The Locke is a great spot to relax with a few drinks lovely atmosphere and a nice place to sit by the river. The food, however, was just okay. For the prices they charge, I expected something a bit more refined. I wouldn’t recommend the beef nachos—they tasted off, and the cheese had a sour flavor that was quite unpleasant. The staff are nice, the girl that served us was so nice and happy to help with what ever we wanted. The bar was very busy so it was quite difficult to try get served, no real structure to the queue.

This is a great spot to go for a local taste of Limerick. You can tell it's been around for a while and it's not too far from King John's Castle. We stopped in to get a small bite and found a cozy table inside. It's very pub-like but family friendly. The service was friendly and helped us to order since we were a little undecided. We ended up getting the Burata di Bufala, seafood chowder, and some chicken wings. Everything was about what you'd expect from a Sunday lunch menu at a pub. It didn't blow us away but it hit the spot and we got to soak in the Limerick atmosphere while we ate. I wish we could have come back in the evening to experience the more night-life version of this place because it seems very cool! Maybe we'll plan to do that next time we're in town. Sláinte!

This is great pub if you're looking for a taste of Ireland and Limerick! The food here is great. We had it recommended by a local in the street that we asked about great places to eat. Fish and chips and the Lamb roast was to die for. The potatoes were crunchy perfect! Great whiskey which is a product of the bar. Very easy drinking. Good atmosphere and really friendly attentive staff. Highly recommended.

The Locke Bar has plenty of seating both inside and outside. If you want to sit indoors with a view of the Irish dancing, I highly recommend making a reservation several days in advance, as they don’t accept bookings within 24 hours. They offer plenty of Irish beer on tap, which pairs perfectly with their dishes. I ordered the fish and chips, which came out hot, crunchy, and fresh. It was served with something green — I thought it was mashed avocado, but it turned out to be mashed green peas, which was surprisingly good. The people were pleasant and welcoming, though the service was a bit slow. Prices are on the higher side.

Had a great meal at the Locke Bar last night. Servings are plentiful, I had the steak and ale pie. It was delicious. My partner had the special fish. It was cod with a spicy sauce, a salad and roast potatoes. Really flavoursome. Great selection of drinks, all the beers you could want. The atmosphere was excellent. Irish music and dancing. Good tip if you want to eat on a Saturday evening, go fairly early or make a booking. By 8 o’clock, the place is bulging.

We really enjoyed the hour we spent today on a wet, gray mid-September afternoon having a cuppa and a ham sandwich at the outside tables of Locke Bar. The tea was just as tea should be — strong enough to trot a mouse across it, as the Irish used to day. And the sandwiches were well-made and generous. In addition, the young woman who greeted us inside at the bar and took our order couldn't have been nicer, and the woman who brought our tea and sandwiches to us was equally cordial and smiling. The interior of Locke Bar is classic pub, dark, lots of beautiful woodwork, gleaming spigots for dispensing Guiness and other beers. Altogether a first-rate pub in the heart of Limerick's old city.

Wonderful pub with live Irish music and dancing. We went there for lunch (which was great) and then went back in the evening for the music. I had the Beef & Ale Stew and my wife had the Chicken Pithivier (this pot pie). Both were very good! The service was friendly, but uneven. Definitely recommend.

A perfect first pub experience in Ireland. They had all the classics on the menu and all of the food was amazing. Tried the seafood chowder, wings, lamb stew, and brown bread. Everything was delicious. Highly recommend!

Dolan's is a must stop every time I'm in Limerick. The food is outstanding, especially the fish and chips. Hands down the best fish and chips I've ever had. The seafood chowder is also incredibly good. Definitely in the top 5 I've had. The staff are very friendly and attentive, which for Ireland is saying something. I know it's the European norm to let patrons be, but I've found it incredibly hard to get a server's attention to order something more or get the check. This is not a problem at Dolan's.

Was here for a Wolf Alice concert and thought it was incredible (if a bit hot). Bar itself is nice too and they're always organising events

We did not have food, so I can rate it. The bartender was friendly. Met a very nice couple there from Toronto! Great conversation with them! The only reason I did not rate it higher, was that they were out of Baileys! (My wife's favorite liquor) The bartender said that he could not remember the bar ever being out of Baileys.

We had the most amazing two nights at Dolan's. We'd especially like to thank Brandon and Lisa for taking such good care of us, accommodating our off-the-menu requests, serving delicious Irish coffees and succulent rib-eye steaks, and reserving the best seats in the house for us so that we could warm ourselves in the glow of the fire and enjoy the performance of the musicians. This is a really special place, and we're already planning how we can get back to Limerick to pop in once again.

We booked a team dinner here based on strong recommendations and had colleagues visiting from the U.S., so expectations were high. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t quite live up to the hype. The room we were seated in was extremely warm—so much so that we ended up using our dessert menus as fans just to stay comfortable. At this price point (we spent nearly €400), I would have expected a better dining environment. On the food side, it was a bit of a mixed bag. Most dishes were good—the fish, in particular, was excellent and I’d recommend it. However, the burger was disappointing. When I went to take a bite, something (possibly the bacon) didn’t sit right. Thankfully, our server was very professional and helpful—she provided great service and kindly removed the burger from the bill without hesitation. Overall, the experience was just okay. Given the price, I’d be hesitant to return, but credit where it’s due: the service was warm and attentive, and the fish was a standout.

The plus side of Curragower: it has a wonderful view of the Shannon and King John's Castle across the river, especially if you choose outside seating. The place was so buy when we ate there that we didn't have that option. The down side: it's a bit touristy and the quality of its food is uneven. My seafood chowder was okay, but just yesterday in Limerick, I had a bowl of seafood chowder that was superior to what Curragower offers. Its bowl is generous with seafood, but the sauce is thick as if flour has been added to it. My dining companion was disappointed that his seafood pie was far more potato than seafood. The food is well-plated and attractive, however. Service is quick and efficient, and the surroundings are very pleasant. So take your pick, plus or minus: nice surroundings, good service, great view, but food that can vary in quality.

It's a fabulous place to sure outside and enjoy and great view. Make sure you make reservations as they do book up very quickly. We had great seats outdoors and ordered wine and beer. We ordered their fish and chips, seabreem and mackerel. We got a side order of salad as well. The food was very good. The chips with the fried fish were especially good! We ended with their sticky toffee pudding which was good but I think the pecans took away from the traditional flavor but I did enjoy the crunch. Overall it was a very good experience.

Lovely atmosphere. Reservations required and we got the glass house. Hostess wasn’t there when we arrived but seated us once she got there. Food was alright. Fish was bug portion but soggy in middle (frozen / not cooked long enough?) — pity as the parts not soggy were lovely. Prawns were a little rubbery yet shell not crispy (grill not hot enough?) & the 3 sauces lacked flavour. Chips were delicious (both thin & double cooked).

Just had dinner at The Curragower and would highly recommend. The food was absolutely amazing, the cozy fall decorations were wonderful, and the views from the glass room overlooked the River Shannon and King John's Castle. What more could you ask for.

We stumbled upon this place after walking from King John’s castle. We wanted seafood and they delivered. We ordered the mussels, calamari, seabream and a side of Caesar. The seabream was nicely seasoned with a crispy edge and it came with risotto, a giant prawn and caviar. My son ate most of the mussels and calamari so I think that means it was great. We finished with Eton Mess — a meringue dessert.

Had an amazing meal at The Curragower Bar and Kitchen — this place seriously hits the spot. It's right by the river with views of King John's Castle (major bonus), and the vibe is just chill and welcoming. The food? Unreal. Tried a few vegetarian options and was genuinely impressed. The Eden Burger is packed with flavour, the risotto is creamy and comforting, and the summer salad is super fresh and zingy — perfect on a warm day. And don’t even get me started on the sticky toffee pudding... rich, gooey, and absolutely lip-smacking. You need to save room for it. Parking can be a little hit or miss since it’s close to the city centre — give yourself a few extra minutes to find a spot, especially during busy times. All in all, great food, lovely staff, and one of the nicest spots in Limerick to kick back with a pint or a proper meal. Highly recommend!

Dean from Treaty City Brewery suggested we head down to Mother Mac's, whiskey bar for our next round and to check out the rest of the area. On our way, we walked through what is probably not the nicest/safest part of town and passed the Milk Market (which was already closed for the day). It seemed like this area had some drug/criminal stuff going on, so while we did grab a drink at Mother Mac's, we didn't stay long. The bar was nice enough inside, the staff was friendly and attentive, and it felt like a local spot for a Guinness.

I've been going here since I arrived in Ireland. Always a great service and great atmosphere. The pub is beautiful and the staff friendly and welcoming. I recommend to anyone visiting Limerick.

Super little pub in the heart of Limerick just off the beaten track. I've been outside loads of times throughout the lockdown, it's fantastic if you have a bit of sunshine. But it's even a nicer pub inside full of little snugs. They have a extensive range of whiskey and all the usual stuff you would expect for a local pub. The Guinness was some of the best I've ever had, not just of what I've had in Limerick. I'll definitely be back to try out the rest of what the have to offer. The staff are really friendly and very accommodating, I don't think anything would be too much trouble for them.

Amazing staff, as a disabled person I needed to use the bathroom. The member of staff approached me and asked if I was ok, I showed him my disability card and immediately he escorted me to a private spotless bathroom. I cannot praise this member off staff enough and was so satisfied I stayed in this lovely pub and would recommend it and their caring staff. If you own this public house, you should be very proud off your employees and have recruited some first class people. Thank you so much and for people looking to visit Limerick, go and feel looked after.

Good place to watch a rugby match with friends. The Guinness is good, and the atmosphere is lively without being overwhelming. It’s a great spot for weekend nights with friendly staff and a welcoming vibe. Definitely recommend.

Amazing pub great atmosphere and lovely pints. Great for live sport also has a nice outdoor covered beer garden and is joined to a great music venue for live music of a night. I would highly recommend.

Probably one of the best pubs in Limerick now to watch a big 🏉 rugby or hurling match on the huge screen. I met Jerry the player himself here back in 2008 a couple of weeks before the European Cup final. The years slip by.

Called into Gerry Flannery's with friends to celebrate my Daughters graduation in University Limerick We didn't have food just pre dinner drinks as we were heading to a restaurant after our few drinks. This is a great pub with great service and the atmosphere is equally great ! I would recommend this pub for a great night out with friends

Great bar with great service, lots of little nooks where you can sit quietly and enjoy a good pint. There's always a game on the TV. Not a bad whiskey selection either. It's hard to beat a Power's John's Lane 12.

Bobby Byrne is a traditional Irish Pub the atmosphere reflects that.bwe went for appetizers and they did not disappoint. The prawns were fantastic and the calamari were very good too. The Irish Coffee was a perfect end for the dinner

As a foodie and a pub connoisseurs I would rate Bobby Byrnes as the finest Irish Style Gastropub in Ireland. The ambience, cleanliness, the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The portion sizes were generous I mean very generous, no half measures!!!. The food was delicious. The interior decorating fine details to the pub , the lighting, vibes , lads tis a show stellar. Popped in here for a quick mid-morning coffee and to check out the new café. It is a fine space and the staff are attentive BUT it is very expensive at €15.20 for 2 Americanos and 1 piece of cake. Prices are not shown at the counter. The decor is nice but there are TVs everywhere which spoil the café ambiance. Disappointed so very unlikely that we'll be back.

It's a good option if you're in Limerick and likes Rugby. The food was delish - had the beef roast (bottom) and the cod (top). Price is OK for the amount of food you get.

I have been to Bobby Byrnes couple of times and they have the best Irish food and cocktails ever. I especially like the After eight Cocktail and Pornstar Martini and Best ever fish and chips. They are pocket friendly and you will be satisfied after having the food. It's so yummy and delicious. Highly recommended place for people out there in Limerick. Do check out and try some cocktails.

Great spot. Had lovely food and the Guinness was excellent. Service very good. Bar staff don't leave you standing long. Very switched on. Lamb stew highly recommended and the slow cooked beef was delicious. Chicken wings are frozen breaded type. Not great.

The staff here are incredible, really made me feel welcome. Thank you again :) I visited to watch the Ireland v Portugal match and was quickly seated to have a good view. The place erupted when Kelleher saved Ronaldo's PK with his foot!! Josie's Stew and the recommended spicy whiskey was great, but the highlight was the Sticky Toffee Pudding. My thanks to the staff for the brilliant recommendation! No live music that night due to some car troubles but not the fault of the tavern.

What a great discovery in Limerick. If you're keen on a higher then usual standard in Ireland, this is a must. Kindly, friendly and efficient staff. We came in just for some drinks but we couldn't resist to try the salmon sandwich and the ice cream sundae. Amazing food and the Birra Moretti pint simply perfect. Great atmosphere (evening).

I visited this place and spoke with Damie, the manager. Even though there were many open tables, I was told they were all reserved. It’s very frustrating to see so much space available but not be able to sit down. When I asked about the waiting time, I was only told that it “depends,” without a clear answer. We were a group of nine, just looking to enjoy some drinks together, but it wasn’t possible. It would be great if the place could better accommodate groups who want to come, relax, and have a good time.

I had a really upsetting experience at Nancy Blake’s on 31 October 2025. My non-white friends who are doctors were denied entry by the door staff without any valid reason, even though we were sober, polite, and well-dressed. It quickly became obvious that non-white people in our group were being treated differently. White Irish patrons were allowed in easily, while non-white guests, including those of apparent Indian background, were turned away. This was clear racial discrimination, which is both unacceptable and against the Equal Status Acts. I've also taken note of multiple reviews that have the same ongoing theme of racial discrimination. This is absolutely appalling. I’ve reported the incident to management and hope they take it seriously — no one should be treated this way.

Been coming and loving this place for years (and paying good money always because we care about having a good and good time only) but we had to deal with a nonsensical robotic ‘Management has a right to deny admission’ monologue when we literally see people being allowed with a happy nod after us. Do I need to even mention we were a bunch of brown and Latina people? Sorry, that’s just on the face selective-people-only-allowed-to-have-fun attitude. Management? Hah! Try again. Without a doubt the best pint of Guinness in Limerick! Great pub with a welcoming atmosphere! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Unfortunately I haven't had a chance to try the food yet but I've been told it's quite good!

I went here with a few friends on the 4th of October and we were refused entry while two guys were let in right before us. When we asked why, the staff told us “guys aren’t welcome.” It was embarrassing and honestly felt discriminatory. We weren’t rude, we were dressed fine, we just got turned away for no reason that made sense. It’s really sad that this kind of thing still happens in 2025. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, and we definitely didn’t feel that here. I hope management takes this seriously and trains their staff better, because no one should be made to feel unwelcome like that.

Really enjoyed the vibe at Nancy Blake’s. Bartender was super nice. Drinks were good. It’s deceivingly big and also has an outdoor space. This is a place I’d probably visit every time I’m in town. Not pretentious, friendly atmosphere.

I have being going here since the 90s. A 👍 good pub. Its still more or less the same as it was back then. The years slip by. I usually go in there on a weekend afternoon to watch a match. I haven't being here on a late 🙃 night in a while.

Spent years visiting limerick and never heard of this pub. Don't be fooled by the look of it from outside. This place is up there with some of the best pubs in Ireland! Great Guinness, lovely layout and decor. Good crowd and staff are exactly what you want when you go to a pub. Quick service and great pour. Good sized covered beer garden also. Recommended

Gorgeous pint of Guinness, amazing Halloween dressed staff and beautiful autumnal decorations. Hope you don't mind the photo Mr bar man who graciously allowed his photo to be taken. Excellent food. We had a Big Cheese pizza: mozarella, brie, gargonzolla, and cambozola on a tasty pizza crust - just Great. Had a pint of Guinness and seats right next to the Irish musicians playing traditional tunes. It doesn't get any better or more authentic!

This place we were reffed to by my brother. He’s been here many times, and said, “there one place you have to go in Ireland, The Sean Collins Bar and Restaurant.” When we got there, we asked why, but when we chatted with the staff and ate the amazing food, at a good price, wed knew why. Great experience. Was what I had envisioned a true Irish Pub to look and feel like and the proprietor was engaging and personable. Food was outstanding. The Irish Stew was possibly the best meal I had our entire trip.

We visited the pub last night to celebrate my mom's birthday. The pub has a great atmosphere, live music was great! We ordered fish and chips and burger, the portions were big and the food was delicious. They cater for kids and our son was delighted with his chicken nuggets and ice cream after. Nice staff, great food and good vibes. Im glad we came and would highly recommend!

The best full Irish I have had in years! The quality of ingredients is clear. Staff are lovely too. But the best part, it is super dog friendly! Dogs are allowed inside. They even brought a bowl of water and treats as soon as we came in! Ireland needs more dog friendly places like this!

Hands down the best french toast I have ever had, I would honestly give them 6 stars for the food. The atmosphere is adorable and fun. The coffee is delicious as well! My only critique is that it took a super long time for our server to cash us out… we sat there with our dishes stacked at the end of the table for quite a while. Other than that, the staff is friendly and welcoming. Overall, the experience was great and I would 100% come back for another meal!!❤️

Loved our trip to The Buttery. Crispy chicken, a good amount of sauce and perfectly cooked egg. The staff couldn't be more helpful and my matcha was great. Can't wait to come back!

The Buttery never disappoints. I’ve been here a few times now for brunch and the food is always lovely and the staff are friendly and non intrusive. The atmosphere is really cool no matter where you sit and even though it can get busy it’s never too loud.

Great breakfast, plenty of vegetarian options and good coffee. The chimi eggs on the weekend menu is particularly good!

We were recommended here by a local for our Limerick visit and it didn't disappoint. Service was quick, friendly and knowledgeable. We were told the specials and asked about dietary requirements which applied to one of our group which was great as she was looked after. Food was great and came out quickly and it was clean plates all round. Place was warm and welcoming and perfect refuge from the driving wind and rain outside. The booths looked lovely so when I'm booking next I'll specify sitting there. Will definitely revisit when back in Limerick.

We ended up here twice! First thing we found after arriving of the plane, and then ended up booking a table for dinner as the food was very good! Not the most veggie options but other then that really good food and lovely staff. The seafood chowder was so tasty!

Four of us went for lunch on a Monday. They had a good crowd, sat us right away, service and food were both great. The restaurant was clean and the staff professional. It's a great place to sit and talk with the people at your table.

Nice place to have lunch or dinner in. Menu is big enough and when I asked for some modifications, there was no issues to accommodate me. The service was very lovely, the atmosphere is very unique but at the same time it feels like home. Glad we walked in there randomly, we were not disappointed. The only thing I was disappointed with were vegetables. The price is way too high for few carrots and parsnip, there was also weird vinegar taste to them.

Surprisingly large inside, with a snug up front and a beer garden down the end. Nice Guinness. They serve food after 6.30 on Fri-Sun ( didn't try it). Nice chill vibe on a summer evening.

We had our wedding reception in October 22 in Bradshaws. We visited Margaret and Podge in February 22 to view their pub and from then to the actual day they went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. The decor was gorgeous and all our guests were so surprised to move from a drinks reception in the front bar to the back area where we spent the rest of the night. The catering was excellent and there was an abundance of choice and generous portions. All our guests are still saying how good a night it was and how nice the venue was. This was honestly all down to Margaret and Podge’s hard work. This was the perfect venue for us - we had 85 guests and everything about the day exceeded our expectations. Thanks again to Margaret and Podge for making the day so special.

We recently celebrated our daughter’s confirmation in Bradshaws Bar and from start to finish everything was spot on , the space was amazing loads of room for the kids to play , food was beautiful. Staff are very friendly. Thanks to Margaret and padraig for everything Leah had an amazing day .

How every pub should be! Cosy, friendly staff, lovely atmosphere and so many nooks and crannies that make it perfect for cosy drinks with 1, a few friends or large groups. Excellent spot.

A highlight of my vacation in Ireland. Im happy I stayed in Castleconnell and enjoyed pints here throughout the week with my Fiancé. I was greeted with hospitality, wonderful conversation and beautifully poured Guinness! The staff was all amazing and friendly, especially Mike! I was encouraged to watch my first hurling match here by all the patrons and I think I will continue to watch the sport at home now (of course only rooting for Limerick!) When I come back to Ireland in the future, I will make a point to come back to Bradshaws for a pint. Thank you again to the pub and all the lovely folks that I met there.

Full Irish Breakfast was good but I had lunch there recently and was quite disappointed. I had roast beef, it was average, slow to be served and overpriced for what I got. I would definitely go back for the breakfast but not the lunch…

Food is really good and the staff are lovely, couldn't fault it in any way.

We both had Turkey & Ham lunch. €17 each. It was very tasty. Orange juice included with meal. Great value. Highly recommended.

Good old fashioned pub that opens early serving breakfast. The locals and staff are friendly. Guinness is spot on. Well worth a visit.

The food there is soooo tasty! It was totally worth the long walk and the wait for the fish and chips. Really good musicno so loud too.

Decent pizza but was cold when it arrived. Pizzas are expensive and service isn't great. Told us it's pay as you go and you have to pay for the food when you order but the waiter didn't arrive down to take our money until after the meal??

Lovely place which is veggie friendly! They even serve a vegan pizza which you can see in my picture. It's with olives, tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach, almonds and pesto. Only thing... They ask if you want to have cheese on your vegan pizza... Which would then make the pizza not longer vegan... It was tasty either way

A good spot for a brew and pizza! We stopped by to see the town. While walking around, we found this place and decided to give it a try. It was mid-afternoon, the place was empty and quiet, nice for us... Beer was cold, pizza was hot, wc clean! The guy making pizza is good, he's got some skill.

The street style venue with a stage and indoor, yet open canopy place for pub and pizza. The is a good variety of pizza and other food on offer. And there is good space and character in the place. Subtle touches to the place make it unique. The pizza was also good, however I had to wait over an hour to wait for it. I'm not sure if that is normal, if it was because they just opened up the kitchen at 5pm, were understaffed, or is the norm. When the pizza had finally arrived, the beer had gone flat, so it wasn't a good combination in the end. More effort is needed to make this place an outstanding one.

Nice pizza/pub/live mysic place. Afyer the last food is served and eaten, the tables go out and the whole place is a standing/dancing bar. 4* coz ate a better pizza in many places and this should be the No.1 puzza place in Limerick.

A quaint little pub just off the main road. Super place for lunch with a nice assortment of lunch specials and beer. Fast and friendly service.

When you first walk in, it doesn’t seem very large. But take a stroll, and you’ll find several spacious areas within. There’s a HUGE upstairs area that is partly covered and partly outside, so smoking is allowed up there. I was there on a Sunday evening, so it was VERY dead. There literally was only one other customer in there, and he arrived after I did, so we all got the full attention of the bartender. That’s a plus I guess. They have the usual Irish beers and a full bar. It was just surprisingly dead - even for a Sunday evening.

Great location. This is a very rustic irish pub. The owners were rather restrained when entering the pub. This changed after a few Guinness and there was a very good and sometimes very funny entertainment.

There’s a dress code only for women! That’s sexism. I was denied entry just because I was wearing black leggings! Men were even allowed in wearing sweatpants. Pure sexism!!!

Unfortunately we had one of the worst experience on a day we were expecting to and receive a great service, Hurling Finals! we were given a table in front of a broken TV (there was a huge black line going through it, please see picture attached) and once I asked the manager to please change the table to one that we had already spotted and was inside the premises, he refused as he said that it was the place where people would go to smoke (even though you can't smoke inside) very disappointing experience would not recommend it.

went in the afternoon and it was very quiet. only one bartender tending the bar and it was good and brief service. food was not being served when we went, but they did sell packaged bags of beacon crisps and peanuts. there is also an outdoor beer area that overlooks the water.

If you want a great pint of Guinness then look no further! Creamy pints and great craic all around! A very nice and quaint beer garden with a lovely view of the River Shannon and a great place to meet friends for the start of a night out!

A great little "local" pub, where everyone knew each other. I was welcomed as one of the locals and even invited to join the conversation. I only stopped for one but it was well worth it.

Great spot and classic set up of pub with strong vibes of community. Especially when had drinks in the back area facing the island and the river.

Just popped in for a pint of Guinness as it was recommended as a nice pub. The inside of this place is stunning. They were serving meals (was a Sunday and roast beef looked a winner) from a hot counter. Looked amazing but didn’t have time to eat here. Hopefully next time.

The pub is famous for most say the best pint of Guinness in Limerick. They now have an evening menu which is keenly priced. We tried the chicken burger, thai prawn curry and the fish and chips. All were delicious, great service and atmosphere. What more can you ask for?

The best carvery in the city and I will fight any man in a tub of gravy that would challenge me. The mash potatoes are spheres the roast potatoes are roasted and the meat and fish is scintillating 10 out of 10 up the Bohs

Cosy atmosphere, very bright. It's a traditional pub with a touch of modernity. Good to go with the lads and have a pint. Friendly staff and a clean place. Food is lovely. Since I love cocktails I would say that there are not many options on the menu. Still worth a visit!

One of the bouncers at the door covering crowd control saved my whole life by letting me in front to leg it to the bathrooms , was nearly in tears and contemplating wetting myself if he hadn’t been as nice and understanding as he was to let me in even with all the chaos going on and people trying to skip, give that man a raise.

Stopped in for a quick pint to see the match on Sunday afternoon and I must say the staff were simply amazing. Really good friendly service without being overbearing. We sat out the front and were very well looked after, the minute a drizzle of rain started the canope was put out.100% would return, the staff that were working turned a nice quiet pint into a great experience and made the atmosphere incredibly friendly, chill and enjoyable. Really nice to see everyone working together as a team, helping each other and creating a lovely environment to be in. Cannot recommend enough!

I visited this pub with a friend. The bar staff were lovely. The pub is modern and the drinks were cheap and lovely. There was a big range of cocktails and the bar staff knew there stuff about them. The only problem was we were in here drinking and then went out to meet a friend, literally right outside the front door the bouncer turned around and would not let us back in, nor tell us why we couldn't go back in.

Went here by accident as we were just roming around and had a great time. I got whatever was the cheapest beer and it was good. The atmosphere at the bar is like a small bar feel but it opens up when you go down the steps to the other room. I would recommend.

First of all the staff in here are so friendly and very accommodating. Dropped the star due to the very loud music could barely hear conversation. It’s not a night club it’s a wine bar would prefer music volumn to be lowered. We got the cheese board which was nice but had to ask for more crackers as didn’t get enough for the cheese and was charged for extra crackers. Overall it is a fab wine bar staff are lovely and nice set up just lower music volumn please. Will def go back again

Absolutely brilliant! Met Jon, one of the owners who filled us in on the history of the space and was so friendly and helpful! Great wines, the cheese plate was delightful and enough for the 2 of us for dinner. Stunning atmosphere!

We were just here for some wine and food, but it turned out that they aren't serving any food until 5pm. The lovely gentleman however prepped up a nice cheeseboard for us with some olives, salami, carrots and hummus. Everything was delicious and he didn't charge us for it. Actually felt a awful for not tipping so the least I can do is leave a good review and promise to tip next time we're there. Which we definitely will. Great atmosphere too, highly recommended!

Great atmosphere and vibes. The Copper Room serves a huge variety of wines and a small tapas menu. Don't come here with an empty stomach as you won't get a filling meal. But, you can expect great service, food, and drinks.

Love the ambiance, love the wine and love the food. We selected to make our own board and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend.

What a lovely, cozy and terrifically friendly tasting room in the heart of Limerick! The atmosphere here was welcoming and warm, with good beer and lively conversation. Alex behind the bar brought upbeat talk about the brewery and the city, and made us feel right at home. As did customers, who welcomed us as we enjoyed Crew’s nicely balanced brews. We strongly recommend enjoying the comfort and offerings of this small tasting rom in the heart of the city.

The service was fantastic and friendly! Beer was good and the taps change often. I’d love to come back in a few weeks or months and try all the new beers on tap. Free WiFi was strong too.

Great craft brewery bar taproom. Beers were excellent, staff very friendly and atmosphere with both the music and patrons very friendly and relaxed. Bonus points for being dog friendly, and letting us bring in takeaway food from the market next door. Highly recommended.

I stopped in for a couple pints because I have a hard time saying no to a brewery I haven't been to before. The beers were excellent, especially the grisette. The building itself was very cool looking with the tanks behind the bar and there was nice outdoor seating. The bartender was incredibly nice and knowledgeable genuinely seemed interested in talking to me, not just humoring a tourist. This is a definite stop every time I visit Ireland going forward.

Loved the beer and the atmosphere! Enjoyed the Hazy IPA, nightjar, while my husband said nothing but good things about the milk stout. They canned two for us to take to our next location which was super nice! Will tell everyone back in the states and our own Atlanta area to check it out if in the area!

Great Guinness, Comfy seat and sport on TV, I didn’t try and food but I did have a packet of bacon fries which are always good 💚. Nice pub and I’ve uploaded the current drinks price list as of 14/07/2025.

Before you enter you get the feeling of this could be good. Excellent frontage to sets you up for what's inside. The Bar inside doesn't disappoint. Beautiful old style mahogany timber bar with all the excellence of comfort and style that you would expect from a top class bar. Bar staff were excellent and the pints of Guinness were just perfect. The bar filled up with regulars that were great fun and very knowledgeable on their Rugby opinions. Great time had by all, we would visit here as regularly as possible. Excellent Bar.
