Tutta la struttura necessiterebbe di ristrutturazione, sia la porta di ingresso che finestre e tapparelle fanno fatica ad aprirsi/chiudersi ed anche le cerniere dei vari mobili devono essere regolate... un citofono o campanello all'ingresso non guasterebbe, ma nel complesso la casa è ben disposta, grande, da un senso di tranquillità ed è a 2min dal lido.
