This hotel has is extremely quiet because it’s at the far end of town, which is obviously very close (as Sitges is a small town). The hotel has everything you could want, the breakfast is great, the spa is great, the rooms are great and the housekeeping staff are awesome etc. A special shout out to Denice in the Vento restaurant. She is incredible and so fun and hard working. Also, Augustina at the front desk is beyond amazing. She is the reason we come back to Sunway. She is so professional, kind and knowledgeable and is always willing to help in every scenario. If we ever buy a hotel in Sitges, we will steal her.

Checked in in the evening and accepted with dog during the evening the manager which was not on the site decided not to allow our dog while two other dogs were at the terrace of restaurant. At the end late night we had to leave the hotel because of our dog. Than the key card was blocked so I couldnt pickup my luggage. The woman at reception promised to book an other hotel which she didnt at the end. This was a real bad ecperience. We can not recommend this hotel. We werent guests but desturbing people. Never again.

Disaster management and hotel is very far from 4 stars more like 2. You will NOT be checked in at 15 oclock as per reservation promise, more like 17 or 18 oclock and there are a lot of angry tired after travel guests at the reception for that every day. Manager is very rude and doesn’t offer a solution besides late check out, which creates a cycle of late check-ins and mismanagement. Really no staff know what they are doing. Stay away. Top Hotel, great location right on the sea with lovely pools, clean and efficiently run.. highly recommended if staying in Sitges. Also very kid friendly without being too kiddy if you know what I mean.

Unfortunately, our experience at Sunway Playa Golf & Spa Sitges was far below expectations. • The air conditioning did not work, making the room uncomfortably warm at night. • We experienced insect/animal bites during our stay, which was unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. • The hotel appeared to be understaffed, resulting in slow service and long waiting times for assistance. • Our “double bed” was only 120 cm wide, far too small for two adults, and there was no proper duvet provided. • The children’s playroom closed at 22:00, which is quite early for families on holiday. • Our room keys frequently stopped working, requiring repeated trips to reception to reset them. • The television in the room was so small that it was almost impossible to watch from the bed. Overall, the hotel’s location is good, but the lack of maintenance, poor facilities, and insufficient staffing made our stay disappointing. This property could be much better with proper management and attention to guest comfort.

I went here with Friends and family and It was pretty nice, there are a lot of niche features such as: free bike service, restaurants and a pool. The location Is near Sitges and near the sea which was clean and had the perfect temperature (only in the morning though).

What a waste of 4 stars. This is definitely a 2-star hotel elsewhere. It is just the location that is wow. Services are poor and extremely unpleasant. The room price was very high for a 5-star hotel. I had to book there since I had a conference near by to attend. It is the worst hotel I’ve been to in my life. No joke

The hotel was alright but definitely not worth the price. Upon arriving we had been put in the wrong room (twin instead of a double) and though they were quick to correct it, our new room smelt like cigarettes and had not been very thoroughly cleaned as the mirror was dirty, our shampoo had not been refilled and was well below half way gone, and there was dust everywhere. The rooms are ok though the mini fridges don't work and when asked the staff member told us that's just how they are. The walls are also very thin so you can hear your neighbours too. Furthermore, the breakfast buffet is not included which for a 4 star hotel you might expect, though that just could be us. Overall, it's an alright place just quite overpriced and not the best service.

Stayed here with my two sons in July, it cost 500 euros for two nights and claims to be 4 stars. It is an apartment hotel, not a hotel. We had a room ov erlooking the swimming pool. Let's start with the positive things. The view was great, the cleaners did a good job. The room was spacious. The aircon worked well. The swimming pool was good and clean. However, as other comments the hotel is well past its prime, and in need of a drastic refresh and redecoration for this price and stars. The room we had was sparse, very small and feeble cooker, a fridge and very little crockery. No ability to make coffee or tea. My son summed it well, this is like the lodges they stay at for school trips. The sliding doors to the balcony both did not lock at all, unlikely anyone would climb to first floor, but its not unknown. We didn't feel that secure. Just a simple fix would solve this, its neglect. There was no kettle, the toilet had been adjusted to barely use a litre of water, which is fine in a drought except it doesnt work and you end up flushing six times, so actually wastes water and is very frustrating. The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the centre of Sitges, but there are plenty of resteraunts right outside. All in all, the hotel would be an OK budget aparhotel, the view and pool might push it to mid range. The claim of 4 stars and 500 euros for two nights left me feeling robbed!! I have stayed in plenty of 4 stars, so I feel I am qualified to judge. You can have a nice time in this clean hotel, but not at this price. For example, right now, I can get two nights on the same days next week at another genuine and top rated 4 Star hotel in Sitges for 20 Euros less than I paid.

Second time we've stayed here. Staff always super helpful. Location great for restaurants at Port. Breakfast was lovely . Hotel is always clean with big pool. Hotel is a bit old and could do with some upgrading. 15 minutes walk to centre of Sitges. Very quiet and peaceful. Joaquin, the main receptionist is always accommodating. The room we had this time had nice view of marina (same as last time) but this room was smaller and had all glass shower in middle of room with (no privacy). Bathroom was also exposed with no privacy. Not for us.

If you like your hotels to be quiet, this place is not for you (See more about that below.) Nice location. Away from the crowds. Older building but has character. We did have a little issue with music playing too loudly in the restaurant below our room, but after talking to the hotel staff, they were able to get the restaurant to turn the music down. But it did keep playing though, right until 11. So if you like quiet, I would recommend not staying here.

My boyfriend and I stayed for 2 nights and we absolutely loved this place. The pool has the most beautiful view of sitges and the rooms were cute, clean, and had tons of amenities. HOWEVER, we had an awful experience with the reception which significantly tainted our feelings about our stay. Their reception is supposedly available by phone 24/7. We experienced an issue with our key card and the gentleman that “helped” us first hung up on me 4 different times, and would only answer the phone if I called twice. When he finally showed up to help us about 45 minutes later, he took it upon himself to lecture my boyfriend and I for about 20 minutes, telling us that we were “young and stupid” among other things. The whole time he belittled my boyfriend and myself, insulting us and genuinely just being so, so rude! We were lectured by this random man for various things; being young (younger than him?), wearing what we were wearing (swimsuits because we were at the pool?), and for speaking the languages we were speaking “terribly”! He then helped us with our card and proceeded to charge us €31 just for his time??? I am not one to leave reviews but my boyfriend and I were genuinely appalled at how poorly we were treated, especially when the issue with our card was a complete accident. Unfortunately this negatively impacted our trip and because of that we would only stay here again if that guy is gone and improvements are made to their “reception” situation.

The studio was 15 minutes by foot from the center. There is a parking available there. We did not have any issue to park there at this time of the year (previous comments mentioned issues during high season). The swimming pool looked nice but was freezing cold again at this time of the year. The studio is not that clean and kitchen had some malfunction such as air extraction starting when you would open the light in the kitchen which is not the best.

Really nice apartment. It is a fair bit of a walk from the centre of town and the apartment didn't get cleaned one in 10 days. We washed our own bedding which was no terrible thing but it would have been nice. I love the pool on the roof. I would stay here again.

It was the worst hotel/apartment experience in my life. We came to the apartment on 2nd of September at 9.30 pm. as planned. We were waiting for the receptionist for 30 minutes and had to bell 5 times. The receptionist was aggressive and was claiming, our booking was canceled and hotel company was not paying money since months, which was not true. He was shouting and offending me, totally drunk. He gave us a privisoric room, which was not prepared and dirty. Never again. On 5th of September we additionally to this mess didn't have hot water in our bath room. The reception was unavailable. It was the worst experience in Spain or Europe, we ever had. Thanks for successful destruction of our vacation!

This was a great place to stay. Easy to find, great heat and hot water, clean with all the amenities. My only complaint was the double bed was actually 2 single beds pushed together, so they kept moving apart. I'd stay here again though!

I took the train to Sitges knowing it was a bit of a walk away from the station. It was not until I walked to this address that I read that the check in was another mile away. I was traveling alone, without a car, and had to walk another 20ish minutes to get the key. I asked if there was a ride back, which was them booking me an €8 taxi. I was on the 2nd story, which is only accessible by stairs. If you’re physically handicapped, please beware. I booked this spot for two reasons: WiFi and an airport shuttle. The WiFi disconnected often and the airport shuttle was them to call me a taxi, which they said would be roughly €80. As a solo woman traveler, safety is important. The door “locked” only with a sliding latch. I typically will put a piece of furniture in front as well but the only thing was a plastic lawn chair. If you have the window of the door open, the handle can be reached through it. Also, you will hear everything through the walls. I had to sleep with noise canceling headphones to get rest. It’s doable, but not a great way to get some rest. Giving two stars simply because Sitges is great and if you’re okay with all I stated above, this is a decent place to stay on a budget.

This is a warning for everyone who is going to stay in that building, i was robbed couple of weeks ago when i was sleeping in my apartment, someone broke in and stole my phone and wallet and other things., i wasnt the only one who was robbed that night, i went to the police and they advice me to warning other guests, seem that building is target by thieves, so please take double precaution, the apartments are ok nothing luxury , they are very basic and clean., i know sometimes hotels cant do much, in my personal experience hotel wasnt very helpful., i was in a first floor apartment but the thieves were "cats" so again take your precautions if you are going to stay in that building San Jorge, if you want to check call the police station they will give you more details. thanks

One of worst place what I had. The apartment in 3rd floor. But in the pictures 1st floor. No air conditioning. No fan. Because of mosquitos it is impossible to open the windows. Not recommended!!!

The room itself bead ok, the pool is adequate for a quick dip but ... The check-in was a 20 Mon walk away, which we had spotted in advance but was still a lot to handle with all of the bags etc. The other big down side is that the door to the room is made if frosted glass and the light in the communal stairs goes on and off all night making sleep in the living room impossible and the bedroom difficult without all. Of the curtains closed. Thai wouldn't be an issue if there were air con but as we were relying on the breeze to keep us cool meant that it was roasting in September in the bedroom. Also the bedroom and the balcony input room was heavily overlooked meaning very little privacy.

The apartments are ok value for money. Not very modern but everything we needed. Nice toilet/shower, kitchen and a big fridge and a big balcony towards the backyard. Backyard is sunny all day from 9:00 to 19:00 which is perfect! In the backyard there are 2 pools. One for kids and one bigger for adults. I don't know how hot the room would be during summer months, but now the apartment was cold enough for our taste. Negative thing was that you needed to pick up the keys from a different hotel but we sorted that out by using a taxi, which was suprisingly cheap. Hotel is walking distance from the city center and railwaystation. I would definetly come again!

Rooms are ok. There is no services avaliable. Stair are too small and dangerous for children. No air condition avaliable. Bad appartment for spring and summer and autum. Too hot. No protection at the windows. If you open the windows in the night for ventilation too much bugs in the room with bugs comes lizards. Very bad exprience.

No visit to Sitges is complete without eating at Fragata for me. My first experience here was in 2007 for my special birthday. Since then we have celebrated many special occasions here. We love the alfresco dinning on the terrace as well as amazing inside for special occasions. Fantastic staff and service, always big welcoming from Pablo “welcome back ! Lovely to see you both 🥰” ! Fabulous wine cellar, food is absolutely delicious 😋! No wonder they are in Michelin Guide, these guys deserves a Michelin ⭐️! Highly recommended! A must try in Sitges.

After looking to some more negative reviews, we took our chance to still go there, and let me tell you, don’t listen to those more negative reviews!! We had a lovely birthday dinner, got offered a free cava and even got a birthday candle. We enjoyed the ciabatta with tomato, the scallop carpaccio, the prawn crockettas and the tuna tartare. And finished with lovely desserts, the textures of mandarine and the coconut sorbet. This all with a lovely servicing team!

Many visits over many years …. today was very disappointing . Lack of attentiveness, lack of approachability, staff genuinely seemed like they didn’t care ( no champagne chilled so we couldn’t toast a celebration). Food was of the same standard as always (except cold mussels) but there was definitely a change in attitude from the staff. Sad, we recommend this to all our visitors friends and family….we won’t again.

Wow… is all I can say! I’d heard it was good, but nothing prepared us for our meal. It was our wedding anniversary and the meal was excellent. I had prawns for starters and iberico pork for mains… they were wonderful. All items on the menu looked good. The service was fantastic and we were well looked after throughout our stay - ‘Ines’, our waitress, ensured we were well looked after - nothing was too much trouble and staff had exacting standards. We will eat again here before flying home. Update 10/08/23 As promised we returned! Seldom have I been to a restaurant again when our experience was even better the second time around! Staff recognised us from our first visit and the service as with the first time was excellent - again nothing too much trouble to ensure our visit was special! We had the same waitress and again she was excellent. The head waiter greeted us. The food was sublime I had the lobster dish - cream, lobster, iberico ham, melon and mango - sounds like it shouldn’t work but oh my goodness! It was glorious. My partner had octopus and he thought it the best he’d tasted. For mains I returned to the Iberico pork - again it was so good. The chef here is so talented. My partner had sirloin steak - the knife passed through like butter and was delicious. This was a perfect visit to end our perfect holiday. If you are coming to Sitges then please reserve a table here - you won’t be disappointed!

It’s a very nice place with nice dishes! You have a choice of seafood and meat! Everything looks Top! And the taste same! Very good… but the service, could really be better. The wine glass were often empty and we had to remember to fill up.

Sat across from the beach and nestled at the side of St Bartholomew's church in Sitges, this is an ideal place for a really amazing eating experience. The quality of the dishes, and choice, is truly stunning but the best bit - it's not that expensive either. In Sitges there are lots of restaurants to choose from, that suit all budgets, but if you're looking for somewhere that's just a little more upmarket this place is unrivalled. Some of the tastiest food I've had in a long time, with the presentation being exquisite, combined with the different tastes, it was sublime! Do not pass this place by - you'll be missing out if you do!

Black rice paella had tiny amount of seafood. All the Spanish people around us had much larger portions of seafood. So 22.5 Euros per person for a pan of rice, tasty flavors. The Spanish beer was good. There are much better places in Sitges like Maricel, Alfresco and Numeric.

Highly recommended- as widely reviewed, Cream Catalan Foam dessert is a must try as it's the chef's own specialty. Dessert aficionados and sweet tooth would appreciate this, guaranteed! Popped by for lunch- locally sourced razor clams (another must try!) and squid ink paella is stunning with all fresh local ingredients. Service was amazing along with meticulous chef who caters to every single table himself for recommendations. Will be back on next trip! Make sure to book in advance.

I went here with my girlfriend around 10:00. They got us a table, and we sat down. This day I was feeling a bit ill so I couldn't really eat any savory food, so I asked the waiter if I could just order a desert, I even told him that it was completely fine if they don't allow that, I could have ordered the mussels or something small. On the other hand, my girlfriend wanted to order normally, she wanted to order the fish menu. So the waiter tells us to wait a second, comes back with another waiter. The other waiter takes everything from our table as if we're being kicked out, snatches the menu from both me and my girlfriend. He comes back with the desert menu for both of us, seemingly upset, and tells me that he will remember us next time we're trying to get in? Now I would have no problem ordering normally and not eating everything due to being sick, but what kind of behaviour is this that he takes away all of our menus and threathen us afterwards. My girlfriend wanted to walk out immediately after this, which I now agree that we should've done. If they want everyone to come in, spend 100-150€ on starters, main course, bottles of wine and desserts, then only allow reservations, if youre not happy with the amount of food that the table is ordering you can't insult them in their face. Also the deserts we're meh, just sweet cream with melted sugar on top and some art of sitges on the plate. The food and drinks were 38€ in total, there will be no next time and I would not recommend this place to anyone

In front of the sea! Great place, great atmosphere but the best food in Sitges hand down. And the service is amazing, always taking good care of the customers, answering questions and helping with decisions. The steak is superb! I know is a place for 🥘 🥘 paella 🥘 but if you want a steak, this is the place!

A super lovely location. In my opinion one of the best fish places in Sitges. Fair prices and a professional, friendly and cooperative team. Further it’s located on one of the nicest beach promenades of Sitges.

The restaurant is by the sea with beautiful view and outdoor tables. The best is black paella (squid ink put into rice), good beer and service. You must try the Costa Daurada sauce mussel, its signature of the restaurant.

Our family of 14 adults and children enjoyed a memorable week at Villa Nirvana. The beauty and comfort of the home, the perfect location, and the positive staff response to our every need was amazing! Hello Homes staff communicated with us before, during, and after our stay. They managed transport for our large group, dealt with our last minute requests positively, and helped us to secure bicycles! We will come again and again. We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to shops, the beach, and the charming old town. The apartment was spotless and incredibly comfortable, with everything we needed provided. We felt right at home and would definitely come back!

Very friendly and responsive staff. Apartment was exceptionally clean in a great location - a few minutes walk to the beach and to the main shopping areas in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well-appointed. Note: there are no pantry food staples supplied, such as salt, tea or coffee, and no toiletries offered (as is common in Europe). We arranged for transportation to the airport through Hello Homes and they made it very easy. The driver arrived a few minutes early and texted to notify us of his arrival. This place looks like the pictures it’s in a great location across the street from the beach. The balcony with the Mountain View was very nice and there was table with multiple chairs and live plants that made it look more like a home and not a rental. All appliances and everything worked great

Just come back from a great holiday with the Sitges Hills team. Had a fantastic time in a great villa, beautifully appointed and in a great location. Thanks to the team for recommending some great activities. My son especially enjoyed hiring the boat and my wife and i thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant recommendations. Beautiful stay in villa Mayfair for a great two week holiday. Fantastic support from the Sitges villas team. Went the extra mile. Highly recommended. Also very good food recommendations for spots in Sitges we wouldn’t have found, including a delicious paella.

We stayed in villa Casa Els Cards in Sitges for 9 nights with total 6 persons. The accomodation was exact what we expected and needed. Very comfortable and complete with all accessories and linnen. Fantastic swimming pool and barbecue and just 5 minutes from Sitges-centre and it's beaches. Lovely city which we enjoyed much. Just beautiful.

Just stayed at Villa Lucia and it was gorgeous. There was ample room for a family of 11 and had no issues spacing ourselves out either in the house, in the quit back garden or in other outside spaces like the balcony and poolside. The villa was clean and well equipped too. The pool area is nice and enjoyed immensely by young and old and is a real sun trap for keen bathers. However, the tile floor can become extremely slippy and with young children there could be more safety features around the balcony and steps down to the pool and poolside seating area. Air con would also be nice as it got very hot especially at night time. Make sure you do figure out the taxi nuances as the local area requires certain companies picking up from particular places. Sitges Hills Villas were always on hand to help and provide further info and very easy to contact, as well as being on hand with requests like extra fans.

Had a wonderful stay at Villa Bella Vista - Can Suria with 11 friends at the end of April. The house is brilliant- clean, spacious and lots of large spaces to hang out. The pool was lovely, and the table tennis was good fun. The location is great. If you are a runner/walker there are trail runs straight from the house up to the mountains with great views. We hired electric bikes in Catalonia and cycled up to a beautiful Buddhist Monastery. We headed to Sitges for coastal walks and great restaurants with sea views several times. Make sure you fit in a vineyard tour while you are here too, we enjoyed trying out the local wines. Recommend anyone to stay here and explore the area.

We stayed at Villa Davina near Barcelona. The house was very spatious, clean and had all necessary comodities. There was a pool, air-conditioning and the garden gave us an impressive view of the surrounding hills. We enjoyed our stay very much and the service given by Sitges Villas was above and beyond our expectations. Upon arrival, we were met by staff at the location as our plane was delayed in Brussels, so we arrived after regular opening hours. Next, when we had locked ourselves in on the date of departure (with a plane to catch in the around lunch time), meaning we had to leave early...the staff was very helpfull and within 25' they had brought the spare key so we could leave the premisses. Still a great vacation and I won't forget the helpful and kind young woman who brought us the spare keys when we had to leave. Her calm demeanor and kind smile are etched into my memory for ever.

This is such a wonderful place to stay! Very comfortable and only a minute away from the beach. The staff keep this place impeccably clean and provide outstanding, genuine and sincere customer service. They will try there best to accomdate your every need. I will be back!

When ever I look at pictures on line for apartments or hotel rooms that I am evaluating on line, I have the anticipation that the room will be some what less spectacular than the pictures. In this case, the pictures (which were fabulous), understated how amazing the room really was. I was overwhelmed by the spectacular finishes and design of the apartment. It was incredibly clean and well appointed. If all of this wasn't enough, the location was ideal. It was near the beach, center of town, close to the train station, restaurants and night clubs but best of all not near any of the noise late at night. I could go on and on about the amazing experience! I would not hesitate to book again and again!

Great position, near beach and old town. Helpful and friendly manager who checked us in (auto check in didn't seem to be working). This apartment was billed as a 'luxury' apartment with balcony, but the balcony was very small (one chair just fitted) and there were no luxury elements as far as we could see. It was useful to have a microwave, but there were no instructions and we couldn't make it run for longer than 30 seconds. Very basic provision of items such as pots, pans and cutlery. Shower and bathroom were clean but the black shower wall was streaked and stained. Probably the worst aspect for us was the mezzanine level bedroom, where you couldn't stand up straight without banging your head. Free wifi was appreciated but it would also have been nice to have a folder with some local travel information.

Lovely appartment with everything we needed including a sunbrella for the beach! We had a studio with balcony and sea view, perfect size room for us. Clean, comfortable bed, air con (great when it's 30 degrees outside). Appartment is on a tranquil pedestrian street mainly residential. A 2 min walk to the beach and close to the church, a romantic setting. Nice shampoos creams provided, large bottle of water. The host was very helpful and answers and prompt to help if required. We would deffinetly stay again.

What a great experience in Aspasios. The apartment manager, Yenai, was very helpful and extremely polite. I stayed in a balcony room which was very comfortable and modern. Everything was well laid out--lots of well designed storage. The bathroom was larger than I expected with a large shower, separate toilet room, and powerful water pressure!

Although central the apartment was quiet and cool and the roof terrace is a great place to relax in the evening after a day on the beach. Staff are friendly, helpful and responsive.

The penthouse apartment, 'La Fragata', was our 'home from home' for the month of march this year. Our host was responsive and helpful and I don't see how the apartment could be beaten on location in Sitges, facilities offered and overall value. The weather was somewhat 'mixed' so it was great to have both covered and open terraces at our disposal and lots of inside space, a comfy sofa and good TV for Netflix when it was really raining! The kitchen was very well equipped and it was good to have a modern induction hob. The laundry equipment was also very good with a washer and a dryer. Comfortable bed, plenty of storage, very good shower, superb location; what more could we ask for? We hope to return - Sitges is wonderful, whatever the weather!

Just a heads up when it comes to this lovely lady popping a card in your Sitges letterbox offering to sell your house to already lined up buyers. As wonderful as these offers sound, the issue is that these buyers miraculously disappear and then you might have signed an exclusive contract with her.. What I personally found unprofessional was she rang on my neighbours bell when I wasn’t home and when he came down she gave him the card (see photo) to give to me. This because of course she didn’t know my name so as to address me personally. This has not only happened to me but to other contacts here in Sitges whom are contemplating/selling their property. Just be careful before you sign anything!

We stayed at the blue and white apartments on Carrer Bonaire in a 2 bedroom. We loved: Location is excellent literally minutes walk from the beach front, shops, restaurants, pubs and clubs. The apartments are lovely - great pool and access to the beach. During siesta you are unable to use the pool for 2 hours everyday. A 30 minute hilly walk from the town centre. Check out time was strict and we were unable to leave bags anywhere while we explored Sitges as waited for our train which was later than check out. The biggest problem was the train track. Trains ran throughout the night making it difficult to sleep, especially if you're a light sleeper.

My apartment was really nice, centrally located, and very clean. There was a keypad to get in, which was actually very handy as you didn't need to remember the keys. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was excellent. There was a nice little balcony too.

Unfortunately, my flight home was cancelled and re-booked the following day: my only disappointment is that the apartment was unavailable for an extra night.

The completely refurbished top floor 3 bed apartment was beautifully designed and fitted. The enormous roof top terrace had a dining area and more than enough space for 3 sun loungers. I only wish we had been able to stay there.

Disappointing experience – no acccountability and woeful communication My partner and I recently booked a one-month stay at the Sitges Spaces Seaside Apartment, to coincide with her hospital treatment in Barcelona. We were looking for somewhere peaceful and comfortable to support her recovery — but the apartment was far from as advertised. On arrival, we realised the bedrooms had zero natural light. The windows faced an internal courtyard that had been completely boarded over from above. By Monday morning, it became clear why: major construction was taking place directly above us, with constant drilling, regular power cuts, and rubbish chutes running past our balcony. Sitges Spaces claimed to be unaware of the works, and took a full week (after a lot of chasing from us) to offer an alternative. Unfortunately, the replacement was a fifth-floor attic flat with a small service lift and much less living space. This simply wasn’t suitable for my partner, who is attached to a large, heavy, oxygen compressor 24/7. With treatment starting and no time to find other accommodation, we agreed to stay in the original apartment up until the following weekend. Although Sitges Spaces had mentioned possible compensation early on, when I followed up, I was told it was “up to the landlord” — despite the contract being with them. From then on, I was ignored. No replies to emails, calls, or messages. Eventually, two weeks after we left we received a partial refund for the unused days — but were charged in full for the €175 cleaning fee, with no apology for the disruption. A month on and I'm still waiting for a revised invoice. Judging by other reviews, it seems Sitges Spaces are fine when everything goes to plan. But if problems arise, they are unprepared, avoid responsibility, and their communication breaks down completely. Our experience during a sensitive and stressful time was made significantly worse by their amateur handling of the situation.

Great location, lovely large apartment with a hot tub! 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and a lovely massive family bathroom with HUGE bath tub. We love that they had a washing machine and dryer (it rained practically the whole week) - with young kids, totally necessary. Also, 74yr old mum with hip replacements really appreciated the lift. Only negative - no sharp knives or a chopping board, so we bought them. When you're a family of 8 (2-74 years old) staying for a week, you just can't afford to eat out each night. Also, we weren't quite sure what to do about recycling, and the bin bags were tiny for the massive bin provided. But we loved our stay all in all. Big thanks! Sitges is also amazing 🥰
