Amazing experience at Zen! The staff was super friendly and professional, and the massage was incredibly relaxing. You can tell they really know what they’re doing – I left feeling totally refreshed and tension-free. The ambiance is also really nice, clean, and peaceful. Plus, they offer a complimentary drink at the end of the session, and you can choose from a variety of options on their menu. It’s such a nice touch! Definitely recommend if you’re looking to treat yourself!

I got the Royal Touch massage (IDR 365,000) which was supposed to be 100 min and came highly recommended by the salon. The session only lasted 85 min. The therapist seemed nervous and jumpy, reacting awkwardly when my leg lightly twitched or when she noticed an underarm implant. Throughout the massage, she made several comments, asking if I had children and saying I looked like I was from Saudi Arabia. The massage itself felt mediocre and lacked confidence. And the room was super cold! We changed the AC temp from 16 to 23, and eventually had to turn it off. Overall, it was disappointing.
Excellent service. Even you can feel the zen once you enter zen with very relaxing herbal smells. We had 100mins foot & shoulder massage. The room ambience is arranged such way that you can feel the warm & relaxing. Definitely recommended.

The worst customer service ever, will never return for good. I’ve been a loyal customer for years. Just now I had an unpleasant experience . I came on 17 September 2025 around 1.30 pm. When I was handling by female receptionist choosing my treatment, other customers come and she just left me and continue talking to other customers. And somehow she rushed me because she wanted to give her costumer the therapist that she assigned for me before.
Also for management, don’t you think it’s good to consider being flexible about your package option? I wanted to take massage and scrub together, however because the therapist was only available for 1 hour than I told her that I don’t mind if I get treated by 2 different therapist, but receptionist said its not kind of zen standard and she said its not possible. I then choose back release massage but again the receptionist said the therapist can only do some treatment except back release. Unbelievable

Easy access downtown right on Senopati area. Relax and soothing ambience is greeting you once entering the building.
Make sure you need to do a reservation before. You may check on their instagram. Costumer service was friendly and so helpful. They also remind us to come on time.
The theraphist was the key point of this service. They clean, neat, don't talk to much, as we need they focus on the massage.
Therapy room was a bit dark, but good enough for you to feel warm and relax during the massage.
I got 60 minutes secluded massage. After massage you can choose to bath or just cleaned up by warm towel. You can pick hot ginger or tea as drink.
Just need the aromatherapy scent on the therapy room, as we feel in the reception area.
Overall i'd have second visit :)
PS: Please don't ever take a photo or videos while massaging. It's prohibited, dude.
A great spot for family massages. They offer both male and female masseuses, which I found to be quite rare in Jakarta. The services are reasonably priced. I just wish they were located in malls or more easily accessible areas.

I visited this place and opted for the couples Balinese Coconut Body Treatment, and it was truly exceptional. The staff who attended to us were friendly, professional, and attentive. The treatment included a steam, massage, scrub, mask, and a relaxing soak in the bathtub. To top it off, I also had a blow-dry, which was done excellently. I left feeling deeply relaxed and completely satisfied with the experience. I would definitely return and highly recommend this place—it’s absolutely worth the money.

We had a wonderful experience at Martha Tilaar Cikini branch. Their aromatic cream spa was a very relaxing experience with good head, neck and shoulder massage while they put an avocado treatment in your hair. Also a very big thank you to the manager, Yati, who helped us book a taxi to get back to our hotel when we couldn’t book one through the taxi apps. Would love to come back to this spa!
Most terrible experience I had for facial in my life.!!!! It is the worst place in Jakarta. Will not recommend to anyone. The product use on my face smells strong chemical and my skin immediately got rashes and feel damaged. I have to leave half way of the treatment . I have to pay 1.6M for one hour torture. The staff is very rude and not gentle on my skin. I asked for discount and they still insist me to pay full price even my skin got damaged....intentionly the staff recommended the most expensive package
A very comfortable place, very homey with fragrant aroma and soothing music. Greeted by friendly staff and given excellent service by professional therapists. the treatments are very diverse. whatever your body needs must be here. don't worry because during this pandemic all use health protocols.

Just like the other Four Season properties I have stayed at, the bedding, duvet, and mattress are of high quality, making it a pleasant experience to sleep in. The bathroom and in-suite amenities are well stocked and function properly.
During my stay, I ordered room service dinner and daily breakfast. Everything was well executed, well-presented, and tasted amazing. I was able to satisfy my Indonesian food craving from the offerings here.
I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are visiting Jakarta, whether for business or leisure.

Unbelievable experience. Of course the room is large and wonderful, the staff know your name and call you by your name at the breakfast, they already know your food preferences for the breakfast ("a cappuccino with almond milk" they ask me the morning at breakfast), the room maid are nice and so polite, spa massage excellent quality, etc.
I already want to come back to this hotel !
Last point, staff did organize a guided tour for me, golf reservations, restaurants booking, pilâtes lessons for me, all by WhatsApp (so useful).

We've stayed at hundreds of Hotels and the Shangri-La Jakarta is the best ever. Beautiful, modern, stunning room on the top floor with a patio with amazing views. The hotel amenities are outrageously awesome. From the pool area to the many fine dining restaurants, the spa, Horizon Club lounge.
The number one thing about this Hotel is definitely the staff. The staff are then nicest people you will ever meet anywhere (Indonesia as a whole are beautiful friendly people).
I couldn't recomment this Hotel enough. You will be pampered and delighted staying here!!

The hotel facility is actually very good, it is like a resort in the heart of Jakarta (especially the pool and any family should enjoy it very much), unfortunately the hospitality is terrible. Very rude staff (at the restaurant), even the manager didn't seem to genuinely care about customer's complain. The front staff was very attentive, especially Geoffrey. Though, it was obvious even the front staff couldn't even properly respond to customer's complaint. It is very unfortunate that we couldn't fully enjoy staying at this beautiful hotel due to part of the staff showed terrible attitude.
We had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La. Every staff member we met was professional, courteous, and genuinely warm. Ms. Denise at the Front Office was especially helpful and welcoming, making our first stay truly memorable.
The Horizon Club room exceeded our expectations, and the dining experiences at Satoo and the Lobby Lounge were exceptional. Special thanks to Ms. Cempaka, Ms. Putri, and Mr. Robby for their outstanding service.
The ambiance throughout the hotel was elegant yet comfortable, and we especially enjoyed spending time at the pool with our family. Overall, everything was perfect, and we look forward to returning soon.
Although the building is quite old, the room is very clean and has no musty smell at all, it’s very well-maintained. The swimming pool facilities are great, they have a 2.4 m pool for adults, a kids’ pool, and a water playground. They also provide life vest for your kid to use. The pool is clean and the water is crystal clear, with no chlorine smell at all. There’s also a fairly large gym. Breakfast was delicious, and all the staff at Satoo Restaurant were friendly and helpful, the jamu was superb. Thank you..
Lovely hotel. Nothing is too much trouble the staff are wonderful. Large pool with both shallow and deep areas surrounded by lush gardens. Rooms are big and there is an amenity menu should you need anything not in the room.

The rooms are huge with a large bench to place luggage and the blackout curtains are extremely effective. The air conditioning works very well and the beds are super comfortable. I had an overall pleasant stay — it’s a great hotel with comfortable facilities. However, the receptionist’s attitude was rather unpleasant when I forgot my room key and asked for help. She asked for my booking details in a somewhat distrustful way, as if she didn’t believe I was actually staying there. The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Mega Kuningan is a luxurious hotel offering high-end rooms and suites with stylish dining options, a premium spa, and a pool. Exceptional, that's the best word to describe this amazing hotel. From the first time we arrive until we check out, very smooth and the staffs are very thoughtful and caring. They give us surprise with cake and birthday song, and also upgraded our room. Oh almost forgot, the foods and drinks were amazing! I had high expectations for this hotel, especially given its brand, but the overall experience was disappointing. Service was consistently poor. Even a simple request for a glass of water was ignored, something I’ve never experienced at other Jakarta hotels.
The room was unfortunately positioned right next to the lift shaft, so I could hear the elevators moving up and down throughout the night, with the head of the bed directly against that wall. On top of that, there was visible mold on the picture frame, showing a lack of hygiene and maintenance. The property feels old and tired.
Despite holding Platinum status, there was no sense that loyalty mattered here. No genuine recognition or added value compared to what you’d expect from Marriott standards. They mention you get access to the "elite lounge", which is just the main restaurant. It's also poorly communicated and confusing as there's also a "club lounge" which is not the same.
Food quality was also sub-par. Saw many empty trays left unreplenished during breakfast. The smoothie was lumpy, juices and pastries lacked flavor, and one cake oddly tasted of shrimp.
The Executive Lounge didn’t redeem the stay either (I somehow managed to get access, part of the overall confusion). The sparkling wine was extremely low quality, and the atmosphere was chaotic, with children running around and guests on loudspeaker calls.
Overall, this is far from a 5-star experience. For similar prices, hotels like Kempinski, Raffles, and others in Jakarta deliver significantly better service, food, and comfort plus the convenience of being connected to a mall.
I’ve stayed at nearly all the 5-star Bonvoy hotels in Jakarta, and The Ritz-Carlton Mega Kuningan consistently remains at the top of my list for family staycations. This time, I planned a special stay to celebrate my wife’s and son’s birthdays — and once again, the experience was exceptional.
From the moment I completed the online check-in, I was impressed. I received a warm follow-up from the very friendly guest relations officer, Ms. Sella, which set the tone for a truly memorable stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the arrangements throughout our stay were outstanding.
I was delighted with the room upgrade, the dinner service, breakfast, and lunch — everything met the high standards you’d expect from The Ritz. As always, it was flawless.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Ritz-Carlton Mega Kuningan, and I must say it was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is magnificent - from the elegant lobby to the beautifully appointed rooms and 5 course meal complimentary.
What truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional service provided by *Mrs. Royana Rasjid*. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine warmth went above and beyond our expectations. She was incredibly attentive to our needs, always greeting us with a smile, and made us feel truly valued as guests. Her caring, efficiency, and personable approach made every interaction a pleasure.

We had a luxurious stay. We got upgraded to the corner room. The view was phenomenal. Then there was the service, it simply outstanding! Every body greeted us as we walk by, from the security at the gates to the restaurant attendants, to the front desk staff. Ms Edgy and Ms Melany assisted with our check in process. They took care of every detail. To our pleasant surprise, they greeted us by our names as we walked up to the check in desk, recognizing us by the picture they requested in advance. And the room welcome was also unexpected, with a personalized message. Nicely done Ritz.
Stayed here in July, stay was very memorable. Every aspect of the hotel is top notch! Excellent service throughout. Stayed in Pool villa and it was good, slightly cramped, would have preferred a little bigger space, nevertheless excellent room. Spa services are one of the best I came across, Rani and Yanie gave me an excellent and rejuvenating massage. Was well taken care of. Will definitely rebook my future stays

This was our second stay at Park Hyatt Jakarta, and we were so pleased to see many improvements since last year—especially in the food selections, which are now more diverse and refined.
Our suite was, as always, nothing short of perfection—spacious, beautifully designed, and consistently exceeding expectations. The people and the service here truly make the experience memorable, always warm and attentive.
The location is right in the city center, so getting through the traffic isn’t always convenient, but honestly, I don’t mind—it’s worth it once you arrive. Another highlight was the gym, now fully completed with excellent equipment. The surprise was finding an InBody machine, which shows just how thoughtful the facilities are for guests who value wellness.
Overall, Park Hyatt Jakarta continues to exceed our expectations and remains one of our favorite places to stay in the city.

At this Park Hyatt I booked a room, or rather a suite, for two nights. I even added a third night, because my flight on the original departure date was cancelled. When I wanted to book this extension, the receptionist was very helpful and proactively tried to book me the same room rate I paid for the first two nights, as online prices, for example, had increased due to the short-term booking I wanted to make. In general, I have to say that the staff at this hotel was very professional, friendly and attentive during my entire stay. As already mentioned, I booked a suite and it was spacious and clean in every corner. It also was elegantly furnished with some nice details and had a good view of the city due to its floor-to-ceiling windows and its location on one of the upper floors. For example, I was quite impressed that my name was printed on both the room key and the paper blocks. Furthermore, I liked the cozy bed, the japanese toilets and the coffee machine with all the good capsules provided in the suite. They also provided a rich fruit basket upon my arrival, which I enjoyed. And speaking of food, I‘d like to mention the breakfast. Served in one of their restaurants, you could choose from a rich buffet or order from the menu. Local and international dishes were offered, as usual in these kind of hotels. Here too, the staff was always polite and willing to help. In the evening, as a loyal customer I could join the social hour in the bar, where a few snacks and drinks were served on the house. I can also comment on the pool and spa area. I liked the spacious outdoor pool with its relaxation options. There even was a bar outside. Then there was the spa area inside with sauna, steam bath and some smaller pools with different temperatures and some jets. I liked this area pretty much, but not all of these jets were working.
Shortly before my departure, I treated myself with a 90-minute massage, which was very relaxing and I was well prepard for a long journey on the plane.
The hotel is located right in the hustle and bustle of Jakarta, not in the finacial district, but somewhere next to it. The area seems more to be locally inspired.
As a verdict I can say that I fully enjoyed my stay here!
As my usual place for hotels when I travel. Park Hyatt Jakarta was no exception. My first experience in September was again pleasantly pleasant. The staffs at the front desk and backend were helpful and attentive. I'm very pleased. For my business travelling, it's ideal. Thank you for making my stay a plasant one.
We chose this supposedly five-star establishment for lunch and were seated at a table overlooking Monas. We ordered two energy boosters and our meal. What followed was unacceptable: after waiting half an hour—without any proactive communication from staff—I had to flag down our waiter to ask about our drinks. His response? "Sorry sir, we're out of oranges."
This is inexcusable at a high-end hotel. If ingredients are unavailable, guests should be informed immediately when ordering—not left waiting for thirty minutes. The management's failure to maintain basic inventory control or train staff in proper guest communication reflects poorly on the hotel's standards. For a property of this caliber and price point, this level of service is simply not acceptable.
I have been a member of Dine at The Park since 2022. Park Hyatt Jakarta is a great hotel with good facilities.
Yet, if you want to be the member of Dine at The Park, please reconsider. I had bad experiences in booking their vouchers, such as lunch buffet and hotel room.
As a person who does not live in Jakarta, I tend to book lunch buffet and/or hotel room 1 week before, but the CS of Dine at The Park asked me to book 2 months in advance.
The funny thing is when I check from the Ag*da or other offline travel agents, they still have room available.
So, what is this voucher for??
As a member of the hotel, we don't get any benefits at all.
I recently visited Kita Bar (Hyatt Hotel Jakarta) on 1 November 2025 for the Halloween Event organised by Jarana.ID, and I was extremely disappointed by how unprofessional and unfair the event was managed.
As someone who travelled from Melbourne, Australia, for work, I attended the event with my colleagues expecting a fun and well organised night. However, the costume competition turned out to be biased and unethical. The MC asked all participants to gather on the dance floor around midnight, but when the winners were announced, two of the main titles, Most Stunning and Most Creative went to people who never even joined the competition area.
To make matters worse, the Most Stunning winner appeared only after the announcement and, upon checking later, was found to be working for the organiser Jarana.ID. This is a clear conflict of interest and gives the impression that the results were pre-decided rather than fairly judged.
It’s disappointing to see such behaviour taking place at a respected venue like Hyatt. Even small acts of corruption and favouritism damage public trust and the reputation of both Kita Bar and the Hyatt brand. Guests pay and participate in good faith, fairness should always come first.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, reviews their partnership with Jarana.ID, and ensures independent, transparent judging in future events. Until then, I would not recommend attending any events hosted by these organisers.

I usually stay at Park Hyatt Jakarta whenever I visit Indonesia. The service and rooms are consistently great. It is clean, comfortable, and well managed. However, during my recent stay, I was looking for my usual receptionist, Jennifer, who always made my check-ins and stay smooth and pleasant. I was honestly disappointed to hear she wasn't available this time. Her warm and professional service always stood out and made a big difference in my stays. The service from the receptionist this time just didn’t quite match the level I’ve come to expect with Jennifer. Hope to see her back soon!

Bersih Sehat is a well-known spa in Jakarta that has been serving customers since 1983. It is highly regarded for its focus on price, quality, and cleanliness. The spa offers a range of services including massage, spa treatments, manicures, pedicures, haircuts, and sauna sessions. After each treatment, guests are treated to a hot ginger drink.
I had the chance to visit Bersih Sehat today.
Did the 3 hour massage and scrub. Price is in line with the service. 580k for the 3 hours. It was a great experience. Easy and friendly receptionists, I must say they were professional in making sure everything was smooth. Booked in advance and got a nice local lady to give me a long and strong massage. She did not waver and did the massage as it was meant. Scrub was good too. The ginger tea at the end of the session is sweet and nice.
You will be given a disposable underwear. Massage was dry and then with cream. Pressure was strong as I had asked for. Then came the scrub, it's a wet scrub that dries up . You will have all the scrub remains around you but nothing to be concern about because it's not uncomfortable.
The room is clean and the sheets are changed for each customer. The masseuse use a mask. Other than checking on the massage pressure, she didn't make conversation during the session which helped me relax.
I am coming back to try their male masseuse because I enjoy massages with strong pressure. So will update my review after that (and add some photos).
There is a restaurant at the ground floor. Yet to try it. Had many people so I'm eager to try the food.

I came back to Bersih Sehat 3 more times after my first visit. The receptionists were great at making sure my requests were fulfilled. I told them how I need a strong massage and a thorough scrub and they spoke to the masseuse to make that happen. They know how to pair you up with the right masseuse. That doesn't mean you will always be happy with the service you get but it's important you let the masseuse know if you need more pressure. Thank you Eri, Fila and Putra.
As for the masseuse, from day 1 to day 4, I used the following my masseuse: Hariyanti, Norhassan, Rina, Odah. They were all fantastic and friendly.
Hariyanti : 3 hours massage and scrub. Medium to strong pressure. Overall good skill. Massage was generally good. I felt relaxed and slept off. Scrub was ok.
Norhassan : 2 hours massage. Very strong pressure. Good skill too. Massage was energising, His hand movements are different and he did not get tired after using consistent pressure during the massage.
Rina: 3 hours massage and scrub. Very very experienced masseuse, worked on my pain points well. Low to strong pressure. Scrub was ok. I enjoyed it but I wish it was more thorough. Pick her if you want a good experience.
Odah: 3 hours massage and scrub. Good massage and great scrub. Very thorough scrub and medium / strong pressure massage.
I had a nice experience on all visits . Clean and comfortable. No hanky panky. Just straight up massage. I would come back to Jakarta more often for this. Give them a try, you will have better days ahead after a satisfying massage and scrub.

It is a typical massage establishment, with superior beds compared to standard American massage beds, offering extra cushioning. It is not exceptional. I suggest opting for a massage at the salon as you can have your hair styled and enjoy a calming shoulder massage. It's a two-in-one offer!!!! You leave feeling better than when you arrived.
Still the best massage place in Jakarta. Therapists are well trained and know how to provide a professional massage. Clean and calm environment, very enjoyable. Still sad though their Pasar Majestik location closed, that’s where I first went there and always went when in Jakarta.

Very disappointing experience. There was one customer who seems sick and making a lot of noise, burping and sneezing, obvious unwell but not being put in the isolated / separate room. He definitely spread virus as we both ended up sick with flu and fever for a week. Not recommended with such low hygiene.

Normally I always had nice experience every time I went to Bersih Sehat Pondok Indah. Their massage is great, always left me feeling refreshed, with good health protocols applied. But not with my last visit here, I was very disappointed. Booked a 1,5 hrs massage & scrub (lulur). Seems like the therapist, Rara, didn’t check the time when she’s massaging me. When she realised only a few times left she instantly apply the scrub on my front legs without give any massage first. When I remind her about it she then massaged me right away with the scrubs still on my legs! The scrubs are rough & felt painful! I know it’s not the right procedure. They should massage us with oil first BEFORE applying the scrubs. Very annoying & ruin my mood who expect to get relaxed. Plus she did it without cleaning the remaining scrubs on the sheet from the back massage. I must remind her to throw it on the floor because I don’t like the sheet dirty. Hope I won’t get the same therapist on my next visit there.

I had an incredible foot reflexology session at Taman Sari in Jakarta, and I can’t recommend it enough! My masseuse, Farah, was amazing—so skilled and attentive. At the start, my left foot was a bit painful, but she focused on it carefully, and by the end of the session, the pain was completely gone. She really listened to my requests and ensured a truly relaxing experience—I even fell asleep!
The session also included a quick shoulder and arm massage, which was a great bonus. The place itself is spotless, and they provide a change of clothes, a secure locker for your belongings, and even a shower facility. The receptionist was very helpful, and I appreciated that I could book my session in advance. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it!
I love the Royal Palace. It was a great experience walking into Javanese Royal Palace, with its antique decor, javanese kuno gamelan pipe music to sooth the soul, the interior design of teakwood, javanese batik kemban which embrace the true javanese cultur brings you back into the javanese traditional old days. Please DO NOT renovate the place into modern design. The massues Siska was professional. My facial was superb and my massage was refreshing. The massues treat you like a Royalty.
Foot massage package here offered here is very cheap for 60 minutes per session. They use all Mustika Ratu products.
What I love about this place is that it provides authentic traditional beauty services. If you are a strong follower of Mustika Ratu, this place is a must! The place is majestically old. But well-maintained. I love the antique feel of the place. As for the service, I had the cream bath, the head massage was superb, and the therapist was very gentle yet strong with her "picit" (kneading). My sister had the reflexology for 1.5 hours, and she loves it. Point to note, you need to call to book. And its better to do it way in advance cos they do not have many staffs. So limited manpower per day.
We walked in on October 7 and Farah guided us to a perfect 90 minute package of an amazing massage experience. Ms Aarna and Ms Desti were just excellent. Highly recommend to seekers of genuine relaxation.
Best massage I think I’ve ever had… of course it was also the longest so maybe that’s why! I had a Jakarta healing massage which consisted of multiple scrubs etc and an hour massage that I added another half hour plus face/head massage too - total was 2.5 hours. As with most Asian massages, there’s no space for modesty

The staff greeted me warmly and offered herbal tea.
The esthetician was incredibly professional and gentle. Then came the exfoliation—it felt like a cloud gently sweeping across my skin. After a few extractions (surprisingly not painful!), she applied a cooling mask that smelled like fresh cucumbers and left me feeling totally refreshed.
The best part was the facial massage—it was heavenly. I think I might’ve even dozed off for a few minutes.
When I looked in the mirror afterward, my skin was glowing, smooth, and hydrated. I left feeling lighter, pampered, and totally rejuvenated.

They washed your feet at the beginning, a hot/cold ginger lemongrass drink is served before and after the massage, they provided amenities such as disposable panty, shower cap, and the room has a shower and a tub so it's convenient to clean up afterwards. Hair dryer is also available on the first floor. A bit too much oil for my liking, but overall experience was nice, feeling refreshed and pampered :)

I would give this place 4.5 star actually, instead of 4 . I had a massage, body and coin scrub. I was all satisfied with the services but, I was freezing the entire time. It helped a bit after she turned down the A/C. Also, I had to ask for a towel after shower. Nevertheless, the ginger tea was really good.

I had the 90-minute foot and body reflexology including shoulder, neck, and head. The therapist used a technique that focused on pressing the muscle points rather than scrubbing, and it was incredibly relaxing. Clean place, nice ambiance. Reasonable price. Paid IR269,000 for a 90-min body massage. Massage was alright, not the best though. Staff were friendly but not really authentic. Two things that I don’t appreciate: 1) the masseur was not wearing a face mask especially when they did the head and shoulder massage, and you can really feel the masseur breaths onto your face! 2) the masseur wiped the residual oil on her arms before wiping on me with the same hot towel! And at the reception counter when making my payment, the receptionist were busy cutting her finger nails and yakking with the Therapist Supervisor. Find it quite a rude scene though! The ginger served post massage, was a little too sweet.
My best spa experience in Jarkata, returned twice during my short stay. Masseuse Ayu did a great job - good techniques and pressure. I’d highly recommend if you’re looking for a massage spot.

The therapist and the front desk are so friendly and helpful. They just don’t provide tea as their refreshment drink, I’ll suggest to put tea on the menu 😉

I'm a regular customer at this small yet clean massage place. The staff are very friendly, and you can walk-in, but I usually make a reservation beforehand. They offer two full body massages, both of which are very satisfactory. The price is quite affordable for its location in the city center. Special mention to Mbak Mala, my regular therapist, who knows my needs well.

Went here for a prenatal massage in August 2024. My midwife recommends low-impact exercises, stretches, and prenatal massage during my pregnancy, especially when traveling far. This place is perhaps one of the places that offers a good prenatal massage. I really liked the cleanliness of the facility and how they have private bathrooms clients can use. It was very comfortable. I was also impressed by the professionalism of the certified massage therapists and staff (Bu Tini was the certified prenatal massage therapist I had during my session). The pricing was fair, and I would come back if I visit Jakarta again. The only part that was bothering me was the noise from outside the building during the session, but I would expect similar issues to occur in other places located in the overcrowded city of Jakarta.
We went for a couple massage, we chose the 2 hours body massage and the milk and honey scrub. We received an excellent treatment beyond our expectation. Because our hotel was not as good as we thought. Then Tri and Mai made us feel in heaven. Thank you so much to these beautiful Indonesian therapist for make our day so healthful and energetic. We will come again soon!

Offers all the usual treatments you'd expect from a 5 star hotel spa, with prices fairly reasonable compared to other cities. Staff were very friendly when I visited in October 2019. I had an amazing moment staying here for my wedding day. Mba Lala from receptionist helped me maximise my platinum membership so I got the best 2 bedroom suite with the best rate for my wedding day. I had my wedding recently at Dian Ballroom in Raffles Jakarta. The whole wedding planning process was seamlessly attended by Shella from the Sales Team.
She provided us a tour of the ballroom and the suites on the day we met her. One week later and we were sure that we want to have our wedding here.
The ballroom is stunning and it allows for rigging decorations which adds a luxurious touch to the event. The food is splendid — I don’t think any dish was below my expectations. Some of my personal favorites included the Rendang Tini and Salmon en Croute. We were served with champagne on the night after the reception and spa the day after.
Overall, Shella was really helpful in answering questions I had about the room arrangements, the ballroom event needs, and more. It was such a pleasure to have the event in Raffles!

Our very first trip to Jakarta with our two children (5 and 2 years old) was a great success, thanks to the hotel’s excellent facilities and the warm hospitality of the Raffles staff.
Raffles provided children’s amenities such as lotion, shampoo, and body wash, and although it was a paid option, the Kids’ tent set up in the room made our children extremely happy.
The breakfast restaurant offered a wide selection of gluten-free items, which made it a very suitable choice for our children’s meals. Some of the restaurant staff even went the extra mile by making special pancakes for them, showing exceptional kindness.
The kids’ pool was highly satisfying for our children, and we also made good use of the jacuzzi with warm water.
The playground connected to the pool was well utilized, and the Kids’ Club, although small, had fun toys and activities (including a PS4).
Room service offered a well-prepared kids’ menu at a very reasonable price.
The spa was extremely satisfying, and in terms of facilities, I would say it was even better than those at the Ritz-Carlton, which is considered one of the top hotels.
At checkout, we were even able to capture a memorable family photo at the entrance of Raffles Jakarta, which left a lasting impression.

Firstly, it would be great if a small plastic step stool were available in the bathroom so that children can wash their hands more easily.

There is a lot of care shown at this hotel. The team wants you to have the best experience possible. From a base room we were upgraded to an Artist’s Suite which is enormous. As Accor Platinum members we received complimentary access to the Raffles Club. Check-in was performed in the room by the butler, Rio, who was charming. We then headed to the club for the evening cocktail service where dishes can be ordered from the menu, supplemented by a small buffet. We had breakfast at both Arts Cafe and the club lounge where the staff were kind enough to cater to my wife’s dietary requirements by preparing a special version of nasi goreng. The quality of food can’t be faulted. It was excellent over the course of our six night stay. If I had one area I’d like to see improved is changing what’s on offer for the afternoon tea service. It was the same each day. We also made good use of the swimming pool, where you’re offered complimentary fruit, chilled water and the house signature ginger tea. The gym is also top notch with a great variety of machines and weights. Everyone we met at the hotel took pride in their work and nothing was too much trouble. Our sincere compliments to Head Butler Mr Fachrul and the entire team. Two other elements really enhanced our stay - the coffee at the Arts Cafe was amazingly good, and we also opted to use the hotel’s chauffeur service to and from the airport. This was worth every penny.

We booked the spa package which even came with a main and a drink — super worth it and such a nice touch. The staff were also incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. First, there was only one sauna facility for two people, so my husband had to wait.
Then, the bathtub water was freezing cold, and the showerhead was broken—the water remained cold even after the staff told us to wait five minutes.
We had no choice but to change rooms while still wet.
The shower gel and shampoo provided were also uncomfortable to use.

Due to muscle soreness from hiking over the past few days, we booked the healing massage at Gaya, as it was described to us by the staff as a deep tissue massage with strong pressure—exactly what we were looking for. However, the actual experience was deeply disappointing. We spent about ten minutes changing and preparing, which appeared to be included in the 90-minute session, reducing the actual massage time. Most importantly, the massage provided no sense of relaxation. The therapist applied very light pressure and failed to target the sore muscles or key acupressure points. Even after I repeatedly asked the therapist to apply more pressure, there was little to no improvement. I'm not sure whether she didn’t understand me or simply chose to ignore my request. Having had countless spa and massage experiences in Thailand, China, and the U.S., I must say this was one of the worst I’ve ever had. My body felt nothing more than being lightly touched, at times even ticklish or uncomfortable, without any sense of relief or relaxation. This is a lovely spa in Central Jakarta. I had an excellent massage - I tried the Lomi Lomi technique - which was new to me. Definitely deep tissue and the therapist - Fadilla - really worked out some knots in my shoulders. She checked in to make sure the pressure wasn’t too much. She also gave me a lovely facial and body scrub. I walked out feeling super relaxed. Highly recommend Fadilla and the spa services. Booking was super easy and the front desk receptionist Tina was lovely and helpful.
Very happy with the masseuse! Great experience with snacks and tea after the massage. Very comforting and private setting inside to facilitate relaxation. Comfy slippers. Easy to communicate with the masseuse and request modifications on the Fly during the massage. Price was a little bit on the higher side but overall the experience was worth it in my opinion.
Have been to many spas but this is by far one of the best in Southeast Asia. Loved the thoughtful details like warm oil, perfectly set up bath, tasteful room decor and music, and scrub that was not too coarse. Massage was fantastic.

We have a quick stay at this hotel from one night, I booked for 3 rooms. Was to celebrate my Niece 12 years Birthday. I love everything aspect about staying here! Once arrive the receptionist did a great job for the check-in process, they noticed my Diamond status as well. Of course i’ve got Amenity points, welcome drinks and some of in house restaurant discount coupons.
Jasmine, Lily, Prissy, Putri and Ipan from GRO team also doing a great job! They prepare Birthday greeting in one of our room for my Niece, Kay. Also special chocolate mousse for her at night when Jasmine and Prissy came to surprise Her.

As a woman traveling alone, I’m very picky about where I stay. My stay at The Langham Jakarta was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. There are other fine hotels in Jakarta that I’ve stayed at previously, all with high standards. However, what truly sets The Langham apart is their staff who elevate this luxury hotel to exceptional.
In particular, David at the concierge, who went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. He answered all my questions, drew me maps, helped me arrange spa appointments in-house and found a place in walking distance that could do my nails exactly the way I like them. I appreciated David’s kindness and helpfulness, he went above and beyond to make my stay special.
The room. Elegant, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. After a long international flight, I especially loved the large bath that came with bath salts. It was the perfect way to relax and unwind.
The Chuan Spa was another highlight. Dewi, my therapist on both my visits, was fantastic. I had the Chuan Wu facial, which was wonderfully different and left my skin feeling amazing. Another day, I had a 90-minute massage that was one of the best massages I’ve had in my travels. Small detail - they serve a purple colored tea in the spa that is soooooo good.
The restaurant Tom and staff were wonderful. Every meal was great, made even better by how warm and welcoming everyone was. Anjeli, Saeful, and their colleagues greeted me by name every time and made me feel so seen cared for. I have a pepper allergy, and I was impressed that by my second night, they remembered the allergy without me even needing to say anything.
If I could give more than five stars, I would. The Langham Jakarta is a beautiful hotel with world-class service and staff who truly make you feel at home. I highly recommend it and will definitely return on my next visit to Jakarta.

It's been a while I didn't come back to Alice. Now a new menu and a charming beautiful new manageress Riezky. She was lovely, friendly, professional and very knowledgable of the new menu fully despite only being recently new addition to the staff here Also there was a greeter and hostess Ika, very helpful polite friendly cantik lady. I had 2 coffees, very nice and served with a small chocolate and I also had a delicious millefieulle. Great little outlet, has an outdoor terrace. I highly recommended. I want to address that the room needs more attention in deep cleaning especially the carpet in the room and the tiles in toilet.
The floor and the walls in the toilet were moldy.
I suggest the Langham Cleaning Team to do inspections every a week / two weeks ?
The receptionist and the wedding specialist team did amazing job and were professional.
The suite room is very pricy though imo (about 11-12mil per night), for Jakarta’s standard, and it only has lounge access for just two people & inc breakfast for two as well. Personally, only would experience once , but , not twice. One of the issue in Langham is the soundproof of the windows, we could hear the noise and sound from the bar nearby at night.
The Sunday brunch in Aiken is recommended.

I ordered the Siganture & reflexiology massage. The theraphist was really good (sehr gut!) We can request the pressure of massage.
Well, I think there are some points that need to be improved. The massage chair is little bit of smelly, and the reflexiology places are located in alleyway then many people pass through to other room so that sometimes is quite noisy because of sounds of footsteps. Probably, it can do small renovation to cope this issue.
Overall, the service is amazing.
I go for massage every week and i can share that this is one of the worst massage place i have been. My friend who came with me have the same experience shared to me after our session: Therapist going thru the motion, no strength, forget to massage some parts of the body, weak massage even though informed and changed, etc. I am flabbergasted. The only good thing is have tea and a small snack at the end. And most staff are very friendly and polite. I do not recommend this branch. Go somewhere else for massage!

Before Covid it was really good. I didn’t need to worry about the quality, but now - not anymore. Almost 80% of my visits at any of Kokuo shops, the therapist not really putting strength, not even after I told them to do harder - maximum last for 15 sec, then back to the lightest/softest, like I’m only paying them to touch me instead of giving me massage. Very disappointed; I thought the owner opened the massage parlor and expanded to bring good services to more people - but eventually this is what I got, I kept giving another chance, again and again. Not sure if the owner not paying enough to the staff or what, I don’t get the service like before - I won’t come again.
It was my first time taking their massage and I can honestly recommend it. The pain from my back area was gone and I feel revived! Will definitely come back every time I visit Jakarta. 🤗🙏🏻

The therapist was great and very humble, but the guy at the front desk gave me the wrong information about the massage room. I booked the premium room but was placed in the regular one instead. By the time I realized, 45 minutes had already passed.
On top of that, he was slow and not punctual. he asked me to redeem at 5:00 PM, but I was only called in at 5:15. Very disappointing service from the front desk.

Most popular disco in Kota these days for many Indonesians. There is one huge Techno Kota room and one lounge with live music and house/progressive DJ. Only serves Anker beer. Very mixed crowd, making it an interesting place to go: rich Chinese, Indian, middle class indos, some bules.... One of the few "safe" place to go in Kota if you don't know the city. It will be crowded most days from wednesday to saturday night. Since it's a one-stop entertainment, they also have a spa, karaoke, panti pijat plus plus, dan lain lain.
I enjoyed this place, save and secure. Good security, no drugs.👍👍👍
Well, Golden Crown is one of the oldest one-stop adultainment in Kota, it had spa, club, lounge, and hotel ready to indulge your sense for those pleasure seeker or just wanna have some fun.
The con is, the place is old, dirty, and in the weekend is too crowded, the guest that flock in here generally from middle to upper class. If you were looking for place that cozy and not too packed, this place may not for you, but if you seek nightlife adventure and want to party hard worth of price, Golden Crown will suits you.
Came here many times, since 2013 till now, its the best club in jakarta for fun and fly. Its the top of my list for clubing

Went here with my mum for a spa date. Fully satisfied with their service and treatment. Our treatment was gaya relax, and it is truly relaxing. The masseuses are well-experienced and trained. This spa will be on my list for my next trip to Jakarta.

This spa is great if you need to relax. The therapists are really competent and listen carefully what the client wants in order to create a perfect moment. My favourite therapist is Erni, she is incredible.
My special favourite is the four hands massage. I would recommend a 90 or 120 minutes massage in a private room for an ultimate experience as it is quieter than the "common" area.
The team is always welcoming and really reactive on WhatsApp for booking an appointment or answer your questions. We are gifted with a delicious ginger tea after the massage.
Give it a try and you will come back every week (like I do!).
The only minus is that the jacuzzi and sauna are unfortunately out of service.
UPDATE: As of January 2025, the sauna is now fully operational.

I had been going to other spas in the area as I'd read mixed reviews about this one. Then, two weeks ago, my usual place was busy so I went here for a back massage. It wasn't great, but was fine for the price. The therapist did leave the room halfway through though to go and prepare the drink she was to serve me when the treatment was over. That was very strange and not relaxing at all. A massage should not be split into two like that with the customer left lying there. I returned today for a 60-min massage, and it was the worst massage I've ever experienced. The therapist left the room twice, for what felt like an age each time. When she was there, she didn't want to be. She spent the whole massage staring at the ceiling, rubbing me carelessly with one hand. I felt that she had had no training whatsoever. The reviews here on google about the facilities surprise me, I had no idea that there were showers at the spa. I was not shown nor informed about showers or changing rooms during my two visits. Not recommended.
Really good and positive experience. They have a massive facility with changing rooms/lockers and an area for washing your feet before you begin. They have a mix of private rooms and curtained areas for treatment. The treatment itself was great and relaxing.
Please remember to take cash for the refundable deposit for the locker.
This weekend is my wedding day and I planned to pamper myself before the big day. Yesterday was my fourth visit to this place. I had an expectation to have pleasant experience as I had before, but yesterday I paid full for half or even a quarter experience. I try hard to relax the whole time instead of actually relaxing The sauna and jacuzzi was not functioning, but that is not the worst part, I heard the masseur is a senior, she was there before pandemic, however she is just rubbing me instead of giving a massage. When i told her to press a little harder, she use another technique to push me into the massage bed instead and making it hard for me to breathe, afterwards she said “I think you caught cold” and then continued to rubbing and scrubbing me in rush. She even said i don’t need to shower after my oily rubbing session because they usually running out of water. This will not be my go to massage place anymore

My wife and I went here for good treatments. We both had the 90 minutes traditional couple massage and I add on 30 minutes head massage and she add on 30 minutes creambath. I thought the head massage was okay but the traditional massage was truly enjoyable. I fell asleep 30 minutes in and woke up another later. After your treatments, a nice Jamu drink was served. We both felt amazing after! Thanks!

The place has authentic traditional vibes. They served welcome drinks, jamu herbal beverages and wet cold towel. There are lot of massage course. I booked for three person @ 1 hour massage on 4.30, but due to preparations before massage took us about five minutes, and they were somehow ended on 5.20ish. That’s not whole one hour like the course said. But regardless, the massage was comforting.
It is a nice atmosphere. But anywhere that uses a nail file for multiple clients can pass infections. There is no way to sterilise emery boards. They left acetone on my nails - no understandinf that this could not be left on.

I was pretty disappointed. They are charging a premium but fail to deliver premium service. I ordered hair cut combo which cost IDR275k. But the hair cut took less than 10 mins. Oasis is a comfy place where you can stay while in Jakarta. Locating the place is bit tricky but Herman helped us in providing all the information. They have a cute pool which was infront of our room. They do provide breakfast, if needed we can cook our food as well.
