We were in town & heard wonderful things about this place! The server was very kind, and attentive. The food was amazing; we got the chicken & waffles, and the guacamole toast! Delicious brunch, next time we’re in town we will be returning!

We had a very good experience here today. We came in famished after a long hike in the canyon and wanted a drink and an appetizer to hold us over until our dinner reservations later in the evening. It’s a little strange because the staff are all dressed the same in very short dresses with black stockings that seemed pretty out of place mid afternoon but whatever. We sat at the bar and our server was super pleasant and attentive. She made great appetizer recommendations which we followed and were very pleased with the quality of the food. The music was low enough to be able to converse comfortably, the lighting was nice and the chairs were comfortable. I would recommend upgrading the napkin quality. The prices were high but not absurdly so, maybe 10-15% higher than I felt they should have been but we were still pleased with our choice to come here.

My wife and I had an early dinner at CRUSH at 5pm on a Saturday. The overall aesthetic of the dinning room was cool, clean & modern. They had very nice smelling hand soap in the bathroom. The menu was overpriced. The house salad w/ peach vinaigrette was okay. The double wagyu smash burger & fries was okay. The service was okay. The Nashville chicken was burnt & the bleu cheese coleslaw was overkill. I could taste no spice on the chicken whatsoever. We spent $81.89 including tip.

Crush was a nice lunch option in downtown Amarillo. Wasn't blown away by anything in particular, but the prices were fair, service was quick, and I enjoyed the atmosphere inside. Didn't actually try any wine at this wine bar so can't give an opinion!
Jeremy Y — Google review
Went for an early dinner my husband and I sat at the bar. Got some drinks that were pretty good. I wanted to order the crab shrimp cocktail, was informed it’s no longer available, still on the menu. So I decided to get the seared tuna. My husband got the peach salad with chicken added. (I wish I would have taken a picture it looked nothing like the salad they have a picture of, there was very little blue cheese and not sure there were pecans at all. Mostly a big ole bowl of just lettuce. My husband had to ask for more dressing for some flavor. When my seared tuna came out I have to say I was pretty shocked at the look of the $32 dish!!! Plain rice seared tuna and a few pickles!!! It was really disappointing. People working the bar were friendly and helpful.

Food and service was awesome. We had a group of about 20 people so obviously the servers couldn’t handle everything immediately, but we understood with how big of a group it was. They were still fantastic and you could tell that service was at the top of their list. I got the steak and they cooked it exactly how I wanted. The Brussels sprouts I got we shared and everyone loved them. Will definitely be back again.

Loved this place! Crush Wine Bar has such a great vibe — classy but relaxed. The wine selection is amazing, the food is delicious, and the staff makes you feel right at home. Perfect spot for a night out or a chill evening with friends!
Hannah M — Google review
Came for dinner earlier this week and was utterly disappointed. The food was good, can't complain too much there, however it was the bartenders, staff, and overall morale of the employees. They seemed to be more focused on interpersonal relationships and drama more than the service they provided their guests. Service was almost non-existent from anyone who stepped behind the bar. At times it was difficult to know who was actually the bartender. Not to mention the vulgar stories they were telling (not so quietly) which were upsetting in many ways. Would not recommend anyone come here for dinner and drinks.

Hoffbrau Steak & Grill House is a family-owned restaurant in Amarillo, Texas, offering a relaxed setting adorned with Texas memorabilia. With over three decades of local ownership, this establishment embodies the no-fuss and delicious spirit of the city. The menu features made-from-scratch dishes including Certified Angus Beef steaks, burgers, chicken-fried steaks, and an array of starters and desserts. The restaurant also boasts a separate bar area and outdoor dining options.
The wife & I dropped in for lunch. 1st time here wasn’t bad not super busy, friendly staff could have been a lil more attentive but not bad. Had fried mushrooms for an appetizer & the catfish & shrimp. Good thing we planned on splitting the meal. Plenty of food & was fast!

I had the pleasure of eating here on my way to Colorado Springs. My server BobbyJo was so sweet. I had the chicken fried steak with creamy gravy & salad. The chicken fried steak was hard around the edges. Some like that I'm not one. Everything was delicious. I worked around the hard parts and cleaned my plate. If I ever have the pleasure of traveling this way again. I will stop in. Warm hospitality from beginning to end.

Hoffbrau is a great restaurant making for a fantastic dining experience. Taylor took excellent care of us. He was helpful with suggestions and kept checking on us without being in the way. My wife ordered the tender birds, which came with two sides. She selected the side salad, which she enjoyed along with the broccoli japalino cheese soup, which had quite a kick. The gravy for the chicken strips was very good. I got the ugly bird that had bbq sauce, bacon, cheese, and onion straws. It was absolutely delicious. My side salad was good, and my pepperjack stuffed relleno was very good. If we are back in the area, we will definitely be eating here again.

So on a recent road trip we stopped by Hoffbrau Steak & Grill. I had eaten at Hoffbrau Steaks in Denver Co and had a great meal. Thinking it has been a while since the last visit, hoping it will be as good. I was with my Dad and my brother on this visit. Dad ordered the King Burger $15.99, this has Jack and Cheddar cheese and regular burger garnish, plus fries. He really enjoyed it. My brother ordered the Cowtown Chicken Fried Steak,$19.99 with baked potato and green beans, This Plate had a Chile relleno with pico on top of the C.F.S.. His plate looked great, and I tried it, Loved it. I ordered the Grilled Salmon Salad $20.99. The salad comes with chopped eggs, bacon bits, cheese, and tomatoes. Honestly, folks I really am trying to promote restaurants in my critique and I feel like I'm getting better at this. However, there are times when I have to be brutally honest. This was one of the worst salads I have ever eaten, it beat out the Caesar salad I had at the Lone Star S.H. ( see pics) as the worst. At first when they placed it front of me I was like " Wow" this looks good. But as I started eating I started noticing, the Salmon was not Atlantic Salmon, it was frozen not fresh and had a strong oily fish flavor. Next thing I started noticing more how unfresh the lettuce was . Worse than the soggy lettuce I received at Taco Kissie.( Photos) This lettuce was brown. I don't like when tomatoes are diced and eggs chopped up on a 20 Dollar salad. Tomato wedges and sliced eggs make for a meal. This is a restaurant that is cross using ingredients to the max. Great for cost but not on every plate. The jack and Cheddar cheese were on my salad and on Dad's burger. The diced Tomatoes on my salad were the same on the relleno. I really wanted to enjoy my Salad but there was just no way. Unfortunately for me my Hoffbrau experience was nothing like the place I went to in Denver.

If you’re in Amarillo, Texas, you definitely have to visit this Steakhouse! The customer service was excellent — friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked steak, full of flavor, and served fresh and hot. And the best part? They have the best local beer I’ve tried in a long time — a perfect match for their amazing food. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great dining experience in Amarillo!
Nadia B — Google review
In the photo is a “Smoked ribeye 12 Oz” horrible. Worst steak if had in my life. The “steak fries” had to have been the fries from the day before since it was so slow. The only reason the review isn’t a 1 star is because our server was very nice and respectful when I sent the food back. Will not ever recommend Hoffbrau.. funny to see the reviews on here because I’ve ask serval friend what they think of this place and not a single person said it was good… this place needs a massive change or to be shut down
Leon S — Google review
If you love yourself... come here. The service is amazing. The food is fantastic and the atmosphere definitely welcoming. The spicy ranch is AMAZING. and those steak fries are so freaking crispy its amazing!!!! If im back in Amarillo Ill definitely be back.

Nestled in downtown Amarillo, Six Car Pub & Brewery is a trendy and vibrant microbrewery and restaurant that offers a modern experience for both locals and visitors. The menu features delectable American pub fare, with the Nashville Angry Bird chicken sandwich being a standout dish. Complement your meal with their house-brewed craft beers, such as the popular Six Car Hazy IPA known as Amarillo Sunset.
The food was absolutely delicious, and our server Lucas was super friendly and attentive! I had the arancini, which Lucas recommended and he was totally right that they are tasty. They were super crispy, and the flavors came together beautifully. I had the pulled pork sliders which were amazing flavor-wise, really juicy and it all held together well. The fries were crispy and hot, and seasoned perfectly. My friend had a cheese pizza, which had an amazing crust and the sauce was really delicious. The atmosphere is great, I’ll definitely be coming back!

Six Car was a nice, above average brewpub. The space inside was well decorated and had tons of TVs. The food we tried wasn't anything out of this world, but everything was solid. Beers were tasty and cold, and prices overall what I expected. Cool spot!
Jeremy Y — Google review
Used to be a great place but Im sure its hard to find good help nowadays. It took about an hour to receive our food after waiting about 30 minutes to order. The kids menu does not state they do not have some of the food available for brunch. Just note that when you wait 30 minutes to order then have to have kids re consider what they want and wait again to order. Also since I was last here they no longer have the dog park, however they are still pet friendly. These are the facts but food was good. Probably not going back though.
CW C — Google review
Such a great atmosphere here. Servers were very kind and attentive. The outside patio was so chill. Good vibes. I had the prickly pear cider. It was delicious. Can’t wait to go back.
Enna J — Google review
Driving through, stopped here for the night and ventured out to this strip and this was o e of the few places still open but it was pretty dead as they were getting ready to close. I still enjoyed my beer and my peace and quiet. It’s a big beautiful space so I imagine it can get quite noisy when full. Staff was great. Allowed me to sample a few of their other beers before settling on the Mexican lager. Enjoyed my quiet time! It also happened to be $2 beers on Tuesday so extra bonus!
TheDSsucks — Google review
Loved it. Our waitress wasn't super attentive, but I'm low maintenance so it was just fine to me, she was very nice. Sat outside, room for kids to roam around, nice and shaded. Food was amazing. Loved the cheese curds, miles burger, fries, and angry bird grilled cheese! No pizza til after 2pm. I'll be back for that!
Desire C — Google review
Food and service were excellent. I had a little issue with the ticket, and the server fixed it without question, and I appreciated that. Very cool atmosphere, and the outdoor dining is anchored with trees. It's such a cool vibe there.
Jesse W — Google review
Listen, this place is ALWAYS incredible. The people, the atmosphere, the trivia, the live music (at times), and THE FOOD! Not even to mention the home brewed craft beers. It's just such a gem in Amarillo, TX. I had been craving the Nashville Angry Bird chicken sandwich for a few days, and it was everything I'd dreamt of. The picture doesn't do it justice, but it's fantastic. So good. Visit this place, y'all. The brunch menu is s-tier. Just top shelf everything. UPDATE! Still so awesome. Still so dang good. And even better with an updated lunch special menu. I eat lunch almost everyday, and at these prices, it's tempting to eat HERE every single day. Love this place. Great service to go along with the great food.

Macaroni Joe's is an elegant Italian restaurant located in a faux Tuscan village setting. It is renowned for its extensive wine selection, offering over 600 wines to complement the delicious Italian cuisine. The menu features inspired takes on classic Italian dishes such as lasagna and chicken florentine, as well as Texan twists like green chili farfalle and chicken with queso. In addition to pasta and seafood options, the restaurant also offers hearty cuts of steak at reasonable prices.
My wife and I don't stop by Amarillo often but we had a opportunity to stop by for a quick appetizer while the restaurant was slow. (disclaimer: major place for wine but the wife and I aren't drinkers any longer. Selection looked decent at first glance) The servers were knowledable and absolutely a treasure to deal with. The ambiance of the whole place is a low-lit pleasure, from the candle lit tables to the Italian-streetcorner feel of the rooms. On to brass tacks, the food: I can only guess what the rest of the menu is like from the calamari but let me say.. I've had squid in all different cuts from at least 30 different restaurants throughout the states..This was the most tender calamari I've ever had. They use cutlets from the bell which is a much different experience to the normal calamari rings you get in Texas. The price was very reasonable for the quantity received. We decided to share an order of Cajun pasta, to which our server brought it to us in perfectly sized bowls for each of us. A delightfully creamy, slightly spicy, tomato-base pasta with grilled shrimp. Delicious. I short, this place is a dream. Absolutely recommend and will be back.

Just enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Macaroni Joe's! One of the truly special restaurants in Amarillo. Their atmosphere is phenomenal, the food is always delicious, and the wait staff are the best. They know how to make dining out a memorable, fun and special experience. Very consistent and always enjoyable!
Dianne H — Google review
Fantastic first experience of this honey hole. Excellent wide ranging menu light on the Italian influence expected. We can personally vouch for the Lasagna and the Chicken Picatta(not Pacatta). Both were some of the best to be had. I heard lots of praise for the fried green Tomatoes. I will say they looked better than any I've ever seen elsewhere. The servers at the bar were entertaining and very active. They were also a great help in making our choices for dinner. Nice atmosphere that apparently has been in existence for the thirty to forty years I recommend and will return.
John V — Google review
Loved trying a new place. Macaroni Joe's food and atmosphere was great. I had the chicken spagetti (added olives) and my boyfriend had the red salmon. We also got the steak taco appetizer. Everything was so great!!! I would highly recommend
April D — Google review
We ordered a Togo order. 3 meals in one bag and 2 in the other. Checked our bag. Missing one meal and an app. Went back inside got the issue fixed only to make it home and have the complete wrong entree in one bag. Beyond irritating since overall 3 items were wrong for the price of the food. The food tasted incredible, but service will hinder our future visits.
Taryn S — Google review
What a great place for a reunion of old friends. We were greeted by a curry nice young man who took us to our table. Our waitress was great the wine wine steward, forgive me for the incorrect spelling, Llyam was great with our choice of a nice Italian wine. The FM Shannon cane or more than once greeted us and checked with us about our experience. Wonderful. The food was plentiful and very reasonably priced. We stayed with beef tacos which were a great. I ordered the Wahoo fish which I had never heard of and truly enjoyed it. The Bourbon carrots and mix vegetables for the sides. Just great. Every thing was spit on and I am sure I will be back. Thank you everyone for making my trip and visit a very memorable experience.

My wife picked this restaurant for dinner before going to the symphony. I can say that she has fantastic taste! I mean just look at the pictures. The atmosphere and decor were amazing. You really feel like you're at an outdoor Italian Cafe. And the service was perfect. Our waiter was very attentive, polite, and well informed. I had the bone-in pork chop, with vanilla creme brulee for dessert. I had no idea that it was really TWO pork chops (look at the picture!). The sauce was amazing and the sear on the meat was unbelievable! The dessert was excellent, too. Perfectly crusted creme brulee with NO taste of egg in the custard. My wife has the blackened bayou with shrimp plus the 4 oz. blackened steak, with bread pudding with bourbon vanilla caramel sauce for dessert. The spicy Cajun flavor was great - with a very noticeable kick (as it should have). Just simply DELICIOUS! And the dessert.... just WOW! (Yes I had some of hers, too.) It really was too die for! We will definitely be back!

Had an early supper here. Everything was fantastic. We did not have any drinks . Had a very good wine list. We had the tuna appetizer very good with lots of black pepper. I had a bayou pasta with shrimp and blackend steak. Very good steak was perfect medium . Pasta had a lot of Cajun seasoning. It's pretty salty but good. My wife had the seared scallops and risotto. OMG!!! I will definitely be back for that dish again. LOVED IT!!

GoldenLight Cafe & Cantina is an iconic dining establishment and concert venue in Amarillo, offering a mix of American cuisine and Tex-Mex dishes. Since 1946, this spot has been known for its welcoming atmosphere and fantastic live music. Situated on Route 66, it's a great place to enjoy a casual meal while listening to rootsy American music.
Great burgers and fries all made right there at the bar! I had a fantastic bacon Cheeseburger, I would definitely recommend this place. It's well worth a stop along the way!

The burgers are always amazing here at the oldest burger spot in Amarillo. These burgers are.by far the best in town and it's always fast. There just something about that flavor on that old flattop grill. You can sit at the grill too and watch the. Fix your burger!

Unsanitary environment infested with flies. No screens, no fly zapper or fly light trap, no ceiling fans in the patio, sticky table tops, nasty bathroom, burgers just average, fries soggy. Couldn't eat our food because flies were constantly attacking us sitting on our food or glass rims. The whole time we were fighting the flies. I hit stomach ache as a result. We paid $40 for a horrible experience. Flies can carry pathogens that contaminate food and food preparation surfaces, leading to foodborne illnesses. This place is in absolute violation of Texas DSHS regarding health codes for pest control.

Wonderful atmosphere, food and exceptional service thanks to our waitress, Rachel! My family and I trekked 1800 miles across TX and NM and this was a sure highlight. Must see when in the area or if driving Old Art 66 - and you must ask for Rachel who gave us lots of linsights and tips for our travels!! And be sure to get the Waller burger it is sensational!!

Really good experience! Oldest restaurant in Amarillo according to their menu. Still in its original location since the glory days of Route 66! The atmosphere is amazing. Really classic, very American style cafe/diner. The folks there were friendly and the food was great. It’s relatively small, so don’t be bummed if you have to wait for a table. The food is NOT FAST (and that’s perfectly fine). For reference, a burger took between 20-25 minutes but it was worth the wait. And it was pretty rushed so I don’t blame them. The few drawbacks: my order of fries and chili got to me way after I was done with my burger. They must have missed it. Can’t blame them, it was pretty packed. Understandable, but unpleasant nonetheless. I wasn’t a fan of the chili, but hey, that is not an instant DQ. Different strokes for different folks. What was IMO unanimously GREAT was the burger! I had the Waller Burger. The fries were a bit on the flimsy side but very hot, tasty and not soggy either. They close at 22:00 but by 21:00 they will not let more people in, so keep that in mind. Great food, good atmosphere and sweet southern hospitality. Will return!

It’s a chill casual place. The music wasn’t too loud, the decor is interesting, the staff was nice. Now the food…. I ordered the vegan burger, and it was delicious. It’s really difficult for me to find good veggie or vegan burgers, and this one didn’t let me down. My husband isn’t into burgers that much anymore, and he was amazed with his burger, the yellow city burger. The garlic Parmesan fries were amazing too, the right amount of crispy with great flavor.

“Most intentional Smashburger I’ve ever had!” 🫶🏾 I love when a good Google search leads me to a hidden gem, and that’s exactly what Yellow City in Amarillo, TX is. Small town, BIG chef flavors! Every bite felt intentional, from the balance of flavors to the care in presentation. Even the house salad and homemade peach preserves were fresh, vibrant, and thoughtfully crafted. You can tell the chef pours heart and creativity into each dish, making this place stand out in a way that’s rare for small-town dining. The selection of local beers on tap was also a fantastic touch, really adding to the experience and giving me a taste of Amarillo’s craft scene. It’s clear that Yellow City focuses on celebrating the local community, which adds another layer to the dining experience. Now, about the famous fish taco – while it didn’t fully meet my expectations (I was hoping for a super crispy batter), the fish itself was flaky and cooked to perfection, which showed the chef’s technique. I would have preferred a thinner tortilla to let the fish and the fantastic sauces take center stage. The sauce, by the way, was abundant – as a sauce lover, I enjoyed every bit of it, but I can see how someone less into sauces might find it a bit much. It’s a small adjustment in an otherwise excellent dish. Would I come back? ABSOLUTELY! Yellow City offers more than just great food – it’s an intentional dining experience that shows respect for local ingredients and culinary creativity. Can’t wait to try more from the menu next time!

Best burger I've ever had and it was vegan! The food here is absolutely delicious. The kola soda was amazing and the atmosphere was really good. Service was kind, friendly and helpful. Felt like a very inclusive space. We will be returning customers from now on <3

Everything yes! The food was insane: fresh ingredients, bold flavors, so many vegan options that are actually delicious! I tried four different vegan tacos and all were seriously good. My favorite was actually just the vegan classic soft taco, but I also inhaled the vegan hulk. (Also four was 2+ meals) The staff was super extra fun and friendly, and the atmosphere was happy and hippie dippie. I was only passing through but I’m going to attempt to make this on my way again.

Yellow City Street food- My wife and I went yesterday for dinner and I just have to share we really value places like this exist in Amarillo. They were very friendly and clearly take pride and have passion for their food. They just check off so many boxes for us with what we consider a good restaurant. The speed was reasonable, the quality was top notch and the over all environment just has a good fun vibe. So if you don't know about them or haven't been in a while I definitely recommend you check out.

Great food. Great atmosphere. Lots of delicious, thoughtful vegan options. Pictured are the imposter taco (left) and dragon tofu taco (right). Both fantastic. No substitutions allowed, just FYI. Fine by me. [EDIT: See the restaurant's response below, I wasn't exactly right. This no-modifications rule only applies to some menu items.] One caveat: the prices for everything (vegan or not) are more like Dallas prices than Amarillo prices. I live in Dallas currently, so I don't mind. But I know some lifetime locals might not like that. Overall, I definitely recommend it! I'd say that, for anyone, it's worth going at least once. New favorite for me.

So excited to find such tasty and interesting vegetarian/vegan options! Especially with both meat alternatives (impossible, chicken soy curls) and mushroom/tofu. We picked up for take out. We had the vegan hulk salad, dragon tofu salad, and kids tofu nuggets. We’d never had tofu nuggets before but loved these, the seasoned corn chips were also very good. Loved both salads, they were both very good. Maybe a bit small/light on greens but very filling with the toppings. The one of us who doesn’t handle spice found the sunny sauce on the dragon tofu salad too spicy to have much of, but the house remoulade was very good.

Savor Tapas Bar in Amarillo is a popular spot known for its innovative and exceptional dining experiences. The menu, guided by restaurateur Rory Schepisi, offers small bites with big flavors that are perfect for sharing. The international wine list complements the adventurous menu, creating an ideal setting for exploration. Guests can enjoy outstanding quality food and cocktails while being served by exceptionally kind and helpful bartenders, making the whole experience memorable.
I took my daughter here to celebrate her birthday. Her hairdresser recommended it. We had an amazing experience starting with our stellar server, Drew! She was very attentive and was quick to answer all our questions and offer suggestions for her favorites. We ordered the charcuterie board, and were not disappointed. We then split the Pork Belly sliders and Brussel sprouts, which my only complaint was them being a bit too salty. We completed our dining experience with dessert consisting of a Creme Brule that was out of this world. And, for an added treat, they surprised us with a slice of their fabulous cheesecake, complete with a giant sparkler for my daughter's birthday. If I lived in Amarillo, I'd frequent this place probably way too much. But we definitely want to plan another visit next time I'm in town!!

Favorite restaurant in Amarillo for dates and celebrations! You can’t go wrong with anything you get from here. The atmosphere feels upscale and the service here fits the vibe. Our go tos is the artichoke flatbread, escargot, and any of their paellas. They also have the best wine selection and amazing cocktails! Love the espresso martinis.

What a great find! Sa•vor is tucked in a shopping/office area of Amarillo. Their beautiful patio is surrounded by vines. Our server was Briana. She greeted us with a glass of water topped by a little wooden plate that had a complimentary Tapa of the day on it. We told her it was our first time there and she welcomed us and told us it was a great time to be there because of their new menu. We ordered Pan Con Tomate, a slice of crispy bread covered with a tomato spread and halved cherry tomatoes. The taste and textures were amazing. We also ordered the seared scallops. Again, amazing tastes and textures! The scallops were served on top of creamy orzo. On the side there was a seared bok choy and the dish was topped with fried wonton strips. I highly recommend the Seared Scallops! We moved inside to the bar for dessert. The bartender greeted us and welcomed us inside. Our Basque Cheesecake was drizzled in burnt carmel and topped with plump blueberries. It was a generous portion and again it had it all. The taste, texture, temperature and presentation hit on all cylinders! Thanks Briana for such a great dinner!

Savor is such a gem! The chicken and waffles were absolutely delicious—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The atmosphere is stunning, giving the space such a chic and inviting vibe. A huge shoutout to Addy, our waitress, who gave us amazing customer service. She was attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. Patrick also brought incredible energy to the experience, which made our visit even more enjoyable.
Dasirae — Google review
Here’s the thing about Savor: the incredible ambiance and thoughtfully curated menu are just the beginning of an exceptional experience. Last year, they offered pasta classes, and nearly everything is made in-house. From artisan cocktails to the perfect patio, dinner under the stars, and brunch served seven days a week, Savor consistently delivers inventive specials. Most impressively, you forget you’re in the heart of West Texas! Today, I had the Smoked Chorizo Stew, a special dish not typically on the menu. It was one of the most beautifully presented plates I’ve had in Amarillo. While the flavors needed a bit more development—the smokiness was subtle, and I missed the depth of complexity I was hoping for—it was still delicious. Special dishes can be challenging to perfect, especially stews that need time to develop their full flavor. The general manager, Mike Bartels, stopped by to ask for feedback and then brought out their homemade bread to pair with the stew. The bread was spot on—crispy and flaky on the outside, moist and flavorful on the inside. It helped balance the dish perfectly. Their fall drink menu was excellent. I enjoyed an apple cinnamon cocktail that paired nicely with the creamy chorizo sauce. Having dined at Savor half a dozen times, I’m always impressed by their innovative menu and the team’s creativity in keeping things fresh. While not every visit is flawless, I respect their willingness to take risks. I’ll definitely continue returning, eager to try something new each time.

Cellar 55 is a new upscale dining spot in Amarillo that has quickly gained attention for its wine expertise and impressive menu. The restaurant boasts a sophisticated interior, delectable meals, and an extensive selection of wines and bourbons. Executive Chef Shelby Swindell, known for her work at other popular Amarillo restaurants, leads the culinary team. The establishment offers a stylish bar area and specializes in whiskey, offering options ranging from affordable to ultra-premium bottles.
I was so pleasantly surprised with this beautiful restaurant. Excellent menu excellent wine choices. Excellent food. It it could just be the two servers I’ve had but neither we’re very familiar with the WINES. You can sell a lot of wine if you’re familiar with these beautiful bottles, but then again this is Texas, and I don’t see them being big wine drinkers but if you are a wine drinker, this is a good place to get a great glass or bottle. They cook their beef perfectly. It’s tender and medium rare. The calamari was delicious.

Upscale yet comfortable, this restaurant delivers an exceptional dining experience. The food is outstanding- we really appreciated chef's special swordfish. The wine list is impressive, with plenty of options for both casual drinkers and serious enthusiasts. Service is top-notch: professional, attentive, and genuinely warm without ever being overbearing. It is definitely on the pricier side, but the quality of the food, wine, and service makes it worth every penny. Highly recommended!

Ate with here with some friends to try the new restaurant in Amarillo. After there was a mistake of a reservation on our end, the staff was very accommodating and allowed us to eat here even though our reservation was mistakenly made a week earlier rather than the intended day. We started off with a few appetizers (cheese curds and steak bites) and moved to the entrees. Overall the food was really good and delicious. If you have a chance to get some desert, the bananas foster is a good choice. The deserts are good for sharing if you don’t want to eat one of just your own. One criticism I have is the drinks. Although the drink had a good Smokey smell, they could’ve have been mixed alittle better. My first drink which was the Maple Bourbon was somewhat water down and the second was alittle strong. Other than this I believe this is a great place to come eat that is spacious and can accommodate a party of any size.

Everything was perfect about our experience! The restaurant wasn't busy and the service was spectacular. Our waitress was attentive and very knowledgeable. The food was amazing! We ordered the tuna tower, steak bites, snapper tacos, and French dip sandwich - nothing disappointed! Recommend this restaurant for everyone; if budget is an issue, recommend going at lunch, the options are affordable and there is no compromising taste. They are doing everything right!

A very enchanting dining experience. Cellar 55 is one of the most refreshing restaurants we have visited during travels this year. It will require that we return next week as we travel thru Amarillo. The restaurant overall design is superb, with several dining rooms & dining areas flowing for good waitstaff movement & service. The booths, lighting, and sound damping create a warm & relaxing dining ambiance. Justin, our waiter, was very attentive and knowledgeable of menu items, and always seemed around if we had questions. The Norwegian Salmon was tasty, fresh & recommended. The Steak bites were unusually good. Ava greeted us in a friendly, smiling manner, and Triston, the Manager is obviously a very good one. Phil B.

We love Cellar 55! The service is always amazing here. Attentive, friendly, knowledgeable on wine selections. We had the steak bites, grouper, CFS, & a side of the Cajun risotto!! It was all perfectly cooked and really great portion sizes. The wine selection is phenomenal. Highly recommend!!

was really looking forward to dining at Cellar 55 based on the great reviews and elevated menu, but the experience didn’t meet expectations. The space is stylish and the concept promising, but the execution missed the mark. I ordered a cocktail that sounded fantastic on the menu but was poorly balanced and just didn’t taste good. My steak bites—served cold—felt like an afterthought. What made it more frustrating was that no one ever checked on me during the meal. I sat at the bar solo, and it felt like I was completely overlooked. To their credit, they did comp the drink without me asking, which I appreciated—but the gesture didn’t fully make up for the lack of attention and disappointing food. For a place with this price point and reputation, I expected better service and execution. Maybe it was an off night, but unfortunately it left me underwhelmed.

The place is really well-decorated and quite lovely. A good setting for a date or just a night out! You can dress up but it certainly isn't a requirement. Perfect atmosphere. My husband had the French Dip and I had the Smashburger and the drinks were excellent! I had the Raspberry Lemon Fizz and my husband had the Smoke & Mirrors and both were incredibly well mixed! The prices were outstanding and Incredibly reasonable, considering the amazing taste and the amount of food you get. Our waitress was very attentive! We're able to walk in and get a place right at the bar. We could have made reservations on OpenTable ahead of time but we were just passing through so the walk in option was nice! Highly recommend and would give it more than five stars if we could!

Host was a little rude. She didn't say Hi when we walked in, we had to tell her how many people and she still didn't respond. Took us to our table and didn't say anything still. Waiter was nice, food was great. They need someone else as a host.

We had a great experience at Abuelo’s in Amarillo! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is super friendly and attentive. Los Braceros is a small, brightly-lit Mexican restaurant with fresh tortilla chips and excellent food. The chicken taco was a little dry but the cheese enchilada was a bit overwhelming. The service was excellent and I would recommend this restaurant!
I saw their menu on line and looked good and reasonably priced. I was particularly interested in the shrimp cocktail. ( Coctel De Camaron ) I had the Chicken Flautas from their lunch menu $9.50 and the Coctel De Camaron. $13.99. The cocktail was tasty. The only con is I would like to see the avocado cut into chunks instead of slices. All the staff were great. Especially Denise V who answered my many questions. Keep up the good work. 👍
George B — Google review
My wife and I ate here after it was recommended by many friends and colleagues that this restaurant was quite good. The atmosphere of the Los Braceros exhibits an authentic Mexican cuisine feeling. Although it was small and busy, it definitely makes you feel like you’re in a real Mexican place as opposed to Tex-Mex or mainstream. My wife and I ate the Menudo and the Oaxaca Plate. Both dishes were very delicious. The bread that came with the menudo is something that I haven’t really seen at Mexican places. In addition, the Oaxaca Plate had a nice kick at the end of each bite and was very filling. If you’re looking for something that might serve as a meal for the next day for leftovers, the Oaxaca plate will serve as that main course to feed you both days. Aside from the food, the waitress that we had was very nice and accommodating to our table and the prices weren’t unbearable even in this modern era of inflation. All in all if I had to say there is one criticism of Los Braceros it would be the parking lot. The parking spaces can be more defined and the parking lot should have some light. We went when it was dark and was hard to see. In lieu of that, I recommend anyone to come and eat here if you’re looking for good tasting Mexican food and a nice quiet place to eat.

I have food allergies and struggle to find allergen friendly restaurants. Aaron at Los Braceros was super careful and thoughtful about making sure I was able to order something that was safe for me to eat. In addition, the food is outstanding. I am so happy to have had a delicious meal in Amarillo. I highly recommend this restaurant to everybody.

Ordered fajitas and was never brought tortillas shells. Waitresses asked if we needed anything and I told her I was missing tortilla shells, she looked at me like I was stupid. My husband and I both tried to explain to her several ways what I was missing and she couldn’t understand and acted like I was crazy for asking. She said those don’t come with fajitas. Several minutes pass and she comes back with a fried taco salad shell. How the heck am I supposed to eat fajitas with that!! She never once came back after to check not once. Manager finally comes over 20 minutes later and ask is everything ok. I tell her what happened and she says you told the waitress you didn’t want tortillas. No ma’am no I didn’t. She never brought tortillas to the table so how could I tell her I didn’t want them and wanted something else. Manager just said sorry and walked away. Horrible customer service and we will not be back. What kinda of restaurant brings fajitas and refuses to bring you tortillas to eat with, then makes the customer out to look like they did something wrong. We frequent Mexican restaurants and never once had this issue. On top of that, the oil smell in the air was making half the restaurant go into coughing fits. Even children were reacting.

Very delicious. I've been wanting to try this place and finally got a chance. The bread basket they bring you is free. Comes with marinara. They looked gummy but weren't, they were absolutely amazing. I ordered the chicken Alfredo and it came out piping hot and it was a huge plate. Also amazing. Tried their veal marmalade on my first visit; the sauce and pasta were both beautifully done bit the meal itself was a little inconsistent (some cuts were tough and dry, the others were perfectly tender). Overall, the experience was phenomenal and the food was worth every penny. If I could have stayed longer in Amarillo, I might of found something even better here.

Wonderful food! They serve up these small bagel shaped delights, my wife called them “garlic knots”, however there wasn’t any garlic on them! The sauce served with them reminded me of the Italian restaurants back in Buffalo. NY, just fantastic!

One of the best restaurants in Amarillo! The servers are super friendly and the quality of service is much higher than other Italian restaurants in Amarillo. The bread rolls are great and they are not stingy with serving you three, four+ baskets (even for a party of two)! The pizza they serve is pretty affordable. You can split the pasta entrees (I recommend since they’re pretty large), which makes for a meal that’s about $10-12 a person (after tip). Amazing place!

We try to go to new places offering Mexican cuisine but we always end up back here. The food is excellent and the staff is professional and considerate. The margaritas are the best and the patio seating is pleasant this time of year. Actually we are heading there now!

Taco shells were stale! Everything was bland. We didnt even eat our food, just paid and left. We told the waitress all of the concerns with the food and she did nothing. First and last time we will go there.

The food was delicious (flautas, enchiladas) and they serve 2 choices of salsa with the chips. The music was nice and the service was superb! And to get to end with a flan - so yummy!

The food was very soggy and gross. There was so much fat on the chicken and fajita meat that I had to stop eating the first 5 minutes I got it. There were flys everywhere and the bathroom had pee all over the floors. The man serving us was nice though.

The Lost Cajun in Amarillo, Texas, is the 13th location of this Southern-flair seafood chain. Opened in 2018, it offers an extensive menu featuring authentic Cajun and Creole dishes. Customers rave about the creamy red beans and rice, flavorful gumbo, hush puppies, and divine beignets. The staff provides great hospitality and service in a fun atmosphere.
Decided to stop in for a quick bite. The staff was beyond friendly and food was good. I enjoyed the sampler they brought out to try.

OUTSTANDING!!! The Catfish and Crawfish Etouffee was Spectacular and the Bread Pudding was Amazing. The Free Sampler Board was perfect in allowing me to try certain items before ordering from the menu. KUDOS to Arianna for her awesome service on 2.20.2025.

I got a little lost finding the place without a sign but i found the truck labeled the lost cajun. I stopped on my,way home from Roswell, NM to Northwest Arkansas. It was a great meal to have and relax at before i finished that late night drive!

The taste is genuine but not exceptional. The service is good and the portions may not be proportional to your expectations but I found them generous. There is a sampler for new customers. I strongly recommend that you try the sauces before settling for an entree. If you're an experienced Cajun gourmand or a newbie you will not be surprised when your plate is served.

Hands down the best red beans and rice I’ve ever had! It was was creamy and the perfect blend of spices! We ordered the petite flight and I had the sausage and chicken gumbo, my spouse had the seafood gumbo, and we split the red beans and rice. The gumbo was an absolute burst of flavors and I savored every last bite! We also ordered some hush puppies and of course beignets! The beignets are divine and covered with just the right amount of powdered sugar! Highly recommend! The staff is also wonderful! The prices are fantastic! We both left stuffed to burst for under $40 after tip!

Nice place, very clean. Good was good. Very full of flavor and good spices. If you have a more sensitive pallet you might stay away from the options that have spicy in the description. Food was good portion, and filling. Would recommend and will come back.

Darn good southern sweet tea. Great service. Great prices. Huge portions. Started with shrimp cocktail, which was excellent. Fried okra appetizer was great too. The fried shrimp was great. My wife had fried catfish. Cooked perfectly. Light batter. Really good. Get some biengnet. Very good.

This place was really good. I am so happy Amarillo finally got some cajun. The server brought us a sample platter so we'd know what their sauces were like. I tried the cattouffe which is rice with catfish and then etouffee on top. I thought it sounded strange, but it was amazing! I also tried the beer flight, with five different kinds. The kids had the catfish and were very pleased, and then beignets for dessert. That was their highlight.

Bubba's 33 is a fun, laid-back place with large-screen TVs showing sports and classic music videos. They serve up burgers, pizza and beer, making it the perfect spot for dogs to chow down as well.
Just moved to Amarillo recently saw bubba's 33 thought it was just another chain restaurant with chain quality food. we'll i went there for dinner they were awesome. the service was above excellent, the menu was full of options basically there's something for everyone here. and the food is good as well. on our first visit the manager welcomed us and provided drink cozies and coupons for free pizza then the food came it was amazing I hadn't had a Monty Cristo sandwich since I was a kid. I see it on the menu an order it wow it was awesome. the food is really good so if you live in Amarillo or cruising thru on 40 stop in you'll be glad you did.

This place is a good vibe! They’ve got music playing, and sports on the TVs. The hot wings are tasty! Decent sized wings. They’re just not your traditional buffalo wings. They’re a pretty original flavor with a little sweetness to it and great heat. Very tasty ranch dressing! The mozzarella sticks were to die for: very smooth cheese and delicious marinara sauce. You get 8 sticks with each order. The seasoned fries are also amazing! The spiked cherry limeade is just okay. Great vibes from everyone working there too! Shoutout Sunday for being such a nice, fun, and attentive waitress!

Food was amazing! Me and my fiancé got pizza, fried pickles and garlic knots. Our waiter wasn't good. When he took our order he didn't have a note pad so our pizza wasn't exact to what we really wanted. A women from the kitchen brought us our food not him. He never came to check on us. We never got refills on our drinks.

OMG, I love this place! The food is amazing. We ordered a grilled ribeye, a Monte Cristo, a frozen strawberry margarita, and a spicy mango margarita! The onion rings love it! Everything was so good. Our waitress, Saide, was really nice!

🐕 Great place to stop if traveling with your pups! Outdoor patio is dog friendly and everyone is very accommodating for them. The main reason we checked this place out was for the patio but the food and drinks were delicious. We only had time for the crispy fries smothered in chili, sour cream, queso and green onions appetizer but it was great and came out fast. Drinks we good and prices were reasonable. I look forward to visiting again to try more good food. 😋 Tuesday our waitress was very friendly and helpful with the menu 🇨🇱

I've driven by this place for years and finally decided to give it a try. I sat at the bar and ordered the Border Burger with a side of guacamole. Mila, the bartender assured me the fries weren't frozen and cut in house. Sadly, that was not true. Not a deal breaker but I ask because it determines what side I order. The other bartender Sierra was extremely personable and handled the busy bar very well. I enjoyed the company of the patrons and certainly be back.

Thai restaurant
"My Thai Restaurant" is a long-standing family-owned establishment in Amarillo, serving a diverse menu of Thai and Chinese cuisine since 1986. The restaurant is known for its wide-ranging selection of curries, noodles, and other traditional dishes. It has become a local favorite and is considered one of the original Thai food restaurants in the city. Customers appreciate the friendly service and efficient takeout orders.
Looking for a good spot with tons of food this it. I was surprised at the serving size. 10/10 would recommend.

Except Thai Tea and Cream cheese Wonton, nothing was good. The food was bland, tasteless. Pad Thai was yucky. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
A B — Google review
Sunday nights can be a difficult time to dine in Amarillo, because it is around 3pm that the city becomes practically a food desert. It’s mostly the big chains that remain open; the Mom and Pop joints turn off the lights and don’t return until Tuesday. But I was elated to find My Thai open one recent Sunday evening. I had narrowed my search to “Thai food near me,” and this was the only Asian-ish place open among the search results. It had been many years since I had been, primarily because I don’t find myself in that part of town often, but I was hungry. I was quickly impressed by how much takeaway business they do, which may very well be part of the Sunday factor. They had a 6-foot table set up with bagged orders waiting for customers to arrive. That said, there were still easily a dozen tables occupied for in-house dining. The menu is actually rather short and compact for a Thai place, where I routine expect six to eight pages of curries, Pad this-and-that, and so forth. I quickly spied Pad See Ew (which they spell phonetically, Pad Ci-U, and ordered it with tofu. From order time to plate on my table, only 10 minutes elapsed, not bad for a place that was easily serving more meals to go than for dine-in. The food was delicious, the price very affordable, and the serving size abundant. I left feeling just fine…not hungry, not stuffed. If I had to make a suggestion, it would be to include tofu as a protein option for many of the other items they list. Asian food is for the most part very scalable; it’s easy to sub one thing for another, and tofu for chicken in a yellow curry is no big stretch. Perhaps they would do this upon request (which I don’t know), but it would be nice for non-carnivorous patrons to know they have more choices than what appear. Overall, a great dining experience, one I hope to repeat soon!

Visited on a Monday night and it wasn't super busy. I ordered the Pad Kee Mao and it was easily one of the best Thai dishes I've ever had. The food came out fast and stove hot. The spice level was perfect for me. My table mates enjoyed their yellow curry and chow mein. I would heartily recommend this place. Great staff, generous portions at a reasonable price.

Excellent food and the taste is amazing. We had the satay, spring rolls, shrimp chow mein, shrimp pad Thai and vegetable fried rice. The portions are huge and we will be eating them for days. Public House in SW Amarillo, Texas is a stylish and modern American spot known for its elevated comfort food, cocktails, wine, and craft beer. It prides itself on offering a memorable experience for all patrons with a commitment to fresh, quality ingredients. The menu features gourmet mac & cheese, fried cheese curds, hand-cut angus steaks, and fresh seafood. The upscale appetizers include crab cakes, shrimp cocktail, and unique items like steak egg rolls.
This Valentine’s Day, my husband pulled off the ultimate surprise—reservations at The Public House in Amarillo. Neither of us had been before, but after this experience? We’d gladly make it a weekly tradition. From the moment we walked in, everything was perfection. The service, the atmosphere, the food, the drinks—it all worked together in effortless harmony. The dim, intimate lighting, the elegantly displayed wine collection in the center of the restaurant… it was simply stunning. Water was served from crystal-clear carafes, our waitress recited the specials without hesitation, and the manager was personally making his rounds—checking in, chatting with guests, even bussing tables. Now that’s leadership in action. Appetizer We kicked things off with the pimento cheese-stuffed armadillo eggs. If you’re not fluent in Southern eats, that’s just a fancy way of saying bacon-wrapped stuffed jalapeños. And while they weren’t spicy at all, they packed a serious punch of flavor. The smoky bacon, creamy cheese, and subtle heat from the jalapeño? Chef’s kiss. Drinks I started the evening with a glass of Moscato, but once I saw they had Honey Mead, there was no turning back. It was smooth, rich, and exactly what I wanted. My husband opted for a Yellow Rose beer followed by an Old Fashioned, both executed to perfection. Entrées Kevin went with the prime rib special, cooked to an impeccable medium-rare and paired with creamed spinach, mashed potatoes, and drunken mushrooms—which he’s now thoroughly obsessed with. I had a harder time deciding, so I went with two entrées (because why not?). First up, the elk tenderloin, rare, topped with jalapeño hollandaise and served with creamed spinach and roasted potatoes. It was hands-down the best elk I’ve ever had. My only critique? The plate had a lot of empty space, which felt a little odd presentation-wise, but flavor-wise? Flawless. We also shared the shrimp and grits, which came loaded with red-eye gravy, bell peppers, shrimp, and jalapeño sausage. While the flavors were bold and comforting, the dish leaned more towards a soup than a creamy grit dish, and the bell peppers were abundant. Not a deal-breaker, just a personal preference. Dessert Of course, we couldn’t leave without dessert. We couldn’t decide between the turtle cheesecake or the one topped with berry compote, so naturally, we got both. The turtle was my favorite, while Kevin fell for the berry—a perfect ending to a perfect meal. Now, let’s be clear—this is not your standard two-dollar-sign restaurant. We came prepared for the check, and let me tell you, it was worth every single penny. Whether you’re planning a romantic date night, celebrating an anniversary, or looking to impress the in-laws, The Public House delivers. A huge thank you to the entire staff for an unforgettable Valentine’s dinner!

Visiting Amarillo this restaurant was near the hotel and we decided to give it a try. I thought it was going to be kind of like a casual brewery setting. Ya no this was trying to be a really nice restaurant. Like needed a reservation nice restaurant. We were eating early so they got us in. Our food was good but I think the best thing was the wedge salad. Honestly for the price the food and drinks should've been better.

So just to be fair the I could of went to Texas roadhouse and got a better steak.. I ordered the 80 dollar Akaushi "Wagyu" ribeye medium rare and my girlfriend had the Angus filet. I picked her up from the airport after not seeing her for 2 months and figured i would take her somewhere nice... well that 80 dollar steak had no flavor at all and was tough as leather.. she said her steak was ok. We also got these cheese curds that were actually pretty good but just a disappointment when I could of went somewhere a 1/3rd of the price and got better food.

Wonderful place to eat! Loved the vibe, food and service. Everything we had was delicious. Photo- shrimp and grits. We also had a wedge salad with steak which was amazing. The prime rib and mushroom soup- great but not super hot. The monte cristo was really good as well. The armadillo eggs are great.

Elegant and upscale. Food is delicious and creative. Saturday brunch is great; from traditional breakfast, to chicken fried steak, to omelets and things more exotic. Really well prepared and served. Large portions and reasonable prices for such quality. Much more sophisticated and elegant than the usual fare in Amarillo.

My wife and I ate here for my birthday to try another fine dining restaurant in the city. We had been looking at this place for a while but never actually came in to try it. Now that we have, I can say it was well worth it. I had the Elk Tenderloin with a couple of cocktails and my wife had the steak with also a couple of drinks. To start we ate the Armadillo Eggs (weird name I know) which was quite delicious. I was fairly surprised that the Elk Tenderloin was not too gamey. Cooked at medium rare, it was a good dish to try and am glad I tried it. The drinks were also mixed well. Not too strong or watered down. In addition, the waitress that we had was very friendly and attentive to our table the whole time there. I applaud this restaurant for providing something different here in Amarillo and serving the customer with the utmost respect. I definitely recommend anyone who’s looking for a nice quiet place where they can have intimate conversation to eat at the public house.

It was a great dinner because our child 🎓 graduated. However our server just was leaving fast and coming back kinda slow. Not trying to give him a bad review because he was totally a nice guy, but it was relatively slow. And when he got whatever person at the table said he was gone. So it felt like we were sending him back and forth. I however enjoyed the night. Left because it was such a wait for the check. Overall it was a great night. We love the sparkler.
Alis T — Google review
Started out strong with the 2 Voodoo Queen drinks. Beautiful presentation (see video) and the drink was fruity and fun. I did get a tiny bone in the chicken fried gator, but it was packed with lots of flavor and had a little spice. Husband ordered the Seafood Gumbo and it came in a bread bowl. It wasn't spicy, but was seasoned well. The bread pudding was hands down the BEST bread pudding I have ever had! The bread was crunchy, soft, moist and the butter pecan ice cream with caramel and candied pecans was perfect! The gouda grits were also creamy, buttery and delicious! My cajun boil with the hot ass seasoning was very gritty. I told my waiter, Jessie, who was absolutely fantastic, who told the manager and she took it back to be remade. Unfortunately the next one was also very gritty. I told her it tasted like sand, maybe something wasn't cleaned properly. The head chef was there and in fact the clams were not properly cleaned and still had sand. She was nice enough to take it off our bill and even had one made for me to go. I am grateful they made it right, but also didn't want anyone else to experience that. The seasoning was yummy, just had a little extra seasoning with the sand. Overall, would definitely recommend! The atmosphere was fun, the playlist had a little bit of everything from country to jazz, plenty of seating, delicious drinks, fantastic service delicious food. Will definitely be giving it another try.

We were looking for a place to blow off steam from our busy week, and we found it! It was busy but inviting. We sat at the bar and were served promptly by Jordan, Embree, and Gerardo. We ate the delicious salmon over rice and zucchini and then sat and enjoyed laughter, singing and music by Groove Anthum. I would definitely recommend it!

The Drunken Oyster has an excellent atmosphere with a lively, welcoming vibe, and the customer service was truly top notch. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel at home and attentive to our table throughout the night. Unfortunately, the drinks and food did not live up to the same standard. The lobster mac and cheese, which came at a premium price, was especially disappointing. It contained very little lobster, the cheese sauce was overly salty, and it was served with stale bread that seemed undercooked. For the price point, the quality fell far short of expectations. This place shines in energy and service, but if you’re coming primarily for the food and cocktails, you may leave underwhelmed.

This place is amazing. Had a seasonal Maple Old Fashioned that wasn't just the best old fashioned, but maybe one of the best cocktails I've ever had. The food is just as good. Flown in fresh consistently and tasty as can be. Wether your visit for seafood or other items, there's plenty of choices for everyone. Me and my partner took a day trip to Amarillo. Stopped here and ordered the platter(forgot the actual name but had the wantons, spring roll, and egg rolls). We also ordered the Hot n Sour Patel styled and the wanton soup (recommend putting the chili oil in it for an extra kick ;) ). Placed an order of stir fry with shrimp and an order of the chicken fried rice Patel styled. Everything was DELICIOUS! Wish I took pictures but definitely need to make a trip back out soon! Food was hot and loved customizing to our spice preferences AND we had a great server- wish I got her name but she was a nice blonde lady!

Would not recommend ever. Ordered YEYE soup, there was no celery, no mushrooms and zero flavor. Asked for some seasoning and was offered salt and pepper. Tasted like bread water. Chicken fried rice also no. The chicken was rubbery. The only good thing was the egg rolls and crab ragoons. Also the sweet and sour sauce tastes like BBQ sauce. Restaurant is clean and staff is friendly.

Awful customer service. I was looking for a new "spot" for Chinese cuisine and found this one. Eating out is a treat for me, so I take care to read the reviews- specifically one where another customer complained about the quality of his order. They had written back with a response of something like "if you had let us know, we could've fixed this for you!" (This is important) The reviews talking about the general tso's and orange chicken are what really got me excited. So when I come to find out my order was wrong (they gave me fried rice instead of steamed, and sesame chicken instead of orange) and i called to have them fix it, the lady on the other side of the phone was extremely rude. only able to offer me driving 30 min to come back for a little pat of steamed rice, as she wasnt convinced that my orange chicken order was incorrect. (It was wrong.) ive been in the food industry for a long time and i made sure to let her know before she got snippy with me that mistakes happen, and thats okay, i understand ETC. its when she started raising her voice at me and arguing about what I said when I placed the order that i just said "maam, its fine. don't even worry about it if yall dont wanna fix it" I wanna note, I was not very polite to the end of this call, because of the lack of decorum on her part, and raising her voice at me FIRST. ridiculous. You deserve it at that point yanno. I was literally just trying to get this fixed. I didn't care if it was a refund, or gift card, or what. But one scoop of rice??? Not worth my 40$ meal being incorrect. Like I said I only get to eat out very once in a while and it's def a treat to try new places. I would have not made the mistake of putting the order in wrong in the first place. I know what it's like to have a customer irritated with you after a long day and I try my best to avoid having to even ask for help when it comes to my special-once-in-a-while treats like this. By the way, the value meal is small. The food is just okay. Two value meals and an order of Rangoons will run you about 40$. The chicken itself is just little soft puts of fried whatever, not much meat there at all. I also wanna note the guy I was speaking to before he was interrupted by the lady that was rude to me was kind.

Great atmosphere & great service, our server was probably the only guy in the whole restaurant so the man was working real hard. But the food is terrible. My wife and I got Lo mein & Fried rice. And it just wasn’t good at all. I’m not a very picky person either. The meat is very artificial tasting. Like chewy, soft slimy. Like really fake. The beef and chicken. The most real tasty meat was the shrimp. I would understand if it was a cheaper restaurant. But it’s pretty pricey for the quality. They’ll probably cost you about 40 bucks plus a tip.

We stopped at Pacific Rim on our traveling from Memphis to Albuquerque. We chose PR because of the awesome Google reviews. Believe me when I say this... the food is on point for commercial Chinese food. My dad enjoyed his sweet and sour chicken, I enjoyed my lettuce wraps and my mom liked her spicy fried tofu. Customer service was good as well! We had a very nice server who refilled our drinks and asked a few times if we were doing ok and if we needed anything. I love that I can say ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ location and appearance of restaurant Our server definitely deserves a raise for being so amazing!

The service was great. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. I got everything I wanted and more. The chili sauce has the perfect level of pungency. Fried rice could have been more spicy or flavorful but the chili sauce made up for it. Otherwise it was a great experience and will go again when I’m in town.

Mexican restaurant
El Manantial Restaurant is a humble eatery that offers a variety of traditional Mexican dishes and specializes in crafting their own corn tortillas. Despite its unassuming appearance, this spot is highly recommended for its authentic soft-shelled tacos and flavorful salsas served with chips. The restaurant's popularity is evident from the constant crowd it draws, especially during weekends when guests can enjoy live mariachi music.
This place is legit. A must stop for quality food. I've been wanting to try torta ahogada for years and this was masterfully prepared. Crispy pork drowned in a flavorful sauce with a nice Árbol sauce. I'm in love with this dish and they set the bar high. The Birria tacos were on point with excellent flavor. Service was fantastic. This is a popular place that the locals go to and for good reason.

Amazing food, beautiful interior design, Jalisco style fresh, delicious, and authentic cuisine. Impeccable service, beans and extra chips free of charge. Great cumbia music. Great prices too!! Can’t say enough good things about this restaurant, so good! Hands down best restaurant I’ve been to in the state of Texas. Highly highly recommend!!!

Voted best Mexican food in Amarillo many times. I always go back for the Birria plate and the bisteak.

Authentic Mexican at its finest. It’s the hole in the wall restaurants that give you the best food that feels like it was made with love. I had the Birria Taco’s which were delicious and full of flavor. I will make a stop here once a week while I’m working here.

Amazing and authentic Mexican flavors! A little pricier than expected and first appearance doesn't look great but the flavors inside are super yummy. Spice and kick and meaty flavors. Got the quesadilla, burrito and torta. A little salty after eating it all but worth getting for that yumminess. They take credit card but there's a fee. Highly recommended!

Very friendly food very good and the service was excellent we are from out of town recommend this restaurant if you come through this way.
Elizabeth L — Google review
The service was swift and attentive. We were met with an accommodating smile and seated promptly. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. The menudo tasted pretty good and was substantial. Their enchiladas were fair for the price. The real stand out was the corn tortillas; there was just something unique about them. The staff there was great the chefs even lightly seared the enchilada tortillas giving them a very home made feel.
Sarah B — Google review
Definitely a local watering hole with amazing food and friendly service! It was buy even at 3 pm, and I imagine it would be busier during regular meal hours. Service is quick (took about 10 min for our three plates to come out), and they give you complimentary chips, salsa, and beans to eat while you wait for your food. Vegetarian tacos: Awesome use of seasoning on the vegetables and a perfect amount of grilling on them as well. Mexican rice and beans were fantastic. Fish tacos: Very tender and moist and flavorful fish meat with perfect tortillas. The rice was very rich and buttery...it was a white rice and didn’t look/taste like the typical reddish Mexican rice, but still good! Pairs very well with the Chile de arbol salsa. Beef birriria tacos: Delicious shredded beef with perfect tortillas that can bee dipped in a beef stew to make it even juicier! 10/10 would recommend

Metropolitan Steak & Seafood is a stylish, upscale dining spot that offers a unique 1920s art deco vibe. Under new ownership and led by Michelin Star Executive Chef Nori Karimi, this speakeasy-style restaurant serves up an exquisite menu featuring chops, seafood, and hearty sides. The bar provides a great atmosphere to enjoy live music and unwind with a drink from their selection of classic and modern cocktails.
I celebrated my 40th birthday at Metropolitan, and it was an unforgettable night! The team went above and beyond to make everything perfect. The room looked amazing with our added decorations, and the setup was just right for our group of 40—cozy but not crowded. We had music, karaoke, and even a Photo Booth, all at a great noise level that still let people mingle comfortably. Special shoutout to Jared (owner/GM) for his incredible patience and responsiveness with all my emails while we planned the event. Paige and Macy, our bartenders/servers, were absolute rockstars—not only were they on top of everything, but they even dressed on theme with our Espresso Martini vibe, which was such a fun touch. If you're thinking of hosting a private event, I can’t recommend Metropolitan enough. A solid 10/10 experience!

If you are looking for a restaurant that is hip enough for the young professional crowd and traditional enough for their grandparents, then this place will please you. The decor is stylish with modern/industrial/classical touches. Chandeliers, dark wood and black tablecloths are enhanced by a beautiful bar and vintage portraits. The service was cordial, thoughtful and timely, including the Michelin Star chef dropping by to say hello. The food was prepared perfectly and presented well. It was a pleasure to eat a New York steak slowly with a red wine reduction sauce and linger over the last few sips of an Australian Cabernet.

Came for a birthday meal and was pleasantly surprised most resturaunts claim to have "wagyu" but when asked for the certification they happily provided. Service was impeccable food was delicious. The sous chef even humbled my request to see the steak and came to the table to show off a beautiful piece of meat. A bit of an expensive trip but well worth the money from the atmosphere to the frendly staff to the food that was prepared immaculately!

Server was fantastic and food was incredible. Staff knew the menu extremely well and were able to tell us everything about the food we had questions about. The drinks were delicious and they never let me get past 1/4 of the cup without asking and bringing me another one. If my server was busy other servers would pick up where she couldn’t and made sure our experience was top notch. If you can afford it, I’d definitely recommend it. Make sure to get a reservation!

Me and my boyfriend came into the restaurant celebrating our anniversary. It was a split second decision, but we both agreed that this was the best dining experience either of us have ever had. Not only was the food amazing but the atmosphere and the staff were phenomenal. They really went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience we could. Our server Brandi was amazing. She made sure to answer all of our questions, tell us about the specials and, was such a pleasure to chat with. The food was so delicious. It absolutely exceeded our expectations. We ordered the shrimp cocktail appetizer, the beef pasta and the Asian style cedar plank salmon, and for the sides we ordered the mac and cheese and truffle fries. Compliments to the head chef (we didn’t quite catch his name) and the sous chef Jacob! Special shout out to Jared and the bartenders. I never leave reviews but this place and staff most definitely deserved it all, thank you all again for the amazing experience!

The Metropolitan is THE restaurant for an exclusive, fine dining experience. Food? Top notch. Drinks? Bar none. Atmosphere? Out of this world!!! Not to mention the ownership—Gabriel and Kelsey, along with their business partners, are truly outstanding individuals. They take real pride in ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction, both in and out of the restaurant. We’ve taken our employees here for celebratory dinners, and every single person was blown away by the food, the service, and the overall experience. THIS is the place to go for fine dining!

This is the best dining experience in Amarillo. The service is always spectacular. The food is amazing quality, and we love that they don't use seed oils. The cocktails are the best in town. It's a really fun place to go on a date night, or family dinner.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently attended a real estate investor meeting at The Metropolitan in Amarillo, and it was an excellent experience. Absolutely wonderful birthday dinner—drove 3 hours and would do it again! Amazing, quick service, friendly staff (Max was attentive and kind!), and delicious food. I’ve been vegetarian for 11 years and decided to get my first ribeye here after reading all the great reviews! The sous chef was willing to meet with us after our meal, which was awesome. Even got a free slice of cake for my birthday! I highly, highly recommend Cask and Cork!!

We eat here a few months ago for our anniversary. First time being here. It was ok. Wasn’t over the moon impressed. We didn’t have reservations but got there when They opened and were able to be seated upstairs. Ambiance was good. Service was friendly and acceptable. Food was good but we’ve had better. Especially for the price. Parmesan Fries very underwhelming. We’ve definitely had better. The wrap wasn’t bad. Sweet potato fries were good. Husband liked the meatloaf but “it’s not as good as your mom’s”. Dessert … cake was dry.

Excellent food and drinks. I had the burger which was wonderful and excellent sweet potato fries. The 1903 cocktail was excellent! The establishment is two stories with lots of seating inside and out but it is very popular, I can see why reservations would be needed on weekend nights. Staff was friendly. Atmosphere was awesome! Lots of parking.

We’ve dined in places all over the world and our meals were one of a kind. The lobster ravioli, the ribeye, taco appetizer and the drinks were spot on. Service - perfect. Food - amazing. Management was apologizing for the time waiting for the food and we were happy just enjoying gabbing over drinks while we waited. We will be back… many times.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Every time my husband and I are in Amarillo, this is our go-to spot. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made with so much care. Lazy Gator, located at Bell and Hillside in Amarillo, offers an extensive appetizer menu with 18 different options to choose from. From Ahi Tuna to frog legs to wings, there's something for everyone. The restaurant also serves a variety of Cajun-inspired food and is known for its shrimp and scallops. Customers praise the reasonable prices, great-tasting food, and fast service. The atmosphere is inviting with a bar inside and clean restrooms.
Absolutely the BEST Cajun food in Amarillo!!! I was greeted and served with a smile, and enjoyed a cup of complimentary Gumbo because it was my first time at the Lazy Gator. The Gumbo was only a tease of how Awesome the food is here, and the "Mud Cat" Fish was Spectacular. The menu has numerous items that sound delicious and the portions are quite generous. Ester was an Amazing server and she advised me of several food recommendations. I will definitely eat here here again!! ... Returned on 12.27.2024, and was served by Zeden. He recommended the Lazy Suzanne and it was awesome!

Visiting the town, we found this place randomly after checking out some sights. We were welcomed with an opened door by a gentleman. The place is conveniently designed with a bar and TVs on one side. There are more TVs all around which makes it a great spot for football season, I bet. The server was attentive and cheerful. We got our drinks fast. The gator tail appetizer was reasonable for two. Served with two sauces. The gumbo was flavorful and a cup wasn't enough. I'd suggest getting the additional grilled cheese side. I didn't taste the other dish, but apparently the burger needed to be seasoned. It is common nowadays to make burgers more plain, so it wasn't that unusual. Overall we had a good time and left satisfied.
Jana M — Google review
I ordered Gator Gumbo and Mussels via UberEats. Firstly I asked for utensils; didnt get them. Since I'm at a hotel I had to drink my gumbo out of the container. However I couldn't finish it. I'm born and rasied in Louisiana. There is an odd metallic taste in the Gumbo that I didnt quite understand. It wasn't the gator but something else. Similar to that metallic taste of venison or lamb. The mussels were also salty/spicy. I LOVE spicy, like make my lips burn and nose run type of spicy but I also like spice flavors and not just salt. The reviews are 4.6 stars so maybe I'm tripping today. I will try them again and select other menu items.
Brandon — Google review
This place really blew me away. Came in from out of town and wanted some Cajun. Inside was very clean and a nice eating environment. Sampled the gumbo and it was AMAZING. Nice rich roux with shaved parmesan on top gave the dish a lot of depth. Tried the fire stix and all I can say is Chili’s doesn’t haven’t anything on their cheese pull! Lightly battered so it didn’t take away from the star of the show, the ghost pepper cheese. Ordered the Lazy Susan as recommended by the waiter and every bite was like heaven. So much flavor without letting anything over power. Even though it’s a three hour drive to Amarillo, I will have to find a reason to come back down and eat here as often as possible.

A co-worker who lives in Amarillo suggested I try Lazy Gator while I was in town from Dallas, Texas. I am prone to gravitate to small local eateries....and Lazy Gator is now one place I will return to when I visit the Amarillo area!! It is evident that this is a gathering place for locals. Great atmosphere, amazing food, and excellent service!! When I was seated the server came immediately. She (Christen) was very friendly, extremely attentive, and wore an amazing smile, all of which made my first experience a memorable one! Lazy Gator is definitely on my go back list. If you are looking for great food, excellent service, and a good relaxing environment...Lazy Gator is worth checking out!! (Pictured: Gator Bites | Fish & Chips)

Pro tip: If the Lazy Gator ever offers a special, get there as quickly as possible! Everything we’ve ever had off of the menu is absolutely delicious too. And the service is always great! But back to those specials… We’ve eaten shrimp and grits all over the South and we’ve never had anything close to their dish! The shrimp was lightly fried paired with their yummy scratch-made creamy Cajun sauce with cheesy green chile grits. Perfection! And Pondaseta’s Fast and Hazy on draft. Yes please! Highly recommend!

I come to town once a moth for work. This was my first time visiting the restaurant. It will definitely be on my rotation from now on. Food and service were excellent. What I assume was the owner greeted me and sat me and was very clearly active and attentive in the dining room and kitchen. That’s great to see. Thanks for a great experience.

Our waiter today was Yime. He was fantastic!!! Me and my mother in law decided to dine in today and we had the best experience! We had some free ceviche before they ran out...it was sooooooo good! Delvin's Restaurant & Catering, LLC is a delightful spot in Amarillo that specializes in authentic Southern soul food and BBQ. Since its inception in 2015, this charming establishment has become a beloved local favorite, known for its hearty offerings like chopped beef sandwiches, sliced brisket sandwiches, and mouthwatering rib sandwiches. The menu also features delectable entrees such as fried chicken and catfish that are sure to satisfy any craving.
It was my first time in Amarillo, TX. and after researching for the best BBQ in town, I ended up going to Devin’s instead of Tyler’s. It was snowing and they were closing soon, but they were very helpful explaining the menu options and recommendations. I ended up trying the brisket and Ribs, with a side of Mac and cheese and the twice baked potato casserole. The plate was huge and delicious. The Brisket was tender and the rub dry ribs tasted so good. I took a German chocolate cake for later, highly recommended. I will be back next time I visit.

Not the best bbq in Amarillo, sadly. My wife and I came in yesterday evening and of course growing up I know food would be out. Before we even could look at anything the family member listed everything that was out. We mainly wanted brisket and turkey on our journey. We asked if everything will be in the next day. The member said yes and we came back the following day. We were the first ones in just by circumstance. I ordered the brisket and turkey for my wife. They said the turkey will take 15 minutes and just to wait which is fine. I waited, waited. Got up and went to ask what was going on 45 minutes in. Then a family member said it’ll be another 20 minutes at least. I said if I could double brisket instead of. They tried to convince me with chicken instead and I said no. They offered a dessert but my wife has an allergy to nuts so declined. Went in the parking lot to eat. The cabbage and green side should have just been called cabbage with a green. My fish was done sitting for 20 minutes during this. They offered others dipping sauces, did not to me. They were upset I was upset and was talking smack with me right there. My wife’s brisket was dry. Go to other locally owned businesses nearby. The quality and service is higher elsewhere.

Pondaseta Brewing Co. is Amarillo's first standalone commercial brewery, born out of the undying passion for craft beer shared by two friends who started brewing in a cluttered garage back in 2009. Despite being located in an area not known as a craft beer Mecca, Pondaseta has managed to thrive and innovate, especially during the challenges posed by COVID-19. The brewery offers a wide variety of creative beers and merchandise that patrons love.
Excellent brewery with friendly staff, ample seating inside and out. Outside seating also has both an enclosed area and picnic tables out in the sun. Staff is knowledgeable not only about what beers you might like but also what hops are in each. Our favorites were the Tangerine Walker and Half Send, however all of their beers were solid and worth a taste. Excited to visit again when travelling through.

Pondaseta Brewing is a nice spot of local color. We always prefer to drink a brewery’s beer at their tap room to experience their beer and culture in their native environment. Pondaseta has a nice tap with with plentiful seating indoors and out, on site food options, and plenty of cool merch to rep their brand. Beer tenders are nice, friendly crowd, and a large selection of beer styles for you to find something you will enjoy. Definitely check this place out when you are in Amarillo.

This place is truly fantastic. I wish we lived in Amarillo so we could frequent Pondaseta. We tried a flight and loved everything. We ended up buying a lot of beer to go to share with our friends back home (all in the brewing industry) and everyone was super impressed. Keep doing what you’re doing because it’s working! 🍻

This is the place to get craft beer if you're in The Panhandle. Plenty of variety of styles. Couple of Oktober-themed Marzens and Festbiers along with IPAs, Sours, lagers, pilsners, and more. A little bit for everyone. Didn't feel like anything was really their speciality, just variety. The flagship hazy IPA, The Fast and The Hazy, was worth the price of admission. Clean, simple taproom. Good vibes.

The place was really cleaned. Nice looking stuff. The Korean tacos was really good. Kind of a surprise and a tad spicy. The beer I had was good not overly hoppy.

EDIT. Bumped it up a star for the owner reaching out and honestly I had a great time Monday, I just wish the staff member with the man bun and long beard had the same work ethic as the ones working Monday night. Overall though I enjoyed my time there for the most part. Maybe adding a second staff member would help him be more proactive and stay on track? I don’t know the first thing about running a brewery but just an idea! I appreciate it. Will definitely come give it another try next time I am in town. Honestly it was pretty good! Just inconsistent. Needed a place to swing by and grab a beer when I got into town. It was a trivia night and with how busy it was I was super impressed by how quick and friendly the staff was, even got me to play! You could tell the were working hard to get everyone’s orders, pick the place up as people came and made me feel pretty welcome for a tourist. Felt like they were talking to a fellow local and checked in numerous times to see how I was doing and making suggestions for my next beer to try. However came back in the afternoon around late lunch time the following day and the vibe was completely different. Staff was short and busy talking to what seemed like other staff off clock or maybe even the managers or owners? They weren’t wiping anything down, when people left trays of leftover food sat at tables for forever, never asking if I needed a refresher, just had a 180 feel from what I had experienced the night before. However the beer was good though, solid selections to chose from. I would suggest going in the evening from my personal experience. Have to give them another try next time I’m passing through.

Service is amazing the bartender, Andrea, is one of the best bartenders I have ever met and helped me come up with incredible drinks I would never be able to get back home (especially for $3-$5). As for the food, there is no words to express how amazing it is. I had the popper burger and it was the best meal I have had in months. Didn't get to dine in because the cook wasn't in and wouldn't be in for a couple of hours. We're from out of state so we couldn't go back to try it out. She gave me a questionable look, then also asked another waitress. I said it would be fine to order something else if you're not sure. Then they said it would be fine to order the steak, and they would make special notes. It came out rawl like I expected it would. Not impressed I sent it back and refused choosing something else. After not interested in food, service dropped off so I dipped out. Would recommend something different in the area if you are look for good service, and properly cooked food.

The girls that served at the bar were outstanding. KellieBelli was fantastic! The food was good and the drinks were awesome. Aiden, Tori, Macy, Antonasia, Zayda, Neveah, Kimberly, Sienna, Lilly, Hannah and both Savanas are all amazing. Special Kudos to Mckenzie also known as "Kenzee". She is well gifted at making strong drinks and like the other girls, treating her customers like family. KUDOS also go to Tracy for her amazing smile and warm hugs when she greets me coming through the door.

We ate at TP and had Gabby as our server. She was so sweet! Gabby provided quick, and friendly service and made sure we were taken care of. Our food was delicious and my husband’s beer was so cold, just like he likes it!!

Perla was an amazing waitress, she gives great service and was very sweet! Made sure our drinks never get below half way and stayed cold. I will be coming back to see her! Best service I’ve received in a while.

We come here just for there barbacoa and omg. I love it. Taste so good and even fresh. The staff are friendly and helpful and you even get corn chips, hot sauce and salad to go with it. We dont go any where else for our barbacoa. It’s priced reasonable. Thank you for yummy great food.

My family and I came through. We had seen a billboard on I40 west and we're already thinking tacos. The had just opened up. The service was wonderful. The food was definitely from the heart. Loved the whole experience.

We just stopped & had lunch here. Glad we did, because is was Soo Good! It's a small place, but I'd give them 5 Stars on every category. The girl behind the counter was friendly. Our waitress greeted us promptly & brought our drinks. Our food came out hot & fast. Tasted great!! (I had a beef enchilada w/ rice & beans, friend had the Tuesday Special). Note they close early, 3pm.

Tacos Garcia is a delightful, family-friendly eatery with delicious food. We highly recommend the chili rellenos with queso and the chicken quesadillas. The restaurant is spotlessly clean and the service is first class.

Tacos Guadalajara is a must-visit gem in Amarillo, showcasing the vibrant taco culture that goes beyond just steak and beef. This local favorite offers an array of authentic tacos that are sure to satisfy your cravings. Among their standout items are the carne asada and shrimp tacos, which have garnered rave reviews from visitors eager to return for more.
This was my 1st real meal after eating gas station food on the road for 5 days. The birria fries were delicious! My husband ordered the jalapeno stuffed tacos. He said "they were the bomb, yo". The guy taking our order was very pleasant and the food was brought to our car when ready. The food truck is right down the street from our motel and I'm so glad we tried it. I would definitely eat their food again.

Amazing burritos with delicious meat and ingredients. Good portion size, fair price, friendly service. You'll be hard pressed to find a better taco truck!

I was looking for the best street tacos in Amarillo, and my search led me to Tacos Guadalajara. I found my new taco spot! I tried a number of items in their menu, and I will be back for their carne asada and shrimp tacos. Another honorable mention is their birria fries. Great flavor and portions!

I requested a torta, with vegetable ( what was I thinking) my torta, came with 2 small pieces of avocado and a few strands of lettuce , 3 thin tomatoes, an to add to there ugly preparations the bread was smashed completely making it tough to eat!!! I don't recommend them at all, I have never had such a bad experience, the owner needs to step in, a check on them and thier sloppy cooking preparations, majorly disappointed 😞 😑 😒 😕!!!!!

Good tacos for a good price. They have a huge variety of food but I've only tried their tacos so far. I am super picky about tripas and these stand up to my expectations. Pictured: Tacos de Asada and Tacos de Tripas.

The best Carne asada fries ever! Great customer service as well. We’re coming from San Diego and me and my wife loved them! They look great and taste even better! Thank you!

The Brunch Truck of Amarillo is a hidden gem that offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The owner, Paul, is passionate about the food he serves and takes the time to explain each item on the menu. The dishes are described as having a homemade feel with unique ingredients and beautiful presentation. Customers praise the friendly service and quick food turnaround. The menu features options for both vegans and meat lovers, with standout items like the Philly cheese steak and breakfast burrito receiving high praise.
We stopped here on our way to Dallas from Colorado. They were very accommodating to our requests and let our dog in the restaurant too. The migas was amazing probably one of the best I’ve had in a while. The prices are pretty reasonable as well. The 2 ladies working in the front were very nice to us. Thank you looking forward to stopping again.
Ankit V — Google review
Absolutely loved this place! They had both a vegan menu and a non vegan one. My husband had the blueberry pancakes, and I got the vegan kitchen sink burrito. This made me so happy! Vegan options can be limited at times. So, really, thank you so much to the brunch truck for having endless plant based meals to choose from! Also the staff were incredibly nice and helpful!!
Alicia C — Google review
Delicious breakfast food with extremely reasonable pricing ! Lots of gluten free options marked clearly on the menu! Great to grab a quick bite or stay a little for mimosas & brunch!
Elizabeth V — Google review
Very good spot! Was greeted by the friendly owner and his wife. The food was extremely good definitely would recommend the vegan eggs and homemade chorizo. Biscit was not as flakey as i had hoped but the french texas toast was really good ! Major food truck vibes
Andrew L — Google review
Great vegan stop when driving cross country. Super nice people and the chef brought out our food and explained all the vegan ingredients he used. My West Virginian husband approved of the vegan biscuits and gravy, which is rare to get right vegan. We came from California where the same meal would’ve cost 2-3x as much and been half as good. This is definitely a go out and get it now if you’re in the area.
Holly S — Google review
My husband had the kitchen sick biscuits and gravy and it was amazing!!!! I had the all American breakfast it was good but the pancakes were delicious!! If you haven’t eaten here it’s a must try, the service was great. Only con the seat were uncomfortable but they said they’re getting new ones soon!!!!

Fantastic flavors at The Brunch Truck! We were seriously impressed with this very unassuming food trailer tucked behind the bye station in downtown Amarillo. Chatting with the owner, Paul, you can tell he is super passionate about his food and it shows! I had the Carnivore burrito which had all the breakfast meats along with Yukon gold potatoes that were all cooked to perfection. As a final touch, he cracks an egg over the food so that it coats everything in a smooth texture and elevates the overall flavor! Wish server with red and green salsa which were both excellent My wife had the Breakfast Street Tacos which she thoroughly enjoyed as well. Paul's EXCELLENT customer service and the quality of the food shows his love for what he does. We will most definitely be back!
Derek C — Google review
For me, the street breakfast tacos were bland, not awful though. More like 3 smothered tortillas. 2 stars. The customer service and atmosphere were great.
