The subs are mediocre at best but it was annoying to order online and be missing things from the order and to have to go back in twice to get things. The flatbread snacks are a joke. There was 2 pepperonis and a little cheese in the one that is supposedly 2x pepperoni and cheese and it was not spread over the flatbread. Not sure if that is how it is meant to be but if so I can't imagine many people are going back for me. Very very disappointed and will not be going back
I went to this subway for lunch while visiting Pueblo. The store itself is a bit dirty and immediately off-putting on the location in general. There’s a sign on the door that says no cash after 8pm for the safety of the staff. Unfortunately Subway can’t control this part of their business so I did not rate it based solely on this. The food is typical Subway. The bread is as good as any other Subway. The lettuce and onion looked and tasted less fresh than other subways I’ve been to. The stuff we’re friendly and super helpful. The cost for a 6-inch cold cut with tax was $5.69. Very doable. A pre-made sub from King Soopers cost about the same thing ($5+tax) and you don’t get nearly as many toppings on those subs. Overall happy with this chain Subway sub. Recommended, but only during the afternoon. Not sure how safe it is out here in the evenings.
This subway was lacking in cleanliness, and customer service if you have a choice or even if you don't go somewhere else... the counter where they make the sandwiches was filthy, they had most of there food cross contaminated and the staff didn't stop to listen to what our order was. All and all would not recommend.

Showed up around 7:00 p.m. and nobody noticed I was there because they were really busy in the back talking. Once they noticed me the service was just fine. But a 6-in sub and a bag of chips for $10.42? I won't be back.

Los Tres Inc is a beloved gem nestled within the Pueblo Mall, cherished by locals for over 25 years. This eatery has become an institution, known for its warm atmosphere and friendly staff. The Chicken Tacos on white, deep-fried to perfection and served with salsa, are a must-try that never disappoints—even when enjoyed as takeout! Additionally, their chili fries and enchiladas have won the hearts of many patrons.
Love this place. They have good green chili and good salsa too. Great good especially for mall food. One of my very favorite Mexican food spots.

The chicken in the chicken tacos was bland as if it was boiled, shredded, and not seasoned when placed in the taco. The beans and rice were awful with one of them being sweet. I was able to eat 2-3 bites before throwing it out. Also I was supposed to get a drink with the meal but didn't get one
The chicken is frozen in a bag and the rice was mush! The waiter was very rude!!! he even yelled at an elderly lady because she didn't hear him! Never again will I go there to eat! disgusting! How are they allowed to serve food like that!
So there were four of us. Three of us got to choose three. The food was not good. The chicken tasted old. The pork was full of fat and chewy. Definitely didn't sit well with us. And seriously you're using styrofoam plates lol. Not what I was expecting for a sit down lunch. The waitress was absolutely phenomenal and super friendly. That was the only highlight
The food is great, I have loved it since I was a child. Their customer service can improve. Some of the workers are so hateful, especially when it comes to children.
5 stars cause the rude little dude who acts like he owns the place wasn't working. I actually called to make sure he wasn't working before I came in. The nice ladies that I have always known through were there thankfully. I'm trying to finish before this toxic little guy comes in.
I recently ordered food to go. The prices have gone up to the point it's not worth coming here anymore. I ordered 3 Enchiladas with no beans or rice, and 1 tamale. They would not put the tamale in with the enchiladas so it seems like I was charged for the to-go containers and the bag. So all that being said I paid almost $24 for 3 enchiladas and 1 tamale. It disappoints me because I do love their food. To top it all off when I got home I found that my order wasn't correct. I ordered beef enchiladas with onions and the enchiladas were cheese and no onions.
We've been coming here for years. Our last 2 visits have been horrendous. The food was good, but the service was terrible. It was the short male waiter. He seems completely put out that we even stopped to eat. We went about 6pm and he told us that he was about to close. 3 hours before they closed! He mentioned that he was gonna shut off the fryers so we had to pick certain items. He's always very short and not friendly, but the last few times he was outright rude. This restaurant will not stay opened if this continues. People work hard for their money. They can spend it elsewhere.

Ordered three large drinks. One orange and 2 strawberry banana. Got all three strawberry bananna. My wife is allergic to bananas. Asked for an orange and the long haired kid started arguing that she ordered strawberry. I asked OK! WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET AN ORANGE??!! He refused to make the right drink and walked off. Would not come out of the back room.Aked for a Manager or owner and he said "google it"

Love this place whenever I go I always get the triple berry been a favorite of mine for years but that’s not all the manager of this location is nothing shy of amazing! She always greets me with Smile and is happy to answer any and all questions regarding the products offered she defiantly brings a wonderful vibe to the already great establishment the way she manages this location is awesome and her crew of employees are also great people keep up the great work and I’ll continue to be a repeat customer as I have been for years!❤️
I normally enjoy the service here and their drinks are good. However, I went to order today at 5:20ish and the associate Valerie said they were closed for 10 to 15 minutes for cleaning but they would open back up before close. I went back within the 10 to 15 minute time frame and the associate said they were closed for the day. I originally tried to order my drink about 40 minutes before they were to close on a Sunday. I'm curious if the associates are trying to shut down early so they can clean and get out of there early? If so maybe you should change your hours or coach the employees on when to start the closing procedures.
Ordered 3 large orange Julius. The worker proceeded to make strawberry banana when told we ordered orange Julius and not banana strawberry the worker was confrontational and then proceeded to walk away and hide in the back room. Then when they came back out said that we ordered strawberry banana and was rude about it the whole time.
Absolutely weird, I was ordering a hotdog and while waiting a dude with pink hair was being extremely weird and was smiling insanely at people, I don’t know what’s going on but I was scared.
Ordered 5 strawberry banana smoothies. Instead of doing 1 at a time to make sure the recipe was correct. They made two huge blenders full.. mostly ice. They tasted like ice milk. Is there any training at this location. Need to retrain how to make a smoothie correctly and how to be friendly with customers.
The two girls working today (8/31/19 @ 4:50 pm) were very rude and made us feel like a bother ordering 5 drinks. Sorry, won’t do that again. Never spoke to me as I was ordering and as we were trying to think about what our last drink would be, she started to hit the cup on the counter and glare at us.
The smoothies are always great but the employees have just always been horrible. They're unhappy to provide service and they are rude, snappy, they have NO customer service skills at all! Totally messed up our smoothies and when we tried to correct her we were told she knows what shes doing, so...

Well I love to doodle and draw stick figures and finger paint…If I’m lucky enough to get a chance to draw something or paint that is. I’m a Hobby Lobby type person. Every time I go to hobby lobby I always buy something extra and I mean my budget for art supplies has hit the roof. I actually save money getting stuff at Hobby Lobby. They got a nice selection of acrylic paints and I love the canvas sizes. I personally buy large canvas. I think they have competitive prices on them because I save $$$ on the larger canvas. Ok I’m sure you are like Dude stop talking about large canvas’s please. I like to dream and in my dreams large canvas’s are the only ones that I have to finger paint on. Really I’m just a beginner so one day maybe I’ll be something but for now. Hobby Lobby is my favorite art supply store.
They have lots of Star wars items for the kids in addition to regular arts and crafts items. However, the prices are not clearly marked on anything. I thought I was getting 40% off on most of the items in my cart but it turned out none of them were on sale. For example, all the birdhouses were together in the same aisle, but only the colorful ones were 40% off while the ones that you had to paint were not on sale at all. Overall, it was very confusing and frustrating.
Good selection. I find that each hobby lobby is different from location to location based upon the demographics of the city. So Pueblo has items that are specific to the area versus the ones I have visited in Parker, Colorado or Denver, Colorado or even in Texas. They still have the basic items, but it's fun to see the variety each store has.
Limited selection on some things like fabric and fleece. Wish it was bigger I’m not a big fan of having to buy things on line. Employees were super nice.
This store is an awful addiction! I can spend hours in here and always leave with something. It's always busy but they have the best sales and displays! These are just a couple pictures!

Awful Experience
The cashiers care more about getting their own jewelry than helping the customers get their rings paid for. Honestly the worst customer service associates! Such a shame and gross to hear the associate (ON THE CLOCK) telling the Jewelry Clerk (who was attempting to help me - the actual customer) to go get her jewelry - like hmm you can do that off the clock lady!
Honestly very disappointing, not happy and even worse I returned home to find I was charged $400 on my JCP Credit Card and then another $400 on my Wells Fargo Card. I was told to call the bank myself and no apologies whatsoever like are you for real? Beware of this Location.

I have never experienced such incompetence from a corporation. My fiancé spent months waiting on my wedding ring due to repeated errors and confusion between JCPenney and their jeweler. His original plan to surprise me was ruined because of the delays, and he was forced to reveal it early in disappointment.
When the ring finally arrived, the diamond fell out within a week. It then took over a month to get it repaired, only for JCPenney to return it altered with sizing beads that he never requested. No one has provided an explanation for how or why that happened.
This experience has been heartbreaking, stressful, and beyond unacceptable. If you are considering spending your hard-earned money on something as meaningful as wedding jewelry, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I will be sharing this experience widely to warn other customers and reporting this company through every channel available.

Good prices and some great deals especially if you're a club member. Some of the brands are of cheaper quality but they do have some good ones as well.

Big Bear is the greatest liquor store I’ve ever been to. Incredible selection of beer, wine, and spirits that you just can’t find anywhere else, and they have fantastic customer service - everyone there is so nice and so helpful! Even when Comcast goes down and their credit card machines aren’t working, it’s worth it to go to an ATM and get cash so you don’t miss out on what they have!
This place has anything that you could ever want in a liquor store. The walk in beer cooler is huge and stocked too many brands of beer to count.
Went in tonight Sunday july 27th at 8:40 pm.. and encountered a man who just had the nastiest attitude. Just because I walked inn 20 min before closing, knowing exactly what I wanted, it was a quick and easy transaction,. However, his deminor and attitude was like " how dare u come inn when we are about to close" we'll, I'll take my business else where because that was just disrespectful. If u dont like your job find another place to makes u happy! So rude and disrespectful......

Awesome spot especially in winter when kids are cooped up! They keep it clean and have staff walking around keeping kids safe and following rules. Massage chairs for the parents and parents can jump too. Memberships are super affordable .
Sometimes we go to jump park, then eat at mall, and then play at the mall indoor playground, then my 5 year old and 3 year old take naps !

Great place inside the Pueblo mall. Entrance is on the west side of the mall, no interior mall entrance. Our boys had a great time!!! Dodge ball was a lot of fun. Snacks are pricey, but to be expected. Will definitely come back.

For the last 4 months I’ve tried to cancel out membership after moving. EVERY single time I speak to someone (when they actually answer the phone) they say I have to speak with the manager to cancel and they take my information to give to her (because she’s never there when I call) I’ve given my callback info countless time and still have not received a callback to cancel. Extremely annoyed and seems like they are doing it on purpose.
We absolutely love the experience at this trampoline jump park! It’s the perfect place for kids to play, jump around, and burn off all that extra energy in a fun and safe environment. The setup is great for children of all ages, and there's always something exciting to do. The staff is always welcoming, friendly, and helpful, which really adds to the positive vibe. Highly recommend it for a fun family outing or a great spot to let the kids be active!
This is a great place to take your kids to let their energy run wild! There is lots of room to run and different ways to jump. They even have places for just the little ones to play. Adults and children alike enjoy this place! The price isn't bad either, considering it's indoor and out of the weather and heat or cold. They have lockers to store your items. They also have a huge jungle gym for the kids who are taking a break from jumping. I highly recommend this place!
Me and my daughter try to come every week and everyone is always so nice and patient. If you have a special needs kiddo whatever company you’re with usually will approve for you to have therapy here. Highly recommend getting a membership it’s way more affordable even if you only come once in a month for whatever reason

I usually don’t bother with reviews but I feel I have to. I went in to return a pair of jeans I had purchased. I had the receipt and the price tag which I had removed as they were a gift. The lady in the return department grabbed the bag from me as I was trying to get the receipt and tag out of the bag. Then I was accused of washing them by her and she called her supervisor over. She and her supervisor were standing there smelling the jeans and telling me they smelled like they had been washed. I told them I did not wash them and her supervisor finally said “well I’ll let it go thus time” and they refunded my money. Just want them to know there won’t be a next tim! I will not allow myself to be ridiculed in the presence of other customers.

Deb in the fragrance department was amazing. I am notoriously picky with perfume - don’t like anything too floral, too sweet, too feminine, too masculine, the list goes on. Despite my reluctance (I figured no one could help since it’s so rare to find things I like), I agreed to let her show me a few curated selections. She matched me with Wood Sage and Sea Salt by Jo Malone which I was previously unfamiliar with, and I feel like I’ve finally found my signature scent. She completely understood every note I was looking for and found the perfect scent for me! If you’re still looking for your “go to” fragrance, I cannot recommend Deb at Dillard’s enough.
Horrible staff. Manager Corrie seems to not be fit for management as came off confused and requested non management assistance. The store and the rest of its staff are as tired and past expiration as the former Joslyns Dillard's replaced. Never returning

One of the cleanest guns I have been to. Staff is friendly, people are courteous. Met a FREE personal trainer! Thank you Mr. Bolt! Equipment is well maintained and really targets muscles. Just a little busy at times, BUT people are kind and let you work in. No judgement, just a breath of fresh air.
Best thing is, next month they are moving to a facility TWICE as LARGE! Hopefully more room and more equipment! Glad I joined and am happy to grow with Planet Fitness!

I have been a member at 4 different locations and each in a different state over the last few three years. This one here man. It’s perfect for the night owls trying to get out of the house at a time that most are sleeping. Work great for anyone trying to avoid high traffic hours. I myself am not sure if I want to be seen during my ugly faze of fitness. Give me a few more weeks and I’ll show up at the most traffic jam hours, then I won’t care how long I have to wait inline to use my favorite piece of equipment. Y’all know what that I’m talking bout right? That’s why I go really hard when it comes to the stand-up tanning beds. I work up a good amount of sweat. It’s only 3 songs and n my play list but I am paying for it now. 9 minutes and my body is so mad that I fudged the question that they asked before I went in. Be honest or look like a half cooked lobster… I been away form the equipment for a while now so like everything else. Pace… word of the day.
I enjoy the new facility and new location. Much needed expansion & additional equipment. At the new location you don't feel crowded, you're not running into other people, you don't have to wait endlessly for equipment to work out on. The staff is always friendly and helpful. However management needs to get its staff or a private cleaning company to wipe down that equipment on a regular basis. It's not happening, you see dus, human hair & impossibly dead humans skin cells on the equipment. Management also needs to install hand sanitizers and dispensers throughout the facility as we approach the flu season.
Nice place. Took shower and showerhead was spraying out everywhere except where it was supposed to. No water pressure at all. Sucks they have no towels like other gyms. Nice and clean and tons of equipment to use. I love that they have a tan and massaging bed but bed kinda hurts instead of feeling better after. But overall good place for gym.
The employees in the morning are AMAZING. My sister and I go everyday at 4am and the staff are so nice and welcoming! Evan, Anthony and Alex always make us feel welcomed, especially Evan who will stand outside to make sure my sister ( who is my guest and not a member) makes it safely back inside. It’s rare ladies feel safe so early and we appreciate them tremendously.
First time working out here and was super disappointed. This is not my home club thank goodness. The massages chairs were old school, did not recline, did not raise legs 90 degree level to the floor like the newer models at other PF locations. Very uncomfortable massage comparatively to the massage chairs at other PF locations. And I can tell management is not reactive to these reviews as I read them before writing this one to see if I was just off. Sadly no, many of the same complaints. The men’s showers rooms were gross. The showers had no permanent place to set shampoo bottles or anything for that matter. The two showers that had hanging caddies, they were caked in built up soapp, something you would not want to touch. The shower liners were slimy and covered with orange and pink, well grossness, whatever is growing on them. Not one hook is no exaggeration from other reviewers. Not in the changing rooms, not outside on the wall between showers or anywhere. I saw old screw holes from where they used to be so I know they were once there. The one chair they provided was a folding chair and was dirty as well. The shower tile was caked with old soap grime and really needs replaced all around. I really can’t believe that Planet Fitness allows such a club to tarnish their brand. It’s quite sad actually. This club needs some major attention and fast.
My husband and I were members at this planet fitness in 2015-2016 for awhile and then life got hectic and crazy, so we canceled our membership (we had to both physically go in to do so). I remember being mad because they charged us 2 weeks later for another month and when I called they said it was already being processed when we canceled, nothing they could do. I just let it go it wasn't worth it to jump through all the hoops. We moved back to pueblo and rejoined about a year and a half ago. Then we took a break and canceled for awhile. My husband went back a couple weeks ago and has been working out no problem. Today he goes in to work out swiped his card and the girl behind the desk calls out to him telling him hes not allowed to work out til he pays his balance. He was confused and said what balance and she said we owe $99 from 2016! He said for what and she said it doesn't say just that he needs to pay or he can't work out til he does. He called me and told me what happened and I told him they could have sent a letter, email, phone call, or even a text 9 years ago if we had a balance but I know we didnt. Or even a year ago when we went for awhile. But all of a sudden they changed their system and it says we owe but can't tell us more than that. No thank you. There's plenty of gyms in Pueblo that care about customer service, so he went back in and canceled, and they could have cared less. I was going to rejoin when the new location opened. Definitely not now.
People are friendly enough. Clean. But, TOO MANY MACHINES! There's not enough space - not in front of mirrors - for folks to just do bodyweight routines. That's why it's not my base gym anymore. I won't make it my base place until this is rectified.
Not everyone uses machines. Plenty of us focus on form and engaging our core and don't want machines all the time.

I didn't realize that your pick up time was not actually your pick up time
I arrived at 8 am and left with the vehicle just before 9. Everyone had been helped and we're on their way. When I asked how much longer since I had been waiting so long, the manager who had just arrived said they had 18 people walk in this am. I did not appreciate his tone and remarks. I was in a hurry and believed that I had an appointment for 8 am pick up. I was evidently waiting for them to clean the vehicle.
Driver who picked me up must be a retired race car driver. Too fast and aggressive for a passenger or normal day to day. It was uncomfortable. Car needed new tires and got a different car instead. However they were very understanding and accommodating. Still pickup driver was too much for me to give 5 stars.
The staff are knowledgeable and got more collection, only disadvantage is you don't get pickup or drop to airport.
The entire staff was helpful and respectful. I especially liked the orientation to the safety features on the rental car, which came in handy when I was caught in a rainstorm on the highway.
Definitely 5 stars ! Thank you to the Enterprise employees for answering all my questions and putting the safety of my little family first. I have nothing but great things to say about the rental that was provided for us. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I will NEVER use this store again. I placed a large order for tshirts online for in store pick-up. They had it ready on time and I picked them up yesterday evening. Where I live is a 2 hour round trip from the store. I didn't get home until later in the evening, so I am just now being able to go through my order. They charged me for the 25 shirts I ordered, but only gave me 23. I called them immediately to try and get it resolved. This is for an order for memorial shirts that are needed by Thursday evening. The nature of this type of order is always going to be last minute. They told me the only way to MAYBE resolve this is to take the ENTIRE order back for them to inventory, and then they will TRY to resolve it. So, I now have to make an unplanned 2-hour round trip back to them because they do not want to just give me a refund for the missing shirts so I can get them elsewhere. I am incredibly unsatisfied and will NEVER do business with Joann's. This absolutely horrible customer service!!!

Not a great experience... Women that helped me the other day (rachel) was very rude and visibly did not want to help me. Used to only go to Joann’s for my fabrics and craft gear but lately the store is a mess and the new staff is unpleasant and unhelpful. May start going to hobby lobby instead.
June 24, 2023 I placed a pick up order. Joanns took money from my bank for it. I went to pick up next day. They then charged me AGAIN for my pick up order. Nobody will answer the phone. I’ve been trying to call for 10 minutes and then the phone just disconnects. I messaged on Facebook cause of course corporate is closed on the weekends, to which the excuse was initial charge and charge again at pick up but they won’t tell me WHY they make people prepay for the pickup and then AGAIN when they go get their items. Why does this kind of “policy” make sense to this company??? They took 108.47 for my order and then 108.20 for picking it up and they REFUSE to reverse either of the charges.
Everything is so over priced and they are never open at 11. Some random employee went inside at 11 and still hasn’t opened the store 15 min later and people are waiting right outside 6-9-19
Great variety of gifts and the staff great! The staff is always willing to help costumers find whatever items they may need to finish projects successfully. Outgoing, courteous, and genuinely helpfulness makes this guy's trip to the "fabric" store a piece of cake. Keep up the good work!

The cashier I had was pretty rude. I also work retail, I understand the sign ups and apps/trans that are pushed at most places. But when I asked about the loyalty program he was incredibly rude and refused to explain it besides "it costs 25$" and wouldn't explain anything else. Ended up having to look up the program online. It really sucked because normally the other associates are very nice.
Took my son in today to purchase an Xbox game, we were the first ones through the door as they opened and the woman, (Pamela I believe was her name) working was so rude and unprofessional.
She asked what we were looking for to which I told her, and automatically responded with “we don’t have that” so my 6 year old son picked up the display box all excited for her response to be “you don’t touch that put it back, it’s not yours to touch” to which I started to get a little irritated with her as my son didn’t know it was a display.
Then as I was ready to pay she was very rude and pushy to get me to take out the $3 warranty on a $20 game. I said multiple time i didn’t want it but yet kept been rude about it.
I was paying contactless and at first I didn’t know you needed to hit the “tap” button on tjr screen to pay to which she was not helpful about and told me that “you need to press the button if you actually want to pay” .
I paid and took my game and walked straight out. I will not be shopping at this location ever again.
Discusting behaviour from an employee
The clerk Pamela seemed to be aggravated annoyed and very impatient/rude with me. I wasn't trying to be demanding or anything but I had my mind set on what I wanted to do b4 entering the store and she seemed to take it as disrespectful behavior based on the way she rudley treated me and recommend a game to me which was nothing close to what I asked for in a game since I was trading in games towards a game that was more to my appeal. She recommend a game completely opposite of what I was looking for in the story and then when i brought it back to return she stated I thought you did research on the game and seemed to be aggravated and unhappy I was back to correct it when responding are you sure this is what you want this time ........ hire people that enjoy helping others find there enjoyment not take that enjoyment and desire out of the hobby thanks!
This place has gone downhill. The assistant manager is constantly cursing, won't honor prices as marked. I attempted to purchase a headset marked at $149.99 and he told me it was $215 and couldn't do anything about it.
It's $149.99 at best buy, I'll take my business there.

Loved that they had a 75% off table after Christmas. Their prices are pretty much gone over the mountain so to speak. However some of the blends are smelling great for soaps and lotions. For me, I can only afford to go here 1x a year. It was fun to do so, and thanks for your down to earth consultants and cashiers: courtesy mixed with kindness won my heart.
I'm really bummed out because they are no longer carrying their perfume! I love their body sprays, but they do not stay on like the perfumes! The staff today was great, store was crowded, but all went smoothly with check out and help finding what we needed.

Every once in a while when my husband and I are at the Pueblo mall we will swing by this hot topic location. And normally w don't have issues but this time the experience was so bad I really don't want to go back to this location or any ht topic again. First of all while we were waiting an employee came up to us and took the items I was holding out of my hand saying he was going to hold on to it. He didn't ask he just took it. And then when it was our turn to pay he started coping an attitude with us say that the products we wanted to buy (4things of pokemon blister packs) we can only get 2 per account and that you now had to have an account set up with hot topic (ur rewards program)and orde to buy anything. Through out the entire transaction the employee was rude and didn't even attempt to to hide the fact that he was annoyed at what we were purchasing because he was hoping to buy some himself. First off if there's going to be a limit on products you al should have a sign clearly stating the limit, which there was none. Also this whole you have to have an rewards program with you guys in orde to buy something is bull shit. Because of this and the rude and nasty attitude of ur employee, if I can help I will not shop at a hot topic in general again. Especially the one at the Pueblo, co mall.

I bought an awesome Harley Quinn outfit! I didn’t have the top in my size so I had to order it and have it shipped for an extra six dollars.
My kid wanted earrings and Jewelry was buy 1 get 1 half off, so I grabbed a Wonder Woman necklace $12. I asked what the metal squares on the back before they said they had no idea. When I got home I realized there was a sword supposed to be with the shield. No sword was in it.
I live too far away 4+ hours to return it. I had to bite the bullet on that one.
Y’all need to fire the clique taking over your store. They are not providing good customer service and only ordering stuff that they like and that fit them (they are these petit little girls). Before it was really well balanced between geek/goth/band stuff and they had a good amount of each size, but now I’m noticing less and less geek (because that’s what people are obviously buying) and the products they are ordering aren’t moving at all (I was seeing a lot of items in bulk covered with dust). Not to mention the little girl that took care of my order was rude as all get out and extremely useless! You just lost a customer because of how poorly your store is being ran, and I wasn’t the only one complaining saying I wasn’t coming back either.

They are always super nice and sweet when I come in. They know my face and always ask how I am. They treat me like family. I appreciate their respect and help. I have one complaint. I'm in a wheelchair and it's impossible for me to move around the store. If that could change, I'd give you 5 stars.

Eagle Liq has a really good selection and really nice staff. The location has a cozy and friendly environment as well! The owner is really attentive and knowledgeable. They also have a variety of vapes, mixers, sodas and juice, cigars, pipes and bongs, and even those drinks you see on TikTok with the shooters+juice+candy! I felt very safe and well taken care of while visiting and visit often. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for great service and variety, and a good price.

I wanted tempered screen protector for my S25+. While I did wait about 15 mins, that was it all it took for the solo person to help someone on the phone, one person in front of me, and myself. All happy with the experience. I was a new member ($25), the person infront of me was there for a replacement for $10, great deal. I also got a block, got a bit of a discount with my purchase of membership.
My phone started acting up, I went to my phone carrier and they told me it couldn't be fixed I needed a new phone which was $800 to $1,200. I had a friend tell me this morning about Phone Zone in the Pueblo Mall, I drove the 85 me up there and they didn't have it 2 minutes and had it fixed and it's worked perfect ever since so I highly recommend Phone Zone in Pueblo Mall
The associates in this store are top notch. They had great customer service and were able to replace my phone screen in two hours as a walk in. Will be using their services again if the need arises!

I bought two outlandish shot glasses decorated with a Viking, gold, 3-d artwork wrapped around the aluminum shot glass. I have quite a collection at home, maybe 50+ shot glasses, and these will take first place for crazy cool.
It must be difficult to protect so many free-standing jewelry displays. It's like a forest of jewelry towers and most of the customers I saw were trying the piercing jewelry for all parts of the body or necklaces in all designs. Very time consuming for the employees who have to open the cases and stand by while the customers decide what they like. Previous reviewers commented on how some employees followed them around or watched them intently. Somehow the company itself should find more comfortable ways to safeguard their jewelry without bothering the customers. I don't know how, it just would be nicer a approach if they can accomplish that.
For sure this is the one Pueblo Mall store you simply have to visit in order to understand how one shop could have so many unique gifts for sale. It's stunning. And yes, after I took these photos on my way into the shop, I asked the current manager at the checkout desk if I could take some photos for my Google review. He told me "no", that corporate did not allow photography in the store. I took no more photos however these few should be enough to inspire your visit.

So you are in the mall and looking for something to do and this place is fun. It's so much better than the lame Hot Topic on the other side of the mall. They have so many things to look at and laugh about. For the adults there is a seggs toy section as well ;)

Tried to let it slide all this time but needs addressing after my last visit. I’ve been a regular to this location for months, years even I’ll dare admit. Unfortunately, my visits aren’t always pleasant if the horizontally larger gentleman with all the piercings in his face is working. Without fail, every single time I walk in he puts up this “tough guy” front on me. Literally puffs his chest, follows me around, actively tells the other employees that I’m stealing when I can clearly be seen not even touching anything. I’ve gone so far as to address it to him and other employees, but it’s really easy to deny something like this or claim it’s protocol.
Well during my last visit, I was approached by a more friendly employee but they were cut off by the piercing individual so he could just stare at me I guess. Didn’t even say anything, just stared until I was so uncomfortable I left. Not sure if it’s just racial prejudice at this point, but it’s all I’m left to assume when I did still try to be as polite and mannered as possible. In any case I’m officially fed up and won’t be back. If they’re so convinced I’m a thief, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Today I bought a hat in the sale box for 5$. The tag said 16$. The sales girl rang it up for 14.98. I didn't catch it at first because I wasn't feeling good. My partner thought I bought something else. I feel we got cheated. The store is also so overcrowded I started having a panic attack. I'm afraid there will be no more Spencer's trips for me. Products are great but your ripping us off.
Horrible store! I came here with a small group of friends and was looking at all the jewelry, but since I had such a small budget I couldn't determine which of the jewelry I wanted to get. after a bit of looking a man roughly tapped my shoulder, he had odd red contacts and piercings and was generally rotund. He told me I was spending too long and he needed me to leave or else he would get security, and I told him that I was just trying to pick out a necklace. He got really angry and just started screaming and yelling at me, attracting the attention of all my friends on the sidelines, and even had the gall to shove me, almost making me fall! If I could sue I would. Never visit this Spencers, go to Springs or Denver!! 😡😤
Cool place love stopping in when I do go to the mall(not often) usually really attentive to customers when I come however we only saw one employee and they were speaking to what seemed to be a friend (not making a purchase so I'm not positive) for a good 10 minutes before we got done with waiting and put our items back to go elsewhere. But they do have lots of cool stuff and was a cool environment loved the music and overall vibe!

I want to warn others about my experience at this nail salon. I went in after having a dip done elsewhere that lasted a month, and my nails were long and healthy except for two short ones. I requested a dip, but they insisted that acrylic was better. Despite my wishes, they filed underneath my natural nails excessively, claiming it was to prevent infection. My nails only lasted two weeks and began breaking, and the acrylic started falling apart. After spending four months growing my healthy nails, I left the salon with them significantly damaged and my natural nails can be see with chips and breakage with acrylic showing through my natural nails. They charged me $70 for this service.
The lady who did my nails was super sweet. First of all I didn’t get what I wanted. I wanted one nail chrome and the rest all white. Secondly just there for a refill. Not a full new set. Ended up paying $80 for my nails. (FOR A REFILL!!). I had this done on Monday and today it doesn’t even look like I got a fill. Mind you when I went in it was 2 weeks worth of growth and now I paid somebody to pretty much repaint them and call it a day.
The gentleman who did my nails did a fantastic job , they are always friendly and prompt. Anyone’s table I’ve sat at here does a good job . Been going here for some time now.

Everything tastes like it's been seasoned with the same ingredients. The chow mein was dry. The orange chicken was chewy. The teriyaki chicken was tender, but tasted like the orange chicken. The serving size was pathetic for the price. Even got mall food, this was bad. We won't be returning.

Today I took one of the kids I work with to China Pantry in Pueblo, CO and encountered a disappointing issue with payment. My American Express card was denied by the assistant manager, who stated, “We do not accept American Express.” I have used my American Express at this location before with no problem. Despite our food already being packed in a container and my polite request for an exception, I was told “Sorry, I cannot accept this.” This was frustrating and inconvenient, especially since I have previously paid by American Express at this restaurant. Clear communication and consistency regarding payment policies are important, especially for families, caregivers, and those supporting children with special needs. I hope China Pantry updates its practices to better support all patrons in the future.
The food is great, I love their sesame chicken. The portions are a little small. The customer service is weak, one employee is kind, but others just look at you without a greeting or keep talking with another employee while you're standing there waiting. They have bad attitude and it kind of makes me not even want to get their food.
I just have to have the food here sometimes. It calls to me. I love the orange chicken and the hot and sour soup. The employees work hard and this place is always packed. Great location and the prices have never changed. Great selection of food always fresh and hot. Two thumbs up 👍👍
ABSOLUTE WORST Chinese food i have had in my entire life. Got orange chicken "teriyaki chicken" and lo mein noodles. The orange chicken seems to be of the frozen variety and barely edible the "teriyaki chicken" wasn't even teriyaki an inedible. The lo mein was about the only edible things but barely. Don't see how this place is in business serving the food that they do.
The crew at China Pantry ALWAYS seem to have the food hot and ready.
I would have to say that my favorites are Broccoli Beef, Sesame Chicken and some Wontons and Egg Rolls.

Yesterday, we stopped by Osaka Poke and Ramen inside the Pueblo Mall and were really impressed and left so full! We couldn’t even get our pretzel😅
The child-sized ramen was actually a great portion and had great flavor! We ordered the spicy miso ramen and asked for the heat level to be very spicy! They use a habanero purée for the heat, and it delivered just the right kick without overpowering the flavors. Spicy food lovers will definitely enjoy it! Next time, I’ll try the crazy spicy!
Also tried the strawberry bubble tea, and it was delicious! It was sweet, refreshing, and just the right amount of chewy boba.

6/13/23- some of the cheapest poke you can find in Colorado, and it's actually good. I had a make yourself poke bowl and a mango boba. Overall a great experience.
The lady was sooo nice when we asked questions while ordering. We ordered to go, and it took less than ten minutes for it to be ready. It was packaged in containers while piping hot, with the broth separated from the noodles and toppings so you could put together yourself at home, meaning it wasn't soggy when we started eating and it had cooled off the perfect amount. The food is yummy, a bit different than the pictures on the menu, but still amazing. The stall itself had a great atmosphere for being in a mall. 100% recommend to anyone that likes ramen.

My business networking group (Pueblo Business Connections) sponsored a family and chipped into pay for the kids' school supplies. We also gave them abut 400 dollars in gift cards for shoes, clothes, etc. The family asked me to go with them on the shopping spree. We bought 2 of the kids shoes at Journeys in the Pueblo mall. This purchase left around 100 dollars on a 200 dollar gift card. We went to foot locker next where we didn't find the size / model of shoe that we were lookin for. While at foot locker I dropped the gift card with no identifying information on the floor. At the next stop, I realive the card was missing. We back tracked to foot locker, knowing that the chances of finding the card were slim. I asked the first employee if they'd found the card. He said, we found something... let me go see if it's what you're looking for. Sure enough, it was the card we had lost. It sure would have been easy for the employees there to keep the card and spend the 100 dollars. But they did the right thing and a family in need will have a better school year because of their honesty. Kudos to foot locker in the Pueblo Mall. I will certainly be shopping there more often and I hope you will too.

Went in bought almost 200 dollars in merchandise for my family for Christmas. I asked for 5 separate bags so I could keep the presents easy. So this was an issue..the asset manger on December 12th at around 4pm denied me 2 extra bags. Do your research I'm an avid Lids guy never going back.
Every-time I go in everyone is always polite with excellent customer service. Isaac and Dio is always busy working on orders and attending to customers, they need extra help instead of only one person in the store and they need a raise. I will return again for another stitch and hat. I ended up getting my name on a beanie with glow in the dark so cool..

This is a good place to go to for some fresh hats. My only complaint is the customization options. They have a great selection but their machine is always, ALWAYS going down. I remember getting a Rockies hat with my name on it and it took em 4 hours just to get it done because the machine was acting up. I guess I love waiting around because it happened again. A process I'm told that will take 30 mins to do I come back and hour and a half later and it's not done because midway through the stitching the machine breaks down, but they're on the phone with customer service to fix it. They offered to call me when it's ready but I don't have a car to get back and I can't wait till tomorrow because Im working almost all the time so by the time I am off of work the mall is closed. So I sit here and wait patiently for what I pay for even though I did say I would take the same hat without the stitching, I'm aware I won't be refunded the $12 but I can't be waiting so long because I would like to go home and just relax. It's been 2 hours already that I've been waiting. So long story short yes this is a good place to go to and get a new sorts hat but if you want custom logos or text just skip that because you will be forced to wait forever.

Most of the bartenders aren't friendly to me. They pride themselves on being all inclusive and tolerant but I don't feel welcomed. The only ones I got genuinely good vibes from was Emily and a 15 year old intern Jayminson. They are genuine, welcoming and displayed outstanding costumer service. I will give them one last try but only if Emily is working there. I understand we all have bad days, I don't want fake smiles, but I've been there three times and each time the service was poor. You gotta understand, people don't go there to get belligerent drunk and forget their problems. People go there to socialize so you got to be sociable as a bartender in a place like this.
I was invited to a birthday party there- beautiful space- I had sooo much fun! While I was at the party- I looked at other areas of The Ethos- The artists' creations are awesome! I cannot wait to attend an art class or bingo or one of their other functions that they've got! Lookin forward to their mocktails...

I have a 6yr old who is terrified of haircuts and I can't take him to his regular barber of 3yrs because his current location, it scares him. I was hoping he'd be ok because he used to come here when it was Master Cuts. I booked our appointments online and messed them up bad the owner personally called me to help me get it all figured out so we can be getting our haircut at the same time next to each other. The day of the appointment when it was time to leave my son started panicking and delayed us. I called the number that called me which happened to be the owners personal phone number, oops. He passed along the message to the crew to let them know where running late. Once there Kaleb got my son going, it was a slow start be everything went good. He called when I started getting my hair cut. After we were done he said he wants Kaleb to be his new barber "he doesn't make talk." This place is exact opposite of those chains like super cuts. Very laid back.

Stumbled upon blended barber and this place did not disappoint! Nichole is awesome and I’m thankful that I’ve met her. My hair cuts in the past by other barbers felt like butcher jobs. I was impressed the first time Nichole cut my hair and can definitely say shes’s earned a loyal customer.
I’ve been to a couple barbers in the area and had to travel to the springs to get a decent cut but this place is it! I’ve been going here for over a year and I’m always walking out ready to make bad life decisions. Zach is my barber and he is clinical with the fades, unfortunately my hairline has been so consistently straight all year I’ve been officially cancelled from all media. 1) Cut just above the shoulders
2) Must be able to put into a ponytail
3) Can be styled BY ME in 2-3 minutes
4) No special styling products required aside from mousse and a spritz of hairspray
I adore my "new do" and I have had many compliments on it. She was able to cut it to bring out what little natural curl I have. I look and feel 10 years younger. Rae is a great stylist, very personable, and a credit to her profession. I highly recommend her.

It has been a few months since I have had a pedicure done. Kanisha did not disappoint. She was friendly and took her time to ensure that each toe had the proper care. I had a foot soak, exfoliation, foot massage followed by the hot wax. My feet look and feel brand new. I will be coming back next month highly recommend!
I visited Aveda salon from out of town and I LOVE how they highlighted, cut, and styled my hair. Elizabeth and Rae are fantastic stylists and I highly recommend them!!! They are professional and very sweet individuals. I am very particular about who does my hair, and they are the only ones I will go back to for my hair in this area.
My hair came out exceeding my expectations. Whenever i go i put my full trust into Laurali and she has never once let me down. Not only was she so kind she helped me go from a bright blonde back to matching my dark brown roots effortlessly. Once i found Laurali i have refused to go to anybody else. 100% recommend her!!
My first appointment at the Dillard’s Aveda Salon was yesterday with the salon manager, Rae Palmer. Rae asked questions about what I want to achieve with the cut; I went through the whole gammet of haircut horror stories as well as what exactly I do and do not want. Rae actively listened to me and gave the best cut I have had in years. I am so thankful to have found her. She uses and sells Aveda and Olaplex products, which is great! If you are looking for a new stylist, I highly recommend Rae.

This was a good place to go to but ever since they got rid of the two younger guys with tattoos that used to work there it just went downhill the owner is rude for one the coolers never stocked they never have cold wine and it's always dirty in there now the floor looks like it never gets vacuumed and there not as friendly as those two guys were I highly do not recommend this place no more all the reviews are from years ago so they have not experienced this place recently and I would recommend that you don't.

Don’t come here awful place to be went for my nephews 3rd birthday the guy working was playing the games and got mad when we walked in as spectators when there is no sign saying there is no spectators allowed he came up to us we explained we weren’t playing and he said okay and walked away came back 5 minutes later and he was rude unprofessional and got upset saying they don’t allow spectators and we explained it never said anything so we didn’t know. He then was playing in the arcade during his work hours as we stood and watch my nephew third birthday from the window. Mind you we are 25 and 28 years old we would not just jump on the games without paying for the service.

Best Arcade!! I love this place. You can stay as long as you want, you can even leave for a bite and come back (on same day only of course) for the one low price. Staff is always super nice and fantastic and owner is the best and nicest guy you will ever meet. This place is safe and friendly and very kid friendly. I highly recommend this place if you enjoy gaming and reliving the past and show your kids the old school way we us to came. Amazing arcade games and pinball machines plenty rotation so always new games coming in. Also a large flat screen with old school Nintendo game consoles, play station, Sega ect. in rotation and plenty games to choose from to play there on the comfy couch they they have. You will have fun!!!

The Buckle has many locations, I've been to many. But the Pueblo location was by far the best. A sales associate Laci gets it. She was helpful but not annoying. I get the sales associates work on commission. She had a balance of politeness, positive attitude and eagerness.
I really like shopping at the Buckle I just wish that they had more jeans in my size which is short seems like a lot of them are long sizes not everybody is tall I usually have to order my jeans online but it would be nice to get them in the store and see them and try them on other then that customer service is great😊

I recently visited JCPenney with my mom to get our hair done, and I had a wonderful experience with Sharon. She cut and colored my hair, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I have curly hair, which not everyone knows how to handle, but Sharon was incredibly patient, gentle, and skilled. My hair looks and feels amazing, and I absolutely recommend her! I’ll definitely be coming back to her for my hair needs.
Unfortunately, my mom’s experience was the complete opposite. She got her hair cut by another stylist who completely messed up her hair and didn’t follow her request. When my mom tried to reach out to the manager to address the issue, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. The manager told her not to come back and claimed the stylist didn’t make any mistakes, despite the clear problem with the haircut.
While Sharon’s excellent service made my visit worthwhile, the treatment my mom received was unacceptable. If you’re considering going to JCPenney for hair services, I highly recommend Sharon—but beware of inconsistent quality and poor management.
If I could leave zero stars I would! My dad got his hair cut around 1130am today and it was the worst hair cut he's ever had! That "hair stylist" needs to be fired immediately!!! He's been going there for 20+ years and that's the worst hair stylist he's ever had!!! I hope she gets fired she has no idea what she's doing!!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!! Zero stars. I went to get my hair cut for the first time in 6 years, I asked for an a-line cut, not too short. Ashley, a 19 year old hairdresser was assigned to me. She just kept chopping, I have a very very short bob. Not what I wanted. It ruined my whole day. It was a terrible cut. The manager came and finished it and agreed that the hairdresser didn’t listen to me and apologized and said I don’t have to pay. No kidding! Not only should I not have paid, but something should have been said and I should have been apologized to by the girl who messed it up so badly. I will never go to that salon again, and it’s sad I went there to feel good about myself and left looking like a 12 year old boy. I’m so disappointed. So just beware. Oh yea and after she had chopped off all my hair, she said she needed to get someone to look at it because she had only done an a line 1 time and that was this morning before me. Like don’t chop and then ask! Ask first. This whole situation could have been avoided had she taken the time to ask first or just say I’m not great with that cut, let me get you someone that can do it. She proceeded to tell me she mostly does long layers and men’s cuts. So avoid the salon and avoid Ashley unless you are a man or want long layers.
My daughter got a full hair color and trim for Easter. Her color is great, but the stylist left her whole back end of hair line still color stained and a good chunk of the back felt sticky, both ears and side burns in front.. like really?! After mentioning face stains she wiped it off, although we didn’t notice the others till we went to eat so we were told to go back to get it taken off as if that was OK! The salad proceeded to tell me after I can take tomorrow off by using a cleansing solution, as if that was my job when she was paid To do it. I mentioned I’ve never had this problem with hair color. I’m just very unpleased I noticed there was another girl in there was getting hers retreated as well for whatever service she got with blow drying and styling. I need a job well done otherwise I could have went to Supercuts!!!

Had a terrible experience with customer service. I was given the "corporate policy" run around as far as trying to exchange shoes that were shipped to me. The staff is clearly poorly trained and too young to realize it.
The employees were super dope and friendly, but not too "in your face" or anything. Stocked well with really good inventory. Some of the cheaper Vans I've seen. Hella great overall, definitely would recommend. 👍👍

My sister and I went to go do a last minute Christmas gift photoshoot. We wanted to do funny 80s poses and not traditional poses and Ashlee was beyond amazing. We had a few ideas but they came in with so many ideas and they all turned out so amazing! The session was fun and there was no stress at all. Ashley is a pro. We wrangled the family together for my mom's yearly family photos and we had such a fun carefree time it went by like a breeze. We were a few minutes lates but they didn't fuss. Ashley was full of ideas and poses and had us laughing and actually enjoying ourselves. We are praying you'll still be there next year Ashley!
This was my second visit to this studio. I thought the first time was annoying enough because the shoot was rushed & after the shoot was over there was another appointment right after so I was also rushed in picking photos and products that I wanted to buy. This time there wasn't anyone after me yet I was still rushed. I did not like the "enhancements" that were chosen FOR me but I took time to fix them to my liking. I like the part where all sales are final so I have to like the product even though I was rushed through the process AGAIN. When I finally got home and could breathe while looking through the digital album I bought, only TWO of the enhancements were correct, even from the ones I took time to proof/fix. I don't know what happened but I am not happy. At the very least I want what I paid for. I think I should be able to have the enhancements fixed free of charge. My recommendation is to NOT use this studio for any occasions that are important. 👎 Also a suggestion for corporate is to make appointments one hour not 30 minutes AND hire professional photographers that take time to pose people, make sure outfits look right and that hair is not out of place for the final product. Again 👎.
Ashley is amazing! Had such creative ideas for my sons 1st birthday shoot. Gave us great advice for the backdrop to go with his outfit. She gave us amazing customer service and definitely going back.
Six adult members of our family went in for an 80th birthday portrait. I figured it would take forever, but they schedule their appointments with enough time that we went almost straight in. The photographer was very pleasant and efficient, and we finished in about 20 minutes with every grouping we wanted. Proofs were up quickly, they provided a discount coupon, and my final cost was much less than expected. I definitely recommend them!
I will never recommend jcp portraits. Especially the one one located in my town . The pictures were horrible, she never mentioned my bra could be seen that hair was in my face . The props were old and beat up , she didn’t ask for any of my ideas for poses . When I went to check out my mother who was with me has a membership to get a free sitting fee they told me I could not use it because I didn’t book under her name, which was never told us by the same person who seems to be the only one who works there by the way . And then never told me there was a big shipping cost in just a few pictures. and I didn’t want to be rude and walk out after having her take the pictures so I ordered a few and ended up paying 80+ dollars. I’m so disappointed overall.

Opened at the Pueblo mall just in time for the school clothes shopping spree! The store has a wide variety of clothing for just about any school age child. There are ongoing sales to try help the family budget, but some of the apparel is pretty pricey!! Lots of fun watching the little ones pick out what they want.
I had the greatest experience today. The manager Cheyenne gave me credit for a gift card that I had from years ago that was apparently closed without my consent. She was absolutely amazing!

Unfortunately frustrating experience. Started with a decent offer on fb marketplace. I drove all the way down there to a store full of children running around screaming, crying, climbing on the ladder....anyways I didn't get what was offered on fb, and worst of all I was told it would be cash and it wasn't. Now it's 5 days later and I'm still waiting on this dumb cash app to send me my money. The store has tons of stuff, if you're looking for something they very well might have it. Unfortunately this hasn't been a great experience.

I go to this location often. This past Sunday s man was in there clearly making a purchase for his daughter or granddaughter. The employee working was very aggressively pushing his political views on this man. After some push from the employee he became defensive and they argued. The employee loudly bashed this man, and told the other two employees not to accept his return if he attempted to make one. The employee then went into hot topic and loudly made fun of the man. It was overall uncomfortable. I don’t know that I’ll continue to come to this location if this is how employees are allowed to act.
I have a habbit in going into the store every time I am in town. I dont have to go to the mall at all but I do only for boxlunch. Every employee is friendly and the manager is always offering to hold our purchases so we don't have to hold a bunch of bulk items and can enjoy shopping. We love comming here, and will always come to this location. Everyone keep up the good work, just know your appreciated!🙂
I love the merch and relative atmosphere and TV playing recent and everything but I must say some of the associates that work here are not always the friendliest a good majority are but there are a few bad apples that stand out other than that I've enjoyed everything

Mauro Farms & Bakery is a family-owned establishment situated just 25 minutes east of Pueblo. The bakery creates its delectable treats on-site using ingredients sourced from their farm or other local Colorado farms. Established in 1981, the business has been baking since 1963 and offers an array of baked goods including Potica, candies, cookies, and sweetbreads.
Cute Farm shop with lots of items, went in looking for local items to bring to family out of town and was not disappointed.

Decided to head out to Mauro’s Farm, the best farm here in Pueblo, to grab some green chili and fresh produce! 🌶️🌽🥒 They’ve got everything—beans, corn, cucumbers, bell peppers, jalapeños, garlic, watermelon, cantaloupes, peaches 🍑 and so much more. The place is always super clean, and the customer service is wonderful—everyone is so friendly. I’ve been going there for the last three years, and honestly, it’s hands down the best spot in Pueblo to get your fresh produce. If you haven’t already, go check out Mauro’s out in the county!
I always purchase my Pueblo Chilies from Mauro Farms. They are the best! ...and their selection of pastries? We'll, let's just say it is hard to choose just a couple items.
The produce was great. The 2 bushels of Chiles were burnt to crisp very hard to peel. The check out lady was yelling at her kid and really rude to me regarding 'all" my products I was purchasing.
The second I walked in I was trying to teach my kids about a piece of equipment at the bakery and Methany, one of the employees walks up and rudely interrupted us with a less than nice greeting. She sure was nice to my husband though.
One of our family favorite farms. Every drive through from AZ we stop and stock up on chilies and fresh spices.

We stopped in after a football game, and let me tell you- this place is worth the 2 hr drive for what we got today. The only place in Colorado so far where we have found thee most delicious red pork tamales. This location smells like heaven. Fresh cinnamon rolls. A must stop if in Pueblo! We will be back in a couple of weeks for chile!

What a great place! Was at Musso Farms the day after the Pueblo Chile Festival. The Festival was fun, but would opt for the Farm experience instead. We would've spent less on the roasted Pueblo green chilies (better price and better quality at Musso than the Festival), but lot's more in their produce store area at Musso. Oh, my gosh! So amazing.
I'm going back this weekend for more. A bushel of roasted peppers and some other supplies like melons and corn on the cob to get through the winter and spring until they open again.

I have been coming here since I was a kid. I am sad that they sold me 1 out of 2 bushels of chili burnt. I called them and left a message with Hattie. Spent $180 this time and nobody had the decency to call me back. I also think they have raised their prices on produce too much. I would think that it would be more cost effective to go to the source. But I work in a grocery store and we support local farmers and it is cheaper to buy at my store. I also found out that other places come all the way to springs and charge $5 less a bushel. I have sent soooo many people to them over the years. Guess they don't care about their customers anymore. Sad to be going elsewhere after 50 years, but that is what happens when you get too big for your own britches and don't care about loyalty and can't call people back. The rest of the purposive was good. Corn was amazing.
It was fun & tasty! They had a great selection of fresh produce, pickled goods, sausages and so much more. Their food stand was super delish! We had the brat, with caramelized onions and a roasted pueblo chili. Very excellent!
My first visit to Musso Farms today resulted in a massive haul of freshly harvested produce: 2 different kinds of beets, perfectly ripe peaches. They offer maybe 6 different kinds of watermelons, every other type of melon, multiple permutations of squash, fresh peaches, and even perfectly ripe fresh figs! There is a deli section with Pueblo Chili infused sausages, cheese, honey or condiments. No real need to visit any other store. Musso Farms has it all. And for less than a grocery store!
Absolutely love this place! Great fruit/vegetables for great prices! Don't forget to buy a smothered pork chop before you leave. I most definitely recommend this place!

Awesome seasonal produce, especially local sweet corn, peaches, melons, and Pueblo's famous roasted chiles. Great jarred and canned goods like salsas and pasta sauces and tons of other interesting local goodies, too. Always something new and mouthwatering to try during the season (typically July-Oct).
Well i want to thank Musso farm for bring us green Chile garlic and beans and being so great to our family.. Yousball do great work and I appreciate all yous do and beyond..

Called this morning to inquire if Target had gotten their shipment of Journey Together. It has been impossible to find around town and I hadn't reached out to see if Target had gotten it. Valerie answered the phone and immediately with a bit of an attitude told me they were out of Pokemon without allowing me to ask. Again no issue in being told there is none, but to have a slight attitude while answering the phone knowing she will be answering numerous calls today about the same question is disappointing . I'm just a collector inquiring about a new set of cards. Very short and not friendly.
I enjoy coming to our local Target store. I like seeing what they have out for each season. These past months, they've had decorations that are simple. They're settling colors, which I enjoy. I was able to find a few clothing items that say fall and casual. Their cardigan sweater was light but enough warm for the cooler weather.
This location did a great job handling the book release this morning! It was freezing, so they handed out first come, first served tickets so people could wait in their cars. Once inside, it was very streamlined to get the book and merch and check out!
Low life Scalpers come here and grab all the Pokémon cards. Staff told me it’s usually 1-2 guys buying it all at once. They should limit the sale per person so people can actually buy and open these for retail price. What a shame
They have sale tags all over the store that the cashiers don’t know how to honor at register if it isn’t ringing up right 🤦♀️
Just like every other target, but lately there have been men with slicked back hair in tight shiney shirts who come up to me and ask me who my wireless provider is (I'm a guy) I don't know about you but when a man I have never met before with slicked back hair in a tight shiney shirt comes up to me in housewares in target I assume he is going to ask me to follow him into the bathroom, not what was happening in this case and I know that the vast majority of target costumers are women, but I would guess its probably about as creepy for them

Relatively small location compared to the one in Colorado Springs so it's not surprising that their selection are also limited compared to the northern branches. I usually go to t.j Maxx for children's toys and clothes and this location does not have a very good variety of those. If you're looking for cases for phones as well as electronic accessories, they have a very limited stock of those as well. It's a very clean location and the people and workers were super friendly to the shopping experience is overall not too bad 💗
Would recommend this place for a quick shopping stop. Definitely a decent place to spend half an hour browsing for some hidden gems 💎🛍️

I had a recipe with the things I needed to return and bc the bar code was smudged they had to give me store credit even though it said what I payed with and everything else. This is a good antique store, unfortunately it is staffed by very rude and inconsiderate people. We asked to see an item in a case and whoever helped us was getting angry that she couldn't find the right key. Then she had trouble reaching the item in the front of the case. After seeing the item, we realized it wasn't what we were looking for and she was quite rude about it, saying she should make us buy the item for wasting her time. Really? Then the restroom was 'closed'. The attitude of 'please stay and shop and spend money but you can't use the restroom'. It was as if they were put out that we even came into their store.
The workers that work there are insanely rude and the place if filled with cheap and dirty stuff. A waste of time.

This store absolutely was the most unique store that I've ever been to as far as an antique store. Unfortunately I was unable to purchase things that I wanted to purchase because we had a large crowd with family from out of state. We were on the upper tier and the kids were excited to see a rocking horse and dropped a bag of toys we were going to purchase. We were told to use our manners and quit breaking stuff. Nobody broke anything and the kids were all supervised. If I could leave this zero Stars I definitely would. However the customer service here is the worst that I have ever experienced.

Cool vendors with judgmental/rude employee. I have spent money in this shop before cause they have some great vendors but I’ll never go back. I took my mom shopping here for Mother’s Day as I thought she’d enjoy this shop. The man behind the counter immediately made an offhand rude comment to my mom and then came up to me separately to make another condescending rude comment. This man definitely made us feel profiled and he went out of his way to make sure we were uncomfortable. I beg any vendors here to sell your wares elsewhere.
A wide variety of items with the most helpful and cheery staff! A customer only once then chums whenever coming through the door. So helpful to wrap and carry- customer service is top shelf! If you don't see something, just ask.
