The Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront is a modern hotel located right on the beach in Cocoa Beach, Florida. It's conveniently situated near Orlando's popular attractions and Port Canaveral's cruise terminals. The hotel offers an outdoor pool, fitness center, and 24-hour business center. Guests can enjoy spacious rooms with amenities like mini-fridges and coffee makers, or opt for luxury suites with separate living areas. The hotel also provides oceanfront activities such as surfing lessons and bike rentals.
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you Mary. The front desk team was warm and professional, and check-in was not quick and easy because of the 3rd party site I booked from but your staff handle it with ease. The room was spotless, beautifully furnished, and incredibly comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary water and fresh towels. What truly made my stay exceptional was the service. Every staff member I interacted with—from the concierge to the restaurant servers—was friendly, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making my experience enjoyable. The location was perfect, and the amenities (especially the pool) made it easy to relax and unwind. Thank you to everyone at location for making my visit so memorable. I can’t wait to return!

Beautiful beachfront weddings done right I’ve photographed a few weddings at the Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront and it’s always such a great experience. Couples can have their ceremony right on the beach and then head straight into their reception without missing a beat—it’s super convenient and absolutely beautiful. The ocean views, the easy beach access, and the overall relaxed vibe make it such a great spot for a destination-style wedding without leaving Florida. The staff is friendly and professional, and they really know how to keep everything flowing so couples can just enjoy their day. If you're dreaming of a beach wedding in Cocoa Beach and want everything in one place—ceremony, reception, and hotel—this Hilton is definitely worth checking out. —Angie Scott Photography

I had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton ocean front last week, and the experience was truly exceptional. thanks to the outstanding leadership of the hotel manager, Mohammad. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was warm, genuine, and impressively professional. Every detail, from the spotless rooms to the personalized service, was handled with care and precision. Mohammad’s attentive presence and dedication to guest comfort were evident throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and valued, and it made all the difference. An outstanding stay from start to finish. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at the Hilton Hotel in Cocoa Beach, FL, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was for the convenience of dining on-site, but that turned out to be a major disappointment. During my stay, I discovered that the kitchen was shut down by health inspectors. What frustrated me the most was the lack of communication from the staff. They repeatedly assured us that the kitchen would reopen soon—first saying it would be available at 5 PM, then at 9 AM, and finally at 11 AM. This cycle of false promises continued for two days, leaving us without any dining options on the premises. Adding to the disappointment, the pool area was muggy and uninviting. To make matters worse, there are signs prohibiting outside drinks or food, which felt incredibly unreasonable given the situation with the kitchen being closed. It left us without any options for refreshments while trying to enjoy the pool. I believe that guests should be informed about such significant issues upon check-in, so they can make alternative arrangements. I expected better from a hotel of this caliber. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend staying here if you value reliable dining options and a pleasant pool environment during

You can't beat it, it's right on the beach. The hotel looks modern and clean. It would be nice if you could adjust the air condition below 67°, fortunately it's only about 85° outside. The bed is hard and very firm. There's very little give. Lots of tossing and turning. It has a perfect view of Cape Canaveral, it's close to all the restaurants and not too far from the surf shops. They do charge you for parking so be ready. Would I stay again? Possibly.

The staff and location make this place a great stay. I am greeted each time I enter and leave by smiling staff. Although their grill was closed, they brought in a food truck and all guests ate for free. The tiki bar and lounge area is clean, neat and relaxing. Access to the beach is convenient with a tiki bar in between the beach and hotel. The rooms are a little small but clean and cool for the summer heat. The wet bar was hidden behind the bathroom barn door so was hard to find at first. Bed and pillows were comfortable and I wasn't bombarded by the AC as in many hotels. The staff recommended several places to eat which all turned out great. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great experience at the Hilton in Cocoa Beach. We had reserved a vacation rental that was not as advertised and not acceptable. We pulled into the Hilton and were greeted by Mohammed who immediately took us in and took care of our family. We will definitely be going back. Great hotel, great location and wonderful beach.

Hotel was really nice and is in a great location! Jade at the front desk went above and beyond for a problem I was having a check in. I wish every hotel I checked in to had people like her working the front desk! Thank you!

Meeting planning service
The Courtyard by Marriott Cocoa Beach Cape Canaveral is a modern hotel situated just steps from the beach and full of amenities to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The spacious rooms come with ocean views and luxurious amenities such as a large heated pool and hot tub, a beauty salon, spa services, fitness center, yoga classes, food delivery from local restaurants, car rentals available on site and daily housekeeping.
My recent stay at the Cocoa Beach Courtyard Marriott was truly delightful, and I'm filled with gratitude for the wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Carol at the front desk, whose exceptional friendliness and cheerful demeanor immediately set a positive tone for my visit. She offered helpful details about the hotel and genuinely seemed invested in ensuring my stay was comfortable. My room was excellent, living up to the website's description with its functional amenities and a balcony that exceeded my expectations. The hotel's convenient beach access was a major highlight, allowing my family and me to witness two incredible space launches – close enough for an unforgettable view yet far enough to protect my daughter's sensitive ears. While the beach chair and umbrella rental was a bit expensive, it was a convenient option for air travelers like myself. The lovely, warm pool and the fantastic cabana bar further enhanced our stay. Jenn, the bartender, was incredibly attentive, friendly, and proactive, ensuring I always had a drink and even alerting me to happy hour ending. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cocoa Beach; the outstanding service truly elevates the entire experience. I would suggest requesting a room with an unobstructed balcony view and confirming daily room service for larger groups.

as a member of Marriott hotels for decades, I have to say this is one of the best I’ve stayed in. It was extremely clean and newly updated and renovated. Almost all the rooms space the ocean or the city with a balcony. That and the Price made this a place. I will definitely stay at again. There is a bar in the main lobby as well as a Starbucks. It was just a really comfortable and friendly location in the midst of everything and everywhere.

We checked in and we were told they upgraded our room. It was very nice. We did however find a few things wrong. The Refrigerator was overheating and not doing well. The couch had a power strip that didn’t work. The safe did not operate at all. We talked to Ellen at the front desk who was the best. She wanted to give us a free breakfast but we declined because things just happen with no-one at fault. Just an oversight. We were at the pool one night and I noticed they were about ready to close. Vanessa at the Courtyard Cabana stayed and made our drinks. What a wonderful person. She had to clean up again, but we came first. Later we approached Tomas to tell him that all of the repairs to our room was perfect. What a nice man. As we talked we found out we were both Veterans and that just made the conversation better. I’m sure that most of the people that work there we did not see. But rest assured, if they are like the three we interacted with you have a great place. We will definitely be coming back. And of course everyone is protected by Fred the Astronaut
William G — Google review
Overall it's a nice hotel. The beach access is a bit farther than other hotels in the area but it's only a few minute walk down the path to get there. Just not ideal and they don't provide towels nor have a good shower at the entrance when you get back. The rooms are pretty nice and have been renovated but that also is causing a lot of noise at the moment. Hammering and drills on floor 2 and 3, yet they put me on floor 4 and only offered floor 2 as the alternative. I'm surprised especially with having status that they did that. I'll be avoiding this hotel for my next visit. Which is upsetting as I was glad to make this my usual spot.

⭐ 1 star (only because I can’t leave zero) Absolutely disgusting experience at the Courtyard Marriott Cocoa Beach Canaveral. The entire hotel is dirty, outdated, and in desperate need of renovations. But the real nightmare? Waking up at 4 AM to find a huge roach crawling on my son’s pillow. Needless to say, none of us could go back to sleep. We ended up crashing in my parents’ room for the rest of the night. When I called the front desk to ask if they had another room, the staff acted like I was the problem and made it seem like helping me was a massive inconvenience. Beyond rude. They did remove the large bug and said it was “normal” for this location. WTH!!! As if that wasn’t enough, Patricia at the front desk failed to book our return shuttle from the cruise port to the airport. After waiting over an hour, we were forced to hire another company and pay out of pocket—effectively paying twice for the same trip. The cherry on top? The general manager left me a voicemail saying they wouldn’t compensate us for their mistake. It’s obvious the staff here don’t like their jobs, and it shows in how they treat guests—even Gold Marriott members like me. Stay far, far away from this hotel unless you enjoy sleeping with bugs and throwing money away because of incompetent service. Marriott, do better.

Courtyard (Marriot) Hotel is within walking distance to beach with private entrance. Lots of parking. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful (accommodating). We were there for a wedding reception and day after brunch. Hotel is under renovation - amazing new decor - revitalized and modern. Rooms were spacious, smelled amazing. We had everything we needed without any complaints. Water pressure (very important) and temperature were above our expectations. Outdoor pool: stayed open until 11. Clean and well-maintained. Wedding reception exceeded our expectations. Good, ambiance and service: top-notch. CON: 1. Music 10x’s louder than necessary. We requested volume to be reduced three times. 2. Ran out of prime rib before everyone was served. Left with no meat option, plenty of salad. Highly recommend the Courtyard to stay for a wedding, vacation or a weekend get away!
Susan — Google review
Kim helped us out when we had to make a last minute change from another hotel nearby that was not as nice as this Marriott. The service was truly great, everyone was kind and thoughtful and you could tell the staff really cares - not just going through the motions - but really wanted to make your visit a delight.

With its beach access, outdoor pool, and proximity to attractions like Kennedy Space Center and Port Canaveral, it's an ideal destination for a family-friendly getaway. Honestly, with this place it feels like I’ve struck gold! Been coming to Cocoa almost every summer, this place is like a second home to me. Used to stay at another hotel primarily but decided to try this place out. It’s wonderful! Beautiful balcony views. Adequate room space with comfortable beds. Extremely convenient beach access, no kidding that the hotel’s right there- just anticipate a short hot walk in the summer season. Breakfast was always fresh and neatly arranged, staff were a pleasure to interact with. During our stay, the hotel was very quiet but kept the sense that it was very secure. This is definitely a great place!

Overall it was a great stay. Upon arriving (early) we walked to the front desk and were not greeted. Virgina was busy it looked like but didn’t acknowledge us. Two men came in behind us and walked to the side where she immediately attended to them and gave them their bags. She came back to the front desk where now a young boy walked up asking for scissors which she helped him. She finally addressed us after that. Granted maybe we should have walked in and interrupted her but that’s not normally how we are, we usually wait to be greeted. We were early and we know most times we would have to wait but there are times we can get checked in early without issues. She finally got us checked in and we were off to our room. The elevator is fast and wasn’t busy, the walkway is outside but it wasn’t bad even for a hot day it was fine. The room was clean and spacious. No issues with the AC it worked great, bed soft and everything was running fine. The hotel is not oceanfront which we knew we did see the ocean above the trees (4th floor) which was enough for us. The access to the beach is clean and well lit since we did walk it at night to watch the launch. They have a wash off spot as you get back to the hotel which is nice to get all that sand off, its only for your feet and access direct to the pool after. We had drinks from Hang Ten which were great. You are getting a good drink for the price so it was worth it. Breakfast wasn’t a huge variety but it was decent and good enough to get you started for the day. They had eggs, sausage, fruits, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, toast and you can make your own waffle. Juice, water and coffee available as well. Overall aside from the small experience when we got in the overall staff was friendly right down to the runner saw running towels to a room who had the biggest smile. I had later called to get the bill emailed since it didn't come after check out and Eric picked up and he was the most bubbly person, very friendly.
Sasha D — Google review
Very clean. The staff could not have been nicer. My only complaint is the hot breakfast offerings over the 6 days I was there were pretty much the same every day, which I have never experienced at a Hampton Inn (eggs, some kind of pork sausage, potatoes). Happy overall and would stay there again.
Dominica — Google review
Recently stayed here at the Hampton Inn Cocoa Beach with my family the night before getting ready to head out on a cruise. This hotel was only about 15 minutes from the port and traffic was not bad at all. Beds were comfy and rooms spacious. The representatives at the front counter were friendly and did not hesitate to assist when we asked for tape to add our luggage tags or anything else we needed. Breakfast was your average continental breakfast with waffles. Will stay here for our next trip.
Terry L — Google review
Excellent Visit. Location is within a walking path of the beach. The path has lights, which is nice. Room was clean. Pool was great. My family has stayed at a lot of Hamptons and we choose to do so because of their consistency and fantastic customer service. The employees and personalities at this location is going to be hard to beat. Fantastic and friendly staff. Eric at the front desk was incredibly welcoming. It was our first visit and he treated us like we were a regular. Cheryl at Hang Ten is an absolute treasure. They truly made the memory that much better for our family.
Jarred R — Google review
The rooms were nice and clean, not brand new. The pool is great and so is the breakfast area. The adjoining property and amenities are top notch. I really can't say enough good things about the staff. Every person that I came in contact with went above and beyond with a friendly smile and great attitude!
Cyndy S — Google review
The room sleeps six, which is a big separator of hotels for our family.. The beds and pillows are not comfortable. Like a lot of beach hotels there’s a lot of salt damage that has not been maintained. Our shower in the room was broken. There is beach access, which is nice, but it is a very long walk and there’s no freshwater shower next to the beach. Once you swim in the ocean, you have to walk a half of a mile back to the hotel to rinse off. Not a big deal, just inconvenient. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There’s a standard breakfast and 24 hour coffee bar.
Matthew S — Google review
The staff at this location were exceptionally polite, friendly, and helpful—truly the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience fell far below expectations. The pool was in serious need of cleaning; the buildup of dirt and grime around the edges was so thick that guests were able to write words in it. Our room was disappointing from the moment we walked in. We had to disinfect every surface with Lysol due to visible dirt and questionable cleanliness. Finding hair in the bed made us doubt whether the sheets had been changed at all. The carpet was littered with crumbs, and the bathroom was outdated and poorly maintained. There was hair stuck to the back of the bathroom door, mysterious stains beside the TV, and even food residue tangled in the phone cord. Regrettably, this was the worst Hampton Inn we’ve ever stayed at. Based on this experience, we will not be returning to this location.

The Resort on Cocoa Beach is a popular beachfront destination in Cocoa Beach, FL, offering casual condos with ocean views and a range of amenities. The resort provides direct beach access, sports courts, and a tiki bar for guests to enjoy. Additionally, visitors can take advantage of the outdoor pool, sauna, fitness center, movie theater, indoor play center, and outdoor games like shuffleboard and ping-pong.
Absolutely LOVE this place. We were displaced by a situation with our airbnb and stopped in. Michael made sure we got a room for the time needed including the night that showed unavailable. There is so much to do just onsite and the beach access had the whole family in love with this beautiful resort Staff were amazing and Dave gave us a tour as well as made sure my stepdaughter had her beach chair. We.got our rentals on the beach along with staff making sure we had right off the walkway to make things easier for us. We did not.get a chance to book an accessible room but maintenance brought a ramp up for the balcony. They did everything to accommodate which is very appreciated. The pool and hottub had the chair lift to make them accessible also.

We had a very relaxing stay at The Cocoa Beach Resort! The staff were friendly and the resort itself was very nice! They have lots of activities to keep you busy. Great mexican restaurant on the 1st floor. Very delicious!! We enjoyed the pool as well, especially the dj they had to make our time by the pool a great experience. Nearby restaurants were amazing!! We went to Southern Charm Cafe for Breakfast, Sandbar Sports Grill for lunch and a very delicious Puerto Rican restaurant for dinner called Kafé del Puerto Rico. We also went to the Cocoa Beach Pier & Ron Jon Surf Shop. My family and I, enjoyed our time in Cocoa Beach!! We'll be back!!

Great resort for family and adults. The atmosphere was so welcoming and a beautiful sea theme decor. The pool water temperature was perfect. There was a volleyball net in the pool for everyone. They also had a water pad for toddlers. There were plenty of tables and chairs around the pool. The hotel had a great Mexican restaurant. The rooms super clean and well decorated. Our room had a king sized bed with a sunken tub and a shower. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. There was a full equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer . Our room was facing the coast. Beautiful!!

We are owners that have enjoyed coming here for 14 years. They continue to keep the rooms updated (our only “complaint “ was shower door in extra bathroom looked funky, needed to be changed). Bartender Ronnie is still working in the Resorts restaurant “Aztec II” and a great guy to shoot the breeze with, he even forgave me for wearing my Bills shirt while he cheered on his Dolphins. The restaurant has an additional special menu on Thursday with Cuban dishes. Beware of the Capital Vacations desk. As an owner the front desk gave me a coupon to take over to the desk. They gave me a little snack bag but then tried signing us up for a meeting to discuss options to include reworking our ownership for points. We refrained but they did call our room almost every day trying to schedule us. I’ve hear that these 45 minute meetings turn into 4 hours, or more. Also reading about this company on the BBB website they get number complaints about unethical business practices. Just a heads up for when you check in.
Dave — Google review
The Resort on Cocoa Beach is a great resort, with a Broadway walk directly to the beach. BEWARE of The Capital Vacations presentation! IT'S A SCAM! When you receive your parking pass, Mark or Sean will ask you to go to the presentation, stating it's 90 minutes. It's not 90 minutes. They keep you 2 hours and longer. They repeatedly try to sell you into their program. They don't give you time to read the contract. What they don't tell you, is that you must go to a "90 minute tour", with EVERY exchange you make within their program. I was fortunate in that they made an error in drawing up my contract. They called me and I was told I needed to sign my name to a form on the contract, that was incorrect. I refused, and received my money back. Look up the reviews of Capital Vacations and you'll realize it's a SCAM. Get you parking pass and refuse the presentation and run!

Fully equipped, spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condos. Many activities for all ages. Pool area is large with many shaded chairs and lounges. Room are spacious, clean. Furniture good. Showers great. Kitchen great. Washer/ drier are good. Hotel is old, but well maintained. The bracelet key system worked perfect. Beach access is great. Cons: very noicy from outside of the room from the pool area music.

We own a timeshare here. We have never exchanged it for any other place. We like it that much. It's on the ocean and has great views from every room. The pool is great. There's a movie theater and gym on-site. There are various activities offered almost daily. A Mexican restaurant is on-site too.

We stayed here two nights before we set sail on a cruise and one night after. We LOVED this place. We were a party of 7 people and rented the 4 bedroom suite. For the price and amenities it was more reasonable than renting anywhere else by far. We loved the pool, bar, beach access, gift shop and especially the location. Only a 10 minute drive away from the cruise terminal and close to tons of restaurants and shops. We won't stay anywhere else when we set sail out of Port Canaveral. Thanks to the staff for being so welcoming and friendly towards myself and my family.

Location is great. Rooms are average. Service is great. Thank you Brenda for the constant reminders of all things going on around the resort. Thank you Front Desk for your immediate response to our ask. Thank you Raymond (resort driver) for getting us back&forth to the resort but more importantly, for your kindness. It didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you.

Wonderful experience. Checking in with RO, she made everything easy, detailed, very amicable, helpful and let us know that anything needed or questions, just to call her. Rest of the team on duty were awesome too. We felt like family, loved every minute of it. Our unit was clean and lovely. The amenities were awesome and the private beach, gorgeous.

It is our first time staying here and wow! It's absolutely beautiful here. Thirty minutes into checking in, we got to witness a Space X launch right outside our room. The briefing with real-estate team was very informative and helpful. Lissette did a great job serving up a waffle for breakfast. It was a pleasure meeting and engaging everyone in the team.

We celebrate my son birthday yesterday and it was above and beyond. The front desk was so kind and let us get a room early because we knew it will be raining later, the rooms was big and clean , the lazy river is such a fun place for kids. Everyone had so much fun. Definitely coming back soon

We have enjoyed our stay so far this week. The amenities are wonderful. The pool is large enough. There's a splash pad for the kids and a lazy river. And of course the beach!!! The only bad thing I have found is the parking. I'm driving a Tahoe and if I park on the side the spots are so tight you can't get in and out of the truck. The sides of the truck are wiped clean from our bodies trying to get between the cars. The staff are all amazing. We have washers and dryers. The rooms are super nice. Also we were looking forward to fishing at the pier and it is not allowed anymore. There is a shuttle that goes there every 15 minutes. We got to watch a rocket launch during our stay this week as well.

Another great Westgate resort. But, its a little different. It's just smaller. I think we got spoiled with the Orlando resort and all the different pools, lazy river, water slide, wave pool, game room for the kids, and restaurant. Cocoa resort has a pool, a nice kids pool, splash pad and lazy river. Not too bad. And the rooms are a lot smaller and bedrooms are tighter. But, very clean and comfortable. And a lot of restaurants nearby to eat at. Hope to hit the beach this week! And parking around the resort is tight. Haven't had a problem finding a spot so far, but it gets me nervous.

We had an awesome stay at the resort! Everyone was super friendly. It’s a 2 minute walk to the beach. Love the lazy river!!! Rooms are soooo nice and they have everything you need in the kitchen to cook meals

I have stayed here several times over the years. The hotel staff has always been very friendly, and helpful. Their breakfast is always great, rooms are super nice, and clean. Plus, the Cocoa Beach Pier is just a short walk away. I highly recommend this place for anyone.

You stayed here for a cup of days prior to boarding a cruise. We chose this particular hotel because of his close proximity to the beach. It is really just a stone's throw and about a 10 minute walk. The staff at this hotel was amazing. Extremely helpful front desk staff and Jordan, the manager, is extremely helpful and friendly. The elevators were not working during our stay, and a staff was very helpful in getting our luggages to a rooms. The main areas of the hotel were well maintained and there was a standard holiday in breakfast. The rooms were not bad, but the doors to the rooms had multiple dents in them and most of the doors were in that particular condition. They were nicely painted though. The inside of the rooms were comfortable enough. The gym was minimally adequate, and was quite small. The covered pool outdoors was nice. Walkable distance to various restaurants and the beach.

I was very pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel was when we arrived. Rooms were very clean and modern. There is a fridge and small microwave in the room. Bathrooms are nice and big. They have a pool and a hot tub. The staff is friendly and helpful. The cons are the beds were hard and uncomfortable. There is no food at the hotel so you have to go out to get food but there are lots of restaurants within walking distance from the hotel and there is even a public next door. They have smart TVs but have disabled streaming. But all in all a great place to stay one night while waiting to board your cruise ship.

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites located in Cocoa Beach, Florida is a great place to stay IF you want to smoke and do DRUGS. We stayed in room 202. We checked in on Oct 25, 2025 and checked out Oct 27, 2025 and we noticed the smell of drugs the night of Oct 25 and local management informed us that they would take care of it and they apologized. So we stayed thinking that they would. We were here for a rocket launch at the Kennedy Space Center. The launch was amazing. Then the second night of Oct 26 the smell of marijuana was extremely strong. We went to the front desk and reported it and they said that we weren’t the first person to complain about it and they started spraying air freshener in the hallway and said to wait for their manager to show up and she would handle the situation. She finally shows up and we discussed it and she went to their door, knocked on it and went back to her desk. That was all. Nothing else. We called the IHG number and reported it. And they said that they would discuss it with the local management and their GM the following day. We do NOT recommend this motel and we will NEVER stay here again. Extremely irresponsible and unacceptable. I had the pleasure to speak to the local GM face to face. He is a very nice and polite gentleman. He agreed with my complaint but he also told me that there is nothing that could be done to correct this issue. I included a screenshot in my review that could change his mind. Our room was very nice except for the door mechanism and told us that this is scheduled to be changed for the entire property in a few months.

We stayed here the night before our cruise and I wouldn’t have stayed anywhere else. We had a 2 queen suite with a sofa bed and there was plenty of room to accommodate 4 people. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean, along with a mini fridge and microwave. Malaki was so kind and really did make me feel welcomed. Jordan was also kind and made for a smooth checkout. With a convenience store and multiple restaurants within walking distance from this hotel, I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else to stay if you’re sailing out of Port Canaveral.
La L — Google review
This is a very nice hotel that you can stay with before you go on a cruise. It is clean and comfy. I like that it is near a grocery store and some restos that you can just walk no need to drive. Definitely we will come back!
Mary P — Google review
We did a one night stay before embarking on our cruise. Meena and Mike were so hospitable and honored our request for an early check in. They were so pleasant and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms were clean, beds were comfy and breakfast was timely. We were 7 minutes from the port for our cruise and right beside Publix and walkable eateries.
VINCENT R — Google review
Stayed here for a night before a cruise. The hotel staff are probably one of the nicest people I have dealt with in customer service. They’re warm, welcoming, and extremely professional. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The hotel recently underwent a major renovation so it’s very modern. Publix is right next door and Cocoa Beach is a 5 min walk away. The pool was also very nice. For people that are staying here before a cruise, they offer a shuttle service for $8 per person straight to the cruise terminal. The shuttle takes you to Royal Caribbean, MSC, or Carnival.

The International Palms Resort & Conference Center Cocoa Beach is a sprawling beachfront resort located in Cocoa Beach, offering casual oceanside rooms, suites, and villas. The property features sports facilities and a pirate-themed kids' pool for family fun. With amenities such as bike and car rentals and high-speed internet access throughout the property, this resort provides convenience for guests.
First time staying here and for the price, it's amazing! Yeah, sure, it's a little worn down, but from what I can tell, the staff really try to do their best with what they're working with. My family and I stayed here for 6 days and I never had a complaint. We had two of the ocean view rooms and two of the villas. All fairly priced for what you get. The ease to get the beach is great, along with the convenience of mambos. Admittedly, our TV signal wasn't great but since we're so addicted to TV these days, we all agreed it was a nice break. If you've got a handful of people, got some things planned and want to go to the beach when you can, it's perfect and affordable. If you're someone who needs all the bells, whistles and then some, it's not for you.

This place has been CLOSED for a few years. It has been completely demolished. A new Westin Cocoa Beach Resort and Spa is currently being built on it's site. I have reported it to Google Maps several times, but they still haven't removed it. You can read all about it in the Florida Today Sept. 11, 2024 issue online.

We left with in 10 minutes of arriving not even knowing where we would stay. The photos in their gallery are that of a glorified family style resort. However, it is dark and dismal. The elevator looks like you may catch syphilis just by pressing the buttons. The stair wells are dark and and paint is peeling everywhere. Not to mention the room… the AC units were all falling apart on the outside and there was black mold on them on the inside. There was rust around every corner, the bathroom door wouldn’t shut, and if it did I was afraid some scene from “Saw” would begin. The shower was leaking and I couldn’t get it to stop. I snatched my family up, tried to contact the rest 10 times before finally reaching Bridgett (who didn’t seem surprised or concerned) and said to come get a refund. When I came to check out there were two other women with complaints and some poor gentleman checking in! He looked terrified. The health department needs to go out and shut them down! Also…. The amount of pot smoking in those rooms is crazy! If your job requires a drug test, you might fail just from walking through! If I could give negative stars I would! Oddly enough, i saw one of the other women that was also disgusted at the second hotel we went to this morning. She seemed much happier!

Over all we had a great stay. In total 2 adults 2 kids. Only down side to the place was around 2am our friendly neighbors next door to us in room 224 wanted to yell and scream all night after getting drunk and the door that connects room doesn’t remove any sound. So we heard everything till they finally decided to sleep. Luckily kids was already in bed by that time and i didn’t wanna ruin their night by complaining. Wasn’t their fault just a little down fall in hotel. Room was actually nice. Don’t know if other reviews just get a different type of room but ours was pretty updated. Ac was a little loud but not as bad as some reviews make them seem. For $120 a night i feel as the water area for the kids , pool for us and the beach was perfect. Down side pool kept running out of clean towels but I’m sure if you went up front you could obtain some. All and all it has it’s pros and cons but we enjoyed it.
Barbara D — Google review
I was a little afraid to stay here with my Family after seeing all the reviews, but I'm so glad we decided to book anyways...because it was a wonderful experience for us! We had a room in the back building by the beach, so we were literally steps away from the beach and had our own beach entrance. It was amazing being that close to the ocean! The rooms were a little dated and could use some work, but they weren't that bad at all. Definitely not what the reviews described. Plus, being that close to the beach was priceless. We were a little disappointed the Pirate Ship was closed, but we were told they were waiting on a part- which is completely understandable. We loved the pool and the kids had a blast there as well. The Resort had a tennis court, basket ball Court and corn hole games. There's a restaurant "Mambos' in the Resort right by the beach and a bar... The Restaurant and bar is only open on the weekends, though. I really hope more people give this place a try. It's an inexpensive way to enjoy Cocoa Beach and have a decent place to stay with a great pool. We loved it and can't wait to go back! Hopefully the Pirate Ship is open next time.

I travel A LOT for work, so when I say I've seen it all - believe me. Because I'm on the road so much, my expectations are pretty low and I'm not that hard to keep happy. This hotel is in shambles. They were planning to close last year, but decided to stay open...it's a mess. The bathroom in my room was disgusting. The shower head worked great, but the bathroom was dirty and the door wouldn't shut. There was small ants/or some sort of insects, climbing all over the bathroom sink for the duration of the stay. The air conditioner kept me up ALL night. It would start out loud when it kicked on and get progressively louder as it ran through its cycle. It sounds like someone pushing a food cart on cement...that was missing a wheel...right by the bed. Also, the restaurant doesn't have enough servers and the wait was extremely long. It took 45 minutes to get breakfast after ordering it, and there were only 5 tables with occupants. The hotel room doors and walls are not sound proof so you can hear everything going on outside the room. People talking, yelling, people blasting music in the hot tub. Do not stay here if you want to get any sleep. Also truck drivers are permitted to stay in the parking lot so it has a truck stop feel. I ran out of toilet paper in my room and I had to go to the front desk to get more. The line was so long at the front desk that the wait became unbearable and I ended up getting wads of TP from the bathroom in the main lobby and bringing it back to the my room. The entire stay was a NIGHTMARE! The front desk staff was very nice.
Sheila G — Google review
The place could use some touching up with paint. Like all the rusted areas. Apparently they had the floors redone. I feel having laminate flooring is better and easier to clean for a place so close to the beach. However, they could have done a better job taking the nasty looking carpet out like under the a/c units. And fixing the doors would be a good idea to. Being that the door jam didn't quite click the door closed all the way. And the card reader stopped reading the cards for one the rooms. Day one first card stopped, day two the second one stopped and house keeping had to let us back in. So stay away from room 1139, just saying. The pool area was outstanding wish the pool was lit up a little more but that's nothing. Because it has a depth of eight foot. The kids loved the kids pool. Bonus points! It has a fence around it and a tall outside lock so they can't escape. And the whole pool area is locked out with the cards so the whole neighborhood isn't able to come and go.
Riley H — Google review
Not a hotel I would ever stay at again. This place needs to update their rooms, very disgusting. There was definitely mold in the room, not to mention dirt. None of us would step into their shower, the floor wasn't even solid. It was like they put down a dirty drain pan. The beds were uncomfortable, the pillows sucked. They need an overhaul of their hotel. Police, fire etc. were about five doors down for who knows what. Definitely not my kind of place to stay. The pool was freezing so you can't swim in it. I would never recommend this place !

The hotel features an outdoor pool, an on-site restaurant and bar, and is conveniently located near Westgate Cocoa Beach Pier.
We stayed here the night before we left on our cruise. It was a perfect place to stay. We were upgraded to an ocean view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the AC worked well. The complex is large. The free hot breakfast was great.

Location is amazing - the beach was right there and very easy to get too. Staff were friendly & helpful Initial impressions were amazing but... Pool was heated which wasn't very pleasant or refreshing. Biggest issue was that there were so many lights in within the room - standby lights, microwave times, unset clocks flashing all night! Felt like they were everywhere and made it impossible to sleep. Pool area had loud music and allowed smoking Shower rail was hanging off the wall too - all in all not what I was expecting for the price.

This hotel was beyond my expectations! I love a great beach hotel and this one nailed it. Location is wonderful, close walk to the beach, Pier, bars and restaurants, shops. We stayed in a family suite which had a separate pool and the breakfast was downstairs each morning. Breakfast staff and food was top tier! Best free breakfast at any hotel. Staff was so friendly and that made each morning wonderful. The cleaning crew was excellent and our room stayed clean even with our kids. The room had a partial ocean view and it was big and perfect for our family of four. The main pool and bartender were awesome (short walk across the street). Honestly, my only complaint is that I had to leave. Thank you so much for wonderful stay.

I am a travel agent. I booked this hotel for my clients vacation. Clients Remarks: The hotel was good. 1st Room: Only complaint there was the floor in the bathroom wasn’t very clean. We had a handicapped room (not requested) so only a shower and no step in just the floor slanted. I put a towels down because the water went everywhere and it was filthy just soaking the water up. 2nd Room: My daughter tub wasn’t very clean. She wouldn’t let the boys sit in it. I did not see it just what she said. Other than that they were fine. Great location to the beach. Breakfast was very good and the ladies in the breakfast area were so nice.

Our favorite place to stay in Cocoa Beach. The view from the towers is amazing - right on the ocean. The pool is well set-up and the bar is fun! Judy is an excellent bartender - always welcomes us and sets a good vibe. Arnelle at the front desk is awesome - welcomes us by name when we arrive. I also think this hotel offers very good coffee in addition to a really nice breakfast with lots of options.
Kristine K — Google review
Rooms are a little outdated but otherwise, loved it! Staff were super friendly and helpful since I was only in town for vacation. It is on the beach front with it's own bridge to the beach. Had to pay for a daily parking permit when checking in. Which I was okay with doing. Close to a pier with wonderful views and great food, drinks, and gift shop. Will stay here again!
Ashton M — Google review
Location is great, rooms smell like mold. I actually wish I would’ve bought my mold kit because I’m sure the levels of mold are extremely high in the bathroom area. Older hotel you can tell they put lipstick on a pig. The Pool looked to be was recently redone but there are bubbles in the marcite so that won’t last long. Breakfast is just an average subpar hotel breakfast.
Codi B — Google review
Great spot to see the rocket launch, rooms are quaint but we'll done for a hotel. Beach real close. I had a reaaaaaaaal dickens of a day before I finally got to the end of my walk after my car broke down (im not from here) and was able to register a room around 2 am. Mike Mauro was extremely curious and a gracious host considering I must have looked quite a site at the time. Exhausted, sweaty and clenching a water jug like id have to fight for it. Even I would of been suspicious, but Mike only saw a guest and treated me very well. 10/10 world needs more Mikes and Best Westerns like this.

I have no bad things to say about this. I was happy during my 3 days stay. I felt safe during my entire stay. AC was cool but a bit loud when it's working, but I don't mind that. Bathroom was also a bit small, but for the price, I also don't mind it. The front desk customer service was amazing! They also have community night but I didn't participate in it.

Very disappointed rooms were not cool the ac fans were weak if you slept in the other bed away from ac you sweat all night. So hit. TV very dated can't access apps so no Netflix and chill after a long day the TV selections were sad. The bathroom tub looked terrible needs resurfacing. They did change our room because so hot from bad ac but still bad ac in this room too. Fan just doesn't work well. I'm so annoyed I could spit. Bathtub had a soap scum ring from someone taking a bath that wasn't cleaned. Hard to get a good photo as the light in the bathroom. Is blinding bright.

Great pet friendly family / couples hotel. Location was perfect for the beach with a direct walk over to Lori Wilson park. Nice pool area to relax. The breakfast in the morning was a nice add on. Very nice sports bar to watch all the games, and very reasonable prices.

Love this hotel! Latasha was very friendly and made the check in process super easy. The hotel is pet friendly and has a large pool and onsite restaurants. The lobby was decorated with space memorabilia and the grounds were well kept. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was well equipped with a keurig coffee maker, refrigerator and charging accessories. The hotel is very close to the beach, restaurants and entertainment. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel. Rooms are a bit dated. Have been painted and refreshed but showers and bathrooms are a bit rough and old fashioned, rusted hardware etc. Pets are allowed which is great. Breakfast is great and definately the biggest attribute here. Eggs, bagels, hot coffee, waffles etc. Clientele is well.. seedy. Pot smoke wafting through the air and air-conditioning sucks it indoors. Probably great for bar/party crowd. Resort fee on every room.
Matthew K — Google review
Pros-Location is perfect, right on the beach. Pool onsite was nice. Plenty of parking. Cons-Nowhere at hotel to get lunch or dinner. I just wanted a little snack but no vending machines. Nothing. My bed had dog hairs on it and something else, couldn’t tell what. Got dressed again and went downstairs to show front desk pictures and get more sheets.
Leslie M — Google review
Great location and close access to the beach. Just a few minute walk. The lobby was clean and welcoming with space themed items, being close to port Canaveral and all. There's a shop outside for apparel if you need extra supplies and items. The food was OK. The pool was great and the area was well kept. Our particular room looked great whem you walked in. The beds looked clean and comfy- which they were. There was a cold fridge, microwave, iron and refrigerator. But that's where it ended. The tub looked dirty because it was old and stained. The floor looked like there was water damage and the vinyl was bubbly and coming up off the ground. The k cups looked OK, no brands or dates, looked a little worse for wear. There was caked dirt behind the sink faucets, places that needed cleaned, kiltz, and repainted. Definitely needs an update. The lock on the bathroom door didn't work. Breakfast was fine. No real plates though.
No N — Google review
Mika at the front desk was very rude. I walked away from the front desk and searched for my driver's license for at least 5 minutes as she watched. I eventually found it sitting on the counter right in front of her face. I asked why she didn't tell me I left it there. She said I saw it here and I thought you knew you left it here. Other than her stank attitude, the lobby stanked just as bad. A very smelly, moldy, smoked out smelling lobby. The room is decent, doesn't stink, clean. Near the port and I assume they have a shuttle service. I only assume because Mika checked us in by giving us bare minimum information but the family that came behind us got detailed info with shuttle times and cost along with breakfast info. I guess we just had to overhear her decent customer service from afar. Maybe they did train her for this job and she gets to choose when to be hospitable.

We stayed for two nights and had a fantastic time. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We arrived much earlier than the 4:00 check in time and because our room was ready we were able to go in.We even got a complimentary late check out at noon which allowed us some time to have breakfast in the lobby and take a swim before leaving! The room was clean and cozy. We loved that we could spend the day at the pool and then walk just a short walk down to the beach! There’s so much within walking distance including Publix ! We had a great time and will be staying again for sure!

Check in was swift, the manager gave very useful information about activities in the surrounding area and places that give discounts. Upon entering the room we noticed the Air Conditioning was not operating. After informing the front desk a handyman arrived promptly and the issue was delt with. So thankful it was able to be fixed easily and that my party did not have to switch rooms. the room was comfortable and walkable to the beach and was very close to the Cruise port. I will book this hotel again when I have another cruise out of Port Canaveral.

We stayed the night here prior to our cruise with utopia of the seas. Kate at the front desk was incredibly kind And personable. She was really helpful with the map and the location of things. She went into great detail of where each thing was, and what time breakfast was and offered to help in anyway she could. The location was fantastic being within walking distance of the pier. We had horrible weather so we didn’t really get to fully enjoy the pier in the beach like we wanted to, but got lucky enough to be able to walk to dinner and walk back with only getting a little bit wet. It was only about a 10 minute drive to Port Canaveral, which made the start of vacation feel like it really did start when we checked into this hotel. The room is super clean, but the bathroom was a little sketchy. I’m not sure if the flooring was going to give out near the bathtub or what, but it was definitely a little rocky over there. The beds were clean and super comfy. We didn’t get to use the pool, but it looked nice. Breakfast was yummy and definitely was worth what we paid. We would definitely consider staying again when we came back.

Stayed here on 9/13 to 9/14 to board a cruise on 9/14. Had great service and clean rooms. We had a room on the first floor with 2 queen size beds. We paid about $139 for the 1 night. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance, a Publix across the street, and it's right next to the Cocoa Beach Pier. Such a great location! The only knock we can find is the room is showing it's age. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
Mike B — Google review
Clean rooms, excellent location and Perfect staff/customer service made the fact that it is an Older motel style inn that is showing its age relatively inconsequential. It was recently renovated with fresh furniture, paint colors and artwork but still shows it age in doors and plumbing fixtures. Cocoa Beach Pier and great restaurants in are less than a block away. Publix grocery store is within a quarter mile walk. Pool and beach access makes it great for families. Breakfast is included but is a bit spare compared to what we are used to.

Got in incredibly late (2am) so can't speak to the service to much. Well....I did call and told them I was going to check in late and they were good with that. So I guess good service. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was a little small. My wife and I had to alternate as 2 of us couldn't fit in at the same time, more of a one person situation. The complementary breakfast was limited in selection, only cold stuff. No eggs, bacon, ham anything hot, but was good. Overall...wasn't a bad experience for a night. I would book again.

Very cute hotel! Decor is traditional Florida vibe. Front desk staff very friendly & knowledgeable. Super clean room & bathroom. Shower head kind of sucked (leaky) but got the job done. Was disappointed that there was no hot tub. Pool was way too cold for me but that’s simply preference! Very nice outdoor area with games, tables & sandpit for little ones. Breakfast was great and in a well kept/clean area. Front desk made excellent recommendations on local food! If you are a late or light sleeper, be prepared for checkout noise. Rolling suitcases sound like freight trains coming through due to the type of brick surface haha

I checked in with Jennifer at the front desk and met the manager Willis which will both extremely informative. The rooms were nice the grounds were clean and the hotel staff including the security guard were very nice to me. The lazy River was a plus with the large TV and the entertainment of live music on the side. This place was amazing and very pleasant to stay at. It was centrally located and convenient to go anywhere you needed to be for shopping and transportation. I was up there for the golf cart parade in Cocoa and it was a pleasant experience as they let me Park my truck and trailer on the lot. I felt very safe what's security running around the clock. The beds were okay the TV worked fine and the internet worked well. Right across the street from the beach.

I was so pleasantly surprised at how much fun I had here and everything this hotel provides for its guests. Beachside Hotel & Suites really feels like a boutique-style resort—you get all the great resort perks, but on a smaller, more personal scale. The best part? No hidden or ridiculous extra fees! Unlike so many hotels, they don’t nickel-and-dime you with parking or resort fees. Everything was very clean, and the staff clearly take pride in keeping the property well maintained. Another huge highlight was the included buffet breakfast—not just a grab-and-go apple or yogurt, but a huge, full spread that made mornings easy and enjoyable. It honestly felt like such a great value. I can’t wait to come back and bring my kids next time. This will definitely be my go-to spot in Cocoa Beach! 🌊☀️🥞

This place was so wonderful and we enjoyed every minute of our time at this gem! It was so nice to stay at a hotel that was unique and not just the same hotel in every city. The service was great, and they have so many activities to keep the kids happy and occupied. It has a traditional Florida feel that was perfect to show my kids. Rooms were clean and when we needed extra towels for the pool they showed up almost immediately. Breakfast was fantastic as well!

This is our go to resort to stay at before our cruise. It has so much within walking distance and they also have bikes available to use for free. We have stayed twice so far once during their busy season in March and once in late September. The bar restaurant was not open on our last stay, But there are several restaurants right across the street. Both times we chose to stay in the king suite pool view. This is my go to room it is so close to the pool for my 8 year old. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool/lazy river is great it has a big screen tv and plenty of tubes. My only suggestion to improve is that during the day the big screen is kind of playing a loop of food videos and at night they played a movie. I wish they would also play movies during the day too. The office is big and comfortable. They had games available and a computer in case you need to print out cruise documents such as i did or anything else. They have a small convenience area with sodas tylenol etc. available for purchase. The office has comfortable seating that we took advantage of while waiting for our uber. The beach is just a short walk from the resort as well. Hoping one day we will be able to catch a launch while visiting. This resort also includes breakfast which includes an array of pastries, cereal, Make your own waffles, eggs, hash browns and fresh fruit. The staff was very welcoming upon arrival. I recommend this resort.

Excellent Service from Kayla! Just wanted to give a shout-out to Kayla from the reservations team — she’s been wonderful to work with, especially from my perspective as a travel agent. I’m personally using this hotel and their shuttle services for my own trip in November 2025, and I’ve also booked a client here for their December 2025 cruise stay. Kayla has been on top of every detail - I have my own reservation as well as a separate one for a client, both tied to the same email address Her attention to detail and responsiveness make the booking process smooth and stress-free. She’s a great example of excellent customer service, and I truly appreciate her professionalism and care.

Fantastic Beachside Stay for Families! We had a great experience at this hotel. The location is perfect—just steps from the beach—and the convenience of having everything right onsite made our stay so relaxing. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our trip. The food was delicious and easy to access, and there were plenty of fun activities in the evenings. Our kids loved swimming at night while movies played by the pool, and the live music, DJ sets, and even a mermaid show added a fun, festive vibe. We also really appreciated the free use of boogie boards and beach gear—it made our beach days even better without any extra cost. Our room was a good size for our family of four. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were decent. Nothing fancy, but just what we needed for a beach getaway. Highly recommend for families looking for a fun, easy, and memorable vacation!

We stayed at this hotel for just one night. We chose it mainly based on price—not too cheap, but still reasonable. At first, everything looked fine: the reception was nice, the staff was welcoming, and the lobby felt cozy and beautiful. But when we walked into the room, honestly, it was the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. It looked as if it had once been a hospital ward, and they simply placed a comfortable bed in it. The bed itself was fine, the sheets were clean and comfortable, but the pillows had strange bumps all over them. Even the curtains were rubberized, just like in a hospital. To be fair, the room was clean—but it was terribly uncomfortable. I felt really bad staying inside. The hotel grounds, on the other hand, were pretty nice, with a good pool and a decent breakfast. Overall, everything was okay except for the hotel room itself, which was just awful. I would never come back.

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cocoa Beach Oceanfront is a laid-back hotel that provides complimentary breakfast, Wi-Fi, and parking. It's conveniently located just steps away from the serene shoreline of Cocoa Beach. The pet-friendly hotel offers well-appointed rooms with pillow-top beds, work desks, and private balconies with oceanfront views. Families can opt for the Two Queen Beds Suite which includes a sofa bed, microwave, and mini-fridge.
Stayed the night in a third floor king ocean front room. It was clean and comfortable. The pool and water fall features were very nice. Get a drink at the pool bar 2 margaritas $30. The beach access has a man made boardwalk but it runs out and you will be walking down a sandy dirt trail the rest of the way to the beach. The pier is lit up at night so you can see the waves even after dark. Breakfast had a lot of options, eggs, sausage, make your own waffles, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, cereals coffee and juice. Be aware they charge 10 dollars a day to park your car. PRO TIP: Keep your blind closed after dark and you wont attract the bugs, and the bats! Saw some very large bats just 5 feet from my face at balcony level. Once we turned off the lights in the room and closed the blinds it was much better! Would stay here again.

Everything about this place was amazing! From the view, the location, the cleanliness and the staff! The manager Shane is lovely and the bartender was great too! Delicious drinks! It’s a pleasure to be in the company of people who really take pride in their work! My family of 6 enjoyed our stay and most importantly the hospitality! I highly recommend to anyone coming before or after your cruise, your vacation or even just passing through! I could wake up to this every day!

I stayed 8 days here. The room 515 has a wonderful view, clean, and comfortable. The coffee maker is K-cup, so I brought my own. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. Hot was hot, cold was cold. The ladies working the Breakfast were friendly and kept the food filled, counters clean and tables wiped. They went table to table making sure everything was right for the guest. The pool was nice, towels were Always available. The front desk staff were informed about the local area. They sent a text to my phone

The rooms are very clean. Staff was so friendly. Nice little bar out by the pool. Beach access. Beautiful beach views in some rooms. Breakfast was pretty decent too. And it's right next to the pier and walking distance to some great restaurants.

Stayed at the La Quinta Cocoa Beach Oceanfront, and honestly, the location is the star. You are literally two minutes from the beach—walk out the lobby, cross a short path, and you’re on the sand watching the Atlantic roll in. Rooms: Spacious, clean, and with beds so big they make most UK hotel beds look like singles. If you’re on the ground floor, just note: you won’t actually see the ocean—only the foliage out front. Go higher if the view matters. Breakfast: A real highlight. DIY waffles (always a win), plus eggs, sausages, cereals, pastries, and plenty of coffee. A good spread to fuel a beach day. One gripe: I did try to do the tier matching with my Hilton Gold status and got absolutely nothing in return. Bit disappointing—if you put it in your terms and market it as a perk, it should be honoured. It’s not a deal-breaker, but worth noting for anyone else chasing those loyalty hacks. Overall: 4/5. Clean, comfy, fantastic location, and good value for an oceanfront stay. Just don’t expect Hilton-level loyalty recognition here.

Great location and reasonable price. Located right next to the Cocoa Beach pier. Rooms have a balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean. The rooms are clean and fresh. I will definitely stay here again when in the area. I love that you have Beach access right from the hotel.

Amazing place, a little bit older but well kept. Friendly delightful employees. Loved that we had a coffee pot and all the luxury of home in the condo. It was crazy our home address was our condo number 618. Love it! Thank you all for a great anniversary experience.

Condescending staff, apartment is dirty and in need of paint. I've been a timeshare owner for 23yrs and never had an experience like this. A dozen or more sites in the USA and 6 around the world and never have I been treated so disrespectfully. On a positive note, large apartment and ocean view. I don't recommend trading for this establishment and would warn you against purchasing at this establishment.

Very nice resort right on the beach. I believe all the rooms have an ocean view. Game room and workout room on the first floor. Outdoor pool. Most parking is in the shade. We watched a rocket launch from the beach. They launched from Kennedy space center. Nice walk to the local pier. The pier has a couple places to eat and grab a drink. Alcohol or non- alcoholic drinks. Had a great time.
Barry B — Google review
Let me first say that this resort is mostly owned by timeshares, so that's why availability is so limited. That being said. They have a in-house restaurant where the food is very good. I ate there almost every night. Unfortunately my mom owns a timeshare there, and I can vouch when she says that this place has not changed in the past decade. Hotel rooms are very outdated. Seems to be run by a bunch of boomers. They have posted that it's $225 if you are late checking out, also $500 fee for any smoke damage. I didn't either, but it just seems a bit ridiculous to have posted in the rooms are a scare tactic. I believe that is resort's policies & mindset needs to be upgraded. Perks are they are right on the beach, so we had a great view from the balcony & the beach is skip & hop away.

Stayed with kids ages 5,10,12. Liked the place. Quiet is what we liked. Location is great. Everything is in a walking distance,. We parked the car on the first day and didn't drive for the entire time we've been loving at the resort. The place is not new, but everything is well maintained, clean rooms, everything working. Will definitely visit it again.

The property features beach access, watersports facilities, a games room, and outdoor play equipment. While there's no swimming pool, guests can enjoy outdoor leisure activities such as sunbathing on terraces, relaxing in hammocks under palm trees, and using the picnic area with barbecue grills. Our first stay here was phenomenal. Marilynn was not only so kind and professional but also hilarious. The quick stroll to the beach made it easy for our family of 5. The grills were always clean and ready to go, the location was perfect- nothing was too far out of reach. Thanks for making our mini family vacation memorable.

Beach place guesthouses is a special place to stay that is peaceful and relaxing. We have stayed there a few times and always enjoy the beautiful artsy feel. The manager MaryLynn always goes out of her way to make us feel welcome and to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend Beach Place to anyone who wants to experience old Florida at its finest.

The place was amazing. Very down to earth with a great host, Mary was awesome!!! And to the person who said they didn’t “clean the rooms” that is not true. They would do whatever was asked but most people don’t want their room fully cleaned during their stay, so they offer towels and trash pick up. Place to grill, hammocks, and great beach access. We will 1000% be back.

This was a different type of trip for me this time. my husband and I stayed at this property at least annually + for more than 25 years. This time I went to spread some of my husband‘s ashes at the beach. MaryLynn had gone out of her way to help me feel comfortable and at peace during my stay, checking on me periodically. As always, the grounds are immaculate, the decor beautiful, and the room fantastic and appropriate for me

Beachplace guest houses will be the only place we stay when coming to cocoa beach. There is a home feeling when you first walk onto the property. Its such an easy place to relax. They have everything covered from chairs to beach towels even bug spray in the office if you need it. Every staff member was like youre new family member. You are greated with a smile and asked if everything was okay. The rooms were very cute and clean. We loved it so much, my now fiance actually asked me to marry him there. You will not be disappointed.

This is a really cute place on the beach. The rooms are older but well maintained and very clean. The grounds are beautiful with plenty of chairs and picnic tables, a fire pit, hammocks and rocking chairs. They have beach equipment and chairs to borrow.

STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. I'm assuming all these previous, amazing reviews are paid for. Aside from the location this place is a dump. We had a late check in/last minute booking. I was called letting me know that check-in information would be left at the office. Upon arrival, it was dark. There are little to no exterior lights throughout the property. This made finding ANYTHING extremely difficult. I finally found the front office. My check-in information was taped to the front door letting me know they left our unit UNLOCKED and the key was in a dish on the counter. So back to the dark we went finding our place. Upon entry the photos are COMPLETELY MISLEADING. The smell is that of an old, musty ran down place. The units are DISGUSTING. NOT. CLEAN. AT. ALL. We took a look around and tried to decide if we could make it work. There are little to no outlets. The dishwasher had a paper taped to it saying out of order and water dripping stains running down the front. The furniture was probably from a dumpster or found of the side of the road. The beds..... One was so uneven I assumed if we laid on it the entire thing would just collapse. The a/c can't go past 74 degrees or is freezes up. The bathrooms were filthy. Hair noticed in the showers, grime in the corners of the countertops, shower, etc. We tried calling the property manager multiple times with no answer. We ended up walking right back out due to the condition of the property and lack of outlets for medical devices. I left a message for Mary without a response as well. I was contacted the next day by someone else telling me they needed more information for our stay. I informed them that we ended up not staying and the property was left how we found it. They informed us they would not be issuing a refund because our booking was made too late. We found out the hard way but I didn't want someone else making the same mistake we did. Save your money, go somewhere else. This is not what the photos portray. I should have taken photos but I was so disgusted, upset and tired that I didn't even think about it.

Loved Beach Place Guesthouses. From the 1st phone convo to meeting MaryLynn we felt right at home. Beautiful older florida beach feel.all of the artistic touches hammocks tables chairs beach stuff to use steps from the beach and surprisingly peaceful and quiet. We has a wonderful time even tho weather didn't cooperate the whole time. MaryLynn a treasure. Only drawback for me was bed firm but still overall a 5.

Other than our first night checking in everything was excellent! the customer service clerk working that night didn't explain much of anything to us, didn't explain that the code to get to our building was on the back of our parking pass or how to get to our room but the overall stay was amazing right by the beach plenty of places to walk for food and even a nature walk reserve right across from the building. The beds were very comfortable and the cleaning crew was amazing and even the security guard was super sweet & explained to us where to find the vending machines Etc. Also the maintenance guy! We had a slight issue with the shower door being off track and he was there in like 2 minutes! ❤️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently had our wedding at Ocean Landing Resort, and I can confidently say that everything was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a superb staff who made us feel right at home. The wedding planner was incredibly organized and had everything done on time, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. We didn’t have to worry about a thing on our special day, allowing us to fully enjoy the experience. The atmosphere at the resort was both comfortable and relaxed, creating the perfect backdrop for our celebration. I truly can't express how wonderful everything was—nothing went wrong, and every moment was perfect. I would highly recommend Ocean Landing Resort to anyone considering a wedding venue. I could give them five stars over and over again! Thank you for making our day unforgettable!

I had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Cocoa Beach Oceanfront! The hotel itself is beautiful, with a perfect location right on the beach, clean rooms, and all the amenities you’d expect for a relaxing getaway. What really made my experience stand out, though, was the exceptional service from Madison. From the moment I checked in, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Madison was professional, warm, and attentive—she made me feel truly welcomed and valued as a guest. She handled everything with such a positive attitude and genuine care that it set the tone for my entire stay. Great service can make all the difference, and Madison absolutely delivered. I will definitely be returning to this hotel and recommending it to friends and family, especially because of the excellent hospitality. Thank you, Madison, for making my trip extra special!

My family chose to stay at this location prior to setting sail on a cruise and because my husband is a Hilton diamond member. Staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpfu upon check-in. Cleaning service staff were also very friendly. That's where the welcoming vibe ended. After traveling here my family of 6 just wanted to unwind and catch up with one another at the hotel bar. Where we wanted to sit required seeing the hostess first. After waiting 10 minutes with her leaving her station multiple times, I went to the bar, two different times, where the bartender promptly ignored me both times (yes, he saw me and only had several people sitting at the bar). We all went back to the hostess where a different person was manning the station. Once I got to talk to her, she told the bartender that we wanted seated. Fast-forward another ten the minutes, we were still ignored by the bartender. We ended up going back up to our rooms and opened up the wine that we wanted to have to celebrate the first night on our cruise. Treating the six of us like we were invisible was totally rude and unacceptable! Upon check-out, staff made up some of the aggravation up to us, but that shouldn't have been necessary.

We stayed here so as to visit the Kennedy Space Center, and oh my goodness it was wonderful. I love this hotel so much. It was on the smaller side but it was ocean view, easy access to the ocean (we went out at 1am to see a launch), super clean, super modern, and super comfortable. The price was fair and the staff were fantastic. I was really happy that the hotel worked so well with the Hilton app which is not always the case but was spot on here. Huge shout-out to Maverick for being a great staff member!

The room was smaller than I had thought when I booked a suite. The door that split the rooms didn't stay closed. The main door's lock didn't secure unless you lifted the door a bit for the lock to latch onto the doorframe. The room phone didn't work. We didn't feel safe. The carpet had stains all over the place. There were holes in the walls. There were holes and rust under the AC units. The cabinets were showing wear and tear and were missing handles. The light in the restroom was dirty from the inside, kept flickering, and wasn't bright at all. There were light switches but they didn't work. We used the lamps for lighting. Fake advertisement! The third morning, my sister requested a room cleaning that never happened. When we got back to the room a little past midnight, there was a horrible smell of the trash and the AC temperature had been raised about 10 degrees. The room smelled, was hot, and felt stuffy. When I inquired about the cleaning, the person in front pointed to the dry-erase board and said a note had been written down but didn't know why nobody had gone to clean it. The staff made 0 attempt to rectify the situation neither before nor after I stated that it was going to be the last night of our stay. It was not a good experience and I wouldn't recommend this place.

Horrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs! We prepaid online and were promised rooms ready by 3 PM. After a grueling 10-hour drive from Tennessee, we arrived at 5 PM to find our rooms were not ready. After arguing with the front desk for 30 minutes, they finally gave us a room. The nightmare continued upon entering – the room reeked of mildew and pot. To make matters worse, we found rat feces. We tried to get a refund, but they refused and moved us to another room that smelled like dog and mildew. The room was filthy with visible dirt on the floor. We left without a refund and booked another hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is a health hazard and a scam.
Alivia B — Google review
Loved the location, but our room smelled like mildew. There was a wet spot under the fridge with what appeared to be mold. We bought lysol, turned the air down, and made the best of it. The hotel is older and its age is showing. The room was clean but run down. The bathroom had wallpaper peeling, and the hairdryer had fallen off the wall and was sitting on the counter. The location is convenient. Management should examine the rooms for mold and update some of the fixtures.

Is it the best place to stay in Cocoa Beach? Probably not…but if you’re like me and prefer spending the budget on your experience rather than blowing it all on lodging, then this is the perfect place for you! Nice spacious rooms, amazing location & even better service! I stayed there a couple weeks back and the staff went above & beyond for me. Especially Melissa! I hope she’s being compensated well, good employees that truly care about the customers & the service provided to them like Melissa are hard to come by these days.

Overall good experience. The room we had was surprisingly large with the bedroom being private from the entrance and kitchenette. Room was outdated and I think had a leak in the AC unit which caused the floor to be wet around the AC which caused a bit of a mildew odor to be present. Lamps were also old and not clean. We only stayed for a night and the room served its purpose so no major complaints.

Motel 6 Cocoa Beach, FL is a modest budget accommodation with convenient amenities such as an outdoor pool, laundry facilities, and complimentary morning coffee. The property offers Wi-Fi in public areas and is conveniently located within walking distance to Oceanfront and Riverside Presbyterian Church. Additionally, it is situated near attractions like Lighthouse Cove Mini Golf and Westgate Cocoa Beach Pier. The air-conditioned rooms come with free self-parking and access to a heated pool.
Robin at the front desk is very sweet and polite. The rooms here are very clean and stay cool all the time. And it's just a block from the beach which is great. And the prices you can't beat in this area.

Okay up front the room was not cleaned well. The linens were clean and the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was awesome. We did see a couple of roaches but that was after watching the maintenance staff spray the empty room next to us. The pool was nice and a lot of birds can be seen in the mornings. Pretty close to everything and a short walk to the beach. We will probably stay here again, for the price it's pretty good. And coffee is available in the lobby.

Great location, terrible hotel, though cheap. I would have been happier going elsewhere and paying more. Big caution sign: no shampoo or tissues. When I asked, no it was not a mistake. They aren’t that kind of place. Imagine a basic room and then cut your expectations in half. It was clean, but we could hear everything next door. All the angry screaming, all the moaning. When it rained, the room did stay dry, but we had to wonder. There were a couple outlets, but to charge both my watch and phone I had to unplug the tv. I thought that since it’s in such a great spot and reviews were pretty good and the photos weren’t bad it would be OK, but really, unless you’re desperate, try someplace else.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Fantastic Stay Just Steps from the Beach! I had a great experience staying at the Motel 6 Cocoa Beach. The location is unbeatable—literally just across the street from the beach and walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the Cocoa Beach Pier. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious for the price. The front desk staff was friendly and professional, and check-in was quick and easy. I appreciated the pet-friendly policy and free parking as well. The pool was clean and inviting, and the entire property felt safe and well-maintained. If you’re looking for an affordable, no-frills place to stay near the ocean that still gives you everything you need for a relaxing trip, this is it. I’ll definitely be back!

Christi at the front desk was amazing! You can tell when people love their job and she's one of them. The pool was clean. The location is great, especially the distance to the beach which is a 2 minute walk. Winn-Dixie is a 3 minute walk across the street. The only thing was our sheet was dirty when we got in the bed but Christi was right on it and apologized for the inconvenience. There was some mold spots on the bathroom ceiling and some dirt on the bottom part of the bed where the frame was and I wish there were more outlets in the room. But overall, it was a great stay. I really enjoyed it.

We stayed for 2 nights in an awful room that the shower barely had water. We checked out and had to come back and it was completely different We walked in to a beautiful smiling woman who greeted us with the most amazing uplifting personality. I believe her name is Talia. She helped us figure out what would be the best for our visit. We told her how the two other workers were absolutely terrible and not helpful. Talia gave us a new room that was a total 180. The room was so clean the shower got much better pressure and extremely hot. Talia has been so helpful and kind.

This motel is full of mold and roaches. I'm not impressed by the staff either. i was approached by a woman who asked if I had a room here right after I checked in and was unloading my suitcases. I replied yes and as I was taking my belongings in my room I noticed the same woman standing on the other side of the building watching my every move. I noticed a few roaches and some mold growing in the bathroom. This was a little weird and I felt unsafe. The lady was at the front desk later that night and her name was Robin. Me and my husband checked out the next day and we stayed at another hotel close by. I will not stay here in the future.
Wanda L — Google review
So there's definitely some sketchy people here. I don't think they really have any control over that. I would've liked to see a security guard walking around the place. The rooms wasn't bad. The location is great. No one broke into the car thankfully. Four points Sheridan is like a block away and worth the extra money.

Nestled just a stone's throw from the Atlantic Ocean, the Four Points by Sheraton Cocoa Beach is a contemporary haven for travelers seeking both relaxation and adventure. This inviting hotel features an array of amenities designed to enhance your stay, including a refreshing outdoor pool, a hot tub for unwinding after a day of exploration, and a well-equipped 24-hour fitness center to keep you active. The hotel's prime location makes it easy to enjoy all that Cocoa Beach has to offer.
I had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Cocoa Beach! I had just gotten off the Utopia of the Seas, and the hotel was kind enough to let me check in early. Teresa was absolutely lovely, she welcomed me like family, which made me feel right at home. Parking is very reasonable at only $10, and they even offer a free shuttle service to the pier, which is such a great perk. The location is fantastic too, with plenty of shops nearby like Winn Dixie, Walgreens, and CVS for anything you might need. As a full-service travel agent, I can confidently say this is a property I will highly recommend to my clients. The entire staff was excellent, the atmosphere felt safe and welcoming, and the service went above and beyond. Also the beach is 2 blocks away. If you’re cruising or just visiting Cocoa Beach, this hotel is a perfect choice!

The location is the best part of this hotel—right next to Ron Jon Surf Shop and just a short walk to the beach. We also had a great view of a rocket launch from the rooftop of the parking garage, which was a nice surprise. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. Our room had several issues: the sink was stuck shut and unusable, and it took two requests to get it fixed. The floor was clearly not cleaned properly before we arrived. Around the hotel, there were signs of poor maintenance—unfinished wall repairs, chipped paint, and general wear and tear. The pool was disappointing. The hot tub has reportedly been broken for over five weeks, and there’s no sign to let guests know—it just doesn’t work. The pool itself was freezing (colder than the ocean), likely because the hot tub isn’t circulating heat. Bird droppings around the waterfall area also made it feel neglected and unclean. Even my 10-year-old noticed how dirty the hotel felt. For a place advertised as a 3-star property, the experience fell way short. Another letdown: the front desk had no local recommendations for restaurants or attractions. It’s a small thing, but it really matters when you're visiting from out of town. Overall, we won’t be staying here again. There are better options nearby, and we’ll be choosing one of those next time.

I recently stayed at four points by Sheraton Cocoa Beach. While there our room was extremely hot and come to find out the ac unit was broke. The maintenance guy stated there was no filter placed in it and all the dust was just building up on the coils. I had 5 people in my room one of which was a baby. We had a lot of stuff and had to move rooms due to this. Our entire evening was ruined and we were not able to go do stuff with our family because of dealing with this. We were not the only ones this happened too the same night. Someone else in our group was staying two nights and they got checked out after the first night and had to deal with getting checked back in. They charge for parking even if you didn’t have a vehicle. Then customer service has been terrible to deal with.
Lucas W — Google review
Spent one night in town and it was fine, but too expensive. Great location, bed and pillows were comfy, covered garage parking was nice too since it was so hot. However, the room and hotel is very dated and the front desk staff was not very professional nor that friendly. It seemed that they (the managers) were busy working on the computer and trying to solve some problems vs. helping train a new employee and helping guests.
Kiernan G — Google review
We loved the hotel. We wish we had stayed longer. From the front desk staff to the housekeeping staff, the service was wonderful, spectacular. The cleanliness, the service, the attention. The food at Shark Point in a few words "A POETRY", I must especially highlight the one made by the chef who was there on Sunday night, July 20th, served by the hands of a young Colombian woman named Angela (that's her name on the receipt), Angela not only gave us wonderful service, she managed to reverse the poor service we received from one of her colleagues upon arrival, this young blonde woman with glasses, seeing us arrive a little entertained, we didn't see the sign that says wait to be served, since it was not facing the entrance, very angry, incorrectly and defiantly yelled at us "YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR ME TO CLEAN THE TABLE OR YOU WANT TO EAT AT THE DIRTY TABLE", I think the pizza man was a bit ashamed of his colleague's behavior and kindly explained to us that we had to wait at the entrance, people like her should not work serving the public, they mistreat the customers and tarnish the image of the hotel. We were 3 older people.

Had to stay a night for work and they had an available room for a reasonable price. Booked a two bed room but was given a single king. Not gonna work for two guys. Hotel manager was extremely responsive and got us into the correct room. Great experience.
Chris W — Google review
We were there in April & it was bad. There was dog poop by the hot tub & the room was dirty (a previous guests’ Cheez-It crumbs were all over the floor). The security guard was dressed like a SWAT officer & not approachable. The “beautiful aquarium” features in the photos was empty & they put pictures of fish in the empty tank.
Shannon M — Google review
Prior to moving back to Central Florida, this was our go-to pre cruise stay. Not only is the proximity to the beaches, shopping, and the cruise port ideal, but there is a nice restaurant inside and a complementary dedicated cruise shuttle that runs to and from the cruise terminals! You can also park in their parking deck for the duration of your cruise (double check with the front desk as this may have been discontinued). Four Points is a great stay anytime you want to be close to the summer action!!

The room was very nice and clean! We could walk to the beach and it wasn't hard to find! The hotel was under construction but they didn't work at night and we barely noticed them. The pool was closed but they said the pool next door was available for our use. We stayed 1 night and went on a Disney Cruise the next day but would have loved to have stayed longer! The beds were SO comfortable!!! They also had a complimentary breakfast buffet that had a wonderful selection! Definitely recommend!

Stayed here a few years ago for a night before a cruise and thought the accommodations were worth the price. Upon check in we were given BOGO drink vouchers for the bar, which was a nice gesture. The pool area was nice and the room was decent. There were some ants that we noticed but nothing outrageous. We were able to park our car there and use the shuttle service to the cruise terminal, which was very convenient. The breakfast was pretty standard.

Very welcoming staff I mean super nice! Confusing layout, okay for price I guess...and is almost beachfront, I mean across the street within walking distance is the beach! Rooms are pretty dated and they are renovating pool area...looks like some updates are happening. Unfortunately, I had a little brown visitor (roach) and I suspected I would see one or more. It's close to local fares, food and retail so that was nice, but really nothing at all to brag about. I really wouldn't stay here again.

Loved it!!! Room was fantastic!! Everyone was SO friendly. We were able to check in early. We drove from Madison, WI in one shot and were exhausted. The suite was nice and clean, ac cooled quickly and stayed cool, pool under construction but there was another option but we were too tired to swim and had another early start the next day. I would stay there again!! Had a suite with a kitchen for the cost of 1 room elsewhere. And it was closer to the port, actually on the island.

What a delightful stay. The management and every member of the staff were so helpful and nice. They were so friendly and were at our room with our every need in a moments notice. Our rooms weren’t the most modern but were nice and extremely clean. The beds were soft and comfy but the sofa bed needed extra padding. Food was wonderful and again the staff was fantastic. Felt like leaving family when we left. Highly recommend!

Just love this hotel. Pool and hot tub are always perfect temps. Rooms are clean views are nice. Once they redo the court yard it will be better. Drinks were very high. For an 8oz plastic cup of a frozen adult drink it was 10 dollars. The shuttle from the airport to hotel and port then back to airport was so easy. Make sure you have an flight set up around 1 or 2.. Shuttle service drops you off early.. My view from the fourth floor

Front desk was friendly, breakfast had the regular options you would expect with make your own waffle station. The hotel itself is very family friendly, pool, game room, playground, nice area to walk around. Close to the beach- you can walk there. Room was partially updated- but not like the photos. Not the cleanest bathroom when we checked in and that put a damper on the stars im giving. Overall I would stay here again for the value- but I think I would have inspected the room cleanliness in further depth before settling in.
Marian O — Google review
Great location. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety! Everything was always filled when it got low (Eggs, sausage and potatoes). Also, 3 waffle makers...so there wasn't a lineup as most places just have one waffle maker. The pool was warm and the property was great. Well maintained and clean. Play structure for kids. Staff was friendly as well. Overall, a typical Quality Inn with an above average breakfast, a great value for the price!

Nestled just a short drive from the stunning Thousand Islands, Beach Island Resort in Cocoa Beach offers an affordable getaway with 16 cozy, air-conditioned rooms. This charming resort is conveniently located about 30 minutes on foot from the heart of Cocoa Beach and only a stone's throw away from popular attractions like Cocoa Beach Skatepark and Tables Beach.
We had such a great experience at the beach island resort. Stayed here for the first time and it felt like a big family with the folks that stay here over the years… Penny is a very friendly and helpful lady! Gave us umbrellas for the beach booster seat for our little son and some more dish pans to make our stay a little easier… She all around is very helpful and friendly person and made our stay all that much more enjoyable and comfortable… Also really appreciated the clean rooms. Pool and hot tub were so nice to have with the cooler weather that was going through Cocoa FL the week we’re here… Definitely a great stay!!

Totally have fallen in love with this resort and it’s vintage vibe and Penny it’s just a wonderful host and runs the resort. The people were so friendly that were staying here. It’s just going to be our home away from home for now on. I definitely encourage anyone to try and have a stay there. You will not regret it. It’s just the most relaxing time you could possibly have.

3/23/25. Spent two nights here as we explored the cocoa beach area. Very friendly staff and clean units. The units are early 1970’s era but in good condition. Beach is fabulous and you can walk into town as it is only a mile away on wide flat sidewalks. Book your vacation here I guarantee you’ll love it. If this review was helpful please give it a thumbs up 👍🏻 thanks

Had the best time! Penny was so kind and helpful! The pool was just the right temp and the beach was just a hop skip and jump away! The room 112 was cozy and had everything we needed as well. We love the history of the property because in the 50’s the astronauts stayed and lived here during their training. Fun things to do are within a mile of the property and a free golf cart transport will pick you up and take you from 9-8 every day. A perfect time for our family!

We have been coming to Beach Island Resort for about 7 years, always clean and family friendly. Penny is nothing but amazing anything you need, she's got it. We got married the week before we came to the beach 🏖️, Penny was aware and had our room, just perfect, she had flowers, champagne 🍾🥂, and glasses and a bottle of fireball. She remembered from the year before it was Tripp's favorite... She is just simply the best she has become part of our family ❤️. Penny thank for making this honeymoon very special. We'll be seeing you soon. Thank you. Tripp and Connie Trotter.❤️🌞

I just stayed at Beach Island in January 2025 for one month. After staying at different motels in the Space Coast area over the years, I have found my home away from home when I visit my family in Cocoa Beach. The staff, the rooms, and the location is perfect. Walk out of your room for 30 seconds and you are on the beach! The courtyard is beautiful if you choose to enjoy the sparking clean whirlpool or heated pool. The people staying there were friendly and no smoking. I can't find fault. If you have stayed in the past you will find that everything has been upgraded. I'll be back soon... just please don't reserve my room :-)

Surf Studio Beach Resort is a cozy and laid-back hotel located right on the beach, offering modest rooms and self-catering apartments with fully equipped kitchens. The resort features an outdoor pool, private beach access, picnic area, garden, and barbecue grill. It's ideal for pet parents, beach lovers, families, and outdoor enthusiasts. Business travelers can also benefit from amenities like catering service and free Wi-Fi.
I hesitate to do a review on surf studio because it is such a wonderful place and it is already so hard to book that I don't want to increase our competition for getting a room. However, if I did that it would be an injustice to Greg, the owner and the staff who are absolutely amazing and have created a small Paradise. If you are not a friendly nice person, please don't come. But if you're someone who appreciates meeting people and experiencing a wonderful atmosphere, you're welcome. My family and I have been to surf studio four times this year. It is always well maintained and improved. The owner makes a point of constantly upgrading cookware and beds and everything else in order to create the optimal environment. Each studio is a one bedroom but there are two couches that fold flat into twin size beds and in the bedroom are two queen size beds. Each unit has a kitchenette with a two burner range and a full size fridge for those who like to cook. The two end units that have Windows facing the ocean, have a small stove, 4 burner and a fridge making cooking a little bit easier. There is a wonderful grill out on the deck that was handmade by the owner's father out of local stone. It's large enough to cook for 25 people and is something we use every time we are there. You can see in the pictures. If you want the Hilton and need need to be pampered, this is probably not your spot. But if you are someone who appreciates people, wonderful environments and a relaxing atmosphere, this is your spot.

This was a perfect place to stay! We don't care for the big, busy resorts. This is a small, family owned place that is old, but very well kept, and with a wonderful history. The room was very clean and stocked with anything you would need. The staff was so very helpful! The deck has a fantastic view and you are only steps from the beach. The pool is clean with plenty of seating. If we are back in the area, we definitely will be back.

The staff are terrific. The facility is old but clean and well taken care of. Liked the ability to watch rocket launch from beach deck. Very accommodating to dogs. Beach is very nice and clean. Close to Cape Canaveral and priced better than big hotels. Far away from riffraff. Pillows and bed very comfy

Perfect place for a romantic getaway! 8 rooms, with two ocean front suites. The suites have a full kitchen, a large bedroom with two double beds, a big closet, desk and a chair. There is plenty of room for all your things. The bathroom has a shower only, no bathtub. The regular rooms are just a bit smaller, but just as lovely. Full deck overlooking the ocean, pool, stone barbecue grill. Nice tables to sit with a beach view, and large sunshade that covers that area! Great for relaxing, with a breeze and ocean view! Staff are 100% awesome! We spent our honeymoon and 20th anniversary there, with several times in between! If you love this review, check out their website!

This is the only place where I want to stay when I’m in Florida. I have been there since the early 90s. It’s a great place and the owner is a very good guy. If you want a new high end place. This is not your place. But if you’re looking for a place to stay that you will never forget. This is it .

This is an excellent mid century beach resort with a lot of history and a lot of character which lends to a truly rejuvenating beach experience. The rooms are always clean and it's nice to be able to make my own meals and just stay on the property, away from enormous beach crowds further up near the port. I've been coming back for a while now, because there's really nothing like it on the space coast that has the same feeling. So many places get overdeveloped and lose character, but this place manages to keep it small and charming even when updating. 11/10

I’m so happy with our stay. We got Cottage 3, 1B/1B but there is a pull out couch in the front room as well. The kitchen had everything we needed, beach towels and umbrellas/beach chairs are easily available. There is a coin laundry available as well which we didn’t need to use but nice to know is there. Overall very pleased with the beach access and the little cottage as well as ease of booking, check-in/check out. Lots of cute little restaurants within easy driving distance and a TON of nearby hikes/trails that are really gorgeous. So happy with our stay!!!

I’ve just got to say the customer service from Lynnessa was amazing! Due to Hurricane Milton they had to move us to the Cottages from The Villas since they lost power. Lynnessa kept in contact with me before arriving since everything was up in the air. She really made me feel welcome. She could have refunded me but I knew staying would be a better choice. I was right! The cottages are simply beautiful! They are currently renovating but it didn’t bother us. I would definitely recommend and will be back for our next cruise! Thank you CocoSands!

I really enjoyed the #7 cottage! 4 Night stay 11/2023. We had 5 people and there was plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. We could see and hear a rocket launch🚀 from the beach! They had boogie boards so you don't have to rent them. I really liked the outdoor shower! It helped get the sand off our feet. The beds have a remote!! Very comfy! Both sunset and sunrise vistas😍. Overall, outstanding!

We’ve had a very nice stay at Coco beach Cottages, the unit was well equipped with everything we needed! Small but cozy and nicely located to the beach. Parking was good and the information provided was on point and very clear! Check out at 10 am is a little early for us as we’ve been staying in many other places and their check out was at 11 am. I would’ve given a five star rating if the mattresses were comfortable! Unfortunately the mattresses in the unit were extremely soft which made us not sleep well! Other than that the stay was pretty decent!

We are from Orlando and frequently come to Cocoa for long weekends. We had an excellent stay for our anniversary weekend. I was a little concerned reading some of the reviews. First of all, this is a beachside cottage, not a luxury hotel. Most of the time is spent at the beach and the private beach access is amazing. It’s a very short walk. We stayed during the last weekend of spring break and Saint Patrick’s day and it was so quiet and relaxing compared to the large amounts of people by the pier. The room was very clean and comfortable with sunblock and beach towels available along with many nice bathroom towels. There is a storage area with beach chairs and beach toys. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to get away but not be around large crowds. There are also many good places to eat. We loved our stay and will definitely be coming back!

Never stay here again. At $200/nite I would expect parking with valet service. Complementary breakfast . Instead we received a small studio apartment with a refrigerator, stove and a hard bed . Such a deal!! All for $200/nite. I wouldn’t recommend to any one. On a scale of 1-10. 3 at best. You can do much better by staying elsewhere.

I’m not always a girly girl, but on vacation you like your hair done in the morning. First thing in the morning we had to go find coffee too. I opened every cupboard and closet looking. It was not a good start in the morning. I stay in a lot of hotels and air bnbs for work, I’ve never been to one with a hair drier or coffee. Also, I’m middle of the night a very loud crunching noise happens, it sounds like an ice machine refilling. But there’s no ice machine, it was very loud and woke us up in a panic at 4am.

No dish soap, neighbors doing drugs untill 6am, terrible time honestly. But the grill worked lol

Overall it was a great stay. The hotel rooms are a bit dated but they are now renovating the rooms. I can't wait to see the new renovations when they are done. Great location.

Absolutely great little place close to the beach and in a good part of town. When we arrived it was early and the place was very clean and set up perfectly. The host seems very friendly I definitely recommend this place 100%
