was always delicious! We went in the middle of August, so it was very hot, and I think the air con could be improved in the hotel and the rooms. sometimes it was just too warm to sit inside the bar and not enough tables to sit outside. No sunbed wars really, although people tend to put their towels on sunbeds until 9:30 and then leave them to go to breakfast. We did see staff taking towels off beds that were unattended. The buffet breakfast was always delicious, lots of choice and well catered for British! I found the food available at lunch in the pool bar to be quite limited and basic. I do also think it was maybe a bit understaffed, with long lines for Mikes Coffee and to get drinks at the pool bar, but again I went in August so a very busy time! I don't think it helps that you have to queue at the bar to get water, I think self-service water fountains would reduce this massively. Overall we really enjoyed our stay :)

The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The food was fantastic – plenty of choice, always fresh and tasty, and served in a spotless restaurant. It’s clear they take pride in both the quality and presentation. The location is quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing holiday without any disturbances. Everything felt calm and well-organised, making it the ideal place to unwind. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend H10 Timanfaya Palace to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and relaxing holiday experience.

Once again another outstanding stay at H10 Timanfaya Palace. Staff - Go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Food - So much Variety to choose from, Excellent Quality from the Salads, Main Meals to Dessert’s. Hotel - Immaculate, can not be faulted. Plenty of sun bathing areas, by the pool or up in the garden area, no getting up at stupid o’clock to reserve sunbeds. Entertainment - On 7 nights a week, different Acts each night, from Elvis to the Kings of the Road, Soul Man, Code Red to name a few, All put on an excellent performance. The amount of return guests speaks volumes for the quality of the Hotel, Staff, Comfort, Food and Drinks.

We’ve just returned from a wonderful holiday at the Timanfaya Palace, and honestly, I’m not sure how we’re supposed to cope with normal life now. The hotel was excellent – the staff welcomed us like long-lost cousins they actually liked. From the cleaners and maintenance crew to the chefs and servers, everyone was friendly, chatty, and made us feel right at home (without the washing up, thankfully). The entertainment team? Absolute legends. Inclusive, full of banter, and not shy about a bit of cheeky mickey-taking – basically like spending time with your funniest mates, only they can actually sing and dance. Genuinely the best entertainment team we’ve come across in any hotel worldwide (and we’ve tested a few!). Rooms? Spotless, peaceful, and comfy enough to make you consider just “accidentally” missing your flight home (however my personal choice would be a slightly softer mattress as I have old bones for a hard mattress). Food and drinks? Excellent – and the drinks menu is long enough to make you seriously consider writing a thesis. We also enjoyed two evenings in the special restaurant, which served food so good it made us question every life choice that didn’t involve being a full-time food critic. Booking a table was easy too – no elbows required. Plenty of sunbeds (with shade, if like me you turn lobster-red faster than you can say “factor 50”), easy access to the hotel, coastal path, and a beach just five minutes away. This hotel is top-notch – and it’s not just the building or location that makes it special, it’s the team who work there. They should make the General Manager and the whole company very proud. We’ll definitely be visiting again… unless they invite us to move into the hotel on a permeant basis.

We have just got back from our 2 week break and had a fabulous Holiday, the food was exceptional so much choice and such good quality. All the spirits were all branded and the staff were all polite and nothing too much trouble. The main town was a 15 minute stroll away along a lovely sea walk with shops and bars along the way for pit stops if needed. All in all it was lovely and go back again.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The apartment room we had was clean, plenty of space and separate rooms for the adults and the kids, the sofa beds were very sturdy and comfortable. Complex is right on the beach, amazing. All inclusive food was delicious, good variety for adults and children, always vegetable options, cold meats, salad selection as well as freshly cooked meats, pastas etc. Quite a few pools, main pool was always busy but didn’t feel overcrowded. Reception always friendly and helpful and TUI rep present at certain times to help with any queries. The hotel was amazing and staff always friendly and helped us out when we had a late flight departure allowing us to still use facilities up until we were due to leave. Our children are 7 years old and enjoyed the kids club and the pool entertainment. Would definitely recommend this hotel to families and single adults. My only complaint is the hotel rule no ‘reserving’ sun beds around the pool by placing towels on them when clearly not in use wasn’t enforced. This happened every day without fail, but luckily we always managed to find a sun bed in the afternoon once some people left. There is also a spa, we were given a free voucher for the sauna and hot tub upon arrival. Gym was decent but a little small. I would definitely stay in this hotel again if we visit Lanzarote again.

We had a great holiday here. The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. There were areas which could do with an update but it was a pleasant stay and the rooms were great. Location is great, right next to Playa Flamingo which is a brilliant sandy beach which is enclosed so there are very small waves and no current. Ideal for younger kids as families. Food was as expected - th pizza was the best bit as it was made fresh and was actually pretty good. The salads were good and there was a great selection. Pools were great, entertainment for kids was amazing. The kids entertainers were all incredible and always bought energy to each event. Overall we had a great stay and will come back again. We had our reservations beforehand but think it was one of the best holidays we have had with our son. I will say we went out of peak season so the hotel was less than half full which might have changed our experience compared to others :)

We've stayed here 2 years in a row for winter sun. This hotel represents excellent value for what it offers - the location, right on Flamingo beach, cannot be beaten. With small kids, it is very easy to pop up to the room to use the bathroom etc. The apartments are basic but have everything one would need to prepare a light breakfast or lunch (with a shop within a stones throw distance selling fresh bread and pastries in the morning from 9am). Air con worked perfectly. Lovely balconies or terraces looking out on to the sea and Fuerteventura with palm trees adding to the chill factor for those with young kids who take an in-room siesta during the day. There are ample pools, something for every age group (including a quieter pool for those traveling without children). Night entertainment was perfect level for our 2.5 year old (on first visit) and 3.5 year old (on second visit). Kids club, tho we only used it once, was excellent with highly trained staff. Baby room was excellent when our child was under 3. Lovely strip of restaurants on the doorstep and a short walk to town or to another strip of restaurants beyond the Hipotel. Cannot comment on food as we went self catering on both occasions. For the price we paid, we cannot fault it. Only cons are, this is a very family oriented hotel, I'm not sure how couples without kids would find the experience. Cleaning ran very late, sometimes until early afternoon (3pm), this didn't suit us as we always brought our toddler home for the heat of the day and, having been gone all morning, there was ample time for the room to be cleaned. That being said, it's a busy resort so they're doing the best they can.

This is a great place to stay. We had a 1 bed apartment with lots of space including a private garden complete with sunbeds. A nice jacuzzi for a few extra quid. Worth the money after so much driving. Food is fantastic. Loads going on every day. Memorable holiday.

If you're looking for a baby/child friendly place, this is amazing! We had our first family holiday with our little boy (who is 1) and it was perfect for us! The crèche was incredible, ran by qualified staff which gave me and my husband a couple of hours to ourself. There were multiple pools for babies and always a sunbed we could use. The staff overall were so friendly and making my baby smile a lot. Overall, would highly recommend!

My 5 stars go mainly to the spa. I had an amazingly relaxing massage with an expert, Gabriella from Argentina. She intuitively combined exactly the treatments that felt great and released my tense spots (hello jaw muscles!). I booked my session in the spa center itself instead of by the pool: it’s so much quieter and more peaceful there - and I can highly recommend it to all stressed-out parents: a wonderful little escape at a fair price. It was simply perfect💫. I also want to give a shout-out to the team: from room service to the restaurant staff, the entertainment crew, and the kids’ club — despite having so much work, every single staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful. I’ve rarely met such a lovely team!

Cheap and cheerful resort with lovely staff. We have had an amazing holiday. The staff have been great from the restaurant to the entertainment. The resort could do with a wee bit of TLC but otherwise it is great. Highlights: *Restaurant food choices were amazing and fresh *Activity options and different pools for all ages *Staff made the holiday and were not pushy about taking part in activities *Resort location is great, beach on your doorstep with a few restaurants and shops and then a short walk to Playa Blanca. (Some of the safety barriers and gates need attention)

Just got back from a 10-night family stay at Hotel Floresta and we had a great time! Check-in was easy ,we arrived on an early flight so our room wasn’t ready until late afternoon, but we were able to store our cases in the luggage room and enjoy the day around the pool, which worked out really well. The hotel was very clean, and our 2-bedroom apartment was spotless thanks to daily cleaning. It also had a well-equipped kitchen, which was really handy with the kids. I had been a bit worried about the sunbed situation before we arrived, but honestly we had no problems at all , even at 10am there were still plenty available. There were lots of activities throughout the day for both adults and children, which kept everyone entertained. The kids especially loved the mini disco in the evenings, and they also had so much fun feeding the parakeets that often flew onto our balcony , such a lovely touch! Food-wise, it wasn’t the best I’ve ever had, but we always managed to find something to eat. The only downside was that on some evenings, if we went in around 7:30pm, the queue for hot food was right up to the door, though to be fair, it did move quickly. We would have preferred self-service for drinks during the day, as the queues at the bar could get quite long just to order a fizzy drink. The location was fantastic ,just a few minutes’ walk to the beach with plenty of bars, shops, and restaurants nearby. We also went into Puerto del Carmen a few nights, which was really easy – about €5 in a taxi or you can just hop on the 03 bus straight there. We had one small issue with our bath not draining properly, but reception had someone come and fix it within 20 minutes, which was really impressive. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend Hotel Floresta for families looking for a relaxed and fun holiday!

Very nice hotel, beautifully cultivated gardens, in the morning we fed parrots by hand on the terrace of the apartment. Rooms are cozy, high quality cleaning every day. Breakfast and dinner with a great selection of dishes, every day a different world cuisine. All staff very nice and helpful. Finally I want to pick up the location of the hotel close to the beach, pedestrian zone with shops and restaurants, supermarket right next to the hotel. The hotel is definitely worth a visit even for a longer stay.

Rooms were cleaned daily to good standard but did find black mould in our air con unit. This was resolved quickly. Staff were polite, quick and helpful. However, I do feel that we could have been given a lot more information on check in, which would have made outstay more enjoyable. Overall the site was lovely and well maintained. Low points for us were the food and evening entertainment. I would say it is best suited to families with primary age children Location wise the hotel is close to a beach and promenade with shops, bars and restaurants. It has buses and taxis avaliable outside and is a short distance from the airport.

We stayed here all inclusive in the school holidays. The hotel is very well situated in the quieter area of Los Pocillos which is lovely but it is only a 5 minute taxi to the livelier Puerto Del Carmen (which can also be walked to in around 20 minutes.) We really enjoyed our stay here, the room was sufficient for our family of four, quite large with good air con. The food was of a good standard and the restaurant wasn’t completely overcrowded which was a plus. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and we felt very welcome. The only downside we felt with staff was that sometimes there didn’t seem to be enough manning the pool bar and the evening entertainment bar, however that is no way a reflection on the positive attitude of the ones who were there. The pools are large and very refreshing on a hot day and we never had any problems acquiring sun beds if that’s something that concerns you. There are two main areas that I feel could be improved to enhance the guest experience. I think that the hotel could benefit from a ‘games room’ mainly for the teenagers/kids of which being a family hotel there are a lot of! The other concern was the kids club…. There seemed to be a lack of adequate supervision, our 4 year old daughter was able to leave of her own volition on a few occasions but luckily our room overlooked the club area so we saw her do so, I would be concerned about other children being able to leave with a pool not too far away (albeit the smaller pool, but still a risk). Overall though the hotel provided a nice holiday, good value and an excellent location. We would return to this resort for a repeat vacation.

We stayed recently absolutely loved the hotel its self, rooms are huge and clean, food is very disappointing im not picky eater but I really struggled, also evening entertainment wasn't the best would like to see the holiday reps have more on for kids and adults throughout the day, music on speakers after the entertainment would be really ideal, would love to return but only if the food changed and entertainment was better, other than that I can't really complain. The hotel is so big it just really needs some effort putting into the place. 😁

Recently stayed for 12 nights. I think the location is great. Easily accessible to the main towns via a bus ride which stops outside the hotel or a taxi. There is a nice beach on the doorstep as well. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Food selection is good and there is something for everyone. Pools are kept well and clean. No major fights for a sunbed and we were in a group of 8! The rooms for me just need a tad updating (albeit no major issues). I personally think all rooms should have a walk in shower. Both for guest preferences and safety reasons.

So very impressed with this hotel. Everything you could wish for on your doorstep. My girlfriend and I had a great time. The breakfast selection is sensational, there is a spar shop across the road and 2 mins from the beach. Plenty of great restaurants walking distance. Highly recommend. Super friendly staff!

I have been to this hotel 3 times now, amazing rooms, amazing service, food is so good. The staff are the most friendly helpful hotel staff I think I've ever encountered. My fried lost her phone in a taxi the 1st day we were there, the hotel staff were ringing the taxi company daily after the the first time we asked them to, between the and the staff at the taxi company we manged to get it back 3 hours before we were due to fly home, they went above and beyond. Can't thank them enough.

Fabulous hotel, really clean, helpful staff and it’s a good location not too far from anything. The rooms have everything you would need and grand space for young families. Loved the pools and vibes. Definitely would return here.

As an adult couple , we went self catering . We had a 1 bedroom superior apartment. Which was more than big enough for us . Air con in both the lounge and bedroom . Kitchen area is great with a full sized fridge . Could have done with a small freezer , but that is just our preference. Pool area lovely . In flora 2 and as that where our apartment was it suited us fine . It is at the top of a steep hill , but the hotel do put on a bus 4 times a day to take you to the strip and back . All in all love it

Nice small complex spread over 2 levels, amazing sea views. Nicely laid out with flowers and palm trees very pretty, food was usual buffet in Spain but very well presented. Rooms spacious, beds ok. Kettle and coffee machine in rooms nice suprise. We had 10 of us in one party and were kindly placed in a row together

Stayed here last week and loved it! Amazing for a 3 star hotel! Food was good, pool was great for the kids, room was spacious and clean. Bar & mini disco was great and just a short walk to beaches and shops! Would stay here again!

Fantastic location. I don't know why Google wants a review? We didn't stay there! However, it looked a lot nicer than the hotel we stayed at. I can highly recommend the lobby where we waited for our airport transfer 🙂

While only 3 stars, this is a very good hotel. I had a kitchenette with a drip coffee maker and a refrigerator and basic kitchen stuff. Try to get a room on the other side of the street from the lobby, single floor nobody above you. Staff is very helpful. Taxi stand is just outside. Staff can arrange cheap car rental, they bring the car to the hotel, you drop the key at reception when done.

Our first family holiday abroad here. Hotel and pool area was lovely and clean. The kids always loved going back to the room to check where the maid had laid their teddies! Restaurant staff always making sure we are seated and very friendly. Special mention goes out to Ana in mini club. My youngest daughter Phoebe went and made a special bond with her. She loved every minute and didn’t want to leave… none of us did

Extremely well looked after hotel. Cleaning staff, room staff first class as are all the other members of staff. Food is amazing! Reception staff very helpful and competent. Pool staff, pool bar staff, animation team, gardeners, chefs, waiters etc all doing an amazing job. I ve knocked one star off because the pool was freeeezing!

We had a great 7 days at this hotel from the minute we arrived everyone was so helpful. The hotel was so clean all over with a good selection of food and drinks. Our room was spacious and kept so clean. We will definitely be going back.

We stayed in this hotel couple of weeks ago for 5 nights. The rooms are lovely and clean, towels changed and beds made up every day. All toiletries stocked up every day. The pool is lovely and clean too, though can get a bit overcrowded at times. Never short of sun loungers, always enough, although people hog them from morning til evening by putting towels there and not actually being there for hours and hours. This is something that need to be monitored by staff. We went half board but I think this was the worse thing we did. Should have stuck to just breakfast. As we are vegetarian there’s not much options at all, but even the salads were labelled vegan but upon putting in my plate noticed bits of meat!!! I told them straight away and they just removed the sign. Every day for breakfast we had croissants and pancakes and for lunch rolls with chips or salad. Evenings we ate out. Food is ok for you if you don’t want to step outside the hotel and stay on site, which a lot of people did. We wanted to explore and go out and this was a great location as it was close to the promenade and right opposite the beach.

Have stayed here twice, and will come back again. A really nice hotel right next to the beach, the staff are friendly and helpful, you won’t be disappointed with the food, so much to choose from and all tasty. We enjoyed getting to know the people who work here, and are all a credit to the hotel. Can’t wait to be back with you again !!!

I would like to thank all the staff for making our holiday enjoyable. Made welcome as soon as we arrived. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the food is great. Plenty of sunbeds for everyone. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and we can't wait to go back.

We liked the location. Close enough to Puerto Del Carmen while still just far enough away. Food, service, staff all very good. Pool clean, plenty of sun loungers but umbrellas need to be changed. Most were broken and didn't provide the shade necessary. Jumping into the pool was also a problem, if it was only children, it wouldn't have been too bad but adults doing it was too much. We did say it to pool staff but no effort was made to curtail. That alone slightly put us off returning in the future.

Close to the beach with a Spar, pharmacy, bars and restaurants right outside. Staff are super helpful and welcoming. Rooms are spotless but the building (from the 80s) could use a renovation. AC is paid and only in the living room, not bedrooms. Washing room (€6) is handy but didn’t clean my clothes well. The bar closes early and there’s no entertainment, but it’s a peaceful spot away from the strip. Would stay again – huge potential if renovated.

So I read the reviews and I totally understand where so many people are complaining. We stayed here with other family members and we all had pool side view on ground floors which we were so happy with so, thank you for that. We had a 3 bed room apartment but we are irish and have a good sense of humour we had two double rooms with a normal double bed which is very seldom to have been abroad the other had two single and then this is were thankfully we find things funny the other single room (if ypu would call it that) had a single bed more of a fold out bed but had a normal mattress the room must of been a wash room or a back balcony and is man made with plastic windows high walls it has an outside light no plugs sockets nothing it is like a prison cell but we found it funny but I'm sure other people wouldn't the apparent was spacious and had cutlery, plates, bowls, cups, glasses fridge, little freezer that freezes the items in the fridge also, microwave and two oven rings. Tv however if you speak English there is no English channels that's an extra charge, we had air con in our price ypu are given a remote it is only in the sitting room but it does go all around the apartment. Two other family members in two different apartments didn't have this which would of been a 100euro for the week 20wuro deposit is included in that 100euro we also had ro give 20 deposit. Family members were in unreal heat in their apartments they rented fans which are 18eueo with deposit but if we had of notice we could of used the air con remote in their apartments and it would of worked unfortunately we found this out on the last day. If you want extra pillows it is 5euro to the cleaners. And don't use the washing machine it is something from years ago which cost 6euro and makes your clothes dirty and stained. The desk staff one was really nice the other wasn't he was very rude. The restaurant staff well omg you would rather starve then go in they quickly run to your table to check your on the list even though they would have seen you there one of the days they argued with 4 other staff around the table of family members trying to tell them they weren't on the list when it was included in there apartments. They aren't friendly or welcoming. Got a late check out on one of the apartments and it was extra charge of course everything and anything is extra charge or deposit. We made the most of our stay but honestly they could do a bit better a bit of entertainment or something

We went as a family and requested ground floor and as requested we were given grounded floor apartments with a view of the sea and apartments next door to the rest of our party in block a , after booking I was a bit worried to read some reviews due to taking a baby however the staff were really friendly the location was perfect with everything on your door step a 20 minute walk to peurto del Carmen 10 minutes walk to matagorda the pool was great the rooms are fine it's a 3 star and I would say it matches just that the shower goes hot and cold constant that is the only complaint to be honest in the rooms . The AC you put a deposit on the remote which you get back at the end of your stay . The breakfast was okay I didn't like the evening meal however some people in the party did so preference I suppose . Toward matagorda on the Island there is a bar called Markos with very friendly staff and great atmosphere for drinks on the evening so a 10 minute walk and in Puerto del Carmen a restaurant called Bianco 5 euros in a taxi really nice food and great staff it's definitely worth the visit .. back to the hotel the maintenance on the grounds are brilliant once the rooms are updated it could definitely be a 4 star I believe we had plenty of parking on the front too I would stay again if I was coming back to this part of the island :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and thought half board offered great value for money. The hotel staff are warm and friendly and we were given a great room with a huge balcony overlooking the sea. The hotel is right by the beach and has a bus stop close by. The breakfast and dinner were delicious and there was good variety with not too much repetition between days, and lots of lovely fresh fish. The only slight downer was that our bathroom could have been a little cleaner but overall an excellent stay, would definitely recommend

We had a lovely stay at Costa Mar. We are family of 3, we had apartment with beautiful view of the beach. Parakeets came every morning for peanuts and that was amazing. We were half board and food was nice, something for everyone. Dinner was different every night, breakfast repeated every second day. Pool was amazing, no sun bed wars. Lifeguard doing his job excellent. Staff is lovely and polite, especially the pool bar staff. You don't need to go to PDC town, you have 10 min walk to restaurants and bars towards Matagorda, and a shopping centre. Overall very nice, quite and enjoyable stay.

Really nice resort, got more than I bargained for! I was travelling alone and I got a 2 bedroom apartment with a rooftop terrace. Dinner was very good value and breakfast was good too - I dont eat much in the morning but had I wanted to I could have. They gave me a packed lunch when I arrived as id missed dinner which was a nice touch. I had friends join me one night for dinner and the additional charge was reasonable. Air con was in my room but after searching for a while I discovered that's an additional charge and I didn't find out how much it was. Nice to have a kitchenette so I could chill drinks and enjoy them on the terrace in the evening. Apartment was clean, staff were friendly, stay was comfortable. On my last night the hotel was full and it was very noisy - which wouldnt be a problem if I could close my windows! But I needed air so I listened to the mayhem and then my neighbours snoring!! But I was tired enough so I went to sleep 😀

Had a great stay in this hotel and room spotless and toilet. We did breakfast only. Alberto at reception is a absolute gentleman who helped me relocate my laptop bag which included my passport ECT. Pool area really relaxing and quiet went in late September and weather perfect. Beech walking distance and promenade and bars and restaurants. 30 minutes or less from airport. Free wifi which i have to say is excellent. Few bars literally outside hotel.

I’ve been staying at the Costa Volcan for 10 years and I’m never disappointed. The hotel is well located in old town with shops, bars and harbour only a few minutes walk. The strip is only a 10 minute walk too. The hotel is basic and perfect for a base if you spend most of your days out and about. The small pool area is perfect for a few hours of downtime. The hotel is also very accessible. My elderly mum gets around very easily as there’s a lift and a small area to park & charge her mobility scooter. The staff are so helpful and friendly too. I can’t wait to return.

Yet another great stay. If the rooms are a little outdated it is more than compensated by the friendliness of the staff and the perfect location in PDC. On site shop and pool bar/café are a definite plus. Will return again without doubt!

Always a pleasant stay in Costa Volcan. Apartments are basic enough but clean. Staff are friendly, helpful and polite. Location is excellent with the old town & the beach a short walk away. Looking forward to going back next year.

Very basic, but clean. Bed comfortable. No hairdryers in rooms. Air-conditioning is charged extra so is TV! No umbrellas at pool & €20 for a towel which €10 is refundable on leaving. Location is within walking distance of Beach, restaurants etc etc.

Clean and comfortable. Had a great stay, only down side there was no air con in our apartment & August is very hot! Be great even if bedroom had ceiling fan. We hired a fan from reception but there is only one plug socket in the bedroom so even if we wanted to hire a second fan there would be nowhere to plug it in. With the two single beds it was hard for both to get the benifit of the fan also. Again in the kitchenette area only one plug, so kettle, toaster or microwave couldnt be used at the same time. But apart from that we lovved it. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool area clean and lots of loungers. Just no umbrellas and again they were needed in August. Place was clean and housekeeping in regular to change beds, clean and tidy. Location great.

Costa Volcán is a fab place to stay. Rooms are spotless. Could do with updating their towels as we’re very worn and air conditioning or fans in the room would be great. Other than this was a very enjoyable stay and will defo be back!!

Great place to go it's basic and very clean. Dont expected the the ritz london it's not. But it's value for money. Plenty of sunbeds only down side is no parasol umbrellas . And when we were there the temperature touch just over 40° really could if done with them . It close to both new and old town about 5 minutes each way. Would go again just hopefully they up grade the swimming pool area with some umbrellas

This “bungalow” is not only dirty – it is a nightmare. Bedbugs in the beds, cockroaches walking on us during the night, filthy sheets. Even after reporting, nothing changed. I felt unsafe, disgusted, and desperate. We left the room in the middle of the night and slept in the car. Holidays completely ruined. Playa Limones is not a holiday resort, it’s a trap. Never, ever go there.

The kitchen is dated. But the bungalows are a good size with a large terrace. Good quiet pool area. A three minute walk to Playa Flamingo. Great spot!!

First of all, this is a very good location. 50 meters away from the beach. Supermarkets 2 minutes walk from bungalows.. Nice safe and quiet area. Now our bungalow has been very used. Plastic doors are not possible to lock fully. The card reader at the door has been locking and unlocking every time. Not very good feeling during the night. Also, doors on the back terrace need not be possible to open fully as button door hanging has been broken. Plastic window in bathroom with big gap in frame. Kitchen cabinet fixed with duck tape. Dirty shover floor. Unidentified liquid marks at door. It is possible to use the laundry room but 5e for use. The pool has been clean . Nice outside area.

Decent hotel for the price you pay… if you are looking for a certain type of holiday (cheap and cheerful) would sort of recommend, but maybe as a last resort. If you do go, I would urge you to keep your expectations low for the following reasons: The front doors are used with a manual key not a card reader as nearly all do and are one way, so if you shut the door behind you by accident, even if you haven’t locked it, you’ll need to go to reception, and they are easy to smash through too so security is poor, this includes the old rusty back door. The furnishing and decor looks like it is from the 1960s and also looks as if it hasn’t been maintained since then either, with rusted old kitchen counter trimmings and loose knackered cupboard doors. There is no air con available either, so you’ll need to rent a fan for €20 and they’re not good either. If you want to use the fan and charge a device in the bedroom, good luck as there is literally a single socket. Speaking of which the beds are rock hard and hard to get a good sleep on. The cleaning is 5/7 days and isn’t the best quality, on one of our days the cleaner left our back door wide open for anyone to jump in and take what they like!!!! The pool is quite dire, the lining is on its way out, the tiling is too. The floor is always dirty and isn’t cleaned properly as you’d expect anywhere else. Also they are constantly 1.70m deep so if you aren’t the best swimmer or short you’re just going to be on your tiptoes not being able to move. There’s good stuff though, they offer a full kitchen: ( utensils, pots/pans, microwave, kettle, toaster, smart hobs). They use a CHIQ smart TV with all the usual apps on any old smartphone which is nice. If you aren’t feeling the pool they offer personal sun beds on your patio. Lastly, it is 2 mins from Playa Flamingo and about a 5 min walk from the start of the strip by the local SPAR.

This places is excellent value for money, the bungalows are beautiful the only let down is the decor inside is quite old fashioned. Love sitting on the sun beds at night watching the stars on the veranda. This place is virtually your own home for as long as you stay and can easily make you feel as if you live in Lanzarote. I highly recommend as an experience and would stay again.

When we first arrived, the floor was sticky and covered in sand. The couch was also sandy, and the sink had hairs in it. On top of that, it wasn’t possible to open the doors at night because of mosquitoes, and with no AC or fans, the heat was unbearable and led to a sleepless night. To make matters worse, there were ants throughout the bungalow in the bathroom, living room, and bedroom. That said, some of the staff were very kind and considerate.

Peaceful, pretty, spacious and comfortable. A little tired in places. However. They must be commended for their industrious and mostly discreet efforts to make everything look fabulous. We personally cannot wait to come back. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. 10/10

We. had a very relaxing ,quiet stay in our bungalow. Neither the TV or phone were working on our arrival and took 3 days to fix(English channels)but once fixed a v good picture )The phone was never fixed.!)The food has improved greatly apart from deserts and quality of ice cream.Despite those mentioned we had a very relaxing time both in the hotel and on the beach.

Lovely resort, Wouldn't say it was for kids, as nothing for them here. Would say more aimed at adults who want a quiet stay. But if you just want somewhere to lay your head and have some good food, then can't fault it. The food is outstanding, Staff are friendly, Bungalows are lovely and comfortable, although lacking in kitchen essentials if your going self catering. Views are amazing, we can see the sea. People have said its a little dated, but no worse than most places. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the surrounding areas, plenty of nice walks to be had, and some lovely beaches if your willing too walk about half hour. 100% recommend this place, and would definitely return in future.

This is truly a Dreamplace! First of all we arrived at 12:00 on a friday. All we had to do was find our Bungalow and there was a letter on the front door. We were welcomed with a fresh meal and a selection of Fruits and Desserts! We were randomly upgraded to the bungalow with a pool. This gives you a sense of happiness knowing you do not have to walk down to the pool and lie next to random people. The next best thing was the buffet! We selected the all inclusive option and were blown away by how many options there were every single day! The food was fantastic and the waiting staff were even better! They were so speedy with main courses and taking plates away I was dumbfounded. The man at the pool bar makes absolutely outstanding cocktails and everyone was super polite and it seemed like they cared about the guests more than themselves. The bungalow was extremely spacious and the terrace was ginormous. This was an extreme bonus which meant even the sun which wasn't there often could reach every corner of the terrace. All I can say for the bad things (there is a few.) The fact that the all inclusive bar is only open from 11AM-3PM which is almost no time at all if you fancy a drink. The pool inside our room (26) had a piece of painted wood covering the piping which is fine but when we pulled back this cover the pool heater (it needed) wires were cut and the pool pump was broken so we ended up with hundreds of leaves inside our pool. I have no problem with this as it is chlorinated but I just hoped that it would of worked it would ve made our stay alot better. The pool bar spa/pool was broken and empty and had looking liquid at the bottom. I researched it has not been renovated since 2008 which shows but apart from the bad stuff. This place is so good. So pretty. So perfect. I could NOT recommend it more!! Sorry if its bad I copied my review from TripAdvisor

We had a truly lovely stay at Dreamplace Bocayna Village. The quality of the food exceeded our expectations …every meal was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. The staff were outstanding throughout our visit: genuinely friendly, attentive, and impressively efficient - nothing was ever too much trouble, and their warm approach made the experience feel extra special. The whole resort had a wonderfully relaxed and peaceful vibe, perfect for winding down and enjoying the Lanzarote sunshine. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into creating a welcoming atmosphere. If we had one small suggestion, it would be that the facilities and decor could benefit from a bit of a refresh, just to match the high standard of the service and food. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would happily return. Many thanks to the entire team for such a memorable stay.

We stayed here in August. Wow what a place. Rooms massive and clean. Food absolutely delicious , plenty of choice. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Especially all the bar staff. Location was prefect and quiet. Pool area always beds available. Will be coming again very soon.

Our family are just back from 11 nights stay at Dream Bocayna Village. The bungalow was perfect, a home away from home, plenty space for a family of four and kids loved the hot tub! The staff were fantastic and the food was even better (especially evening meals).

Our stay at Bocayna Village was an absolute pleasure. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained, creating the perfect environment for relaxation. Most importantly, I felt very safe throughout the entire stay. The highlight of our experience was the exceptional service provided by Lancen. He is truly the top man of the staff — professional, attentive, and always going the extra mile. Whether at the bar or serving meals, his hospitality and friendly nature made our stay unforgettable. We recently stayed in a classic villa and it was fantastic. There were four of us and the villa was more than big enough and well-equipped. The pool is large, regularly cleaned, can be heated and is pretty private. It was the highlight of the villa. We had a jacuzzi too, which was a bonus. There were some minor issues but the staff were very attentive and addressed immediately. The staff strive for excellence. The breakfast is varied and good quality. Thank you for a great stay.

We recently stayed at Alondra Villas and have returned many times over the years. The set up is just as lovely as it has always been. We have never had a bad experience in the years we have been staying. Very clean. ALL the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast included is a very nice touch and the food is very nicely presented. Not too far down to the Old Town which love the feel of, and nice coastal walking, easily accessible from Alondra. Couldn't recommend the complex highly enough, and we will continue to return.

Alondra Villas offers you an excellent service and an outstanding customer care. We rented a 2 bedroom villa with a private heated pool. The villa is well equipped with kitchen appliances washing machine and dryer. Everything was spotless clean. All members of this resort is absolutely friendly and helpful. It's clear to me that they make it their mission to make your vacation the best it can be. The breakfast is plentiful, gives you a great choice from meat to vegetable from yoghurt to pastry. Everybody can choose their preferred food. We rented a car at the reception which was cheap. Car was delivered to a reception right on time. No issue with a car at all. Unfortunately I can not give more than 5 stars but believe me Alondra Villas deserves way more than 5 stars. All I can say is a huge thank to all staff to make our holiday great.

From start to finish this was one of the best if not the best family holiday we’ve been on. The service from staff at reception to cleaning staff and catering staff were excellent. Before we arrived they asked me for a list of food items I wanted in my cupboards and fridge - this service was invaluable. We stayed in a Villa Grande deluxe and it was stunning. The pool was warm and the garden and sun loungers were great. Breakfast was included and beautiful. The reception ordered all my taxis while there and provided a complimentary luxury transfer to and from the airport because I booked direct. Couldn’t recommend this holiday enough. Thank you!!!

We were lucky enough to stay in one of the Elements villas, Fuego, and it was every bit as good as the pictures. A real luxury feel, lots of big windows for natural light, tall ceilings, the finishes were high quality. For 5 year old holiday villas, you wouldn't believe you're not the first people to stay here! The pool area was great, quiet and plenty of options for loungers. We went in July and the pool was warm everyday without paying to heat it. Location was perfect if you're looking for something quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of Puerto del Carmen proper, but close enough that you can have a day out with only 5 minutes notice. You will need a car. It's a self catered villa and Lidl is only 5 minutes away, however, pastries are better from Mercadona! Staff were incredibly friendly, always an enjoyable interactions.

A really enjoyable stay from the check in to check out. Air con was not used and hot water, enough to shave in, was plentiful. The villa was clean and spacious with cracking service from everyone we encountered.

Everything was amazing I will definitely come back as this is one of few places that I haven't got tired with it. Top notch service. Staff really friendly and helpful and they do more than they promise 100%. Thank you very much for hosting us

Great central location. Basic apartments, but clean and had everything you needed. No aircon but you could hire a fan. Easy check in. Cafe on site (independent from hotel) was reasonably priced and the food was good. We had breakfast there most days. Small pool area but a real sun trap. No issue with getting a sunbed. Pool doesn't open until 9 though.

First time visiting Lanzarote and couldn’t be happier with where we stayed. You have everything at your doorstep - great places to eat, drink and create lasting memories. The beach was an easy flat walk. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The only issue we had is that there were not enough fans for the rooms they have so a few hot nights. I was very happy with how clean the apartments were kept with good space to move about. Deb’s diner was a great part of the holiday and many’s thanks to the team for such a memorable time.

The location is fantastic, close to bars restaurants, and a 5-minute walk to the beach. Rooms are located on the ground floor, 1st floor, and 2nd floor, so if you have trouble doing stairs, you might struggle. There is no lift on site. Rooms clean and have everything you need for your stay. Debs Diner on site is fantastic for food and drinks with the Sunday carvery being delicious with large portions. It's now our go-to place to stay if available, tho it's getting harder to get as it's so popular now.

We've been going to the Oceana now for quite a number of years and never been disappointed. We decided to go there for our 60th anniversary because of the happy memories we had there . We had a deluxe room with a sunny balcony and 2 sunbeds, it was perfect, can't fault it . Reception staff very helpful and friendly.

Excellent holiday,staff are lovely nothing is a problem to help out. Adult only so quiet around the pool. Very Central to bars,restaurants and beach. Comfy beds nice balcony. Only issue no lifts so if you are staying on the top floor,you will have to heave suitcases up about 4 flights of stairs.

Went February last year and came back March this year. Great location, reasonably priced and on the doorstep to vast variety of restaurants and bars which also sell food. Great location for people who may need access to amenities with walking restrictions as just about everywhere has ramps and rails for easy access. Ps, no air conditioning.

It's our second time staying here and we have never been disappointed. The rooms are very well equipped with a balcony. Also the independent run Deb's Dinner is a fantastic pool bar which also serves food is a bonus for the complex. We will also be having future stays here.

I asked about day passes as we needed somewhere to wait for our evening flight. They confirmed they offered them and it all sounded great until I was told that suitcases were banned by the pool and they wouldn't offer luggage storage. I said this was fine but just let me know what you would like us to do with our suitcases. Fatima from their reservations team told me that they are a small hotel and that anyone who brings a suitcase and has a day pass is not welcome on the premises. Seems a strange rule to offer day passes to wait for a flight but simultaneously ban suitcases from the hotel? Clearly their staff need training as I assume this is not really a rule as it isn't sensible. Don't bother trying to book!

The only reason I rated For for location is because it is about a 15 minute walk from the nearest beach which is not a bad thing for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the main street. The hotel itself is very clean and the staff are incredible. I went during October which might’ve been off-season so there was limited staff and it did take quite a bit to get things when you wanted a drink or food. The pool is heated but don’t expect something so warm. It was warm in comparison to other places I’ve been to where they have pools that are as cold as the ocean.

Second time here and love it. The whole place and rooms are spotless. The cleaners clean the room every day replace all the towels including the provided beach towels and supply a large bottle of too. Everything works including a fridge that is actually cold, and so dose the air-conditioning. The pool is heated, there is no problem getting a sunbed or parking and included breakfast has everything. Every bit of the place is so well run. The only 2 cons I have is that being on the smaller side the place can be a little quite and the life guard/ pool is very strict. But i have not seen a place in all of Spain as clean or as well maintained as this place.

Spotlessly clean rooms, large in size all staff are really friendly. Entertainment is better than the average holiday entertainment. Special mention goes to Sam ( Irish lady on the bar ) so friendly and so funny, bid special mention goes out to Virginia , she was the young lady who tried so hard to make the guests experience of daily events a success. From Italy, very well travelled and very clever, great company. She works tirelessly, if customers don’t enjoy the entertainment then it’s through no fault of Virginia’s . If l go back to the resort l will be asking before booking if both are still there. Thanks Virginia for enhancing my holiday.

Was our fourth visit. The evening meals are nowhere near as good (different chef) I would recommend going b & b. Rooms great, large with comfortable huge bed, and big balcony Very clean.

Outstanding accommodation,central location to main strip. Hotel staff very friendly and rooms,pool area and general surroundings kept to a very high standard. We stayed on a B+B basis and the breakfast was faultless with fresh fruit and cereal options as well as cooked breakfast. One down side is the walk up the hill from the main strip but a taxi is never far away

One of the best hotels we've stayed in. Clean, friendly, food is unbelievable. Will definitely return
