Nice selection of paintings on the floor where the reception desk is. This floor is kind of small yet has wonderful displays of classical and contemporary paintings and some sculptures. The best section is downstairs which was locked but they opened it for me. This area has astonishing works of contemporary art which left me wanting more. Really amazing paintings. Total 10/10 standard. Be sure to see this floor if you visit 👍🏼

Very interesting museum with many artifacts of pre-Roman history of Abruzzo. The Roman statues are there too, and for me it's the most beautiful part of museum collection. The most famous artifact is Guerriero di Capestrano, pre-Roman statue of warrior. Be careful: this statue is situated in separated hall, a bit apart of the whole collection. I tasted many of the wines and wish I was like one of the countless locals popping in one after the other and filling up with the grape variety the Cantine is offering at this moment. Highly recommend the wine and visiting this beautiful vineyard. Where there is knowledge, skill and passion…beautiful products are made. I bought four varieties of grape, young and old wine, and they are all fantastic 😃
