Utah State University, established in 1888, is located at the mouth of Logan Canyon, offering a picturesque setting near trails and climbing routes. The campus was ranked as the most beautiful in Utah by Travel + Leisure in 2017. The university is home to the Museum of Anthropology, which delves into human history and behavior. Additionally, the Nora Eccles Harrison Museum of Art showcases modern and contemporary art.
USU is amazing. Their campus is beautiful and it's the home of the AGGIES!

I have a scholarship and 62$ is randomly charged to my account the day of the tuition deadline. Called into financial aid to figure out why and the amazingly rude lady refused to help me or even give me any information. Now it's past the deadline and I am restricted on course materials and supposedly am gunna get a late fee. Due to her neglecting her job. This is one reason I will be transferring schools.
Tyesun W — Google review
USU is by far the best college campus to go to in the state of Utah, while attending USU you will find the city feels like a small town campus. USU offers a lot of amazing programs to make friends and there professors are amazing
Stephen R — Google review
Displeased USU Visitor My recent experience with USU (assuming you are referring to a university or institution with that acronym) left me feeling incredibly frustrated and dissatisfied. One of the most significant issues that marred my experience was the rampant over-ticketing problem. Over-ticketing at USU has become a serious concern, and it has undoubtedly soured my perception of the institution. It seems as though the primary focus has shifted away from providing a conducive learning environment and towards extracting revenue from its students and visitors through excessive ticketing. The frequency with which I witnessed students and visitors receiving unwarranted tickets was alarming. Whether it was for minor parking infractions, perceived rule violations, or even issues that should have been handled through communication and warnings, it appeared that the institution was more interested in punishing individuals than in fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere. Furthermore, the fines associated with these tickets often felt disproportionately high, placing an undue financial burden on students and visitors who are already struggling with the cost of education and daily living expenses. It's disheartening to see an institution prioritize revenue generation over the well-being and financial stability of its constituents. The over-ticketing issue not only creates a hostile atmosphere but also undermines the trust and respect that students and visitors should have for their educational institution. It fosters an environment where individuals are constantly on edge, fearing that even the slightest misstep will result in another unwarranted ticket. In conclusion, my experience with USU has been marred by the issue of over-ticketing, which has led me to question the institution's priorities and commitment to the well-being of its students and visitors. It is my hope that USU will reevaluate its approach to disciplinary measures and consider more reasonable and fair ways to address rule violations without resorting to excessive ticketing.

Love the campus. It’s absolutely beautiful. The people in Logan are so friendly and makes this a wonderful experience.

I love USU! So many amazing professors and people! They really care about students’ success and making sure that they have housing. I couldn’t have found this much happiness and knowledge anywhere else!

Scenic Drives
Logan Canyon, located in Utah, is a picturesque destination offering a variety of outdoor activities. The Logan Canyon Scenic Byway provides a 43-mile drive through the Bear River Mountains, showcasing stunning views of forests, mountains, and rivers. In the fall, the foliage transforms into vibrant shades of red, orange, and gold. Hiking enthusiasts can explore trails of varying difficulty levels within the canyon; one popular route leads to the Wind Caves, natural limestone formations.
Beautiful Canyon!! The Logan River runs through the entire canyon making for iconic views and a fun place to visit! Depending on where you go you are able to fish, hike, camp, ski, climb, and get some of the best views of your life!
Tavin D — Google review
Shady green park with flowing river alongside.. It's a peaceful place to spend some time or even just for a quick pit stop. Restrooms are available.

Great spot for climbing! The river is a bit techy but if you’ve got a single person kayak it would be a blast!

Spacious Utah State University museum focusing on modern & contemporary Western U.S. artworks.
Had a great evening at their Date Night event. Very cool collection of art.
Samantha B — Google review
What a wonderful museum. It has standing and rotating exhibits. I was so moved by several of the pieces. I won’t spoil the experience for anyone but if you have limited time but can squeeze in this museum it will be very memorable.
Victoria R — Google review
The art was scribbled, messy, strange, overly simple and ugly. All of the paintings had “deep meaning” behind them but in the end not that deep because they only represented modern politically correct ideas and nothing else. There was nothing in there that made me truly reflective or change my perspective. It was all art that was made poorly. It was appreciated because the “intentional” mistakes and inconsistencies in the art were supposed to represent something deeper. However art is naturally incosistent and imperfect. When that becomes the focus of the artwork we move away from art and more towards empty political statements. Art needs to be first and foremost beautiful and difficult to replicate or match. There needs to be at the very base a deep appreciation for the creative process. Art is not only about statements it’s about testing the limits of the human creative spirit and its capacity to create paradise.
Aiden M — Google review
Incredible museum with a stunning collection. Great programs, free admission, and free parking.
Jeff L — Google review
It was fascinating. There's all manners of different kinds of abstract art and each has a small descriptor about the artist and what their painting was intended to mean. It's very fascinating. There's also interactive exhibits and some that are mixed with electronics to create a unique experience. Plus it's free and the staff are very polite and knowledgeable. I learned a lot from this and would gladly come again.
Brobuddle D — Google review
Good atmosphere with a nice little café. If you want you can also look around the museum as well.
Charlie V — Google review
This is a wonderful place with modern and contemporary art. Trimpin is one of my favorite pieces. By inserting a coin, a rhythmic sound will be generated. It was amazing!
Toan-Van N — Google review
This was amazing! The staff were so friendly and informative. We saw some amazing art, With informative descriptors and some poetry written next to the art. They had so much art to observe across three floors and three different styles.

Playground
Willow Park is home to Zootah, a charming zoo that offers an up-close and personal experience with a diverse range of animals. Visitors can stroll through the shady willow trees, feed ducks and geese, and observe over 100 species of waterfowl. The zoo also houses native Utah wildlife as well as international animals. Additionally, the park features playgrounds for children to enjoy, volleyball nets, and a pond where fishing is possible.
Great park! One of my kids’ favorites. Lots of space and options - other playgrounds across the road if one gets too busy or if you are looking for shade/sun. Large covered picnic area and nice shaded benches near playgrounds. Park was reasonably clean and well kept!
Tanner G — Google review
Love the low cost of tickets. Seems like they need some updates enclosures and more variety of animals, but the area is beautiful. Always a good place to go for a relaxing day with the family or date or group. Staff was very helpful at getting my elderly parents wheelchairs so we could navigate them easily through.
Cam N — Google review
It's such a cute little place. We almost forgot to use our 'Get out Pass' but the lady in front of us used it and we were excited to get in for free with it. There is an elk, reindeer, black swans, coyote, bald eagle and some other cool animals to see. The monkeys are not out in the cold fall weather though. The only thing that some viewers might not enjoy is feeding time. The coyotes were eating a feathered chicken, and the badger had a dead baby bunny on the ground to eat. Ah.
Jenna F — Google review
Great spot for kid baseball games, but when the wind blows, it's serious business! Sand and dirt will blow at your face from the parking area by the upper field. Concession stand is fantastic - with great prices and they give kids a free snowcone for retrieving foul balls! Playground is super nice for kiddos to play.
Amber W — Google review
This is our new favorite park. With the large playground equipment, soft ground underneath and large amounts of shade, it'd a great place to spend the afternoon. There is also one piece of exercise equipment to keep you busy while you watch the kiddos play. Nearby are other parks, ball fields and batting cages.
Abare E — Google review
Great park! Fun playground and lots of shade! Well kept grass, water fountains, excellent parking, Decent bathrooms.
Emmy N — Google review
Great little park and playground. Address for actual playground named Willow Park should be over by the Zoo. Don’t want to confuse it for Angel’s Landing which is nearby, right next to the batting cages, as others recently have. Hopeful google maps correct the address soon. Have fun!
Tara L — Google review
Fun park to visit with the kids while camping in Mantua. Large playground with picnic tables and a large pavilion. Plenty of trees and shade. No dogs allowed was disappointing.

The Logan Utah Temple is a must-visit destination in the city, attracting numerous visitors. Situated at a high point overlooking Cache Valley and framed by the stunning backdrop of Naomi and Logan Peaks, this beautiful church is a sight to behold throughout the changing seasons. Its unique design sets it apart, offering a sense of peace and comfort to all who visit. Whether you're drawn by its architectural marvel or seeking spiritual fulfillment, exploring this temple is an experience not to be missed.
The architecture of the Temple is stunning. I am not Mormon but can respect how beautiful the buildings are. Went to check this out. I would make this a visit on your list if you are visiting Logan. Truly beautiful

PLEASE READ: The Logan Utah temple has been near and dear to me for years, it’s so beautiful and peaceful. But I hate seeing people talk bad about it when they don’t know what they’re talking about. So please, don’t bash on our religion because we’re different and if you have no reason to back it up. I’m not saying join our church, but don’t say it’s bad without evidence!

Very awesome, historic, and iconic building. Tuesday afternoon, the sessions were very busy, both endowment and initiatory. Logan is a cooler destination, so expect summertime crowds. I recommend scheduling sessions in advance through website.
Dennis F — Google review
Beautiful historic temple with well maintained gardens. Plenty of parking and handicapped spaces
Dalyn P — Google review
This Temple is very special to me. It’s beauty is as constant as the changing of the seasons. And it’s beauty evolves with the changing of each season. This gorgeous architectural marvel overlooks the Cache Valley from a high point at the foothills which lead into the canyon. And of course, it’s stunning beauty from the valley floor is accented from the backdrop of Naomi and Logan Peaks. If you’re planning a trip to Utah, make the trip to Logan Temple. You won’t regret it!
David T — Google review
I love the historic look of this temple! I am grateful I have had a few opportunities to go to this House of the Lord, it is a beautiful one.
Mikayla — Google review
The temple workers in the baptistry were not the greatest. This baptistry is very different from the ones I'm used to, but they just assumed I knew where to go and how to do things and got frustrated when I didn't, even though I'd never been to this temple before. The baptistry is laid out kind of weird, and it's also pretty small. The outside is very beautiful tho! A good place to feel the Spirit.
Anna — Google review
I love going and being at the temple. The feeling of peace and comfort is maxing and you always feel the spirit. This specific temple is super beautiful and one that has a unique design (unique as in I’ve never seen one that looks like this). I highly recommend going even if you can’t go in!

Every summer, Logan transforms into Utah's vibrant arts hub as the renowned Utah Festival Opera & Musical Theatre takes center stage. This celebrated festival showcases over 300 talented performers from New York City and Broadway, presenting beloved productions like "Barber of Seville," "The Secret Garden," and "Into the Woods." Attendees can also enjoy concerts, backstage tours, breakfast with stars, and educational academy classes. The performances are not only affordable but also feature stunning scenery and costumes that captivate audiences.
Coming from the Washington DC area I was amazed by my experience at the Utah Festival Opera. As an artisan myself, I found the sets of both Madam Butterfly and Hunchback to be versatile and beautiful and extremely well made. The orchestra played beautifully along with all of the amazing singers and vocalist. I Particularly loved Claude Frollo's voice. Amazing! The take they took on the Hunchbacks character touched me greatly, deepening the tale into one about love and acceptance of others no mater their differences. It was Beautiful! Both actors portrayed the emotion and depth of their Characters in a way I have never felt from this story before. Their performance truly captivated me. I absolutely loved everything about it. Including my experience from the staff and ticket office. Everyone was so kind, friendly and personal. I also love the authentic feel of the theater with its beautiful murals and interior. I would recommend this opera house to all for a beautiful experience. Thank You!
Sam C — Google review
This review specifically refers to the production of Oliver! that I saw tonight. The musical performances were exceptional, and even the children sang well. Much of the dancing also was excellent. Staging made good use of simple props to provide scene definition and to simplify scene changes. I didn’t give five stars and considered only three because the director had the players who were part of the lower class speak with heavy and unnatural accents that rendered the dialogue nearly incomprehensible. Some of the main characters softened their accents and were easier to understand. I understand the desire to be authentic, but I would prefer the language to be better suited to the needs of the audience.
Bob W — Google review
I had the pleasure to attend both the musical version of Aida and the opera version of Aida. Both were spectacular. The theater was amazing, and the acoustics were fantastic. The added bonus was knowing a performer in each version. It's definitely worth the price of a ticket.
Lori O — Google review
I attend several shows every seaon. I am never disappointed! They are Broadway quality in a small city. I was very pleased the first time someone invited me to show when I first moved here several years ago. I make it a point to take my 10 year old daughter to least one show every summer so she is exposed to culture. She is developing a real love for theater now as well. The Utah Festival Opera & Musical Theater is wonderful!
Dawn M — Google review
I saw Pirates of Penzance and Hunchback of Notre Dame at the beginning of the 2017 season. The Gilbert and Sullivan was a sheer delight!!!! So very, very British. The costumes were hysterical, and the voices were top notch. The customer service was excellent! Hunchback was beautifully done!! It was a thrill from beginning to end. I was more entranced by Hunchback than the first time I saw the Broadway production of Les Miserables. Bravo!!!!!
Debbie S — Google review
I have seen a few shows at UFOMT and thoroughly enjoyed them all. Costumes were brilliant and beautiful. Set design was creative and brought the world of the show to life before it even began. The actors seemed to be throwing themselves into the roles 100%. I truly believed all that was going on onstage. Great shows, great people and a great time.
Emily S — Google review
I have seen all of the shows at UFOMT this season and was very impressed with the talent and professionalism of the artists. I have seen Pirates of Penzance 3 times, and each time I went I could not stop laughing. The way the show was directed was absolutely brilliant. The performers also had a great sense of comedic timing, strong characterization, and of course the singing was gorgeous as well. On Saturday, I saw Hunchback of Notre Dame and was blown away. The entire production team really did an excellent job of putting it all together, especially considering what a demanding show it is. The show itself is such a powerful and moving story that I think everyone should see. Overall, what a great season!!
Rylee H — Google review
Saw "The music Man" and "Madam Butterfly" Two extremes of music and theater. Both were impressive and excellent. Meeting the cast in costume is not costume but I so enjoyed seeing the performers afterwards. Good job all around Utah Opera.

Nature preserve
Stokes Nature Center, a non-profit facility located near the entrance of Logan Canyon, offers an educational and interactive experience for visitors of all ages. The center features a river path trek and provides opportunities to learn about natural history, live reptiles and amphibians, rocks and fossils, as well as native plants and animals along the Logan River. It is an ideal destination for families with children to explore nature together.
For a quick detour on the trail it was a great little stop with a few things to learn. Who knew wasps played such an important role in our lives. Great for little kids with the stream running by it. Lot of water in the spring time.
Scott S — Google review
PROS: Nice little place to stop on the trail and look at stuff. They have a fun outdoor area with tables, a boat, and hummingbird feeders. Inside has a water table, animal bones kids can touch, a salamander and a turtle. CONS: In my opinion, being such a well renowned nature learning center, I feel like they should have more things inside for kids to play with ☹️. Most of the building is empty or has banners all over the place you can’t even walk. Besides the water table there is not much for kids to do hands-on. They could have a place with bugs in resin, an ant farm/fish tank, stuffed animals, a reading corner, rubber animal tracks, or other things like that. Growing up here in Logan I remember it being cool but seeing it now…. I am actually disappointed. When I asked the hosts inside the building questions they never knew the answers to anything 🙄 If you want to allow your kids a BETTER hands-on nature education experience go to the Mason Wildlife Exhibit on USU campus in the Natural Resource building. It’s free, the hours are more inclusive (M-F 8-4) and they have way more things there that your kid can do.
Tara L — Google review
This is an amazing spot to just walk and be with my family. It close to home, fast to get to by multiple transportation options. Ea We love coming here! Especially when all the hummingbirds come out!
Amy G — Google review
Nature Tales is our favorite! My kids love coming here for ask the events!
Jessetta — Google review
Perfect place to go for a Preschool-4th grade field trip. A fun nature walk to get up to the center on a well maintained trail, beautiful views and fun places to explore. The Nature Center is great fun to take a break and learn about the Canyons, wildlife and vegetation, read a book, look at some fossils, identify plants and flowers, do some bird watching, as well as other indoor and outdoor activities before heading back to the trail with the kiddos. We had a fantastic time, no need for a guide, the center is what you make of it!
Lars L — Google review
I love Stokes Nature Center and the trail but the preschool program was not a great fit for my 4 year old daughter. If your child has any issues with listening or cooperation they will be asked not to come back, 2 strikes you are out. It is understandable with the river being right there but the staff is not equipped to handle kids with special needs or that need extra attention.
C H — Google review
Hands on activities for kids, aquarium, fox pelt and skulls to touch, hummingbirds to watch and a water table. Plus they all planted a flower to take home. Easy walk in. Nice picnic table area outside for a lunch or snack spot.
Hollie G — Google review
The kids loved exploring. We thought they would be done in less than an hour but they played happily 3 hours before we dragged them away. My only complaint is that the parking area is far away. It's a long walk for littles and you have to cross a highway with no crosswalk. Feels like playing chicken.

American restaurant
Diner
Angie's Restaurant has been a local favorite since 1983, offering classic American comfort food in a cozy diner setting. The restaurant is known for its generous portions and warm hospitality, making it a go-to spot for both residents and tourists in Logan. One of the must-try experiences at Angie's is the 'Clean the Sink' dessert challenge, where patrons are served an enormous portion of ice cream in an actual portable kitchen sink.
Where the locals go to eat, as they say! Went for breakfast here on recommendation, and very pleased we did. Very generous portions, fairly priced and with excellent customer service. The kids loved the pancakes, and the biscuits and gravy were amazing.
R C — Google review
We stopped by on Sunday with a group of 20 at 2:00pm and they were able to accommodate our big group. The service was amazing. Both waitresses were nice and super patient with the large group. The only reason I didn’t give 5⭐️ is because the salads we received had so much water the bottom that we could not finish them. But I ordered the Fish and Chips and that made up for the salad because the fries were amazing and crisp. The fries and fish were hot.
Raymie C — Google review
I've ordered a full order of Deluxe Nachos, Double Portion of Chicken Fried Steak with Mashed Potatoes, Corn on the Cob, and a Soup of the Day (Clam Chowder), Cracked Black Pepper Chicken, a Raspberry Cheesecake Scone combo w/2 Eggs and Bacon, a side of French Fries, and an Oreo and Peanut Butter Cup Angie Giant Shake. Everything I've had has been excellent! I start dreaming of my next visit when I leave. The country fried steak has been my favorite meal so far, and the fries are crispy and addicting. On my next visit, I want to give the Pot Roast a try. The service has always been superb. Dawson took great care of us on the last visit. He was friendly and very helpful. He gave great recommendations and went out of his way to make our visit a good one. Angie's atmosphere is the quintessential small town diner. Logan has exploded in its growth over the past few decades, and I love that Angie's remains a cornerstone in Logan's college-town story. I hope it stays forever. Angie's is a must-visit when I'm in Logan, and you've got to try this place if you haven't already.

Personal reviews and those which I have read are on point. This place was great. Food was outstanding, service was outstanding. I had breakfast here and enjoyed the raspberry cream special. That’s French toast and as a special I got two sauce plates and two eggs. Everything was cooked to perfection. All the white staff were amazing.I didn’t feel rushed and I was not constantly bombarded. I will look forward to coming back here again. Thank you all for a great and I’m in super great. First experience at your diner.

This was our 3rd time here they have good food but we felt rushed, I loved the oriental salad I do feel like they give too much dressing it looked like gravy with a roll, my husband liked his cheesecake Waffle, my sons meal was wrong he asked for the raspberry & cream french toast got plain french toast. An older guy came to help not too sure who he was when we were explaining he walked away while we were speaking honestly his vibe made us feel rushed, we had 3 different servers which had us confused on who we would be tipping, my son pointed out a dead bug in the back of the booth between the glass before we left.

4.3 Stars, Great place to get some tasty food. I loved the Cheesecake Scone, with Raspberry topping, it was amazing. The turkey avocado was Tasty.... Instagram @foodieadventuresusa

It’s definitely an experience to go to Angie’s! They have decent food, but I wouldn’t say the food is very special. The sweet potato fries are delicious, but I don’t go here often because it’s not worth the price. Cleaning the sink is a definite staple in Logan, but the ice cream is soft serve which can be hard to eat a lot of.
Rachel C — Google review
Delicious food! I'm vegetarian and their Florentine Omelet was amazing!! I got it with the pancake on the side and the portions were generous. Our 2 kids got Raspberry French toast from the kids menu and that was also generous and delicious. My son had a birthday and they brought out a Cinnamon roll at the end. Beaver Mountain, located near Logan, is a popular ski resort offering downhill skiing, snowboarding, and cross-country skiing. Known for its family-friendly atmosphere and affordable prices, it's a great destination for winter sports enthusiasts. Additionally, visitors can explore the intriguing Rocky Mountain Juniper tree in Logan Canyon within the Cache National Forest. The Beaver Mountain Logan City Office provides excellent service to guests, ensuring a smooth experience with their professional and patient staff.
We've always loved Beaver Mountain, but today I have to express my gratitude for the patience and helpfulness of the ski rental shop. Our 5 year old twins were fitted for their first sets of skis and they were stoked. The staff was great with them. Thanks a ton!

The guys down here in the office were informative and helpful. Giving me lots of different options (including suggesting other business's) to find my first snowboard. and they can provide maps of the resort as well. which made my map loving day.
Denres — Google review
Decent snow, lacking in challenging steep terrain, decent park set up usually with a rotating set of features, jump park is smaller in features but for the average skier, the jumps are fairly challenging. Would be a 5 but the lodge lacks a public microwave, and seating is often limited. Hopefully with the new lodge they will include a public microwave. Side note if you are looking for more challenging terrain, go up the small hike at the top of harrys dream and ski to the road pull out, all though there is no public transit so bring two cars or plan on hitchhiking back.

The mountain is the best, the staff at the Beaver office help keep it going and are so kind to everybody. I bugged them so many times with questions and they were always so patient and kind with me! They work quickly (got dozens of ski passes ready right after opening) and are very professional. I really look forward to the night skiing party! Thank you guys for all you do to make Logan and Beaver a great place to be.

My wife's brother, his wife, and his 4 children came for a visit between Christmas and New Years. The two youngest children had never seen snow! They were each able to rent skis, get lift tickets and get a ½ day lesson for less than they would pay for a single day pass at most areas in Utah. And, the instructors were fantastic. The entire family was skiing or boarding independently by the end of their lesson. They couldn't wait to come back the next day. Thanks Beaver Mountain ski school staff for creating the perfect holiday for our family from Florida! They will remember this forever!

This rating is for the 2020-2021 ski season. I am so disappointed in Beaver Mountain this year. I have been skiing here my entire life, and I know how important the local support is for the resort. It seems as though they have forgotten that this season. Firstly, the COVID safety protocols are less than acceptable. While cases and deaths are still skyrocketing, businesses are completely lax. Despite the fact that they completely shut down when cases were significantly less. Beaver Mountain is included in this. Although most of the activity is outside in a safer environment, the lodge is still open for dining in. There is little to no option of receiving food service outside. Dining in would be safer if there was more ventilation and space in the lodge, but it is very evident how crowded the ordering area is. The lift lines are a whole other issue. In terms of COVID, about 30%-40% of people are following proper mask requirements. The other 60%-70% of people either are not wearing a mask or have it underneath their nose. Employees only establish rules and ask for masks to be on once you are ready to get on the lift, after waiting in line with other people for 20+ minutes. It is extremely hard to social distance in these lines due to the overcrowding and no establishment of six feet distancing rules. It was announced that those not following mask requirements would have their passes revoked; I have yet to see this in effect. Secondly, the over-occupancy of the resort is unbelievable. Just recently is was announced that people parking on the highway road up to Beaver will be ticketed. While this makes sense, the parking lot is not physically built for the crowds Beaver has been receiving, therefore forcing people to park on the highway. There is no system of limitation nor notifications of parking lots being full. So many people make the trip to the mountain only to see there is no where to park and must leave. Day passes are not limited. This not only causes huge parking issues, but allows for too many people on the mountain than it is designed to support. Lift lines are extraordinarily long. Runs do not take enough time to complete to make the wait in the line worthwhile. Huge commercial ski resorts limit their day passes, I just cannot see why Beaver Mountain does not. I think the crowds are especially unacceptable because we are in the middle of a world wide pandemic. We have been working hard to be safe and keep places open. When businesses like Beaver Mountain completely disregard that in the face of money, it is clear as to where their loyalty stands. Personally, I purchased a season pass this year in hopes for a safe, well organized ski season at my local resort. My family has supported Beaver Mountain for over 20 years under the impression that they respect and rely on their local support. The conversation about this years extremely disappointing management is spreading throughout the community. Quite a few people are looking for a response to and acknowledgement of the failures of Beaver Mountain this season. A change in the near future would be greatly appreciated, but loyalty and trust is decreasing. Ultimately, I am sad, and I do not feel like the future of Beaver Mountain will continue to be a small, local, family run ski resort. * I do have suggestions for management. This commentary is well thought out and in response to a lot of time spent at the resort this year and many years prior. To Beaver Mountain management: please take this into consideration.
Maya M — Google review
I've skied at Beaver my whole life, but as a father now taking my kids there the ski school instructors are condescending and talk trash on the kids in front of them. The lines to get on the lift are 35 minutes + and the lifts are old and take tons of time to get up the mountain. By the time you drive a little farther and pay a little more, you are money ahead for the number of runs that you can get in each day.
Spencer H — Google review
Although the skiing trails were nice, the organization of Beaver needs a lot of help. My drivers license was taken by another gentleman and the employee didn't even double check that it wasn't me. Afterwards, me and my kids and I spent a while waiting for the employee to "find" my drivers license only to tell me that someone took it. Afterwards, the manager was called and we didn't receive any compensation for our time wasted at this horrible place. All in all, my ID was given back to me by the gentleman who took it. Beaver Mountain employees need to be more sharp and organized. Most likely never going here again.

Canyon Entrance Park in Logan, UT is a picturesque spot for picnics, walks, and water activities like canoeing, kayaking, and paddleboarding. The park boasts three dams used for generating electricity. First Dam is a popular waterside area for relaxation, swimming, picnicking, and volleyball. Fishing enthusiasts will appreciate the stocked trout in the water. Families can enjoy the company of geese hatchlings during summer while witnessing beautiful wildlife.
One of my favorite places in Logan. There are picnic tables, fishing docks, benches, and grassy areas. Parking is somewhat limited, but you can usually find a spot. PLEASE do not feed the wildlife here, especially bread. It will kill them.

Beautiful location. Ducks & geese. Floats, paddle boards for non-motorized recreation allowed. Docks to fish from. Nice picnic terrace and walkway under the road. Lots of parking and restroom facilities.

in the summer you can even enjoy the company of hatchlings of geese. Wildlife is beautiful in its true wild colors. Nowadays the the birds are migrating so sometimes you will see a lot of them and on the other weekends you won't see any.

Very popular and limited parking. Nice little reservoir with not much commuting time. Several piers restrooms. Very shallow for most of the reservoir with limited fish; I didn’t see any or any body fishing getting anything.

An amazing little theater rich with history. The seats are a little small for me (I'm 6'-4") but what can you expect from a 100 yr old building? There is no bad seat in the house either. The theater group and the shows they perform here are also top notch. Don't forget about the Lyric!!

Great performances! The cast and crew put a lot of effort into each show to make it a fun experience. The seating, especially on the balcony, is a bit cramped but otherwise it's a wonderful theatre experience.

Logan Lanes Inc. is a popular bowling alley in Logan that offers a clean and updated environment for an enjoyable experience. The prices are reasonable, with options for both bowling and pool. It's also a great venue for hosting events, offering flexibility in scheduling, food options, and accommodating specific requests with a smile. Visitors have praised the delicious food available at the alley as well. Whether you're there for a casual game of bowling or to host an event, Logan Lanes Inc.
Was recently here with a large group that rented out the facility for a work party. I've been here a couple times for similar functions now. It's a nice, clean business with all the amenities you'd expect for a place like this. Everything seems to be up to par, and nothing feels particularly outdated, which is a common problem I've noticed with some bowling alleys. Overall a good experience. We usually get pizza from Dominos so I can't speak to the food here.
Mike P — Google review
I would give it a solid five but the fact that it's string pin bowling knocks it down. Used to be a fun classic place and is still the best in Logan but if you're looking for real bowling you're gonna have to go to Preston or Tremonton. This does have a cute little grill inside where you can order food that's decent but nothing special. And there are pool tables you can play at. Overall a solid place I'll continue to go to time and time again (although I probably would go more if it wasn't string pin!)
Taylor F — Google review
Went bowling last night. It was open til 11pm. Tried to order food at 9pm. The kid at the food counter said the grill was closed and they were only selling drinks. The kid sat at the counter eating cake and joking with his friends til after 1030 when I left. Why would the grill be closed 2 hours before the bowling alley closes? Seemed like the kid just wanted to hang out with his friends and not work. Bowling pins on ropes is silly but whatever. And why ask for a tip when paying for bowling? Gimme a break. I won't be back.
D — Google review
Absolute garbage fire of an establishment. They don’t bother to check seating so when my wife sat on the bench the rusted out leg broke off and she fell pinching her leg in the process. She already has a nasty bruise forming and it’s only been a few minutes. But the icing on the cake is we only got a half hearted apology when we asked for a refund. Don’t go here the owners don’t care about the safety of their customers.
NamelessPunker — Google review
Really enjoyed this bowling alley. Prices were good, about $3+ for each person and $2+ for shoe rental, it came to about $6+ a person. The alley was really really clean, workers helpful, and never had any problems with the lane. No pins stuck, no ball stuck, no miss reading of pins going down. They have obviously updates the lanes and pins, which is great. Had lots of ball options. We played a game and then played some pool, which was . 15¢ a min. We just gave them an ID to hold and then played. We had two tables going and played a couple games and it was under $10 ( can't remember the price because grandparents sneakily paid for that for us 🥰).
Melissa R — Google review
Love playing bowling here and pool, but you guys take 25-30 to make a single burger and 2 single chicken strips!!! Update: they brought my food and it was messed up.. :)
Rhiley T — Google review
Held a company bowling event here. Great time for everyone, easy to schedule and we were able to use all the lanes as well as the pool tables. They served drinks to us which were a great cost, and a decent refill price. We were able to bring in our own food for the event which is really nice. Would recommend as a place to make some memories, even if you’re bowling just in one lane and not hosting an event. We had some specific requests to accommodate our group that were met with a smile. Just fantastic service from Louis and his team - thank you! We’ll be back!
Jaelise P — Google review
This used to be my "go to" place for bowling. But the only "upgrade" that has happened here in the last 20 years is changing to string pins instead of a traditional pin changing machine. This causes issues if you throw the ball with a spin as the pins do not react the same as they normally would. The benches haven't been updated for as long as I can remember. The bathrooms are always gross. And the prices are higher than the Gutter. Hopefully things will change soon because I used to love this place.

My 3 & 5 year-old absolutely love this place! It is much better for their ages than Jump Zone. We were very pleased with our birthday party there today! All of the kids LOVED it and the visit from Spider-Man far exceeded my expectations!!! His tricks were unreal and he did a great job interacting with the kids. 100% worth the very reasonable cost for the experience you get. My kids always have a great time here, it’s their favorite place to go in Logan.

I went to a birthday party here today, and honestly, I wish I hadn’t. I came to a party here three years ago, and didn’t realize it was the same place until I got there today. If I had known, I wouldn’t have attended. The place is really disgusting and just dirty. They’ll blame it on sharing space with gymnastics, but as a parent of a kid who does gymnastics, that’s just not true. They just want to spend the time or money to have it cleaned properly. The party area was super cramped, with the same broken, wobbly table from years ago. It’s clear they’re more focused on cramming as many parties in as possible to make money than actually providing a good and comfortable space for people. Honestly, if I ever get invited to a party here again, I won’t just skip it—I’ll offer to help pay for the host to have it somewhere else. This place is a dump, and you’re better off going anywhere else to avoid picking up something gross like a staph infection.

This place is just about the funnest place to play indoors through out the valley. 12 dollars gets my family of four a days worth of fun. We took our babies 3 and 4 to play over 3 hours running climbing and jumping in many different bounce houses with huge slides and included is the gymnastics area with giant foam pit to throw your babies in or have them jump into if you don't have aggression built up lol. They include a little kids area with play house and little ride down car track and massage chairs for those who need to unwind. I left with almost every muscle screaming out In fun and a side of pain. And to super happy kiddos that went to sleep without a problem. Worth every penny to come here.

The menu features traditional breakfast and lunch items such as biscuits and gravy, fried chicken and waffles, hot corned beef sandwiches, and hearty burgers.
The food was incredible!! 5 out of 5! The staff were great and patient with us, and the food came out pretty fast for a restaurant and came out to be beautiful. And the atmosphere was just fun and old timely, love it by the way! But just note, they serve humongous portions here, so you can share all plates here. And note that I would’ve taken a picture of my food, the give up, which I recommend trying. I would’ve taken a picture, but I ate it all.

Hard to leave here hungry with a very wide selection of choices for breakfast or lunch. Before leaving town the following day, we stopped at the highest rated breakfast restaurant in the city, which is Herm’s Inn. When we walked in, we started recognizing the staff and realized they were who catered the wedding. Jeremy appeared, and recognized us from the wedding. He was so friendly and kind, and immediately ran to get us a table. We felt welcome, cared for, and by the time we left, full! He obviously cares deeply about the experience of his customers and the food he serves. Will definitely be stopping by when we come back into town.

Thank you so much for maintaining a diverse collection of animals to this day, I like how you even managed to hang on to your vintage primate building/aviary. I especially loved the deer, raccoons, lemurs and even those ducks I remembered at the Aquarium back in Draper when it opened! I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy that petting zoo though, but no worries, at least I saw just about every animal in person! I just can't wait to see the beavers in the future! :D

This is cute little zoo to visit. It was included in our get out pass. We got some duck food and we had lots of fun feeding them. It is very small and you can get through it real fast. I recommend you take your time and visit every enclosure. There were a few that were empty but they do have some animals that the Hoyle Zoo doesn’t have. The petting area was also really fun and cute. I also recommend going early or later in the day during the summer as it gets really hot and there’s not a lot of shade around the enclosures.

Wonderful and fun little zoo to visit with well diverse collection of animals to see. The zoo is well maintained, the animals are well taken care of, and the zoo keepers are super friendly. It is great to learn that they took in several injured animals and brought them back to health and now they are cared for. Definitely worth the visit when you drive by Logan.

My family and my brother-in-law and his family went for the trick-or-treat zoo activity. They had bounce houses, multiple fall activities throughout the zoo, and even little treat bags for the kids. The animals were well taken care of and were happy to interact with everyone. Especially a beautiful cockatoo bird who danced for everyone. Very cute zoo!

My family and I had an amazing day at Zootah for Mother's Day weekend. We enjoyed feeding the conures and had an up close and personal experience with some of their animal ambassadors including a hedgehog, armadillo, skunk, uromastyx, and wallaby. We then enjoyed a private lunch in their Wildlife Learning Center. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and would highly recommend. Also, the cost for a day's experience was very reasonable. Thank you!

I can see that they are trying to make some major improvements to this Zoo, but the memories I have of this 15 years ago see so much different than what I experienced, and it was very sad and disappointing. We used to "donate" $1.50 and see parrots, and many animals that were being "rehabilitated" or used for education. But now it is $9/per person and there are just ducks (that are eating way too much food (because bags can be bought for $1.50 extra) and a dozen amazing (but sad) animals. The "new" lemurs were cool to see but it makes me sad to see that there really needs to be more basic upkeep.

Great little place to visit with family and friends. Fun spot lots of interesting animals, but not crowded or hectic. Hometown zoo feel, and a great place to go on an impromptu visit.
Tyler M — Google review
So disappointed to come here after seeing great reviews online and then getting there and they had very few animals out. I thought we would be there for a couple of hours but we walked the whole park in 20-30 minutes. They did have a lot of ducks and some birds. We do not plan on returning.

It took 27 years to complete the building which started its construction in 1864.
This is one of the coolest church buildings to meet in. The organ alone in this building gives this place 5 stars. Dawg... Stairs? And a balcony?!? 5 stars to any church building with stairs. I hope this place never goes

Family restaurant
Juniper Take Out & Restaurant is a fast-food spot that offers American classics like burgers, roast turkey, and fried chicken in a casual counter-serve setting. They take pride in using their own recipes for various items such as rolls, cookies, brownies, cakes, house cheesecake, sauces, salads, gravies, potatoes and soups.
Semi casual comfort food options. Everything tasted good. Roast turkey was very tender. A couple of juice options at the soda machine is a nice other option as well. I like the way the seating area is set up, but it can feel quite crowded when busy.

This is a great little restaurant with a family atmosphere, cute. Good prices. It's kinda self service. You order up front, get your own drinks and silverware and they bring ya the food. Had the pot roast, mashed potatoes, vegetable medley and a coke for 15 bucks. It was pretty good, not like, the pulled pot roast more of a brisket type cut, bur a good experience overall🥰

This is one of my favorite places to eat every time I come home to Logan!! I have dreamt of this place when I haven’t been able to get it living far away. I highly recommend to anyone needing some good comfort food! My favorite is the turkey steak on sourdough with their steak fries. It’s big enough to share but if you’re really hungry you could eat it alone. I also have to get a roll with the honey butter. Basically my dessert. Though they have their very own high quality desserts as well. Another favorite is the turkey special. Comes with mashed potatoes, a side of green beans, and a roll. This also comes in a kids size serving! If you’re in the mood for soup the tomato macaroni is the bomb💣

Walked in tonight and ordered to go, they were so prompt and quick in getting the food done and out to us. The guy that took our order was very charismatic, kind, and helpful with everything on the menu. We took our food home and just got done eating, DELICIOUS, and the peach parfait for dessert was exceptional! 10 out of 10 recommend!

A first glance might dismiss it as just another takeout meal, but a closer look reveals the heart and soul of a truly great local establishment. The image, showcasing a meal from Juniper in Logan, Utah, is a testament to the simple, profound joy of American comfort food done right. It’s an invitation, not just to a delicious meal, but to an experience that nourishes the community as much as the individual. This is not the soulless, mass-produced fare of a national chain; this is food made with care, precision, and a deep understanding of what makes a meal memorable. Consider the sandwich, the star of the foreground. The bread, likely a simple white or sourdough, is toasted to a perfect, even golden-brown, promising a satisfying crunch that gives way to a soft interior. It’s not burnt or uneven, but expertly crisped, a small detail that speaks volumes about the kitchen's attention to craft. Peeking from within are fresh layers of ingredients—a hint of crisp lettuce, the promise of savory meats and perhaps a slice of cheese—forming a humble masterpiece of texture and flavor. This isn't just a sandwich; it's the kind of sandwich you crave, the one that hits the spot every single time. Beside it lies a generous portion of thick-cut steak fries, each one a golden wedge of potato perfection. They aren’t the flimsy, forgettable fries found elsewhere. These possess a substantial, hearty quality, appearing crispy on the outside while promising a fluffy, steaming interior. They are the ideal companion for the sandwich, ready to be dipped into the accompanying sauce—likely a house-made fry sauce, a beloved Utah staple. In the background, another classic is executed with similar finesse: crispy chicken tenders that offer a familiar, comforting appeal. Every element on these plates works in harmony, delivering a powerful one-two punch of satisfaction. But the excellence of Juniper extends beyond the food itself. This is what it means to be a great local establishment. In an age of culinary globalization, Juniper stands as a proud bastion of local flavor and community spirit. It’s a place woven into the fabric of Logan, a reliable go-to for students, families, and professionals alike. To eat at Juniper is to support a local dream, to invest in the neighbors and friends who pour their passion onto every plate. The friendly service, the consistent quality, and the unpretentious atmosphere are hallmarks of a business that is deeply rooted in its community. It thrives not on massive marketing budgets, but on word-of-mouth praise and the loyalty of patrons who know they can count on a fantastic meal. Juniper is more than a restaurant; it’s a cornerstone of the local dining scene, proving that the most resonant culinary experiences are often found right in our own backyards, served without pomp, but with an abundance of heart.

Ordered the 4 piece fried chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy. They have a sign that says made to order, yet my to go order took less than 5 minutes. The “fried chicken” was pretty much store bought frozen chicken, you can taste the reheating. The mashed potatoes were solid as a rock and the gravy had no flavor. I took one bite of the chicken and threw the rest in the garbage. That’s $12 dollars I’ll never get back. Stay away from this place
Roberto V — Google review
This is a cozy location, not an upscale restaurant. The food is not bad, but definitely seems like grocery store food reheated or repurposed. I got the sourdough BBQ, and it tasted like Lloyd's pulled pork. It wasn't bad at all, but it's not what I expected. The atmosphere was clean and the cashiers were very friendly. Adding almost $6.50 for fries and a drink is a bit much, but they're a small business. I can understand the need.

When in Logan, a visit to Aggie Ice Cream @ The Creamery is a must. This iconic ice cream has been perfected and sold on the Utah State University campus since 1888. The most popular flavor, Aggie Blue Mint, is a delightful swirl of chocolate cookies, white chocolate, and mint. It's not just about the ice cream; it's also an opportunity to experience USU's student section during basketball or football season.
I wish I lived closer or else this would be my top place to visit for ice cream. I like that there’s so many flavors and even though there’s no toppings provided, the ice cream itself is so good. The smell when you walk in is so good, the waffle cones are made that day and the chocolate dipped ones are delicious! They are pretty big though. The Oreo chocolate dipped one was even good on its own. The girls that work there are so kind and fun to talk to. I would highly recommend.

Enjoyed an Aggie ice cream the other day. It was pretty good. Single scoop seemed pretty big but I guess for 7 bucks it should be. Cute little place on campus. They sell chesses and milk there too. First time there so it was nice to try it out.

My husband took me here for an ice cream date, never have I been here before. I was very pleased with everything, from the delicious ice cream, the customer service and the environment. Not to mention the heaping amount of ice cream they give you. Also the smell in there was delicious, I didn't realize they make their own cones! We both had the Aggie's bull tracks. 😋 Definitely the best ice cream in the valley along with their cheese curds!
Kristie G — Google review
The variety and quality of ice cream is amazing. There isn't a huge number of flavors, but they cover everything from chocolatey to fruity to extra sugary (the one with sprinkles). They have at least one sherbet flavor. The quality is amazing. It is so creamy. The flavors are well balanced. For example in the ROTC flavor there is a raspberry swirl with the chocolate ice cream and cookie pieces (or maybe it was chocolate pieces), but no one flavor was over powering any other. They tasted great together!

This was our 1st time here. The people there were really kind and helpful. Lots of very unique flavors. I we liked the space debris and the apple float one. The portions were a good size with even the smallest one they offer.

✨️Time for a history lesson!✨️ Anytime someone uses the phrase "plain vanilla," as if it somehow means boring or unoriginal, I kind of laugh to myself.😅 Apparently, folks don't know the real history of vanilla. For starters, it's the second most expensive spice in the world (#1 is saffron). Vanilla is the only edible fruit out of THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND species of orchid. Frankly, it's a statistical miracle. It requires a special tropical climate to grow, and each flower blooms for, wait for it....one day. 😳 Pound for pound, vanilla seeds are worth more than silver. Historically, only kings could afford such a rare delicacy as vanilla. Not to mention the invention of ice cream itself, which would have required sending an expedition to the mountains to bring back ice during a hot summer. 🔥🧊 And yet here I am, casually enjoying this frozen USU Aggie Creamery dessert flavored with one of the most miraculous spices in the world. You may call it "plain vanilla." I call it a miracle. Modern life is pretty amazing if you have an attitude of gratitude 🙏🏼 🥹 ♥️

It was a long wait, but was worth it. At least you got to watch and read about the history of the Aggie Creamery. The Ice Cream prices were extremely reasonable, and you could eat your ice cream there inside or out, but they also had prepackaged pints that you could take with you. I thought it was really interesting that they made their own waffle cones and waffle bowls. I ordered the lemon custard ice cream, and it was absolutely delicious. My sister ordered the Aggie Blue Mint and it was interestingly delicious with mint and Oreos. The only thing that I would suggest is that when the ice cream gets down to the bottom they should immediately replace it with a new ice cream container and not give a customer less than the rest of the people in their group. Five stars for the ice cream, but 2 stars for the service that I received. Everyone else in my group received amazing service.

I recently had the most exhilarating experience at Heber Hatchets, a local hatchet throwing venue. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Liza Pierson was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to explain the proper techniques and safety guidelines. The range itself was well-maintained and equipped with a variety of targets. I particularly enjoyed the opportunity to try different hatchets and see which one suited my throwing style best. The targets were challenging but achievable, providing a satisfying sense of accomplishment with each successful throw. Overall, my time at Heber Hatchets was an absolute blast. It was a fantastic way to relieve stress, have fun with friends, and learn a new skill. I highly recommend this unique and exciting experience to anyone looking for something different to do. And watch out for Liza Pierson, one day she’s gonna own the place!

My kids have always loved coming to this place. They always have good time and have had birthday parties and such here. As mentioned in other reviews they are extremely particular and sticklers on their socks. Which I suppose I can begin to try understand, however, but while I was signing the waiver for my toddler, the individual who was running the desk was following my 18 month old around trying to hand him a package of socks while I was signing the waiver. Then she proceeded to look at the other socks my kids had on their feet and a couple other pairs I had from my purse. To which she said “we don’t accept that brand. He’ll need socks” Fortunately my neighbor had “jump zone” socks in her car that she let me borrow for two of my kids. Maybe it was an off day here but I was definitely less impressed with the customer service. *Edit it must be a really bad day here* my oldest son was nearby me and my baby (in the toddler area), and he was asked to leave the area my a staff member. When I ask for clarification if my oldest son needed to not be here, then she asked me “oh, is he with you? Then he can come back.” Last thing has happened which I am feeling unsure about is I was following my 18 month old around (as I feel like I should be a mom) and someone flagged me down and said that because I don’t have a wristband and I need to go either purchase one or sit on the sides, but I cannot be on the trampolines. So then I had to just watch my toddler fall down into the little bouncy crevices where it was hard for him to get up, all because I didn’t have a wristband, but I wasn’t jumping. It just seem to very cut throat and not very realistic when chasing my toddler around. Kids still really enjoy the jumps zone and we will more than likely still be coming as they all enjoy still it. I would just definitely have a heads up on the socks, but not I am completely sure what was happening with the customer service. I hope this isn’t normal or anyone else experiences their visit like this one.
Danielle R — Google review
Small variety of jumping areas and it was really busy and we had an issue when our kids were told to stop jumping 20 minutes into their activity by a staff member and asked to take off their orange sky zone socks, because they were not wearing the brand name green "jump zone" socks. It is a liability issue I was told, but funny thing is, the orange sky zone socks provide better support and grip for safety.... It just made for an awkward conversation that interrupted my kids having fun and involved me talking with management about using their less grippy green socks if they wanted to continue participating. They did give us the green socks free to use for the trouble though because we were just visiting the area for the day.
Chris R — Google review
Plenty of parking, handicap spots near the entrance. Place was clean, lighting was good. Restroom was well maintained. Lots of trampolines! Area segmented off for toddlers. Rest of the area is for the older kids. Grownups are welcome to join at any of the areas. Plenty of chairs and couches for sitting while not jumping. Several large fans help to keep air flowing and for kids to stand in front of to cool down. Foam pit, air filled pillow, dodge ball, climbing wall, hoops and balls, rope swings, snack station. Go, you and your family will have a lot of fun!
Jeremy L — Google review
Our son loves jump zone! The birthday events go by fast just because you can only have the space for a couple hours, recommend pizza quick and easy clean up. Great place to let your kids let off some steam and play with friends!

Great value for a birthday party! We were able to bring in food and bought a package that included the birthday cake (which came from a fabulous local bakery... it was seriously so great!) They provided decorations (lots of color options available), paper goods, trampoline socks, and a gift card for the birthday child. The waiver was a little tricky to find online... that was the only snag we hit. We would go again!

Fun place to party for kids 3 and up to adults. We had a birthday party here today and it went great.
Kyle N — Google review
I had a birthday for my daughter here. First impression as we walk in was just an upset girl at the front. The staff was rude and acted like they hated kids, their job and life in general. We were the only people in there for a while and the staff just followed us around with their arms folded and glaring at us. Just watched us the whole time making it so uncomfortable. Yelled at my 11 year old daughter and her friends for kicking the balls in the dodgeball area. It was just them inside and idk why it even matters. They watch you like hawks waiting for you to do something wrong. It’s like they get off on yelling at kids. I paid $250 and the kids only got an hour of jump time and the kids were upset. The place smelled like mold and other nasty things as well. Grossed us all out. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They love being mean, especially to kids.

With affordable ticket prices and reasonably priced snacks, it's a great option for a budget-friendly movie outing. The smaller theaters provide an intimate setting with ample seating availability. Customers appreciate the friendly manager and emphasize on good customer service.
Nothing beats $4 movies, which means more money for food there!! The popcorn and pop are still overpriced because it’s a movie theater but honestly it’s still cheaper than a normal movie theaters food, and it’s still really good! Smaller theaters are actually kinda nice and there usually isn’t a ton of people there. The seats are just average movie theater seats, but we usually go to this for all of our cheap date nights! :)

Bit naff just not great. Tickets were inexpensive, screen and sound were average. Concessions had almost anything you would expect at a theater. Seating was old but adequate. Still a nice venue for new movies. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Picture clarity and sound quality are great!

Really great little cheap theater! $4 admission as of Feb 2017. Screens are bigger than you might think, picture and sound are good. Concessions are pretty cheap, and the popcorn is consistently really good. Great place to catch a movie you missed, but still want to see on the big screen.
Spenny — Google review
Great deal! It's nice to go see movies here because the tickets are cheap, and the popcorn isn't crazy expensive. Their aren't really crowds, so there's no fighting for seats, and often times a movie that isn't in the other theaters anymore is still at Cinefour. The manager Carter is also really nice, and they emphasize customer service. I would recommend it, especially if you dont want the movies to cost you an arm and a leg.
Colton G — Google review
🎥Great place to go see movies at a discounted price! The concessions are quite cheap as well! You can get admission to the movie, a large popcorn🍿, drinks🥤 and candy🍬 for the same price or cheaper than the bigger theaters. The only problem is that the seats are not elevated much. But is only a problem when someone sits in front of you. Other than that it's great!🎥
Kyler F — Google review
Not completely horrible. Definitely old and mildly rundown. Fair for the price. Was not happy that they made such a big fuss over bringing in my own sealed water bottle. I understand that movie theatres have a rule against bribing in your own food or drink, but I have never had a problem with this at any other theatre. I could not even bring in my own empty bottle to fill at the fountain. Such a big deal over something practically insignificant. Ruined my initial impression of a new theatre. The worker was rude towards me during the beginning interaction, but once I agreed to buy their water...was the sweetest person. Unhappy overall.
YaegerOaks — Google review
This has been the theater my parents took me since I was little, the place has only gotten better and better as time goes on. The theater is always well cleaned, the prices for movies are the best around, the staff could give the Chick fil A staff a run for their money. It really feels like a place you can take the family.

Although usual clean, my latest experience was sticky. Seats are well used and not as comfortable as you would hope. Service is friendly. Would have given a four star, but the sticky floors where I was sitting was the deciding factor. Good price for a movie.

Only negative is the lack of any free parking without a long walk. Local churches or east of tri-ads is your best options. Otherwise pay. I'd recommend tail-gating in a paid lot. Amazing food, great service — highly recommend! We had such a great experience at Tandoori Oven. The food was absolutely delicious, seriously mind blowing flavors and everything was super fresh. The prices were really reasonable too, especially for the quality. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff were friendly, fast and really on top of everything. We had ordered vegetable samosas as an appetizer but they never made it to the table. At the end of the meal, without us even saying anything, someone from the staff brought it up, apologized and asked if we still wanted to eat them there, have them to go or just remove them from the bill. Since we’d ordered them as a starter, we asked to take them off but they not only removed them from the bill, they still gave us the samosas for free. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare and really appreciated. The ambience was great too, warm, clean and inviting. All around, just an awesome dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!

I would have given a 3.5 on this one, it was good although the appetizers were overcooked and hard and the dishes looked nice but lacked flavor. The sauce was fine although it seemed like there was not as much flavor in the meat as before. It is connected to a store on the side and parking is difficult to find at lunch. The Naan was good

This was our third time eating in an Indian restaurant. It the three we have tried, this would be out second choice. The service was excellent and the food was good. The seating area is getting a bit worn and is showing its age making the atmosphere a bit cafeteria like. We would return. Good food but not the best we’ve had. Note the automatic 15% service fee added they add to your check!
Susan H — Google review
I know I’m going to be of the minority giving a three star. I think it’s because I had compared the taste of everything to one of the other local Indian restaurants in my neighborhood and I swear I can’t go to any other place. I also was really looking forward to this place so I think I put it on a pedestal for a while. Part of the problem for us was likely that we didn’t add a lot of spice to our our butter chicken which was incredibly bland that evening. Even the garlic naan didn’t taste very garlicky. Again, I could have set my expectations too high. This is probably the best Indian restaurant in cache valley or northern Utah…but I certainly cannot give it a five star. I even ordered the onion naan later just to see if any of the other naan was good. It was slightly better. Service was phenomenal. I think we could have just ordered the wrong things. The drinks were good. The chicken coconut kurma was good and the shrimp sag was good too.
Alicia — Google review
Friendly staff, incredible food. I played it safe and got the chicken Tikka masala. It's was really great. I ordered the spicy one and felt like it was more of a medium level (but spicyness is so subjective). The mango lassi was super good, wish I could have one everyday. I never take leftovers home on work trips but this meal was so good that I did. Fantastic place, 10/10 would recommend!!

Excellent! Attentive service & quick preparation. I had Vegetable Coconut Kurma, Garlic Naan and Mango Chutney. The food was amazing.
Stephanie S — Google review
Food is good. 15% service fee is forced upon you. You need their styrofoam shell to take the food along, another 6%. No mint sauce with the biryani, no problem, a thimble full of mint sauce for 75c. Want a bit more yoghurt sauce, sure - that was another $3.99 surprise on the bill. We will not be back.
Jacques P — Google review
Food and service were good. The table I was at showed damage. Seems like the furnishing are worn. The most frustrating thing was the surprise at the end. Beware, they added an additional 15% to my bill because they "are a service based restaurant." This may have been posted somewhere, but it wasn't obvious to me and nothing was stated. I probably would have tipped a little extra, but not when I'm already charged without knowing beforehand.

Nestled in a charming cottage just a stone's throw from Main Street, Le Nonne Ristorante Italiano offers an inviting blend of Northern Italian cuisine and a warm, homey atmosphere. With delightful patio seating and the soothing sounds of live jazz music, it’s the perfect spot for both special celebrations and casual dinners. The menu is a treasure trove of authentic dishes featuring homemade pastas, gnocchi, and rich sauces that highlight fresh ingredients.
My favorite place to eat by far in Cache Valley is here! I've tried other similarly priced Italian places in Oregon and Washington and Le Nonne is hands down, far better than any of them! Food is always good, service is great. We usually go without making reservations and on off days they have no problems getting you seated in 20 minutes or less. If it's a weekend, make reservations ahead of time. Eating outside is also a great experience.

Wowwwwwww 🤩 that was phenomenal!! I’ll be thinking about that place for a long time. My husband and I went there for our 8 year anniversary and we were so impressed. Seriously 10/10!!! We got the king crab ravioli and the lemon caper chicken (can’t remember the Italian names lol) and the tiramisu for dessert. They were chill with us bringing our baby on our date. We will be back!
Ashlyn B — Google review
Our first time here. We've heard a lot of good about the place, however we were honestly underwhelmed. The special of the night, caprese pasta had at least a 1/4 of a cup of what looked like pasta water at the bottom of the dish. They said that it was to keep it from getting dry. Seems like a toss in olive oil would do the job. Hubby had the steak. It was seasoned with fresh rosemary, but was otherwise bland, a sprinkle of sea salt would have been lovely. But there was not even any on the table. He did like the crispy potatoes and the zucchini. The last thing, which honestly surprised me was the parmesan cheese that they brought to the table. It was the kind that you buy in the "shakey bottle with the green lid" I would think that an authentic Italian restaurant would be proud to use fresh parmesan. Sitting out on the patio was nice. We just wish the food was a bit more.
Erika D — Google review
Last night I visited Le Nonne for the first time in several years. They did not disappoint! I particularly like to sit in the patio area. I enjoyed one of the specials of the day. Pork loin medallions in a tasty lemon caper sauce. It was accompanied by potatoes with a nice Rosemary seasoning and asparagus spears. For dessert, Tiramisu! Devine!

Fantastic Italian restaurant in Logan. Everything was superb; the food, service and atmosphere were great. Live music on the outdoor patio added to the ambiance.

Lovely spot for a special occasion. Very delicious food. Harp player outside. Romantic atmosphere outside. Quite loud and busy inside. Highly recommend
Libby — Google review
The waitress was prompt, polite, and performed her job well. The atmosphere was pleasant with a live harp playing. My wife ordered the Caprese which was deliciousand looked great. Unfortunately, this "authentic" Italian restaurant doesn't use pure olive oil even with the complimentary bread its a soybean/olive blend. I wanted a Ceasars salad but according to the server use a soybean/olive oil blend in their salad dressing which anyone with a G.I. issue usually should not consume. I ordered the charcuterie board which oddly came with several different meats but only some mozzarella balls for the cheese.

Jack's Wood-Fired Oven is a cozy outpost that prides itself on offering gourmet pizza, pasta, and desserts, along with live music on select nights. The owners are committed to serving good food made from locally-sourced ingredients. Their pizzas are particularly popular for their creative use of local ingredients, such as the Pig and the Peach pizza featuring fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, huckleberries, thyme, and chipotle peach syrup.
Dinner at Jack’s Wood-Fired Oven was incredible. There was a live band playing music from the moment we walked in, and the decor and wall art were amazing. Our server, Madeleine, was an absolute darling, and the pizza itself was delicious. The crust was the perfect blend between a crispy outside and a soft interior, and the sauce, cheese, and meat blended together perfectly. They had in-house ranch at no extra charge! Would highly recommend!

My friends have been hyping this place up. I've heard all about their creative pizzas, and I gotta be honest, it was pretty good. Tried the BIG Lu bowski and the Cozumel. Fun pizzas , good crust. The friendly staff and cozy environment make it stand out from other donut shops. Visitors rave about their delicious offerings, including seasonal surprises like apple spice and pumpkin fritter donuts, as well as cute decorative options perfect for parties.
Probably my favorite donuts around Cache Valley! Great history with the valley as well. They always have tons of options. Inside is fun with retro coffee shop vibes. A little pricey - but I keep coming back. When I asked my 3-year old if he liked his donut, he said “I want a thousand googolplex more!”
Tanner G — Google review
This was a very interesting donut store. We saw some advertisements and thought we would give it a try. I like the drive through option but we decided to walk on. Check out my photos for that. I like the seating arrangement, great to get a snack and finish up homework or catch up with friends. However we were leaving town and it was near the end of the shift and we thought we would check out the store. They only offered a closing time discount for some doughnuts (their classic) and not for the speciality Fancy) ones. 🤔 We thought that was very odd, considering they were cake donuts. I can get discounts at other stores for classic doughnuts and for better prices. You would think that if you are closing in two minutes you would want to sell everything so you can start fresh, but that's not my call. You can see in my picture they still had a ton of "fancy" doughnuts left over and it was one minute before closing. We ended up buying a dozen of their fancy doughnuts. Check out the pictures for those. I was really impressed with the glazed croissant doughnut. They have that one down perfectly, light and fluffy fun to pull apart. However the "filled" doughnuts were filled with..... What?... You can see my pictures for that 😂. Had to eat the whole doughnut to find out what was in it, then had to check the receipt because I still had no idea 😱. Then the lemon poppy seed doughnut that was actually pretty good. I was quite impressed with it. The chocolate dough was like any other, then the "maple bar" had a ton of maple and sugar. It was very overwhelming and we divided that one up into six pieces because it was over powering. Then we got another lemon doughnut, and it was supposed to a filling as well. Checked the sides and there were puncture markers for a supposed filling. Apparently it wasn't very "filling". 😁 Anyways if I go back it will be for the glazed doughnuts and maybe the lemon poppy seed. They are very expensive compared to other stores such as Banbury Cross doughnuts, and even Lee's Market place. I personally prefer fritters and so far nobody beats Lees Market for those. Check out my photos for those doughnuts!
Casey S — Google review
Went last Friday night, and they had closed early because they were all out of doughnuts. There wasn't a sign on the drive-thru though, but we eventually noticed it on the front door. (Not sure why they didn't notify people at the drive thru ordering area)! I went the next morning, and they were out of the pumpkin old-fashioned spuddy that I wanted to try, so I ordered a different one. They just placed the doughnut at the bottom of the bag, and there was whip cream all over in the bag. Also with the other doughnut I got for my daughter they just placed it on top of the peaches and cream doughnut, so it had cream and some peach on her maple bar. On another note- the girl working there wasn't very friendly. She wasn't rude, just low in her attitude. Not the best experience!

We are huge fans of this place! Let’s be honest—most donuts are incredible. But Johnny O's takes it to the next level! I'm drooling just thinking about a chocolate bar right now. Plus, the friendly staff and cozy environment make this a cut above other donut shops. This place is a regular for us! Sometimes, I go to get a pic, and I’m too late. All the donuts are gone. They’re THAT good! And my kids love all the festive/seasonal ones they do. ❤️ You can’t go wrong!

We love Morty’s in St. George! This location was a little bit different and ultimately, we would only go to Morty’s in St. George! Haha. We love what we get here, but the vibe and the food tasted a little different. My son’s nuggets were overcooked. My Morty’s burrito was still amazing. The tortilla ripped so it was kind of a challenge to keep it together. Overall, just eat here! You will love it!

You’ve got to try the scone fries with the honey butter sauce. So yummy! We love their fries. They are crispy but not overly cooked. We are addicted to fry sauce. We like the shakes. Very big juicy burgers! Fries and onion rings are very good as well. Got the Philly cheesesteak burger, and the steak strips on the burger were very tender, and the burger had a cheese pull with each bite. Super juicy will need napkins, lol.
Gracie G — Google review
Attempted to eat at Morty’s as it’s been a long time family favorite. We joined the drive through line with 2 cars in front of us, after over 45 minutes there was still one car in front of us and we had to just leave the line. While I understand the food is made fresh and it isn’t a fast food chain, this time seemed very excessive for after 7pm on a weeknight. Normally the food is great but I would say don’t plan on your visit here being timely.
Jamie — Google review
Overall I’d give this a 5 star because of the burger. Fast casual can be harder to differentiate but also it is also easier because little things go a long way, like clean tables, engaging staff and clean restrooms. So let’s break this down 1. Food quality - 5 stars. This was one of the best burgers I’ve had. A variety of toppings and well placed - photos are reality. 2. Service - 4 Stars. The team was fine but it want until I engaged that the girl at the POS system warmed up. 3. Vibe - I liked the small quaint little feel. Was clean and comfortable. Fries were great, onion rings were ok but I’m always on the lookout for a great onion ring serving. My kids go to school here in Logan so we will be back. Just step up the dining experience a little and I would say this would be endeared by all.

Logan Aquatic Center is a fantastic destination for families and kids, offering a variety of amenities such as a kiddie pool, deep pool, slides, diving boards, and locker rooms. The center also features a spacious grassy lawn for relaxation and fun. With its huge outdoor pool and large waterslides, it's an ideal spot for all ages to enjoy. Visitors appreciate the separate pools catering to both experienced swimmers and youngsters with a sizable wading area.
We went to the pool today (5/24). Considering it’s Memorial Day weekend I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t super crowded! I was worried that it wouldn’t be warm enough since the projected high for the day was 75 degrees, but it was absolutely beautiful! Plus, they heat the larger/deeper pool and I think they may heat the pool at the end of the slides. Both were perfectly comfortable. The kiddie pool was a bit chilly this early in the season, but regardless, we had an awesome day at the pool!
Ryan W — Google review
It's alright. The slides are fun (straight one), and relaxing (swirly one). Although, the pool is usually very crowded, so you can never find a spot to do some good swimming. The kid pool had poop in it so that was bad. I saw these two lifeguards cleaning it up as I swam near the edge of the big pool. They looked disgusted. Overall, I'd say its a good place to go once in a while, but not always. And not on holidays. And don't take kids to swim in the kid pool. Make sure they can swim in the big one.
Benjamin S — Google review
Love Logan Aquatic Pool! Lifeguards are keeping us safe. Parents please pay attention to your children. Food is reasonable. Bring your own shade and food if you don't like theirs. It's so pretty when the sun starts to go down 🌞

Jennifer M — Google review
The upkeep is lacking. Broken tiles and chairs. They had bugs in their water most of the summer- not including ones that died by accident. But water swimmers and water bugs. Very gross. The pool has gone down in quality over the last couple years. Very disappointing.
Jami H — Google review
Nice, large facility, with a huge waterslide and wading pool, as well as a 50 meter lap pool. Looks like a great place for kids, but not great for lap swimming, which for some reason is only available a few hours a day. The water in the lap pool was so cloudy that I could barely see the lane lines on the bottom or the walls at ends of my lane. No flags at the ends to warn that you are approaching the wall when doing backstroke.
Eric R — Google review
My experience was amazing! There is a deep big pool and a kids one! There is 2 slides and 3 trampolines I think. You can also buy food there which is amazing too!!!! Hope the person that is reading this before going enjoy!!
Mirella — Google review
I was surprised by the price but at this point that should have been the warning. This place is run by teenagers and they all have different rule books. We aren't from the area so we were very vigilant in trying to watch for what we were allowed to do. We noticed a lot of kids getting whistled at for different things so we started asking the lifeguards before we did ANYTHING. Huge mistake apparently because one person would tell us something was okay and then they would switch and the next one would be whistling and hollering at us. We tried talking to the people at the desk for clarity and they just told us one of the lifeguards was just quiet and didnt want to tell us no? What? Then apparently during break only 5 and under or 18 and older can be in but then I saw little kids being told to get out too so that was confusing in itself. Then if the kids want to go in the deep end they have to have a life jacket but you cant even swim in the deep end as it's for diving. Just a total mess. Thank god I dont live here because I never have to deal with it again. I honestly would pay more just for yall to get on the same page.

I always recommend ordering on their first order available. Otherwise, their is cross contamination. The gluten-free crust is the best I have had so far. Flavor wise, pretty good. Price is on the pricier side at $19.80. Please note that during order, if done thru Doordash, it asks for sauce. Normally, it assumed it is dipping sauce it is not. It is put directly on the pizza, hence the lower rating. So don't add unless desired.

Visitors can explore the Nora Eccles Harrison Museum of Art at Utah State University nearby.
This is such a wonderful park with something for kids of all ages. We went just a couple days ago so it was quite cold, but still very fun. Clean park, bathrooms on hand, splash pad for the summer, and soccer fields for sports!
Kiara S — Google review
This is a large park that seems rather uninteresting from the road but once you drive into it and past the first parking lot and into the back you see all it has to offer! In the front next to the road is an old barn style pavilion next to an old toddler size playground, a basketball court, and tennis court. There are tall trees here and the little playground is shaded. There is also a good sized parking lot. In the fall this is where the North Logan pumpkin walk begins and ends after it snakes through more of the park. As you drive further into the park, you pass three well-kept baseball diamonds with small bleachers and a public bathroom. Next you pass some large grassy areas with a disc golf course Next is a great playground for lots of ages! There are two rope climbing structures, a large three story play structure, and a medium-size younger kid play structure. There are lots of swings, including a merry-go-round three swing set. The trees are small so none of the playground has shade. A splash pad is just south of the playground. It's very cold at the beginning of the summer. I heard from other guests that it gets warmer as the season goes on. This is the kind of splash pad with poles and loops that spray water. There are some small table-like structures that have water coming up like a fountain that little kids like a lot. There is a very large pavilion full of picnic tables and a building with bathrooms west of the playground and splash pad near the parking there. And a few picnic tables are scattered near the large playground. Last of all of a sand volleyball court and probably enough grass and nets for at least two soccer games. Throughout the park are paved walking trails. It's a lovely place for a walk. The walkways are wide enough for a stroller and for little kids on bikes. There are benches and trees by the walkways. It would be great for walking with your dog or a friend.
Marie P — Google review
Really great park but, please advice this specific park play feature is cracking at one of the 4 bolts and is completely missing one of the others both on the same side.
Carter D — Google review
We are from out of town. This was the last fun thing to do with our grands before we had to leave at 11. We came especially on a hot morning to play in the splash pad. There were no hours posted so chose this park. Got here at 9:30 only to find the water is not turned on until 11. Well after we have to leave. Hours need to be posted on the website to avoid disappointment for the children. There are also no benches for parents and grandparents to sit and watch the kids at the playground/splash pad. That does not make for a comfortable visit for older people when they have to sit on the ground. There was also dogs all over and none of the poop was being cleaned up. It was just left to be stepped in. It seems like it could be a nice place if there was more care taken to include everyone and if rules for dogs were followed.
Dawna B — Google review
It's such a great park. Has a unique playground, tons of fields, a walking path, baseball field, and even a little splash pad. It is well kept, too. The only downside right now is the road closure, but you can still get to the park despite the road being closed. The splash pad opens Memorial Day weekend typically.

This park was wonderful. The story of this park was breathtaking. There are so many things for all ages. There is workout equipment throughout for adults, misters for summer time, a toddler area....truly wonderful. There are bathrooms but they are closed in winter.

This is a fun perk to hit up even in the snow! I like how they have sperate areas for different age groups. They have swings, monkey bars, places to explore, creative teeter toters, etc. There are open fields to play at and bring a soccer ball, Frisbee and bat and ball. There are not any goal posts but there is a ball diamond. There is shade as well but it is mainly on the edges of the park. There are some restrooms there but they were closed. Probably for the winter. The only issue I find is that the park is not close enough to food. It would be great to grab food and take it to the park and let the kids run.

The absolute best park I have ever been to! There is really easy parking, more grass than you could ever imagine, sand for the kids, and a bigger part than I've. Best of all there's even a tire swing which are pretty rare these days. I only get to see my kids one day a week and we spent 5 hours straight here and it was more fun than the fun park in logan! Highly highly recommend!

Very fun place to bring kids! Nice open grass area as well for sports if wanted. Covered benches if too sunny, big park for kids of all ages. Swings, soda machines by bathrooms and has trash cans. 5/23 always fun 4/24 pavilions and soda machines are now gone. Still fun though.

My kids loved this park! So much fun. And so good with all levels of abilities! Very safe park also, lots of parks have openings up high that i worry about my young kids falling from, but this is very protective.
Aspen G — Google review
Great Park big fields you can do like other activities there's a sandbox that somebody annoyingly put a volleyball net in yeah good Park overall I really like it it's nice and shady in the afternoon so it's not too hot its dude
Marshall S — Google review
This playground is built to be accessible, but the playground at Edith Bowen is definitely more wheelchair friendly than this one. My toddler loved it but I noticed there were already a lot of wasps hidden in the playground and in the surrounding bench areas in early April. Can’t imagine how much worse it will get as more people picnic and the weather gets warmer. There are plenty of big trees and shady grassy areas in the area to sit and we will definitely be returning throughout the year.
Erin B — Google review
Not well kept up on maintenance on play equipment. Missing bolts on slide. An end piece of slide totally missing. Bathroom was dingy. Water fountain broken. Ropes for kids to climb coming apart. Not safe for kids to play.

Park
Whittier Center Adventure Playground in Logan is a must-visit for families with kids of all ages. The playground is made from Trex, ensuring safety and fun without worrying about splinters. Divided into two parts - Totland for toddlers and another section for older kids, it caters to the needs of children with special requirements as well. The playground is well-maintained and mostly fenced, providing a safe environment for kids to play while parents can relax and watch over them.
So nice to have a playground that my escape artist child can't just run away from. It's a super cute playground and mostly fenced to keep kiddos in. Very hot in the summer which is made worse by the turf flooring, but we all still had a great time.
Jayden W — Google review
I bring a less than 2 year old to play here. There is a terrific play structure/area complete with swings and slides and picnic tables. So fun, so well made and thought out.
Cynthia B — Google review
I was very impressed with the size of the playground and how well maintained it was. Fun things for a span of ages! The only downside was that I couldn't find a bathroom. Maybe the community center is open sometimes and has restrooms, but it was closed while we were there on a Saturday morning.
Kendra S — Google review
My kids love this playground, I just wish they could change the rubber surfacing, it makes the playground really hot
Andrea C — Google review
Fantastic park. They have a playground for all ages, and feel free to bring a picnic because they have tables and shade for the family.
James J — Google review
Large playground, area for small kids, area for large kids, swings, slides, monkey bars, bathroom, tire swing fireman's pole, rock wall pergolas, picnic tables.
Ammon M — Google review
Such a fun playground for all ages
Kristin D — Google review
Great playground! It is fenced in which is nice because it is along a road. There are ballet classes inside the Whittear Center so when the weather is warm I love to take kids to the playground while we're waiting for the ballet classes to get over. Just like most public playgrounds, the closure time is dusk, and the law enforcement does monitor the playgrounds so it is a safe place and relatively new playground. There are benches to sit on if you want to sit and do something while your kids are playing as well, or the parking lot is right next to the playground, so you could even sit inside your car and be able to see your kids perfectly from the car.

Mexican restaurant
Javier's Authentic Mexican Food is a restaurant owned by a Mexican, offering delicious and authentic Mexican delicacies in Logan. Established in Utah in 1991, it has expanded to seven other locations. The restaurant attracts both new and returning customers with its great-tasting food. Customers appreciate the lunch specials and well-cooked fish tacos, although some suggest adding sauce or fresh lemon for extra flavor.
This is delicious authentic Mexican food and they have some dishes that you just can't find at most Mexican places like pozole. The environment is fun and the staff are really personal and friendly. My cousins and I have decided that this is one of our favorite places to eat together.
Jade B — Google review
I was craving fish tacos and the lunch special helped me satisfy that craving. The fish was well cooked and everything tasted great. I would have preferred some type of sauce or maybe fresh lemon or lime to squeeze on, but other than that the flavor was good. It wasn't busy at all when I went (1:30ish on a Monday). Anyway, good food at a competitive price, and the staff was friendly. I'll probably be going back for more.
Clark S — Google review
I won't lie and tell you this is the best Mexican food in the Valley, but it is very good. It's good enough that I eat there at least once month, if not more. The best reason to go to the restaurant is the staff. The staff at Javier's are some of the friendliest and most prompt I have had serve me. The portions are huge so be prepared to take half home with you. The atmosphere is relaxed and as authentic as possible.
Natalie M — Google review
Food was good with large portions. They had a good variety of dishes on the menu. I like a couple of Mexican restaurants in town better, but as Mexican restaurants go I would say it is in the top 75%. I will definitely go back. Service was excellent. Parking was easy.
Mark B — Google review
Two stars for service which was terrible. Been there twice, the first time was slow, the second time was worse. I went into the kitchen to find a server to finally get our order placed after 15-20 minutes of eating a few chips. Waited another 20 minutes for our food. The server was very prompt to bring our check though. No tip the second time there! The third star for the food it was good.
Matt L — Google review
Food is good and typical Mexican fare. Today they were uncharacteristicly slow on taking our order and bringing food. But we were there early for dinner. We had a wonderful dessert that was deep-fried floor tortilla chips, with ice cream and a sweet sauce. Very tasty!
Jon B — Google review
This is definitely the worst mexican food in the valley. The service was good. Our waitress was nice. All of the food tasted canned. The Chili Verde tasted like ham straight out of a can. It was NOT good. The sauce was no better. I love chili Verde and have never left any on the plate until today. I ate half and couldn't stomach another bite. I knew we should have went to El Toro. :(

The Utah Theatre in Logan, located in Northern Utah's Cache Valley, is a beloved community spot. Visitors can also explore the American West Heritage Center in Wellsville for an exciting experience outside of downtown. While some patrons hope for a more diverse movie selection, others appreciate the classic film screenings and suggest themed movie nights like family movie Mondays or Sci-fi Fridays. Despite some sound system issues, visitors still enjoy their time at the theater and admire its charming remodel that maintains its classic vibe.
I swear this place revolves around my movie taste it's so awesome. Me and my fiends meet here often to hangout and watch classics

Pretty fun place! Cool atmosphere :) I love how each month they have different popular movies, so I’ve been able to see a lot of my favorites, that I haven’t had a chance to see on the big screen before, on the big screen. They just raised the prices which is a bummer. Before they raised the prices I told my wife we would go more often if it was cheaper, so now we’ll only go if we really want to see the movie on the big screen. The date night bundle is pretty nice. Sometimes the sound quality isn’t the best and it’s a little hard to hear
Ben W — Google review
We came and saw Les Miserables "School Edition." The talent did not disappoint! Upon attending I will state the audience attire was much more casual than I would have anticipated for such an incredible play! I also acknowledge this is more likely a personal preference than quality. With that in mind if you're looking for a more formal or fancy location this is NOT IT. If you like to not dress up, it's a good fit. They could definitely improve upon intermisison food options. Overall it was a good experience.

The building is extremely beautiful. When they renovated, they did an excellent job. I love the popcorn and their candy selection is big. Everything is priced extremely well. A great place for a family night, a date night or a lone movie night.

Suckadave — Google review
My wife and I had a wedding reception of ours here and it was absolutely fantastic. I realize this is not a wedding reception venue traditionally but they do offer private events on Tuesdays and Thursdays of the week usually. Their rate is $500 to rent out the theater for a private screening. For the service and experience they gave us, it was well worth it if you desire a screening for a large group of people. They had very good communication with us for arranging things beforehand. Their discounts on popcorn and drinks for the private screening are also very fair. They also have plenty of areas for meeting and greeting before and after including a beautiful rooftop with a great view of the mountains, though they are only available for the private screenings. We love this theater and everything they represent.
Nicholas L — Google review
This is a fun theatre. Went with my boys and had backseats on the floor in the middle. Plenty of legroom, the view was straight on and a little above the stage. Audio was great and so was the lighting, and the play was fantastic. Will go again.

There isn't a lot of places that I would describe as perfect. And Logan Canyon is perfect. The most gorgeous canyon in all of Utah. It has everything for every member of your family. Narrow steep canyon walls, open meadows, lots of picnic areas, camping options, and trailheads. Plenty of wildlife like deer and elk and bighorn sheep in this canyon. And when you are done in the canyon, you end at either Bear Lake, which has the deepest and most vibrant blue color, or the beautiful city of Logan. If you are in the Ogden area visiting, you absolutely need to do this.

I'm not an avid outdoorsman, but I enjoy nature. Encouraged by my three grandkids, we made it to Wind Cave after about 20 stops along the trail. The views were stunning and breathtaking. The hike to the top took us roughly two hours, while the descent took about 40 minutes. Bring water and a snack for the journey, and enjoy a wonderful adventure!
Drazzof — Google review
This hike is good for spring. The south facing trail is good if you want to avoid mud in the spring. There was one area that had some packed snow on the trail for about 100 yards (late march 2025) but it was manageable. This hike is fine but pretty overhyped. Good if you want to get a little bit of vert though. You could do a few laps if you want to get a workout

Came across musicians taking over the cave. They had a whole concert though out the night prior and still playing in the morning as we got there. We started tracing the music starting from half way to the cave. Very nice sound effect. View was amazing. The hike wasn’t too long.

It's October 1st. The red leaf peak has passed the prime. The trail is carpeted with colorful leaves and insects are chirping happily. The hill is burning with vibrant colors in the fall morning sun. The cave is amazing. If you are a shower singer you will love this place.

This hike is very nice, the trail was challenging at some points, and cave at the top have a great view of the valley. Got there around 7:30 am and there was plenty of parking. However, on the way down, we encountered a fairly steady stream of folks around 9am and parking was filling up. Enjoy!

Dag, the hike was a real pant-puffer, ain't no lyin'. Them views were so dang good, they'd slap your future! Seriously though, they were somethin' else, like a bald eagle wearin' a tuxedo ridin' a unicorn through a rainbow – just plain jaw-droppin' awesome! 🤩 The cave rocked a party-in-a-box vibe like it was tellin' the whole darn family to snag their tents and pitch em' on the edge! Like yo, just imagine! We could build a bonfire huge enough to signal Mars and crack jokes all night that would make even a stump laugh! N' those surrounding cliffs, some of 'em are so tall it would take a humming bird a week to fly to the top. That whole plate was worth its weight in gold teeth. I'd go back up there quicker than a hiccup at a hog callin' contest! You betcha bottom dollar! 😵‍💫🥸😎💯

Nice ride. Educational … well done. But nothing spectacular, I only went because the family wanted to. It’s a 40 min trailer ride around a bunch of elk eating and sitting there, but it’s in a lovely setting with the snow, and I liked the horses myself. We waited 45 min. Makes for great photos and kinda neat. Dressed in my ski bibs and stayed warm outside, but it was not that cold or windy when we went (day after Christmas). Lots of family groups with little kids. Very accommodating for wheelchair bound family member.

The park was pretty clean (and people were there working at the time too), and only one other family there when we went (aprox. 1-230pm on Friday). Play equipment was, of course, nowhere near shade and very hot. Bathrooms were good, with soap and running water, and plenty of space for a wheelchair/big stroller/wagon. Best part was actually at the back, over a bridge. There's a section of the river that is beautiful, and feels like it's in a canyon rather than in the city. You have to look through chain link (photo is with camera against fence), but it's still awesome...and loud, from a waterfall!

This is a great Park. There are plenty of trees to set up a hammock on. There is a pull-up bar. There is a great park. And there are great bathrooms. The park is also located near a great walking trail by a canal.

Kids had fun playing here. Park was clean
Jennifer H — Google review
Huge 11 acre park with toys for kids to climb on and baseball fields mature trees for shade.
Ryan G — Google review
This park is big and easy access from university and also from bonneville. There is a nice, quiet trail by the park and you could hit the bonneville shoreline trail from many spots on this trail. Its gorgeous during fall.
Sushma A — Google review
Great park, though wish the city would add some walking paths throughout with interesting landscaping instead of huge empty fields of grass.

Park
Hyrum Gibbons Mount Logan Park is a local favorite during the winter season, known for its popular sledding hill. This hidden gem offers two playgrounds, an athletic field, and a dog-friendly environment. The park boasts a variety of amenities including a basketball court, pavilion, and plenty of grassy areas for play and relaxation. It features well-maintained paths suitable for walking or biking with benches available along the way.
This park is a hidden gem! Two playgrounds, basketball court, pavilion, TONS of grass and grassy hills great for playing on and rolling down (and sledding in winter). Lots of paths for walking and biking, with benches along the way. The loop around the whole park is ~3\4 miles, with some decent elevation gain if you take the loop that goes up the highest hill.
Ethan L — Google review
This park has amazing grass fields and hills to run around on and roll down. It also has 2 play structures. The play structures are pretty big with lots of fun things but they are a little old. It doesn't feel strong enough to play on in some spots and it worries me a little. There are restrooms, a Pavillion, and great views. Check it out!
Kiara S — Google review
The park of many hills. The kids play mostly on the hills. If you get them in the center bowl of the park, it’s nice to be able to keep an eye on them from higher elevation. The risk of your little one running into roads and streets is low. The playground is awesome, but due to the many people flying down the hill on bikes or mini tricycles do not let your little kids be by themselves, as they could get bit and seriously injured. Talk to your kids about this before going to the park. Great park for sledding as well!
Natalee S — Google review
Beautiful breezy day at the park! Took our dog and grandson. Surprisingly to me there was not many people there either. This park is huge, has trails, hills ands tons of grass. Great place to take the kids and/or dog!
Michael H — Google review
Love this park! There's 2 great playgrounds and bathrooms close to both of them! We love the hills for rolling down and sledding in the winter. A beautiful park with a ton of great walking paths.
Felicia T — Google review
I took my son sledding there and it's such a great park for sledding. There is a "bowl" that creates a perfect spot for sledding for all ages, and there are several other hills as well. Plenty of space. The park has a playground and a pavilion, too, which is great for summertime. And I believe that during the summer there is lots of grassy area for playing.

Fantastic view of the valley from here! Great sledding hill!

It was fun, but people have left their trash all over. It's in the middle of a nice neighborhood but the cleanliness is ghetto.

Denzil Stewart Nature Park is a charming city park located by the Logan River, offering a peaceful retreat into nature. The park features informative boards about the Shoshone tribe and boasts a walkway with signs highlighting the area's natural resources. Visitors can enjoy leisurely walks along the river and learn about local flora and fauna through educational markers along the trail.
Went to this park early spring. Nice walking loop. There's a stream that goes through it, fun river sounds. No playground, more of a nature walk style park. There are some picnic tables. I don't remember seeing a bathroom. Looks like the University is doing some land rehabilitation.
Z H — Google review
Great nature area located down on the Island. Nice paved sidewalk with signs sharing some of the history of the area. The river runs by the park and there are two bridges. Also there is a dirt trail that runs up to the bench for a view towards the University and surrounding area.

Came here today to run the dogs. This park is beautiful, spacious, mature vegetation and a river running on the North side of it. There is no playground. The walkway circles the entire park. Signs along the way teach you about nature in the area. The dogs loved running and paying in the river.
Stacynew1 — Google review
Last Saturday we visited the park. Anyone can reach here by bus from cache valley transit Center. From bus stop 5mins walking to reach the destination. The park was very clean. Only thing is there was no restroom. You can enjoy nature within the city. Lovely experience.
Paramita B — Google review
We brought the dogs here to run. Beautiful Sunday morning! This park is spacious and the Logan River runs the entire North side of the park. Inside the park is a walkway with signs along the way telling you about different natural resources of the area. Just fyi, there is no playground for the kiddos.

This is a small quaint but very peaceful park detailing the Native history of the area. The river running thru it provides a great sound backdrop.

Took our dog here to run today. Very nice day at the park! Some folks were walking on slacklines, other's had their dog out playing. This isn't a large park but it does have water. There is also plenty of shade and a playground for the kids. The water is at the North end of the park. I believe it is a little stream off of the Logan River. Our dog chased a stick into the water, he loved it! 6/19 brought the grandkids for a picnic. The bathrooms were clean.

Donated to the city of Logan by my ancestors, this park boasts a beautiful Grove lining a stream. Off-leash dog rules apply.
Dan S — Google review
Love coming here with my dog. In the winter time we throw toys around. In the warmer months we play in the river. There's a sign in the back that says dogs aren't allowed in the river, but it's only that one spot. If you go to the left side of the park (West) you are allowed to play with your dog there, as long as your dog doesn't cross the river to the other side. This is an excellent place to bring your dog, I highly recommend it!
Zach S — Google review
This is a great hidden park. Currently it’s dog friendly during Logan’s dog park pilot program. When we took our dog here, she loved the river and the large grassy area. It wasn’t busy at all when we visited on a Saturday afternoon. I’m very pleased with this park.

Great park, lots of shade, place to sit. Incredible
Kelly P — Google review
This park is beautiful! There are so many trees that it's probably well shaded for most of the day. We spent most of our time at the pavilion, but there is a playground too. There's a large expanse of lawn, so it would be fun to try lawn games next time we go.
N.M. G — Google review
Not a bad park. Pretty well off the radar, nice little creek running through the back, bathrooms. There's a new sidewalk, though the grass hasn't been resodded. It looks like an older park, with good, solid equipment.

Well maintained baseball fields!
Craig S — Google review
There are 3 little league baseball diamonds here. There are 2 bigger batting cages that are in great shape. Lots of shade in the outfield of the west baseball field, other than that there isn't a ton of shade. Parking lot is easy to get in and out of.
Tyson S — Google review
For a park that touts signs threatening trespass if you enter the park at the wrong time, they don't keep the fields very well. Ball fields are very bumpy and not level. Basepaths are more like ditches in the grass. The pony field first base is nearly 10 inches below the level of the infield turf so first baseman is playing in a hole. Logan City could do a lot better with these fields. There has been some improvements to the fields since my initial post but they could still use more work to improve the players' experience.
Brett L — Google review
We go here at least once a week for the nephew's little league game. Very clean park with great grass, great fencing, and a good atmosphere. The central food booth thing is in good repair as well. Not much else to say about a park. Has bathrooms.
Blake B — Google review
The parks are great for baseball. We've played baseball games here a few times a year for the last 2 or 3 seasons. We had games at the park today. The fields are beautiful.the grass is very well taken care of, the dort is top quality dirt. The park is lacking lights for evening and night games. There is a major lack of garbage cans. There is clutter and trash all over the stands. The city needs to place about a dozen garbage cans all over, including next to the dugouts. Until the bathrooms are brought up to park in cleanliness and upgrades, my rating is a 3 star. The bathrooms are in poor shape. The city needs to upgrade the bathrooms, get baby changing tables in both the men's and women's bathrooms, air scent freshners, better soap dispensers. Then the toilets were beyond bad. I'd suggest having them leaned both before game days and also the middle of the game days to keep them up.
Ben G — Google review
This park is so fun. I love the atmosphere at baseball games, so I love coming here to watch my young cousins play ball. There is a playground also for the little one that often lose interest in watching the game. Its a cute little park!
Brittany P — Google review
