Server told us it was happy hour so we ordered drinks but when we got our checks none of the drinks we ordered were part of happy hour. They got my order wrong and by the time I got the correct food, everyone was done eating. Spent way too much money for mediocre food and worse service. The new owners need to get things straightened out.

Great location off I65N right across from mall. Great prices for everyone just have to look through the clothes I bought alot of socks a few Lil girls pieces. $10 2pr of shorts joggers were $5

Spirit Halloween @ Springdale Mall customer service is TOP TIER...I didn't have to look for anyone to assist me and the young lady who helped me find what I was looking for was very very friendly..my first visit and I was very pleased...10/10

Springdale Mall is always astonishing around the Christmas holidays! They have alot of wonderful 🎁 (present) ideas and stocking suffers at really great prices.

Just about had my last straw with this place. I came home tonight to find that someone had entered my apartment without my knowledge and leaving no note explaining why they had broken the law and unlawfully entered my apartment. I have no work orders out. I have not spoken to the office in months aside from paying rent because they don’t fix anything anyway. Only evidence was that my dog had been shut in the dark bathroom and locked in. I called the emergency helpline the complex touts and was met with a voicemail and no response several hours later. Had no choice but to file a police report. I’ve been putting this review off for months after moving into an apartment that had no functional appliances and had not been cleaned, waiting SIX WEEKS for a dishwasher repair, dealing with pest control never coming even though I pay for it, broken security gates, and absolutely trashed and dirty facilities at all times. But tonight you broke into my apartment and violated my privacy with zero communication and zero cause. You should be ashamed. I highly recommend you do not live here if you care about your cleanliness, your privacy, and your peace of mind.

If you are a non-smoker, do not move here. The new management is unresponsive and refuses to address the constant smell of marijuana coming through the vents. It’s a nightmare to deal with and extremely embarrassing, especially when guests are over. Absolutely would not recommend—0/10.

I knew this place was special when, on my first day moving in, I received a lovely handwritten note from Tammy, who works at the front desk, welcoming me to the community. From then on, my experience with Bel Air Apartments has been an overwhelmingly positive one. The complex itself is in a great location, just off of Airport Boulevard, but not so close that there's any traffic noise. The maintenance staff are excellent. Every time I've had even a minor issue, they've arrived almost immediately, acted competent and professionally, and conducted any repairs quickly and with ease. The landscaping is attractive, and has been well maintained for the entire time I've been here. It looks essentially the same as the pictures on google, which is sadly rare. The neighbors are very friendly any time I pass them, however the apartments must be well soundproofed, because I never hear any loud music or other noise when I have the doors and windows shut. I know I'm very lucky, because this was actually the very first complex I looked at when I moved here. Nearly everyone I know has experienced their own personal horror stories when it comes to renting, and here I am, with nothing but glowing praise. Overall I recommend Bel Air Apartment homes very highly.

Been living here almost 2 years and it’s been fantastic. Maintenance and pest control is really good about getting everything done as soon as possible and thoroughly. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and very friendly. The assistant manager Kellen Curry is the kindest and helpful person I’ve ever met. Really recommend this place to anyone.

Dealing with Timberly at the front office in regard to a question with my lease was an absolute nightmare! She was totally unprofessional and refused to help me after raising her voice at me.

✨🙏 definitely come here for a short photo stop.. the Richard DAR House is one of the most beautiful and charming historic homes in Mobile, Alabama. It was built in 1860 by Captain Charles G. Richards. It has a beautiful Italianate-style facade and is typical for the Mobile of the 19th century.

We loved this museum!! Sheila and Mimi were so welcoming and helpful. They know all the great stories about this place. I am so grateful to the DAR for supporting this magnificent slice of history in Mobile! Loved it and so did my family!!!

I enjoyed the tour very much. Sheila had a vast amount of knowledge about the property and it was beautiful inside and out. Her knowledge and the house itself are well worth the price of admission. You will get to see beautiful furniture, chandeliers, and items that show how Americans used to live.

The tour isn't very long but it is super interesting! And there's a little gift shop at the end. We loved learning all the history of this house and the family, and some of the furniture in the house.

The Target Store is the only reason I give any review of this place. The Target is always a good place to get food and stuff. The rest of the mall is a horrifying dungeon. They are always making efforts to improve it but, it won’t be enough. I’m going to get some photographs. There’s just too many psychos living in the area. Security works constantly to keep everyone safe. I think that the SURGE entertainment place is the big thing because they have indoor go karts. Pricey though. There is a dentist and vision place in the mall as well.

Very limited options available, few outlets for shopping and the food court is not satisfying except a cinnabon and a chick fill a corner. Need grooming.

Honestly the mall is kinda lame, it’s got its good stuff like Zumiez, bath and body works, Chick-fil-A, the stuff that lasts. But everything else usually lasts a couple months there and then goes out of business. Mostly because they all try to sell the same stuff. But it’s a cool place to go walk around with some friends.

Extremely terrible experience here. I was verbally harassed by some random kiosk owner who just would not take no for an answer. I sincerely considered calling security because this guy would just not let up. Honestly might never come here again which is a shame considering they have a very lovely old style candy shop. But yikes, beware coming here as a woman.

I rarely go to the Shoppes at Bel Air Mall. If I go it is usually just Belks Department Store. The Mall has lost its touch. The Anchor stores are just not enough to desire a visit.

The mall’s okay, but it definitely needs more stores. There just isn’t much variety, and it gets kind of boring fast. A few more good shops and maybe better food spots would make a big difference.

The mall is ok but it is starting to get rundown, it will probably be closed in a couple of years. A lot of stores have already closed and it needs a partial makeover, (not a full one yet). It seems like crime in the area has gone down a little but there needs to be a draw to get people in. Right now I think that its hook is lack of competition and great location.

Opened the store 5 minutes late when workers were just standing around inside. Not all food was ready so I could not get my usual order. Food was awesome, but service was very poor. It’s like this every time I come to this location.

Don’t ever come to this Chipotle. The workers there work like people don’t have a schedule or places to be. I’ve never seen a crew of managers and employees work so lackadaisically. God bless this Chipotle. Come here if you’ve got 30 minutes to spare.

The staff is very rude and believes that if you don’t get other items on your burrito that it should be small asf and fit in the palm of your hand & then argue about it with you when you ask for a remake. Get new staff and management in this location please, chipotle is too good of a product to have this location ran so so poorly.

Hello paying customers, good people! This store lacks diversity. Predominantly blck females about the same size or weight. They behave like an unprofessional family because of this. How did so much of the same people get hired at one location? Reverse discrimination! Understand when this happens if you are blck, skinny, wtye, female, male you could be discriminated against or let's say shouted at. Woman +S/ staff++S placed chicken on my burrito. I requested half and half she said it was too late. Okay another issue, Informed the manager my burrito was not warmed up. She used the most trashy hand signals, in the loudest voice in front of all her customers to let me know her staff did warm it up!!! She notified me my hot foods in my order, made it cold cause I didn't place cold foods in the burrito, thanks. She could also care less I have ordered from numerous Chipotles. As she said, the customer is usually wrong yelling belligerently and screaming this!!! Chipotle what have you created at this location?! Are you reading the other one star reviews? You are creating an environment of abuse for customers. If this behavior does not cease with action from upper management something formal will have to be done here. There is one who looks low & sits high. Franchises like these open and close over time!!! Do nothing or do something. Let's see!!!

i always have a problem with my food here. it’s either the chips are stale, the rice isn’t fully cooked OR the beans aren’t fully cooked. yall have got to do better seriously they just need to shut this location down at this point

Food is tasty but no longer worth the money. The portions keep getting smaller and less consistent. Chipotle should either use an effective measuring tool as a scoop or they should weigh the portions. I’m not trying to come off as a big back, but I watched the employee basically count out 4 little pieces of chicken while another employee watched them with hawk eyes. It felt like eating at someone’s house but they didn’t want to share.

We ordered ahead, got there at 840pm and store was destroyed. 4 workers no customers- our food hadnt been started even though it should have already been done. They came to me -10 mins late and said they didn’t have steak or fajitas or most of our requests. The store had not been cleaned at all. When I told the guy working I wanted to cancel my order because of lack of food and conditions of food that I could see he got upset and said “imagine if we were fully staffed what we could do.” I’m not so sure this store should be open in the condition it and the food was in when I got there. Truly disgusting and disappointing.

My boyfriend and I ate lunch today. I ordered the traditional hummus and roasted vegetables. My boyfriend ordered soup and sandwich. My vegetables were cold and the hummus was drenched with oil. It came with only 1.5 pieces of pita and 5 slices of cucumber. My boyfriend's soup had sloshed out of its bowl, filling the bottom of the plate, making his sandwich soggy. Leia (pronounced Leah) delivered our food with indifference. When I asked another person for some additional pita, I was met with a smile. Katie was friendly and courteous. She was more than happy to bring some fresh, warm pita to our table. My boyfriend and I choose not to send the food back and eat it despite its inadequacy because we were famished. I know that sounds dramatic but it's true! I certainly hope Leia can get the training she needs to become more like Katie!

I ate at Zoes Kitchen in Norman, OK and now in Mobile, AL. The service is awesome, only nice people apparently are hired by this this chain. I ordered the avocado salad and the salmon kababs. The food came promptly; large portions, very tasty, and all together yummy and great.

Changed locations from a wonderful space w/plenty of room to a tiny place that is noisy and cramped. Took my favorite sandwiches off the menu. I went once to the new location and never went back. Spoiled the atmosphere. I guess I would do curbside from here if they're still actually doing it. They used to have great chicken soup. Used to be s fantastic courtyard now there is a cramped corner space to eat outside.

Exceptional and mouth watering food. Great big portions. Food was fresh and savory. 10 out of 10, 5 starts and worth the drive to get to.

I have been to many locations in Texas and thought this was a good place to stop on a road trip. However, it was not ideal. The highchairs were filthy. I don’t think they are ever cleaned. The sheer visible dirt on the highchairs should’ve been enough to make us turn around. The staff seems like they rather be elsewhere. They were not rude by any means but they were definitely indifferent. The restrooms were clean enough but there was no baby changing station provided. The food was the same food offered at every location I have been to but it was dried out and stale. My steak was cold, my cauliflower rice was dry and the orange slices looked about a week old and were starting to turn. I would skip this place all together and just go next door to the Whole Foods. At least you could get a fresh meal there.

Took my niece and granddaughter back to one of thier child hood memories. It's amazing to see how they've grown

It’s a nice place in some ways. The problem is it’s spread out and can’t walk to the different places and even if could the design of traffic flow makes it dangerous. So if your like I am legally blind you go to the main place and go unless you have a ride or don’t mind paying for another trip to go to the other side of the place. They do need to redesign the traffic flow anyway because unless you go to a place like Steak ‘n Shak from the correct direction your going to be going around to get back to it. With all The circles surprised not too many accidents. It has some nice places in it but badly designed and in most cases too much trouble to contend with

On Tuesday, I saw *Happy Gilmore*, and then on Wednesday, I saw *Revenge of the Sith*. The only problem was that they were out of the Darth Vader popcorn buckets, so I ended up not buying any concessions that night. I would have if they had been more prepared. I saw them there the night before; honestly, it was a disappointment. I really expected them to have them, but that's okay; it was still a great experience.

Just watched The Last Rodeo and really enjoyed it, a family-friendly movie. Ticket prices were high for Saturday matinee, so I can imagine the regular price. Popcorn and sodas are expected to be high, but they are worth it for allowed refills. I would appreciate a military and senior citizen discount, and this would bring more business as well.

Nice little AMC theatre with plenty of parking, comfortable seats, and friendly staff.

Absolutely disgusting theater. I’ve never been in an AMC so gross and smelly like this one in Mobile. It wreaks of mildew and mold and is just filthy in general. On top of that, we didn’t even get to finish our movie because the power went out and no one came to fix our screen for over 20 mins. This was my first and last time attending this theater. Whoever owns this place should be ashamed of themselves for having their employees work in such poor conditions. Mold poisoning is a thing and I’m certain being in that theater for the hour I was there is the reason I have such a terrible migraine right now.

the popcorn was cold and burnt, the ads didn’t start til 10 mins after the shown start time, and even then the lights never went off so it was incredibly hard to see movie with 3d glasses on. People talked the entire time, the sound was very low with no directional audio. Only thing good about vist was the movie.

Terrible experience at this AMC location. We ordered food in person and from the app, paid for it, then were told it was unavailable because the kitchen was closed. Why even let us order in the first place? The service was disorganizedone seemed to know what they were doing, and getting a refund took forever. I’m an AMC member and have been for years, but this location really disappointed me. The food was bad, the service was worse, and they refused to dim the lights during the movie due to “policy,” which ruined the experience. I won’t be coming back to this location.

The movie was great, but the whole experience stunk. After paying $50 for tickets for us and 2 children and $80+ for 4 popcorns and 4 drinks, I was hoping the remainder of the movie would be great. I was wrong. After 30 minutes of trailers and advertisements, I felt the urge to go ask the manager if the person showing the movie was gone. He said they decided to play double trailers and advertisements and told me to enjoy the show. I got to know the guys at Palmer's Hyundai very well and saw all trailers for 2025 I think. The arm rest on my wife's chair came off and fell on the floor half way through the movie and apparently my cupholder was half full of sprite and I thought my water bottle was leaking. By the end of the movie, my arm was soaked with Sprite I thought was water. 20 minutes later my arm was a sticky mess driving home. At least the Karate Kid Legends movie was good. Think I'll just wait for movies to come to Amazon or go to Nexus before I visit this AMC again.

Wide variety of stores from home goods, makeup stores, clothing store, grocery store, office supplies, pet supplies, hair salons, banks, car store, restaurants, and desserts! Parking lot can get crazy due to all the stores and should be revamped.

Fantastic shopping experience all around. Very clean parking lots and well lit areas at night. Shops are a comfortable walking distance from each other with nicely lit and visible store fronts.

You have walmart,game stop, rue 21,cricket,Burke's great place to shop and several different stores.

The individual stores are not well marked. You really need to explore this place to see what stores are left and which ones shut down and left. At least the parking lot is big, has plenty of space with several entrances and exits in case you need to make a quick exit for the common Mobile Alabama gang banger drive by hits and the get even revenge shoot outs.

Some things are amazing deals and others aren't so much. Over all this place is good to shop at but think before you buy.

I am so disappointed with the Festival Centre, there is literally nothing there. Majority of the shops are closed/closings. I remember when the Festival Centre was the place to come and shop, now it's almost a ghost town. There is so much potential and growth there.

Very nice complex! Still very new so all the shops weren't occupied. Many when the pandemic is over it will fill up.

The China Buffet is a great place to eat.... There family friendly, the Host's are considerate, the restaurant is clean and they have Chicken and Shrimp All kind of Ways..... Enjoy❣❣❣❣❣

Ugh! Gives me the hives thinking about it. Getting in and out of this center takes nerves of steel, especially on weekends. Chik Fil A being in the center of it all, especially with the traffic flow layout around it, just sucks. Go to a light to get back on Schillinger!!! I avoid this center due to all of the congestion, and it’s a shame, because it does have stores that should attract tons of people. Just a poor traffic flow. The city (at least used to) get a kickback from the tenants, or the other way around, but the money should be used to improve congestion spots and reduce accidents.

We went to the salad station, which wasn't near as good as it used to be. Plus, they were almost out of lettuce. They were cleaning, which they usually do, but the female employee came over and told us they had closed thirty minutes ago, and we weren't allowed to be there. My husband said you are kicking us out without me finishing my salad? She said we couldn't have anyone in the restaurant when it's closed except employees. He was so mad. It was rude, that's for sure. I don't plan to go back anytime soon. He thinks if we were African Americans like the employees were, it would have been different. Why did she wait thirty minutes past closing to say something if it wasn't allowed?

Actually only been to Hobby Lobby here. But looks like a nice shopping center. Impressed that there is a Rouses here! I know the whole shopping center has been remodeled in the last few years and I will say it was an excellent job! Very fresh and clean look to all the shops and stores! Caring, friendly staff at Hobby Lobby. Always smiling and helpful! Love it! Great clearance sales, too!

As a native Mobilian I always preferred this center for shopping. This time it was Sam's Club. Great finds and good prices. I find this location is excellent at keeping up with demands of public service. The store is kept clean and organized which makes shopping easier and shopper pleased. Wonderful place to live!

A This shopping center is at the intersection of two major thoroughfares so it was easy to find and easy to get into and out of. There was plenty parking available even though all of the stores were doing doing a brisk business that day. All of the store fronts were clean and inviting. I did not see any trash lying around.

Like the stores but hate the parking lot. Hard to pull a trailer through or a large truck. Rouses is my go to at this Plaza. Small parking spaces and tight corners. You cannot open a car door without hitting the car beside you. If you get two full sized vehicle next to each other, your either trading paint or not getting out.

Great, I mean GREAT selections for your entire shopping experience. Parking close. Elevator or escalator to upstairs. Restrooms clean and baby station available. Can enter mall from this store if desired. Bargains for all sizes.

This is a nice department stores with decent prices. They have plenty of nice clothes, cosmetics and jewelry for ladies. They also have some nice household items. I liked their Christmas decorations, they seemed very popular and that area was busy. I also received 2 holidays sweatshirts from them as a gift and like those shirts from the Alfred Dunner brand

Curb side pickup is the absolute worst the have the parking and don't even know what to do with them and didn't bring our full order out. They true dont care about the curbside pickup part of there business

This was my last day ever shopping at Dillard’s. My family and I have been loyal customers for years, but this place has really gone downhill. On June 30th, my husband and I bought several clothes. When I got home, I realized two of the dresses didn’t fit — one didn’t cover my chest at all, and the other must have been a junior size because it was way too tight across the bust. Both were brand new with tags still attached. We live far from the mall and work a lot, so it went past the 30-day return window. I called ahead, explained everything, and spoke to the women’s department manager. She asked if the dresses had yellow tags. I said yes, and she told me to “bring them back today” and she’d take them back. She said they close at 6 but I needed to be there by 5:30. I couldn’t make it that day, so I went the next morning. After parking far away because the escalator was broken and walking all the way upstairs, I was told they couldn’t take them back because it was over 30 days. The same manager then called the store manager, who also said no. While still in the store, I called Dillard’s corporate. After being hung up on once, I finally spoke to someone who said the manager would meet me in the store. I waited 30 minutes in the men’s cologne area… and no one ever showed up. This was by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I will never shop here again.

I’ve had several extremely negative experiences at this store due to one particular employee who currently works in the handbag department named Tiara. This is not an isolated issue — her behavior has been inappropriate, unprofessional, and offensive on multiple occasions, dating back to when she previously worked in the watches department. Even at that time, I witnessed her being openly rude and even making racially inappropriate remarks toward customers, including individuals of her own race. I was shocked to learn that instead of being removed from the sales floor, she was transferred to another high-visibility department. Since being moved to handbags, her behavior has become even worse. On multiple visits, I’ve seen her sitting on merchandise while carrying on loud, personal FaceTime conversations on speakerphone right in the middle of the sales floor. She ignores customers entirely, even when it’s clear someone needs help. When she does interact, she often displays a visibly hostile, irritated attitude, making the shopping experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. Her use of excessive profanity in front of both coworkers and customers is completely inappropriate, and her demeanor toward other staff members is aggressive and unprofessional. She regularly gives them harassing looks and has shown open disrespect toward her manager in front of customers — and yet, management appears to tolerate it. Her appearance in the store is also a serious concern. I have witnessed her wearing extremely short dresses, and on more than one occasion, when she bent over or squatted, her private areas were exposed. She also frequently pulls down her top to reveal her bra and cleavage while standing on the sales floor. This level of indecency is unacceptable in a professional retail environment and especially uncomfortable for families with children who may be shopping nearby. Even more disturbing is the way she reacts when Black customers don’t choose to check out with her, despite the fact that she didn’t help them or another associate was already assisting them. I have personally seen her become visibly irritated or offended in these situations. It’s clear that many customers actively avoid her because of her poor attitude, and unfortunately, I don’t blame them. Her energy and presence on the floor are negative and divisive. I, along with others, have shared these concerns directly with her coworkers. On more than one occasion, I’ve seen those coworkers step in to apologize on her behalf, clearly embarrassed and put in a difficult position because of her ongoing behavior. The fact that other staff members feel the need to make excuses or smooth things over says a lot about how her behavior is affecting the overall store environment. What concerns me the most is that nothing appears to be done about it. This employee’s pattern of behavior has been ongoing for far too long, and instead of being held accountable, she has been allowed to continue representing the store in a way that is not only unprofessional but damaging to the shopping experience and the store’s reputation. I’m honestly shocked that management hasn’t taken appropriate action. I hope that corporate leadership sees this and seriously investigates the issue. This is not a matter of a single bad day or one isolated incident — this is repeated, escalating misconduct that has made both customers and staff uncomfortable. It reflects poorly not only on the employee, but on the management that continues to allow it.

This is a nice store with very high quality, high end, high cost product that you will have trouble finding in most other department stores. Things I love about this store is that it is always clean and very well stocked. The staff is very professional and they treat every customer very special. My wife is a big fan of the store but it is not my first choice because of the prices. But if you have money for the prices, you will get a great value.

Current, colorful merchandise, friendly clerks assisted me in seeking the perfect color for my purses for upcoming summer, social events & weddings. Security was present, along with ample parking and clean restrooms

This is a good department store. They have lots of nice clothes, lingerie, shoes and jewelry for yourself and gifts. They also have good household items and holiday decorations. They also have some nice special candy items and delicious Tortuga Rum Cakes my family really likes. The store is a bit expensive but does have nice items.

Here with my wife. She has found a BUNCH of dresses to search through. Appears to be lots of fashions and sizes. However I have found a comfortable chair to sit in and just be supportive as she shops.

Bad service.. 😟I came into Dillard's on Sunday at 4pm and the service was sad. There were more than enough workers yet. I had to wait for shoes and help multiple times. The workers stood around for over a hour just loudly talking about personal issues. They didn't help or offer help. There was only one lady working. She was foreign and as helpful as she could be. She was the only person working while the others did nothing but stand in one spot not helping..

Good place to shop, I come here for Books A Million & Michael’s Craft store. Whole Foods used to be here, I liked it, it is too bad it is gone.

Two counter-service eateries w/outside seating, two sit-down restaurants, one order-ahead place, one specialty fruit-chocolate shop, plus a coffee & tea cafe inside the bookstore w/outside seating. Stein-mart is their almost-dept. store. Whole Foods is the grocer. Pet-Smart, Cato, Zoe's, Rock-N-Roll Sushi, Dream Dinners, C-spire, children's shop, Books-A-Million, Edible Arrangements, America's Best. You can use this center as a little one-stop excursion to eat, browse, read, shop, have dessert and do a few errands while you're at it. An intact shopping center where you could meet many of your needs, with one exception--when they eliminated the continuous covered sidewalk, you can't rely on this place for rainy-days. Busy bookstore's bathroom was left out of order on a Friday for who knows how long prior and after instead of getting plumber out right away. Bring back the lighted trees. Nice curb appeal. Great job keeping the shopping center alive.

The shopping center has several real restaurants. The China Doll buffet is the best buffet in Mobile. MOD has pizzas from mini to large. Cold snap frozen yogurt is amazingly yummy with numerous toppings. Plus, dairy-free yogurt.

I have not been here for a while. Some of the stores have changed dramatically for me. Driving through here one still has to be careful of traffic situations and people trying to safely cross in front of traffic. Most drivers are polite. It's really not a very big shopping center as to the parking area. Very often it seems to be packed with a very lot of cars.

Love this place. Associates are so nice. Very well stocked and Clean. The best part is being able to do Amazon returns at the service desk. Having to buy school clothes on line this year due to lack of stock in clothing stores. I had to buy several different types of clothing to find the right fit. Thanks to these easy returns, it was made so much easier.

The parking lot could use some work, there were potholes, the painted guide for spots need updated, and the stop signs were extremely faded. The buildings however looked great. They were clean, there was no trash everywhere which was nice to see, the signage on the buildings was presentable.

The shopping center it's self is fine. All the store are conveniently close together. The only thing that put me off were the people coming up to me asking for money or sleeping on the sidewalk.

This area is so disgusting. Businesses should come to this area and it could be nice again. If they build it we will come :) It's so empty. Homeless people try to hit you up when you go in Dollar Tree.

Not all plazas are as complete as the Cloverleaf Center. Clothing, food, general miscellaneous items... Even automotive and physical fitness! The parking lot kinda sucks, but overall if you need it and its not specialized construction or pharmaceutical, this is the place. Hell, theyve even got salons and a barber. Its well established.

The automobile locksmith is fantastic. Ollie's is always a good shopping adventure as well. This is an older strip mall that just needs some additional tenants to bring it back to life, but the merchants that are currently housed there are enjoyable to visit.

Unexpected little shopping center on our travels out of state. Small Dollar Tree for wipes and dash across the street for gas & coffee. Restroom was clean but alot of locals in both stores . Gas prices were awful.

This has to be the best restraunt steak I have ever eaten. You have not lived until you have given them a try. I found it clean and well staffed and I return as often as I can.

This is a decent plaza. The Dirt Cheap and UPS place are good. They have restaurants so you can get meals before and after shopping and shipping. There is a good parking lot for convenience.

This strip mall is extremely clean and well kept. All the lights were working and there a numerous handicapped ♿ spots to park. Getting in and out in peak travel hours can be a bit of a challenge. Just be patient and don't get in a hurry.

The two good things about this location is their speed to get you in and out via drive thru and the inside is clean. But they can never seem to get my orders 100% correct. May it be leaving things on an order, not putting things on a burger after a request, or just screwing up a coffee order everytime.

What a traffic nightmare. And several shops have closed and opened as something else over the last few years. Very spotty retail environment. I wish Rouses would’ve chosen a place that wasn’t so hard to get to, I would use the much more often. The sign out front of the Plaza only works half the time, which tells me how much the owners care. And it still aggravates me that the center gets a portion of our hard earned sales tax revenue. Mobile doesn’t need to subsidize retail with its crime and education problems.

Visited Hertz here. Late 80's (?) pepple-top sidewalk is annoying for wheelchairs, but at least they have designated parking and a ramp a few stores down. Shopping center seems to make an effort to keep tenants and not be a wasteland of unused space as other centers are built newer. Clean, safe, convenient on busy strip, and kept up well enough. Love the new home decor store that is in the old Kmart space.

This mall is great because the stores have different selections than stores that are on every corner. Virginia's Health Foods, Tuesday Morning, and Roses's Express are places that I love to shop, but they are not in my normal traffic pattern so I make a special trip to shop there.

This shopping center has some great stores. My favorite is Virginia's. I can get lost in there, especially in the dry Herb section. The selection is immaculate!

I went into this store trying to find 5w30 motor oil. However they had everything except that. So I continued to shop for other things that were truly a bargain . The bargains were so good until I had to just leave the store to insure not over spending.

Virginia's is in this shopping center, they are the best health food store in Mobile! This place has had many improvements over the years. Be careful taking a left on Dauphin St from here. That is the only part I don't love. There is a smoothie king and US mailboxes, the post office picks up at about 4pm.

Really have upgraded this shopping center. It looks better and has better stores like Virginia's Health Foods with THE BEST CAFE in town, The Sunflower Cafe. But you can hardly tell it is there, because it is in the back of the store. Virginia's is right next door to Planet Fitness. There is also a drive-thru smoothie place in the parking lot. There is Tuesday Morning down at the end, a drugstore (that used to be 24 hours because it is near Springhill Hospital). And two other eateries. Easy in and out.

The store I visit was GREAT!!! I really enjoyed, getting out and enjoying the experience of shopping again. It was a gran feeling!!!! Since Cova-19, has been exposed to the USA.

Went to UPS very nice people who acted like they cared about having my business. What i sent was framed 100 years ago and they assured me they would get it there in one piece and they did. The glass was intact

The food this visit wasn't up to par as it usually is. We visited like an hour before closing but thats still not an excuse to not have ypur standard quality of food. Ordered a large seasoned fry and barely received a small fry. The burger bun was smashed flat and soggy. Very little ingredients on burger and meat and what ingredients was on it was everywhere.

I remember when the regular fries were enough to share with my family but now apparently they resized it to less fries 😢

I initially tried to order through DoorDash, but there was no option to add lettuce. I called the store multiple times to check if they were just out, but no one answered. So, I placed the order online for pickup—and oddly enough, that platform allowed me to select lettuce. When I arrived, there were about 10 employees working. It wasn’t slammed, just moderately busy. While I was there, I called the store again to see if the phone even worked. It rang and rang—no one picked up. I approached the manager to explain that I had tried calling earlier. Before I could finish, she walked away and came back with lettuce, assuming that was all I needed. I was actually trying to ask why no one is ever available to answer the phone. She said they were just too busy. Here’s the thing—if staff genuinely don’t have the bandwidth to answer phones or help with basic customer needs, that’s not just a service issue—it’s a staffing and wage issue. If businesses aren’t paying enough for adequate staffing or are stretching their teams too thin, it’s no wonder service suffers. But customers are still paying full price, and we deserve better than silence on the other end of the line. Honestly, I’m also starting to wonder if lettuce was removed from the DoorDash menu just to slow down orders—which, if true, is incredibly frustrating and misleading. Everyone deserves fair pay and support to do their job well. If that’s not happening here, it shows—and not just in the food, but in the experience.

Great, fast, friendly service and fresh food. Great to see farm fresh produce and real French fries. They even post which farm their spuds came from on a white board in the lobby. Can't wait to try their customized shakes. My small bacon cheeseburger was huge. The fries were enough for two adults and a toddler. Thank you for the fun, fresh and friendly experience!

DO NOT ORDER IF NO ONE ELSE IS THERE! This is the worst-tasting experience I have ever had at Five Guys, and this is our go-to spot! I was there between 5-530pm today, 5/15/25. I ordered a Little double with cheese, mayo, tomato, and little fries. The tomato was mushy and old, probably swimming in its juices, and the fries I was craving were cold from the moment I got in my car (maybe 30s after grabbing my order). Most of them are burnt or fried in nasty oil. Other than the tomato and bit of grease, the burger was tasteless. I may have interrupted the nice break the only 2 employees were having. I hope the fact they were not busy is an excuse, but not a good one...

While I like the food they have and the place in general, it is very expensive for a burger place. If you want to treat yourself sure stop by but you could just as easily get a steak dinner for the same price. On the bright side food is fresh, delicious and the stores are clean and inviting.

This is a good place to get hamburgers, cheeseburgers and fries. I used to go to Five Guys in Wesley Chapel Florida then was glad they have a good one in Mobile Alabama. They have very good burgers and fries and you can eat lots of peanuts while waiting for your meal. Staff is nice and cooks well so you can have a good meal to go or to dine in. The prices are decent for good burger meals.

It's Good but I thought I would get a more of a variety of donuts. Like different Out of the box donuts. But it's alright. I was thinking it tasted like I had bacon bits on my donut and not bacon pieces.

I like to shop Greer's groceries for the best cuts of meat at reasonable prices.

This Donuts spot is very clean place to come. varieties of pastries that they have look so delicious it just makes you want to get them all. and I must say this is a place where I will come to get my pastries. I love the donuts they are so delicious

Katmandu Indian food is very good. U have to expect to try something different. Lots if flavor and U tell them how spicy ( hot) U want it. They have small boxes of Indian food flavourings $2. Mix with meat, rice, & heat and there U go. When I am over this way it is a MUST stop. Carry out feeds 1 ~ 2. $12. Good stuff !

This is a good Target, and we like it better than the one at Bel Air Mall. This one is cleaner and has a bit better crew. We still found some bare shelves and unkempt aisles, but overall a good place to shop.

I was told to go to another register because the cashier was "hot". Never mind that her light was on and I had my things on the conveyor belt already. She finished her white customers and told me to go to another register and proceeded to turn off her light and walk away from me. I didn't know Target had white only lines but now I do. Thanks, won't ever come back to this location if any.

It is a Super Target. It seems super clean, updated, and remodeled. I did not have any issues. I even bothered a few employees with questions I already knew the answers to and received a smile and help finding what I was looking for. I wish we had a Super Target in South Mississippi.

Bridget needs a raise because she was the only one that could help me in electronics. One girl ran away to the warehouse when I called her and the other girl tried to find Mr help but somehow could not. I spent way too long trying to get something unlocked and Bridget was the only one that got me the items. Give her a raise!

This is a good Target store. I like how I can get groceries, produce, beverages, household items, gifts and holiday decor here. The store seems clean and safe and prices are reasonable here. I also like self check out lanes.

The pharmacist was extremely rude to my kids and me. I couldn't believe how he acted towards my children, who were standing right by me just looking at some jewelry. And on top of that when I finally got my RX and we got in the car to head home, I opened my medicine and it just didn't look right so I counted the pills and it was short by 20 pills. I was still parked In front of the pharmacy so I walked back in and nicely told them that the bottle was 20 pills short. He snapped at me and accused me of doing something with the pills and refused to check his bottle of pills, if he would have he would have seen he did short me on my medication. Anyway, that was the one and only time I've ever used Skyline pharmacy & I hate it because they sell some cute things in there.

I've always loved this shopping center. I've used it for multiple reasons over the years, and I've always had really great experiences. Skyland Drugs is, in modern parlance, a "throwback" store. What that means is that it still exists and is thriving in this modern age while retaining countless traits & attributes of stores of the past. Also in this shopping center is Acceptance Insurance- some of the kindest, most helpful insurance salespeople ever. The Loop Coin & Jewelry store is a spotless, clean, well organized family run business. Dealing with them is a pleasure. Rice is hands down, one of the best Asian food restaurants in Mobile- a true "hidden gem 💎" From one end of the strip mall to the other, this is one of the very best shopping areas in Mobile County.

We visited the Dollar Store. We were looking for bleach at a better price. We found it for only $1.25 per gallon. That's less than a third of most places. Same exact ingredients as the big brands like Chlorox.

Been going to this location for bout three weeks wanted to see if any difference 🤔 the only difference is the Manager is very nice approachable and hardworking i respect him for that! planet fitness is trying to keep as many members as possible i am convinced of that , Mature folks go n the am and talks Loudly in Groups constantly ( never wiping the machines after use ) very annoying also u have people on cellphones / Bluetooth having full conversations taking pics and videos 📹 also my opinion most of the annoying people are not there to work on there health or body but to have social time and to gather then the evening after i gave this gym a 5 star only because of the Manager and his employees this location is a older building most of the equipment is older i jus wish i could enjoy my workouts n peace with other people who came to the gym to actually workout geesh when i find a private gym or get a house im gonna workout at home cause Some people in the public are Careless and disrespectful to other in a public setting most dont care or not aware. My anxiety levels erupt when i get to planet fitness and i have tried three locations so its the rules not being inforced im sure of this full grown adults can't even follow simple rules grow up

Does any of your attendants check on them tanning beds. The one I was assigned looked as if no one ever cleaned it before or after use, there was black dust particles all over it. And it smelled of swamp booty. 1 star does not do this justice in my review. And yes I am totally aware of me cleaning it myself before and after use. But am not cleaning something that nasty. Also checked the other beds and they were the same. You have 4 people working the desk and not one person could check them to be clean starting a new day. This was at 7:44am on a Saturday morning

Great Planet Fitness facility! Staff is friendly. Plenty equipment that is spaced out perfectly. Different workout sections. Bathrooms are very clean and nice. Also the temperature is just right! You are able to sweat! Would recommend this gym to anyone.

This is honestly one of my favorite planet fitness. Its not too big and it isn't usually overly crowded. Very down to earth staff.

I love working out at Planet Fitness. Although I have used various equipment at the facility, the treadmill is my go to! I am always full of joy after my workouts and I feel great as well!

Great place to workout. Friendly and very helpful staff. Very much worth the money to be a black card member. I enjoy working out now and the tanning beds are better then most tanning salons. Also enjoy the massage chairs and body enhancement. If you have doubts or scared , don't be . I highly recommend this gym!!

Planet fitness is very centrally located in Tillmans corner the people there are extremely professional courteous and very helpful especially for older people like me help me set up my account are very helpful everything is so clean in there everybody watches off everything that they work out on it's quiet pleasant it's now my favorite destination when I go to mobile. The hydro massager helps with my lower back problems and is one of the most wonderful relaxation method stuff is out there. If you know me which you probably don't but if you did you would realize I don't throw compliments around my father was a drill sergeant in the Marine corps and we get out of what we put into life these people deserve this credit and I certainly appreciate being a member of planet fitness Tillman corner .

They have a pretty good lunch buffet with southern home style cooking. Friend pork chops are good. Fair prices can get a good lunch for around 10 bucks

The deli got some good fried chicken. The Mac and cheese was the bomb. $6.50 a pound was kinda steep but it was worth it. I'll definitely go back for more. The meat in the store was very reasonable. Food Champs got some hell of a deals.

I went to the Dollar Tree here and I am for it. The selection here is large and the store is clean. Not everyone is sunshine and rainbows that work here, but in my experience they're still professional and the store is well kept. So cudos to the ladies here doing it. I don't know if any men work here. I've never seen any. And I've never used the restroom here so I cannot comment on that. And the times I have been the parking lot is clean in front of the store. I mention this because it used to be kinda messy in some spots, like broken glass and such. Something for the better has changed in this way. So go ahead and enjoy the experience at this Dollar Tree, it's worth it

I went to this location after work on a Friday evening, September 5th. I went looking for the magic molecule section because I was out of the spray. I asked one of the young ladies to help me, and another 2 associates helped me find it. So three extremely helpful people total. They paired together as a team and went above and beyond for something small like 1 product I was looking for. I didn't get the names of the 3 associates but these ladies were extremely helped. I then went up to the front to check out with a woman named Tiffany. I think I have dealt with almost everyone that works at this Ulta and I can definitely say it is always a pleasurable experience. The people that work here are so kind and easy to talk. Very personable and always greeting you with smiles. One of my favorite locations and would recommend to anyone.

I’ve had the best experience with Hair Stylist Fran, she is amazing and by far the best stylist I ever had before. She listens and understands your hair needs. They truly helped this newbie out

I always have an excellent experience anytime I visit this store. I went in recently for hair and makeup for photos and was not disappointed. Mrs. Diane did an amazing job styling my hair and makeup artist Mary and Caleb did exceptional work. I will for sure be returning to have more beauty services done when I need to. I ordered a footlong sub combo and they only put bologna on it and they had there meat area hidden behind a medal display so you cannot make your choice of meat this Sub way in Prichard, Al nextdoor to Love's Gas station and what really comes on the footlong sandwich as your meat just giving you anything but asking you what meats gave me cheap bologna but couldn't make choice meats hidden behind a medal display check it out when you enter the store you use to see all meats not any more that not right Subway.

The staff wasn't very friendly the guy started making a tuna sandwich but I asked for a #12 which is Chicken Bacon Ranch then he got an attitude when I told him that he was making the wrong sandwich then the lettuce was no good it tasted nasty so I had to take it off the sandwich. It seems like here lately every time I get a subway the lettuce is no good This was the Subway at the Love Truck Stop.

Food was fine, but the place was understaffed and the line was long. The worker was hustling, but really needed another person especially for a bit of a lunch rush. I was also surprised there wasn't any tea dispensers and zero napkins. Both of those issues are likely a result of being understaffed during peak times.

Went in the store and no they are not clearly marked or they are marked as on sale and instead of a reasonable explanation the cashier was rude and full of herself. Would not recommend the o er priced items along with self righteous workers not to go in to this store. Have found the good will here to be above and beyond anyone’s expectations for a thrift store

I like to visit here for several reasons. The store smells clean and is clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Waterfront has all the things you expect to see at a large thrift store. It has a plentiful selection of jewelry, shoes (not noted with size) and furniture. The seasonal decorations are readily available and nicely displayed. The store is attractively arranged. One note, as a mission store, it does continuously play religious music. A little classic rock n roll wouldn’t hurt. 😬

Okay, I don't know what everyone is talking about but I stopped by today and everything is clearly marked. I was there for about 1.5 hours and scored some awesome deals - Loft, Ann Taylor, and Talbots for a great price. The most expensive was a brand new shirt from Talbots for $13.00 - BTW I look awesome in it. My final tally was $50 for 2 pairs of shorts, 1 sweater, 1 sleeveless top and 2 blouses and that includes a pair or foster grant sun glasses I grabbedat the register. You gotta know your brands. Yellow tags were 50% off which I did not have any. Stop by and be prepared to spend some time. Great place.

Overpriced can get these brand new up north and everywhere around for that price these are used . Never coming here again so much of thier stuff is overpriced and some is falling apart and they want entirely way too much for a thrift store

I've lived at Yester Oaks Apartments for only 8 months, and unfortunately, my experience with the leasing office has been extremely disappointing. From the start, the staff has had a consistently nasty attitude toward me, making communication frustrating and unhelpful. However, I have to give credit where it's due—the maintenance team is absolutely top-tier. Even when I had a leak in my kitchen coming from the bathroom and my kitchen light stopped working due to the leasing office delaying the Sheetrock repairs, the maintenance crew still did everything they could to accommodate me. Their professionalism and responsiveness are the only bright spot in an otherwise frustrating living situation.

Ashley always takes care of any issues that come up. She’s a great manager, staff in the office are very nice and the maintenance crew is top notch! It’s very quiet here and I love it!! A great place to live! Highly recommend!

Been living here for going on 2 years. Probably one of Mobile's top 5 for best bang for buck apartments. Maybe I just live in a good part of it, but it has always be outstandingly beautiful inspite of being wedged between two business districts. It has never felt ghetto. Never had a problem with neighbors. Office is an effective balance between being nonintrusive hands off and being on top of keeping a good and steadily improving grounds. I will say it can *sometimes* be a little difficult to get maintenance to take care of something. However, they have gotten much better about that and when you really need something fixed, they don't hesitate to come out and fix it. And my guy is awesome. They all carry themselves with kindness and helpfulness. They get things fixed. It's pretty clear that a lot of the little problems you find in the homes are mistakes made by contractors that do things in large batches for years. When their own maintenance comes out, they do a good job getting it more permanently fixed. They made accommodations for my disabled partner and I can really say I don't have any problems with the management here. The communication skills are slightly lack luster, but i really do love living here. This place and windsor nail it on balance between cost, safety, facilities, proximity to town, and grounds

CURRENT RESIDENT 7/2/25: buckle up cause this is a long one. I am typing this email to inform upper management about the ongoing issues with my apartment that I have expressed to the property manager, Ashley Rowlett. There was an active leak in my apartment that I noticed on Monday (6/23/2025) coming from my kitchen chandelier fixture and there was also another spot on the ceiling that had cracked and looked discolored. I did not fill out the work order as I felt like this issue was way past me filling out a "work order" and getting in the queue with the other residents. The matter was urgent and required immediate assistance since it was causing physical damage to the unit I am renting. I called the office that morning at about 9:15am and spoke to someone who told me they would send someone out. I don't know how involved the office ladies were in this matter but I figured that a resident calling about an ACTIVE LEAK in their apartment would have to be relayed to the property manager ASAP. I saw on my ring camera that maintenance did in fact come out, but when I got home on my lunch break at about 1:50pm that same day, there was still water in my chandelier fixture downstairs and I was unsure that they even addressed the crack in my ceiling. So, I thought to myself it clearly isn't fixed because there is still water in my fixture. I could not assess the situation during this time because I was already missing work because of this inconvenience. I was gone Monday night 6/23/25 so I was unaware of any "leaking" in the apartment during this time. During this time I would like to document that NO ONE was communicating with me in regards to what was being done to fix my apartment. The office workers just said they would send maintenance out but I heard NOTHING about what was being done to my unit. No call, text or email was sent. Very unprofessional from the start. I returned to my unit Tuesday morning (6/24/25) at about 10am after running some errands realizing that the crack in my ceiling had gotten worse.. Nothing was leaking out of the crack during this time. I had somewhere to be till about 2 something and I could not be late for my appointment so I was going to address the issue when I came back. As soon as I got back to my apartment at about 1:55pm my light fixture was filled up with water once again. This time the water was moldy and to my knowledge that is unsafe for residents to be breathing in literal MOLD. Nothing was done about this so I was just documenting evidence because at this point it was getting ridiculous. I didn't feel like my health/safety was being considered so I found other lodging arrangements for Tuesday night. I have to post another review since this one is too long.

I came back to my unit Wednesday morning (6/25/25), took a shower and went downstairs to make my breakfast and that's when I saw the light fixture filled up again. This is when I realized that it MIGHT BE coming from my tub/bathroom. I was unsure because it was raining hard during that whole week. So I called Wednesday morning at 9:53am and spoke to the front office associate Destiny. I explained the situation to her once again, and she said she would send someone out to look at my unit. Please be aware that this is DAY THREE of me calling about this issue with my unit and no one fixed the problem yet.

The maintenance team wont give you a solution for ac or heat will fix it temporarily and 2 days later the unit will go down . The trash is another issue pick ups are not regular , you have rats and other bugs entering your house. The neighbours pile ip trash in porch which makes it a non livable solution . Our ac is out since 3 months and all we get is different answers and no permanent solution , paying high utilities bill without having ac or heat working . The pool is green in color .

In apt 56b, they basically want $1222 rent, the ac is literally mot working at all, they have nice words to reply here on google but not real solutions, just lip service, off course this is by design, off course it is blatant othering of our problems. Repeatedly requesting for a change of house cannot do that either, the power bill is so high in this summer even when the ac is not working. I am giving the apartment number because thats where we have come down to now with no help whatsoever. Constantly requesting and never ever getting service… please terminate out contract so we can find another house i know you will never ever send anyone who can fix the air conditioner here at 56b.

So many sections to look at.. very clean.. dressing rooms are near to none.. I take a light thin shirt with thermal pants and try in isle.. you know right then what’s going or not going in cart

I was disappointed with the selection of items at this location. It is a great option for clothing, but there were hardly any furniture or household options. While I realized they are driven by what is donated, I can't help but wonder if there is a way to promote a need for more furniture donations being needed.

A little more pricey than other thrift stores but they have a really nice selection of clothes & the store's clean & well organized

Dropout Bakery is the place that makes every other bakery look like they're just doing homework while these peeps are writing a thesis on flavor. Everything they bake is a full grade above the status quo, a solid A+ in deliciousness every time. What really blows me away is that they come out with a new menu every single week. That's not just baking, that's creative research and development. You can literally taste the thought, effort, and technique that goes into every batch. It's like they've got a team of dessert scientists working overtime in there, fueled by butter and cane sugar I've been cutting out sugar lately, trying to make better choices. But Dropout Bakery is the one exception I happily make. Their treats are just too good to pass up, and you can really taste the care and quality in every bite. And let's be honest, creating a business is not easy. Starting something new and having it actually do well is a serious accomplishment. You can tell the owners put love, care, and a bit of magic into everything they do. Dropout Bakery is proof that when passion meets pastry, everybody wins. The ambience has its own style and uniqueness, it feels collegiate, creative, and laid-back all at once. It's the kind of place that makes you want to stay a bit longer, like a family bbq. The cutest bakery with unique pastry options in Mobile, AL!🍪🥐🧁 My only complaint about Dropout Bakery is that it’s not closer to me! Atmosphere: The interior and exterior have a very clean aesthetic with white being their primary color, but they spice it up with plants, wall art, neon signs, and pops of pink! Service: The ladies that were working there that day packaged all of our goodies up nicely for us and helped us in choosing the best options from what they had left! Menu items: I got the butter croissant and peanut butter banana cookie! Everything was SO, SO GOOD! The cookie is honestly the best one I’ve ever had (and I love a good cookie)! Their menu consists of croissants, pop tarts, moon pies, cookies, and specialty items—cinnamon rolls, brownies, cake, and more!🌙🥧🍰🧁

the cutest bakery with the most AMAZING croissants, buttery and flaky literally perfect. The droptarts, bagels, the cinnamon rolls oh my goodness i can go on. Whenever there is sourdough on the menu you need to get!!!! Try your best to come early because everyone will line up just waiting on the delicious pastries. The workers make you feel welcomed with a smile on their face and lacey, the owner, is a ray of sunshine and you can tell how hard she and everyone works and how much they love serving these pastries. 100/10 will always be my favorite bakery!!!!

The pastries are a bit expensive but were delicious & very pretty. Came in shortly after opening and one person was working the register and was moving very slowly so a long line formed quickly. Prices were not made clear either with nothing being marked with cost. I will say it is not very clear on the location either if you are unfamiliar with the area.

I love this place! I actually got two huge artificial proteas for five dollars each here. I’ll be using them in my wedding bouquet. Can’t recommend this place enough. Definitely add it to your Thrifting list.

I called White House and asked if we could sell some china. The lady-on-the-phone told me she would give us $40. The front desk lady asked me “who are you?” I told her my name and that I had some to china to sell. No one in store could remember my name or our father-in-law. Some young man looked at the anything. The front-desk lady kept telling me to leave over and over. I finally spoke up and said “ma’am, I trying to get 7 boxes over here. Meanwhile there were 4 people behind the counter. Not one person offered to help. These people are hateful and super nasty.

This is one of my favorite places to go on a day out when I’m just enjoying my day out shopping. I almost always find something I didn’t know I needed. Multiple vendors of vintage things make for interesting finds around every corner.

Staff very friendly. Very helpful. So much to see and choose. Can spend hours in there. ❤️ It.

Signs say one price and they decide at the register what they want it to be. Tried asking now as a shopper do I tell the difference and the manager yelled at me across the room that she does the pricing and I can ask her about it. Still no answer and that’s why I have a hard time supporting this place. Besides it being completely messy, dirty, and hot. The management is rude.

I love to thrift shop BUT This place is a disaster! Half of the store is covered in blankets and NOT for sale. It’s been this way for way too long. Have a huge sale to reduce inventory and clean out the ratty clutter. Even the checkout area is a disaster. And it’s too hot. Fix the A/C with the money you make from the clean out sale.

I’ll come back for specific items to pay the higher price in order to support a good cause. However, there are no dressing rooms and no returns. Shop at your own risk!

First off, I fully support their mission & I’m glad the money goes to a good cause. However, it can be frustrating when you get to the register and are told an item is $5-$15 more dollars than their sign, despite *not* being specially marked. It’s happened to me the last three times I’ve been there. I’ve always paid the price I was told at the register, because I support their mission. Unfortunately, this has deterred me from stopping in the last few months. Again, I support the cause, but I don’t enjoy the price going up at checkout.

Horrible I wish I had taken a picture of the pamphlets to help abuse victims but they where shoved back disorganized and nothing says we are here to help do mestizo violence victims and families. The store is a WRECK looks like a hoarders house—you have to track a worker down for prices which you s time consuming and you have no idea who the workers are no matching t shirts badges etc-there are piles and piles of stuff everywhere and of course dollar tree items are double the price. If you have ADHD or Autism this place will trigger you like crazy-not professional and it’s really sad because our community is donating there and they are not good stewards at all ! You can sell 10 purses for 5.09 bucks or less or one filthy for 8.00. Bad business. This is not helping the domestic violence victims . You can’t walk it’s definitely NOT ADA compliant I watched a poor lady struggle just to get a few feet in the door-I say total revap include no employees 👍👍👍👍

I was impressed. It's definitely not your average thrift store. It IS clothes heavy, but they're high quality clothes, a LOT of boutique style items for children, really nice vintage for adults, stuff like that. I didn't see much junk at all, there was like, a tiny area dedicated to what I would call junk, but mostly the whole store was REALLY nice. Also, the staff was very pleasant and not in the way at all. And the store is bigger than it looks in the photos. I wish I'd taken a few pictures, but I had 3 kids in tow. Worth. A. Stop!

The penelope house itself is horrible. They line their own pockets and NOT the womens in the shelter with the greedy business "closet". The counselors abuse and manipulate the women and the director does not care at all. All around horrible and just another way to abuse women. I, fortunately, got out years ago and help women get HELP. This place is not to help... Its to line their own pockets and control. Please shop anywhere but here!

Walked in and both salespeople ignored me. The girl was on her cell phone the entire time, ignored the phone einging nwxt to hwr, even ignored me when I walked right by her. A guy came out of the back, walked right by me and ignored me. Never got a hello or Do you need help... is this how you train your employees H&M or are they just terroble employees? Won't be back.

I was in the store today around 5:50pm and just rude experience! I went to the counter to purchase items and the gentleman helping us thought it would be appropriate to not only vape in the store. But vape while ringing us out and blow smoke our direction. I told my children to wait outside. He was tall and was wearing a white coat and a blue cap. This store use to be great and has taken a turn. I will no longer shop here until the DM does something about this.

I usually LOVE H&M. As a former retail worker, the first thing you do is say welcome in or something along those lines. Got nothing, even as i walked past the group of three chatting away. This is frustrating as i was one of the only customers in the store, if not the ONLY customer. I got looked at, but no greeting. Secondly, i understand the pandemic. I agree with all the rules and compliance’s. My 2 friends and i were more than 6 feet away from anyone because the only other people in that room of the store were the workers and they were at least 20 feet away. I took off my mask to have bite of auntie Anne’s. Not like i was doing it otherwise because again, i agree with the rules but we were social distancing. In a snarky and very rude tone of voice, the first thing i was told by any of the ladies working was to have our masks on or eat in the food court. I get the following rules, but treat your customers with respect and try not to let your workers be snotty H&M.

I love the store and spend there hundreds of dollars every time I shop. However, this time I had a very bad experience with one of the associates, Madeline. She was very rude, and intentionally moved clothes from the rack I was looking at. She kept slamming the hangers behind me and moving pieces that I wanted to try on to the other side of the store. Won’t shop there soon!

Their service was terrible. The guy rang up the prices incorrectly and tried to charge me $40 more!!!! When I asked him to check the prices he made a point to state that he "already checked the prices". He quickly found his mistake. Them, he just left counter and went to speak with soeone else in the middle of my transacrion. Another lady came up and asked what I was doing. I was like.... well I was paying but he left. If I didn't need those clothes or hadn't spend a dang hour trying things on, I would have left without purchasing anything. Do not give your money or time to this terrible service! And always check the prices if you do!

Sometimes you can find cute clothes there, but often the clothes they sell is not wearable or just doesn't fit right. I have been less inclined to visit H&M lately. Especially since they sell winter clothes already, come one.. really?

Update at bottom. Trying again. Tried to shop here several times, but nothing has really clicked about the experience, the people or the products. Last night, we got into a groove, enjoying the music, and putting together some outfits for my tween daughter, whose closet is pretty bare at this point, with her changing so fast. The guy clerk was friendly. A female clerk didn't speak at all upon passing her hurried and harried manner many times. We were really going through a lot of clothes trying to find the right things for someone who needs to find a new look. We were having some success, having fun, and then they turned off the music. When I asked the guy what happened to the music, he said that it automatically cycles off. Whaaaat? A clerk in the dressing room overheard us discussing an outfit, and offered an off-shoulder style top that I told her would not work for a particular reason (which I couldn't spell out.) She did not seem to care or get it, nor offer any help after that, and I was going all over that store, a dozen trips or more. I even mentioned at one point that a hat I wanted to buy did not have a tag, and she said nothing. I thought the man who came in the dressing room had gotten the wrong one until I read the review on here complaining about CO-ED dressing rooms! This is inappropriate when privacy is uber important. I understand it's a Swedish company and they're more open there, but in lil' ole Mobile? Price confusion seems to be intentional, where a rack will have $5 or $7 sign above it, and you find many items with $30 stickers. Other than that, we found some nice pieces, such as a jacket, and some boots and some artsy things. I would have bought a lot, but got turned off, and my daughter began feeling poorly and it was about half an hour from closing. We gave up and I know they were glad! They gave off a vibe of not wanting us there and turning off the music was a message to get out. Very dashed hopes because it was going well, dealing w desire to buy online, which is impractical--can't see how they will look or fit, more time consuming, sending things back... I will be trying to find similar pieces in another store that is more welcoming and helpful. Updating to 3 stars bc of deals and tons of hip variety, from office to casual to casual-dressy evening. Still, service was lukewarm, no welcome or offer of help. (And still co-ed fitting rooms.) Shorts and tee @12.99 ea., $7 dress, skirt and off-season tops. Nice, bright, big store.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Was in there for a good 10 minutes and all the store advisors stayed at the front and was talking to each other the entire time customers needed help. The display areas are absolutely disgusting. Almost everything was broken, had security tags all over it, or had nothing at all. The worst Sephora I’ve been to hands down. Never spoke even when I went to the register which I had it and just walked out with nothing. Absolutely do not recommend.

I had a great experience at my local Sephora. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I was looking for a specific item that wasn’t on the shelf, but they quickly located it for me in a locked box since the shelf had sold out. While I was a bit disappointed that several of the products I wanted were sold out, the staff’s excellent customer service made up for it. I’m sure they’ll restock soon, and I’ll definitely be back. Thanks for the great service!

Shopping at Sephora in Kohl's was awesome, the girl with pink hair immediately dropped what she was doing to help me find a specific product and check the drawers. They really are trying their best to give a great experience to every one. Just remember they just opened, be kind. Will definitely come back.

She listen to all my needs and was able to help me find the perfect product! I was really taken by surprise at the reviews I saw beforehand, but I assume the issues that they were speaking of was due to them just opening last Wednesday. So professional. I was hesitant because of other reviews but when I got here it was very clean and organized. Kiera was a blessing! She helped me so much and was so patient with my questions and color matched me perfectly even though I have always had a tough time finding my own color with others. Worst haircut I've received since I was 5 and my mom let our neighbor cut my hair. Asked for 4 inches to be cut off. My hair touched my butt.. now it barely touches my shirt collar and I am 5'10. Asked for layers, received a straight line cut with crooked bangs. Had to say it looked good just to get away from the scissors. I didn't get her name. Never had a bad experience at a JCP until now. Went to what I thought was a professional, ended up with a "Wish" hair cut. Beware.

This is not to put down the girl who cut my hair at all, but I am very upset about a recent haircut I got here. All I wanted was a trim and I told the girl I wanted it layered. I did not mean like a rock star, uneven layers... this is what I got. I can not wear my hair down for a long time now. She rushed my haircut because her boss kept texting her to go to the supply store to get more supplies for the salon... as a result, the girl did not cut my hair evenly at all. I told her layers just because I don't like the straight across cut. I like more body in my hair. I do not even know what to do about it. I was trying to grow out my hair, but this is going to be hard now because of how uneven my hair is... not to mention she thinned out my hair. She cut the layer so thick, it really looks so bad. I am really embarrassed.

Got my hair braided by Nakeita. Friendly and loves what she does and it shows in her work. She took care of my hair and I’m so appreciative for her.

If i could give zero stars, I really would. Just horrible I set an appointment at 8pm online to have my hair colored, the appointment confirmed and told me I was set. I packed my two children up and rushed my husband home from work to take me to the salon, I arrived with time to spare and stood at the front desk for about 10 to 15 minutes while I listened to the stylist chatter and do each other's hair, finally after ringing the service hell 3 times someone finally poked her head around the corner. When I told her I had an appointment she looked at me like i was stupid and all the three of the AVAILABLE stylist proceeded to tell me that neither of them could do my hair. NONE of them. That regardless of the appointment set, with a selection of what I wanted done. I wasted my gas money and my time when I could've went somewhere else. Worst experience I've ever had

Lauren from the JCP Salon saved my hair!!! After a very expensive hair disaster from the Ulta Beauty salon, my blonde hair was left patchy, dry, and just not right. I desperately needed to fix it on a Sunday afternoon and Lauren took me in immediately. She foiled my hair beautifully, and deep conditioned my hair as well. She really took her time and did it correct. Reasonably priced too! Also, very nice salon conversation with the other stylist, Sunshine. Would recommend highly!

Stylist did an excellent job, they followed covid guidelines and prices are reasonable. The only things that bothered me (definitely nothing major) were it is located upstairs in a tucked away area that is not well marked so it's hard to find without help, and the entrance/checkout of the salon is kind of blocked off from the actual salon area so stylists can't see when someone walks up.

This was the worst experience I have ever had on getting a hair cut. Way over pice and left with out getting what i had asked for. Would tell one that dont waste your time you will bebout 47.00 dollers and still have to go elsewhere to get it fix...

The Ivy Cottage is a MUST when registering for your wedding - especially if you live in the Spring Hill area! My mother-in-law took me there and Ms. Terry was so kind helping us set up our wishlist. Great outdoor flea market that has eating areas that serve a variety of snacks and beverages. Fresh fruits and produce are sold. If you look around you will find alot of hidden gems and antiques - all the need is a little TLC to be resold. I usually visit once a week.

Got a few good deals before the heat got me. Wish Mobile had an indoor flea market. Went by the past few Sundays in a.m. Not as crowded and even though it was hot you could tolerate the heat. By the way the restrooms are air-conditioned and clean. Despite the heat at least 80% of the vendors turned out. You can find a bargain here if you take time to shop.

Be careful bringing your kids here. Had a guy possibly a vendor riding around on a scooter with realistic artificial boobs on hanging out of the see through bra. With kids walking around.

They now charge $1/ person, and the vendor selection might as well have been non existent, cause soooooo many booths were empty! ... SMH... Maybe b/c of the holiday weekend, but from what I remember they used to be packed!

It’s really gone down with the number of vendors. A few are great and imo shouldn’t be there. Too many dirty vendors and too many people selling abused animals in there. Dogs clearly full of worms, one lady had 5-6 ducks crammed in a dog crate. Squished in there with no room between them and no water, no fan or any cooling. They were panting. I have NEVER seen a duck pant from heat. It turned my stomach to see so many animals in cruel conditions. If Mobile Flea Market is going to allow them to sell animals on their property in those conditions, I won’t be back. The very few good vendors aren’t worth it.

Cool "outdoor"shopping area full of all kinds of vendors. Video games, tools, sunglasses, chickens, puppies, birds, scented oils, hats, knives, toys, phone cases, etc. They've got looots of stuff. Costs a dollar per person to get in, but it's worth it just to see everything they've got.

Watch out for dog shit and smell..i slipped and fell. Contacted office. And they weren't concern at all about me falling. All they said was it OK. That I was wrong. Do not recommended visiting this place. Until clean up.

I wish I could rate this store with less than one star, but unfortunately, the system doesn’t allow it. My wife and I had a truly awful experience at this consignment store, and this was actually our second disappointing visit. We arrived at 4:45 PM, and my wife quickly selected a blouse. By 4:53 PM, we were at the counter ready to pay, only to be told that the store had already closed. I pointed out that the store’s posted closing time is 5:00 PM, after a short argument they reluctantly processed our purchase and treated us with utter disrespect, even going so far as to throw my business card back at me. The employees’ attitude was rude and unprofessional.

A huge antique store, it goes on and on. Make sure you have time to look. They have lots of variety from vintage to new stuff.

Plan an afternoon for this one. We went to many of the "antique " places all over Mobile and this one was definitely the largest and best of all. We found , and bought, a hutch that had been ours a few years before! The same actual piece !There is SO much to see and enjoy here. Staff ( Laurie/ Jackie ) was super helpful.

This is a very good store despite high prices. Since it is called Antiques at the Loop I expected just antiques but they also have nice new items. They have nice decor items but also have jewelry and lots of holiday items. The staff is nice and helpful as needed. I got a few good items for my son who is getting married since they have so many unique items.

I have lived in 17 states and shopped all over. This is one of the best places I have seen with beautiful pieces and unique things. The staff is wonderful and you have lay away options. I moved to VA but will gladly drive back to shop some more

My favorite local antique mall 💜 a huge variety of vendors and almost NO OYSTERS HOT GLUED TO DRIFTWOOD in the shape of a cross! I don't know what the obsession with oysters and driftwood and crosses and every varying combination of the three (and chalk paint!), but they haunt antique malls in the south like you wouldn't believe. AE has real antiques and vintage items, and the treasure hunt feel I love when browsing these places. I've found some of my favorite pieces here, and the prices tend to be on the more reasonable side for most of their vendors.

Nice place with a very well curated array of mid-century modern pieces and other stuff. Prices are a little high, service is a little bit slow but it's worth checking out

Such a big place with so many vintage items of interest. They rent space to people who have a variety of vintage items for sale. You spend time browsing many decades of items and enjoy the nostalgic ambiance. They sell items older than those purchased then 1980. The Emporium is well cared for and the staff is helpful. They are located in Mobile on Emogene just off Florida Street. The photo is an example of a small booth.

Great little vintage thrift shop and antique store. Highly recommend.

This is the first time I have been here since we self-quarantined 10 March 2020. It's been reduced to about 1/2 size....but its still pretty big anjd has a nice variety of stuff. Some prices are pretty much too high (I wish some of my own stuff was worth so much!), but others are quite reasonable. The young man working there was actually working and was quite pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed my visit, and am trying to figure out the auction business that's moved in the other 1/2 of the building.

This place is absolutely jam-packed with actual real antiques. The problem is the prices on things are just outrageous so now I can understand why this place is packed.

A huge and well organized collective of antiques. Would definitely stop in again if I was looking for something in particular. This trip I was looking for cast iron skillets. They had a lot of low quality junk skillets in bad condition that were highly overpriced. When they have a rusty lodge skillet for $35 that I can buy brand new (same model) at Walmart for $30 I'm disappointed (and that was the nicest skillet in the pile!).

Was able to find a China plate I had been looking for. Part of a set I need more of.

All kinds of stuff in this massive place. I thought everything was just a touch over priced, but we were still able to find a couple pieces.

One of my favorite antique shops ever. Ms. Mary has TONS of awesome antiques and it is very very well organized. From big to small, she has everything. Lots of great pieces for people who love projects too—like old doors, etc. She has wonderful furniture and lamps for someone looking for eclectic older pieces to decorate their home. The owner is very sweet, super helpful, and knows about her items. Just tell her what you want and she will point you in the right direction. We go every time we are in Mobile!

It's walmart. Always dirty, usually busy, never know what you are going to see. Being from nebraska, one thing I have noticed and found interesting, is how the seagulls co congregate at Walmart. It's kind strange. Only place I see them is the beach. And Walmarts.

The basic setup was good and easy to navigate, but finding specific items such as gluten free grocery items wad a little more frustrating due to not having a section or anything, like others I have been in.

Visited your auto center today Walmart-Rangeline due my tire light on! Mind you I just bought these tires on March 27th 2025 from Walmart. The girl at the counter went out to check my tires and said “your tires look good all are inflated most likely a bad sensor, you can come back in a couple hours to get a price on a new sensor we’re so short handed and too busy right now. Left there went to gas station put air in to get me to next Walmart. I found this as I was airing my tire up see picture attached. Thank you to Walmart on Schillnger was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes, Walmart on Rangeline do better! Customer Service sucks!

They have almost everything you need, store is clean, employees are friendly, prices are cheaper than most places, I have three stores within ten miles of me. The best thing, ninety percent of the time their beer is ice cold. I'm satisfied.

As a Local Business Owner I just experienced the Worse case of customer service here this evening checking out moments ago. We get to the checkout in automotive and no one is there so we wait patiently. Waiting for around 5-7 minutes we noticed two other Walmart employees come up the an isle who give us eye contact they can obviously see us there waiting without an CS I had to go behind the two of them and ask if someone was working and could she please radio staff. WOW when CLAVE ( female associate) arrive no greeting not a word , she start scanning, in a frustrated manner . Walmart, please Try to hire people that enjoy deal dealing with the public and that they are not just there for a paycheck. Your community heavily relies on your store.

This is the Theodore location, I believe. Always a great selection of clearance items. This trip fir some reason I concentrated on "faces", namely dolls in the clearance section! This was a couple of weeks ago or longer, so don't expect all of this to still be available! Also had unbelievable markdowns on gay pride items! .59 was the highest price on this area and that was on a 3'x5' rainbow flag! That's all definitely gone since I bought it all, at least 99% of it! The other pics are just the displays I never imagined seeing in a Wal-Mart!! Impressive! Love this location!

One thing can be said about this place has a little of a lot of things. With what I’ve looked at well priced and visible. The place is meet and clean. The people who work there are helpful and friendly. A person could spend a lot of time looking at different things. They have a lot of clothes and some shoes but the area I like has figurines and the food section which has some really good items. I got some nice black cherry jam, some Starbucks coffee and some seasoning at a great price. If you have some free time go and look you could fine something.
