(Visiting from USA) Loved this place!! Dinner was amazing- my husband got the meatloaf and I got the special of the day which was rotisserie chicken and fries! HUGE portions- can definitely share! It was a good day to sit outside but we ended up moving inside because of the bugs. Good service too, would go again!

I had an amazing meal at Brauhaus am Markt! The cheese noodles were absolutely delicious—creamy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Their house salad was so fresh, and the dressing was incredible—it really stood out. I also tried their piña colada, which was smooth and refreshing. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and I’d definitely come back again!

Absolute gem of a restaurant. Lovely, friendly and inviting staff that are helpful with suggestions, fully speak English. My Duolingo German absolutely sucked, but they made me feel welcomed even if we were using translators to communicate 😂 just a friendly vibe and this road warrior appreciates it! Just a little gem of a place that keeps me coming back while I’m here for work! Massive portions too for a price that’s right! You cannot go wrong popping into this place if you’re a fan of German food!

This is a great place to grab some authentic German cuisine and beer. The second time I dined there they were doing work on the inside, so they had tables and chairs setup up for outside dining. That was an awesome experience in and of itself.

The food here was good. Serving size was generous. You won't go home hungry. And of course the beer selection was good. And they serve full liters.

Decide to come here on a recommendation. Service Very attentive and made sure our orders were correct. Our waitress also continually came to check on us which is an amazing thing for Germany. The ambience of the restaurant was very nice even though it is a bit dated. Food Order a few drinks and a Rolado Espincisa and Di Capo with fries. The food did take a bit to arrive but was hot and freshly made. The Espincisa was very decadent with a flavorful Pork and the Di Capo had more of a curry based sauce that was very enjoyable. Recommendation This is my first restaurant in the area and I am pleasantly surprised. Amazing service and food. Definitely a must visit if you are in the area.

This is my third time here and the atmosphere is still phenomenal. This place is great every night. I live close to this place and it’s always busy every day . There is a outside area with plenty of seating and also an inside area. They play music all the time and it’s mostly hip hop, rnb and Latin music. This place also serves plenty of alcoholic beverages and food. They serve food all the way to 0100 in the morning which is pretty impressive for a restaurant. The only downside of this restaurant is the service is slow because it’s a big place with both inside and outside service. But besides that it’s a good vibe. Also the staff speaks English and German without a problem. If you want a good time with great food and drinks come to this place.

Cocktails were in the €9-13 range but were very tasty and with tasty decoration. My favorites were the zombie (very alcoholic and fruity) and the barracuda (also very fruity). The atmosphere was amazing, and the waiter was lovely and attentive.

I like the concept of the bar really cool games you can play their drinks are on the cheaper side the only thing that struck me weird is when I was there last week I heard and saw a bartender tell an obviously drunk person that that had to pay for water even though they asked for tap water from the sink. Which to me if you are serving someone who had a little to much to drink and they asked for a simple glass of water and you want to charge them 3 euro for a bottle is kind of ridiculous. The vibe at Puzzles Bar was great—good atmosphere, solid drinks, and an overall cool spot to hang out. Unfortunately, the experience took a turn when they lost my debit card while checking everyone out. I believe they accidentally handed it to someone else, which was frustrating. The guy at the register comped our next drinks, which was appreciated, but considering the night had just started, it didn’t really make up for the inconvenience of having to cancel my card and order a new one. I was looking forward to trying their Sunday brunch, but after this experience, I’m not sure I’ll be back.

Puzzles is a great American Sports bar! The owner Jason is always making sure everyone is having a good time. We love trivia Thursday but it's great all nights. The bar is full of the regular bar games BUT it also has so many more games and video games. The soul food on Sundays is amazing. We always have a great time at Puzzles

Trivia on Thursdays is a lot of fun. It can get crowded on the weekends. I feel like it’s the best American bar in the area. Food menu is a little lacking but it gets the job done. Pretty solid selection of cocktails. Owners and employees are great people.

This restaurant is a must-visit in Kaiserslautern! Located on the 21st floor, it has a breathtaking view of the city. The food was just as impressive – I had the burger with a fried egg on top and it was the best burger I’ve ever had. Perfectly seasoned, juicy, and cooked to perfection. The salad was divine and so fresh. For dessert, we tried the mango tiramisu which was light, unique, and absolutely delicious. Between the view, the atmosphere, and the food, this place is a winner!

The food was exceptional!! The steaks were cooked perfectly and had so much flavor! We ordered the filet with herb butter and rosemary potato’s, and a filet with a Japanese pepper sauce and wasabi mashed potatoes! Both potato sides were also delicious!! The restaurant has a great view of Kaiserslautern, even at night with the city lit up! They also have a good cocktail menu especially for the area.

The food was so good!! I asked for my steak to be medium rare and they did not disappoint! We celebrated a birthday and they allow open flame for the cupcake. The waitress was so sweet and extremely attentive. the only critique is the chairs need to be updated, some don’t match and the leather is peeling. Other than that, the food is amazing, the cutlery set up is exquisite and the drink options are more than plenty, alcohol and non alcoholic beverages.

I thought it was going to be just a fancy bougie place with subpar tastes and portions. I was wrong. The food was flavorful and the prtions were just right. I tried multiple dishes, and they all had unique flavors. They were presented well and tasted delicious. Even tried a couple of desserts. The chocolate chili brownie was okay, but the star of the show was the mango tiramisu. That was delicious. They have a good selection of wine and a bar that I will investigate more of on my next trip. I definitely will make a return trip to see if the 5 stars still hold true.

We went to the Irish House for brunch and a morning concert. The food and service were fantastic, as were the musicians. It was great setting up in the "beach" area to relax and listen to the music after eating. Kudos to Eva and the staff for adding a great option on weekend mornings to the Kaiserslautern area. Can't wait to return!

Ali is hands down the best server, he right away takes care of what you need and makes sure you are taken care of. Snugs is your go to and i definitely recommend bringing you and your friends for a fun night out

Nice rustic atmosphere with fast and very friendly service. They have a lot of different beers on tap, offered in three different sizes. Both the regular wings and boneless wing have a large variety of sauces to choose from, the raspberry habanero was a favorite. A lot of snacks to choose from, all fried and come with sauces. There’s no salad or vegetable options.

Came here because Google said could get Shepherds Pie. Turns out they no longer have any Irish dishes on the menu. Very friendly folks and good beer selection. They also have over 25 different whiskey to choose from.

They have a good selection of beers, including Guinness if that’s what you’re looking for. They have a Shawingz menu so you can order pretty good wings as well. The pool table does get pretty crowded so good luck playing it after a certain point in the night.

Well I've been here once for the quiz night and I love it! There is plenty of light, no smoking inside, yumm finger food, and pretty decent beer (they also have Ginger beer). The staff is kind, professional and engaging. You can pay with a card above 10€. Regarding the quiz, the quiz master was legit good and the questions were presented in both German and English in a hassle free manner (amazing right!). The only suggestion for improvement is betterment of the acoustic system for quiz so that one can hear the announcements and songs clearly as it can get loud due to people who are not participating. Overall, I recommend visiting the pub! :)

Is a very nice copy place. The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive, especially if not too busy. I have only had one item on the menu so far the Flammkuchen with salmon, which was very tasty. I saw some other items passing by that looked interesting, so I need to try more items to add that extra star. The wine selection is great. The place was clean and in a great location in the city. They have some "real" tasting Helles beer there and not just Pils. A plus for me. I recommend this place for after work get-together or a weekend wine night out. They also have mixed drinks at the bar. I'm sure I will return.

I was given a card. I when upstairs sat for a few minutes I was rudely told to go downstairs because they are going to clean didn't get to buy any so I decided on leaving when I attempted to check they're saying I owe them 15€ so told them that it's not possible because I didn't purchase anything I tried to get back to the counter where I was and it was closed with no way of resolving this they refused for me to leave so I was held hostage so I had to pay before I was released. This place is a lot of fun if you're looking to watch games and interact with the younger crowd. The hookah is served properly and the service is exceptional. The owners tend to hang around this place themselves and they know a thing or two about customer service. Its in an obscured location in an obscured city but thats what makes this place a unique experience as a foreigner.

I always enjoy making it here when I can. It's always packed on weekends, the music is current, urban and loud, the coloring is perfect for the nightlife. If you want an urban American feel, this is for you! Parking is not the best, but as expected for the Kaiserslautern metro area. I recommend carpooling to save on the headache. I will never return to this bar ever again for 2 reasons. First, I ordered my favorite shots (in a 6-rack) like I loved to do in the past. These shots were nearly 90% water and 10% flavored liqueur. A shot of anything close to 40% alcohol will typically have you make a face, but each of these was as refreshing as an ice cold bottle of water. A complete waste of my money and an insult to call themselves a bar when they're watering down the very thing they're known for. Cheap and scummy. Second, after denying to accept card transactions because "it's the weekend" — I offered to pay with a 20€ saying "I'll just use this" for a cost of 15.50€ for the 6 shots. Immediately the waitress exclaimed "Thank you so much!" took the money and left without giving me my change back. Scamming me altogether of actual shots and my money completely. I didn't care to pick a fight, because this business had already lost and they'll need every penny of my stolen money, because they'll lose everything if they keep this up. If you want a real drink or real alcohol with no bottom line to meet, check out Highballs. Great quality and better service. I'll further recommend to everyone I know in the KMC to avoid this place. I loved it 2 years ago, but it's gotten sloppier ever since.

A great bar, I didn't feel awkward at all while enjoying some drinks and enjoying the soccer game. Great environment, good catering to everyone, bouncers aren't ridiculous. Music is good. And there's even a Hookah bar on the ground floor. This club has everything you'd want, except for size. They use a different DJ every time so I decided to give it another chance. Well, that was the worst DJ I have seen, is simple, if you are promoting a Latin night, make sure your DJ is not playing Drake, Nicky Minaj and Chris Brown the entire time. I don't think I'm giving more chances tonthis place.

I would not recommend this club to anyone because its discriminative towards the LGBT community. When your bouncer says to a group of gay men “We can’t let you in, cuz if we let in 4 gay men then it turns into a gay bar. If you had a girl with you it’d be okay. I Wanted to try the place out and was dressed nice but one bouncer would'nt let me in for no reason they acted like I was going to raise hell in the club. I didnt feel welcome even before I went up to the door because the main bouncer was giving me the evil eye.
