Great place got to take professional photos with the jeep in front of the murals. The huge duck was fun and I got to see the two live bears. Also bought some stuff. Great place with the most friendly people to visit. It is a must go next year for the Great Smoky Jeep Invasion 2026

Wow! What a NEAT place!! YES there really are LIVE bears!! It’s $3.50 per adult and $2.50 per child to see the bears. The enclosure has two levels, where you can go down the stairs to see them on their level as well. That area is not handicap accessible though. The entrance to the bar counter is on the second floor, but they do have an escalator to go up, as well as an elevator for the main area. The shop is filled with all kinds of amazing things, as well as a little area for food and ice cream and things of that nature as well. The staff we encountered were very polite and helpful.

If you like gift shops, this is the place to go, AND there's a whole Christmas section upstairs. Plus, it's $3.50pp there to see the live bears on site (which we skipped). Out back is a huge mural that most of the Jeepsters were taking photos in front of before The Great Smokey Mountain Jeep Invasion 2025.

Myself, my disabled mother, and my doggie were all welcome here and able to get around with ease. My mother was able to see the bears from the balcony in her wheelchair. We also had old time photos done here by a photographer named CJ and another man who were very accommodating for my disabled mother and dogs in our photos as well. We were able to have a wonderfully fun time together here and hope to bring more friends in the future

The amount of money I had to hold myself back from spending was crazy! They have everything. Total tourist trap! You can even see two bears and feed them (from afar). It’s only $3.50 to get in to see them too. Be prepared to spend a lot of time in here.

This store was very packed and a bit unorganized. It’s like multiple stores in one so I understand why a lot of the items remain separated. It was just a bit chaotic and overwhelming though. Great options though! There’s variety for all types of people.

There is a lot to choose from for souvenirs and to treats and Christmas decor spices you name it they got it. Clothes are reasonably priced to kids for the toys. Thank you for planting the seed for Jesus. It’s nice to see a Christian based store as well.

We always enjoy the Island, this time was definitely a little more special for our family! The facility is always clean, entertaining, family friendly, and a constant vibe!

I have been several times, and it never disappoints. There is so much to see and do. I love the shops, Paula Dean's, the rides, wine tasting, moonshine tasting the trolley, and the huge fountain . Never had a bad experience.

Old Mill Square is a lovely place to visit. The flowing water adds such a peaceful and charming vibe. It’s a great spot to relax, take a walk, and enjoy the scenery. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Fantastic Shops featuring local artisans! Blacksmiths, Potters, Leather Works, Candle Shops, Rock Carvers, Wood Whittlers, Old Fashioned Candies, Antiques, Boutiques, & great restaurants. Live music, beautiful waterfall at mill, nice public park with free parking. Easy access to all shops. A must see stop when visiting our local area as a great representation of our friendly locally owned small businesses owners.

Meet the most knowledgeable and sweetest sales man in my life. Wayne helped me pick the perfect boot for me and helped my wife get a pair. They were able to adjust the boot to fit perfectly. Prices are good. They definitely have a large selection of styles. Will definitely do business with them again!

Bought my first pair of Lucchese here and it was fantastic! The lady who helped was very kind, and very helpful! I didnt catch her name, but she had darkee hair, and was probably in her 50s or 60s, everyone else was also very kind. Definitely recommend!

Alexis helped find the perfect cowboy hat, fitted it for me and added a leather band. Highly recommend shopping here for all your western wear.

My husband has a hard time finding Big & Tall We couldn't find anything when we first got there and this this angel Chelsea showed up helped us. She went to digging and found him 5 shirts that he liked. She was Amazing and went above and beyond!! Definitely recommend. I would have given 10 stars if it would have let me

We had an excellent experience with the Greeley Hat Works trunk show! Trent Johnson is a master craftsman, and a Gentleman and Scholar and all around good guy. I really appreciate the fact he traveled to Stages West! The Staff was over the top friendly and helpful and the hat selection is one of the Best I've seen!

I had an amazing experience at Stages West! While visiting town, I stopped in to check out their selection, and I ended up buying a new straw hat. Eli took care of me and did an incredible job custom shaping the hat to fit perfectly. It’s clear that Eli has a ton of skill and knows exactly what he's doing. The hat looks amazing. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and the store had such a great atmosphere. If you're ever in the area and looking for western wear or accessories, I highly recommend stopping by!

Eli was absolutely amazing! I got my wedding date and our initials branded on my wedding boots! Eli was extremely kind and generous. He helped my husband find his hat size too. He deserves a raise!! Made our trip and we visit every year!

It's labor day weekend and the traffic is terrible. I feel sorry for these nice little shops because it takes forever to get anywhere or to find a specific shop and a parking spot. Apparently this is a great shopping center because it's so busy. If it is like this everyday then I would suggest a few red lights. There are several places to eat too that look great we just couldn't because there wasn't any parking available. I want to come back when it's not so busy so I can check out the shops and restaurants. The video is short because it's the only parking spot we could find.

My favorite stores were lane bryant and .old navy but there are plenty more to chose from. Actually Lane Bryant have so much more than our store at home in NC and alit to chose from

Omg this outlet has the stores. If you can think of a place it's probably there. My wife and I visit and shop here a few times a year. Nike, Colombia, Tommy and Under Armour is our favs. Everyone needs to visit this outlet. Again theres something for everyone. 10 out of 5 🌟

Shopper’s paradise — with plenty nearby! Tangier Outlets really has just about every store you can think of. Whether you’re looking for clothes, shoes, or deals on big brands, this place has you covered. The parking lots can look packed, but they’re bigger than you’d expect — give it a minute and a good spot usually opens up. It’s also in a great location, close to plenty of restaurants and other shopping areas, so you can easily make a whole afternoon of it. Great spot to let your wife (or anyone who loves to shop) explore while you grab a bite or tag along for the deals!

Love going to the Simply Southern Shop in Tanger. I love their shirts and the designs they have on them. They have women and men and kids shirts and bags and other items as well. I have bought several. The parking is some times confusing because they are redoing the area but will look great when finished.

We always stop here when visiting the mountains. We should know better because we always spend money. Between the discount tools (Direct Tools), spirits tasting (Juction 35 Spirits), shoe stores (Journeys and J&M) and clothing stores (Grunt Style and Old Navy), we always find something we can't live without. Plenty of stores, plenty of restaurants.

This is a fantastic place to shop with a wide variety of stores to explore. The parking lot is spacious and convenient, making it easy to get in and out. The layout of the outlet is well designed, it’s simple to find exactly what you’re looking for or just enjoy a leisurely walk through all the shops. One thing I really appreciate is the large white signs on the storefronts; they’re super clear and easy to see from a distance, even better than traditional signs. Overall, it’s a great shopping destination with plenty to see and do!

Excellent prices on all their clothing items which were name brand items for a reasonable price! Excellent customer service. We will definitely go back!

There's literally something for everyone... Almost. Larger sizes of clothes are not very abundant but if you need cute souvenirs for memories and the family that didn't come on the vacation with you, hit this place up. I'm big on souvenirs for everyone.

Car show heaven. Always see different cars & trucks. Many many from the past. You shopping for your military hats, shirts, flags, hat pins. Ya got the Rug store. Beautiful rugs. Nice little shopping stop. Did I mention candy, quilts coffee mugs. Just go and enjoy. Lots to see

The largest christmas store we have ever visited. Well organized and friendly staff. Loved everything about this place. We will definitely be visiting again.

I hadn't been here for years. It's freaking Amazing!!! Make sure you have time to take it all in. It's massive and very ornate. Very creative displays and ideas everywhere.

Did not mind the feeling of Christmas in July at all!! Everything is so beautifully decorated! Has everything you need for Christmas, I will say though abit pricey. But it is definitely worth the visit!

We always go to the Christmas Place everytime we are in Pigeon Forge. The decorations are outstanding from the trees and lights to the Christmas Villages. If you don't have an idea of how to decorate, go here and it will give you ideas. Items are over priced, but the variety is phenomenal.

If you love Christmas you will love this place! So many Christmas things. It was a bit overwhelming lol. But nice!!

We stopped by the Smoky Mountain Cat House thinking it might be a cozy haven filled with cats, but it’s actually a themed gift shop with a strong focus on all things feline. The building itself is small, charming, and packed with character from the moment you step inside. Inside, you’ll find shelves full of cat-themed items—socks, mugs, jewelry, signs, and other decorative trinkets. It’s clearly designed for cat lovers, with a broad selection of souvenirs and gifts that could make anyone smile. While the shop gives off a very inviting, pet-friendly vibe, don’t expect a full-on cat café experience. We only saw one real cat in the store, and it seemed to be the shop’s resident mascot. That was a bit of a surprise, as we had assumed there might be more interactive cat elements. The staff was friendly, and the space was clean and well-organized, albeit quite packed due to the sheer volume of merchandise. It’s the kind of place you pop into while strolling through town, especially if you’re a cat enthusiast or looking for a unique gift. All in all, while it didn’t fully match our expectations in terms of feline presence, we still appreciated the cute setup and theme. If you’re nearby and into cats, it’s worth a quick visit.

Such a fun store with so many cute things for you or your cats. They had the kong toys my cat loves and a huge selection of them. Staff was super kind and friendly and it was so fun to see the cats that also live there. Highly recommend to anyone who loves cat. Look forward to coming back next trip

A fun little gift shop, where the focus of the items are feline! Clothing, bags, pottery, art, toys for the kitties, and a small dog friendly section too. And, kitties live there, so, if you ask first, they may let you pet them. Go have a look, you'll enjoy it!

What an absolutely delightful visit to Smoky Mountain Cat House in Pigeon Forge! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and friendliness from the owner and all the staff — they took time to chat with me, show me around, and really make me feel welcome. The store is a haven for cat lovers — walls and shelves filled with cat-themed décor, toys, apparel, and treats for your furry friends, and yes, adorable resident shop cats lounging about.  I walked out with a ton of fun goodies for my little fur babies at home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. If you love cats or are shopping for someone who does, this is a must-stop and highly recommended!

I visited here back in 2022 on a trip and I’m coming back this November and stopping at this place is on one of my top 10 things to do when I come back. The place is amazing!! I also got the cutest cat earrings when I was there. All the resident cats are well taken care of. I can’t wait to go back.

I found this place to be like a Cracker Barrel convenience store. Also, the attendants weren’t that friendly when I had a question about a product. They did have a bunch of seemingly homemade things, like syrups, but when I looked at the ingredients they were mostly corn syrups for the syrups.

The only reason I'm writing this is not to shame the owner, but in hopes of improvement. So, I got the fried chicken legs kids meal. It was real chicken, but even Burger King raccoon ankle nuggets have more flavor. My dad said the meatloaf was good. He didn't like the green beans though. I ate those. A little spicier, but tasted great after eating the bland chicken. The mashed potatoes were obviously box mix. I just feel like for what you pay, the flavor isn't worth it.

I recently purchased apple butter, blackberry preserves, apple and blackberry cobblers. I have been ordering from The Old Mill for sometime now. I give five star rating for their apple and blackberry cobblers, apple butter and their blackberry preserves. They are absolutely great. The best I have ever had. I really love their blackberry preserves. Their customer service is excellent. Very polite. My order was delivered in a timely manner as well.

Old-time general store with functional mill in Pigeon Forge Tennessee. Lots of jellies and mixes along with every type of flour I've ever seen.

The outside gives it a nice setting overlooking the water and a entertainer sits on the porch singing with a guitar. Outside of that it is your typical souvenir shop. Expect the usual when you come here. You can buy fixings from the Old Mill restaurant, honey, black bears as statues, Tees, Christmas ornaments and funny stuff. Don't know how the pricing is but I'm sure because it is a tourist trap expect to pay more.

Cutest store with some good deals on quilts. I have gotten several quilts from here and they do hold up well over years and years. Good quality and adorable things for the little ones

This store is AWESOME! Went in just to browse for one quilt for a gift for a friend, walked out with three for my self, and one for a friend and did not break the bank! So many beautiful quilts all reasonably priced! This will become a must stop every time I am in that area! Staff was super helpful and so nice!

This is the kind of local quality and quantity type of gift shop/store that used to be the predominant kind in Pigeon Forge. The types of items to buy are representative of the Pigeon Forge that made it to what it is today. The doll section is filled with handmade dresses for both the larger dolls and American girl sized dolls! My daughter LOVED hers!! Adorable Dresses for little girls of so many different sizes!! Bedding, quilts, home decoration and Christmas decorations. A definite MUST when visiting Pigeon Forge! The nostalgia that came over me when entering this shop was overwhelming.. this is the Pigeon Forge I grew up on and I hope this store is supported to continue that part of this city forever.

Love the shop. Went to purchase a Lil Dolly dress for my 8 month old granddaughter. Beautiful dresses plus lots of other nice gifts. The only reason for the 4 stars is for the older cashier who rang us up. She wasn't very friendly and seemed put off because I asked for a water. There was a note on the cooler door that specifically said to ask cashier for cold drinks. My water wasn't even cool, just lukewarm. The other cashier they had, who was younger, seemed very friendly and I even saw her retrieving cold drinks for customers who asked, with a smile.

While in town for vacation we bought 3 new quilts at great prices! The staff was very helpful and kind! Such a great store with lots of options!

Staff was super friendly! BUT--If your gonna charge "hand-made quilt" prices then they probably shouldn't all be made in china quilts... super disappointed with that. Im so over the whole "made in china" crap. Probably cost the store $1.00 to make those mass produced quilts but they want $150+ for them.

This is an incredibly clean and family friendly place to visit. A lot to do for all ages. From corn hole, large chess boards along with a few exciting amusement park thrill rides. If you enjoy shopping, there are several options from a hot sauce store, tea and herbs, carhartt to sun glasses mixed in with several eateries. Tons of free parking and right in the heart of all things Pigeon Forge. Price points are higher but well worth the visit.

We love the ice-cream shop there. It also has candy and Dubai chocolate covered strawberries. I also like Black Rifle coffee shop there. The kids like the toy shop. There are also places for the kids to play, and artificial grass area and amusement rides that take you up high then drop you, or sling you. There's a Mexican restaurant and Guy Ferari's restaurant there and a souvenir shop.

We didn't go to the mall we went to Azul Mexican restaurant and sat on the top floor was very nice the bathrooms were very dirty but the food was outstanding and the view was outstanding not much as far as serving size but the quality definitely outweighed the quantity will definitely be back when we're in the area. We both got the fajitas so as far as any other food there can't really give you any feedback. But the fajitas were outstanding.

Had a blast at The Mountain Mile! First time in TN and it didn’t disappoint! We walked around and looked at the shops and ate at Azuls (not the best food). It was so fun watching people ride the swing and sitting in the green area! I do wish it was more shaded and want to come back and try Downtown Flavortown! The view is great and you can see the Ferris Wheel that’s at The Island from here which is cool!

Lots to do fun activities and kiddos to adults can enjoy, pet friendly outdoors, also Azul and Junction 35 and Downtown Flavor Town have patio areas that are per friendly

A very nice place sitting behind the Island. They have corn hole, outdoor checkers and a train to ride. And there's a Flavortown.

The sales ladies were amazing. Areal was amazing with my son. Kerri was great and helped me and my daughter get amazing boots.

I got boots here 3-4 years ago and they're still as good as new. Great quality and very nice people. Well worth it!

The staff here were extremely nice and helpful. We were helped by Megan who was very sweet and took her time getting to know us. She’s amazing!! The deals here are also fantastic. So happy to go back to Canada with some real cowboy boots!

We stopped here because of the big buy 1 get 2 free sign, i wanted to get everyone in the family boots for our trip. Megan helped us with all of our shopping. She was amazing, patient, and super kind. I can highly recommend this place. While you are going to walk out spending a couple hundred its worth it because of the money you save. Check them out! They have a huge collection of beautiful boots!!!!

After moonshine and wine tastings…this is a yearly must stop! I’m back for a white, black, and pink pair…and that’s exactly what I walked out with in less than 15 minutes!

The name is a little confusing. Sure they offer several different flavors of moon pies and memorabilia, but it doesn't stop there. This is a really nice book store and old fashioned gift shop. Lots of candy and toys from past generations.

Never knew so many flavors of moon pies existed. They also had free samples to see which you like and you can mix and match flavors for 6 or 12 packs. Very good, also RC cola in the glass bottles are $1.99.

EVERYTHING you were looking for, and even some things you weren't. :) A different store had disappointed me by not having many puzzles for sale, and THIS store more than made up for it! I spent more than I would have thought, but I don't even mind. I also purchased some super-cozy Sasquatch pajama pants, and more than a few Christmas presents because there were so many items that make perfect gifts. Added in some vintage candy, and our visit was awesome!

I love this store! It has so many wonderful gifts and candy and books and more. You definitely have to go down into their basement where they have even more merchandise. As a local, this is one of my favorite stores to browse.

This was quick in and out trip. My wife always wanted to visit a Moon Pie store and Pigeon Forge has one. They have so many different flavors of moon pies. Pies I have never heard of. We got an empty box and filled it up with different moon pies. They have a special if you want to do it this way or you buy a box or more of your favorites. Among moon pies they have souvenirs, shirts, hats, and more. Lots of free parking in the front and easy to find from the main road.

This was such a fun and unexpected gem! Bigfoot’s Country Barn is a free selfie park that's absolutely perfect for families and anyone who loves unique photo ops. Even though there were some rain puddles from earlier weather, it didn’t stop us from having a great time. The park is fenced in, which made it feel safe and manageable with kids. There’s a wide range of creative backdrops and artwork, everything from quirky to whimsical, and the effort that went into the displays really shows. We took so many great pictures! It’s set up for all ages, and there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Even though it’s free to enter, there’s a donation box on-site to help with upkeep, and we were more than happy to contribute. The gift shop is adorable, full of neat finds and fun items. We picked up a little something as a souvenir. The staff was very friendly, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area, it’s low-cost, high-fun, and totally worth your time.

Nice sovenier store. Friendly staff. They have a variety of merchandise similar to a store nearby.... prices are reasonable as well. A little of everything. Also the selfie park is pretty neat, you access it thru a side door on the left of the store, free. Was pretty neat.

So there's clearly a hiring sign on the door. I walked in and my African American boyfriend followed behind me. The lady started screaming at him that they were closed? The door was obviously open. He asked her for an application and the lady proceeded to tell him they're not hiring even though the door clearly says NOW HIRING?! WHICH he pointed out and was then told he could take a paper application she guesses? Okay if my boyfriend was a white man coming in would he have been given an application respectfully and potentially hired? Would he have been screamed at like he was tryna do something to this woman? Or what about me who clearly was ahead of him and in the store too? It's a shame it's 2025 and you guys are still allowing this to happen in your store? And you can try and say it had nothing to about race but the proof is in the pudding I was on the store before him the door said now hiring and all that ira disgusting and I hope the next person isn't judged based on their skin tone looking for employment through you all.

Definitely the place to go for souvenirs! This is a very well maintained gift shop and you can find almost anything for anyone here. The quality of everything is excellent. What impressed us the most was how many items were actually handmade or locally sourced. An extra perk is that they have a little kids section where me and my kids were hanging out while my wife shopped in the fragile sections.

The most beautiful pottery in the Gatlinburg area in my opinion! The prices are fair, and the pottery is very good quality. I have so many pieces I’ve accumulated over the last 15 plus years and they hold up well in the dishwasher and look beautiful on my kitchen shelves. There are some other really nice pottery shops in the area, but this is hands down the best and makes the most lovely gifts! The staff has always been really kind as well.

A huge variety of hand made goods, wheel thrown not mold poured. Varying quality of work from new potters to experienced potters and priced fairly. I love this store and got two exquisite dinner plates and want more.

Beautiful pottery and neat demonstrations. This shop features countless one of a kind handmade pieces of art. From common mugs to elaborate decorative pieces the shop offers a bit of it all. The prices are expensive but everything is handmade right in front of you so that is to be expected. Highly recommend catching a live demonstration if possible

Great ceramics and beautiful art pieces. I left with a few pieces and had to cut myself off from buying more. The staff were very friendly and packed up my purchases for travel across country. While located in one of the most touristy regions in the United States, Pigeon River Pottery is a respite for those seeking to enjoy Appalachian pottery craft at its finest.

Beautiful pottery shop in Pigeon Forge. Many delightful designs with different colors and shapes. It was a fun as well as learning experience visiting this shop. A bit expensive but worth it. They have a work in progress section to demonstrate the making. Enjoyed visiting it.

Pigeon River Pottery is a lovely pottery store and manufacturer. They have a huge amount of work on hand of every type imaginable. In the rear of the store it is also possible to watch the artisans work to create all the beautiful items. If you want a piece of high quality pottery for your home or as a gift, you will likely find it here.

The old Mill is one of the restaurants that lived up to all of the hype! It was so delicious we went twice, and you WILL NOT leave hungry! The corn fritters and chowder were AMAZING, the chicken and dumplings were super good, the pot roast was tasty, and the desserts were to die for. Plus service was great and they were easy going, I don't like salad so I was able to get a cup of fruit instead (wasn't exactly listed as a side but they accommodated. Whether your here early or late your going to wait, but it was nice that they quoted an hr and both times we only waited like 40 mins at most.

We went around 1:30 pm for lunch and had no wait! From all the reviews and word of mouth, was told food was amazing. The fried chicken was superb, but the green beans and mash potatoes were lacking flavor. Mashed potatoes reminded me of boxed potatoes. The chicken n dumplings were good. I was under whelmed with the corn fritters, I was hoping for more of a hushpuppy and flavor. It's basically fried dough. They serve it with maple butter. I am not a fan. The fritter tasted better dipped in the vegetable and corn chowder soup. The soups were good. The corn chowder was better than I expected and had a lot of flavor. It was a mix between gravy and soup. The portion size was generous and we left with Togo boxes. The lunch entrée didn't include dessert.

Wow, another great meal. We loved our late lunch yesterday at the Old Mill Cafe, so today we did a late lunch at the restaurant. Fantastic. Valeria did a wonderful job and I can't wait to return to the area to eat here again. I had the open faced turkey sandwich with beef gravy and fries. The restaurant portions are more than the cafe's but cost about a dollar more. Well worth it. No wait for seats, either. Military discount is much appreciated, too.

Fantastic and Beautiful Restaurant , highly recommend. This was our first time as we're traveling on vacation. I've been in the area 5 days and wished I'd found it sooner. We had a great table overlooking the water on the second floor. My husband had prime rib cooked perfectly for humans I had turkey and stuffing meal with fried okra , mashed potatoes, greenbeans, corn chowder soup. For desert we had blackberry cobler with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The blackberry cobler was Amazing ,in fact the best I've ever had !! I have to say they have alot of great staff and our waitress Cheslee D was spot on with refills and checking on us, very polite,great at multitasking, she's good for your business. Our meal price included desert, soup and salad and really good portions. 30.99 for 8 oz prime rib, baked potato, green beans ,garden salad and a cup a soup plus desert...Outstanding food 😋 Outstanding service.

My wife and visiting in town decided to try this place, based on good reviews. Well it was actually pretty good. I had the omelette as pictured and the wife had the classic breakfast which is a sample of all the classics. The only thing the small pancakes were served cold. Other than that it was pretty good, in fact the grits were pretty good too, and I do recommend. It's not a place I would go to every day, but I do give it a good review. Prices were pretty reasonable as well. 👍

There was a long wait to dine at this restaurant. We gave our name and waited over 30 minutes for them to call us in the loud speaker. While we waited, we browsed the adjoining gift shop. They have so many fun and unique things for sale. When they finally called our name we went back to the restaurant and we were seated. I ordered liver and onions. My companion ordered fried chicken tenders. Both meals came with seasoned green beans, mashed potatoes, corn chowder. While we wait for our meals, we were brought some sweet fried things. They looked like hush puppies but they were better than that. So good. Our whole meal was delicious and definitely worth the wait.

Great place to get some amazing southern comfort food. A little bit of a wait but they have a general store you can explore while you’re waiting. We had the southern fried chicken legs and pork chops. Fried perfectly and served with their corn fritters, corn chowder, side salads, green beans and mashed potatoes. For dessert we had pecan pie and blackberry cobbler.

Village in Gatlinburg is a must visit when you’re in downtown. The whole place has such a fun and vibrant vibe, perfect for walking around with family or friends. The highlight is the stunning fountain with flames on top it looks absolutely magical at night. A perfect spot to relax, explore, and soak in the Gatlinburg charm.

The Village Shops were excellent! A wonderful variety of stores, great atmosphere, and such a pleasant place to walk around and shop. Highly recommend! The place is amazing.

My favorite comfort place! Go after the sun goes down for optimal vibes. Nice variety of shops, the doughnut friar being my favorite. I love sitting by the fountain eating my doughnuts. I can't leave without a walk thru the village.

This sweet little village is filled with so many hidden gems. Located in the heart of downtown Gatlinburg this European inspired village is an experience in its self. The brick walkways, themes shops and beautiful landscape completes the charm. Some must stop shops are, God's Corner, The donut Friar, Misty Mountain Soap Company, U Name It, and Zi Olive. I especially enjoyed the sounds of the fountains, the smell of gourmet foods cooking, the variety of souvenir shops and appreciate the cleanliness of the baby friendly bathrooms (iykyk).

The Village Shops is a great spot for a relaxed stroll just off the main strip. It feels like a charming European village, with unique boutiques, local treats, and plenty of character.

Family tradition to go there every time we are in Gatlinburg. Wonderful little shops, The Donut Friar is AMAZING. Best donuts Ive ever had. Great place to sit and people watch too. I could spend hours there❤️

I really enjoyed this mall. It brought me back to when malls were the place to shop. It's super cute, chalked full of all kinds of fun, unique & adorable stores & boutiques. Recommend stopping in and wondering around a bit. They even have an arcade with a decent amount of games for the size.

This place is a Gatlinburg classic! I can remember my parent taking me here as a kid! I love how it’s old and rustic which some might think it is rundown…there are a variety of stores which makes it fun to look around. There is also a nice arcade on the top floor- especially if you like claw machines. It’s definitely worth stopping in and checking it out when downtown.

The mountain mall has a little bit of something for everyone. Several floors of shopping from candies to hot sauce, cigars to clothing. Stopped in a couple new ones I hadn’t visited before just to browse. It’s worth a visit while walking the strip.

I loved the old and rustic style of the perfume store.

I liked the variety of stores, however I only really wanted to go to a few. It's good for a mix of people. The penny machine ate my money, half the stores were closed, and most of the elevators were not working. I think the maintenance of this building is lacking and maybe needs standards for when and how long shops are required to be open.

we had a blast walking around the shops and seeing what a side mall looks like on a busy strip!! reminded me much of Waikiki Marketplace Mall and many Florida beach area malls that looks much smaller from the outside until you truly walk in!!! Perfect tourist spot to compare your own hometown malls as well and take a breather from the outside craziness or cold/heat depending on time of year!!

This is the best souvenir shop in Pigeon Forge. They have absolutely everything. We spent two days looking for photo frames from the Appalachians, and I finally found them there. Plus, they have little goats inside. If you're looking for a place to buy souvenirs, this is definitely it. And the staff is simply amazing. They are one step ahead of everyone else, and next time we’re shopping, I’m doing it only here.

Cute little gift store with a great selection of souvenirs and of course baby goats!!!! The various souvenir t-shirts, hats, stickers, etc. are very comparably priced to the other souvenir shops we went to but the cute baby goats makes stopping here a no brainer. Plus, they have an assortment of scented goat milk based lotions and similar items.

July 2023. Another great place for souvenirs. They have live goats in the back of the store you can see for free. Good variety of t-shirts and trinkets. Friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile and packed our fragile items in bubble wrap. We didn't even have to ask.

This is a cute shop with all kinds of goat merchandise! They had two young goats in the back of the store too.

Great gift shop/souvenir store. Lots of cool trinkets for all ages. Its not your routine gift shop they have items that are unique such as a large variety of quality knives as well as books and much more. The store lives up to it's name too, there are two little goats in the back that you can pet!

The store would be good for kids although it's got a very trump-y vibe🤮 and I think some kinda preacher was playing over the speakers...... There is lots of kids stuff and junk to buy..... the baby goats are in the store and they're pretty cute cute although not interested in interacting...... You can't pet them or feed them.

We love this shop! We shop here every time we come to the area. The variety is wonderful and the staff is always friendly and helpful! The goats are SO adorable too!

Huge selection of taffy and my kids loved picking different candies/taffy for their bags. You can also see them making some taffy which is pretty neat. However, the fudge and turtle candy was not good at all and tasted old/stale. The pecans were not fresh and the fudge tasted like those disappointing fudge kits you get at Christmas time. I also got pecan fudge and maybe had 3 little bits of pecan between all 4 pieces. Just not what I expected of such a highly rated candy store.

Absolutely love this place. Remember going as a kid and later when we had children of our own and now once again after we raised them... this was one place our kids wanted hillbilly taffy from. The owners are so super nice and helpful. Brought back memories of watching the candies being made. They have a large selection of items. Even sugar free options. Even can get souvenirs while there. It was easy to get into and had alot of extra parking available, and when you exit out it's not in a congested intersection. We love it so much we went by twice. This is a must go see... and super.excited to also be able to order online when I run out.

Visited today for the first time. Thought I’d check out the taffy. Definitely soft and so yummy! I’ll definitely come back next time we’re here!

We visit the area 5-7 times a year and just this past weekend finally decided to hit this gem. Best taffy I've had and I grew up vacationing at the Jersey shore. Great atmosphere, decent prices ($8.98 per lb) on loose candies. And they have a nice collection of standard Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg souvenirs. Will definitely hit this on our next trip.

I've been coming here for over twenty years, even in there past location and I must say that they have never disappointed yet, the candies have been just as good as there service. Don't hesitate to visit them, I believe you will be satisfied with whatever you choose from them.

A great place to pick up unique gifts and candy! It was super cool to watch how they made the candy. (I wish I could post the slow-motion videos I took of the taffy wrapper machine in action!) They had a TON of taffy flavors available. Be sure to also check out all the fun stuff on the second floor! So many unique knickknacks that you can find other places... but not all in the same place!

It is a cute shop that makes taffy right in front of you. They also sell fudge, truffles, & other chocolates. On the second floor they sell different souvenirs. Whenever I go through Pigeon Forge I stop here for the taffy.

We went to The Island Trading Post three times during our five day trip… yeah, they’re the best on the Island not just for souvenirs but for any travel/unexpected needs.

Was my first time visiting here and the shop itself was nice and clean. I was excited to see that they had Labubus and I thought they were real, was even told by a worker that they are. However, after looking closer and doing some research, it’s 100% fake. I thought because of the price, $30+, that it was real and with the employee’s word as well. Very disappointed that they’re selling fakes, charging like it’s real, and even getting employees to say that they are. If you just want candy and cute plushies then it’s a good place to go, but beware of anything that seems to be name brand because it’s more than likely fake.

Met the owner while shopping. He was so kind and friendly. Even suggested some things to do in the area. They are dog friendly and they gave our dog a bone. Make sure you stop by and support this business!

Went here for the first time on my first night of vacation and was hassled by two employees. The older black woman was trying to get us to pay money her for “wasted candy” while her Hispanic younger male coworker laughed and egged her on. Wasn’t in the store for even 10 minutes and will never try to go back.

What a great property....all kinds of activities and numerous choices when it comes time to eat or grab a dessert or two.

Although if they over charge for a box of 10 tampons that is the cheap brand paid 10.00 for a box of 10 when I could get a box of 36 for less then that.that would be a better brand not a smart business move. dealing with businesses myself that would just make me think maybe everything else is cheap and overpriced.

I absolutely loved my experience here!! I was fascinated by the work of the businesses in the store! One particular business really drew my attention and I bought 2 pairs of earrings from it! The wonderful person checking me out was the one whose business I liked a lot and that really excited me! While checking out (my total was 11.08) she refused to take my extra dollar and said she'd lend me the 8 cents. Overall an absolutely wonderful experience and so so so many varieties of fantastic products!

They have tons of unique, home made accessories and apparel for really good prices. All of the employees we met were really kind and helpful.

Absolutely loved it here. It was a nice peaceful ride up to the mountaintop. And once you get up there the views are just absolutely incredible. Then you start walking up to the tower. Just go off the tower The view is getting better. So much to do here especially if you have kids. Unfortunately if you're a tall guy big guy you can't go through some of the activities which is on the standable such as life. But definitely a lot of fun this place. Especially during the fall time.. I would suggest go early though especially during the week. It can get pretty crowded really quickly. Especially if you park in the parking lot where they are. It gets crowded really quick.

I would love to give this a 5 star review just because of the stunning views from the "summit", however the 70 minute wait to get on the bus to get there was a major bummer (had pre-purchased tix online) I suppose I didn't research this, or Gatlinburg enough to realize it's a major tourist trap on par with the Canadian side of the Niagara Falls. Too many tourists, too many cars for one road, thank goodness there was plenty of parking. If you are willing to wait a long time to get to where you want to go, this is the place for you. I, however will not be coming back, although I'm glad I got to see it once.

I am in love with this place!!! So glad we went! You have the option of a ski lift, gondola or bus ride up. The ski lift had great views. Food and drinks were great. We added in Astra Lumina which was amazing! You have to do that! We walked the tree top rope bridges which was very fun too!

Anakeesta is absolutely beautiful — from the moment you arrive, the mountain views take your breath away. There’s plenty to do for all ages, whether you want to stroll through the gardens, ride the mountain coaster, shop, eat, or just take in the scenery from one of the overlooks. Everything feels so thoughtfully designed and well-kept, and the atmosphere is relaxed yet full of energy. It’s the perfect mix of adventure and peaceful mountain charm. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in Gatlinburg — you can easily spend the whole day there and still not see it all!

Beautiful, fun and worth a visit. Great food, amazing entertainment, and well worth the cost to see the views, walk the tree trail, sit around the fire, and enjoy yourself. A little busy so get your tickets online. The line was pretty long and the only sad part was being able to see how much Gatlinburg has taken from its natural beauty and filled the once gorgeous Mountain View’s with condos, hotels and houses, taking away the screen views and feelings many have enjoyed for so long. But Anakeesta was absolutely stunning and fun. It’s great for all ages.

We loved it! By your tickets in advance! Better prepared to wait to get up to the park. The views are breathtaking. Staff very friendly and accommodating! I loved riding the Hellbender and ziplining. I recommend the pass, you'll want to ride the Hellbender twice! Food was better than I expected it to be! Astria Lumina is a must! It was peaceful and calming! The music was soothing and could invoke all your emotions!

I'm gonna make this short as possible. If you buy the zipline tickets, you don't need general admission. Of course they don't tell you that, so we wasted $80 on general admission that we didn't need. Side note, we don't have kids and I'm sure it would be a different experience if you have kids. But literally other than walking around and seeing some amazing views (we found way better views in other areas outside of Gatlinburg), everything is SO expensive. $16 for a shake, $12 for a walking taco, you get the point. You buy a ticket to go up and everything up there costs so much. The zipline and mountain coasters were the best thing about going up there, but that's about it. But I'd recommend just going to a place that is known for doing the zipline and coasters instead. The sky bridge is so packed with people that it'll take twice as long to get across because you're just waiting most of the time. Glad we tried it, but not our thing. We'd rather spend time hiking or doing crafts.

Had a large group come into the winery and was very happy with the service. Wine runs on the sweet side, sometimes a bit too sweet for me personally. The service was great and every one was very nice. The chocolate flight paired with the dry wines was very good.

My husband and I visited the winery on 8/11, which was my birthday. Unfortunately, the staff member who helped us was neither friendly nor helpful, which made the overall experience disappointing. It felt as though we were interrupting his conversation with a coworker, and he seemed inconvenienced by having to assist us. The visit could have been much better with more attentive and personable service, as employees truly make a difference when they show they care. On a side note, I did notice his name but will not mention it here—if he happens to read this, a little personality and engagement can go a long way toward earning tips.

When we travel we love checking out local family owned vineyards. Mountain Valley did not disappoint, not only are the owners super friendly, the wine was really good! Tried a Chardonnay with a candied Jalapeño pepper, it was really good! Really enjoyed the wine, we had to take a bottle home with us! 10/10 recommend a visit!

I don’t care what these people have negative to say about this place. Kristin was absolutely the best at helping me and my wife find our wine. We came in back after Christmas and we got 3 bottles, one of them being Mountain Valley Red that we saved for our wedding day, which we just had this past Saturday,10/25/25, and we came back in today and Kristin remembered us! She was super straight forward and polite and did her very best with both customer service and just being an awesome person. Me and my wife will always stop by this place everytime we come up to the mountains. Red Velvet, Mountain Valley Red, Berry, muscadine, Rhubarb and peach are all very very good! We recommend this place to anyone for affordable and great tasting wine and just a cool place to talk and socialize with the employees!

I absolutely love the wines from Mountain Valley Winery. My husband is from Chicago and had never tasted all of their wines. I took him to today for a surprise trip and tasting. I felt so humiliated. Our server was completely rude. She zipped through the tastings, not explaining any of the wines, and even skipped him TWICED!! She was very unprofessional and totally ruined our experience. I wish I could share her name but she never provided us with that information, even after we asked. The wine is delicious, but please avoid this lady if you go. She has dark back curly hair.

The wine tasting was excellent. We did 10 tastings for $10. And of course we walked out with our 3 top favorites and another 3 frozen wine bags. Can’t wait to come back.

Took the Shots & Glasses tour. The wineries, cidery and moonshine were excellent. Had a blast, Beth (Betty), our driver was a hoot. She is a good hostess. Only liked right hand turns!!! The restaurant was so darned good. Everyone loved their jobs that work at the businesses. Got a tour of how wines were made and a sample of a new wine!! Highly recommend this tour!

This place is definitely worth a stop on your trip to Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg. There are so many different options for apple flavored products in the store. There is also a floor of rustic home decor that’s very cute. I enjoyed walking around and looking at everything. Overall, a fun and interesting place to add to your list. I would recommend getting there early because we had no wait times!

We visited during their fall harvest venue. Our granddaughter had a great time on the blow up slides and bouncy house for kids, face painting and balloon animals. We enjoyed being able to sample the hard apple cider and the regular apple cider. We also got our hands on several types of homemade bread and muffins. Brought a Peck apples home to make homemade applesauce. Enjoyed browsing through the Apple Barn. To finish off our day we visited their ice cream shop. They make all their own ice creams. Overall it was a beautiful day and to be outside.

The Apple Barn & Cider Mill is a charming stop that truly captures the spirit of Tennessee. It’s not a restaurant (though there is one nearby that we’re definitely trying next time!), but it offers an unforgettable experience all the same. We stopped by after a great meal at Azul Cantina, so we didn’t get to eat at the restaurant, but we did try their amazing cider tasting—and what a treat! For just $10, you get to sample a variety of house-made ciders with different flavors. Each one had its own personality, from crisp and refreshing to sweet and spiced. Highly recommended if you’re a cider fan or just curious to try something local and delicious. The barn itself is authentic—it dates back to 1910 and still has that old-time charm. It’s part of a working farm with over 4,000 apple trees, and you can feel the history and care that goes into everything they do. There are also several shops on site, all revolving around apples in some way—candies, jams, gifts, baked goods. It’s a little apple wonderland! It’s a great spot to explore, especially if you’re with family or just want to walk around and enjoy something different. One tip: weekends can get busy, and traffic on the main roads can be a bit heavy. If you want to avoid the rush, this is a great place to escape to while things calm down. Peaceful, delicious, and full of local flavor—we’re so glad we stopped by!

We went pretty early for lunch and spent a few hours. The food was ok. The apple fritters and apple butter were great. The fried catfish was great but the sides were like cafeteria sides. However the experience and all the other shops outweighed our lunch. We purchased quite a few jelly’s and apply butter to bring home as well as wine. The apple pomegranate wine and apple butter are MUSTS to bring home.

This is just part of the apple farmland. This whole place is about apples. We visited here after having breakfast in their restaurant. The Christmas store is open year round. You can buy ornaments and have names put on them. Most of us bought them and put children names on them. It is so beautiful in there.

Delicious food served in a lovely and nostalgic setting. On the property is a general store with many delicious packaged products to purchase and prepare at home. There is also an ice cream and fudge shop. The campus is large, beautifully decorated and has lots of parking. If you haven't frequented this establishment, you are missing out on a wonderful experience!

Great selection of sauces and marinades, but no samples and the items were a little pricey even for tourists.

I must admit, this visit to All Sauced Up was a disappointment compared to our previous experiences. In the past, it was a store I eagerly anticipated visiting whenever we came to the area, but this time around, my outlook has shifted. The staff seemed preoccupied with other matters and didn't show the same level of hospitality we had grown accustomed to. To my dismay, many of the sauces I typically like to keep in my personal stock were unavailable due to being out of stock here. It raised questions about why they wouldn't ensure a sufficient stock of their best-selling products. When I asked to sample some sauces, it appeared to be an inconvenience, and the staff member didn't seem well-informed about the products. There were instances where she conveyed information that I knew to be untrue, but I chose not to engage in an argument. Furthermore, they no longer provided samples for the jellies and dips, which had previously influenced my purchasing decisions. I'm reluctant to buy certain items without prior experience or the ability to sample them. Overall, I'm quite disheartened by how this experience has altered my perception of the establishment. It's regrettable to say that I don't foresee myself returning, which is unfortunate given that the Gatlinburg location has already closed. With the decline in service quality that I once expected, it's challenging to imagine this place thriving for much longer.

I loved this place. The service was awesome. Large variety of hot sauces, jams, mustards. Variety of kitchen utensils and seasonings. They had a small variety of unique old fashion bottle soda. Purchased a small jar of jalapeno strawberry jam that was surprisingly good.

This place is pretty awesome! They have everything you could imagine to shake, spread, pour, dip or dunk for food and the best part is that they have free samples of most of their products! They have a lot of utensils for the kitchen and grill and have really good prices on all of their items. The best part of this store, is that it is the first one I've been in that carries Rada Knives. If youve never used one then get some because they are amazing knives! The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Such an awesome place! I bought amazing gifts for everyone for Christmas. The mixed fruit compotes had funny names and moonshine or liquor and were loved! As were all the types of hot sauces. The store made crunchy honey - peanut butter is AMAZING!

This place is awesome. Every kind of sauce from dips to BBQ and everything in between. Friendly and helpful staff. We tried a suggestion from a staff member and now wish we had bought more. The strawberry butter and pumpkin butter is the best. Hot things are truly HOT! I will go back.

I visited both the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge locations and this one was the better of the two. They had lots of sauces and accessories to choose from and samples of the All Sauced Up store brand sauces were available to try. The lady at the counter was super nice and even gave us some tips on some good places to eat. Cant recommend enough.

Awesome experience. Dropped in on a whim during our anniversary weekend getaway. Ended up purchasing a beautiful, unique painting done by Zac Kinkade, who also happened to be there along with his father Patrick. Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We love supporting small family run businesses, as well as tallented artists that capture lifes beauty in every brush stroke.

Beautiful exterior but was closed without explanation, no signs or anything. Windows were covered in pollen or something, clearly not maintained or recently opened. Not sure what happened here or how long it’s been closed.

Wonderful selection and prices were better than I expected them to be. Especially if you are a lover of Disney Thomas Kinkade, they have a nice selection here. I saw several and purchased one that I had never seen before. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely visit this location again.

I love the Thomas Kinkade Gallery. If you have not been here you NEED to stop and check it out. I do believe I have a NEW FAVORITE artist Zak Kinkade. His work is amazing! I am coming back down at the end of the month and hopefully will be able to buy one of Zak's pieces. The talent this family has is AMAZING!

I absolutely love this place! You can definitely tell the family that works there has passion for what they do and how much love they have for Kinkade and his family! Make sure to stop off in the back left room to check out Thomas Kinkade's nephew's paintings! My visit was so special and I will never forget it.

This was one of my favorite stops on my treasure hunt! It has a wide variety of antiques and collectibles and a really good amount of mantiques! We were there too early to eat at the diner, but if I'm back in that area I will be sure to stop by and grab a burger basket! The aisles can be a bit tight and many of the booths are a bit cluttered, but I highly recommend stopping in and taking a look!

Large store with many rooms of antique furniture and accessories. Staff was friendly, store was well merchandised, and prices were fair. Lots of "real" antiques and collectibles to choose from. As an added bonus their is a retro diner inside. Well worth the visit.

Everything is EXTREMELY OVERPRICED and/or from hobby lobby. A wall hanging matchbox holder that was not even in good condition was $40!!! Also, the house it’s in is structurally unsound and completely not safe.

My husband and I traveled 9 hours to go antiquing in the mountains of TN. This shop was the ONLY one that would not allow us to use the restroom. I simply looked at her and said, "then we can't shop here." Get it together lady! You didn't need the business I guess!

This shop was cute. Maybe a little unrealistic in pricing but they had a lot of nice stuff and it was clean and organized. The one star is because the woman behind the counter was absolutely so rude. Every attempt at polite conversation was met with some weird snotty comment and it wasn’t just once it was multiple times. I’m not someone who has to be super careful with my spending. I could have bought several nice things from there. I didn’t say anything to her about her rudeness. I just went on my way and I stopped at several other antique shops where I bought several things. So, I’m not sure if she was being judge mental because I had children with me and I was in sweat pants lol or if she was simply having a bad day but that’s not really my problem. You should be polite to everyone because at the end of the day I’ll just take my money elsewhere and I’d assume this isn’t a one time issue with this woman as she just had one of those personalities where you can tell she is frequently unpleasant. I don’t recommend. You can buy over priced antiques anywhere lol so. And all the other places I went to had very nice people running the place and a ton more items to choose from.

Not everything inside is old or antique. Search and you can find lots of great things inside. Georgia is just a peach of a lady. Very sweet and personable. Definitely a place to check out. Walked away with a few goodies. Only open early day hours.

Lashes was our server for the tasting, she was great and interactive and pleasant. For $5 you get to try 9 different shots of moonshine and at the end you got a $5 off coupon for the store so it’s free as long as you buy something. The atmosphere was fun and there were people of all ages doing the tasting and enjoying themselves. When we went you got a free cooler if you bought 3 different things which was nice. Pricing is comparable to the online store as shown in the picture below.

Place was busy but they handled it pretty well. Bartender Big Country was funny. Paid $8 for the premium tasting which was well worth it and you then get a $5 off coupon. We bought 3 jars and earned a free cooler bag, that was great for carting our haul through the rest of the shops. Our fault for not doing research but we didn’t realize it was in the middle of a big shopping/entertainment center and the place was packed!

While I did not do a tasting at the bar, I shopped around and found a few jars I knew I liked. When I went to check out I was greeted by Elora. She was amazing! Instantly answered my questions and got a free cooler bag as well for purchasing three jars. Elora has an amazing sense or humor and made my experience so much better!

Red Bull is amazing!!! Hands down the best bartender and the best experience I’ve ever had at Ole Smoky over the last decade of coming to the multiple locations. She is truly a gem and made our entire day with her jokes and personality! Thanks red bull can’t wait to come back and see you next time!

We had a great time! We had a moonshine tasting and we purchased several jars and other items after soaking with Lamont. His presentation was excellent!! He was knowledgeable, friendly and very well-versed with the products he served us.

All Thi fs Christmas! If you are a Christmas person, this is the place for you. Expect to spend money here. This store has the largest assortment of Christmas items I have ever seen. Many are unique and wint see them anywhere else. To see everything, be prepared to stay for a good bit as this store is huge. Many ornaments can be personalized on site and only takes a few minutes. There is a huge assortment of ribbon that they will use to make bows for you if you so desire. This is the best Christmas Store I have ever been to, not to be missed.

We loved it here! So beautiful inside and out. The children loved the artifical snow outside the tower. This shop is a maze. So many areas to shop in and very well organized and clean. It doesn't matter the time of year one shops here... the aromas, colorful lights, displays, trees, Christmas songs and all else a visitor is surrounded with makes one feel warm, happy and excited like a child feels at Christmas. All the decor and decorations you desire for Christmas is found here. So much to decide on and everything is lovely. I found a lot of reasonable prices and some items were very pricey, but we purchased a few personalized ornaments and other decor and a few gifts. Friendly and helpful staff. Good parking in back of establishment. Cannot wait to return next year.

What an amazing Christmas store! What ever you may need or didn’t know you needed is at this store! Get personalized ornaments or table top pieces seemed to be the big hit. We got a couple made to go with one that someone else got us from there last year. Santa was in the building with it being December 2nd…He was fantastic, my 8 year old loved his talk with him! We will definitely make this a must stop anytime we are in town.

This is the largest Christmas Shop I have ever been in. I was in total wonder and felt like I was 6 yrs old again. Having been there in April was amazing, I have to wonder what it might be like during the Christmas season being able to see Santa and children. The store is a maze of different rooms showing unique and special Christmas scenes and items. Each room is more stunning and amazing topped off with a full size flying Santa in his sleigh pulled by reindeer. A must see! This is truly a family destination and experience that may just become a new family tradition. Take your kids so that they can see you as a child like them. Merry Christmas!!!!!

We visited the Tennessee Bible Museum...it was excellent! I don't entirely agree with their position on the new perversions of the Bible (King James Bible is the only real Bible), but there was a lot to see, and the displays are awesome! We also visited Hulk Hogan's Wrestling Shop! Fantastic!! It was a bit sad, considering his recent passing, but he is in Heaven now, as he professed go trusting on the Blood of Jesus! Definitely recommend this store!

My husband has always enjoyed the "Dukes of Hazzard " store. It's a must if you are a fan! There is also a Dollar Tree in the shopping center, and who doesn't like a Dollar Tree?

Cooters is great, the wrestling place is just ok, they want $25 just to get in the wrestling ring which is a joke! The moonshine store is pretty cool the owner is a super nice guy!

So many places to choose from. Very over priced !! It was still fun to walk and look. You will find some interesting items, one of kind items, and some pretty cool candy making and food options.

Great place to shop. The trolleys are all free all day everyday since covid. The bad thing is everybody is riding on the trolley so you have to wait longer to get on and off. So if you're in a hurry to get somewhere do not ride the trolleys.

My 3 year old had an amazing time. The store was set up nicely. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I think they are passionate about what they do. Even the bathroom had nice stones as part of the decor. Everything was great.

First things first, their public restroom needs a shoutout. Immaculately cleaned and themed to the whole fossils/geology vibe. I couldn't believe how nice it was. The mining experience was great! Super fun for my kid and me. We shared the Baby Bear bucket, and we ended up with a lot off different kinds of gems, including some relatively rare ones. Their gift shop is well worth a look around. We enjoyed having someone sit down with us and tell us which semi-precious gems we got. Even after we got home, we spent a long time looking at each stone and trying to figure out what everything was. Tip: if you have a black light, try shining on your gems; some of them look really cool that way!

Got $100 and $500 buckets, and definitely got our money’s worth in the experience and the products of our labor!! Many many many gemstones and fossils included both large and small, and friendly knowledgeable staff that made our first experience here an absolute blast. Katelyn our gem specialist and as especially knowledgeable, and really helped us have an unforgettable capstone experience to our anniversary experience. Thank you, Katelyn, and everybody else at the Pigeon Forge Gem Mine! We will be back for sure!

Perfect spot to take kids and explore finding gems/rocks from the buckets.. I think her name was Kim that sat down with us explaining our findings! Super friendly staff! 10/10 different size pricing for buckets! Was there 7/22 at 10!

This was my favorite part of our whole vacation! We got the mama gem bucket and the mini fossil bucket got a ton of really nice gems and minerals(that’s only about a third of we found in the photo!). Our gemologist Carrie G was excellent! She was so knowledgeable and kind and even helped up pick out jewelry to make with some of the pieces we found! 10/10 we are definitely coming back.

This place was better than we anticipated! We saw videos on TikTok and thought it seemed like a neat place to check out. We loved digging through the bucket and then getting our prizes checked out. We even went as far as getting two sapphires cut out of one of our rough stones and we are so excited! We worked with Carrie and Katie, and both ladies were wonderful. 10/10 experience!

We had an amazing experience digging. Gracie our gemologist was amazing she taught us so much about our stones. We bought a $500 bucket and got a board bingo.

Absolutely a wonderful country store, lots and lots of local produce and country store items. The people that work there are sooo nice and friendly Could have filled several baskets over 🥰, unfortunately we live in the UK 🇬🇧 wife bought local honey to take home and few other little items. Definitely a return place for us on return destination next year to Tennessee 👍 Highly recommend going in and having a look.

This store is absolutely amazing! The staff was friendly and welcoming. The store had Amish goods from handmade kitchen ware to jams, jellies, coffee, candy and so much more. Warm apple cider for sale and even a taste tester! They also have souvenirs for purchase!

After years of going just have to say disappointed employee there just cause we from out of town scammed us , made us pay for 19 items when we only had 14 items, on top charged us bogies charges 7x and when confronted said it’s the charges and would return or refund if for there overcharge. Be aware and check how many items they charging u before u pay or you will loose hundreds. Receipt doesn’t match items quantity or amount Hope owner sees this and makes things right. Been coming there for years but this is last time

Love this store! Great selection of amish goods (jam, honey, spreads, candy, etc.), local products, and home goods. Staff was amazingly friendly. I met the owners son and loved hearing the store of his parents starting the store. So great to hear that its still family owned and operated. They've been around for a while but the store was so clean I thought it was new! Stopped here on the last day of our trip but will stop here again when we're back in Pigeon Forge.

Make a memory!!!!!! I MET ROBBIE BOWMAN FROM FORGED IN FIRE! He is in Season 3 episode 6 and seasons 4 and 5. Even if this is your first time, you can make an awesome knife. I saw a 10 year old girl making a nail. Step by step the coaches will help you. We had craftsman Will. He was totally awesome! All the craftsman will friendly. It was something that I never forget. My brother-in-law introduced me to the show and told me about this place! He knew what would be a family memory for everyone! It was absolutely AMAZING. I highly recommend for everyone young to old.

We loved our experience at Iron Mountain in Pigeon. The employees were very helpful and the blacksmiths were patient with my 13 year old. My son got to create his own knife and take it home along with the sheath. If you have a son, (or daughter) take them to Iron Mountain Metal Craft for a one-of-a-kind experience!

An absolutely fantastic experience for my family. Raven was the guide for me and my three daughters. He was perfect with my youngest who was a bit standoffish at first. By the time she swung the hammer the first time, she was all in and loving it. My older daughters and I loved the unique experience and the knives turned out perfect. When you go, bring cash for to tip your instructor because you'll see that they earn every penny.

I wanted to have my husband make his own knife as an early Christmas present while we were in town. He found this place, they got us in very quick and were super friendly. We had an absolute blast! Everyone we worked with was fantastic and the guy we had (I forgot his name) was stellar at helping and explaining to us. At the end we even got to pay for an engraving in our knife. This is such a great memory we will share, we will definitely be back!

Yeah it’s probably all overpriced, but I tasted as many samples as I dared and found a few I couldn’t resist and bought them. The prices are a good bit higher than stuff you buy at Walmart, and I’m not going to buy the Pepper Palace brands regularly, but every now and then it’s nice to try something new. I could spend half as much for something at Walmart, get it home and not like it, and throw it away. Orrrrr, I can sample everything here and find something I know I’ll like, but it’ll cost a bit more. Your choice.

This place is great! We got 4 things. 1. Smoky Salsa 2. Vegetable Seasoning 3. Red eyed Rooster 4. This is The Sauce. I am excited to use all of these for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If I could handle more spice I would have bought 20 sauces. The guy that led us around the product was very helpful and we got a good deal. 4 for the price of 3.

I do not like anything spicy in the slightest bit but the mega garlic buffalo style sauce is a 10/10!!!! I am absolutely obsessed with it! I even just bought a bottle to ship to my friends in NC because I needed them to try it immediately! Hands down will be a repeat customer and now it’s my pregnancy craving lolll

The sauces, salsas, seasonings, and marinades are phenomenal. They offer a wide variety that covers the sweet, savory, mild, and flaming heat to meet any taste desired. There are options for special dietary restrictions and the staff are friendly and willing to chat about their favorites and recommendations. Some of the flavors are quite unique while others are very traditional, but all of them taste of high quality and are fun to sample. Glad we can order online as we don't see any locations near home.

I love that it's all made in house, I give a lot of credit for that. There is definitely a huge variety, and I am sure anyone could find the right sauce for themselves. They have varying heat levels, the extreme does not get too off the charts, but has enpugh to satisfy most. Every saucee is tasteable before purchasing. There are also rubs, salsa and other things available as well.

Visited the Mountain Mall location with my fiance and LOVED IT!! Rick the manager was awesome and made great suggestions based on our feed back and took his time to find things we would have never thought of. Everything in the photo came to under $100 total and will last a year! Everything is available to sample including the spice mixes and salsas. Everything is made with all natural ingredients and you actually pronounce all the ingredients! Definitely check it out even if you don't like hot sauce, they have something for everyone, sweet stuff and tasty stuff! Highly recommend it!

LET’S RIP! Opened a great amount of cards and a few cool ones to remember! Spending all your money for a great time pulling cards, can’t beat it. Great staff and easy to work with! Pretty decent selection of cards and memorabilia but had a VAST selection of boxes to open. Would recommend to stop by if your around and love the hobby!

My visit to The Dugout Sports Cards was a pleasant one! Even though I didn't end up making a purchase, the staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. It's always great to encounter friendly faces, and they definitely made a positive impression. I appreciate their helpfulness and will certainly consider stopping by again.

My favorite card shop to go to. I come all the way from Kingsport to buy from him. Being a nascar fan its hard to find the premium products like prime or national treasures and he always seems to have them. Saw a review accusing him of resealing some pokemon cards and i can promise you thats definitely false. My very first time in he was talking about people weighing packs and he assured me that none of that goes on there. They are honest people. I can speak from experience because I pulled a 500 dollar 1 of 1 sponsor patch card. Great place!

I was recently in Pigeon forge for a weekend get away me and my wife for the fall rod run. We found their store the lady behind the counter was very helpful. I thought the price was fair. I found a assortment of Bibles another great teaching material. If you were there visiting I would very strongly encourage you to stop by and check out this store.

Nice little place to look around. Love the jams, puzzles, and blankets. Purchased a beautiful throw blanket as a souvenir, a couple of jars of strawberry and cherry jam for gifts, and a jar of apple butter, also as a gift. Nice employees.

These gentlemen create beautiful works of art! We had purchased two other rocks from them during our honeymoon in 2018. We came back and bought two more rocks with our children's name on them. Their craftsmanship was beautiful once again!

These guys were great. They made my wife and I and incredible headstone for her sisters grave site and was very sympathetic while she had her moment! If ever in the area and need a uniquely amazing keepsake to take home please visit this place!

I love rocks and saw their beautifully engraved, natural rocks as we were walking around. So, naturally, we had to go inside! I'm so happy we did. We found the perfect piece of stone to get engraved. We were leaving the next day, so they agreed to engrave it for us that day since they are closed on Sundays. I love that they put the image on the computer screen and add what you want on it so they you can see exactly how it will look and make any needed adjustments before paying. After we paid, we walked around Old Mill, had dinner, and shopped some. Once we were all done with that, our beautiful rock was engraved and finished! It looks beautiful on our front portico!

We got a beautiful photo slate to commemorate our wedding and we loved it! Great helpful staff and the prices are surprisingly reasonable! We will definitely be back on all our future visits to the smokies.

We just came and did a tasting, ended up buying one bottle. The bartender was nice and very knowledgeable about the different drinks. I was looking for something specific a friend of ours told us about but this wasn't the place they got it from. I will say, the blueberry wine is amazing!!!!

Awesome wines. We did the full tasting of 13 different wines and we loved all of them. Our host recommended peach which is what we ended up buying.

went in here to try some samples & possibly buy a few bottles. we approached the counter and spoke to the lady very nicely, yet she gave us short and cocky answers. she kept giving us dirty looks & attitude, even when we asked about the flavors of the different wines. by the end of our free samples, we were discussing which bottles we would want & not once did she try to sell the product to us or make small talk. one person in our group ended up buying 3 bottles & another person bought a shirt and throughout both of their transactions, she was still miserable and giving us attitude / rolling her eyes. the rod run is going on so it’s understandably busy and i’m sure she’s overwhelmed, but it was an extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional situation on our end. only rating 2 stars because the wine is pretty good. we loved the peach, cookies & cream, & blackberry flavors!

Wife was excited to do a tasting… Even though they close at 11 we were told they stopped tastings at 10 so they can “be out of there on time”. I saw her turn away the people in front of us, and behind us… All before 10:30

Went in for a tasting…3 for free. My husband and I shared so we tried 6. Bought 3 bottle off that tasting so the guy gave me a few more I didn’t try….i bought 3 more bottles off that. $100 roughly for 6 bottles. Boxes to carry were a great touch. They offered to hold them while we continued to shop too! Cotton Candy came back as gifts for people and of course for myself!

Employees were friendly. We did the free tasting and tried 3 different wines and purchased a bottle of each. The peach and cotton candy were our favorites.

Came here with my daughter. They had a lot to pick from, but not a lot to try. I would have bought more if they had more to try. They were out of most of the options to try. They only had about 3-4 and none of them were the ones I was interested in. It's too expensive to buy big bags if you don't even know you will like them. I bought 3 not being able to try some of them, and I liked them, but not loved them. The were VERY fresh though. I would definitely come back and just hope they had more samples.

Came into this store on Thursday not having been in one before. It was a lot to look at but one of the workers named Hannah gave me the run down and hooked me up with some really good butter scotch peanut butter. The other worker didn’t really look at me or say anything to help even though I walked by him first, which was weird but. So this five star is for Hannah and her excellent service, and the good peanut butter.

A lot of different jerkey to choose from. I rated this a 2 out of 5 for two reasons... one being the prices of the Jerky. They are ungodly expensive for what you get. Two being the free samples section is poorly put together. Everyone is getting the free samples out by hand. They are not individually cupped. They are in a small pan. There was no tongs in sight. Not a fan of people touching my food. I wouldn't go back. EDIT: According to the reply there are tongs there. There were no tongs anywhere in sight. I'll change 2 star to 1 star since we want to be sarcastic. Definitely wont get my business in the future and I'll let others know.

I really like this place on the island. I really love eating beef jerky and it had so many options. I got the crawfish jerky the one I have never seen before it was super good.

9oz(3oz bag x 3) for $33 that's right at 60 a pound for some of the worst jerky I've ever had. So hard way over dried. Even the "prime rib" jerky was dank. I get better jerky from my local butcher shops for much less money. Very unimpressed with Jerky Experience

We stopped in here just by chance and were so glad we did! It’s a charming little store with a classic general store vibe and tons of unique finds. We found the cutest Smoky Mountain hats for kids, and everything was very reasonably priced, which is a rare treat in a tourist area. The store had a little bit of everything and felt like a fun treasure hunt. Definitely worth popping into if you’re strolling around the area. It’s a great stop for souvenirs without breaking the bank.

By far the best store we visited during our vacation. Awesome cool finds. Unique and rare finds. Workers were polite. They had almost an overwhelming amount of variety of sodas and product in store. Definitely will be back!

Emery’s is a wonderful and fun store! It truly brings back memories of childhood! From games to candy and sodas, trinkets, hats, shirts and a lot of things that you hadn’t seen in years! Prices were definitely high which is normal for the area!! I definitely enjoyed the store!

Lots of neat things to see. Emery's offers a mix of both old and new items. Always a little crowded so it takes some time to navigate the store. Everytime we go it seems we see something new or different.

We loved this trip of nostalgia!! Brought back so many memories and we bought some great gifts for our family…. This is a fun store to shop!

I get the owners are likely making a lot of money off Trump merch, but this store is just way inappropriate with it. It's sad and a bit obsessive how much they try to put it in every corner of the store, even near kids toys. Just... weird.

Standard tourist store full of souvenirs, shirts random things with people’s name on them and so on. If you are at the Mall/Plaza it’s worth checking out it I wouldn’t make a special trip for it.

I went into this store the other night. I found a shirt that I liked and went to pay for it. The shirt was clearly marked $24.99 but rang up as $27.99. When I told the girl it was marked $24.99. They would not honor the marked price. Typical bait and switch. I told them to keep it. They looked at me like I was the one in the wrong. At that point it wasn’t about the price of the shirt but how they expected me to be ok with how they handled it.

i got a labubu here and its fake so like just be weary of that ig 😭😭😭😭😭 so maybe y'all should not sell those as reals but uh the lady was pretty nice

Cool area. A few good shops and big area in the middle for kids or anyone to play games, corn hole, giant chess. They have a sky ride and drop also. Coffee shops, artisans shops, Nike outlet and many more. Directly beside the huge restaurant Flavortown. Also, just across the street from The Island.

Good place to spend some time and pick up a couple souvenirs.

I love this hidden gem. Great selection of apparel and bear collectibles. I stop here every time I visit the area. Some of the best prices in town.
