Chelsea was absolutely amazing and made our experience just the bets it could be! She was fast and offered drink suggestions based on our preferences. Nothing was too much for her and for that I will be returning. Without the incredibly friendly and perfect service we received from Chelsea our experience would have not been the same! The interior is decorated very well and creates a nice atmosphere. However, the quality of the beer wasn’t great – especially considering the price. Unfortunately, the pint I had was poor quality, which let the experience down.

Highly recommend the Flamingo Bingo night. Our table looked fabulous. Service, food and drinks amazing. Attention to detail impressive! Thank you to Nathan, Dan and Lauren for making our evening so special and fun. Brilliant night.

Great birthday brunch! We had Jake Smith as our waiter and he was amazing. Was on the ball and knew when our drinks were coming to an end and topped us up! If you want bottomless brunch that’s worth the money then I 100% recommend! Thank you Jake!

Inside the place is clean and tidy , with very nice decor and lighting. We sat outside which is a pleasent space but not as tidy as in side unfortunately. The tables , seats and menu's needed a good clean unfortunately. We ordered food at the bar for 7 of us . The lady who took the order was really not interested in being there based on our interaction. The lack of any enthusiasm and the finger nail tapping while waiting for us to answer an order adjustment (from them being out of stock of an item ) was not a nice experience. My partner was also addressed as darlin on multiple occasions during the order placing . Such a shame as we didn't expect 5 star , just a pleasent interaction. Food was tasty and well priced and enjoyed by all as we're drinks .

The staff here are insanely rude. Having a full on conversation whilst putting customers through the tills half heartedly. Zara head office needs to look at this store pronto, customer service in the retail sector is not optional, it's necessary to retain and build customer sales. What a joke of a store.

This shop was a right mess. Clearly under staffed as the mens department till was closed, which caused a lot longer queues in the kids and womens department. I went into the dressing room and there were so many other items of closing in the room, just thrown everywhere. It looked like a jumble sale rather than a proper high street store.

I used to love this store, but was disappointed last week ,when I visited after almost a year. It seems to me to have lost its edge. I did buy a jumper and the young sales assistant serving was very pleasant . Maybe it's just me .

Customer service is terrible. Constant queues and staff who appear to be completely disinterested. I have waited more than 20 minutes to be served on more than one occasion and have resorted to putting goods back and leaving on some occasions. Very poor.

I found the assistant to be very rude when I returned a dress "you can't have your money back ,only a gift card she snapped at me, which I already knew. She never made eye contact , just made snappy remakes. Which is a pity because until then I enjoyed shopping in the Solihull store. After reading some of the other reviews, perhaps the lady in question needs retraining in good customer service

*** NO REFUND - EXCHANGE/CREDIT NOTE ONLY *** Purchased clothes and attempted to return some of the items, only to be told they do not offer refunds but exchange or credit note option only. I advised I was never advised of this to which the sales advisor laughed and stated I would of been told, I advised I had not been told at any point. This advisor proceed to tell me I would of been and it got to the point where I had to ask the assistant was she calling me a liar? Her response was that they have no legal obligation to let customers know they do not provide refunds. It proceeded in me speaking to the manager who actually previously served me, who again called me a liar and stated my only option was a credit note. I stated the fact I was not told, no signage was in place to let customers know and I wanted a refund, this was refused. I asked how could I go about raising my concerns further and I was told I could not. I asked did Roman not have a HR department to be told it wouldn’t matter as it’s company policy. So I will proceed in taking this further to the Consumer Ombudsman.

What a rude so called manager. Such a lack of customer service. She needs to learn a few lessons on customer service from the younger lady who served me. She was very welcoming and helpful

Absolutely disgusting service from jenna , stand off from the start accused me of lying after I had spoken to your customer services before making the trip in to your store. While stood at your counter waiting to be served she allowed someone to be served before me. If your staff had general customer service to your customers I could have ignored the dirty/filthy gloves she served me with - well attempted too.

Absolutely happy. The staff are so nice and are Willing to help find what you need. I have prom in about 3 weeks and at another dress shop we waited since feb 10th for a dress we payed a lot for to come in and at last minute they told us we couldn’t have the dress. Coming into this shop and with the staffs help I felt so happy with my new dress and would definitely be coming again. Thanks so much to the lovely assistant who helped me today ❤️

Lovely helpful staff. I have previous bought their good value and quality clothes as the fit well at last. This year so far the dresses all seem to be so long and not as bright coloured as usual. I am going abroad for for 3 months and had hoped to find knee length feminine dresses. Will try later this week as lady said they had new stock coming in.

I was in the solihill store on the 15th of Feb, standing at the till waiting to pay. At the till next to me a member of staff probably the supervisor was doing a member of staff's return to work. She asked her why she was off sick ,asked if it was work related asked if she had long term health condolitions, told her off for not following the correct reporting sickness process etc. I was horrified this was totally unprofessional and broke every HR rule in the book. Bonmarche please train your supervisors better.

Never order from this place, till staff don't know what they're doing in terms of ordering a click and collect to the store, received a call to say in store and wasn't in store, they said it was then in the post according to a manager, wasn't received. Also receipt said paid for in gift card but paid in cash. Total shambles. Avoid at all costs.

Went into Solihull store today to return a pair of linen trousers as they were too small. Looked for a bigger size but oh dear the trousers were just jumbled into any size, no order whatsover. Their briefs were not in size order either. I'll not shop there again. Northfield so much better.

I visited the Solihull branch today, bought some pyjamas as a gift. When I got home there was a security tag on them which informed me if I removed it the item would be covered in ink. I took them back having to pay another car parking fee. Wendy who originally served me was told by the manager to give me a 20 percent discount. She was really rude towards me even though I was quite pleasant considering. Very bad service I won't be returning. me that

They've got some lovely clothes in there, with a wide range of sizes and very reasonably priced.

Disappointing - ignored the rumours for years about fake clothing / counterfeit goods, made an online order. Received fake clothes. Store gave one excuse, person behind Whatsapp gave another. The lady who usually likes to be quite pushy kept out of the way didn't want to discuss and made a secret phone call instead. Basically the shops are mix and match between fake and real. You just don't know what your going to get. Had my items checked by more than 1 well known designer store all confirmed fake. Stores I was advised to go to by your staff when he was dribbling excuses, silly boy! Also confirmation from Stone Island that what I had was fake. In fact they wanted the items from me but I wanted my refund so didn't give. Absolutely disgsuting. Not acceptable. The excuses are embarassing shame on you. No morals ripping people off. Had used here on and off since a child - not anymore and I have made sure friends and family are aware too! Shame 'onu'. P.S they did refund me but refused to accept my items back in store. In all the years of online orders / click collect I have always processed exchanges and refunds instore. Not this time. Why because they didn't want known fake clothes on shop floor.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP! My 14 year old son spent his birthday money (£155) on a sweat shirt. When he got it home and showed me, I wasn’t happy with him spending all of his money on an item that wouldn’t fit him for long! I attempted to return the item less than 48 hours later to be told NO REFUNDS! I asked the assistant if my son was told this when he purchased the item or even if there were any signs up anywhere in the shop- no to both questions. I was then given a credit note and informed that my son has only one month to spend it and cannot buy any items in the sale with it!! I am fuming! I feel that my son was robbed, he is 14 years old. My son was not informed of this ‘policy’ before purchasing the item nor was he shown the receipt as it was stuffed into the bag after he’d bought it. Absolutely appalled 😡😡

Clothes they sell are damaged returns from other actual shops or if they not damaged their good fakes also the Guy on the phone is super rude!

Thanks to Ellie for looking after our works party so well at Brunch, the cocktails kept coming and the food order was taken promptly after a welcome drink. The curry goat has a kick, a good portion size and the burgers were super filling. The Sirens Call and Mai Tai were excellent. Good value for money with the two hours.

Great service from Bella. We had the bottomless brunch and Bella made sure to check on us regularly and asked us if we wanted more drinks. We managed to have 8 cocktails in the 90 minutes. The food was really good and came out very quickly. Enjoyable afternoon.

Came to Birmingham for an event so decided to come to Turtle Bay for a nice relaxing evening meal. Food was incredible! Full of flavour, soulful and really filling. Atmosphere was amazing and staff were lovely and friendly. Oh yeah the lychee cocktail is just amazing.

Really good food, came here for lunch yesterday with my Jamaican husband and jamaican friend and they had no complaints which says it all. They know how to cook and what the flavours should taste like. A little too much ginger in the rice but other than that it was amazing. We went back again for lunch today it was that nice. Me and my partner ate in, id like to give massive credit to the staff at jamaya! So friendly and polite, a lovely young girl served us on Tuesday 8th April, about 8:30pm! The food was lovely, flavours were banging. Atmosphere is very relaxing, loved all the songs they played! Mocktails were refreshing too. We will definitely be back soon. Nice and clean too. They acknowledge food allergies straight away which is lovely to hear. Not a bad word to say over here . Thank you!

We had a surprise leaving meal and it was such a great experience! Our server David was attentive, super helpful and make our experience extra special. My family loved the food and we had such a great time. There was a big group of us and we had a number of needs and the staff made us feel catered to. Much appreciated ☺️ I ranked 4 on food because I'm vegan and there were only a few options, I'd have liked a bit more choice. However my food was really tasty!

Been coming here periodically since July 2024 and can say the food is still consistently top notch with a friendly chilled atmosphere and polite and pleasant wait staff. The pic is from 01/07/2024 and I should note the salad size has dropped a little since the pic was taken, but the chicken and rice are still generous and filling. The lunch special is still crazy good value, £13.50 on weekdays between 12pm and 5pm. Savannah our server (correct me if i’m wrong i’m pretty sure that was her name) such a lovely girl made the experience as a whole including the delicious food! She attended to our needs, recommended options to us as it was our first time there and even recommended the lunch saver option which we wouldn’t have known about if she didn’t show us! all in all was amazing service would defo recommend, the staff are lovely as well as the food!

We went here for date night! Beautiful interior and a lovely atmosphere. My goats cheese pizza was gorgeous and so flavoursome. One of the biggest pizzas I’d ever had! Unfortunately, my boyfriend’s steak was overcooked. He did wait to inform the waiter but no one came to check on us to see if everything was okay. We appreciate the restaurant was very busy that evening and we would like to come back again soon.

Visited carluccio for a Friday lunch. We haven't been here for a few years and as surprisingly we both had a Friday off together I looked for a Solihull restaurant that would suit our needs and was reminded of carluccio. It was a lovely autumn day and although they have a lovely outside dining area we chose to eat inside. We were greeted warmly and professionally by Ethan and were seated straight away. I was sat on the bench seat but being small I couldn't rest my back so we adjusted the table towards me so I could (perhaps some cushions could help here either set out or the waiter asking if a cushion is needed. Little touches make the difference sometimes). Ethan was discrete and left us to peruse the menu before taking our order. We had the bread basket and olives to start. The bread was varied and lush and one of the things I always judge an Italian on is their choice of olive oil which carluccio have just right, it had just the right aftertaste of pepper which I like. For a Friday lunch the place was bustling and throughout our meal people came and went so a great atmosphere. For the mains I had the mushroom risotto with added chicken and was pleased to receive a portion size that suited my lunchtime appetite. It was delicious. The other half treated himself to a steak and fries with a pepper sauce. I was surprised that on the menu they only have one cut of steak, however it was cooked as he asked for it. The only problem was the quality of the meat. He said the fat on the outside was chewy/gristley and when I looked I could see that the steak had not been trimmed of sinew. Perhaps a chat with their butcher and for the chef to check would help this situation. What a shame cause the other half was looking forward to his steak treat, however the fries were a redeeming feature and I had to taste a few to confirm both they and the sauce were spot on😁. Overall a lovely afternoon of chat, good food, great service and atmosphere. We'll be back soon.

The only main vegan option is tomato pasta which was disappointing. Unimaginative and expensive for what it was. I went with friends but would personally go elsewhere if I had the choice. Service was good and the general restaurant is nice.

We got the pasta, it was okay but really bland. Not worth the price. Even the tea with ‘sweet treats’ was mid - the sweet treats were 3 bites.

On friday I had the pleasure of dining at Carluccio's restaurant. I ordered pasta while my friend chose pizza—both dishes were absolutely delicious. What truly made the experience exceptional, however, was the outstanding service from Silvia. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome throughout the meal. Wonderful food and top-notch service—thanks to Silvia for making our visit so memorable!"

WOW! I'm not a Pizzeria fan. Dominoes and Papa Johns really put me off with overpriced rubbish. However I was treated to Zizzi's and OMG, this is truly amazing. Freshly cooked in an open kitchen, all fresh toppings accompanied by a non stop dance of flavours. I'm completely taken aback. We had the Wagyu Royale with Burrata and a Chicken and Fiery Roquito. We preferred the 1st item as it was much more fiery (one to remember Zizzi's). The establìshment is really cosy and inviting, attentive staff and great deals on the website. See pics. Fabulous food. Lovely chilled staff & atmosphere. We had Monét as our server, she was amazing. She helped gives great recommendations on our meals as we were clueless. Definitely recommend this place

It’s not bad. Don’t get me wrong I wasn’t disappointed generally. However, compared to other Zizzi I have been to (of which the list is short), it wasn’t very good. Garlic bread was moderate at best. Pizza was good (Classic Mozzarella with Ham). Dessert was alright (Chocolate Brownie Sundae). Service wasn’t the best. Room was plain.

The most delicious food I have had this year. Highly recommend. I had th Piccante King Prawn to start. This was mouth watering and cooked to perfection. Then I had NewSlow-cooked Beef & Chianti Ragu which was spicy but delicious. Then for pudding I had the chocolate sundae. We were given a free pudding as the water put through the wrong order. We had 30% off our bill from the website. I would definitely recommend. Some of the staff were polite but our main waiter was quite. The venue was nice, plenty of seating. The can hold for large parties or couples. Toilets clean. Could see the food being cooked which was nice.

Terrible service. We waited 50 minutes before a drink order was taken, (we had to get up and ask) then when it arrived it was incorrect. It seemed busy but only about 3 staff waiting on tables, Lots of dirty uncleared tables from earlier on. After a few errors and no check back to see if everything was ok and no more drink orders taken after this. When I asked the staff member if they had been short staff she said no and that ut is always like this, she looked stressed and clearly couldnt manage, When I asked if I could leave some feedback for the manager- she told me she was the manager and this is what it’s like every day. It was outstanding that this restaurant hasn’t closed for the sheer lack of service, it felt dirty, tables were filthy and were not being cleared. We were then approached by another staff member who then said she was the manager in training, all in all this restaurant was a complete shambles. I would suggest new managers as these two couldn’t cope, Or even a training programme that teaches them not to slag off your team to the customer. We were offered a complimentary drink and a reduced bill. However we will not be returning to the Solihull restaurant. And as suggested by the manager “maybe we will get better service in resorts world instead”. Utterly shocking service.

We came for my daughter’s birthday meal and both the food and service was really great. A lot of good options for vegetarians and kids. The staff were truly fantastic and went above n beyond - Big shout out to Mantas, Sim and Ella for singing happy birthday to my daughter and for making her feel special, which made the whole experience even better. Extremely disappointing visit, the service was awful despite not being a full restaurant. Our food came quickly thanks to the kitchen staff, but we waited over 1.5 hours for our plates to be cleared. After this we decided to leave, Bridget our server was not apologetic and we felt like we were being ignored due to being 3 young girls. After mentioning this to the server, as we were still sat with our starter and main plates without being offered desert, she asked if we wanted to get desert boxed up to take home! Really disappointing as the food was good - other tables around had much faster service.

Managed to easily get a table for an early evening meal, seated with space next to us which is pretty good for a Wagamama! Nice atmosphere inside until busier rush later on in our visit, can feel a little cramped but that’s this style of dining. Server was a little odd, I understand that you have to be friendly and chatty with customers but, the tone and wording just did not seem to comprehend like, the interactions were just not what I’d want from a server each time, no kind of grasp of social cues. Anyway… The food was great and didn’t have to wait too long for any of it. Struggled to pay as the wrong table number had been written for us, and the signal is absolutely terrible in there! But overall enjoyed our time there.

It has been at least 10 years not stepping in Wagamama. We gave it a try today and not a bad experience, I must say. The reception was very welcomed he led us to a table and offered high chairs for my little one. He advised us who would be coming to take orders, and we have been given times to look at the menu for drinks and food. Reene also explained what a kids combo was when I asked. We had downloaded the wagamama Apps club member and will get a free edamame (steamed soy beans). We had chicken katsu rice (curry sauce on top of battered chicken above a big pile of rice), roasted pork belly marinated in Korean BBQ with noodle soup (Ramen). The chicken katsu portion is worth the money, and the ramen broth is absolutely delicious . Ramen soup broth is tasty with a little spicy kick. Four slices of pork belly mixed in half lean meat and half melted fat is absolutely devined. Crunchy seaweeds, half spring egg also good in the whole combination. The reason I voted 4 stars on food quality is the noodles lacking of character. Ramen is meant to have its own elasticity and with a little bite. This bowl ramen has lost that kind of spirit but is too soft, broken, and doesn't need to chew just down while I prefer the bity ramen. Mini katsu rice was plateful and yummy and it was perfect to end with the vanilla ice cream. All in all, we loved it ,the ambiance, environment, and friendly service. Thank you, we will be back.

Fresh and Tasty food choice at Wagamama, Solihull. Very friendly staff especially Jamie who helped & guided us through the complex menu, ha ha. Kokopanko Chicken was Great, Crispy Chilli Mushrooms was good as well.

I went into Wagamama Solihull this evening and I came across a very lovely young man his name was Josh , I am absolutely wowed by him , I went in unsure what to order he discussed the menu to meet my dietary needs , he explained everything to me and I was very pleased with what I ordered . More than anything I was pleased with his helpfulness. I work in retail & I’m in leadership , he is every employers dream !! While I was waiting for my order , although it was a take out he got me seated and offered me water or green tea which I was absolutely amazed by . He deserves a raise and I believe Josh should be cloned . Thank you so much Josh I will be returning soon with my family 🩷

Me and the partner went here on Friday 21st February and can honestly say this will be the last time we go. We went because my partner is gluten intolerant and they seem to offer a large selection of food without gluten so we decided to give it a try wish we had not bothered as the place was disgusting there was food on chairs next to us dirty glasses on the table that your expected to drink from with food still on them even when new glasses was brought over they was still unclean. The staff need more training around allergies as we watched our waiter pick up a gluten free pizza with her hands to place a pizza cutter on the plate do they not understand regarding cross contamination?

couple of years ago you couldn’t even get a seat here for a good hour, these days very few people are seated. Dirty cups on the table as the usual for Solihull restaurants, food was decent pizza are thin still edible though. If you get a portion of chips expecting a bowl or something you’ll like to know now you’re getting 8 chips max mate not even a joke the state of it. Honestly

A brilliant Pizza Express. Food served quickly, hot and well assembled. Waitress was lovely and very attentive. The Pizza Express app continues to be the best thing ever.

We went here Friday evening and we were really impressed! The service was great- waitress was really helpful and knowledgeable about the different dishes. Food arrived promptly- fresh, hot and well presented. And was so tasty! We will definitely be back- beats any other Solihull pizza that’s for sure!

My wife and I had the most amazing service and food, the pesto dough balls were to die for and we had cannelloni for mains which simply delicious, so creamy and mouth watering. The manager was so friendly and really made the day for us celebrating our anniversary. Highly recommend and will definitely be going again. Thank you so much

The welcome We had a reservation but stood at the door for ages waiting to be shown to a table. Staff were uninterested and disorganised. This is bizarre given less than 25% of covers were occupied The food 10 mins wait for a menu 15 mins wait for a starter At this point we were told that one main wasn’t available further 10 mins wait for menu to rectify the situation. Service The staff are clearly prioritising Deliveroo customers over restaurant orders Staff were poorly trained and totally disorganised. No pepper or Parmesan offered with the mains. No courtesy ask is everything ok? Ambience Music painfully loud Restaurant so cold that we both kept out coats on! Bathrooms filthy with toilet paper all over the floor and generally grim. We saw 4 couples walk away after failing to be welcomed or shown to a table. Overall: worst pizza express I’ve ever dined in and frankly should be avoided at all costs

Absolutely awful experience at Pizza Express Touchwood. We visit Touchwood regularly for meals out, but this visit was a complete letdown — all because my nephew wanted to try Pizza Express. The cutlery was dirty, the children’s high chair was filthy, and most of the food was hard, watery, and barely touched. Even my young nephew didn’t want to sit in the high chair or eat the food. When we asked for the bill and calmly raised our concerns about the quality of the meal, the manager on duty, John, immediately became defensive and called security. No one was being aggressive or refusing to pay — we simply asked for a reasonable discount due to the poor food. But he made it seem like we didn’t want to pay at all, which was completely untrue. After calling security (which was totally unnecessary and inappropriate), he then offered to remove just one meal and insisted he wouldn’t be taking the drinks off the bill — even though we never asked for that specifically. We were a peaceful family out with a young child, and the way we were treated was insulting, unprofessional, and deeply disappointing. Never expected this from a well-known chain. We won’t be returning.

Recently discovered this place, been a half dozen times and so impressed with it. The service is exceptional and the vibe is best in Solihull. Well priced, good food, great drinks selection with offers for each day of the week. Special mention to Andy, Chloe and Rose for the attention to detail and amazing customer service. You guys are truly amazing. A must visit establishment in Solihull.

My first and last time here. I'm surprised to read so many good reviews about the food. I was hungry and looking forward to my meal. Had a very long wait for it and starter and main course were served together. I'd suggest serving starter before main course. My prawn starter was soggy and my main was dry and overcooked. I'd suggest don't ask how customer wants steak cooked if you are going to overcook it that it's like tiny shriveled piece of shoe leather. Better if you can teach your cook how little time medium rare needs. This might be a good pub for drinks but for food either improve the quality and service or just offer crisps and nuts alone. For those wanting for a good place to eat you really want to avoid eating here unless some changes are made.

Came here on 2 consecutive nights, staff were so friendly and helpful. Had a wait for food the second night, the staff were brilliant! Apologised many times and brought a free drink for the people without their meal and a shot for the whole party, can’t fault them! Excellent customer service

Easy going comfortable bar, great value breakfast, ideal if you're staying in the near by Premier Inn just round the corner. Full day menu at great prices too. Nice friendly staff, enjoyable visit.

I came in on the 28th April with my son as it was his birthday.I came inside and I noticed straight away.The place did not smell fresh.It smelt like the butchers..We ordered burgers and chips. I opened up the bag the food came in.The burgers was wrapped up in foil alongside the chips.Abit put off when I unwrapped mine.As the steam wilted my lettuce and also it was messy trying to work out where to put my food.. It would have been better if the food items were put on a tray.. The Chips were nice and so was the burger.I ordered the relish to go on but there was not much of it So I put some tomato sauce on which made it taste alot better. My son enjoyed his meal.He doesn't mind what he eats.Food is food to him. Cold drinks were nice.I had pepsi and my son had a nice peach Fanta. I work in a food environment myself. Just a quick suggestion.please make sure tables are clean etc and floors etc Your restaurant smelt funky🤢I was going to walk away.It was my son's birthday.So I didn't want to let him down. I am sure not all five guys chains are like this. I won't be coming back to your five guys. Very disappointed ☹️

Omg just had food arrive it wasn't even warm was cold suppose delivered another 5 or 6 before us. The chips was pale and stone cold. Absolutely disgusting for the prices we have paid. Definately will not have this delivered again . No email address. Disgusting

It's pretty similar to most branches in that the food is nice, but nothing really that special, and it's a little overpriced for what it is. I only tend to go here when it's suggested by someone else. I'm not a vegetarian, but I have vegetarian friends and family who say the options for them are surprisingly basic.

Food was delicious, filling and very good quality. The large fries is a very generous portion - highly recommend. We had the Five guys style fries and they were amazing. Servimg time was quick and there was lots of choice for soda refils. Would come here again.

Fairly typical five guys - nice burgers with a choice of toppings, and tasty milkshakes. When we visited yesterday our orders were mixed up (toppings missing and/or found on the wrong burger) not too much of an issue for us, (other than not quite getting what we wanted) but could be a problem for those with allergies.

Not a good experience food was 35 minutes and burgers were dry, for 20 pounds each i didn't think it was worth it at all, I doubt that we will be going there again.

First time visiting a Côte restaurant (Friday evening 19.30) and I thought the flavour of the food was outstanding! Very impressed! The French onion soup and the moules-frites are excellent, as was the white wine, dessert and hot chocolate! Excellent table servers! Well worth booking a table!

First time visit tonight to this venue for a very much needed treat on our very rare date night as a busy Mommy and Daddy. One wonderful experience from the beginning till the end. Shame we only enjoyed the Live music not long before it ended but The star of the night was the food, a massive complement for the kitchen team. Oh my God, my husband and I totally agreed the starters, the main and desserts beautifully prepared, cooked and served. It's all so tasty 🤤😋 the salad starter oh my oh my for me personally that's my favourite 🫶🏼 oh and the cocktails, delish! With the white chocolate on the rim, beautiful 🥰 Last but not least, thank you to Poppy and Jacob who have looking after us tonight during our meals, your customer service was amazing. We are definitely coming back again soon with our two kiddies 🤩 The decoration in the venue is so Chic and the atmosphere is so cozy. Overall, amazing team work guys 🫶🏼 thank you.

I had such a great experience at Côte! The new menu is fantastic, full of delicious options that feel both fresh and comforting. The roast chicken was absolutely amazing, perfectly cooked and full of flavour. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, which made the whole visit even better. And the free-flow fries? Such a brilliant touch. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food, warm service, and a relaxed atmosphere!

First time visiting Côte and won't be the last! I had the Breakfast Complet deal, French toast with berries and vanilla Chantilly, latte and orange juice. All tasted delicious! Service was first class! I think the lady who served me was called Elise. See you again soon!

For starters we had the mushroom rillettes. We were honestly not very impressed. We ordered a fish stew and rib eye for mains and tomato basil and shallot salad. While the mussels were not fresh and the sea bass was overly salty. Couldn't taste any basil nor the shallots in the salad at all. Immensely disappointing dishes. The rib eyes was just okay and the peppercorn sauce tasted only like cream, not much taste of pepper. And I wasn't sure if it's really moldy but I found something suspicious on the sourdough toast they served with the fish stew. Genuinely overpriced, and the staff all looked fed up. Will not recommend or ever come back.

We visited to try the new menu for breakfast, I went for the ‘cherry on top’ croque which was so good! Never had a sweet croque before - it’s a MUST try for sure. Staff were lovely as always and the lady behind the bar made a banging matcha. Booked again for my friends birthday breakfast because we loved it so much

Overall good visit to this Nando’s. Bottomless drinks including the iced peach tea is good value, however the food otherwise is highly priced. Food arrived hot and fresh and there was plenty of extra sauces. There was only two of us at the table and yet one meal was served a full 10 minutes before the second one, meaning it was a fair wait before we could eat together.

Nando’s – honestly, one of the biggest scams I’ve experienced! The loaded fries, advertised to serve 2-3 people, barely fed one. Three tiny strings of chicken and a drizzle of sauce… nearly £9 for a handful of fries. What a rip-off. The veggie burger? Dry, dense, and tasteless. wow… And the ‘summer grains’ side? When it arrived, I thought it was a joke – a spoonful of something in the tiniest bowl, completely flavourless. £4.25 for that? Insulting! I wonder if people even realize they’re being ripped off. I left hungry and disappointed. The waiter was kind and brought us another portion of fries (as we were left hungry) after convincing his manager, but still – my Lord, never again.

Average food 🙂Nice customer service The waitress welcoming us was really lovely. Even though the order took a long time to arrive, still it’s in my acceptable range. Halloumi cheese slices were so good and I wish I could have some more😛it’s like eating a super cheesy crust of the pizza 🍕 Ordered a whole chicken platter but the chicken was not moist enough, quite dry actually as they were pre-cooked I presume. The sauces saved the day and I highly recommend trying peri peri with garlic or wild herb, not too spicy but super flavoursome.

Always had good experience at this Nandos - especially since the refurb. Chicken is never dry and restaurant is clean. Also found, compared to other branches, they’re very organised and make a big effort to get everyone seated as soon as possible. Fatima (manager) especially adds to the experience. Always friendly and goes above and beyond for all customers. Also, she always remembers my nut allergy and double checks with me.

Great food as always. Service was a little slow but it appeared that staffing was low initially. However this was just before midday. Soon after that as it got busy it appeared that there were more staff and normal service had resumed. Nice venue, friendly staff. What more could you ask for 👌🏽 Update 12/07/24: Weirdly this branch didn't seem as busy today for a Friday night but there was still some people waiting for seating. We got a table swiftly and sat down. Ordered over the app as I normally do where it didn't take long for the food to arrive. There were new bits on the menu which was nice to see. Normally order a grilled halloumi to accompany my food, however today it arrived cool. Wasn't happy as it also looked like it had been battered and ripped down the middle. Raised this with staff which they took away but after a period of time it didn't come back so again had to tell a member of staff. They brought me back the same one I had which was just placed under the heat lamp still looking in the same battered state it was given originally. Raised this again to which eventually a fresh one was given. The biggest let down was the cleanliness of where we sat. It was very dusty which clearly hasn't been cleaned in some time to the point there was even someone chewing gum with dust gathered on top of that. Had this had been noticed it the first place I would've chosen to have sit somewhere else. Despite the halloumi problem the food was good but the biggest let down which made the overall experience disappointing was the cleanliness.

Although the atmosphere looks amazing and awesome staff, this is not a halal location. If this is important to you then go to the Star City or Coventry City Centre locations.

The Chicken is the authentic Portuguese favour. I have tried another Nando, and it's not as good as this Nando. If you are Birmingham, then you should definitely have your meal. I am sure you will enjoy the authentic flavours of piri chicken.

Lately, we have been to this restaurant. The ambience and service were too good. But the food couldn't meet our expectations. We ordered Hyderabadi chicken biriyani and it was average. Paratta was good but the curry we ordered along with it (Chicken chettinadu) was too disappointing!!

Based on our really good last visit, a couple of years ago, I was disappointed. The food wasn't great. I expected the mixed veg curry to be dry, yet it came in a sauce. My son's Butter Chicken wasn't the best either and the chicken looked like it had been coated like in a tikka, then added to the sauce of the butter chicken. We didn't finish our meals. The naan and rice were standard and tasted fine. Not much selection of soft drinks, so I had water. For 3 of us we had, 3 mains, 1 side dish, 2 plain rice, 3 garlic naan, a beer and two lemonades, all came to £68. Don't think we will be going there again. Shame, as it was a nice place with good food.

This must be some of the best value restaurant food anywhere. Everything I've tried here has been in the range very tasty to excellent. The prices are brilliant and the staff are lovely. It's one of my favourite restaurants of all time.

A nicely done interior and a good location. May be a challenge to find parking but there are nearby places where parking is possible. The interior has a nice touch and the staff are friendly. The Madras filter coffee was good. We tried other dishes but they were not upto the mark. The chicken curries were namesake. The breads were fine. Its definitely worth a try while lookung out for South Indian restaurants.

Great south Indian restaurant on the Shirley high St. (Stratford Road :) Went here with a friend for the first time and ordered the fish pakora starter and masala dosa. It's was very tasty. Staff were attentive and the service was good. I will go come back and sample other things on the menu next time.

Ruchie is an Authentic "South Indian" restaurant in Birmingham. The food is really fantastic, the flavors are spot on and I still keep thinking about the food because it's served just like how it is in south India . Lovely host and the service was fast . Would definitely visit again .

Haven’t been to Pizza Hut in years and I can honestly say that it was lovely to be back with excellent service from our waiter Reyan. He really went above and beyond. Thank you for making a long awaited Pizza Hut trip special!

The pizza was OK average , but the salad bar we did not enjoy nothing was fresh all to ask for refills and salad was not fresh at all. Place was dirty and service was very poor been waiting on my dessert for a while it's like they got no staff , like the table next to me they were gone 40 mins ago and their dirty plates were still there. It didn't feel like the place was clean and put me off the rest of my pizza so did a take out.

Food was lovely. We were served by Elleanna who was very helpful. It was way too cold in the restaurant, my kids hands were freezing. We had to keep our coats on. But overall the food and service was great

The lite lunch was really good value and really tasty. The girls didn’t eat too much pizza as they were more focused on the ice cream but if all looked fresh and tasty. Pasta has run out so can’t comment on that. Girls loved the self service drinks and ice cream machines. They also liked their activity sheets. Megan was really helpful and friendly. A real credit to the restaurant.

Went with kids all us had buffet pizza and ice cream and pop Good price for how much you can eat and food was always fresh and hot!!! Meg looked after us and she was amazing always there to help when we needed. Would recommend this pizza hut clean and tidy and always happy to help

Staff are so lovely and friendly and attentive to our needs. We come with a vulnerable SEN adult and they make sure we have a quiet space. Meg came over and made sure we had everything we needed. Food was really nice and other staff members on the shift were really helpful too.

The staff were so lovely and accommodating two young ladies in particular and a gentleman who I believe was the manager. They were really welcoming! Offered great recommendations for drinks. The food wasn’t to my likings some things could have done with a little more flavour or less sauce drizzled on top of dishes. Cocktails were amazing they were the highlight of the night, however the Food was not the star of the shown the chicken sharer starter was okay although i Wouldn’t say it is a shareable portion. Surf and turf sushi platter was covered in a sticky Sauce I didn’t like it much, teriyaki chicken was slightly dry however one of the sushi rolls were really nice (can’t remember the name) I would come back but for Small plates / drinks

Absolutely lovely spot, food was amazing, drink selection was great and a good selection of gluten free dishes and a pale ale too and I was assured that it will be prepared fresh in a different area to avoid cross contamination. The A5 wagyu was amazing 👌🏻 We will definitely visit again.

Such an amazing experience, staff were so polite and accommodating, it was very quiet and we told them it was my daughter’s birthday and they bought her a free desert. It made her day and was so thoughtful 🥹❤️ Food was so extraordinary and for how much we ordered it was not a long wait at all! The sushi was no fresh and beautifully made. Really enjoyed our experience here, had a lovely meal for 2 with my gf for a birthday treat using a Kibou gift card we had received. Service was excellent, Mikey our waiter really made the experience special. Food was excellent as was the atmosphere, tried and sampled a variety of dishes, Mikey even brought over a little sampler for us to try while we explored the menu, and a complimentary birthday dessert! Would highly recommend, we will most definitely be back again soon.

Great Japanese restaurant in Solihull past mell square along the high street. Great vibe, great service and great selection of sushi. Requires booking as always busy. Service was good. Prices reasonable for Solihull. Great flavours.

Food was lovely, the staff were great and attentive. Portion sizes were average for the pricing, desserts were huge though. The only downfall I'd say is that none of our dishes came out at the same time so was difficult to actually eat the meal together.

We have been to many Japanese restaurants including in Japan, and the food here does not disappoint. Very impressed by the sushi selection, with surf & turf nigiri getting a special recommendation. The truffle is an excellent addition to enrich the flavour. Service was great and Mikey was super attentive and friendly. Would definitely visit again.

Place for choice has gone down hill and become more expensive than going to the brands standalone stores. Children’s department seems only to cater to either 3+ boys and girls of all ages. Disorganised as well. The restaurant is disgustingly dirty, tables full of dirty pots and dishes. The cups and teapots and highly stained with tannin. We had to ask twice for a cleaner cup and even then you can still see the discolouration. This is easily cleaned if JL had the right SOP’s . Service in the restaurant is extreme slow and disfunctional on the coffee and cake bar. Only 2 customers waiting in front, but still took over 10mins to be served. For £3.95 Hot Chocolate I would have hoped it tasted of chocolate rather than chocolate hinted milk.

Visited today to have a bra fitting. Age 25, I felt nervous and embarrassed by not knowing my size. Grace was absolutely amazing. She made me feel at ease, was very supportive of my feelings towards different styles of bra and didn’t pressure me to purchase anything that wasn’t right for me / that I didn’t want. She listened to my concerns over tightness and explained sister sizes, meaning I was able to adjust to my comfort but still have a bra that fits. She is welcoming, friendly, bubbly and so good at her job. She was my own hype woman and made me feel so good. She’s a credit to the store and I now feel super comfortable and confident getting a bra fitted.

This was my first visit to a John Lewis store, having previously bought items from them online. I was very impressed at how many different departments and items there were. We had only popped in to spend away some time before our lunch reservation, but we ended up returning after lunch to continue. Best place I've seen for perfume testers, better than any airport. We are currently in the process of planning a major redecoration of our reception rooms at home, and saw many items we will be back for, or inspired by. Staff were also very helpful when called upon.

I would like to highlight the great service John Lewis Solihull give in their lingerie department. Their fitting appointments are really useful and they have saved me from many uncomfortable and ill-fitting bras over the years. In particular there is a young lady who works in the department, I think she may be called Emily or Emma, but she is especially lovely and has helped me pick out some really pretty bras and has helped me find a really comfortable fit. The whole lingerie fitting department are great in general, they do a very important job, and I feel they never get the positive feedback they deserve. Will always go there for bra fitting services.

Me and my partner, Beth, went into John Lewis to buy a mattress and were helped by Gavin, who was absolutely fantastic. His knowledge was second to none – he didn’t just point us to the best option, he also explained what wouldn’t suit our needs and why. He also helped us with other purchases and gave brilliant advice. On top of that, he was so kind, genuine and thoughtful with Beth, even surprising her with some full sized Clarins pregnancy shower gel. It was such a great touch. Gavin is a real credit to John Lewis – he turned what could have been a stressful decision into a genuinely enjoyable experience.

I've gone to this John Lewis several times since it is the only one nearby. I've always liked this store - they often have everything I'm looking for in stock, and generally keep the store orderly with good displays and a range of sizes available in women's fashion. We also like the homewares section (kitchen wares especially). On my most recent visit, I booked a "Wardrobe Refresh" free personal styling session. I absolutely loved it! I've told friends and family about it already. Kirstie was fantastic - I would highly recommend her! She was so personable and knew instantly what I was looking for, but still pushed me outside my comfort zone (which is what I wanted). I ended up trying on (and purchasing) things that I would have never considered even looking at if it were just me by myself. What was even better was that she instantly knew my sizing in each of the different brands, which meant I never had to look at the tag for the sizing. This was particularly important because I've been really insecure about my sizing lately. Instead, I had confidence in her ability to pick things that would fit and look good at the same time. And she did! I can't say enough about how much I appreciated her insight and enthusiasm. Highly recommend!

Paid £9.95 for a steak sandwich to take away. The sandwich was awful, made with mouldy salad leaves and drenched in honey mustard- couldn’t taste anything else. Deffo not coming again

Absolutely loved my visit to Joe & The Juice today! I ordered a strawberry and banana smoothie, and it was amazing—fresh, delicious, and exactly what I needed. What made the experience even better was the incredible customer service from Elise. She was super friendly, welcoming, and made me feel like a valued customer from the moment I walked in. I had a really disappointing experience at Joe the Juicy. I ordered the beef sandwich, and it was served cold — not even warmed up. The beef itself didn’t taste fresh, and the whole sandwich was unappetizing. On top of that, the young girl working at the counter was unfriendly and made the service feel unpleasant. Very poor service overall, and I won’t be coming back.

It’s 40% of ice, literally and this would costs you £4.2 and it doesn’t even taste so good

Really bad service in solihull branch birmingham , i went last month and i order tune avocados toast and they said sorry avocados are finish . And i went today and I ordered 2 toast and they said you can’t order as our internet system is not working . So please update the branch system as we come really far only for your toasts . Plus staff was rude and not explaining politely. Really bad customer service

I was the only customer there, waited 10 mins for 2 staff members to even acknowledge me let alone take the order. Walked out after that. They were too busy making 2 Uber eats orders. At least one of them could have stopped and taken my order. An elderly couple came, they also waited and then walked out with me. Absolutely careless staff. What is the point of having a store when you wont even serve your customers. I even said out loud I have been waiting for 10 mins. They didnt even look at me and I just walked off!

We had a fantastic meal at Emporio Artari in the Touchwood Centre! The range of options was great including a good range of veggie/ vegan alternatives. The Margherita pizza and pesto pasta were both delicious – full of flavour and clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Portion sizes were perfect, and the prices were very reasonable. The staff were warm, friendly, and professional, making the experience even more enjoyable. The setting was clean, stylish, and welcoming. Highly recommend if you're in the area!

The desi breakfast was AWFUL, the Bombay potato was just tiny slithers of potato in some sort of masala, the beans were just baked beans with a pinch of masala and the parathas were frozen parathas cut into quarters, the omelette comes as plain or fiery. This was probably the worst I have had in a long tim. The aubergine dish had barely any aubergine just mainly a tomato base sauce. Only upside was the milkshake was quite nice and the decor is nice.

Been to this place once before, and had lovely food. I introduced my sister to this place today, and we are utterly disappointed. I asked for penne arrabiata, which is a garlic/chilli tomato pasta, and asked for the spice to be quite mild. I received it, and it tasted extremely plain, no flavour just tomato out of a microwave meal or packet. My sister asked for Lasagna (the dish opposite mine) and it was just mush. It had no layering, it looked more like a huge meatball. She doesn't like cheese very much, which we specified and it was a mostly cheese dish, which we were not told about/was not on the menu description. The chips were stuck together and soggy, i don't think they had even been cooked all the way through. They were cold on arrival, and were tasteless. I'm not usually a person to complain, but today's food was not ok whatsoever. Service was ok, we were checked on and the waiter was nice to us.

I went there with my children, lovely atmosphere and staff are so friendly. The food was lovely and surprisingly reasonably priced, look forward to visiting again. Highly recommend.

One word - Wow! MashaAllah very tasty and quality food. Ordered, the brisket sandwich, bombay sandwich and veg samose. Everything tasted delicious. The siracha sauce with a touch of honey was too good. Prices are very reasonable too for all the above food and two milkshakes we paid under £35. Finally we have a quality 100% Halal, Alcohol free establishment in the heart of Solihull (touchwood shopping centre). Definitely will be back to try the full halal breakfast.

This Greggs in Solihull outside is usually a lovely place the customers are very nice and polite also the staff are so nice in this store now they have some rude Asian girls Pakistani with highlighted hair very slim at the till who think they are gods gift making people feel uncomfortable and laughing at them to lower there confidence because they are insecure. They are disrespectful this place needs to change these horrible staff for friendly staff. I have never felt uncomfortable at Gregg's like how I did today however this is a clean store good food drink but the staff are disrespectful I also spoke to the manger she seemed very respectful and also listened very well thank you for that manger :)

I will only ever go to this shop as there’s a particular store colleague there called Aaron (I think that’s his name, apologies if not). His customer service is superb. He goes above and beyond and can’t do enough to help you. Nothing is too much trouble. He’s so warm and welcoming. Such a lovely person. He’s a pleasure to deal with. I wish all customer service staff were just like him. Well done Greggs for employing such an amazing employee. He deserves every bit of recognition. Will continue to frequent your Solihull High Street shop whilst you have amazing staff like that serving.

Place was flithy. Tables not clean. Cups, crumbs, tea bags, you name it, all on the floor. Even the wind breakers/ divider's all on the ground. Coffee was way too bitter. Oh, and the pizza was stale. No cleaning attention to the public floor space!

Easily the worst Greggs I've experienced on the delivery platforms. Everything is constantly sold-out. You need to update your page to reflect what's in stock properly. Plus, a load of sweet products available in-store aren't on offer in-app. Either hire someone who knows what they're doing or get off the apps entirely, you're making a mess of your brand.

Its located inside Touchwood, almost like a hidden paradise. Who doesnt like doughnuts Krispy Kreme doughnuts? They are a must try. The basic sugar ones are better for those watching the calories. Watch out for the offer. You get 2 Boxes plain and the filled ones for price of 1.

I visited this stall/shop on Friday to get some donuts. The staff member was wiping the glass display as I arrived, she noticed me and looked in my direction without saying anything, I said hiya to which she didn't reply. She went and stood behind the counter and just stared at me without saying a word. Do you guys not train your staff in customer service, no greeting, no asking what she could get me, nothing. just stared at me. I didn't know what was going on or if the shop was open for business or not. I asked if it was open as I was somewhat confused with just being stared at. She repeated my question and then said "yeah, we're open" I said it doesn't matter and left. I won't use this shop again now because of this. I get she provably hates her job but being rude to customers isn't going to help. I went and got some cookies from subway instead and was greeted and spoken to with respect, amazing :D

Visited the store today at about 3pm and had a great customer experience! The donuts were all presented well and had many to choose from! (Was worried there wouldn't be much left at that time so that was great!) The store was kept clean and tidy, and the male colleague serving me was very helpful and friendly, would recommend this store👍🏼

We ordered a dozen of choose your own donuts as there was a special offer on for an extra glazed dozen for a pound with any dozen donuts. When they arrived there was no glazed dozen despite checking on the app twice that we had ordered it no note or anything. When we checked back on the app the glazed donuts were out of stock. The extra dozen was the only reason we ordered I feel like we've just been scammed out of buying donuts that we wouldn't have bought otherwise, with no explanation.

Tremendous service! Food was delicious, Really enjoyed it. Took a step into the unknown with the hottest flavour.. So much flavour in the fire! These delicious chicken wings, have been the best chicken wings I've had in a long time. Forget about small and bland tasting chicken wings and embrace above average size wings with spicy sauce that doesn't compromise taste for spicyness, give them a try as they are pretty new in solihull, places like these could really benefit from local people, they come and go if they aren't given a chance, if you are lucky they might give you some free vouchers so take them while you can!!!

I came with my family to this Costa, where I was met with exceptional service from Kirsty. I stated that my nephew had an allergy to dairy and she was extremely helpful. She even had an ingredient list where she checked each allergy to make sure his babychino was good for him. No one has ever done that before, many thanks to Kirsty and the Costa team.

I recently moved to Monkspath, and discovered this little gem, I LOVE it! Everyone who works here is unfailingly helpful, polite and professional, and a visit here just makes my day! (guilty secret, I come here nearly every day, love the Chai Latte) The café is a great place to visit if I’ve got time, and I’m not driving through. Well done everyone and thank you! 🙏👏👏👏

No consistency in drinks. I ask and pay for an extra shot. I don’t get one in my drink. I can’t go back as I’ll be on the way to work or I’ve drunk it at work and realised. Service can be slow. My main issue is I’ve paid for extra shots and even when confirming, they are not in the drink.

One of the dirtiest coffee shops I’ve been in. When feedback to supervisor she was great at finding excuses and reasons to excuse the cleanliness. It’s cleaner in B&Q next door.

The worst coffee ever. Bitter and disgusting. The beans seem to be overroasted and really low quality. It's not something you expect for approx. 5 pounds/ a cup. It us quiet because customers are not attracted due to low quality and bad tasting drinks.

A good coffee shop right where you need it. After a long shopping at your favourite area, it is a ace to sip a cuppa and relax. The lady made some excellent coffee today and it makes you want to go back for more. The ambience is also good. Update: The egg bits with cheese and ham is a must try. The service is in here is quite poor. They constantly have dirty tables, even when it is really quiet, so they clearly can’t be bothered to wipe them down. I am always met with attitude whenever I ask them to wipe my table over!

Not only were all available tables filthy and full of cups and plates, but the insolent supervisor became hostile and even took my drink that id paid for when I politely asked for a table to be cleaned and pointed out that clearing tables should come before serving more customers, otherwise where are the customers going to sit!? I ended up wiping my table myself, and the barista was kind enough to make me another drink!!

Very disappointing that accompany like Starbucks is still Unwilling or unable to process a cash transaction For the purchase of the products I store, I ’m not sure what the thought process behind this policy is other than the potential mistrust of its staff or the unwillingness to deposit cash in the bank, Obviously when you remove the cash payment option that In turn also removes the ability for the staff to get any cash tips which is normally generated through the change, this in itself is a selfish act by the employer in my opinion. I certainly hope that the staff are compensated for the inability to generate tips. Dictating payment terms for a coffee or a pastry is not really conducive with good customer relationship, I will not be using this Starbucks again I shall shop elsewhere for a beverage and pastry where they are willing to accept the currency ( GBP ) with which I choose to pay.

Coffee was lovely. However, the staff at (multiple) times could not be seen anywhere. They were all out the back somewhere whilst tables were left uncleaned and covered in cups and plates left from previous customers. My partner and I had to clear our own table - moving 4 mugs and 2 plates, and other tables were covered with dirty cups and plates and leftover food/drinks. Multiple customers came in after us and had to sit at tables where they had not been cleaned after the previous customers. The staff at times could be seen just standing at the counter (no customers to serve) staring into space and avoiding cleaning up the mess, or chatting with one another but not working/doing anything. Big let down in what would otherwise be a nice place to go for good coffee. It took over a whole hour of us being there before anyone came out and cleaned the tables that were already dirty when we'd arrived. Have management forgotten to train their staff around the cleaning and hygiene of their store?

We visited this venue on 4/3/25 to have a game of darts. On our arrival, we were treated with outstanding customer service by the staff Anastasia and Stewart and was able to book and begin our game within a minute of arrival. They serve a wide range of drinks that look and taste amazing for the price. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a good spot in Solihull to play games like darts, bowling, or golf!

We had a great time at spinners. This time for clay shot, but we’ve been previously for mini golf. Both were lots of fun, prices were fair, and food was nice - nothing spectacular, but fitting for a party venue.

Janvi was very polite and helpful. We had multiple drink orders and she always smiled and got our drink done with professionalism. Great atmosphere and good fun place to come with mates. Will certainly be coming back. Didn't order any food my self even though I was going to but a lady order pizza next to me and it was all black underneath so didn't want to risk it.

Had a wonderful night at spinners, the atmosphere was great and the staff were lovely. Ella was a very welcoming host and the polite young man helped us with our games. The golf was a bit short but we enjoyed the darts and the drinks!

Very Disappointing banoffee cheesecake the base had the texture of sand when it should be almost like shortbread. The banoffee was like jelly and the cream had no taste. It’s a shame as the place looks really nice and clean. The staff told me I couldn’t sit to eat as they were soon closing even though I had no intention to sit. Didn’t need that!

Recently visited here for a quick bite to eat, we didn’t eat at the tables, we decided to take the food away instead so can’t really comment on the atmosphere, but area was very clean & tidy 😊 Unfortunately the cheese toastie was tasteless, and I found two dark hairs inside of the sandwich, I didn’t finish the sandwich and decided to throw it away, my partner had a panini- he said it was fine. He also had a blueberry muffin - with a lack of blueberries again not much flavour. I had a brownie, but when I opened the box unfortunately it was just all smushed up and I struggled to eat with no utensils. Flat whites tasted bitter like the coffee beans had been burnt. A little disappointed as this cost us £30.00 We won’t be visiting again unfortunately, But the girl on the till who took our order was really lovely & helpful

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!! The worse experience and customer service I have ever experienced!!!! As soon as me, my wife and 4 month old walked in and sat down we were immediately jumped on and told he had to buy something in order to sit in the cafe. We then ordered and sat back down. Firstly give us time to get settled and sort out a baby who wants feeding. Then another member of staff came over (an old women with black hair) and said we can not bring in an empty Starbucks cup as this will ping and flag on their cameras. I then asked what does that mean a coffee cup will ping in their camera? As this seemed like utter nonsense to me. She couldn’t answer said my hair looked nice and walked off. The customer service was absolutely shocking and to be immediately jumped on and told to buy something is no way to treat anyone. We were judged as soon as we walked in and then continued to be confronted by an old women who had no life and wants to feel big in her pointless coffee shop. Avoid this place and don’t pay the extortionate prices. Go to Starbucks and Costa where you feel welcome

I visited this cafe on the way back to my car parked in Touchwood. I hate bucket size coffees and here they serve a small size at £2.65 which is great value and perfect for those who don't need loads of liquid. The lady who runs it is lovely and very friendly. I will definitely be returning.

Ordered 2 pieces of cake to take away, the chocolate fudge cake was fine. The photo below is the gluten free option a blob of cake. Absolutely disgusted with the presentation and portion size. I will not be going back, both cost the same amount. Just a shame, we are not local or I would have come straight back and made a face to face complaint. I tried to speak to somebody at the branch but no phone number or contact details 😡

Extremely expensive! I ordered a flat white coffee with soya milk which cost me £4.05. I thought this was expensive but still paid. While I was waiting I saw the price of the flat white was £3.55. When I questioned the price I had been charged I was told the extra 50p was for the soya milk which I wasn't made aware of when I ordered it. Even if half of my coffee was soya milk (which I doubt it was) the average cost of a carton of Alpro soya milk in a supermarket is between £1.70 and £2.10. This company are making around £2.50 per carton of soya (if not more, not based on wholesale prices). While I understand that soya milk is more expensive than cows milk (which I am happy to pay for) it appears that this company are profiteering from people with dietary requirements. What an absolute scam. I'd like to ask whoever calculated this additional cost whether the cost of the cows milk which I didn't have was deducted from my additional cost?

Amazing customer service from Demi and the team at Solihull TAG HEUER. As a first time luxury watch buyer, finding a dream piece with a modest budget was TOUGH. A brief call to the store led to leaning more in 10 minutes than I had in weeks of research! Demi guided me through the pre-owned watches available and found the perfect piece. The watch is perfect and am glad I went via a store for support during the process!

Amazing service. We approached them as we wanted to get our son something really special for his birthday. He has cancer and is awaiting transplant, as such he currently has to isolate due to low immunity. When I called to see if we could be the first appointment of the day, they offered to open early for us so that we could visit alone and safely. The team made our son and us feel so special and made it a really memorable experience. One of the best shopping experiences we have ever had. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. First time visiting this store. Only needed a new battery, but even so, the whole experience, beginning to end, fantastic! Very welcoming staff, good coffee and a thoroughly enjoyable and friendly conversation with Isha while processing the order. This was what customer experience should always feel like. Brilliant visit to the store today, which ended up with me buying my Tag Formula 1. We dropped in early, to browse and Megan was quick to assist. We got to about 4 watches to choose from and it was only because of his expertise and advice in the field that I was able to whittle down my selected few to the one that suited the purpose I bought it for. My first visit to a White Stuff branch, which after all these years seems a bit odd when you think of it. Not a great deal of choice for me however I really liked their socks and bought a few pairs. I have seen their clothes on the M&S website which I feel is a bit of a worry for their High St stores. Sadly this seems to be the way of the world these days. Use it or lose it!

Visited Solihull and had staff stare at me repeatedly and my mom who is disabled, totally disappointed and disgusted. Also staff were discussing customers in a bad light who had just left the shop. Visited Cristal Boutique in Knowle today what a beautiful shop with such lovely, friendly staff! I could have bought almost everything in there! So many beautiful pieces, from the jewellery to accessorise with all the gorgeous clothes. I wanted some new costume jewellery for holiday but my ears are super sensitive & I struggle with earrings either being too heavy or irritating. Becca was so helpful & assured me that all the Envy jewellery are so light you don’t feel your wearing them & true is that! Finally!! Went to Pandora today to exchange a pair of earrings that I had bought a day ago the reason was because I don’t like the design of them the policy is 6-7 days of return. The English blonde old lady that was a worker there didn’t even wanted to look at my receipt she opened the book and she said there is a hair in the box and she can’t exchange them. I told her that is not a hair because it wasn’t and she was so unbothered in helping me so highly disappointed never go here for returns especially if you are European is racism! Highly disappointed

Went in to see if they'd exchange two rings that my partner had received as birthday presents, as they were both too large. Young lady (Tonii) who served us could not have been more helpful. Very busy store in a prime position opposite John Lewis, as was evident by the people patiently waiting by the 'Queue here' sign.

I’m very disappointed with the service I received at Halfords. I brought my bike in for a brake issue after changing the tyre (same size but slightly wider). The V-brake studs were rubbing the rim, and the technician told me the issue could be fixed with a brake cable service (£20) and bronze service (£35). I paid £55 in total, expecting the brake and chain issues to be sorted as promised. However, when I got my bike back, the brakes were even tighter, and both tyres were rubbing against the brake studs making the problem worse. I returned to the store, and now I was told that they can’t fix the issue unless I replace the brake studs and pay for more expensive services. This is completely different from what I was told originally. When I first dropped the bike off, I was clearly told that no need to buy new brakes and the issue would be fixed with the bronze service. Now I feel misled and overcharged for a service that made the bike worse. I expected better honesty and professionalism from a brand like Halfords. leaving this review so others are aware.

I was super impressed by the windscreen repair service I received at Milton Keynes Halfords. Martin, Richie (name?), Jake and all the staff I encountered were so polite, friendly and helpful. The chip turned out to be more insidious than previously thought but the guys managed to fix it nonetheless and they are all so cheery and welcoming in the store - recommend the store for their professional and knowledgeable staff. I witnessed other happy customers being served all with the same level of service and respect that I received. Big thank you to see such lovely young folk doing such a good job.

Very happy with the service. However, forgot to ask for receipt as it has a one year guarantee. Since then I reached home and tried from the customer services to get a receipt. Over a month now, I have not only failed, they have exasperated me so much. Today morning Ian from the Rooksley store sent a completely ridiculously receipt showing a purchase AND A REFUND!!!!! I didn't claim a refund! The payment in the receipt shows Zero pounds! I purchased the bulbs and got it fitted with a decent young chap with whom me and my daughter even had a great conversation about apprenticeships etc. Check the date 22-Feb, late morning. So just what on earth is this refund and a receipt for Zero pounds? I paid £25. This is just causing a lot of frustration and anxiety. In this day and age service shouldn't be so bad. Things are really easy. But causing anxiety to customers like this is increasing my blood pressure. I don't live nearby so I cannot just drive again to this particular shop just for the receipt. But it should be an easy thing to get this! Ruth, Niamh, Abdul, etc. I don't even want an apology and a form to fill up. Your bulbs are still in my car! Just send me a completely valid receipt for the purchase of £25 I made. Not a made up one with a refund in it.

Balance bike ordered online for assembly and collection. Upon collection item is incorrect and not right item, told that Halfords have changed the item design but not the product code. Meaning item in store was used, when this item is an old version sharing the same code as the newer model we ordered. Staff, Mark then said if my partner ordered it at an earlier date then it could be reordered correctly, but as needed for a few days then can't. Blaming customer for ordering not early enough to allow a problem the customer didn't know would happen, a problem that Halfords shouldn't cause by not updating product codes is wild and poor customer service. Mark would only offer to remove the assembly price and then give a couple cheap accessories in its place. So we got a £1 refund which is ridiculous, declined any more when I said I wasn't happy with this. Was told to look at Argos or Decathlon, staff took no responsibility for the item bring wrong even though they assembled it and it clearly looks different to the model on the order confirmation and website including the colours. Mark has awful customer service, apathetic and blaming a customer ordering short notice (which the website allows) is ridiculous. Jack, he younger lad tried his hardest to help and was more apologetic and got the issue. Shame he has his hands tied by the other. Won't be using this store again.

I brought in my Racing Green Carrera bike for a same-day mechanical repair and chain service, and from the moment I spoke with Josh, I knew I was in good hands. Not only did he complete the repair swiftly and professionally, but he also took the time to give thoughtful advice and show genuine care for both the bike and me as a customer. It wasn’t just a routine fix – Josh went above and beyond. He noticed a few small things others might have missed and addressed them without hesitation. His attention to detail, knowledge, and clear passion for bikes made all the difference. Customer service like this is rare these days. Went to MK to look at bikes for my granddaughters on Sat 17th May. Firstly we saw a couple of bikes that were what we thought were the right size as we had used the height charts. Yep we soon had 2 little girls happily riding around the store, we kept looking for assistance but could only see one young guy but he was serving and said he would come when he was finished. Then another lad Jack came from out the back, we caught his attention, he came over, we asked him what he thought and he said both girls needed bigger bikes, he took one down told one little girl to try it, she did , nice enough bike but not what she wanted, I asked if they had any others he told me to look online, I said I didn't want to buy online as I wanted to see something first, ( what has happened to try before you buy) he said well you can see it when it gets here, no good if it's wrong and not suitable. Now this lad Jack, he had no enthusiasm, certainly didn't know how to interact with children or adults that I do know, he was constantly chewing gum and stood with his hands in his pockets all the time we spoke to him, ( which wasn't long ) , really is there no training on how to interact with customers and promote the company you work for. He definitely hasn't got any pride in his job and it came across he didn't really want to be there.

The camera was fitted to my car and appears to be working fine. Issue was with the layout of the store and the lack of customer service for having my car worked on by a Halfords member of staff. It was a 2hr job so I left my car with them and returned later once completion had been confirmed by phone. When I arrived to collect the car and I waited for at least 15 minutes before any member of Halfords staff asked me what I wanted. Meanwhile a friend was waiting outside for me to return. There were at least four members of staff walking about the store but I appeared to be invisible. The layout of the store means that it is confusing whether to go to the tills and queue with everyone else or go to the concealed desk in the customer waiting area which was empty. I had already paid for the work so just had to collect my keys. I won't be treated like this again as I won't be returning to Halfords to get any work done at all.

Aidan was very helpful in determining my correct size and giving me purchasing options. Good customer service!

Poor stock control just like every other Next store. Changing rooms were falling apart, lights blown, hooks broken, no seats. Obviously don't care enough to spend a little time to fix. No air conditioning in the changing room, everyone was trying on the same sweaty shirts. Gross!

A nice sized next found at one end of the centre. Womens downstairs. Children's section. Men's upstairs. Homeware upstairs.. A lipsy section at the back too. Changing rooms available. An escalator for customer use. Till service was fast and efficient.

Great place as usual. Selection isn’t up to my taste as they are mostly darker colours. But there is good selection of formal shoes

Recently visited. On top floor such rude leady there. I pick one T-shirt. She grabs back with rude behaviour. Never suggest to visit or buy. I am sure if is it free sale I am not buy anything. Zero service

A small store, with a good stock availability. Well curated stock, Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Well laid out and inviting atmosphere.

I will give no star if the system allow. Bought a ballon for gender reveal party. Had double and triple confirm with the staff for pink but it still end up with blue. Still couldn’t believe how it can happened (just 2 colour come on!) my day and the special moment just got destroyed 😔

Very disappointed in number of cards they had for wife and dad, mum. If this hadn’t been my only opportunity to go on my own I would have gone elsewhere. I just hope my wife has got the kids and mother law cards. Being disabled now I don’t get to use the car as much

Whilst the staff is ok, they come across a little bored with their job. But what bothers me is that i went yesterday just before closing time, spent around £19 just to have balloons inflated. I followed all the advice religiously but waking up this morning to all balloons hanging halfway down and basically ruining the balloon display. Horrible, simply horrible as a little girls birthday was ruined and my money was wasted

Great choice of cards for all occasions at great prices anything from £0.29p to £1:99p plus well priced and good choice of foil balloons and memorabilia/ gifts for that special birthday or anniversary etc followed by very friendly and helpful cheery staff. Well done keep up the excellent work.

I do love this shop missed them in the lock down , now I can get all my funny birthday cards, and the staff are really nice and have a good sense of humour and don't mind hearing me laughing out loud.

After choosing my daily shop, I was paying at the self service checkout near the door when a gang of masked shoplifters walked in, stole handfuls of expensive meat joints, physically pushed the staff around who tried to stop them, and then left. The staff all supported each other and tried to stop the thefts but as they stated to me, the door security guard wasn't scheduled to arrive until 10am, this was 8.45am. I actually feel they put themselves at risk trying to stop this happening. A knife or other weapon could have been pulled and their lives have to be worth more than an 28 Day aged slab of Cow? M&S get a grip. If this kinda thing is repeatedly happening (as I know it is), then door security should be present from doors open until doors close. You lost multiple times the cost you were trying to save by starting them late. I, and others around me didn't feel safe, I'd rather drive to the Solihull store to shop than see this kind of occurrence. Yet I live 5 mins drive away from the B26 store.

A good shopping experience. Staff are friendly. Produce is good quality, delicious bread, good selection of wines. M&S sweets are the best. The self check out scanners are the worst out of all the supermarkets. Can take forever and a day to scan one item. For that reason, I prefer to queue at the till.

Walking round the shop, the lady reducing prices was in front of me. I asked her to re-reduce mine as it was re reducing time and she said "it's marks and Spencer policy that when it's in the basket that's the price you pay" even though she was walking round reducing. Tesco will do it for ya no problem. Shows we marks and Spencers priorities are £.

Great staff let’s start with that who are always smiling and helpful. It’s bigger than you think and they have a good selection. Love the fruit and vegetables as well as all the other products and fair price too for example some products are cheaper than a nearby supermarket but here the quality is better. We need it to be bigger with more products.

Been to this store a few times now to grab some essentials. Staff are always pleasant, but the range of products within this store let's it down. I am disappointed with the sandwich selection as I am never able to get my favourite sandwich cheese and celery. I am also disappointed with the gluten free fridge range as there is a very poor selection.

M&S generally is very good but some things can be hit and miss

A lovely market, nice people, great products. Plants, cheese, cakes, bread, fruit and veg, cards, fish, cookies and homeware.

Whilst I totally support local businesses, a trader of fresh fruit and vegetables is awfully rude and patronising to its customers. Instead of offering to help, he made patronising comment as if it was funny followed by condescending laugh by its co-seller. Not that they're only only rude, their prices are at least 50% more expensive than the local groceries. Terrible customer service + expensive products = avoid at all cost! Waitrose is cheaper than your products! 🤬AVOID the fresh fruit/vegetable stall. 🤬 On the + note, the cakes and pastries stall offers yummy food with friendly service.

The "Manager" Charlotte is disgustingly rude!! Wouldn't take a returned item because she wasn't happy about the box being opened!! She raised her voice at me infront of a shop full and my 11 year old daughter. I took the item to another argos store and got a return straight away!! She was on her high horse and spoke to me like a child. I will never ever shop at Shirley tesco argos again!! She should be ashamed of herself as my 11 year old left the store crying bec how she was!

I am appalled by the rude and disrespectful staff at Argos Shirley today. I bought a lady shaver for my 94yr old aunt who has had a stroke and has gone into a nursing home. I declined the optional insurance when I purchased the shaver on your app (at a cost of £18). However, in the store, the staff member asked me if I wanted to buy insurance (even though I had already said no on the app). I politely declined, expecting that to be the end. She then acted surprised, queued my decision and said had I thought what would happen if it got damaged and wouldn't I like to take out insurance. Again I declined. She went off to get the item and when she handed it to me said, in a snide tone, "Well I hope this doesn't get damaged and you haven't got insurance" How often do I have to decline insurance? Why do I have to be repeatedly asked by staff? Why do I have to accept her snide comment? Why is someone so disrespectful working there. Interesting that the comments on Google rejects the very same..... Not a good look for Argos or Sainsbury. I wonder what my namesake would make of it all. Maybe I'll contact him and find out. Certainly I'm not going to rush to Argos to buy another item. Simon Roberts

Ordered online for click and collect. Wrong item was delivered to the store. The item I ordered is now out of stock and alternatives cost more. Unable to phone the store due to a voice response system that only wants to tell you the opening hours in the longest way possible. Frustrating company to deal with.

So I ordered a click and collect got an email and text message to say it's ready for collection. When I got there no one was there. When I asked a member of staff was told it was closed. Needed my items urgently and now have to wait. Not good

i returned a phone charger as it had fatigued after 3 months the lady said it’s not covered for accidental damage.the plastic outer wire had just started to split.she took it behind to test it on her return the wire had been almost severed look she said it has been pulled.i was gobsmacked and said you’ve just done that ! she said i’ll change it this time but not again.how rude .i had the receipt and original box .so disappointed
