The hotel is in good location, but the services are very slow. We got a room that wasn't cleaned properly, we had to call reception to change it. They've also charged twice as I had paid through Expedia. I'm still waiting for a refund. The lady in the reception is very sweet but it's a difficult work for her to manage by herself which makes things very slow. As I booked for a business trip, it was a very challenging stay.

The hotel staff is excellent, Danilo welcomed us with great attention to details. The room and the bathroom were in perfect order, clean and well organized. The breakfast was really good.

This hotel is a gem, as befits a 5 star hotel. Travertine floors throughout. Fine woods closets, excellent size of bedrooms and bathrooms fitted with rain shower heads, minibars, microwave, coffee counter. Very comfortable king size beds fitted with superior linens and bathrobes. A superb breakfast spread with at least 10 varieties of pastry, cakes, cheese, cold cuts, juices(tropical and oj). A chef preparing made to order eggs and other hot dishes. The hotel is located in an upscale area of Ribeirao Preto(Black Stream) and cater to well off Brazilians and international travelers. Totally worth staying there, if exploring Brazil outside of Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. The city is 4 hours by bus and 1 hour by plain from Sao Paulo. The bus trip is affordable and not uncomfortable as the buses are modern, clean and managed by very competent and professional drivers. It is the most popular mode of transportation for most Brazilians. Hotel Mont Blanc will be my choice next time I travel and it is located in my destination.😁

Room 1108…I just don’t understand these good reviews. Let me share my real experience with this place. First of all, the positives….1) great location to downtown. 2) great breakfast buffet. Now the ugly. 1) we found four healthy cockcroaches in the room! Not the big ones but the small ones which indicates uncleanliness. 2) Cracks in the walls, everywhere which indicates water damage. 3) Detached electric socket covers. 4) Very small bathrooms with lots of tile mildew. 5) Detached ceiling panels. Felt creepy, like someone could be peeking through there. Probably a couple of other things I overlooked but overall, never going back there again. The pictures on their website are VERY misleading.

The room could have more power plugs in order to recharge smartphones, tablets and laptops. Also the conditioning air system is not too good in the room. Anyway the hotel is good overall.

Unfortunately, from the moment we arrived, our experience was less than satisfactory. Both my room and those of my colleagues had no hot water, and the air conditioning controls in my room were not functioning properly. As a result, I was unable to take a hot shower and had to sleep in a room with an air conditioning unit (split) blasting cold air directly over my head. The following morning, the hot water issue persisted, and I was forced to take a cold shower, before heading to an important business meeting. Same happened to all other 4 members of my party. When we addressed these concerns with the reception staff, we were met with total indifference and no apologies were offered for the inconvenience we experienced. I also expressed that we should not be required to pay for the lack of basic services, but our concerns were dismissed without any consideration. This experience is unacceptable and a clear deviation from the high standards that Wyndham Hotels are known for. As a frequent traveler and customer, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of basic amenities and the indifferent attitude of the hotel staff. I had to change rooms once because the AC was making too much noise. Breakfast was good, not fantastic, but good. Some rooms have nicer view than others. In general it is OK, just not perfect.

The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport. An amazing experience as an overnight guest in Ribeirão Preto. Very very recommended.

I live in Australia and have travelled quite a bit over the years to nice 5 stars resorts around Australia, Dubai Thailand and Bali. It was a awesome surprise to find this gem just around the corner of my home town. The staff are brilliant (the Brazilian warmth is impar). The breakfast selection is to die for, manly for a coeliac person like myself (they were very attentive to my dietary necessity), but now... the pool bar (with Norma's attention and Paulo's creations)!!! Paulo can make any drink you request, but I would personally go with his creations of the day. The mango caipirinha, the passion pepper, and the banana caipirinha with cinnamon were my faves. Definitely I will be coming back as often as I come back to visit my family!

Stayed here about a week and have enjoyed it. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They are very attentive to whatever you need. They even helped me schedule a Covid test needed for the flight back to the states. The grounds are very nice and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast has a good selection. I will be back!
