Beautiful store but subpar shopping experience. I went in with the intention of purchasing several textile items and the Riihitie planters, and also to look at some pendant lights. Received zero service from the Asian sales assistant (I think she was the only one on the second floor at the time) who walked right past me to help a white Finnish couple who were browsing furniture.
I ended up not buying anything here and making my purchases at Vepsäläinen a few days after.
Design furnitures, carpets, fabrics, lights and other small decorative items from Finninsh and International designers. Large selection that changes periodically on display and many known international design items can ce ordered as well with the help of Artek. The store also has small exhibitions related to design troughout the year. There is also smaller store Artek 2nd Cycle nearby that focuses on recycled design furnitures from the past.

Great showroom and shop of Finnish furniture design. Most famous designer is Alvar Aalto who's desings are the highlight of Artek collection. The shop is in center of Helsinki on a building designed by Aalto. This is not a museum but a shop so you can pick things here If you like them. Also just browsing is OK.

As a child I used to visit Stockmann with my friends. Especially the toy department was a tempting place to spend time and to wonder and test the newest toys. Some years later the music department and the neighbour house's book store were important places to do findings, and finally Stockmann's delicacy (food) department was the best place to buy the most delicious cheeses.
Thus, Stockmann with its Academic Bookstore has had its place in my life, and it was somehow exciting to visit there after many years. And after yesterday's Mall of Tripla mess, Stockmann as a traditional department store feels so clear and easy. Almost 100 years old Stockmann is an interesting trip to more traditional shopping centre culture.
Nice for anyone looking for a bit more expensive souvenirs or just wants to shop a bit more high end. Toilets are free and clean. However it gets very full on the weekends, which means you will have to wait ages for the elevator.
This is the iconic Stockmann Department Store in Helsinki. Founded in 1862 and located in the historic Argos house with the lovely Renaissance Revival facade, this if the Stockmann flagship store and the largest in the Nordic countries with over 10 floors and 50,000 sq mts of shopping space. You'll find a who's who of retail branch names along with good eateries, coffee shops and a great supermarket. Stockmann is a great shopping destination for locals and a place well worth a visiting for tourists to Helsinki.

Amazing store. It's way too big to do in its entirety, so unless you want to spend all day in there, it's impossible to see and do everything that's in there. My wife enjoyed the "Relove" store, off the ladies' apparel department, where they had used clothing. The store is in the middle of the city so it's very convenient.

Kluuvi Shopping Centre is a modern and compact mall located in the heart of Helsinki, near many popular attractions. Opened in 1989, it houses 40 diverse shops offering everything from sportswear to upscale brands like Michael Kors and Tiger of Sweden. The center also features 11 restaurants and cafes, including local favorites like Belge and Kulma Cafe. Visitors can enjoy a variety of dining options ranging from Finnish coffee to international cuisine.
Prime shopping mall in Helsinki. Many restaurants, some of which you can access even after the shops are closed. Bus terminal is on the lower level and there is a direct access to the metro system as well. If you come to Helsinki on public transportation this is a likely place where you come, apart from the train station which is also very close. One stop on the metro or a short walk.

The shopping experience was enjoyable, albeit somewhat expensive.
Food really nice but service not so much. We felt really rushed to order first of all even though it wasn't even near the closing time. They don't also have any normal quality coffee, they said they have only filter coffee and when we said that we'll have that then the waitress looked at the coffee pot which was empty and said that it's also not available? She could've made more of some filter coffee for us at least with the dessert, considering we paid quite a lot in here also.
Do not eat the seafood platter there are only 2 to 3 “prawns” and they are not king prawns the are small, the oysters 🦪 are ok…but bad dish.
Very very very bad shopping centre there is no security so there is any problem no body cares, they do not like tourist, bad behaviour from sales men in XXL

In my case, this is the first Marimekko store I went in the district, but I found all I want so I didn't have to go on to another. The staff was very helpful and had many recommendations, and didn't put me in haste while I was trying on whole lot of different items (clothes I mean). One of the best shopping experiences.

Beautiful products, excellent brand, fairly priced.
Happened to be there at the beginning of winter sale. This shop had the best, almost complete selection of sale items and well-stocked. Besides clothings, accessories and home decor, it also carried the Marimekko Kiosk series (not every branch had it). Very friendly and happy staff too. They all made sure to ask if you were a Marimekko member. Otherwise you could sign up as one and new member entitled to 10% off normal-priced goods.

Restored fish market (I am assuming) that now houses individual food stalls. We were there pretty early so it wasn't busy. There are free toilets in the back. We bought a delicious lingonberry mini pie. It's right on the water, near the ferry that takes you to Suomenlinna, a popular tourist destination. I imagine that the hall is jam packed during the day. There are hot prepared, packaged, and to go options available.

This hall was so cute! From cafes, quick bites, fresh meat, caviar, and bathrooms. What more could you ask for. We tried the popcorn coffee which was amazing and a stuffed baked potato. One of the highlight locations on our trip.
Must visit when in Helsinki! Definitely try the Eriksson fish stall for the best salmon and lobster soup and their amazing fish tapas. 🦞 Great souvenirs as well such a reindeer jerky, caviar and licorice. There are some good coffee spots too! ☕️

Looking for the next refreshment stop, I went to Hietalahti Market which is a bustling culinary hub offering a unique shopping experiencing with local produce and Finnish delicacies, artisan crafts and gourmet foods. While I was there I stopped for a coffee.
Had a bit of everything. Clothing, glass wear, old silverware, jewelry, sunglasses, antiques. It was fun to shop here. Not as big as i expected and it's cash only.
Loved the detail in the stalls. Great looking produce and had a good lunch here.

Forum is a bustling shopping and leisure center that spans an entire city block in Helsinki. It houses a wide array of brand name stores, making it a shopper's paradise. Visitors can explore boutiques around Esplanad Park and the Design District, featuring renowned Finnish design names like Artek, Aarikka, Design Forum Finland, Littala, and Marimekko.
Another amazing indoor shopping mall filled with great label making clothes stores, boutique shops, restaurants, and cafes. All under one huge building in the center of the city, next to several transport lines and within walking distance of The Central Railway Station. Again, whenever in Helsinki a must for shopping if one has no idea of where things are at and where to go to find the best places for it. It is really outstanding on many levels, no doubt. As a New Yorker, there are so many luxury items, fashions, and accessories among many delightful products made in Finland and/or designed for the markets specifically here.
Especially outdoor gear and equipment et cetera. Like every country has its brand name lines, you will definitely love what is offered here too. Tremendous quality and value!

Forum Helsinki is a modern, centrally located shopping mall with a great mix of shops, cafes, and services. It's clean, well-organized, and easily accessible. Perfect for quick shopping or a relaxed day out. A solid choice for both locals and tourists.
This is a shopping centre that takes up much of a full block at Mannerheimintie and Simonkatu that opened in 1985. There are several floors of retail shops, coffee shops and restaurants. We had a good healthy lunch at Plants By Us when we visited recently. Makes for a good mall for local residents and potentially for tourists looking for things to do on bad weather days.
Great mall in Helsinki. It can be a bit confusing as there are many different entrances and many different ways to get there from Public transit. With the amount of escalators and levels it can be easy to get lost in. Plenty of stores and should be able to find anything you could need.

Convenient One-Stop Shopping in the Heart of Helsinki
Forum Shopping Center is perfectly located in the middle of Helsinki—just a few minutes’ walk from the main railway station. The mall is bright, well-organized, and easy to navigate. I liked the wide mix of stores, from well-known international brands to Finnish favorites like Marimekko and small local boutiques. The food court has plenty of choices, including vegetarian and quick-grab options, and the restrooms were spotless. There are elevators and clear signage, so it’s wheelchair and stroller friendly.
If you’re visiting Helsinki and need shopping, dining, or simply a warm place to stroll in winter, Forum is a great stop.

Household lovers will love this place. It's a must visit shop in Iso Omena. Beautiful ceramic products, bed linen etc, a good place to buy for gifts too. Cute Moomin cups, plates and bowls are also found here. Went on 28.12.2023, sale was on and many lovely items including Moomin's are worth buying 😍🤩 Friendly and helpful staff too 🥰

Itis is a shopping center located in the eastern part of Helsinki, accessible by a 15-minute metro ride from the city center. As the largest mall in the Nordic countries, it offers an extensive selection of shops with almost 240 different options to choose from. Alongside its wide range of retail outlets, Itis also boasts nearly 30 restaurants and cafes for visitors to enjoy.
Not so busy on the weekdays. There are restaurants and almost all brands outlets, halal meat shops. Play corner for the kids. A good number of parking places are also available here, which are free of cost. So, it is a complete package. Superb place to visit.

I went to Itäkeskus for their foods in their Kauppahalli and the foods were excellent. Great food price ratio with Chicken Gyros and the Strawberry Foam Matcha is spectacular.
Unfortunately the Dubai Chocolate Icecream hit under the mark. There just wasn’t the dubai chocolate Wow-factor within it. Very basic or too basic recipe with nothing extra, which dubai chocolate has. Just ordinary chocolate sauce, green sauce that I’m not sure if it’s pistachio and kunef which all of them is too little compared to the soft serve’s amount
Today around 17:50, a clearly intoxicated and socially unstable individual, with a bottle of alcohol in his pocket, approached and started yelling at my 1-month-old baby who was peacefully sleeping in a stroller near the tables by McDonald’s (next to the escalator).
As a result, the baby has been crying for hours and cannot calm down. This experience was extremely upsetting and left a very negative impression of the shopping center.
I strongly do not recommend visiting this place with children — it clearly lacks proper security and family-friendly atmosphere.
Big and bright mall. I was surprised at how bright this mall is compared to other malls in Helsinki. Very easy to navigate although it has many shops and eating places.
My current rating are 3 stars only. Itis is currently undergoing a major renovation. Many stores are closed and the mall currently has a bit of a construction site feel. Had I known this before, I would have chosen not to visit.

Plus points for the fact that at least on one of the parking sections, still 5 hours free parking is available. However, I do not recommend to park on the deck that is on the Stockmann side. The way down is extremely narrow and I had trouble to leave due to it being so tight. I am an experienced and confident driver, I usually don't encounter such situations. The guidance towards the exit lane is so tight and the curve is so sharp that I was worried I'd scratch my car. I had to maneuver quite a bit to get out unharmed. I haven't had this problem in any other parking sections in Itis.

Good place, you got everything you need, really pretty and quite easy to navigate. Outside area is filled with smokers and has a lingering tobacco smell but itis overall is a nice place.
I’ve been visiting Itis in Helsinki for a while, mainly for grocery shopping and checking out phone and clothing stores, as well as some electronics shops. Overall, the mall offers a good variety of stores, making it easy to find what I need in one place. The grocery stores are well-stocked, and I can usually find both everyday essentials and specialty items without any trouble. The clothing stores have a decent selection, with options ranging from affordable to higher-end, which is nice for different shopping needs.
The phone and electronics stores are also worth checking out. They carry a good range of products, and it’s convenient to compare different models and prices in one trip. The layout of the mall makes it easy to navigate, and I appreciate that it doesn’t feel too crowded, even during busy hours.

Amazing department store that carries a tremendously high selection of beauty care products made in Finland and across Scandinavia and other European countries too. One of several places in Helsinki to visit and shop on several floors of luxury goods, clothing, household items, and more. Located conveniently next to several tram lines in city center across from Helsingen Päärautatieasema (Central Station), it’s easily accessible and conveniently connected by a subway metro station within the same building. One of the great lest attractions within its city center and of all its places in-between them too.
It is a bit troublesome for tourists to get a tax refund. After checking out, you have to go to the third floor to get a stamp. There is no obvious sign where the stamp is, and I searched for a long time.
At Helsinki airport my luggage didn’t arrive with my international connecting flight !! When I arrived in city center main railway station I had to shop for emergency clothes and supplies as I didn’t know when my luggage would arrive. Someone outside the train station pointed me to this department store. On the first floor I asked an employee where I can find men’s clothing and she directed me to upper floor.
Give that this is Helsinki, I was somewhat prepared for sticker shock ! Let’s just say that compared to US, be prepared to pay 2 or 3x even for simple stuff which I needed for emergency- couple of T shirts, underwear, socks and a sweater. I was able to find everything but it set me back €80 !!
The staff was polite and helpful.

Maybe my favorite thrift shop I visited in Helsinki. All the UFF Vintage locations are great, but the selection at this one was huge and varied. The basement is packed with stuff, and it was really fun to look through. The only downside is there was a line for the fitting rooms (on a weekday afternoon). I didn’t find anything right for me on my visit but I will definitely go back and try my luck here again next time I’m in Helsinki.
Pricing for most items was around 9~25€ when I visited.

Omg this place is amazing and saved me from canceling my snowshoeing trip in hossa national park. Finair lost all of my luggage. I literally had nothing went there and got a huge amount of sporting good and. Luggage and shirts and jeans and socks and head covers for 300 euros. The people were super helpful as I had like 20 min before I had to leave and pack and catch my next flight. And they are open on Sundays. They have a lot of amazing stuff. I highly recommend this place

I’m honestly shocked by the poor level of service this store offers. It’s almost impressive how unbothered the staff can be , more focused on sharing their weekend plans with each other than acknowledging a customer standing right in front of them.
There’s absolutely no sense of welcome. In fact, people walk in and out in seconds, and it’s easy to see why the whole point of going to a store like this is the experience, but here that’s completely missing. You might as well be shopping in a warehouse.
At this rate, buying Iittala and Arabia products at Tokmanni doesn’t seem like such a bad idea. Same level of service , that is, none but at least you pay less for it.

I stopped in to this shop to order littala porcelain to ship home to myself in California. I went early and the shop staff person who helped me was exceptional. It took time to input my selections into their system and she offered me tea or coffee while I waited. I'd like to say a special thank you to the woman who helped me because the set I was buying was due to go on sale the next day and she volunteered to honor that upcoming sale price. Without any explanation, more than half of my clothes weren’t put up for sale, and no one contacted me about it - no message, nothing. They also put up one of the bags for sale that I brought the clothes in, even though I instructed them not to. They weren’t able to explain why half of my clothes weren’t put up for sale in any meaningful way, but they promised to look into it. Hopefully, they will provide me with some sort of acceptable answer before my (expensive) sales week is over.
If this is how it is to sell at Relove, this was my first and last time.
I love going to brunch spots when I visit a new city and that’s how I found here when I visit Helsinki. And I have to say I am impressed with the quality. 10/10. After you get one of the selections from the brunch menu, you get unlimited free filter coffee, which is a nice gesture. Friendly stuff too. Highly recommend!

If you wanna feel something about the traditional market hall atmosphere in Helsinki, you have to go to Hakaniemi. Compared to Old Market Hall close to Market Square, Market Hall in Hakaniemi has kept at least something of the old market hall culture. There are store which sell fresh vegetables, fish, meat... and handicrafts, souveniers etc.; and there are some small restaurants to eat and coffee shops to enjoy. Nice place to visit.

I visited this place on September 27, 2025. It's a really lovely open-air market, but I had a bad experience with this "TRADITIONAL ORIENTAL PASTRIES" shop. The man in the photo charged me €23.92 for just two pieces of baklava.

Nice little market at Helsinki - Food prices are about 12 to 20+ Euros. The food was great but the portion is huge for solo traveller. Would recommend to get one for sharing instead.
Be careful of the seagulls because they are everywhere so just finish your food in the tent and you should be good.

A happening place full of energy, and you can also catch the ferry to Suomenlinna Fortress 🚤 from here. Definitely worth a visit in Helsinki 🇫🇮!
Beautiful harbour market which is a mixture of street foods, fresh fruit, ice cream and craft stalls. You can catch a ferry to the local zoo from the harbour and also take sightseeing cruises which are very informative. Whilst at the harbour why not visit the indoor market where you can eat local delicacies or just watch the world pass by. Further along the harbour is the Helsinki wheel which costs around 25 euros a beautiful way to see the city from high up.

Visited Finland and often times came here for groceries and shopping. Mall is open almost all the time as it is a hub for trains. Everything is well kept and easy to navigate. Some R Kioski are open late, but almost everything closes late at night so it is just a safe place to hang out while waiting for trains

A perfect shopping center right at the heart of transport connections you can get anywhere from here. It has all the stores and services you could need, even several 24/7 shops. Easy to navigate with clear signs. At night you may see some homelessness, but security keeps things safe.
I have visited many very big malls. Thus Mall of Tripla didn't feel so big at all even though it is advertised as the largest shopping center in the Nordics. Mall of Tripla seems rather disorganized, confusing, something useless extra there where one normally changes trains.
Something positive: There are all three big food stores in Mall of Tripla, Prisma, K-Supermarket and Lidl, even at the same floor.
This is the second stop after arriving from the central train station, which is a transportation hub for many areas. It's a really great place! You can shop, find pharmacies, very affordable supermarkets, very luxurious restaurants, very cheap second-hand clothing stores, and some interesting organizations that support immigrants. This train station is really convenient for everyone.

Stockmann seems to be killing itself this way too, because neither of those two demographics are the Future of Finland.

Yes, it can be a bit pricier, but the quality justifies it. The staff are super helpful and the in-store café offers a cozy break spot. So, for those willing to spend a bit more for quality and variety, Stockmann Ainoa is the place to go. A unique shopping experience indeed!
The store is small compares to the one in Helsinki on a new mall. The place delivers but don't expect the variety of the bigger one. A little confusing access to get in and out from the mall to the metro station in Tapiola

Unsurprisingly this shop is just a little bit pricey but there’s still nice treats for most budgets. Also unsurprisingly Newt spent a ridiculous amount of money here.
In terms of accessibility, both entrances have a couple of steps down into the shop, and because of the store being laid out kinda cosy and boutique-style it can feel really rather busy as soon as there’s only ten other people in the shop.
Another Moomin shop in Helsinki (2 in the city) with pretty nice gifts and souvenirs, especially if you're a fan. Pretty sure the 2 shops carry the same stuff but I liked that they give you a gift if you made a purchase from the 2 stores.
Place is quite narrow and with many tourists visiting, it's recommended that you enter light (ie without luggage or bags or strollers).

This is a cute little and nicely decorated moomin store, quite centrally located and easy to find. The selection is not small, but to me the other moomin store in Helsinki city seemed to have a bit more merchandise. I love Moomin, but I’m really disappointed. I bought a baby bottle for €16, and after the first sterilizing it shrunk and deformed! A baby bottle should handle heat — this one didn’t. Feels like cheap material from China. Parents, don’t buy this for your babies! I’ve also seen that many others have complained about the same problem.
The cutest, if you passing through this area you really have to get in. You can buy them as souvenirs, gifts, or even for yourself. Must go!

A buzzing square, flea market by the harbour. The outdoor stall vendors selling variety of souvenir items, reindeer fur, handicrafts , traditional food, fresh fruits & vegetables, coffee and snacks stalls and lots more to see and buy. There's a ferry connection to Suomenlinna Fortress island and zoo from the Market Square.
Not the most special square in town. What makes it cute, and unique to others, is the little wine bar in the shades, and the ”Kahvi Siskot” big tent who organizes different kinds of live programs on weekends around the year.
Amazing place with lots of variety in food, vegetables, meats and other kind of things. Everything is very expensive. You can buy these things at half rate at supermarket but I do understand that the quality is definitely high end, fresh produce. I bought backlava which was £2 a piece and cookies were for £2.50 per piece. 🙈
Says here it's closed on Sundays, but was there last Sunday and there were lots of stalls, mainly clothes and winter decorations, but also some food stalls. Conversely, there were only about 5 or 6 stalls out on the Saturday. I guess it may change with the seasons!

I bought a selling spot: Do it myself. Why I always have to try to do all by myself? Even though I did it myself, I got help as I needed it and little more: They gave me vaporizer to get wrinkles off from the clothes, served a cup of warm coffee and made it easy to start selling my almost new clothes. Sold first shirt after 30 seconds. Boss.

So far I have not seen textiles with more beauty than what "Lapuan Kankurit" is offering. Big and beautiful park. One of the most beautiful places to walk in Helsinki and is incredibly central. You can go nearly anywhere from this park and Biennial pieces can be seen here. The history of the park could be found in the pictures i provided which is pretty interesting.

The location is perfect too, with shops nearby and close to the main attractions.
I give it 4 stars mainly because although it is beautiful, it can become quite crowded during the busiest hours, which slightly affects the peaceful vibe. Still, it is definitely worth a visit if you are in the city.

I really love this place, but i think literally every teen would love a gina tricot in here. But i live that there are so many restaurants to choose from, and also its really great that there is a new nike store and glowstation. And also the sushi restaurants are have really delicious food. Great restaurant with an awesome team. The food is always good, no matter what you try. We were six people with different tastes and everyone was really excited - no matter if it was veggie, meat or fish.

Ordered salmon soup, pizza, and goat cheese salad. The soup was good but a little on the fishier side. The pizza was decent, but wouldn’t order again. The salad was good; fresh, hearty veggies and a great piece of bread. The service was good, and the atmosphere was pleasant and pretty casual.

Portions are small and the meat portions are pricey for their size. The meals themselves taste lovely. The Salmon soup is fantastic and among the best I’ve tried in Helsinki, however the small portion is absolutely miniscule and larger portion is adequate-ish in size, perhaps if you’re just a little hungry then it’s satisfying. However the starter portion, especially considering the price, is pathetically small.
The restaurant itself is lovely and has beautiful architecture, clearly renovated while maintaining its old and authentic decor.
The restaurant is located in a charming area close to the sea. The waiting straff is friendly and the service is excellent! Food and drinks was great and the atmosphere is very inviting. The place was buzzing even during a week night.
The restaurant is rich in history and location couldn’t be any more golden. However the foods really don’t live up to their legacy. We expected at least some good old Finnish classics but to say our meal was underwhelming is an understatement. Pizza is soaked in ketchup and prickle peppers. Grilled salmon with summer vegs is alright but the salmon was too dry and under seasoned. Food’s quality in no way would match the premium price tag.

Great restaurant with great service. Staff is fluent in English, really helpful when you asking about finnish food. You can taste here also continentalial dishes like pizza. Restaurant is a little bit further from city center, but it is definitely worth of visiting. I was there with my friends. Restaurant was full of local people. Better reserve the table.

Unclean and broken washrooms. Below standard compared to rest of the restrooms in Finland. Parking was okay, many markets and many eating place there. Good to shop and eat. Many foreign food options. Overall cleanliness and ventilation — up to the mark. Gigantti and Prisma both were good for my gadget and goods shopping.
The best shopping center, especially for families with kids. It offers large parking areas both downstairs and upstairs, as well as outdoor parking in front of the main entrance. ABC and Neste are conveniently located next to Kaari, and there is a wide selection of restaurants and cafés.

I was looking forward to my visit to Lokal, for I had seen nice pictures of the store online.
One piece of advice: save your money and your time! The store is full of overpriced items. The items are also so designerly to the point of unusable! Do you really need a tiny little ceramic spoon for 30e to match your tiny little ceramic salt cup with a tiny lid? Even if they are sustainably made, they are simply wasteful!
It simply does not live up to the hype. There is no true original craft here – only the same old tired established names. You will find much more originality in the average Stockholm design gallery.
The space is nice, but honestly not special by Helsinki standards. My one star review stems from the overprices. You can find some of the same items for significantly cheaper (may I add!) in neighbouring boutiques. They seem to take advantage of their popularity and swindle people out of their money for rather wasteful items.

This is an awesome shop. They have excellent coffee, the staff are very friendly and know a lot about their product, and they have exceptional local things. They have ceramics and art right at the intersection of beautiful and cool. We bought some handmade bowls and a cup, and we love them. A bit pricey, but not as crazy as some other design shops, and worth it because everything is hand made.

A highlight of my weekend in Helsinki. The gallery and pieces are beautiful, but what really makes it special are the people who run Lokal.
They were so kind when I visited, sharing the background of the pieces when I asked and also recommendations for other features of the city. I bought a cup while there, and upon further reflection, wanted to get a second one. However, I couldn't visit in person and it wasn't on their website. Within a day of emailing them, they had sorted out a way for me to buy the second cup I remembered and had shipped it!

Quite lame for an outlet store. After tax refund, prices are just 20% cheaper than the US online store. No deals either. It’s very walkable from the metro but it’s not worth my time as a tourist.

It is huge with two floors, you can find household electronics, phones, cameras, watches, headphones, toys, musical instruments, food... However, it is hard to find a consultant in the sales area. Outlet section prices are a joke, 10 to 15 percent discounts for the majority of the items.

Although my experience is a bit old by now, 2 years ago, I had bought a phone with 500 memory, but ended up with only 250. I noticed a bit late, about a week or week and a half after purchase. I gave Verkkokauppa proof they gave me a phone with less memory. They offered to replace it, but I had already put personal info in it by that time. Why not edit the payment plan to reflect the actual product? Who would want to send in their brand new phone with photos and personal info already in it? Come on.
If you buy a phone from here, check immediately that you've got the right one. I had to pay more for something that wasn't even my fault. Not cool. Why they didn't offer to adjust my payments, I don't know, but I do know they could, and should've done that.
Maybe I was an exceptional case, but be mindful when making a purchase.

Prices are at market level. Customer communication is next to zero. It's as if the employees are making a special effort to prevent their products from being sold. They have sullen faces and speak harshly. Even to ask a simple question, you have to wait in line for a long time. What a waste of time. I won't be going back.

An oasis directly across from the rail terminal In Helsinki. This is a great spot to land if you are visiting the city for the first time.
Whilst not necessarily a fault of the mall itself, I walked through here doing some shopping and decided to visit the Men's Bathroom. Whilst using the urinals, I was approached from behind by an Uber Eats delivery rider (he had the Uber Eats bag on his back) who threatened me to hand over my wallet. I said no and he held his hand to his back pocket, repeated his threat more menacingly. Luckily I'm a good runner so just I ran out. He followed me into the main part of the mall but given so many people were about he just walked off. The mall itself is nice, but this was a rather unnerving experience to say the least! I did not report it at the time but posting here so others can be mindful.

I was drawn into this shop by a large selection of Finnish souvenirs, seemingly in nice quality as pictures below. As they say, a picture would worth a thousand words.
I’m surprised the staff in this store is exceptionally rude and uncompromising. They placed a stand with expensive fragile ceramics and glass crafts in front of the entrance which is most of the time crowded with people to the extent that it gets tremendously hard to cross this part of the space without touching the shelves with your clothes. While visiting the store my father accidentally pushed a cup on the floor. Instead of offering a compromisable solution they informed us that we have to pay the price in full (with their margin) which I think at very least is unfair to do, but also shows how problematic the policies of the store are.
I must also draw to your attention that on the cashier desk they display a sign stating you can’t return any purchased items from the store back.
I'll leave it up to you to decide if you should shop for souvenirs there. No competent shop should function like that.
