Lovely stay here. Location - 5mins form the airport, 10mins to the falls. The hotel isn't central but suited us great. There's a bus stop for easy travel to falls, centre and airport. Rooms - very comfortable. Can be a little noisy. Food - buffet breakfast is fantastic. We had both buffet lunch and dinner which were fantastic too. Grounds - lovely setting and grounds. Would definitely come back

This is definitely an great hotel but unfortunately it takes one person to change all your experience 😕 and because of him im not giving a 5 start review. Daniel, a young server if you can call him a server not just ignored my husband and I while dinning in the hotel restaurant, but served the two tables around us and pretended not to see us, even when my baby was crying because she needed water. So honestly, maybe is time for such a great hotel to have more professional stuff.
Irelsy H — Google review
The service is excellent. A group of teenagers was assigned to the family wing, disrupting everyone with shouting, banging on doors, and loud hallway jokes. The food was good, better than other resorts in the area. Luis, Claudio, and Wagner at the bar provided outstanding service. The recreação team is amazing and they treat kids right.

The good: Most of the staff are friendly, the breakfast was good, the pool is nice, the room was clean, the shower worked well, and the forest trail was ok, but the various signs about the trees need to be updated. What's not great: We stayed in the garden rooms and the hallway smelled like wet dog, the carpets had lots of stains (not sure why they used carpet on this floor), and the paint on the walls was badly scuffed. It also seemed like the first floor must flood at times since all the room doors had large foam pads installed at the bottom. The lights are also off most of the time and take a while before they turn on when you walk down the hallway which is pretty creepy. The beds felt old and worn out. The room was a little muggy and looked old. The hotel, overall, is badly in need of a refresh. It looks old and worn out. The worst part was our taxi ride back and forth to the Argentinian Falls. We were going to order our own taxi, but the hotel staff urged us to use "their taxi service," so that's what we did. They told us how how much the trip would cost in total and we arranged the pickup time with them. The taxi driver we had drove up behind the vehicles in front of them so they were only a few feet away which made us feel unsafe. On the way home, the taxi driver randomly stopped on the side of the ride and told us we needed to pay some border patrol person standing there in cash to get back into Brazil (no one had mentioned we wound need to do this). When we looked this up afterwords, we found out that the border person had charged us 5 times the actual price and the taxi driver admitted that we were ripped off, but didn't do anything to try to stop the border person from overcharging us. Then to make matters even worse, when we arrived back at the hotel, the driver said that their usual credit card system wouldn't accept our card so we needed to use some other system that would up charge us by 6%. The hotel staff agreed we should feel frustrated by everything that happened, but they refused to take any responsibility for the situation, saying they had nothing to do with the taxi service they previously claimed was their taxi service. They wouldn't even comp us a single drink (a no brainer resolution). Instead, we had to haggle with the taxi driver and hotel staff for over a half hour before the taxi driver's manager showed up and removed the 6% up charge. The whole situation was pretty unbelievable and unfortunately it's cost the hotel a really bad review. I'm not sure how they thought it was a good idea to leave us struggling for over a half hour instead of comping us for a drink and being done with the situation. They shound have comped us a drink even after the situation was resolved given the hassle.

We had a nice 3 night stay in late August (winter) to visit Argentinian and Brazilian side of falls and the Itaipu dam. Rooms were nice, complementary breakfast was great, and outdoor pool and indoor heated pool were fun for kids, gym is decent and there is huge game room under the pool room too. Friendly staff and good location close to airport and Brazilian side of the falls.
Anthony G — Google review
A 5-star hotel where Wifi doesnt reach your room and don't have water serve for guests is weird. People doesnt value just a pool, but simple acts of feeling cared by the place.. In addition, infrastructure is not very well maintained and seems old at some points. I came traveling 2 months through cheap accomodations in Brazil and felt much more comfortable and cared by hosts because they threat guests in a personal way. I.e they provide you water and internet that is more useful than a towel.
Juan S — Google review
Great hotel with great amenities, service and breakfast. However, the food at the pool bar isn’t great and the food at the a la carte restaurant is terrible for its price point.
Sten — Google review
”They charged 1600R$ twice, said they would reimburse rhe first one but never did. Now they wont answer my mails. Watch out, they might try to take extra money” Edit: the reimbursement took 2 weeks but other than that problem the visit was good. Super nice people at the pool bar

Nadai Confort Hotel e Spa is a modern hotel located in Foz do Iguacu City Centre, just a short walk from Zoo Bosque Guarani and a few kilometers from various attractions. The hotel offers pet-friendly accommodation with air-conditioned rooms featuring amenities like flat-screen TVs and minibars. Guests can enjoy international cuisine at the on-site restaurant and take advantage of the outdoor pool, spa, and gym facilities.
One of the best service we’ve experienced in Brazil. Every staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable. Location close to cool restaurants, malls etc. Soundproofing of the rooms are a bit weak—when there are a bunch of school kids staying in the same floor—but tolerable. We would love to come back.
Reia — Google review
Never in my more than 10 years traveling the world had I had such a terrible experience with an accommodation as the one I had with this hotel. They treated us in a despicable way. We paid for half board (I contacted the same day of the reservation to let us know that we were vegetarians and they told us that they had dishes that we were calm) in which on the first day they gave us rice and in the second noodles, (treating us as if we were asking for alms, with mediocre attention. The third they wanted to give us the same thing and we asked them for something different with vegetables or proteins such as soy, lentils, chickpeas, ricotta, spinach, etc. and everything we named it they told us that they didn’t have. Being that those products were on the menu and we saw how these same foods were taken to other tables. Any named vegetable they said “we don’t have” we asked them for salads with palms and when they bring it they were only a few lettuce leaves and some cherry tomatoes, my mom they don’t get covered so I had to ask for what she piles them next to very reluctantly, they didn’t give us anything to drink or asked us if we wanted something, we agreed at all times with the empty glasses ) I have photos) to which we had to go for such a lack of respect in which it showed that she wanted us to leave and they didn’t want to attend to us. Around us on those nights we were the only foreigners and the rest were local and the attention was excellent for them and they ignored us at several times, being a trip that we had planned with a long time with a lot of effort to have the best time possible, day by day their intention was for us to leave. The second night my mom calls the reception to find out if they had an adapter for the plug to be able to charge their cell phone and the person told the phone that I went down to look for it. When she arrived, the receptionist who was in a derogatory way, told her that no, that the other receptionist didn’t go anything to her. My mom without saying anything goes up totally hurt by the situation that she goes to cry. She is an older woman, vulnerable to see a man exercising his power over her treating her with total contempt for no reason. At all times they made us feel bad and uncomfortable, making us foolishly notice that we were leaving. The last night after the salad that was what they left us and they left without returning for a long time (being that we had three dishes paid for every day) we decided to go and eat on our own to such constant contempt. Unfortunately, we had several situations like that in this hotel. Of all the countries I stayed in, in none, I had never been treated like this, I demand from the establishment an economic compensation not only for the half board but for the mistreatment and how they ruined the few days of vacation we had. We didn’t even use the pools they had, which was one of the points for which we also booked or any other service since we wanted to be as little as possible so that they didn’t make us worse every day. It’s the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. The treatment of people towards foreign tourists, xenophobes is regrettable!!

Pretty good. Loved the breakfast, and the warm pool is great as we visited on winter. I stayed a few days at a 5 star resort and next time I'll choose Nadai over the other place because of the warm pool.
Alice L — Google review
Great rooms, the pool service is really good. Lunch and dinner delicious. Great start in the breakfast, well served
Luciano M — Google review
Best hotel I've stayed in for a long time. Super friendly staff, everything nice and clean. Very nice pool and really a affordable spa!! Excellent gym facilities. Rooms we're like a hotel should be. Only downside might have been the dinner at night, it could've been a bit better. But that is huge compensated by everything else. If I'm ever back in iguazu, I'll come back. Beautiful hotel experience and decent price for this!
Fré V — Google review
Such a bijoux but lovely hotel! Great facilities! Outstanding value and quality of food! Do I g area very chic and service good too! Edivoldo and restaurant team very efficient! Lovely buffet breakfast but no English tea bags! Jacqueline in reception was exceptional! Hotel shop and pool both excellent! Pool meals great portions and reasonably priced! Rooms a bit basic and dated but rest of hotel excelled in this department !
Valerie W — Google review
This is a good hotel for the price, but you get what you pay for. I agree with others that the rooms are small with very few basic amenities. There have been some attempts to upgrade, but it is still a bit loud and dated. The breakfast is plentiful, not top quality cooking, but good for what you need on the very hot days here. The pool is smaller than it looked in the fotos, but seems nice and there is a bar at the pool if you just want to relax. The tiny gym has enough space and equipment if you want to maintain while traveling, but not enough for serious fitness buffs. The staff are very helpful and nice. Most speak enough English to help with most things that you need, but if you speak Spanish (or obviously Portuguese) it will be easier, but don't worry if you only speak English, they are all eager to help.
Ryan A — Google review
Overall, the experience was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a large variety of food and beverage provided for breakfast, which all tasted great. We had dinner at the hotel once during our stay and it was delightful, we later regretted not eating dinner there a second time because the restaurants we visited turned out mediocre. Location could not have been better, the military base (safety) is across the street and there is a bus terminal, in addition to a shopping mall within a few blocks. Lastly, their staff were very professional and courteous, they came to our aid on numerous occasions. If you are having doubts booking here, don't.

Private golf course
Wish Foz do Iguaçu Resort is a luxurious golf resort spread over 200 hectares, conveniently located just 9 minutes from the international airport and close to major tourist attractions like Parque Nacional das Cataratas and Parque das Aves. The resort offers polished accommodations in a village-like setting with tree-lined streets, providing privacy within a gated community. Guests can enjoy services such as an official golf course, well-equipped gym, and various pools and jacuzzis throughout the property.
We had a fantastic stay at Wish! The hotel is a beautiful property surrounded by lush greenery and a scenic golf course. Its location is ideal — perfectly situated between Foz do Iguaçu and the waterfalls, making it a great base to explore the area. The breakfast was truly amazing with plenty of fresh and delicious options. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the option of buffet lunch and dinner, with a good variety of dishes and overall great quality. Excellent value for money — highly recommended! A few small downsides: our room was adapted for guests with disabilities, so the shower was at floor level, which caused water to spread around the bathroom. Also, the electricity meter in the room made a noticeable noise. Finally, the hotel is a bit isolated, so going out for dinner elsewhere requires a car or taxi ride. Still, these were minor issues in what was an overall excellent experience. We’d definitely come back!
Ambra N — Google review
Like the other lower starred reviews, I can attest that the rooms were mouldy and I’ve included the photos too. The room was musty and smelled like mould too. The lamps, curtains, walls and curtain rails all had mould. I would also agree that while the hotel’s main argument for being labeled as a 5 star is that it has a lot of amenities, and yes it does, I don’t agree that this is truly 5 star. At best low 4 or high 3 star. The hotel isn’t bad but calling it 5 star is unfair for the following points: 1. We checked in at midnight at 5C weather and the room was freezing. They left all windows open and it took so long to warm the room. A 5 star hotel would never let guests experience this. 2. The hotel has no free water in the rooms. You have to go to reception to get water or pay for the mini bar. If this were 3 star then that’s fine. But all the 5 stars I’ve been in always had free drinking water in rooms. 3. The room was musty and mouldy. This alone removes half the stars in the room 4. When the room was serviced, no towels were replaced. Again, a 2 or 3 star, fine they forgot. But a 5 star? This is a big no no The label of a 5 star hotel comes with service levels and expectations, not just amenities. I think it would be fair to change the label on the booking sites. On the good side: - food was yummy - staff were kind

The Wish Foz do Iguaçu Hotel is in an excellent location for visiting Iguaçu Falls on the Brazilian side. The breakfast and dinner were superb, offering plenty of variety and great quality. Reception staff were very helpful, especially Jefferson, who made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful experience – highly recommended!

Quite bad experience, we were there for a sales conference and there were good things but major of them were bad 1. First day they said my room was going to be ready in 1 hour, I came back after 3 hours and they said it was not ready 2. Internet was SLOW, I mean doesn't matter where you are, good look trying to get more that 4 mb/s, I couldn't have any calls 3. Food was disappointing, they basically serve the same food for breakfast, lunch and dinner 4. Last day I came back from a day of work and I found my room infested with cockroaches, it was probably 10 of them!!!, I called room service and they said that they were going to send someone, after 2 hours no one came and I called one more time, when the lady came she was very kind and apologized for what happened and they changed me of room 5. We bought the everything included package, and Everything included is just the name, you have to pay for everything, they charged me 25 USD for some water and 2 candies I took from the room Please save your money and stay somewhere else
Alan M — Google review
Don't get fooled by the pictures. It is definitely not a 5 start hotel! The first room was moldy and the faucet was clogged, the blackout was scratched. They moved us to another room, which was better, but it is not a 5 star room. We were right next door to the deposit and the employees were supper loud early in the morning on the weekends. We woke up because they were talking loud at 7 am. The towels are thin and harsh, the sheets are horrible, the blankets too (those thin brown ones that we give to our dogs). Nothing like a 5 start should be. In the bathroom just hand soap, body lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. No shower cap, no sewing kit, no nail file, nothing of the "basic" things that other 5 starts hotels offer. The pool looks good, so does the gym, but if you are looking for room comfort, run away. I guess they get the 5 starts just because of the pool and sauna. It should be an average 4 star,
Isadora S — Google review
The hotel facilities are generally nice, but the rooms are in serious need of maintenance and attention to detail. EXCLUSIVE GUEST The most disappointing part of our stay was the persistent and aggressive sales tactics. Throughout our five-day stay at Wish, we were approached EVERY SINGLE MORNING after breakfast by staff trying to sell us an “exclusive guest” package. It became so intrusive that we eventually agreed to attend the presentation just to put an end to the constant harassment. Despite us stating clearly that we weren’t interested, the presentation dragged on for over an hour. The salesperson was pushy and even asked invasive questions about our personal finances in an attempt to tailor the offer. It felt incredibly uncomfortable and judgmental. When it became clear we wouldn’t make a purchase, their attitude turned hostile. Even when we complimented the sales pitch for being well-prepared, the response was, “If it was good, you would’ve bought it.” Unbelievably rude and unprofessional. We paid around R$600 per day, which, according to the staff, was considered “very cheap” - they even mentioned that they had presented the same product to another guest that morning who paid around R$1,300 per day. I understand that hotel rates fluctuate, but were they seriously just admitting that so casually? It was almost comical hahaha P.S. If you're considering purchasing the "Exclusive Guest" program, I strongly recommend reading more reviews and checking their "Reclame Aqui" page beforehand. This was our first - and definitely last - stay at this hotel. You're paying five-star prices for two-star service and facilities. Not worth it.

We checked in late, the beds seems kind of disarranged! Tried calling the concierge, no reply! Good that the sheet were clears. Same experience with my other group mates. Only one person and golf cart to carry our luggage, and I pity the person to go up to the 3rd floor!

The hotel feels very luxurious. The rooms are spacious, the shower is very powerful and hot and the pool area is lovely. The staff were very nice and the location is good!

Nice spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast and good dinner. Disaster on checkout - only one person in the reception and we were a big group - and the receptionist did not speak English.... that made the whole impression of our stay lower.

Wish the jacuzzi was warmer. But everything else was great. Breakfast, service, rooms !! And a chocolate store.
Jerry W — Google review
Its a nice place, close to everything! The front desk knows how to speak english and some staff at the dinning but not all. Pool is a bit cold , they also have a jacuzzi. Breakfast spread is good, they have a gym, game room and play room for kids. Elevator is a bit small
Agatha H — Google review
Fairly central but marked down as one of the pools and jacuzzi’s were not in use for the time we were there. Maintenance took longer than expected.
Alison S — Google review
The hotel was fine for our 3 night stay. Rooms are good size and bed is comfy. Our first room on 7th floor near the lift had a horrible constant noise that affected our sleep. We changed to a different room on same floor and it was quieter. The jacuzzi in the pool area is nice, but the jets are weak air and users don't always respect the 30 min usage. Breakfast is good. The only thing I would say is that we were celebrating our 20th anniversary and there wasn't much acknowledgement from the hotel. There were some chocolate for us in the room at arrival but not even a 'happy anniversary' from anyone on our anniversary date. Details make a difference, particularly on special occasions.
L S — Google review
This hotel is centrally located in a nice and mostly quiet area. There are a number of bars and restaurants that are a short 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. They have a nice outdoor area with Jacuzzis, 3 pools, lounge chairs, and tables where you can order food and drinks. The food and drinks from the hotel bar were surprisingly good. I especially liked the French fries with cheese and bacon. The caipirinhas were delicious. I stayed in room 402. The room I stayed in is pretty spacious with a king-size bed, desk, mini fridge that has water and beer. The bathroom was spacious and had good counter space. Everything was very clean. They seem to be renovating some areas on the ground floor, but overall, the noise level was not bad. Breakfast is included, and it's served from 6:30 to 10am. Good variety of hot and cold Breakfast foods and an omelet station. I would recommend staying here if you're in the area.

A Perfect Stay at Hotel Continental Inn (Foz do Iguaçu) - Get 4-Star Quality for 3-Star Price! Hotel Continental Inn delivered an absolutely fantastic experience in Foz do Iguaçu. Throughout our visit, everyone was friendly and helpful, with Girardo providing excellent service during our dinners. We also loved the great prices on food and drinks. And here's a secret: Continental Inn is a 4-star hotel, yet we found its price comparable to what you'd pay for a 3-star on the Argentine side – incredible value! Our room was spotless and eco-friendly. For future travelers to Iguaçu, take our advice: the Brazilian side offers a much-improved experience over the Argentine side. Seriously, choose Brazil 100 out of 100 times! Though the Argentinians were excellent hosts. Just lack the amenities and quality-value point. Even though our flight to Rio was canceled, ruining our initial plans, the team at Continental Inn made our unexpected extended stay truly enjoyable and left us with such a positive impression.

From the moment we arrived, the service was superb. 👌🏻 A special mention must go to Thiago who was very polite, genuinely helpful and truly invested his time to make our visit unforgettable. He recommended local restaurants and made sure we got the most out of our time in the area. His personal touch and dedication really stood out and made all the difference. Thank you from the polish family 🤗

We had a fantastic stay. It partly because of the very welcoming people at the reception (especially one man who speaks many languages), and because of the good maintenance of the facilities. The hot jacuzzi was nice when the weather was colder, and the gigantic pool was very refreshing, with even a singer to put some great ambiance. While the design of the room might be little bit on the outdated side, it was very clean and maintained with care. Breakfast was great too, with many options. The only thing missing was a filtered water machine so we could have refill our bottles. WiFi was stable and fast. In total, we felt very welcome here and found that this hotel delivers a lot of value for an affordable price. We would to back without hesitation.

Excellent! Breakfast with over 60 high-quality and tasty options, featuring a variety of combinations to satisfy all tastes. The hotel's restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere and impeccable service, offering excellent à la carte options prepared by an outstanding chef, with the staff always being attentive and helpful. Furthermore, the quality of the products and services provided by the hotel is exceptional. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bed is immaculate, providing a very relaxing stay. The facilities, such as the pool and jacuzzi, offered moments of relaxation with the bar serving excellent drinks like fruit caipirinhas, beers, and draught beer, as well as appetizers and potato towers. Both the restaurant and the pool bar have very inviting prices, which make you think twice before wanting to leave the hotel to eat or drink elsewhere. What really stood out was the attention to detail from the staff, who made it a point to make the stay memorable. I highly recommend it.

First of all, this is NOT a 4 star hotel. Some things that you might expect in any 4 star hotel, or even a 3 star hotel which are missing: - cups/glasses in the room - fridge with some drinks, snacks - a working safe for valuables - a coffee machine - room service Literally everything in the bathroom is broken: - bathroom door does not close - toilet does not flush unless you push it 5 or 6 times and then hold it - no handle on glass shower door - cold water tap is broken - shower shoots out with intense pressure, no way to lower it Unfortunately it seems the restaurant was closed. Breakfast was quite good! We stayed for 8+ nights, and the cleaning staff never swept or cleaned the room even once!! The floor was super dirty. They changed the sheets, and gave us a sheet that was too small for the bed. The bed didn't even have a blanket when we arrived, there was a really old "blanket" in the cupboard... Overall, the impression of the hotel was that they didn't really care about the rooms. The pool was very good, always clean. Staff were always friendly and helpful. To be honest they seemed embarrassed with these aspects of the room, and it is not their fault. I do not recommend this hotel, unless there is really no where else to stay...

We are glad to leave this place. A hotel which has probably since the 70ies seen no maintenance. Dirty chairs in the restaurant, old and noisy elevator, in the rooms very noisy old A/Cs, window curtains which do not completely open to get light in and toilets not fixed to the wall forced us to change rooms. The reception told us, only one room is available. The guy presenting us the room let us know, others are free, too. One new room was an improvement, the other new one was worse. The staff at the pool however was very nice and friendly. There was a good atmosphere and the pizza we had from there was fresh and homemade, compared to Italian standard very jum and crispy.

Good located hotel with friendly stuff. The breakfast was also great. (But no laundry service / the room doors are closing a bit loud) With Uber from the airport 20-40min ~50Real

Nice hotel near the center of foz do iguacu. Old building that definetaly needs renovation at its rooms. The faucets in the bathroom did not work properly so it was difficult to fix the temp of the water, you could hear the noises from the other rooms, and they did not have even a glass for water in the room so we had to ask for them to bring us some. We also had a problem with some perfume they had sprayed the room with that was very strong. We told them about it and they asked if we would like to change the room but we were too tired to do it. It was very clean though and everybody was very helpful and pleasant. The receptionists helped us a lot with informations about the city, transportation, suggestions about food etch. I would definitely visit this hotel again just for the people they work there. But I would expect some improvement at the rooms.

Situated in Foz do Iguacu, the Tarobá Hotel is a modern and welcoming establishment offering comfortable accommodations. The hotel's spacious rooms come with premium bedding, air conditioning, and free WiFi. Guests can enjoy an American breakfast with panoramic city views. With amenities like a swimming pool, gym, and complimentary breakfast, the hotel provides great value for money. Its convenient location near tourist attractions makes it a popular choice for visitors to the area.
We loved this hotel. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean. Especially Rocio did a great job. We felt very comfortable. The breakfast was the best we ever had in a hotel. The roof top bar and pool were also great.

I was here for a four day honeymoon and really liked it. Hotel's location on a busy street in the city of Foz Do Iguaçu made for easy access to amenities such as supermarkets and Uber transportation. Our room was well equipped, spacious; regularly and well cleaned. Overall, hotel staff were very professional, efficient and friendly.

Goodies: The place was really enjoyable, nice comfortable room, bed was good to rest, place with good air conditioning all over. The hotel has a tours company close to reception that helped us find a great tour in the nature. The breakfast was optimal typical Brazilian wonderful breakfast. Hygiene safety measures were taken during breakfast. Open bar till late. Price was as expected. Baddies: The pool is very small. Don’t expect to be able to find a resort-ish relaxing sunbathing time. That’s not here. Would definitely go back though! Thanks. Stay: November 2020.

Do not book this hotel last minute. They are poorly prepared to receive last minute bookings and even worse at remediating their overbookings. They didn't have any rooms available so I was offered a room at their inferior budget hotel instead, for the same price as I paid for this hotel but without any of the amenities. They did not want to let me cancel and insisted that it was the website's fault. After three wasted hours, they relented and finally let me cancel and I went to the hotel next door instead.

Reception staffs speaks very fluent English. They are very informative about how to get around, where to shop and eat. Some even would go above and beyond to help. I've stayed at 5 stars hotel before but sometimes their staffs might not be as helpful as this place. Their breakfast is very good too, lots of choices. This is the best value hotel.

Great hotel in Foz do Iguaçu — absolute recommend booking it. Front desk upgraded our room upon arrival and was very helpful in providing information on the city and how to visit the falls. Front desk spoke great English and was very friendly. Breakfast spread was impressive. One of our favorite hotels in Brazil.

Customer service is zero! We needed to cancel our reservation due to a family emergency. We called three times! They only spoke Portuguese, which was okay. They were not interested in helping us at all! And then they sent us an email saying that they'll cancel our reservation if we send them a medical record! This hotel just wanted to keep our money. There was no compasión or empathy at all!

It's a pretty good hotel. It was my third time there and as always no problem at all. Great breakfast, good services and kudos to the room maid Cristina, who did everything perfect and the room was always clean and organized. The swimming pool should be bigger, but to be honest I didn't have time to enjoy it. The location is good and very close to Foz do Iguacu downtown.

Hotel Golden Park Internacional Foz & Convenções is a sophisticated establishment located in the heart of Foz do Iguacu City Centre. It offers a range of amenities including two restaurants, two bars, a gym, and an outdoor pool. The hotel provides free Wi-Fi throughout the property and is conveniently situated near popular attractions such as Eu amo Foz do Iguacu and Avenida Jorge Schimmelpfeng.
We had a very pleasant stay at your hotel, thanks primarily to your outstanding team. The highlights were undoubtedly the restaurant and the breakfast. The breakfast spread was extensive, fresh, and delicious, with a great variety. The restaurant meals we had were also top-notch. Every single member of staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful, which made a huge positive impact on our visit. ♥️♥️♥️ Our room was a good size, very clean, and comfortable for our needs. However, the hotel's facilities were a significant letdown and don't match the quality of the service and food. They are quite outdated and not well-maintained. The indoor swimming pool area was under maintenance during our stay, and unfortunately, it was left in a messy state with dirt and construction materials around. It would have been better and safer to close access entirely rather than have guests navigate through it. Furthermore, the lack of proper, dedicated changing rooms for the pool was a big inconvenience. Having to use the standard bathrooms or walk through the lobby and bar area in swimming attire was not pleasant. The steam room also appeared dated and not entirely clean. This hotel seems better suited for families or large groups who might be less bothered by privacy. As a couple looking for a more comfortable and privacy experience, we found this aspect lacking.
Amy — Google review
- Comfortable bed. - Very spacious room. - Shower was powerful. - Pool area is nice although not enough parasols. - Both sockets by the bed in room 507 didn't work. - Lifts were ridiculously slow and we spent a lot of time going up and down unnecessarily. - The steps going into the pool are not secure. - Not a 4 star hotel - a little dated, no bathrobe, no slippers, shampoo was in a sachet, very limited toiletries.
Cheryl H — Google review
The hotel is in a good location and the service was good. The staff is very polite. However, our room had a musky smell and the AC was leaking above our bed. We asked to switch rooms and the second room had a sewage smell coming out of the bathroom’s shower drain so we had to close it and only open it when showering and shower fast because it smelled in the entire room even after a quick shower.
Maria E — Google review
Well located hotel, the rooms are a little tired but perfect for what we were after. Comfortable beds, warm shower, clean room. Unfortunately the outdoor pool was closed when we were there but then the weather wasn't that good either.
Amy W — Google review
The hotel was clean, the breakfast was nice, the service was amazing, the room had 2 plugs and only the one in the bathroom was working, the AC wasn't working either, the shower needed to be changed and the elevator was slow. They have a very nice valet parking service. The parking has an extra fee cost.

We were traveling in a pretty big group (over 20 people) and rented a good amount of rooms. One of the rooms smelled like cigarettes so we needed to ask reception to change the room as the room shouldn't be open to accommodate new guests until the smell of cigarettes was gone (it literally smelled like someone just had a cigarette a few minutes before we entered the room). In another room we had an aircon unit full of mould. Yes, mould. Apparently the maintenance team checked and cleaned the unit, said that everything was okay but when we went back to the room the mould was still there. We went to the room with another person from the maintenance team and when we pointed out what the problem was, they looked surprised and said yes the room should not be in use. This is a health and safety issue. Not checking the unit properly and allowing people to stay in the room, even though they complained about it, and it caused them respiratory issues for the rest of the trip… It's a health and safety hazard that should be taken seriously as this complaint taken further can result in closing the venue. And the 3rd room was just simply dirty, there was debris from the walls in the bathroom and also some pieces of the wall on the floor. We asked 3 times, one lady even came and cleaned but of course didn't touch the bathroom. We had to go to reception 3 times and point out what is wrong. When the cleaner came to the room she said no it cannot be cleaned but I touched the floor and showed her that this can be removed. Also other parts of the room were only cleaned to the point where people 'cannot see' so under the beds there was a pretty good layer of dust, the mirror was only cleaned up to the table, not below. Very poor standards. Definitely it is not what we would expect from 4 star hotel. The only good thing about the hotel was one gentleman in the restaurant and breakfast. We tried to contact the manager but she was nowhere to be found for 3 days and then got back to us via email 1 week after we left. Very unprofessional.

Cataratas Park Hotel e Eventos is a relaxed hotel in Foz do Iguacu, conveniently located near the Iguacu Falls and Acquamania Foz. The hotel offers simple rooms with free Wi-Fi, sports courts, indoor and outdoor pools. It's also close to attractions like Dreamland Wax Museum. The hotel provides twin rooms and quadruple suites, with complimentary treats in the rooms.
Great stay! The hotel is a bit old but the rooms and most areas have been renovated, so everything feels clean, modern, and very comfortable. Staff is super kind and helpful. Rates are very fair compared to similar hotels in the area (this is a small resort). There are two outdoor pools (one under renovation), a great indoor pool with two hot tubs, a game area, and even a massage chair (paid). Location is perfect—5 min from a nice shopping mall, 10-15 min from Cataratas and Parque das Aves. Only downside: breakfast could have more options, and it can be a bit noisy at night due to the renovations, but nothing major. Would definitely come back and recommend!

If you’re planing to do small work or even surf in your social media platform you will have issue. Internet connectivity is very very poor. I tested different areas and it was impossible to connect and stay connected for longer than 10 minutes. I won’t come back for that issue

I always try to he fair with my reviews. My wife and I had a 3 night stay here, we had an issue with the first room we were assigned to, essentially I found a cockroach walking around in the shower who then scurried away in a crack between the tiles. They allowed us to change rooms, where a couple of days later she saw a cockroach on the outside of an external window to our room. Whether the cockroaches are an issue to the region or an issue with the hotel will be hard to know. But i feel its important for people to know this. The only let downs were minor issues with things like no one came to unlock the safe for us after asking for it to be released. Someone put our air-conditioning up to 30°C whilst we were out etc. The swimming pool area would have been a wonderful place to chill out and relax at night, but unfortunately the small pool bar was always playing Sertaneja type music, which might have been to some people tastes during the day, but I think at night the style of music needs to be changed or turned off so that people can chill out. Breakfast was good, albeit the dining area was a bit small, I heard some people being told to wait outside and be called. One big Pro is that if you're coming for the Cataratas it's a great location, a 10 minute cab ride at most, But a big con means you're far away from everything else, and the City Centre. Staff were helpful and friendly, but that's the Brazilian people in general, always friendly. For the price, and a 3 star hotel, it's a good option.
Sheep 6 — Google review
This hotel deserves more than 3 stars. Perfect location for the Iguazu Falls - only a 10 minute Uber drive away. Staff were lovely and very helpful and the pool was clean with lots of seating. Lots of play for children too. Would recommend for both families and couples.
Jemima T — Google review
Good location in proximity to airport and parks. Staff are okay but not overly accommodating - could be in part that they don’t receive many English speaking guests so communication can be challenging. They had a lovely young female concierge who tried her best to ensure my needs were met. Food is as you expect buffet food to be - plenty of it. No restaurants close by so unless you want to drive 30 minutes this is your only option. Good venue for family on a budget or backpacking friends with a games room and two pools as well as open spaces.
Jessika S — Google review
Nice, well located, clean hotel with nice amenities like swimming pool, souvenir shop, bar, games room, etc. The breakfast is amazing with a wide variety of options. The quality of the food is good and it is pocket friendly as well. I must mention they have some really amazing cocktails, which one must try! Also, their thermic swimming pool is nice and very relaxing. I would love to give “5 stars” for this hotel but I am giving a “4” because of the rude behaviour of one of the receptionists. I generally review places very generously and do not call out on things unless and until I get super disappointed with things! One of the night receptionists was extremely rude with me without any legit reason and that was a big “blooper” in my amazing staycation!

This hotel has a peaceful location. All the room are very clean, with towels available. Their breakfast and dinner have great variety, and the hosts can eat as much as they can get. At the hotel, there is one pool for kids, another one that's bigger and deeper, and one last which can be heated up. There is a gaming room aswell, with a ping pong table and a billard table. The hotel's location offers easy access to a variety of restaurants and bars, some featuring live music into the night—though quieter rooms are available for those who prefer peace.
The hotel is very nice. The room is just like the other Ibis Hotels, nice and clean with everything you need. It's near restaurants and bars if you want to go out. Breakfast is very good with a lot of delicious options. Receptionists are very polite and helpful.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. It also was very basic (e.g., no toiletries aside from bar soap). The hotel is just a couple blocks from a bus stop where one can catch the 120 bus to the Brazilian falls, the bird park, and the airport. From the same stop, guests can catch the bus to Argentina. Two decent sports bars with open air seating are within a block, as are a couple other restaurants. Those seeking luxury should stay at the Sheraton or Belmond. This is a solid choice for those interested in a more basic accommodation..

Great place to stay. Just around the corner you can get buses to National Park, airport, Argentina and Paraguay! Hotel was very clean. There was a great selection of food at breakfast time and it was replenished as it was used even if breakfast time was over. Once there were guests eating the staff made sure the full selection of food was available.

Location is good, but in global nothing special. Breakfast is poor and not delicious. Staff speak English very bad, they can't give you important information. Also they are so rude, no one told us 'goodbay' on the end. It's cost so much for what you get.

Great staff. We love staying at IBIS hotels. I hope more have space for a family of 4 so 2 rooms isn’t needed.

The receptionist named "Luziene" made our (me+partner) welcome, pretty... Time wasting and annoying. We arrived, placed our documents there and named the reservation. It took her 50 minutes to do our check in (literally, I rechecked with the time of arrival on Uber because I could not believe it would be possible). She was not even friendly, more like an emotionless sloth. We waited 50 minutes for her to do her job. Besides, we have been the only persons checking in. I don't even want to imagine what happens when there are like 10 check-ins to do, better come one day before your reservation starts, to have the room in time. By the way, she didn't even excused herself for being this slow. She just considered this normal I guess. Embarrassing for Ibis. Stressful for us. Ibis, u disappointed me. This person should not be working there, that damages the name of Ibis. I bet if she does the check-in more times, she will sustainable reduce the amount of people who like to stay in any Ibis. Incompetent.

The hotel is located in the center of the city. The swimming pool is shared with a hotel next, it was crowed during my stay. The service is good, room clean and new (upper floor). The breakfast is simple and standard quality, don't expect too much. The main problem was the elevator, very slow and it was recurrent to wait 5 to 10 minutes to take it, or use the stairs, The Wifi was not working during my stay. In conclusion, honorable hotel to stay a few days to visit Iguaçu falls and Argentina/Paraguay.

I arrived very late at night and became wary upon viewing the surroundings of the hotel. It was extremely dark outside, and around the hotel were many vacant lots. Inside the hotel was dark as well which made me nervous. I was thinking that this might not be a good place to stay. The person at the front desk was very pleasant during the check in process. There is no elevator so I had to walk up a series of four or five giant ramps to get the the fourth floor. This might be a problem for the elderly. As I was walking up to my room I was still concerned at how dark the hotel was. I felt like I was in an abandoned hotel in a horror movie. The hallway to my room was pitch black but as I approached the door automatic lights turned on. I opened the door to my room and was surprised that the lights would not turn on. I went back down to ask the the front desk for help. He showed me that I had to put the room card in the slot for the electricity to work. I'm from the USA and had never seen anything like that. Throughout the hotel they have the lights come on when they sense movement which is good for saving electricity but does not create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. I also had trouble figuring out the shower because there were four knobs/handles. Being from the USA I've only ever seen two in a shower. I was trying to get hot water but ended up shutting off all the water to the room! I later found out that two of those knobs controls the water for everything in the room. I'm not sure whether the walls are thin or the guests are just extremely loud, but be prepared to hear a lot of noise from the pool and the hotel inside your room. Breakfast and dinner are included and delicious! TV and wifi reception is not great. Hotel staff extremely helpful and friendly. I didn't check out the areas close by the hotel because there didn't seem to be anything to do and I wasn't sure how safe it was. Finalizing my review, in spite of my initial concern this hotel is a safe and clean place to stay.

We were there for one night. The service was nice. It is also nice that they have a pool there. I would recommend it. The breakfast was also really good.

We stayed at the hotel for rwo nights , this week and I found the whole experience very pleasant, safe, clean, and good value for the price tag. I was very impressed with Juliano and Casio for helping Me organize my trip to the Falls , when the trip company made a mistake on my itinerary. Juliano got on the phone, spoke to the right people and got things corrected. He was a lifesaver to us, that could have turned into a disastrous day. This trip had nothing to do with the hotel, and he still went to bat for us. Keep up the great work guys, Sheldon and Jan

spartan... toilet wouldn't flush anything solid... mold smell or AC smells was catalyst for me getting a runny nose accompanied later by a sore throat and bronchial infection. i wouldn't stay here another time... staff were professional, but the place is just super stripped-down

This hotel we stayed at for four nights. It's in a good location also conveniently located to numerous restaurants. They also have daily breakfast from 7 until 9:30 in the morning. The staff is also very friendly and the rooms were clean. And also the prices are very reasonable for this hotel.

Well located three blocks from Av Brasil, the hotel offers rooms with breakfast and 24hrs reception desk. The breakfast is quite good with fruits, cheese, bread, yoghurt, juice, coffee, cakes, etc. Breakfast hours are quite short though, from 7:30 to 9:30 only. Staff are okay and can give some information about the area. For those going by car, be aware that the parking is at the street. So not very safe. Facilities are old but well maintained.

(Translated by Google) For a peaceful and comfortable night's sleep this is definitely not the place. After looking for other options in the area, I was tired and decided to stay at this hotel and didn't even check the quality of the room. When I entered I noticed that it smelled of mold, as there was a huge mold stain on the ceiling. The air conditioning, despite being a split model, makes more noise than a stationary motor. When it turns on it makes a very loud noise that woke me up every time I tried to fall asleep. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest. There were urine stains on the toilet lid.

It has everything you need, and it's very well located, very close to the bus station and with easy access to the highway to Paraguay. Breakfast is included, which I found very tasty. And a good value! Hotel
CLH Suítes Foz do Iguaçu is a budget accommodation located in the city center of Foz do Iguacu, offering 33 comfortable and well-equipped private rooms with amenities such as air conditioning. The hotel is conveniently situated, just 3.8 km from IPORA Lenda Show Theater and close to attractions like Guarani Forest Zoological Park and Mercosul Shopping Mall.
Originally wasn't sure what to expect here, but we had a great stay at CLH! The price to quality ratio is pretty unbeatable. The room (and especially the bathroom!) was larger than expected, with a big bed AND a small bed. Everything was very clean. The shower pressure was strong and the water very hot. They provide housekeeping services as well and we got fresh towels daily. The common areas were a very pleasant surprise, especially on the 1st floor (computer area, common kitchen, pool and ping pong tables). The readily available water filter in the kitchen area was super convenient as well. It's a mix of a hotel with the conveniences of hostel amenities. The hotel is also located in the Center of the city. Finally, we really appreciated the excellent service we received from every single front desk staff member! They speak multiple languages fluently and were able to keep our bags at the front office while we went on a tour (front desk is 24 hours). They were always so nice! Thank you 😊

Great rooms. Location was great (close to a lot of shops) and quiet (there's some bar noise but it disappears when I close all windows) and rooms were utterly clean with a nice table for those doing WFH. Showers were also nice and warm.

Fix your WiFi guys! Nice affordable rooms, perfect cleaning and service. But the WiFi is getting cut every 2-5 min. Videos don’t load, it’s horrible! To top it off that the operators in foz don’t sell SIM cards to foreigners makes WiFi essential
Kauri K — Google review
It is one of the best hotels in town. Excellent location, nice clean room and comfy bed. Lots of restaurants are available with in walking distance. They also have a tour operator in the premises, where you can buy any attractions ticket for a reasonable price. Breakfast is above average and very friendly staff. All the receptionists speak English and very helpful. Special thanks to Maria for her excellent customer service.
Jami K — Google review
The location is great as many restaurants and pharmacies in the backstreet in walking distance. I don’t like the inflexibility in checkout as they required me to leave on 11 am sharp with no late checkout option nor half day. Also during the check in, they don’t accept the payment on arrival as i have to pay through the website. Other than that the staff was very nice and helpful and they speaks good English.
Hus — Google review
The service at the front desk is very kind and useful. The amenities of the place are not optimal, kind of dirty and not functioning properly. The bedrooms are ok for the price. Too small for my taste and not properly sealed (noise isolation). The AC works perfectly. The shower is great, hot and cold water, works all day. Breakfast options are nice, however I don't like the price per person policy. Good option for a short stay.
Edgar T — Google review
Hotel is pretty average for a good price. The AC in the room was strange, either too cold or too warm. Breakfast was not good at all. Most annoying thing was the room card, which had to updated almost every single time we left the room.

Google Review for CHL Hotel, Foz do Iguaçu: I recently had the pleasure of staying at the CHL Hotel in Foz do Iguaçu, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional, largely due to the incredible service provided by the staff, especially Bárbara at the reception. From the moment I arrived, Bárbara greeted me with a warmth and professionalism that made me feel both valued and welcome. Her attention to detail, prompt assistance, and genuine care for guests' comfort and needs were remarkable. The hotel itself is wonderful, but it's the staff like Bárbara that truly make a stay memorable. Highly recommend CHL Hotel for anyone visiting Foz do Iguaçu.

(Translated by Google) The place looks like it used to be good, judging by the photos on Booking.com and Google. The photos even show a pool, which is no longer there. The breakfast was pretty poor. The room was big and spacious, as was the bathroom, but it had a strange musty smell, and the bath towels they provided smelled like they had been poorly washed, as if someone had used them. We only stayed one night and looked for another hotel. (Original) O lugar parece que foi bom no passado, pelas fotos que estão no Booking e do Google. Nas fotos tem até piscina, que não tem mais.
