Our favorite antique store in Abilene. They have real antiques and some amazing finds that you won’t see in most antique stores. They have a huge selection of knives from WW1 up until modern time. Great selection of depression glassware, postcards, and Coca Cola items. We really loved the display of bibles and cutouts up front. There were bibles from the 1700s so head in anyways to see part of history. We can’t wait to go back and see more new finds. The owners are really nice and will take the time to let you know how old pieces are and where they got them from.

Great place with nice stuff

This is a gem. It doesn't look like much as you drive by, with the appearance of an industrial operation or warehouse, this space is beautifully stuffed with many treasures. It is clean with wide enough isles to freely walk. It is free of dust (how is that possible?). I had to take a gander twice to ensure I saw everything. The folks running the place were delightful. They were far more helpful (giving us directions and information about local restaurants and hotels) than most would be. They were accommodating and provided pamphlets as well. If we ever go back to Abilene, we will be sure to stop by.

Everyone is super nice! I love the environment and all the cute stuff they have. I added a raggedy Andy to my collection and he was priced very reasonably!

This has been on my list of must tries in town and they didnt disappoint. You feel welcomed the moment you enter, the cozy atmosphere takes you away. The food was absolutely delicious, the flavors were on point creating a nice flavor party on your pallete. Truly devine one of the best flavors in Abilene. My wife had the bacon wrapped quail with honey sauce, and I had the crusted veal which was tender and loaded with juicy flavors, actually still tasting it 🤣. My Entre was off the regular menu so it might not be there when you go, just ask your server. Everyone in town seems to do calamari but theirs is different its not deep fried and hard crusted but seeming lightly fried and served in a sweet chillie sauce absolutely devine. Our server was amazing, she made great suggestions, and kept checking on us. The floor manager was also amazing she actually brought our entrees which is not something you see very often. Great atmosphere, great service and awesome flavors will definitely be back. Side note if there is still construction ongoing on the street, park behind the grace buulding and walk around to the front. Definitely give them a try.

We wanted to try this out while we were in town and my goodness we were blown away! Trey gave the best service I’ve ever had in any restaurant and that includes some of the finest dining restaurants in Texas! We recommend the Farmhouse Pasta and Bayou Chicken Pasta which was perfectly cooked. The flavors of the dishes came together so well that we could help but leave a great review! The restaurant is beautiful and the atmosphere has a high end but old town feel. Please come give this place a shot if you are in town.

Trey our server was very professional and accommodating. Seafood is definitely fresh. Love the ambience and very impress with overall experience. Will definitely visit again next time we are in town.

Great waiter and waitress! The potatoes were most flavorful part of the meal and really tasty. The lack of seasoning on the NY strip leaves a lot to be desired. It was, however, cooked to a perfect medium rare as requested and the quality of the beef seemed fairly high. From this limited experience, I cannot recommend a steak for dinner.

Our waitress was so nice! The meat they serve is so tender that we probably wouldn’t have needed a steak knife to cut it. Great atmosphere, and the chefs made our food quickly! Everyone should definitely go here when in Abilene!

Katie was an absolutely great Waitress, she was very kind and did not bother us every second. She kept a smile on her face throughout the experience. The food was fantastic, I had the New York Strip Med Rare and it melted in my mouth. The best Anniversary Dinner I have had yet.

We always enjoy our trip to Cypress Street. As we find our way to our table, the art and decor is enjoyable on the vintage walls of the antique building. I am so impressed with the specialty drink menu, that I can never decide but I have enjoyed all of the ones I tried. We often choose the special because it's always something we never see on any other menu. Some of our favorites is their fish dishes. We usually start off with the calimari appetizer because it is amazing! The staff is the most friendly that you'll find in Texas.

This is random Chocolate Factory I saw in downtown Abilene, TX on a business trip. I bought $54 worth of chocolate to take home. We'll wort it! The chocolate is awesome!

A lovely local candy and treat shop! I’ve been several times to pick up chocolates, my favorites are the sea salt and caramel ones, and every time I have had a great experience. Super friendly staff, and consistently delicious products. What more could you want? Highly recommend stopping by for a sweet treat.

Yummy little spot in town. They’ve got a wide variety of truffles, fudge, and many specialty items. They also have a large sugar free section. Staff was super nice. We love that the Easter Bunny statue is outside of it too. We got a couple truffles for $1 each.

The only one in town and that is all we need. Awesome customer service, great location, and very very clean. My go to chocolate store ❤️.

5 Stars: A Peck of Fun and a Barrel of Laughs at Candies By Vletas! I meant to post this a couple of months about about Vletas helping us out with a fun gag! If you're looking for a place that pairs delightful sweets with delightful scenes, look no further than Candies By Vletas! Witness a spectacle so hilariously embarrassing, it could only happen in the magical world of confectionery and good-natured pranks. Mitch, the man of the hour, was there in a chicken costume so ludicrously humiliating that it would make a rooster crow in sympathy. The vibrant yellow feathers, the red leggings hugging his legs, and the oversized chicken feet were just the start. The owner, a maestro of mischief, coaxed Mitch into performing the chicken dance. There he was, amidst the chocolates and giggles of onlookers, flapping and hopping with such comedic gracelessness that it was impossible not to join in the laughter. But the cherry on top? Mitch was sent on a mission across the street, finally answering the age-old question: "Why did the chicken cross the road?" To get to Candies By Vletas, of course, where the treats are sweet, and the laughs are sweeter. Thanks to the staff's playful spirit and the owner's impromptu choreography, Mitch's embarrassment was the secret ingredient in a day filled with joy. So here's to Mitch, for being such a good sport; and to Candies By Vletas, for serving up a dose of hilarity with their heavenly candies. Candy store with higher than average prices. Mostly locally made candy. Has a selection of peanut brittle, sugar free section, & truffles section. Heavily air conditioner to keep the goods cool. Parking that is accessible. Plenty of tourist stuff within walking distance. The folks behind the desk were quite friendly!

Sonya and Chris really have outdone themselves. This is such a great place to find decor and many more things to delight the senses in your home or business. They are so friendly and ready to help you find what you need. Thank you!

Definitely a place where I could spend hours and my entire paycheck! Furniture, decor, garden decor and they finance and do layaway. My new favorite place! It's like Trader's Village but not as crowded.

First time coming here, I told them what specific design I wanted on pots and showed me exactly what I wanted and I even bought a couple more beautiful pieces. Very friendly couple.

The Crossing is one of the coolest indoor flea markets in town, they have lots of booths and tons of different types of merchandise, new and old. Come down and check us out sometime, and tell them Jacob,Booth #46, sent you.

Now this is a good store to find amazing reto and classic games! I found a copy of Banjo & Kazooie 64 and it was in great condition 👍 also fun to look around for other things and the people here are super duper nice:)

Took my computer in to get some work done. The guy was really friendly and nice. He was efficient and had the problem diagnosed and solved within thirty minutes. While he took care of that I wandered the shop. It is an indoor flea market with so many different items to choose from. Some new some old some even hand made. From c.d.'s and movies; jewelry and antiques to clothing and furniture. And all the booth owners were very engaging and friendly. It is only open part of the week. Forgot to look at their schedule. I will be recommending this to others and I will be going back. And now my computer is back up and running great!

The place is adorable and the prices are not bad…. The ladies at the front are rude and obnoxious! If you work there and are reading this you must wait until the paying customer drives off before you look at each other and roll your eyes ! Or better yet just be nice and don’t have the assumption you’re better than anyone else. Either way I got some paint that I’ve been looking forward to trying out so that’s a good day.

Cute stuff wouldn't call it vintage found several items I'm interested in....but my son and I were being followed around the whole entire time so we did not feel very welcomed.

I fell in love with this place the first time I walked in. If I could I'd give it 10 Stars. I was looking for a radio and they found one for me and I absolutely love it and it works.

Sellers Beware: Over the weekend I visited this store. I noticed a Climax Tobacco sign screwed to the wall for $85, so I went to the front to tell them I would like to purchase it. I noticed that another potential buyer was offering $65 for the sign and an employee had just dialed the phone to contact the seller. I loudly proclaimed that I would take the sign for $85. The employee ignored me, so I repeated myself multiple times only the be ignored more while they bartered on the phone. They proceeded to sell the sign for $75 without telling the seller that someone was also there willing to pay the full asking price or even acknowledging the fact that I was the first to accept any offer.

Prices are very reasonable, lots to see. They have a wide selection for everyone. The place is clean. The booths are not so crowded that you have trouble seeing everything. The workers in the front are super nice!! An all around great store to shop at.

Antiques, vintage, some new items. It seemed like a well rounded selection. I bought an old sign and a couple old wooden dogs.

Of your trying to get rid of collectables I wouldn't referr you take them here. The lady will not give you the time of day, not friendly at all, makes you feel real out of place.

One of the more classic antique shops in Abilene. The new owner has done a great job of getting the store in order. The climate is better with the addition of all the fans. High quality gifts of all sorts from books, furniture and culinary tools. Always willing to adjust price within reason. Very clean and welcoming.

Been a few time . Keep thinking that things will get better. Both the gentlemen that works there are very nice. I know they are not in charge of how people price their booths. But, every booth is ridiculously priced.

I'm a seller at this stage and I've had a great experience. Good people here at Living Chic and they have a network of qualified buyers that they know and nurture which is awesome! My sister found this place when I moved from a large home full of elegant and valuable items that I needed to sell as I am moving into a much smaller home with a completely different and updated look. I'll shop at Living Chic soon, however I wanted to get my items sold first and look around later. Owner is rude when there's so many ways to sell USED stuff you should be more kind. Cares 0 about community and all about filling her pockets. You can tell who someone really is by the way they treat people when they think no one is looking.

If I could give 10+ stars I would. Friendly staff. I had a wonderful time finding a few silver decor pieces. You found yourself a returning and regular customer.

The place is overpriced, I paid a little over $35 for an elfbar today and it's already broken I was hitting it normally and then it just malfunctioned and kept hitting till it died and wouldn't turn back on, waste of money. Not to even get started on the man who worked the register was incredibly rude and said I was suffering from obesity. First of all this was my very first time coming into his establishment and that's how you greet people. Second of all no one has any right to talk to anyone like that especially YOU JUST MET (literally not even a minute prior) like that, what the actual hell is wrong him. Ridiculous wouldn't even bother stopping if I had to drive 30 minutes to get to the next store

This is no longer a Liquor store, but just a privately owned convenience store/specialty shop thats run by some of the nicest, friendliest folks you’ll ever have the privilege of doing business with! Always worth the trip, and is time well spent - the money, well, it’s gone, but that was gonna happen anyhow, so, at least it went to some really awesome people! big fan of this little drive thru and walk in cig and liquor store. the staff is very friendly and always make me feel like my business is appreciated. they have great deals on cigs for ne ones budget. my wife found her favorite cigs there after looking thru almost all of abilene for them and they were less than $5 a pack! beer is cheap and cold and there slushies they offer are awesome. (u can buy liquor and add to at ur own discretion) I never wait long at the drive up window and all around choose going here over ne other place.

Great little shop to find vintage furniture and trinkits! I recommend following their Facebook page to keep up with what "new" items they get in! The owner can keep an eye out for something specific you might be looking for also. Always a fun time to walk around and look, but it costs me every time! Lol$

Great collectibles store. Bit of hard parking especially when the big 4 seater pickups RUDELY park by the entrance. Those peeps are always careless where they park just bc they think they r big and bad. They shud put a sign thereaskind picups in subs not to park there. You know cars only park in this spot! Lol!!

I love this place. I come with my mom almost every weekend to look around and I always find something I just have to take home. My family and I found some amazing pieces of furniture at fantastic prices and the furniture is built to LAST. Unlike the cheaply made new furniture you'd pay 4-5x more fore. I made an Instagram JUST so I could follow this shop and see what's new throughout the week.

I love both stores. Always a wide variety of things to browse through and super cute tshirts and clothing! The nicest vendors, always bringing in new stuff. The owners and staff are the very best.

We had to pick up some eye drops for my daughter's pink eye. We weren't really sure what to get but the pharmacist gave us some very helpful information and made a recommendation. I appreciate him taking time to listen and help us.

Worst experience ever. The auto care side needs new management. Went in to get 3 new tires. Lady that was outside ran it on her WORK TABLET and was yea we have 5 in stock. Gave her my keys and was checked in at 9:50 am. At 10:53 I get a notification that my car is ready. I go to pay and to my suprise my car is not done. The lady at the front counter tells me they just realized their inventory is wrong and they don’t have my tires. I tell the lady, “ IT TOOK YA 1HR TO FIGURE OUT THAT YA DIDNT HAVE MY TIRES.” I asked for the manager, and his response was “all I can say is sorry.” And then replies “ I guess from now on I’ll have them check the inventory physically to make sure we have them.” WOW, I think that should be the first thing your employees should be doing. NEVER GOING TO THIS WALMART AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Been there many times a few times I was told that I could NOT get bags to do scan & go ( corp says customers can also I haven’t had this problem with other locations ) anyway I try my best to order home delivery since then. Want to treat customers like criminals without just cause and 99 percent self checkout fine I’ll let y’all shop and deliver to me costing the location more money.

Went in . And walked out. Slept check out was only open.. and that there was at least 38-45 people waiting I'm line for self check since .. no one was working at any check outs!! Just a couple at self check out ..even though there was plenty people in the store working and shopping.. I OBSERVED AN CAME TO THAT LAZYNESS OF SOME WORKERS AND MANAGEMENT. NOT ALL BUT SOME.

Shopping was good. Found all my items. Prices are high compared to HEB though! Wal Mart employees, Cashiers flip their nametag's to avoid being identified. I asked another employee why and he said, " to avoid being called down by management." WOW! This is nothing new as I have seen the same from American Airline staff at DFW.

Very clean organized Walmart on the inside. When you start walking on the perimeter of the parking lot and the building....it is a shame how big stores like walmart polute... and they are perfectly fine with the garbage around...maybe ignoring it ...maybe lliving on it like rats. Check out the wall by the neighboring subdivision. I just couldn't believe it.

This is the worst wamart in Abilene. Today I went in and they finally had the garden center gates open. Went in did our shopping and sure enough no casher. Asked an associte that was in garden center if there was a cashier she said they were on break. We saw plenty of workers and even managment walking around we asked them and they said sorry it was closed didnt try and help in any way they just walked off. As managment you should be able to hop on a register and help with it being a service area. What happeded to taking care of the customer!? If I could have given a no star I would have.

There is so much random stuff that is a good price. So it's worth waking around the whole store to possibly find something great that you forgot you needed. There's not always good choices on shoes, but there's plenty of clothes to look through. Like I said, lots of stuff. Mainly clothes, shoes, and household items. At a good price.

Possibly the rudest employee I have ever encountered here. I did let the manager know, but definitely did not feel like she took the employees behavior serious enough. It will be a long time before I decide to go back to this store.

Was able to get my husband a new suit on the very first try. He's fairly short and fluffy and usually very hard to find clothes for so we were expecting quite a hassle but were blessed with finding what he needed right away. The lady at customer service was very friendly and even helped us find a nice discount.

I'm very disappointed with today's Black Friday event at the Abilene Mall. Apparently at this location all the customers are supposed to enter through the salon entrance before 8:00 a.m. (when the mall doors open) on Black Friday. However the signs on the exterior outside doors and the mall doors shows JCPenney's is open at 5:00 a.m., NOWHERE did it mention to use the salon entrance! I was there at 7:20 a.m. trying to get in using the mall entrance and the exterior doors that I knew of. I saw the signs on the door that read 5:00 a.m. opening, I saw customers in the store shopping, I actually even knocked on the doors and yet I could not get into the store, all the doors I tried were locked. I called JCPenney's Abilene store and was not able to get ahold of anyone twice. On the third call I was able to get a hold of the salon, they let me know I had to go through their entrance and the cash coupons were gone. By that time it was almost 8:00 a.m. I was sitting out in the mall and the manager opened up the doors. I talked with the manager and asked him where on the door signs does it say to go to the salon entrance to shop at JCPenney's before the mall opens up? I told him I had been here since 7:20 a.m. I was outside reading the signs were JCPenney's was open at 5:00 a.m., saw the customers shopping inside and the doors were locked. I came inside the mall read the sign and the doors were locked. He told me everybody knew to go to the salon entrance. I told him that there were people trying to get in, they read the sign, the doors were locked and they left. I told him it would be helpful in the future if he could put the information on the doors signs about using the salon entrance before the mall opens up. He said he's never had any complaints before. I told him this is bad for business. I told him maybe you don't care, but it would be helpful to have that information on the sign! I asked him if it was the same procedure using the salon door last year? And he said yes. It's interesting to me that if everyone knew to use the salon door, then why did I see people trying to get into JCPenney's only to find out the doors were locked? Those potential customers walked away. I did buy one item. While I was in the checkout lane, the lady in front of me was talking to the cashier. She was discussing the same issue with no information about the salon entrance before the Mall opened up on the door signs. The cashier was saying she was sorry. It's a shame you have a manager that doesn't CARE enough to put all of the shopping hour information on the door signs. It's a DOWNRIGHT Shame that you have a manager that from his blatant defiance of your mission statement causes an employee to apologize for something that he should have taken care of! My question to you owner or representing the owner is: Do you care enough about the potential customers and employees that work there or are you going to continue to employ a manager like this?

Sometimes, the employees are rude and slow . I would not normally complain, but it seems to be super hot in the store :( I would do more online shopping, they charge to ship from store to store! Idk

We have always shopped at JCPenney's through the years and they have been really good to my family but today I have realized I was blind. My 17-year-old son got his first job there and he was doing amazing. He was at work on time ,he went to work when they asked him to fill in when someone called in and he also was noticed as a good employee and got recognized about 2 weeks ago. It's crazy how things change so fast. My son goes to work today at 12:00 can I get a call at 1:00 to ask me to come pick him up because they just fired him. Now you won't believe why here's the crazy thing all the other employees were doing the same thing giving coupons to customers at the checkout. So my advice to everybody I wouldn't let JCPenney's be their first job because they treat their employees badly. JCPenney's in Abilene Texas is a business that likes to tear down teenagers self-esteem and today in our society many teenagers go through a lot of depression so if you want your teenager to have a good experience at work and a job to teach them how to work instead of fireing them so quickly you need to make them aware of this information so they can have a great start in the work world.

JC Penny clothes are always better than what you will find at Walmart except the people working in there are stuck in (we're going out of business mode) they need to come alive and fight like their future depended on it.

Edited: I bought an item during their black Friday sale that clearly says there is a $30 rebate. When I went to fill out the rebate form, I was told it was not part of the promotion. JC Penney online was completely unhelpful with this, but I called this store, and the customer service representative was SUPER helpful. She personally set out to resolve my issue. I couldn't be happier with the service. It's not five star because of all the hassle I still had to deal with over the past few days.

This was one of my first times going to Target and I am FAR MORE than disappointed. We had such high expectations. First of all we bought a 600$ car seat for our baby. To our horror when we get home we find a car seat THATS A WHOLE DIFFERENT BRAND then what was on the box AND it was filthy and dirty with A BABY BOTTLE AND SOAP IN THE BOX. With further inspection we saw a SALVAGE sticker on the box. We went to go to return it and they didn’t let us. The very aggressive manager named Ethan threatened us with the police for simply wanting to return it and ACCUSED US of placing the car seat and filth in the box. Horrible, NEVER COME TO THIS TARGET!

Customer service area : Shopping this morning in store . All self check outs full with people waiting. NO cash registers at ALL. One team member monitoring the self checkouts. She was asked by another customer about cashiers. Response " they are ALL on break. Really same time ? When do businesses allow same break time. It's around 1000 AM. Breaks are extremely important but for the consumer could you space breaks out so your customers- will Return

So our entire family has reviewed Target. We lost a bundle of money buying a car seat for a baby. We bought it and opened it to our shock it was used, dirty with soap and a baby bottle in the box, and it was from a whole different brand. We thought ‘Okay, that’s okay we can just exchange it!’ Considering Targets safe return policy. We talked to the employees there and the manager came out and started threatening us with the police. We talked to them with the upmost respect just trying to get our money back or maybe the product we were meaning to buy. Ethan (The manager) kicked us out and accused us of placing the filth and the other car seat in the box. What large corporation sells USED products with filth like a baby bottle and soap?! Never come here if you want customer service and cleanliness.

As a disabled veteran i depend on the electric carts being a available. Twice I've been here and no carts were available. I asked for help from two associates and they blew me off. I need help ensuring carts are available or I can stop shopping here.

Clean store, everything is put up I see why they like to shop here, maybe a little more expensive but it's also for the experience of having things in order. Big selection of women's clothes and house decor. Wife likes it if we have time we always take a last stop visit.

Really disappointed that I placed an online order on July the 12th, due to 2 items not being available for pick up my order would have to be shipped and that I would receive order by the 18th. Received part of my order on the 15th, rest was supposed to arrive on the 18th. On the 18th got an email that it would be the 21st. Still not here and it’s the 21st!!!!

Everyone loves Target, thats obvious............ only complaint I have is ZEROOOOO air flow in the restrooms.....it's already gross in there....... get some air moving in the restrooms please. It's hot 🥵

What gets me is how they can have one customer service representative (Hannah) checking out people when the line is ten deep. The manager and two other employees were at the end of the check out counter chatting it up while Hannah does her job with grace and patience. Apparently they were to busy talking to make sure the customers didn't have to wait to pay for their purchases. Shame on the manager who doesn't understand customer service. On the way out I complimented the manager on Hannah's performance and she just grinned and thought that was so wonderful while the line was still ten deep to pay.

Super great TJ Maxx! This store had great selection of items. The clothing was completely stocked and prices are always awesome. The fitting room employee was super nice and had great customer service. I will be visiting this location next time I’m in town.

Great place to shop, discount and great brands. Restrooms are always clean. Well the mens is. A lot more inventory today. Lot more clreance sales today. Clean again thats always a plus. Had 3 cash registers open.

Jessica was extremely rude and uncooperative. Completely ruined my experience at this retailer, I hope to never run into her again.

Store had a really good clearance but prices are still a little on the high side even for the clearance. You can always find a good deal or pay little more for what you want. I really like their summer decorations kind of like my style Chic but cheap! Staff really doesn't bother you they let you shop yet friendly. I will always shop here! Highly recommend!

We lost Big Lots in Lubbock, it was one of the best, or THE best low cost stores for us on the north side. I found them to be clean,well organized and priced well.

Bought the demo gazeboo and paid full price. We were assured it would all be there and boxed and in new condition it was not boxed. We've had multiple parts bent or twisted and now have to order new parts. Some of the screws are conoletleyl stripped as well and it's been a horribly frustrating time. Called in to ask about parts and got the guy who took it down who seemed more angry that we had an issue than interested in helping. Don't get the demos.

The store carried many popular brands.

Picked up a set of towels and they were super soft and absorbent Egyptian cotton. $11 large towel, $8 hand towel, and $6 face cloth. Good prices for the quality! Ended up going back a buying a set of 4 for a Christmas gift. Only issue is there was only 3 hand towels. When going to discount shops, this happens and no guarantees of the same towel being available again.

The shop was bright and airy.

So went for furniture shopping, found out there was delivery options soon learned there is a flat rate delivery option. Staff lied which is wild. So lost out on the thousands we ended up spending at a different place. Its good to know to never use big lots for any type of anything. And then they try to shove the loyalty program down your throat. And staff was non existent and the one that we could ask had headphones in and didn't know anything about anything. Just don't go here.

We ALWAYS shop at Burlington, and I mean ALWAYS. But today has definitely changed our minds on this. We will take our business elsewhere thanks to the manager named Ricardo. You sir were very rude and had no right to talk down to me like I was asking for a handout. How dare you sir, I work hard for what I have. And do not appreciate the assumption. I only had to ask a question whether the $200 layaway would be tax exempt since this apparently is tax free weekend. And didn't even ask for the full tax exemption, only what I still owed on it. And you told me no since it was created prior to tax free weekend. Which I can understand. But then you proceed to tell me if I try to purchase it and then return it immediately to try to purchase it again tax free that I would not be able to do so until everything had been placed back on the sales floor. I never once mention nor asked about this. So this was very rude of you to come at me with this assumption. You should be ashamed of yourself sir. And as far as the company, you need to know who is "managing" your store and how he speaks to hard working people. I planned on paying the full price of what I owed and only had a simple question. I had planned on buying more stuff including shoes for my children while I was here. My business will be taken elsewhere. And I'd only give 1 star based on Ricardo. However I feel that the sweet cashier named Autumn deserves better than this. This girl needs a raise, especially with a boss like that...she's a keeper. She was so nice.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a really solid shopping experience at the Burlington Coat Factory here in Abilene. The store was impressively clean and organized, especially the Big & Tall section and the men’s hat area—everything was neat, easy to browse through, and well-stocked, which made finding what I needed quick and stress-free. A big shoutout to Eddie, who was working near the fitting rooms in the back. He was phenomenal—super friendly, helpful, and really made the experience more enjoyable. Up front, they had plenty of help at the checkout lanes, which made the process fast and efficient. Even though the store was busy, I didn’t have to wait long at all. The variety of items and how well everything was put together really stood out. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that there’s always a little room for improvement, but overall, this Burlington is doing a great job. I’ll definitely be back!

Not to bad of a store. They have some good sales. I try to get my money's worth so I do try to find clearance stuff. Sometimes you find good deals I can't complain. Everything is prices okay. The store is clean the restrooms are sometimes a 2.5 out of 5. They do only have 2 people on the cash register so that's not a good thing. But it is Sunday at 15:30hrs.

Great prices and rotating inventory. I buy a ton of coats at really good prices for donation drives. Toys for Tots drive at work so I came and grabbed a bunch of awesome little toys for $3-15 each. Got a granddaughter who loves to dress up and they have beautiful Christmas and pageant dresses. Home decor? They got it. Back to school and new baby. If you look around you can find clearance tags, check them all because they oddly may have different prices for the same item. Lines can get long but moved quickly. Reusable shopping bags at the checkout are 1-2 bucks and super cute. Keep the carts away from the door oeb they lock up.

Making people wait on the line while they chat with other customers Time is money

Thai place has lots of goodies for all walks of life. I really enjoyed their selection of hardware. Bought several items I didn't expect they would have liked flashlight Bluetooth speakers and other gadget's.

The store is usually very clean. They have lots of products to offer and usually have an extensive selection. The biggest cons are the staffing and pricing. You will find many many items in the store without a pricing tag on it then that leads to staffing issues. You will go to check out just to be told you can purchase xyz item because it doesn't have a sticker. This is made worse by you waiting in line for an excessive time just to be told the one item you want, you cannot have and there's nothing they can do about it. They are usually short staffed or poorly scheduled because the lines will be outrageous. At this particular visit, the line was wrapped out into the aisles. I personally waited 25 minutes to check out because of the excessive line. The cashiers aren't usually friendly and they never look like they want to be there. The staffing issues is greatly affecting the store's atmosphere and sales. They need a better plan in place to help with the many customer disappointments.
