Amigos Restaurant and Roof Terrace in Benidorm is a popular spot located in the old town on Calle La Palma. The restaurant is known for its beautiful roof terrace and hosts lively parties for various occasions. It offers a diverse menu featuring dishes like traditional gosht karahi, Japanese-style tempura made with fresh local fish, and Galician steak fillets marinated in tequila or whiskey.
I cannot recommend Amigo's enough, I booked early as it was a friend's birthday, they messaged to check details on her name and met the extra requests I made. On arrival everything was perfect as requested, the staff were so friendly and professional and felt like nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was absolutely sublime, I cannot fault a single thing, the steak was so tasty and cooked to perfection, presentation was excellent. I will definitely be back when visiting benidorm again. Thank you to all the staff there.

We ate here as a family of 4 on the roof terrace. Absolutely fantastic food and service! Highly recommend the peppered steak. Atmosphere was chilled and relaxed away from the busy crowds. Service was spot on with attentive and very polite staff. Thank you

Our first visit to Amigos Restaurant and Roof Terrace and it certainly will not be our last. From start to finish, we had an excellent meal accompanied by attentive service in very pleasant surroundings. A great choice on the menu for all tastes. Food was top notch. A special mention to Craig, who looked after us with aplomb. Well done to the whole team, we will definitely be back.

We celebrated over the weekend here for my husband’s 50 th birthday had a day time lunch and a evening roof terrace meal both was amazing great food great service. two different days with eating in restaurant and roof top and we felt really special

Visited for a 60th birthday on the roof terrace. Beautiful little restaurant. Food and service exceptional. Staff were very attentive and polite. Loved the ambience of the roof terrace. Would certainly visit again if I return to Benidorm.

We had our meal at Amigo’s on the final night of my best friend Charlotte’s hen do, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! From reserving the table right through to leaving the venue, the service was absolutely impeccable. The food and drinks were delicious, and the team went above and beyond with a sign outside celebrating Charlotte’s hen dinner and lovely decorations on the roof terrace. A huge thank you to everyone at Amigo’s for making it such a special evening - the perfect end to the best weekend!

Had an amazing bottomless birthday brunch. They decorated beautiful sun terrace for us and catered for gluten free and vegetarians in our group. Food and drinks were amazing. Manager Lee and owners very lovely. Great staff. Highly recommend for brunch or any meal anytime

Bar
Wooky Hollow 2 is an English pub that offers high-quality food at affordable prices, making it a popular spot for both locals and tourists. The staff are attentive and accommodating to large parties, creating a welcoming environment. Known for its full English breakfast, fish and chips, and Sunday lunch, this place provides a taste of home for Brits abroad. Visitors praise the management and staff for their adherence to COVID-19 regulations, ensuring the safety of everyone.
Have to say this place is great! We are only back from our first holiday in benidorm. We ate here several times over the week. Food is great from their frys to their Sunday dinners. Staff were super helpful and couldn't do enough for you. We will definitely be back thank you 😊
Cheryl I — Google review
The staff are great. The food is good and good value for money. Everyone is friendly even when aposing teams are watching the sport. We had some good banter with other football fans.
Neil R — Google review
I’ve eaten from this place many of times and tried various different items from the menu and I must say none of them disappoint! Prices are great for the portion sizes you get. I got a lasagna with chips and salad. The lasagna was so cheesy and full of flavour, piping hot food straight from the oven. The waiting time for good can depend on how busy it gets but it’s never more than 30 minutes. Service is great, the staff are over to the table ready to take orders as soon as you walk in. This place has become one of my regular places to visit and will definitely be back when I’m in Benidorm again.

Went with a large group today who were going home. Got the beef dinner but was disappointed. 1 slice of thin beef, cold carrots peas & cabbage. Watery mash. 1 roast potatoes that was quite nice. Did I complain ? No but in hignsight I should have. My husbands meal was the same as mine, cold with very little meat. Heard good things about this bar but won't be going again . I plus is the staff were very nice.
Diane S — Google review
This is great place to have a full English breakfast or any other traditional English meal. All freshly made and very tasty. Friendly staff, fast service. Plenty of seating both inside and out. Live sports shown. Definitely worth a visit 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Wooky Hollow 2 is great. The food was very good and the service was excellent. We sat outside on the terrace in the shade as it was very hot and there was a slight breeze which kept us cool while eating lunch. Would definateky recommend.

Really glad to have found this place, best food I've ate in Benidorm. Reasonably priced, excellent service. Staff are friendly and welcoming. If I could give 6 stars I would

Went to watch the match last night as it’s a Liverpool bar. Sadly it’s nowhere near as good as the original Wooky Hollow. Also, maybe get some bigger tv’s guys!

Benidorm Palace has become a popular attraction, especially after being featured in the ITV comedy series 'Benidorm.' The venue has been hosting live shows and events for almost 40 years, featuring internationally renowned artists such as Julio Iglesias and Alejandro Sanz. Visitors can enjoy high-quality performances, stunning costumes, and great music while indulging in delicious food.
Went here about 20 years ago and was very good, but very much an ‘older’ style cabaret style - no more! Whilst maintaining a singing/dancing show style, the show is completely modernised. The backdrop, stage, lighting and effects are very impressive as they make most of the space right back into the audience itself. We went and had the full 3 course meal and the quality was fine. Considering most join for the dinner, they do remarkably well at serving quality food, hot to so many tables without the usual feeling it’s canteen food. Well worth it. Unfortunately, I did it again, eating before thinking to take pictures - sorry! Entertainment was professionally executed and the singing/dancing was broken up nicely with a few class acts. Will look forward to going again when I get a chance…
Steve R — Google review
A must visit whilst in Benidorm for evening entertainment and food. We spent €56 each for tickets to show and a 4 course meal. Excellent table for 2 by the stage. The food....each course was delicious, the pork/mushroom sauce pairing of the main not great, and seemed like common consensus as I saw other tables also leaving most of the meat. Otherwise Caesar salad, brocolli/apple soup and cheesecake very nice. Bottles of red wine 13€. Went for a Rioja at 20€ and was a good 2021 vintage. JD & coke zero strong continental pour and value at 8€. The entertainment... it was a great show spanning 3.5hrs or so. Good compare, live band playing pop numbers in lounge act style. Then the full Elements show itself with an array of songs and dancing with stage effects on LED screens, smoke, lasers etc... A great visual spectacle with carnival feather dress, acrobatics, contortionist, flamenco, ballet and magic. Highly recommend for a great evening out in Benidorm.
Rob — Google review
Very nice place. Amazing show with super nice artists quality, as well as the singers 👏 Good food. You can dance. You spend a very pleasant, magic and memorable moment for sure. I highly recommend ! 👌👍
Alicia L — Google review
We went as a family of 4, 6yo girl, 13yo boy and 2 old people... and watched the latest show, Elements, at the Benidorm Palace. My 13 year old commented on how rich and elegant the Palace looked and how it must be for the rich only. Then I reminded him that it only cost around 30 gbp per adult and my 6yo got in for free so as Mel Harvey promised, luxury for the normal people. The venue is sublime and really looks a million euros. As for the show, im not holding back here.... the AI element is just a tacked on sub routine. However what is great is the way it is broken up into 4 elements and therefore 4 quarters based on the 4 elements, fire, water, wind and earth. All 4 quarters of the show were mega impressive and the dancers, singers, actors were all supremely committed to delivering an outstanding performance. I was very impressed, as was the rest of my family. This was our only visit to the Benidorm Palace so I can only speak for this performance but we were blown away and would come back to Benidorm just to visit this venue again. Loved it. Well done to all the performers. Go see it
Mark S — Google review
We went to see the show. It was lovely our seats were to the left side of the stage. The only we had was that the waitress was constantly blocking the view of one of us when she was moving empty glasses and plates from one tray to another to take into the kitchen. We understand that this is her job but every time she was doing this it took her a very long time. Maybe the station could be moved to an area where the wait staff will not block that views of people.
Alexandra L — Google review
Exceptional performancesss, yes they were multiple and really great. The dancers, organizers, stage performances, everything was amazing . Genuinely worth your time and money. I loved every second of it. It’s a smooth process to get into the event centre as well, I was really impressed.
Vanessa L — Google review
An absolutely amazing show. Everything we expected and more. Saw our first show here more than 25 years ago and they keep surpassing themselves. Food was good even if a bit disjointed delivery wise. The staff do a fantastic job given the number of people. An absolute must if your in Benidorm.
David B — Google review
A bit of a Benidorm institution. That said, it's a fantastic night out and now with a new show called Elements its a must do. The service and food were excellent and the show itself was amazing. Highly recommended

Pub
Bar
Nestled in the vibrant heart of Benidorm's old town, O'Maras pub is a charming British-themed establishment that has become a beloved spot for both locals and visitors. Known for its warm hospitality, the friendly staff ensures that every guest feels right at home. With an impressive selection of traditional ales, lagers, ciders, and spirits on offer, it's an ideal place to unwind after exploring the bustling streets.
Called in just to see what it was like. Had a good time and found out that you could get a pie and a drink for just €6.50, so went in following night and those pies are gorgeous. Love the place. Word of warning, if you're drunk or disorderly you will be asked to leave. Nobody likes idiots. They are lovely people and you do have to go to bar to be served.
Philip D — Google review
The pub is a nice little old fashioned pub it’s really nice . HOWEVER!!! The horrible curly haired woman behind the bar made the visit very unwelcoming. Rude abrupt and demanding it’s a public house for the public to frequent, if you don’t want any people in close the bar and go home you miserable old sausage. Or try oil of evening primrose.
Mr S — Google review
Well it depends on the staff, one day a nice youngish barman charged €2 for a bottle of Mahou. 2 days later i was charged €3.50. Obviously tourist scalping. The rather rotund, rude elderly barman wearing a DAVE Tshirt would have been better suited as an undertaker. Only interested in chatting to his equally rotund and heavily tattooed expats. Give it a miss if "DAVE" is on duty.
Noel R — Google review
Nice beer and friendly staff. I thought the prices were good as well. We visited in the afternoon and there were a few folk in but not packed. Ideal for us
Robert J — Google review
Place is small but nice atmosphere don't allow children (ours was 10) we did not eat but saw someone who ordered a pasty looked ok Darts on the TV
Nadine H — Google review
The pub seemed odly but nicely out of place on a small Benidorm street. A English bar in Spain it was. The surrounding and atmosphere was really nice and it was a nice escape from the loud music and vibrant bars in the area. Me and my friend had a pie each, which was ok, but nothing spectacular. It was a cash only bar though. So make sure you have Euro at the ready.
Shaunie “ — Google review
Sadly yet another pub which isn’t family friendly. We went to O’Maras pub hoping to grab and bite and get a quick drink but was met with a very unfriendly ‘NO CHILDREN ALLOWED’ sign on the door! Come on guys, why not kids until 8pm for example? It’s 2024 and this is supposed to be a family resort.
Pp7822 — Google review
If you like a small microwaved pie and tasteless beer then this is the place for you. Couldn’t drink my pint and couldn’t wait to leave . Money wasted. Avoid

140€ for this plate!!!! be aware! no more again!
Leander — Google review
We went to Ulia Playa for paella. On the menu it looked like the price was €20 for the whole pan, but when we got the bill it turned out to be per person. So we ended up paying €40 for one paella, which was never clearly indicated. Honestly, this feels misleading and like a rip-off. The paella itself was disappointing: the scampi were mushy, the flavor was mediocre, and the starter we ordered was also average. For the amount we paid, the portion was not generous and the quality was far below expectations. The staff were friendly, but that doesn’t make up for the high price and poor food quality. Conclusion: For us this was overpriced and misleading. Definitely not worth it, and we won’t be coming back.
Mahmut O — Google review
Was a bit disappointed this time round. Service was slow, salted fish not prepared at the table and slightly butchered result. Normally ambiance and service are top notch. This time not so much, we left after the main and got a dessert and coffee elsewhere.
Roderick R — Google review
It was great but there were a few problems. 1.The air conditioning it was soo annoying we asked 5 times to lower it and they didn’t. 2.I wanted to order paella but they said that u can’t and that u needed to order it before coming. 3.The service was not that great he was rude in my opinion and when we asked for suggestions he just ignored. (Btw because of the conditioning le and my mom we fell sick On are Vacation it was soo bad and they don’t even have lobsters u have to preorder everything) . So be ready to go there.
Kssk S — Google review
The food was good but there was a lot of confusion about the plate of shrimp. It was ridiculously priced for shrimp and no explanation was given as to why they didn't tell us we would be paying roughly $10 per shrimp. That's ridiculous. I don't care where you are. They were indifferent and said it was our fault. I would recommend any Americans go elsewhere.
Jas — Google review
One of the worst restaurants I have ever been to. The food was terrible, the service was just as bad and the cost just didn’t match. We made jokes about what Gordon Ramsay would say watching the staff struggle to do the most basic of jobs. Not sure way my partner even paid the bill…. Avoid - lots of lovely restaurants near by
Stephanie P — Google review
I booked to come here due to the previous reviews, however, we were all really disappointed. The staff were rude, the place had an unpleasant smell and the atmosphere was nonexistent. On top of that, the service and the food wasn’t great either. We will most definitely not be going back!

Sports bar
The Bodhran Irish Bar is a family-run pub located just a short walk from Levante Beach and Benidorm Old Town. Run by a family from County Cork in Ireland, it offers an authentic Irish experience with live music every night, including traditional Irish tunes and popular chart-toppers. The bar also features multiple HD screens for sports events, serving food all day from snacks to pub classics. On Sundays, visitors can enjoy a delicious roast.
Brilliant atmosphere, good beer and friendly staff. Drinks are cheaper than the Jolly Roger near by. Pint of beer and a Bacardi and coke was €9.60 it's often €12 elsewhere. Often Brendan Murray sings at 9pm, if you like Irish music you will love it. He's also funny too, solid banter. I didn't eat there so I can't rate the food. Don't fill all the seats as I'd like to go back! Superb!

I didn't partake of the food, as was just visiting for the watering hole, the music was all folk, much to my liking, we went to the back where we had shade from the sun, and the air was cool, staff were friendly, magners was crisp, very enjoyable 2 pints... Will return, shortly. Well worth a visit. Authentic Irish Bar, and music, also holds live gigs.. Weell done.

Great atmosphere, very friendly service. Lovely food and drink, great pint of the black stuff ☺️
Beverley W — Google review
A lively friendly bar with very good food, my only critique is that the portions are enormous, ended up leaving more than we had eaten, we asked if they did small plates for those with a smaller appetite but was told we could order off the kids menu the usual nuggets, sausages etc. Not ideal. The chef must surely be disheartened when he sees all the waste. Something to consider for those of us who can't eat a large meal.
Karen G — Google review
A great Irish pub in the middle of Benidorm not far from the old town. They serve delicious home cooked meals. The portions are large, you will need to be hungry lol. We initially went there because they served Guinness on draught, not the cans or bottles a lot of Benidorm pubs do. It was an excellent pint too, and there is a good range of drinks on offer. The staff are very nice, and efficient, although they did look rushed off their feet the 3 times we were in for lunch. All in all I can’t fault the pub, it also has a mix of trad and modern live music in the evenings.

Stopped off here for a breakfast one morning...staff welcoming and we had a chat with the guy outside enticing people to come in. We ordered two large breakfasts which were freshly cooked, everything was hot on the plate. I had a coffee and my husband had a Guinness. Nice to eat your breakfast out side in the sun. Would visit again if, and when we were in Benidorm.

Two weeks back we tried their gastronomic set menu for 20€ and it was excellent. This time we tried their a la carte menu and were disappointed with their meat and seafood paella. Their first plate, artichokes, was very good but not their second plate paella. I recommend you stick to their set menus.

Great atmosphere and prices. One small quibble . They use 2 litre bottles of coke for mixes so can be a bit flat unless they just opened the bottle. I chose to pay extra to have a can instead.

Uncle Ped's British Pub is a vibrant and spacious establishment located at the corner of Calle Derramador, making it a must-visit spot in Benidorm. With its inviting outdoor seating, pool table, and large screens for sports enthusiasts, it's the perfect place to unwind. The pub boasts an impressive selection of drinks at unbeatable prices—pints can be enjoyed for as little as 80p during the day!
Best atmosphere in Benidorm huge screens plenty of crack and laughter the big bonus is the drinks are cheap , never had any food but no complaints from anyone who had it. Thankyou for an amazing time and our barmaid from Netherlands, sorry never got your name

We recently visited Uncle Peds to watch Pablo Bloom. The show was fantastic and Pablo was so talented and funny. The show was very relaxed and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience (lasted approximately 1 hour). We wouldn't hesitate to recommend both the show and the venue. The staff at Uncle Peds were very friendly and hardworking, there was a great family friendly atmosphere (lots of children watching and engaging with the show), there was plenty of comfortable seating, the bar was immaculate and the drinks were reasonably priced (great selection including tea & coffee and prices were displayed). This is a great venue to visit at night or during the day. There is a large outside terrace with a snack bar attached. We will definitely be returning.

Great time here good prices at bar also good menu. Sport on screen bit of singing. Everyone there was enjoying their self. Our party all in our later years loved it. Will visit here again. Nearly forgot the best and cleanest toilets in Benidorm.

Not as good this year. It's suffering from shrinkflation. Coffee was in a proper cup, and now it is in a small paper cup with a very small shot glass. The Coffee only just fit the paper cup with the tiny shot added. I would rather pay a little more on the front and get a sea view with a nice cup and a glass of spirit. They have also put harible high tables and chairs on the front row and low tables behind. I can't see bugger all now. Peds is not what it was. 😕 I was a big fan, too.
Hi A — Google review
This place is cheap to drink in the daytime, prices go up as the day goes on. Staff are quick and friendly. Beware of buying whisky. I asked for a glass of whatever was the cheapest and got charged 8 ( roughly £5) euros and it wasn't a particularly large measure. When I asked why it was so expensive I was told it included a mixer. I said I don't want a mixer but was told I had to pay for it anyway . SO won't be buying whisky again. It's a good starting off point.

Great bar. Sun trap, good cold cheap beers and Pablo Boom evening entertainment. One of favourites in Benidorm.

A pint of Amstel is€1 in the daytime and €1.50 in the evening, getting served is quick and easy with probably the biggest range of drinks deals in Benidorm, spent a great happy cheap couple of hours there and for us was easy to grab a prime table out on the front right next to the bar, Staff all happy and friendly too so all great for us. Didn't have any food.

Mediterranean restaurant
Restaurante La Falúa Café Pub, established in 2007, has become a renowned dining destination in Benidorm. It offers a blend of Mediterranean and international cuisine as well as traditional gastronomy. The restaurant prides itself on constantly innovating its creations using fresh, high-quality ingredients to provide a delightful culinary experience.
The Restaurant it is vert nice, the staff were also nice. We cannot say that we had something unpleasant. It’s true that we have paid the alioli with bread, which we didn’t order it, we just accepted it.
Tabara D — Google review
Discovered this place by accident and have been back twice. It's a bit expensive in comparison to other local restaurants but it's top class and the food and service are impeccable and very accomodating. I reserved for a special occasion and will of course return. I thought the recomendations by the staff regarding wine choice and menu choice were both helpful and well informed.
Stephen O — Google review
Okay restaurant nicely presented but spoiled by being turned into a creche with small children playing by our table. Waited over 10 minutes for the bill and then another 10 minutes for someone to come and collect the money. Gave up and had to go to the counter to pay. Food okay but not worth the inflated price Will stick with Enrique in Albir in future
John S — Google review
Nice friendly and clean. Didn't eat there but food looked good. Had football on what we wanted to watch. Gave crisp and sweets for kids when ordered drinks. No pints just half largers.
Jade R — Google review
Upon arrival, we were immediately impressed by the restaurant's elegance. The stylish table setup and sophisticated atmosphere painted the picture of a truly high-class experience. While the food, especially the five-course set menu we opted for, had its highlights, our overall satisfaction with the cuisine was mixed. The appetizers were merely adequate, falling short of our expectations and failing to set a promising tone for the meal. However, the steak and fish we ordered were perfect, demonstrating the kitchen's ability to deliver on some fronts. Unfortunately, our experience with the paella was far from satisfactory. Those of us who chose it found it so lacking that half of it remained untouched. When we voiced our concerns to the staff, we were met with the claim that it was "the best paella in Alicante," a response that felt dismissive. Our dining experience was further marred by a couple of incidents involving unexpected charges. First, despite the menu clearly stating "Water included," we were initially charged €15 for water. Only after we complained was this charge reluctantly removed. This situation was compounded by an incident involving an unrequested serving of bread. The bread was served to us before our meal began, without our solicitation. Upon receiving the bill, we were surprised to find a charge for the bread. When we attempted to dispute this, the manager, visibly angry and aggressive, refused to listen to our reasoning. Pointing to the menu statement "bread not included," he insisted on charging us €11.90 for something we never ordered in the first place. This not only felt inappropriate but significantly detracted from the sophistication and class the establishment purported to maintain. In light of these experiences, I must rate this restaurant one out of five stars. The combination of subpar customer service, the mixed quality of the food, questionable handling of our complaints, and forced charges for unsolicited items, compounded by the manager's surly and aggressive demeanor, leaves me with no choice but to recommend against dining here. For a place that exudes such elegance and class, one expects a smoother overall experience, particularly in terms of communication and transparency regarding additional costs.
Håkon — Google review
I went with some friends and had the tasting menu nr. 2. The food was alright, although the paella was way too heavy on the fish stock, but other than that we were happy with the meal. However, when we got the bill they tried to charge us for the water, which was quite expensive and supposed to be included in the menu, and for bread and aioli that we did not order. When confronted about this they were nice enough to drop the water charge, but the manager was aggressive and yelled about the bread without budging. I would not go again.
Fredrik B — Google review
Menu was ok, nothing special, not worth it, for that price!

We visited La Fusia restaurant in Benidorm on May 9th at 20.00. At first the restaurant seemed nice and cozy. We ordered 2 menus for 50 euros. They brought wine. It turned out to be good. They started bringing food. Sausage and jamon were good. Then there was a strange shrimp omelette. Then there was the squid. It was of average quality. Then they brought one steak for two. It was undercooked and sprinkled with salt and raw, cheap French fries. It is very strange that in a restaurant with high prices this brings. We tried it, but did not finish it, ate a few pieces and then took it away. Then they brought a chocolate cake, it was not bad, but also incorrectly prepared. We called the restaurant manager Antonio and told him that the steak was bad. He was not fully prepared, to which he began to pretend that he did not understand what we were talking about, since "everyone likes everything." That is, instead of apologizing and conveying information to the chef, he simply rejected our claim. Then I visited the toilet and there was NO water flowing in the sink. That is, it is simply impossible to wash your hands! When they brought the bill, I called the manager and told him that there was no water flowing in the sink, to which he told me that "it's okay" and again did not apologize and did not take note of my claim! Next, I asked for a steak that was not fully cooked from the final bill of 118 euros, but he refused us, since we tried it! I said we won't pay for this steak! To which he began to say loudly that he would call the police to deal with us! When he said this, other people turned around and started looking at us, laughing and commenting on this situation! At that moment, I was stressed and I was unpleasant to receive a public humiliation for 118 euros! I was very disappointed with this restaurant and service! I highly recommend visiting!

The garlic shrimps taste like chlor water as well as the fritattas! The garlic shrimps portion is a very tiny portion with no bread unlike in other restaurants! So far the restaurant was the one with best reviews and worst food! But also at the same time very eypensive! Not worth any cent! Horrible experience! The appetizer was some 2 days old dry bread with olive oil sprinkled and 2.5 gramm of pepper Salami on it. Vegetarians/pescetarians good luck! We are definitely not coming back! Also dirty plates 🤮🤮🤮

We had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. The staff, including the manager, were extremely rude and disrespectful. We ordered a coffee and a cocktail, but when the cocktail arrived, we asked if it contained alcohol. Upon requesting to return it, the manager started yelling at us, saying that “obviously a cocktail has alcohol” and then continued saying things in Spanish that we didn’t understand, as we are foreigners. He refused to change the drink, even though we didn’t touch it, and we had to pay for it anyway. To make matters worse, after we paid, he made an inappropriate comment, saying he thought we were Italians, not Arabs – which was offensive and completely uncalled for. Overall, very unprofessional service and a disrespectful attitude. Definitely do not recommend this place.

The food was very good. We didn't have high expectations when we were there because it was before easter and it was full everywhere and we barely found a place here. It was one of the best paellas we've had and we've had quite a few over the course of our time in Spain. It's not the most elegant place to go, but it deserves all the good reviews for its excellent food. The kids also loved that they received some candies from them at the end. They have to be more careful with the cutlery. My fork was scratched and I cut my lip with it while I was eating....not fun.
Deea A — Google review
A fantastic beach front restaurant with fantastic fish dishes. I had the swordfish and my partner had the seafood paella. Both were divine and full of flavour. I’ve never had swordfish myself but I would definitely had it again. Savoury and similar texture to halloumi - I’m not sure if it should be like that but I loved it! The sangria was fresh, full of flavour, and very easy to drink. 1 litre between two worked out well. I think it was €11 ish for a litre. The crisps were a nice little warm up snack, but the bread - which you do have to pay for I think like £3 for two people - was nice and warm too and the garlic aioli was moreish. Overall a great seafood meal for two for €42 all in. Mains only with bread and sangria.

Nice dinner place on the main street of Benidorm. Good paella 🥘 a bit salty 🧂 but still good to enjoy with a seaview and GREAT little fried squids. Sweet sangria. Not very expensive place. Vincent's Pub in the Old Town is not just one of the oldest British pubs in the Old Town but in Benidorm itself. This is a pub I have been visiting for so many years,it's a pub I always look forward to visiting and I've had so many great nights out here over the many years I've frequented this pub. The interior is superb ,it's a proper pub with dark wood tables and chairs, a cool looking serving bar, nice sporting items adorning the walls including Everton F.C shirts and the like,it's got plenty of tv's to enjoy the sport, it really is a cool pub. My twin brother Stephen and I were here on a roasting hot Friday afternoon and with the 2018 world cup in full swing this pub was packed with a great atmosphere ,we got served at the bar and went for bottles of green Mahou beer, these were served iced cold and sparkling and we just chilled out and took in the great pub we were in. This is without a shadow of a doubt one of my favourite pubs in Benidorm, it's my ideal pub abroad. We really enjoyed our beers in here and the great atmosphere so much so that we ended up staying for another beer each before we moved on and as on every other visit to here we had a great time. Vincent's Pub is easy to locate on Avenida Almendros in the Old Town which is also an area teeming with pubs, bars and restaurants and some amazing architecture and a major tourist destination. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday, 10am till 4am. A great pub and well worth checking out.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Vincents Old Town Benidorm – The Roast That Saved Us! 🥂There was a group of us and we were desperate for a proper Sunday roast. Found Vincents on TripAdvisor and thank God I did, because it absolutely hit the spot! Massive plates, crispy roasties, fluffy Yorkshires, perfectly cooked meat, and gravy so good. The staff were absolute legends full of banter, quick with the drinks, and didn’t judge our “morning after” faces one bit.The tunes were on, the atmosphere was buzzing.🍗 Top food, top laughs, top people — it’s an absolute must when in Benidorm! Very busy bar in Benidorm old town. Bar service only but very efficient. Staff pleasant. Had a couple of meals here during my stay. Overall food was fine as was the food service. Called in as we had before, explained my wife had coeliac disease and required gluten free food. Explained that in the past they'd done a couple of hash browns with scrambled eggs for her while I had a full English. Yes they could do that again she said no problem. To our horror my wife's meal came out on two slices of normal toast. Advised them she couldn't eat this or she'd be ill, they took it into the kitchen, picked the toast off and sent it back. Sorry, this just isn't good enough 😕

The sound of the waves crashing on the shore added to the overall ambiance, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing meal. The service was exceptional – attentive without being intrusive, and the staff was knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations. The wine list was well-curated, featuring a nice selection of local and international wines that paired wonderfully with the meal. Overall, this restaurant offers a perfect blend of great food, beautiful views, and excellent service. The hotel are called gourmet so the restaurant are ambitious and price and menu wise it seem to aim for Michelin star or mention. Here are our opinion on that project: Appetizer: Michelin quality. Bread: From the supermarket no chance of a star if you do not bake your own bread Olive oil: amazing local oil - Michelin quality Starters: 2xprawns better prawn dishes then restaurants with Michelin mention in Alicante. But not star quality at all. Main: Really good pork, black pepper corns a brilliant idea. Tasteless and not well prepared fish with boring vegetables. Maybe a mention but far from a star. I had the great pleasure of visiting this place for a friend’s birthday, and I was absolutely impressed. The location is stunning – truly wow. The food is incredibly affordable for the quality you get. Champagne is priced almost like in the supermarket. I had the best beef I’ve eaten in a long time. And the service… absolutely five-star. I wholeheartedly recommend it. Out of the five days I spent in Benidorm, I chose to eat here on three of them – even though we weren’t staying at the hotel. In my opinion, it offers the best view in all of Benidorm.

As a birthday surprise I booked a table for my father-in-law's birthday for only him and his wife. I was based in London and wanted to make sure they had the best food experience and service on their special day, but without being in Benidorm myself I found this hard to ensure. After reading a dozen reviews I decided that Llum del Mar would do it. To make sure it wasn't just a casual dinner without any wow-effect, I called the restaurant and asked if it was possible to get a table with a nice view. Keep in mind I ordered the table the day before the big day, but they ensured me they would do their best. In addition, they would make a special surprise for him and asked how old he was. Llum del Mar did everything! Please see pictures. I cannot thank them enough for making this day so special for my in-laws.

Nice bar and nice service. Wife had salmon which was lovely. I had a chicken thing which tasted very nice but the meat seemed to be backed and therefore a bit chewy. The sauce with it was very tasty. The only issue we both had was the knives were not sharp enough to cut up the meat and veg - also the end of the knives curved into your palm and dug in. The knives should have curved the other way and been a lot sharper. You guys need to change that!
Brian P — Google review
When we first arrived there wasn't any chairs outside but the waitress assured us that as soon as some became available she would advise us and she did. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I would recommend that you try this lovely restaurant. The prices are also very reasonable.

Restaurante La Fava is a popular tapas bar located in the charming Benidorm Old Town. The restaurant offers a cozy and modern atmosphere, serving a delectable variety of seafood and land-based dishes. From cuttlefish to honey eggplant, their traditional tapas are bursting with flavor. Additionally, they provide takeaway and delivery services within Benidorm as well as surrounding areas for a nominal fee.
A Culinary little hidden gem in Benidorm! Dining at La Fava was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The market-inspired cuisine crafted by Chef Fran was nothing short of spectacular. Each dish was a testament to his culinary expertise, showcasing fresh, high-quality ingredients and innovative flavors that delighted our palates. The customer service was equally impressive. The staff were incredibly attentive and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Their recommendations were spot-on, enhancing our dining experience even further. La Fava is a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy exquisite food and top-notch service. Highly recommended!
Pedro S — Google review
Just left La Fava and can only say this is by far the best cooking I have come across in Benidorm. All the dishes are imaginative and beautifully presented , I’d even say they are pretty. When you have a chef that cooks with his heart coupled with a lot of talent and intelligence, the results will be exceptional, as they are here. The only problem for us was that we over ate, which is forgivable as the menu is stuffed with so many dishes you want to try. One dish of pork and tuna eaten like a taco was really excellent. Another tuna dish was melt in the mouth gorgeous. Oxtail dish was great, so soft and really deep flavour. There were too many highlights to list here but the cooked cheesecake must get a mentioned. It was just to die for, so creamy, rich but light, sublime. The staff are very welcoming and the chef comes out and explains the menu in English, which was much appreciated as my Spanish is one notch below terrible. Definitely worth a visit if you’re on holiday or live here.

If you're in Benidorm, make sure to stop by Palladium Cabaret Bar. This vibrant spot on Calle Gerona is not just a modern cabaret and karaoke venue; it also hosts bingo nights and showcases the latest sports events on large screens. It's particularly popular among Welsh rugby fans during the Six Nations, creating an electric atmosphere filled with excitement. The bar serves delicious food all day long, making it a perfect breakfast destination as well.
People if I was you and you was in Benidorm, give this place a try, It was the loveliest breakfast and they serve it all day. They are very kind and very helpful. And it wasn’t to pricey.

Went for a quiet drink to be told my Assistance Dog was not permitted inside and had to go on the terrace. I told the girl the law but she refused to listen talking over us. I asked if i was blind would you say the same for a guide dog and she said yes. I can't let you in my manager will not allow it and we could be closed down. I told her to learn the law and walked out to go next door and be welcomed in. No respect for the disabled.

Lady was welcoming, but the place had a dated and empty feel. The food was absolutely horrible, the mixed grill was worse than a weatherspoons, the pasta tasted like spaghetti hoops and the burger was all bun with cheap and nasty chips. We aren't picky by any means but this was terrible.

Restaurante L'aroma offers a commendable service with satisfactory food options. Although the grilled Octopus was tough to chew, they promptly replaced it without charging. The prawns were delicious but came in small portions for a relatively high price. The Angus Burger, ordered by the husband and child, was not cooked well enough and had pink insides. However, the exceptional service compensated for these shortcomings.
We visited this place more than 6 times already in couple of weeks!! We tried so far 3 different Paellas, they make the best paellas ever, my family in law is Spanish and enjoyed so much everything we ordered! Very good quality food and great service!! I can’t recommend it enough.

What a lovey beachfront restaurant. We was on the beach and felt hungry, so I went searching for some food to take away. I found this lovely place and they made me 2 fantastic tuna salad baguettes, they were sooo nice (great price too)! Sorry no pics of the food as we could not stop eating them (only pic is my beer while i waited).
Monica H — Google review
We ordered two baguettes for lunch, my wife had Tuna, lovely, I ordered chicken breast, I thought it was a bit tough. maybe it was frozen chicken. But when I opened the roll the chicken was completely under cooked, raw, disgusting. I sent it back, and the cheek of them to present the bill with the raw chicken on the bill. I point blankly refused to pay for it. Salmonella HQ.... Never again.
Chris M — Google review
Very good service, food was ok. First i tried the grilled Octopus and was like rubber to chew, so they took it back, and then ordered prawns and they was very good, but little food for a high price. But they did not charged mee for the Octopus so that was great. My husband and child had the Angus Burger was not fried so good too pink inside. But service was very great but i will not go there again because it was too little food for dinner.

We ate today. Food was good but we ordered Paella where we clearly said that one! paella to share between two of us. We was charged 30€ for that. Great hen party at the White Star Bar which is situated next door to the Secret Garden Bar and is part of the hotel Marina complex. It welcomes outside guests to their pool area while they are paying customers. The outdoor bar area also has a large screen for showing sport events and videos. I stayed in the Maya Apartments in the Old Town with my family of small children and this apartment block does not have a pool. It was great to get up and be able to visit the pool in the Marina complex for a couple of hours and the kids could splash around while we had a couple of cocktails in the outdoor bar. We decided to return to the White Star Bar for the Hen Party for guaranteed good entertainment and friendly atmosphere. The staff were welcoming of our hen party and offered us a round of shots and made room for our hen party. We had a great night and it was a great central location for our ladies who were staying in different locations all over Benidorm. The outside bar area is a great place to relax on a sunny afternoon and watch the people go by. I would recommend anyone who visits Benidorm pays a visit to the White Star Bar

A good sports bar with live music and TVs showing all the latest sports. One of the pricier bars on the strip and pours were average. Enjoyable experience overall with a good atmosphere.

Came today staff was slow to serve and were miserable! got served a cracked glass. Bar man kept my €5 euro change! Had to ask him for it! €5 for a rubbish cider. Very underwhelming! Definitely wouldn't return.

I didn't eat here ,to be honest I can't remember the food menu? Nice service and a nice couple of beers. It's looking a little tired but ok.

Really nice bar on the beach front. Great service and drinks, with a lovely atmosphere

I have been in here a few times and have always found the staff to be extremely attentive, friendly and, to be honest, a bit pleasing on the eye....🤪 The artists they have on also involve the customers, mainly Lee Duffy, but not in a aggressive manner. The location couldn't be better being on the beach front and near to the 'old town'. If I have one criticism it's that I have to leave to go back to the hotel or worse, home.....

For a Guinness pub this is so disappointing. Diageo have a word please. This is the second pint as we wanted to give the staff and manager a chance to rectify the issue after talking to the manager who assured us the staff are all trained to pour this correctly. And on observing two different members of staff pour our Guinness incorrectly im sad to say we were left completely disappointed. Such a shame as we have taken a special trip to find this pub. Please can you take some time to learn how to pour it, what size head should be on the pint and have Diageo retrain everyone who is going to pour Guinness.

If you're looking for a lively pub in the new town area of Benidorm, then Tropical Bar is the place for you. Not only does it offer great entertainment with an outside terrace area, but it also has a great selection of cocktails and beers. The staff are friendly and the service is excellent. It takes credit cards, so there's no need to worry about cash.
Always busy. Lots of great shows on every night. We saw Michael Jackson and the Venga Boys tribute ( which is a dance party). Great for all the family, the place is child friendly and will try there best to get everyone involved in dancing or the shows. Place was reasonable priced. Would recommend a visit.

First time here and we were not disappointed at all. Fantastic atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and work so hard to ensure you always have drinks 🍻. The inside is tastefully decorated. There are plenty of seats and tables. The live shows are very good as they only use top artists. Great place to have a night out and a must visit when in Benidorm ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Called in for a drink with the wife and watched a Four Seasons tribute act, the two lads were brilliant. Then decided to stay to see a tribute act to the stage show "We Will Rock You". These brought the house down, (I know this is a review for the Tropical Bar but go and see One Vision anywhere in Benidorm, you'll love them) but this place has different acts on every night from Elton John, Adele, Ska and rock. So this place is worth the visit. There is also an excellent tribute act to Eurasia called Eurasia Benidorm (Vince Clarke songbook) who are well worth checking out, had the crowd up dancing with the performer's. What a night.

Went this bar a few years ago had an amazing chicken baguette, so everytime i come to benidorm I always go back for this. However everytime since I've been back the waitress says we have no chicken or we have sold out and it was only 2:30. The waitress wasnt helpful and told me to order the chicken burger instead and it came burnt so I had to send that back and they only changed the bun. Will not be returning for food or during the day time

Good music, alot of people, two bars, good service from the bartenders but they loose 1 start because there is no aircon and as the club filled up it got way to hot inside and we could all use some more air.

Doorman very abrupt cause wearing shorts. We actually are staying in the hotel and were not told this. Once changed we went back down and asked if they served cocktails. The barman looked lost so I suggested a blue lagoon then a tequila sunrise to which he shook his head and said no.He then gestured to the spirits trolley as if to say that's your choice so I ordered two vodka & coke for which I was charged 16 euros. Extortion is not the word I would use, more like midnight robbery. Then to cap it all off we sat down and everyone round us had cocktails. Did not stay long but made sure we drank our liquid gold Smirnoff that actually cost more than a litre for two standard measures. Thanks Pepe's we definately won't be back. Poor show alround😡

(Translated by Google) We went in to check out the atmosphere, and it wasn't bad. It was our first time. Although it's sort of like a disco pub or small nightclub, I don't know if the name "bar" is there to help us pay less tax, but what I do know is that in a bar, they don't charge €7 for a small bottle of water. That seems like a total abuse to me; they round everything up to the same price. It's better to charge an entrance fee and avoid surprises. I don't think we'll go back. Really great band nice little dance floor. Then the staff who serve watered down beer and expect a tip and then push you out the door the moment the band ends. Also when taking a picture with Elvis was asked if we were gay. Didn't have time to take it on the cobbles maybe next time.

Breakfast was average. Decent sausage which can be hard to find. Eggs were overdone though and it comes served on a plate with high edges like a bowl which is awkward to eat from. Tea/coffee aren't included in the price which make it a bit pricier than it's competitors. Bit like a hidden charge. The staff member was on her own while we were there but she was so on the ball... waiting 6-7 tables at once. I was impressed.

Pretty good grub, well priced. Lasagna wasn't,t great although other food looked and tasted ok. Was busy at the time we arrived. Service was quick and efficient. If you are a sports fan there were lots of TVs showing football
Graeme B — Google review
Probably one of the worst places I have ever eaten at and I wasn't expecting much from a cafe in benidorm. The large brunette lady had the worst attitude in the world and was so rude and moody, the whole experience of eating there was extremly embarrassing. She was clearly not fit to even waitress let alone run a cafe. The food was cold when it arrived and things were missing of the meal that the menu said it should have had. I would strongly advise against eating or visiting this place at all costs as we did for the rest of the holiday. There are many better cafe's around that we then visited for the rest of the week

The Four Seasons is a new and vibrant British restaurant situated in the heart of Benidorm's old town. The owner, John, brings years of experience to the table and takes pride in serving authentic British cuisine. The restaurant offers generous portions of home-cooked food with a focus on flavor and satisfaction rather than fancy presentation. It has received praise for its friendly service, trendy decor, cleanliness, and reasonable prices.
Amazing food great price for the quality of food served recommend everyone try
Mark C — Google review
Terrible food and terrible attitude. Go somewhere else. Recommended by a friend, we had a table for four reserved at the restaurant. The place wasn’t busy when we arrived, or when we left prematurely. They offer a fixed price menu of just under 16€ for a three course meal. Starters and mains ordered. Along with a bottle of red and a bottle of white wine. Two of the four starter arrived nice enough. Two, the garlic mushrooms, simply inedible. One friend tried their best to rescue the mushrooms from whatever the sauce was, which was like a lake of white tasteless gloop, but the sauce genuinely made me feel a touch sick. The waiters cleared off the plates, and I asked him to tell the chef I thought the dish inedible. Three main courses of fillet steak with sauces ordered for mains, along with a veggie curry. One steak was ordered ‘very well done’ and frankly, if you are ordering ‘very well done’ you get what you deserve! The other two ordered as medium and medium well. All three had been cremated. Frankly two of them should of been returned, which is exactly what I did for the main of veggie curry. This was a bowl of watery vegetable soup. It was bland, had a watery consistency, a watery taste, and was just awful. After getting the chef out of the kitchen I was offered another dish, but frankly said I didn’t want anything. The attitude of the chef and staff was rude and as bad as the food. If you are drunk on holiday you might not care. Compared to the tapas bars scattered all round Benidorm this place offers pretty poor quality and service. We ask for the bill. No reduction had been made for the three desert courses not taken, but the bill for one full meal removed. We paid them what they asked. I simple suggest you find somewhere else. This place is no longer 4 or 5 star rated.

After 2 weeks in Spain i became a true brit abroad & craved for some fresh vegetables. The Four Seasons was the place to go to satisfy my craving & it was done perfectly. A tad expensive but the food & the service is what you pay for.

Went with a group of 13 for dinner (reserved in advance). Due to the size of the group we were seated on two separate tables of 6 and 7, which wasn't a problem for us. Everyone seemed to enjoy their meal. I can fully recommend the steak pie which was excellent. Service was friendly and given the size of the group reasonably quick. Will definitely visit again.
David R — Google review
Hi there Just finished our main course, well nearly finished. Enormous portions. However the main point is that the food is all home cooked. Good solid home cooking the way mum did it. Forget the fancy trimmings and presentation. This is all about flavour and fun. Sit back and eat, you will not leave here hungry but you'll be satisfied and happy. Well done folks, its nice to find a place where the food is the main focus. 10 out of 10. Oh and the chips are awesome. ENJOY
Timothy B — Google review
Lovely food and good service. Jug of sangria was the best.
Sian D — Google review
Staff are friendly but the menu wasn't great i broke my tooth on the steak and all the food seemed to be already made then microwaved as they couldn't make anything without onions the starter i had was nice (shelled in pawns in a butter based sauce) took me a long time to eat as nothing to help deshell the prawns and it wasn't on the menu that they were still in shells. The decor was a bit dated but all in all was a nice evening out for all and the menu was large

We left for €14 per person (there were 4 of us) without dessert and we left full! To add a drawback, the music was a little loud for dinner (we asked them to turn it down and they immediately did) and the portion of bravas, delicious, but somewhat scarce. 100% recommended. For me, a must visit every time I go. (Original) Espectacular!!!! La comida buenísima, los camareros muy amables, la relaciones públicas un 10!!! Las vistas inmejorables!!! Y lo mejor de todo el precio! Salimos a 14€ por persona (íbamos 4) sin postre y salimos llenos! Solotúla is a hidden gem in the center of town, offering an incomparable dining experience. The avocado starter with cold ravioli shrimp, mango, and apple is a must-try. Despite its subpar sangria, it's considered one of the top meals in Benidorm for its delicious food and comfortable environment. The young female chef skillfully prepares original seafood dishes like sepia tallarines and squid spaghetti that are both tasty and visually appealing.

(Translated by Google) Very tasty Italian cuisine, good presentation of dishes, polite staff, the hall and the terrace are divided into 2 parts with different designs, so everyone can find a cozy place. There is a lunch menu during the week and live music on Saturday evenings. I recommend!!! (Original) Очень вкусная итальянская кухня, хорошая подача блюд, вежливый персонал, зал как и терраса разделены на 2 части с разным дизайном, так что каждый сможет найти себе уютное место. (Translated by Google) My experience was quite negative. I would save the money before returning. The food is quite small for such expensive prices. The waitress was rude and unfriendly, in the end the boss had to come and she was nice. Otherwise a normal, pretty place. (Original) Mi experiencia fue bastante negativa. Yo mw ahorraría el dinero antes de volver. La comida bastante poca para los precios tan caros. La camarera una borde y antipática, al final tuvo que venir la jefa que si era agradable. (Translated by Google) This gastrobar is still looking for itself, hence its appearance is somewhat chill out and theater nights are organized from time to time. But the jewel is the kitchen, with a very young chef who never stops experimenting and is capable of modernizing any dish and inventing wonders like her cuttlefish noodles with cockle tartare. (Original) Este gastrobar está, todavía, buscándose a sí mismo, de ahí que su apariencia sea un tanto chill out y que de vez en cuando se organicen noches de teatro. (Translated by Google) A good after-hours with music and good Royo Rafa devesa a crack encouraging the staff, the bad thing is that the drinks go up in price as the hours go by, you can't charge 8 euros at 9 and at 12 they are already worth 10 the same goes for the beer or water that ends up costing 5 euros for a small bottle, on the other hand it would be necessary to give a coat of paint to the walls since everything is the same from 11 years ago that I was there, that's why I don't give 5 stars. Nestled just off the bustling seafront, The Academy Sports Bar is a delightful gem that promises an unforgettable experience for sports enthusiasts and casual visitors alike. This charming establishment boasts spacious interiors complemented by inviting outdoor seating, making it perfect for enjoying a pint while soaking up the sun. With multiple screens showcasing live sports events, including English football, it's a haven for fans eager to catch their favorite games.
New owner now. Good en friendly staf. Nice terras. Good prices. Lots of football on de tv. It's now called : the academy sportsbar

Great little bar tucked away off the seafront, what a find! British run place showing live English football (probably other sports as well). Not much bigger than an average lounge-diner, but had 3 screens showing 2 live games. We were warmly welcomed by the barman and another lady. The bar is covered in football memorabilia, shirts, scarves, photo's etc, on one side is a bar football table, and possibly a dartboard. Although there was no air conditioning, it didn't matter as there was a cool breeze blowing through the bar. Outside was a nice terraced area with some extra tables and chairs. A nice little place, give it a try if you're lucky enough to find it.

La Taperia is a Basque restaurant located in Benidorm, Spain. The menu features exquisite tapas and miniature skewers as small works of art with an extensive list of beers from around the world. Additionally, the wine selection is sublime. The staff are attentive and helpful, making La Taperia a great place to enjoy a delicious meal.
a very unique concept of cooking your own steak which i found interesting. the bravado was delicious and fast service until we asked for the bill. overall great. they also have a gluten free menu which was fantastic.

It's located in the very busy tapas alley. Meatballs were loose, not holding together. Taste was ok.. The chicken wings were quite good The aubergine crisps with honey dip were ok, if a little greasy. Patatas bravas were ok 54.40 euros including drinks

We’ve been in Benidorm for many days and I can clearly admit that the food we ate here today was beyond expectations and definetelly the best so far. Beside the food, which was absolutely delicious, the waiter Jose made our stay here better. We were a big group, one of 13 and the needs were multiple. He succeeded in getting everything exactly as we ordered, nothing wrong. He didn’t get offended as we asked him many questions about the food and he brought the food exactly to our desires. Beyond that, he was a very nice guy as we joked a lot with him throughout the evening. If you go here, I recommend asking for Jose to be your waiter and I promise you won’t regret it. 10 out of 10! Come here and enjoy some really delicious food!🤗
