Absolutely loved this experience! My husband got the prenatal massage for me and it was easily the best thing I’ve ever experienced! Gina created such a comfortable environment and made me feel as safe as possible! Cant talk enough about how amazing this place was! I was nervous at first but once I stepped in the changing room, I immediately calmed down and felt comfortable. They also had complimentary snacks and lemon water while you wait! Can’t recommend this enough!

I had one of the best facials today. Tiffany was so nice and very professional and gave me one of the very best facials I’ve ever had. I’ll be back. Terramé is an exceptional experience!

Lee is the barber (master barber) I have been trying to find for many, many years - with just a basic explanation of my expectations, he explained his proposed plan and executed it on our first meeting better than stylists that failed over and over... I am impressed at his systematic approach and amazing results!

He was so great with my daughter and figuring out exactly what she wanted and executed it perfectly! I really enjoy getting my haircut by Heather at Terrabacio Huntsville. She is personable and does a great job cutting my fine, thin, curly hair. It has been a year and a half since my first haircut by Heather. She has been helpful when I have had questions on what she would recommend for a hair care routine. I do enjoy the products at home as well.

Heather is a great stylist! She has done a variety of services for me including cuts, color matching, and elegant up-dos for proms and weddings. She’s quick, but also takes the time to make sure your style is exactly what you’re going for, and the results are always worth it!

I am very unhappy to say the least. I came in to get a bayalage and get rid of my brassy tones. I sent pictures of what I wanted and was told they could do it. And I got nothing close to what I wanted. I also was overcharged for services I never received. Even when I went to check out they had to confirm, because looking at my hair it was not what I was being charged for. Granted the brassy color is gone, but I was getting “highlights” and bayalage and I came out with black hair. I came in with light brown hair with darker roots… I didn’t want my hair dyed almost black. I’m highly upset. I also have a ton of new breakage at the top of my hair I didn’t have before. I will say the place is beautiful and stunning but doesn’t matter when you get unhappy results. I even asked, where are my highlights at the end after we washed my hair and she said they are there, it’s just bad lighting. I’m astonished. I will post pics before, what I wanted and what I received... the salon lady I had was Avery. She’s sweet but nothing came out as planned or even close. I also got charged $375… and they had to correct it to $310… and even then it wasn’t what I should have been charged based on what my hair turned out as. I also wanted a little trim and did not want it short and we spoke about it multiple times and she cut it above my shoulders. Thankfully, the manager Michael I spoke to and explained my concerns and he was very understanding and credited me, but still I’m upset I waited a year to treat my hair to get this.:/

So many sweet details at this spa. The most amazing comfortable robes and sandals, huge bath towels, and a key instead of a code on the locker. Nice touches like the affirmation inside the locker and the sweet message on the tea mug. The staff were helpful and kind and made everything as relaxing and comfortable as possible. I enjoyed a massage and facial both which were fabulous!

My daughter's gifted me with a spa day for my birthday. Massage and facial was amazing. Facial had my skin glowing and soft. The service was Top Tier and made my first visit definitely not become my last. The lunch was delicious. Only suggestion I would make is to have customers food covered when served before they are finished with services. Didn't like that other patrons waiting for service were breathing on my food. But the overall experience was awesome. I've been ranting to all my associates and recommending Terrame to my visiting clients.

As I'm growing out my hair, I decided I wanted to have a more intentional style, so I made an appointment at the Madison location. My stylist was also named Madison and she was excellent. She took her time to understand where I was coming from and where I wanted to go with my look. She trimmed and touched up and coaxed my hair into a very cute style I can wear as it grows out. I am so happy with the service. Everyone is so nice.

I had a great first visit with Briana for a trim and wash-and-go! She took her time, listened closely, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The trim was careful and conservative keeping most of my length with health in mind. Briana handled my hair with care using gentle products, leaving curls soft, defined, and natural-looking. The salon was pristine, calm, and welcoming which added to the positive experience. Briana is skilled, professional, and genuinely attentive—I’ll definitely be back!

Pretty good venue for a trade show. Space was good, staff was friendly and the food was good. Having to pay $10 a day for parking at a show in which you've already paid for a booth is a little excessive. They closed the gates between the building and parking lot as well, which made it a little difficult to get our booth displays to the vehicle.

Great venue for the craft shows. Plenty of room and lots of vendors. The indoor south hall could use a few more chairs around the side for people to rest without having to leave the hall. Plenty of bathrooms and a concession stand.

We've attended the VBC for many events. Great venue for a hockey game, exhibit, concert, Disney on Ice, etc. Over the years, the VBC has improved, with several updates completed. Highly recommended.

We have been to South Hall numerous times, primarily for Comicon and NEACA Craft fair. It's a great facility, and the staff and coordinating administrators are helpful. I would say, however with Huntsville growing at the rate that it is, South Hall was beyond capacity for Comicon (2024), and needs more sections to move into, just to manage the vendors and the crowd. It was shoulder to shoulder with a volunteer handler, screaming at everyone to keep the aisle clear!

Nice facilities with good parking close by. We attended conventions held here a few times, and it worked out nicely! The grounds around it are well maintained and large koi and carp live in the lake and streams around it.

I come to the VBC every year for the Huntsville Comic And Fan Expo. I've always been a fan of this con mention center, but the recent renovation has made it even better! This year's EXPO was the biggest ever as the main event area was larger than previous years due to the renovation. KUDOS to the management of the VBC for being forward-thinking to make long term improvements.

Pleasantly surprised at how nice the waiting area is and the staff was outstanding!! Treatment room was comfortable and clean. I did not feel rushed to make decisions and Dr and esthetician answered all my questions. Already have my next appointment booked.

My experience with Growing Younger is that they provide excellent quality services. They promote monthly specials that are budget affordable. Staff is very attentive with any questions or concerns and provides instructions on how to obtain the expected results that you are looking for. Been going to GY for years! The business is ran very professionally. 5 stars. Ronnie’s the best massage therapist I’ve ever had, he genuinely cares about getting the most out of each massage and identifies focus areas. Lydia is also an exceptional laser hair removal tech.

Completely disappointed in their customer service. Will never be back or recommend like I have done many times! I had a membership for almost 2 years. I stopped my membership because the massage therapist I loved left. I have since sent my son twice for facials. The first time went well. The second time they pressured him into signing up for a membership with my credit card as soon as he got home I made him cancel the membership but they didn’t cancel the next appointment or even ask him if he wanted to keep it therefore I was charged 1/2 of a visit charge because he didn’t show up. They gave a lame excuse that they called him and explained the fee. He really didn’t know what to say I think he was intimidated. He is still in High School and isn’t used to situations like this. I went to the spa and asked why I was charged when he called and canceled the membership same day. They just said this is their policy. Well the policy should also be that you shouldn’t sign someone up for a membership without getting permission from the actual person who’s name is on the credit card. They have lost a repeat customer over $69.00. I will also tell anyone who asks to not go there because of the poor customer service. I hope $69 dollars is worth a bad review loss of a customer !!! 👎👎👎👎

The massage was incredible other than it went by way too fast! Lol. Show up early to fill out your forms for your first visit because I think they took that off of my massage time. I do feel that they miss the mark when it comes to scented oils, music, and luxury but if you are there for a good massage at a good price (membership price) then I would say go for it! I will be back

I always go see Jessica for my facials and she is absolutely amazing. Her recommendations are always so helpful and my face feels so nice afterwards. The only problem is the booking system - it won’t let you book over a month in advance and it’s difficult when you’re planning appointments not to know when your next might be. (I’m getting married and I wish I could book far enough in advance to have it covered until the wedding)

My advice to everyone on this platform...just don't do it. There are many other ethical providers of these same services throughout the city and in Madison city who still believe in customer service, won't confuse you, and will take the time to have a conversation with a customer. Why do I say that you may ask? Here some things to consider before entering into any agreement with H&S. They will attempt to put you into a monthly payment for services whereby you can accrue prepaids until services are rendered by appointment from which they can draw. On more than two occasions, I had a scheduled appointment only to have them cancel and was told it would be 6 weeks before another is open. This is because they overbook. So, people have gamed the system now to double book and cancel after one is honored. Another customer actually recommended I do this. On one occasion, I showed up in the office and was told they had to cancel. This happened in consecutive months. In the summer of 2024 after another cancellation, I asked to terminate the membership along with the recurring payments. Desk person said only the manager could do that. So I said, "I'm busy what are the options?" "We can suspend your account", he said. "Okay, let's suspend the account and have the manager call me", I said. Never heard back from anyone. Then, in Jan 2025, I get a message stating that I owed money on the account back to when I suspended. Keep in mind, I've scheduled no services, nor received any contact from the business. So, I called and they said we owed payments. I said there is no way because the account is suspended. I asked to speak to the manager..."manager is not in right now". Please have them call me. It's now February and we are entangled in the same death spiral and no one will call me but apparently, H&S believes they can continue charging a customer without their consent. Brilliant business plan to get you entangled into a contract that keeps their revenue coming in, while providing you with absolutely zero service. I would advise everyone to put some thought before doing business with H&S...there are other and better options.

It’s been over a year since my last review of this facility. We resolved my last issue with them since then, however they have since repeated the issue all over again. Again, they still didn’t disclose any expiration dates for any credits you may have on your account and good communication is really not part of their customer service. Don’t get me wrong, the everyday communications are decent, it’s the relaying of “Thank you for your purchase of future credits, PLEASE DON’T FORGET TO USE THEM BEFORE” whatever date they expire or “Just to let you know, you have credits that will expire by such and such date”, that they fall short on. So it’s because of this that they’ve behaved badly both times that I will not ever recommend them for service again.

TERRIBLE!!!!1st experience got a mediocre massage they charged me twice for. Unsubscribed from emails but they continue to spam me. 2nd experience I received a gift card for a massage from my friend and thought since it was free I’d try again but nope. They would only let the person that bought me the gift card schedule. Super annoying customer service and massages that aren’t worth the money.

They fraudulently charged my account.Of course they aren’t answering the phone. I live in KY. Never been to Alabama in my life (like who would) and bam 130 bucks out of my account. I’m livid! Going to press charges if this isn’t refunded AS SOON AS THE DAMN PLACE ANSWER THE PHONE! Update: Jessie the manager answered the phone! But get this she is refusing to locate the charges and pushed it to “the website problem”. So I try to contact the website. Guess what? It’s just a damn msg center!!!! Police department is closed for the holiday but charges are being pressed early Monday morning! It was $130!!!!!!!!!

Jim Commiskey at 921 Merchant Walk Salon and Spa, is truly in a league of his own! His talent as a stylist and artist is far above the rest. Jim has an incredible gift for cutting and styling hair in a way that not only complements the shape of your face but also helps you look younger and feel more confident. I’ve been going to Jim for over 15 years and have followed him from salon to salon—he’s just that good! This has been his home for several years now, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I truly hope and pray for continued health and strength for Jim so that we can keep collaborating for many more years. I trust him completely with my cut and color, and I always leave his chair feeling refreshed and renewed. Highly, highly recommend!

The BEST salon in the Huntsville area! This salon has talented well rounded hairdressers that put their clients at ease. It’s a very beautiful, clean and comfortable atmosphere. The owner has fabulous taste. The best hairdresser is Sweet, Sensational Silvia. She has many years of experience. She is very patient, kind and will work with you. I went for a 60 minute couples massage with a friend for Mother’s Day and it was amazing. The best massage either of us have ever had. I am a massage therapist myself and have had a lot of massages before with different businesses in Huntsville and this one is the only one so far that has earned true praise in the form of a review. It was medium to deep pressure the entire time and worked on every problem area I knew I had and some I didn’t realize were even an issue. I had knots all around my hips and sacrum and a lot of them are now gone and my mobility is restored there. I am sore but I’m also a tender baby pain wise. The staff were all very polite and respectful. The service was great. If you are in need of very light pressure I wouldn’t go here for that specifically or be very specific with them that it is what you need. We had two male therapists. The 60 minute couples massage included massage over the drape, massage direct to skin with oil and hot stones and some light stretching of your legs near the end. They also use hot towels to lay on you and wipe the excess oil off. We were face down the whole time and it was the only time I’ve felt completely satisfied with the work done on me to where I didn’t NEED to flip over. Amazing experience and I will definitely be back soon!

Scheduled a one hour couples massage for a Saturday morning using only my phone number. No names asked. Upon arrival, I saw client intake forms on the counter but the girl at the front just confirmed my phone number and told me to follow the man to the room. Upon entering the room, I was shocked. The bed was covered in paper. It felt like the gowns you cover up with at a doctor's office. The worker covered the face pillow with paper towels and it felt rough on the skin. Your body was covered up only by a very thin sheet that could no doubt be seen through. There was no blanket. My husband suffers from chronic pain and this was his first massage. I had given him an overview of what would happen so he would be prepared. I told him the masseuse would ask about problem areas, light versus hard touch, etc... There were no questions asked. I tried to tell them, my husband needed a light touch because it was his first massage, but the language barrier was hard and they clearly didn't understand what I was saying. The 'massage' started and it was absolutely deep tissue. I didn't want a deep tissue and I knew my husband could definitely not handle a deep tissue. The lights stayed on until it was time flip over, the men just raised the sheet all the way and yelled 'face up!" Someone spoke through a walkie talkie presumably to tell them time was up because he was in the middle of massage my legs, and when she spoke, he just dropped my legs and said okay. Bye. My husband was so sore, he could barely walk. I had to help him get dressed. By the end of the day, bruises had started forming on both of us and now, the next morning, our bodies are extremely sore. Would never visit this place again! These people are not trained to do massage therapy.

Good massage, but they cancelled my wife's online appointment 20 minutes (!!!) beforehand while we were on the way there. They then claimed she did not have an appt, but luckily there was an availability 30minutes after initial appt time. They then went on to tell her NOT to use online portal in future and to just call... Whats the point of having the online service then? Luckily, the massage was very nice, but the rigmarole added and unnecessary headaxhe that they were thankfully able to kneed out. Points for that, I suppose.

Do Not go here. Had an absolutely horrible experience earlier this year. Been getting massages for years and tried this place out. There are just certain places on the body as a massage therapist you Ask First before touching, and you Stop when the client says no. Will be reporting this incident. Also, of lesser magnitude, but still horrible experience, comments about the clients weight should Never be made, including "you need to eat healthier". I am disgusted and frankly scared of their practices.

I was massaged by a lady that was using way less pressure than I asked for repeatedly. When I asked front desk lady to make it right she said to get a man next time. I then asked to speak to a manager or someone in charge she said he left two days ago, whatever that means. Idk what they wanted me to do, should I have asked for a new person mid massage?! 🤦🏼‍♂️ After me trying to get her to explains, she just sat with a blank stare and I decided to just leave because it seemed like I was getting nowhere.

I went to Venus Nails after a bad experience at another salon. Absolutely loved the service and my nails. Twee did an amazing job and I loved the environment.

I go here regularly and the customer service is good. I leave happy with my nails and toes. They take time with their clients! Update post- actually I won’t ever go here again because of how I was treated today. If someone doesn’t do a good job with a manicure and i voice it in a nice way then why would you allow them to continue with the service… I should have got up and left but I was trying to be nice. The owner came over to “help” but he was rough and didn’t do a good job either!…. I’ll just take my business elsewhere

I've been twice. 1st time service was GREAT eventhough the male owner did not polish my nails good and put a few nail on at an angle I didn't complain. 2nd visit was good as well only negative is the lady doing my nails left so much of my nail unpolished that after a week and 3 days it looks as if I need a fill in. Probably won't be back!!

I recently treated myself to a full-body facial at Lemon & Sage and it was hands down one of the most relaxing and rejuvenating spa experiences I’ve ever had. The treatment wasn’t just a facial—it included deep cleansing and hydration for the back and a soothing massage and exfoliation for the feet and hands. Every part of the experience felt thoughtful and luxurious. My esthetician ( Grace ) was gentle, thorough, and clearly very experienced. She explained what she was doing without being too chatty, which helped me fully unwind. The back facial was especially impressive—my skin felt noticeably smoother and clearer, and it’s an area that often gets overlooked. The foot and hand treatment was a perfect finishing touch: warm towels, a light scrub, and a massage that melted away any lingering tension. I will definitely be back in a couple of weeks for another full body facial.

Worst facial experience I’ve ever had. This list is long why I will never return and will never recommend this place. My bill today was just shy of $400. My appt was late, not with the person I booked with, I don’t even think the girl who did my service has ever done a facial before. She definitely hasn’t done dermaplaning before. Facials with nicer people, much nicer products, better service, and more professionalism cost less than this cost me today. I’ve had this booked for weeks and it was a complete waste of time and money

I love this place! I recently got a wax here and for it to be my first wax ever, it was a great experience. The atmosphere is always calm and pleasant here and I enjoy having a self care day here. This is my go-to spa. If you need products for skin care, you should come here for a consultation. My skin looks tons better since I started using the products recommended to me.

She is trained in various modalities to include reflexology. I really respond well to her Barnes Method of myofascial release. She has been my massage therapist for years!

Just booked a massage and I am completely blown away at the ease of doing business. Cheryl sent a text and patiently worked through my schedule over the next couple of weeks to best suit my needs. If the booking process is this phenomenal, I can’t imagine the customer service that would be provided.

This was my first professional massage and I must say... What a wonderful experience! I was greeted when I arrived. I received a lymphatic massage from Kathy and it was amazing! We had a great conversation about work and our families. She was very welcoming and a pure joy to be around. With this being my first massage, she made sure I was comfortable and if I had any questions, she answered them without hesitation. The facility was very clean. I have already recommended her to two people and I will continue to send referrals.

I’ve been to 50 different massage therapists and Christina is by far the best one! I travel 2 1/2 hours from Nashville to come to her. My first massage was painful, but it wasn’t more than I could bear I felt like she was fixing things that have never been fixed or relieved 💁‍♂️She did a good job at watching my reaction when I was feeling the knots/and tension but few days later I feel so amazing I brought my wife down so she could experience it. I’m sitting here on the couch leaving this review and can’t wait to bring my boss here next week for her 90 minute stretch/thai massage , he’ll prob give me a raise or kiss me after words for the referral that’s how good she is, just book it, texting her is best

I found Christina through a Google search after having exhausted looking for pain relief for my shoulder. I've been to 3 worthless chiropractors, another massage venue, and tried all sorts of drugs for pain relief, and still was having horrible pain in my shoulder. Not sure why I selected Christina, she popped up as a 4.9 star review, when I called, I could tell there would be a language barrier of sorts, and I almost hung up, but glad that I didn't. Christina made herself immediately available to me on a Sunday afternoon, and I was in tears almost with the pain I was having. She met me, and went to work, and OMG...deep tissue was not even close to a description for what she did for me. She got in there and loosened every tight muscle I had, she bent me every which way to Sunday and stretched me out, walked on my back even, just really knew what she was doing. Today (1 day later), I am very sore, but in a good way. So far just sore pain, but not the debilitating pain I experienced yesterday. I am heading on vacation in a few days, and I really don't want to deal with the pain I had yesterday. It's been an ongoing issue for several weeks now. Christina is awesome. She does not play through, she attacks your issues and gets right to the root of it. I HIGHLY recommend her services if you have any chronic problems.

The best massage and stretch I have ever had! I came in because I threw out my back and was in serious pain and from the moment I arrived I could tell I was dealing with a professional of the craft. She explained what she would do and why she was doing certain things. The massage hurt like heck but leaving there I felt so much better! If you are in pain and considering a massage I would not consider anyone else in the Huntsville area. I am considering flying out from Texas every other month just to give my body more of this magic.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. She is the sweetest most knowledgeable masseuse I have ever had. This location is not for the weak though as she knows how to work out the knots and follows through constantly lengthening it out to create that space. Anyone who knows anatomy KNOWS that you need a lot of deep pressure to get the knots out so that you can have well more mobility. Any massage place that is NOT working your knots is doing you a disservice! Please come to Christina’s place as she knows all about what our muscular system needs! She’s no faker and really cares that you experience recovery in the long term! I know it may not feel that great if you’re not used to this type of deep tissue massage but the key is to breath into each movement as she massages you to help open up that space! I promise you this is the ONLY WAY to obtain that therapeutic relaxation that most of us are looking for especially when you sit all day for work. I left today feeling more open than I could have ever imagined and I know with consistency, she will have me extremely mobile and loose in no time! Thank you again and you KNOW I’LL BE BACK! Hahahaa

Christina is fantastic. Don't let the esthetic fool you. It may not be the luxury look of chain spas, but that's in large part that she focuses on your care vs your surrounding. She gives the best massages I have ever had! Woman is a miracle worker, and very well priced. I love that she plays classical music during the massage than the typical trance sounds, and she doesn't disturb you, except to ask if pressures good and a few comical whips. She's a hoot. I recommend all day every day.

I had a wonderful experience at Salt on The Rocks. Payton made it a breeze to schedule. She is always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My massage with Hayley was amazing! I added in Salt Therapy and I’m so glad that I did. I left feeling relaxed and all of my stress knots were gone. I highly recommend!!

This place is fantastic! I had a headache and sinus pressure before I went in the salt room and when I left, my headache and pressure were gone. It is so relaxing in the Caribbean room. My younger daughters had so much fun playing in the children's salt room. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend a visit to Salt on the Rocks!

I love my experiences in the Caribbean room. So relaxing. I have a slight case of asthma, and can trust that the salt air I’m breathing in is pure and beneficial. And it is helping my ling capacity and reducing the tightness I feel in deep breaths.

LOVED my time in the Caribbean Salt Room! I had it all to myself on a Friday morning and it was the best. My respiratory system is all cleaned out and feeling so good. You have to go by and try out the salt room, do some taste testing, and check out the remedy room!

My mother and sisters joined me for a session on Mothers Day and it was delightful! I actually almost fell asleep. It is so relaxing in the Caribbean room. Also, I'd had a summer cold all week and from that session on I noticed that my drainage improved and led to quicker healing than usual. 5 stars and we all said that we can't wait to return!

My first visit. Having chronic, impacted sinus issues. Michelle was amazing! Listened to what I had going on and then made recommendations. She worked my lymphatic system and sinuses. Could feel them opening up. She also recommended a specific type of eucalyptus oil to help. Extremely happy and feeling so much better than when I got there. Highly recommend this place!

The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. I've suffered from sinus/allergy and asthma issues as well as anxiety and always leave there feeling rested and refreshed. I almost always fall asleep while I'm there. I know they even have different beverages (special teas, alcohol) available while you are relaxing and pretending that you are at the beach and breathing in the salt! It's amazing. It's completely well worth trying out!

I visited this establishment for my birthday (3/19), and my experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, the door was open, but it appeared they were undergoing renovations, leaving me uncertain if they were open for business. Koozie confirmed they were operating, and we proceeded from there. However, she requested payment upfront before any service was provided, which raised my first concern, as I had never encountered this practice before. The massage itself was far from relaxing; it lacked any proper techniques and felt more like a simple application of oil on my skin. Throughout the session, she continuously engaged me in conversation, and her phone's ringer was set to a loud volume. To my dismay, she even answered a call during the massage. The situation escalated when a worker arrived to perform construction tasks, including sawing and drilling, which completely disrupted the atmosphere. I was frustrated because if she was aware that work would be taking place, she should have informed me beforehand. At the conclusion of the massage, she abruptly slapped my back with considerable force. When it came time to settle the bill, she did not offer any discount despite the lack of relaxation and the overall unpleasant experience, compounded by the construction noise. Additionally, she informed me of a $3.00 fee for card transactions, which I believe is illegal. She caught an attitude with me once she got the receipt paper back and realized I did not tip. Overall, I would rate this experience a 0 out of 10.

Amazing place! So calm. First massage after having my baby. And helped with my c-section scar pain and really focused on the places I needed more focus on. Can't wait to try their sauna! Never going any place else. I found this place on Easter and she was open and OMG worth the stop!!!

I have struggled with whether to make this review, but they were very adamant about giving a google review so here we go. She was very nice and even offered water as I was leaving. I don’t think this was intentional or malicious in any way. I have pain in my neck that is causing migraines and neck massages were recommended by my physical therapist. Upon arrival I tried to explain the situation and the first woman could not understand what I was saying so she had to get someone else. I again tried to explain my reason for needing the neck massage and was simply offered “pain cream” and asked, “how long?”. I had to pay for the massage, unidentified “pain cream”, card fee ($3) and tip before services were rendered. Once I was settled in, she immediately went into my neck with such force that she was moving me and table. It was very painful and at first, I thought maybe it was normal since my neck was so tight. I tried to politely tell her that it was hurting but unfortunately, I think there was too much of a language barrier because she didn’t stop, and I honestly couldn’t understand most of what she was saying. After my 30-minute massage she abruptly slapped my back and told me she was done. I left in more pain than I went in with. My skin was so tender that I could not touch it for a few days. I now have what looks almost like a chemical burn from her rubbing my neck as well as bruising on my back. I have never experienced this before and I am sure this was just a freak accident; however, I felt it necessary to mention so that this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Koozie was amazing. My first time getting a massage in years and I'm so glad I went here. She hit spots I didn't even know were sore but felt so good. And if you have never had a hot stone message I definitely recommend it. I can't wait to come back and stay longer! Her prices are affordable!

I went here for a Brazilian wax. I was extremely nervous because it was my first time ever getting one. Stephanie was genuinely friendly and explained what would happen during the process. She is very personable and we talked as if we had known each other forever. The process was a lot less painful than I anticipated. She is very professional and the salon is extremely clean. I would highly recommend her to anyone who will be waxing for the first time or someone who isn’t new. I give Euphoria an A plus for timeliness, cleanliness, and customer service. I will definitely be back.

I went to Stephanie today for my first ever Brazilian wax. I was super nervous, but she immediately put me at ease. She taught me breathing techniques that helped to lessen the pain, and honestly it wasn't nearly as bad as I expected and I'm sure that's due to her experience and expertise. She is so kind and we talked the entire time like we had been friends forever. She has gained a regular customer and I will never go to anyone else. You will not regret going to her. She's precious and very, very good at what she does.

The absolute best Brazilian Wax I have ever gotten. The experience was very professional and Stephanie was very welcoming. She made me feel really comfortable and relaxed. The breathing exercises really help me not focus on the pain of waxing. I loved my experience so much after the first session, I made the follow up appointment, and the rest is history. Stephanie is a joy to be around. Her smile and personality light up the room. I have had some really bad experiences with waxing, but Stephanie put all my worries at ease and made sure I felt comfortable through our appointment. I have really sensitive skin and was breaking out after waxes, so she recommended I try witch hazel and aloe Vera and it worked like a charm!!! I’m so thankful she recommended something natural and non toxic and it calmed my skin right down. I just love her. She’s wonderful in her craft and I don’t recommend anyone else in the area!!

Update: in regards to the reply, I use a fake name on reviews for privacy and to avoid retaliation. so you would not find me in the records. I'm not interested in coming back and I have moved anyways, just advise anyone who goes here to be extremely explicit with the older male doctor about what you want done. Horrible experience. Told the doctor I get a highly conservative amount of Botox. He told me “everyone thinks that” and then gave me like 5x as much dysport. Didn’t tell me how much he was doing and was shocked by the bill at the end. Especially because dysport is like $5 a unit elsewhere and they’re really charging it like the same as Botox which imo is a better product. This is also after I showed up to my appointment and they told me I went to the wrong place (I did not) and then had to reschedule.
