Friendly and very helpful staff. Pretty easy to return unused material or broken/damaged items. They have very good sales throughout the seasons.

Good mixture of stores and food. Lots of parking. Movie theater, chilis, Lowe’s, dollar tree, shop n save, plus more

They have a decent enough selection for most of your home needs. I usually come here to get something when the electrical supply houses are closed.

I was just driving through on our way to Best Buy. It's mostly used as a drive through to avoid Rt.51. What is nice is the new UPMC Building where you can have diagnostic testing done without going into the city.

We love going here and getting stuff for diy projects.

Buffalo wild wings is in a Century Plaza. They reopened it about three months ago. The service is good. The atmosphere is nice big screen TVs everywhere. The food is good nice and hot. Plenty of free parking the inside of Buffalo wild wings is nice. They did a good job remodeling it.

I still like Pittsburgh Dad's idea to put the Log Jammer here

Had the best time here. Atmosphere was great, good was great, and our waitress was one of the best I have had in a very long time. I would highly recommend the lunch. Had the ravioli with Alfredo sauce with grilled chicken. Was awesome!! Plus the salad is always great with bread sticks.

We had a party of five for my step dad’s birthday (it was a rowdy bunch) but our server Danielle B was absolutely amazing!! She went above and beyond with her service and kindness. Never had this kind of service before so we are very appreciative of it and her!

It can be a hit or miss. This time was a hit! Our waitress was very attentive. She even packed our leftovers for us instead of handing the boxes to us, that was a nice touch. Only disappointment is, I wish I would’ve got her name so I can request her again, I’ll just look for her next time so I know for sure we get the same great service! She was wonderful! Chicken parmigiana, shrimp scampi lunch portions were plenty! Thank you Olive Garden for a great lunch w my family! Update, there again and wonderful service and food! Plus free dessert for my birthday! Nice touch!

Very good experience. Hadn't been in months and went with a group. The whole group really enjoyed everything.. drinks, sides, dishes, and of course the soups.. Plus the wait staff was on their game and the food was out quicker than expected. One of my best experiences there in years.. and we went on a busy Saturday.

Believe it or not this is the first time I have been to an olive garden. This place was very clean and cozy. I felt I should be wearing nicer clothing. The food was delicious. I was not a fan of the marinira or bread sticks. The calamari was to die for with the spicy ranch. The service came quick and our waitress was a bit pushy to get us to order. I can't wait to try another olive garden closer to home.

Keith is usually our server by request he always goes above and beyond!!! Never need to ask for refills, knows the menu, explains the deals that are going on. Great atmosphere

They seat all the Black people in one section in the corner. The guy seated at the table behind us even noticed. Despite this atmosphere, our waitress was great. I will never return though and if you are a POC, spend your money elsewhere

I ordered a dinette set and two couches on Friday. On Saturday I called and canceled the couches, asked for a refund. It was processed on Monday, no problem. The remaining furniture was delivered on Tuesday by a professional and efficient team. I tipped them and sent them on their way with coffee. Happy to do business with all these folks and likely will again.

Every step was easy and fun. JJ and his manager made the process easy and even put up with me asking tons of questions. The delivery team went above and beyond. They were here early, were very pleasant, and moved my old furniture outside so I could quickly enjoy my new couch and chair. 10/10 all the way around.

Not only was the sale great that allowed us to get quality for our budget value, the salesman was great and personable. Jeff allowed us time to make a decision and helped us get exactly what we were looking to purchase. We will definitely continue to shop for our furniture needs at this store for the future. Terrible experience with this place. Will NEVER buy anything from here again. I bought a bedroom set and couch from the value city on 51. Also bought a $300 warranty that covers “wear and tear” just in case. Friend of mine sat on the couch and shattered the frame (picture below). As you can tell it’s very cheap wood in there, which isn’t a big surprise as to why it broke. I went into the value city store and talked to a manager. They said that they hire a third party company that handles the warranty and that I’d have to call them. I called the number and after going through endless prompts I ended up with somebody who barely spoke English. Terrible experience very unprofessional. The woman told me that I had to fill out a claim and that they would let me know in 3-5 business days. I get a generic email saying that why claim has been rejected and they gave absolutely no reason as to why. I called the number yet again and they said they won’t cover it bc I waited over 30 days to put in the claim and that they weren’t doing anything about it. I will NEVER EVER shop there again.

I had a really disappointing experience with Bret, and honestly, it left a bad impression of the store. He was not only rude and unprofessional, but his childish attitude made it clear he has no business being in a managerial position. Instead of offering help or addressing my concerns, he acted dismissive and unhelpful. It was frustrating trying to deal with someone who clearly wasn't interested in resolving any issues. If this is the type of service customers can expect, I would seriously reconsider visiting again. A manager should lead by example, but Bret’s behavior was the complete opposite of what you’d expect from someone in that role. He shouldn't be in a leadership position if he can’t show respect and professionalism.

Mr. Scott was the absolute best sales person we have worked with! So kind and welcoming when we went in. Was also very patient, knew exactly what was what without having to gather info. We didn’t have to wait at all at any moment. He gave us our space, but checked in just enough while we were looking, answered our questions, was very patient (with me being indecisive lol). He also took the time to search for our toddlers blanky we had left behind, not only in the furniture store, but went over to the store by it to look for us. It’s rare when you find an experience with no complaints anymore and this is not one of those times…5 stars for Scott & this location!! Also, side note - store was very large and clean with lots of options!

Mybe 5 before New years I got this. It was my first time doing it. I don't want to glue or paint anything. I finish it in like 2 hrs. But while in the store, it was hard to find someone too hard with how to pick one out. But I did, and he was helpful. But I went a second time for a new one and couldn't find a soul the store was not busy. The package are hard to read they are in a different language, so I don't want glue or paint. So I needed help to choose an item. The person I had to flag down helped a little, but he was clueless like me, but we both found one I could try out. But they need more people with knowledge on putting models together.

I love this place I’ll walk around for hours in this store. The prices are amazing and you can find ANY hobby whether you have one or need one! I highly recommend this store to any hobby enthusiast or someone who wants to be!

Huge store lots of craft items and stuff that that look crafty for decoration unfortunately there are cross-stitch section pretty much is non-existent in paracord selection it's only a few small bundles

Waited close to 20 minutes for a checkout lane to open up. They had probably 10 self-checkout lanes open, but you need a loyalty card to use them. I'm not signing up for a loyalty card so they can market and sell my data, but they're banking on the fact that most people won't realize or won't care. They purposefully made the shopping process worse. Corporate greed ruins everything. Left without buying anything in protest, will not shop at Giant Eagle again.

This Giant Eagle is a complete embarrassment. It claims to support Scan Pay & Go, but don’t be fooled—it's nothing but a bait-and-switch. They routinely shut down the dedicated lanes, forcing you to cash out at the same understaffed self-checkout area as everyone else. And calling it “self-checkout” is generous—only two machines ever work, while the rest just sit there collecting dust like some kind of dystopian art installation. If you enjoy long lines, broken promises, and the thrill of watching a once-useful feature die a slow death, this is the store for you. Everyone else: avoid it like the plague.

Preface this as it’s my fault for putting in the order the last day of the sale, but I put in a pickup order for today and since my purchase involved sale items, I get a call asking if I still want the order since, instead of the 100 dollars that was already charged, they say it’s going to be 300 dollars now, even though nowhere when you put an order in does it say that the price they’re charging you will change after the order is placed. That is ridiculous.

Complete lack of regular checkout isles. If you go to self-checkout they require a membership ID. Ridiculous. Taking my grocery shopping elsewhere after a negative experience and bad customer service trying to address this.

I picked a cake out of the case for my husband's and daughters birthday and she asked if I want something wrote on it, said yes, happy birthday Pat & Kim, she asked me 3 times how to spell, i stated 3 times the spelling and that it was people. Picture attached of what i received

10/7/24, about 9:30 am: SANDY in the BAKERY dept is so nice and helpful! She sliced my freshly baked Italian with sesame seeds bread! The bread was so fresh, it was still warm. It is sooo delicious! Thank you, Sandy!!!!!

I love this grocery store! The workers here are so incredibly friendly. It is clean; with new renovations finally complete! The new self checkout area is awesome. They added a Starbucks, and often have local shops selling their items upfront. This is my favorite go to Giant Eagle in the area.

I bought a 3000$ fridge. Went back to get blinds they tried to sell me the expensive ones after they looked at my previous purchase. Whenever I asked for a quote they declined said they said we don’t have the privilege of making a change only the person who put in the order. Forget about everything for a second they wasted 40 minutes of my time on a -13 degrees temperature day. Shame on you. I wish same thing happens to all your family and relatives every time they go to make a big purchase.

My complaint is with the receiving and shipping department. I had a simple paperwork discrepancy that could’ve been handled. It took me 20 minutes to get a hold of anyone and finally I was speaking to a lady named Stephanie on 05/02/25. She handled the situation extremely poorly w/ an attitude problem. She’s an exclaimed, how it wasn’t that serious of a problem and put minimal effort into helping me. It was a very serious problem, but I cannot resolve it because of her. I generally like dealing with Home Depot, but some people who are miserable at their jobs shouldn’t be working.

The worst experience in 11 yrs in Pittsburgh. That guy from plumbing department, The expert 25 some yrs plumber. He know everything, I wondering how he end working in a hardware store with all that knowledge. He need to be humble.

I would give this facility a zero if I could. Do not ever purchase flooring from this location. 6 plus months of trying to go through a warranty process has been a nightmare and a constant run around to a point that I am now sending this on to my attorney. $2,800 worth of flooring that is chipping away and still covered under the warranty process. Buyers Beware - Home depot apparently "does not keep record of their transactions", which is what I have been told and they will cut down every avenue so they are "not responsible". Already have spoken with HD corporate office as well. I would never recommend this location to anyone!

Garden area needs attention. Several birds laying dead in the ceiling area where they have it wired off. Birds get trapped and can’t escape. Simple solution - remove the wire caging!!

This store is literally one of the worst home-improvement stores in the area. The customer service is bad. The store is disorganized. Everything is everywhere and everyone has an attitude 10 out of 10. Don’t recommend it go to Lowe’s down the street way better.

Surprisingly good. Decent vegetarian food. The place was dead and i didn't ever see my server but the hostess took my order and was the order was quick and she was responsive. I got the beyond meat burger and I was surprised by how good the burger was. It was meat like and had a good consistently and was subtlety flavored. Texture felt surprisingly like meat. See attached first bite of the burger.

Wow, the worst restaurant experience I have had in a while. I should have walked out seeing at first silverware and other items all over the floor and smelling an overall musty smell. Appetizers, other than the chicken and mozzarella sticks where horrible. Backed potato dripping with frier oil. Then when I recived my entree , the sizzing cheese was so hot from the plate it was burning and smoking. They left the tails on the shrimps that went into bland alfrado sauce with pasta. The chicken had no seasoning at all. I ...mean...none. Then my boyfriend who orded a whiskey glaze burger got no whiskey glaze. At the end, the sever gave us our check and walked away saying goodnight. After sitting there at our table with confused faces, we stood up and asked to pay for our $55 horrible meal. We should have skipped on the bill but we didnt.

Ordered the pick 2 to go, Apple Butter Ribs and Parmesan crusted Chicken with Cole slaw and Fries. The apple butter ribs were very good. The Parmesan chicken was dry and the Cole slaw was barely there. I asked the bartender about it and he said the Cole slaw comes prepackaged like in the photo, what a scam. The fries were cold and wrinkly like they had been seating under the warmer for hours and I ordered my food to go and was told 20 mins, arrived 15mins later and my food was luke warm. UNACCEPTABLE for a restaurant. Forgot to take pics of the Ribs and Chicken.

Back at TGI Fridays again Love the Jack Daniels Chicken, with extra sauce. My sides were Jasmine Rice and Broccoli with lemon. I get the two pieces of chicken. It really is good.But my little doggie loves it also. So I usually bring her some home so she can enjoy it also. She was probably mad at me since she got a little less this time since I ate more of it.. Lol.

Was a little nervous as it took a minute to get seated and meet my waitress but once I did I was very impressed. Seana was very friendly and attentive. Well above the average experience. If you can, ask for her and tip well!

They have a lot of items for arts and crafts supplies. If you’re an artisan or art enthusiast, you’ll definitely find anything that you’re looking for. My only disappointment with this store was their carts. All of them had some sort of issue that didn’t let me shop while carrying my daughter in a car seat.

The saddest, most pathetic yarn collection I'd ever seen. Barely any selection, not much per type either. You'd struggle to get enough of one color & dye lot for a sweater... I didn't end up buying any

Selling a foil letter balloon for $14.99 is ridiculous. I got my HOME letter balloon on Amazon for just above $12. All 4 letters. And the store is asking for $14.99 for 1 letter?

Great variety of supplies for knitting, crocheting and embroidery. Lots of different textures and colored yarns at a reasonable price. Loved it!

I went to Michael's looking for some materials and glow paint for my mask and to make something for Halloween and I found a few things and began to make my ice spear from The game of thrones at least my version of it.

Michael’s is great. I can always find good deals here. Today I got paint pens, spray paint, stencils, shirts, and more. We made some shirts for a party. You can use fabric spray paint but regular spray paint works well too. The gold metallic paint pens are great. Make sure you get the metallic ones. Got really good deals on soft shirts. Oh. And glow sticks. We got glow sticks. So much stuff here for parties.

The last thing a business, already in financial trouble needs is a rude, impatient, unmotivated and unhelpful associate. From other favorable reviews, I see there are some who are truly helpful. That's great to hear! Sadly this was not my experience today. Good thing Target was close by.

The employees were available, if needed, but they did not hover or follow me around. The shelves are well-stocked and well-organized. I enjoy browsing this location because I always find something I didn't know I needed. It was not particularly busy early on a Saturday morning. I was given the opportunity to quietly roam and enjoy the store. The best thing about my visit was that after there were 3 people in line, they opened another register.

9/19/22...my daughter and I were looking for two items that were not in stock. Tina suggested she look online while we were in the store. She located both items and we ordered two each with an estimated date of delivery 9/23/22. Tina was excellent. Will return to this store again

I was greeted by a very nice man who helped me with a wheelchair. Then as we were shopping, a woman asked if we needed help. I told her that we were looking at a stool but there wasn't a box for it. She ended up helping us shop for a couple items we needed. At checkout, the cashier was very helpful also. I wish I would've gotten all of their names to give them recognition for all their help. Thank you.

I got a good deal, that's the good thing. Trying to navigate a small cart through the store? Almost impossible. They have so much stuff in every inch of aisle that people cannot even pass each other in the same row. Not for anyone with the slightest bit of claustrophobia. And 1 cashier and one at customer service is inadequate this time of year. Waited 15 minutes in line. I don't like shopping here anymore.

Really expensive but has some pretty decent sales and a good clearance section. Got a 9 piece comforter set for 37 dollars. Not too many employees floating around, but the ones that were asked us if we needed help. Checkout was very quick. It wasn't too busy so we got a good parking space.

The people that work here a very helpful and have great attitude's that's why I gave them 3 stars BUT with that said the carpets look like Patrick Swayze took a dump on them and danced on top of it like he was in Dirty Dancing! I'm pretty sure if you could ring them out straight and get poop water would come out of them. The shelves that hold the liquor bottles they look like pig troughs they are filthy. Easily one of the worse targets I have ever visited, a real bottom of the barrel experience. Distribution in the Pittsburgh area is bad enough, then to deal with rude,lazy staff that sit on products released everywhere else months ago and have zero knowledge of products they are selling...Stores like this one ruin the toy collecting hobby!!

Target plus is a scam. The store refuses to return an item 33 days after purchase that still in the box. Pushed me to the manufacturer who is just a # with a full mailbox and dead end email address. Now I am stuck with $400 of useless chairs.. what a scam.

Absolutely disgusting display of a parent and teenage daughter screaming in the parking lot with families around . And the trashy parent lunging at someone and her daughter pointing in someone’s face . If that’s the level of people that shop at this location , I’ll never shop at this location again. And the security standing there allowing it to occur . Low class at its finest .

I am pretty impressed with this Target. They sell many vegan, plant-based and nontoxic skincare and haircare products. I typically come here and spend an hour in the skincare and haircare aisles, looking at all the awesome products they offer. If I have time, I go check out their shoes and purses. You can get a good pair of shoes for $15 to $30 here.

Went in for a simple tablet purchase. Verified it was in stock. No one was in electronics, no problem. Press the help button twice, waited ten minutes. Asked two separate associates for help, they phoned over the walkie talkies, no one showed. Save your time and effort, go to Walmart or order for home delivery.

Nice products, but not nice staff. Customer service speaks to you like you’re not there and can’t hear them. Had to do a return the day after a purchase and instead of just explaining nicely that next time, to make sure that the item still has tags attached and not ripped off, they had a whole conversation as if I couldn’t hear them which came across very rude. It’s not the policy I’m upset about, it’s the attitude of employees. Won’t be going back there, at least to this location.

I absolutely love this store. My daughter was able to find a ton of work clothes without breaking the bank. I strolled through the home section and asked for a gift card for my birthday! They have so many nice things for the home. This visit I got throw pillows for my couch, they are extremely soft , love them.

I have never been to this Marshalls. I have seen a lot of goodies for sale. But they needed someone to recover the store. It was a bit messy.

This store is huge! Since it's a supercenter it sells everything it usually does plus also has a grocery section, and an auto center that does tires and oil changes i believe but that's all the auto center does. It's not a full service center. Employees are nice and helpful and lines are typically not too bad. I have really no complaints about this Walmart. It's easy to navigate and has wonderful views from where it sits on the hill.

Why offer appointments for oil change and then not honor them?? Arrived fifteen minutes before my appointment, was told it would be an hour and a half before my car would be taken. Not worth the ten bucks less than other places.

BEWARE RODENTS!!!! I highly suggest inspecting your food from this location. I had a pick up order on 1/4/25 from the WEST MIFFLIN location and received these bagels that looks like a rodent got into them. I got home and pulled these out of the brown paper bags they put them in. I tried calling the store over 100 times to let a manager know and no one answers the phone there. This is absolutely disgusting and would not recommend using the pick up service as there are more than just humans in the back with your orders.

I've been coming here for many years, but the other day customer service went above and beyond for me and am incredibly grateful for it. But it's consistent. From cashiers to employees stocking shelves, to management; everyone has always been helpful. However, I still avoid shopping here when it's busy because check-out times can be as long as 10-15 minutes, with lines sometimes backing up into the aisles.

It's just your typical walmart however it does take unnecessary effort to get items with locks on then due to the timing of the employee. You may wait 5 mins.. 20 mins..45 mins..1 hour and 6 minutes...who knows 🤷🏾‍♀️ I love pick up. Order is ready within time frame selected and the workers get your items to you shortly after you arrive. Delivery is also awesome! Items are always here on time and if suggestions are made you are notified and have an opportunity to approve or decline.

The worst Walmart I’ve ever been, the employees in the pick up doesn’t have some basic respect, they are not looking for customers if we are at the pick up asking about for some details, basically the guy who loaded the car at spot 11 at 6:25 PM

The staff at this particular Walmart are rude. Almost exclusively, I never have a good experience with them. They don't honor Walmart policy either, which is a shame and they consistently stock things in the wrong places with the wrong prices. Drive a few miles down the street to Bethel.

Gabe's is always hit of miss. You never know what they will have. This time it was a total miss for me, but my partner did find a dress. For some reason, there always seems to be a problem with the dressing rooms here. When I visited in the spring, there were no dressing rooms at all. I was forced to buy multiple sizes of certain items, brought them home to try on, then brought the ones that didn't fit back. That is very inconvenient and totally unacceptable for a clothing store of this size. This time, there were two dressing rooms, but one was out of order. The one that did work didn't have a working lock. An employee told us that it works if you manipulate it just right, but I did see people open the door with someone already inside. Twice. So apparently, either the lock does not in fact work, or it is really hard to operate, so its best to have a friend stand guard outside the door. Note that if someone does open the door, you are fully visible from the main sales floor. One other item of concern that I should note, and this goes back to the last time I visited in the spring. I believe I bought counterfeit Adidas clothing here. I bought several pairs of shorts that were similar to other Adidas shorts I had bought at Costco. The ones from Gabes lost their logos the first time I washed them, and they didn't fit right. I don't see this as being an issue with seconds merchandise--side by side the shorts were clearly not the same. So, maybe skip the Adidas there. I have had good luck with buying seconds made by Carhartt there. Too bad their Carhartt stock was low at this visit, so I didn't find anything this time.

Really great deals. With winter coming, I found a really great pair of fluffy socks to keep warm and a cozy blanket. Was disappointed by their art section but the store is catered towards more clothes than anything else. They do have sections for some furniture and gadgets. I also bought two reusable bags that were cat themed. You'll find something good here even if you come in just to look around. Our Cashier was super sweet to us. Customer service was great.

Love Gabes, this one is relatively big. Has everything Gabes usually carries, not too big of a mens section or shoe section/selection either unfortunately and I've had horrible experiences with the employees here but overall not bad if you don't need to interact with anyone I guess

WOW! Here’s the thing. We’ve gone to Walmart, Marshalls, Goodwill, and Target (clearance obviously lol) looking for fall clothes and Gabe’s had just about anything you could look for. Not to mention the store is just as clean as the staff are friendly! We’ll DEFINITELY be coming back for the winter. The scope of their inventory is just massive. We spent OVER AN HOUR looking through everything and we skimmed probably 30% of the store. They have clothes on clearance for $7, $5, and $3 or less in the womens section, ranging in size from XS to (I think) 5X. We saw flannels as low as $5, cardigans as low as $6, and tops as low as $2. The only thing I would’ve changed is the size of the signs indicating what’s in each aisle (for example they’ll have small areas with pants right next to small areas with shirts).

Gabe's has tons of top brands at big discounted prices. This location was stocked/staffed well, clean and well organized. You can great deals here, just take the time to look over your choices well before buying, as sometimes factory defects can be present and hard to spot. One good place is check the label tag, as this seems to he a trouble spot for holes/tears and rips. Happy hunting!!!

I love gabes they have great prices and I can find my scrubs for work better reasonable price and anything else you need it's a great place to shop

Danielle in Sephora is always so nice and makes my experience great! It can be overwhelming going in a makeup store not knowing what to get & she goes above and beyond everytime I come in!

Not for me, I'm older don't like the styles, better for younger thin people, prices seem high to me, usually sell out of the sale items very quickly

Was told 40% off with the new credit card but that only applied to two items that I purchased (a shirt and a pair of earrings for my daughter) but not the 4 ties nor the two pairs of dress pants. I'm sure that was written somewhere but I didn't see it. Overall good selection on other items.

This was my first visit to this store in a long time. I found it to be clean and tidy with a good selection and helpful staff.

Supposedly going out of business so we stopped in to see if we could score a few good sale items. Not much was reduced. It was always a nice store but.......

Store closing. Displays haphazard. Unable to find anyone to help you with finding items. Prices good. Checkout process also haphazard.

Horrible Service with an Attitude! Employees are unaware of their products and services. Don't tell them you are a Veteran then you are really going to get it! An unhelpful and big attitude is all your going to get. A great place to go when you are looking for someone with a Big Condescending Attitude. I will never walk into that store again. I am worried that I am going to walk out with an assault charge because it is that bad!

One of the cleanest Big Lots I have ever been in. They had exactly what I have been looking for!!!

I mean… this one is definitely better than the old location which looked and felt almost abandoned, but there are only 2 fitting rooms compared to the 8 or 9 that the other location had. And they have no light at all, they are too dark.

Burlington seems like they're on a Comeback they were pretty stocked with everything even the racks of clothes that were marked down & this was like a week before school,I was impressed & satisfied & So was my Son He got some cool gear, he was shining.

Cologne section dropped for no, men's big and tall section lacks! Use to get dress pants here now can not find a single slacks. They do have alot of gadgets, hygiene products cheap, women's sections and youth to teen very large. Clean store, alot candy, love the gummy worms, cashiers are always nice!

In the new store where dsw was before, waiting 30+ minutes to get into a fitting room, they only have one open, so I asked if they could open the other one and the cashier told me “we’re only keeping one open right now.” I have a buggy full of clothes and the people behind me are about to wait 45 minutes. Called the store while standing here waiting as well, the girl didn’t seem to care and sounded annoyed that I even called. Just ridiculous.

If it weren't for the staff this store woke a 1 store. It's sad that the company closed 2 decent stores in Soth Hills and West Mifflin for this new but dirty, crowded junk store. Not sure where I will be shopping now.

New location on Route 51 next to Value City Furniture & Best Buy. Plenty of parking. The store itself wasn't bad. Some areas were messy but all in all a good place to shop.

The new location is awful! The store looks junky and zero flow to shop. It's as if everything was tossed and crammed into a smaller place with zero effort. I'm a huge Burlington shopper, the other location was so much nicer and welcoming. Extremely disappointed with the move & selection. Doubt I'll shop here any longer ...sad you guys ruined a good thing.

I was there today Leon was trying to be super helpful but the "manager" Carrie decided to ruin my visit there. Because of Leon I'm giving it 2 stars. Carrie just because your eyebrows look like angry birds doesn't mean your attitude has to match sweetheart.

The store associates, cashier's and management have the worse attitudes I ever seen. Like ask Question get dirty looks and sarcastic tone. The stores so trashed reminds me what it looks like after a tornado or flood hits.

Went there to buys herbs. They have them all out side...no one waters them and they cost seven dollars and are dead...I said something to the 2 people working there outside smoking and one just side eyed me...I don't understand why they can't be watered...so Rose's just loses money because of poor employees and management

This is my favorite Ross in Pittsburgh. The store is like a warehouse and has so many options. Electronics, toys,health &beauty, pets,housewares, bed&bath, shoes, men's, women's, kids, lingerie, and plus size departments. Help seems to be hard to find, but the deals are worth the wait in line.

I Love this discount store especially when your living in a budget. They have a lot of good stuff for a reasonable price I believe, some stuff could be a little cheaper but it's Def a good store

I'd like to praise an employee by the name of Carol that worked around 7:30pm on 02-25-2022. Her customer service is out of this world! She was extremely helpful to my husband and I. Hoping a manager sees this and rewards her, handsomely. Bless you, Miss Carol! I'd also like to recognize the employee that greeted me and offered me the motorized scooter upon seeing my impaired walking. I didn't catch her name, but she was very polite. Great crew this evening!

Perfect place to find that cheap last minute outfit you only plan on wearing once or twice. They also have cheap school uniforms, perfect for those kids who always come home with mystery stains on their shirts, this way you can just buy more without breaking the bank. Cashier's are nice but very slow and the store is extremely dusty.
