Simple ,small town farmers market . Lots of free parking . Market has a great walk score. Numerous vendors with fruit, vegetable and baked goods. Some arts and crafts vendors, too.Prices are good. Great outing if you are looking for something to do.
Brian S — Google review
We try to make it to the market regularly to support local businesses and farms. If you can't find what you are looking for in the market itself, odds are you can round out your shopping in the businesses on the street. Lots of baked goods and produce, crafts and other treats too. Would love to see an outdoor Christmas market as well.

Limehouse Conservation Area, situated on the Niagara Escarpment near Limehouse, is a forested area known for its restored lime kilns and deep rock fissures. The trails in the area lead to fascinating features such as the 'Hole in the Wall,' where hikers can descend into a limestone crevasse and explore the rocky terrain. Visitors can enjoy multiple kilometers of trails, including parts of the Bruce Trail, with benches for resting and opportunities for wildlife sightings.
Had a great time walking the whole circuit of trails, ruins were pretty interesting and well maintained. Walking to the trails was pretty easy, though can be a challenge depending on the route you choose to walk returning to the parking lot.

Beautiful spot to go for a hike! Dogs are allowed on leash and it's a great workout, some spots are tricky for beginners.
Tammy S — Google review

Nestled in the heart of nature, this conservation area offers an enchanting escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The trails here are beautifully maintained and provide a diverse range of landscapes to explore, from dense forests to open meadows. It's a perfect spot for capturing memorable photos and enjoying the natural beauty from a different perspective. In addition to the ladders and the "Hole in the Wall," the conservation area boasts several picturesque spots perfect for photography. Take a look at the photos attached and see for yourself the breathtaking views, the intriguing "Hole in the Wall," and the unique wooden ladders that make this place truly special. Parking Availability- FREE!!

Ample ( free) parking. Numerous trails that are mainly flat. I'll say it's a good place to start off you're new to hiking. Easy to moderate trails that avg about 7Km. It's perfect for trail running. Several sections are closed off due to no winter maintenance ex climbing the ladder. Dogs are allowed on leash.
Navin B — Google review
Did a hike here yesterday and was really happy with the experience. Trails are well maintained and I really enjoyed climbing down the ladder to continue on one of the paths. The stream is nice and relaxing to be near and the elevation is good for people of all ages. Best of all, none of the silly reservations and parking fees that so many other parks are doing.
Elvis F — Google review
Had a great experience at the conservation park. Went with my family and did one trail with the rocks. Well laid out and natural rock formations are great. A ladder was located to go up and down and get very close with the rocky path. The path between the rocks was sensational. The natural trees and leaves were a great sight. I had visited the park earlier in the summer and the trees were full and luscious. Definitely a park to explore more.
Ovais M — Google review
I really enjoyed my experience here. The trail is straight forward until you get to the rocky area. There is a rope to section off the ledge of the rocky decline. Then you get to the ladder that descends to a cave. It's quite calming once you make it down. Then the trail regains it's ease. You will see a creek with some ruins. A beautiful park to visit
Simone R — Google review
Nice trail to do with kids. The level of difficulty is moderate. There are some cool caves which the kids enjoyed to explore. Not ideal for families with very small children as it is not stroller- friendly. The views are very nice. What’s also very nice, is that there are many trees, so we did the hike in the cool shade.

Farmers' market
Andrews Farm Market & Winery is a large agricultural property that offers visitors the opportunity to pick their own fruits, flowers, and vegetables. Additionally, they provide tractor rides and a straw maze for entertainment purposes. While there was once an entrance fee to simply browse the area, visitors can now enjoy all of the farm's amenities without any added costs.
Our school brought the kids to Andrew's Farm today for our summer camp trip. The fresh fruits were delicious, and there were plenty of fun places for the children to explore and play. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The kids absolutely loved it and said they definitely want to come back again! Before leaving, they picked fresh and tasty blueberries and raspberries to bring home and share with their parents.
Fei G — Google review
Had an amazing time at the farm with 4 under 5 on a Friday afternoon! The grounds were easy to navigate, and both the blueberries and raspberries were ripe and delicious! We were able to pick some flowers as well and the blooms were beautiful! Lots of variety. The kids playground area was old but sturdy, and in the shade so it was a nice break after picking berries. Staff were nice and friendly. Highly recommended!

My third year in a row coming here on Thanksgiving weekend. I took my daughter and my sister and her family came for their first time. We had the greatest time and really enjoyed the corn maze and all the fun things to do. Make sure your phone is fully charged because you’ll be taking lots of pictures 😊. See you next year 🎃

🍓 Strawberry Paradise at Andrew’s Farm Market & Winery – Perfect Day Out! Spent the day at Andrew’s Farm Market & Winery and it was such a wholesome, fun-filled experience. The highlight was definitely the strawberry picking – rows upon rows of vibrant, juicy strawberries that tasted as sweet as they looked. Nothing beats the joy of picking your own fresh fruit right off the plant! 🌱🍓 The farm is well-organized, family-friendly, and makes for the perfect weekend activity near Toronto. Kids were having a blast, couples were enjoying the scenic views, and there’s plenty of space to stroll around and soak in the fresh country air. The market also has lots of local goodies, baked treats, and wine for adults – a little something for everyone. If you’re looking for a summer activity that’s fun, Instagram-worthy, and refreshingly different, strawberry picking at Andrew’s Farm Market & Winery is a must. 👉 Follow me here on Google Maps for more hidden gems, seasonal activities, and food adventures across Ontario! ⭐ Overall: 4/5 – Fresh, fun, and unforgettable.
Bhautik D — Google review
It’s a lovely farm, though the entrance fee feels a bit steep. We went for raspberry picking, but most of the berries were still green. It’s a nice spot if you have young children, especially toddlers, but overall we wouldn’t go again.
Mabel C — Google review
We had such a great time at Andrews Farm. We visited two years ago and loved it, so we had to make another trip this year. The strawberries were so lovely and sweet. We got our tickets online this time, so we could head straight in without waiting to buy a ticket. There are so many activities for kids, and lots of animals for little ones to see like goats, llamas, roosters, pigs. The tractor ride to the strawberry picking areas were also a great addition to the experience.
Nitha T — Google review
A lot of parking spots, not too crowded, easy to find. We purchased our tickets online so it is cheaper. You can purchase their basket to pick blueberries, or bring your own basket. They have a shop that sells cookies, cold drinks, honey, jams and wine. The other food store sells icecream, dairy free sorbet, hot dogs, chili etc. There is a huge area as play area which was mostly shaded, with some pinic tables and chair. A tractor takes you around the park, kids love that. There is also public washroom near the entrance. They also offer pick you own flower for $2 per bloom, or you can pick your own at their shop for the same price. Overall, well organized farm, friendly staff, great play area and sitting area, spacious parking. We had a great experience.
Sarah Z — Google review
This is both a working and entertainment farm with an entrance fee. They have tractor rides, petting zoo, playground, haybales, and picnic area. It’s a great place to spend a day with the kids or pick your own produce. They offer a range of produce including berries, pumpkin, squash, asparagus, apples, flowers and more, and the prices are reasonable for the quality and size of product. My family and I have been going to Andrew’s Farm for years. I especially love summer with a visit to pick berries and flowers. They have a good selection of flowers to choose from and large areas sectioned out for different types of fruit/berries. Take into consideration the season or prime picking time for each berry as they are different. Also keep in mind that it is beneficial to go at the beginning of the season to have your pick of the biggest, juiciest and best berries or produce. The staff are friendly and helpful. They offer baskets for picking but I suggest you bring your own bags and/or baskets to take your pickings home. They have a store which sells some concessions along with locally grown and fresh made desserts, pies, jams, cookies, maple syrup, snacks and even a frozen food section with prepared meals and desserts. My favourite treats are the freshly made fudge, nanaimo bars and cookies. They also have a winery and storefront offering an assortment of wines including a selection of dessert wines. They have washrooms onsite, but they are not wheelchair accessible. Also, access to and throughout the farm is not accessible as the terrain is uneven (but that’s what you would expect when visiting a farm). No wait times. No time limit. Parking available on site. Andrews Farm is a great place to enjoy some outdoor fun with the kids or make your own experience whether it’s picking your own berries or apples or visiting their winery.

Chudleigh’s Entertainment Farm, established in 1967, has evolved from a simple apple-picking destination to a full-day experience for families. The farm offers tractor rides through orchards, apple picking, and a playground for kids. Additionally, visitors can enjoy live music shows tailored for little ones featuring original and classic folk songs, puppets, singing, and dancing. The farm also boasts a picturesque food and beverage area where guests can savor delicious treats while taking in the welcoming ambiance.
Chudleigh’s Entertainment Farm is such a wonderful place for a family day out! From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed by the charming countryside atmosphere and the fresh orchard air. The farm is beautifully kept, with plenty of space to explore, relax, and enjoy nature. There’s something for everyone—apple picking in season, fun activities for kids, wagon rides, animals to see, and delicious treats to enjoy. Their famous apple blossoms and baked goods are a must-try! The staff are warm, friendly, and always ready to help, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I really enjoyed diving in the farm’s peaceful charm. It’s the perfect mix of fun, food, and relaxation. Highly recommend for families, couples, or anyone looking for a lovely escape from the city
Widad A — Google review
Beautiful place. My friend who has been here four times wanted to go again and got me tickets. Needless to say we had an absolute awesome time with our kids 5 yr and 11 year olds. There’s something to do for everyone. Picking apples was the least favourite part for me lol but thats just bcz i dont like apples. The rope swing was my favourite part i mean cmon i felt like tarzan how could i not like it. The tractor ride is great. Play area is really good. I tried each slide and it may not matter to many but some were way steeper than others some were bouncy and if a 42 year old woman says she had a great time you got to believe her bcz she has tried many slides. The restaurant has good options for food and drinks. There are wagons available to borrow and no added cost which I found very helpful as we forgot ours. Petting zoo has a variety of animals and they were all very adorable and friendly. We got to feed them too and that was a lovely experience for all of us.
Pooja M — Google review
My daughter and I went there today as she had a day off from university. Though we have lived in Milton for almost 25 years, we never have gotten around to coming here. We had a great time, walking around the orchards and taking photos, having some pie at the restaurant, going to the petting zoo, shopping in the well stocked shop, and taking yet more photos at the beautiful flower patch at the front of the property. It’s such a pretty place, and when there aren’t crowds during the week, it was a really nice experience. My husband does an hour long walk every day, and I’ve recommended to him that he should walk at the orchards because there are so many paths that he could take amongst the rows of apples trees lol. Though the price seemed quite steep at $18 for a three hour period, in the end, it ended up being worth it because it included such pretty grounds, flowers, the petting zoo, restaurant, and shop. A very well organized and inviting place. Will return again. 🍎🍏❤️

Chudleigh’s Entertainment Farm in Milton is a perfect family getaway that blends outdoor fun with the charm of farm life. The highlight is apple picking through late summer and fall, where you can stroll the orchards, ride the tractor wagon, and enjoy the stunning views of the Niagara Escarpment. Kids love visiting the animals; goats, sheep, donkeys, and more, there are nature trails and play zones with giant slides, hay bale mazes, and pedal carts to keep everyone busy. The farm also offers plenty of great food and seasonal treats. You can grab freshly baked apple blossoms and pies from the bakery, enjoy meals from the on-site café, or relax at one of their outdoor seating areas. During the warmer months, Chudleigh’s hosts live music, food festivals, and themed events that add a lively atmosphere to the visit. It’s clean, well-organized, and stroller-friendly, making it easy for families with kids of all ages. Tickets are time-slotted, so booking ahead online is best. Plan to spend at least a few hours exploring, feeding animals, and enjoying the scenery. While it’s not the cheapest farm outing, but you find the variety of activities and quality of the experience well worth it. Overall, Chudleigh’s offers that rare mix of relaxation and excitement, fresh air, good food, and plenty of fun for the whole family.
Jay J — Google review
We had so much fun here! First off, the grounds are absolutely stunning, and so well kept. There is also so much to do here, but not too much where you can feel overwhelmed. Our 16-month-old enjoyed the playground, the little zoo, picking apples (more like being pulled around in the wagon while we picked), and the tractor ride. Lunch at the restaurant was decently priced, and the pizza and fries were great. The apple blossoms were tasty as well. We will definitely visit this farm again.
Meaghan — Google review
Beautiful and Fun Day at Chudleigh’s Farm! Chudleigh’s Farm was such a lovely experience! The scenery was beautiful, and there was so much to do—it’s the perfect spot for a fun day outdoors. The animals were absolutely adorable and added such a charming touch to the visit. 🐐🍎 The only downside was that the food was just okay—not bad, but nothing special compared to the rest of the experience. Still, everything else more than made up for it. Overall, a wonderful place to spend the day with family or friends! 🌾✨
Peter D — Google review
This is my second season at Chudleigh’s, and it just keeps getting better every year! The farm has such a warm, family friendly atmosphere, the fall colours are absolutely vibrant and beautiful, and the food is always delicious. A perfect spot for a cozy autumn day out with family and friends!
Abigail — Google review
Chudleigh’s Apple Farm isn’t just for families — it’s an unexpectedly charming date spot too. Rows of apple trees, crisp autumn air, and cozy corners to sit with hot cider make it feel like a countryside escape just outside the city. You can wander the orchard, grab a slice of warm apple pie, and maybe feed a goat or two for good measure. It’s a bit busy and not cheap, but the vibe more than makes up for it. Perfect for: A relaxed fall day, a casual date, or anyone who wants to live their cottage-core fantasy without the actual cottage.

Terra Cotta Conservation Area, located on the west side of Caledon, is a 485-acre wooded country park offering a variety of activities throughout the year. In winter, visitors can enjoy ice skating on the pond and explore six kilometers of cross-country ski and snowshoe trails. The park also hosts the Sugarbush Maple Syrup Festival.
Nice place, very tall trees, it feels like you are in a deep forest. Ample parking space, pet friendly. You can picnic but you have to book the spot. Trails are short but still you can spend a couple of hours. There are few open areas where you can actually play. Water was crystal clear in the creeks. Overall you should visit once

Beautiful place with lots of scenic spots. Trails are short and well maintained. You are required to pay for parking as well as individual tickets. Was not crowded at all on weekday. Trails along the river are very peaceful.

Terra Cotta Conservation Area is a fantastic spot, especially in autumn when the landscape bursts with vibrant colors. The walking paths are well-managed, making it easy to explore the park’s natural beauty. Clean and accessible toilet facilities add to the convenience, ensuring a pleasant experience for all visitors. Perfect for a peaceful day outdoors.

Beautifully refreshing! This picturesque location is great for family fun. The picnic area is nice and secluded. There are many trails to hike. I also enjoyed viewing the Madoodiswan(Sweat Lodge). I entered on a parking pass from Belfountain Conservation Area just over 11km(12 minutes away). Certainly a good deal. Great way to spend a day out of the weekend.

Great place for a weekend getaway. You will find many trails amidst all the greenery. While there aren't many open spaces for a quick game or a barbeque, you will still be able to spend quality time. Nice place for kids to be amongst nature and pets will get to stretch their legs as well!

Amazing place! Friendly staff, clean bathrooms, crazy views, perfectly marked trails, great nature, not many people - we enjoyed every second of it! And a cherry on top - a trailer with cookies, ice-cream and cheesecake near the entrance. Admission is 6,5 bucks per adult, you can buy your tickets beforehand or after you arrive. Definitely recommend.
Tamara V — Google review
Terra cotta conservation area is a beautiful place and has some great hiking trails. The trails range from easy to difficult that offer a relaxing walk through forests, streams and ponds. Trails are marked and very well maintained. The picnic areas are also very well maintained and are great for an outing in the summer with friends and family. There’s also a Maple Syrup festival during the spring season. A hike in the trails during the fall season is a great way to experience and see fall colors. Overall a beautiful place to enjoy the outdoors with family in all four seasons.

This park is lovely. There are a few water features including a wetland and lake. There are a lot of trails with differing difficulty levels. The trails are very well marked and have garbage cans available on the easier trails. The easy trails are suitable for strollers. The fall colours are an added benifit for our hike. There are places to buy food and drink within the conservation area. There are plenty of parking spots available. You can buy tickets online prior to your visit. This is a very good place to spend the day with family and friends.

Silver Creek Conservation Area is a peaceful natural reserve offering dog-friendly walking trails and birdwatching opportunities. It boasts the top Halton Hills hiking trails, including the renowned Bruce Trail. As the largest of all Credit Valley Conservation areas, it showcases the headwaters of Silver Creek and a vast Niagara Escarpment valley with babbling brooks, mature forests, and escarpment rocks.
I had an amazing time at Silver Creek Conservation Area. The trails were beautiful, super beginner-friendly, and the elevation changes made the hike really fun. The trail marking system is the best I’ve ever seen — clear, frequent, and very easy to follow. I also loved that there were different trail difficulties, so you can choose exactly the type of hike you want. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit and would definitely recommend it!
Bhupinder S — Google review
Depending on what trail you take, it can be very rocky so I would consider this to be moderate hiking. We saw frogs, toads, caterpillars, chipmunks. We were told there were baby turtles sighted in the previous days. It was a beautiful hike, very serene.
Brenda D — Google review
Nice blend of easy to moderate hiking. Beautiful fall colours. Lots of chipmunks. Unfortunately, the creek water level was very low. Trail markings are clearly marked and trail is well maintained. Map is available to download. Limited side road parking.
Ash S — Google review
There is no specific parking , it has side ways parking. We took the silver Creek trail which runs along Bruce trail, Trial level is between easy and medium as there are no trail marks. Path is bit tough too. In Maps , it portrays Silver Creek falls , but we could not find it
Karthikheyan S — Google review
Amazing trail, Bruce Trail is in it as well. There are many different entrances to trails. Some are intense, some are moderate but every which way has beautiful views. Loved this trail hike

One of the interesting places within an hour's drive from Toronto for fall 🍁 colour viewing. Just be careful as the trails are a bit rocky. So stay careful and wear good hiking shoes. Those with kids pay close attention to your kids when hiking to avoid injuries
Su C — Google review
A wonderful spot to go for a hike. Make sure you're wearing hiking or running shoes as it can be tricky, there's rugged terrain. So be wary of uneven terrain and steep spots where you'll be climbing some rocks.

Recently, I had a fun de-stress, trying layered pastel painting with my Neice. Art is wonderfully uncomplicated—a canvas to express thoughts. Despite lacking the artist’s touch, trying something new brought incredible joy. My imagination wandered to a tranquil home with mountains, a river, and serene zen vibes. 🏞️ Can you decipher who holds the title of the better artist between us? 😀. Regardless, let’s all try art for de-stressing. 🌈. Explore the artistic wonders of Halton Hills at Helson Gallery! 🎨 Follow Helson Gallery @_haltonhills for more creative inspiration. Hilton Falls Conservation Area is a must-visit destination offering a variety of outdoor activities. Visitors can explore the famous falls, old mill ruins, and a serene reservoir. The area features hiking, mountain biking, bird watching, geocaching, and fishing opportunities. With three bike-only trails and mixed-use options like the Red Oak trail around the reservoir, there's something for every level of adventurer.
I visited **Hilton Falls Conservation Park** on a Saturday afternoon and had a fantastic experience exploring its scenic trails. The park offers a great mix of hiking and biking routes, catering to different fitness levels while keeping nature at the forefront. **Hiking Trails & Difficulty:** The park features **three main hiking trails**: - **Hilton Falls Trail (3 km, moderate)** – A wide, well-maintained path leading to the falls, surrounded by towering trees that provide shade and a peaceful atmosphere. - **Red Oak Trail (5 km, moderate)** – A slightly longer loop with varied terrain, great for those wanting a bit more of a challenge. - **Beaver Dam Trail (7 km, strenuous)** – The most demanding of the three, offering a rewarding workout with some rugged sections. The **hike to Hilton Falls** was particularly enjoyable—the wide path made for easy walking, and the final descent to the falls via a set of stairs provided the perfect **photo opportunity** at the base of the cascading water. **Bike Trails:** In addition to hiking, there are **three bike trails**, making this park a great destination for cyclists looking to enjoy some off-road riding. **Crowd Levels:** When I arrived in the early afternoon, the trails were pleasantly quiet, but by the time I was heading back, the main paths had gotten **a bit busier** (likely due to the falls being a popular spot). Still, it never felt overcrowded. **Overall Impression:** Hilton Falls is a **beautiful and well-maintained park** with trails suitable for casual walkers and more adventurous hikers alike. The waterfall is the highlight, but the surrounding forest and additional trails make it worth multiple visits. If you’re looking for a peaceful nature escape with options for both hiking and biking, this is a great choice! A must-visit for outdoor enthusiasts—scenic, well-marked, and just the right level of challenge!

Fabulous place. There's a main trail and plenty of side trails some of which may seem scary as there's hardly anyone around. Overall a fantastic day out.

The Hilton Falls Conservation Area was a refreshing escape into nature. The entire place is full of scenic beauty — the trails were peaceful and well-maintained, perfect for hiking, cycling or roaming around. The small waterfall was absolutely charming — not huge, but very enchanting and definitely worth the walk. It added a lovely, calming touch to the whole experience. Entry is $10.50 per person, which is reasonable for the quality of the park. One thing to note: during our visit, there were quite a few bees around — solitary bees, sweat bees, or maybe mining bees (not entirely sure). They didn’t sting but were a bit irritating, so I’d recommend carrying a handkerchief or small towel just in case. Overall, it’s a great spot for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts — just go prepared and enjoy the serene surroundings!

A lovely hike through the autumn forest to the fall was just delightful. There are a number of additional trails that are lovely.

We visited this lovely area and took the shorter trail to the falls. The falls area was crowded, making it difficult to take photos, as many people were standing under the falls. However, the trail was peaceful and easy to walk, allowing us to enjoy the beauty of nature.

Really great hiking, there are trails for a variety of abilities, including a stroller friendly trail that we took advantage of this trip. Seems like a really well maintained conservation area, and hopefully stays that way.

Nice hike to the falls. Trails are well marked and the falls is very pretty. The parking is very expensive at $21 for 2 people which I felt was a lot. Overall, its a good place to visit in the GTA

Kelso Conservation Area is a breathtaking destination that showcases the stunning beauty of the Niagara Escarpment throughout the year. This expansive area offers over 29 kilometers of hiking and biking trails, catering to all skill levels—from family-friendly paths to more challenging terrains. The Lime Kiln and Escarpment trails are particularly noteworthy, providing serene hikes without bike traffic, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in nature.
Nice park with many trails and routes for hiking, mountain biking and skiing in the winter. Fall colours can be seen along the escarpment trail, there are a few lookouts along the trail. If you don’t want to do a long hike, take the chairlift (open only in weekends in fall) from the bottom at east lodge to save some energy. But make sure to reserve tickets in advance on conservationhalton.ca cause it could be sold out. You can also find trail map on the website, it’s good practice to keep it handy as there are too many routes in the park so not to get lost in the woods. My personal opinion is this park’s fall colours viewing experience is better than Rattle snake and Crawford lake conservation area.

A nice family friendly place with a small beach. Must do kayaking and canoeing activities when here. Book in advance to avoid line ups or out of places. Parks Pass is required to enter you can pay on site but sometimes they ran out of spots especially in Summer.

A Magnificent Trail for Nature Enthusiasts Exploring this trail was an incredible experience, offering a perfect retreat into the lap of nature. The walkways are beautifully maintained and wind through a stunning natural environment, providing an immersive outdoor experience. At several spots, deep crevices run alongside the paths, adding an element of rugged beauty and adventure. The high lookout points are the true highlights, offering serene and panoramic views that make the effort of reaching them entirely worthwhile. They provide a wonderful vantage to soak in the surroundings and capture stunning photographs. However, navigation posed a slight challenge. While maps are available at certain points, they lack the crucial “You Are Here” tags, making it tricky to pinpoint exact locations. I had to rely on my phone’s GPS to find my way, which wasn’t ideal but manageable. The lake, though showing lower water levels due to the off-season, was still bustling with birdlife, making it a treat for birdwatchers. It was fascinating to see a variety of avian species despite the season. Overall, it’s a magnificent place for those who love trekking, appreciate high lookout points, and enjoy being surrounded by nature. Despite the minor hiccup in navigation, it’s a destination I’d highly recommend for its unparalleled views and serene ambiance.

Beautiful place, just what I needed. But the chairlifts were not working, My knees would have loved a few more benches/stumps to sit and rest on along the way. Would love a few tea/coffee snacks stall/wending machines throughout the area wouldbemuch appreciated, as it gets pretty cold and a cup of hot liquid really soothes and energizes you.(my love for tea and Turkiye ruined me with that) Beautiful trails, first time there. Realised in a little bit that the map I got from the snack shop at the entrance does not match the values on the trails itself for a few things. Somehow the child inside me was - A little disappointed when I couldn't see a farmer on Peter Farmer's trail, - A little sad when I couldn't see any deers on the Deer Run😂, - And a little scared for my life upon reading the Turkey vultures are 6ft tall and there was abundance of food there (when I couldn't find any food source there beside me 😂😬😂😬) Overall a great experience, the small pond looked like a live painting while I was leaving, added a video, go checkout.

I'm surprised that you have to pay to enjoy nature in Ontario: CA$11.87 per adult, including tax. Otherwise, it's a nice parkland with hiking trails and a swimable lake. It's next to major motorway (401) which thankfully you only hear a low rumble from as there are many trees around. No map was offered to us at the gate where they take your money, but the visitor centre does have some (free). We had first driven to Crawford Lake, but you are not allowed to swim there.

Absolutely gorgeous place I’d love to come back and explore more! The amenities are a bit more expensive compared to similar places I’ve been like Shades Mills and St Marys. The beautiful hiking views make it worth it though! We paid ~$50 for four people. Theres boating, a water obstacle course, and a small snack/food shop. Wish boat rentals closed later than 6. Lifeguards also get off at 6! The way down to the beach is a long staircase or a hill which is not great for older folk. Change rooms are open so expect to change in the bathroom if you aren’t comfortable with that. Bathrooms are cleaner than some I’ve been to!

The gardens have really matured lovely over the past 15 years.

Beautiful park. Lots of parking including pull thru spaces. The playground needs a little work but over all really good condition. The accessibility is off the charts with ramps and feelings signs. The bathrooms were clean and well kept. The swing were a little high off the ground for the little kids. This is a popular park for dog walkers. Lots of shady spots to sit with ample picnic tables and benches.

What a great playground for kids, its so big that they will be entertained for hours. There is also a splash pad, a separate area for very littles once to play and a small covered picnic area! Plus there is a small garden with a lovely gazebo to walk around and recharge. Bring lawn chair, because there are not many benches for parents to sit on.

Beautiful, large, multi use park. We stumbled across it when our on a drive and needing somewhere to let our dog run and have a car break. Beautiful pathway around the water, lots of sports diamonds, a beachfront, and a spot to canoe or kayak from. The dog park was large, clean and well maintained with friendly dogs and people.

Prospect is a fantastic park. It's a great place to bring your dog, and the mature trees provide shade for you and your dog. It also has a play area for kids. My only issue is the number of mosquitoes. Make sure you're wearing bug spray, and your dog has something like Advantix to ward off mosquito bites. Dogs get bit just as much as humans do, so make sure you are both covered with protection. Mosquitoes are a lot more here because of the lake. The lake is gorgeous, and it's a very active lake with people fishing both from land and boats in the water. I would not let my dog swim in the lake because of the pollution and bacteria.

The beautifully landscaped garden is situated near her former residence along the Credit River and features an array of vibrant flowers arranged in lovely beds.
Cute little garden that appeals to all senses. It has different sections that are specific to each sense. The coolest part is that it is all run by volunteers.

Lovely garden and wonderful place to spend some time, especially with younger kids. I found it interesting that there were signs encouraging people to touch some plants (I didn't due to the pandemic). There is a path leading to Willow Park as well which is a great diversion as well. Signs for this garden and parking are not very obvious, and the volunteer I saw there weeding today greeted me with coldness and low grade hostility (in contrast to the 2 volunteers in Willow Park who positively beamed) so you generally feel unwelcomed. What a shame that visitors are not encouraged more. It's a hidden gem for sure.

Not sure if he was the manager or just another lifeguard on duty but the man in the tight short bathing suit trunks and the circle hat, needs a serious attitude check. This is a family environment and we had fun but the only negative is this man and his aggression towards women. Was kind of scary and made the whole family feel uncomfortable the way he talked to my sister. Other than that it is a great pool but needs to re staff.

Head lifeguard there seemed very attentive and knew what he was doing when it came to the safety of my kids and other patrons. I noticed some families around me weren’t very safe with their children and weren’t watching them. Thankfully the lifeguards and staff there ensured the safety of myself and my child around other unsafe families

Pool was great, lifeguards did a great job! Went to the splash pad after the pool closed and it was quite dirty. Dead Plant debris and garbage all over, even at the park. Wish people would pick up after themselves. Great spot to have a picnic with the fam and stay cool. Love that there are lots of shady areas to sit under. Will be back many times this summer!

I feel persecuted by the lifeguards, a lot of regulations that are not made clear before entering. And I was only with my children in the safest part of the pool, I was not even swimming, my children played near me, nothing extraordinary, but even so I felt uncomfortable by the repetitive action of the lifeguards in calling attention to intransigent behavior and without any danger.

We booked a party room for 45-50 people followed by a private skate (fernbrook rink) and the whole process was easy to book via email. I had made a few requests which included access to a fridge, 4 skating aids (they gave us a lot more!) and access to rentals. The party room was very clean and big. I only wish the light fixtures were all working (it was a bit dim but fine for what we needed). It was cool that the room also had a view to the rinks which added some excitement for the kids who were mainly under 10. All in all a great experience and I do recommend!

There are some water fountains for young children to play in, quite reasonably priced canoe/kayak/paddle board rentals on the small lake. Food vendors close by. Ball park for games, picnic tables, and much more. Great place to enjoy the outdoors.

Beautiful lake with a park for kids. Sports area all around. A public beach on one side and multiple fishing spots on the other side. There was a place to rent kayaks and such but I wasn't sure if it was open or not. Public washroom open at certain times and a hot dog and snack cart if you get hungry.

The park includes facilities for sports, family gatherings, and various events.

Love the park Peaceful place to visit and enjoy quiet time
Abuzar K — Google review
Great playground, but also just lovely and open, but because of the baseball diamonds it feels like you can have your own space very easily. Nice and quiet too!

if you enjoy a bottle of wine now and then it's a wonderful experience. You can make 15 or 30 bottles. A very nice selection for everyone tastes. We enjoyed the Merlot and are now trying other blend. Sanitized after each visit and you order what you would like. You go back in 6 weeks your wine is ready for you to bottle. Staff very helpful getting you started. Everything is provided for you. Its also nice sharing your home made wine with friends and family.

Jean and I have recently started using this facility. Previously we made our own wine however moving to a new house (downsizing) we do not have the space. The results in terms of wine and service have been excellent.

Highly recommended this place, Paul is really knowledgeable and helpful. My first time "making my own wine" he really made it easy for me. And as an added bonus his wife makes some amazing fudge, which won't be my sole reason for returning to this establishment. Its just another good reason to do so.

Reasonably priced friendly and personable service. Equipment is in good shape. 1/2 batch sizes are no problem too which is great if you want more variety or don't have space to store 30 bottles.

Highly recommended. Great product and service.
