Great place.. a little hot inside but a big variety of foods, bakery items, vegetables, meats and trinkets and much more. This cupcake place was amazing. Prettiest cupcakes I've seen. They said they are planning on getting a shop soon. I wish them lots of luck.😊

Had a great time visiting Lancaster Central market. Vendors galore, from fresh cut flowers to meats and cheeses produce souvenirs and hot food. Pricing was absolutely amazing and everyone was very friendly. Loved walking through seeing everything. Baked goods and beautiful cupcakes.

Loved this marketplace where I can get baked goods, candies and treats as well as soup mixes and pancake mix. We sat down and had breakfast at the counter and the eggs were perfect. Very nice people work here. They have handmade crafts and gift items as well.

I recently visited this place for the first time and really enjoyed it! The apple cider latte was amazing - not too sweet and something I could drink every day. Definitely recommend checking it out!

Exciting and very busy place on a Saturday. We arrived to check it out on a lovely bright sunny day. Food vendors inside and out musicians the smell of baked goods and coffee. We looked at all of our choices for lunch and decided on ntwo deli sandwiches from Deli Grassi which was turkey with peppers,, lettuce and tomatoes on freshly baked bread from Philly. $26 for two sandwiches. Had two cokes and got some Boston custard donuts from the Amish Red Maple Bakery. Very crowded and you have to pay to park. So many choices inside and out check it out for yourself. 🌹

Absolutely loved this indoor market. If you like fresh veggies, locally sourced milk products, fresh meat, etc., you will love Central Market. It gets busy as the morning moves on, so get your items early. The fudge from Uncle Leroy's Candy Kitchen and the beef sticks sold by S. Clyde Weaver are top notch. Vendors we purchased from were friendly and worked efficiently. Loved the fresh vegetable stands as well. You will need to pay for parking and watch your time closely! Allow at least an hour if you are someone who likes to peruse nearly every vendor.

I mean what is there to say? It another awesome Amish Market/Flea market. A vast array of foods to choose from to eat there or take home. It's very much like Green Dragon in, Ephrata but slightly smaller. Same kind of set of stalls wise. Always great to get Amish pretzels. Looking for soap that's cheap and also smells great? Go here. They have it all.

One of the best Farmers Markets in Lancaster County! Only happens on Tuesdays but has so many options to choose from. If you’re hungry in between shopping for produce, meats, cheeses or desserts there are numerous food stands: Hoagies, Seafood/ Fish sandwiches, sit down Amish home cooked meal or a sit down place called Farmers Table. There are Whoopie Pies, Shoefly Pies, funnel cakes, pit barbecued pork, ice cream and more!!! Kettle style popcorn, a huge candy selection as well. There are plant auctions, poultry/livestock auctions. Parking is free but it gets busy but always a parking spot somewhere!

It's a big farmer's market with some stores and businesses, too. There are a lot of Amish sellers there and a lot of them do not take cards. So, if you go there, be prepared to have cash. I bought two belts from one of the Amish booths and had to go to an ATM and pay extra fee for the withdrawal. I was particularly surprised to see that Amish do not call their produce organic. I intentionally asked a few of them about it and none of them gave a positive reply. To end on a good note, at the entrance, they sell varieties of ice-cream of a very good quality. I was attracted to a beer ice-cream but decided not have it before a long drive :)

This place is awesome and has something for everyone. There are outside and inside vendors everywhere. The outside vendors just go on and on so be prepared to walk. The outside vendors were very polite and attentive. It was incredibly windy when we went but they still remained happy to help even with there wares blowing everywhere. They have old and new items that are unique and interesting, crafts, seasonal items, and really something for everyone. My only gripe is that this one starts very early, many vendors will leave early, some leave as early as 11 but more will leave by 1pm. So I'd say get there early, it might also help to be the crowds that will be there l, especially on Tuesday. Saturday is actually a bit calmer if you don't want the huge crowds but its a bit smaller with the outside vendors. The inside buildings also have stores that have everything from toys, Pokémon cards, homemade goods and crafts like soaps and candles and other items, and other unique knick knacks, tools, and other useful items. The vendors here are also polite and attentive. Many stores here are open to 8pm, so I'd recommend going outside first. You can also participate in a live auction if something catches your eye. Just know it goes by a bit slow if there are a lot of items. So if the item you want is at the end of the list, it might take a while, good news is there is so much else to do. There are also animals for sale if that is your thing. Now I wanted to do the food separately as there is so much going on. Both inside and outside vendors sell fresh produce and other seasonal items. On the inside you can also get fresh meats as well. Then you can also find things like candy, packaged goods, delis for sandwiches, hot dogs and hamburgers, chicken, and other cooked meals, they even have a sit down restaurant. Amish goods are also found inside, so prepare your sweet tooth. Outside also has a wide variety of great places. You can get great fries, pretzels, to things like pit beef, brisket, pulled pork and other BBQ items. They have shakes and a good coffee place as well. The main outside area to enjoy your meal usually has some live music playing. When we were there a great musician was playing. He was there for the full time we were there, (5hrs,) and sounded great the whole time. I found the place clean, (even the bathroom,) and friendly and there really is something for everyone. A little bonus if you have kids or just love alpacas, there is a alpaca farm just next door that is usually open when the market is going on. Remember, get there early!

The bounty of fresh produce, meat, chicken and fresh sausage is unmatched. The prices are very reasonable. However, only select vendors accept credit cards, so bring cash. Basil was $1, carrot bunches $2 and 1/2 doz corn $1.50.

Such a nice place to visit. Auctioning flowers, chickens, & such. There's butcher cut meat, pastries,cheeses, fried oreos, food stands, & much of ANYTHING you want to purchase! Sadly, the 💐 set off my allergies 😢 🤧!

Stopped by here to pick up some jars of pickled eggs and onion relish for my brother. The hot food sold from one of the spots in here was delicious. Like a home cooked meal to go. Roast beef, carrots, and mashed potatoes. Ill take that any day over fast food.

Cute market that’s bigger than it looks! The chocolate covered bacon was amazing! The burger was really good also! Shoo-fly pie and home-made root beer all delicious. I’d go back for more. The people are so friendly! The artwork is cute and the crafted item are gorgeous!

In the heart of Amish country. Plan at least 2 - 3 days to visit all of the many, many shops and be able to try a few different restaurants and bakeries. Tons of handmade items!

Kind of a mixed bag. Best Meat and cheese I've ever had. Wonderful! Huge heads of cabbage and tomatoes. However, prices ranged from good (meat/cheese) to outrageous (fresh produce, candy, baked goods). We watched one vendor scoop handfuls of loose candy from a big commercial box 6 into small plastic containers giving it the 'homemade' vibe. I'm sure some of it is Amish made, but overall it gave the sense of "buy in bulk, repackage & wear Amish clothing to get your premium price." don't go here expecting an Amish market (we walked in to Elton John's rocket man on the sound system), and the few who seemed authentic were certainly not friendly.

Fun place to shop and buy food and souvenirs. Tomatoes and cabbage are HUGE! Good selections of pickles, coffee beans, fudges, Whoopie Pies, candies and fresh produce. Something for everyone.

The market is clean and organized, with plenty of stands to browse. Prices are reasonable for many items, though some specialty products can be on the higher side. It can get crowded, especially on Saturdays, but the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. Overall, it’s a nice spot to experience local Lancaster County flavors and crafts.

Amazing place to find all your produce needs! We loved getting fresh rolled butter and other items like fresh berries, honey, and other household goods. I wish I lived closer bc I would do all my weekly shopping here.

I absolutely enjoyed the day moving throughout the market. Every vendor was kind, talkative and would answer any questions. The variety was amazing. Every kind of baked good, canned, pickled and preserved delicacy to be found. Raw milks, fresh cheeses, freshly ground spices, handmade candies, a variety of addictive candied brittle, produce and meat all under 1 roof. The desk making vendors were ready to help you get what you wanted and the vintage auction was so much fun!! The grilled chicken dinner at dusk finished off a beautiful and memorable family day. 10/10 recommended!!

Amazing place to go. We love the bakery inside the buildings. They are spectacular. Great items at a great price. From home made jellies, pastries, pickles and so much more. This is the place to be. We come from Texas to vist this place, so it is well worth it!

Something for everyone can be found at The Green Dragon Market. Farm fresh produce, meats, cheeses, fruits, candy, furniture, home decor items, toys. Hot food of all sorts, some of the biggest hot soft pretzels you will ever see. Only open on Friday. A huge selection of Amish merchandise available plus Auctions, as well as a large variety of flea market items. Plenty of parking available but be prepared to walk a lot of miles.

If you are here, please try this tasty sausage bowl $4. The lady(in the first pic) was really nice and friendly and let us tasted it before we ordered, we really enjoyed it(not too salty)😋😋😋 Oh - forgot to mention that fries were crispy and fresh too 😋😋😋

Huge flea market with an assortment of items. Plenty of incredible food.The pastries were incredible. One stand made soft pretzels after you ordered. Very busy. Only open on Fridays and plenty of places to park. We took our class c rv and were able to park in the back field overnight. The photos were taken Saturday morning before we had ro keave.

Honestly, one of the best markets I've been to in a while. The food was amazing, the booths weren't all the same things, and the vendors are pretty chill. Managed to snag some phillies merch and some cool vintage housewares. We got there around 10am and the parking wasn't too bad. Two of the vendors made mention that it had been the busiest day they'd seen in weeks. Hopefully when I return next week it won't be as crowded. Nevertheless, all went well and I'm happy with my purchases. Some vendors take strictly cash, others take the various cashapp type payment methods. Wear a good pair of walking shoes and you'll be fine. Plenty of places to eat and shop.

Great little jem!! The bread is so fresh and love the way they support local's. Also, I love to support them because they are unashamed of God. And have a prayer bucket out for if anyone wants prayer. God bless your business!!!

I absolutely love this place, between the great customer service with friendly smiles, awesome produce and yummy breads! So happy with all my pumpkin purchases and everything was super reasonable that I stocked up on a lot of pumpkins! It's the season! There's delicious baked goods and I got the apple cider donuts and rosemary olive oil loaf. I would definitely make this my place for shopping if I lived closer. It's the perfect place with everything! Totally worth the drive from Annapolis, MD and will definitely visit again:)

I love their fresh salsa and their fresh cut flowers are absolutely beautiful! Their fresh produce is great. It’s also a great place to get pumpkins for carving in the fall.

Such an amazing shop!!! They have TONS of handmade products included quilted items and woodwork. As well as canned goods and baked goods. They also sell handmade soft pretzels, ice cream, lemonade and root beer. The pretzels were the best I ever had!! So good. There is a playground for the kids to burn off some energy and some farm animals that you can feed! The goats were adorable. Definetly make time to stop here on your trip to Amish country!

while in the area we wanted to get pretzels for a snack, so we looked on Reddit to see where people recommend and this place was mentioned. I'm so glad we stopped! it's a bit out of the way compared to everything on the main route 340, but well worth the trip! we got pretzels and root beer floats and while everyone was finishing up, I decided to walk around the shop inside. they have a great variety of gifts and items, but on the far wall there is a bee hive encased in glass. I wanted a better look and noticed an outside area with some goats, turkeys and chickens. we ended up feeding all of the animals for a bit - they have a dispenser that gives you a small handful of food for 25 cents. there is a restroom right there so you can wash your hands right after. it turned out to be a great place to stop for a fun outing!

Did a Lancaster pretzel tour and this place was at the top of my list. Pretzel was baked to a nice crisp with a strong buttery coating. The inside was soft and chewy like it should be. Lemonade was other drinks were good and the country store had a ton of cool stuff too.

I go here every year. I even have it saved on my google maps. The pretzels are so good. They have homemade soaps and alot of nice things in the store. They have an animal farm in the back where you can pay .25 cents to feed them or you can buy a loaf of bread in the store to feed them. The animals are my favorite part :).

My favorite Amish store in Pennsylvania!!! I’ve been going there for over 10 years. They have the best homemade pretzels I’ve ever tried in my life. Nice and soft. Their lavender lemonade is to die for They have a bunch of little goodies like shoo fly pie of course. They have a little bit of everything! If you’re going down to Lancaster, I recommend making this your first stop as their prices are super super affordable, whatever you can’t find here, THEN Find it somewhere else because I promise you— You can’t beat them

Best pretzel I've ever had. (I ate some before taking the picture)

I grew up eating Auntie Anne's pretzels. I love them. This place is way better. I got 2 pretzels for cheaper than 1 at Auntie Anne's and they tasted better. They were the best soft pretzels that I have ever eaten in my life. I got the sour cream and onion, as well as the garlic and herb. I will definitely be coming back to this place.

Great baked goods and fresh fruit. Picnic tables and hi-tops in the shade. Made an excellent stop for my friends and me while biking in the area. Very well organized. Staff were friendly and a pleasure to chat with.

Highly recommend this store! The market is amazing w all the foods the sell and make. You also can get freshly made sandwiches, hot or cold also Hand dip ice cream as well. They have a shaded area out side w tables for customers to enjoy their food. Everyone that works there is super friendly. I asked the woman at the counter I need a mini to order because I had never been here before. I ordered then walked around looking at all the fresh produce and they other delicious home made things they made. She brought my sandwich and said it's your first time here and we offer first time people a gift. So she showed me what I could get and they're were a lot of various bake goods I could choose from. Wow that was perfect. I have to to say Ill be coming back here as much as possible. 💜

This is the best nursery and local food market around!! Original, handmade PA Dutch recipes. Affordable cappuccino. Amazing pies. All made right in front of you. The garden nursery has a very knowledgeable staff. Beyond helpful and kind. They will help you find exactly what you need. Don't have to ask for help. They are right there for you to listen to your needs. Not as expensive as other larger places but not cheap like big box places. I don't go anywhere else!!

My experience was awesome! I have celiac disease and not many places have gluten-free options. When I arrived I have never seen so much gluten free cakes, casseroles, soups, and bread all in one place. Note another awesome option is they do special orders and everything is done at a different location with someone who specializes in Celiac’s disease So there’s never worry for a cross contamination. A special order, a chocolate cake with peanut butter icing; Honestly, I’m ready to dig in!

We stumbled on this gem a couple of summers ago and had to come on and complete a review! The food is fresh, neatly packaged and presented! Staff is helpful and friendly. I found that some of their plant prices were cheaper than a nursery in Lancaster/intercourse. I love coming here!

We stopped by this store while on vacation, and it completely exceeded our expectations! From the moment we walked in, the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming. We have 5 kids and the staff were truly some of the kindest people we’ve met. We picked up a variety of whoopie pies along with a cherry and blueberry pie, and everything was absolutely delicious. The fruit pies were especially impressive, you could actually taste the fresh fruit, not just an overload of sugar like you find in most store-bought desserts. A definite must-visit!

I just had the BEST chicolate shake there made with hand dipped ice cream and whole milk. It was the perfect consistency. Not runny or too thick that you can't drink it through a straw. Thank you so much!!!

I love this little market! Nestled on the hill at Masonic Village this market remains open all year. They have produce and frozen meat. They offer fun jams with local names! This week's is the Bear jam---grad special. You can pick apples here or enjoy ice cream from the ice cream shop! One of my favorite things is the little snack bar. Yup a simple burger. Some times that's all you need, back to the basics!

The MV Farm Market is wonderful!! For myself, I get mostly flowers from there. However, they have very tempting goodies, 🍎 all kinds of apples. In fact you can pick your own apples and peaches when in season. An awesome place to visit!

I love when you find a place by kismet. We were out for a drive and all of the autumn feel to the air, had a hankering for some apple cider. So we did a quick Google search of the area where we were, and lo and behold we found this wonderful find. The staff for friendly, the flowers and the produce were in exceptional shape. The apple cider was absolutely wonderful. There were gifts and other culinary delights available. We will definitely be back again. The orchard in the view of the surrounding landscape were sensational. The prices were good, and they even gave us a free, huge zucchini because our purchase reached a certain level. The zucchini made an unbelievably delicious zucchini bread. Definitely stop in here. You will be satisfied.

The best type of ice cream. I got the peanut butter overload and my fiance got the black cherry we both loved our options also they have a pup cup only for two bucks. The lady up front was amazing even though she was new she explained the flavors to us and we picked the ones we loved according to her. Try also the peanut butter swirl it comes with a lot of peanut butter just like the peanut butter overload.

Excellent little market with flowers, breads, fruits/veggies, ice cream and assorted other items. Thank you for asking my husband if he was a veteran for the veteran discount. It is heartening to see a small business value our veterans! Top notch service and very yummy treats. We got peaches, strawberries, tea, spinach dip and chocolates- all superb. They also had a little cafe of sorts with seats n the porch!

Beautiful area, nice pick your own apple orchard, and delicious homemade baked goods and cider. Lots of other goodies and their pumpkins and mums are very well priced.

Hoover’s has been a staple for my family since I was a kid. Now with my daughter, we love visiting Hoover’s weekly for fresh produce, Tyler’s Free Range Eggs, meats, and more! We are always greeted with a smile and enjoy coming out for community and farm events. Not to mention, visiting and feeding the chickens. Thank you Hoover’s!

Great place for plants/flowers when in season. Lots of fruits and vegetables to choose from (mostly local; some not) as well as baked goods. Typically, they have lots of different varieties of spicy peppers. Don't forget to stop and say hi to their chickens!

This market and grounds are beautiful. The pumpkins, mums and the restored John deere tractor with trailer fall prop were on point. The fresh air is also worth the trip.

Update for 2024: hanging baskets are still very pretty but the prices have exploded! The pic is from a basket I got 3 years ago and it was huge. Baskets are smaller and not as spectacular as they used to be AND they're about $15 more. I understand that prices have gone up but there are others in the area that are more affordable. I won't be making the drive anymore.

We absolutely love this farm. We come here every week since we moved here. Produce are the very best, milk, eggs all of it. Love it all!!!!

Went there to pick flowers and they’re so beautiful! Huge selection to choose from, with long straight stems that make for lovely bouquets. And it’s true- only $8 for a gallon jug filled as full as you choose to make it!! Can’t wait to go back😉

Absolutely LOVE it here!!! Gorgeous farm with beautiful flowers! Since discovering this hidden gem this summer we've been 3 times while visiting the Lancaster area. Not only is the produce extremely fresh and delicious but very reasonably priced! (many farms closer to my home overcharge for the "experience" especially now that we are in pumpkin season) It's so healing for the soul and tranquil to spend time among the flowers admiring them, watching the pollinators do their thing along with pretty butterflies. And the flowers LAST! a good two weeks that I've picked. Super healthy and hearty plus they give you the flower food packet that extends their life and the gallon jug insures they stay fresh on the ride home. Looking forward to next years growing season to return!

We visited here recently and found it to be a hidden gem with fresh even luscious tasting produce. We devoured the cantaloupe, tomatoes, plums and peppers we purchased. Also enjoyed whoopie pies and chocolate milk in the car. But that still isn't the best reason to shop here, ask for a jug of water and clippers and go out into the flower garden, spend time, watching the bees and butterflies fly from flower to flower then collect your favorites to take back home. Mother Nature at her finest.

Wonderful farm market! Pasture-raised eggs, raw milk, tons of fresh fruit and veggies, and local meats! The Shadow of the Rock coffee they have in the back right corner is excellent. Highly recommend. Prices are refreshingly affordable.

First and most importantly it is a cash only stand. I do believe they also take checks, so be prepared when going to check this place out. They do have a nice selection that varies throughout the year. Prices are great and you get a good amount of produce for your money. With less and less road side stands nowadays I would highly recommend checking them out for local produce!

Farm to table doesn't get much fresher! Good quality produce a good prices. Even better it directly supports the farmers. 10/2023 Tomatoes $15/bu, 3/$1peppers, $2 cauliflower, $1.50 broccoli and cabbage.

Always love the gang at The Corn Wagon! Of course, I was way too late in the day for getting any corn (I think there were 3 or 4 kinda sad looking ears in one of the three wagons that must've been loaded earlier in the day. Not to waste the trip, I picked up some beautiful Roma plum tomatoes, bell peppers and cucumbers. Back again soon!

Nothing beats just picked corn out of the fields! And the tomatoes are way better than most so-called “vine ripened home grown” you see everywhere else. Oh, and the prices are amazing

Was recommended by a friend, it has the best produce. Fresh out of the field...bought 6 dozen corn to can, cukes and delicious. Prices more then reasonable...will continue to go there.

This is legitimately one of the best stands in the area. So much so that I regularly drive 30 minutes each way just to buy my fruits and vegetables here. Spring, summer or fall, they always have a wide selection of farm-fresh produce picked that day. Everything is labeled clearly, including where each specific item came from, whether grown on their farm, or brougt in from another. The people who work there are always very friendly and accommodating, happy to answer questions or requests. If there's something specific you want, ask for it. If they grow it, chances are they have more. They also have a whole bunch of other stuff. Flowers, homemade baked goods, gift items and much more. I've been coming here for years and look forward to the spring each and every year. There's nothing like farm-fresh and if you're looking for a reliable stand with loads of variety, I would highly recommend giving this place a try.

Usually this place is my favorite farm stand, but today we went to get corn....and it was cold!!! The corn came from the fridge. They used to bring the corn out fresh from the fields, now they refrigerate it and its not fresh any more. It doesnt taste the same. More and more farms seem to be doing this. Now they are no diferent than store bought.

This is hidden gem. We're in Lancaster area 4 plus times a year, always stop here for vegetables and fruits to bring home to lower hudson valley. Also as many mums we can fit in car after labor day. Great mums,greater price.

I love this place and am here 2x per week in season. You can absolutely find cheaper local produce at roadside stands, but roadside stands don’t take credit cards. The convenience of the location and cashless option are absolutely worth it to me, and I’m still supporting a local farm and buying local produce. The seconds table is a great place to find bargains and I have made like 4 peach cobblers with peaches I picked up at the seconds table (that were fine!).

I've stopped by the shop for fresh fruit and veggies for a few parties this summer. The cantaloupe was the best I've had in quite some time. The strawberries were fresh and delicious. They have a small selection of jarred goods. We've tried a few jellies that the kids enjoyed. Pepper, cucumbers, tomatoes, asparagus all fresh and delicious. Will continue shopping through the summer. For those that say the price is high, yes, it is a bit higher but fresh grown and you are supporting a local small business. In my experience the produce is fresher than from the store and remains fresh longer in the refrigerator.

This is the closest farm market to my house but it is always more expensive than the rest. I stopped by to see if patty pans were in yet. There was a large selection of seconds other items so I checked them out. The girl accused me of "squeezing" which I was simply feeling the firmness. I do understand that they are seconds for a reason but if it is rotten I wont buy it. The squash I felt was half water so for obvious reasons I wouldn't buy that even if it's considered a second. I'm fine with blemished or oddly shaped. Anyway I didn't appreciate being scolded. Almost enough to keep me from returning. People need to see if it's at a certain standard that they're willing to pay. Also this was about 4:30 pm, I imagine the "seconds" were going to be pitched at closing time within the hour. Would be better to make the sale than toss I would imagine. I did get some patty pans and they were delicious but they too are more expensive here than anywhere else I've found them in the past.

This is a great spot for locally grown produce, a quick bottled drink, homegrown popcorn, or a bajillion homegrown gourds and pumpkins for your fall decor, cooking, or baking! They also have three sizes of straw bales, including the cutest little minis 😍

Very neat shop with lots of seasonal items. The produce always seems fresh and the herbs and plants are healthy. The prices on mulch are reasonable and the delivery crew has been amazing. The only con is the small size of the shop and slightly above average prices.

Excellent local produce -- strawberries and asparagus were delicious. Set up so can safely walk through and check out while social distancing. Family owners and staff are great. Great place to support local farm business and eat seasonally and healthy.

Love this place. Very friendly staff the food is always fresh. We come here for the barbecue chicken one of the best pieces of chicken I’ve ever tasted. I drive two hours away to come eat here! I pre-order the barbecue chicken because they sell out very rapidly. Amazing place to visit.

A high quality, small market on Ranck Road with kind, friendly clerks always ready to help. Wonderful produce and even baked goods, eggs, jam, flowers, etc.

Usually I have a very good experience with farm markets produce, but at this place there were one of the tasteless strawberries I've eaten. Ironically, strawberries that we bought same day at the supermarket were much more sweet and tasty.

Love this little Amish stand. They have great fresh produce. This summer we brought strawberries, zucchini, tomatoes, carrots, peaches and so much more. We really enjoy their farm fresh eggs as well.

Stopped in for the first time . Not much selection yet but cannot wait for summer. Very nice people and what I bought was very good. We are newbies here and only 5 minutes away. Second review. Stopped in and had their corn,absolutely 💯 rating. Best corn we have eaten, and I am a senior. Delicious. Fresh tomatoes and string beans excellent. Been back 2 more times in a week. Seasonal fruit very good. Absolutely recommend. Shopped there all summer 2020. Was the highlight of poor year. Corn was fabulous, melons sweet, best tomatoes. Peaches and plums very good. Assorted veggies fresh, great barbecue every couple weeks. Best. Part is only 1/4 mile away. Very nice people there also. Cannot wait for spring.

Just purchased Gala apples here on Saturday Sept. 28th. They were definitely not fresh being mushy and taste was off. I live locally in Lancaster County and called to inform them and they offered to replace them with fresh apples, but I will not give them a second chance. There are many other markets to shop. I feel tourists are taken advantage of when expecting to get fresh produce to bring home from their visit.

Visited on a bus tour for an agriculture conference. Family owned and run. Fresh produce. This is the type of market to support if you can.

My perfect best-ever ice cream experience! Cute shop, step in & smell the fresh waffle cones being made! Lots of fresh dairy & ice cream take out products. I got 2 scoop waffle cone with butter brittle and butter pecan, it just doesn't get any fresher than this! We visited the dairy cows getting milked, and saw adorable calves getting bottle fed. An Amish buggy pulled up to the drive through window, so I went back in for a coconut milkshake & my wife got 2 gallons to go.

Ice cream is very nice and I loved it, however if you look at the ingredients listed on the packed boxes on sale, they have a lot of additives like yellow 6, Red 40 and Blue 1 for coloring; and corn syrup for sugar taste; and mono and diglycerides etc. I feel bad after eating it since it was advertised as home made ice cream, I thought I was having a healthier option for my family :( I specifically asked if the packed boxes have the same ingredients with the open ones they sell on cones, and they confirmed that they are the same ones. Side notes, they use vanilla extract in vanilla flavor if you avoid alcohol in your diet.

Hands down the BEST ice cream ever 🍦👏. AND the aroma of the waffle cones as soon as you walked in...Could not resist. The dairy operation there was fascinating, so different from what I’ve experienced. Jersey Cows are well cared for and LOVE the fact that they also have a drive-thru!!!

Lapp Valley Farm is absolutely beautiful. It's peaceful countryside views, friendly Jersey cows, and the best ice cream I’ve ever had! It’s so creamy and fresh, made right on the farm. We loved being able to see and pet the young cows (not the babies), but the curious, gentle ones. Such a perfect stop for families or anyone who loves a true farm-to-cone experience!

We go to this ice cream shop every time we visit Amish area. They have a variety of ice cream flavors as well as dairy products. The also do have some activities for kids.

Ice cream is always incredible and they let you pet the Jersey Cows. No restrooms that I could see. Cats that wander. Listen, if you want to pet the cows, they will lick you with their huge tongues. 😂

The ice cream is delicious. The smell of freshly made waffle cone hits you as you walk in (inspired me to get one and I was not disappointed). The grounds are beautiful and they have a nice porch to relax on as you enjoy your ice cream.

We came here because it's nearby and had positive reviews. The ice cream was not good. I had the triple dark chocolate and espresso oreo- the chocolate was just chocolate, nothing dark about it but not bad. The espresso oreo was terribly gritty, like straight coffee grounds instead of espresso or espresso flavoring within the ice cream. They don't allow samples either or this could have been avoided. I threw it away. I wanted to buy some market items with my ice cream but couldn't, you can't place an ice cream order inside and you can't pay for market items outside. Forcing folks to make two transactions is really irritating so I didn't bother with the market items and left them. Our milkshake was two inches from being full, and even though I obviously had my hands full already with three ice creams, I had to ask for a lid. It's my geriatric dog's last week and we just wanted to give her a special ice cream visit but it was a super disappointing trip and not at all worth $25.

What a fun stop with quite delicious ice cream! It's a working dairy - you can see the cows being milked right next to the ice cream order window. There are cute baby cows as well. Highly recommended stop if you are with kids. There's a little shop with local goods as well. But the highlight is definitely the ice cream. So fresh, creamy, and delicious. Worth a drive!

Hands down the best ice cream I’ve tried. The fresh dairy makes a huge difference. The buttery pecan ice cream was heavenly. Highly recommend coming here. Fun to see the baby cows too!

If you are looking for amazing ice cream served with a side of bad attitude, Pine View Dairy is your spot. We walk in, my wife politely says “Hi, how are you?” and the cashier hits us with an unfriendly “Yeah, what can I get you?” Strike one. I ask if I can try a flavor since I am torn between a few. She shoots back “No” and rolls her eyes like I just asked her to churn the milk herself. Strike two. Also, hope you like flies. Because they have them. Everywhere. Like it is part of the rustic farm to table ambiance. I get it. It’s summer. It’s a farm. But man they were literally swarming. We finally get our ice cream, say “Thanks, have a good night” and the same girl responds with another “Yeah” with no smile, no effort, just peak “I hate my job” energy. Plus, the small size is literally laughable. I think they used a Fisher Price ice cream scooper. I have seen more generous portions at kids birthday parties. The only reason this is not a one star review is because the ice cream itself was phenomenal. If they put as much care into service as they do into the ice cream, this place would be a ten out of ten. Right now it is more of a come for the ice cream and stay for the attitude kind of joint. The taste is the only thing that saved them. I honestly wonder if the owners even know that this type of service happens.

I won't even bother to describe how good this ice cream is. By far the best I have ever had. We also buy their milk, I personally can't tell a difference but my family swears it's better than the other milk. If you are there at sunset, you'll catch some great views right out the front door. There is also a little shop with some frozen items as well as snacks and baked goods.

We went to see COWS! There were several calves, about 2 weeks old, and they are SO FREAKING CUTE. Then we watched the cows in the milking barn, and one of them was licking my hand like it was candy (salt i guess). I. Loved. It! I have a video, but I can't upload it here...

Great selection of local meats and cheeses. I don't think i'm going anywhere else from now on! Will definitely be back - I recommend grabbing some of the award winning 7 and 12 year cheddar they have. Well worth it.

Amazing subs/sandwiches per usual! They have a shopping area for non-food products that has variety and is overall a cute area to look at. The photos show what you need to see, it’s a nice store. Employees are welcoming and friendly + it’s always a nice time inside. They have delicious food products and it’s always fresh & yummy!

Awesome little market with a great selection of fresh meats, produce and even a bakery. They also make sandwiches and they have a restaurant. Everything is super fresh. The store is easy to access and there is plenty of parking. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They make you feel welcome and do not rush you out of the door.

Nice enough place for a quick meal with a huge selection of meats and cheese, also a good variety of prepared foods. It is a little pricey, but the quality is good. I had the breakfast sandwich today and it was ok but ingredients were a bit skimpy however the hazelnut coffee was quite good. Probably would give them a 3.5 if I could, but too many swings and misses. I would come back for lunch but not breakfast.

This is an out of the way gem,they make there own ice cream and it's so very good !! You ask for 2 scoops , you actually get 4 , there cone are homemade waffle cones it's smells amazing when you walk in . They also have there own milk from there own cows. You can't get any fresher! Also they have orange milk , strawberry , mint and chocolate of course . It's a Mom n Pop kinda place.

Delicious ice cream! Lots of flavors to choose from too! My husband was impressed at the waffle cones which had a fold at the bottom tip so the ice cream wouldn't leak, plus the cone was nice and crispy and stayed that way until he finished. ( At other places he's gotten waffled cones dripped from the bottom tip and turned to mush! ) We also bought some farm fresh cream line milk. They sell it in the old fashioned glass bottles. I've been trying to avoid plastics so I was happy to pay the deposit for the glass bottle despite the fact that we really don't live close enough to run there weekly. My husband uses it for his coffee and I use it in baking. It's nice and creamy! My daughters and grandkids spotted the candy isle. They have a big variety of all kinds including some of the older varieties that you don't find at a grocerystore.

You're stupid if you pass this place and never stop . Great family dairy store with amazing country charm. Milk in glass jugs! Need I say more! GET the chocolate milk! As one of my coworkers put it, it's like drinking a melted chocolate shake! Enjoy!

I love this place. It’s a great place for family and friends. You can pick your own pumpkins, flowers and fruit. They have a wide selection of apples and the most delicious apple cider donuts. If you go on the hayride down to the orchard you get one complementary apple donut too. They also sell Joe’s Lemonade/Tea which I’m a big fan of. It’s a good place to make memories and take pictures

Excellent spot to shop for farm fresh produce, flowers and plants. We got some delicious corn and fruit. Soak your corn 🌽 in water for 30 minutes, then grill on the BBQ in the husk for 20 minutes. It is Amazing 🌽!

The whole market has such a nice selection including pick your own fruits and bakery items. The in-house pastry chef/lead baker is very skilled and creates amazing homemade baked goods! The apple butter bread is so soft and delicious! Very reasonably priced as well. The last time I went I got a buttermilk cheesecake with fresh fruit from the orchard! It seems like cherry hill is working to provide more in house made creations using their own fruits and home grown ingredients. I will definitely be coming back for more!

What a fun day of strawberry picking! We took family members from age 6-70 with us and had a blast. Extra bonus is that each person got a free apple cider donut. Highly recommend this experience!

Very unique farm and everyone was nice, but one odd thing that I saw was kids drinking apple cider vinegar by the jug. Dairy was really good and the goats seemed happy.

This was my second time bringing a group of mature women to visit the Misty Creek Goat Dairy. Amos has been so welcoming and gracious, allowing us to watch the milking and telling about his products.

It's a beautiful farm with great varieties of cheeses. The prices are not cheap. All soap products are made of goat milk, and they have also a delicious homemade Carmel sauce 😋

I'm visiting Lancaster from NYC to go around and discover local food and get my hands on local ingredients to try cooking with. Prices are great and everything is super fresh. Grabbed a bunch of their blueberries, peaches, honey, carrots, and their meats. Thoroughly enjoyed blueberries and I'm excited to try cooking with the rest when I get back home. Staff is friendly and the shop is bright, cute, and lively. Grabbed an ice cream cone on the way out and it was so good. Better than any soft serve I've ever had back in New York.

We come here multiple times a week for milk, bread and eggs but my kids always find something new to try and we are always happy with our choice. I like how every item feels purposely chosen and you showcase other local vendors. The pick your own flower garden will always be the highlight!

Harvest Lane Farm is a great place to grab your local produce, meats, baked goods and other treats. We love the hospitality of all of the workers. They are all truly welcoming and helpful.

What a great local Amish market that has great produce, handmade items, meats, homemade Amish food, pastries, candles etc. And modern conveniences like air conditioning and that tap feature for your credit card. Looking forward to coming back next time I’m in the Ephrata area.

Lots of local in season produce. Fresh made breakfast and lunch sandwiches are the best around. Homemade baked goods just like grandma use to make. Nice dining area to sit. Prices are in line with the quality. Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming.

So they only take cash which is a bit inconvenient but not a deal breaker. There's a variety of fresh options. The made to order sandwiches are definitely worth finding an ATM.

Incredibly friendly and offers a wide variety of items! In the summer, their chicken bbq is outstanding! I love their flowers, food, produce, and baked goods! The Columbia council made the rent too high pushing out my favorite restaurant. None of the hand sanitizer dispensers have anything in them.

Could have given five stars but the men’s room had no soap, WiFi didn’t work and not very friendly. I guess it depends on the day. Beware this town closes early sometimes it’s a ghost town at 3pm

The Coffee Corner has very nice people, but wow that was the worst Americano I’ve ever had. Would’ve asked for another but was already out the door and running really late for an appointment. Saving grace was On the Bun with their spectacular cinnamon rolls!

Great place to stop and take a look at if you're nearby. They mostly have food stands, so it might be best if you visit on an empty stomach.

This Saturday market is a great addition to the Columbia community. Great eats and treats. Stop for a pretzel, bouquet of flowers, or tasty beverage. You won't be disappointed.

My mom loves this roadside market, so we come whenever we are in the area. Best apples, our favorite are the Goldrush. It smells like apples as soon as you walk in. They also carry other local goods and outdoor decor. Definitely check them out!

They can order bulk flowers from DV Flora, which is nice for ordering flowers for a wedding or event. She was super helpful with loading the flowers and very flexible to work with.

We drive up here from Virginia every year for the unpasteurized apple cider! The huge apple assortment and so many other goodies. I also appreciate that locals shop here as well! Friendly plus a beautiful drive!

I’ll start by saying : We do love stopping here. We have done so for a long time. Although, the last 3 times, I feel as if we get a mixed bushel of golden delicious and mutsu. We used to be able to get a whole bushel of just mutsu. They are super soft unlike before and many huge worm holes. I understand that the freshest apples have those imperfections but, when asked what type , spots or no spots, you should get what you ask and pay for. We will definitely be back, just more aware of what’s going in the bag.

Just the sweetest place with jars of yummy foods and local cheeses... and the sweetest, most delicious fresh peaches you ever did taste. If you stop here and they are making smoothies, GET A LARGE. In fact, get several and inhale them all before your family knows you got some, then go back with your family and get more. This place DOES take credit cards, and also for the smoothies!

I purchased a 1/2 bushel of peaches on Sunday., sept 13 …got home and they are all mushy and no flavor. Very disappointed . If I was closer , I would have returned them. UPDATE thank you for offering to refund our$$ ,, unfortunately we live 3 hrs away

This place is great. Delicious, smoked rotisserie chicken. Homemade pies - blackberry, raspberry, cherry, shoe fly. Banana bread. Apple bread. Great lemonade. All of it delicious. Even my teenage kids loved it.

They had everything I set out to buy and then some at very reasonable prices. Flowering plants, perennials, potting soil, eggs, fresh fruits and vegetables, pies much more. Note that they accept cash or checks only.

I stumbled upon this place on the hunt for peaches and was pleasantly surprised. On a whim I also purchased a loaf of honey wheat bread and it was incredible! Totally worth the drive from Cecil County. I look forward to seeing how the inventory changes with the seasons.

Good selection of fruits & veg with some canned goods

Ordered the half chicken platter and also a rack of ribs. Both were delicious, can't wait to go back !!! Also bought fresh strawberries there and they were excellent.

Best sweet corn around picked fresh every day. Tomatoes are the awesome,cucumbers and onions fresh. Stop in for fresh cooked chicken and ribs Saturday. Meat falls off the bone.

Great roadside farm stand with local produce, flowers, plants, and homemade preserves. Easy to see from the road, off-street parking. They do take cards if the transaction is over $5.

Nice small nursery and produce place. The asparagus had a nice green color and was very fresh. Everything looked clean. The plants looked healthy & there were a couple I hadn't seen other places. I bought a small handmade bird house for $5, the last one.

One of my favorite places for produce and plants. It's not a big place, but there is always something interesting. I like going in the fall best, for the cool weather produce and the fall items like pumpkins, gourds and mums. I do go in the spring and summer as well because there are always lovely plants and produce.

Esther did the flower arrangements and bouquets for my daughter's wedding and reception. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and I received compliments from everyone in regard to the flowers.

Non accessible market for those who have mobility challenges. I was excited to check out the outdoor market in Lititz, but unfortunately, I couldn’t access all of the stands. Several were set up on stair-only areas with no ramp or alternative route, which made it impossible for me to explore the full market. This is a clear example of what it means to be non-inclusive. Everyone deserves to enjoy public events—accessibility should be a priority, not an afterthought.

In town for the GNR concert. Ended up spending 3 days in downtown Lititz. Everybody was very nice. The farmer's market was a nice treat. Picked up some homemade desserts and listened to the live music. Main street in Lititz is awesome! 🤗

Definitely worth checking out - the whole town is utterly charming, and the farmers market had some absolutely gorgeous produce for sale

It was great to go and see local vendors and their wares. It shows that it closes at 8:00. However we arrived at 7:30 on a beautiful evening and stands were starting to pack up. By 7:45 all but 2 had their things put away.

We have had a wonderful experience each time we have visited. It's exciting to watch the growth of the outdoor market. The variety of vendors is fun including a little taste of a culturally diverse foods. Fresh produce, meats and fish are also available for sale. The vendors seem to be engaged in conversation with shoppers each time we have been there. Hopefully soon the market will expand through the park. That would be really cool!!

This is becoming a very good market. Thursday nights in the park, in Lititz is the place to be! Several produce vendors, meat vendor, a great fruit vendor, flower vendors, food trucks, hummus, gluten free baked goods, and a nice rotation of pop-up vendors. 2020 will be the third season at the new location. Buy produce and products from people who produce them at the Lititz Market! The managers are doing a great job, and the market is growing. Keep it up! Way to go Lititz!

I drive out of my way every Spring to buy flowers for my containers here. They have the nicest & most affordable selection. So kind & helpful too! Drive to the back of the property to the greenhouses & walk around. The front of the lot has the produce & other food items. I highly recommend making a stop here. 100%

The strawberry patches were very clean and weed-less, which means picking strawberry was fun, easy, and satisfying without having to deal with thorny weeds.

Stopped here last July while in the area for business. And I'm so glad we did. Very nice and reasonably priced produce. Their garlic is so fresh and delicious. Best I've ever had. Planning a trip back this year and we live over 50 mins away.

Fresh Amish farmer market.

My wife and I were looking for a few fall plants. We found what we were looking for but they weren’t priced. I asked the cashier for someone to give us a price but she stood there looking confused and wouldn’t get anyone to assist us. I checked the price of larger plants and offered half of that for the smaller ones. She moaned and said no. She then went into a back room and immediately returned with a price 3/4 of the larger plants. No thanks! I don’t think she talked to anyone and made the decision herself. The plants were not worth it and needless to say we didn’t buy them. Not happy or impressed how she handled it. Businesses that don’t have their items priced ahead shouldn’t make them up as they go.

The sweet corn is the BEST ! Their melons are the sweetest! We definitely will stop back again...this would be our daily go to if we didn't live 3.5 hrs. away...

They have so many beautiful flowers and arrangements. We got a stunning hanging basket at a reasonable price.

Top notch produce (with free samples) and baked goods. Also subs made to order on their own baked soft sub rolls! Soft serve available on Friday and Saturday. Chicken BBQ meals available on Saturday. They also sell plants! My first time here, but hope to be back!

Excellent local produce stand! Very reasonable prices, everything is always fresh, they have a great selection, and it's great to support local farmers. They often have day old sweet corn for $2 per dozen - you can't beat that, and it's fresher than the grocery store.

SummerSet has GREAT veggies! And WONDERFUL peaches too. They offer baked goods as well that look yummy, but I bake my own. Worth the trip!
