Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Masjid, also known as the Blue Mosque, is a prominent landmark in Shah Alam. Its striking blue dome and soaring minarets make it the largest mosque in Malaysia and one of the biggest in Southeast Asia. The mosque's construction was completed in 1988 after 14 years of work commissioned by Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz.
One of the largest and most breathtaking mosques in Kuala Lumpur, commonly known as the Blue Mosque, is truly a place worth visiting whether you are a tourist or a local. Its architecture is stunning, with a grand dome, elegant minarets, and spacious prayer halls that give a deep sense of peace and spirituality. The mosque often hosts major religious and cultural events, and you can feel the vibrant atmosphere during those occasions. However, during my visit I did notice a few areas that could be improved for the comfort of worshippers and visitors. The area for performing wudu (ablution) was not as clean as expected, and unfortunately there was no soap provided. In addition, I could not find slippers or footwear specifically for going to the bathroom, which would be very helpful for hygiene and convenience. Overall, this mosque is still an iconic landmark and a must‑see destination in Kuala Lumpur. A little more attention to the facilities would make the experience even better for everyone.
Baron F — Google review
Nice mosque 🕌, apparently Southeast Asia’s second largest mosques. The mosques can host around 24,000 people and has a European Design with its for towers. The guided tour is informative to learn more about the mosque and religion
Thomas F — Google review
The Blue Mosque is stunning — the massive dome and tall minarets are truly a sight to see. Inside, the prayer hall is beautiful and peaceful. It was a bit of a journey trying to find the women’s section, but the locals were very kind and helped guide us. Some areas could definitely use better maintenance, but overall it’s a must-visit landmark in Shah Alam for both its beauty and spiritual atmosphere.
Rehana S — Google review
Love the mosque. I studied at UiTM Shah Alam back in 2010-2014, but I never had a chance to visit the mosque. It was an unplanned visit, as I was meeting a friend in Shah Alam (I was from KL). There were lots of international tourists there when I did my Zohor prayers. I guess it’s a tourist attraction. Will definitely visit again if I have the opportunity to do so.
Nurfarah S — Google review
The Blue Mosque in Shah Alam is Malaysia’s largest mosque and a breathtaking landmark with its striking blue and silver dome. Surrounded by lush greenery and reflective lakes, it offers a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The mosque’s grand architecture, spacious prayer hall, and intricate Islamic designs make it a must-visit. Visitors often highlight the calm ambiance, especially during sunrise or after prayers.
Shayeed M — Google review
A beautiful and peaceful mosque.. Perfect for reflection and prayer. The atmosphere is very calm and serene. One of the best things is that the prayer hall is air conditioned, making it very comfortable, especially during hot days. Truly a great place to find peace of mind.
Ali A — Google review
Masjid Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah — also known as the Blue Mosque — is truly a breathtaking landmark in Shah Alam. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted by its grand architecture, stunning blue-and-silver dome, and majestic minarets — the tallest in the world, I believe. It’s a powerful sight that instantly brings a sense of peace and awe. We visited as a family and were deeply moved by the serene and spiritual atmosphere. The mosque grounds are spacious and beautifully kept, perfect for a calm stroll before or after prayer. Inside, the prayer halls are vast and peaceful, with intricate Islamic calligraphy and graceful design that reflect both beauty and devotion. What touched me the most was how welcoming the mosque felt. Despite its grand size, it didn’t feel intimidating — in fact, it was warm, quiet, and inviting. The staff and volunteers were friendly, and there were signs and directions that made it easy to navigate even for first-timers. My children were amazed by the size of the dome and enjoyed walking around the outer corridors while listening to the gentle echoes of the azan. It’s more than just a place of worship — it’s a symbol of unity, tradition, and architectural excellence. Highly recommended for Muslims and non-Muslims alike who want to appreciate Islamic culture, architecture, and spiritual tranquility. A must-visit if you’re ever in Shah Alam or nearby.
Ammar R — Google review
We were there for Festival Thurath Islami which run from last Friday to this upcoming weekend. This masjid is still one of the most beautiful masjid for me. Maybe because of the memories. May Allah SWT ties our hearts to Him always, amin.

Theme park
Wet World Water Park Shah Alam is a family-friendly destination with a tropical jungle theme, offering an array of water rides and attractions suitable for both adults and children. The park features unique rock formations, towering trees providing ample shade, and pirate-themed splash pools. It prides itself on providing value-for-money activities and is ideal for hosting various events such as group functions, family days, picnics, and parties.
A Hidden Gem Worth Discovering! Visited Wet World Shah Alam with my family recently and we were pleasantly surprised. The park was not crowded at all, which made for a relaxing and enjoyable experience—a welcome change from the chaos you’d typically find at bigger parks like Sunway Lagoon. This place might just be one of the best hidden gems for Singaporean tourists looking for a fun and affordable day out. Entry fees and food prices were very budget-friendly, and yet the park still offered enough rides and water attractions to keep the kids (and adults!) entertained for hours. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a less hectic, more laid-back alternative to the mainstream water parks. Will definitely visit again!

Visited with my family and my review is as under. Pros: 1- very economical 2- must visit if you have small kids. If you are a teenager then Sunway lagoon is a better option. 3- have 7-8 slides and all are good and safe. 4- have lockers , change rooms and showers. 5- not very crowded 6- great staff. Quite helpful 7- my kids (5 and 10) years old had the best time. Cons: 1- the tube costs 25 Rm which I feel should be free. 2- not all rises are open at once which is sometimes irritating.
Zeeshan A — Google review
We have visited this place few times. The entrance fees quite affordable if you bought it online, you can get around RM27 to RM30 for adult. While on site ticket is fixed at RM39 per adult. We visited on Saturday, and arrived around 11.00 am. No waiting line and comfortably enter the place. No outside food is allowed, however mineral/ plain water is ok apparently. As usual, the food sold inside is quite expensive compared to other water park that we have visited, such as Nasi Lemak RM16, etc. Cabana is also available for rent, however we do feel it has been priced at high side, for Gold Cabana is RM200 + RM100 deposit. Prayer room is available and clean. Toilet and shower room also clean, and there is one changing table for baby as well. With all reviews above, it needs some improvement, however it still one of the fav list of our Water Park.

Grabcar from our apartment near bukit bintang area. Bought our tickets the night before from klook. Check in thru kiosk, the friendly staff ladies helped us out and did a bag search coz no outside food allowed and we had breakfast beforehand. There's a souvenir shop selling swimsuits, goggles, snacks and cotton candy vending machine and toy vending machine for the kids. Wetworld Keychain souvenir was rm14. Us Singaporeans got lucky coz didn't clash with Malaysia school holidays. Only less than 20 families there when we went on Tuesday 10 June 2025 12pm to 2pm. Good weather. Google maps said it was cloudy all day. Could have stayed there longer if the kids were older. Yes I could leave my 6 and 7 year old go on and on alone on the yellow Caribbean body slide. No we did not rent the rm25 float (deposit rm25). Did not rent gazebo. I brought my own swim diapers for toddler. The ice teh tarek was delish. The kids like the jumbo sausage on stick rm6. Nasi lemak, smash burgers and Mac and cheese were rm20. Drinks and ice cream rm 4. Yes we bought the photo for rm45 I think. Only one body slide was not smooth at all so u will get stuck and push yourself down which is not fun. There's 3 areas for my two yr old toddler. A small and old waterpark. I will return tho. It's cheap and good when it's not crowded. Yes the toilets were clean, cubicles small. Got surau there, hairdryer use coins, two baby changing stations, park benches to eat and put your stuff maybe 50 tables. Bring cash. Go on the big blue water slide in the middle. Short and fast slide for everybody. Got two swings and two playgrounds.
Siti R — Google review
It's a great place to bring your family but going in weekends for public holidays will be waste of time. Food is not allowed as they will serve you with overpriced meals. The tube cost 25 ringgit, another 25 ringgit for deposit.
Mohamad A — Google review
Affordable, almost all the rides and slides are kids-friendly. Great place for a family retreat. Less suitable for adults looking for adventurous water park. They have small gazebo for rental as well.
Azfan — Google review
My family and I went there during a public holiday. We arrived early, but there were limited parking outside and many people double parked their cars. There wasn't a long queue, but there was a long queue inside where you want to rent the tube and cabana. We rented the silver cabana, but in my opinion, it is not worth the money. Because the area that you get is very small, and there is no privacy. On the day we visited, it was raining and there were so many leaks in the roof which made our stuffs wet. There were also many red ants in the cabanna. As for the slides, they are all quite good. My children and I had fun. This place is suitable for children of the age starting 3 years old. We spent about three hours over there. They do not allow you to bring food in. However, the food sold in there are quite expensive. We might return due to the cheap entry but maybe not spend any money in there for food and cabana. A locker will suffice.
Hanafi T — Google review
There is only 4 slides of activity Ticket is 39 per adult! Which is for the poor facility is too much Tube rental (cash only) rm25 rent n rm25 deposit! U had to take this because all the slides need tube except for 1 😤 Locker rm20 n rm35 which can use multiples times 👏🏼 Food they have WFC not recomended rm16 per set try something else Overall its a very small waterpark maybe kids can enjoy but not adults overall i wont come again!

Park
Nature & Parks
Shah Alam Lake Garden (West), also known as Taman Tasik Shah Alam, is a significant and historic public park in Selangor, established in 1985. Covering over 43 hectares, it offers extensive walking trails and cycle tracks, making it an ideal spot for achieving the daily step count goal of 10,000 steps. The well-landscaped gardens feature footpaths, boardwalks, and jogging tracks around the lakes.
Shah Alam Lake Garden (West) is a truly serene and picturesque park, a real gem within Klang Valley. As the largest of the three man-made lakes in the area, it offers a sprawling, tranquil escape. What Makes It Special: * Picture Perfect Scenery: The lake is surrounded by winding walkways, charming bridges, and beautifully maintained flower-lined paths. The reflections on the water create a perfect backdrop for stunning photos. * Peaceful Atmosphere: The park's atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, ideal for leisurely strolls, quiet reflection, or simply enjoying a moment away from the city. * Excellent Facilities: You'll find a well-maintained walking path and well maintained wooden boardwalk (rare in Klang Valley parks), clean, which adds to the unique charm. There are plenty of benches scattered throughout the park, so you'll always have a spot to rest and take in the view. Public Toilets available as well. This park is a great spot for anyone looking for a quiet, natural retreat within the city.
Jo L — Google review
Review 3/5 due to safety reason. There is one old disintegrating wooden fishing boat exposing the kids to the toes penetrating sharp rusty nails & can potentially lead to injury / gangrene etc.
Mohd A — Google review
Shah Alam Lake Garden is one of the most scenic and well-loved parks in Selangor. Spanning across a vast area in the heart of Shah Alam, this garden is built around a series of interconnected lakes, creating a peaceful and refreshing retreat for both locals and visitors. The park was originally designed by the renowned landscape architect, Datuk Ng Sek San, and has since become a symbol of Shah Alam’s natural charm. The lake itself is the main highlight, with several sections connected by bridges and walkways. Its calm waters beautifully reflect the surrounding greenery and city skyline, making it a popular spot for photography, leisure walks, and evening relaxation. In the early mornings and late evenings, the park comes alive with joggers, cyclists, and families enjoying the fresh air. The walking and jogging paths are well laid out, shaded by large trees that provide a comfortable environment even on sunny days. One of the unique features of Shah Alam Lake Garden is its integration with cultural and recreational landmarks. The iconic Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Mosque (also known as the Blue Mosque) can be seen rising majestically near the lake, offering one of the most stunning backdrops in Malaysia. The reflection of the mosque on the lake’s surface is especially breathtaking at sunrise and sunset, drawing photographers and nature lovers alike. The garden is also home to several smaller attractions and activity areas. There are children’s playgrounds, open lawns for picnics, and exercise areas where locals gather for tai chi, aerobics, and yoga. Families often spend weekends here, with children feeding the fish and birds around the lake or playing at the spacious playgrounds. Paddle boats and small water activities are sometimes available, adding a fun element to the visit. Flora and fauna add another layer of beauty to the park. Tall shady trees, flowering plants, and manicured gardens line the pathways, while birds, squirrels, and fish thrive in the natural environment. The park also has small gazebos and resting huts scattered throughout, offering quiet spots to sit and soak in the scenery. Accessibility is excellent, as the park is located near the city centre of Shah Alam and is easy to reach by car or public transport. Parking spaces are available, and the park is spread out enough that it never feels overcrowded, even on weekends. The garden is stroller- and wheelchair-friendly in most parts, making it welcoming for visitors of all ages. Shah Alam Lake Garden is not just a place for recreation but also a venue for community and cultural events. Festivals, exhibitions, and sports activities are often held here, making it a lively gathering place for the Shah Alam community. Despite its activity, the park maintains a sense of peace, offering both lively social spaces and quiet, reflective corners. Overall, Shah Alam Lake Garden is a well-balanced park that combines natural beauty, cultural landmarks, and recreational activities. Whether you’re looking for a spot to exercise, enjoy a family outing, take memorable photographs, or simply relax by the water, this park has something for everyone. With its iconic lake views, lush greenery, and proximity to the majestic Blue Mosque, it remains one of the most charming and memorable parks in Malaysia.

It's been a long time since last time I came here. The place is so alive especially during evening where many people, families and couples spending their time, jogging, boat riding, bonding and doing recreational activities. The place is also clean, well maintained and beautiful. A lot of infrastructure have been added and improved for the benefits of the users. Just so nice. It's also surrounded by a lot of restaurant, malls and shops. Such a great place to spend your evening here. Totally recommended

Big parks, beautiful and clean place. I should admit this is one of top 3 of my favorite parks. It has everything! Playground, exploring lake with boat, adventure with zip line, wet world, gallery. Definitely a recommended place for hanging out with your family! They also have small garden in this park.
Yudita H — Google review
I have been visiting the surrounding area for the past 5 years and only had an opportunity to explore this place today. The lake park is located opposite PKNS mall. It is well managed and had a lot of amenities; jogging track, parking lots, playground, and restaurant. Recommended to visit.

Located in Section 7, Shah Alam, i-City Theme Park is a renowned ICT-based attraction that has gained international recognition for its vibrant and colorful displays. The park boasts an array of entertainment options including the Snowalk Winter House, Red Carpet Celebrities Wax Museum, Itsy Bitsy Themepark for kids, Bumper Car rides, Pirate Ship adventures, and a Giant Ferris Wheel.
Certainly! Here’s an enhanced and well-structured review you can use for i-City Theme Park: ⸻ Review: i-City Theme Park, Shah Alam i-City Theme Park is a vibrant and lively destination that truly comes to life at night. The spectacular lighting displays throughout the park create a magical atmosphere, making it a perfect place to unwind and take in the sights after sunset. I highly recommend visiting in the evening to fully enjoy the stunning night-time ambiance. The park offers a fair number of attractions suitable for children, making it a great family outing spot. Notably, the newly built Giant Ferris Wheel and Sky City Tower add a modern and exciting touch to the skyline, offering great views and photo opportunities. One of the highlights of the park is Snowalk – an indoor winter wonderland experience that’s both unique and enjoyable, especially in Malaysia’s tropical climate. It’s a refreshing and fun attraction for both kids and adults. There’s indoor parking available, which is a big plus for convenience and comfort. However, one downside is the limited food options within the park. If you’re planning a visit, it might be a good idea to eat beforehand or explore nearby dining spots. Overall, i-City is worth a visit, especially in the evening. With its dazzling lights, family-friendly attractions, and iconic rides, it offers a delightful escape from the usual city routine.
Charith U — Google review
i-City isn’t just for kids – adults will love it too! From thrilling rides to stunning light displays, there’s something for everyone. We topped up RM100 via their app (got RM120 credits as new users) and enjoyed discounted attractions. Great atmosphere, clean facilities, and a perfect mix of adrenaline and relaxation. Highly recommend for family outings or even adult hangouts!"
Soon K — Google review
I-city Thema Park is beautiful, especially at night with all the dazzling lights. It's definitely a place children will enjoy, with plenty of games, rides and attractions to keep the whole family entertained for the entire day 😀
Santha J — Google review
The idea to create an i-City theme park, obviously, was great. Realisation was eventually a bit less efficient, still good though. Implementation was still a bit less effective, but eventually the theme park is reasonably popular and parents bring their kids over to enjoy the attractions. Variety of attractions is there, smaller kids enjoy more as compared to adolescents. Eateries are there, parking is reasonable. A couple of hotels to stay are nicely located. Office spaces are under utilities. Ecperience altogether is good.
Oleksandr K — Google review
Sky i-City in Shah Alam is the ultimate spot for futuristic fun and family excitement! Start with the breathtaking Sky Tower, where you can enjoy panoramic 360° views of Klang Valley. For thrill-seekers, the glass-floored observation deck and the 600-meter glass slide provide a perfect adrenaline rush. Kids and adults alike love the energetic bumper cars, while the Ferris wheel offers a calm, scenic ride high above the city. Step into the magical Ice Room, where you can experience snowfall and Arctic temperatures—right here in Malaysia! And the coolest attraction of all? The F1-style go-kart track! Get behind the wheel and experience the excitement of racing—it’s fast, fun, and gives you that real Grand Prix thrill. With interactive spectacular LED light and plenty of photo, the whole park transforms into a visual wonderland at night. Sky i-City has something for everyone, making it one of the best places in Shah Alam for family fun and unforgettable moments.
Baby B — Google review
I had a great time here! The LED lights at night are super pretty and perfect for photos. The rides were worth to try. it was a fun place to hang out, especially in the evening 😊✨
Eyna — Google review
This place was soo fun. Its not only for kids, adults can enjoy it too ! Amazing experience btw :) Here are tips and tricks: (If you are willing to play at the park) - Download their apps (i-city superapp) for easy access to buy tickets and etc. *everything you want to buy was through their apps*. - If hotels offers you ticket to the pool, take it for everyone bcs if you are the parents, and just wanted to monitor your child, you need to pay extra rm40 to enter. To make things easier, just ask for pool ticket for everyone. - For food, there wasn't much of a option, I suggest you to eat early as there wasnt food stall or anything, *they have a bunch of convenience store like 7e and kk mart*. - For parking, there are bunch of parking. - You can take people with wheelchair to roam around, but bare in mind, from the parking lot to the park wasn't very wheelchair friendly, only road with tar.

SnoWalk by i-City is a unique attraction within the i-City theme park, offering visitors a climate-controlled snow space with ice sculptures and various snowy activities. This indoor wonderland spans 50 thousand square feet and maintains a temperature below 5 degrees Celsius, providing an escape from Malaysia's warm climate.
Cool experience. Jackets and boots are provided, but it’s still very cold inside. The snow slides and ice sculptures were amazing! A must-try experience.
Ranjit S — Google review
The Snow Walk was okay, and my kids enjoyed it. However, the staff weren’t very friendly and were a bit rude. The slide section, where we used inflatable tubes, didn’t feel very safe, as the staff just threw the tubes aside after each use instead of handling them properly.
Adibah M — Google review
Visiting i-City was honestly one of the worst ideas during my trip. It was a big disappointment. There was almost nothing interesting to see or do, and it felt like a complete waste of time and money. The place is a bit far from the city, and when we got there, it looked empty and poorly maintained. It might have been nice years ago, but now it just feels outdated and boring. I wouldn’t recommend it, there was no snow at all— there are much better places to visit in Malaysia.

Quite surprised to read bad reviews about this place, because actually lowkey this place is amazing. went with my husband, dating berdua is quite amazing experience, salji banyak macam hujaan, very coldddd and got interesting things to do inside and places for ootd, we go on Saturday, around 5pm surprisingly tak crowded, dapat winter coat + socks + boots, gloves kena add on

A joyful experience to bring the family n kids. A solid 1hour of chilling in the freezer. Great experience for the kids to experience how cold it could be before going to a cold country. Rather a tab bit expensive as there’s really not much things to do inside other than a few fotoshoot n slides. The pricing are also not consistent depending on which channel you bought it from, if you expect prepurchase online is cheaper, you are absolutely wrong. Im dumbfounded that the counter actually sells 20bucks cheaper than online. And the whole experience of the ticketing also requires you to download the icity app which is not directly linked to online purchase. Definitely a 1time visit for me. But I would still recommend anyone with kids to drop by

1. Great experience on Snow 2. Bumper car 3. Must wear jacket and hand glove is must 4. Avoid Elderly people or children less than 3 yrs old. Very cold. 5. Vidit on fedtival time will be more enjoyable
Sheik I — Google review
Went there at the end of December 2024. Entrance fee was RM120 for 1 adult and 1 child. It was pretty quick to buy the tickets as i had the iCity app pre installed on my phone. You have to add another RM10 for lockers so total was RM130 for us. Good thing is you can have multiple entry with your ticket. So you can exit for food and come back in again. Decent place, not really well kept except at the last area where the snow machine and slides were. We spent around 2 hours in total. Good place to hang out with the kids when you have free time. The common area really should be ventilated better as there was a strong smell of socks and it was very humid. Possibly because it was raining when we were there. They should also provide covered access to toilets because we had to go through the rain to get there.

Entry is RM3 per person. Bike rental ranges from RM10-RM15 depending on the bikes. It is highly recommended to come in the morning once it’s open as it will be hot to bike/walk around during midday. Not many bikes are available also after 10am. This park is huge! The place is well maintained, but some places seem abandoned.

Our last visit to this botanical garden was many many years ago. It was developed in year 1986. Since then, a lot of improvements has been made and it is still ongoing work in here. The entrance fee for adults is RM3, senior citizens above 60 years old and children between 6-11 years old is RM1, and free fee for disability persons and children below 5 years old. You may take hip hop bus or rent a bicycle or walk/jog to explore the area. It's quite huge area ie 817 hectares. The bus starting bus stop is right after the ticket counter and the bus will take you up to the dam and bring you back to the near starting point.

Taman Botani Negara Shah Alam (TBNSA) is a vast and affordable national park that offers an authentic rainforest experience right near the city. It serves as a fantastic destination for family outings, fitness, and nature education, providing fresh air and a tranquil setting that feels miles away from the urban hustle. While some older attractions such as Jambatan Gantung TBNSA (Suspension Bridge TBNSA) and Menara Tinjau (Observation Tower) may suffer from maintenance issues, the overall experience is rewarding due to the sheer size and beauty of the natural environment. Key Attractions : * Taman Malaysia: A beautiful and culturally rich architectural gem near the entrance, featuring striking Malay, Indian, and Chinese pavilions. * Paddy Fields (Taman Padi): Provides lush, green views and a glimpse into traditional Malaysian agrarian life. * Kolam C : a serene, easily accessible lake that offers a stunning, picture-perfect reflection of the lush greenery near the main entrance. * Taman Haiwan @TBNSA: A family-friendly area to see animals like pony, goats, ostrich, alpaca, and horses, etc * Air Kuning Dam (EAK): A secluded, scenic dam famous as a top destination for pacu fishing. * Specialty Gardens: Educational areas like the Cactus Garden, Spice & Beverages Garden, and Herbs & Medicinal Garden. * RISEM Island: A highly serene spot for quiet photography, offers tranquil pond and forest views, accessible via a picturesque but cautious wooden footbridge. Tips for Your Visit: 1. Bring cash if you are driving: RM5 per car, cash only, pay at entrance. 2. Entrance Fee: RM3 per person, accept QR payment. 3. Getting Around: Eventhough the park is huge, walking is still feasible (we walked all the way). Only issue probably is the road not pedestrian friendly, the cyclists might be coming at high speed. The shuttle bus is always full. 4. Facilities: Basic amenities like a surau, picnic tables, and toilets are available, particularly near the main areas.

To access parking, RM5 rate per car. There is bicycle rental and bus facility available. RM3 for adults and RM1 for kids. Road is uphill and downhill. There is one food shop located there. Animal zoo is located inside with different entrance fee

They open everyday except Monday 07.30 am - 04.30 pm It have animal park here but need to pay to entrance there. The 4 season house not available for long time Also bicycle, scooter for rental and had tram/lorry free view or transit to animal farm. They had too restaurant or kiosk for food/beverages

The parking fee is RM5, cash only. The entrance ticket also only accepts cash. Inside, there are various attractions and activities that require additional payment. Bicycles are available for rent, allowing you to cycle around. Be careful of monkeys and avoid leaving food unattended. The area inside is very spacious, offering a great opportunity to get close to nature and breathe fresh air. There are also toilets and food and drink stalls inside.
Giselle L — Google review
Parking fee for a car RM5. Then, the entrance fee to the taman botani at RM3 per adult and RM1 per kid. The ride service has limited seating and frequency. So if you missed it then have jalan kaki. Else, optional to rent a bicycle or electric scooter. Personally I believed there must have been a great noble idea to create this place but once again, like many places tourist attractions we have here, they aren't being successful for the fact they are being poorly maintained. To me, the wow factor was spotting the monkey! But, other than that nothing great to shout about. Was disappointed that Zipline was not in service. Luckily kayaking was, and at only RM15! What else to do, really I don't know. To me it was kinda confusing what to expect and do - Hanging bridge not in service, archery spots don't look attractive to enter, the animal area was kinda smelly - And so I left no later than 2 hours.
Cara C — Google review
Can rent bicycle here, starts from RM10. If you wanna do cardio you may take the bicycle, if you wanna go to variety places like rumah or etc, better naik bas. Go with bicycle a bit hard, ada jalan tinggi (membukit), so need more energy to paddle la

Libraries
Raja Tun Uda Library in Shah Alam is known as the "library in a park" due to its picturesque location opposite the Golf Club House. The modern glass architecture and lush green surroundings make it a popular spot for visitors. The library offers a wide selection of books, computer rentals, and a high-tech 6D theater. With a serene lake and comfortable seating areas, including a kids section, this RM70 million facility also features five storeys of books and study areas.
Beautiful library in Shah Alam, overlooking a lake and golf course. The parking here is RM2 Per Entry. There's plenty of parking space but it is located a bit far from main building (have to walk) but good news as buggy service is available. I visited the Zon Kreatif (kids library) near lobby area. There are plenty of English and Bahasa books selection. So many book shelves, seats and sofa. The books condition are pretty good and wide variety. Absolutely fun to have an artificial big tree and a Lego play area too! This library is also supportive to visually impaired children where they have braille resources, interactive sensory board, living painting, audio books, computer screen reader and more... I also noticed that there are many facilities provided, including water filter machines, free Wi-Fi, food court, gym, lockers, shower room, prayer room, nursing room etc. It is so family-friendly. Will visit again if got chance.

First time visiting this library. Huge multi-storey building with decent selection of books albeit supplied with more non-fiction and reference publications. Fiction could be better IMO. Each borrower can take up to 20 books at one go, returning within a month. If you are an avid reader then this is a good way to save money. Nice quiet place to work and read. Lots of students and young people studying and working in the space provided.

Visited this nice library on 20.09.25 as my son had a coding competition here. Large facility with multiple floors. Well-stocked with books and plenty of amenities. Staff & security guards were polite and friendly. Cheap parking, only RM2 per entry. 👍🏽
Shnabubula — Google review
Well designed library with comfortable seating and a clean, quiet environment. Wide range of books, magazines, reference material and digital archives catering mostly to students in middle and higher level education. I couldn’t find a good selection of material on philosophy that I was looking for. The building is close to the Golf Club and a little away from the main road. Nice architecture. Parking (RM2 per entry) is in an adjacent block - you could take a short walk or take one of their golf-buggies.
Juzar M — Google review
We visited this well equipped library and were impressed. There is ample parking with buggy service. Inside, they even loaned a motorised wheelchair to us. There are 4 floors with books, computers, tables and comfortable chairs. The interior is modern and photo worthy. A good place to do some reading, get some work done or even just chill.
S C — Google review
I came on Saturday it is very crowded, so it is not as quiet as you think too. There are many students chose sitting on the floor which might blocking visitors walkthrough the bookshelves to look for book. The library is well lit and very comfortable to your eyes when reading books. The parking is RM2 per entry which is fine.
Sean L — Google review
Ample of parking, the whole campus is quite new and well maintained with amazing lake view. Staffs are friendly and attentive, facilities are well equipped, plenty of book options, discussion spaces and other services provided.

Beautiful library and I love that you have to take off your shoes when you enter certain areas. The children's library area is pretty nice but they should update some of the books in there. It can get pretty loud and chaotic but the staff doesn't seem to mind.

Hiking area
The Shah Alam Community Forest Trail offers rugged and challenging trails that wind through dense rainforest, leading to lakes and peaks. Located approximately 11-20 km from the city center, this destination provides a refreshing escape from urban bustle. Hikers can challenge themselves with various trail options, including a 10.3-kilometer loop trail that is moderately challenging and suitable for different fitness levels. The area is well-marked with signage, ensuring hikers stay on track.
One of the access to the community forest. There are also other entrances available. But the parking is a bit difficult since it is located in the housing area so it might be disturbing the residents. Nice, clear and clean track. Lots of junction but with proper signage. Suitable for beginners. From here you can go to the botanical garden, mirror lake, bukit sapu tangan even to bukit jelutong. Need master the loop.

Nice hiking place but some developments going around. They disturb the normal routes from budiman to to mirror lake. Hopefully it's there for future . Many come with family and kids.
Rebecca B — Google review
The Setia Alam Community Trail is one of my favourite outdoor spots in Selangor and honestly a hidden gem for anyone who loves hiking, walking, or just spending time in nature. What I really like about this trail is that it strikes a perfect balance — it’s not too tough for beginners, but it’s still rewarding enough for people who want a proper outdoor workout. The trail starts off fairly easy with a clear pathway, and then it gradually becomes more adventurous as you go deeper in. There are different routes and loops, so you can choose based on your stamina and how much time you want to spend. Some sections are shaded by tall trees, which makes the walk really pleasant, while other parts open up to amazing panoramic views of Setia Alam and even the city skyline on a clear day. Reaching those viewpoints always feels worth the effort. What makes the Setia Alam Community Trail special is its atmosphere. It feels safe and welcoming because it’s quite popular among locals — you’ll often see families, casual hikers, and fitness enthusiasts all using the trail. On weekends, it can get busy, but it never feels overcrowded since the trail is spacious. I’ve met friendly hikers along the way, and there’s always this nice community spirit here. People greet each other, share tips, or even encourage you if they see you taking a breather on a steep stretch. The natural surroundings are beautiful too. Along the way you’ll spot birds, butterflies, and sometimes small wildlife, and the greenery is refreshing after a long week in the city. Early mornings are especially peaceful with cooler weather, fresh air, and birdsong in the background. If you enjoy photography, the sunrise and sunset views from the higher points are absolutely worth catching. The trail is well-marked, with clear signs to guide you, which is reassuring for beginners. Some parts can be steep and slightly challenging, especially after rain when it gets muddy and slippery, so good shoes are a must. I’d also recommend bringing enough water, a small towel, and maybe some snacks if you plan on doing a longer loop. Accessibility is another plus point — the trailhead is located close to the Setia Alam township, so it’s very convenient for those living nearby. Parking is available, and because it’s a community-maintained trail, it has a friendly, local feel compared to the more commercialized hiking spots. Overall, Setia Alam Community Trail is a fantastic place for both casual walkers and regular hikers. It’s not just about the exercise, but also about the sense of calm and connection with nature that you get here. Every visit feels refreshing, whether it’s a short morning hike or a longer weekend adventure. Definitely one of the best trails around Klang Valley if you’re looking for something accessible, safe, and rewarding. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys the outdoors!

Thought it was a beginner friendly, not so much cause there are many trails open/ close or trails that easy/harder trails that may confuse beginners. Glad we follow a more experienced group. On a weekend public holiday there is a lady sells ice cream and drink seller at the 1st peak cp, also there is another one at mirror lake.

Shah Alam Extreme Park is a hidden gem located near the Shah Alam library and Stadium Melawati, easily accessible via several highways. It offers three circuits of different difficulty levels for activities such as BMX biking, skateboarding, wall climbing, futsal, and paintball. Additionally, the park features picnic areas and event venues suitable for team building or birthday parties.

The facilities are decent and offer a good space for skate boarding, but the cleanliness of the area needs serious attention. Trash is frequently overflowing from the bins, and litter is scattered throughout the park, which detracts from the overall experience. Improved waste management would make a big difference.

you thought this is only skaters park...when the name extreme park comes to mind. however - there's other activities that you could do here. have your kids attempt wall climbing...it is safe with the experienced belayers/ instructors. this is to instil confidence to our kids. explore and let their curiosity unleased via safe channel. if they're afraid of heights...this is the place to learn to overcome their fear. step by step and let them knock that bell outloud. music to our ears as parents. other idea is have a children or few children's birthday celebration here and this will be truly memorable.

Nestled near the iconic Shah Alam Mosque, the Selangor-Japan Friendship Garden is a delightful 2.42-hectare oasis that beautifully captures Japanese aesthetics and culture. This charming garden features various attractions such as a Zen Space, Maze Pond, Torii Gate, Reflexology Space, Stone Basin, and Terrace Space—perfect for leisurely strolls or quiet reflection.
This place is perfect for those who want to take beautiful photos. I saw many students taking photos in graduation robes, and some were even in suits and wedding dresses. The surroundings are beautiful and cool, with well-maintained plants. There is a toilet available as well, though I didn’t get a chance to check it out. There is a large parking area. There are drink sellers near the entrance gate. There are also many fish ponds here, though the water is a little murky. I recommend coming in the morning or late afternoon when the weather is not too hot. You can also wear comfortable, sweat-absorbing clothing so you can focus on taking lots of pictures 😆 I highly recommend this place!

The lakeside park, designed with beautiful Japanese elements, spans 6 acres of serene landscapes. It features picturesque carp ponds, elegant Japanese gardens, and traditional architectural details. You can sit inside a cozy pavilion, relax, and admire the tranquil surroundings, experiencing the park in a unique and peaceful way. It's a perfect spot for a leisurely stroll, photography, or simply unwinding in a setting that blends nature and culture beautifully.
God B — Google review
Admission is free. There are some Japanese clothes and decorations in the security room at the entrance, which should be borrowed for taking photos, but I didn't see any security guards there. You asked me if this park looks like a Japanese park, I think it's just okay. Maybe many places are not well maintained, the water looks dirty, and the environment is a bit lifeless. I think it's a pity. The park is very large, if you can spend some time, I think even if it's not 100% like it, at least 50% like it is good enough. There is a Malaysian university nearby, so many graduates come here to take graduation photos.
Stanle W — Google review
A small yet nice garden to walk around to just relax and enjoy some greenery. The garden is well kept but l felt there are not much flowers in there. There are benches to sit but not much shady areas. Parking is free and if you have time you can also visit the Museum Shah Alam just next to it and also explore the Blue Mosque nearby.

free entrance and nice spot for picture. came during weekday so it was empty so very nice. i wouldnt say its suitable for any other recreational activities other than taking pictures but i think its pretty expected. didnt get to see the restroom tho so idk if it is well maintained. also if youre thirsty the guard do sell cold canned drinks
Tia J — Google review
This small but well maintained park offers a serene escape, ideal for a quiet stroll, even on a public holiday. The park's 10 am opening time likely contributes to the lower crowd levels, making it a peaceful retreat. While the midday sun might deter some, the park boasts good shade coverage, and the beautiful landscaping ground creates a picturesque setting, making it ideal for photos. For those planning a longer walk, it's worth noting that the exit/ entrance connecting to Shah Alam Lake Garden is currently blocked, which limits the potential for a continuous route. TIPS: Every Sunday 830am to 1030am, there's a "Shah Alam Reads" community activity, can bring a book to read here in silence!

Located in the heart of Shah Alam city center, Shah Alam Art Gallery is a picturesque lakefront art space showcasing diverse exhibitions and events. The gallery's wooden architecture, surrounded by lakes and parks, features delicate traditional Malay design. It offers a safe and comfortable atmosphere for visitors to enjoy art displays, art classes for kids, an art shop, and even hosts events. Additionally, visitors can relax by the new musical fountain or take a leisurely walk or jog around the area.
The gallery is free. However you have to park somewhere in the lake park to go there (recommend to park near the flying fox place). Then walk a few meters to reach the gallery. Climb the stairs, there's 2 rooms (left and right of the open hall. It's cool inside, but I don't know how long they will remain open, because at the moment they're having an art exhibition with art for sale. Overall, love looking at the art there.

First time here, no long queue, very strict with outside foods & drinks, they will check all bags. Well maintained place, surprisingly clean. The place is suitable for short vacation because of the location is in the center of Shah Alam. But only the facilities is a bit seasoned and not very well maintained, The big disappointment is the security, they said that outside food are not allowed !! But sadly they are some visitors bringing some foods and they were enjoying the food without any restrictions from the security 🥲🫤👎

Bought 14 tickets using their web, waited for almost 2 hours yet didn't receive confirmation email from their website. The counter staff was helpful by keep contacting their supervisor to resolve the issue, but not the entrance ones somehow keep on arguing that we should book earlier, if so, i city should reprogram the system to shut off current day booking on their web if you can't affirm to the shown expectancy, or change the term to "minimum" or "at least" but not "within" as stated. The staff should get more training on their company's policy and wordings of the T&C. Well, kpdnkk maybe able to help in this matter. Once you enter the premise, they don't allowed cash nor any kind or e-wallet, other than their very own i-City Super App, so it is a hassle for senior citizen to make purchases. Other than that, they are lack of resting area, the quantities are roughly around 20 tables in the park to accommodate all their customers and no, they don't provide any huts for rent either, meaning that, other than the 20 early bird families, you got to sit and rest by the side of the walkway.

We had such an amazing time at i-City Waterworld with our 2-year-old! The place was really family-friendly, and there were plenty of areas that were safe and fun even for toddlers. Our little one absolutely loved the shallow pools and all the colorful water slides designed for younger kids. Its just that the toilet its a bit dirty. Can be clean so that its easier to wash off the little one. Overall, it was a really fun day out for our family — definitely a place we would come back ! Highly recommend for parents looking for a fun day with their young kids

Pros: - Cheap place waterpark to enjoy with family. - Not big enough so easy to monitor kids - walking distance from Wyndham hotel nearby with free parking. Cons: - entrance only got 1 security checkpoint and take time - food payment inside the park all using i-city app. So if your phone have no battery, no cash accepted. Keep starving. - The waterpark souvenir/swimming attire shop at exit: My son holding water gun to browse through and the old CHINESE lady staff asking "Going Out?" . My answer is "YES". She snapped the water gun with blunt face and put it back at the shelf. Pathetic and rude staff! Have no manners to ask customer whether you are interested to buy or not! I totally don't recommend you all to spend money at this shop. The staff action is just intolerable and please don't buy stuff from them as their act for me seems RACIST! Please change your way of treating customers We are Malaysian, so treat your potential customers fairly. Or not, just close your shop so that we can exit the park easily You are just lucky that the exit require customers to get through your shop before getting out of the park. Overall: Please bring along sufficient swimming attire and apparatus prior to come and have your phone battery full prior entering Enjoy the moment and not the souvenir shop!

Bukit Jelutong Eco Community Park is a well-maintained recreational park in the suburb of Bukit Jelutong. It features a serene lake and beginner-friendly hiking trail, making it perfect for family-friendly activities. The park also houses a mini farm with various animals like goats, cows, ducks, and geese that visitors can interact with. There's even a mini cafe inside the open area of the farm.
Eco Community Park is a clean and well maintained place, great for families. The area is peaceful and relaxing. There are quite a lot of animals, and you can feed them too. Animal feed is sold by the staff near the cafe. On weekends parking at the lower area isn’t allowed unless you're a senior, pregnant or OKU. Overall, we really enjoyed our visit. It's free to enter. Hopefully, the place stays clean and visitors continue to take care of litter to keep the area clean.

This community park is free entry but for the access u probably need to walk more, as the parking near the entrance is prioritize for the oku, parent with babies, or pregnant lady. In the park they have stall selling out the snack / food for us, and also for the animal feed. .You can strolling around feeding the ducks, goose, ostrich, goat etc. I found a very cute little goat. Never like it this much. All well taken care and quiet simple entertaining for the kids. We are happy found this place. You can give it try.

I was really disappointed with the parking situation here. There’s no close parking provided for visitors — we had to walk about 10 minutes downhill just to reach the entrance. The slope is quite steep, which makes it even more tiring when going back, especially when you’re bringing kids along. What’s unfair is that while most visitors have to park far away, some people are allowed to park right near the entrance. If that area is supposed to be for workers only, then why are there people with their families and children parking there too? It clearly looks like they’re there to jalan-jalan just like the rest of us. Overall, it really doesn’t feel fair or well-managed. The place could easily improve by providing designated visitor parking closer to the park entrance or enforcing the same parking rules for everyone.

Park
TTDI Park, also known as Bukit Kiara Federal Park, is a popular destination in the affluent Taman Tun Dr Ismail area. Managed by the National Landscape Department, it offers well-paved paths for jogging and hiking, making it a favorite spot for locals. The park features a dense forest suitable for hiking and mountain biking, along with amenities such as a children's playground, exercise stations, reflexology path, and lakes and ponds.
**NOTICE: The park is closed from 8July2024-30November2025. The park is nice there's a trail/hiking entrance just beside it. The track has a nice 1.2km loop with slight incline.

Great park. Quite steep in more than a few places. Level 3 on the steep scale. Came out out of breath after a few inclines. Will definitely do this one again but likely without mum. Mum at 77 managed to do the entire round with me this time but she doesn’t want to do it again. Renovations have been going on for close to 2 years now and the metal sky bridge has been out of order since 2+ years ago with no one working on fixing it. Also, there’s macaques there but they generally won’t come to you or attack you if you pay them no heed.

I will definitely come back to this park. Helps to build endurance from uphill and downhill power walk.

Great place to spend an hour or so walking around. Watch out for the monkeys who are very curious about visitors. Do not feed them or eat around them - they will attack you for the food. Bar that, it is a pleasant place with lovely views. Parking is available inside and on the streets.
Jeeten F — Google review
Clean spacious park with many greeneries. A little stream of water with little fishes. Kids will enjoy catching fish. Healthy fresh air and good relaxing trails to walk and jogging. And they have tables for picnic too. However, too many group of monkeys, as long we do not approach them, then should be alright.
Oktavianita — Google review
Its easyy to get lost. You just have to be very diligent in looking out the tags or download a trail app. But!!! The good thing is, there’s always so many people on the weekend, so its not that intimidating to even hike alone. If you are a first timer, don’t be shy to ask which way to go when you pass by anyone. Everyone is a friendly ☺️. Enjoy the greenery!

A family friendly park in TTDI It’s located right opposite a school Please use google map Because waze will lead you to another side entrance which is closed now There is properly parking inside the park, some people also park at road side and walk into the park. There is a nice and clean public toilet near the entrance. The park is good for jogging, walk and picnic. Feels like the some of the facilities in the park is still in progress(or abandoned) There is a red color hanging bridge in the park which is quite cool! Be careful as there are many monkeys in the park. But please do not feed them.

Love this place. The hill is very nice, place good for famili and for jogging, recreation. They have a table for picnic. But a lot of monkey, as long we do not approach them, then should be alright. Safe to jog alone.

Elmina Central Park, located in the City of Elmina, is home to a collection of vibrant bridges that are a sight to behold. The Elmina Signage Bridge, with its striking red curves, stands out as the first bridge you'll encounter. Just a short drive away at Persiaran Dillenia are the colorful helical bridges known as Elmina Valley Rainbow Bridge. The park offers various facilities such as an open basketball court, playground for kids, and a mini outdoor gym.
This park is a lovely spot, but timing is key—visit during late afternoon to evening to truly enjoy it. The golden light during sunset transforms the place, making it picturesque and serene. Avoid coming in the afternoon, though, as the heat can be unbearable. Plan your visit right, and you’ll see why this park is worth it!

Nice and big park, great for jogging, cycling, and family time. There are playgrounds, fitness stations, and a beautiful lake. The red bridge and rainbow bridge are great for photos, especially during sunset. The park is clean, safe, and well-maintained. Free entry and open daily from 7AM to 8PM. It can get crowded on weekends, and parking is limited during peak hours. Overall, a great spot for exercise, photo walks, or just relaxing with family near Shah Alam.
Skull C — Google review
Elmina Park: A Gem in Klang Valley Elmina Park is a standout recreational spot in Klang Valley—refreshingly different from other leisure areas and highly recommended for those seeking a beautiful, family-friendly outdoor space. Its first highlight is the thoughtful design: wide green spaces, colorful plants, a large lake, and the iconic red Elmina Bridge. The bridge is not only a park symbol but also perfect for photos, especially with the lake behind it, adding unique charm. Spacious and inclusive, the park suits all activities. Its smooth, clearly marked trails work for wheelchairs, strollers, joggers, cyclists, and kids on scooters. There are pavilions, shaded spots, and lake-side benches for quiet relaxation too. Families love it here—there are well-equipped playgrounds, open fields for kids to run or play football, and adult fitness stations. Weekends bring picnics under trees, while kids cycle or fly kites in a safe, community-like vibe. Nature lovers appreciate the trees, flower beds, and the calming lake—sunset, with golden sky reflections on water, is a highlight. Mornings here are cool and quiet; evenings turn lively with people enjoying their time. Clean, well-maintained, and with manageable parking (busier on weekends/evenings), Elmina Park is more than a leisure spot—it’s a community hub. Whether for fitness, family fun, or a peaceful walk, it offers joy to all. Leaving here feeling refreshed, it’s easy to see why it’s a favorite. 🌳🌈

The LUNA Lights Wonderland is here until 26 October 2025. Ticket is RM8 for children and RM18 for adult. The light show is full of excitement and lighting motion, suitable for family outing.
Sweelong N — Google review
Elmina Park has quickly become one of my favourite parks to visit, and honestly, it feels like such a breath of fresh air compared to many other recreational spots around Klang Valley. The first thing that strikes me about this park is just how beautifully designed it is — wide open green spaces, colourful landscaping, a huge lake, and iconic features like the red Elmina Bridge that has become almost a landmark of its own. It’s the kind of place that immediately lifts your mood the moment you step in. The park is very spacious, and that makes it suitable for almost any activity. The jogging and cycling tracks are wide, smooth, and well-marked, so you’ll see a nice mix of joggers, cyclists, families walking, and even kids on scooters. I personally love coming here in the early morning when the air is cool and the sunlight is gentle — the reflection of the sky on the lake, combined with the quietness of the surroundings, makes it a really calming way to start the day. In the evenings, the park is livelier, with families, groups of friends, and fitness enthusiasts all enjoying themselves. One of the highlights for me is the Elmina Rainbow Bridge, painted in bright red and built across the water. It’s both functional and photogenic — people stop here for photos all the time, and I have to admit, it does make for great shots, especially with the lake in the background. The bridge has kind of become the “signature” of Elmina Park, and it gives the whole place a unique charm. Families will definitely enjoy this park. There are well-equipped playgrounds for kids, plenty of open fields where children can run around or play football, and even fitness stations for adults. On weekends, it’s common to see people setting up picnics under the shaded trees, while kids ride bicycles or fly kites on the open lawns. The atmosphere feels very safe and community-driven, with people of all ages enjoying the space together. Nature lovers will also appreciate the thoughtful landscaping here. The park is lined with trees, flower beds, and shrubs that not only add colour but also provide shade and freshness. The lake itself is another calming feature, with walking paths all around and benches where you can sit and take in the view. It’s especially nice at sunset when the sky turns golden and reflects off the water — one of my personal favourite times to be here. What stands out to me is how inclusive the park feels. The pathways are wheelchair- and stroller-friendly, and the design caters to both active users (like joggers and cyclists) as well as those who just want a quiet place to unwind. There are also gazebos and sheltered spots where you can sit and relax if you’re not up for too much activity. Cleanliness is very well maintained, and the facilities are in good condition. The walking tracks, playgrounds, and lawns are regularly looked after, and the entire park feels neat and safe. Parking is available and generally manageable, though like most popular parks, weekends and evenings can get busier. Overall, Elmina Park is more than just a recreational spot — it’s a well-planned community space that brings people together. For me, it’s not just about jogging or cycling here, but also about enjoying the atmosphere, the open sky, and the sense of relaxation that comes with it. Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast, a parent looking for a safe space for kids, or just someone who wants to enjoy a calm walk surrounded by nature, Elmina Park has something for everyone. I always leave feeling refreshed, and that’s why I keep coming back. It’s definitely one of the best-designed parks around Klang Valley, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, family-friendly, and lively outdoor space. 🌳🌈✨

Indoor playground
The Parenthood @ Sunway Pyramid is a London Street-themed indoor playground that offers a variety of activities for children aged 2-15. It features a designated toddler zone, a large play-castle set, and an Xbox 360 game console zone to keep kids entertained. With multiple locations and operating hours from 10AM to 10PM daily, it's easily accessible for families. Recently, it hosted a CSR program for underprivileged children who enjoyed their first experience in such a huge playground.
We celebrated our son’s birthday at Parenthood, and it was an incredible experience! The staff was wonderfully attentive, making sure everything was set up perfectly and that all the kids were having a blast. The play areas were safe, clean, and full of fun activities that kept the kids entertained for hours. They even offered a variety of options for party themes, and the decorations made it feel magical. The food was kid-friendly and tasty, and they took care of every little detail, so we could just relax and enjoy the day with family and friends. Highly recommend Parenthood for any birthday celebration—our son had the best day!

This place is more suitable for older children and not toddler as all the slides are quite high up and the surface not soft enough for toddlers. Furthermore there is a bus area whereby there is some kitchen toys and soft blocks available for play but the condition is very bad, the soft blocks has been chew off and there isn’t much kitchen utensils to play with, only an empty kitchen counter there. Worst still there are many uncovered electric plug points there whereby toddlers will be able to touch it freely, the electric plug point shouldn’t be built there or at least it must be covered up with child protection measures. My young daughter went to play with the switch and i have to constantly tell her not to touch it! This is unacceptable as this is a children playground. Overall this place are more suitable for older kids whereby they can climb higher and know not to touch electric points. There isn’t much things available for toddlers i would say.

My kids enjoyed this place so much. It was a bit expensive for the kids but very cheap for additional adults. I myself enjoyed playing here as well. I think 3 to 10 years old will totally love this place, older than that may not fully utilise this place. Sock is a must. Please bring your own. Otherwise, you can buy it from the cashier.
ชาเคียล โ — Google review
We recently visited the play area and overall, it was a decent experience. The play space itself is fun and my kids had a great time. The cleanliness is acceptable, and I truly appreciate the helpful and friendly staff—especially one Indian staff member who stood out. I didn’t catch his name, but he was consistently seen cleaning tables, wiping windows, and picking up toys despite having a visible cut or bruise on his hand. His dedication deserves a special mention. However, there are some areas that need serious attention. The toddler section is not suitable for children aged 1 to 3. The ball pit entry is too high, making it unsafe for little ones to climb in or out without assistance. While older kids may manage, younger ones risk falling. Also, the large London bus play structure is disappointing—it has no toys inside and the stairs are far too steep, even for a 5-year-old. If the area isn’t ready for use, it would be better to keep it closed instead of leaving broken furniture inside, which could be hazardous. Another concern was the baby changing/toilet area. The layout doesn’t seem well thought out. There’s a large sofa chair placed too close to the sink, making it awkward and unhygienic for parents trying to wash up. While there’s potential for this place to be much better, I sincerely hope management takes these comments into consideration and makes improvements where needed. The hardworking staff truly deserve a better environment to match their effort.
Nur D — Google review
Came across this huge playground and had the pleasure of trying with my child one weekday. Entry was swift. Staff are helpful and accommodating. Siligent on cleaning even on a non busy day. It has different play sections, which is good, so older kids will not hurt by accident the younger ones. There are lots of slides, which is fun even for small built adults. The entrance fee is very reasonable for a whole day play. About 30 ringgit on weekday / 60 ringgit on weekend, public and school holiday. Re entry is allowed as long as within that day and with a guardian or parent going in together. Extra guardian or parent is charged 5 ringgit. Socks is needed to enter like most playgrounds. They charge a reasonable 7 ringgit in case you need it. There's also a cafe inside where parents could rest while waiting. Opposite the playground is a shop for kids stuff. Overall, it's worth it to try.

Visitors can choose between booking in advance or walking in at different prices.
I had a lot of fun! It's quite exhausting so better be prepared with a water bottle. The staffs and guides are really friendly! As someone who's quite scared of height, Big Thrill is somewhat okay for me. Definitely gonna go for the Extreme Challenge next time! 😁

From beginner to advance level, you can choose to suit your preferences. Booking or walk in available but with different prices. I.e..beginner or Little adventure walk in Rm 35 whereas booking Rm 30 only. You can choose 20 minutes cycling with rented bicycle or free shuttle service provided you contact Skytrack team members. This high rope course take 2 hours and you can exit early if you want to. Trainers are available to aid you and safety harness and belt is hooked to you. Certificate is available upon request at RM 5 fee.

Great fun! There are 3 levels of difficulties - Little Adventure (beginner, great for kids), Big Thrill (fun for adults and more experienced kids) and Extreme (fantastic for adrenaline junkies). Staff are friendly and experienced. Safety briefing and demonstration is good. We took the Little Adventure and the kids love it. Difficulty is just right for beginners - not too challenging but not boring either. Some sections require stronger core and body strength, but these sections can be bypassed by a flying fox zip-line if not ready for them. Strongly advisable that kids have the height of at least 120cm, as some sections for the safety hoop are quite high and not easy for kids to reach to hook and unhook. We will be back for the next level!

- Good: Nice climate; very fun; good for group of friends; have the shuttle bus; they have 3 play zone from easiest to most difficult; the staffs is very kind and helpful; entrance ticket is not expensive (RM35 each) and you can rent the shoe here if you don't have. - Bad: Website to booking ticket is not friendly; it's inside the Taman Botani Negara so not easy to find and don't have WiFi in the case you need to take a Grab car or Uber.
Alberto N — Google review
The shuttle bus did not provide frequent trip so we had to wait longer. The workers at the Skytrex were very good in explaining the safety of the visitors. The toilets were not clean and not enough for the public. Overall, it is a fun place with fun and challenging activities.

Don’t settle for Intermediate. Go straight to Extreme level if you are not afraid of height. The challenges are fun with plenty of flying fox challenges. Bring your own gloves and small bag to keep your personal belongings to save cost!
Alif — Google review
Great place for some adventure. They have activities like flying fox, rope climbing, ladder climbing etc. Skytrex is divided into 3 categories, beginner or kids, intermediate (Big Thrill) and Extreme. Basically, I think, it's not too physically challenging even for the Extreme category. Hence, should go for the Extreme group.

Overall experience was really good. Went on a Saturday morning thinking that it wouldn't be crowded, we were wrong. Ended up have to queue to go for next course since the person in front of us was not done/took a long time to finish. Friendly and helpful staffs, my bottle cap dropped into the jungle during flyingfox and one of the staff collected it the next minute for me! Complete advance (big thrill) and reckon that to all first timer.

Jungle Gym Central i-City is a top-notch playland with a variety of exciting attractions suitable for kids of all ages. The spacious and clean environment provides ample seating for adults, along with a selection of unexpectedly good food options. Despite the potential for large crowds on public holidays, this playland offers an enjoyable experience. With affordable prices and multiple entries throughout the day, it's an excellent choice for families looking to entertain their children.
Its a very good playground for kids in I-city. personally i rated them top 2 out of 4 children playgrounds in this mall along with Kidzoona. firstly, the price is a little bit pricey compared to others, but i think , given the fun things this place has to offer, its worth. The rule is, parents can freely enter or exit the place, but not the kids. If you bring out your kids, then its considered you left. Then you need to buy ticket again. I think its for safety purpose. Even then , you still need to fill up the form if parents want to go out. The highlight is definitely the train and shuttle ride. Its the only place , at least known to me, that offers such ride for a playground. The Mario like obstacle challenge is also another catch. The place is equipped with lots of table for parents to sit while their child is busy. The area is spacious also. The cafe here is good. The kitchen is clean, the staffs are covered and the food is nice. The portion i can say, its really big and satisfying. I ordered a fries and wedges at Rm10 a piece. I didn't expect big portions. Struggle to finish between the 4 of us. (The soda herb is really tasty, not too sweet and hits the spot 👍) Heavy meals also available.(wantan noodle, pasta, nasi lemak etc) The toilet is well maintained and cleaned regularly, Overall cleanliness of this place is good. The staff is friendly and polite. I even saw some staff playing together happily with the kids. Thats something i didnt see much at other place. All in all, i rate this place great. Please keep up the good work. Recommended for parents looking to pampered their children.

Taman Tasik Seksyen 7 Shah Alam, designed by Japanese landscape architect Fumiaki Takano in 1985, offers a serene and refreshing environment for recreational activities with family. The tranquil waters and the sound of birds flying overhead provide a calming atmosphere. The jogging track is suitable for cardio workouts and features urban gym equipment along the way. Visitors can also enjoy a variety of food at the on-site cafe.
Absolutely loved my experience at Taman Tasik. The jogging track was perfect for a refreshing run, and the serene atmosphere around the small lake made for a peaceful evening stroll. The clean air was a breath of fresh air, quite literally! Plus, there were convenient spots nearby to grab a drink or a bite to eat, making it the ideal spot for both exercise and relaxation

Located in Shah Alam, the park is centered around a lake. The mid-sized park seemed well maintained. There is a few car parking lots available. The lake itself seems to be filled with fish as there are various species of birds feeding there. There are open billed storks, herons, egrets and even brahminy kites fishing for food there. There were also sightings of migratory birds of prey. There are also a lot of crows. There are some park visitors who feed crows. PLEASE don’t do that. Crows are invasive and overpopulation may endanger other species of birds at the park. There is a path for park users to walk or jog. Toilet facilities are also available.

Nice jogging track even though it's not that challenging.. very flat. Good for cardio and stamina. A good number of urban gym mechanos along the track. The on-site Cafè offers a good variety of foods. But one off-site warung selling nasi lemak, fried bananas, and such near the road is dumping cooking oil into the drainage, causing nauseating smell.

Kidzooona @ Central i-City offers a spacious and cozy play area for kids of all ages to explore and enjoy. The facility includes various sections for children to engage in hands-on activities, such as an occupation town with working uniforms. Additionally, there is a designated parents' section equipped with work desks and massage chairs, allowing parents to oversee their children while having a comfortable place to rest.
So many different areas for play here, whether it's the huge ball pit, the bouncy mountain and slide, zip swing, different shop lots complete with costumes all clean, huge bouncy platform, sand pit (albeit with small plastic pellets instead of sand so immensely cleaner), zorb cylinders and more, as well as a party room for birthdays etc. A bit out of the way compared to others in the Klang Valley but spacious and worth the trip!

Lee Y — Google review
Brought my kids here recently and they had a great time! The place is spacious with lots of different play zones – ball pit, slides, role play shops, bouncy area, and more. It really keeps the children entertained for hours. Staff were generally friendly and helpful, and I like that there’s a parent seating area with charging points so we can relax while the kids play. The environment feels safe and clean, although it can get a bit crowded during peak hours. Price is slightly on the higher side, but worth it if you plan ahead and come on weekdays (less crowded and cheaper). Socks are required, so remember to bring your own to avoid extra cost. Overall, a fun indoor playground and definitely a good option for families looking for a safe, engaging space for kids to enjoy. BTW, parenthood is the cheapest at this mall. This kidzoona higher than parenthood but cheaper than the forest.

An interesting soft play venue for children. The tickets are reasonably priced and the facilities are well maintained. This is one of the more busy soft play venues amongst the many in the shopping mall. The negative points are the venue is a bit small for the big crowd.

Good place for my kid to explore. OKU card can get 50% discount. Original price Rm45 and 1 adult is free for 1 kid admission. Got place for parent seat with socket provided so u can charge ur phone here or working with laptop.

RM25 for 2 hours. Need to wear socks! But you can buy it from them too 😊 socks kids size: RM3, socks adult size: RM4 went here with my little brother. he insisted at first, but few mins after he was the happiest kid ever 😂 so many hands on stuff/toys/activities for kids! (which i hope they frequently sanitize) they have this “occupation town” which has the working uniform too! so cute! i hope they have more slides for kids hehe. overall, its worth it!

Our favourite indoor play area! Sanggup reda traffic jam 40 mins to and fro banyak kali. They recently upgraded/revamped and the staff clean up after the kids♥️ Don't forget to bring socks for your kid and yourself!

Setia City Park, Oval Lawn is a vast and picturesque landscape featuring wide green fields, modern sculptures, pavilions, and a fountain spread across 10.5 acres. It offers unobstructed views of the surrounding area and is located opposite Setia City Mall and Setia City Convention Centre. The spacious open space provides an ideal setting for kids to play, run around, and fly kites on windy days.
Very popular family past time spot. Lots of events are held here from time to time. Especially during festive seasons, lots of events are held here. There's even 2 hot air baloons in the middle of the oval shape lawn field during the recent Chinese New Year event

The Oval Lawn is located opposite Setia City Mall and Setia City Convention Centre. Very spacious open space for kids to play, have fun, and run around. There is also a children's playground for kids to play. On windy days (especially evening time), they are children flying kites, which is a very good and fun activity too. Visitors can also buy water bubbles for RM8 per bowl (slightly expensive now, as previously I remembered it was only RM5). After done playing, just walk into Setia City Mall to fill the tummy (lots of restaurants, variety of food to choose from).

many people. not so crowded, maybe depends on the seasonal holidays. rubbish? yeah alot. some unethically human beings. and some maybe blows by strong winds.

HELLA BEAUTIFUL. Wide empty park surrounded by 'lake'? Besides setia city mall which completes with all the facilities so I can say this park has those just by being beside the mall. Great spot to chill out with friends and family. Parking spot are available ( paid ) or just park outside with limited spot.

Nice place but marred by loud music and irresponsible operators who rent out electric bicycle to public who can't control the e-bike. One rider with a pillion ride so wobbly that almost knock into 3 people (one being a senior citizen on a walking stick), went onto the grass and just ride on the grass. BEWARE OF SUCH RIDERS, U TRY TO AVOID BUT THOSE IDIOTS DON'T KNOW.
