Went to the Amatrra spa in Ashoka Hotel for a haircut, facial and deep tissue massage. They seem to be getting their masseuses from Sikkim now (used to be from Kerala) But they are very good and good conversationalists. They do try and sell you their unguents and more frequent appointments but I guess that's it usual. They are quite good at what they do. The facilities are as expected par excellent. Great sauna room, locker facility and a large screen television. If you can afford it (the price is five star to say the least) it's a great experience. Highly recommended for those who are not faint of wallet...

It is a very beautifully made spa, with pleasing aesthetics and ambience. The staff is extremely professional and competent. I opted for a deep tissue massage and was very pleased with the experience. They also have a steam room and showers there along with all the requisite toiletries (shampoo, conditioners, comb, hairdryer etc). It's worth the price and I will be revisiting soon!

We were very old members of this spa and this time, we went to ambience mall to further extend the membership but Daisy working as manager over there misbehaved with us. She spoke in a very bad way. This kind of bad language doesn’t suit to any professional,please take care of this as we really looking to renew the membership

My best friend wanted to pamper us both for valentine's month and we thought, what better way that a foot reflexology for 60 mins.What unfolded was tragedy. 1) The bathroom didn't have towels. No labels on which was moisturizer and which was hand wash 2) I asked to slip into spa clothes to be more comfortable ( this is something that is offered in every spa, even if it is for foot reflexolgy... But wasn't offered here) 3) I specifically asked for a changing room, they said they had none and looked at me quizically, while I was taken aback when they told me to change in the bathroom. Looking at my expression, they did eventually give me a room, and she dumped my clothes in a closet.... No lockers? Or hangers? I was already weary 4) The therapists skipped the feet cleansing ritual, inquired with the management 3 times, if it was a 60 minute ritual 5) The chairs even though are recliners are terribly uncomfortable as it doesn't support your back and head in the right way.... 6) The therapists were super dazed and uninterested as one can clearly see from the video posted. I let her know my pain point and she mumbled away ... I knew it was a lost battle 7) The foot reflexology is stationed right at the entrance where there are clients coming in, checking on packages. Constant loud talk and is not a quiet zone ... The telephone rings a fair bit and it sure is LOud. By this time we were Distressed 8) There was an almost 3- 4 minute squabble amongst the staff.... If hearing them didn't get better.. One can also see them from the same Vantage point 9) It's such a waste of space, when you have your foot reflexology stationed at the door. although there is thought put into the Decor 10) My therapist, stopped the session a whole 15 minutes, before the hour was up. When relayed to the Mangement they did apologize profusely and decided to charge us for 30 minutes plus tax in full for 60 minutes. We went in stressed and came out feeling depleted. I came here when they had recently opened, in perhaps 2014 or 2008, if I am not mistaken, with my mom and took the signature massage, in their best room, the jacuzzi didn't work, there was no hot water, it was extremely cold and the rooms weren't heated and a whole bunch of other stuff.... What do you know ... Nothing's changed. What's the point of 6000 sq ft. I, infact spoke to the owner at the time and she loved that I wanted to pamper my mom. Verbatim " it's so beautiful to see how so many girls pamper their moms" a line that always stayed with me I write this review not with malice, but for the prices they charge... It's so disappointing I wouldn't go if it were free.

When we arrived they told us that they could not start at our booked appointment time. They begin almost 45minutes late. No compensation was offered for the late start. You have to wear their provided plastic underwear during the massage. Which we found a bit odd. The room itself was good and well equipped. The overall decor and cleanliness of the spa was very good by Indian standards. For the price I expected a more professionally run operation though. Their website clearly states if you arrive late that will limit the time of your treatment so that the next guest is not delayed. When we arrived their excuse for the delay was that the previous guest did not arrive on time. I mentioned the policy and the guy at the desk didn’t seem to care. He was not willing to shorten the late arriving guests appointment as per policy. It was as if my time was not important to him.

I had a very disappointing experience here. I booked a massage one day in advance for both myself and my husband. When I arrived after a 36-minute Uber ride, I was told there was no therapist available for us. What made it worse is that my sister booked later the same day and was given a therapist, while no one ever contacted me through WhatsApp as I requested, nor replied to my Instagram messages. They made me sort things out on my own, without even helping to arrange transportation to another nearby hotel or spa. The place is very big but there was no proper service, no follow-up, and no accountability. After all the effort, we had to return to our hotel without receiving any treatment. This is not the level of professionalism I expect from a hotel spa and I would not recommend it to others.

The centre has very courteous staff and therapists which enhances the overall experience to the next level. I would specially like to mention and thanks the reception staff Ms. Mehak and Ms. Apoorva who guided me very well and the therapist Mr. Varughese Thomas who's expert in his work. The prices may look at the higher side but once you visit the centre and take their therapies, you'll understand it's worth. We went there for the first time after reading great reviews and viewing their lovely website. The place has moved to a close by temporary space so we were a bit surprised at the ambience. Then the sweet receptionist explained that this was the result of Covid and that they guarantee great therepy. And indeed therapy was just excellent. Probably the best one I've had in Delhi. We took a deep tissue couple's massage for 60 mins and with an injured right ankle I was pleasantly surprised at how skilled and considerate the therapist was. 4 stars for overall attitude of the employees and the therapy itself. 1 star deducted for the broken steamer (we didn't get it), low ambience and unupdated Google details. But definitely recommend for the massage itself... Truly relaxing and pleasing! Second visit after the above - steamer still broken in couple room. They said u get the therapy and use steamer of individual room. But after therapy they said that's not working either. Very disappointed. Never going there again. Gave a second chance because of the therapists but its just not worth the money. U can get better quality in slightly more expensive places. This place is not worth it because of their bad facilities.

Clean and safe. Serene. Service was good. Everyone is friendly. They ask before they do everything which is nice. Steam and shower was good. Everything is provided such as disposable underwear, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, DEO spray, Hari dryer, hair brush etc. So you can just bring yourself and take a relaxed self out.

Had a terrible experience with the spa services at Westin Gurgaon and their resolution was a 10% discount on the bill. I am sharing a detailed review so I can help a few from going to this place: 1. They are not transparent on pricing and will take advantage of your lack of knowledge. When we called in for appointment, they only asked one question- 60 mins/90 mins and booked a massage. After we were done we were told that it was some expensive aroma massage which we had no clue about 2. Masseuse wasn’t cooperating. She kept touching our face even when we specifically told us not to put oil on face. 3. A lot of things were broken: relaxing music (not working), Sauna (not working)- Their excuse: Engineering team is checking Please avoid. We wasted 14k, please don’t. There are better options in Gurgaon or close to Gurgaon which are 10x better at the same price- Roseate (Samalka), Oberoi (Udyog Vihar) and Leela Ambience

Very good Spa set up and rooms. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We came twice while staying at The Westin Gurgaon. The first time we had a Facial express + Indian head massage and it was really good. The second time was the last day of our stay at 9pm in the evening (they close at 11pm) before going to the airport to catch our flight which was at 3am. The Balinese massage was absolutely fantastic! Then we had a shower in the private room and were all stretched, relaxed and refreshed, ready to take an overnight long haul flight (10 hrs) to London. We'll definitely repeat when back in Delhi. Totally recommended!!

Also, Wi-Fi connectivity was a bit patchy at times. Overall, a world-class airport that continues to improve with each visit. A solid 3-star experience! The Depart was awful this immigration officers think they owned the airport!

surprisingly this is one of the best airports i’ve been to. my 3rd favorite after doha and singapore. it is insanely large. terminal 1 is so modern and clean and cool. india surprises me everyday. way better than what western media depicts it as. entry was easy and immigration was smooth.

I spent around 3 hours at the Indira Gandhi International Airport, Terminal 3, waiting for my flight, and during that time, I found a place that made my experience truly special — the Prayer Hall. It was so peaceful and calming, the perfect space to pause and reconnect. I offered my namaz and read the Quran there, and it brought such a sense of peace and tranquility. The best part was that there are separate prayer rooms for males and females, ensuring privacy and comfort for everyone. Honestly, this was the best time I’ve ever spent at an airport — calm, spiritual, and deeply relaxing. I’m really grateful that such a thoughtful space exists at Terminal 3.

This is one of the best restaurant for Indian authentic cuisine. Love the taste and portion of the food. My family have taken both nonveg and veg foods options which consist prawn, mutton, naan, dal, musroom-palaak sabji. All of them were way beyond our expectations ( in a positive manner ofcourse). Added to it kulfi falooda of this place can give a tough competition to any star kulfi falooda hub of Delhi. The staffs there like Ramgopal and Manmohan are too careful and attentive towards guests. On a special note the chef Sanjay Dasari has a magic in his hand who has served food with enormous care n love & that's why all the foods get a remark "ungliya chat-te reh jaoge" . Thanks 'The Oudh' team for over all dinning experience .

I am used to eating at the Ashoka and the Defence Colony outlet. Made the mistake of eating at this outlet last evening. Hopeless food and poor service. Not the signature Sagar Ratna food preparation. Wrong orders served at the wrong table. The kitchen has no idea of table numbers. Dosas served in roti plates. A pathetic dosa that is! Which was ordered after black puris from the puri aloo bhaji kurma order, were served. Seemed like fried in an overused oil. Their curry bowl is something to marvel at! An extra roti was ordered for the north Indian thali and came in after 15-20 minutes after the server checked the same at every table in the restaurant. Bill and the mouth freshner served while we are still enjoying our coffee. What kind of hospitality is this. Unoperational washroom is a cherry on the cake! I would suggest the management to shut these less than efficient outlets if operations are getting tough for a million outlets scattered around the city or fire this kind of unprofessional untrained staff.

With the original idea of dining at HSB when we went, having seen huge waiting outside HSB, we decided to walk into this huge restaurant- which was equally full but we managed a table at the fag end of the restaurant near the kitchen. Very, in fact highly professional service, very tasty food. The wait staff constantly checking out about the food & more so, bringing the next item you order only after checking with the guest, shows their professionalism. On the food part, everything was very tasty, quite authentic. All the three friends of us really enjoyed our meal. In fact two of us returned for one more dinner the next day, before leaving Delhi. Eventually, I had to call 139 to report it. Due to the negligence of the staff, many passengers were unaware that the area near the tap was wet. As a result, some of them passed by and got their clothes soaked. Request: I sincerely request the railway authorities to ensure better monitoring at stations and make sure staff members are more alert to such issues. This will help prevent water wastage and inconvenience to passengers in the future.

Disappointing Experience – Not What You Expect from a 5-Star Spa I visited Tattva Wellness Spa located inside Radisson Noida, Sector 55, expecting a relaxing and premium experience, but unfortunately, it turned out to be quite disappointing. To begin with, spa rooms do not have attached washrooms, which was surprising for a setup inside a 5-star hotel. After the massage, when I asked to take a shower, I was taken to another massage room that had a washroom — not only was this uncomfortable, but also highly unprofessional. When I asked why I wasn’t assigned a room with a shower in the first place, I was told “it should be requested in advance,” which honestly makes no sense in a luxury spa environment. The shower setup itself was extremely poor — a cramped area of barely two floor tiles, making it difficult to even take a proper shower. It completely ruined the post-massage experience, which is meant to be relaxing. When you’re going to a spa inside a 5-star hotel, you expect comfort, hygiene, and smooth service — but sadly, none of these were up to the mark. Not recommended for those looking for a genuinely premium and relaxing spa experience.

This is me Anjali, very good experience we had Spa in Lemon Tree, Tattva Spa little quite small but the Management of Spa is Wonderful. As per price comparison place is good and very professional staff.

The masseur were very professional and skilled. Had an amazing session. However, the sauna was not functional which was communicated only after the session and was compensated with an additional discount, but money can’t compensate for the experience. Overall an average experience.

Much of clean & modern looked.The staff was super helpful & nice.The place was very much of big & spacious.The decorations at the entrance just amazed me and I felt like being into a different world.I haven't given anyplace 5 star but this one was a 5 star one.I have gone to alot of 5 stars but this one was one of the best.I would extremely recommend you to visit Hyatt Regency Delhi once at least and get an experience of their hospitality.Thanks Hyatt

The ballroom is marvelous, beautifully decorated. There is sufficient space for bar, stage to honour the event, dancing floor, the ambience, soothing music ( not very loud) and of course service. The ***** hotel has ****** facilities. Hyatt is one of the old hotels in Delhi which has maintained its elegance. It is centrally located near to AIIMS.

This beautiful place had so much potential... The taste of pastries and tea are terrible...(I pretty much ordered everything from the menu.) Heads up, please do not take their cookies or macaroons. That peanut butter cookie was the worst I ever had in life. Service takes inordinate amount of time and gives very little details. Which we didn't know the tea comes with more cookies... We often just sit here and keep on a waiting game to see who's available to assist us...

An incredibly pleasant experience for a late afternoon tea. The service was friendly although they missed one of the cakes we ordered. The tea, desserts, and biscuits were all tasty. The lounge was so relaxing and a much needed reprieve after the intense Delhi heat. Would love to return for their actual high/afternoon tea service!!

Went in the evening about 5pm. We were seated quickly. The table had not been cleared. They took ages to tidy up. We had to ask for menus which never came. Looked at the food/ pastries - all looked tired and unappetising. For instance the red velvet cake had the strangest colour. Unfortunately, we left as having waited for 30 minutes no one bothered to show up with even a menu. Very sad state of affairs

It's a beautifully set up lounge in Taj Palace Hotel with fine decor and good selection of Teas. Tried the Risheehat Black Tea. The Tea came in a beautiful Tea Tray. Instantly fell in love with the beautifully embroidered Napkin that came in the tray which was matching to the tray mat and the Noritake Tea Cup and Saucer too.. These small details make a luxury space different from a casual one.. There is Christmas decor everywhere and christmas music too !!!

I visited a tea lounge recently and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their tea and the ambiance of the place. The lounge is located in a convenient location and has a cozy atmosphere. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the different types of tea they serve. I tried their masala chai and it was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The tea was served hot and fresh, and the aroma was simply amazing. I also tried their scones and they were delicious. Overall, I had a great experience at the tea lounge and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable tea experience.

We have membership of lot of hotels including Taj n Hyatt but had worst experience with shangri-la....the room booking is a nightmare they have their internal tedious processes where reservation desk has to connect further with club 19 and wait for confirmations and then never revert back ! We literally had to chase multiple times and finally cancel. The attitude of staff, be it a lobby or restaurants is not polite at all ! We didn't enjoy even a single visit and then stopped completely. Further they start chasing for renewal even before the completion of our existing membership without even asking how was the experience. Our most of the card benefits lapsed. Usually other hotels do extend but they refused...if you really want to enjoy hospitality, Taj is the best and so is Hyatt. I would Never recommend Shangri-la for their membership to anyone.

The Horizon Lounge is on the 19th floor of the Shangri-La, and access is complimentary for customers in Horizon rooms. Breakfast is served in the morning and there are light bites + drinks in the evening. Aditi and the rest of the crew were incredibly service oriented, making each trip to the lounge a relaxing one.

Manager of horizon lounge is bad mouth person in behavior and said that she is manager and she decide who will sit in the lounge or not. Her manager is even worst then her and said we have policy but written policy couldn't able to produce. Staff needs training as per hospitality business to be courteous & soft spoken, no rude behavior is acceptable from anyone and specially from high end hotel staff!! Hope Shangri-la management will take the action.

The owner at the counter is rude and unprofessional. The customer satisfaction was non-existent and I felt completely disregarded and disrespected, even after spending a great amount of money here. I will never be returning to this store again and would strongly urge others to avoid it as well. The Frontier management needs to seriously reconsider the way they manage their dealers and customers satisfaction as the current level of customer service at this store is completely unacceptable.

The owner of this shop is always angry and you will never find smile on her face. One day she was shouting in a bad way at her office boy because he had dropped some stuff while trying to present biscuits options to me. Never seen this much lowest level of behaviour in Frontier. Frontier must look in to this and try to train them with some etiquette about how treat office staff.

Availed service here as a part of my membership at its sister concern The Escape Luxury spa. Terrible 2nd floor location in the middle service lane. No elevators. Tiny receiption area. Decent rooms with a darker decor. Slightly better fittings in the washrooms compared to Escape. Decent massages as long as you stick to the North-eastern therapists.

The airport is pretty good overall. There’s enough space for baggage collection and security checks, which makes things feel smooth and safe. I was hoping for a larger and more luxurious lounge, but it was decent enough — nothing too fancy. On the bright side, there are plenty of restaurants, so finding something to eat wasn’t a problem. What really stood out, though, was the behavior of the airport staff, and not in a good way. They often came across as rude and dismissive, especially toward Indian passengers. It was honestly disappointing because it takes away from an otherwise good experience. If they can work on treating people more respectfully, this airport would be fantastic.

The authority is also planning to make elevators to reach airport/metro station so that the path can be reached without walking a step. The first train from airport is at 04:45 AM.

It is beautiful maintained. Terminal 1 Arival is 30 seconds walkin distance from indigo metro station. Small cafeteria available like KFC, Costa Coffee, etc. Public toilet available for handicapped person. For transportation, delhi kali taxi, Ola, Uber and MERU cabs available.

I have taken 8-10 massages at Sawasdee (GK-2) till date and I have been experiencing inconsistency & declining service, as if the repeated customer is taken for granted now. Still the place is fine, located welleasy to reach. But their manager/receptionist Kyna is highly arrogant & rude. In a centre for spa, we except & hope the environment to be calm and the whole experience is spoilt by Ms.Kyna. Very disappointed and unexpected negative person at such peaceful place. Hence, I would give 5 for my 1st experience, declining gradually to 3 till date and 1 for the receptionist.

Had a deep tissue massage here after a long, physical hardworking week. OK so nobody ever really goes 'wow this deep tissue massage is so relaxing and enjoyable' WHILE you're doing it, cos the first few strokes are always lovely, then after when they really get to work on the soft tissue you're like trying to just breathe through it and think serene calm thoughts - but you judge it by how your body feels afterwards, which is great. Totally worth it. My only massage in India so far, so don't have anything to compare it with, but on an international standard it's pretty good.

Fantastic spa - my favourite in GK2 so far. It’s got a prime corner location with ground floor reception. Very clean and hygienic. High quality Thai/NE therapists who really know some technique. No badgering for extras. Wish they could add some nicer toiletries and amenities though as even with a package the cost works out to upwards of Rs 2000/60 mins

I visited sawasdee spa in GK2 Delhi and highly recommend. One of the best massages I’ve had in India. The therapists are very experienced and professional. I have chronic back and hip pain and one therapist in particular practically made my pain disappear altogether (Lisa ❤️) Even though I am a visitor to India I have signed up for membership as I want to go back here again and again. Better than a 5 star hotel. Added bonus is a steam after your massage. Thank you sawasdee….you guys are amazing and you know I’ll be back

The Leisure Spa is the best place to get your massage done. They are a full-service spa with a range of treatments. I always go there for my head massage. My therapist did a great job and made the experience less painful than ever before! The prices are affordable and they offer discounts on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Terrible service! I have been a customer for 4 years. Started of as a good franchise a couple of years back but under poor management has become terrible. The Gurgaon branch is specially poorly kept. Very unhygienic and maintained by waning staff. They cant seem to retain their masseuse either. There is only one left. Besides serious issues at the branch their technical setup is completely broken. I have heard 5 different version of how much balance is there in my membership. One day I am told it has 25K and then a week later called by some random person to be informed that it has actually expired. This was the last straw. I have quit this service and severely warn others from venturing into this scam.

Pathetic experience at the super mart branch. Since the time the management has changed, the services have completely become pathetic. For my last visit, i was told there are no fresh towels and was given a torn towel. On asking the number of the manager or medium through which I can raise a complaint, i was told there is no manager and I cannot register my complaint. Since i have taken a membership by paying a huge amount for getting 50% on certain days, now they have started a new tactics, they never give me a appointment saying its full even if i try to book an appointment 4-5 days in advance. Complete waste of money. Seems like i have forget all the money that I have given them.

I went to Four Fountain Spa last week. I tried body polishing and body wrap. It was amazing. After body polishing i could feel the smoothness. The body wrap was so relaxing. After that i had steam bath. Everything was very well organized. I loved it.

Wish I could give zero star! I have a membership from Bangalore and supermart center in gurgaon did not accept my booking as am outside center member. This is breach of contract by four fountains and a pathetic experience for a customer outside center to book a session. The whole idea of decentralized membership is worthless with centers like supermart gurgaon.

Sometimes all you want is a relaxing time with yourself and get some peace of mind. What other than a day spa could work for it. A pampering and healthy body massage would bring in the wanted peace and absolute bliss in you. Loved the back massage at TFFS. Great service.

There was very bad experience in blue orchid spa. Staff is to rude. Receptionist offer me one hours full body massage for 999rs But the given me only 40 mnts. No one was there to excout me all are engage to each other. When I asked to staff to give full one hrs massage then she is replayed me I’m not going to give you more massage go and do what ever you want to do I don’t care. Don’t go anyone to this spa.
