I recently visited a store on 03/11/2024 to return my sneakers. Unfortunately, the manager implied that I was walking incorrectly, and his colleague laughed behind my back. This felt like bullying, and it was very disheartening. Even if someone does walk differently, it doesn’t justify making fun of them. I believe the staff needs to undergo additional customer service training to handle situations like this better. Overall, I was very disappointed with the service I received.

I've just been in the store with a friend. We were trying to buy walking trainers. We waited for 10 minutes for help, but got none. All staff were behind the till. We had to call for help; the young man who came to "help" us showed us one shoe didn't wait for us to ask any questions. He went back to stand behind the till again. I love sketchers shoes and I've been to a few stores in London and the US, where the service was great. The Bromley store puts Sketchers customer service to shame. All staff need re-training on how to attend to customers. This was my 1st and last time in that store.

The store was really busy during our visit but we were looked after so well by the staff. It was a worthwhile trip as my mom got herself a pair of shoes for work and never been happier. Thanks for all your help.

Purchased a few pairs of sketchers for my mother. We were served by Tia, who was fantastic; great customer service, excellent product knowledge , and overall all-around pleasant shopping experience.

Staff are a combination of lazy, rude and incompetent. Refuse to go anywhere near this Bromley store and now only order on line. Why shop complain about online competition is beyond me, when they simply cannot be bothered.

bought a pair of trainers ,they were so uncomfortable, took them back the next day but been tolled I worn them so no refund when I aske the person's name he refused to tell me and said he is the manager with no name ,when I asked how many managers are here he said five, so conversions was pointless, not good experience .

Served by the lovely Denisse today. Display was beautiful and very well laid out. Denisse was super kind, chatty and approachable and made me feel very joyful with my purchases. Denisse is a star employee and should be recognised for her hard work. Thank you for making my day ❤️

Candles this year have lost their scent. The Winter range is an expensive plain candle that does not burn properly. An expensive waste of time.

I went early in the morning, around 11am with no customers around. Brought some items and went to pay at the check out.However was met by the young female with brown hair at the till who appeared to be so dull like it was inconvenience to her ( to do her job!). I'm not quite sure what she's hired for? really off-putting. The lady on the shop floor was so much nicer.

I have placed an order for super soft faux fur throw, the matching cushion and also the savoy bed linen duvet cover and savoy oxford pillow case with Emma; who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I received my order Christmas Eve, even though I only placed the order few days before Christmas . The faux fur throw and cushion in charcoal colour are beautiful. They are super soft and snuggly. The savoy bedding are so light and soft. My son really loves his new bedding and having a perfect night's sleep since he got his new stuff. Thank you and I definitely recommend The White Company

Will not be shopping here again. I could not believe the completely unacceptable, appalling service from Aida!! She was rude from the minute I walked into the store. Initially she agreed to do my refund of a faulty item and then when she saw me she changed her mind and refused. I had my receipt and it was within the days for refund / exchange . She made me call customer service and when they told her to refund the faulty item she still declined. On top of this she told me to get up when I sat down to talk to customer services. She was very unprofessional and needs a lot of training. She showed the whole store what I was returning and asked them what do you think, is it faulty or not!!! How unprofessional is that? She has completely bought down the reputation of the store and needs customer service training and needs to learn basic communication skills. I do believe she needs a lot of training with regards to diversity and equality.

Great shop, super friendly staff and lovely high quality clothes. They are very prices though and not made of any special materials that you couldn't find at an M&S. I looked at a pullover that was very thin and it's was £98. While it was decent quality you could get the same at another store for less. I do however love their sales as you can get a great bargain.

Went to the Bromley store to buy a present and was served by Amy. Amy was fantastic and knew her products, offered me many options and a lovely sleeve for the occasion that made it extra special. She was super helpful and I was very pleased with my choice. Brilliant customer service and delicious chocolates!

I have been for the first time to this shop and I had the best experience, the service was outstanding from the beginning until the end, I'm pleased.. The chocolates are excellent quality. Was another lady in the shop with glasses very kind and professional, unfortunately I forgot to ask for her name, she has black hair and she's waring glasses, she gave me some chocolates to try. My fiancé and I visited this store & the lovely Ferhat served us. He offered us drinks and helped us pick a watch each. He was very patient with us and let us try on all different watches until we’d found the right one. He was so wonderful & we are both in love with our purchase!

I came here on a Sunday because my watch was broken and I needed to claim insurance. Was approached at the front by 2 staff members and they asked me a lot of questions about the watch and it came across accusatory. Then it turned out they couldn't even process the paperwork as the person who does these claims wasn't in and claims were only processed Monday to Friday. Given the opening hours, how can this be the case given people would have to come after work and in my case from quite far. I expect this from a local independent jewellery shop but Goldsmiths is meant to be a big company, how can you operate with such limited staff? I'm now going to have to find a Goldsmiths branch that have staff that can file insurance claims on the weekend! Cheers Also to add, I came here a week prior to do a refund for an online item. Same staff member approached me at the door (asian lady with glasses), told me outright that their refund policy was 14 days, I showed her online said it was 30 days, still didn't believe me, asked her manager who confirmed i was correct. This is basic knowledge that all staff should have.

If you’re looking for a quick sale on your watch goldsmiths definitely isn’t the place for you My partner wanted to sell his watch at the Bromley branch. On our first visit, the lady didn’t know what she was doing? Said it had been her first time buying a watch from a customer which made me feel uncomfortable as she could get the order or form wrong. Which she did as her manager had to come over and help her. I asked how long does it take to process and all go through. The lady said 7-10 days which I thought was reasonable. They took some photos and said we’d get an answer on sale the next day. After getting an answer they asked us to bring the watch back so they could send it to HQ to be checked again? Which made no sense to me as they could have done this on the first day I came to save everyone time. The watch didn’t get to HQ for a week! They even lost the packing slip which took up more time. I had to call at least 5 times to speak to someone who actually knew what was going on. I spoke to the helpline and they said that the money would land after 3 working days. All in all it took 2 weeks to actually complete the sale! And the process is ridiculously long. Which goldsmiths as a company need to work on. It’s a shame because I bought my partners watch from the blue water branch and had a great experience.

My partner and I went to collect our wedding rings yesterday and unfortunately the staff were extremely rude (especially Noor), offering absolutely no customer service. For such a special moment, I would have expected some form of customer service, but instead the staff were focused on making further sales and dismissing us! It’s worth saying that after purchasing our rings 6 weeks ago, we heard nothing from Goldsmiths and I had to seek updates, which is not the kind of service I’d expect for such an important purchase. Avoid at all costs!

I would like to thank the staff at Goldsmith's Bromley and, in particular, Mia. I have, over the last couple of months, been viewing earrings for my daughter's 30th birthday and yesterday decided on a pair. Throughout the experience, not once was I rushed into a decision and such care, attention, and detailed information shared. Mia was so welcoming and an absolute delight. A special mention to Sunan, too, and the manager for their help. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the professional Team at Goldsmith's Bromley and I will definitely be back. Brilliant experience with Goldsmith’s Bromley. This recent purchase was one that held a lot of sentimental value and Garry helped to make it a special buying experience. He went above and beyond in all areas, taking the time to listen to my needs, sharing details of the brand, the history and of course the watch. This is the only tudor store that don't have a description next to each watch which says what it is. They normally say black bay gmt .or pelogos. I asked if you had a black bay 68. The lady had to go to the computer to check. And in the middle there was a single large display with one. Not marked so I couldn't trust if it was correct

Very unhelpful and unprofessional staff. Whatever questions were asked it was deemed a nuisance. The staff need to get trained in customer service. 2 staff present during encounter one was younger and one was an older lady who was extremely unprofessional.

Very small store gets very busy, I found it to be quite haphazard, clothes not picked up and tidied back on the rails, shop is way to small for buggys some customers becoming quite irate with each other, no air conditioning in this small store, which I feel is not good in a clothes store in warm weather and not helpful for customers who are trying on item's, when I visited there was one young lady behind the counter ( I believe she was training,) was not able to use the till correctly or load a gift card, so she asked the manageress for help, this took a few minutes as she was busy overseeing the customers 🤔 this was not kind towards the young trainee she became flustered and not sure of what to do, patience is required please.

I absoloute love shopping at Yours clothing however the Bromley Store is a whole different experience and i wouldnt return. I've been in there so many times and the staff are always miserable and unhelpful especially today. There is so much conflicting information and confusion when it comes to returns using there payment partners Klarna, Clearpay, Laybuy and Bromley seem to have their own rules compared to other stores. When I asked for customer service telephone number as there was confusion surrounding a £70 refund I was advised by a manager to Google it - surely is this not information that should be given to customers when requested. After finally speaking with customer service they too advised the store had infact given me incorrect information.

Staff is kind and makes you feel way ease, quite a bit of choice. Love that it has men's clothing as well. Can feel a bit cramped as there are a lot of racks of clothes in a relatively small area.

Store manager is rude and patronising. Went into the store to do an exchange on the same item. Only to be told that they had resale the item at a higher price because I had online discount. I stated it’s the same item just the leg difference. Her response was No, the reason why I use this company is because I have not much choice.

Not going back. Bought several things here. Came just before it shut. Bought a pair of jeans. Chased out if the shop. Put my bags on bench to get headphones. Shop assistant asked to look inside my 2 carrier bags Said wheres tiger print top. Lots of hangars there no top. Then asked to look in handbag. Of course I didn't take anything no apology

I’ve been coming to the Bromley Glades shopping centre for over 25 years, it’s a very convenient shopping centre with many retail shops. There are many brands you will find alongside bigger retail stores such as M&S, Primark, TkMaxx, Next, Zara, h&m, Superdry etc. you also have all major bank branches here too which helps a lot, there is also a conema and theatre with lots of bars and pubs around the area. unfortunately in recent years some of the department stores like Debenhams have closed down. You have a number of different restaurants inside the centre but can do with a food mall to be honest! Although this is local to me and easily accessible via train, bus or car. Bear in mind the centre sometimes gets really busy in peak periods and parking can get to be a nightmare. There is also a leisure centre to the rear and a lively park with a children’s play area which helps all the locals. Markets and fair stools to the front of the high street. Pretty much an all round versatile centre with lots going on and most likely developing for improvements year on year.

Not as sad as other shopping centres, still a few empty shops but a nice selection still there! Few homeless people begging in doorways wich is always sad to see but becoming all to familiar these days. I like the leave a coat or take a coat hook outside the old top shop, nice touch.

We had the pleasure of visiting Pâtisserie Valerie in the Glades for an afternoon tea that was nothing short of delightful! From the moment we arrived, the staff showered us with kindness and warmth, making the experience even more special. If you’re someone who appreciates a charming spot to unwind and enjoy a tasty treat, I wholeheartedly recommend this gem. It’s truly a must-try!

A good shopping centre for most needs. The main car park is a headache, better to go to the multi-story parking on the other side of Kentish Way and use the walkway to access the centre. A nice food court wouldn’t go amiss. The food options are ok, although very scattered. This day and age it is sorely missed.

I've been visiting The Glades regularly for a year now and I have to say that I love it! It has a great selection of shops, styles, and interesting finds. There's something for everyone! I can't believe we even have a Miniso there now too! How exciting!✨️😊

A spacious well-maintained contemporary retail park with a credible and encompassing complement of mostly well-established national “brands” in a no-frills setting. Free parking here with inevitable car “congestion” on busy periods but that’s a given now-days. This endeavour effortlessly beats the local High Street.

Nice place. Many parking spaces.The food court is also great, with a variety of different options and they have a nice outdoor seating area and have gym, bank also. The mall is well lit and always feels safe. If you're looking for a great shopping experience, Nugent Shopping Park is the place to go!

The parking enforcement at this location is extremely strict. I exceeded the 3-hour maximum stay by just 33 minutes because I needed to calm and feed my distressed 9-month-old baby before securing him safely in his car seat. Despite explaining that I couldn’t safely drive off under these circumstances, my appeal was rejected with a simple response stating that the signage clearly indicates a 3-hour limit. It’s disappointing that they don’t take child safety into account in extenuating situations. Due to this unfair fine, I won’t be returning.

My old review is below, but I am downgrading my rating as Waterstones closing is a big loss (and the parking can still be an issue). Parking can be a bit tricky, but there is a reasonable selection of shops, especially if you make use of the click and collect options.

Could do with a few more clothing shops ... since loosing Debenham/ laura Ashley and with marks being refurbished... but good to get gifts and next is always great
